FBI 2015 Report: Over half of Hate Crimes are Anti-Jewish

The common narrative used by the media is that most religious hate crimes are against Muslims. The most recent FBI Criminal Justice Information Services Division report dispels that narrative.

The Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program collects data about both single-bias and multiple-bias hate crimes. For each offense type reported, law enforcement must indicate at least one bias motivation. A single-bias incident is defined as an incident in which one or more offense types are motivated by the same bias. As of 2013, a multiple-bias incident is defined as an incident in which one or more offense types are motivated by two or more biases.

According to the FBI data, hate crimes motivated by religious bias accounted for 1,354 offenses reported by law enforcement. A breakdown of the bias motivation of religious-biased offenses showed:

  • 51.3 percent were anti-Jewish.
  • 22.2 percent were anti-Islamic (Muslim).
  • 4.4 percent were anti-Catholic.
  • 4.2 percent were anti-multiple religions, group.
  • 3.7 percent were Anti-Eastern Orthodox (Russian, Greek, Other).
  • 3.5 percent were anti-Protestant.
  • 1.3 percent were anti-Other Christian.
  • 0.6 percent were Anti-Mormon
  • 0.4 percent (6 offenses) were Anti-Sikh.
  • 0.4 percent (5 offenses) were Anti-Hindu.
  • 0.1 percent (2 offenses) were anti-Atheism/Agnosticism/etc.
  • 0.1 percent (1 offense) were Anti-Buddhist.
  • 0.1 percent (1 offense) were Anti-Jehovah’s Witness.
  • 7.7 percent were anti-other (unspecified) religion.

The Left’s Orwellian Tactics: Yearnings for a Thugocracy

Since the election of Donald Trump to be America’s next President, large groups of protestors and rioters have fanned out around the United States, smashing windows, damaging property and physically attacking other people to express their anger of Trump’s victory.

Their conduct in the aftermath of the election of a president is unprecedented but, given the riots launched by “Black Lives Matter” not a huge surprise.

The central theme of the anti-Trump demonstrators is to equate his calls for border security and effective immigration law enforcement with racism and bigotry.

Undoubtedly some of the demonstrators, particularly the non-violent demonstrators, are truly concerned about racism. However, they are grossly misinformed and are tragically being exploited and manipulated by the globalists and immigration anarchists, having been convinced by the decades of lies told about immigration by our politicians and pundits.

Our immigration laws as we will see, have absolutely nothing to do with xenophobia or racism.

During the first Republican presidential debate Fox News correspondent Bret Baier opened the debate by asking all of the Republican candidates on stage to raise their hand if they would not support any Republican candidate who would win the primaries and possibly run as a third party candidate.

Trump was the only candidate on stage to raise his hand.  Trump’s reaction was reported on by news media across the country, typical of those reports was “Trump tells Republicans in 2016 debate he may not support GOP nominee.”

None of the reporters thought, however, to ask the Democratic candidates if they would support the Constitution of the United States if a Republican won the general election.  Perhaps those reporters should have.

For decades, politicians from both political parties have acceded to the demands of the globalists who see in our nation’s borders impediments to great wealth for the elite to be derived by driving down wages and working conditions for Americans by making them compete with Third World workers who bring with them Third World expectations of wages and working conditions.

Organizations such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have, though massive campaign contributions, pushed the United States to increase the number of countries enrolled in our Visa Waiver Program even though this removes a vital layer of security that the 9/11 Commission reported was essential to national security.

The Chamber of Commerce is one of the most Anti-American organizations.  It is hell-bent on flooding America with cheap foreign labor for all industries including high tech industries.  The Chamber of Commerce is also eager to flood America with unlimited numbers of foreign tourists and foreign students and have found (bought) allies in both political parties.

The Democratic Party, however, is additionally motivated to oppose commonsense measures to secure our nation’s borders and enforce our nation’s immigration laws, seeing in a flood of Third World foreign nationals, potential future voters who would support their party’s candidates.

This is why many cities and states, particularly those controlled by the Democratic Party have created “Sanctuary Cities” that incentivizes illegal immigration thereby undermining national security, public safety, public health and the ability of Americans to find decent jobs.

In my article, “Sanctuary Cities Endanger – National Security and Public Safety” I noted that such cities operate in violation of Title 8 U.S.C. § 1324, a statute comprehended within the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

Here are the relevant portions of this section of law:

Harboring —Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii)
makes it an offense for any person who—knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.

Encouraging/Inducing —Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who—encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting —Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.

Trump’s goals of securing America’s borders and enforcing  our immigration laws are an anathema to the goals of the globalists and so they accuse Trump and those who support his immigration enforcement plans by creating a false narrative linking immigration enforcement with racism and xenophobia.  These lies have incited demonstration and riots.

Title 8, United States Code, Section 1182, is the section of law included in the INA that enumerates the categories of aliens who are to be excluded the United States.

The grounds for exclusion are oblivious as to race, religion or ethnicity but deem as excludible aliens who suffer from dangerous communicable, diseases or extreme mental illness.

Additionally, convicted felons, human rights violators, war criminals, terrorists and spies are to be excluded as well as aliens would like become public charges or those aliens who would seek unlawful employment, thus displacing American workers or driving down the wages of American workers who are similarly employed.

Aliens who violate our immigration laws therefore must be seen as a potential threat to national security, public health and public safety and/or to the livelihoods of American workers.

For unscrupulous politicians, however, the truth is an impediment that must be overcome.

My recent article,“Jimmy Carter: Originator Of The Orwellian Term ‘Undocumented Immigrant’ How the former president manipulated immigration enforcement policy to influence elections” was predicated on a news report published by CBS on September 15, 2016, Jimmy Carter: The U.S. is seeing a ‘resurgence of racism’” in which, just weeks before this year’s presidential election, Carter apparently laid the foundation for the demonstration and riots.

Carter was the first president to use immigration law enforcement (or the lack thereof) as a political tool to gerrymander Congressional districts and Electoral College votes.

During his administration Carter became the first president to implement Orwellian Newspeak about immigration, demanding that INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) personnel refer to “Illegal Aliens” as “Undocumented Immigrants” threatening noncompliant officials with extreme disciplinary consequences.

By insisting that all foreign national present in the United States be referred to as “Immigrants” it became a simple matter, especially over time, to alter the public’s understanding of our immigration laws and their significance for national security, public safety and the general safety and well-being of America and Americans.

Inasmuch as we are a “Nation of immigrants” anyone who opposes the presence of “immigrants,” irrespective of their immigration status, are “Anti-Immigrant.”

The news media describes immigration anarchists who oppose secure borders and oppose effective immigration law enforcement, as being “Pro-Immigrant,” while accusing those who support securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws of being “Anti-Immigrant.”

The official report, “9/11 and  Terrorist TravelStaff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States” focused specifically on how international terrorists entered the United States and embed themselves as they went about their deadly preparations.

The preface of this report begins with the following paragraph:

“It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.”

On November 10, 2016 the New York Post reported, “Is the city about to scrub records of undocumented immigrants?

The city’s municipal ID program anticipated that Republicans might control Congress after this year’s elections, leading Mayor de Blasio on Thursday to say he’s looking to safeguard records submitted by undocumented immigrants “in light of what’s happened.”

The reference was to Donald Trump’s stunning victory, which gave Republicans control of the White House and both houses of Congress.

The municipal ID program, which was enacted in January 2015, includes a one-time provision giving the mayor power to scrub the data of cardholders on or before Dec. 31 just in case of such an eventuality.

Mayor de Blasio’s municipal ID’s help illegal aliens do business in the New York City and is yet another component of the sanctuary policies of New York City that effectively shield illegal aliens from detection by federal authorities.

Those identity documents fly in the face of commonsense the findings of the 9/11 Commission and also provide illegal aliens with a level of credibility that they should not have.

Demonstrators who may think they are rooting for the “underdog” need to wake up.  They are protesting the very laws that were enacted to protect them, their families, Americans irrespective of race and the lawful immigrants who came to America seeking freedom, peace and opportunities.

Black Fan Cheers Over 49ers Losses

Losing again this Sunday to the Arizona Cardinals, the San Francisco 49ers have lost 8 out of 9 games. I admit it folks. I am experiencing schadenfreude (feeling pleasure because of another person’s misfortune). I hope those jive turkey 49ers lose every game this season.

Colin Kaepernick, the 49ers biracial third string quarterback at the time, led/launched a nationwide movement of athletes from middle school to the pros refusing to stand for our National Anthem. Kaepernick said, “ I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”

Kaepernick is parroting the America-is-a-hellhole-of-racism-for-blacks lie promoted by America-hating Leftists like Black Lives Matter. Leaks have revealed that anti-America billionaire George Soros paid BLM $33 million to divide Americans along racial lines and wreck havoc in our streets; riots, violence and etc.

Interestingly, Samuel L Jackson is worth $170 million, Oprah worth $2.8 billion, Beyonce worth $265 million, Kaepernick worth $22 million and numerous other mega-wealthy black celebs are helping to spread BLM’s anti-America destructive narrative to fellow blacks. Considering that America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to go for it, these rich blacks are traitorous crushers of young black dreams.

Think about that folks. These anti-America black mega-millionaires are despicably selling black Americans the Left’s discouraging lie that the American dream is not available to them due to racism. Meanwhile, their lives are living proof that the American dream is available to all regardless of skin-color and gender.

It has been said that success leaves clues. These prominent extremely successful blacks (Jackson, Oprah, Beyonce and Kaepernick) were not born into wealth. They followed standard tried and true steps to achieve their goals; education, hard work and responsible choices.

In a 1992 interview about the movie, “White Sands”, Samuel L. Jackson said the film crew loved him. The desert was hot and uncomfortable. The crew loved that he knew his lines. Thus, the film crew was able to shoot his scenes in one take and move on. In essence, Jackson was expressing his strong work ethic and professionalism. I suspect this is the reason you can not hardly go to a movie in which Jackson is not featured.

Why isn’t Jackson and other successful blacks out there touting striving for excellence (making yourself marketable) rather than selling the Left’s lie that white America burns the midnight oil conceiving ways to keep blacks down? Jackson and other blacks in high places are also spreading the evil lie that cops shoot blacks for no reason. This outrageous lie continues to cause cops to be ambushed. USA Crime Statistics confirms that blacks are killed by blacks 97% of the timeCops defend and save black lives

I passed an elderly white gentleman on a bench. His cap read. “Vietnam Veteran”. I thanked him for his service. He thanked me in return. As I walked away, I thought back to my years in the U.S. Army. I was drafted one month after getting married.

I remembered a smoke break during basic training at Ft Bragg North Carolina. A bunch of us young politically clueless soldiers gathered around our drill instructor. We asked him why we were fighting a war in Vietnam. In a nutshell, he said we were fighting the spread of communism to protect our homes, wives, sons and daughters.

Upon returning from a two week leave after basic training, the buzz was our entire battalion had orders for Vietnam. Some guys were petrified and said they were going to Canada. I was scared. I thought, I just got married. I’m young and could lose my life over a war I know very little about; started by old men. Vietnam had already taken the life of my cousin Jackie’s husband, Norman Byrd. Their baby daughter Duchess grew up never knowing her father. Still, I could not imagine deserting.

By some miracle, my name was not on the list to go to Vietnam. I spent my entire military tour at Fort Bragg.

The elderly gentleman I passed on that bench went to Vietnam and suffered the horrors of war, believing he was fighting for freedom, our homes, wives, sons, daughters and our flag. Thinking about it made me weep.

Mr Kaepernick, you simply haven’t a clue. Yes, I would love to see your 49ers lose every freaking game this season.

On the Eve of Destruction: Democrats only control four states — CA, HI, OR, RI

An article in the Washington Post titled “These 3 maps show just how dominant Republicans are in America after Tuesday” by  Amber Phillips shows the depth and breath of the defeat of the Democratic party after November 8th, 2016.

With the 2016 elections in the books, the Republican Party is set to control 69 of 99 state legislative chambers in 2017. And — with at least 33 governors — the party will have complete control of state government in 25 states.

Currently the Democrats control the Governorship and legislatures in only four states: California, Hawaii, Oregon and Rhode Island.

Here are the maps that tell the story of a Democratic Party on the eve of destruction:

To add to the destruction of the Democratic Party are the anti-Trump riots taking place in cities controlled by Democrats. They are destroying businesses and communities controlled by Democrats from Ferguson, Missouri to Los Angeles, California, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The Democrats are eating their own.

Why the Democratic Rust Belt in Northeastern Pennsylvania voted for Trump

The Weekend edition of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), November 12-13, 2016 presented the latest in a series of articles on The Great Unraveling.   Formerly Democratic rust belt counties, devastated by economic and social decline that swung the electoral victory for President-elect Donald Trump, “The Places that Made Trump President.”  The WSJ characterized these areas as:

Rust Belt counties facing declines in manufacturing, shrinking populations, rising immigration and fraying social fabric moved heavily toward the Republican candidate and his message of national restoration

This latest in the WSJ series dealt with counties in the devastated hard coal and industrial areas of Northeastern Pennsylvania from Scranton south from the New York Line on I-81 across the Delaware River along the spine of the Poconos.   We knew the area well from stops on our journey south to Florida in Wilkes Barre, Hazelton and Saylorville, where former all of Islamist Turkish President Erdogan, Sheikh Fetulleh Gulen is ‘holed up’ in his compound.

We asked two cousins, former residents of the area, American ex-pat in Paris, France, noted European commentator and author Nidra Poller and lawyer activist, Debra Glazer in Irvine, California for their recollections of growing up in these Northeastern Pennsylvania rustbelt communities.

Nidra Poller

I had the privilege of experiencing the Great Depression! Though I was born in 1935, the Depression had never ended in Jessup, PA. They distributed very small apples to the schoolchildren (and I always prefer very small apples) and caned grapefruit. Those who came from affluent families brought their own sugar to sweeten the grapefruit.

We had so few material possessions… young people today couldn’t even imagine how we lived. And we had a store! I suppose we belonged to the middle class.

Our mother z”l (if blessed memory) made my clothes…turning my father’s worn out suits into itchy tweed and his shirts into blouses.

We’ll see what the dispossessed voters of 2016 think in 2019. Can a president, Trump or otherwise, undo the consequences of the entire postwar economic and social development of the US?

Debra Glazer

All through the 1970s and even into the 1980s, I would do much of my clothing; shoe and purse shopping at the various outlets in town (remember Leslie Fay, London Fog, Suburban Casuals, Old Mill, David Crystal Izod, and Rex Shoes?). My mother and I (and my cousins) spent hours going from place to place, stretching from Dickson City, Scranton, and down to Wilkes-Barre. These were real no-frills outlets, often times situated within the factory walls, with merchandise that had mostly tiny imperfections or that were a season old. All those sewing and piece goods jobs disappeared to China and elsewhere.

Then Scranton launched into the telemarketing craze. Many of those annoying dinner-time calls originated from workers sitting in the old, converted Globe, Scranton Dry Goods, or Samters downtown department stores, until the FCC intervened (thankfully) with the do-not-call lists.

When I was a young girl, Scranton had over 100,000 populations, with a strong and large Jewish community, a spanking JCC and many thriving synagogues.  Today, it’s mostly the Orthodox Jewish community that is holding its own, while the other Jewish denominations in town suffer from an aging membership. Almost all of my Jewish high school friends are no longer in Scranton, as there was little for those of us without family businesses to come back to after college.  The overall population dwindled, the poorly educated or blue-collar workers stayed behind, city services crumbled, bankruptcy loomed from time to time, and corruption reigned in NE PA.  Although Scranton boasts several decent universities (the Jesuit University of Scranton and the Catholic Marywood College), those institutions expanded their campuses while causing the erosion of the property tax base. It was really sad for me to go back home when I would visit my aging parents. The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Avoca Airport is a gorgeous building, built with loads of federal funds, but almost no airlines service there and if they do, flights are often canceled at the last minute. If one really needs to get somewhere, one is usually forced to drive to Newark, Philadelphia, NY, or even Allentown airports.

So yes, I can see that those folks I grew up with were the backbone of the Trump victory, maybe less so in Scranton because of the Hillary and Biden connections, but still much more than expected in this Democratic stronghold.

Here are selections from the latest WSJ article on what motivated the residents of the rust belt counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania to vote for President-elect Donald Trump in 2016:

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Tamika Shupp twice voted for Barack Obama as the candidate best equipped to shake up Washington. This year she chose Donald Trump for the same reason.

“Obama tried to do well, and it didn’t turn out how we thought,” said Ms. Shupp as she prepared Polish dumplings at Mom & Pop’s Pierogis in this Rust Belt city. Mr. Trump should do better, she figures, by cracking down on illegal immigration and upholding American values like hard work.

Mr. Trump “is going to be another Obama,” said the 43-year-old Ms. Shupp. She considers both men to be agents of change. As for the crude remarks Mr. Trump made during the campaign, especially concerning women, Ms. Shupp said she dismissed them as bragging and “shoptalk,” and she didn’t believe the women who accused him of sexual assault.

[…]

Foreign competition largely wiped out the area’s dress and shoe industries. Many in the county bitterly remember pencil maker Eberhard Faber moving a plant to Mexico in the mid-1980s and other manufacturers closing factories. A plan in the mid-2000s to capitalize on computer-network technology and turn the county into “Wall Street West” proved a bust after few financial firms moved back-office processing to the area. The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce is hatching a new plan to attract businesses by involving the local colleges in recruitment efforts, but the program is too new to have much effect so far.

The unemployment rate in Luzerne County, now 6.2%, has generally exceeded the national average since 2000, and manufacturing employment in the county is down by around one-third since 2000. Many of the jobs that remain are low-wage service ones in local hospitals, colleges, chain restaurants and stores. Median income, after accounting for inflation, has been flat in Luzerne County since 2000.

Young people are leaving the region in search of jobs elsewhere, leaving an older, more conservative group of voters. In Luzerne, the population has remained steady since 2000, at about 320,000, but the number of people age 25 to 44 fell by about 10,000, according to Moody’sAnalytics.

The weak economy has, over the decades, contributed to a tattering of the county’s social fabric. Church attendance is down since 2000, opioid addiction is up, and civic organizations like the Rotary Club and the Masons have trouble recruiting young members, say local residents. Of the four Evangelical Lutheran churches in Wilkes-Barre in 2000, says Rev. Peter Kuritz of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, one closed and two other don’t have full-time pastors.

Meanwhile, the county’s Hispanic population has climbed nearly 10-fold since 2000, to 31,000, adding a layer of ethnic tension to a place where 84% of the population is non-Hispanic white.

“There’s a sense that the new residents don’t look like us or sound like us,” says Rev. Kuritz. “People feel it’s not like it used to be.”

The region had been drifting from its New Deal Democratic roots for years, and Mr. Trump took full advantage with its working-class voters. They had long been sympathetic to conservative arguments on issues such as gun control and abortion, while skeptical of the GOP’s perceived catering to the wealthy. Mr. Trump’s brand of populism bridged that divide.

County GOP leaders say they looked to boost turnout by shifting two paid workers to Hazleton, a city that gained national prominence by passing an ordinance penalizing landlords for renting to illegal immigrants, which was later blocked by the courts. “Immigration is a big issue there,” says Luzerne County Chairman Ron Ferrance. “There are so many passionate people” who were ready to make phone calls and canvass for Mr. Trump, who takes a hard line on immigration, he says.

Bill O’Boyle, a veteran reporter and columnist for Wilkes-Barre’s Times Leader, says he figured Mr. Trump was a lock to win Luzerne County when he compared the turnout at political rallies. The area has long been a stopover for presidential campaigns.

“You had Hillary Clinton, 500 people. Teddy Cruz, 300 people. Bernie Sanders, 1,500 people. And then Donald Trump, 11,000. How could those crowds not mean something?”

Nineteen-year-old Jasmine Castillo, who makes tacos at the family’s food truck in Wilkes-Barre’s downtown, says her family’s life has become worse as Mr. Trump’s popularity soared. People now tell her to speak English when she speaks Spanish, and to go back across the border, though she is an American citizen. Someone left feces outside her father’s kitchen-cabinet business, she says.

“People feel empowered now” to make insults and threats against Hispanics, she says. “It’s terrifying.”

Martha Wallace, whose family owns a small manufacturer of crucifixes and other Catholic jewelry, says, “Trump drummed up the enthusiasm, just like Obama drummed up the enthusiasm last time.” Her 7-year-old son has declared himself “a Trump man.” Her 16-year-old daughter also supports Trump. “I’ve encouraged her to dream big,” Ms. Wallace says.

Ms. Wallace says she is worried about the future of the U.S. economy and the threat of terrorism, and is counting on a Trump presidency to ease her fears about both. “We hope some of Trump’s economic policy will make it easier for us compete and still stay true to always being a ‘Made in the USA’ company,” she says.

For Mr. Trump’s supporters, expectations are so high it reminds them of what they once felt for President Obama.

Mr. Ferrance, the Republican county chairman, says he realizes voters expect Mr. Trump to deliver. “If it’s the status quo, people will be upset,” he says. “People want him to govern in the spirit of what he said” during the campaign.

He figures there is some wiggle room in some of Mr. Trump’s more controversial stances, such as his repeated claim that the U.S. would build a wall across the U.S.-Mexican border and make Mexico pay for it. Maybe, he says, Mr. Trump could argue that job growth caused by tougher trade policy would be a way of having Mexico “pay.”

It is ironic that in the eight years of the Obama Administration that Vice President Biden, who grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania,  hadn’t recognized the economic and social devastation in Northeastern  Pennsylvania and developed programs to alleviate  and revitalize the communities.  But then Democrat Presidential candidate characterized those in Wilkes Barre who showed up at rallies as ‘deplorables.”

Now the residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania and other rust belt communities in the U.S. are banking on the Trump Administration to deliver on the promises he made at those rallies that gave them, once again, “hope.”

Geert Wilders’ Plan to Make the Netherlands Great Again

Geert Wilders is enmeshed in yet another political trial. This time  brought by the Hague Prosecutors based on 6,400 petitions filed over his 2014 Campaign remarks about “fewer Moroccans” – a reference to the record of criminality by Dutch Moroccans.  This Kafkaesque second trial brought on criminal charges of hate speech is being heard before a biased three judge panel in a secure facility at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport. If convicted Wilders would face heavy fines and perhaps a sentence for those 2014 campaign remarks. Remarks, as we have argued that do not come up to U.S. Supreme Court Rulings of protected speech under our First Amendment.

Injustice for advocates of freedom and liberty in The Netherlands unfortunately has a history going back to 17th Century with the establishment of the Orange Republic. In his Final Remarks in his first trial on alleged hate speech violations,  heard before the Amsterdam District Court , of which  he was successfully acquitted on all charges, Wilders said:

Mister President, members of the Court,

I am acting within a long tradition which I wish to honour. I am risking my life in defence of freedom in the Netherlands. Of all our achievements freedom is the most precious and the most vulnerable. Many have given their lives for freedom. We have been reminded of that in the commemorations of the month of May. But the struggle for freedom is much older.

Every day the armoured cars drive me past the statue of Johan de Witt at the Hofvijver in The Hague. De Witt wrote the “Manifesto of True Freedom” and he paid for freedom with his life. Every day I go to my office through the Binnenhof where Johan van Oldenbarneveldt was beheaded after a political trial. Leaning on his stick the elderly Oldenbarneveldt addressed his last words to his people. He said: “I have acted honourably and piously as a good patriot.” Those words are also mine.

I do not wish to betray the trust of the 1.5 million voters of my party. I do not wish to betray my country. Inspired by Johan van Oldenbarneveldt and Johan de Witt I wish to be a politician who serves the truth end hence defends the freedom of the Dutch provinces and of the Dutch people. I wish to be honest, I wish to act with honesty and that is why I wish to protect my native land against Islam. Silence is treason.

That is why I have spoken, why I speak and why I shall continue to speak.

Freedom and truth. I pay the price every day. Day and night I have to be protected against people who want to kill me. I am not complaining about it; it has been my own decision to speak. However, those who threaten me and other critics of Islam are not being tried here today. I am being tried. And about that I do complain.

I consider this trial to be a political trial. The values of D66 [a Dutch leftist liberal party] and NRC Handelsblad [a Dutch leftist newspaper] will never be brought before a judge in this country. One of the complainants clearly indicated that his intentions are political. Even questions I have asked in parliament and cooperation with the SGP are being brought as allegations against me by Mr Rabbae of GroenLinks [the leftist Dutch Green Party]. Those on the Left like to tamper with the separation of powers. When they cannot win politically because the Dutch people have discerned their sinister agenda, they try to win through the courts.

Whatever your verdict may be, that is the bitter conclusion of this trial.

Notwithstanding, Wilders’ second trial on specious criminal charges denying his free speech, he has updated his plan for the March 2017 general elections. Wilders’ pollitical poll standings have placed both he and the Freedom Party (PVV) in contention against the current ruling coalition led by Prime Minister Mark Rutte of VVD.

Here is the latest update of Wilders and the PVV plan for the March 2017 general elections translated from the Dutch that appeared November 5, 2016 in De Limburger.

Wilders’ Plan: Time for Liberation

Pim Fortuyn, the hero of Rotterdam, the man who shook the country awake, once said, “Do not aim for what is possible, but what is imaginable.” He wanted to make clear that for us, the Dutch, nothing is impossible.

Pim Fortuyn was right. Nothing is impossible for us. We are Dutch.

Look at our country. We have single-handedly created this unique and beautiful land. We are the only people in the world living in a country which for the largest part we created ourselves. A great achievement.

We not only created our own land, but we also explored the world. We have sailed all the seas. We founded New York and discovered Australia. Sometimes, it seems like we have forgotten it all. Forgotten what we are capable of. What we are capable of when we put our mind to it.  And maybe that is our problem. We must dare to think big again. Because where there is a will there is a way.

And yes, I know. Many things are bothering us. There is also much to be angry about, and rightfully so. This government has destroyed our country with its austerity policies and has allowed our country to be colonized by Islam. But let’s start aiming for the imaginable. Let us liberate our country.

Four years ago, Mark Rutte won the election with a campaign based on false promises. With lies and deceit. No more money to the Greeks, 1,000 euros for every Dutch citizen, a strict immigration policy. And the Labour Party was his enemy, as everyone remembers. He recently apologized, but he didn’t draw his conclusions. On the contrary, he apologized but continues destroying and giving away of our country. Perhaps, he will even govern with Labour again for another four years. No one can still believe what he says. And my question to you is: do you want a prime minister like that for the next four years?

At the moment, you are living in the land of Mark Rutte. And for many, that is no longer a pleasant land. Just walk out your front door and look around. Chances are that thugs are hanging around at the entrance of your local convenience store. That you get spit on and robbed there. That your daughters, your wives, and your parents get harassed and no longer dare to go out at night. That you are becoming a stranger in your own country. That must change. Because this is our country. And it is being taken away from you. And I will take it back for you.

A politician like me, who speaks the truth about a huge problem many Dutch are confronted with every day – yes, I am talking about the terror of Islam and the Moroccan problem – is dragged to court. Facing trial, while imams can preach all the hatred they want and the political elites keep silent. They call themselves leaders, but they do not lead; they mislead.

Mark Rutte’s plan can be summarized in one word: Dereliction of duty.

My plan for the Netherlands is called Liberation. And liberation begins with stating the facts.

The facts: Six out of every ten inmates in the Netherlands are immigrants, and of all prisoners more than 10% are of Moroccan origin. Moroccan youths are nearly five times more often suspected of a crime than native youths. The Netherlands has become a continuous live broadcast of Opsporing Verzocht [Wanted Criminals, a Dutch television program]. A politician who keeps silent about this is worthless. I refuse to do that.

And I will not keep silent about Islam either. Never, ever. Because silence is dangerous. Last July, Nobel Prize winner and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel passed away. I met him a few years ago in New York. He gave the world a wise lesson: “When someone says they want to kill you, believe them.” Islam says it wants to kill us. The Koran leaves no doubt about that.

Seven out of ten Dutch Muslims believe that religious rules are more important than the Dutch secular laws. And more than one in ten Muslims in the Netherlands find it acceptable to use violence in name of Islam. That is more than 100,000 people. Many refuse to integrate and show no respect for Dutch authority in areas such as Maassluis or Poelenburg. They give us the middle finger. Islamic hooligans parade with IS flags through the streets in The Hague and occupy bridges with Turkish flags in Rotterdam. This is our country, but their flags are waving.

Look at their flags. And look at our flag. There is no Koran verse and no crescent on our flag, but red, white and blue stripes. The red of our identity, the white of our freedom and the blue of the truth. This is the time that from house to house, from street to street and from municipality to municipality, we must raise our flag. Everywhere. With pride. Because this is our country, our Netherlands! And it cries for liberation.

When I come to power, I will protect our beautiful country. And this is only possible if we de-Islamize. I want to make it the core of my policy. Because I refuse to let this wonderful country of ours perish and I choose our culture and the freedom of our people.

Our values are not Islamic, but are based on the Judeo-Christian and humanist civilization. We have the right and freedom to choose how we want to live our lives, and to never give away this right. Twelve years ago, Theo van Gogh was murdered. He gave his life for the freedom that lies at the heart of our Dutch identity. And that identity must defend itself. We must not allow those who want to destroy our freedom to abuse freedom in order to take ours away. We must stop being naive and defend ourselves. Because this is our country.

The Dutch are fully aware of the fact that while there are moderate Muslims, there is no moderate Islam. Two out of three Dutch people say that the Islamic culture does not belong to the Netherlands. Three-quarters of the Dutch people believe that politicians underestimate the problem of the rising numbers of Muslims in our country. More than three quarters believe that Islam is not an enrichment for the Netherlands. Those people are right. But nobody listens to them. Only I do.

Mark Rutte spoke about stubborn optimism, but the Netherlands do not need laughing donkeys. It needs heroes with firm realism. We cannot afford to underestimate the seriousness of the threat. Because the threat is existential: the survival of our country is at stake. Potential terrorists are already among us in great numbers and are coming to Europe on a daily basis, also with the influx of asylum seekers. They walk free here. It is a dereliction of duty to do nothing about it and to leave our borders open to tens of thousands mainly Islamic fortune seekers from the Middle East and Africa.

We must also liberate ourselves from the Europhiles in Brussels who wipe the floor with our identity, our sovereignty and our prosperity. We are no longer in control of our own borders, our own money, our own democracy. If we decide in a referendum that we do not want something, like the association agreement with Ukraine, then they force it down our throats anyways. Because the will of the people is not relevant to the elite. They are laughing at us.

Everything belonging to our culture is being taken away from us. Even Zwarte Piet (Black Pete) is not allowed anymore. The elite wants to abolish the word “allochtoon” (foreigner), but it is the native people who are losing their country. I refuse to let that happen. This is our country, our culture, our identity. The Netherlands, this beautiful country, this great nation, this beacon of freedom, it is ours and will remain ours! This is the time to withstand tyranny.

Today, I appeal to all the Dutch. To everyone who enjoys our hard-won freedoms, to everyone who wants to safeguard the prosperity and wealth of this great country for their children and grandchildren: let us show the world that we are Dutch. Stand up – democratically and non-violently – against the elites who are giving away your country. The task that lays ahead of us is immense. But the courage to reclaim our country is so, too. There are many good things to be preserved and there are many things that have to be rebuilt.

This is the time for clear language: Dutch money for the Dutch people! Not a penny to Africa, Turkey, Greece or Brussels anymore. If we do that, so much will become possible. Imagine it! Then we will be able to reduce taxes for everyone, so the purchasing power can rise significantly and the economy can get a tremendous boost. We will be able give our elderly a decent old day. We will be able to can lower the retirement age to 65 again and no pensions will have to be cut.

I also want to keep our nursing homes open and employ thousands of extra nurses. In my Netherlands, we remedy the terrible degradation of healthcare under Rutte II and there will be many nurses taking care for our elderly with dedication, love and respect, day and night. In my Netherlands, we abolish deductibles in healthcare. It is intolerable that Dutch people are avoiding healthcare because they cannot afford it, while asylum seekers, who on average have 1,000 euros more healthcare costs a year, get everything for free. This injustice fills me with disgust.

We will be able to spend more on the police and the army, so they have more resources to keep our country safe and free and to protect our property and borders. We must close our borders to asylum seekers and immigrants from Islamic countries, no longer allow jihadists from Syria return, and denaturalize and expel criminals with dual citizenship. We must liberate our country.

I also want to introduce direct democracy in the Netherlands with binding referendums. Our political system is still that of the 20th century, ruled by the same arrogant political elites with their the false promises and hypocritical apologies. If the mess created by Mark Rutte has taught us one thing, it is this: the people should be able to pull the emergency brake when the political elites violate their will. And not just once every four years.

The past decades, millions of Dutch people have seen how their country was hijacked before their very eyes. It did not take a genius to know that this would end badly. The constant transferring of sovereignty to the EU, the euro that does more harm than good, the endless waste of money spent on the Greeks, the dangers of Islam, the open borders and mass immigration, the growing threat of terrorism, the tsunami of asylum seekers, the tax increases, and last but not least, the budget cuts in healthcare for the elderly and the disabled that have crushed the weakest in our society.

Unfortunately, those who warned have been proven right. But there is hope. Together we can take care of that. When a nation awakes and starts moving, everything is possible. I am not saying that the task will be easy. But it can be done, and it must be done. Because we have no choice. A strong and sovereign country where hard work is rewarded and the weak are protected, where terrorists cannot just cross the border at Hazeldonk [main border crossing with Belgium], where women can walk the streets in skirts without being harassed or sexually assaulted, where care is affordable and pensions are decent, where all citizens – including Jews, homosexuals, women, and critics of Islam – are safe. Where patriotism is not an insult but a badge of honor. Where Islam is shown the door.

This beautiful country, our country, is not lost. In fact, the best years lay ahead of us. If we make the right choices. And say goodbye to those who look away from the problems and give away the Netherlands. It is time for liberation! Let us reclaim our country together.

Starting on March 15, 2017!

Prognostication on Trump Administration Immigration/Refugee Policies

This morning I figured I would just go back to business reporting the news from across America and across the world on what was happening with refugees and specifically refugee resettlement here and abroad.  But, all the news everywhere (typical of most of the media) was about immigrants/refugees (and groups like CAIR) freaking out.  In the case of one particular story from Baltimore, The Sun article caused my computer to freeze up for about a half an hour. (Don’t you just hate those sites, even Breitbart does it, where they run videos that simply pop up and stall your computer!).

Does anyone think that a law created by Senators Ted Kennedy and Joe Biden (signed by Jimmy Carter) is worth saving? Is it in the best interests of your towns and cities? No! Tweaking the numbers is not sufficient. I say blow it up and start over!

ted-and-joe

So instead of sorting through all the scare stories, I read what Roy Beck (NumbersUSA) said about Trump on immigration, but will have to beg to differ if this is really what Trump plans on refugees.

Geez, is the honeymoon over already?

And, so begins a new phase for Refugee Resettlement Watch!  Will we have to be the conscience—the nag—for an administration that purports to be on our side?

And what is my side? It is my job to advocate for what I believe needs to be done, not to find the compromise!

First, let me tell you what Roy Beck says in an otherwise good piece on immigration control and the American worker.

See here on Refugees:

Trump would continue refugee resettlement at more traditional lower numbers*** than the Obama Administration has sought and would emphasize a higher priority on helping more refugees in their home regions.

During Trump’s Phoenix, AZ speech in August 2016 he advocated for creating safe zones for refugees instead of permanently resettling them in the U.S.: “For the price of resettling one refugee in the United States, 12 could be resettled in a safe zone in their home region. Which I agree with 100 percent. We have to build safe zones.”

Trump has also said he will end the practice of forcing refugee resettlement on local communities against their wishes. [Easier said then done! What? take a vote in town? See who comes out with more activists in dueling rallies in the town?—ed]

Just lower the numbers?  No way!

The entire structure of the Refugee Act of 1980 is flawed and my wish is for it to be scrapped altogether.  The system of sending millions (billions!) of taxpayer dollars to non-profit ‘religious’ groups to, in cahoots with the US State Department, secretly place them (chosen by the UN!) in hundreds of towns and cities in 49 states is wrong!

Now, if Congress with the President deem it in our national interest to admit some permanent refugees, then they must repeal the original act (build a new program) or completely overhaul it.  I have ideas on what could be done, if that is what the soon-to-be-powers in Washington decide to do.

But, simply reducing the numbers and restricting a few countries won’t cut it! This entire flawed system must be blown up first and I will continue to advocate for that outcome.

***If you want to talk “traditional” numbers, the refugee industry will be quick to say that the RAP (Refugee Admissions Program) admitted much higher numbers in the past, in some years twice what we bring now under Obama.  So you can’t stick to the strict ‘reduce numbers’ meme with this program. And, indeed, if Trump is turned out of the White House in 4 years, then the next administration will simply up the numbers again.

What should Trump do on January 20th, 2017 — Repeal the Refugee Act of 1980

It is not unprecedented to reduce refugee numbers dramatically, we did it following 9/11! By Inauguration Day 2017 we will already be at 35,000 for the fiscal year!

Donald J. Trump will be inaugurated on the 20th of January as our 45th President.  Many of you worked very hard to make it happen. He said he will stop the flow of Syrian (majority Muslim) refugees to your towns and cities and at minimum we expect him to do that!

But, reducing the numbers is not enough, he must demand the repeal of the Refugee Act of 1980.  The system as constructed is rotten to the core and I no longer believe it can be reformed.

This isn’t just an ideological battle between ‘do-gooders’ on the Left and ‘haters’ in the conservative grassroots, but a third player is the Chamber of Commerce which will fight tooth and nail to buck Trump. They want the cheap immigrant labor! Tom Donohue, friend of Paul Ryan, click here.

us-chamber-donohue-ap-640x480

U.S. Chamber president Tom Donohue

A simple reduction in numbers, that has been suggested by some in the immigration control movement, is not adequate.  If it is deemed in the national interest to resettle third worlders in America going forward, an entirely new program must be constructed by Congress.

In my view, there are three issues that must be addressed in a White House and Congressional review and they are:  1) National security concerns, 2) the VOLAG system where non-profits are paid by the head (out of the US Treasury) to resettle refugees chosen by the UN, 3) lack of transparency (the outrageous secrecy by VOLAGs and the feds involved in choosing target towns).   There may be others I can’t think of at the moment.

So as we knew, and as a Newsweek article yesterday confirmed, on January 21st, Donald Trump can turn off the spigot of refugees flowing in to the US and tell Congress if they want a refugee program to get to work and come up with a new one!

He can hold the hammer over their heads by turning off the flow!

But! He will have to battle the major corporations and the US Chamber of Commerce looking for a plentiful supply of CHEAP LABOR.

As much as some want to frame it this way—as a battle between two major forces of Democrat Left wing open borders ‘humanitarian’ activists on one side and Republican Right wing believers in tightly controlled immigration on the other, there is a third player with enormous power—BIG business and US Chamber of Commerce lobbyists always on the hunt for CHEAP (some say captive, compliant) LABOR!

Trump will have to battle Republican Congressional leaders who follow the lead of their industry friends!

That (above) is my main point, for those who want to wade into the numbers weeds, here is what I’ve been looking at this morning.

What do the numbers look like now?

Using data provided by the Refugee Processing Center, we have admitted 12,272 refugees of all stripes between the beginning of the 2017 fiscal year (October 1, 2016) and election day (November, 8, 2016).  This rate (319 a day) is higher than anything we have seen in the last ten years (see chart in this post).

If that rate continues until Inauguration Day on January 20th, 2017, then we will have admitted over 35,000 refugees in just over 3 1/2 months, more than we brought in 2002 and 2003.  Obama wants 110,000 for the entire fiscal year (319 a day would bring the total over 110,000).

However, it is not unprecedented to dramatically reduce numbers. See here that in the two years following 9/11 we admitted less than 30,000 refugees for each year 2002 and 2003!

So where would the greatest impact be if the spigot were closed on January 21st? On the contractors of course. They will have to close some offices, not open new ones, reduce staff and overhead, and gee maybe even reduce the excessively large salaries their CEOs are getting.  Of course they will scream bloody murder and say how mean Trump is by leaving refugees in the pipeline.

By the way, if you like to do research, check USASpending.gov in the coming weeks and see if the federal agencies—US State Department and Health and Human Services—are pouring excessively large amounts of grant money into the coffers of the nine major contractors before Obama leaves office.

More numbers….

When I checked the data this morning, I see that the following numbers have been admitted from Muslim sending countries (from October 1 to November 8):

Iraq (1,635)
Somalia (1,684)
Syria (1,602)

Smaller numbers come from places like Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. Keep an eye on Burma because originally we resettled mostly Christian Burmese, but Burmese Muslim (Rohingya) numbers are ticking up (269 since Oct. 1).

One final note:  The UN/US State Department Refugee Admissions Program is only one program of many LEGAL immigration programs admitting large numbers of Muslims and others from the third world.  I previously wrote about the Diversity Visa Lottery which admits another 50,000 migrants to America via a lottery system each year because we need more diversity (!).  I hardly see it mentioned, so I need to start writing about it again because we have the best chance ever now to review and possibly throw out programs which are detrimental to American workers and our communities.

The Republicans previously have tried to stop the Diversity Visa lottery (some call it the Green Card lottery) and I don’t know why they have shut up about it.

Secretary of State John Kerry agrees U.S. will take Australia’s imprisoned ‘refugees’

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry testifies at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee while on Capitol Hill in Washington, April 8, 2014. Think about this! In 2013 Australia, being invaded by boat people from mostly Muslim countries, declared anyone arriving illegally by boat would be turned back or sent to offshore islands like Nauru where they could submit asylum claims.

Those rejected refuse to go back to their home countries, so guess what! The Obama Administration has agreed to take over a thousand of them to your towns and cities as full-fledged refugees with all the benefits of our welfare system available to them.

How many of our illegal Mexicans and Central Americans is the prosperous country of Australia going to take off our hands?

We told you this was in the works, here, yesterday.  And, now here is news from Aljazeera that we are going to do this. (If their asylum claims have been rejected by Australia they are NOT refugees by definition.)

Australia has reached a resettlement deal with the United States for refugees being held in offshore prisons after trying to reach the country by boat.

The Obama administration had agreed to resettle refugees among a group of almost 1,300 people held at on the island nations of Nauru and Papua New Guinea. Rights groups have been scathing about conditions at the prison camps.

Another 370 who came to Australia for medical treatment and then refused to return to the islands would also be eligible.

US Secretary of State John Kerry confirmed that the US had “agreed to consider referrals” from the United Nations refugee agency, UNHCR.  [If we are doing this and are sending Homeland Security people to screen the refugees, why does the UN have to have its nose in this business? Are they getting a cut of your tax dollars as middlemen?—ed]

[….]

US Department of Homeland Security officials are expected in Australia this week to begin assessing refugees.

Turnbull would not say how many refugees the US might take, but said the most vulnerable would be given priority. [And, prosperous Australia can’t take the most vulnerable???—ed]

FLORIDA: Marijuana Amendment Author Should Now Make Good On Promises

I’m angry, sad, and nervous about what this means for Florida, but the deed is done and Florida voters have chosen to take Amendment 2’s author, John Morgan, at his word. All we can do now is implore Florida’s legislature to take him at his word as well. We may have lost the battle, but hopefully we won’t lose the war.

When I debated Mr. Morgan on WESH 2 News in mid-October he made three bold promises to voters which the legislature should now take as evidence of the authors’ intent. Morgan began the debate by assuring the moderator (Adrian Whitset) and myself: “[Amendment 2] is not the legalization of recreational marijuana. What this is, is a cure – a help for really, really, really sick people.” There’s nothing the legislature can do about the lack of conclusive evidence that marijuana cures, or even effectively treats, any ailment. They can however, take Morgan at his word and ensure marijuana goes only to the “really, really, really sick,” by further defining “other debilitating medical conditions” and effectively shutting down the unscrupulous, pill-mill-style doctors who will take advantage of any and all ambiguities.

Morgan’s second promise was made knowing I would cite the Department of Health’s analysis from the Fiscal Impact Estimating Conference. Namely, their estimation that Amendment 2 would bring nearly 2,000 pot shops to Florida. “They’re going to say there’s going to be a pot shop on every corner …” he began; and in attempt to stop me in my tracks, he promised: “Any municipality can ban it from their cities or county.”

If this was really his intention, he should’ve included a similar clause in his amendment. Regardless, the legislature should take John Morgan at his word and write legislation that expressly gives municipalities the right to limit, restrict and outright ban pot shops in their communities. The same goes for edibles. The legislature needs to take Morgan up on his offer and specifically ban pot candy. Morgan promised: “It doesn’t have to be in candy form. The legislature can say ‘no’ to that.”

Hopefully by now, you’ve recognized their penchant for shifting blame to the legislature. Yes on 2 claimed throughout this year and last that their amendment was necessary only because the legislature failed to do their job (by “failed” they mean the legislature refused to pass a wide open “medical” marijuana law like Amendment 2). And so, I wasn’t at all surprised how readily Morgan was able to summon his cowardly response to my every objection: “It can only happen if the legislature lets it happen.”

That’s also why I would wager that this bothersome habit of theirs will extend beyond their campaign. Just as they got away with blaming the legislature for their very existence, they will now try and get away with blaming the legislature for all the unintended (and/or intended) consequences of Amendment 2.

In essence, if the state of Florida is witness to the same types of headlines you find in California (“Marijuana candy sickens 19 at quinceañera;” “Toddler rushed to hospital after eating pot candy”), don’t expect Morgan, or his bumbling fraternity of legal pot pushers, to share the blame. After all, when the moderator asked whether the amendment specifically forbids pot shops from opening next to schools, Morgan conceded with an emphatic “No!” But added: “That’s why we elect officials.”

That’s why we elect officials indeed. And that’s why my advice to the legislature is to unapologetically err on the side of caution and regulate this as tightly as they possibly can. Because, whether the legislature likes it or not, the people behind Amendment 2 are going to do their best to shift all the blame away from the authors of the amendment, and onto the men and women who are now responsible for implementing it.

Let Us Not Squander Victory

The election of president elect Donald Trump was an amazing victory or at the very least, potential victory.  I say potential, only because at this point, we do not know if the soon to be president will follow through to fruition on his pledge for example, to build the wall along our southern border.  So far there is no reason to doubt him, but fantastic promises have been made before by others, only to be left in the land of great ideas.  When I add in the fact that our beloved republic has been under various levels of horrendously ugly progressive leaning attacks for decades, it will be interesting to see how President Trump will be able to override the globalist/progressive stranglehold on government.

Thus, it is more important than ever for those who supported Mr. Trump because of the great ideas he expounded upon, to make sure he remembers that “We the People” expect him to follow through.  Because of the precarious position our beloved republic is in today, economically, spiritually, governmentally, morally and militarily, it will probably take approximately two years just to clean up the government enough so that good governance can be the norm.

In fact, over the next two years the amount of ground in horrible, immoral political filth in the government that will be exposed is going to be mind boggling.   I truly believe that the arrival of Donald J. Trump on the political scene has literally helped to avert a total collapse of our republic and way of life.  Only an outsider who is not a beholden elitist with a globalist mentality could have the desire and moral fortitude to even attack the nation killing problems.  Whether it is the open borders policy for example or the no growth economic recovery to deal with, the next president has a monumental job no one in their right mind will envy.  It’s seems as though president Obama is handing over to Donald Trump a 240 year old fixer upper that needs repair everywhere including in the area of how Americans relate to one another.  The streets of America have been filled with political oriented brats and Soros paid thugs who are hell bent on creating an atmosphere of disruption in hopes of president Obama bringing forth Martial Law.  All because they stupidly believe that the election of Donald Trump for president is completely unfair.  Yikes

Unfortunately, far too many of today’s government school, college attendees and graduates have been so severely indoctrinated against all that is good, including the great possibilities and opportunities available in America, that they ae in danger of squandering away their productive lives.  Their ginned up anger and bitterness over problems that are either made up or are exaggerated is setting them up for a lifetime of silly bitterness, lack and mega disappointment.    I have learned through observation that there is also a population of Cloward Piven/Sal Alyski inspired generation of people who consciously do not care one bit about the restoration of America and are more than willing to sacrifice their own possible opportunities for a better life on the altar of political correctness, socialism, open borders, sharia law and any other idea that is destructive to America.  Although that is a pretty grim reality I believe that America is now in a position to experience a real and major change for the better.

Already there have been signs of better days ahead.  Because of the election of Trump, there have been rumors that Ford Motor Company may not move small car production to Mexico.  Even some movers and shakers on wall Street have proclaimed that America is now open for business.  I believe our republic is poised for a return to greatness.  Here’s hoping that the Trump victory is not squandered away.  God Bless America and May America Bless God.  You will also be blessed

Effective Immigration Law Enforcement under President Trump

Now that the 2016 Presidential election is literally and figuratively in the history books, candidate Trump must begin the process of transforming into President Trump so that he can implement his goals to “Make America great again.”

Donald Trump has also promised to “Make America safe again” and “Make America wealthy again.”

Trump’s historic rise to power was, in no small measure, the direct result of those promises in addition to the promise to construct a wall along the border that is supposed to separate the United States from Mexico to keep out rapists, murderers and narcotics.

From the beginning of his effort to become America’s 45th President, Donald Trump, the highly successful billionaire, quickly realized that the key to resolving most of the threats and challenges we face was effective immigration law enforcement.

Trump was highly critical of the H-1b Visa Program that enables tens of thousands of foreign high-tech workers to displace American workers and also promised to use “Extreme vetting” to make certain that no aliens, especially those who are citizens of countries that sponsor terrorism would not be admitted into the United States unless our government could be certain as to their identities and the fact that they did not pose a threat to our safety.

These promises was quickly embraced by huge throngs of enthusiastic supporters along with his campaign mantra that he would “Make America great again.”  In fact, many of those who attended his political rallies during the campaign sported the now famous red caps emblazoned with that phrase.

Of course the open-borders advocates and immigration anarchists immediately accused Trump of being a racist, the most common epithet that they resort to when confronting anyone who would dare call for securing our borders and enforcing our immigration laws.

In reality failures of the immigration system consists are not limited to the extreme porosity of the U.S./Mexican border.  I addressed this issue in my article, “Border Security and the Immigration Colander: Why the breakdown of the Southwest border is only the tip of the iceberg.

Additionally, Trump did not call for ending lawful immigration, only for ending illegal immigration.  This distinction between aliens who are lawfully present in the United States and aliens who are illegally present that, beginning with Jimmy Carter, the globalist Democratic Party and even some Republicans, have refused to acknowledge.

My article, “Immigration Failure — By Design: Doing the bidding of the Open Borders anarchists” focused on the Obama administration and the unscrupulous politicians who make certain to reduce our borders to little more than “speed bumps” to facilitate the flow of tourists, foreign students and foreign workers.  These politicians seek the campaign contributions of special interest and lobbying groups such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that see in our nation’s borders impediments to their great wealth.

They also hobble the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States so that aliens who violate our borders and/or our immigration laws will not be identified, located, arrested or deported (removed).

For years pundits, pollsters and politicians have created a false narrative that it is purportedly compassionate to permit illegal aliens live and work in the United States and even provide them with lawful status in a massive amnesty program that would lack the capability to conduct face-to-face interviews or field investigations.  They are delusional and blithely ignore the facts that:

  1. There is nothing compassionate about exploiting desperate and vulnerable foreign workers.
  2. There is nothing compassionate about driving down wages so that record numbers of American families now live below the poverty level.
  3. There is nothing compassionate about causing hard-working Americans to lose their jobs and their paychecks.
  4. There is nothing compassionate about “Sanctuary Cities” that make a mockery of our nation’s immigration laws and attract foreign criminals and fugitives and possibly foreign terrorists to those communities increasing the risks to the residents of those cities and creating strong incentives for illegal aliens including the criminals and terrorists to enter the United States, confident that they will easily be able to embed themselves in those cities.
  5. here is nothing compassionate about violating the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.

Meanwhile for years the various pollsters and the organizations that they work for have divided American into subgroups based on age, income, race, religion, ethnicity, education and other such factors.

The morning after the 2016 election television reporters appeared stunned as they sat in front of their cameras and interviewed some of the pollsters who admitted that their polls were wrong, indeed, often extremely wrong especially where “Latino Voters” were concerned.

For the duration of the campaign the pollsters and pundits all talked about the mythical “Latino Voters” and asserted that Trump could never get their votes.

On Wednesday, November 9th Fox News reported that 29% of Latino voters had in fact, voted for Trump.

One pollster was asked about having “egg on his face” over his totally wrong predictions about Latino voters and a number of other issues.  With a very somber expression on his uncharacteristically soft voice he responded by saying that he did not have egg on his face but an entire omelet on his face.

Those assaulted by a criminal they do not care about the race, religion or ethnicity of their assailant.  People who lose their jobs to another person do not care about the race religion or ethnicity of the person who stole their job and their paycheck.

Fundamentally our immigration laws were enacted to protect the lives and livelihoods of Americans and lawful immigrants.

I expressed my outrage about these flawed polls that involve a disgusting form of bigotry and profiling in my articles, “Skewed Immigration Polls May Skewer AmericansFigures don’t lie but liars can figure” and, “Balkanized AmericaPoliticians, pollsters, and pundits are all responsible for the nation’s division.

Those who seek to exploit the immigration system for their own gain do everything that they can to entice ever greater numbers of foreign workers to enter the United States to take jobs that should be done by Americans.  These aliens include those who enter the United States illegally or violate the terms of their lawful admission into the United States by overstaying their authorized period of entry and/or working illegally and aliens who enter the United States with visas that permit them to work under the color of law even when they game the visa process to essentially steal jobs that should go to Americans in a wide variety of industries including the high-tech industries.

If there was one bit of advice that Donald Trump should be given is summed up in the title of my recent article, “Effective Interior Enforcement Of Immigration Laws Vital To National Security.”

In fact, effective interior enforcement is not only essential to national security and public safety but is essential to all aspects of the immigration system.  What follows is a brief and overly simplified explanation of how effective interior enforcement would help.

Each year the United States lawfully admits tens of millions of non-immigrant visitors.  Each year it is estimated that roughly one-half millions of these aliens fail to depart the United States.  Other non-immigrants admitted as foreign students fail to attend school for which they were admitted to attend while authorized foreign workers fail to go to the jobs for which they were admitted.

A dedicated cadre of immigration enforcement personnel need to be available to seek theses illegal aliens along with this aliens who fail to show up for immigration court appearances.

While there are those who claim that making E-Verify mandatory is the solution to the enforcement of our immigration laws to prevent employers from hiring illegal aliens, they ignore that many such unscrupulous employers simply pay illegal aliens “off the books.”

Again, the solution is to have an adequate number of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents available to conduct these investigations.

Every year more than six million applications for various immigration benefits are filed and fraud is common.  Immigration fraud was identified by the 9/11 Commission as a key entry and embedding tactic of terrorists.  Having an adequate number of agents to conduct fraud investigations could deter that fraud.  Furthermore, even if a fraud applications did not result in a prosecution, aliens who participate in such fraud could be easily deported.

At the beginning of my career I participated in a fraud pilot program involving marriage fraud that was so effective that within one year the number of applications filed was just a fraction of what it had been and fraud that had been common became rare.

Now Soon-to-be President Trump is about to set up shop in the Oval Office and these immigration anarchist / anti-American exploiters are in panic mode.  They know that there is indeed a new sheriff in town and he is on to their game.

They can either board Trump’s train or risk being run over by it.

Celebrate today, but tomorrow the real work begins!

“It does you no good to have local grassroots action in a vacuum that never gets to the ears of your Washington reps!”

Get some sleep and then celebrate.

It’s a wonderful day here on the farm because it’s raining (we’ve had a drought!) and of course because the country class has risen up and soundly defeated the elite establishment ruling class all across America.

Since Donald Trump, President-elect of the United States, has succeeded in maintaining the Republican majority (coattails!) in both houses of Congress, it will soon be very clear whether the Republicans will work to scrap/reform the  the UN/US State Department Refugee Admissions Program (RAP) or let it move full steam ahead.

If you think that you can relax, that Trump will take care of this problem for you—forget it!  The work has just begun!

Heretofore, the open borders Republicans could point to an Obama with a veto pen as their excuse not to undertake any scaling back or reform of the RAP.  They can no longer shirk their duty!

Congress returns with Republican majorities pretty much intact for the lame duck session next week, and we will have the first test of Paul Ryan’s speakership as it relates to the budget and this program.

It is about the POWER OF THE PURSE!

Will Ryan bow to what he knows Trump wants—a scaling back of the RAP especially as it relates to refugees from countries which hate us—or will he agree to fully fund the RAP at the high level Obama wants for FY2017?

Until January 20th, Obama would likely veto a budget that defunds the RAP, but that is no excuse not to force his hand.

This is going to be the ultimate and clear test for us!

And Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will be showing his colors too on the budget.  By the way, they could continue the present FY2016 level (not enough money for 110,000 refugees) into say March giving a Trump Administration time to weigh in on the final 6 months of the year.

You must get to work tomorrow, especially in Republican House Districts to tell your member of Congress to DEFUND the program! (We expect to see a repeat effort by Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX), and hopefully Dave Brat (R-VA) to attach an amendment to the Appropriations bill that must be passed, or kicked down the road, by December 9th).

If Paul Ryan blocks such an effort, we will then clearly know whether he will work with a Trump Administration or not!

congress

You can see all of my posts on the budget process by visiting the tag ‘Where is Congress.’

So many of you are working in your towns and cities to investigate the RAP, to pressure local elected officials, to look for ways to sue the federal government, to pressure your state legislators and governors to say no to more refugees, which is all good and necessary work.

However, in the next few weeks all of that effort should be directed at one outcome—DEFUNDING the program.  So, every grassroots effort must be directed at your House member and Senators.

Do not assume that if you hold a rally or other public meeting, or call upon the governor to sue the feds to oppose resettlement where you live, that your Congressman and Senators will hear about it—they are some of the least informed people you know—they live in a beltway bubble!

It does you no good to have local grassroots action in a vacuum that never gets to the ears of your Washington reps!

What must Trump do on January 21st?

First, if they haven’t resigned already, he must demand the resignations of the political appointees running the RAP.

They include Anne Richard, Asst. Secretary of State for Population Refugees and Migration and Robert Cary, Director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement and any of their underlings who are there in politically appointed jobs. There is nothing to be done right now about career federal employees, let’s just hope that a recent poll that said a quarter of federal employees in DC would quit if Trump was elected follow through.

Of course, much of what happens with this program going forward depends on who Trump will place in his cabinet as Secretary of State, Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Department of Homeland Security.  Will they be people willing to slow or stop some immigration programs?

As we discussed above, Trump must work with Congress to cut the budget—appropriations are policy!

As for Obama’s ‘determination’ submitted to Congress this past September where Obama said he wanted 110,000 refugees placed in America by September 30th 2017, Trump has the power to stop that flow on January 21st.

Obama’s proposal is a ceiling only, it is not a legally mandated goal! Of course those Obama appointees and the federal contractors are already working day and night to get as many refugees, especially from Syria, in to your towns and cities by January 20th.  They are also getting as many placed in a pipeline as well so they can scream and shout about how mean Trump is to close the spigot with people in the pipeline.

And, that is why curtailing the budget NOW, in the lame duck, is so important.  It sends the signal that the spigot is closing!

One final thing! This Trump landslide victory sends a message to our friends in Europe that they can resist the Islamification by migration of Europe!
