Just how ridiculous is this impeachment farce? Even the Democrats’ friends are mocking this morning’s Judiciary session as a “climb into the clown car.” “Up next,” Slate scoffed, “a pointless hearing from the House’s most impotent committee.” Even before Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) gaveled members in, reporters like Jeremy Stahl were already declaring today a disaster. And based on the last five months of this absurdity, it was a pretty safe bet.
While Nadler debated constitutional law, the rest of the city was combing through two dueling impeachment reports — one from Republicans and another from Democrats. Maybe Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) is a frustrated screenplay writer, the New York Post joked, because he managed to turn a non-case into 300 pages of “the second coming of Richard Nixon.” “Say this for Rep. Adam Schiff,” Michael Goodwin wrote, “his imagination is vivid, and he has a flair for the dramatic. If only he had more respect for facts and a tighter tether to reality.”
When I asked Congressman Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) what the key findings were, he said that was the funny part. There were none. “There is no evidence,” Louie explained on “Washington Watch.” In fact, he said, “If we were in a court of law — and I would submit that this is even more important than most criminal cases, because it would end up removing a president through impeachment for the first time in American history — this evidence wouldn’t [survive a] jury trial. You can’t bring in what somebody tells somebody that somebody else said. You’d get laughed out of court. And if I were the judge, as I was once, there’d be some prosecutors [who] would either not be practicing in my court again or there would be some consequences. You just can’t come in and base an important case on four-, five-, or six-way hearsay.”
In the GOP report, which summed up the party’s conclusions, they found absolutely zero proof that American aid for Ukraine was ever linked to investigations that President Trump called for. What’s more, the Republican members point out, no senior Ukrainian official knew about this freeze in funding. If it was a bribe, then it wasn’t a very good one — since no one in Ukraine ever knew it was happening! And yet, Schiff’s party insists, there is “overwhelming and uncontested evidence that President Trump abused the powers of his office to solicit foreign interference in our election for his own personal, political gain.”
We’ve heard that before, Louie said, during the Robert Mueller investigation. “They said, ‘Oh, there’s plenty of evidence to convict him, to impeach him, to remove him… And there wasn’t [any] at all. So imagine their surprise. They thought Muller was going to come through for them — and he was sure trying. He was doing everything he could. But there just was no evidence of anybody with the Trump campaign conspiring [or] colluding with anybody in Russia.” Now, he went on, we’re talking about the most serious action Congress can take — removing a sitting president from office — and “there’s just nothing… It’s an outrage.”
Louie’s colleagues, like Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), are still waiting to hear what “high crime” President Trump has supposedly committed. “In desperation,” Biggs points out, “Democrats started testing various catchphrases to focus groups in an attempt to find something that would resonate with the country. That hasn’t worked either. They are shedding public support like a St. Bernard in an Arizona summer sheds hair.”
Why? Because this isn’t about what Donald Trump has done. It’s about what Democrats failed to do three years ago: Win. But instead of building a better case for their party bid next year, they’re focused on taking the choice out of voters’ hands altogether! And, worse, they’ve ditched their entire legislative agenda to do it. I’d hate to be Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) next year when Americans go to the polls and compare the Democrats’ accomplishments (none) with the president’s (trade, economy, taxes, judges, jobs, national security, international diplomacy, immigration reform, religious freedom, pro-life protections, military readiness, Israeli relations, and more). Or the Democrats’ vision (infanticide, open borders, socialism, gender confusion, Medicare for All, taxpayer-funded abortion, judicial activists the Green New Deal) with this administration’s.
At the end of the day, the Democrats’ obsession with Trump is on the verge of reelecting him. And if they do, the impeachment critics warn, they’ll have no one to blame but themselves.

While watching the professors giving their opinions before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, December 4th, 2019 the film Forrest Gump came to my mind. The one phrase used by Forrest (played by Tom Hanks) several times in the film is “stupid is as stupid does.”
“Stupid is as stupid does” implies that a person should be judged by his actions, not their appearance. But in the case of Democrats stupid is a word that cuts both ways.
The Democrats want to project the appearance that they are protecting our Constitutional Republican form of government that established three co-equal branches of the federal government. While at the same time their actions are undermining our Constitutional Republican form of government. Democrats are using their House majority in the Congress to undermine the will of the voters while shredding the due process rights of the President of the United States.
The House Democrats have gone all in to try to overturn the will of the people who elected Donald J. Trump. The House Democrats have used tactics that give hearsay greater weight than facts, present witnesses who have little or no first hand knowledge of events that led to the impeachment “inquiry” and have now called four professors to give their opinions on Section 4 of Article Two of the United States Constitution which reads:
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
What House Democrats don’t want to discuss are those high crimes an misdemeanors committed by their fellow Democrats including but not limited to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Secretary of State John Kerry, former President Barack Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden.
Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) – now the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee – spent the last two-and-a-half years telling us that President Trump deserved to be impeached for colluding with Russia. The Democrats got their way and had Robert Mueller – the guy who was supposed to deliver the “smoking gun” – as their special counsel. After spending a buttload of money and issuing hundreds of subpoenas, Mueller found that the Trump campaign did not collude with Russia.
Instead of letting things go, what do the Democrats do? They double down. They seize onto Trump’s call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying he threatened to withhold military aid unless Zelensky investigated former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter. While the veep was handling international relations with Ukraine on behalf of the Obama administration, Hunter was being paid $50,000 a month by corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma. The real kicker: Hunter had no natural energy experience.

Wednesday’s impeachment “hearing” was another bogus sham. It included four impeachment “experts.” Three out of four were Democratic shills. But the real kicker: the chairman overseeing the hearing, Jerry Nadler (D-NJ) was caught dozing off.

So, here was have three supposed constitutional law experts, who are really just anti-Trump clowns, giving their testimony on how this whole nothingburger allegation is really just as serious as the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby. In fact, this may be the crime of the century, even more, serious that when O.J. Simpson allegedly quasi-decapitated his ex-wife in 1994. I mean this isn’t Watergate. This isn’t even impeachable. There was no quid pro quo. There was no bribery. It’s just Democrats and their allies being totally and utterly insane. Take one of their law experts yesterday, Noah Feldman, who looks like actor Benedict Cumberbatch, who said that if we don’t impeach Trump, then we’re no longer living in a democracy. Yeah, this is the type of silliness that’s going to cost Democrats the 2020 election. No one believes that for a second. Also, we’re not a democracy; we have a republic. And as Ed noted, we have term-limits and elections. Again, Democrats have no grasp of history, which is why it’s always amusing when they have their so-called constitutional experts try and lecture us about our nation’s history, which deep down they hate. It’s almost always wrong, and here you have Exhibit A.

Confident ignorance – when a person’s self-perceived ability to do something far outweighs that person’s actual ability to do it, and it’s associated with the highest level of stupidity.
He couldn’t help himself/herself – when someone does something because they have, on some level, lost their ability to do otherwise.
Absentmindedness/lack of practicality. – an either/or scenario, in which someone does something that’s clearly irrational, but for a reason that could be one of two things: they either weren’t paying attention or simply weren’t aware of something.
I contend that those Democrats who support the impeachment inquiry fit all of the above kinds of stupid.

Proclaiming Justice to The Nations (PJTN), a Tennessee-based non-profit evangelical Christian organization committed towards standing with Israel and fighting antisemitism, has been removed from the AmazonSmile program, which enables Amazon customers to donate a percentage of their purchase to their favorite charity.
PJTN President Laurie Cardoza-Moore told JNS that “all of a sudden, we began being inundated with e-mails from supporters whose AmazonSmile donations to Proclaiming Justice to the Nations had been repeatedly rejected. They were being instructed to choose another charity, despite wanting to support PJTN.” After reaching out to Amazon for an explanation—assuming it was a technical glitch—the retail giant informed PJTN that customers would no longer be able to donate towards the organization using the AmazonSmile platform, following the listing of PJTN as a “hate group” by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
The SPLC, whose website says that part of its mission is to monitor domestic hate groups in the United States, has PJTN listed on its “hate map” as being one of 36 Tennessee-based hate groups. SPLC specifically accuses PJTN of being “anti-Muslim.”
Amazon employs 566,000 people worldwide. The company clearly does not lack for personnel to study non-profit groups and to advise Amazon as to which ones qualify for its customers to use the AmazonSmile platform, which allows them to donate part of their purchase to a favorite charity.
But Amazon chose not to do that work itself. Instead, it handed over the decision making as to which groups are to be considered “hate groups” to the Southern Poverty Law Center, which has a grand total of 254 employees. That means that for every employee of the SPLC, Amazon has more than 2,000 of its own. Is the SPLC so very good at its job that mighty Amazon, with its 566,000 employees, is right to rely on the 254 employees of that outside group? For years, the SPLC presented itself as beyond reproach, an organization of selfless do-gooders at a non-profit. But in recent years, defectors from the group have painted a grim picture of an organization run by scam artists – its head a “flimflam man” — who have arranged colossal salaries for themselves, in some cases have been guilty of sexual harassment of fellow employees, have exhibited racist attitudes, and have been thoroughly unmasked for these and other offenses in numerous damning reports.
Here is some of what Jessica Prol Smith, of the Alliance Defending Freedom, discovered about the SPLC:
For years, former employees revealed, local journalists reported and commentators have lamented: The Southern Poverty Law Center is not what it claims to be. Not a pure-hearted, clear-headed legal advocate for the vulnerable, but rather an obscenely wealthy marketing scheme. For years, the left-wing interest group has used its “hate group” list to promote the fiction that violent neo-Nazis and Christian nonprofits peacefully promoting orthodox beliefs about marriage and sex are indistinguishable. Sometimes, it has apologized to public figures it has smeared, and it recently paid out millions to settle a threatened defamation lawsuit.
These shameful secrets are no longer hidden in shadows. The New York Times, Politico, NPR and a host of other mainstream publications are reporting on the corruption and widening credibility gap. The SPLC dismissed its co-founder in March, and its president has resigned amidst numerous claims of sexual harassment, gender discrimination and racism within the organization — a parade of disgraces that vividly force the conclusion: The SPLC is hollow, rotten and failing at the very virtues it pretends to celebrate.
Morris Dees, co-founder of SPLC, was dismissed for many reasons. A multimillionaire from his work as a direct-mail marketer before founding SPLC, Dees was reportedly more concerned with fund-raising than with litigating; he had not tried a case in more than a decade, and other than raising money for himself and others, took little part in the SPLC’s day-to-day operations. During his tenure, there were accusations of gender discrimination and racism in hiring and promotions, as well as sexual harassment. The SPLC’s president, Richard Cohen, apparently resigned for much the same reasons — charges of race and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, and other, unspecified offenses. Both Cohen and Dees had been receiving very large salaries, way out of whack with non-profits of similar size.
The criticism comes from many corners. There’s the Current Affairs editor who seems sympathetic to the center’s progressive mission but decries its “hate group” list as an “outright fraud” and a “willful deception designed to scare older liberals into writing checks to the SPLC.”
There’s the retired investigative journalist who helped research and write an eight-part series on the center’s “litany of problems and questionable practices” in the mid-1990s. His Washington Post opinion piece reads with a thinly veiled message: We nearly got a Pulitzer Prize for TELLING YOU SO.
But perhaps most damning of all are the indictments leveled by former employee Bob Moser in The New Yorker. He remembers being welcomed to the “Poverty Palace” and recounts the heart-sinking reality of it all — being “pawns” in a “highly profitable scam.”
Stephen Bright, a Yale law professor and former director of the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, has long questioned what he calls the center’s “fraudulent” fundraising.
“The chickens have had a very long trip, but they finally came home to roost,” Bright said.
“Morris is a flimflam man and he’s managed to flimflam his way along for many years raising money by telling people about the Ku Klux Klan and hate groups,” he said. “He sort of goes to whatever will sell and has, of course, brought in millions and millions and millions of dollars.”
While the SPLC funded some good work, Bright said, he had long heard complaints about race discrimination and sexual harassment from the center’s former attorneys and interns.
The SPLC has been thoroughly discredited during this last year, yet Bezos has not said a word. Could it be he still doesn’t know about the scandalous goings-on at SPLC, or is that he doesn’t care? Perhaps he’s been busy, swallowing up yet another industry, but he really ought to give Amazon’s reliance on SPLC for deciding which are the “hate groups” to be banned from AmazonSmile more of his attention. And then he might decide to cut the cord.
Given all this, here’s what Jeff Bezos ought to do to spare himself further embarrassment. He ought to read what Tim Moser, the former employee of SPLC, wrote about the organization in The New Yorker. He should read the eight-part series by an investigative journalist on the “problems and questionable practices” at SPLC. He ought to find out what The New York Times, Politico, and NPR have reported about SPLC, which has led many to conclude, with Ms. Smith, that the SPLC “is hollow, rotten, and failing at the very virtues it pretends to celebrate.” And he ought to interview Yale Law Professor Stephen Bright, to find out why he calls Morris Dees a “flimflam man.”
What were the charges, not specified at the time, that forced SPLC co-founder Morris Dees to resign in disgrace? What were the charges that led President Richard Cohen to quit the SPLC? What have close observers of the SPLC discovered about how it has been run, to their dismay and horror?
Jeff Bezos should take a day or two out of his busy schedule of insensate empire-building in order to learn more about the SPLC, on which he has chosen to rely for the identification of “hate groups.” He needs to do more than read what Moser, Bright, and a dozen others who have either worked for SPLC or been close observers of the organization, have written. He needs to talk directly with them, so that he will realize the full extent of the SPLC’s transgressions, can ask them probing questions, and learn more about those “flimflam men” at the top, who have lately been exposed as being guilty of gender and race discrimination, among many other sins.
Bezos should also investigate SPLC’s readiness to label as “anti-Muslim hate groups” those who do not preach hate of any sort, but are simply islamocritics. The SPLC long ago consigned Jihad Watch to the outer darkness. When it included Maajid Nawaz, the founder of the Quilliam Foundation, on a 2016 list of “anti-Muslim extremists,” the SPLC was sued by Nawaz, who won a $3.4 million dollar judgment against the group. That has not stopped the SPLC from continuing to describe Jihad Watch, AFDI, and similar websites as being “hate groups.” SPLC describes, with its wonted tone of hysteria, Robert Spencer as that “notorious Muslim-basher and pretend expert on Islam.”
An email request by JNS [Jewish News Service] to SPLC asking for an explanation about their listing of PJTN went unanswered as of press time.
When asked by JNS what would cause the SPLC to label her organization as being anti-Muslim, Cardoza-Moore responded, “Proclaiming Justice to the Nations exists to fight the oldest hate on earth: antisemitism. We were given no explanation as to why we were blacklisted. If our work highlighting antisemites like [Reps.] Ilhan Omar [D-Minn.] and Rashida Tlaib [D-Mich.] got us on the list, we’ll wear it as a badge of honor. Despite the financial penalties that we are facing with AmazonSmile, will not be silenced for fulfilling our biblical responsibility to defend the State of Israel and Jewish people in the face of growing global antisemitism.”
She added that “sadly, the SPLC lost its way long ago, becoming a tool to shame any organization that doesn’t share their extremist agenda.”
Cardoza-Moore said that initially, she thought it was a joke that PJTN had been placed on the SPLC list of hate groups alongside the KKK. However, she said that “I have now learned that this political witch hunt against those who don’t share SPLC’s extremist liberal views has been adopted as a religious doctrine by Amazon. This could dramatically affect our ability to raise funds and function as a nonprofit organization.”
She added that it appears that Amazon “has become the nation’s new moral compass powered by the subversive Southern Poverty Law Center. Charities should not be persecuted in this way; this has to stop.
An Amazon spokesperson confirmed to JNS via email that PJTN had been dropped, saying in a general statement that according to their policy, “organizations that engage in, support, encourage or promote intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence, money laundering or other illegal activities are not eligible.”
Just as a matter of interest, perhaps Amazon would care to tell us if CAIR is eligible to receive donations through AmazonSmile. If it does, would Bezos be willing to consider the evidence that CAIR just might be an organization that “encourages or promotes intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence”? And while we’re at it, have any of the many pro-BDS groups that many of us believe encourage “intolerance, hate, terrorism, violence” been banned from participating in the AmazonSmile program?
The statement [from Amazon] mentioned that since 2013, Amazon has relied on the SPLC along with the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (of the US Department of the Treasury) to make its determination on which organizations are eligible for the AmazonSmile program.
Cardoza-Moore says that as a result of being dropped, she is calling on her donors to bypass Amazon in order to help support Israel and combat antisemitism.
“We have asked our donors to continue supporting PJTN directly instead of through AmazonSmile. Nobody will silence us, even when we stand up against giants like Amazon; we know that we have truth and justice on our side,” she said.
“Our answer to this hateful blacklisting will be to continue building more PJTN chapters across the United States and beyond. We will continue to fight antisemitism and defend the State of Israel, wherever and whenever necessary,” she continued. “We will endeavor to reach more people than ever because our message is needed now, more than ever.”
A statement from PJTN said that in recent months, the organization has led the struggle against the BDS movement in the United States with a wave of state resolutions, and has exposed textbooks used in public schools that it says are indoctrinating children with inaccurate historical information and bias that do not reflect American values.
In 2016, JNS reported that PJTN drafted the state of Tennessee’s anti-BDS resolution, which passed in the General Assembly, making it one of the first states to pass such state-level legislation against BDS.
So PJTN, unbowed, continues to be active in its campaign against the BDS movement. And its donors will now simply find other, more direct ways to support it, now that PJTN has been banned, so absurdly, from the AmazonSmile program. Many people, as they find out more about Amazon, and its continuing reliance on the discredited SPLC for its determination of which groups promote “hatred” and “intolerance,” may want to express their own displeasure with that malevolent and powerful Amazon, and take their custom elsewhere.
In a televised speech on Wednesday, Georgia GOP Gov. Brian Kemp officially announced financial executive Kelly Loeffler as his pick to be the state’s next U.S. senator.
Kemp—who has mulled over hundreds of applications in the months since Georgia Republican Sen. Johnny Isakson announced he would be stepping down—officially unveiled Loeffler as his choice on Wednesday. In a speech at the Georgia State Capitol, the governor said Loeffler would serve in the Senate as a steadfast conservative who would support the Trump agenda.
“Kelly Loeffler will stand with our president, Sen. Perdue, and their allies in the House and Senate to keep America great,” Kemp said, invoking the president’s reelection slogan. “She will end this impeachment circus in Washington, and get Congress back to working for the people of our country.”
Despite Loeffler holding no prior political experience, Kemp chose her because he is betting that she will help bring female voters back into the Georgia GOP fold. Additionally, Loeffler’s strong business background was viewed as an advantage, allowing her to self-fund ahead of what will likely be a tough 2020 election cycle in the state.
Speaking for the first time as a senator-designate, Loeffler made clear her conservative bona fides.
“I’m not a career politician, or even someone who’s run for office. I’ve spent the last 25 years building businesses, taking risks, and creating jobs. I haven’t spent my life trying to get to Washington,” Loeffler said. “I’m a life-long conservative, pro-Second Amendment, pro-Trump, pro-military, and pro-wall,” she went on, which earned applause from the crowd gathered around her.
“I make no apologies for my conservative values, and I look forward to supporting President Trump’s conservative judges,” she said, adding that she is “strongly pro-life” and voiced explicit support for South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham’s 20-week abortion ban.
“The abortion on demand agenda is immoral,” Loeffler also said, adding, “when it comes to protecting innocent life, I look to God because every life is a blessing.”
Loeffler is mostly known for being the co-owner of Georgia’s WNBA team, the Atlanta Dream. She also serves as the chief executive of Bakkt, a subsidiary of the Georgia-based Intercontinental Exchange Inc. Loeffler is married to the Intercontinental Exchange’s founder and CEO, Jeff Sprecher, and together, the couple has made considerable donations to the Republican National Committee in recent time.
However, she will likely need to keep proving her conservative credentials in the run-up to 2020 elections, where voters will decide if she can finish the remainder of Isakson’s term. The days leading up to her appointment have been marked with Republican infighting, as some party hardliners believe she is not conservative enough for the seat.
Media personalities like Sean Hannity and lawmakers like Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz heavily pressured Kemp to shy away from Loeffler and to pick Georgia Rep. Doug Collins instead. Gaetz went so far as to threaten Kemp with a primary challenger if he chose the businesswoman. Those efforts were not successful in changing the governor’s mind in the end.
Collins, for his part, has not ruled out a 2020 campaign for the Senate seat. He said he will make a decision sometime after Kemp’s announcement.
As for national Republicans, they appear to be coalescing around Kemp’s choice.
“Everybody knows that a generational leader like Johnny Isakson is irreplaceable, but Ms. Loeffler has an impressive record in business and community leadership. I am confident she is well prepared to continue Sen. Isakson’s historic legacy of advocating for veterans, strengthening our national defense, and fighting for middle-class families,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Wednesday, adding that she has his “full support” for her 2020 election.
Isakson, who is suffering from Parkinson’s disease, announced in August that he would be stepping down at the end of the year.
In their recent 2019 annual conference, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) brought out their Jew-hating Islamist show ponies, Linda Sarsour and Zahra Billoo.
Watch Linda Sarsour at the conference, where she compares Zionists to “white supremacists” and claims that Israel is “built on the idea that Jews are supreme to everybody else.” After trotting out this anti-Semitic trope, she moves on to another one — that the Zionist movement is backed by a “wealth of resources” (read: Jewish money and power).
Great thing about antisemites like @lsarsour is that they can’t help but reveal their true feelings of hate:

Sarsour and Billoo have steadfastly sought the elimination of the Jewish state, while using naive, liberal Jewish-American allies to insulate themselves against criticism.
Now, Sarsour and Billoo just pulled the rug out from under the Jewish right to exist in interfaith spaces.

The goal of these anti-Semites was always targeting Jews themselves. Calling their grievances against Israel part of “Jewish supremacy” is the beginning of a landslide into where they will eventually go: Targeting Jews directly, beginning with Jews in Israel. What is the difference between Linda Sarsour or Zahra Billoo versus the secret Nazi chat groups on Telegram I track as part of Clarion Project’s Preventing Violent Extremism program?
The answer is that Sarsour and Billoo are openly telling you who they are.
The Islamist cause is steadfastly crafting a plot based on the “seven story archetypes,” a concept detailed by Christopher Booker in his book The 7 basic plots, which distills all of story-telling into 7 basic archetypes that make up all of storytelling throughout history. Learning how to use these archetypes is a key to marketing your narrative.
In this case, the Islamist plot is archetype #1, “Overcoming the Monster” in which Jews (or the Jewish state) need to be painted as the beast. The same message is mirrored by private neo-Nazi chat groups I follow. Here’s an image one neo-Nazi group shared this morning.
Notice the same trope of hero vs. beast.
Notice the swastika driving the sword.
Notice the dehumanization of Jews (portrayed as snakes).
Notice the language of revolution.
These are extremist fictions that use the Jungian hero myth to drive an extremist narrative. The myth of hero vs. monster offer a universality of the collective consciousness that make it easier for a large group of people to jump on. This is storytelling, but it is also part of how propaganda works. Successful propaganda is at its core a distortion that is sold as a simple story.
Islamists Are Now Painting Themselves as Social Justice Warriors
In order to better position themselves as heroes in the public eye, Islamists are shaping their identity through identifying themselves with contemporary social justice issues, such as challenging white supremacy, colonization, race-based rights and climate change.
None of these issues are seen as necessary dialogues under the banner of human rights; they’re being framed as revolutions that have to be pushed forward without negotiation or discussion.
The strategy to package the Islamist agenda as a “hero against the monster” is why you’ve seen Islamists paint Jews as colonizers.
When it’s an interfaith day, Islamists will call Jews brothers in faith, but when it’s a day to wear another mask, Jews are lumped together with “Alt-Right” white supremacists. Their strategies may shift, but the plot is always the same: The illusion that Islamists are fighting some horrible oppression, some great monster.
Among social justice warriors, today’s flavor of “monster” is climate change, which is why we are now seeing Islamists using this issue to drive attention to Palestine.
Yet, sadly, even Palestine is simply the humanitarian shell used to camouflage deep-seated hatred for Jews and the Jewish state. So are the other social justice issues Islamists claim to support.
Coattailing Hate Through ‘Social Justice’
Islamists will coattail on any trending social justice issue they can to drive attention back to the shell, and use the shell (Palestine) to attack the target (Jews).
Social justice causes used by Islamists to further their agenda have included Black Lives Matter and indigenous rights. While the voices of minorities deserve to be supported in the right way, when Islamists support minorities, it’s usually more to do with being a cover for their own interests. It’s not authentic interest in the issue itself.
Take a look at Islamist support for Standing Rock, for example. Instead of showing up and supporting water protectors because it’s the right thing to do, Islamists dragged along Palestinian flags. Considering Islamists are meant to be against colonizer narratives, it’s a bit of an imperialist move to stick your flag on the sacred land of people — people who faced oppression and genocide that was often justified because a flag was stuck in the ground.
If you authentically care about an issue and support a group of people, stand with them without standing on them to uplift your own agenda. Islamists don’t hold authentic space for oppressed minorities because they don’t actually care: They’re using these people.
In truth, Islamists are ideological colonizers curb-stomping original voices and representation of communities by flagging their own issue.
This weekend at the AMP conference, Islamist-in-office Rashida Tlaib put American tax dollars to work campaigning for Palestine while attaching Palestine to another social justice issue at home:
“Every time I see … the police going after, killing innocent people, innocent, treating African American brothers and sisters like they’re disposable, I think of Philastine [Palestine] and what happens to our brothers and sisters in the occupation.”
“This othering, this dehumanization, is painful. But if we don’t speak up for each other, we give each other credibility, we grow this movement into something stronger. So when you see these things understand how interconnected it is. Because when I’m fighting for clean water in the city of Detroit and all throughout Wayne County that I ever represent, I’m fighting for clean water in Gaza, access to water there. So all of it is so interconnected.”
Beneath the primer of social justice issues, there’s a real cognitive dissociation between the claim and the fact. As Investigative Project’s Steve Emerson expands further,
“None of the AMP speakers criticized Israeli policies. Each took issue with Zionism, the ideal that calls for a state for Jewish people in their ancestral homeland. “Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor” is among the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)’s working definition of anti-Semitism, which has been adopted by 20 countries, including the United States.
Emerson also speaks to the political and demographic realities within Israel, “Where Israeli Arabs serve on courts, as military leaders and in the Knesset [the parliament] …[and where the] Joint List, a coalition of Israeli-Arab parties, won 13 Knesset seats.”
However, to be able to have a calm and rational conversation about the facts means putting down the pitchfork of revolutions. It means putting away the childish fairytale of hero and villain. It means being real leaders willing to come to the table gracefully and without hateful, anti-Semitic bias.
Assessments of Donald Trump’s presidency vary widely depending on who is doing the assessing. But if future generations of historians aren’t total social justice warriors — as is likely given the fact that the socialist bubble bursts almost immediately every time socialism is implemented — Trump will almost certainly be judged as one of America’s greatest presidents, barring economic or other disaster while he is in the White House. One key reason for this is his departure from what had been standard “Israeli/Palestinian peace process” procedure.
Ever since since the British incited riots against Jews in Palestine in 1920, the standard approach has been this: Western powers demand substantive concessions from the Israelis and promises from the Palestinian Arabs, and continue to do so even as Palestinians flout all agreements and promises they made, never holding Palestinians accountable for their actions or attaching any consequences to them.
After nearly a century of this, Trump began to reward the Israelis for their commitment to peace and penalize the Palestinians for their commitment to war. As the new book The Palestinian Delusion: The Catastrophic History of the Middle East Peace Processdetails, Trump fulfilled a campaign promise and shocked the world on December 6, 2017 by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and announcing that the U.S. embassy would move there. “When I came into office,” Trump said, “I promised to look at the world’s challenges with open eyes and very fresh thinking. We cannot solve our problems by making the same failed assumptions and repeating the same failed strategies of the past. Old challenges demand new approaches.” If that were true of anything, it was true of the “peace process.”

“When my dad was alive, he would tell me, ‘No matter what, have a smile on your face. No matter how you’re feeling, you’re living, and you should be able to smile.'” These days, Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins has a lot to smile about. He just moved into second place on the Buckeyes’ all-time rushing list. He racked up four touchdowns against rival Michigan over the weekend. He’s a contender for the Heisman Trophy. But things haven’t always been easy. J.K. had to overcome a lot of obstacles to get where he is — including, Americans found out Saturday, just being born.
One of the first things people notice about Mya Dobbins’s son is his grin. Despite watching his single mom struggle to go to school and provide, despite seeing his father — the man he was closest to in the world — die of a stroke in the Bartlett State Jail, and despite an ankle injury almost costing him a future in football, J.K. stays upbeat. “I have a positive outlook on life, because I’m still living,” he said last year. No one knew how close the college junior came to not living until last weekend, when Fox sportscaster Gus Johnson explained that the world wouldn’t be watching this incredible talent if Mya hadn’t chosen life.
Late in the fourth quarter, after more than eight million viewers had watched Dobbins spring into the end zone, another commentator shook his head in amazement. “What does this kid not do?” While J.K. was on the sidelines being congratulated, Johnson started sharing the powerful story of a teenage mom, who was one clinic visit away from making Dobbins a name this country had never heard of. “[J.K.’s] mom, Mya, became pregnant when she was 18 years old,” he started. “She went to the doctor because she was thinking about aborting the baby — but changed her mind. That baby turned out to be that young man, J.K. Dobbins,” he added, “who she calls her ‘miracle baby.'”
The idea that the sports world might never have witnessed his gift for the game was overwhelming to Johnson — and everyone else — in that moment. It crystallized, in one half-minute of television, what the abortion debate is all about. Maybe that’s why liberals are so upset. When the clip went viral, social media lit up with angry posts about how “inappropriate,” “unnecessary,” and “stigmatizing” the testimony was. Others even called it “disgusting,” demanding that Johnson apologize. For what, most people wanted to know? For rejoicing that a world-class talent wasn’t destroyed in the womb? “Think about how backwards this is,” RedState argued. “[Liberals] think it’s ‘disgusting’ to talk about not aborting someone.”
That’s because, in their minds, abortion is a social good. Something to be celebrated, cheered, and plastered in pink lights across the New York City skyline. “We didn’t need to know all that,” one woman tweeted about the OSU junior. In other words, don’t put a face on it. Don’t remind us what abortion costs us. “Dobbins is a talented player,” one woman agreed, “but let’s just let him be talented… We can’t take choice away from Ohio’s women because of one feel good story about a football player.”
But that’s the problem. It isn’t just one feel good story. The world will never know how many millions of stories there would have been if more moms had been told the truth: that their babies had value and purpose and potential — not because of what they could do, but because of who their Creator made them to be. J.K. Dobbins isn’t special because he plays football, he’s special because he was created in the image of God, and He had a plan for his life. Just like He had a plan for Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, Tim Tebow, Pope John Paul II, Steve Jobs, and so many other survivors we can’t imagine the world without.
“Focus on the game,” one abortion activist insisted. But the problem is, you can’t focus on the game without seeing the players. J.K. was fortunate. But for every baby like him, there are so many others whose lives are ended before they begin. Theirs are the 60 million voices we’ll never hear, performances we’ll never see, and Heisman winners we’ll never meet because of abortion. If Mya’s story can save just one of them, those 24 seconds of live television will mean more than any football legacy ever could.

Former Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta was one of Fusion GPS’s “most helpful” resources in an effort to raise money after the 2016 election to continue investigating President Donald Trump, the co-founders of the opposition research firm revealed in a book released on Nov. 26.
Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch, the co-founders of Fusion GPS, wrote in “Crime in Progress” that Podesta provided welcome support in early 2017 for an effort to raise money to fund The Democracy Integrity Project (TDIP), a nonprofit group former Senate Intelligence Committee staffer Daniel Jones created on Jan. 31, 2017.
Podesta agreed during a meeting with Simpson in early 2017 to contact potential donors to help arrange meetings with Fusion GPS and Jones, according to the book.
“In mid-February [2017] and then again in early March, Jones — supported by Fritsch and Simpson — took prospecting trips in the West. They didn’t know the tech community well, so before heading out, they sought some door openers and validators from the world they knew best,” the authors wrote.
“One of the most helpful” resources turned out to be Podesta, according to Simpson and Fritsch.
“Podesta agreed to contact some friends out west on Jones’s behalf and told him to drop his name in talks with other potential supporters,” they said. “It was a brave gesture: He could have easily chosen to stay out of it altogether, given the fact that he had served as Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager.”
The Fusion GPS book provides the most detailed account to date of the Simpson-Podesta meeting, which The New York Times first reported on Nov. 10, 2017. The book also raises questions about what Podesta knew of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Clinton campaign funding the dossier.
Podesta reportedly told the Senate Intelligence Committee in October 2017 that he did not know who paid Fusion GPS to investigate Trump. Days after Podesta’s interview, news outlets reported that Perkins Coie, the law firm for the Clinton campaign and DNC, was the Fusion GPS client. Marc Elias, the Perkins Coie partner who hired Fusion, represented Podesta in the Senate interview.
Simpson met with Jones just after Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20, 2017 and briefed him on Fusion’s work during the campaign, according to Simpson and Fritsch. Jones eagerly agreed to continue the investigation and formed TDIP on Jan. 31, 2017.
Jones told the FBI in March 2017 about his partnership with Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British spy who wrote the anti-Trump dossier. Jones said the consortium had secured $50 million in funding from between seven and 10 wealthy donors in California and New York, according to a summary of his FBI interview.
Jones told the FBI that the group planned to provide information to lawmakers, government investigators and the media.
Simpson and Fritsch do not identify TDIP’s donors in the book, but a spokesman for George Soros told The NYT in 2018 that the billionaire financier gave $1 million to TDIP in 2017. A nonprofit group called Fund for a Better Future contributed about $2.1 million to TDIP.
TDIP paid more than $3.3 million to Fusion GPS and more than $250,000 to Steele in 2017, according to the group’s tax returns.

My maternal grandparents graduated from 8th grade in 1911. Their framed diplomas hang on our library wall. Each diploma states, “Having passed a credible examination in Orthography (the spelling system of a language), Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Geography, English Grammar, Physiology, United States History, and Music, and having sustained a correct deportment is granted this certificate of proficiency.” Oh, to have these subjects in today’s grammar schools.
I highly doubt any of today’s college graduates could pass the tests my grandparents passed to graduate from 8th grade. Most cannot read at a proficient level. Why? Because phonics has been eliminated, and yet it’s so easy to teach. If America’s children can’t read, they cannot gain knowledge, they cannot read their Bibles, and they cannot read America’s Declaration of Independence or Constitution.
The best approach for the majority of children is systematic phonics, the simple concept of teaching the 26 letters of the alphabet, the 44 sounds they make, and the 70 most common ways to spell those sounds. For most children, learning this basic code unlocks 85 percent of the words in the English language by the end of the first grade. Children of all levels of intelligence can learn to read most words simply by learning the correspondence between sounds and letters.
Parents say their toddlers are so bright, but once they are put into the government education system, which totally lacks phonics and academic training, they become bored little socialists who have been thoroughly brainwashed with leftist ideology. They are victims as education expert Samuel Blumenfeld has so rightly stated, and it was the Unitarians at Harvard University who promoted public education, removing it from the family, churches/synagogues and private institutions so long ago.
Blumenfeld puts the blame squarely on the shoulders of the educational leaders who decided early in the last century to change the purpose of education from its traditional academic function to a radical social one. High literacy was an obstacle to their progressive agenda, so the teaching of reading had to be changed to produce a more socially desirable result. The results for the nation have been disastrous.
Making Americans Illiterate
In 2012, I was privileged to meet Samuel Blumenfeld at a conference in Maine. Sam’s topic was, “Making Americans Illiterate.”
He told of the destruction of our great country and our education system and commented that in the 1920s, he received an excellent education in reading, writing and arithmetic in New York City. The progressive education push had started, but because of the depression, it had not yet been implemented for lack of funds. Now it flourishes and our children are the subjects of this deliberate corruption of academic education.
Twenty-seven years ago, in 1993, Americans were stunned to learn that nearly 90 million Americans have such poor literacy skills that they can scarcely cope with the demands of our high-tech economy. Imagine the lack of literacy today after nearly 11 years of Common Core State Standards implemented in 48 states in 2009.
Sixty-four percent of all eighth-grade students are unable to read proficiently, according to the National Assessment of Education Progress’ (NAEP) latest report. Eighty-two percent of black students and 77 percent of Hispanic students are not reading proficiently. More than 44 million Americans cannot read or write above a third-grade level. Fifty percent of adults cannot read a book at an 8th grade level, and I believe these statistics are low. Link And fifty percent of college grads have low literacy according to Blumenfeld.
Please understand that NAEP is funded by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) of Princeton, New Jersey which was funded with an initial endowment of $750,000 from the Carnegie Corporation in 1946. There are far reaching negative implications of the relationship between ETS and the Carnegie Corporation.
Since 1999, NAEP has been funded by the federal government and is widely used across the country. Individual states pass legislation to use NAEP as a state test. Parents and legislators mistakenly believe these tests or assessments will give them information about the performance of their children in academic subjects, but this is false. NAEP tracks conformity to government generated goals…i.e., government propaganda and brainwashing of our children.
Phonics
In 1958, a gentleman from the Reading Reform Foundation contacted Samuel Blumenfeld and asked him to help them get phonics back in the schools. Sam was shocked. When he read Rudolf Flesch’s 1955 book, Why Johnny Can’t Read, he understood the dilemma because Flesch explained what was happening in the schools, and that only with phonics can children learn how to read.
Once phonics was eliminated, other methods took its place. Sam found the origin of the “look-say” reading method and it was taken from Rev. Thomas H. Gallaudet who in the 1830s had a school for the deaf and dumb. He devised this technique to teach his students to read because they could not hear sounds. Gallaudet persuaded the Boston schools to use his primer and it ended up a disaster for Boston education, so they returned to phonics until America’s Lenin, John Dewey, showed up around the turn of the last century and started using it again to dumb down America’s children.
John Dewey (1859-1952) began a movement that transformed the American educational landscape. Dewey shared the theory behind this movement in an essay he wrote in 1898 entitled, “The Primary Education Fetish.” He stated, “The plea for the predominance of learning to read in early school life because of the great importance attaching to literature seems to me a perversion.” The foundation of his thinking was the theory of evolution, and he exalted this argument to a new loftier level by applying evolution to education.
John Dewey
Dewey’s movement had a new vision for schools. He wanted to use schools as instruments for the reconstruction of society. Dewey didn’t want to educate children to think for themselves:
“Children who know how to think for themselves spoil the harmony of the collective society which is coming where everyone is interdependent.”
His vision veered dramatically from the traditional Christ-centered approach to education. Link
Samuel Blumenfeld and Alex Newman discuss this quote in their book Crimes of the Educators: “In other words, deception would have to be used in order for this long-range, complex plan to be successfully implemented.” Yes, they lie and lie, and lie.
Blumenfeld and Newman also share, “Dewey stated that the only way to undermine the capitalist system was to get rid of the emphasis primary schools placed on the development of high literacy and independent intelligence.” According to Dewey, “It is one of the great mistakes of education to make reading and writing constitute the bulk of the school work the first two years.”
Dewey’s direction was based on using government schools; minimizing the role of parents (because they might teach things like religion); changing the role of teachers to facilitators; de-emphasizing Latin, the classics, the three Rs (reading, writing, and arithmetic), western history, and history in general (including the study of the Constitution and capitalism); and providing a secular environment. The end product was designed to prepare students to be good citizens in a socialist society (students who don’t read very well or think very well for themselves).
Dumbing Down Americans, Rockefeller’s Included
Yes, making Americans illiterate is a key factor in the dumbing down of the American population. Dewey’s attack on the primary school’s emphasis on teaching children to read had the desired result. Sam Blumenfeld said that back in those days they readily admitted they were socialists, and people ignored them; today many in Congress openly admit their socialism.
The destruction of education began in earnest around 1880. Dewey and his socialist friends found out pretty early, at the expense of four of the richest boys in America, that their new teaching methods would create reading disabilities and dyslexia.
John D. Rockefeller, Sr. had a bunch of girls and one son, John Jr., who was raised by mom and grandma. That one son was dressed in female clothing until age of 8, which wasn’t all that uncommon back then. When Jr. grew up, he had six children; Abby in 1903, John III in 1906, Nelson in 1908, Laurence in 1910, Winthrop in 1912, and David in 1915. Jr. fell in love with the Dewey progressive education system.
One of the great ironies of the Progressive Education Movement is that its leaders were able to convince John D. Rockefeller, Jr. that he ought to give his sons a good progressive education. They convinced him to donate $3 million to the Lincoln School, the new experiment in social education in accordance with Dewey’s radical socialist ideas.
So, Jr. put Nelson, Laurence, Winthrop, and David in the school, which turned them all into dyslexics, proving that progressive reading programs can cause dyslexia. They were all functional illiterates. There wasn’t a one of them who could properly read.
Under Gerald Ford, Nelson Rockefeller became the Vice President, a functional illiterate only a heartbeat away from the presidency. Every time Nelson was to give a speech, he’d take papers to the podium and then set them aside and make some excuse about speaking from his heart. He couldn’t read the speech anyway. Guess who read to him throughout his Vice Presidency? None other than Henry Kissinger!
David Rockefeller, head of the Bilderbergers, wrote in his memoirs that his father was an ardent and generous supporter of Dewey’s educational methods and school reform efforts. Teachers College of Columbia University operated Dewey’s Lincoln school with considerable financial assistance in the early years from the General Education Board as an experimental school designed by the board to put Dewey’s philosophy into practice. Despite the freedom for children to learn and play an active role in their own education, there were drawbacks. He went on to say he had trouble with reading and spelling and found he was dyslexic. His reading ability and proficiency in spelling only improved slightly as he aged. He told that all his siblings except Babs and John had dyslexia to a degree.
It was the progressive look-say reading program that caused the dyslexia. Sam tells in the video that this is the same story with the Bush family. Barbara Bush and several of her sons became dyslexic. She always claimed they were born with this disability; it never occurred to her that the boys were made dyslexic by the progressive socialist Dewey teaching method.
Conclusion
Today’s college snowflakes cannot bear to be offended; they are totally unlike the young men who rushed the beaches of Normandy where many fell to their deaths. Learning disabilities have grown exponentially because of Dewey’s progressive education. Socialism and communitarianism have grown to be acceptable to a majority of young people, especially those who attend colleges or universities.
Dewey surely wouldn’t want students reading the Declaration of Independence as it mentions the Almighty four times, nor would he want the Constitution taught which guarantees our God given freedoms. Both are anathema to Dewey’s socialist society.
In 1979, the high school my daughter attended wanted to remove Latin from the curriculum. We succeeded in keeping two years of Latin, but it wasn’t many years later that it was dropped. Latin is the root of all romantic languages, which makes learning those languages so much easier.
Entrusting your children to government schools guarantees they will not be able to read, do math, write properly, spell, or get an academic education. Sacrificing them sacrifices our future.

While visiting a relative, CBS evening news was on TV in the background. It felt like water torture hearing arrogant reporters authoritatively lie about president Trump and every political issue. Their deceptive message was Republicans are mean and Democrats are good. Incredibly, 95% of the broadcast was fake news.
Could I escape being bombarded with fake news in my car? No. Every news-break on the radio was crafted to imply that Trump is guilty of everything and Republicans are mean.
Clearly, there is a coordinated fake news media campaign to instill hatred for Trump, America, Christians, Conservatives, Republicans, Trump supporters and straight white men. It is as if a daily memo is sent to Democrat media operatives. “Okay everyone, the phrase of the day is “Trump is an existential threat.” Every news broadcast finds a way to fit it in.
“Here’s Amy with the weather report.” “Thanks Jim. It will be stormy today. And speaking of stormy, Trump is an existential threat.” No one knows what “existential threat” means. But it sounds smart and is intended to sell the lie that Trump is extremely dangerous.
Democrats are currently blitzing the media with their lie, “Trump is a cult leader”. What they are really promoting is Trump supporters are a small minority of mind-controlled hateful crazies.
Evidence suggest Operation Mockingbird is alive and well today. Shockingly, we have learned that the FBI and CIA played major roles in spreading the lie that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election from Hillary.
Hillary paid for a lie-filled dossier written about Trump. Hillary’s gross dossier even claimed Trump paid prostitutes to urinate on a bed slept in by Obama. Her operatives in the FBI used the gross dossier to illegally acquire warrants to investigate whether or not Trump stole the election. The absurd investigation lasted 3 years, costing taxpayers $32 million.
CNN and MSNBC victimized their tiny leftist audiences 24/7 for the 3 year bogus investigation. They promised Trump’s guilt would be confirmed and he would be humiliatingly booted out of office. The Trump resistance movement was devastated when the investigation concluded that Trump won the election fair and square.
Moving on to their next treasonous scheme to remove Trump, Democrats launched a news narrative claiming Trump committed impeachable crimes during a phone call with the president of Ukraine. Democrat Adam Schiff read Trump’s extreme bullying outrageous demands on national TV. I watched it on TV in the doctor’s office waiting room. I thought, “Oh my gosh. Trump said that?” Schiff assumed he could get away with lying about the content of the phone call because presidents do not released the content of conversations with foreign leaders. Trump blew Schiff’s scheme by releasing the transcript of the phone call. But here is where it gets really crazy and unbelievably arrogant.
Democrats and fake news media simply ignored the transcript. Based on Schiff’s lying version of the phone call, Schiff held impeachment hearings on national TV for two weeks. In essence, Schiff and fake news media told the American people, you are too stupid and unsophisticated to detect Trump’s obvious crimes during the phone call.
After each day of Schiff’s hearings, fake news media excitedly reported that “bombshell” testimony confirmed Trump’s guilt. In truth, none of Schiff’s witnesses could name a crime committed by Trump.
Displaying their off-the-chain arrogance, everything fake news media reported about the impeachment hearings were lies.
If we did not have conservative media countering fake news media lies, millions would be clamoring for Trump’s head to be placed into the impeachment guillotine. Remarkably, Trump’s approval rating rose after the impeachment hearings.
I wish to express my utmost respect and thanks to conservative media and congressional republicans for daily fighting and explaining Democrats’ and fake news media’s coup to remove our president via Schiff’s kangaroo court impeachment hearings.”

Fake news media is not all powerful. Despite a fake news media blackout, 1.7 million of us showed up in 2010 for a Washington DC Tea Party rally to protest Obamacare.
In 2016, fake news media gifted Hillary’s presidential campaign a billion dollars worth of lie-filled news stories designed to destroy candidate Trump and Trump the man. They failed. Hillary and her minions were devastated when Trump defeated her in an electoral landslide. We are well on our way to killing Operation Mockingbird.
We remember where we were during important events. It was 1988. During my lunch break, I returned a VHS movie to the video store – got back into my car and turned on the radio to listen to conservative talk show host Tom Marr on WCBM, 680AM in Baltimore. To my shock and disappointment, Tom’s show was replaced with some new guy, Rush Limbaugh.
The First Amendment and the very idea of free speech are under attack in America today. A growing number of Americans don’t believe you have the right to speak your mind if what you have to say might offend someone, somewhere. They advocate for “safe spaces” in which people won’t be offended by ideas they may find troubling. But is that what America is about? These and more questions are answered in the film,
