Lying John Kirby Spokesman for National Security Council Continues WOKE Excuses on Afghanistan

National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications, retired Admiral John Kirby is truly a lying, Wokeist. In his Facebook posts and Tweets he made, Kirby stated there was a “lot to be proud of” when asked about the terrible Afghanistan withdrawal by Biden which he tried to blame POTUS Trump for.

Is the loss of 13 Marines after 18 months without a death under Trump; the loss of $90 B in modern US warfighting equipment; $200M in cash and a fully equipped strategic Air Force Base (Bagram) something to proud of? I think not.

You can put lipstick on a pig and it will still be a pig.

‘Lying POS’ trends over the most outrageous White House press conference of the year

By

The White House released a report on the chaotic 2021 U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan on Thursday and, to the surprise of few, the Biden administration is largely blaming Donald Trump for some of the conditions that they opted to abide by.

Fox News reporter Peter Doocy took National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby to task at the White House daily briefing over the botched withdrawal that resulted in the unnecessary deaths of 13 U.S. service members, and Kirby’s response resulted in the phrase “lying POS” trending on Twitter.

“After the country has had a couple months to review this, and as the government has, people don’t have an issue with the decision to order troops out of Afghanistan. It’s with the way this president ordered it done,” Doocy said. “There were children being killed. There were people hanging off of Air Force jets that were leaving. And you’re saying that you guys are proud of the way that this mission was conducted? You’re proud of that?”

“You bet,” Kirby replied, after explaining that the administration “got more than 124,000 people safely out of Afghanistan.”

“Proud of the fact that American troops were able to seize control of a defunct airport and get it operational in 48 hours? You bet. Proud of the fact that we now have about 100,000 Afghans, our former allies and partners, living in this country and working towards citizenship? You bet,” he continued. “But does that mean that everything went perfect in that evacuation? Of course not.”

“Nobody is saying that everything was perfect, but there was a lot that went right,” he added. “And a lot of Afghans are now living better lives in this country and other countries around the world because of the sacrifices and the work of so many American government officials. So, yeah, there’s a lot to be proud of.”
