Watch How ‘The View’ Treats Conservative Black Voices | Kim Klacik

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report talks to Kim Klacik (U.S. House candidate) about her recent appearance on “The View” and her argument with Joy Behar. Kim explains why there seems to be a double standard for how black women are treated on ”The View” depending on if they are liberal or conservative. She also explains why there are growing numbers of black Trump supporters and black conservatives. Finally, she explains why she is running for office in Baltimore and how 50-plus years of Democratic leadership has failed the black voters of her city.

Comparing the Bolshevik Revolution with Today’s Antifa and BLM Movement

By Wallace Bruschweiler & William Palumbo

Ever since George Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police on May 25th, the United States – and to a lesser extent the Western world – has been up in arms, so to speak, allegedly about racial disparities and police brutality.

Now that the public has had nearly four months to observe their activities, we know that the so-called “protest movement” is an utter sham.  More precisely, the “protests” are a cover for something else.  The rampaging duo of Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifascists (Antifa) – the two most identifiable “protest” groups – prove with each passing night that they are purveyors of hate and architects of destruction, murder, general chaos, and political boots on the ground.

Let us examine today’s “protesters” and compare them to other movements in modern history.  In reality, these “protesters” are a fifth column whose only discernible ideology is Marxism-Leninism.

The “Protesters” of the Past

In February 1917, a revolution that had been brewing for decades entered its final stage, as the Bolsheviks (and other allied communist groups) forced the abdication of Russian Tsar Nicholas II.  For the next several years Russia was engulfed in a civil war, pitting the Communists against the “White Russians” (traditionalists who supported the monarchy).  Following Communist victory, it took until 1991 – more than 80 years – for the Soviets to finally rid themselves of the “workers” regime.  In the meantime, Communism killed and enslaved tens of millions worldwide.

Bolshevik Revolution – 1917-1923

  • Belligerents: Bolsheviks, Mensheviks, etc. (Communists/Marxist-Leninists) vs. White Russians.
  • Outcome: Communist victory, followed by collapse of Soviet Union in 1991. White Russians and Jews escaped following defeat to three escape routes: Berlin, Thessaloniki, and Shanghai.
  • Modus Operandi: Civil war, secret police, show trials, murder, GULAGs, exile to Siberia, forced labor, ethnic cleansing, torture, etc.
  • Comments: Following Communist victory, Vladimir Lenin consolidated power to become first leader of the USSR. The Soviet regime reached the height of its domestic terrorism during the Stalin era (d. 1953), when during the Great Purge of 1937 approx. 1 million “undesirables” were eliminated.

Yet the allure of Marxist-Leninism is strong.  Indeed, Russia’s descent into the darkness of dystopian tyranny was not enough to prevent European malcontents from attempting to replicate the Soviet Union in western Europe.  During the 1970s and 80s, Europe was plagued by Marxist-Leninist terrorists intent on revolution.  Each country had their own “distinct” terrorist groups, although authorities later realized that they were not only connected to each other, but actively cooperating strategically.

European Terrorism – late 1960s – early 1990s

  • Belligerents: Italy: Red Brigades, Prima Linea, Potere Operaio ; Germany: Baader-Meinhof (aka Rote Armee Fraktion); France: Action Direct ; Spain: ETA ; UK and Ireland: IRA vs. European nations, and intelligence (BKA, MI5, MI6, SISMI, SISDE, etc.).
  • Outcome: Only after the European nations agreed to tackle the terrorism problem in unison, working across borders, was the bloody insurrection defeated.
  • Modus Operandi: Italy: kneecappings, kidnapping, bombs, etc. ; Germany: kidnaping, hostage taking, airplane rerouting, etc. ; UK and Ireland – killing, bombs, bringing down army helicopter.
  • Funding: The Soviet Union via Bulgaria funded European-based terror groups through local Communist newspapers. Also provided support to Palestinian/Arab terrorism. Muammar Gaddafi supported the IRA and ETA through direct bank-to-bank transfers and with weapons.
  • Comments: Political and intellectual support for the violent terrorist groups came from Communist parties in each country, who were often part of the government and intelligentsia.

Timing is Everything

For those unhappy with society for whatever reason, the Marxist-Leninist ideology is perennially attractive. Today’s violent Left – socialism – animated by Marxist-Leninism, shares many parallels with its predecessor movements.

“Protest Movement” – Present time

  • Belligerents: BLM, Antifa, Democrats, and media vs. the police, the public, Trump and Republicans
  • Outcome: TBD – Nov. 3, 2020 (or later)
  • Modus Operandi: Rioting, looting, assault, destruction of public property and monuments, blocking roads and highways, murder, arson, inflicting blindness
  • Support: Soros: funding “racial justice” organizations ~$220 million, the selection, election and support of local DAs ; Media: selective coverage ; China, and also Iran: known to support BLM.
  • Comments: China is America’s main geopolitical foe, and billionaire George Soros is a primary financier of the Democrat Party and global left. Both view President Trump as a threat to the globalization movement.

For the record, both China and Soros back Joe Biden.

Where do we stand at this point in history?  It’s said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.  Ignoring the harsh and brutal reality of Communism in the wake of the Bolshevik Revolution, terrorists tried to topple Europe and establish their own “workers’ republic.”  But for the dedication of European governments they would have succeeded.  Today, a modern-day socialist, Marxist-Leninist movement has metastasized throughout the US and its political system – we have to stop them in their tracks!

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) – President Donald Trump plans to make his fourth visit in as many weeks to the battleground state of North Carolina to address a rally in Fayetteville.

Trump is set to address a crowd Saturday evening at the Fayetteville Regional Airport.

He’s made other recent visits to Winston-Salem and Wilmington, as well as to Charlotte, where last month he addressed the Republican delegates who awarded him the GOP nomination.

Trump’s latest visit comes following Friday’s death of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The president has urged the Senate to consider “without delay” his upcoming nomination to fill the new court vacancy.

White People Are Also Victims Of Racism. I Have Been Multiple Times

There’s a deeply inconvenient truth that the Black Lives Matter, Inc. left does not want Americans to hear. Anyone can be racist and anyone can be the victim of racism. We’ve seen this over the past months with multiple videos of black people attacking white people because they are white, even with police investigating some as hate crimes. The media doesn’t care to report those, but fortunately they are not the lone informational gatekeepers anymore.

This bookends with obvious racist acts against black people. The true number of incidents on both sides are small, but the point is they are on both sides and involve other ethnicities as well. This is just an ugly part of human nature — not a one-race-specific act, which is a racist assertion.

But you don’t need to be physically attacked — or even killed, as the young  man in Milwaukee was — to be the victim of racism.

I grew up in Flint, Michigan in the 1960s and 1970s. Flint was a racially divided city in those years, experiencing the riots of 1967 and general racial distrust. There was just a lot of racism to go around.

In elementary school, I was a majority but there was a sizable and growing minority of black kids. In around fifth or sixth grade — it was a long time ago — I was over and over again chased home by two black kids, one who was my size and one who was huge for our age. They made it abundantly clear they hated me because I was white. More than once they caught me. I recall being held down and punched under some bushes next to a corner house one time. I wasn’t the only kid to get this treatment, and pretty sure it went the other way, also.

Pretty ugly stuff and obviously reflecting what they heard in the home and by other adults and kids in their milieu. But I also remember some dads talking, frustrated with the rioting and destruction, and one of them said, “I’ll vote for any president who will send three shiploads of them back to Africa.” Also pretty ugly stuff.

We moved out of that neighborhood and to Flint Township before junior high began because of the fights I was getting in. By 1982, I graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in journalism after working sometimes full-time while carrying a full load, just to get through. White privilege, you know.

In the late 1980s, we wanted to live in the Twin Cities and I applied and was interviewed for a job at the St. Paul Pioneer Press Dispatch newspaper. At the end of the interviews, I was sitting in the office of, I think, the Managing Editor, but I don’t recall for sure. He was an old-time newspaper guy with a jar of cigars on his desk and one in his mouth. And he let slip — and by slip, I mean he straight up told me — that I seemed like a good reporter and qualified, but I would not be getting the job because it was reserved for a minority journalist as part of affirmative action. I think he was trying to make me feel better, but it really didn’t.

For the second time, I had been victimized by people or a system for having white skin. I strongly suspect this happened more in my newspaper career, but I have no evidence of it.

While it is possible that whites face less racism than blacks, I strongly doubt that is the case in journalism and other fields dominated by leftists. But as I understand the current most woke thinking, which may change by the time this column is completed, “lived experiences” trump any of that data.

I don’t really believe that of course, because I operate in the realm of common sense. But the reality is I am far from alone in experiencing racism that is utterly counter to the dominant cultural narrative. My story, and thousands like it, put a stake in the heart of white privilege. I represent one bookend of the lie of white privilege and one-way racism in America. Sasha and Maya Obama already have the “lived experiences” representing the other bookend.

And in between the bookends? The lie remains a lie.

A Letter to Pastors on a Biblical Requirement to Vote

Dear Pastor & Leader,

God has given America a uniquely biblical and constitutional foundation which provides us with the liberty and affluence to be the nation with the greatest opportunity to spread the Gospel.

America comprises only 4.2% of the world’s population but sends forth more Christian missionaries and resources than any other nation (35%). I am sure you will agree that our God-given liberty and influence are worth praying for, working for, and fighting to preserve!

Advancing Judeo-Christian values in every arena is not politically partisan or divisive, rather, it is a loving, moral, and a biblical pursuit that benefits Americans and people across the globe.

God created three institutions, each with a distinct purpose – Family, Church, and Civil Government. Each of these institutions functions best when Biblical principles serve as their foundation.

Biblical principles serving as the foundation does not imply a compelled faith perspective. However, the undeniable reality is that wherever true biblical values govern, people of all faiths enjoy security, life, liberty, and happiness.

  1. Family – The Family is a collective body of persons including parents, children and sometimes extended family members responsible for cultivating Christian character, conscience, and self-control.
  2. Church – The Church is a body of believers dedicated to the service and worship of God made up of a local and global body of those who believe in Jesus Christ and acknowledge Him as their personal Savior and the Savior of all mankind.
  3. Civil Government – Civil Government is a system of political and social representation providing direction, regulation, control, and restraint. It establishes a system of rules and principles designed to advance those who do good and punish those who do evil while securing the liberty and safety of all its people (Romans 13:4).

The concept of advancing and promoting biblical values within family and church is a concept familiar to most of us, but how can we also advance biblical principles in civil government?

There are two simple ways we can do this:

1. Pray consistently for all of those in authority (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

2. Actively advance biblical values (Luke 19:13) and select God-honoring and fearing leaders (Exodus 18:21).

When we promote biblical values and God-honoring leaders in our cities, states, and nation, all people are blessed (Psalm 33:12, Proverbs 14:34) and liberty is preserved so the Church can freely evangelize, disciple, and thus fulfill the Great Commission.

Pastors and leaders, like yourself, serve as watchmen, exhorting Christians to fulfill their biblically-defined civic duties (including praying for our leaders and electing leaders who honor and fear God), as well as warning of danger and informing Christians of the vital moral and public policy issues of the day, such as protecting life, marriage, and religious freedom.

The teaching and biblical activism of pastors in the decades preceding the American Revolution empowered America’s citizens to defend their God-granted inalienable rights by opposing British tyranny. Had our pulpits in those days not flamed with the biblical principles of liberty and righteousness, America might still be a British colony.

We have a sacred duty to “loan” our God-given sovereignty through our vote to government leaders who will create laws and promote policies that will protect life and America’s biblical foundation. These are unifying biblical principles not divisive political ideas.

Since Jesus is not running for office, there are no perfect candidates. It is therefore our duty to identify and vote for those who most closely represent our Biblical worldview. We are responsible to God and one another to vote according to policy and platform, not personality.

God, in His grace, can work with personalities but depending upon which policies and platforms we endorse, authority is granted to evil or good.

The idea of “Separation of Church and State” has no legal or constitutional authority. Our Constitution protects (via the 1st Amendment) rather than forbids religious freedom even in public arenas, provided the activity does not seek to establish a single federal religious denomination.

Many pastors and churches believe they are prevented from or concerned about teaching or speaking to their congregations about political or social issues for fear of losing their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

This false information has been perpetuated as an attempt to threaten and intimidate pastors from acting and impacting their congregations and culture for Christ.

The Liberty Counsel provides the following helpful guidance as to what activities pastors and churches can engage in regarding political, social, and moral matters.

CHURCHES MAY NOT:

    1. Endorse or oppose a particular candidate.
    2. Contribute to or raise money for a candidate (including free use of church list)

CHURCHES MAY (among other activities):

  1. Encourage their members to register to vote
  2. Pass out Voter Guides
  3. Invite all candidates in a race to speak (Even if only one of the candidates shows up)
  4. Speak directly about specific issues and legislation (abortion, marriage, etc.)

Mathew Staver, Esq Chairman of the Liberty Counsel states the following: “Pastors can preach on biblical, moral and social issues such as homosexuality and abortion. Pastors can urge the congregation to become involved in the political process, urge them to register and vote. Pastors can acknowledge visiting candidates. Pastors can personally endorse or oppose political candidates, personally work for political candidates, and personally contribute to them. Also, a pastor’s name may appear in a published ad or letter signifying the pastor’s endorsement of the candidate, and the pastor’s title and affiliation with the church can also be listed with the notation, ‘Title and affiliation for identification purposes.’”

George Barna found in his most recent study from the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University that only six percent of Americans hold a biblical worldview (i.e., a view of the world that is informed by Scripture).

It is imperative that Christian pastors and leaders are not delinquent in their responsibility to address their congregations about current political and social issues. This is especially important because 1 out of every 4 Christians in America does not vote. 25 million registered Christians do not vote and there are 15 million Christians who are not even registered to vote.

Please join with us in our shared God-given mandate to encourage all believers to register to vote and to vote according to Biblical values.

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing” – Edmund Burke

VIDEO: Biden Scandal Update — Russians Trolling Joe Biden on Son Hunter

ed this from three pages of State Department records. They include a January 17, 2017, email from George Kent, the Obama administration’s deputy assistant secretary of state in charge of Ukraine policy, which was copied to then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, highlighting Russia-linked media “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.”

We obtained the records in response to our FOIA lawsuit filed in January 2020 seeking records of communications from the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv mentioning Burisma (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:20-cv-00229)). (The records had been separately released to Citizens United.)

An email was sent four days prior to the inauguration of President Donald Trump to a redacted recipient and CCd to Yovanovitch with the subject line “medvedchuk-linked vesti trolls Biden.” Kent writes: “Burisma – gift that keeps on giving. (With medvedchuk affiliated Vesti pushing the troll like storyline on visit day)”

Medvedchuk refers to Viktor Medvedchuk, a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, business oligarch, and People’s Deputy of Ukraine. He’s considered a Putin ally. Vesti is the pro-Russian newspaper in Ukraine.

Hunter Biden, son of then-Vice President Joe Biden, served on the board of directors for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings despite having no previous experience in the energy industry.

Kent includes a “Review of Ukrainian Printed Press” that includes the Ukrainian newspaper Vesti, which described Biden’s visit to Ukraine, saying: “Will J. Biden arrive to secure his son’s business? According to experts, J. Biden, as the unofficial curator of ‘the Ukrainian question’, will give P. Poroshenko recommendations about working with the new US administration. Another aspect is the protection of his own business interests.”
On January 17, 2017, Biden was on his sixth visit in seven years to Ukraine. When Biden visited Ukraine in 2015, he threatened to withhold $1 billion if the country’s top prosecutor was not dismissed. Hunter Biden was under investigation by the later-fired prosecutor general.

Kent and Yovanovitch were both star witnesses for Democrats in the Trump impeachment hearings. Kent testified he warned the Obama administration about Hunter Biden’s work with Burisma: “My concern was that there was the possibility of a perception of a conflict of interest.” Kent answered the questions of Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL):

CASTOR: OK, but you know Hunter Biden’s role in Burisma’s board of directors. At some point you testified in your deposition that you expressed some concern to the Vice President’s Office. Is that correct
KENT: That is correct.
CASTOR: And what did they do about that concern that you expressed?
KENT: I have no idea. I reported my concern to the Office of the Vice President.

In April 2014, Hunter Biden joined the board of the Ukrainian gas company. He served on the board until early 2019. Burisma, which was under investigation by the Ukrainian government, stated at the time of his hiring that Biden would be “in charge of the Holdings’ legal unit and will provide support for the Company among international organizations.”

This email shows the Obama State Department had a longstanding concern about then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden’s Burisma involvement – and how the Russians were using Biden’s conflicts of interest to undermine U.S. policy.

On 73rd Anniversary, Air Force Flies Higher Than Ever

Sept. 18 marks the birthday of the U.S. Air Force and, at the ripe old age of 73, it has enjoyed a journey like few others.

Born out of the Army, the Air Force became a separate service in 1947 with a mission that looked just like the one it executed as the Army Air Corps during World War II.

Precision bombing, fighter operations, air defense, and mobility were incorporated into major organizations known as the Strategic Air Command, the Tactical Air Command, the Air Defense Command, and the Military Air Transport Service, respectively.

That organization would change subtly at first, but over time, space’s rise to prominence would bring a host of capabilities that expanded the service’s portfolio and significantly increased its impact on the Joint Force.

How are socialists deluding a whole generation? Learn more now >>

During the past three years, revelations about our space capabilities, as well as those of our adversaries, drove independent studies that made this past year one of the most momentous in the service’s history.

Just prior to Christmas, the Air Force gave birth to the fifth uniformed service within the Department of Defense—the U.S. Space Force.

The Air Force moved immediately to shift its portfolio of space assets to the new service, which will affect at least three mission areas: Air and Space Superiority, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Command and Control.

Each of those mission sets was born from air-breathing assets, and while the loss of the space portfolio will reduce the service’s inherent capabilities, it will remain within the Department of the Air Force and allow the Air Force to focus the weight of its efforts on the core missions within the air and cyber domains.

Much of the effort of the Air Force headquarters staff has been and will be dedicated to ensuring the foundation of that new service is solid, but the organization as a whole has done extraordinary work executing its wartime and peacetime roles and laying the groundwork for an exceptional future.

While the administration continues to wind down the U.S. presence in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, airmen continue to deploy to the region to execute their combat and combat support roles, and elements of the Air Force will likely be in and around those regions long after the other services depart.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has had little effect on wartime operations, but it did impact the tempo back home.

Training units slowed production as they struck a balance between training in close quarters with the long-term well-being of their personnel. But the other wheels, particularly those with a future focus, continued to pick up speed.

Just this week, the service’s head of acquisition, Will Roper, announced that a sixth-generation fighter prototype had already taken flight and that he was confident that fighter would be combat-ready within the next five years.

That timeline is significant as, if his predictions are correct, it will mark the fastest prototype-to-combat-ready timeline any fighter has enjoyed in the past 50 years.

It also will be the first time any great power has proudly moved to acquire the most modern fighter in the world, while simultaneously initiating the acquisition of a fighter that is a full two generations older with the F-15EX.

The service continues to acquire the KC-46, and word on the street is that the B-21, the next-generation bomber, is within two years of hitting Air Force flight lines.

Adding those combat-ready weapons systems to the portfolio in number will be a huge leg up in this service’s preparation for a fight against a peer adversary.

In August, the Air Force welcomed its 22nd chief of staff with the appointment of Gen. Charles “CQ” Brown, the first African American to hold that position.

His arrival brings no certainty that the next administration will support the service with the kind of funding it has enjoyed over the past four years, nor certainty that global tensions will somehow ease. But with Brown at the wheel, you can bet this service will fly higher, farther, and faster than ever before.

A Note for our Readers:

Democratic Socialists say, “America should be more like socialist countries such as Sweden and Denmark.” And millions of young people believe them…

For years, “Democratic Socialists” have been growing a crop of followers that include students and young professionals. America’s future will be in their hands.

How are socialists deluding a whole generation? One of their most effective arguments is that “democratic socialism” is working in Scandinavian countries like Sweden and Norway. They claim these countries are “proof” that socialism will work for America. But they’re wrong. And it’s easy to explain why.

Our friends at The Heritage Foundation just published a new guide that provides three irrefutable facts that debunks these myths. For a limited time, they’re offering it to readers of The Daily Signal for free.

Groundbreaking National Voter Roll Study Reveals Alarming Trends as States Prepare to Vote by Mail

‘SAVE Database’ Uncovers Widespread Problems on Unprecedented Scale

INDIANAPOLIS, IN /PRNewswire/ — An independent, nationwide analysis of voter rolls in 42 states has identified thousands of probable deceased and duplicate registrants, as well as cases of individuals credited for voting more than once. The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has launched the Safeguarding America’s Votes and Elections (SAVE) Database as an analysis tool to track voter roll deficiencies and potential problem areas across America. Announced today, the groundbreaking findings in their national report indicates that the SAVE Database raises serious concerns over the integrity of states’ voter files as election officials anticipate a surge in mail-in voting this fall.

“The detailed information and analysis presented in this report makes it abundantly clear that states across America, including many that will determine control of the White House and Congress, are unprepared to accommodate a surge in mail-in voting this fall,” PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said. “After standardizing registration lists in 42 states, Public Interest Legal Foundation’s SAVE Database uncovered voter rolls saturated with alarming errors. Prior to publishing this report, PILF shared some findings with state election officials in hopes they would validate and act on helpful information. With only weeks to go before the start of early voting, we’re hopeful this report will help spur broader public understanding about apparent problems which call into question the integrity of our election process.”

SAVE revealed 349,773 apparently deceased registrants across 41 states’ voter rolls, with New YorkTexasMichiganFlorida and California alone accounting for 51 percent of the total.

During the 2018 General Election, 37,889 likely duplicate registrants are apparently credited for casting two votes from the same address, and 34,000 registrants appear to have voted from non-residential addresses. Additionally, 6,718 registrants were apparently credited for voting after death. During the 2016 General Election, SAVE revealed that number was higher, with a total of 7,890 registrants apparently being credited for voting after death.

After PILF collected data from 42 states and put it into a format where it could be studied, it was rigorously compared to commercial and government databases to increase confidence in the conclusions with particular emphasis on validating identities matched across state lines. Also included with the data were voter history fields, namely, data about when each registrant voted. The combination of state election data, commercial data, and federal sources such as the Social Security Death Index, provides researchers with perhaps the best platform ever constructed to analyze the health of the voter rolls and catalogue potential vulnerabilities.

The findings are a helpful starting point for state election officials to review the findings and make final determinations and take appropriate actions.

Notable Findings:

  • 349,773: total number of potentially deceased registrants across 41 states
         1. MichiganFloridaNew YorkTexas and California account for roughly 51% of national dead registrants.
  • In 2016, 7,890 registrants were apparently credited for voting after death.
  • In 2018, 6,718 registrants were credited for voting after death.
         1. North Carolina leads the U.S. in dead registrants credited for voting after death.
  • 43,760 likely duplicate registrants appear to have cast second votes in 2016 from the same address.
  • 37,889 likely duplicate registrants appear to have cast second votes in 2018 from the same address.
         1. Thousands of these apparent double votes were exclusively mail ballots
  • 8,360 – Number of registrants apparently registered in 2 states and credited for voting in both states in 2018.
  • 5,500 – Number of apparently duplicate registrants credited for voting twice in the same state from 2 different addresses in 2018.
  • 34,000 – Number of registrants credited for voting from apparently non-residential addresses in 2018.

162 House Dems Vote Against Measure to Combat Antisemitism

More from the Democrat Party of anti-Semitism. With election season in full swing, the Dems are going full on Nazi now. This latest slap from the Dems against American Jews represents a major failure for AIPAC and much of America’s Jewish leadership. Shame on any American Jew who votes Democrat this November.

162 House Dems Vote Against Measure to Combat Anti-Semitism

By Washington Examiner, September 16, 2020

More than 160 House Democrats voted on Wednesday against a measure to combat anti-Semitism.

Republicans offered the anti-Semitism measure as an amendment to a piece of Democrat-backed legislation promoting greater inclusivity in federal programs. The bill, dubbed the Equity and Inclusion Enforcement Act, would permit the filing of private civil suits for violations of federal regulations that “prohibit discrimination on the ground of race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.” The Republican amendment, which passed by a vote of 265 to 164, with 162 Democrats in opposition, mandates that anti-Semitism also be considered as discrimination.

The Republican effort to include anti-Semitism in federal definitions of discrimination follows similar moves by the White House to consider discrimination against Jewish people illegal under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, which affords protection to minorities and other groups. House Democrats have been divided in recent years on issues of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel advocacy in the United States. The latest vote highlights a deep divide between Democrats and Republicans on the issue, which is playing out against the backdrop of rising anti-Semitism across the globe.

Rep. Virginia Foxx (R., N.C.), sponsor of the anti-Semitism amendment, said that any legislation altering Title VI must include protections for Jewish Americans.

“We should use this opportunity to show commitment to combating anti-Semitism,” Foxx said. “With anti-Semitism on the rise around the world, the need for this amendment is clear.”

4 Voters Claiming NPR as Residence Turn Up in Search of California Voting Records

As regular listeners of National Public Radio know, the taxpayer-funded outlet regularly disparages the idea that any type of fraud occurs in our elections. Now, research by the Public Interest Legal Foundation has turned up information pointing to possible election fraud by NPR employees.

Many types of election fraud occur. The type found in the NPR case, instances of which appear in The Heritage Foundation’s Election Fraud Database, concerns individuals who violate eligibility rules by registering and voting where they don’t actually live.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation found four individuals who claimed NPR West headquarters in Culver City, California, as their residence and voted in 2018 via mail-in absentee ballots. More on that startling discovery in a bit.

When you register to vote, you are required by state law to register at your residential address, whether it is a home, an apartment, or a homeless shelter. You cannot register where you work and certainly not at other commercial addresses such as your local UPS Store, since your eligibility as a voter is tied to your residence and all of the local, state, and federal elected officials who represent that geographic area.

You basically are cheating the system and your fellow voters if you vote in races you are not entitled to vote in when you register somewhere other than where you live.

Rep. Steve Watkins, R-Kan., recently discovered that, no doubt to his chagrin, when he was charged with felony voter fraud for claiming a UPS Store as his residence when he registered to vote (and then voted) in a 2019 municipal election in Topeka, Kansas.

Can this type of fraud make a difference? Of course it can.

In 2012, a city council election in Vernon, California, was decided by a margin of four votes. A court overturned the election after it found that five individuals who were not residents of Vernon had voted.

When another court overturned the mayor’s race in Miami, Florida, in 1997 because of widespread absentee ballot fraud, the court noted illegal votes cast by registered voters who were not residents of the city.

California’s secretary of state explains in instructions for the voter registration form that individuals registering to vote in California must do so at their home address. Which brings us back to the NPR West headquarters building at 9909 Jefferson Blvd. in Culver City, California.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, in looking at California’s voter registration and voting history records in conjunction with matching nonresidential addresses, found four individuals who claimed NPR West headquarters as their residence and voted in the November 2018 elections via absentee mail-in ballots.

Their names: Juan Ramon Beristain, Isabella Beristain, Carrie Jane Kahn, and Anjuli Sastry.

Neither Beristain’s name appears in a search of the NPR website, and their affiliations with the left-leaning public broadcaster aren’t clear.

Kahn is listed as an international correspondent based in Mexico City. Her biography says she files reports for the NPR programs “All Things Considered,” “Morning Edition,” and “Weekend Edition.”

Sastry is listed as an associate producer at WAMU (88.5), the NPR station owned by American University in Washington, D.C., for the program “It’s Been a Minute With Sam Sanders.” Her biography says she previously worked for “All Things Considered,” too, which is one of NPR’s major news programs.

But according to the voter registration form that Sastry had to have completed under oath when she registered to vote, she lives 2,680 miles away from the nation’s capital at the NPR West building in Culver City.

All things actually considered, the question arises of whether the Beristains, Kahn, and Sastry engaged in the same type of behavior that led to Watkins being charged with voter fraud. In fact, NPR published a partner station’s report on Watkins in July in a story headlined “Kansas Rep. Steve Watkins Charged With Felonies Over Voter Registration at UPS Store.”

The Public Interest Legal Foundation’s findings on NPR stem from a newly unveiled research tool that allows the election watchdog to collect and audit the nation’s voter registration files. It’s called the SAVE Database.

And for those who claim that we don’t need to worry about noncitizens taking advantage of our honor system by registering and voting illegally in our elections, consider that the U.S. Attorney Matthew G.T. Martin of the Middle District of North Carolina just brought criminal charges against another 19 aliens for allegedly illegally registering and voting in the 2016 presidential election.

As the charging documents set forth, the alleged conduct violates three different provisions of federal law, one a misdemeanor and two felonies:

  • 18 U.S.C. § 611(a)—voting by a noncitizen;
  • 18 U.S.C. § 911—making a false claim of U.S. citizenship; and
  • 18 U.S.C. § 1015(f)—making a false statement in a voter registration application.

Making a false statement on a voter registration form—such as claiming that a commercial building where you work is actually your residence—violates Section 1015 (f), a felony punishable by a maximum of five years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to $250,000, or both.

Think this is an isolated problem in North Carolina? In 2018, U.S. Attorney Robert Higdon of the Eastern District of North Carolina brought criminal charges against 19 other illegal aliens for allegedly doing exactly the same thing: illegally registering and voting in the 2016 election.

And Georgia’s secretary of state just reported that his office found 1,000 registered voters who voted twice in the state’s June primary, once with absentee ballots and again in person on Election Day.

The numbers just keep adding up. Election integrity is something the public takes seriously, and prosecutors and election officials should, too.

Unfortunately, too many in the media (including NPR, it seems), in academia, and in the political halls of Washington and state capitols aren’t serious about clean and fair elections.

Editor’s note: NPR did not respond by publication time to an emailed request for comment.

VIDEO: 4 Key Moments From Trump’s Speech on History, Critical Race Theory

President Donald Trump, in Constitution Day remarks, drew a direct connection between the riots and mayhem in the streets to what schools are teaching about America.

“Our mission is to defend the legacy of America’s founding, the virtue of America’s heroes, and the nobility of the American character,” the president said at the National Archives Museum Thursday for the White House Conference on American History. “We must clear away the twisted web of lies in our schools and classrooms, and teach our children the magnificent truth about our country.”

In his remarks, Trump announced actions to promote “patriotic education,” and unleashed an attack on several sacred cows of the left such as cancel culture, critical race theory, The New York Times’ 1619 Project, and the looting and arson occurring across the country.

Delivering the speech on the 233rd anniversary of the Constitution, Trump praised the historical document as being “the product of centuries of tradition, wisdom, and experience.”

“No political document has done more to advance the human condition or propel the engine of progress,” Trump said. “Yet, as we gather this afternoon, a radical movement is attempting to demolish this treasured and precious inheritance. We can’t let that happen.”

Here’s four key moments from the speech.

1. Policy Actions for ‘Patriotic Education’

The president announced two actions to promote more pro-American education in schools.

“Our youth will be taught to love America with all of their heart and soul,” Trump said. “We will save this cherished inheritance for our children, for their children, and for every generation to come.”

Trump announced the National Endowment for the Humanities is awarding a grant to support a pro-American curriculum in schools. He also announced that he will be signing an executive order establishing the 1776 Commission to promote patriotic education.

“It will encourage our educators to teach our children about the miracle of American history and make plans to honor the 250th anniversary of our founding,” the president said of the 1776 Commission.

This is an important point to draw attention to, said Lindsey Burke, director of the Center for Education Policy at The Heritage Foundation.

“The president is right to shine a spotlight on the negative effects of critical theory, taught throughout colleges, particularly colleges of education, and which makes its way down through K-12 schools,” Burke told The Daily Signal. “And the administration is right to point to the inaccuracies of the 1619 Project, which should continue to be noted. More parents will now be aware of this content—which paints a negative picture of America—making its way into their children’s schools. America is a truly exceptional nation, and that’s a message that children should hear.”

2. Cancel Culture and the ‘Left-Wing Mobs’

The president added that a “radical movement” is attempting to demolish this treasured American history.

“The left-wing mobs have torn down statues of our Founders, desecrated our memorials, and carried out a campaign of violence and anarchy,” Trump said. “Far-left demonstrators have chanted the words, ‘America was never great.’ The left has launched a vicious and violent assault on law enforcement—the universal symbol of the rule of law in America.”

Trump added that politicians, establishment media, and even large corporations have sided with those causing the mayhem.

“Whether it is the mob on the street or the cancel culture in the boardroom, the goal is the same: To silence dissent, to scare you out of speaking the truth and to bully Americans into abandoning their values, their heritage and their very way of life,” Trump said.

“We are here today to declare that we will never submit to tyranny,” the president added. “We will reclaim our history, and our country, for citizens of every race, color, religion, and creed.”

3. 1619 Project, Howard Zinn, and ‘Warped, Distorted’ History

During his speech, Trump drew a correlation between the riots and education.

“The left-wing rioting and mayhem are the direct result of decades of left-wing indoctrination in our schools,” Trump said. “It has gone on far too long. Our children are instructed from propaganda tracts, like those of Howard Zinn, that try to make students ashamed of their own history.”

Howard Zinn is a liberal historian whose work has focused almost entirely on the negative aspects of American history.

Trump continued:

The left has warped, distorted the American story with deception, falsehoods, and lies. There is no better example than The New York Times’ totally discredited 1619 Project. …

America’s founding set in motion the unstoppable chain of events that abolished slavery, secured civil rights, defeated communism and fascism, and built the most fair, equal, and prosperous nation in human history.

The Times’ 1619 Project contends the United States was founded on principle of advancing slavery. The claims of the project have been challenged by historians on the right and left.

The president said the narratives pushed by the left resemble anti-American propaganda pushed by the country’s adversaries.

4. Teaching Critical Race Theory Is ‘Child Abuse’

Trump talked about critical race theory as an example, which he called a Marxist doctrine that says even children are complicit in racism and society must be radically transformed.

Critical race theory is a theoretical framework that contends individuals are either oppressed or are oppressors based on their skin color.

“Teaching this horrible doctrine to our children is a form of child abuse in the truest sense of those words,” Trump said. “For many years now, the radicals have mistaken Americans’ silence for weakness. They are wrong.”

“There is no more powerful force than a parent’s love for their children—and patriotic moms and dads are going to demand that their children are no longer fed hateful lies about this country,” Trump added. “American parents are not going to accept indoctrination in our schools, cancel culture at work, or the repression of traditional faith, culture, and values in the public square.”

Trump noted that he banned the promotion of critical race theory in the federal government through employee training programs that focus on “white privilege” or that the United States is an inherently racist country.

“Critical race theory, the 1619 Project, and the crusade against American history is toxic propaganda—an ideological poison that, if not removed, will dissolve the civic bonds that tie us together,” Trump said. “That is why I recently banned training in this prejudiced ideology from the federal government and banned it in the strongest matter possible.”

The president said such propaganda is a departure from the civil rights movement.

We embrace the vision of Martin Luther King, where children are not judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. The left is attempting to destroy that beautiful vision and divide Americans by race in the service of political power.

By viewing every issue through the lens of race, they want to impose a new segregation, and we must not allow that to happen.

VIDEO: The Vortex — It’s All Connected. More so than the Marxists know.

TRANSCRIPT

As a reminder, please join us in our 54-day Rosary Novena in the run-up to the election.

It’s remarkable — historical really — the amount of attention the Church is receiving in this election cycle.

It’s of course amplified by the fact that fake-Catholic Biden is on the ticket. But more so because he’s allowed by the U.S. hierarchy to present himself as Catholic. That bunch of phonies strutting around in miters pretending to be shepherds would damage anyone’s faith.

They silence priests telling the truth about Biden — yank them from public sight. They hide behind their exalted “We aren’t allowed to talk about politics because of our tax-exempt status” when they know that excuse is a flat-out lie. They get billions in federal money in exchange for keeping their pieholes shut.

They publish a worthless document each election called Faithful Citizenship, which is good for nothing except lining the bottom of cats’ litter boxes, which actually improves the document. And they do nothing to actually form the consciences of Catholics, and that’s because many of their own consciences are malformed (so maybe it’s a good thing they don’t talk).

This has been going on for years, but suddenly, it has all become front and center across the secular media. For example, last week, Church Militant was interviewed for over an hour by the liberal magazine The Atlantic and then for about 90 minutes by Vanity Fair for upcoming articles.

Both interviews covered the same ground — the Catholic vote. A lot of it got into the weeds and will probably never see the light of day, but nonetheless, they were free-ranging interviews covering everything Church and State related.

When we become aware of the interviews’ publications, we’ll pass them along. But why the sudden interest in all things Catholic? Well, everything is connected because of the stakes in this election — as Church Militant has been saying for over a year.

We spend so much time on politics because it’s downstream from culture, which is downstream from religion (even when it is collapsing). In fact, the collapse of religion brings about the collapse of the culture, which then quickly gets downstream into politics and law and policy and court rulings and all that.

At some moment, there has to be pushback in order to preserve and restore. In truth, that moment may have come and gone already — the proverbial train having left the station. But we won’t know that for certain until sometime after Nov. 3.

In the meantime, we must fight as hard as we can to preserve whatever we can. An interesting focus on Catholics involves the handful of priests around the country declaring the truth about Biden’s fake and dangerous Catholicism.

And for the record, it was Biden himself who picked this fight with his advertisement about how much his Faith has influenced him: It hasn’t. And how about his ridiculous statement, issued last month, of how important his Faith is to him? It isn’t.

So it becomes fair game to critique his Catholic claims (even when bishops trample the First Amendment rights of their clergy when the clergy do so) because the bishops refuse. Bishops never bite the hand that feeds them: Never.

But every time one of these priests pops up — and instead of a handful, there should be thousands — the secular media suddenly picks up the story. The Freedom From Religion Foundation is even calling on the State to look into Fr. James Altman of La Crosse for his gall in denouncing the evil of the Democrats and Joe Biden.

The foundation would have gotten the job done much faster by just calling his bishop, the dishonorable William Callahan, who delighted in going after Fr. Altman’s tone in public as he claimed his public statement was private.

But Altman is a taxpaying American who has every right to say what he thinks in the public square. Heck, if zillionaire athletes can shoot off their mouths about racism and white privilege and injustice as they are cashing huge checks for playing with a ball (as well as somehow playing the victim) why can’t Fr. Altman speak?

But more importantly, as we discussed in both the interviews last week, Fr. Altman (a case both outfits knew very well; thanks, James Martin) has a higher duty to Almighty God. Unlike Joe Biden, who thinks he has nothing to answer for before the judgment throne of God in the area of child murder over decades and the advancement of sodomy as marriage, Fr. Altman does understand that his first allegiance is to Truth, the person actually sitting on the throne.

His bishop apparently doesn’t quite grasp that either. He will, unfortunately for him. But imagine: An atheist organization comes gunning for a priest, wanting federal charges of some sort leveled against him, and his bishop stays silent.

And the secular media is covering all of this blow by blow — the Catholic political world. Even here in Detroit, as a brave priest took the Fr. Altman route, his own pastor got up and condemned what he said, apologizing for the good priest’s denunciation of Marxist evil.

It should be stated that he spoke in that effected, feminized valley-girl voice so usual among a certain subset of the population. Of course, that got media coverage also. The reason the media are so interested, so intensely focused, is because they understand just how important the vote of Catholics is in the swing states, like Michigan.

They sense a danger for Biden, a Catholic, that he isn’t locking down the Catholic vote, which to their thinking should be easy. The Latino vote is now getting a ton of attention in the political press, and it’s because Trump is making giant strides there, actually closing the gap dramatically in Texas. And he’s in a tie or even ahead in Florida. The Marxists are nervous.

Both Catholics in general, as well as Catholic-heavy Latinos (47%), should be shoo-ins for Biden, but it’s not shaking out that way. Almost half of Latinos are Catholics. They didn’t swing for Biden in the primaries, and they aren’t now either.

This forced Biden to issue the ridiculous statement earlier this week that he would “work like the Devil” to capture their votes, probably not a wise choice of terms for an ethnicity steeped in religiosity, but likely revealing of Biden.

More Catholic news — a report from Pennsylvania is focusing in on the very heart of the issue for Biden, asking, “Can Biden win back support from Catholic Democrats?” Unlikely is the conclusion in the article — at least in Pennsylvania.

To understand everything in the details, you have to see the bigger picture. Only then can things come into their proper focus. That’s true in every aspect of life, as well as (most importantly) in the spiritual life.

Look at every single thing being thrown at Trump — from the secular world as well as from inside the Church. Then look at what Trump supports: A non-globalist view of the world and a world that cannot accept the horror of child slaughter.

Biden, a man with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel, not only accepts the murder of preborn children by the millions, he embraces it; he cashes in on it.

That’s why they support him. Barring some last-second miracle of repentance, which is difficult to do when you are losing your mental acuity, Joe Biden will be lost, eternally. No one wants that, except Hell. Yet no bishop steps up and says this — especially his own bishop, Francis Malooly of Wilmington, Delaware.

Heck, Malooloy even gives the heretical Biden Holy Communion, adding sacrilege to both their lists of sins. The demon who inspires Biden to support and advance child slaughter for political gain is the same demon who inspires Malooly to profane the Holy Eucharist, placing the body and blood of Our Lord into hands dripping with the blood of tiny innocents.

Both men are very close in age; they are quickly approaching that divine judgment seat. How terrible to face the wrath of Almighty God — even the saints trembled before such a notion. Yet the press, especially the Catholic so-called press, never talks about this truth.

Because, for this lot, everything is connected to serving their master — just as various bishops who are worried about their acceptance by men and about their money and about their careers are serving the same master.

The truth is that everything is connected. They’re all just ignoring the very last piece: Eternity.

CAIR Co-Sponsors Rally Opposing UAE-Israel Peace Deal

U.S. ‘civil rights’ organization comes down on the side of Hamas

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is co-sponsoring a protest outside the White House today, September 15, 2020, opposing the peace deal being signed inside the building between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Israel.

The U.S. brokered the historic pact which includes full normalization of relations between the two countries. Bahrain quickly followed, announcing its own peace deal with Israel just one month later.

CAIR, along with the Palestinian leadership, is opposed to such moves toward world peace until a deal is made between Israel and the Palestinians, however the Palestinians have walked away from every peace deal offered to them, no matter how generous. Previous offers have included statehood in almost all of the disputed territories (what is referred to as the West Bank) and Gaza with Jerusalem as the capital.

CAIR describes itself as “America’s largest Islamic civil liberties group,” but in 2007, the U.S. government labeled CAIR an unindicted co-conspirator in the trial of the Holy Land Foundation for financing the Hamas terrorist group.

In November 2014, CAIR was designated as a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates along with a host of other Muslim Brotherhood-linked front groups in the U.S.

CAIR was also listed by the U.S. government among “individuals/entities who are/were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee and/or its organizations.” The Palestine Committee was a secret body set up to advance the Brotherhood/Hamas agenda.

In a telling move, the Arab League declined to pass a resolution last week put forth by the Palestinian Authority to condemn the peace deal.

In response to the peace deal, as reported by MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute), Palestinian leaders derided the UAE, calling the pact “disgraceful” and warned other Arab countries not to follow. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Mu’in Hamed, leader of the Al-Sa’iqa organization (a Palestine Liberation Organization faction) called the Gulf states “illiterate” and said that the Palestinians were far more educated and didn’t need  anyone’s help.

MEMRI further reported,

The Palestinian leadership’s statements provoked much criticism on social media and in the Arab press, especially in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt. Daily newspapers in these three countries have published dozens of articles since the normalization agreement was announced expressing support for the UAE’s decision and condemning the Palestinians, especially their “ungrateful” leadership.

The writers claimed that this leadership has exploited the Palestinian cause for seven decades to extort more and more funds from the Gulf states. Some even accused Palestinian officials of taking the money for themselves and of deliberately rejecting every peace initiative in order to perpetuate the situation and remain in power.

They further claimed that since the world and the global balance of power have changed, slogans like “Palestine from the River to the Sea” are no longer relevant, and also that the Arab countries are entitled to prioritize their own interests.
