Charges Dropped Against D.C. Rioters Who Assaulted Cops & Vandalized Property

Turns out what’s good for the goose isn’t good for the gander, especially when it comes to criminal penalties for people who assault cops.

Charges have allegedly already been dropped against four individuals who were arrested for physically attacking Capitol police officers during the protests-turned-riots on Wednesday, where pro-Palestine aggressors gathered to throw a fit over Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to Congress.

The four people – which reportedly included a 15-year-old – who were arrested for assaulting cops were among 23 total people arrested during the demonstrations for charges ranging from crossing police lines and disorderly conduct to assault and theft. At least seven people – arrested for things like assault on a police officer, attempted assault with a deadly weapon, making threats, and attempted second-degree theft – were released pending a court hearing scheduled for August, according to the Washington Examiner.

Julio Rosas, a journalist with The Blaze, reported on Thursday that police confirmed four of those arrested for assaulting police officers, including the teen, have had their charges dropped.

In addition to attacking police officers, pro-Hamas rioters also sprayed graffiti on several monuments and vandalized public property, including the Christopher Columbus statue and fountain near Union Station. Messages scrawled across walls in paint included the phrase “Hamas is coming.” The National Park Services estimated it will take days to clean up the mess – at taxpayer expense, of course. Protesters also burned American flags, ripping at least one from its pole and replacing it with a Palestinian flag.

The madness has returned in full force. Anti-Israel protestors have flooded the streets of Washington DC with the arrival of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and the scene is absolute chaos.

Vandalism. Clashes with police. Burning flags.

Anti-Israel Protesters Burn American Flag, as Prime Minister Netanyahu Addresses Congress

The ugliest protest took place at Union Station, just blocks from the United States Senate. Hundreds of protesters clashed with police as they tore down an American flag that was hanging on a pole high above the ground. They replaced that flag with a Palestinian flag and burned the American one that had been torn down. The same group then burned Mr. Netanyahu in effigy.

A video of the event posted online shows anti-Israel demonstrators chanting, “Burn that sh–! Burn that sh–!” as one lit a flame and poured what looked like lighter fluid on the flag.

Speaking to the joint session for an historic fourth time, Mr. Netanyahu took to the podium in the House chamber to raucous applause from the Republican side and a more muted, polite clapping from Democrats. Some members on the left side of the aisle sat and remained stone-faced as he made his way through the chamber. The prime minister, as he passed Senator Schumer — who has called for his ouster — gave little recognition to the majority leader, offering only a head nod.

Inside, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib — the first and only Palestinian-American to serve in Congress — held up a sign that caught the attention of her colleagues and the press. On one side, it read, “War Criminal,” while the other side said, “Guilty of Genocide.”

One of her Democratic colleagues, Congressman Jake Auchincloss, moved away from her once she unveiled the sign. A Republican, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, then went over to talk to her and told reporters after the address that it was “cordial.” Ms. Tlaib later concealed the sign.

Many Democrats boycotted the speech altogether, which likely contributed to the calmer atmosphere in the House. Congressman Jamaal Bowman, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Congresswoman Cori Bush — all members of the so-called “Squad” — did not attend the speech. Speaker Pelosi spent the day meeting with the families of hostages still being held at Gaza more than nine months after the October 7 attacks by Hamas terrorists.

In the gallery, several individuals were arrested after they stood up wearing yellow shirts with messages that read, “Seal the Deal Now.” They were removed from the gallery in a matter of minutes.

While Ms. Tlaib was the only House member to openly defy Mr. Netanyahu during his address, thousands gathered outside of the Capitol building to protest the premier’s presence in the chamber.

Less than a mile from the Capitol on Constitution Avenue, a stage was erected by anti-Israel protesters to decry not only Mr. Netanyahu’s presence, but the actions of Congress and the Biden administration supporting him. “We demand liberation! End the Zionist occupation!” one speaker chanted. Another group of protesters walked around with a large puppet resembling Mr. Netanyahu with devil horns and covered in blood.

Earlier in the day, protesters were seen marching up Independence Avenue chanting, “Long live the intifada,” “There is only one solution: intifada, revolution,” and “Globalize the intifada!”

Protesters were seen trying to break through a barricade that had been set up by the Metropolitan Police Department, which led officers to deploy tear gas and pepper spray on the crowd. One protester — who was referring to the Israel Defense Forces as the “Israeli Occupation Force” — could be heard chanting: “IOF, KKK, MPD, They’re all the same!”

One woman, whose face was shielded by a keffiyeh during the protests, is already going viral for carrying a Hamas flag around the demonstrations.

Useful idiot: Derogatory term for a person perceived to propagandize for a cause without fully comprehending the cause’s goals.

Since January 20th, 2021 Washington, D.C. has been fundamentally transformed from a government of, by and for the people into a den of those who wish to change our Constitution Republic into a democracy.

A Democracy is where the few rule over the many with an iron fist and a boot on their faces.

After the Constitutional Convention, Benjamin Franklin’s response to Elizabeth Willing Powel’s question, “Well, Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” responded with, “A Republic if you can keep it.”

QUESTION: Can we keep our Republic?

Many today see our Republic drifting into oblivion and being replaced by a democratic socialist monarchy. This new “monarchy” is being created by the useless idiots from the schoolhouse to the White House.

The epicenter of this monarchy lives and works in our nation’s capital with the goal to take away our life, liberties and freedom.

Perhaps it is time to name some of these useless idiots in Washington, D.C.?

Therefore we have provided, below, a “Guide to Washington, D.C.’s Useless Idiots.”

Here’s our list of Useless Idiots in the nation’s capital:

  1. The Uni-Party. The Desert News’ Gitanjali Poonia wrote, “This term “uniparty” originally surfaced in a 1944 editorial in a Pennsylvania newspaper in reaction to fabricated news that Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Republican rival in the 1940 election was handpicked by his adviser Harry Hopkins, according to Politico Magazine. In the modern day, it’s used by some members in the Republican Conference to imply Democrats and Republicans are working together and against the interests of the American people.”
  2. Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. As American voters watched the Presidential Debate between President Donald J. Trump and Biden it was clear who was more articulate, on message and aware of the issues facing Americans from the economy to national security. The consensus is, after the debate, that Biden is mentally incapable of a second term. To make things worse, Biden read from a teleprompter for 5 minutes, and then took no questions in his first major Post-Debate appearance (watch the Biden presser video). Add to this the fact that Biden donors ‘freaked out’ by his reliance on teleprompters at private fundraisers and that the first Congressional Democrat now has publicly called on Biden to drop out of the Presidential Race!
  3. The Red-Green-Rainbow Alliance. As I pointed out in 2016 these three groups are incompatible for a number of key reasons including: 1. Communists hate all religions as the opiate of the people, including Islam, but align themselves with the Islamists hoping that, at some point, they, the Communists, will come to power and then cancel their former ally. 2. Muslims hate Communists and execute gays (sodomites) but are willing in the short term to align with both until they can gain the upper hand. As in Iran when the Shaw was dethroned by Islamists and Communists, one the Islamists took control of the Iranian government, under Ayatollah Khomeni and the Mullahs. They imprisoned, purged and murdered the Communists. 3. Gays hate all religions, but make an exception for Islam i.e. the enemy of my enemy is my friend. What the gays are not foreseeing that when the Muslims take control of the culture they begin executing gays (e.g. Afghanistan, ISIS, Iran). BTW, I added eco-terrorists to the greens. They have now joined with the pro-Hamas crowd of useless idiots to attach Jews and Israel.
  4. The Traitors Party. Today we have only two parties in America, The Patriots Party and the Traitors Party. Both traitors and patriots have very strong beliefs. Beliefs that they will fight to preserve and protect. For traitors it boils down to what they have been fed in our public schools, colleges and universities. These religions are myths perpetrated to do one thing and one thing only, empower one group over another. Wither it is race/racist based, gender based, climate based or simply a political system derived from the teachings of Marx, Trotsky and Lenin, it becomes their religion. For patriots their religion is the three “Fs”. Faith in God, the traditional Family and Freedom from oppression. Today’s patriots have the same ideals as did the Founding Fathers. Patriots hold on to their God and His Truth. For the truth has set them free. Today, people of faith are being spied upon in America. People of faith are being imprisoned in American jails in our nations capital. Parents have been designated as “domestic terrorists” for standing up against those who want to groom our children to become the playthings of the tyrants, physically, emotionally and culturally.
  5. The Deep State. Former Congressman Jason Lewis wrote, “The ‘deep state’ is far deeper than anyone imagined. President Dwight Eisenhower’s ‘military industrial complex’ farewell address wasn’t just about the massive power of the defense lobby and its political influence, but all the other scientific and technological institutions of a burgeoning national security state. Understand, we just handed out billions to the folks who blew up the Nord Stream pipeline and then used Big Tech to lie about it. Our allies know who runs things on Capitol Hill so they feel free to plot any conceivable tripwire that will drag America into war — from breaking a promise not to expand NATO to escalatory attacks in the Middle East knowing full well they will elicit a response to which we will respond. But the machinations of intel officials are not limited to intervention abroad, threatening our sons and daughters with nuclear holocaust. No, Trump’s legacy has clearly demonstrated the Clapper & Brennans of the world are willing to manipulate our own political affairs as well.“
  6. The Legacy Media. The legacy media began with New York Times reporter and 1932 Pulitzer Prize winner William Duranty. According to he New York Times. “Duranty, one of the most famous correspondents of his day, won the prize for 13 articles written in 1931 analyzing the Soviet Union under Stalin. Times correspondents and others have since largely discredited his coverage. Duranty’s cabled dispatches had to pass Soviet censorship, and Stalin’s propaganda machine was powerful and omnipresent. Duranty’s analyses relied on official sources as his primary source of information, accounting for the most significant flaw in his coverage – his consistent underestimation of Stalin’s brutality.” Fast forward to today. Robert Spencer reported, “The New York Times proudly announced last Monday that it had ‘won three George Polk awards, including two for its coverage of the Israel-Hamas war.’ Those prestigious journalism awards went to “Samar Abu Elouf and Yousef Masoud of The Times’ for ‘photojournalism for their photographs of the conflict from inside Gaza, capturing the horrific toll of Israel’s airstrikes on civilians, including the death and injury of many children.’ The Times neglected to mention, however, one telling detail: Masoud has been unmasked as a member of Hamas who participated in the Oct. 7 jihad massacres inside Israel. The Paper of Record shows no sign of firing Masoud or returning the George Polk award he won, but the Jerusalem Post had the story on Thursday, noting that the media watchdog Honest Reporting had “highlighted his accreditation to a photo provided to the Associated Press, with the caption, ‘Palestinians wave their national flag and celebrate by a destroyed Israeli tank at the Gaza Strip fence east of Khan Younis southern Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023.’ How had Masoud gotten on the scene so quickly, so as to be in a position to take this picture? Honest Reporting “questioned Masoud’s explanation of his presence that he’d been woken up at 5.30 a.m. by rocket fire even though the firing only started an hour later.” The legacy media continues to favor the Communists and radical Islamists and white washes their crimes against humanity.
  7. Social Media. The best example of the impact of social media falls into two areas, censoring their political opponents and being complicit in the stealing of the 2020 election. The notorious ballot drop boxes were funded by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg. Watch “2,000 Mules” to understand.
  8. The Swamp. The the most nefarious and most successful weapon of the swamp is — EDUCATION! The Swamp began in the afternoon of September 12th, 1905 at Peck’s Restaurant in downtown New York. That is the date that our current “cultural war” began led by the Intercollegiate Socialist Society or ISS. MarxistHistory.org reported, “The Intercollegiate Socialist Society (ISS) was a national non-party group dedicated to the organization of current and former collegians for the socialist cause and the spreading of socialist ideas on campus. Soviet politician, political theorist and revolutionary and the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union from 1941 to 1953 Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin wrote, “Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.” The swamp goes from the schoolhouse to the White House. From the school room, to corporates board rooms to court rooms across America. The Swamp’s targets are its political opponents.

All of these myths, created by the useless idiots, are designed to keep them in power by taking away our lives, liberties and freedoms, bit by bit.

Former President Donald Trump is calling on Christians to vote in November, warning that incumbent Joe Biden’s administration poses a serious threat to Christian values. At the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s “Road to Majority” conference in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, Trump told conservative Christians in attendance, “We have to get out there, we have to vote, we have to make sure everything’s honest.”

Referring to voter fraud, Trump reminded his audience that Americans can “police” their votes.” He quipped, “If I knew there was not going to be corruption, if I knew that everything would be honorable and honest as it should be, I’d stop campaigning right now, we’d have this thing won.”

The presumptive Republican nominee for president continued to tout the work done by the Faith & Freedom Coalition, saying, “You are truly, and I mean, indispensable. This is a great group of people and you’re warriors, in the truest sense.” However, Trump did observe, “The evangelicals and the Christians, they don’t vote as much as they should. … They go to church every Sunday, but they don’t vote.” He proceeded to urge American Christians to vote “just this time,” asking, “Do you know the power you would have if you would vote?” Trump promised to “straighten things out” if reelected and declared to Christian voters, “Working side by side, we’re going to defeat crooked Joe Biden, we’re going to defend our values, and we’re going to make America great again.”

Borrowing a famous line from his former reality show “The Apprentice,” he added, “We need Christian voters to turn out in the largest numbers ever to tell crooked Joe Biden … ‘Joe, you’re fired. Get out of here. You’re no good, you’ve been the worst president ever, you’re fired, Joe. Get out.’”

“The radical Left is trying to shame Christians, silence you, demoralize you, and they want to keep you out of politics. They don’t want you to vote, that’s why you have to vote,” Trump stated, continuing, “If you vote, we cannot lose. They don’t want you to vote. But Christians cannot afford to sit on the sidelines. If Joe Biden gets in, Christianity will not be safe in a nation with no borders, no laws, no freedom, no future.”

“You see what they’re doing?” he asked. Comparing the Biden administration’s actions to those of a “third-world dictator,” Trump went on to note that the incumbent president has violated and undermined the rule of law to target political opponents, has aggressively prosecuted pro-life Americans, and has promoted “radical gender ideology” in schools, concluding, “It’s a disgrace what’s happened to our country in such a short period of time.”

He pointed to the Biden administration’s targeting of American Catholics and asked, “What’s going on with Catholics? They are being persecuted. Catholics. What is that all about?” Under Biden, the FBI has been accused of illegally spying on American Catholics, relying on left-wing think tanks to declare Catholics “racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists” according to a memo leaked last year.

Biden’s Justice Department has also targeted pro-life Catholics like Mark Houck, who was accused of a Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act violation. Houck had previously agreed to cooperate with prosecutors if charges were filed and he was quickly acquitted in court, but not before approximately two dozen FBI agents armed with automatic weapons and riot gear raided his home and arrested him in front of his wife and children.

Although Biden claims to be Catholic, numerous leaders in the Catholic Church have condemned his open opposition to Catholic moral teaching, including on such subjects as abortion, same-sex marriage, and transgenderism. Trump quipped that Biden may have “no idea what the hell is happening,” adding, “I don’t think he knows he’s alive, if you want to know the truth.”

“The reason the radical Left will always come after religious believers is simple,” Trump stated. He continued, “Because they know that our allegiance is not to them, our allegiance is not to them. Our allegiance is to our country and our allegiance is to our Creator. And we do not answer to the bureaucrats in Washington, we answer to God in Heaven.” The former President noted, “You’re not even allowed to say that anymore. Today, if you say that, they want to arrest you.” Referring to a recent Louisiana law requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public schools, Trump laughed and commented, “They think it’s such a bad thing. I said, ‘Has anyone read this? Though shalt not steal, thou shalt not’ — I mean, has anybody read this incredible stuff? It’s just incredible. They don’t want it to go up.”

Trump also touted his presidential record, recounting, “In my first term, I defended Judeo-Christian heritage like no president in the history of our country. And with your help, I will continue to fight for our values and our civilization for four more years in the White House.” He continued, “We’re going to straighten it out, we’re going to straighten it out fast,” highlighting his defense of religious liberty and freedom of speech, as well as his support for conscience protections in the medical field and his role in appointing U.S. Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe v. Wade.

“Thanks to these justices,” he said, “we have also achieved what the pro-life movement fought to get for 49 years and we’ve gotten abortion out of the federal government and back to the states.” He added, “If the radical Democrat extremes [sic] get their way, they will have a federal law for abortion to rip the baby out of the womb in the seventh, eighth, and ninth month and even execute the baby after birth.” Trump also noted that Democrats “are the radical ones on this issue, far and away the radical ones, not us.”

He continued, “Above all, in the Republican Party, we will always support family, babies, life — very, very important to the Republican Party. By contrast, Joe Biden is weaponizing the Justice Department to viciously persecute pro-life activists and Americans of faith.” Referring to pro-life Americans imprisoned by the Biden administration, Trump said, “This is just crazy. We’re going to get that taken care of immediately, first day. But let’s call these brave Americans what they really are: persecuted Christians, that’s what they are, persecuted.”

“I always say we’re a nation in decline, we’re a nation in really serious, serious decline,” Trump lamented. He pledged, “But we will rapidly review the cases of every political prisoner who’s been unjustly victimized by the Biden regime … so we can get them out of the gulags and back to their families where they belong.” The former president also repeated his promise to form a “federal task force on fighting anti-Christian biases.” He explained, “It’s mission will be to investigate all forms of illegal discrimination, harassment, persecution against Christians in America. … Never again will the federal government be used to target religious believers, Americans of faith.”

As Matt Carpenter, director of FRC Action, told The Washington Stand, “The former president is right to remind Christians they ultimately answer to God. As much as the current administration might want us to think we answer to their judges and prosecutors, Christians know who ultimately is in charge.”

He went on to note, “I don’t think in 2020, when these two candidates first met in the presidential election, Christian voters thought for one minute the DOJ would be arresting pro-lifers for praying in abortion clinics or trying to erase Resurrection Sunday with ‘Transgender Day of Visibility,’” he pointed out. “Like the sons of Issachar, I think many of them understand the times we are living in and are ready to send a message to Washington, D.C. in a few months.”

Washington, D.C. Nakba March: ‘We want to defeat imperialism by Intifada’

NEWSRAEL: Notice how the narrative is changing. No longer “no crimes were committed by Hamas on 10/7”, but rather “This is not about a ceasefire or civil rights.”

In a May 18, 2024 D.C. march on the National Mall commemorating the Nakba, speakers stated that they are not interested in a ceasefire but the end to the State of Israel.

They chanted: “We don’t want no two states… We’re taking back ’48!” An organizer with Mayrland2Palestine said that Zionism is a “sickness.”

She continued to say that the Palestinian struggle is not a movement for a ceasefire or civil rights, nor is it due to a humanitarian crisis, but rather it is to defeat imperialism.

The speaker said that imperialism has never been defeated by peace talks and that it can all be defeated by Intifada. She then led the crowd in a song about a return to Jerusalem, Haifa, Jaffa, Acre, Safed, Lod, and Ramla.

Judicial Watch: New Documents Reveal D.C. Training for Noncitizen Voting

Washington, D.C. — Judicial Watch announced today that it received 13-pages of records in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from the District of Columbia, explaining to illegal aliens and other noncitizens how they can register to vote in local elections.

 The records came in response to an April 12, 2024, FOIA request for: 

  1. Materials presented and/or provided at the training;
  2. Communications advertising/promoting the training; and
  3. Materials provided to participants/attendees after the training.

 On April 10, 2024, DC held a training event titled ”Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training” in which DC announced noncitizen voting would begin in 2024.

Non-US citizen residents of the District of Columbia can vote in local elections under the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022. Non-US citizen residents can vote in District elections for the offices of Mayor, Attorney General, Chairman or member(s) of the DC Council, member(s) of the State [sic] Board of Education, or Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner(s) Non-US citizen residents cannot vote for Federal Offices

To register to vote in the District of Columbia as a non-citizen, you must: Be at least 17 years old and 18 years old by the next General Election; Maintain residency in the District of Columbia for at least 30 days prior to the election in which you intend to vote; Not claim voting residence or the right to vote in any state, territory, or country; Not been found by a court to be legally incompetent to vote.

You must provide proof of your address in the District of Columbia at an Early Vote Center prior to Election Day or at the polling place assigned to your address on Election Day.

In 2023 the DC Council amended the District of Columbia Election Code of 1955 to expand the definition of the term qualified elector to include otherwise eligible noncitizen residents, including illegal aliens.

DC’s law went a step further than those jurisdictions, though, by extending the franchise to undocumented immigrants.

The District’s action was opposed by congressional Republicans but they failed to overturn the measure.

“Illegal aliens and noncitizens should not vote in any elections,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “That Congress allows the votes of citizens to be legally stolen by illegal aliens in our nation’s capital is inexcusable.”

According to federal law, only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections, but a growing number of state and local elections allow noncitizens to vote, among them San Francisco and Oakland, California, along with some cities in Maryland and Vermont. In February, a state appeals court ruled a similar New York City law violates the state constitution.

The weak do nothing Congressional Republican and Democrat socialists and Communists are still unable to script a balanced budget that eliminates the massive fraud waste and abuse of U.S. taxpayers hard earned money.

Currently the congress have not been able to agree on legislation to fund the departments of Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Energy, Transportation and Housing and Urban Affairs. Only the Veterans Affairs and military construction, all of which have legitimate constitutional standing.

But with that said.

The Communists and Socialists in Congress have no problem printing more money in the Treasury Department and borrowing more money from Communist China to fund the traitorous impeached Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’s salary.

The do nothing weak Republican led Congress have no problem funding the woke led Pentagon which allows woke indoctrinated military members to slaughter their pre-born children.

The Pentagon uses our tax dollars to reimburse the travel costs allowing these woke military members to kill these pre-born future Americans who are denied their constitutional protections of life and liberty.

The Marxist Biden administration’s climate agenda designed to dismantle our free markets and capitalist entrepreneurial enterprises is still funded driving inflation to its highest levels in 50 years.

The minority group of conservative congressional patriots like Matt Gaetz (R-FL) continue to fight for the fiscal economic sanity of our Republic which could result in a much needed partial government shutdown after March 1 2024 to stop this Marxist agenda.

Globalist Socialist Republican In Name Only (RINO) and non functioning geriatric GOP Senate Leader Mitch McConnell (KY) has no problem funding billions of unaccounted for tax payer money to the corrupt Ukraine.

But then he screams to his House GOP colleagues on February 26th 2024 that shutting down the government due to fiscal restraints put in place by conservatives is not an option.
“Shutting down the government is harmful to the country. And it never produces positive outcomes — on policy or politics,” he warned on the Senate floor.

I’m thinking the massive national debt created in part by loser Mitch McConnell and his out of control spending with his Socialist / Marxist Republican and Democrat pals is far more damaging to our Republic.

The useless UniParty have a deadline to fund the rest of the government by March 8th 2024.

I’ve got no problem shutting the government down until these worthless members of congress initiate a balanced budget that reduces significantly our 34 trillion national debt and eliminates totally this unconstitutional fraudulent spending.

If a government shutdown hurts the reelection of these Republican and Democrat traitors to our Republic then so be it. Good riddance to them come Election Day. But the end result will be the survival of our Republic.

Dem-Backed Bill Would Force Gun Owners To Buy ‘Liability’ Insurance In Washington State

Legislation pending in the Washington state legislature would force gun owners to purchase insurance.

Democratic State Sens. Patty Kuderer and Javier Valdez of Washington introduced SB5963, which would force insurance companies to ask prospective customers if they own firearms, and to then advise them of the state requirement to own liability insurance, according to the text of the legislation. The legislation did not specify any penalties for those who do not have insurance, nor does it require any specific level of coverage.

“By setting this requirement, Washington attempts to reduce the risk and subsequent cost of hardships of gun accidents,” Kuderer claimed during testimony on the legislation at a Monday hearing of the Washington State Senate Law and Justice Committee, according to local newspaper The Olympian. “This bill achieves these goals and reallocates costs without compromising any Second Amendment rights. This is true because this requirement does not regulate, limit or control the manner or method in which people may keep or bear arms. Instead, it simply says you must have liability insurance.”

Kuderer claimed during her remarks that deaths and injuries from firearms cost Washington state $169 million a year during her remarks, saying the bill “provides financial incentive for responsible arms carrying.”

A similar proposal was passed by the city of San Jose, California in 2022, while Los Angeles County enacted a similar requirement in February 2023 after a mass shooting. Democrats in the United States House of Representatives proposed a similar bill in 2013 following the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, but it did not become law.

Yakima County Commissioner Amanda McKinney ripped the legislation, calling it an attack on Second Amendment rights.

“This is yet one more way that Olympia has seen fit to put a cost at simply existing,” McKinney told The Olympian. “And in this case, putting a cost to exercise their constitutional right to simply protect themselves.”

The legislation is scheduled for a vote Tuesday. If passed, the full Washington state House of Representatives will take the bill up for consideration, according to The Olympian.

“The NRA strongly opposes Senate Bill 5963, misguided legislation that unfairly burdens law-abiding gun owners with unnecessary insurance mandates,” NRA Washington Director Aoibheann Cline told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “This bill not only infringes on Second Amendment rights but also exacerbates housing affordability issues, potentially making home ownership unattainable for many.”

SB 5963 fails to address crime and broadly impacts all gun owners, including those ineligible for the required policies. It’s an intrusive measure that risks increasing insurance costs and disproportionately affects low and middle-class gun owners,” Cline added. “The NRA stands with gun owners in rejecting this bill and urges strong opposition to protect our constitutional rights.”

Kuderer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

Blue States Prepare To Enact Slew Of Left-Wing Laws In 2024

Democrat-run states are instituting a host of left-wing laws at the beginning of 2024 targeting several cultural and political issues.

States like California, Michigan, Illinois, Washington and Colorado are enacting laws pushing LGBTQ issues on their residents, as well as various restrictions to residents’ behavior that attempt to limit emissions or damage to the environment. Blue states are also targeting gun rights and expanding protections for illegal aliens.  

California is initiating a new law on Jan. 1 that will fine major retailers if they don’t sell “gender-neutral” children’s toys in their stores. These items would have to be clearly marked and sectioned, and stores that refuse to comply will face a $250 penalty for the first violation and a $500 penalty for every subsequent offense.

This law also pertains to “any product designed or intended by the manufacturer to facilitate sleep, relaxation, or the feeding of children, or to help children with sucking or teething.”

“Let retailers decide what’s best for their customers and what their clientele want, but the last thing we need is for the state legislature in California to decide [what parents buy for their children],” Republican California Sen. Melissa Melendez told Fox News. “We don’t need the government trying to co-parent with us.”

Also starting in 2024, a new law in the Golden State will ban the sale of any gas-powered lawnmowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws or yard care equipment. Tens of thousands of workers in California who relied on such equipment for their businesses will be most affected by the new rule; concerns also exist over the efficacy and cost of electric-powered alternatives, according to The Sacramento Bee.

“The people most affected are going to be the Latinos that don’t have a big business,” Fulgencio Vazquez, a landscaping manager in Sacramento, told the Bee. Another landscaping small business owner, Rafael Guzman, told the Bee that big businesses would be the “only ones” to survive the new law, and noted that landscaping jobs with electric-powered equipment would take longer “because the machines don’t have the same potential.”

The law comes alongside a massive push in California to promote electric vehicles and the phase out gas-powered household appliances. California seeks to be completely reliant on green energy and 100% carbon neutral by 2045, according to Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office.

In 2024, Michigan will expand its civil rights act to prevent discrimination on the basis of “gender identity,” according to the bill text. The Michigan Supreme Court ruled that state justices must use the “preferred pronouns” of attorneys in their courtrooms starting on Jan. 1.

The judges who dissented against the ruling said that the courts should not intertwine politics with legal practices.

“This is a fluid political debate into which our judicial branch of state government should not wade, let alone dive headfirst and claim to have resolved,” Justice Brian Zahra wrote in his dissent. “Such hubris has no place within the operation of a judicial branch of state government.”

Michigan is also issuing multiple new restrictions on gun and firearm rights going into the new year. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and lawmakers signed legislation to expand background checks for gun sales, restrict gun ownership for individuals convicted of domestic violent misdemeanors and institute “red flag” policies that would allow courts to remove guns from individuals that the courts deem as a safety risk to themselves or others.

Similar to California lawmakers, Whitmer signed the Clean Energy and Climate Action Package Act in November which seeks to make the state 100% carbon neutral by 2040; the act goes into effect starting on Feb. 27, 2024.

The act would require all of the state’s utilities to increasingly source from green energy, like solar and wind power, or from nuclear, hydrogen, and natural gas. Whitmer claims that Michigan’s new green energy laws will save the state’s residents approximately $145 a year on utility expenses, but residents can actually expect to pay thousands more in supplemental energy costs per year under the green energy plan, according to think-tank Mackinac Center.

In Illinois, a new law going into effect on Jan. 1 will allow non-citizens to become police officers and sheriffs, so long as they are deemed “legally authorized” to work in the United States. This would include individuals who are in the U.S. under green card status as well as individuals on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) list, according to The Associated Press.

“To the Left, citizenship is meaningless,” Republican Presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said in July during a criticism of Illinois’ new law. “No illegal alien should have authority over any American citizen. It is a sad commentary on the state of America that this is even a debate.”

Landlords in Illinois will be required under state law to rent or sell property to noncitizens and illegal aliens beginning on Jan. 1. Illegal immigrants will also be allowed to obtain a standard driver’s license starting in mid-2024, according to a separate bill.

Beginning on Jan. 1, Illinois will shut off state funding for public and school libraries that ban books for political reasons, including books that promote LGBTQ+ ideology, making it the first state to enact such a law, according to state Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s office. Parents and lawmakers alike have expressed concern that some of the books in question contain sexually explicit content that should not be promoted to children.

In Colorado, a new law will go into effect beginning on Jan. 1 banning certain single-use plastics, following in the footsteps of other blue states that have enacted similar legislation. These include plastic bags, such as those found at a grocery store, as well as Styrofoam cups and takeout containers, which are typically less expensive than paper or biodegradable alternatives, according to packaging company Swiftpak.

“The Democrat-led plastics ban, is an anti-business attack on the restaurant industry, schools, and struggling families,” the Colorado House GOP said of the law when it was initially introduced.

Washington state will add further restrictions to existing gun laws on Jan. 1 requiring potential buyers to wait 10 days before purchasing any class of firearm. Washington will also join California in banning employers from asking employees about cannabis use, or discriminating against them should they test positive for consumption.

The offices of Newsom, Whitmer, Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker, Colorado Gov. Jared Polis and Washington Gov. Jay Inslee did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump Unveils Plan To ‘Dismantle The Deep State’

Former President Donald Trump unveiled his new plan Tuesday to “dismantle the deep state” by firing “rogue” bureaucrats and career politicians, according to a new policy agenda video.

Trump released a list of ten items that indicate how he plans to “clean out the deep state,” starting with re-instating an executive order that would give the president the authority to fire bureaucrats, according to the video posted on Rumble. The former president’s plan would dismantle the “Washington Swamp,” target corruption and ensure that federal bureaucrats and politicians are held accountable.

“The departments and agencies that have been weaponized will be completely overhauled so that faceless bureaucrats will never again be able to target and persecute conservatives, Christians, or the left’s political enemies, which they’re doing now at a level that nobody can believe even possible,” Trump said in the video.

Trump will ensure corruption is wiped out of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts and will create a Truth and Reconciliation Commission that will “declassify and publish all documents on Deep State spying, censorship and corruption,” according to the video.

The former president promises to crack down on government actors working with the media to conjure up “false narratives,” that may result in criminal charges. Trump will ensure that Inspector General Offices act independently of the departments of which they govern.

“I will ask Congress to establish an independent auditing system to continually monitor our intelligence agencies to ensure they are not spying on our citizens or running disinformation campaigns against the American people, or that they are not spying on someone’s campaign like they spied on my campaign,” said Trump.

Trump would continue to move departments of the bureaucracy outside of Washington, like when his administration moved the Bureau of Land Management to Colorado, and noted that nearly 100,000 positions would be susceptible to a move, according to the video.

The former president will bar federal bureaucrats from seeking positions in companies that they deal with and regulate, such as “Big Pharma,” according to the video. Trump also promised to push term limits on congressmembers to combat career politicians.

“I will shatter the Deep State, and restore government that is controlled by the People,” Trump said.

Blue States Attempted To Crackdown On Guns. Firearm Sales Skyrocketed Instead

Blue states have recently introduced restrictive gun laws that aim to remove firearms from the streets, but numerous states are now seeing massive increases in gun sales as Americans begin to “vote with their wallets,” according to data from the Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF).

Gun sales in Oregon, Washington and Illinois jumped either before or after legislators introduced or passed restrictive gun measures, according to National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) data adjusted by the NSSF. The number of gun sales per month in each state was based on the number of firearm background checks performed by NICS.

‘Threats, and actual legislation to limit the right of law-abiding citizens to own the firearm of their choosing, does have an effect on firearm sales,” NSSF Public Affairs Managing Director Mark Oliva told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

In November, Oregon residents narrowly passed Ballot Measure 114, a gun law that requires background checks, firearm training, fingerprint collection and a permit to purchase a gun. Following the law’s passing, background checks jumped from 29,472 in October to 86,075 in November, according to NSSF data obtained by the DCNF.

“Oregon’s figures easily demonstrate that Oregonians acted while they had the opportunity to buy the guns of their choice before the state moved to infringe on their Constitutional rights,” Oliva told the DCNF.

In March 2022, Democratic Washington Gov. Jay Inslee signed three gun laws that restrict gun usage, including where guns can be carried, how to handle firearms without serial numbers and what kinds of magazines can be made and sold, according to The Spokesman-Review. After signing the laws, background checks jumped from 39,247 in February to 59,419 in March, according to the NSSF data.

In December 2022, Inslee announced additional gun control legislation that would ban “assault-style” weapons, hold manufacturers and retailers accountable for gun sales and implement a permit-to-purchase requirement for all gun buyers, according to a press conference.

“We intend in this session of the legislature to give Washingtonians assertive, effective and protective laws to protect them and their children against this epidemic of gun violence,” Inslee said.

Background checks in Illinois were at 33,326 in November, jumping to 42,305 in December, according to NSSF data.

“Every time new restrictions on firearms ownership are enacted we always see a spike in gun sales. The gun prohibition lobby is the best gun salesman out there. When people’s Second Amendment rights are attacked they respond by exercising them,” Second Amendment Foundation Founder Alan Gottlieb told the DCNF.

In January, Illinois passed a ban on “assault weapons” that went into effect immediately. The law banned more than 100 guns that were deemed “weapons of war” and limited magazine capacity to 10 rounds for long guns and 15 rounds for handguns, according to the legislation. However, the law states that gun owners can keep any firearm purchased before the ban took effect.

Leading up to the law’s passing, background checks climbed from 33,318 to 51,301 over a three-month period, according to NSSF data. “There’s been quite a rush of people trying to get in under the wire,” Maxon Shooter’s Supplies Owner Dan Eldridge told the Illinois Newsroom.

“Obviously, the law-abiding gun owners are concerned. And they’re voting with their wallets,” he continued.

Barstow is a city about 100 miles from Los Angeles where truckers often converge since it’s a major crossroads.

The large convoy goes by the name “The People’s Convoy” and will be non-partisan and cross-cultural in nature.

At the start of the convoy, an estimated 500 to 1,000 trucks will gather and depart eastward for Kingman, Arizona. The next morning, they will depart from that location and head east on Interstate 40 toward Lupton, Arizona. On Feb. 25, they plan to arrive at Glenrio, Texas.

The exact locations have not yet been specified due to the need to maintain operational security and to leave time to coordinate with local municipalities.

More details on the routes will be released two or three days in advance “as safety dictates, but you can expect us to travel along I-40 and work our way up towards D.C.,” Brian Brase, one of the core truckers that are organizing The People’s Convoy, told The Epoch Times.

Brase has been involved with various protests against over-regulation in the trucking industry for five years already.

Multiple groups will be joining the convoy as they drive toward the capital.

“It might be truckers that started it—standing up. But this is ‘The People’s Convoy’ for a reason. This is for every American, no matter where you come from or your personal background,” Brase said. “This is for every person to be a part of. This is not a left issue or a right issue. This is an American issue. And this convoy is for everyone. Moms in soccer vans, to motorcycles, to buses full of hippies, it [doesn’t] matter. This is for everyone that believes in their personal freedoms as a human being, and as an American, their personal freedoms that are protected by the Constitution of the United States.”

“It [doesn’t] matter what you drive, bring the golf carts, bring the mopeds, bring everybody, this is for everyone,” he added. “It’s the people’s convoy! It’s for the people.”

Brase said that official updates will be posted on thepeoplesconvoy.org, as well as their Facebook page and their Gettr page.

After seeing the problems the Canadian convoy had with their GoFundMe page, they set up three different means to receive donations via credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. The donations are being handled through the nonprofit American Foundation for Civil Liberties & Freedom which is being supported through private banking as well as accountants and lawyers that will track the donations and place them accordingly.

Some of their plans are still being held “pretty close to the chest,” but the organizers will be issuing updates as the event takes shape.

Another goal of the movement is to hold officials accountable for the actions they took in the name of public health during the pandemic. Brase explained they would like to see “congressional hearings, as to several things: why the actions were taken that were taken, what science did they use to [back up] their actions.”

Brase said they are calling for “Senate hearings and things like judicial hearings through the Senate and the House, to get to the bottom of the source of the COVID-19 pandemic, how it started, where it started exactly, and who’s responsible for the steps of [the] mandates and shutting down people that have scientific facts that contradict what the CDC or the World Health Organization has said.”

Dr. Ryan Cole, founder of Cole Diagnostics, has voiced his support publicly for the convoy to Washington.

“A team of 17,000 doctors is standing in support of us. We’re excited to see that,” Brase said, “the white coat standing with the blue-collar,” referring to a petition to review the COVID-19 narrative signed by over 17,000 doctors, led by Dr. Robert Malone.

The truckers have security protocols still under development, as well as a code of conduct for participants, which will be uploaded to their website in the upcoming days. They also have contingency plans in the event that they are blocked along the way.

Brase believes that there are already troublemakers trying to infiltrate the convoy.

“The bottom line here is we’re not doing anything illegal. We’re standing up for our rights. We are Americans and we have the right to assemble. And we’re doing a march. It’s no different than any of the peaceful marches that have happened over the generations of the United States’s history,” Brase said.

“We’ve been doing everything that we can to promote a peaceful environment. We’re not out to overthrow the government or change election results … We’re not that. We’re here simply to be respected as Americans that want our Constitution of the United States respected, that’s what we want.”

They want the emergency powers act activated in response to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus to be nullified, because otherwise, even if mandates are lifted, they can easily be reinstated.

“If we can stop [the emergency powers], they have to fight to get that act back in place, and at that point, everybody will be prepared to stand up and fight that act coming back into place.”

Human rights attorney Leigh Dundas is working as a clearinghouse for information in order to effectuate the goals of the convoy in a “100 percent peaceful, law-abiding,” and “successful” way.

Dundas told The Epoch Times that the goal of the protest is to handle the situation at “the root level.”

“The message is really that the abuse of emergency powers that we’ve seen multiple states and the feds engaged in over the last almost two years has to stop. The state of emergency needs to end, there is no emergency anymore,” Dundas said.

“Because to just end a mandate here and a mandate there, we’re just playing whack a mole and we’re not getting to the root cause of the problem, which is the emergency powers that were triggered back in March of 2020. So those need to come to an end and we need to return to a state of normalcy. We need to restore freedom and accountability for any actors that were not behaving well at the governmental level.”

She said they’re not expecting police blockades along the way.

“We’re going through mainly red states,” Dundas said.

“We’re not expecting these states to blockade us because it would create a bit of a traffic jam for the state and we’re expecting to work with local and state jurisdictions to ensure the seamless flow of traffic as we proceed through the U.S.”

The convoy was inspired by the Freedom Convoy 2022 that began in Canada after the country’s Public Health Agency announced that only fully vaccinated truck drivers can only cross the U.S.–Canada border starting Jan. 15, and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) announced similar requirements starting Jan. 22 for non-U.S. national truckers crossing into the United States.

Anarchist John Sullivan was just arrested by FBI/DOJ for inciting a riot inside the U.S. Capitol. Evidence shows him agitating the crowd and encouraging violence.

SULLIVAN, DOB 07/18/1994, is a resident of Utah. Based on publicly available information and information provided by SULLIVAN in an interview on January 7, 2021, described further below, SULLIVAN is the leader of an organization called Insurgence USA through which he organizes protests. On July 13, 2020, SULLIVAN was charged with Rioting and Criminal Mischief by the local law enforcement authorities in Provo, Utah, based on his activities around a June 30, 2020, protest in which a civilian was shot and injured. The case is still pending.

12. The United States obtained a video of SULLIVAN, posted on YouTube, in which,

while attending a protest in Washington, D.C., SULLIVAN can be seen telling a crowd, over a microphone, “we about to burn this shit down,” “we got to rip Trump out of office . . . fucking pull him out of that shit . . . we ain’t waiting until the next election . . . we about to go get that motherfucker.” SULLIVAN then can be seen leading the crowd in a chant of, “it’s time for a revolution.”

After the crowd broke through the last barricade, and as SULLIVAN and the others approach the Capitol Building, SULLIVAN can be heard in the video saying at various points: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This shit is ours! Fuck yeah,” “We accomplished this shit. We did this together. Fuck yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “Let’s burn this shit down.”
