The 2020 U.S. Stolen Election: Lara Logan and 2 CIA Principles Discuss Chavez, Castro, and Operations within America

Thanks to Gates of Vienna

A couple of Caveats on this.

The 2020 election saw 12 million voters appear, and then disappear.

We think that the election was most certainly stolen, using all metrics normally applied to any process. But up until now, all efforts to show that the election was stolen using the voting machines appear to have been ops to distract from the actual method by which the election actually was stolen. Likely fake ballots, ballot harvesting, stuffing the machines with faked ballots and all kinds of methods that added up to 12 million non existent voters.

Trump won 2020 with the most votes of any president in history, and somehow Biden got many millions more. Not likely. Then there are the bellwether districts and so on and so on.

So treat this video with cautious and healthy skepticism. It may be true in the final analysis that some software was to blame, or the functioning of some of the machines in some manner. But our information up to now, and much of it published on this site indicates that every effort to determine that it was the machines, including Mike Lindell’s effort in a public conference to expose the code, was a total fail.

Mail-In Ballot Case Makes Its Way to SCOTUS ahead of Midterms

The nation’s highest court will soon deliberate on an election case that could impact how over a dozen states count ballots. The U.S. Supreme Court agreed on Monday to take up the case of Watson v. Republican National Committee, centered on a challenge to a Mississippi state law permitting mail-in ballots received after election to be counted, provided that they were postmarked on or before Election Day.

“Like all other States, Mississippi requires that ballots for federal offices be cast — marked and submitted to election officials — by [Election] Day. And like most other States, Mississippi allows some of those timely cast ballots (mail-in absentee ballots, in Mississippi) to be counted if they are received by election officials soon after election day,” Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson (R) explained in his petition before the Supreme Court. Watson argued that Mississippi’s law, which allows for ballots received by mail and postmarked on or before Election Day to be counted by election officials for up to five business days after Election Day, does not conflict with federal election laws, which Watson says only stipulate when ballots are to be cast, not when they are to be counted.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, however, disagreed with Watson’s interpretation, determining that Mississippi’s law was in conflict with federal statutes governing elections. “For more than 150 years after the enactment of the first election-day statute, States complied with Congress’ mandate by ensuring that the ballot box closed on the federally mandated election day. With rare outliers, the States mandated that ballots must be received by election officials by election day,” the Republican National Committee (RNC) wrote in its challenge to Mississippi’s law. “But recently, an increasing number of States — including Mississippi — have deviated from that practice by permitting at least some ballots to be received after election day.”

“These States risk ‘the chaos and suspicions of impropriety that can ensue if thousands of absentee ballots flow in after election day and potentially flip the results of an election.’ … They reduce the time to resolve postelection disputes. … And they deprive the electorate of a clear nationwide deadline that ‘puts all voters on the same footing,’” the RNC argued, citing Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. “While the question in this case is important, this Court should decline review here because the Fifth Circuit answered it correctly,” the RNC added. “The Secretary asks this

Court to grant certiorari and draw a line between ‘casting’ ballots and receiving ballots by election officials. But that line was unknown at the time of the election-day statutes.”

Currently, Mississippi is one of 16 states that allows ballots received by mail after Election Day to be counted: Alaska, California, Ohio, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia, in addition to the District of Columbia and Guam, do the same. On Wednesday’s episode of “Washington Watch,” Conservative Partnership Institute Senior Legal Fellow and Election Integrity Network founder Cleta Mitchell explained that some states will keep counting ballots received up to two weeks after Election Day. “I will tell you that in the state where I live, North Carolina, they can accept ballots — it’s supposed to be only from the military, but they stop categorizing whether it’s military or non-military, and they just accept ballots,” she observed. “And in Pennsylvania, they have defended and started counting ballots with no postmark. So you don’t know if it’s postmarked before, you don’t know if it was sent before or after the election. So these are really big problems. I’m so glad the Supreme Court hopefully will say that.”

Mississippi originally approved its mail-in ballot law in response to COVID-19 but made the law permanent in 2024. Mitchell commented, “The Democrats and the Left took to heart what Rahm Emanuel famously said: ‘Never let an emergency go to waste.’ And so, they took the opportunity under COVID to completely upend America’s election laws in state after state after state.” She detailed, “Marc Elias and the constellation of left-wing, anti-integrity voting groups sued state after state to get rid of all the safeguards that have been protecting our elections for a century, really. And so, one of the ways that they did that was they had been moving to get states to accept ballots after Election Day.”

Mitchell also anticipated that the Supreme Court’s ruling on the issue will likely be handed down in time to set the standard for the 2026 midterm elections. “Arguments will be sometime between now and, say, the end of April, and the decision would come no later than June 30. So the decision will be made before the November 2026 election, and I just hope that they will uphold Election Day,” she posited. “The next thing we have to do is get states to stop having ‘election season,’” Mitchell added. “Some early voting, maybe seven days, maybe eight days, but having — like Virginia has 45 days of early voting. They started voting for the November election on September 19. It’s time to stop all that nonsense.”

Election Truth Alliance Files Lawsuit Pursuing Election Irregularities in Pennsylvania’s Western District

LAS VEGAS, NV /PRNewswire/ — The non-partisan non-profit Election Truth Alliance (ETA) has filed a lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth, Al Schmidt, and the Board of Elections of Allegheny, Cambria, and Erie Counties to compel hand-count audits of the 2024 U.S. General Election.

The ETA is a volunteer-led grassroots organization that conducts independent investigative data analysis supporting election integrity. The lawsuit cites multiple election security concerns, such as significant election forensic red flags and ballot discrepancies that warrant investigation of systematic irregularities.

The ETA’s Pennsylvania lawsuit identifies multiple election irregularities:

Cambria County Tabulation and Certification Failures

On September 28, 2024, Cambria County certified completion of Logic & Accuracy (L&A) testing, claiming all voting equipment was properly verified. However, subsequent official emails contradicted that certification.

During the election, Cambria County was unable to scan completed ballots, affecting every precinct in the countyFaulty ballots were stored in emergency bins until newly-printed, scannable ballots arrived. After polls closed, officials began hand-counting ballots, but later chose to duplicate them onto the new ballots. According to official statements, the County planned to duplicate 35,000 ballots, “… but it turned out to be about 65,000.”

Official county results show 55,661 Election Day votes, over 9,000 votes fewer than the number of duplicated ballots, leaving the final disposition of those votes unclear. Ballot chain of custody and documentation have not been provided by Cambria County during records requests.

Election Forensics Indicates Red Flags in Pennsylvania’s Voting Systems

Of the 67 counties, at least 38 use ES&S systems and 14 use Dominion systems for optical-scan tabulation.

The ETA compared votes received per candidate with registered voter turnout in Allegheny, Cambria, and Erie Counties, as well as across the state. Utilizing election forensics methodologies, both systems exhibited voting anomalies for the 2024 Presidential election that mirror vote manipulation concerns documented in Russian and Bolivian elections. The scale of impact in Pennsylvania potentially exceeds the 120,000 margin of victory for president.

Comparable anomalies have appeared in Minnesota and North Carolina, which use similar election equipment.

The goal of this lawsuit is to ensure that paper ballot records match machine-reported vote totals, and that results as reported were not manipulated – electronically or otherwise.

EXCLUSIVE: RNC Responds To 28 Bomb Threats, Nearly 500 Tips Of Suspicious Election Activity

The Republican National Committee responded to 28 bomb threats and nearly 500 tips while Americans voted Nov. 4, officials told the Daily Caller, the latest example of their efforts to secure election integrity.

Ahead of the 2025 elections, the RNC put an election integrity team on the ground in both Virginia and New Jersey and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in the cycle, the Caller previously reported. Prior to Election Day, the party recruited 964 poll workers in New Jersey and successfully placed 463 on Election Day, more than double what had been achieved in previous years, the Caller learned.

“Election integrity is essential, and the RNC is leading the fight to secure the ballot. This cycle, we are building a strong ground operation with staff, attorneys, and volunteers to ensure accountability at every level,” RNC Chairman Joe Gruters told the Caller in a statement.

“In New Jersey and Virginia, our teams resolved hundreds of issues in real time, defended ballot security laws, and made sure every lawful vote was counted. While Democrats try to make it easier to cheat, Republicans are safeguarding confidence in our elections,” the chairman continued.

The increase in poll workers and volunteer attorneys on the ground in both New Jersey and Virginia helped the RNC respond to 478 reports of voting issues on election day, the party shared with the Caller. The reports ranged from polling place disturbances and machine malfunctions to voter check-in and accessibility concerns.

A party election integrity official told the Caller that they tracked bomb threats at 28 locations during last Tuesday’s voting, which affected 37 precincts.

The official explained to the Caller how they respond to such security threats in real time. The party will get an immediate notification of election integrity concerns from one of their poll observers on the ground, and then the worker tracks how long voting booths are closed.

“We just tried to continuously feed information back up to the beast so that we at the top can then communicate to elected officials, to local police, to the registrars of election, whomever is in charge at that specific location … so we know exactly what what they’re tracking, and we just try to have a dialogue,” the party official told the Caller.

“And it’s never antagonistic. It is just truly dialogue. So we can, you know, help communicate and find a solution,” the official continued.

The party also got involved in a lawsuit in New Jersey to stop the Bergen County Board of Elections from counting over 300 “naked” ballots, which did not have an inner envelope. The judge sided with the party, ruling that the ballots violated the law.

Since breaking free of a 1982 consent decree in 2018, the GOP has been building up its election integrity efforts. The RNC finally began diving head first into the election integrity realm in 2022, an official previously told the Caller. Then-RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel established an official department for election integrity following the 2022 midterm elections which allowed the party to pull resources from all departments, such as communications, politics, and legal, the Caller previously reported.

The 2024 election cycle was about building the department up, and positioned the party to continue to make real progress in the 2025 off-year election and the 2026 midterms, an official previously told the Caller. Coming off a strong presidential election cycle for the department, a RNC official told the Caller that they were able to put boots on the ground much earlier in Virginia and New Jersey than in years past.

Before doing that, the party recruited 1,500 election judges in Pennsylvania, the official shared, adding that they had a team in California tracking the Proposition 50 gerrymandering proposal. In Wisconsin, the party is continuing to work on recruiting poll workers, the official shared.

The official told the Caller that the department has not stopped working on the election integrity despite Trump’s victory in November. The department kept a full staff while other departments lost people who joined the administration.

“What we have at the RNC is we have more continuity than any department of staff that are true believers in building an election integrity operation,” the official told the Caller. “Everybody that is on our team right now participated in election integrity in one way, shape or form, last election cycle.”

WARNING: 42 Muslim Candidates Have Seized Control of U.S. Elections — CAIR’s Political Army Has Arrived

RAIR Foundation USA reports:

In the span of one election, CAIR’s decades-long blueprint for political domination has come to life — forty-two Muslim candidates, backed by a Hamas-linked network, have seized key offices across America, proving that the Muslim Brotherhood’s plan to infiltrate from mosque to city hall is no longer a warning, but a reality.

They told us the plan. Now we’re watching it unfold — in real time.

This week, terror-linked Islamic organizations are celebrating a stunning milestone: a record forty-two Muslim candidates elected to public office across the United States, the most significant wave of Muslim political victories in American history.

According to the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ (CAIR) own data, the newly elected officials span at least nine states — New York, Virginia, Michigan, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. The list includes five mayors, four state legislators, two judges, and dozens of city council, county, and school board members.

While establishment media frame this as “representation,” the organizations behind it are anything but benign. CAIR — named by the U.S. Department of Justice as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism-financing trial in American history — is openly boasting that their decades-long political strategy is succeeding.

WATCH: ALERT: CAIR’S Political Army Is On The Move

CAIR’s Founder Publicly Revealed the Plan

Just weeks ago, RAIR Foundation USA exposed CAIR founder Nihad Awad preaching from a California mosque, where he unveiled a decades-long blueprint to embed Islamic influence inside America’s core institutions.

“We have 4,000 mosques in the country… If each mosque funds five students in journalism, filmmaking, political science, and law… by 2050, we will have 100,000 of each — and we will run for office at all levels of government.”

That was not a sermon. That was a mobilization order. Awad instructed American Muslims to stop donating to overseas relief and instead fund political power inside the United States.

He declared that “political engagement must become the norm” and named CAIR as the vehicle to carry out the strategy.

WATCH: WARNING AMERICA: You think Mamdani is bad? You have no idea what is coming.

The Political Machine: CAIR’s New Super PAC

To turn Awad’s vision into political reality, CAIR quietly launched its own federal Super PAC, the Unity & Justice Fund, giving the Islamic network a powerful financial engine to capture U.S. elections.

WATCH: WARNING – This Is How We Lose America!

Within months of its creation, the PAC was already funneling six-figure sums into key races — including the New York City mayoral election that propelled Zohran K. Mamdani to victory, making him the city’s first Muslim mayor.

Awad and CAIR leaders have openly taught congregants how to use mosques as political launchpads — leveraging tax-exempt religious institutions and CAIR’s 501(c)(4) network to build campaign infrastructure. The result is a political machine operating from the pulpit to the ballot box, financed through the same Islamic centers that claim to be apolitical houses of worship.

From the Pulpit to Power: Who They Just Elected

The 2025 elections shattered every record for Muslim representation in American politics — marking a historic leap from mosque activism to municipal and state power.

Among the most prominent victories:

  • Zohran K. Mamdani (New York City, NY) — the first Muslim mayor of New York City, a self-described socialist who campaigned on housing reform, police defunding, and immigrant rights.
  • Ghazala Hashmi (Virginia) — the first Muslim lieutenant governor in U.S. history and the first Muslim woman ever elected statewide.
  • Abdullah Hammoud (Dearborn, MI) and Mo Baydoun (Dearborn Heights, MI) — mayors of Michigan’s two largest Muslim-majority cities.
  • Faizul Kabir (College Park, MD) — software engineer turned activist, now mayor.
  • Ted Green (East Orange, NJ) — reelected with CAIR Action backing.
  • Adam Alharbi (Hamtramck, MI) — officially certified November 9, 2025, winning the state’s closest race and ensuring Hamtramck remains under Muslim leadership.
  • Ajmeri Hoque (Franklin County, OH) and Soma S. Syed (New York) — newly elected judges.
  • Yusef Salaam (New York City Council, District 9) — one of the “Exonerated Five,” now a major progressive voice in city politics.

CAIR celebrated these victories as the culmination of a decade-long campaign to embed Muslim activists across the civic and political mainstream. In 2010, fewer than twenty Muslims held elected office nationwide; by 2020, that number had tripled. In 2025, it has more than doubled again — a transformation powered by relentless organizing and strategic messaging.

Numbers Behind the Milestone

According to CAIR’s updated report, 76 Muslim candidates ran for office nationwide and 43 have been declared winners, with three races still pending recounts or certification.

Breakdown of wins:

  • Mayors: 6 (including Mamdani, Hammoud, Baydoun, Kabir, Green, Alharbi)
  • Statewide & Legislative Offices: 4
  • City & Town Councils / Commissioners: 20
  • Judicial & County Offices: 2
  • Education & School Boards: 6
  • Other Positions: 3

CAIR and its political arm, CAIR Action, say totals may still rise as final certifications are completed.

The “Normalization” Strategy

CAIR’s narrative is that these wins represent a triumph of “democracy over hate.” But behind the language of “justice” and “representation” lies a deliberate effort to normalize Islamic political power within the U.S. system — replacing integration with influence.

In Western ears, words like “justice” and “representation” sound civic and inclusive. But within Islamic political thought, they carry a far deeper — and more strategic — meaning. Justice (ʿadl) is not equality under secular law; it is the realization of divine order under Sharia. Representation does not mean pluralism; it means advancing the Ummah’s collective strength to secure space for Islamic interests inside non-Muslim societies. When CAIR leaders invoke “justice” and “representation,” they are speaking in dual language — offering Americans a vocabulary of rights while signaling to their base a mission of ideological empowerment.

Awad and his affiliates have reframed mosque participation as a political duty. Muslim Network TV, which heavily promoted the election results, hailed the rise as proof that American democracy is “big enough for all of us.” But CAIR’s own founders and international partners trace their lineage directly to the Muslim Brotherhood — an organization whose stated goal is to establish global Islamic governance under Sharia.

This is why CAIR invests so heavily in the four key fields Awad himself identified: media, education, law, and politics. These are the pillars through which culture, legislation, and public perception are reshaped from within — not to integrate Islam into the American system, but to gradually transform that system to accommodate and eventually defer to Islamic authority.

WATCH: The Ummah in America: Organized, Funded, and Focused

How They’re Doing It

CAIR’s “civil rights” facade conceals a coordinated infrastructure:

  • Mosques as political hubs: Awad’s speeches in Texas and California instruct imams to train and fund political candidates under the mosque’s 501(c)(3) umbrella, a direct violation of tax-exempt rules.
  • CAIR Action and the Unity & Justice Fund: Twin advocacy arms designed to fund campaigns, produce media, and conduct voter mobilization.
  • Media arms: Muslim Network TV, Islamic Relief, and Yaqeen Institute amplify the narrative of “Muslim empowerment,” providing free airtime and press coverage for endorsed candidates.
  • University networks: Muslim Student Associations (MSAs) and aligned campus groups groom the next wave of activists who will “run for office at all levels of government.”

This is not spontaneous civic engagement — it’s an orchestrated movement.

The Results: An Islamic Bloc in American Politics

The forty-two Muslim officials elected in 2025 now occupy positions in some of the most influential jurisdictions in the country — from the New York mayor’s office to Virginia’s executive branch, from Michigan’s heartland to local school boards.

Each of these victories represents a node of influence in a growing political network that transcends state lines. CAIR and its affiliates are already preparing a 2025–2026 Directory of Elected Muslim Officials and expanding civic-education programs to mobilize even more candidates before the 2026 midterms.

What the media calls a “historic first,” CAIR calls “phase one.”

America’s Institutions Are Being Rebuilt — by Design

The United States is witnessing a quiet political revolution. Under the banner of “inclusion” and “representation,” the Muslim Brotherhood’s ideological heirs are advancing a long-term strategy to embed Islamist influence in every layer of American governance.

They are not waiting for 2050. It is happening now.

While political leaders and journalists applaud the surface optics of “diversity,” they ignore the deeper infrastructure behind it — a network of mosques, PACs, nonprofit fronts, and activist pipelines engineered to transform America’s institutions from within.

The question is no longer whether this will happen. It’s whether Americans will wake up in time to stop it.

WATCH: WARNING: Islam’s Trojan Horse

RAIR Foundation USA will continue to document CAIR’s political infiltration strategy — from its use of tax-exempt mosques to its manipulation of “civil rights” rhetoric — exposing how this Hamas-linked organization is quietly reshaping the civic landscape of the United States.

Democrats’ SECOND Fraud—The FIRST Fraud was the 2020 General Elections

1. NYC doesn’t have voter ID laws

2. In New York, the state can endorse the same candidate, so some can appear multiple times, like Mamdani in these elections.

3. Ballots list major party candidates first and posted Cuomo on X on the very bottom of the page, with zero context, which makes people think there is fraud or cheating.

4. New York’s ballots list candidates by party line, not by personal ego. That’s not corruption, it’s DESIGN.

5. Signature verification replaces voter ID for a reason: to protect access, not privilege. And fairness will always appear chaotic to those who expect control.

Following are Israeli investigations of fraud in 2020 election by the Democratic Party, described in a video (below) and followed by a summary:

WATCH: Amir Tsarfati: Post 2020 Election Special Update

Amir Tsarfati investigated the following and also used an investigation of an Israeli journalist who investigated it.

The following are Israeli investigations about lots of unconstitutional activities of the Democratic Party and the US Supreme Court in the 2020 US elections, described in this video, followed by a summary of key things:

Democrats created a system to appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and made it easier to change the criteria, where every single envelope would be counted, which allowed them to count ballots sent after election day, by people who left the state, without ID and without a signature on them, ballots of dead people, and ballots without a name.

Dems prepared before a huge bank of DEAD people and kept them in a separate room.

When the real results started coming in from Florida and Texas and they realized Trump had a big lead on Biden of hundreds of thousands of real votes, they realized they were in real trouble and moved in all the fraudulent ballot votes and even started to create fake ballots on the spot, in the counting room.

They released bulks of ballots that were 100% Biden, they started using the engineered fake ballots from the other room and from trucks that started to download TENs of MILLIONS of fake ballot envelopes-

This happened at 4 AM, and the Republican observers were asked to leave the room
We have a testimony of a woman on it, from that counting room, who said:

“At 4:00 AM, vans started coming in. Ferrari came in and boxes were unloaded and immediately rushed into the counting room. This is when the Republican observers were literally kicked out of the room”.

The governor and Secretary of Pennsylvania said to all their operatives, “Whatever it takes, Trump cannot win this state” and the head of the postal service (all three were Democrats) instructed all his people that any envelope would be counted, even if it was sent after election day (all the above were unconstitutional acts).

In October 2020, the U.S. Chief Justice made an unconstitutional decision by allowing the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to bypass the legislature and take those illegal actions.

Beforehand, they appealed to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to ease the regulations and allow to count even ballots without a stamp, with no ID or signature, with nothing.

In this case, the Chief Justice of the USA made an unconstitutional decision by allowing the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (with a Democratic majority) to do those without going to the legislature in Pennsylvania.

In this case, the USA Supreme Court, in a very odd manner, did not give opinions and explanations. This unconstitutional US Supreme Court created unconstitutional election orders and executive orders.

Dems allow counting ballots three days after election day.

Thousands of people in Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania who do not exist or do not live there voted.

They released batches of ballots that were 100% Biden, by using these banks of illegal ballots on Nov 4, it basically made the voting of the 2020 elections not important: 100 MILLION Americans already SUPPOSEDLY VOTED with the illegal ballots.

We caught them on camera for the following:

At 4 AM in the morning, Boxes were entered from coming-in trucks and it was moved to the counting room immediately (caught on cameras). They threw away ballots for TRUMP after they already separated them ahead of time (they were not allowed to do that).
It was a huge blue wave and not a red wave

The Future Of Fair And Honest Elections Depends On Bold Leadership

In a previous article, I discussed Executive Order 14248 which contains the following elements that put “teeth” into enforcing election integrity laws in Nevada and across the nation.

1. Voter Roll Maintenance (Cleaning Voter Rolls): EO 14248 Section 2(b)(iii) requires federal review of voter rolls, citing 52 U.S.C. §20507 (NVRA), and HAVA §303(a)(2)(A) mandating states make a “reasonable effort” to remove ineligible voters. The Executive Order directs the Federal Attorney General to act against states failing to clean their rolls.

2. Proof of Citizenship for Voter Registration: EO 14248 Section 2(a)(i–ii) requires documentary proof of U.S. citizenship. NVRA currently allows self-attestation of citizenship under penalty of perjury — applicants must check a box and sign but not show documentation.

3. Inactive Voter Waiting Periods: The EO does not shorten or bypass the two-federal elections (NVRA and HAVA) waiting periods before a voter can be purged. It directs the DOJ to enforce list maintenance procedures.

4. Federal Databases for Voter Eligibility Verification: EO 14248 Section 2(b–c), 3(a) requires federal agencies (DHS, SSA, State, DoD) to give states access to immigration, death, and ID records to cross-check voter rolls. HAVA §303 allows registration matches with DMV, SSA, and death records.

5. Election Day Deadlines: EO Section 7 mandates ballots must be received by Election Day, based on 2 U.S.C. §7 and 3 U.S.C. §1. Nevada’s Constitution Article 15 Section 5 defines Election Day and where NRS conflicts, the state Constitution is the ultimate authority.

6. Blocking Biden’s Executive Order 14019: EO 14248 Section 9 halts implementation by voter registration by Federal Agencies. 7. Voting System Standards and Security: EO Section 4(b) requires paper ballots and disallows encoded-only barcodes. HAVA mandates voting system standards, including voter-verifiable audit trails.

After the executive order was signed, Nevada’s present Secretary of State, Francisco Aguilar said: “This Executive Order…is a federal overreach on the duties and obligations of the states.” He noted that Nevada has no evidence of widespread fraud. Those who oppose election integrity efforts often deny or diminish election crimes. (I wrote about this in the Angle Examiner available free on my website (SharronAngle.com)

In a joint press release with Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford, Aguilar said: “The Trump administration’s executive order on elections is an unlawful attempt to grab power from both the states and Congress. The United States Constitution is clear: states have primary responsibility for the administration of elections.” Given his rhetoric, Aguilar is signaling that he will not comply with or help enforce Trump’s order acting in coordination with the Nevada Attorney General to block key provisions of the executive order. He does not address the provisions of existing law or the Executive Order only repeating a “political soundbite” about “power grabs” of what he perceives to be his authority.

The future of free, honest, and fair elections depends on bold leadership and enforcing the election laws that secure our vote. President Trump has set the standard with his Executive Order. I have a proven record of boldly standing for the rule of law and the Constitution. That’s why I’m running for Nevada Secretary of State.

U.S. Department of Justice to Monitor Voting in New Jersey and California

U.S. Department of Justice staff are to monitor polling sites in New Jersey and California ahead of the November 4th general election.

A statement from the DOJ’s Office of Public Affairs released October 24th announced that election monitors would be sent to six jurisdictions, including one in New Jersey, to ensure ballot security, transparency and compliance with federal law.

“Transparency at the polls translates into faith in the electoral process, and this Department of Justice is committed to upholding the highest standard of election integrity,” U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in the release. The move has drawn criticism from Democratic officials.

According to the DOJ, election monitors are to be sent to the northern part of the state, specifically Passaic County.

House Republicans Blunt ‘Blue Wave’ Hopes As Democrats Falter In Fundraising

Nearly a year out from the midterms, House Republicans are touting a notable fundraising edge that could help the party maintain House control in 2026.

For the first time since 2015, the National Republican Congressional Committee, House Republicans’ campaign arm, has outraised its Democratic counterpart in the first three quarters of an election cycle. Though midterm elections tend to go poorly for the party in power, lackluster fundraising for Democrats and a relatively poor performance on the generic ballot show the party in a weaker position than in previous election cycles.

The NRCC has reported roughly $720,000 more in year-to-date fundraising than the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).

In stark contrast, the DCCC held nearly a $9 million advantage after the first three fundraising quarters of 2017. Democrats would go on to win 41 seats in the 2018 midterms and reclaim control of the House.

In the first three fundraising quarters of 2025, the NRCC reported a $20 million uptick in contributions compared to the same period in 2017. The House Republican campaign arm also has $7.5 million more in the bank at the end of September 2025 than it had in September 2017.

“The numbers don’t lie: House Republicans have the momentum, the message, and the money while Democrats are broke, divided, and out of gas,” NRCC spokesman Mike Marinella said in a statement.

“The NRCC is grasping at straws because poll after poll shows House Republicans are sinking in battleground districts,” DCCC spokesman Aidan Johnson said in a statement to the DCNF. “At the end of the day, voters are what matter, and it’s clear they’re done with Republicans’ broken promises and ready to send Democrats back to the majority next November.”

Though the DCCC reported slightly more in Q3 receipts than the NRCC’s $24 million haul, House Democrats’ campaign arm has reported less in year-to-date fundraising in 2025 compared to the last cycle in 2023. The DCCC had a $23 million edge over the NRCC at the end of September that year.

Republicans have also maintained a financial edge among their most vulnerable incumbents compared to their Democratic counterparts.

House Republicans on the NRCC’s Patriot list — the party’s most endangered incumbents — raised an average of $763,000 in the third fundraising quarter, which runs from July to September.

Three NRCC Patriots, Reps. Young Kim of California, Mike Lawler of New York, and Derrick Van Orden of Wisconsin, reported fundraising hauls over $1 million in the third quarter.

Vulnerable Republican incumbents also maintained a significant cash-on-hand advantage over their Democratic counterparts through the end of September.

The DCCC’s Frontliners — considered to be the most vulnerable Democrats running for reelection — reported an average fundraising haul of $664,000 during the year’s third fundraising quarter, according to the NRCC’s analysis. Four Democrats, including Maine Rep. Jared Golden, reported more than $1 million in receipts during the third quarter.

Democrats have also not been able to keep up their polling performance on the generic ballot compared to 2017.

Democrats hold just a 2.6-point lead on the RealClearPolitics polling average as of Friday. On Oct. 24, 2017, Democrats led Republicans in the generic ballot by 10.3 percentage points.

Democrats’ weaker performance in the generic ballot comes as the party’s approval rating has fallen to historic lows. A July Wall Street Journal poll found a net favorability rating of -30  for Democrats — the worst figure for the party since the pollster began asking the question in 1990.

Matt Bennett, co-founder of liberal think tank Third Way, argued Thursday that the Democratic Party’s weak approval rating signals the party could remain in dismal shape through the midterms.

“We’re in terrible shape. Like, we just have to be very honest with ourselves — the Democratic Party is in really, really bad shape,” Bennett told Halperin.

“We have not begun to address those problems,” Bennett continued. “I do think we will not be able to fully address them until we have a leader, and that won’t be for like three years, when we nominate somebody for president.”

The Republican National Committee (RNC) also continues to trounce its Democratic rival in fundraising and cash on hand. The RNC has $86 million in the bank compared to the DNC’s $12 million at the end of September — a $74 million gap.

The DNC notably doled out $1.6 million in September alone — and has paid out more than $20 millon in total — to cover former Vice President Kamala Harris’s leftover campaign debt from her failed presidential run.

Update on State Voter ID Laws: This reveals some glaring inadequacies!

This is an excerpt from a recent Ballotpedia Daily Brew post.

To me, one of the most concerning takeaways is that after 250 years, we still have fourteen (14) States that continue to require zero identification for an individual who wants to vote! What could go wrong with that?

BTW, just like K-12 education matters, this is another example where “leaving things up to the States” is not any assurance of getting quality results.

As November nears and voters head to the polls in 36 states, let’s review which states require voters to present identification when casting their ballots — and see where voter ID laws have changed in 2025.

Across the U.S., 36 states require voters to present identification to vote at the polls on Election Day. Of those states, 24 require voters to present photo identificationwhile the other 12 states accept other identification that does not contain a photograph. The remaining 14 states do not require voters to present identification to vote at the polls on Election Day, in most cases.

Ten states have amended their voter ID laws so far in 2025. One state, West Virginia, moved from requiring non-photo identification to vote to requiring photo identification.

CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VOTER IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BY STATE MAP BY BALLOTPEDIA

Valid forms of identification differ by state. Commonly accepted forms of ID include driver’s licenses, state-issued identification cards, and military identification cards.

Some states requiring voters to provide identification may have exceptions allowing some people to cast a ballot without providing an ID. For instance, 15 states allow some or all voters to sign an affidavit attesting to their identity at the polls instead of presenting identification. Seven states allow another voter or an election official to vouch for the person’s identity in at least some cases. Four states allow voters who live and vote in state-licensed nursing homes or residential care facilities to vote without showing identification.

Three states — Alabama, New Hampshire, and Kentucky — require voters to provide a copy of their identification when requesting an absentee/mail-in ballot. Two states, Arkansas and North Carolina, require voters to provide a copy of their identification when returning an absentee/mail-in ballot.
Across the country, 10 states passed 10 bills related to voter ID for in-person voting or absentee/mail-in voting during 2025 legislative sessions. Some noteworthy laws states adopted this year include:

  • Colorado SB 1 expanded the list of eligible forms of non-photo identification to include identification and cards issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Indian Health Service, or any other federal agency that includes an address in the state. Colorado has a Democratic trifecta.
  • Georgia HB 296 required that driver’s licenses used as identification for voting purposes be in a physical format and issued by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Georgia has a Republican trifecta.
  • Montana SB 276 expanded the list of eligible forms of identification to include a student ID card issued by a school in the Montana university system or a Montana school that is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Montana has a Republican trifecta.
  • New Hampshire SB 287 required voters to include a copy of their identification or a notarized signature when requesting an absentee ballot by mail or to present their ID to an election official when requesting an absentee ballot in person. New Hampshire has a Republican trifecta.
  • Utah HB 300 required voters to provide the last four digits of their driver’s license, ID card, or Social Security number when returning a mail-in ballot, starting on Nov. 5, 2025. Until Dec. 31, 2028, election officials will attempt to match the voter’s signature on the envelope affidavit to the signature on file for voters who do not provide an identification number. Starting on Jan. 1, 2029, voters must provide the last four digits of an identification number or include a copy of an acceptable ID when returning their mail ballot. Utah has a Republican trifecta.
  • West Virginia HB 3016 required photo identification to vote, though driver’s licenses issued without a photograph remain valid for voting. The bill removed documents from the list of eligible forms of identification and allowed voters 65 years of age and older to use an expired ID if the document was valid when they turned 65. West Virginia has a Republican trifecta.

In addition, Wisconsin voters in April approved a constitutional amendment adding language requiring a photo ID to vote in the Wisconsin Constitution. The amendment allows the state legislature to define what qualifies as a valid photo ID and provide exceptions to the requirement. Wisconsin passed a statutory voter ID law in 2011. On Nov. 4, Maine voters will decide on a ballot measure that would make multiple changes to the state’s election laws, including changes to photo IDs.

Five states adopted five laws related to voter ID in 2024. Thirteen states adopted 14 such laws in 2023. Nine states adopted 10 such laws in 2022.

2025 Republican Liberty Caucus Scorecard FL Legislators

The Republican Liberty Caucus is a national grassroots organization working to advance the principles of individual rights, limited government, free markets, and personal freedom and responsibility.

For more than twenty years the Republican Liberty Caucus (RLC) has been the strongest, most consistent voice for these principles within the Republican Party. Many Republicans talk about these principles, but the RLC has taken the lead in promoting Liberty candidates and advocating for Liberty legislation. We believe that less government means more liberty and we work through state and local chapters, and with our member activists all over the country to oppose government excess and demand accountability to the American people and the Constitution.

The Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida (RLCFL) believes in educating the voters of Florida on the legislative process and we feel it is important that you know how legislators voted on key issues of liberty. We put together a cross-section of legislation to provide you with the most comprehensive look into how you might evaluate your representation in Tallahassee. Holding our elected officials accountable is our primary responsibility as citizens. We hope that you will use this scorecard as a tool to do exactly that.

PODCAST: Trump Says He Will Require Voter ID with Executive Order

President Donald Trump says he plans to sign an executive order aimed at requiring voter ID in elections across the country. Trump made the statement on social media late Saturday night, saying he is also seeking other reforms to how U.S. elections take place. “Voter I.D. Must Be Part of Every Single Vote. NO EXCEPTIONS! I Will Be Doing An Executive Order To That End! Also, No Mail-In Voting, Except For Those That Are Very Ill, And The Far Away Military. USE PAPER BALLOTS ONLY!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Trump previously attempted to impose voter ID via an executive order earlier this year in a wider election integrity action. In April, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia struck down the portions of that order that related to voter identification requirements. Kollar-Kotelly maintained that Trump did not have the authority to issue such an order, as the Constitution delegates control of election regulations to Congress and states. “Consistent with that allocation of power, Congress is currently debating legislation that would affect many of the changes the President purports to order,” Kollar-Kotelly, a Clinton appointee, wrote in her order. “No statutory delegation of authority to the Executive Branch permits the President to short-circuit Congress’s deliberative process by executive order.”

Nevertheless, requiring voters to provide proof of citizenship remains widely popular among Americans, according to a poll from Gallup taken just before the 2024 elections. The poll found that 84% of U.S. adults were in favor of requiring voters to show identification and 83% supported requiring proof of citizenship.

Trump hits ‘poor, stupid Chuck Schumer’ for continuing to fight him on 80-20 issues

The party of treason.

What is the purpose of an elected representative? Is it to represent the best interests of the people who elected them? Do Democrat voters really want high crime, open borders, and men dominating women’s sports? Apparently they do, and Chuck Schumer is representing their interests. But those aren’t the interests of the American people.

“‘It’s a trap’: Trump mocks Chuck Schumer, Dems for stepping on political landmines.”

by Anders Hagstrom, Fox News, August 26, 2025:

President Donald Trump mocked Democrats for holding to positions he says are deeply unpopular on Monday, calling out Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in particular.

Trump made the comments during a televised meeting with his cabinet members, touting voter registration numbers that were heavily in favor of Republicans.

“The Republican Party has picked up four million new people. Four million. The Democrats have lost two-and-a-half million. Other than that, they’re extremely happy,” he joked. “No, they’re very depressed.”

Trump went on to say that crime is the “new box that they’ve fallen into,” referencing a television analyst who warned Democrats not to fight Trump on the issue.

“He’s a Democrat consultant and he was screaming, ‘No, no, no! Don’t let him do this to you! It’s a trap! It’s another trap!’” Trump quoted.

“What he’s talking about is like men playing in women’s sports. They said that’s an 80-20 issue – no, it’s a 97-3,” Trump said. “I saw a politician today, that you all know very well, fighting like hell for men playing in women’s sports.”

“I agree they’re human beings, but you can’t have a seven-foot man playing basketball with the women. You know, just one of those little problems in life,” he continued.

The president then went on to predict that “poor, stupid Chuck Schumer” will continue fighting him on both the transgender issue and on crime.

“This is the best of all. They’re gonna fight me,” Trump said….

JD Vance Lays Out How Democrats ‘Tried To Rig’ Census, Redistricting

Vice President JD Vance said Democrats were rigging the American political system by welcoming illegal immigrants and enacting “crazy gerrymanders” during an interview that aired on “Sunday Morning Futures.”

Democrats in the Texas state legislature fled to Democrat-controlled states like New York and Illinois in order to thwart a GOP redistricting proposal that could net Republicans up to five seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, while President Donald Trump called for a new census that would not include illegal immigrants in a Thursday morning post on Truth Social. Vance told host Maria Bartiromo that the effort to redistrict in Texas and other red states is a matter of Republicans showing “some spine.”

“Thankfully, under President Trump’s leadership we finally see some spine. You finally see some backbone in the Republican Party to fight back against these very aggressive Democratic dirty tricks,” Vance said. “But the only way for us to do it is to actually go and do the hard work to reset the scales a little bit. We want to redo the census, but importantly, we want to redistrict some of these red states, and we want to make the congressional apportionment fair in this country. Again, you cannot do it unless Republicans actually take some very decisive action in the months to come.”

WATCH:

Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced Friday that he has asked a court to declare the seats of the fleeing Democrats vacant, accusing them of carrying out an “out-of-state rebellion.” A political action committee founded by former Democratic Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke, Powered by People, has helped fund the Texas Democrats who fled to blue states, as has a different organization backed by left-wing activist George Soros.

Vance outlined some of the reasons that Republicans were seeking to redraw congressional districts in red states.

“I didn’t realize this until a couple of years ago, you know for apportioning representatives, you actually count illegal aliens. Even though they’re not… supposed to vote, they still sometimes do,” Vance told Bartiromo. “California has way more House seats than it should because they have such a high population of illegal aliens, so they get rewarded for welcoming illegal aliens into their state, actually asking the taxpayers of states like Ohio to subsidize them.”

“And then those same taxpayers in Ohio, Indiana and elsewhere, they have fewer congressional representatives because of what California has allowed to happen,” Vance continued. “That’s ridiculously unfair, and the only real way to fight back against us is for us to redistrict in some ways as aggressively as these hard blue states have done.”

New York re-drew its congressional districts after the 2022 midterm elections, creating a map that endangered as many as six out of the 11 Republicans elected to the House of Representatives. Illinois Democrats re-drew their congressional districts to take out two Republicans, including then-Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger, a prominent outspoken critic of President Donald Trump, prior to the 2022 midterm elections.
