Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Must Be Prepared for attacks by Islamists

Since America is poised to go down the same suicidal path as Europe (with the exception of Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia) by allowing admission of untold numbers of mostly Muslim refugees, it makes sense not only to train federal agencies, state and local law enforcement to be aware of  Islamic jihadis’ tendencies, but also to make sure terrorists aren’t already within their ranks.

An article in the UK Express claims,

“Police forces in France are riddled with radicalized officers, including some who have broadcast Muslim chants while on patrol or refused to protect synagogues, a leaked memo reportedly shows.”

The article goes on to state,

“The Paris police headquarters is now planning weekly review of officers’ behaviour in a bid to spot the first signs of extremism, including monitoring changes in clothing, sick leave or theft of supplies.”

In order to spot behavior that might give a clue to others working closely with embedded or “radicalized” officers, they would first need to be aware of certain beliefs of Muslims and more specifically the signs displayed by Shariah adherent Muslims.

Unbelievably our federal agencies, military and even local police have been denied proper training on those very issues. Beginning in 2011, the Assistant to President Obama for Homeland Security, Counterterrorism, and Deputy National Security Advisor was John Brennan. He instructed the different Departments and Agencies like the FBI, DHS, CIA, and the Pentagon to drop training on actual Islamic threat doctrines that were being taught.

The action taken by Brennan was in response to a letter from Ms. Farhana Khera, President and Executive Director of Muslim Advocates. It essentially complained that the training materials being used by the federal government were biased and highly offensive to the Muslim groups who signed the letter.

In it Ms. Khera demands the United States government to,

“purge all federal government training materials of biased materials”; “implement a mandatory re-training program for FBI agents, U.S. Army officers, and all federal, state and local law enforcement who have been subjected to biased training,”

The list of the signers on the complaint letter to Brennen numbered only 57 Muslim groups, and yet they had enough influence over our president and his appointees to essentially change our national security’s core training on Islamic issues. Do not think it coincidental that the number of Islamic groups is 57, it may be meant to match the 57-member Islamic states who virtually command the United Nations.

Brennan, who has been accused of being a convert to Islam himself, responded to Ms. Khera with all the abundance of apologetic rhetoric he could muster, and essentially validated her claims of highly offensive training as well as a lack of “cultural competency and countering violent extremism.”

He further stated,

“I am aware of recent unfortunate incidents that have highlighted examples of substandard and offensive training that some United States Government elements have either sponsored or delivered.” See full copy of letter.

He took the well known excuse of, “This is not who we are as Americans” stance our current Obama administration continues to use when we American folkshappen to voice our opinion on violent Islamic terrorist attacks, or make a comment about who we should and shouldn’t allow into our country.

Countering Violent Extremism was born to pacify the demanding Muslims who were offended that leaders in the military, federal agencies, and law enforcement training centers were actually teaching truth to their members about the religion of peace. And, just like a toddler who throws a temper tantrum gets his way once, the pattern was set for more demands to be met by our ignorant and/or complicit governmental leaders.

Andrew McCarthy was the Assistant U.S. Attorney who led the terrorism prosecution against Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, otherwise known as The Blind Sheikh, who led the Islamic terrorist cell responsible for bombing the World Trade Center in 1993. He spoke recently at Hillsdale College and had this to say regarding the extent of what our government understands about Islam.

“I had no trouble believing what our government was saying: that we should read nothing into the fact that all the men in this terrorist cell were Muslims; that their actions were not representative of any religion or belief system; and that to the extent they were explaining their atrocities by citing Islamic scripture, they were twisting and perverting one of the world’s great religions, a religion that encourages peace.”

He goes further as he refers to the Blind Sheikh,

“Our government was portraying him as a wanton killer who was lying about Islam by preaching that it summoned Muslims to jihad or holy war. Far from a lunatic, however, he turned out to be a globally renowned scholar—a doctor of Islamic jurisprudence who graduated from al-Azhar University in Cairo, the seat of Sunni Islamic learning for over a millennium. His area of academic expertise was sharia—Islamic law.”

He continues,

“I immediately began to wonder why American officials from President Bill Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno on down, officials who had no background in Muslim doctrine and culture, believed they knew more about Islam than the Blind Sheikh.”

Our government has not changed its tune in over 23 years, regardless of the facts of violent Islamic terrorism confronting us on virtually a daily basis. We have an immigration policy, or lack of one, that tolerates open borders allowing thousands of Muslim immigrants into the heart of our communities. It is understandable then, the probability of jihad has increased along with those numbers. And our governmental leaders continue to downplay the danger involved with Islam.

Earlier this month CNN reported a list of police officers in Minnesota that appeared on an ISIS linked kill list. The information on these policemen included personal phone numbers, email address as well as home addresses. Back in the summer of 2015 a similar list came out which contained members of our military as well.

These brave men and women put their lives on the line regularly for our safety. Our government cannot continue to blindfold our federal and local law enforcement by omitting the training and teaching based on the truthful doctrine of Islam. Our men and women in uniform, and those in plain clothes who are involved in our protection need all the ammo they can get. This advantage includes factual knowledge and teaching that may save our lives as well as theirs in the near future.

In addition, anyone who balks at the fact our national security is being led by Islamic leaders remains ignorant and complicit.

Please call, or better yet visit your Congressmen and local officials to demand training for your various law enforcement organizations.
