New York Judge Juan Merchan on Monday warned former President Donald Trump could be arrested if he disrupts proceedings or skips the trial in his hush money case in Manhattan, as prosecutors claim Trump violated his gag order.

POTUS Trump will not receive a fair trial in the Manhattan New York City trial labeled by left as “hush money” couched in terms of falsifying business records. 87% of voters in Manhattan voted for Biden and they will not be able to find an impartial jury.
The Judge; Juan Machan of New York State Supreme Court, is a Trump hater who contributed to Biden’s Campaign. His daughter is a top fund raiser for Democrats (including pencil neck Adam Schiff) profiting off this trial. The Manhattan DA Prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, is also a Trump hater who has ignored the fact that previous investigations did not result in criminal charges. Bragg invented 34 charges of falsifying business records ignore legal rules/statutes of limitations to classify them as felonies. Bragg stated they were committed in pursuit of another crime but he won’t identify which crime stating the law didn’t require him to.

On top of all that the Judge refused a motion for a change of venue; has imposed a gag order on Trump and his attorneys and is requiring Trump to appear in court every day in what will most likely be a 6-8 week trial. This is pure “lawfare” and election interference personified.
There is a good chance POTUS Trump will be convicted under these circumstances but consider the unlikely scenario that he receives jail time in sentencing. By law the Secret Service must remain with POTUS Trump for life.
How would this play out ?
Well, the most interesting thing about this one….he went to Harlem and campaigned!
This is a smart guy and I’m sure his son could care less if Dad attends his graduation under the circumstances….it will cause a serious uproar! Here is my theory…..Trump will spend everyday campaigning across NYC while this trial is going on and FLIP NYC….they will realize their mistake and try to cut the trial short. He is going to FLIP NEW YORK STATE!
