Entire Population of Portland, Maine Wiped Out for Their Organs

How’s that for clickbait? Now that we have your attention, you should know that forced organ harvesting wipes out 70,000 human beings a year in Red China.  That’s right — 70,000 people killed for their organs every 12 months, the equivalent of wiping out an entire Portland, Maine on an annual basis.  Mao Zedong — the quintessential ‘Democratic Socialist’ — killed at least 35 million in his Great Leap Forward and official killing as a matter of state policy has never stopped.  It continues to this day.

The International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse (ETAC) has published the first of a series of investigative reports about the organ transplant system in China, indicators of abuse, its lack of transparency, potential for reform, and the risk of complicity of other nations.

  • New investigative report reveals how Chinese Communist Party (CCP) control is embedded throughout China’s medical establishment and organ transplant sector, raising serious questions over official claims of comprehensive reform.
  • CCP control over hospitals has intensified since 2018. Party Secretaries are senior to hospital directors and medical staff. [Editor’s Note – Like nominally private Chinese companies, hospitals must wear a ‘red hat’.]
  • China’s transplant oversight bodies, hospital ethics committees, organ procurement organisations and professional associations all operate within a CCP-controlled Party-state hierarchy. There are no independent mechanisms for supervision and accountability.
  • Doctors who are CCP members, including transplant surgeons, take a lifelong oath of loyalty, obedience and secrecy to the CCP that can conflict with their ethical duties to patients and the public.
  • Researchers identified 19 cases across 12 provinces in which transplant surgeons or centre directors are CCP members, including six who hold senior Party leadership positions within their hospitals and others who are internationally prominent.

On September 28, 2026, U. S. Senate Bill S. 4009 – The Falun Gong and Victims of Forced Organ Harvesting Protection Act — was passed and subsequently sent on to the House. The Bill had 11 cosponsors, a bipartisan group.  Text of Bill

  • Organ harvesting, including forced harvesting of organs from live prisoners of conscience such as Falun Gong and Uighurs, is evidentially and systemically practiced within the People’s Republic of China
  • International requests for accountability and transparency from the CCP about its policies and practices have gone unanswered
  • The United States has not yet issued a formal assessment of the situation
  • The United States should investigate, report, condemn, and issue sanctions against foreign persons involved with organ harvesting
  • The Executive Branch of the administration should issue, according to a timely schedule, reports and determination of whether war crimes, crimes against humanity, or genocide are being committed by the CCP

Support grows in Congress for action against the practice of forced human organ harvesting in China. In particular, an updated registry of persons participating in or facilitating is being requested by lawmakers.  Senate Bill S. 4009 calls for:

  • The cooperation between the Secretary of State, NIH, and HHS to issue a formal declaration on organ harvesting in China within one year and a determination of whether genocide is being undertaken
  • Within 180 days, the administration must furnish a list of foreign persons engaged in forced organ harvesting and issue sanctions including revoking visas, blocking assets, and banning visas.
  • “It must also list every U.S. grant over the past decade that has supported organ transplant research in China or in collaboration with Chinese entities.”
  • “The same report must assess the sources of organs used in China’s transplant system, the number of transplants and voluntary donors, and whether China’s notoriously short organ wait times are possible given its donor pool.”

Respected independent journalists have recently published documented evidence of the scale of the forced organ harvesting industry; mainstream news is virtually silent

Documentary films have recently been produced providing proof of the atrocities committed in the transplant industry in China

Internet media tools present opportunities to learn more of the truth through news programs and reports and interviews and research presentations such as the latest on the CCP’s forced organ harvesting scandal and the plan to have CCP leaders live to 150 years of age through repeated organ transplants from their political enemies

Video interview with a former ambulance driver who witnessed live organ harvesting in an area within 20 minutes of a military hospital.  He described the process, the support mechanisms, and the functions of the hospital personnel during the barbarous ordeal.

Supply & Demand

  • “When a patient requests an organ in China, his/her DNA sequenced data will be “blasted”
against millions in the DNA database stored in computers.
Within a few minutes, a perfect match will be found.
If a potential donor of the organs is not in prison or a camp, then Chinese authorities can
easily find a reason to detain a match to be killed for their organs on demand.
This is the main reason why Chinese government invested billions of dollars
to DNA sequencing of entire population of Xinjiang and Tibet
Because it will make exponentially many more billions of dollars per year in return.”

Some investigations have described how the CCP has mastered the practice of genocide by creating a ‘black class’ of people who then become the targets of atrocities such as forced organ harvesting.  They become the human supply source for an organ industry. An estimated 70,000 people or more are murdered every year for their organs on a ‘made to order’ basis.

Suppliers of harvested organs capitalize on China’s Uighur population.  But demand from Middle East Muslims increased – desiring healthy candidates who are pork-free and alcohol-free. Whereas imprisoned Falun Gong (non-Muslims) were originally used to meet demand, Uighurs have the additional characteristic of being located in more convenient geographical areas to transplant hospitals making the supply chain more efficient. Matching medical ‘tourists’ with donors consists of a search conducted in medical databases of candidates with the correct genetic sequencing according to pre-performed blood and other testing for successful transplant acceptances. Specialized medical machinery to keep organs viable during victim transport is required but the whole process can turn a single $100,000 transplant into a $500,000 profit opportunity by harvesting more organs from a single victim.  These developments have contributed to the growth of a full-scale industry.

Those involved in the fight against forced organ harvesting realize they have little control over the supply side of this economy.  The Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) reported in March 2024, “medical research institutions, corporations, and U.S. state legislatures are grappling with the legal and ethical implications of forced organ harvesting and organ tourism, which often fuels the illegal trafficking of organs.”

Final Note

In 2024, a medical intern in China ‘committed suicide’ according to the Chinese official inquiry.  The student had accumulated information from his hospital experiences demonstrating organ harvesting as a for-profit venture and evidence of the money laundering process involving hospital staff.  The student, Luo Shuaiyu, was asked to source organs of children as the last task before he died.
