A Little Comparison Shopping: Food Prices on Average in Free (U.S.) vs Communist Country (Canada)

Whole bird: $6.00 to $9.00 USD or CDN $10.43

Loblaws advertised price today:

T bone steaks:

US Average price:

Per Pound: $12-18 average
Premium/Organic: $18-25+
Grocery Store Range: $10-22 per pound depending on grade and region

In Canadian that would be around CDN $20.85 per lbs.

At Loblaws, which is maybe the biggest Canadian grocery chain and a reasonable metric for average food price:

That is CDN $25.00 per LBS

Per Pound: $0.75 – $1.25 average
Russet Potatoes: $0.60 – $1.00/lb
Red/Yukon Gold: $1.00 – $1.50/lb

So around say, CDN $1.40 or so.

I am doing this post because I ran into a business man who has a well known large company that moved it and his other interests from Canada to the USA. In a casual conversation with him, he said that food in the most expensive Nevada grocery store was in fact cheaper than it is in Food basics, one of Canada allegedly least expensive food outlets.

I would say he is right.

The US has 10X the population of Canada. The reason for this imbalance is almost certainly government and the regulations and road blocks it gives farmers, largely in the form of Lines of Action such as “Carbon Tax” which makes farming nearly altogether impossible for Canadian farmers.

We have Mark Carney, the current leader of the state himself saying many years before he was in the position he is in now, explaining that Canadians will eat less meat and life will be harder.

By design. Not because of some disaster, or at least not a natural one.

It might also be because Canada has decided to bring in MILLIONS of people who all eat, and few of them appear to do any useful work. Fewer likely farm.

In the 1960s and 1970s, Canada was the lucky recipient of hundreds or thousands of Dutch Farmers who wanted to farm knew how to farm and were willing to bust their humps at menial labour to save money to buy a farm and then work it.

I know some personally. Now we are literally plowing over the best farmland in Canada and some of the best anywhere to build beehives for illegal migrants.

This makes higher food prices an additional hidden tax for the government plan to deracinate legacy Canada.

This creates an interesting dynamic where the people most affected by Canada’s food pricing policies are those least able to leave, while those with means can simply move to areas with more affordable groceries. It’s essentially a form of economic stratification – those who can afford to vote with their feet do so, while those who can’t are left dealing with the consequences.

This also means the “brain drain” effect might be more pronounced among the wealthy and professional classes, potentially reducing the tax base that could fund solutions to these very problems.

Of course what it doesn’t know, is the problems is the intention of leftist governments.

Good. The implementation of a rent freeze by the Communist Mayor Zohran Mamdani is an outrageous abuse of power. Mamdani’s rent freeze policy will crush landlords because it ignores rising operating expenses, inflation, taxes, etc. Thereby causing property owners to incur major losses or just go bankrupt.

The irony is that a rent freeze policy will actually increase rents in New York City. That is because no rational property owner will build or expand in a city with a rent freeze policy. And when the supply of property declines the rents will go up.

The desecration of a mass grave site in Ahvaz, southern Iran that contains the remains of at least 44 people who were extrajudicially executed would destroy vital forensic evidence and scupper opportunities for justice for the mass prisoner killings that took place across the country in 1988, said Amnesty International and Justice for Iran.

Photo and video evidence obtained by the NGO Justice for Iran and reviewed by Amnesty International shows bulldozers working on a construction project directly alongside the mass grave site at Ahvaz, as well as piles of dirt and construction debris surrounding the grave. Although the Iranian authorities have made no official announcements about Ahvaz, families learned through a construction worker that the plan is to ultimately raze the concrete block marking the grave site and build over the area.

“By attempting to destroy the mass grave in Ahvaz, the Iranian authorities appear to be embarking on a sinister and deliberate effort to destroy crucial evidence of their past crimes and deprive the families of the victims of the 1988 mass prisoner killings of their right to truth, justice and reparation. “For years the authorities have inflicted unbearable suffering on the families of the victims of the 1988 extrajudicial executions. They have denied them the right to give their loved ones a dignified burial and forced them to walk through piles of rubbish to visit their dead. Now they are planning to destroy their final resting place and trying to obliterate their memory from history,” Shadi Sadr, the Executive Director of Justice for Iran.

Mass graves are crime scenes that require professional forensic expertise to undertake exhumations and ensure preservation of evidence and accurate identification of bodies. By desecrating the site, the authorities will be destroying vital evidence that could one day be used to shed light on the number and identity of those killed in state custody.

The Ahvaz mass grave is located on a barren piece of land 3km east of Behesht Abad Cemetery. It is believed to contain the bodies of dozens of people who were among several thousand political prisoners killed in a wave of extrajudicial executions across Iran in the summer of 1988. The prisoners were rounded up and forcibly disappeared before being killed in secret.  Their bodies were then dumped into freshly dug trenches overnight.

In Ahvaz, the authorities poured concrete over the mass grave immediately after the burial, apparently to prevent family members from digging up the ground and recovering the bodies of their loved ones.

Recently, in mid-May, a construction worker told one family member who visited the site that the work under way to widen the road running alongside the mass grave site would bring it very close to the site and the next phase of works would raze the concrete structure completely to clear the area for a “green space” or a commercial development.

“Instead of trying to erase the memory of those killed and obstruct justice, the Iranian authorities must ensure that the mass gravesites of the 1988 mass killings are preserved and protected until proper, independent investigations can be carried out. Families have the right to know what happened to their loved ones and bury them in dignity,” said Magdalena Mughrabi.

This is not the only mass grave from the mass killings of 1988 at risk of destruction. Justice for Iran has learned of apparent efforts to tamper with another site in the north-eastern city of Mashhad, Khorasan Razavi province, where up to 170 political prisoners are believed to be buried.

Bereaved families who visited the site on the edge of Mashhad’s Behesht Reza Cemetery for Iranian New Year in March 2017 discovered that the previously flat area had been covered with soil to create a raised mound over the grave. Although the reasons for this remain unclear, it raises similar concerns that the authorities are attempting to eliminate all trace of their mass extrajudicial killings.

Over the past three decades, the authorities’ disrespectful treatment of the victims’ remains has compounded the suffering of bereaved family members. The authorities regularly insult the dead and torment their families by referring to mass graves as la’nat abad (the damned land) and have repeatedly told families that their loved ones were “outlaws” who did not deserve a proper burial or tombstone. Families are forbidden from holding commemorative gatherings or decorating the mass gravesites with memorial messages.

Background

The mass extrajudicial executions of political prisoners in 1988, known as the “prison massacres” began shortly after an unsuccessful armed incursion by the Iraq-based People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) in July that year. Political prisoners from across the country were rounded up and held incommunicado, with no news of them heard for months afterwards. Reports circulated among relatives that prisoners were being executed in groups and buried in unmarked or mass graves.

Families were verbally told their relatives had been killed but the bodies were not returned and most locations of burial sites were not disclosed.

The vast majority of those killed had already spent years in prison, often for peacefully exercising their rights by distributing newspapers and leaflets, taking part in peaceful anti-government demonstrations, or having real or perceived affiliations with various political opposition groups. Some had already completed their sentences but had not been released because they refused to “repent”.
To date, no Iranian officials have been investigated and brought to justice for the extrajudicial executions. Some of the alleged perpetrators continue to hold political office or other influential positions, including in the judiciary.

Fox News: The Trump administration has paused more than $1 billion in Medicaid payments to California and Minnesota after audits uncovered systemic fraud, billing irregularities, and compliance failures at the state level—the latest escalation in the White House’s war on government waste. HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. threatened that states won’t get more funding until they prove the payments were legitimate. Fox News: “If Governor Gavin Newsom or Governor Tim Walz wants this funding released, all they have to do is provide basic documentation showing that these services are legitimate and not fraudulent. And that’s common sense,” Kennedy said Tuesday during a press conference on the announcement. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is withholding roughly $867 million from California and more than $200 million from Minnesota while federal officials review what they described as high-risk Medicaid claims and documentation deficiencies.

Software vendor says NJ knew 6,600 non citizens registered to vote — and approved them anyway

WASHINGTON — The software company that New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill blamed for 6,600 noncitizens getting put onto the voter rolls insists that local officials were responsible for illegally registering the immigrants. Sherrill (D) claimed Tuesday that a “serious software error” in the state’s Motor Vehicle System involving French tech company IDEMIA caused the mishap, which led to some 400 noncitizens voting.

But IDEMIA said that the state had access to data showing that those individuals were not citizens — but apparently registered them to vote anyway. The problem came from software that the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission used to register people to vote when they signed up for a New Jersey ID — a similar practice employed in dozens of states. “The 6,600 records submitted to the [Motor Vehicle Commission] and Division of Elections contained correct information according to the design specifications as set out by the state,” Lisa Shoemaker, a spokesperson for IDEMIA, told The Post on Wednesday. “All 6,600 individuals indicated ‘Yes’ to wanting to register to vote and ‘NO’ to being a US Citizen,” she added. “This information was recorded correctly and always available.”

IDEMIA’s claims raise questions about why voter registration data submitted during applications for drivers’ licenses or identification wasn’t properly screened by New Jersey. It’s not clear whether New Jersey had any safeguards in place for people who made mistakes — or situations where people lied about being citizens. A New Jersey state official disputed IDEMIA’s claims. “No, that is not correct,” the official told The Post. “Anytime somebody answers ‘no’ to the citizenship question, that record should not be transmitted to the Division of Elections.”

The debacle took place under Sherrill’s predecessor, former Gov. Phil Murphy (D). She announced Tuesday that the state has hired an outside group, CSG, to investigate the matter. “IDEMIA does not control or manage voter enrollment, our role is simply to collect self-reported citizenship and interest data,” Shoemaker explained. “This leads to more questions – if the Division of Elections had missing information which is required to register in the State of New Jersey, did the Division of Elections approve these individuals be added to the Voter Rolls.”

Shoemaker said that IDEMIA believes the data sent over to the Division of Elections also missed key information such as party affiliation. President Trump and his allies have pointed to the New Jersey scandal as a case in point for why more robust guardrails are needed to protect election integrity. For months, Trump has been championing the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote, among other measures.

Shortly after Sherrill’s stunning announcement about the 6,600 non-citizens in New Jersey getting registered to vote, the Justice Department demanded the governor fork over key data, including the names of the people who were erroneously added to the voter rolls.

The DOJ also cited the debacle in a filing for its ongoing lawsuit against the Garden State seeking access to its voter roll data. “The Trump administration has a long history of weaponizing the Justice Department for political purposes and attempting to overturn election results,” Sean Higgins, a spokesperson for Sherrill, told The Post.

Accused Democrat Rapist Rep. Eric Swalwell Resignes from Congress

Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell resigned from Congress as he faces allegations of sexual assault and other misconduct from several women.

“I am aware of efforts to bring an immediate expulsion vote against me and other members,” he said in a statement. “Expelling anyone in Congress without due process, within days of an allegation being made, is wrong. But it’s also wrong for my constituents to have me distracted from my duties. Therefore, I plan to resign my seat in Congress.”

Swalwell’s political career imploded as multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct, including rape and unsolicited explicit messages and nude photos. The congressman ended his campaign for California governor on Sunday as he hemorrhaged support.

A former staffer told CNN that she was heavily intoxicated after a night of drinking with Swalwell in New York City in April 2024, when she woke up to him having sex with her in his hotel bed. I was pushing him off of me, saying no,” the woman told CNN of the incident, which she said happened after she had stopped working in Swalwell’s office. “He didn’t stop.” She was one of four women who described t misconduct by Swalwell, who was running for California governor. Others alleged that Swalwell sent them unsolicited nude photos or explicit messages.

In his resignation announcement, Swalwell again apologized for past “mistakes in judgment,” but vowed to fight the “serious, false allegation.” The statement seemingly referred to the claims made by a former staffer, whose story was first reported by the San Francisco Chronicle on Friday.

Reforming the Alarmist National Climate Assessment has Begun

For 25 years, the periodic National Climate Assessment (NCA) report has been the flagship of American alarmism. It looks like that is about to change with a realist at the helm.

The assessments are produced by a small federal office called the U.S. Global Change Research Program (GCRP) which ironically does no research. It merely produces an annual report of the climate related research of 13 major federal agencies. Its big job is doing the NCAs. The first came out in 2001 with the fifth in 2023.

The Trump administration had zeroed the GCRP, but now they are reviving it with leading skeptic Matt Wielicki running it. So, a skeptical NCA is in the offing.

Wielicki faces a grand challenge. He has a huge job on his hands and may never have run a crash federal project like this before. The alarmist NCA is a monster document with endless alarmists graphs and scary text produced over a period of several years by hundreds of people. Its entire bogus focus is on how human caused climate change is harming Americans.

Logistically, the alarmists who have experience building a prior NCA are unlikely to want to work on a reality-based version so a whole new team must be built. The ICF support contract that paid a lot of the non-federal workers has been terminated. These are complex obstacles that Wielicki must overcome.

He might do something simple since the alarmist impacts packing these prior reports do not exist. Thus the past reports are useless as a model. Here are some initial thoughts on a skeptical document design that might be easy to do.

First, it could discuss the concept of climate change. Climate oscillates naturally on a wide range of scales, from years to centuries. Given this natural variability it can be hard to determine that climate is actually changing in the long run at a given location. In the short term. climate is always changing. This is the thorny confusion of not distinguishing between variability and trend that prior reports have wallowed in.

Second, the report could explain that climate change is mostly natural not human caused. The Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect an obvious exception. Prior reports seem to assume that all change is human caused or human worsened.

Third, there is the issue of beneficial change, which prior reports have largely ignored. This might include issues such as increases in agricultural productivity or reduced deaths from extreme cold. The greening benefits from increasing atmospheric CO2 (the global food supply) might also be discussed.

Fourth, the new report could also address the common fallacies underlying these prior NCA reports. There is a lot of junk science in these extremely alarmist reports.

Apparently the GCRP website is gone, but here is the latest National Climate Assessment (which I call the National Scare).

Note that the GCRP does not coordinate the federal climate research program, which is often erroneously reported. It just collects annual expenditure and project data from the 13 or so research agencies and does an annual report called “Our Changing Planet.” Oddly, the last issue seems to be FY 2023 when expenditures topped $4 billion.

Election Truth Alliance Earns 501(c)(3) Non-profit Status

Obtaining a 501(c)(3) status can lend organizations increased credibility. This is due both to the thorough application process and additional transparency surrounding tax filings of 501(c)(3) organizations, which are open to public review.

As a vigilant watchdog committed to supporting independent election oversight, the ETA is issuing an open invitation to staff and officials laid off from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) or the EAC to get in touch at board@electiontruthalliance.org — and to sign up to volunteer their skills in cybersecurity and elections management to continue advancing this cause.

EXCLUSIVE: CCP Intel-Associated Official Converted Taxpayer-Funded Facility By U.S. Military Bases Into Massive Illegal Weed Grow

A Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intelligence official is the head of a U.S. taxpayer-funded facility in the Mojave Desert where authorities dismantled a massive illegal marijuana operation, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered.

Police seized over 15,000 marijuana plants and arrested 14 people — including eight Chinese nationals — while conducting a July 2022 raid on a 75-acre Barstow, California facility owned by China-based quartz slab manufacturer American Quartz Inc. (AQ), which secured a multimillion-dollar Sunshine State grant earlier that year with support from Treasurer Fiona Ma and remains operational, according to the criminal complaint and state records.

Barstow’s former mayor Paul Anthony Courtney and a dozen other individuals were charged with felony counts of illegal marijuana cultivation and tax evasion in July 2025 related to the illicit operation, which allegedly may also have involved “violence,” “cruelty,” and witness intimidation, according to the criminal complaint. The charges against Courtney, who served as Barstow mayor until 2024, were ultimately dismissed in March 2026, when he agreed to plead no contest to a newly added “Fighting, Noise, Offensive Words” infraction, court records show.

Bench warrants have been issued for the arrests of the eight Chinese defendants, who have not appeared in court, and the other defendants pleaded not guilty in their ongoing cases.

While it is unclear if any of the defendants ever worked for AQ, Chinese government documents translated by the DCNF reveal that the company’s CEO, “Tommy” Hu Qiaomin — who was not charged — has extensive CCP state security ties and has held numerous positions within arms of one of the communist nation’s influence and intelligence agencies, including current membership in several such entities.

AQ, Hu, Ma and Courtney did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Hu’s ties to the CCP raise serious national security concerns in light of AQ reportedly continuing to operate as a “landlord” for cannabis cultivators post-raid, the Chinese company’s efforts to influence U.S. lawmakers and AQ’s proximity to sensitive U.S. government sites, including Edwards Air Force Base to the west, Fort Irwin to the north and Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow approximately 6 miles east.

“AQ operated as more than a commercial landlord; it gave a CCP-linked actor facility control inside a sensitive logistics corridor,” Ammon Blair, senior fellow at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, told the DCNF. “The facility matters as much, if not more, than the marijuana.”

“AQ sits near the Barstow International Gateway (BIG), which links the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, the Alameda Corridor, BNSF Railway, warehousing, transloading, and national freight movement,” said Blair, who is a former Border Patrol agent and Army veteran. “It also sits near Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, which supports military logistics and operational readiness. That geography gives a hostile or criminal network practical value through staging, warehousing, workforce placement, cash movement, surveillance, local influence and commercial cover.”

‘For The Motherland’

Hu has held Chinese military, government and intel arm positions in both the U.S. and China, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government reports.

Born in Wenzhou, Zhejiang in 1955, Hu served in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) until 1980, when he began working for the state-run Wenzhou Foreign Trade Company, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports. After building a shoe manufacturing company in Africa in the 1990s, Hu expanded his business to the U.S. in 2003.

While living in the U.S., Hu has maintained close ties with the Chinese government, including by serving as a representative to Wenzhou’s Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) at least four times between 2012 and 2019, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports. CPPCC delegates “serve as proxies for CCP interests,” according to the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USCC).

Hu’s Chinese patriotism made headlines in China during Wenzhou’s 2019 CPPCC conference, when he gifted custom-made vests featuring Chinese flags to other delegates.

“I frequently see overseas Chinese leaders wearing these patriotic vests at events and activities. It shows everyone’s sense of responsibility and pride for the motherland,” Hu said, according to a DCNF translation of a 2019 Chinese government announcement.

Hu has also held at least five positions within arms of a CCP influence and intelligence agency called the United Front Work Department (UFWD), which Beijing uses to steer foreign policy and “gain access to advanced foreign technology,” according to USCC.

Among other such roles, Hu previously served as a representative in the Wenzhou branch of the UFWD’s China Overseas Friendship Association (COFA), and has served as an executive vice president in the UFWD’s Wenzhou Overseas Chinese General Chamber of Commerce since 2019, according to DCNF translations of UFWD announcements.

The entrepreneur has also led several California-based united front-affiliates, including the U.S. Wenzhou Association (USWZA), which is a nonprofit that is listed as an overseas chapter of a UFWD arm called the All-China Federation Of Returned Overseas Chinese (ACFROC), according to DCNF translations of Chinese government and state media reports.

USWZA operates “under the leadership” of the Los Angeles Chinese Consulate, according to a DCNF translation of a speech Hu made during a February 2013 USWZA conference, which included attendees from the consulate as well as members of a UFWD arm that opposes Taiwan’s independence called the China Council for the Promotion of Peaceful National Reunification (CCPPNR). While serving as USWZA’s chairman, Hu said the association had welcomed visiting Chinese officials, including General Secretary Xi Jinping and personnel from ”China’s FBI,” the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

“Over the past two years, our association has handled the highest volume of reception duties. We have hosted delegations from MPS, the State Tax Administration, the Communist Youth League Central Committee, the inaugural Central Art Leadership training program to the U.S., deputy provincial-level leadership training programs, the Zhejiang Song and Dance Troupe, provincial-level leading cadres training programs as well as municipal party committee, government, People’s Congress, and CPPCC committee delegations,” Hu said, according to a DCNF translation of the 2013 speech.

USWZA’s website continues to list Hu as a member and the entrepreneur appeared on stage alongside the association’s officials during USWZA’s March 2026 Chinese New Year event, photos and footage show.

Since 2017, Hu has also met with MPS officials in China at least five times to discuss matters including Wenzhou’s “overseas Chinese police” program — which established a yet unidentified Los Angeles police liaison station in 2018 — as well as an MPS platform that supports the CCP’s overseas courts, according to DCNF translations of Chinese government posts. Hu has served as chairman of another UFWD-affiliate called the Wenzhou Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce (WZLACC), which is a nonprofit that hosts one such overseas Chinese court, the DCNF reported in January 2025.

USWZA and WZLACC could not be reached for comment and the Los Angeles Chinese Consulate did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

“Hu’s Chinese government ties change the meaning of the case,” Blair said. “A former PLA soldier with CPPCC, UFWD, COFA, MPS, consular and overseas-policing ties brings the CCP party-state influence system into the ownership of a U.S. industrial site.”

‘Help From Friends’

While holding positions with CCP entities, Hu built a relationship with California State Treasurer Fiona Ma that helped deliver Chinese military-tied engineers and millions in taxpayer dollars to AQ, filings show.

In November 2019, Ma, her representative Daniel Sieu and his wife, who is also Ma’s ”outreach specialist,” attended AQ’s groundbreaking ceremony, according to AQ’s website and photos accompanying Chinese government announcements.

During the event, AQ reportedly received the city key from Barstow officials as well as a commendation from Ma, who has presented such awards to CCP-tied individuals at least 10 other times, the DCNF reported in May 2026.

Ma and the Sieus, who did not respond to multiple requests for comment, continued to support AQ in several ways after its launch, including by meeting with Barstow officials and by helping at least seven engineers from China’s Veegoo Technology obtain U.S. visas, purportedly in order to help AQ build its assembly lines, the Victorville Daily Press reported.

Veegoo has been recognized by the Chinese government as a “Little Giant,” which is an affiliation that the U.S. Department of War has used to designate entities as “Chinese Military Companies,” according to federal sources and a DCNF translation of an announcement on Veegoo’s website.

While Daniel Sieu was the “central driver” of AQ’s push to secure introduction letters for Veegoo’s engineers, the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) — where Ma serves as a key voting member — also assisted, the Daily Press reported.

Money likewise moved between Hu and Ma’s entities after the 2019 groundbreaking ceremony, with filings showing that AQ and another company owned by Hu had collectively donated $11,000 to Ma’s political war chest by June 2024.

During an October 2021 event held by the William & Stephanie Foundation (WSF), Hu also made a “generous donation” of an unspecified amount to the nonprofit, which was established by the Sieus and lists Ma as its sole board advisor, according to business filings and a DCNF translation of a Chinese state media report.

“The arduous struggle of Chinese people in America has been filled with blood and tears,” Hu said while thanking Ma and Daniel Sieu for supporting AQ at the WSF event, according to a DCNF translation of the state media report. “Establishing a factory here is more difficult than in China, but if you have help from friends one can achieve twice as much with half the effort.”

The following year, GO-Biz awarded AQ with a $5 million California Competes grant in April 2022 contingent upon several conditions including the quartz slab manufacturer renovating the facility and creating 500 new full-time jobs in California, according to the contract, which was signed a month after AQ began leasing warehouse space to cannabis cultivators, the Daily Press reported.

States should not allow Chinese entities to own property or partner with cannabis companies, Steve Robinson, editor-in-chief of The Maine Wire and filmmaker behind the award-winning documentary High Crimes: The Chinese Mafia’s Takeover of Rural America, told the DCNF.

“Why is the CCP sponsoring black market cannabis cultivation and trafficking? The best answer I’ve seen is that cannabis trafficking provides a low-risk mechanism for stockpiling cash,” Robinson said. “So, the more important question from a national security perspective is what is the CCP doing with the billions of dollars in drug money these networks produce?”

Virginia: Muslim state senator introduces bill to classify ‘Islamophobia’ as assault

“The bill would amend Virginia’s existing assault statute to recognize Islamophobia as ‘malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam.’”

Yet ever since 9/11 and before then as well, the Islamic machine in the United States — the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other Muslim Brotherhood groups — have insisted that opposition to violence committed in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings, and to Sharia oppression of women and others, constituted “malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam.” This has become the mainstream view; leftists, and many patriots as well, still take it for granted as axiomatically true, and unsavory groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL spent millions to make these smears mainstream.

Now Virginia is going to codify them into law, adopting what is essentially a blasphemy law that will forbid criticism of Islam. The job is very nearly complete.

Virginia State Sen. Saddam Azlan Salim (D-Fairfax) has introduced Senate Bill 624, legislation that would define “Islamophobia” within Virginia’s assault laws and require law enforcement to track crimes allegedly motivated by anti-Islam bias. The bill would amend Virginia’s existing assault statute to recognize Islamophobia as “malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam.”

The legislation would also direct the Virginia State Police, with directions from the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, to incorporate the definition of Islamophobia into the state’s hate crime reporting wing. Supporters of the law say the change would help police more accurately identify and classify bias-motivated offenses against Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim….

While Senate Bill 624 states it would not create a new criminal offense, civil cause of action, or restrict speech protected under the First Amendment or the Virginia Constitution, critics have raised concerns that placing a state mandated definition of Islamophobia into state law could blur the line between first amendment protected criticism of Islam as a religion and violent acts motivated by an anti-Muslim hatred or bias….

Memos reveal FBI faced roadblocks to prosecute possible 2020 Michigan voter registration fraud

The FBI collected witness interviews alleging voter registration fraud in Michigan in 2020. Newly-disclosed documents show the case was delayed, and ultimately “killed” by the Biden administration.

Contained in the trove of election-related documents President Donald Trump released to the public on Thursday are the FBI’s investigative files and communications about a possible voter registration fraud scheme in Muskegon, Mich., that ended without prosecution.

In 2020, the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police identified a possible voter registration fraud scheme centered on a firm called GBI Strategies.

It prompted an investigation after which the materials were turned over to the FBI, according to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Michigan agencies reviewed by Just the News in 2023.

“Pay, play, and cheat”

The declassified files show, for the first time, how the FBI conducted its investigation into the allegations and provide new details about what became of the probe.

“The documents state that some canvassers admitted to FBI agents that they signed voter registration forms in other people’s names, submitted fraudulent registration for people who did not exist, and received gift cards tied to their number of applications that they produced,” President Trump said on Thursday. “In other words, it was pay, play, and cheat.” The president said he is asking the FBI Director to reopen the probe to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and accused the Biden Justice Department of slow walking the probe.

The Muskegon Police Department began investigating GBI Strategies after the Muskegon City Clerk’s Office reported suspected voter registration fraud, according to a police report dated Oct. 16, 2020, which Just the News obtained from a FOIA request in 2023. The Muskegon Police Department, alongside the Michigan State Police, found that some of the registration forms included biographical information that did not match to real people or addresses that did not exist.

Michigan’s Attorney General eventually referred the probe to the FBI because of its national jurisdiction, Just the News reported.

But, what the FBI did with the information remained a mystery. In September 2023, the FBI denied a Freedom of Information Act request from Just the News seeking its investigative files into the suspected fraud, citing an exemption in that law regarding ongoing investigations.

The now-public documents show that the FBI team in Detroit conducted several interviews with canvassers who registered people to vote as part of the campaign organized by GBI Strategies. Many told investigators directly that they were told to fill out false information or that they believed it was likely that others were doing so, according to the FBI-302 memos made public by the White House.

FBI-302s are forms used by the bureau to summarize interviews taken during an investigation.

One canvasser alleged that the local company leadership directed employees to fill in fake information in order to complete more applications.

“[Name redacted] told all of the employees that if they couldn’t get enough applications, they should just fill them in,” according to one FBI-302 of a canvasser. “One of the employees asked what this person meant […] whichever [person] it was picked up a blank application and filled it out with made-up information and said, ‘this is what I mean.”

Canvasers told to make up names or use anyone else’s name

Further, the employee alleged the leadership said “to put any number she could think of for the social security number, but not to use her own social security number or date of birth” and that “she could make up names or use anyone else’s name.”

“[Redacted] would return to the office at the end of her shift and fill in enough blank sheets with made-up people so that she reached her daily quota,” the FBI-302 said. The individual told investigators that she estimated she submitted “100 fake voter registrations” to the group.

Another canvasser who worked for the company for about a week in 2020 said he “never collected any names,” but would “just sit in his car the whole shift and would put down a name of a friend or relative in order to have something to turn in with his clipboard.”

No child ever came out of the womb and said, “I hate Blacks, Jews, Christians, Asians.” Hatred is an emotion that must be learned, and drummed into your head, so that every thing you do is immersed in the PRISM of hate.

How did that happen? Hate is an emotion which must be learned. No one is born with the desire to hate, yet here we are hating each other, and allowing 535 people in Congress, 4500 people in the CFR, the IMF, the UN, the media and Hollywood to determine that we should hate each other, while giving them the power to control 300 million people. 10,000 people have decided they are richer, smarter, and more powerful, and they must make all of the decisions to control every aspect of our lives.

Let us first understand that this new political game is all about POWER. It’s not about environment, children, animals, health or humanity etc., it is all about power. They want it. You are in the way. You are an individual that proves everything they claim is a LIE. The only way to get power from you, is if you give it to them. So let’s not give it to them, it’s so simple. Wrong, nothing in life is simple. We allow their massive lies and manipulation to push our buttons, and focus on hate (hate yourself, hate your family, hate your country, hate your G-d,). They have us so wound up, we stop paying attention to the real threat, Communism (CCP) and Islam. Their big accomplishments: getting Americans to hate each other and getting us to believe their propaganda, while paying for our own demise.

Did you hear President Trump’s speech? Did you know that ABC and NBC did not carry his speech? They are not interested in the TRUTH. They are propaganda machines. Viewers listen to them. Their lies are aimed at the destruction of America. I went to their websites. Not one mention of the most important issue facing America: fair elections, a stolen election, and the exoneration of those who lives were ruined, because they believed that the 2020 election was stolen.

Even at Jay Clayton’s hearing, Jay made the mistake of not being able to say Biden was the legitimate president. Evidence now proves Jay was right. If you want to prove your point, STOP LISTENING AND VIEWING THEIR STATIONS. TAKE AWAY THEIR MONEY, and that will TAKE AWAY THEIR POWER.

We have the laws that would put these insurrectionists in jail. Enforcing them is the problem. Until We the People make it known to our legislators that these laws must be enforced, they will do nothing.

Communists want the earth depopulated of its useless eaters. That would be anyone who disagrees, or is elderly, disabled, or is under the working age of 10. You can not fight them using logic. It doesn’t work. You must fight with the same tool they use. Money and votes. Stop buying their stuff.

We have the tools in place. We have their own words to use against them, and now we have the evidence in black and white. What will you do to make sure there is justice?

DEI Entrenchment: 7 Colleges Suggesting That ‘White Supremacy’ Persists in America

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—A new report exposes seven colleges and universities for featuring statements about “white supremacy” that, the report’s authors say, provide the intellectual framework for racial discrimination in admissions, even after a recent Supreme Court ruling invalidated racial quotas.

“Everything on the campuses is framed through a racial lens,” Bill Jacobson, a professor at Cornell Law School and founder of the Legal Insurrection Foundation, told the Daily Signal in an interview Wednesday.

Jacobson founded a website dedicated to exposing critical race theory. CriticalRace.org compiled the list of colleges featuring “white supremacy” statements and exclusively provided it first to the Daily Signal. Jacobson warned that, even though academia is moving away from DEI—short for diversity, equity, and inclusion—many academics remain dedicated to the principles of critical race theory, which his group describes as “a radical ideology that focuses on race as the key to understanding society, and objectifies people based on race.”

“You can close the DEI department, it’s probably going to be called something else,” he said. “At Cornell, DEI is now called ‘Inclusion and Belonging.’” He said the struggle against DEI is a “cultural war as to whether almost the entirety of our education system will be devoted to delegitimizing the United States.”

“Show me a law in the United States that privileges whites over non-whites,” he said. “Bring me a program which, in its eligibility requirements, says only whites can apply. They simply don’t exist.”

He accused critical race theory proponents of treating the country “like it’s still 1956.”

Kemberlee Kaye, managing editor of CriticalRace.org, said that attempting to root out DEI is “almost like a whack-a-mole situation.”

“These institutions have been so deeply captured that it’s not a matter of simply cutting funding to one office and that solves the problem,” she told the Daily Signal. She said colleges and universities are “rebranding things.”

She noted that the Supreme Court struck down race-based admissions in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard (2023), and President Donald Trump issued executive orders cracking down on DEI.

“They are deliberately doing this to avoid the DEI executive orders,” Jacobson said.

Below is the list of colleges and universities using “white supremacy” rhetoric featured in the CriticalRace.org report. The Daily Signal reached out to each institution for comment but did not hear back.

1. San Diego State University

San Diego State University’s webpage for “diversity” at the College of Arts and Letters states that the college houses many departments that “help provide students with culturally relevant curricula, critical thinking skills, and accurate knowledge to critique white supremacy and promote social justice.”

2. Boston University

Boston University’s School of Social Work: Center for Aging & Disability Education & Research offers a three-step course on “Understanding Structural & Institutional Racism.” The course examines “racial capitalism, white supremacy, and structural and institutional racism” and the influence of “white supremacist ideology” on American society.

3. Loyola University Maryland

Loyola University Maryland’s philosophy department released a “statement of solidarity with BIPOC Community at Loyola and Beyond” in 2020, and the page remained on the philosophy department’s website until this year. The statement pledged to “integrate a diversity of texts and viewpoints into our courses that address the moral problems of discrimination and inequality at all levels.”

The statement pledged not to “‘whitewash’ the history of white supremacy in the philosophical canon.” The department claimed that “the history of the United States is the history of terrorizing and snuffing out Black life through police killings and white supremacist vigilantism.”

4. San Francisco State University

San Francisco State University’s webpage on “Diversity and Inclusion” mentions the “Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Pedagogies for Inclusive Excellence Institute,” which “builds a community of JEDI protagonists by developing anti-racist pedagogy and dismantling white supremacy in online teaching.”

5. University of Tennessee, Knoxville

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Center for Children’s and Young Adult Literature published a webpage titled “Fighting Anti-Black Racism through Story.” This page claims that “the ongoing police brutality against Black men, women, and youth is not a new phenomenon, but instead is a current manifestation of long-histories, state-sanctioned racism, anti-Blackness, and white supremacy in this country.”

6. Portland State University

Portland State University’s Multicultural Retention Services department released a statement “in solidarity & action for Black Lives Matter.” The statement claims that “Multicultural Retention Services stands in solidarity with the Black community as an extension of the work we do to combat white supremacy, racism, and anti-blackness.”

Multicultural Retention Services claims that specific acts of police brutality “have been a product of white supremacy in this country.”

7. Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts

The Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts’ Wellness Strategic Plan includes an “Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Racist Statement.” The program claims that counseling professionals “recognize the importance of taking a stand and offering support by naming and addressing what causes the illness, wounds, and impairment, i.e. systemic racism and white supremacy.”

A Hostile Environment

The report also notes that some leftist groups have used the term “white supremacy” to describe conservative political figures—including conservatives on college campuses.

It notes that the Southern Poverty Law Center, a group that gained its reputation by suing Ku Klux Klan organizations into bankruptcy, accused the conservative campus organization Turning Point USA of seeking “to enforce a social order rooted in white supremacy.”

Jacobson told the Daily Signal that, while no evidence shows that the man accused of murdering Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk had been directly influenced by the SPLC, the SPLC’s attack “contributed to the atmosphere” around Kirk’s assassination in September 2025.

“Those sort of accusations are made at Cornell,” he said. “I think the SPLC undoubtedly contributes to the silencing of conservative voices.”

Kaye noted that the SPLC currently faces wire fraud and bank fraud charges for allegedly directing donor funds to the very hate groups the SPLC claims it exists to oppose.

“If we’re looking at white supremacy, the only absolute verifiable examples we have of that in modern times would be the vestiges of the KKK, which we now know are bankrolled by the SPLC,” she quipped.
