Prosecutors allowed Epstein to plead guilty to only a single prostitution solicitation charge.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday signed a bipartisan bill into law that could finally answer the lingering questions about 2006 grand jury probe that charged Jeffrey Epstein with just one criminal count.
“This is long overdue, but, again, we feel that we just can’t turn a blind eye,” DeSantis said shortly before signing HB 117 into law at a ceremony in Palm Beach. The law goes into effect July 1.
A Palm Beach grand jury investigation, which resulted in just one criminal count, of prostitution solicitation, has long been at the center of controversy for allowing Epstein to escape accountability for raping and sexually abusing girls.
Prosecutors decided to bring just a single victim before the grand jury even though law enforcement had concluded that Epstein sexually abused more than 30 girls, according to Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown’s book “Perversion of Justice.” A compensation program established following Epstein’s death identified 136 of his victims. More recent litigation, against banks that were alleged to facilitate Epstein’s sex-trafficking, put the figure at closer to 200 victims.
Jeffrey Epstein and his ongoing ability to orchestrate a massive scheme to facilitate and breed the corruption of powerful individuals to sexually exploit others is finally surfacing to the public eye, trickling through the no longer impenetrable gates of unattainable elite society.
It is right and just for our society to demand accountability and transparency about those who sexually abused people through Jeffrey Epstein’s networks. At the same time, while the media and public are in a frenzy about recent releases of names associated with Epstein, the same attention and care is not given to others – women, children, and men – being currently exploited in less high-profile cases.
We, as an everyday nation, are experiencing the absolute power of corruption with the free-flowing flood of over 400,000 youth who go missing in America every year, over 80,000 unaccompanied minors at our nation’s borders, and the countless number of children who are groomed and exploited online all while within their own home. All of this in the Land of the Free. Many of these innocent children are far removed from the interest of high-profile media or promised power of freedom as they tragically are delivered into the atrocities of human sex trafficking.
Big Tech is an exponential digital version of all the same patterns of networks of those with power, age, and privilege grooming and exploiting the innocent, just as we see in the Epstein case. Predators don’t only network and collaborate to abuse on private jets or private islands, they can do so from the comfort of their own homes, laptops, or phones.
Alas the documents. The names. The media coverage. As it should be.
It is crucial that we take action and care just as much about what is happening every moment in every neighborhood as it is about exposing those that chose perversion and abuse of their positions of power. What a devastation to the human race. Imagine where the world would be if human dignity is what everyone protected and fought for, and anything less was unacceptable to all.

Prominent Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre said former President Donald Trump did not partake in deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s sex crimes, newly unsealed documents show.
Giuffre sat for a deposition in January 2016 as part of litigation between Guiffre’s attorneys and former Epstein defense attorney Alan Dershowitz that was settled in April 2016, the New York Times reported. Giuffre cleared the air on whether Trump witnesses sexual abuse of minors, according to a newly released transcript.
GIUFFRE DEPOSITION:
“I don’t think Donald Trump participated in anything. That would have to be another assumption. I never saw or witnessed Donald Trump participate in those acts, but was he in the house of Jeffrey Epstein. I’ve heard he has been, but I haven’t seen him myself so I don’t know,” Giuffre testified.
Trump’s name appears on Epstein’s flight logs and his last trip with Epstein appears to have taken place in 1997, the New York Post reported.
Johanna Sjoberg, an Epstein victim deposed during the litigation, recalled going to one of Trump’s casinos and said she never massaged Trump, a transcript of her deposition released Wednesday shows.
More documents are expected to be released on a rolling basis by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Former President Bill Clinton, disgraced Prince Andrew, deceased model scout Jean-Luc Brunel, deceased pop singer Michael Jackson, deceased physicist Stephen Hawking and business mogul Tom Pritzker are among the marquee names in the court documents.
The disclosure of a list of more than 150 associates of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is being delayed due to an appeal from a Jane Doe.
The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York will not be publicizing the list until at least Jan. 22 after a judge granted the Jane Doe a 30 day extension, NewsNation confirmed Wednesday morning.
U.S. District Court Judge Loretta Preska granted the Jane Doe an extension on Dec. 21, but the court document did not become public until Tuesday, the day after the list of Epstein associates was originally scheduled to be released.
The Jane Doe, number 107 on the list, believes she could suffer from physical harm if the list of names is released because she lives in a “culturally conservative” foreign country, her attorney told the judge in a letter.
“As Doe 107 has previously stated, she lives outside the United States in a culturally conservative country and lives in fear of her name being released,” her attorney Richard Levitt stated.
Preska’s order on Dec. 18 does not appear to mention Jane Doe 107, a detail noted by Levitt in his request for an extension. She now has until Jan. 22, 2024 to submit an affidavit to support her assertion that her name becoming public puts her in harm’s way and provide details about the hate mail she has received.
Levitt is also allowed to turn over additional support for his client’s fear of physical harm.
The release of the Epstein associates list is connected to prominent Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre’s long running litigation against Epstein’s partner Ghislaine Maxwell. Former President Bill Clinton is expected to unmasked when the list becomes publicized, ABC News reported.
Maxwell is serving a 20 year prison sentence for conspiring with Epstein to abuse minors. Epstein was found dead in August 2019 as he sat in a New York City jail cell awaiting trial for sex trafficking charges.
Jail cameras did not record Epstein’s death, which has been officially ruled a suicide.
Democratic Illinois State Representative, Keith Farnham, has resigned and was charged with possession of child pornography and has been accused of bragging at an online site about sexually molesting a 6-year-old girl.
Democratic spokesperson for the Arkansas Democratic Party, Harold Moody, Jr, was charged with distribution and possession of child pornography.
Democratic Radnor Township Board of Commissioners member, Philip Ahr, resigned from his position after being charged with possession of child pornography and abusing children between 2 and 6 years-old.
Democratic activist and BLM organizer, Charles Wade, was arrested and charged with human trafficking and underage prostitution.

And with the apparent “suiciding” of Jeffery Epstein, this brings us to Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell’s alleged victims are coming out of the woodwork. Alleged victims of the longtime associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein testified at the defendant’s arraignment and bail hearing. Two of the alleged victims had not spoken to law enforcement until 2019. Their stories, according to the prosecutors, share remarkably similar details about Maxwell. “The powerful testimony of these victims, who had strikingly similar experiences with Maxwell, together with documentary evidence and witness testimony, will conclusively establish that the defendant groomed the victims for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein,” the prosecutors’ memo states.

One of the reasons the Epstein Island existed besides satisfying their sick appetites, was to keep everyone in check as blackmail in order to control the powerful elite.
