2,293 Female Athletes Have Lost First-Place Medals to Biological Males, Research Shows

New research has revealed the stunning extent to which transgender-identifying males have taken over women’s sporting events, finding that almost 2,300 first-place medals have been taken by males. Women’s sports advocates say that federal legislation must be passed to once again restore a fair playing field for women and girls nationwide.

On Tuesday, Concerned Women for America’s Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) released research showing trans-identifying biological men who have been allowed to compete in female sporting events have taken 2,293 first-place medals from women and girls in the U.S. This has translated to women in professional sports losing $501,498 in prize money. The research further found that in Democrat-run states like California, over 611 women and girls have lost out on finishing first in sporting events due to males taking the top spot. All told, biological males have competed in over 14,300 amateur and professional female sporting events.

The staggering numbers come at a time when significant strides have been made at the state and federal level to protect the integrity of women’s sports. Over the past six years, 27 states have passed legislation protecting female sporting events from biological males — legislation that was upheld as constitutional in June by the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, President Trump issued an executive order in February 2025 defining Title IX based on biological sex and threatening to pull federal funding from schools that allowed males to compete in female events and gain access to female locker rooms and bathrooms.

Several international sports bodies have also issued rules protecting women’s sporting events over the past two years, including the International Olympic Committee, the International Cycling Union, World Aquatics, World Athletics (which governs track and field events), World Boxing Organization, Union Cycliste Internationale, World Rugby, and others.

However, American sports juggernauts like the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) still have not put in place adequate measures to keep males out of women’s events, allowing an unknown number of biological males to compete in female categories — most infamously swimmer Lia Thomas, who took first place in the women’s 2022 Division I 500-yard freestyle event. As detailed by sports attorney William Bock during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, despite claiming to have amended its rules in February 2025 following President Trump’s executive order, “Current NCAA rules are not based on biology, do not use sex verification testing, and do not hold NCAA member institutions accountable for protecting women against male competitors.”

Bock further noted that despite the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) newly established rules intended to keep women’s events only for women, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee’s (USOPC) rules to follow the IOC guidelines do “not include prescriptive terms, timelines for compliance, or sanctions for non-compliance” for U.S. national governing bodies (NGBs). This has led to NGBs including USA Biathlon, USA Cycling, USA Gymnastics, USA Racquetball, US Rowing, USA Rugby, USA Swimming, the U.S. Tennis Association, USA Triathlon, and USA Volleyball to enact “new but insufficient policies, containing loopholes that may allow men to compete in women’s sports.”

Experts say that despite the gains that have been made to protect women’s sports in the last two years, millions of female athletes, in particular girls at the middle and high school levels, are still being subjected to males being allowed to compete in their sporting events. Advocates say this not only compromises their physical safety, but also their human dignity.

“It is shockingly unfair for biological women to have to compete against trans-identifying men,” Penny Nance, president and CEO of Concerned Women for America LAC, stated following the release of her organization’s research. “… Biological men have distinct advantages over biological women. This reality not only puts women in harm’s way, but it eliminates opportunities for biological women to earn a living and win competitions.”

Nance further urged Congress to enact legislation protecting women’s and girls’ sports. “Congress should pass the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025 (H.R.28/S.9) to prohibit federally funded school athletic programs from allowing males to compete in women’s and girls’ sports; the Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act (H.R.1028/S. 405) to clarify that sports National Governing Bodies must designate women’s sports for women only under their Congressional authorization; and The Title IX Clarification Act (H.R. 8781/S.5179) to clarify that, for purposes of Title IX’s prohibition on discrimination in federally funded education programs and activities, the term ‘sex’ refers solely to an individual’s biological status as male or female.”

“How many more women and girls will be subjected to an uneven playing field?” Nance added. “It’s time to put an end to this inherent unfairness and protect women’s sports.”

Many people over the years how the left, with its glorification of delusion and deviance, could possibly align with Islamic movements that disparage

the West for the very hedonism and dissipation that the left idolizes. In this brisk, clear, and massively important new investigation of this peculiar coalition, The Red/Green Axis 3.0: America Wake Up or Be Destroyed, veteran investigative journalist James Simpson offers a chilling answer: “Their ultimate goal is power. Period. Nothing more, nothing less; and of course, the unearned wealth that goes with it.” In this indispensable little volume, Simpson details the myriad ways they’re working now to attain that power.

Simpson exposes the interlocking structure of tax-exempt organizations that fuel what he describes forthrightly as a Communist movement — not socialist, certainly not democratic, but full-on Communist in its desire to destroy the United States as a free society and establish in its place a totalitarian government that will, due to modern technological advances, be able to control every aspect of individual lives more than the Soviet Union or East Germany or Democratic Kampuchea ever dreamed of doing.

And they’re working toward this goal with tax relief from the United States government. Simpson notes that many tax-exempt organizations are legitimate, “like many churches. But many are very partisan, and in some cases, like George Soros’ Open Society foundations, openly advocate and promote America’s destruction.”

While these movements present themselves as grass-roots groupings of committed activists, in reality, they’re massively-funded, top-down, rigidly controlled organizations in which the cadres dutifully march in lockstep, anticipating the totalitarian future their leaders so ardently desire to impose upon us.

One example of this astroturfing that Simpson points out is the Ford Foundation, which has “$13 billion in assets” and “almost singlehandedly created the open borders movement.” Simpson points out that “it funded the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education fund (MALDEF), the National Council of La Raza (NCLR—now called UNIDOS US), the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund (PRLDF—now called LatinoJustice-PRLDF), and has donated heavily to the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and the ACLU. Together these groups shifted the narrative to favor open borders and amnesty. As discussed later, this has been a long-term goal of the Left, to change America by changing its people.”

The Red/Green Axis 3.0 also details how the left and its Muslim allies are advancing their sinister agenda by means of massive, scrupulously organized voter fraud, while Obama- and Biden-appointed judges do everything they can to stymie President Donald Trump’s efforts to restore integrity to our electoral process. Using the Michigan Senate race as a case in point, Simpson states that “while Mike Rogers is confident he can win against [Marxist Muslim Democrat candidate Abdul] El-Sayed, the very fact that Rogers is facing him in the general election ought to give him pause. No one expected [New York City Mayor Zohran] Mamdani to win either, and now it has been discovered that at least 7% of the NYC vote was fraudulent—enough to overturn the election. The voters counted simply do not exist, yet they all voted.”

Then there is what Simpson aptly terms the “media/education/left axis.” One example of its success is the fact that “critical Legal Theory has replaced constitutional law as the narrative in many U.S. law schools, a fact which explains the appearance of so many Leftist jurists and attorneys, including the recent election of radical district attorneys, like Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, George Gascon in LA County and rogue prosecutors in seven other major U.S. cities and many smaller ones.”

This little book contains much, much more in this vein, but it is by no means a manifesto of despair. The Red/Green Axis 3.0 concludes with solid and specific recommendations for what patriots can and must do now to beat back this axis, reclaim our nation, and preserve it as a free republic that upholds equality of rights for all people and the freedom of every individual. These recommendations are alone worth the price of the book, but the analysis of the red/green axis itself is likewise essential.

Above all, Simpson states that “while the Left sees this as a political battle, at its heart, it truly is a spiritual battle.” Indeed. And unless and until American patriots begin to see it that way, this evil alliance will continue to advance.

Judicial Watch Uncovers Anti-Charlie Kirk Emails at Utah University

We obtained 133 pages of records from Utah Valley University (UVU) revealing sharply anti-Charlie Kirk messages from individuals identified as university faculty or instructors in the weeks following Kirk’s assassination on the UVU campus.

Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, was killed on September 10, 2025, while kicking off a speaking tour at college campuses.

We received the records through a Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) request for emails and text messages concerning Kirk involving then-UVU President Astrid S. Tuminez.

The records include a September 22 email apparently written by a UVU instructor to President Tuminez. The writer referred to “students we are trying to educate” and attacked Kirk in stark terms:

Charlie Kirk appealed to the worst of us. He spoke his prejudices openly, not to test free speech, but to shape minds. He targeted impressionable youth, feeding on their fears and anxieties….

The hidden message in his rants was clear: hate is natural, and to resist it is to deny who you are. Hate masquerading as justice is nothing of the sort. True justice seeks fairness, accountability, and protection for all, while hate targets, divides, and destroys….

That is why we must resist any effort to memorialize him or turn him into an icon…. Charlie Kirk did not stand for civility, compassion, or truth. There was nothing civil about him.

To memorialize him would be a grave mistake.

In a November 4, 2025, email a self-described “faculty member” at UVU writes:

I’ve had a hard time dealing with the aftermath of the shooting on our campus, and in particular, I cannot understand how people could support or mourn someone who was so divisive and spewed such vituperation in his “debates.” I regret that he was invited to UVU at all, and wish you had rethought the decision to allow him a forum on our campus.

[ … ]

Also, there has been talk of a memorial to Charlie Kirk that will be placed on the UVU campus. The legislature seems determined to make it happen, and they have enormous power in Utah. I ask you to resist their desire to desecrate our campus with a memorial to such a divisive and hateful public figure. Please do not let it happen. It does not align with our brand of inclusiveness and welcoming. Should a memorial to him be erected on our campus, I fear you will lose many faculty members, including myself.

[ … ]

I would not work at a university that supports Charlie Kirk’s ideals in any way.

The records reveal that just nine days after Kirk was assassinated, a person whose name is redacted was already proposing a $1 million fundraising effort called “Our Better Selves for a Better America.”

I would like to raise $1 million for this proposal. I took the liberty of starting a draft. I’d like a very quick turnaround so I can fundraise quickly. I have one pledge for $100k. I would like to raise the other $900k quickly.

UVU subsequently established “Our Better Selves for a Better America” as a university-wide initiative focused on civil dialogue, disagreement, conflict resolution, and civic responsibility.

The newly released records show that, behind the university’s public appeals for unity and free expression, some members of the UVU faculty were expressing a very negative attitude toward Kirk and his supporters.

Charlie Kirk was assassinated while exercising his right to speak on a college campus. These records reveal that, even as Utah Valley University publicly called for free expression and civil discourse, some faculty members were making hateful and vicious comments about him, objecting to his invitation to campus, and threatening to leave if his memory were honored.

We previously obtained records from Utah Valley University through this same records request detailing the university’s efforts to immediately pave over the site where Kirk was murdered.

FBI Records Reveal Thomas Crooks Behavior before Trump Shooting

Thomas Matthew Crooks, who attempted to assassinate Donald Trump at a July 2024 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, purchased “a chest rig and ceramic plates,” and exhibited increasingly unusual behavior, including talking to himself, pacing at night, staying awake for extended periods and exhibiting impulsivity issues.

We learned this from 180 pages of heavily redacted Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records we received through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

We filed our July 2025 FOIA lawsuit after the FBI failed to respond to a July 2024 request for records concerning Crooks and the assassination attempt (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:25-cv-02216)).

In a July 15, 2024, FD-302 FBI interview report, an individual whose name is redacted wrote:

Thomas purchased ammo online, going from website to website until he found a site that would sell to him. Thomas recently bought a chest rig and ceramic plates. Thomas had recently gotten into rapid action range transition shooting where shooters would enter a timed range and switch between weapons while moving.

[ … ]

As Thomas became older, he started to get more agitated when [Redacted] and [Redacted] asked questions. Thomas talked to himself a lot. After community college he would talk to himself more and more, moving his hands and speaking to himself. This activity kept [Redacted] awake at night as sometimes. Thomas would stay up all night dancing in [redacted]. Thomas seemed to have endless energy.

[ … ]

Thomas was never diagnosed with any mental health disorders as a child, but did have impulsivity issues.

A July 15, 2024, FBI interview report states that Crooks purchased firearms courses from Keystone Shooting Center online, including a basic carbine course beginning May 25, 2024, a basic handgun course beginning June 13, 2024, and an intermediate handgun course beginning June 22, 2024. The courses were purchased using the email address tmcrooks7@gmail.com.

A July 25, 2024, FBI report states that Crooks was seen with two older men at a firearms store. Employees of Keystone Armory in Edinboro, PA, contacted the FBI about Crooks’ May 2024 visit:

The individual believed to be Crooks was accompanied by a white male believed to be around his mid 30s and another older white male with a gray beard, potentially … the individual’s father. The individual believed to be Crooks and the two other males can be seen wandering throughout the firearms store looking at various firearms. The individual believed to be Crooks subsequently purchased 20 rounds of Red Army 7.62x54R 148 gr FMJ and left shortly thereafter.

The store provided the FBI with a receipt of ammunition purchase, a list of the store’s witnesses of the “person of interest” and “video/photo surveillance from outside and inside the business.”

A July 15, 2024, FBI electronic communication titled “Review of Samsung S136 – Web Browser History Indicated Visits to Mailfence.com” describes a review of Crooks’ Android phone including an examination of his web browser history and his use of Mailfence, an encrypted email service based in Belgium. The communication states: “Review of the web browser history of the device revealed the device accessed mailfence.com multiple times from 15 April 2024 to 8 July 2024.”

In a July 15, 2024, electronic communication, the FBI Counterterrorism unit requested assistance from a foreign government concerning information on the Samsung S136 device belonging to Crooks.

A July 21, 2024, FBI report quotes a former Community College of Allegheny County laboratory classmate who said he “tried to get to know Crooks, told him jokes and invited him to go out.” According to the classmate, Crooks was “very self-isolated and kept to himself.”

Crooks seemed to be very smart, and he clearly had the best grades in the class as he was teaching others. However, Crooks had severe social anxiety and would respond to any kind of small talk or social interaction with an aggressive foot tap. He was shy and did not have any friends. Although he would help other laboratory groups, Crooks did not interact with anyone else in the class. He kept to himself.

We were provided with two additional sets of records, available here and here. The latter production contains several law enforcement exemptions under (b)(7)(C), which constitutes an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, and (b)(7)(E), which discloses investigation techniques.

These records provide important new pieces of the puzzle about Thomas Crooks and his activities before he attempted to assassinate President Trump. The American people deserve to know – in a timely manner – what the FBI knew about Crooks, his activities, his contacts and the circumstances surrounding the assassination attempt.

In June 2026, we forced the release of 48 heavily redacted pages from the FBI through a FOIA lawsuit that indicated that a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) officer at the July 2024 presidential rally for Donald Trump in Butler, PA, recovered a “gray remote device” with an antenna from Crooks’ pocket after he was killed.

In May 2026, we received, in response to a court order, an audio recording of a 911 call placed by the father of Crooks.

In April 2026, our lawsuit forced the release of the first FBI records about the Butler assassination attempt, revealing that law enforcement personnel broadcast radio warnings about an “unknown male acting suspiciously” prior to the shooting.

In April 2026, our FOIA lawsuit forced the release of records from the FBI that showed that Crooks was reportedly involved in an altercation with a group of people and making “hateful comments” directed at President Trump at the Butler, PA, rally.

In August 2024, we uncovered documents from the district attorney’s office in Butler County, PA, detailing the extensive preparation of local police for the rally at which former President Trump was shot. The preparation included sniper teams, counter assault teams and a quick response force.

In August 2024, in response to a separate open records request, we obtained bodycam footage of the July 13 assassination events from the Butler Township Police Department.

Judicial Watch Sues Secret Service for Records on Accidental Gun Discharge

We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit with the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) seeking records concerning the reported accidental discharge in March 2026 of a Secret Service agent’s service weapon at Philadelphia International Airport while the agent was assigned to former First Lady Jill Biden’s protective detail (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Case 1:26-cv-03190)).

We sued after the Secret Service failed to respond to a March 27, 2026, request for records about the reported accidental discharge, including investigative reports, witness statements, photographs, disciplinary records, internal directives, and electronic communications among Protective Operations officials.

A Secret Service agent assigned to former first lady Jill Biden accidentally shot himself in the leg at a Philadelphia airport in March 2026. A Secret Service spokesman called it “a non-life-threatening injury following a negligent discharge while handling a service weapon.”

The spokesman also said that the Secret Service’s Office of Professional Responsibility was going to review “the facts and circumstances of this incident.”

A reported negligent discharge by an armed Secret Service agent assigned to a protective detail at a busy international airport raises serious questions about training, supervision, and accountability.

In May 2026, we sued for records related to the Obama-era 2012 Secret Service prostitution scandal in Cartagena, Colombia.

In April 2026, we sued the Homeland Security for records related to an August 31, 2025, incident in which a club member allegedly carried a loaded semi-automatic handgun past Secret Service screening checkpoints at Trump National Golf Club in Virginia while President Donald Trump was on site.

Also in April, our FOIA lawsuit forced the release of records from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that show that would-be Trump assassin Thomas Crooks was reportedly involved in an altercation with a group of people and making “hateful comments” directed at President Trump at the Butler, PA, rally site before the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt.

In February 2026, our lawsuit forced the release of the first FBI records about the Butler assassination attempt.

In December 2025, we filed a FOIA lawsuit for Secret Service communications records related to Code Pink protesters who disrupted a dinner held by President Donald Trump at a restaurant in Washington, DC, on September 9, 2025.

In July 2025, we sued the U.S. Department of Justice for all records regarding Thomas Matthew Crooks, who attempted to assassinate Trump on July 13, 2024, (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:25-cv-02216)).

In March 2025, we sued Homeland Security for records related to security provided for the July 13, 2024, rally in Butler, PA, during which there was an assassination attempt on Trump (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:25-cv-00704)).

In September 2024, following up on reports that the Biden Secret Service denied Trump’s requests for additional Secret Service protection, we filed a FOIA lawsuit for Secret Service and other records regarding potential increased protective services to Trump’s security detail prior to the attempt on his life at his July 13 campaign rally in Butler, PA (Judicial Watch v. Judicial Watch Sues ATF for Records on Oklahoma City Bombing 

We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for records about former ATF confidential human source Carol Elizabeth Howe, also known as Sarah Collins, whose activities as an ATF confidential source and subsequent testimony raised questions about information available to federal investigators before and after the Oklahoma City bombing (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Justice (Case 1:26-cv-03189)).

The Oklahoma City bombing occurred in April 1995 at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Official narratives identify Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols as the primary perpetrators.

We sued in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the ATF failed to comply with an August 2025 FOIA request for all records related to Howe, including investigative reports and other records documenting or assessing information she provided to the agency. The request also seeks records maintained in the ATF’s Confidential Informant Master Registry and Reporting System (CIMRRS), as well as records of communications of ATF Special Agent Angela Finley-Graham concerning Howe.

Significant ATF records concerning Howe have not yet been made public. Certain records created 25 years or more before the date on which they are requested can no longer be withheld under FOIA.

Howe identified herself as an ATF confidential source during her December 1997 testimony at the trial of Oklahoma City bombing defendant Nichols. Her relationship with the ATF was also addressed in April 1997 testimony by former ATF Special Agent Angela Finley-Graham in (United States v. Viefhaus and Howe). Howe was identified as Confidential Informant 53270-183, or CI-183, and Finley-Graham was identified as her ATF handler.

According to records cited in the FOIA request, Howe was associated with the pseudonyms “Freya” and “Lady MacBeth.” Reports describe Howe as an ATF informant who operated at Elohim City, an Oklahoma compound that was part of the ATF’s investigation of extremist groups. Howe reportedly died in a house fire in January 2025.

Americans have a right to know what the ATF knew about Carol Howe, what information she provided and how federal investigators handled it. These records could shed important light on the ATF’s confidential-source operation and the investigation surrounding the Oklahoma City bombing. The government should stop stonewalling and release the records.

More than 2,000 Terrorists Removed from U.S., Countless More Remain

While the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) celebrates the removal of over 2,000 “Known or Suspected Terrorists (KST)” from the United States, the chilling reality is that there are likely many more dangerous criminal aliens still roaming around neighborhoods throughout the nation. That is because under Biden’s disastrous open border policies over 1.7 million Special Interest Aliens (SIA) from over two dozen countries that DHS determined pose a national security threat to the U.S. entered the country, mostly through the Mexican border. This means that, although it is a decent start and Americans should be grateful that the Trump administration is mitigating the damage of Biden’s policies, a few thousand hardly puts a dent in the problem.

From January 20, 2025, to September 9, 2026, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which operates under DHS, has arrested 2,150 KSTs in the U.S. and deported 2,015, according to an announcement issued this month. Created after the 9/11 terrorist attacks to secure the nation, DHS consists of 22 different federal departments and agencies with over 260,000 employees in areas ranging from border security to emergency response, aviation and cyber security. The goal is to keep America safe, though under Biden the agency seemed to steer away from the mission. A record-breaking 7.6 million illegal aliens entered the country, including hundreds of thousands with serious criminal records and over 1.7 millionSIAs from some 26 nations that pose a security threat, including Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Syria, and Turkey, China, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Venezuela. Many SIAs—including some on the U.S. terrorist watchlist—were released inside the country under Biden, risking public safety and national security.

A congressional probe revealed that, among the largely unvetted aliens were at least 382 on the U.S. government’s terrorist watchlist who were released into the country. Among them was an illegal alien from Afghanistan, Mohammad Kharwin, arrested by Border Patrol near Imperial Beach, California in early 2023. Federal agents suspected he was on the U.S. terrorist watchlist because information matched a person on the list. Nevertheless, the feds released Kharwin in the U.S. He flew from Istanbul, Turkey to Mexico City, Mexico before traveling to the U.S. border and, despite red flags, ICE placed him on its non-detained docket along with millions of other illegal aliens and instructed him to report to an agency office in Sacramento, California. Around two weeks later, ICE removed Kharwin from its Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program and DHS allowed him to apply for asylum and work authorization and fly domestically. The Afghan national remained free in the United States for about a year until biometric and biographical information positively identified him on the terrorist watchlist and ICE Fugitive Operations arrested him in San Antonio, Texas. Kharwin is reportedly a member of Hezb-e-Islami, a group responsible for attacks in Afghanistan that killed at least nine American soldiers and civilians from 2013 to 2015.

Thankfully, the days of known terrorists being released inside the country are in the past. Among the thousands removed by the Trump administration are Abraham Hermosillo Alvarez, an illegal alien from Mexico, who was arrested in Omaha, Nebraska and charged with being the ringleader of the failed terrorist plot against Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Freedom 250 in June. He entered the U.S. on a B-2 visitor visa and failed to depart before it expired in December 2001. The Obama administration granted him Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in 2014. Another terrorist removed in the last year is Felipe Linares De Oliveira Del Aquilla, an illegal alien from Brazil and commander of two foreign terrorist organizations (FTO), Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and Comando Vermelho (CV). Others include Iranians in the U.S. illegally with admitted ties to Hezbollah and a Jordanian terroristconvicted of throwing Molotov cocktails at the homes of Israeli armed forces.

Dem Lawmakers Demand Federal Probe Into ‘Modern-Day Lynchings’ That Are Anything But

Progressives powered by social justice organizations are fanning the flames of racial division, and the media is in on it.

Democratic lawmakers, including New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley, penned a letter to federal authorities demanding an investigation into “modern-day lynchings.” The letter cites reports and findings from several social justice organizations that disingenuously misrepresent tragedies as racially motivated crimes.

One organization known as JULIAN put out a report claiming there had been over 70 “recent lynchings” in the South. JULIAN is a social justice and legal advocacy nonprofit founded in 2020 by civil rights attorney Jill Collen Jefferson, who has spent her career representing alleged victims of police brutality and racial discrimination.

Notably, Jefferson was arrested in 2023 while filming police officers for failure to comply with law enforcement. She was initially charged with failure to comply, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest before additionally being charged with driving while using a cellphone and blocking a public roadway while filming a traffic stop.

Jefferson’s organization went on to release the infamous report, which also accused law enforcement of intentionally mismanaging cases to cover up the real number of hate crimes or “modern-day lynchings.”

But rather than citing an actual example of a present-day lynching, JULIAN’s report moves the goalposts to include cases determined by medical and law enforcement officials to be suicides. Ocasio-Cortez similarly stated in a post on X that there have been “10 reported hangings of Black people,” urging people to “put a stop to this racial terror.”

As pointed out by the community notes on the posts, the majority of the cited cases have been ruled suicides by local police and medical examiners.

Ironically, one of the only cases that is actually being investigated as a homicide doesn’t fit the racial narrative being peddled by progressives and social justice organizations.

Tasia Fortune was a 29-year-old black woman who was found hanging from a tree outside an abandoned house in Jackson, Mississippi, according to a report from CNN. Fortune’s death is currently being investigated as a homicide.

While CNN’s reporting emphasizes Fortune’s race, it conveniently omits the race of the man charged in connection with her death, likely because 51-year-old Jarques Ratliff is also black.

PBS’s coverage did mention that both Fortune and Ratliff were, but immediately insinuated race played a role “because the manner of Fortune’s death recalled lynchings in the Southern state, which has a tumultuous civil rights history stained by episodes of racial violence.”

This editorial choice was consistent throughout the legacy media’s coverage of Fortune’s death. NBC News specified her race in the first paragraph and even mentioned Democrats’ letter calling for an investigation into “modern-day lynchings,” implying her murder could have been racially motivated.

Like CNN, NBC News omitted the race of the man arrested and charged with her murder.

Other cases touted as lynchings by activists don’t hold water the way professional race baiters might have hoped.

Trey Reed was named by JULIAN as a potential victim of lynching after he was found dead hanging from a tree on the University of Mississippi campus. The official police investigation determined his death was a suicide, but Reed’s family was dissatisfied.

As a result, Reed’s family hired an infamous civil rights attorney, Ben Crump, to privately investigate his death.

Crump’s legal team represented a number of high-profile cases, including Karmelo Anthony’s appeal. Anthony is a 17-year-old black man who was sentenced to 35 years in prison for senselessly stabbing Austin Metcalf, a white student, to death at a track meet in 2024. Crump has also represented Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, and George Floyd.

Despite Crump’s long history of race hustling, even he failed to reach the conclusion Reed’s family was looking for.

A recent report by the Clarion Ledger noted “Crump and his team went silent on Reed’s family,” with Reed’s relatives claiming “they do not have the final independent autopsy report.” The article also revealed the family had “struggled for months to get updates from those handling the private investigation.

The Daily Caller reached out to Crump’s firm for comment.

Another case commonly touted by activists as a lynching was Willie Andrew Jones Jr., a 21-year-old black man who was found hanging in front of his white girlfriend’s house after they had reportedly gotten into an argument.

Several media reports were intentionally vague in their coverage of Jones’ death, but law enforcement ruled the case a suicide. Notably, the girlfriend’s stepfather was the one to find Jones and call emergency responders.

Jones’ family refused to accept the ruling and instead believed he had been lynched. The family eventually filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the stepfather, Harold O’Bryant Jr., alleging he either killed or failed to prevent Jones from killing himself.

O’Bryant never responded to the lawsuit, and a judge later awarded relatives over $11 million. Importantly, a wrongful death lawsuit is a civil charge which carries a much lower evidentiary bar than criminal prosecutions, which require evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

“If they had seen anything even a little wrong, I’d have been thrown in jail,” O’Bryant told the Associated Press. “They’re trying to make it seem like I’m some big head white supremacist or something. I didn’t touch him.”

While JULIAN and its allies peddle racially divisive and often inaccurate narratives, it’s worth examining their donors who have ties to Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, George Soros, and the Gates family.

JULIAN’s latest filing for the fiscal year ending in 2024 shows the nonprofit’s expansive network of donors. Their biggest funder was Moore Impact Inc., a philanthropic organization dedicated to “funding leaders of color.” Moore Impact Inc. contributed $300,000 to JULIAN in 2024, according to filings reviewed by the Daily Caller.

Moore Impact Inc. has had a bevy of noteworthy funders including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which provided $1.4 million, as well as the Blavatnik Family Foundation, which provided nearly $12 million. They also received $15,000 from the Tides Foundation, an organization that deploys “social justice-focused tools” to “shift resources to communities historically denied power.”

The Blavatnik Family Foundation was established by Sir Leonard Blavatnik, a businessman who corresponded with and was invited to gatherings hosted by Epstein. Epstein also referred another businessman to Blavatnik, whom he called an “adequate” Russian oligarch.

Blavatnik did not directly fund JULIAN, but rather was the largest donor to Moore Impact Inc., which in turn was JULIAN’s biggest donor.

Borealis Philanthropy was also one of JULIAN’s funders, donating $45,000 in fiscal year 2024. Borealis has received hundreds of millions of dollars from backers in recent years with the expressed purpose of building a “truly inclusive, multiracial democracy.”

One of Borealis’ biggest donors in fiscal year 2024 was the Foundation to Promote Open Society, which donated $21.5 million. The Foundation to Promote Open Society was established by George Soros, who has backed a number of social justice organizations and leftist officials.

Harris and El-Sayed have spoken multiple times since she endorsed the progressive Democrat after his primary victory, but this is the first time they’ll appear publicly together.

Harris and El-Sayed will attend a roundtable focused on Black maternal health on Tuesday, according to his campaign spokesperson. El-Sayed is a doctor and the former head of health departments in Detroit and Wayne County.

“Vice President Harris looks forward to returning to Michigan to help turn out the vote in this critical state,” Eduardo Negrón, Harris’s spokesperson, said in a statement. “It is critical we flip the Senate so we can bring down prices and stand up to Donald Trump’s corruption.”

Some other top-ranking Democrats have thrown their weight behind El-Sayed after a bitter primary against Rep. Haley Stevens that highlighted divisions within their party, notably on US support for Israel.

Harris, who lost the 2024 presidential race to Trump, is seen as a possible 2028 candidate. Michigan will be the fifth state to vote in the Democratic presidential primary.

That’s the pitch from Anthropic’s CEO Dario Amodei, who says he has found an outside team that can regulate AI and make sure it doesn’t destroy the world.

It’s a group of globalists who believe in open borders, genderless pronoun and promote “Effective Altruism,” that believe all the world’s problems can be solved with technology.

In a bombshell essay titled “We Must Pace the Frontier,” Amodei argued that leading AI firms should commit to allowing “embedded third-party evaluators” from a nonprofit called Model Evaluation and Threat Research, or METR, that would maintain “employee-like access” to oversee safety efforts and ensure advanced AI models don’t turn Terminator and wipe out humanity.

The would-be John Connors at METR purport to be fully independent, but the group traces its roots directly back to key figures in Effective Altruism, whose Silicon Valley-based devotees once included disgraced crypto boss Sam Bankman-Fried, one of Anthropic’s biggest early investors.

Deep EA ties

The overlap between METR and Anthropic is rife with potential conflicts of interest, according to critics.

METR spun off from an Effective Altruism-aligned tech incubator called Alignment Research Center (ARC), which is headed by AI researcher Paul Christiano. He was Amodei’s housemate, coworker and research collaborator in the 2010s when they were both at OpenAI — Anthropic’s biggest rival.

In his remarks on Thursday, which have not been previously reported, Mr. Obama urged Hakeem Jeffries, Democrat of New York and the House minority leader, to assemble a clear framework for a public conversation about A.I. policy, should Democrats win back the House in the midterm elections, according to a partial transcript provided by Mr. Obama’s office.

Politico adds: Obama said AI development would be “one of my central agendas” if he were running for president, throwing down a gauntlet as the shadow 2028 Democratic primary debate responded to the AI leaders’ calls.

Make no mistake, Communist China is not slowing down and they are making huge gain using American (much of it stolen) technology. Why would we deliberately handicap ourselves while Communist China races ahead, weaponizing artificial intelligence for military power, mass surveillance, cyberwarfare and global domination?

On Friday, I wrote about the obviously professional PR campaign launched last week against the rapid development of so-called “artificial intelligence,” kicked off by the resignation of mid-level AI employee Jacob Coxon.

Coxon came out of nowhere, almost literally. He worked at OpenAI training “frontier models” (the most sophisticated and up-to-date at any time), then moved to Anthropic and worked there for a few months before resigning. He announced his resignation on X, using an account with almost no activity or followers, and it took off after top AI company executives promoted it.

Coxon warned darkly that AI could kill us all—a common-enough worry and articulated by many people far more prominent and interesting than a 27-year-old AI trainer, and hence unremarkable in itself — but somehow the Wall Street Journal had the “exclusive” story before the X post even went up. Almost every tech company CEO has said the same thing many times, but for some reason Coxon’s warning became a top national story.

Coxon’s resignation has kicked off a firestorm, and it’s clear that it wasn’t really Coxon who lit the match. His resignation was the hook, but it was used to push a narrative that had been pre-positioned for some time to fundamentally reshape the AI industry. Whether Coxon’s resignation was staged or not, the PR campaign around it certainly isn’t spontaneous.

The CEOs of OpenAI and Anthropic seized on Coxon’s warnings, agreeing that everything must change; Democrats proposed legislation to ban “superintelligence” and jail anyone for up to 20 years for pursuing it, and both OpenAI and Anthropic argued for massive government regulations and…the hamstringing or outright banning of their competitors.

He goes on CNN and says nothing new. He has zero evidence or documentation to back up any of his claims. He struggles so hard to find examples that he has to use the Hugging Face one from OpenAI, not Anthropic. Which we already know about.

It’s all conjecture and wild claims from the same people who have been wrong over and over.

Remember when Andrew Yang and others claimed all the truck driving jobs would go away? That was 10 years ago.

Remember when Dario said unemployment would hit 50% in 18 months? Well, we don’t have 50% unemployment, and it’s been more than 18 months.

The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) was founded in 1982 primarily by author and political activist Edward Michael Harrington Jr.

Edward Michael Harrington Jr. (1928–1989) was famous for his influential 1962 book The Other America (which helped inspire President Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty which created the Medicare, Medicaid, and Head Start programs), served as the DSA’s first chairman until his death in 1989.

  • Political Leadership: He was a prominent figure in American leftist politics and served as a founder and the first chairman of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) in 1982.

The organization was created through the merger of two left-wing groups:

  • Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC): Founded in 1973 by Michael Harrington (who had split from the Socialist Party of America).
  • New American Movement (NAM): Founded in 1971 by activists including Michael Lerner, emerging out of the New Left and feminist movements.

Harrington rejected the notion that poverty was the result of individual laziness or moral failure.

The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) outline their platform around replacing capitalism with a system based on collective ownership, worker democracy, and social equality. Their core policy priorities center on key social, political, and economic reforms:

Economic Democracy & Worker Power

  • Public Ownership: Socializing and nationalizing key sectors of the economy—such as finance, energy, and major utilities—under public or worker-cooperative control.
  • Union Protections: Passing legislation like the PRO Act, expanding collective bargaining rights to all workers (including gig and undocumented workers), and supporting union organizing.
  • Wealth Redistribution: Enacting heavy wealth taxes on corporations and high earners to finance public goods, alongside capping working hours (e.g., a 32-hour workweek).

Universal Social Goods

  • Healthcare for All: Establishing a single-payer, free universal healthcare system (Medicare for All) that covers full physical, mental, reproductive, and gender-affirming care.
  • Housing as a Human Right: Expanding social and public housing, instituting universal rent control, prohibiting market evictions, and ending homelessness.
  • Green New Deal: Transitioning the energy grid to 100% publicly owned renewables, decarbonizing the economy, and guaranteeing green jobs for displaced workers.

Political & Judicial Reforms

  • Democratic Restructuring: Expanding the House of Representatives, abolishing the Senate, eliminating the Electoral College in favor of a national popular vote, and adding seats or term limits to the Supreme Court.
  • Expanding Voting Rights: Granting voting rights to non-citizens, restoring voting rights to incarcerated individuals, and granting statehood to Washington, D.C. and U.S. territories.

Civil Rights & Social Justice

  • Criminal Justice Reform: Demilitarizing and defunding police departments, abolishing mass incarceration, and redirecting resources toward social programs and mental health infrastructure.
  • Immigration & Equity: Abolishing ICE, ending deportations, granting legal status and citizenship paths for all undocumented immigrants, and strengthening legal protections against discrimination.

Anti-Imperialist Foreign Policy

  • Demilitarization: Reducing federal military spending, closing overseas bases, and ending U.S. military aid foreign interventions.
  • International Solidarity: Ending economic sanctions/embargoes and supporting global movements, including explicit endorsement of Palestinian liberation and the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaign.

The Bottom Line

Based on all of the above we find that the platform of the Democratic Socialists of America is:

The primaries are over, and the November general election looms.

Suddenly, the Islamo-socialist podcaster Hasan Piker—who is now infamous for blaming America for 9/11 and warning Jews that “someone’s going to come around and take action, not against the state of Israel, mind you, but against American Jews”—is persona non grata on the Democrat stump.

Abdul El-Sayed, the Democrat nominee in the Michigan Senate race, once enlisted Piker to jump-start his lethargic candidacy. Now that he is locked in a close general election race against a strong Republican, El-Sayed dismisses the antisemite, who has suddenly outlived his usefulness, as a mere “social media person in California.”

Clinton-era Democrat politicos like Rahm Emanuel and James Carville insist that Democrats have divorced themselves from the hard-left democratic socialists.

Really?

If that divorce were real, why would so many Democrats be cheering a potential Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez presidential run in 2028? She is, after all, a proud member of the Democratic Socialists of America‘s New York chapter.

Did lifelong socialist Bernie Sanders not run twice for president—not as a third-party candidate, but in the Democrat primaries? And did he not nearly capture the nomination in 2016 and 2020 until terrified donors and insiders intervened to abort his candidacies?

Did House Democrat leader Hakeem Jeffries not endorse Democrat mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani, also a member of the DSA’s New York chapter? And did Jeffries not thereby choose Mamdani over former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo?

Did California Gov. Gavin Newsom—the opportunist par excellence, multimillionaire, and presidential hopeful—not recently declare that “capitalism as we know it doesn’t work”? (Who, pray tell, are “we”?)

Has not nearly every major Democrat stalwart, including Senate leader Chuck Schumer, called for a “big tent” party that includes unapologetic socialists?

Many Democrats, of course, reject the socialists’ calls to eliminate the Pentagon, close prisons, and dismantle the Senate. But perhaps only because such wild fantasies cannot succeed, at least for now, and repel most American voters.

Where, then, did these largely young, inexperienced, and naive democratic socialists find their agenda?

Self-declared socialists now demand an open border and mass amnesty for illegal aliens; the abolition of police and prisons; war on fossil fuels; radical DEI mandates; free health care for all; wealth taxes on billionaires and even millionaires; deep defense cuts; and an end to military aid to Israel.

Yet these are hardly the socialists’ positions alone. They closely resemble earlier Democratic Party programs and demands. The socialists now talk a grand leftist game; during the Biden years, Democrats tried to enact much of the agenda the socialists later claimed as their own.

So, did newly radicalized Democrats spawn this socialist offspring, or did the socialists radicalize the old party of John F. Kennedy and Bill Clinton?

Who created whom?

The answer is demonstrably clear: Democrats radicalized themselves. Only later did an underfunded, motley socialist crew jump aboard their increasingly extremist bandwagon. By the time the Democratic Socialists of America became nationally known, the new Democrats had already supplied their model of governance.

When democratic socialists claim that “billionaires” owe their success to government, they merely echo President Barack Obama’s taunt to successful business owners: “You didn’t build that.”

Obama lifted that moronic socialist meme—like his “spread the wealth” line—wholesale from Democrat Sen. Elizabeth Warren. In 2011, Warren boasted that no wealthy American had succeeded on his own, reiterating the classic socialist rationale for confiscation: “The people” make success possible and must therefore be repaid.

In his first term, Obama sought to take over the nation’s health care system while concealing his socialist agenda. He partly succeeded through his now-failing Obamacare plans. His effort rested in part on the claim PolitiFact later named its “Lie of the Year”: “If you like your health care plan, you can keep it.”

Obama also cut more than $100 billion from defense. His “apology tour” and dismissal of American exceptionalism likewise anticipated these more recent socialist one-world talking points.

Who cooked up DEI?

Who but the Obama and Biden administrations vastly expanded government hiring and promotion by race, gender, and sexual orientation? Who unleashed the Justice Department to pressure the private sector to follow suit—until the Supreme Court declared much of this DEI tribalism unconstitutional?

Sanctuary cities and neo-Confederate state and local nullification of federal immigration law were mainstream Democrat policies long before 2020. Former President Joe Biden’s Democrats—not the socialists—destroyed the southern border and admitted more than 10 million illegal aliens. Until the 2024 election cycle, Biden had also effectively imposed a moratorium on deportations.

Long before forming the 2020 Democratic ticket, Kamala Harris advocated banning fracking, while Biden called for banning new fracking on federal lands and waters.

Long before the DSA and DSA-adjacent cohort of Mamdani, Piker, El-Sayed, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib began mouthing antisemitic talking points, prominent Democrats like Jesse Jackson (“Hymietown”), Al Sharpton (“diamond merchants”), and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright (“them Jews”) had shown the party’s tolerance for licensed Jew-hatred. More recently, more than 100 House Democrats voted to cut off all aid to Israel.

The same pattern applies to political methods. Democrat officials gave wink-and-nod support to the violent Antifa and Black Lives Matter movements long before the democratic socialists became a major force.

As early as August 2015, the Democratic National Committee officially endorsed BLM, while many Democrats defended Antifa.

In 2018, then-deputy DNC chief Keith Ellison posed proudly with an Antifa handbook and preened about “the book that strike (sic) fear in the heart of @realDonaldTrump.” By 2020, even FBI Director Christopher Wray was claiming that Antifa was more an “ideology” than a real organization of frequently unhinged and violent protesters.

During the post-George Floyd mania of 2020, then-Sen. Kamala Harris, soon to become vice president, praised calls to defund the police. She even boasted on national television that the weeks-old, increasingly violent demonstrations would not—and should not—cease before the election.

Some establishment Democrats went further, personally threatening violence. Who screamed outside the Supreme Court, warning the justices, “You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions”? Not a fringe socialist, but the Senate’s top-ranking Democrat.

And in 2018, Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters urged her followers to threaten and “harass” Trump Cabinet officials.

More importantly, when the democratic socialists urge the next Democrat administration to pack the Supreme Court, abolish the Electoral College and the filibuster, and admit Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia as two new left-wing states, where did those ideas originate?

Mainstream Democrat leaders had already embraced the entire agenda during the first Trump administration, if not earlier.

And who is more lawless: the loudmouth, self-proclaimed radical socialists who talk of weaponizing state and federal power, or the still more radical Democrats who actually wielded it?

Who tried to remove a major Republican presidential candidate from ballots in more than 20 states?

Who sent FBI SWAT teams into Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate?

Who brought four farcical lawfare cases aimed at imprisoning Trump?

Who concocted the Steele dossier and spread the lie that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation?

The answer: mainstream establishment Democrats, acting without any help from a coterie of fringy, downwardly mobile white urban socialists who were then largely irrelevant.

The once-fringe democratic socialists became mainstream largely by imitating an increasingly socialist Democratic Party. They did not infiltrate the Republican Party, form a viable third party, or—even after Sanders’ first campaign in 2016—abandon boutique Democrat causes, from open borders to gun control, to concentrate on economic radicalism.

Instead, they adopted the modern Democratic Party’s media, messaging, and methods and joined it, first informally and then formally. Fittingly, they are not called the republican socialists, independent socialists, or simply socialists of America.

In sum, the socialists did not swallow the old Clinton Democrats; those Democrats were already gone. A party radicalized over decades instead welcomed younger copycat socialists who proved even more zealous and embittered than their elders—and gave them their first national home.

North Carolina Democrat state legislative candidate Shelly Headen posted a Facebook story from a vacation showing her in front of ovens in a German concentration camp memorial, saying, “Visiting Dauchau [sic] Concentration Camp in Germany… This is where Trump supporters belong.”

Headen was reportedly visiting Dachau, where the memorial states that 41,500 people were murdered.

In social media photos, Headen is seen smiling as she stands in front of what appears to be crematorium ovens, which were used by the Nazi SS to burn the bodies of Jews and other prisoners who died or were murdered at the camp.

Headen faces incumbent Republican state Rep. John Blust in a suburban Guilford County district. On her Facebook page, Headen says she is a CPA and business owner “running to restore human decency,” an ironic statement after saying political opponents should be in concentration camps while posing and smiling in front of ovens at a Holocaust memorial site.

Six million Jews were murdered during the Holocaust.

The rhetoric expressed by Headen is growing among Democrat candidates and left-wing agitators across the nation. Earlier this year, a crazed gunman attempted to break through security presumably to assassinate President Trump at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, and Michigan Muslim socialist candidate Abdul El-Sayed said, in response to an attack against a Jewish synagogue in his state, “Hurt people hurt people.”

The apparent call to burn Trump supporters isn’t her only expression of support for violence. In another Facebook post, Headen appears to call for an unspecified terrorist attack against America, writing, “I think our only hope is an attack on US soil… preferably Alabama, Louisiana… where the stupid people are.”

Headen has also faced domestic assault allegations in which her husband is listed as the “potential victim.”

A pair of what appear to be law enforcement “incident/investigation reports” from 2024 indicate Mrs. Headen was the suspect in both incidents.

In a statement on September 3, Headen said of the domestic violence allegations, “In 2024, during a high-stress time in my marriage, my husband and I had a couple of arguments that escalated. During one argument, my husband grabbed me, and I fell backward and hit my head. In my fear and confusion, I sought support and protection from those I trusted—I called 911.”

That description contradicts police reports, noting two separate law enforcement visits, not one, in both of which she is listed as the suspect and her husband the “potential victim.”

Breitbart News has reached out to Headen for a response to her inflammatory Facebook posts and clarification on the domestic violence allegations. The campaign has not responded by press time.

​The Cold War has never ended, it covertly and imperceptibly moved to WWIII. The Socialist-Communist aggressors have never stopped fighting Western civilization; they just changed the methods and dirty tricks of Stalin’s Doctrine. The root causes of instability in America are Stalin’s Doctrine and aggressive forces that implement it. After Stalin’s death, Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev, following Stalin’s design, gave the idea to the members of the Communist Party—drug addiction and narcotics trafficking should be viewed as a strategic operation that would directly weaken the enemy. The effect of drugs was analyzed by scientists from the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the conclusions were that drug trafficking would be extremely effective and that the most vulnerable countries would be the United States, Canada, France, and West Germany. This study was approved in 1955 by the Soviet Defense Council working in concert with the KGB. It was the first formal Soviet decision to launch narcotics trafficking against the bourgeoisie and especially against the American capitalists. Here is the first part of the document:

“Soviet strategy for revolutionary war is a global strategy… narcotics strategy is a sub-component of this global strategy. First was the increased training of leaders for the revolutionary movements—the civilian, military, and intelligence cadres. The founding of Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow is an example of one of the early actions taken to modernize the Soviet revolutionary leadership training. The second step was the actual training of terrorists. Training for international terrorism actually began as ‘fighters for liberation’…The third step was international drug and narcotics trafficking. Drugs were incorporated into the revolutionary war strategy as a political and intelligence weapon to use against the bourgeois society and as a mechanism for recruiting agents of influence around the world.” My column: American Carnage February 11, 2017.

It wasn’t only deadly wrong; it was a diabolic lie that brought me back to the Soviet Union—the Evil Empire.

I am a former Soviet defense attorney, who lived in the Soviet Union for fifty years under Stalin’s Soviet System and Immigrated to the  U.S. in 1981.  Stalin was brought up by Muslims streets; it was Comrade Stalin who married Islam with Communist Ideology—they were united by hate towards Western civilization. I called it a menacing Fusion of Jihad and Soviet Fascism. Stalin bequeathed to start implementation of Soviet Socialism from Iran in the Muslim Middle East. The Chairman of the KGB Yuri Andropov had done it in 1979. Don’t be surprised by the election in New York City, bringing Socialists like Zohran Kwame Mamdani from Uganda, a country of Soviet Fascism(check the history). Like Zohran Mamdani’s parents have prepared Zohran for political career, the same way parents of Abdull El-Sayed, and Hasan Piker had prepared their sons. Those are the Dems’ members of Stalin’s menacing fusion—Jihad and Soviet Fascism. Hasan Piker is an extreme communist political commentator, canceler of the Dems’ party. He is a Muslim, brought up in Turkey. His parents prepared him to be a political activist, like Mamdani’s parents did. Both families came from the countries with “Putin’s Network of Influence.” Turkey has close ties with Putin. Abdull El-Sayed came from Egypt; he wants to be an American Senator. Another member of DSA Melat Kiros came from Ethiopia, a neighbor of Somalia. Do you remember a huge Soviet fraud brought by Somalian refugees to America? Does that geography tell you anything??? 

It tells me a lot, please watch those six. They are native of different countries, and have different native languages, but they all speak eloquent English (better than I do). Their looks are different, but their behavior and ideas are identical, as if they are one team. They all want to be a part of the American government, but they hate America and its successful capitalism, they hate Trump and united under the TDS.  For me, they are the enemies of the American republic. Some of them have close relations with “Muslim Brotherhood,” some love Hamas and rioted for Free Palestine. Their Anti-American ideas in their every speech reminded me of the Soviet apparatchiks. They are arrogant and bold without shame fighting for power and control of America. Remember, they all had come from the countries of Soviet Fascism implemented in the 1960-70th .

For me, they are “Putin’s Network of Influence” run by the KGB’s Mafia/Army-the Evil Doer. We are watching an Ideological Invasion of America by Socialist-Communists Cabal of Soviet Fascism. I am not sure that any of the 18 Intel agencies knows and understands invasion of our country. They didn’t know that the migrant Invasion under Biden’s open borders policy, had been destroying America for four years bringing millions of killers, rapists and spies. The migrant’s invasion has also brought to America 300 thousands of unaccompanied children from 120-160 different countries and continents. That was also managed by the KGB’s Mafia/Army-the Evil Doer. Our Intel Community has not been ready for both Invasions, they don’t know the Socialists-Communists Cabal of Soviet Fascism and they are not alone. Listen to this: Rolling Stone considers Hasan Piker the third most influential speaker in America!!!???

If Rolling Stone doesn’t know about Socialism and the enemy, who promote it, I have to enter that discussion, though I have been writing and warning America “it’s coming” for decades. We are talking about Soviet Socialism, the only one existing Socialism. I’ll start with Capitalism, familiar to you: the engine of the capitalist economy is the small businesses and corporations. To give you the best and less expensive products the small businesses are competing. The same way the corporations are competing to produce the best technology and machinery for the population. Competition is the moving force—the engine of Capitalism. 

Socialism doesn’t have small businesses and corporations. Nobody competes under Socialism, because Socialism doesn’t have Private Property. Period. Let alone the absence of freedom and personal liberty… Socialism is a huge corrupt, abusive and violent regime of one-party bureaucracy. A big Socialist government decided all problems of human lives. When the Dems Socialists complained about affordability of capitalism, I was laughing—Socialism has a limited or Zero affordability. “The meaning of AFFORDABLE is able to be afforded : having a cost that is not too high.”  Under Socialism the shelfs of the stores were empty very often, price didn’t matter. Reading about a Communal Apartment, you will learn about the awful living conditions under Soviet Socialism, the only Socialism, existing in the world and spread by the KGB’s Mafia/Army-Evil Doer around the globe. In my opinion, those six Socialists are very well trained physically, ideologically, linguistically and psychologically to be good messengers, agitators and propagandists. They are malicious and very dangerous by aiming their sting against the American republic. Socialism and Communism Are Two Sides of the Same Cult

While socialism and communism are distinct political and economic ideologies, they share foundational origins and core theoretical principles. Both emerged as critiques of capitalism during the Industrial Revolution, primarily through the work of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels.

  • Shared Critique of Capitalism: Both systems view capitalism as inherently exploitative, arguing that it creates class divisions, inequality, and the concentration of wealth and power in the hands of private capital owners (the bourgeoisie) at the expense of the working class (the proletariat).
  • Public Ownership of Means of Production: Both frameworks advocate for collective or public control over key industries, resources, and the means of production (such as factories, land, and infrastructure), rather than leaving them under private ownership for profit.
  • Focus on Social Equality: A primary objective of both ideologies is to reduce or eliminate socio-economic inequality, ensuring that societal resources and wealth are distributed to benefit the public interest rather than private profit.
  • Centralized Planning: Both models place a strong emphasis on economic planning and regulation—whether through state authority, public councils, or community organizations—to direct production, set prices, and distribute goods based on societal needs rather than free-market forces.
  • Theoretical Continuum: In classical Marxist theory, socialism is conceived as a transitional stage between capitalism and communism. Under this view, a socialist society gradually restructures the economy and social relations until it eventually evolves into communism.

Key Distinction While both aim for public control, socialism typically allows for state governance, mixed economic structures, and varying degrees of private property. In contrast, ultimate communism envision a stateless, classless, and moneyless society where all property and goods are held entirely in common.

In an article titled “Data Shows The DSA Takeover Of The Democrat Party Is Nearly Complete“, Ireland Owens reports:

The majority of Democrats support the Democratic Socialists of America, a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday found.

The latest survey shows that among Democrats, 59% consider themselves DSA supporters, compared to just 30% who do not. Out of total voters polled just 26% consider themselves supportive of the DSA, compared to 66% who do not consider themselves backers of the socialist group.

If a candidate for elected office identifies as a DSA supporter, 17% of respondents say it makes them more likely to back that candidate, the survey states. By comparison, 43% of voters say it makes them less likely to vote for that candidate while 35% of respondents say it makes no difference.

America under the Democrat Socialists is at the state governence level, once Democrat Socialists, like Socialist Zohran Mamdani, are elected they quickly move to a stateless, classless, and moneyless society.

Remember this when you vote in the 2026 Mid-Term Elections and the 2028 Presidential Election.

Data Shows The DSA Takeover Of The Democrat Party Is Nearly Complete

The majority of Democrats support the Democratic Socialists of America, a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday found.

The latest survey shows that among Democrats, 59% consider themselves DSA supporters, compared to just 30% who do not. Out of total voters polled just 26% consider themselves supportive of the DSA, compared to 66% who do not consider themselves backers of the socialist group.

If a candidate for elected office identifies as a DSA supporter, 17% of respondents say it makes them more likely to back that candidate, the survey states. By comparison, 43% of voters say it makes them less likely to vote for that candidate while 35% of respondents say it makes no difference.

The DSA did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Several Democratic socialist candidates have notched primary wins in recent months. Darializa Avila Chevalier in New York, Melat Kiros in Colorado and Donavan McKinney in Michigan all defeated incumbent Democratic lawmakers while Chris Rabb in Pennsylvania and Claire Valdez in New York won their open seat races.

DSA supporters generally have high levels of education but tend to fall within lower- to middle-income brackets, the DSA North Star’s most recent survey shows.

“Our candidates are going up against corporate backed opponents, and they’re going to need your help to get over the finish line this November,” the DSA said in a Oct. 3, 2025 X post.

In June, the DSA released a new platform, dubbed “Workers Deserve More,” which in part proposes to “draft a new constitution, and create a democratic socialist republic.” The socialist group’s platform has drawn intense public criticism from congressional Republicans.

“The DSA Communists have now published their insane agenda to take over Congress and America,” House Speaker Mike Johnson wrote in a June 27 X post. “We will not let it happen! WE ARE READY FOR THIS FIGHT!!”

The Quinnipiac University survey was conducted from Sept. 3-6 throughout the contiguous U.S. The poll surveyed 970 self-identified registered voters with a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 3.9 percentage points, including the design effect.

Never Forget and Look for the Tricks!

Many of you have been listening to me over the years so you know that one of my favorite American Heroes is Frederick Douglass. Sadly, I have come to find out that many new listeners have absolutely no idea who Frederick Douglass even is and what his contributions to America were. To me, Frederick Douglass lived the American Dream. Born as a Slave, he never used victimhood or race as a reason to hold himself back. He never blamed others. He charted his path, educated himself and became one of the greatest success stories in America.

One of the many travesties of being a slave is that slaves were never taught to read. The owners felt that if a slave learned to read, they would find out what they were missing in life and their ability to advance. So reading and education were never allowed.

That did not stop Frederick Douglass. Not only did he learn to read and write, he educated himself ending up later on in life as an advisor to President Lincoln. Douglas felt that if you were a slave who did not learn to read, you would be a slave forever. He was determined that was not going to happen to him.

In my travels, giving seminars all over America, I met a wonderful man, KCarl Smith, who devoted much of his writings to studying Fredrick Douglass. K Carl was a military man who became a writer and studied the Life of Frederick Douglass. I met him when we were on the speaking circuit and I was talking about the importance of education and what a disservice we are doing to our youth by not teaching them to read!

I have devoted Segment 2 of the show to two extremely important and misunderstood topics. It seems as though every news website has an article on surveillance, a.k.a. Flock, cameras and AI Data Centers.

Although these topics are dealt with separately, they are really part of the same program. The cameras collect the DATA and the AI Data Centers store the DATA.

What is a Flock Camera: “A Flock camera is an automated license plate reader (ALPR) made by Flock Safety. It photographs every passing vehicle, reads the plate and stores the sighting in a searchable database used by police, neighborhoods and businesses.” https://flockcameralocations.com/whatis-a-flock-camera

Note – “Flock” has become the generic name for surveillance cameras.

Beware! There are many companies making these cameras today. The strongest competition is Axon. What we do know is: The technology is continually improving and will increase the amount of data with 24/7, 360 degree surveillance of the vehicle and surrounding area and individuals.

Key Questions and Concerns: Who owns your data? Who has access to your data? Who controls this data? Who is this data being shared with? Who is paying for these cameras and the data collected? Where are the contracts? Did your town have a meeting or inform its citizens?

If you listen to the Technocrats, they tell us the real reason for the cameras is all about behavior modification. They want us to act the way they want, think the way they want, do what they tell us to do, eat what they tell us to eat, buy what they tell us to buy. They can do that by using cameras to manipulate our behavior.

This is all about:

MONEY • POWER• CONTROL

The surveillance cameras are the tools that will enable them to implement the Great Reset/Agenda21/2030, 15 minute cities and their sustainable green fraud schemes. They are being sold as a tool to help law enforcement solve crimes. But at what cost? Imagine if these cameras were available during Covid?

Several states and counties have cancelled contracts but look for the tricks. In Florida, Gov DeSantis cancelled cameras on state roads and highways because he felt that Flock Cameras were “out of control “. Will your sheriff move them to county roads?

Currently, there are over 120,000 cameras in America, taking over 2 Billion images of what? stored where? Enter the AI Data Centers.

AI DATA Centers are popping up all over America. There are currently approximately 5000. PS: China has about 400. How are they beating us?

These centers are being sold as a way for counties to make added revenue in a time when money is tight. The focus is on water and energy usage and jobs. Since there are billions of dollars on the line, I am sure they will come up with a way to create water and energy systems that will not harm the environment, pocketbook or health of the residents. Do not let your towns subsidize anything. They are billionaires and don’t need your money. They should pay you. As for jobs, once construction is over, the center will need about 25-40 full time employees. Oddly enough, there are no comments from conservationists on AI Data Centers and what the data centers do to our environment, water and animal populations.

Funny how no one mentions the major purpose to these centers which is storing the surveillance data collected from spying on people. From the minute you get up until you go to bed, something is collecting data on every move you make, everything you do, every facial expression you make. Once money is digitalized, you will learn to comply or your card or chip will not work. No food, gas, healthcare, transportation. Resistance is Futile. Where did you hear that before? You will own nothing and they will be very happy.

This is a clear abuse of the 4th Amendment. I think so.

What can we do? Doing nothing is not an option. That means giving up. Pay attention to your local community.
