The Liar’s Tax

No need to quote the others. They all lied. It took the Supreme Court and, in particular, Chief Justice Roberts, to call Obamacare a tax in the process of eliminating the Commerce Clause of the Constitution as a justification for imposing this burden on Americans.

FL WON’T IMPLEMENT OPTIONAL PORTIONS OF OBAMACARE

“Floridians are interested in jobs and economic growth, a quality education for their children, and keeping the cost of living low,” Governor Scott said. “Neither of these major provisions in ObamaCare will achieve those goals, and since Florida is legally allowed to opt out, that’s the right decision for our citizens.”

The Liars Have Triumphed

It was always a tax, but President Obama repeatedly told Americans that it was not until his administration’s lawyers went before the Supreme Court and admitted and argued that it was a tax. The lawyers on the Court agreed, the majority in effect saying that there is no limit to the ability of Congress to tax Americans.

A Sad Day for America

Congressman Allen West, “With this decision, Congress has been granted infinite taxation power, and there are no longer any limits on what the federal government can tax its citizens to do.”

OBAMACARE RULING RESPONSES

LifeNews: The Supreme Court has issued a 5-4 decision essentially upholding the Obamacare law that pro-life groups regard as the biggest expansion of abortion and abortion funding since Roe v. Wade. The law also drew strong opposition from the pro-life community not only over abortion, but because the legislation also promotes rationing of medical care […]

Road to the White House Runs Through FL U.S. Senate Race

As of June 26, 2012 thirteen candidates have qualified to run against Democrat Senator Bill Nelson (FL). The only state wide election in Florida in November 2012 is for the U.S. Senate. The winner of the U.S. Senate race can help their party take the key state of Florida and thereby help their presidential candidate win the White House via the electoral college.

MOVIE REVIEW: Prometheus An Epic to Darwinism

Ridley Scott’s new film Prometheus does not rise to the level of Star Wars but its visuals are stunning. Many science fiction movies deal with human struggles, Prometheus tries to deal with the great question: where did mankind come from. Ridley comes firmly down on the side of Darwinism. Prometheus is a Darwin propaganda film. I would like Ridley to address intelligent design by a supreme being – a.k.a. God – in a future movie. Now that would be an epic.

Emerge USA the new ACORN with a Twist?

Joe Kaufman and Beila Rabinowitz in a February 2012 article for FrontPageMag.com wrote, “A radical Muslim group with ties to the Obama Administration will be featuring the head of the Democratic National Committee, Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, as the keynote speaker for its annual fundraising banquet this coming April.” The “radical Muslim group” Kaufman and Rabinowitz are referring to is EMERGE USA.
