Indiana sheriff Dave Wedding is joining the Republican Party because he says the Democratic Party leadership has condoned “101 days of rioting” in cities across America.
“What I have witnessed across the United States is shocking — as a law enforcement leader I can’t imagine 101 days of rioting and it’s condoned by the Democratic leadership,” the lifelong Democrat told “Fox & Friends.”
“It’s unbelievable they can do that to law enforcement officials.”
The sheriff said he in the past he had always found “solid leadership across the aisle” and that he has “worked with local Democrats and Republicans for many, many years.”
But Wedding said the past three months have turned his head. “As a sheriff, I cannot imagine putting deputies on the front line of these riots night after night with no relief in sight. And if you are a parent of a law enforcement officer who’s going out there … I think they would be appalled as well.”
Wedding said he is scared by the Democratic presidential ticket of Joe Biden and California Sen. Kamala Harris, citing Harris’s support for the Minnesota Freedom Fund that “helped raise funds to release rioters from jails after they have committed serious crimes, including one who shot at SWAT members.”
The sheriff called supporting an organization that seeks to “raise money to release criminals from jails” something that is “shocking in itself.”
“You know, the Democrat prosecutors, they have this catch and release program and police are out there battling these rioters each and every night. They arrest them only to find them released right away by a prosecutor,” he said.
Wedding said he now supports President Donald Trump because of his participation on national conference calls where the president “pledged his support for law enforcement” and offered federal assistance to “cities under siege.”
He noted that some municipal leaders “are not smart enough to take that aid.”
Democratic Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, for one, has told the president “no thanks.”
“I would be rushing that federal aid to help us end the violence. In Chicago last weekend, I believe 42 people were shot. And you don’t even hear it discussed by the Democrats. I mean, that’s shocking in itself.”

Hundreds of marchers, many of whom held up signs that read, “Flush the turd,” gathered in downtown Chicago on Saturday as part of protests against President Trump in 23 cities across the country, organized by the leftwing radicals of Refuse Fascism.
On its website, Refuse Fascism called for “60 Days of Struggle” against “this illegitimate regime”: “By October there needs to be a situation in this country where protests happen day after day. Protests that make visceral the demand that Trump and Pence Must Go.”
“No one can say that this can’t lead to a situation where Trump is driven out before the elections,” the website statement continued, “but short of that, sustained protests in October can and must lead to a situation where on Election Day people don’t just vote against Trump in big numbers but there are mobilized people/forces prepared to oppose – with massive, sustained non-violent protest – the fascist forces we know the Trump regime is planning to unleash.
Speaking at the Los Angeles protest on Saturday, group member Sunsara Taylor (pictured above) called Trump a “demented bully” and accused him of building concentration camps, brandishing nuclear weapons, and denying science. “All this will get far worse if this fascist regime is allowed a second term,” she ranted.
In an effort to prevent a Trump presidency from even getting off the ground, the RF manifesto exhorted leftist agitators nationwide to pour into the streets by “the tens of millions,” so as to “create … a profound political crisis” that would stop “the fascist regime” from being “able to take the reins of government.”
But when Trump’s January 2017 inauguration ultimately proceeded on schedule, RF shifted its objective to “driving from office” Trump and his “Legion of Doom” cabinet of “white supremacists, woman haters, science deniers, religious fundamentalist zealots, and war mongers.”[1]
Toward that end, RF drafted a petition titled Refuse Fascism Call to Action, which charged that the Trump “regime,” in its quest “to establish a fascist order under the signboard of ‘America First,’” had already “begun subverting the separation of powers [and] the separation of Church and State, called for a new nuclear arms race, demonized the press, [and] dismissed the very concept of truth [by] substituting their own fabricated ‘alternative facts.’” Asserting, further, that “there is method to Trump’s madness” that “echoes Hitler” and is “more dangerous to the world than even Hitler,” the RF petition claims that President Trump’s brand of fascism promotes “xenophobic nationalism, racism, misogyny, and the aggressive re-institution of oppressive ‘traditional values.’”

HOUSTON — A 19-year-old Richmond man is facing serious allegations that he made a bomb threat against the University of Houston in the middle of a Zoom lecture, shocking students and staff.
Ibraheem Ahmed Al Bayati is charged with making threats or conveying false information to destroy by means of fire or explosives and making a threat over interstate commerce, according to the U.S Attorney’s Office. He was arrested Friday and will appear in court for the first time on Tuesday afternoon.
According to prosecutors, Al Bayati identified himself as Abu Qital al Jihadi al Mansur and joined a UH student lecture via Zoom on Sept. 2. He interrupted and said, “what does any of this have to do with the fact that UH is about to get bombed in a few days?” before making gestures with his index finger.
He also allegedly uttered and repeated in Arabic a phrase that means the “Islamic State will remain.” He eventually left the call to the “gasps of students,” according to the charges, which were revealed in a USAO press release Tuesday morning.

The Michigan Republican Party headquarters in Lansing, Michigan, was reportedly vandalized Sunday night with graffiti saying “fuck ICE, fuck police, fuck you,” the political party announced Monday.
The party said that “anti-police extremists” were responsible for the vandalism and that a police report had been filed, according to a press release. Michigan Republican Party Chairwoman Laura Cox is a former Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, according to the state party’s website.
“The Michigan Republican Party is proud to stand by the men and women of law enforcement, and I am incredibly proud of my service with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency,” Cox said, according to the Michigan Republican Party.
Cox said the incident was typical of the “radical left” in Democrat-run cities, according to the Michigan Republican Party.
“This vandalism is emblematic of the chaos sweeping through our nation’s Democrat-run cities, as the radical left uses criminal tactics to try and extort weak politicians into defunding the men and woman who keep us safe,” Cox added, according to the Michigan Republican Party.
Protesters reportedly marched to Democratic Mayor Andy Schor’s home in August, demanding he resign over inaction around their demands to defund or reform the police, and requesting more community investment, the Lansing State Journal reported.
“Republicans will not be intimidated. President Trump will not be intimidated. And this November, the American people will show the world they will not be intimidated when they reelect President Donald Trump,” Cox said in the Michigan Republican Party’s statement.

This will overwhelm the post office with ballots and delay the official ballot count. You get the picture. Can’t they just field an electable candidate? No, they can’t because the radical leftist 2020 Democrat party platform is so unacceptably anti-American, anti-Christian, antisemitic, and anti-family, that the only way they can possibly win is to cheat. If Joe Biden steals this election the United States of America will cease to exist as we know it. The radical leftist Democrats currently dominating the party will collapse the economy and turn our constitutional republic into socialism. But wait – there’s more!

Once the Democrats have stolen power, the radicals are dispensable and a liability that will be eliminated. Americans have been lulled to sleep by a false sense of security. It is time for the sleeping giant to awaken. Those on the left need to understand that there is no place for agitators in the New World Order of planetary government. You think you are resisting?? Think again. You are creating the social chaos required for the globalists to enslave you.
A one-world government under the auspices of the corrupt United Nations is a binary socio-political structure. Waning Fear Tactics
The ways in which the mainstream media attempts to push control have always been wrought with misinformation. There has long been a sense in the gun community that people would see through to the truth if they simply looked into the facts of matter. However, much of the media is not interested in spreading the truth. They routinely paint the country as warzone with gun homicides as an ever-increasing threat. Their coverage of mass shootings has been particularly egregious. They can often make it sound as if schools are being attacked every other day, when these kinds of attacks actually make up a tiny amount of homicides. Of course, mass shootings have to be taken seriously. Lives are lost, and they deserve respect. The issue is that many in the media attempt to take advantage of our empathy to garner support for gun control. They also mischaracterize weapons, labeling them as “military grade assault weapons”, to conjure fear. They fail to explain the actual breakdown of firearms homicides.
The issue with a campaign built largely on propaganda is that it creates a house of cards. Looking behind the scenes at the actual data can quickly cause their vision of a country wrought by an epidemic of gun violence to crumble. As powerful as their campaign has been, this sets the stage for curious people to easily peek behind the curtain of propaganda. For those interested in learning about their second amendment rights, it is not hard to find the truth.
Millions of New Gun Owners
Data suggests that there have been roughly 5 million new gun owners this year. This seems to be connected to the sense of social unrest that has plagued the country this year. At the beginning of the year, the coronavirus caused a spike in purchases. Many feared that the coronavirus could disrupt American life and lead to shortages of food and other necessities. This led to panic buying by some and to gun purchases by others wanting to be prepared for anything. Then, protests erupted. Thousands of protesters lined the streets, and footage came out showing businesses being attacked by rioters. This added to fears of social unrest, and many felt like they needed to ensure that they could be protected. In addition to social unrest, we are in an election cycle. Biden has made his anti-gun stance clear. There is a real chance that he may become president, and many have a sense of wanting to purchase a gun before it is too late. All of these factors have led to the roughly 5 million new gun owners we have seen this year.
Unlikely Support?
The idea that support for gun rights would strengthen on the right is not particularly surprising, but interestingly, support has been growing among many on the left.
The Pink Pistols are an organization that aims to empower members of the LGBTQ+ community by educating them on their gun rights. “Armed queers don’t get bashed” is one of their slogans. It empathizes a key point of the second amendment which is that when a group feels threatened by society, firearms can act as a great equalizer.
Many black Americans have also been rediscovering the usefulness of the second amendment. The history of gun control cannot be separated from racism. During the times of segregation and Jim Crow, black people had their gun rights limited in any way possible. Many understand that being able to defend oneself is necessary to preserving the rights of any group.
Where Do Things Go from Here?
Recent events notwithstanding, the data generally shows that support for increased gun control measures has been slowly increasing over the past few years. Some polling data suggests that support for tighter gun control rose to around 60% in 2019. As shoddy as arguments for gun control may be, there is no guarantee that everyone will see through it. It definitely seems that support for the second amendment is growing though. America has a rich gun culture, and there is no reason why it should only include members of one political party. The second amendment is incredibly important for all disenfranchised groups, and hopefully that message will continue to spread. It is not yet clear how significant the increase in support for gun rights has been this year, but it seems promising.
The best move for those concerned about their second amendment rights is to educate people. Offer to take your friends to a gun range. They may have never handled a gun in their lives, and the experience of shooting for the first time can be enlightening. Do what you can to calmly explain the usefulness of firearms. Education is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal.

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security for records that the Secret Service claims to have destroyed related to a reported physical altercation between a Secret Service Agent and Joe Biden at a photo op in 2009 ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:20-cv-02457)).
The lawsuit was filed after the Secret Service failed to respond to a July 14, 2020 administrative appeal challenging its claim that all files related to the 2009 altercation, “ha[d] been destroyed,” due to “retention standards.”
On March 29, 2020, the Gateway Pundit republished a 2017 report alleging that an unidentified Secret Service agent was suspended for a week in 2009 for “shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.” “The situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President,” according to the report.
Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, made on May 12, 2020, sought:
All records related to a reported incident in 2009 in which a United States Secret Service Agent reportedly was involved in an altercation with, or attempted to strike, then Vice President Joe Biden during a photo opportunity.
The records sought shall include, but not be limited to, witness statements, the Agent’s statement, victim’s statement, alleged perpetrator’s statement, incident reports, investigative reports, communications among USSS personnel regarding the incident, and disciplinary records related to the incident for the Agent in question.
In a July 13, 2020 response to Judicial Watch’s request, the Secret Service appeared to confirm that a file on the alleged incident existed at some point, asserting, “[T]here are no responsive records or documents pertaining to your request in our files,” because “the above mentioned file(s) has been destroyed” due to “retention standards.” The Secret Service added that, “[n]o additional information is available.” It did not deny the incident had occurred. In its lawsuit, Judicial Watch intends to test the Secret Service’s assertion that it destroyed all records about the incident.
“We had not been able to confirm whether the report about the alleged altercation might be true until the Secret Service itself suggested it destroyed records about the incident,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

“We’re not getting rich over here,” he said. “We have a building, and inventory, and vehicles, and a couple of employees.” Scott said that Donald Trump, as a business owner, knows what it feels like “to have the rug pulled out from underneath your feet.”
Scott Carpenter and other families with small businesses have seen their life’s work and life’s savings literally go up in flames over the past weeks. “The building is gone. Everything in it gone,” said Scott. The Kenosha mayor has asked for $30 million to repair the damage to the city. Perhaps the celebrities donating millions of dollars to Black Lives Matter could put their fortunes to better use helping families rebuild their lives.

In late July, Google CEO Sundar Pichai told Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) that Google would “conduct ourselves in a neutral way” with regards to the November election. This claim should be met with skepticism by conservatives given that Google joins Facebook and Apple — whose chief executives testified to Congress with Pichai — in having a perfectly liberal corporate culture.
2ndVote ranks Big Tech corporations such as Facebook, Apple, and Google at 1.00 out of 5.00 on the political scale, which means that their corporate actions, cultures, and political donations are explicitly liberal. Amazon is a little better, at 1.29. As a non-profit, 2ndVote can’t and won’t tell these companies which candidates to support — but we will remind Facebook and Apple that their support for the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization didn’t protect them from Democrats’ attacks at the hearing.
These corporations are only hurting themselves by engaging in politics. First, they are alienating millions of potential customers. Second, they are doing so without reward from their supposed liberal allies — and the aforementioned congressional critiques are nothing compared to what the Obama administration did to several Big Tech companies.
Weeks before President Donald Trump took office, the Obama administration sued multiple technology firms for alleged discrimination. The lawsuit did not cite actual cases of employee discrimination but instead used statistical differences between the number of minorities who applied for a job versus the number hired. It did not matter that Google was the first corporate donor to President Barack Obama’s presidential foundation – their support for a left-leaning candidate could not save them from such an unjust lawsuit.
No matter how liberal Big Tech tries to be, they will never fully satisfy the left. Businesses like Home Depot (1.90), Twitter (2.14), and Starbucks (1.14) have also repeatedly tried and failed to make the left happy by endorsing social justice ideologies like abortion and gun control.
Starbucks in particular has been a huge supporter of LGBT rights. That did not stop the left from shaming Starbucks into closing 8,000 of its locations after a Philadelphia store manager asked two loitering customers – who happened to be black – to leave.
It’s past time for Big Tech to go neutral like Google CEO Sundar Pichai promised when he said their search engine would not favor Democratic nominee Joe Biden. Big Tech should appeal to everyone’s political preferences instead of supporting left-leaning candidates, especially when it’s clear these actions gain them no favors with…well, anyone.

Democratic nominee Joe Biden claimed President Donald Trump is trying to distract from “the job he hasn’t done” by talking about “law and order” and election security as he took to the podium to make remarks and answer questions from the press Friday from Wilmington, Delaware.
Biden said he was concerned that the president’s attacks on mail-in voting could disrupt attempts by Biden supporters to vote, before continuing on to denounce the “law and order” rhetoric Trump’s campaign has deployed.

“That’s why I try not to talk about it so much,” Biden continued, suggesting that he could be “playing into” Trump’s hands by talking about election security and civil unrest throughout the country.
“I’m playing into — we’re playing, the more we talk about — there’s two things he wants us to talk about: ‘Is the election legitimate?’ and, ‘The whole country is up in flames. Everything is burning. Law and order.’”
Biden said the president’s focus on election security and violent unrest in major American cities is a distraction from the job he “hasn’t done.”
“Because he doesn’t want to talk about anything. Anything at all,” Biden continued, “About the job he hasn’t done. And, so, it is —it’s a conundrum.”
This statement comes only days after a speech Biden gave in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where Biden condemned violent unrest, saying “we have to stand against violence in every form it takes,” but did not mention “Black Lives Matter” or antifa during the address.

It’s no surprise that preventing business owners from protecting their own property hasn’t beautified the streets of Minneapolis
Violent riots broke out in Minneapolis again on Wednesday night. This time, chaos rocked the city after misinformation falsely suggesting the police had killed an unarmed black man went viral. The violent outbreak sadly came as no shock, because by now, Minneapolis is no stranger to destructive riots.

After all, Minneapolis is where the tragic police killing of George Floyd took place in May, sparking nationwide unrest. During the aftermath of that incident, violent riots consumed the city. Countless businesses were looted, vandalized, or burned to the ground, and multiple people were killed. In a jarring example of how deadly this chaos was, police found a charred body in a Minneapolis pawnshop days after the riots died down. Arsonists had murdered a man, possibly without even realizing it.

Yet even in the face of wanton destruction and violence, city ordinances are preventing Minneapolis business owners from protecting themselves and their property. As reported by the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the city currently bans exterior security shutters. These are the type of shutters they pull down over a mall storefront when it closes, that would make it much harder to break in and loot it. They also prevent windows from being broken, which can cost tens of thousands of dollars to replace.
Why are security shutters banned in Minneapolis? Because city officials say they “cause visual blight,” and “create the impression that an area is ‘unsafe’ and ‘troublesome.’”
Now, many business owners are running up against this regulation as they seek to protect their reopened stores from future flare-ups of violence. (The earlier riots destroyed at least 1,500 Minneapolis businesses.) Liquor store owner John Wolf saw his store looted after rioters broke in through his windows and stole more than $1 million in alcohol. He’s fuming at the city regulations that stop him from protecting his property.
“Times have changed,” Wolf told the Star-Tribune. “I am going to spend millions of dollars to bring my business back, and I don’t want to buy 20 window panes and have them broken the first day. Property owners should have options on how to protect themselves.”
Technically, business owners can apply for an exception to this rule. But it is incredibly difficult to get such a variance approved.
A city spokeswoman acknowledged as much, reportedly saying that “while someone is authorized to file a variance, it is challenging to meet the legal findings that are necessary to grant a variance from this type of provision.” The city says it has only ever received one request—which it rejected.
“I have never felt so vulnerable,” car repair shop owner Mark Brandow told the paper. He wanted to install security shutters on his property in July but was told by city officials he was ineligible to even apply for an exemption. They are only now letting him appeal. In the meantime, his storefront remains boarded up.
“People in the neighborhood have asked me to take the boards off because it is ugly,” Brandow said. “But I don’t need to be pretty. I’m going to leave it ugly until I get some satisfaction.”
This predictable consequence is part of the irony of the law’s justification. The city’s anti-blight measure created more blight.
Well-intentioned Minneapolis officials banned security shutters, because they wanted their streets to be more visually appealing. Yet they failed to consider that store owners would only seek to install security shutters for a good reason—that is, if they were necessary.
We now see the results of this folly. Boarded-up stores, shattered windows, and permanent “closed” signs are far more likely to “cause visual blight” than security measures. The results of rioting run unchecked surely do far more to make an area seem “unsafe” and “troublesome” than metal security shutters.
So once again, we see sweeping regulation backfire and have unintended consequences that achieve the exact opposite of their original goals. This is what FEE’s James Harrigan and Antony Davies dubbed the “Cobra Effect.”
They told the comical yet revealing tale of how an Indian city placed a bounty on cobras to try and solve their infestation problem, yet achieved the opposite result. Why?
At first, more people hunted cobras to get the bounty, and the cobra population decreased. Yet then individuals started breeding and raising cobras at home in order to get the bounty again. When the government cancelled the bounty because the population had seemingly declined, citizens released all the cobras they had been raising in their homes into the wild.
The end result was a worse infestation of cobras than the city had to begin with.
“Human beings react to every rule, regulation, and order governments impose, and their reactions result in outcomes that can be quite different than the outcomes lawmakers intended,” Harrigan and Davies wrote in explaining why the regulation failed.
So, it’s no surprise that preventing business owners from protecting their own property hasn’t beautified the streets of Minneapolis—it has left them in shambles.

DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) – Political analysts are predicting that an election night victory for Trump will disappear as mail-in ballots are slowly but steadily counted in the ensuing days.
In a Wednesday interview with an analytics firm funded by Michael Bloomberg, it was suggested that Trump is likely to win in a landslide on election night. But this victory will — they say — only be a “red mirage,” one that will dissipate in the weeks that follow as mail-in votes hand the victory to Biden.
Josh Mendelsohn, CEO of Hawkfish (the group Bloomberg hired to do the analysis) summarized the findings:
The reason we talk about a red mirage is in fact because we believe that, on election night, we are going to see Donald Trump in a stronger position than the reality actually is. We are sounding the alarm and saying that this is a very real possibility that the data is going to show on election night an incredible victory for Donald Trump. That is likely to be what we see.
Hawkfish’s conclusions about election night are based on the firm’s prediction that 4 in 10 voters will vote by mail. Its experts are saying that, on election night, Trump will win 408 electoral votes to Biden’s 130. Yet, according to Hawkfish, the victory will be illusory.
According to Mendelsohn, “After 75% of mail-in votes are counted, days and potentially weeks later, Hawkfish’s models predict the race may flip to put Biden in the lead. This particular model has Biden with a blowout victory of 334 electoral votes to Trump’s 204.”
New York Times’ Doomsday Scenario
The New York Times is promoting a variation on this theme, calling it the “Democrats’ doomsday scenario for election night.” The newspaper worries in print that Trump will “prematurely” claim victory based solely on election day results, not waiting for mail-in ballots to be counted.
“Mr. Trump has never let go of a baseless accusation that Democrats use mail voting to ‘steal’ elections, a piece of disinformation he has promoted all year, including at the Republican National Convention,” says the Times.
The article then connects the need for mail-in voting with the Wuhan virus.
“Now, with the coronavirus pandemic driving an explosion in absentee voting, and polls suggesting that far more Democrats than Republicans plan to vote by mail, a nightmare scenario haunts Democratic strategists and elected officials,” the newspaper reports.
The Economist Says Supreme Court Is Deciding
This week’s issue of The Economist is predicting the U.S. Supreme Court is deciding right now who will be America’s next president. The prestigious magazine joins the Times and Hawkfish in tying the election outcome to mail-in ballots.
According to the article, the Supreme Court won’t be involved the way it was in the 2000 election case of Bush v. Gore. It explains the court’s unique role in this year’s election.
“The nine justices are already shaping the race through small decisions on voting rules, reached without a hearing and often with little written explanation,” The Economist reports.
These election-related cases are not following the normal pattern in which there are years of lower court litigation, the article explains:
They are packaged not as slow-moving petitions on the ordinary docket but as emergency applications on a so-called “shadow docket” where justices hand down edicts with little or no explanation after only partial briefing, no live hearing and quick deliberations.
Democrats are fighting for universal mail-in voting. They are proposing that all registered voters receive an unsolicited ballot in the mail which can be returned by mail or in person. The battle is over ballots that are counted after election day.
In Nevada, the Trump administration is fighting to prevent the state’s plans to allow votes submitted after election day to be counted. In Pennsylvania, however, Democrats are battling to ensure that votes submitted after election day will be counted.

In crucial states like Wisconsin, problems with mail-in ballots already have been uncovered. Breitbart reports on the issues that have arisen.
“Data from 11 cities in Wisconsin, published in May, shows that at least 30,000 mail-in votes were counted after election day,” the news site said.
Hawkfish warns voters that rejection rates for mail-in ballots are higher than they are for in-person voting. The firm has advice for people who want to give their ballots the best chance of being counted.
If a voter must mail in his ballot, the firm says to “be extra careful about voting early enough and following all the instructions to the letter.”
