Brendan Daly, former Communications Director for Nancy Pelosi and a political appointee of the Obama administration, is a registered foreign agent who provided the Chinese Communist Party’s premier state-run media outlet China Central Television Network with “strategic counsel” as it expanded into the United States, The National Pulse can reveal.

During his tenure as Executive Vice President at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Daly secured a contract between the lobbying behemoth and China Central Television Network (CCTV).

Specifically, the firm helped the state-run propaganda outfit CCTV expand into American homes by “providing strategic counsel, identify relevant parties to communications activities, and media relations to support the launch of CCTV America.”

“Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide will work with CCTV America to communicate to the American public that CCTV America will provide compelling, comprehensive, and balanced news programming from an Asian perspective that is relevant to a global audience,” the 2012 filing in accordance with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) noted.

Per CCTV’s FARA registration, however, the outlet is “supervised, owned, directed, controlled, financed, and subsidized” entirely by the Chinese Communist Party.

Email correspondence from Daly identifies him as taking the lead on the account, as he spoke with CCTV’s American representative on the phone.

He also provided the outlet with a memo detailing Ogilvy’s strategy on the count, detailing how to best bridge the gap between American homes and Chinese Communist Party propaganda:

The memo, sent from Daly, outlines how Ogilvy would provide CCTV with comprehensive support, including “influencer engagement” and “media relations support,” to achieve the “overall message that CCTV Americas is the source for business news in and with China, with credentialed, experienced and trusted journalists doing in-depth stories and reporting.”

“We are excited about the prospect of working with you to help establish CCTV Americas as the program to watch to succeed in an interconnected global economy,” the email concludes.

CCTV has been identified by Freedom House think tank as a “long-standing weapon in Beijing’s arsenal of repression” whose mission “is to attack designated enemies of the Communist Party,” chiefly the U.S.

Daly informed fellow employees that CCTV had hired Ogilvy, noting the CCP-funded outlet would pay the firm $15,000 monthly for three months.

“China Central Television is the national television station of the People’s Republic of China. CCTV America is the bureau located in Washington DC.

CCTV falls under the supervision of the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television which is in turn subordinate to the State Council of the People’s Republic Of China,” the FARA registration noted, placing Daly on the payroll of the Chinese Communist Party.

Ilhan Omar will not be prosecuted, or even investigated. She can do whatever she wants. Why? Because she is a leftist, a black person, a woman, and a Muslim. Those are the groups that really have privilege in American society today. Those four aspects of Omar’s identity are the reasons why she will not be prosecuted. Anyone who dared to prosecute her would be excoriated in the establishment media as a racist “Islamophobe.” Few have the courage to stand up against that onslaught.

According to the media’s general judgment, 2020 U.S. voters are most concerned with purportedly complex issues of crime and justice. Voters should place no trust in this. This same media forbade itself to investigate a simple, yet objectively historic corruption scandal of national interest.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) has almost certainly committed the most extensive spree of felonies by a congressperson in U.S. history. As a criminal, she also appears to be historically inept. Scores of verified items of evidence against her are in the public record. Omar has never challenged their authenticity and has never produced a single piece of evidence to support her version of events.

She faces a primary on Tuesday. She again won her party’s endorsement. She again won House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s endorsement — and her funding.

The mainstream media judges this remarkable situation to be irrelevant to Minnesota voters, let alone the dominant concern. Editorial malpractice on issues of crime, justice, and the 2020 election spreads everywhere this summer; by no coincidence, the spread can be traced to irresponsible media coverage of a deadly riot in Rep. Omar’s district.

Below are 32 new, verifiable, archived pieces of evidence of Omar’s historic crime spree.

As a high-ranking officer in Somalia’s (U.S.-backed) military from the 1970s until 1991, he was well known by this name and title.

In mid-June, Ilhan Omar’s father tragically died from a COVID-19 infection. Expressions of grief, condolences, and prayers arrived from around the world, but particularly from the Somali-speaking immigrant community of Minneapolis and from the U.K. By all accounts, he earned his reputation as a gentle, kind neighbor, well known and beloved within Cedar-Riverside, as he had been in Somalia.

His relevance to Rep. Omar’s landmark scandal is, of course, his birth name. Upon arriving in the United States in 1995, he claimed to be “Nur Omar Mohamed” and received a Social Security number with this name. However, all appeared to know him as Nur Said. He presented himself as Nur Said. Both Ilhan and her sister Sahra Noor referred to their father as Nur Said (prior to deleting the evidence). He is identified on-screen as “Nur Said, Ilhan’s father” in the 2018 documentary film “Time for Ilhan” and again as “Nur Said” in the credits. Twice.

Most importantly, British citizen Leila Nur Said Elmi declared her father to be “Nur Said Elmi, military officer“ on her 1997 marriage application. (Click the link to see the application and a photo of Leila Nur Said Elmi with both Ilhan and Nur Said.)

From 2009 until 2017, Ilhan Omar was married (by a Christian minister) to British citizen Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. Somali naming customs are patrilineal and do not use family surnames. For example, “Ahmed Nur Said Elmi” implies that Ahmed’s father is “Nur,” his grandfather is “Said,” and his great-grandfather is “Elmi.”

Also from 2009 until 2017, Ilhan Omar lived with, raised three kids with, and illegally filed multiple joint tax returns with a second man — not Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.

Just a couple months after marrying, Ilhan and her legal husband both enrolled at North Dakota State University and received federal financial aid. Married couples are not required to submit evidence of their respective parents’ assets on FAFSA applications and thus likely receive much more favorable loan terms.

Almost certainly, Rep. Omar fraudulently married her brother, a British citizen, in the service of immigration fraud, education fraud, and federal student loan fraud. Along the way, she filed at least two years of fraudulent tax returns, and possibly eight. She lived in several different subsidized housing units during this time. She likely received subsidized health care and child care during this time. For eight years, every application she signed for state and federal aid was likely fraudulent. During her 2017 divorce from Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, Ilhan submitted a nine-question statement to the court signed under penalty of perjury. Literally — she signed just below the statement of acknowledgment. Eight of her nine answers appear to be perjurious. Each instance is punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.

The paperwork she signed for her successful 2016 run and two-year tenure as a Minnesota state representative may contain instances of perjury as well.

It appears that the media may be waiting for verifiable references to her father as “Nur Said Elmi” rather than “Nur Said.” Logically, this should not be considered necessary, considering the following:

  1. Ilhan’s father and her father-in-law would have been named “Nur Said.”
  2. Only one “Nur Said” in the necessary age range appears in publicly available archives in either the U.S. or U.K.

However, here these references are. Below are dozens of new, verifiable, archived references to father as “Nur Said Elmi” from family, friends, and contacts. You will also find many new references to his daughter Leyla Nur Said Elmi, his son Mohamed Nur Said Elmi, and even to his son Ahmed Nur Said Elmi…

In an interview with The 19th, Democrat vice presidential pick Kamala Harris claimed that the Democrat ticket “can say the phrase Black Lives Matter” while the Republican ticket is “full-time sowing hate and division in our country.”

On June 11, 2020, Harris joined other Democrats as well as a number of media outlets in declaring that President Trump’s plans for future campaign rallies in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Jacksonville, Florida, were racist — simply because of the locations chosen, and the dates for which the rallies were scheduled. For example, Harris was vexed by the Trump campaign’s announcement that it would hold its first rally in Tulsa on June 19 — commonly known as “Juneteenth,” a day which many African Americans observe as the anniversary of the day when freed slaves in Texas were read the Emancipation Proclamation. In the senator’s calculus, Trump’s choice of that date was a deliberate provocation: “This isn’t just a wink to white supremacists—he’s throwing them a welcome home party,” she tweeted. Democrats and journalists also claimed that the choice of Tulsa as the site of the rally was racist, because in 1921 that city had been the scene of deadly race riots by local whites. Critics likewise objected to a Trump rally scheduled for Jacksonville on August 27, noting that it would coincide with the 60th anniversary of a Ku Klux Klan attack against black activists in that city.

‘Do Something About It’: BLM Protesters In Seattle Call On White People To Give Up Their Homes

Black Lives Matter protesters appeared to march through a suburban Seattle neighborhood demanding white residents give up their homes, claiming white residents gentrified the area, according to a video shared on Twitter.

Dozens of protesters chanting “Black Lives Matter” took to the streets before an unidentified man appeared to say white residents are living in a historically black section of the city and should give up their homes to black people.

“Do you know that before your white a** came here this was all black people? Do you know people like you came here and basically bought all the land from the black people for less than what it was worth, kicked them out so you could live here?” the man said in the video. “Do you know that? Cause if you don’t, now you f–king do, now do something about it!”

A woman on a megaphone then appears to demand white residents “open” their wallets before telling the unidentified residents to leave the area.

“Give black people back their homes! You’re sitting there comfortable-comfortable as f–k as if they didn’t help gentrify this neighborhood!” the woman shouted.

Seattle is the third most gentrified city in the United States, according to The Seattle Times.

The Central District of Seattle, which has historically been black, has seen a dramatic decrease in the number of black residents, with estimates showing the area could be less than 10% black in the next decade despite having been 73% black in 1970, according to a report from The Seattle Times.

While gentrification can displace low-income families, for original residents who don’t move away, gentrification reduces their exposure to poverty and increases the value of their homes, according to The Seattle Times.

Seattle is working to rectify issues of gentrification, creating a policy that encourages developers to combat gentrification by choosing residents with community connections.

Chicago Store Owner Spent $300,000 To Reopen Destroyed Business After Riots, Only For It To Be Struck Again By Vandals

A Chicago shop owner thought he had a second chance after his store was destroyed during the riots and violence following George Floyd’s death in May, the Associated Press reported.

But that second chance was fleeting. After Walid Mouhammad, the owner of African Food & Liquor, spent $300,000 to reopen his store in Chicago when it was vandalized in May, surveillance video showed Monday the inside of his shop being robbed and ransacked for the second time, according to the Associated Press.

Mouhammad has worked at the West Side Chicago convenience store for 33 years, with 20 years as its owner. His store was vandalized in late May, when riots and protests broke out across the country following the death May 25 of George Floyd, who died after a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for several minutes.

Mouhammad is unsure if he’ll be able to reopen again after his store was destroyed and emptied the second time. Police were blocks away when his landlord and several workers called 911 to report that people were trying to break into his store.

Mayor Lori Lightfoot warned vandals that the city would hold them accountable for their actions, but Chicago has continued to spiral into violence and crime.

Over 100 people were arrested and 13 officers were injured amid looting and violence Sunday in Chicago. The violence was  reportedly prompted by an officer-related shooting. High-end shops were broken into and looted, and even a Ronald McDonald House was vandalized while sick children and their parents slept inside.

Chicago is also experiencing a surge in crime.

The Chicago Police Department counted 105 murders in July alone, a 139% increase over July 2019, which saw 44 murders. Police counted 406 shooting incidents, a 75% rise compared to July 2019’s total of 232.

The city’s murders are up 50% when comparing the January-July periods from 2020 and 2019, and shootings have jumped 47% for the same period.

REPORT: As Crime Surges, New York Police Union Is Expected To Endorse Trump

The New York City Police Benevolent Association (PBA) is expected to announce their endorsement of President Donald Trump over the weekend, the New York Post reported.

The announcement could come Saturday at the president’s country club in Bedminster, New Jersey, according to the report. Other law enforcement groups have endorsed Trump for reelection, including the National Association of Police Organizations, which endorsed the president in July.

The union, which represents 24,000 NYPD officers, didn’t endorse a candidate during the 2016 election, the Post reported. Their expected endorsement of Trump comes after a surge in crime and weeks of protests.

Black Lives Matter protests spread nationwide following the May 25 death of George Floyd. The protests turned violent in several places across the country, including in New York, where protesters clashed with officers, set police cars on fire, and looted businesses.

New York experienced a surge in violent crime as looting and rioting continued. In June, shootings in New York City increased by 130%, murders increased by 30% and burglaries were up 118%, NYPD crime statistics showed.

Lawmakers answered the demands of protesters and passed a budget June 30 to defund the NYPD by $1 billion, a move that was supported by Democratic New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.

President Donald Trump called on de Blasio and Democratic New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to address the rise in crime, saying in a July 5 tweet that the federal government is “ready, willing and able to help, if asked.”

When a candidate picks a vice president, there’s usually a solid reason for landing on that person. Either they can carry a state on election day, or they fill in a gap on the presidential nominee’s resume — like in foreign policy, for example.

So Biden’s pick of Kamala Harris is proving to be quite weird, practically brain-dead, in fact. First, she’s from California — hardly a state that threatens to turn red, so no help there. And Kamala Harris has no real experience in anything significant other than screeching at and blasting and haranguing Brett Kavanaugh during his Supreme Court hearings.

During her term in the U.S. Senate, she sponsored no bills of import, but just signed on to the usual list of Marxist claptrap. While she was in California as attorney general, in a far more friendly, Marxist environment, she was able to beat back pro-lifers and advance the cause of same-sex “marriage.”

She’s been picked by Biden because she’s a woman and he was under intense pressure from Marxists to pick a black woman, which every single person on earth understands means African American. You know — descendants of slaves, grown up in poverty, victims of “white privilege.” But Kamala checks none of those boxes — not a single one.

For starters, her father admits in an online biography that he is a descendant of Irishmen and his side of the family owned a plantation in Jamaica — one complete with slaves. Yep, slaves! You heard right.

Kamala is a descendant of slave owners. Likewise, she has absolutely zero biological ties to the African American community. She is not descended from sharecroppers; her ancestors were not kidnapped from Africa and chained in slave-ship galleys and sold in markets. None of that applies to her. And that’s just her father’s side.

Her mother’s side is even less applicable to the whole question of racism aimed at blacks. Her mother’s family is from Madras, India. Mom was a cancer researcher who met and married Kamala’s father in Berkeley, California in the 1960s when they were working and studying. A few years later, her parents divorced. Mom got a nice job at a Canadian university, and Kamala went to live with her mother where she grew up in a racist-free environment in Montreal.

Kamala has, in fact, had none of the usual experience of what everyone understands as the “American Black Experience.” She’s Jamaican and Indian — at least Obama was half black; Kamala is not black, as commonly understood.  Likewise, to curry favor with non-blacks when she was attorney general of California, she pursued a vigorous anti-crime policy that massively drove up incarceration rates of young black men.

That’s something her running mate, Joe Biden, also did when he was in the U.S. Senate — the same man who also verbally opposed desegregation in schooling. Kamala actually ripped him on stage at the party’s primary debates for being a racist.

What’s curious about all this is that a racist man who keeps insulting blacks with condescending comments and a fake African American woman (who is not of African descent, but Jamaican and Indian) will now march off on a “blacks need to vote for us because we are woke” campaign — which will prove to be one of the most hypocritical shams in the history of U.S. politics.

Likewise, a whole host of other weird questions arise from this pick. Kamala said she believed Tara Reade, the woman on Biden’s staff back in the day who accused him of sexual assault. Harris said flat out that she believes Tara Reade. So on top of accusing Biden of being a segregationist — meaning a racist, she also believes her running mate is a rapist.

Out of her own mouth she has accused Biden of being a racist and a rapist. Don’t forget those points. She’s descended from slave owners and thinks her running mate is a rapist and a racist. You can’t make this stuff up. Add on to the list that she herself is a public anti-Catholic bigot.

In 2018, at the Senate confirmation hearings for Brian Buescher for a federal judgeship, Kamala went off on him for his membership in the Knights of Colombus, specifically because the Catholic organization is opposed to abortion and same-sex “marriage.” In short, Kamala was applying a religious litmus test to a federal judgeship.

Catholics had better beware of this monstrous ticket of fake-Catholic Biden and anti-Catholic Kamala. But the Marxist media won’t tell you all that. In fact, they don’t know what truth and accuracy are.

Anything, absolutely anything — any idea, policy or proposal they don’t like — is automatically tagged as “violent.” At the same time, they portray actual violent attacks against innocent Americans, business owners and police officers as “mostly peaceful protests.” It’s all surreal, like we’ve stepped through Alice’s looking glass.

A spoiled, pampered girl profiting from a system built on their imagined “white privilege” in another country — whose lineage includes actual bona fide slave owners — manages to now be in the vice-presidential slot for the United States. All this victimization — it’s horrible. Poor dear.

Neither the media nor Kamala herself can go near this third rail. She cannot admit her lineage, lest the truth come out. And if she admits it and blames it “on the past that she had nothing personally to do with,” then the whole BLM argument blows up in their collective Marxist face. Remember when Elizabeth Warren had to out and out lie about her Native American heritage to gain advancement?

How is Kamala’s story any different? She lies when she calls herself “African American,” with everything that imports in 21st-century America. And if the campaign wants to try and hide behind the line that some Jamaicans came from Africa a zillion years earlier, well, everyone in America can play that game. So everybody is both every ethnicity and no ethnicity.

The Democrats play the race card: They use identity politics to get elected. They even go so far as nominating a descendant of slave owners. So every actual black woman in the Democratic Party should be asking right about now, “What’s wrong with us, the descendants of slaves, as opposed to a descendant of slave owners?”

The Democrats do have racism high on their list of issues, just not in the way they pretend. In that way, much of the U.S. hierarchy resembles the Democrats — harping on about fake issues of social justice and the environment in order to advance worldwide Marxism. It’s going to be a heckuva remaining 80 days or so.

They are a revolutionary group that is interested in some form of socialism/communism — they’re essentially Bolsheviks.”

Bolsheviks were revolutionaries that overthrew Tsar Nicholas II of Russia in one of the bloodiest civil wars in human history — with around 12 million casualties.

The group was led by Vladimir Lenin, who apostatized from Christianity, later founding the Soviet Union and administering mass executions during the notorious Red Terror.

During the war, Bolsheviks carried out identical tactics to Antifa, like abolishing the police in Russia, the use of propaganda to spread lies about Russia’s history, and inciting unrest in the streets.

Barr also outlined that Marxist groups like Antifa and Black Lives Matter despise President Trump and his administration.

Barr: “They were trying to impeach him from Day One. They have done everything they can — they have shredded the norms of our system to do what they can to drive him from office.”

He argues they aren’t for debating or protesting injustice, but fostering a war they intend to win.

Barr: “It’s a secular religion. It’s a substitute for religion. They view their political opponents as evil because we stand in the way of their progressive utopia that they’re trying to reach.”

Given the violence these groups displayed in Portland, Chicago, Seattle and various other cities across the United States, the attorney general’s words resonate with the faithful who fear Bolshevism is coming to America.

VIDEOS: Biden’s VP Pick Targeted Pro-Lifers, Covered Up Sex Abuse

WASHINGTON (ChurchMilitant.com) – Joe Biden’s running mate has a history of targeting Catholics and pro-lifers.

Senator Kamala Harris is Biden’s vice-presidential candidate, the Biden campaign announced Tuesday.

Previously, Harris ran against Biden in the primaries, until she dropped out of the race Dec. 3.

Harris, much like “fake Catholic” Biden, supports abortion and same-sex “marriage.”

When she was California’s attorney general (2011–2017), Harris helped prosecute David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), whose undercover videos exposed the abortion industry’s practice of selling aborted babies’ body parts.

Daleiden has undergone years of legal battle since releasing the undercover videos in 2015.

In May, Daleiden filed suit against Harris and Planned Parenthood, alleging Harris was part of an effort to target CMP for political reasons.

The lawsuit stated, “This complaint seeks justice for a brazen, unprecedented and ongoing conspiracy to selectively use California’s video recording laws as a political weapon to silence disfavored speech.”

Kristan Hawkins, president of pro-life group Students for Life of America, commented on Harris’ nomination, “She wants to force all private insurances and employers to cover abortion and contraception, even over people’s moral objections, such as the nuns in the Little Sisters of the Poor, who twice had to fight for their conscience rights before the Supreme Court.”

Hawkins also stated, “As a California attorney general who took campaign funds from Planned Parenthood, Sen. Harris arranged for an armed raid on the home of pro-life journalist David Daleiden, who had dared to document the abortion Goliath’s illegal trafficking of aborted infants.”

In addition to bias against pro-lifers, Sen. Harris has also been accused of bias against faithful Catholics.

She grilled a judicial nominee in December 2018 for his involvement in the Knights of Columbus — a Catholic men’s fraternal group.

In questions submitted to Brian Buescher for his judicial nomination, Harris called the Knights of Columbus “an all-male society,” slamming the organization for maintaining Catholic teachings on the definition of marriage and the sanctity of human life.

Throughout her political career, Harris has touted her record of prosecuting sex crimes in San Francisco, where she was district attorney (DA) in 2003–2011.

But victims of Catholic clerical sex abuse say Harris neglected to follow through with their abuse allegations, despite an abundance of evidence gathered by the previous DA, Terence Hallinan.

Abuse victim Joey Piscitelli, for example, says Harris “did nothing” as the district attorney of San Francisco after he wrote to her about his molestation at the hands of a local priest.

Five years later, Piscitelli wrote to Harris, again urging her to assist alleged sexual assault victims by releasing records of their abuse lawsuits that had been compiled by Hallinan.

But Harris again failed to respond. Her refusal to release the records was seen as significant, as Hallinan’s team was gathering evidence as part of a wider investigation into clerical sex abuse. His inquiry lapsed when Harris became the new DA.

In June 2019, the Intercept released a graphic video detailing Harris’ dubious record on clerical sex abuse.

In a 2010 letter to then-DA Harris, one abuse victim stated:

Don’t you feel a sense of responsibility?

Many members of the press have asked you to release the documents and the names, and you refuse. We all know you are not refusing to list the names and documents because you are protecting children. We all know you can redact the names of the children from the documents. What is vital is that you help to make those names of child sex offenders transparent, because Bp. [Hugh] Niederauer of San Francisco, and Cdl. [William] Levada, certainly are not being transparent.

While Harris is accused of dropping the ball on clerical sex abuse, she has also been accused of being overly rigorous about prosecuting marijuana offenses.

In the Democratic primary debates, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard said of Harris, “She put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.”

This was referencing an interview Harris had given to a hip-hop radio show, where she seemingly claimed to smoke marijuana in her college years while listening to Tupac and Snoop Dogg — even though Harris graduated college in 1986, years before either of those rappers released any albums.

According to government records, Harris oversaw about 1,900 marijuana convictions in San Francisco — but those defending Harris point out few of those convicted were put in prison.

In an opinion piece, CNN political commentator David Axelrod called Harris “the ‘do no harm’ candidate, unlikely to thrill or outrage many.”

Axelrod, formerly a campaign strategist for President Barack Obama, went on to write, “She may not seem the most comfortable fit as a governing partner, a quality Biden said he was seeking, but Harris was viewed as the safest pick to win in November.”

‘Slow Joe’ Biden Names ‘Phony’ Kamala Harris as Running Mate

Tuesday on Twitter, cognitively-questionable Democrat nominee Joe Biden announced that he officially selected his former rival for the nomination, Kamala Harris, to be his running mate for the 2020 election.

“I have the great honor to announce that I’ve picked @KamalaHarris — a fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants — as my running mate,” Biden wrote on Twitter.

“Back when Kamala was Attorney General, she worked closely with Beau,” he continued, speaking of his son. “I watched as they took on the big banks, lifted up working people, and protected women and kids from abuse. I was proud then, and I’m proud now to have her as my partner in this campaign.”

The White House swiftly released a Trump campaign ad which blasted the Democrat ticket, labeling the pair “Slow Joe” Biden and “Phony Kamala” Harris. In a White House press conference after the announcement, Trump described Harris as “the meanest, most horrible, most disrespectful” Senator.

On June 4, Cosmopolitan magazine published an opinion piece written by Harris, in which she again discussed what she views as the intransigent scourge of American racism. An excerpt:

“Let’s speak the truth: People are protesting because Black people have been treated as less than human in America. Because our country has never fully addressed the systemic racism that has plagued our country since its earliest days. It is the duty of every American to fix. No longer can some wait on the sidelines, hoping for incremental change. In times like this, silence is complicity. It will take each of us to confront the injustices that continue to perpetuate a broken system that has taken countless Black Americans’ lives. It will take people of every race, creed, and gender identity to speak up and to act. Now is the time to have those uncomfortable conversations about racism with family, friends, and neighbors. It’s time to have honest discussions about our country’s dark history of discrimination and confront the fact that structural racism lives on in our policies and everyday life. And it’s time for all of us—not just some—to speak out against racism.”

Antifa Activists Beaten After Reportedly Attacking Vet in Wheelchair

After allegedly attacking a veteran in a wheelchair, Antifa activists were beaten by pro-police supporters who had participated in a Back the Blue rally in Fort Collins, Colorado.

According to reports, the Back the Blue rally outside the Fort Collins Police Services building was met by a number of peaceful Black Lives Matter (BLM) counterprotesters who had taken part in an earlier demonstration at Colorado State University (CSU).

The two sides were initially separated by a street until some of the pro-police demonstrators crossed it to have a dialogue with the BLM protesters, according to a CSU alumnus and frequent speaker at local BLM protests.

Those talks were described by The Rocky Mountain Collegian as “productive conversations” until another group of counterprotesters dressed in all black like Antifa supporters showed up 20 minutes later.

Video footage then shows pro-police demonstrators “marching” a number of Antifa supporters out of a residential neighborhood near the Police Services building. It is unclear how or why the Antifa supporters entered the neighborhood.

Quite quickly, the “march” devolved to a melee in a ditch outside the neighborhood, sparked, according to pro-police demonstrators, by an attack by Antifa activists on a pro-police veteran in a wheelchair holding an American flag.

Elsewhere, in Portland, Antifa rioters entered a residential neighborhood Saturday night, threatening residents who dared to look out the window and promising to burn down their buildings.

The rioters made their way to the Portland police union building where they smashed a window and set a fire inside the building. It was the third time they had broken into the building and the second time they set it on fire.

What are the takeaways from this weekend of violence?

  1. Antifa is getting increasingly bold, now entering residential areas. However, what has become clear is that it will not be met with impunity. While residents in Portland may have stayed ensconced in their apartments, it is reasonable to assume that more and more everyday citizens, especially those who have exercised their Second Amendment Rights and have arms, will not be putting up with gangs of black-clad twenty-somethings hiding behind face masks and helmets invading their neighborhoods.
  2. Police being told to stand down will have consequences on all sides – and none constructive. It is a sad statement that the best argument levied at the protesters by Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler to get them to stop the violence that has wracked his city for close to 75 days is that they will be props for President Trump’s reelection campaign.

    “Don’t think for a moment that if you are participating in this activity that you are not being a prop for the reelection campaign of Donald Trump, because you absolutely are,” Wheeler recently said. “You are creating the B-roll film that will be used in ads nationally to help Donald Trump during his campaign. You don’t want to be part of that? Then don’t show up.”

    After nights of horrific violence in which Wheeler clearly instructed the police to stand down, this is the only reason a mayor can give to violent protesters to restore his city to some resemblance of law and order?

  3. Portland (and its mayor and governor) will soon find itself slapped with an enormously expensive class action suit by residents and businesses charging that the city and its elected leaders failed in its obligations to protect their lives and property. This type of legal action is already being taken in Seattle against those who facilitated the disastrous CHOP zone.
  4. Portland and other cities allowing rampant rioting and violence will most likely see an erosion of their tax base as fed-up, high-paying businesses and private citizens flee from these urban centers, much like what has happened in New York, as made public by NY’s Governor Cuomo in his pathetic plea for (rich) New Yorkers to come back to the city. (Although the exodus is being blamed on corona by the mainstream media, the destruction of Manhattan and its iconic stores – including Macy’s and Bergdorf Goodman — shopping streets and neighborhoods provide little incentive for anyone to return.)
  5. Allowing demonstrators to destroy public and private property will also bring out armed groups of citizens. In the absence of basic police protection, they will take matters into their own hands.

Will the country eventually divide? That is really a question of how much local and state politicians will be willing to play games with the public for their political ends.

As we have seen, it doesn’t take a large part of the population to create seismic disturbances. But the key to escalating or squelching these disturbances lies with the politicians.

While the events of this summer are not encouraging, a recent Pew poll indicated that 74 percent of adult Americans said that funding for police should either stay the same or increase (including 65 percent of adult Black Americans who said the same).

It will be up to this vast majority to decide with their vote whether or not to keep such politicians in office who facilitate violence or replace them with those whose political views are more in line with the majority.

Otherwise, the changes to America as we know it over the next number of years could be drastic. Until this time in history, we have been a country united by the definitional principles as delineated in the constitution (however sorely tested they have been).

The argument can even be made that, considering the diversity of the American people (in terms of ethnic groups, religion, race, etc.), those principles are the sole factor that have made such diverse groups into a cohesive country.

Although grammar is usually not the most telling factor of the status of a country, it is interesting to note that before the Civil War, the United States was referred to in the plural (meaning the emphasis was on the fact that the country was a conglomeration of individual states. In truth, this was the basis of the argument of the southern states, who wanted to remain in the Union while being able to continue to hold slaves.

After the Civil War, the United States was referred to in the singular, as we do today. However, the precipice we have been brought to by a minority of extremists could easily revert the nation to its plural status – and its eventual dissolution.

The choice is ours.

VIDEO: Black Lives Matter Organizer Equates Looting In Chicago With ‘Reparations’

A Chicago Black Lives Matter (BLM) organizer Monday equated the looting of local stores with “reparations” for black Americans at a rally in support of those arrested during the Monday morning’s riots.

Ariel Atkins, identified by a Chicago NBC affiliate as a BLM organizer, said looting was justified because it means that an impoverished “person eats.” A report Tuesday from Fox News “Outnumbered” recounted Atkins’ comments from the night before.

“I don’t care if someone decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy’s or a Nike store, because that makes sure that person eats,” Atkins said. “That makes sure that person has clothes.”

“That is reparations,” she continued. “Anything they wanted to take, they can take it because these businesses have insurance. They’re  going to get their money back. My people aren’t getting anything.”

The rally was held late Monday afternoon after some early morning rioting and looting. Police arrested over 100 people while 13 officers were injured.

Black Lives Matter Chicago posted about the rally on Twitter, mentioning that “reparations” would be a theme of the event.

Chicago police told NBC News that they believe the looting was prompted by the shooting of 20-year-old Latrell Allen on Sunday afternoon. He was carrying a gun and resisted arrest by shooting at the pursuing officers, according to police. The offices returned fire and wounded Allen.

Allen has been charged with two counts of attempted murder.

But BLM Chicago organizers are not satisfied with the police account of the incident and have been critical of the officers involved in the incident not wearing body cameras, according to NBC.

“Police say a lot of things,” Atkins told NBC.

Kamala Harris’ Wikipedia Page Scrubbed, Prosecutorial Record Wiped Out

True to form – Democrats outright lie, scrub and revise history in order to trick the American people. It’s how they roll.

One person has made hundreds of edits to Kamala Harris’ page in just a few months.

An online battle has erupted over the Wikipedia page for Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., with a significant uptick in edits that reflects a pattern that’s been seen ahead of past vice-presidential announcements and led Wikipedia to put the page under “discretionary sanctions.”

The pattern of rewrites and revisionism was first reported by The Intercept. According to the revision history of the Harris article on Wikipedia, there have been 500 revisions to the page since May 9, most of which have been made by one highly prolific editor.

That editor first started significantly changing the article in April, making additions that led another editor to say on the Kamala Harris “talk” page, “[y]ou seem to have gone through a database of press releases from Harris’s office, cataloging every single one and adding it to the article. That is not how we write encyclopedic articles.”

Attempted Erasing of Kamala Harris’s Prosecutorial Record From Wikipedia

California Democrat Senator Kamala Harris, a former presidential rival to Joe Biden and now a possible Vice-Presidential pick, has an interesting past that may not play well with the party’s woke Leftist base.

Harris’s former career as a prosecutor and Attorney General of California included many controversial “tough-on-crime” incidents, and now they are being scrubbed from her Wikipedia page, as to not upset the Left’s voters. The Intercept reported that her decision to support Orange County prosecutors for “rampant misconduct” and her saying that “it is not progressive to be soft on crime” could turn off voters should she get on the national stage as the Vice-Presidential nominee.

According to the Intercept:

At least one highly dedicated Wikipedia user has been scrubbing controversial aspects of Harris’s “tough-on-crime” record from her Wikipedia page, her decision not to prosecute Steve Mnuchin for mortgage fraud-related crimes, her strong support of prosecutors in Orange County who engaged in rampant misconduct, and other tidbits — such as her previous assertion that “it is not progressive to be soft on crime” — that could prove unflattering to Harris as the public first gets to know her on the national stage. The edits, according to the page history, have elicited strong pushback from Wikipedia’s volunteer editor brigade, and have drawn the page into controversy, though it’s a fight the pro-Harris editor is currently winning.

The piece continues that on June 11, the Wikipedia user removed this section about the Orange County scandal, saying that they were proofreading for length:

Later that year, Harris appealed a judge’s order to take over the prosecution of a high-profile mass murder case and to eject all 250 prosecutors from the Orange County District Attorney’s office over allegations of misconduct by Republican D.A. Tony Rackauckas. Rackauckas was alleged to have illegally employed jailhouse informants and concealed evidence. Harris noted that it was unnecessary to ban all 250 prosecutors from working on the case, as only a few had been directly involved, later promising a narrower criminal investigation. The U.S. Department of Justice began an investigation into Rackauckas in December 2016, but he was not re-elected.

The Intercept also talks about how Harris’s first bid for public office running for San Francisco DA, where she lambasted her opponent, Terence Hallinan, for not being tough enough on crime:

In her first bid for public office, Harris embraced a “tough-on-crime” approach in the San Francisco district attorney race and unseated Terence Hallinan, who was considered one of the “most left-wing politicians in the country.” Under Hallinan, the district attorney’s office focused on rehabilitative justice initiatives instead of incarceration, which led to the lowest felony conviction rates of any county in California.

While campaigning in the Mission District, SF Weekly reported at the time, Harris slammed Hallinan for failing to prosecute anti-war protesters for property destruction. “It is not progressive to be soft on crime,” she said.

On June 8, the Wikipedia user removed this quote from the page, saying that the changes made were “minor edits for length.”

Kamala, in reality, is obviously on the hard Left, but it is still truly telling that they would seemingly rather people in power who would rather let criminals run wild than crack down on them.
