Role Models of Complancency — Civil Disengagement
Yesterday was a scarlet letter day of complacency and disengagement that we have taught indelibly to our children, who are eyewitnesses to “solid” citizens that did not extract themselves from the restaurant, television screen, sports game, cell phone, computer monitor, video games, or other ones of life’s distractions to cast votes for the futures of minors drowning in a meaningless morass of contradictions, like:
- Professionals who “love” kids and vociferously promote irreversible, painful, complex gender changes on minors too young to appreciate their bodies as gifts for human health.
- Mothers who welcome invasive medical procedures with lifelong dire consequences.
- Physicians who treat gender alterations lightly until they are sued for years in courts of law for failing and refusing to expose extreme pain and disfigurement that persist from radical invasive treatments and surgeries.
- Clergy who find no disparity between Bible teachings and body maiming of minors.
- Social workers who push children into believing they somehow were born into the wrong bodies and can dissolve feelings of inferiority by transforming their original birth bodies into “better” versions.
But what happens when all or any of these adults is dead wrong – when children come into realizations that their bodies are sacred receptacles for their minds and souls that permeate all of life even when bodies are compromised by aging, disease, accidents, injuries, malnourishment, abuse, drugs, starvation, …?
What happens then … when the body is in trauma and the givers of “sage” advice are distant or utterly detached from the actual effects of the “wisdom” they have imparted to youths?
This 2026 midterm election has rewarded a plethora of “advisors” who will not suffer the consequences of irreparable invasive medical procedures and treatments on minors. What politician is going to sit at the bedside for days, weeks, or months of a child whose pain from genital surgery and drug therapies is incessant?
Why should our children trust us to protect them when millions and millions and millions of parents and attendees at houses of worship voted for politicians who push excruciating, invasive, irreparable medical procedures on vulnerable minors with no consequences to their political careers or parents who refused to vote?
Every American child deserves the right to trust the adults responsible for them, and one major responsibility for protecting America’s children is how we vote, if we vote, and why we vote.
For those who chose not to set a responsible citizenship role model for America’s children, you owe them a life built on trust, not upon empty promises of politicians to cure all of society’s ills with simplistic slogans. What ever happened to teaching our children, “Black is beautiful” to appreciate their birth bodies and inner selves?
Some people went very, very far distances to model their responsible citizenship for children to see!

Some people take extraordinary measures to preserve their heritage:

The Man Who Saved 350,000 Manuscripts
When militants seized Timbuktu, Mali, in 2012, centuries of African history were at risk of destruction.
Librarian Abdel Kader Haidara and a network of volunteers secretly transported hundreds of thousands of historic manuscripts to safety, using metal trunks, cars and boats.
Their extraordinary rescue helped preserve priceless works on astronomy, medicine, mathematics, religion and African history.
A remarkable story of courage and the determination to protect humanity’s written heritage.
