I received additional guidance from local County Citizens Defending Freedom (CCDF) that a ban would be challenged in court based on FL Constitution but that legislation allowing exemptions for any reason could withstand challenge by leftists who favor mandatory JAB.
Recommend changing message Ban the VAXX to Provide Exemptions without penalty including job loss, attendance at colleges, etc. to those who don’t want the JAB.
Regardless, unelected agencies like OSHA and CDC should not be allowed to dictate mandatory VAXX as condition of employment, attending college or anything else.
