Joe Biden’s FTC wanted Ernst & Young to punish Elon Musk’s Twitter for its defense of the first amendment.
If they didn’t, Ernst & Young feared they would be retaliated against by the government.
Twitter is calling for an end to a consent decree imposed by the FTC after the company and others accused the FTC of severe overreach, politically targeting Twitter for its free speech stance.
