Last year in Washington, D.C., Heritage Action released 13 key votes, emphasizing legislative issues such as:

• Preserving the filibuster
• Protecting life
• Encouraging “no” votes on omnibus and spending packages
• Supporting women’s and girls’ sports
• Defending the 2nd Amendment
• Fighting inflated and economically dangerous COVID “relief” legislation
• Supporting American businesses and fighting the CHIPS Act
• Protecting the institution of marriage and religious liberties
• Reinforcing the American economy and fighting Biden’s mislabeled, destructive policies

At the state level, our 2022 legislative wins include:

• Stronger election integrity laws in eleven states
• Education reforms, including ESA expansions and school choice in five states
• Protecting states from the burdensome and woke “ESG metrics” in two states
• Protecting life by passing pro-life legislation after the Dobbs decision in three states
