New York’s Dem Governor Urges Biden To Use Military Bases For Abortions

Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul on Friday urged the Biden administration to consider opening up military bases for abortions to women living in states that heavily restrict the procedure, ABC News reported.

Since military bases are considered federal lands, Hochul argued in a virtual meeting with President Joe Biden that federal law would allow them to override state bans, according to ABC. Her suggestion heeds widespread outcries from  Democratic politicians about loss of women’s rights following the Supreme Court’s decision on June 24 overturning Roe V. Wade.

“Veterans hospitals, military bases and other places where the federal government controls the jurisdiction in some of the states that are hostile to women’s rights” could “make sure that those services can be available to other women” not publicly employed, Hochul said, according to ABC.

Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham of New Mexico, also in the meeting, floated the idea of using Indian Health Service clinics and tribal territory, where state law does not govern, as alternatives to private abortion facilities, ABC reported.

Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren stated that the U.S. government should plant abortion facilities on the outskirts of national parks on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” Sunday and in a Washington Post interview Monday.

Health and Human Services secretary Xavier Becerra said Tuesday that “every option is on the table” regarding abortion access, but the agency would “have a conversation with the president to make sure we implement his directives”

The White House, while agreeing with the Democratic leaders on the supposed need for comprehensive reproductive healthcare availability for all, said on Tuesday putting abortion centers on government-owned property could have “dangerous ramifications.”

Currently, however, federal facilities, including military bases, can only perform abortions in the case of rape, incest or where the life of the mother is in danger due to the Hyde Amendment, which prevents taxpayer dollars from funding elective abortions.

The House Appropriations Committee approved amendments to the fiscal year 2023 funding bill Thursday that would repeal the Hyde Amendment, allowing federal medical centers to perform abortions to the degree Congress decides, according to a press release.

“The bill eliminates the Hyde and Weldon amendments, a long-standing discriminatory policy that denied low-income women their legal right to an abortion,” the bill summary stated.

Hochul’s office and the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies did not respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

VIDEO: Biden Adviser Defends ‘Liberal World Order’

They’re not hiding it any more.

Video of Biden Adviser Defending ‘Liberal World Order’ Viewed Over 1M Times

By Zoe Strozewski, July 1, 2022:

A video of Brian Deese, a political adviser serving under President Joe Biden, speaking about the “liberal world order” in the context of gas prices has racked up 1.4 million views on Twitter.

While in Madrid for the NATO summit on Thursday, Biden was asked by a reporter: “How long is it fair to expect American drivers and drivers around the world to pay that premium for this war?” in reference to Russia’s war in Ukraine, which Biden has blamed in part for rising U.S. gas prices.

Biden said: “As long as it takes” and stressed that Russia could not be permitted to win the war.

Deese, who is the director of the National Economic Council, was being interviewed Thursday by CNN’s Victor Blackwell, who referenced Biden’s comments when asking what he would say to American families who can’t afford to pay gas prices such as $4.85 a gallon for the months or years it takes the Russia-Ukraine war to end.

“Well, what you heard from the president today was a clear articulation of the stakes,” Deese said. “This is about the future of the liberal world order and we have to stand firm. But at the same time, what I would say to that family and Americans across the country is you have a president and an administration that is going to do everything in its power to blunt those price increases and bring those prices down.”

The Biden administration has been facing heavy pressure to combat U.S. inflation, which hit a 40-year high in May and has elevated costs for products like gas, food and clothing. Though Biden has partly attributed rising costs to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, a Newsweek fact check determined that while the conflict has impacted inflation, it was not the trigger.

According to World101, an online course from the Council on Foreign Relations think tank, the “liberal world order” refers to a “series of international organizations and agreements to promote global cooperation on issues including security, trade, health, and monetary policy.” It was created by world leaders in the wake of World War II in an effort to prevent the world from devolving into such violence again, and the U.S. has “championed” the system since, according to the explainer.

Supreme Court accepts historic case that could reshape powers of legislatures to set election rules

Case was brought by North Carolina’s GOP House speaker

By: Just The News, June 30, 2022:

The Supreme Court agreed Thursday to hear a major election case regarding North Carolina GOP lawmakers having the authority to draw a partisan election map without state judges’ interfering.

The decision could impact future congressional and presidential elections. The high court will take up the case when its next term begins in October.

The, case of Moore vs. Harper, asks the court to uphold the concept – known as the “independent state legislature” theory – that state legislators have the sole and “independent” authority to set rules for federal elections in their states, without interference or oversight by the governor or the state judges.

North Carolina GOP House Speaker Timothy Moore asked the high court to consider the case on appeal of his own state Supreme Court’s decision earlier this year to strike down the theory relating to a gerrymandering case.

Critics of the theory argue that it would reduce judicial oversight of election rules.

The theory “would give state legislatures wide authority to gerrymander electoral maps and pass voter suppression laws,” according to the liberal-leaning Brennan Center for Justice think tank.

Buttigieg Begins $1 Billion Plan to Ensure ‘Racial Equity’ in Roads

Breitbart News reports that Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg will launch a $1 billion pilot plan to address what he sees as cities and neighborhoods racially segregated or divided by roads.

“There is racism physically built into some of our highways, and that’s why the jobs plan has specifically committed to reconnect some of the communities that were divided by these dollars,” the diversity hire Buttigieg noted, arguing that some highways and bridges were designed to divide communities by race.

Under the Reconnecting Communities program, $195 million in competitive grants will be awarded over the next 12 months, of which $50 million will be devoted for communities to conduct planning studies. Cities and states can now apply for the federal aid over five years to rectify “harm” purportedly caused by roadways built primarily through lower-income communities after the 1950s creation of the interstate highway system.

“This is a forward-looking vision,” Buttigieg said. “Our focus isn’t about assigning blame. It isn’t about getting caught up in guilt. It’s about fixing a problem. It’s about mending what has been broken, especially when the damage was done with taxpayer dollars.”

No, it actually is about assigning blame. It’s about perpetuating the left’s false premise that America is a country mired in systemic racism. It’s about the redistribution of wealth based on the racist notion of enforcing “equity.” It’s about controlling the populace by keeping us divided by racial resentment and guilt. It’s not a “forward-looking vision”; it’s a totalitarian, neo-Marxist vision.

Buttigieg Says People Should Buy Electric Cars in Order to Deal with High Gasoline Prices

On November 28, 2021, Buttigieg told MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart that the Biden administration’s “Build Back Better” (BBB) legislation would include financial incentives designed to persuade people to stop using gasoline-powered vehicles and switch over to electric vehicles (EV). “I’ll give you one example,” he said. “It [BBB] contains incentives to make it more affordable to buy an electric vehicle, up to a $12,500 discount in effect for families thinking about getting an EV. Families that once they own that electric vehicle will never have to worry about gas prices again. […] The people who stand to benefit most from owning an EV are often rural residents who have the longest distances to drive. And underserved urban residents in areas where there are high gas prices and they’re lower income. So they would gain the most by having that vehicle.”

At the time when Buttigieg made these remarks, the average cost of new electric vehicles in the United States was $51,532, nearly $30,000 more than the average compact car…

Biden Administration Report Shows MASSIVE Fuel Industry Job Losses

If America’s worst enemy inhabited the White House, what would they be doing differently? Nothing. We are living a nightmare. The Democrats agenda is to destroy everything good in this country in rapid time.

It’s going to get ugly, really ugly, fast.

Biden administration report shows massive fossil fuel industry job losses

A spokesperson for a petroleum association says the Biden administration has worked ‘overtime on restricting American natural gas and oil production’

By: FOX Business, July 1, 2022:

The Biden administration published its annual U.S. Energy and Employment Report (USEER) Tuesday, showing large fossil fuel industry job losses.

The Department of Energy (DOE) report found that the fuels technology sector experienced job losses totaling 29,271 jobs in 2021, a 3.1% year-over-year decline, with the majority coming in the fossil fuel industry. Onshore and offshore petroleum companies shed 31,593 jobs, a 6.4% decline, the coal industry lost 7,125 jobs, down 11.8% year-over-year, and fossil fuel extraction jobs declined by 12%.

“The DOE jobs report is not only reflective of the broader pandemic slowdown, but also highlights an Administration that has worked overtime on restricting American natural gas and oil production,” Independent Petroleum Association of America spokesperson Jennifer Marsteller told Fox News Digital in an email.

“We are confident in our sector, and in the work oil and natural gas employees do to bring energy safely and reliably to our country and the world,” she continued. “We urge President Biden to get on board with that same made-in-America pride in our workers.”
Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, weighs in after French President Emmanuel Macron was caught on camera at the G7 telling President Biden that the UAE and Saudi Arabia say they can barely increase oil production.

Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, weighs in after French President Emmanuel Macron was caught on camera at the G7 telling President Biden that the UAE and Saudi Arabia say they can barely increase oil production.

The fuels sector category was the only category that saw overall declines, according to the USEER.

The Biden administration has pursued an aggressive climate agenda since taking office, canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, limiting oil and gas lease sales on public lands and pushing environmental regulations impacting fossil fuel project development.

“The American natural gas and oil industry is proud to support nearly 11 million U.S. jobs,” an American Petroleum Institute spokesperson told Fox News in a statement. “While we have grappled with many of the same labor shortages that the rest of the U.S. economy is facing due to the pandemic, we have seen a slow but steady rebound in both drilling and oil & gas support service employment in 2022.”

The Turnaway Study: A Lesson in Politically Incentivised and Twisted Science

Pro-choice ideology has been allowed to infect research on mental health outcomes for women who have had abortions.

Given decades of legal and quasi-legal abortions in developed countries involving millions of women, there should be many studies with various findings on the impact of what was, until “shout your abortion” politics came along, generally regarded as a complex decision for a woman. And yet the Anglo-American lay reader is likely to find only one.

It’s called the Turnaway Study, conducted at the University of San Francisco California in 2008-2010. Mainstream media outlets have been broadcasting its results for nearly a decade, and research articles generated from the same core sample of women have been published in droves.

The study has been touted by academics, professional organisations, and journalists alike as the abortion study to end all studies, offering definitive answers to hotly debated questions on how abortion benefits contemporary women psychologically, relationally, physically and in terms of life satisfaction — among a host of other quality of life indicators.

Not quite, according to Priscilla Coleman, retired Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Coleman has been studying the psychology of abortion decision-making and mental health outcomes associated with abortion for nearly 30 years. Last month she published “The Turnaway Study: A Case of Self-Correction in Science Upended by Political Motivation and Unvetted Findings” in the top-ranked psychology journal, Frontiers in Psychology.

Focusing on Turnaway’s mental health findings, Coleman pulls back the curtain, revealing the details of this large-scale effort to use science to manufacture a false narrative about abortion being preferable to delivering an unintended pregnancy, and as essential for preserving the well-being of women.

The publication of her article is timely given the overturn of Roe v Wade and likely use of Turnaway findings in the raging battles at state level.

More than 50 peer-reviewed spinoffs can’t be wrong?

In the Frontiers in Psychology article, Coleman quotes a January 2022 Kaiser Health News interview with the study’s principal investigator, Diana Greene Foster.

“Data from the Turnaway Study has resulted in the publication of more than 50 peer-reviewed studies, and the answer to nearly all the questions asked, said Foster, is that the women who got abortions fared better in respect to economics and health, including their mental health, compared with those who did not have abortions.”

Better mental health? According to Coleman, these results dramatically contradict a wealth of data from large, methodologically sophisticated studies demonstrating that abortion is associated with a statistically significant increased risk for mental health problems including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and suicide. She wanted to understand why.

Motivation and funding

Coleman began by examining the investigators’ incentive for embarking on the study. She soon discovered that the funding came from Warren Buffett, who provided a minimum of $88,000,000 to the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), funds directly supporting researchers who had expressed abortion-rights political views.

A research unit called Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) within UCSF’s Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health housed Turnaway. Research conducted within the centre was aimed at debunking common justifications for abortion restrictions, including increased risks for serious, long-lasting mental health challenges.

Critical analysis of the study’s Operating Procedures Manual and publications led Coleman to identify numerous methodological shortcomings. For a start, the study investigators never describe the plan for sampling women, the precise size of the population, or the manner for selecting sites within the various cities.

The Turnaway women

Participants from three different groups were recruited for Turnaway: (1) women whose pregnancies were past clinic gestational limits for performing abortions and were not permitted a wanted abortion (“Turnaway Group”); (2) women whose pregnancies were close to the clinic gestational limit and had an abortion; and finally, (3) women who had an abortion in the first trimester.

The women were recruited over three years in 21 states at 29 abortion clinics with different gestational age limits. The clinics performed over 2000 abortions a year on average. Coleman calculates that the potential pool of women could have been as high as 162,000. However, only 7,486 women were screened for the study, and of those only 3,045 were approached to participate in it. Ultimately the number of those participating was 1,199. Why only 41% of those screened were asked to participate was not explained by the study authors, says Coleman.

“This is potentially very problematic, because those not screened in or not approached could have been systematically different from those who were screened in or approached relative to background characteristics, situational factors and/or how they presented before, during, or immediately after the abortion experience.”

Further, although “1000” is the number of participants usually cited by the authors, the actual number of women who completed the initial interview (“baseline measures”) was 877. And the total percentage of women who completed the 5-year study was 516 — a mere 16.9% of those approached.

If Coleman’s figure of 162,000 women for the potential population for the study is used, the 516 who actually completed it would amount to a miniscule 0.32% of them. Even at 10% of her population estimate, the final sample of 516 participants would be 3.18% of the total abortions performed at the 29 clinics over three years. As Coleman observes:

“The Turnaway Study researchers attempted to make generalized claims about women seeking abortion when the study itself likely did not even consider over 95% of women receiving abortions at the facilities included in the study. Given the extremely small percentage of women from the population represented in the sample, generalizations are precluded.”

Among the other methodological problems of Turnaway highlighted in Coleman’s article are the following:

  1. Those who underwent abortions near gestational limits included patients whose pregnancies ranged from 10 to 27 weeks gestation, even though women’s reasons for aborting and their psychological responses vary greatly at different times across pregnancy. For this reason, they should not have been grouped together.
  2. Many of the complex outcomes are measured far too simplistically, with anxiety and depression scales containing only six items and self-esteem and life satisfaction only 2 items. Capturing all the components of complex internal states is impossible with so few items and goes against established protocol for reliable and valid assessments.
  3. In many of the analyses, the authors failed to control for abortions that took place before or after the target abortion. This is problematic because previous studies have shown more than one abortion increases a woman’s risk for mental health problems beyond that incurred from a single abortion.

The studies you never hear about — except to dismiss them

Yet, there are well-designed studies coming to different conclusions from those of the Turnaway authors, and Coleman provides the reader with an up-to-date synopsis of some of the strongest of them. She notes:

“The science linking abortion to elevated risk for mental health challenges is published in prominent journals, with dozens of large, prospective studies incorporating comparison groups and additional sophisticated control techniques, enhancing confidence in the published findings. This extensive literature has shown that abortion increases risk for mental health problems including substance abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and suicide.”

She summarises the results of systematic reviews of literature, including her own, demonstrating this effect and provides overviews of some of the most sophisticated empirical studies published in recent years. There is a table (reproduced at the end of this article) in the Frontiers article highlighting key findings from several large-scale studies, all of which revealed increased risks of psychological problems associated with abortion, in contrast to Turnaway.

And yet professional groups such as the American Psychological Association (in 2008), the Royal College of Psychiatrists (in 2011) and the American Academies of Sciences (in 2018) have published reviews of the literature on abortion and mental health that dismiss findings like Coleman’s and support the “no negative effect” line.

In the last part of her article, Coleman examines these reviews and details a litany of methodological problems with them that include, among others: missing or elusive selection criteria that resulted in selective reporting of studies, shifting standards of evaluation based on study results, failure to conduct a quantitative synthesis or meta-analysis, sweeping conclusions based on very few or a single study, and factual errors. She comes out fighting:

“Journals opening their doors to allow virtually uncontested publication of some of the poorest work in the field, media outlets seizing the information that they believe the public desires, and abortion providers and their advocates using the data in attempts to remove and prevent installation of abortion restrictions: this is the status of mainstream science on the psychology of abortion in our world in 2022.”

Coleman concludes:

“[W]ith widespread dissemination of misinformation generated from studies like the Turnaway Study, hundreds of thousands of women considering an abortion are likely unaware of the expansive literature demonstrating abortion is a significant risk factor for post-abortion psychological distress and mental health detriments.

The science revealing the potential for serious, debilitating mental health consequences underscores the necessity of providing women with up-to-date information on the risks from the most rigorous scientific studies.”

Bombshell Claim: Google Intercepted 100% of RNC Donation Emails on Biggest Donation Days of Month – for 7 Months Straight

By Richard Moorhead, Western Journal, June 30, 2022:

Big Tech’s bias against conservatives is well known.

And yet Google is taking its double standards and discrimination to a new level.

The Republican National Committee revealed that its email communications are being tactically labeled as “spam” by the Silicon Valley company, according to Axios.

The “spam” label allows Google to filter the emails away from the sight of Gmail users, hidden in a spam inbox.

Google sent RNC emails to the spam inbox with regularity on important fundraising deadlines, according to RNC chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

On some days, as many as 90 percent to 100 percent of RNC emails hit the main inbox.

Google has blacklisted and purged information that’s inconvenient to the left from search results for years.

This form of censorship is even more nefarious. It blocked communications between willing parties.

Biden’s Handlers Alter Federal Laws to Make it Easier for Terrorists to Enter the United States

The Biden Admin Just Made It Easier for Terrorists To Enter the United States

by Adam Kredo, Washington Free Beacon, June 29, 2022:

The Biden administration altered federal law to make it easier for individuals who have worked with designated terrorist groups to legally enter the United States.

The State and Homeland Security Departments last week amended federal immigration laws to allow foreigners who provided “insignificant material support” to designated terror groups to receive “immigration benefits or other status,” according to the policy published in the Federal Register but not formally announced by the administration. Examples of individuals who would fall into the new category, according to the announcement, include individuals who provided “humanitarian assistance” or “routine commercial transactions” to terror groups.

The policy shift is fueling concerns that the Biden administration wants to make it easier for individuals who work with or for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), the country’s paramilitary fighting force that has killed hundreds of Americans, to enter the country. Notice of the change came several days before the Biden administration and hardline Iranian government resumed talks aimed at securing a revamped version of the 2015 nuclear deal.

A State Department spokesman said the law was amended to help vulnerable Afghans, who might have inadvertently worked with terror groups, gain refuge in the United States following the Biden administration’s bungled withdrawal that left the Taliban in power. Lawmakers and former U.S. officials, however, say the new regulations are so broadly written that they would apply to organizations like al Qaeda and the IRGC. The policy change is also raising red flags as U.S. officials, including former secretary of state Mike Pompeo, face credible death threats from Iran.

The rule does not specifically mention Afghanistan but is written to cover all U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organizations, such as the IRGC and al Qaeda, experts told the Free Beacon. The Taliban is not designated as a foreign terrorist organization, leaving lawmakers and former U.S. officials concerned the changes extend far beyond vulnerable Afghans and cover those tied to some of the globe’s most violent terror groups.

Gabriel Noronha, a State Department special adviser for Iran during the Trump administration, said that “the Biden administration is claiming this regulation is all about Afghanistan, but they didn’t even mention Afghanistan once in their action, and have made no serious attempt to limit the scope to the situation there.”

“Instead,” said Noronha, who is a fellow with the Jewish Institute for National Security of America think tank, “this looks like a massive watering down of our immigration restrictions against members of terrorist organizations.”

The State Department says the changes are limited to Afghanistan, but would not say why the country is not mentioned once in the new order….

Virginia Delegate Tim Anderson Sues Barnes & Noble for Selling Obscenity to Minors

Here’s our recent episode of Shout Out Patriots: Virginia Delegate Tim Anderson sues Barnes & Noble for selling obscenity to minors

Do parents have a right to decide if their children see and read obscene material?

Some authors, politicians, and other outspoken members of the Left argue that the answer is no.

They want children to have access to books with obscene themes – such as Gender Queer – regardless of their parents’ wishes.

In this episode of Shout Out Patriots, find out what strides Virginia Delegate Tim Anderson is taking to give parents back the power they deserve.

Delegate Anderson is suing Barnes & Noble for obscene books that are for sale to children without restriction, as well as available in school libraries.

Gender Queer is a sex book about what it’s like to be a boy trapped in a girl’s body, but still boy crazy!

Sounds like a brain teaser, doesn’t it?

In a nutshell, Gender Queer is a graphic book that encourages girls to become boys even if they still want boyfriends.

But of course, that new boyfriend has to want a ‘boy’ that was a girl who transitioned into becoming a boy. Yeah, kids should read all about it.

If you say this is complete blathering nonsense, listen to this week’s podcast to learn more about the vulgar messages being promoted to children and what’s being done to stop it

Supreme Court Greenlights the Continuation of Biden’s Border Crisis

(June 30, 2022, Washington, D.C.) — The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) issued the following statement in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Biden administration’s improper termination of the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) program, also known as “Remain in Mexico.”

“When fully active under President Trump, MPP required many illegal border crossers to remain in Mexico while they waited for an immigration judge to consider the merits of their applications, many of which were dubious asylum claims. Thus, MPP effectively cut off the strongest pull-factor for illegal immigration – the near-guarantee of being released into the interior of the United States after apprehension by a border patrol officer. MPP was an obstacle to the Biden administration’s mass immigration agenda so they fought to end it.

“By ending MPP how and when they did, the Biden administration put the American public and migrants at risk, all while footing enormous bills to state and local taxpayers who must provide benefits to aliens released into their communities. The Court’s decision today, however, perpetuates this status quo and will allow the government to continue releasing inadmissible aliens into the United States, in direct violation of federal law.

“The Biden administration chose to terminate MPP knowing that their decision would allow them to violate other immigration laws. In the absence of a fully-operational MPP program, DHS unlawfully chooses to release thousands of inadmissible aliens into the United States resulting in further incentives that encourage mass illegal immigration across the Southern border.

“Today’s Supreme Court ruling highlights the need for Congressional action to mandate MPP and secure our southern border. Courts cannot be relied on to reign in the Biden administration’s relentless flouting of immigration laws. Congress must step forward with needed reforms to stop this historic border crisis.”

War on Parents: Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah, Here I Am At Camp Gender-Change-You-Oughta

UPDATE 7/7/2022: TODAY’S DEMOCRAT PARTY: Democrat RI Senator TWERKS In Campaign Ad

I told you about the War on Parents being waged in the schools.  It’s being waged on other fronts, as well.

Some summer camps are assigning kids to cabins based on gender identity, not biological sex, forcing children with parents dumb enough to send them to those camps to sleep and undress next to the opposite sex.

A Florida church jumped into LGBT advocacy with a Pride celebration and drag show for students as young as 12.

Disney is back at it with a same-sex kiss in ‘Lightyear’ which is banned in 14 countries.  Disney introduced a bisexual character in the Disney+ series Loki.  Disney sold rainbow-spangly shirts, backpacks, and other merchandise for Pride Month, leaving homosexuals everywhere to ask, ‘where’s my cut?’

Medical professionals are also hustling for dough.  A new book published by the American Academy of Pediatrics brainwashes kids into believing it’s perfectly fine for Olivia now to be Oliver who should be undressing in the boys locker room.   Assigning sex at birth is so unfair, and ‘have we got drugs and surgery to fix that – for a modest fee, of course.’  That’s the best advertising campaign for grooming new customers I’ve heard since Edward Bernays got women to smoke cigarettes so they could be independent from men.  The Transgender-Industrial Complex is lighting new ‘Torches of Freedom’ that are even more dangerous.

Your federal government, meanwhile, is all in.  The Secretary of Education is pushing to add ‘nonbinary’ as a sex characteristic in public schools, supports biological males in girls’ sports, and won’t say it’s bad for schools to keep student gender transitioning hidden from parents.  The Department of Education is now demanding schools collect student gender identity data.  This will take an estimated two million hours of effort and is being done set up lawsuits by the feds against school districts that fail to provide “equity” for students who identify or – get this – are perceived to be – nonbinary.  Perceived?  By who?  To what degree?  What a mess in the courts that’s going to be.

Attorney General Merrick Garland told Congress the Justice Department wasn’t using antiterrorism tools against parents who protest school board actions, but it turns out the FBI is.

Joe Biden’s new parents and families council has members from such far-left groups supporting critical race theory and transgender ideology as LULAC which has called for suppressing speech online, the National School Boards Association that kicked off the whole targeting of parents thing, and Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.  The latter specializes in shaking down corporations for big donations.

Kinda makes you want to vote Democrat in November, doesn’t it?

That’s all the news from Camp Biden. Oh, please don’t make me stay another day.

War on Parents: A Fight to the Finish

For the rest of the week, I return to the War on Parents which is in full swing.  Make no mistake – the radical Left is coming for your children.

The news this month is startling.  We begin with reports of teachers or others working around children being arrested for child sex abuse or possession of child pornography.  I submit to you it is no accident these people, who have inserted themselves into positions of trust, have personal sexual agendas as well as public sexual agendas that involve your children.

A high school teacher in Hawaii was arrested on charges of child pornography, including a video of himself having sex with a 13-year-old boy.  He ranted on Twitter about those awful right-wingers accusing teachers of promoting pornography in schools.  Pretty warped, huh?  A Disney actor got two years in prison for attempting to have sex with a minor.  A Disney bus driver was arrested in a child predator sting in Florida.  A high school teacher in New York was charged for groping and sexting students.  That’s a lot for one month, don’t you think?  In all, 135 teachers and teachers’ aides have been arrested for child sex-related crimes so far this year.  The weird thing is some Democrats think all this is perfectly fine and resist efforts to prevent child sex abuse from happening.

Just as dangerous as the sexual agendas below the belt are the ones above the neck.  All of a sudden, the drag queens are out of the closet and in your face, shoved there by Leftist politicians pushing the sexual revolution to destroy society so they can take total power.  Openly lesbian Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said “drag queens make everything better” and there should be one in every school.  New York City Mayor Eric Adams endorsed drag queen story hour for kids in libraries and schools.  He said they express the “core” of what New York City stands for.  That they will do, if the Left wins the War on Parents.  The Satanic Temple, which is getting into after-school programs, promotes ‘drag dance parties’ with ‘unbaptisms’ – the better to undo society with.  Such an event in Idaho was co-sponsored by the public library, the police, the ACLU, a gun control group, and an ecumenical church.  That’s what they call ‘intersectionality’ on the Left – a united front of various issue groups and Leftist-controlled or -influenced institutions joining forces to attack the prevailing order.  In Dallas, parents took their children to a gay bar to see a drag show where the children were invited on-stage to participate.  I love a good drag show, but I’m an adult.  What were these parents thinking?

In any event, you are watching the Gay Gestapo and its friends and allies in action.  I should note there are plenty of gay people who are politically conservative and appalled by the subject being hijacked by the political Left for its own revolutionary purposes.  A drag queen who belongs to the #WalkAway movement warned parents to keep their kids away from drag shows because the early sexualization of children is not a good thing.

The Gay Gestapo is on the march in schools, as well.  The offensive it is waging is wide and deep.  A teacher in North Carolina was caught pushing the LGBT agenda on preschoolers through flash cards.  Lessons on transgender ideology are becoming more widespread and are now required in seven states.  Sex education in a school district in New York has gone X-rated with the use of such graphic terms as ‘face-f***ing’.  A middle school librarian in Virginia justified having a book promoting prostitution in the collection because, in her view, lots of 11- to 13-year-old students do sex work and the school needs to affirm their lifestyle.  Huh?  The National Science Teachers Association is training teachers how to ‘queer their classrooms’ and “affirm and represent queer indentities.”  Philadelphia schools encouraged teachers to attend a transgender conference on kinky stuff, sado-masochism, and “banging beyond binaries”.   Finally, there are fresh reports of more school districts hiding student gender transitions from parents and training teachers how to deceive parents who ask questions about their own children.

The War on Parents is nationwide and fierce.  It is being waged by individual teachers and at the institutional level.  I’ve commented previously on why all this is happening.  Sexualizing children is a communist technique consciously being employed in America today to destroy society and usher in a socialist revolution to put a tiny Leftist elite in control of everything.  This may sound strange to people hearing it for the first time, but people who’ve heard my previous commentaries know I’ve got the goods.  If anyone from the intersectional Left cares to challenge me, I will demolish you with the facts, your own history, and your own words.  Bring it on.  Show parents everywhere you have good reasons for shoving your sexual agendas and your body parts down kids’ throats.

Biden Administration Invests $6 Mil to Advance Racial Equity in Food Stamp Program

The Biden administration is spending millions of taxpayer dollars to advance racial equity in the government’s bloated, multi-billion-dollar food-stamp program that already serves a large minority population. A record 45 million people receive the welfare benefit, according to the latest figures published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), at a cost of about $80 billion. This month the administration announced it is investing $6 million to fund data projects centered on identifying inequities in the food stamp program, which was rebranded Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) by the Obama administration to eliminate the welfare stigma.

The costly project is known as SNAP E&T Data and Technical Assistance (DATA) and its mission is to help states make data-driven decisions to advance equity in the food stamp program. “Throughout the United States, systemic barriers for historically underserved communities have, historically and to this day, led to significant barriers to education, training, and full participation in the labor market,” the Biden administration writes in the grant announcement. “SNAP E&T programs are primed to be leaders in promoting equitable (i.e. race, gender, geographic, sexual orientation, religion, etc.) access to good jobs and sustained family-supporting wages in high-demand career fields for those from historically underserved groups; as measured by educational attainment, households that participate in the SNAP program are the least well-off in the labor market.”

For those unfamiliar with term equity, the document identifies it in a long-winded footnote as the “consistent and systematic fair, just, and impartial treatment of all individuals, including individuals who belong to underserved communities that have been denied such treatment, such as Black, Latino, and Indigenous and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color; members of religious minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons; persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.” The USDA’s Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) plans to support and invest in projects to help states make data-driven decision to advance equity in SNAP programs, the announcement says.

The data complied under the project will help look inwardly at state policy and operational decisions to identify if they have impacts on equitable program participation, according to the grant document. It will look outwardly to build an understanding of the environment in which food stamp recipients and programs operate that may lead to inequitable outcomes for participants of various identities, backgrounds, and geographic locations. Advancing the ability of states to use data to improve and maintain equitable access and outcomes for all participants is the ultimate goal. Once the data has been gathered, it will be analyzed to understand opportunities or disparities for historically underserved communities, the grant document states. It will also incorporate individual, community, political and historical contexts of race, gender, sexual identity, disability status and geographic location to inform recommendations. Appropriate measures will then be developed that allow states to make accurate and timely decisions related to program policies and operations to advance equity as well as equitable participation and outcomes for food stamp recipients.

Last year the USDA launched a Racial Justice and Equity Working Group to address the agency’s “history of systemic discrimination via policies and programs designed to benefit those with access, education, assets, privilege rather than for those without.” A few weeks later the USDA dedicated $1 billion to bring healthy food to underserved minority communities. The allocation is part of a multi-trillion-dollar Biden administration initiative called Build Back Better to supposedly “rescue” and “rebuild” the country by, among other things, tackling racial injustice and inequity. “Black and Latino Americans, Native Americans, immigrants, and women have never been welcomed as full participants in the economy,” according to a White House document outlining the plan. The initiative is broad and features a three-part agenda that includes promoting food stamps. “There is extra money available for food,” Build Back Better assures, encouraging the public to apply for SNAP.

Frustrated Detectives Leaving ‘Insane’ NYPD En Masse, Have ‘Had Enough’

G-d help us. The Democrats are destroying our civilization, the basic social fabric of our life.

DiGiacomo, the Detectives Endowment Association president, said cops feel demoralized because of a lack of support from politicians.

“It’s simple,” he said. “Detectives are retiring in historic numbers because they have no support from politicians who care more about criminals than cops and the New Yorkers they protect.”

Frustrated detectives leaving ‘insane’ NYPD en masse, have ‘had enough’

By Tina Moore, NY Post, June 28, 2022:

More than 100 NYPD detectives have retired in June — and another 75 plan to put their papers in next month — as many become frustrated by revolving-door justice and rules that hamstring them in the Big Apple, officials and detectives told The Post.

“That’s going to have a major impact on investigating crimes,” Detectives Endowment Association president Paul DiGiacomo said. “The detective squads are down now as we speak and are investigating more cases. It’s going to have an impact on public safety.”

So far this year, 250 detectives have retired, leaving the total number at about 5,600, which is nearly 2,000 less than two decades ago.

There were 794 detective retirements during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 — and that number dropped down to 395 in 2021. Sources said 100 retirements in just one month is a large number for the NYPD.

The Post also reported earlier this month that cops in general were leaving the force in record numbers.

At his NYPD walkout ceremony at the 105th Precinct stationhouse Tuesday, Queens Detective Jason Caputo, 51, said he had “had enough.”

Detective Jay Caputo retired from the NYPD’s 105th Precinct after serving 25 years.

Daniel William McKnight

“To know me is to know I love the job in and out, but it’s not the same job I joined,” said Caputo, who is leaving after 18 years in the NYPD, and thus not getting his maximum pension, which kicks in after 20.

“The no-bail law was a big thing with me,” he said. “It’s not even really crimefighting anymore. You arrest somebody for assault 2 with a weapon and then the person is back at the precinct getting his property the next day. They’re not locking anyone up, even those with records. Pay your debt to society. You broke the law.”

Caputo said he also worried about making arrests and running into problems with city laws, such as the one prohibiting officers from putting pressure on a person’s diaphragm.

CDC Caught Using False Data To Recommend Kids’ COVID Vaccine

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showcased highly misleading data about the risk of COVID-19 to kids when its expert vaccine advisers voted to recommend vaccines for children under five years old.

CDC Caught Using False Data To Recommend Kids’ COVID Vaccine

By DC Caller, June 29, 2022:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showcased highly misleading data about the risk of COVID-19 to kids when its expert vaccine advisers voted to recommend vaccines for children under five years old.

The agency featured a pre-print study ranking causes of death in children when it presented data to its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) earlier this month, after which the committee voted to recommend kids aged six months through four years get vaccinated for COVID-19. The study claimed to show that COVID-19 was a leading cause of death for children in the United States during the coronavirus pandemic, but observers quickly pointed out major flaws in the data which rendered it misleading.

The paper ranks COVID-19 as a top six cause of death for age brackets from 0-19, including under one year old, 1-4 years old, 5-9 years old, 10-14 years old and 15-19 years old. It’s unclear why the authors include 18- and 19-year-olds in pediatric data. A majority of the researchers involved in the paper are from the United Kingdom, where the age of majority is 18 in most jurisdictions.

However, one misleading aspect of the paper, as first pointed out by covid-georgia.com, is that it ranks cumulative COVID-19 deaths alongside annual rates for other causes for death. For instance, in the 1-4 age group, the paper ranks cumulative COVID-19 deaths as the 5th leading cause of death, ahead of heart disease and influenza. But further down the list, it ranks annual COVID-19 deaths in eighth. For every single age group, the cumulative COVID-19 death rate is more than double the annualized death rate.

Another big issue with the CDC data presentation is the conflation of deaths caused directly by COVID-19 versus those for which COVID-19 was just a “contributing” factor. The authors state “we only consider Covid-19 as an underlying (and not contributing) cause of death,” but that is false.

The paper cites data from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), which tabulates COVID-19 deaths by including any death certificate on which COVID-19 is mentioned, not just cases where it was the primary reason for death. The NCHS data cited by the researchers claims there have been 1,433 pediatric COVID-19 deaths through April 30, 2022. However, the CDC’s own data, which counts only deaths where the virus was the underlying cause, reported 1,088 pediatric deaths during that time period. That’s nearly 25% lower.

When the data is annualized and only includes deaths where the virus was the underlying cause, COVID-19 does not rank as a leading cause of death for young children. For kids under one year old, it ranks 9th, behind influenza and pneumonia, heart disease and homicide. Accidents are about 25 times as likely to kill an infant than COVID-19, according to the CDC data.

Among kids aged 1-4 and 5-9, COVID-19 ranked in a four-way tie for the 8th leading cause of death. For ages 10-14 it ranked in a two-way tie for 8th. For teenagers between 15 and 19 years old, it dropped in the cause of death ranking from 4th to 6th.

The CDC did not respond to multiple requests for comment when asked why it presented this misleading data and how that study made it though the agency’s rigorous review process. The FDA did respond after multiple attempts at contact, stating that “FDA speakers in the June 14-15th meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) did not cite the study in question in their presentations. FDA’s press release announcing the authorizations explains the basis for our determinations.”
