US Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to Block Trump in 2024

The former president’s eligibility to be on 2024 presidential ballot is being challenged in a number of states

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take a longshot challenge to former President Donald Trump’s eligibility on New Hampshire’s ballots during the 2024 election.

John Anthony Castro filed an appeal with the Supreme Court several weeks ago and claimed that the former president should be disqualified under a reading of a section of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment. Mr. Castro, a Texas lawyer who is running for president, claimed President Trump partook in an insurrection against the federal government due to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach.
“The decision by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissing Petitioner John Anthony Castro’s civil action on the grounds that he lacks constitutional standing to sue another candidate who is allegedly unqualified to hold public office in the United States pursuant to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution,” Mr. Castro wrote in a petition for a writ of certiorari (pdf).

The Malone Controversy: Part One

By now, in spite of the media blackout, most people probably know that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is running for the presidency. However, many may not know that one of his apparently informal advisors is reported to be a man named Robert Malone, who has risen from relative obscurity in the bosom of the Medical Military Industrial Complex, to prominence in the health freedom movement in just a couple of years.

This is particularly noteworthy, as RFK Jr., founder and CEO of Children’s Health Defense and author of The Real Anthony Fauci—a blistering account of the malfeasance of Big Government in collaboration with Big Pharma in the billion dollar business of marketing often unsafe and ineffective vaccines while protecting the purveyors from liability—is a vehement critic of the US governmental agencies where Dr. Malone has spent much of his career. So the question emerges, whose team is Malone really on: the health freedom movement’s, or the Deep State’s from which he hails?

If the latter, that would place him in the role of “controlled opposition,” i.e. someone who appears to be fighting the good fight alongside his compatriots, but who’s actually there to disrupt things or at least to act as a gatekeeper, keeping the conversation away from truths that could lead others to recognize and effectively oppose their actual enemy.

Interestingly, Malone’s Substack title is: “Who Is Robert Malone?”

So let’s see if we can shed any light on that question.

ENTER ROBERT MALONE

In my 2022 article The Knights of Senator Johnson’s  Round Table,  I mentioned a number of courageous panel participants, including Drs. Peter McCullough, Pierre Kory, Paul Marik, Harvey Risch, Aaron Kheriaty, and Christina Parks. As to Robert Malone, he seemed to me to be the odd man out, and he himself may have sensed that as well, as reflected in his opening statement on the panel: “A case could be made that whether you agree with what I say or disagree, it’s certainly valid that I should have a role in discussing the current data.”

Now why was he defending his right to join in the discussion when he already had a seat at the table?

Maybe trying to short circuit anyone who might view him as an infiltrator? After all, he makes no secret of the fact that he’s worked in what one might call the Big Med/Big Pharma/Deep State syndicate for decades, rubbing shoulders with Tony Teflon Fauci, as well as members of the DoD (Department of Defense), HHS (Department of Health and Human Services), BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority), and Intelligence agencies, and profiting handsomely in the process.

Though many of us have come to realize our three-letter agencies have been largely co-opted and weaponized against We the People, the five-letter agencies: BARDA, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), DETRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency), NIAID (National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease), and the new kid on the block, ACTIV (Accelerating Covid-19 Therapeutic Interventions and Vaccines) are where the sausage is made, out of view of most people, in the bowels of the DoD and HHS. This is where Dr. Malone has spent much of his time working for the government.

Say the Breggins:

“All these Department of Defense and ACTIV affiliations, from our perspective, make Malone deeply mired in the military-industrial complex and the health-industrial complex, involving global public-private partnerships characteristic of globalism and the Great Reset. How Dr. Malone has managed to present himself as a health freedom fighter remains something of a mystery to us.”

In addition to his presence on Senator Johnson’s panel, Malone admits he’s had a seat at another kind of table, the notorious “Tabletop” pandemic wargames à la Event 201—though he’s quick to point out he wasn’t present at that one. Diana West quotes him from an October 2021 interview on Stew Peters:

“Where I’m at now is what we’re observing is a scripted response that has been pioneered in multiple war games by a small cadre of individuals, largely at Johns Hopkins University, largely funded by Bill and Melinda Gates and the World Economic Forum – that’s all true — involving multiple government officials. And as the war games become more sophisticated — and I’ve participated in some of these, too, although not the Hopkins‘ one…” (Emphasis Diana’s)

West goes on to call attention to the one major entity in the “small cadre” behind the scripted “plandemic” sessions missing in Malone’s account: the CIA. She quotes RFK Jr.:

“When I researched my book what I learned was that this [2019 pandemic simulation] event, Event 201, was not a one-time occurrence. We found 20 separate pandemic simulations beginning in 2000. One thing they had in common — most of them Bill Gates was involved in, Tony Fauci was involved in — but every one of them the CIA was involved in. The CIA wrote the script, high-level CIA officials participated in every one of those pandemic simulations.”

Did Malone just forget to mention the CIA’s key role in these “events”?

It’s also interesting to note that in August of 2023 in his talk at the Liberty Forum of Silicon Valley in California, Malone not only referenced the CIA, but blamed both American Intelligence Agencies and “Five Eyes—the alliance of intelligence agencies between the US and UK—for pretty much everything nefarious transpiring in our world today. However, he avoided mentioning, much less blaming, the billionaire globalists behind UN Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030—the “elites” at the top, whom Desmet actually warns us not to blame: The solution to the impasse we are in is not to forcibly eliminate any elite. On the contrary: that is the recipe for self-destruction.

THE INVENTOR OF mRNA VACCINES

To the understandable surprise of many, when he made his sudden appearance in the freedom movement, Malone described himself as the inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology. This raised eyebrows for two reasons: first, because that experimental technology was thought to be harming and even killing people; and second, because such research is typically collaborative with many scientists working on it, as investigative journalist Kelleigh Nelson points out in her article on Malone.

Dr. Joseph Mercola puts it this way: “To be clear, he’s not the inventor of the COVID shots themselves but rather the foundational platform that underlies them, for which Malone holds several patents.” Though perhaps unsurprisingly, Malone’s wife Jill echoes her husband’s claim: “Dr. Malone is the inventor of mRNA vaccines (and DNA vaccines).” Not sure why he’d want that honor at this point, but let’s give credit where credit is due.

In fact, Malone has a point, as outlined in his wife Jill Malone’s in-depth article on The History of mRNA Vaccines and summarized in an article in the Atlantic.

Back in 1988 as a twenty-nine-year-old graduate student, Robert Malone reportedly injected a frog with DNA and RNA and discovered this resulted in a protein forming in its muscle tissue. He authored an important paper on this, and subsequently co-authored a second paper. But then, as often happens in academic settings, apparently bigger fish took over. And Malone has seemingly held a grudge ever since.

In fact, he refers to his experience at the Salk Institute and Vical as “an intellectual rape”—an odd expression, suggesting he felt personally violated and perhaps degraded by his treatment at the hands of these institutions. And he has a credible beef against them, even if, as some say, he did not invent the mRNA vaccine technology, but rather pioneered a new mechanism with potential for use in vaccination. Either way, he deserves credit for his discovery—or blame, as the case may be. Here’s a link to what Jill refers to as his seminal paper on both in-vitro and in-vivo RNA transfection.

Unfortunately, this experience in his youth may have been a formative one for his character. He was quick to perceive himself as a victim, and has seemingly harbored this complaint for over thirty years. “It’s all about Kati,” he gripes, meaning fellow scientist Katalin Karikó of BioNTech who’s   received accolades for her contribution to the mRNA technology. In fact, in 2020, he wrote to her that he’d been “written out of history,” and essentially blamed her for taking credit for his invention, closing his email to her with the chilling words: “This will not end well.”

PIVOT NUMBER ONE: FROM THE INVENTOR OF MRNA-VACCINE TECHNOLOGY TO ITS CRITIC

Ironically, Malone has at last found his long awaited glory—among the anti-vax, anti-mRNA freedom-loving crowd—the last place one would have expected. He’s done a 180-degree pivot from touting his brilliance as the inventor of gene-therapy vaccines, to acknowledging that the Covid vaccines were not ready for primetime—but he hedges his bets. As Diana West points out, after Del Bigtree described him as an anti-vaxxer, he told Del he wouldn’t be back on his show, since he’d studiously avoided that description. Fair enough, as he’d spent his entire professional career working on vaccines in one way or another, even under the Fauci at NIAID.

In fact, during 2020 and 2021 while making a name for himself in the health freedom movement, Dr. Malone was apparently quietly working on the development of a new Covid vaccine called RelCovax, for Reliance Life Sciences, a pharmaceutical company in India. Here’s Malone’s video presentation on RelCovax “a second generation multi-valent SARS CoV-2 vaccine candidate designed to meet global vaccination demands.”

And though Malone claims RelCovax is not a genetic vaccine, it is based on “heterologous expression” which Wikipedia describes as: “The expression of a gene or part of a gene in a host organism that does not naturally have the gene or gene fragment in question. Insertion of the gene in the heterologous host is performed by recombinant DNA technology…. After being inserted in the host, the gene may be integrated into the host DNA, causing permanent expression, or not integrated, causing transient expression.” Now I’m no vaccinologist, but it sure sounds like a genetic vaccine to me.

In fact, investigative journalist George Webb writes in a Twitter/X post: Look for Dr. Robert “DARPA” Malone AI generated “novel” bioagents and vaccines to start hitting the market. Looking hard at COVAX and Relcovax. In his two-minute video, Webb says these are next generation novel vaccines that go “from gene to vax” directly without using any cell cultures. What could go wrong? Don’t we need to “protect” the elderly and infirm?

“JAB THE ELDERS”

As Kelleigh Nelson and Diana West both point out, Malone’s on record saying “the vulnerable” should still get the shots, seemingly playing both sides of the street.

In fact, in an interview on Stew Peters from October 2021 as reported by Diana West, Malone described his “balanced approach” this way: “…jab the elders and the ones at high risk.” As Kelleigh Nelson points out, those are exactly the groups the Nazis considered “useless eaters.” I hear the same historical resonance when I read those three words: “jab the elders.” And what vaccines does Malone have in mind for this purpose—the mRNA vaccines he’s apparently acknowledged are flawed? The new “gene to vax” second-generation novel vaccines like RelCovax?

Let’s recall that “the vulnerable” are mostly the elderly. What’s rarely mentioned is that vaccines are most effective when the immune system is robust, as in childhood and teen years, and less effective as people age—especially when they reach old age. It’s called immunosenescence – aging of the immune system. Not to mention the myriad issues with vaccines, wouldn’t therapeutics be a much better way to protect the elderly?

But here’s a more fundamental question: Do we really want to risk more “transient” gene expression, or worse, in a vaccine for what is essentially a mild cold or flu for most people? More needles in more arms sound good to you? Me neither. Thanks anyway, Dr. Malone.

TWO MORE QUESTIONS

Speaking of questions, here’s another: How was it that Malone and his wife were able to write an entire book about the “coming epidemic” of Covid-19 and publish it on February 10th, 2020, a mere ten days after the WHO declared the “novel” coronavirus a global health emergency and only one week after the US declared a public health emergency?

Oh, one more thing: How was it that the Malones knew that the name of the novel coronavirus would be Covid-19 when the WHO only announced that name on February 11th, 2020, the day after their book was published?

Fearless Courage

This is the season of high Holy Days for both Christians and our Jewish brethren.  As such, I often think of family, the holiday gatherings of the past and what a joy they were for all of us.  This time of year, I head to the bakery to start Christmas cookies and if I don’t have an audio book, I flip on Turner Classic Movies to keep me entertained.

I love the Golden Age of Hollywood and the actors and actresses of that era.  Those were the days where the entire family could enjoy the film.  Yet, this year I found myself weeping as I watched films representing America and her people.  I longed for the past to replace the malevolence of today, and my heart breaks for what we’ve allowed our nation to become.

Courage and fearlessness were evident in so many of those films, along with love and compassion.  Good always won out over evil.

Today, a spiritual war is being waged in America.

The Enemy

Every day more overwhelming evil confronts us.  It has permeated our society and affected each of us in different ways.  The decay has been exposed again and again in past articles.  Those of us paying attention know exactly what it is, who is responsible, and how long ago it all started.

We are living in a giant web of deceit and betrayal, a web so malevolent that every living creature on earth and in the sea is targeted for extinction.

World Economic Forum leader, Klaus Schwab tells us, “The world will no longer be run by superpowers like America… it will be run by the World Economic Forum (WEF) stakeholders, such as BlackRock and Bill Gates.”

Run by those never elected.

America’s leaders are in lockstep with these goals as evidenced by the actions taken against American citizens assembled at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 to address their grievances with the 2020 election. But this is only one heartbreaking example of the vengeful measures taken by the enemies of freedom.  Yet almost three years after the fact, innocent Americans are locked away and some have been sentenced to long terms in prison.

Investigative reporter Lara Logan traveled across America to bring you the truth about the events of January 6, 2021.  She interviewed the family of a strong, kind, and decent young man who is dead because of the actions of Biden’s Department of Justice.  His name was Matthew Pena, and the government caused his untimely and early death.

He was called a “terrorist” by federal Judge Emmet Sullivan when he was innocent.

Meanwhile, Ray Epps, who urged people to enter the Capitol building was only charged with one misdemeanor in connection to the January 6th Capitol breach.

The Power Brokers

It is the unelected power brokers who have chosen the so-called “leaders” for a long time, and not just in America.  Nixon was forced to choose Ford, who was on the Warren commission and who agreed with the lies about who murdered JFK.  And then Ford chose Nelson Rockefeller as VP…who couldn’t even read.  He was functionally illiterate as his father had sent his four sons to the progressive John Dewey schools.  (Not the Dewey of the decimal system.)  Most of the Rockefeller children were also dyslexic.  Nelson hired globalist WEF member, Henry Kissinger, to read to him.  Rockefeller never gave a speech from notes, because he couldn’t read them.  He’d always tell the audience he had a speech prepared but decided to speak from his heart.

The same establishment power brokers, both elected and unelected, including Karl Rove, gave Trump an ultimatum to choose insider Pence to gain the evangelical vote.  His other choices were Newt Gingrich or Chris Christie, all establishment.

Phyllis Schlafly said many years ago that every vice president is chosen by the Bilderbergers.  But there was a deeper purpose for the Pence choice.  Remember, Mike Pence’s best friends in congress had been Paul Ryan and Jeff Flake, both of whom masqueraded as conservatives.  House Speaker Ryan and Senator Flake both left Congress in January 2019.

“Tucker” by Chadwick Moore is a wonderful inside look at the life of Tucker Carlson.  It’s a quick and delightful read with some very insightful exposes by Mr. Carlson.  One of them was about Mike Pence.

When Tucker was under contract to CNN, he said one of the most frequent guests on Crossfire was Mike Pence even as a young obscure congressman.

Tucker said, “He’s creepy as hell.  There’s something strange about Pence.  I’ve been around him a lot, and always felt that he was a totally sinister figure, craven and dishonest.

“I don’t think the Pence you see is the real Pence.  I just get a very, very strange vibe off that guy – he makes me extremely uncomfortable.  Everything about Pence is false.  I don’t know why nobody says that.  If you are talking to someone who seems false on every level, then the obvious question is, ‘What is he hiding?’”

Carlson commented that his feeling about Trump tapping Pence for the Covid Task Force and putting everything in his hands was that, from day one, Pence was there to undermine Trump and to keep an eye on him.  Tucker said that he felt Pence was getting his instructions from Fauci and pushing Trump in the wrong direction.

I concur with that thought because I also feel that it was Pence, who was responsible for the Trump transition team in 2017, and who was instrumental in helping to eliminate General Flynn as National Security Advisor.

General Michael T. Flynn

Mark Twain said, “It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare.”

Yet, there are two shining examples of Americans who love the Lord God, love their country and are fearless and courageous.

The very first person the FBI went after in the Trump administration was General Michael Thomas Flynn.  General Flynn was an army intelligence officer who in 2012 became the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.  Mike knows exactly how the system works and who the real enemies of freedom have always been.  I’m talking about those inside our country and again, the unelected lifers in the alphabet soup agencies.  In 2014, former President Obama fired General Flynn for speaking the truth about the dangers of Islamic extremism.  Mike had incurred his wrath.

As Tucker Carlson tells it, and it’s absolutely true, “Four days after Donald Trump’s inauguration, the FBI lured Mike Flynn into a meeting without his lawyer, concocted a series of fake crimes, and forced him to resign.”

The interesting thing few people even know to this day, is that VP Pence’s Chief of Staff was Josh Pitcock and he is married to FBI Agent, Katherine Seaman.  Seaman had been working with the two disgraced FBI agents, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page on the FBI’s counter-intelligence investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server.  There was a real kerfuffle over the possibility of a backdoor into the White House via Pitcock.  Why?  Because an email between clandestine lovers, Strzok and Page stated, “If Katie’s husband is there, he can see if there are people we can develop for potential relationships.”

When the DOJ destroyed General Flynn, Obama and Biden were thrilled.

In May of 2020, Fox News legal analyst, Gregg Jarrett wrote, “Obama-era officials involved in the unmasking of former national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn went after him “with a vengeance” because they knew he would expose the “Russia hoax.”

When Jeanine Pirro interviewed General Flynn in December of 2020, he told her, “When he chose me to be the national security adviser, they knew that their little plan of spying on Donald Trump would fall apart and many other foreign policy-blunders they got our country into, whether it was the Iran deal, issues going on in the Asian-Pacific theater, trade, all sorts of issues that were in play that the last administration did to frankly run this country right into the ground.”

The Department of Justice through the FBI put General Flynn and his entire family through four years of living hell, and they muzzled him with a gag order so he couldn’t defend himself.  Finally, the planned takedown of Flynn by the FBI was proven, but Federal Judge Emmett Sullivan, who had called the General a traitor, after Mike had given 33 years of his life defending America, overstepped his legal authority and despite documented evidence of innocence, would not release the General.  Ultimately, President Trump pardoned the innocent General to free him from the over-zealous federal judge.

Tucker Carlson tells us, “Unelected lifers in the federal agencies make the biggest decisions in the federal government.”  He is right, didn’t we just see that over a three-year period of pure unadulterated destruction of our God given rights?  They crushed anyone who tried to rein them in or override their Big Pharma goals.

General Flynn is working to save our country.  He tells us, “The border, the economy, the debt, foreign affairs, the ‘rule of law’ are just a few signs of our eminent collapse.”

Mike’s faith in God gave him that fearless courage.  He knew he was innocent and the Lord would see him through.  There was a gift in that trial; millions prayed for him and donated to his legal defense fund and he has a lot of new friends.

Jim Caviezel

When Jim was asked by Mel Gibson to play Jesus in the movie, The Passion, he was told by Gibson that this would most likely curtail Jim’s career.  He wanted him to be aware of what he would go through, but Jim knew the movie was what he believed and he went forward with it.  He relied on his faith in the one true God.

The reputational attacks on Jim were slanderous, but the film itself nearly killed him.  He was struck by lightning while portraying Christ delivering his Sermon on the Mount.  He endured bone-chilling cold while hanging nearly naked on the cross.  He ended up with pneumonia, dislocated a shoulder and even lost feeling in his arms.

One of the blows he endured during the scourging scene opened a 14-inch gash on his back.  After filming, he required two heart surgeries, one of which was open-heart surgery.

Despite the attacks against Jim, he was signed to do Person of Interest with Michael Emerson and the television series lasted for five years.

In 2018, he was again cast by Mel Gibson in Sound of Freedom.  Nevertheless, the movie about child and slave trafficking took five years to get into theatres.  Despite the slanderous and libelous attacks against it and Tim Ballard, the movie grossed a worldwide total of $217.3 million. It is the ninth highest-grossing film of 2023 in the United States and Canada.

Conclusion

As a nation, we have turned our backs on our first love, our Creator.  Therein lies our number one problem.

Both Mike Flynn and Jim Caviezel are devoted family men and faithful and devout believers in the Lord.  They’re certainly not perfect, none of us are, but their love of God, family and country shines through both of them.  They have hearts for truth, liberty and freedom.  They are men of fearless courage.

U.S. Capitol Police are America’s New Secret Stasi

The Capitol Police have no business keeping an office in Tampa or anywhere else in the state of Florida, and DeSantis should do something about it.

The US Capitol Police Are Becoming America’s New Secret Stasi

The East German Stasi was the most feared, secretive, and unaccountable arm of the communist government — a secret police force. Britannica says it infiltrated “every institution of society and every aspect of daily life, including even intimate personal and familial relationships … through its official apparatus and a vast network of informants and unofficial collaborators who spied on and denounced colleagues, friends, neighbors, and even family members.” 

That’s why a recent announcement by the United States Capitol Police (USCP) to move offices to American cities ought to frighten every freedom-loving American today.

On July 6, 2021, the USCP released a press release entitled “After the Attack: The Future of the U.S. Capitol Police”. Signed by Acting USCP Chief Yogananda Pittman, it got little coverage. Given the direction it outlines for the future of our nation, Americans had better wake the hell up.

To justify their plan, the USCP repeats a lie that anyone half-awake should renounce. Referring to the Jan 6th event, the press release reads, “We will never forget USCP Officers Brian Sicknick and Howie Liebengood, who died after the attack.”

Most by now, save those still clinging to fake news for their news coverage, know that a fire extinguisher-wielding Patriot didn’t kill CP Officer Brian Sicknick. Even D.C’s chief medical examiner Francisco J. Diaz determined that Sicknick “suffered two strokes and died of natural causes” days later, according to RedState. USCP Officer Howie Liebengood, on the other hand, died by suicide, or so they say, days following the red flag event. Mysteriously since then, three other Jan 6th – involved police officers have also taken their lives. That is worth investigating.

The press release also states that “[s]ince that day, our team has been working with federal law enforcement agents to track down the suspects and bring them to justice. So far more than 500 defendants face charges.” Yet, if one researches the trusted news sources of the day, a majority of the charges against said defendants are totally trumped up. Not one single death was caused by a Patriot while the murderer of Veteran Ashli Babbitt, a known Capitol Police Officer, has remained anonymous and protected.

The USCP recently announced it will be opening offices soon in San Francisco and Tampa. But, that’s just the beginning.

What We Can Expect

The USCP press release outlines their new “Critical Incident Response Plan”. It “establishes a multi-phased action plan to quickly mobilize local, state, and federal manpower, including the Department of Defense [military], to respond to planned and/or no-notice emergencies [emphasis added]…, working with Congressional [CCP-controlled Democrat] oversight and the Capitol Police Board to obtain the authority to immediately request National Guard assistance if needed without having to wait for board approval.”

This seems outrageous if not downright un-Constitutional. Given the Dem’s blatant bias shielding real criminals like BLM and Antifa while treating those involved in the Jan 6th event with the harshest possible punishment, including months of solitary confinement, for simple acts of trespassing, one can only imagine where this new law enforcement overreach will lead.

Chicagoan Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith, the spokeswoman for the National Police Association, blames the left for politicizing the suicides of Jan 6th. “Talk to the federal law enforcement officers who, night after night, were in the courthouse in Portland while Antifa set fire to it. Talk to the officer in Vegas who is paralyzed from being shot in the head by a Black Lives Matter protester. Talk to the police officers who had Molotov cocktails and bottles of urine thrown at them, and had people scream at them saying, ‘I hope your kids get raped,’” she said.

According to the press release, Tampa and San Francisco were chosen because an inordinate number of the Jan 6th Patriots (charged without due process) come from those regions. A USCP spokesman told news outlets they’d be working closely with the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in those locations, both “coincidentally” blue cities with friendly prosecutors.

It’s not hard to guess the outcome of this new strategy given comments made recently by one very liberal Tampa politician.

Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL14) left no doubt what the left’s intentions are and her agreement with them. In an interview with WFLA Channel 8, she said “I trust that the partnerships will help bring accountability to the domestic terrorists responsible for the deadly insurrection on January 6…. Many domestic terrorists from that racist, anti-American mob already have been arrested and charged – too many from Florida…. We will identify those who funded the insurrection, and those involved in beatings, injuries, and deaths of Capitol Police officers. Ultimately, USCP will protect the country from future attacks.” Need I say more?

The Legal Basis

The real question: is this even Constitutional? Because this action is a first, it’s hard to say.

A compelling letter written by Hillsborough County GOP Chair Jim Waurishuk urges Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to halt the move pursuant to Article 1 section 8 clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution. Waurishuk, a retired Colonel in the Air Force and former NSC employee under General Michael Flynn, claims that and other legal arguments prove that the “federal government has no authority to establish any presence in a state without its permission.”

The particular clause Waurishuk cites states that “[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] to exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings.”

Per the author of the article in which Waurishuk’s letter is referenced, however, the Constitutional clause cited “does not address state permission for federal offices.” This may well end up in the Supreme Court.

The Targeting of Patriots

In the meantime, should the USCP succeed in its plan, damage may be irreversible and far-reaching. Patriots have already been heavily targeted as “Homegrown Violent Extremists” (HVEs), according to a recent Department of Homeland Security bulletin.Anyone who has complained about election fraud, CCP virus restrictions, or even the presidential transition is now officially an HVE. The implementation for rounding up a whole lot of MAGA people doesn’t seem so far-fetched anymore. Even the once conspiratorial talk of FEMA camps is sounding more possible.

In 2020 the far-left group, Demand Progress, demanded greater transparency and accountability from the USCP. They say it is the most secretive and unaccountable agency in the federal government. According to them, the USCP has less oversight than our intel agencies. They have no statutory obligation to answer record requests from the public like FOIAs or to publish reports on their activities. Even in D.C., they’re rogue, known for making arrests outside their scope within Capitol grounds with little or no interference.

If Waurishuk’s argument falls on deaf ears, expect the worst. According to the press release, the USCP plans to “pivot towards an intelligence-based protective agency”, engage in “joint training with the National Guard … riot training … shoot/don’t shoot scenarios [and] increas[e] its use of force. What could possibly go wrong?

Door-to-door forced vaccinations will be imminent. Neighbors, co-workers, and even family members will only need to file a complaint and your life will become a living hell. Trump rallies, flag-wavings, boat parades, and political protests will diminish. Make no mistake, this is a concerted plan to end our freedoms as we know them and silence half of the American population.

Saul Alinsky’s first tactic, “power isn’t only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have”, is about to be unleashed in full force. And Tampa, Florida is ground zero. As the left’s mantra goes, to them, this is war by any means necessary.

Gov. DeSantis must act swiftly and decisively to abort this mission by America’s new “secret police” also by any means necessary. Should he fail, the USCP will, aided by their “brownshirt” BLM and Antifa militant arm, have unfettered power to target Patriots, spy on us, arrest at will, and control in perpetuity. They will not stop at Tampa.

This is a perceived control that DeSantis, the Florida legislature, and all Floridians must fight with everything we’ve got. If we give in to even thinking they have that kind of power, then they will.

Earlier today the US House of Representatives passed a last-minute spending bill to keep the government funded for an additional 45 days, narrowly averting a government shutdown that would have commenced at 12:01 a.m. The bill, spearheaded by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), now heads to the Senate, where it is expected to pass.

With a 335-91 vote, the House approved a 45-day temporary funding measure that excludes border security and $6 billion in funding for Ukraine.

The bill includes provisions for disaster relief funds that likely swayed some Democrats to vote in favor.

Shortly after today’s vote news broke that Kevin McCarthy pulled a fast one and made a side deal with GOP Minority leader Mitch McConnell and Joe Biden to fund Ukraine.

Sure enough. Kevin McCarthy apparently made a side deal and will hold an up-or-down vote to continue to send billions in US taxpayer money to Ukraine for their war with Russia.

Fresh off of an impeachment vote that found him innocent of corruption charges, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton made a startling revelation regarding the state’s local courts and voter fraud cases.

During an interview with Tucker Carlson, Paxton explained how a local court threw out nearly 1,000 cases of voter fraud that his office was prosecuting.

Paxton said it didn’t make sense for the state’s Court of Criminal Appeals to dismiss over 900 cases of voter fraud and deny him the right to prosecute criminal matters.

“We were fully busy prosecuting voter fraud, and suddenly the Court of Criminal Appeals – all Republicans – said nope, it’s unconstitutional for the attorney general to be in court because these are the executive branch. That was their reasoning,” Paxton said. “They said that was a ‘judicial’ function, so I could no longer be in court.”

The Republican told Carlson that his office prosecuted more than enough cases to prove voter fraud. However, Texas House Speaker Dade Phelan blocked them all.

Paxton then criticized the Texas voting system, which supports mail-in ballots and not requiring people to provide an ID as other forms of voting do.

“When you change it to mailing it out to everybody … We have no idea who’s voting … That’s the system that they like because we can’t prove voter fraud if we set up a system that’s completely open,” Paxton added.

The attorney general claimed Republicans on the Court of Criminal Appeals are attempting to set him up for defeat, allowing voter fraud to happen right before their eyes.

Rep. Matt Gaetz announces plans to oust Speaker McCarthy

Republican Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz announced his plan Sunday to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy from leadership on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Gaetz told CNN’s Jake Tapper he will file a motion this week to remove McCarthy from his seat over a lack of trust. The motion would force a House vote on whether to vacate McCarthy’s seat.

“Speaker McCarthy made an agreement with House conservatives in January and since then he’s been in brazen, repeated material breach of that agreement,” Gaetz said Sunday. “This agreement that he made with Democrats to really blow past a lot of the spending guardrails we’d set up is a last straw.”

The Florida representative said there will be enough Republican votes to oust McCarthy, which will lead the speaker to strike a deal with the Democrats in Congress. He vowed to refuse to cut any deals with Democratic members of Congress.

“The only way Kevin McCarthy is Speaker of the House at the end of this coming week is if Democrats bail him out. Now, they probably will. I actually think that when you believe in nothing, as Kevin McCarthy does, everything’s negotiable and I think he’ll cut a deal with the Democrats,” he said.

If McCarthy does strike a deal with Democrats, Gaetz said, the current Republican leader “will be serving at the pleasure of the Democrats.”

“I’m done owning Kevin McCarthy,” Gaetz continued. “We made a deal in January to allow him to assume the speakership, and I’m not owning him anymore because he doesn’t tell the truth. And so if Democrats want to own Kevin McCarthy by bailing him out, I can’t stop them, but then he’ll be their speaker, not mine.”

Gaetz has reportedly been approaching Democrats about potential replacements if he files the motion to vacate, CNN reported. The tension between Gaetz and McCarthy escalated after President Joe Biden signed a short-term, McCarthy-supported bill Saturday to keep the government open until mid-November. The bill was signed into law just minutes before the federal government’s funding for fiscal year 2023 was slated to expire by midnight.

Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said in a separate Sunday interview with Tapper she would “absolutely” vote in favor of vacating McCarthy’s seat, according to CNN.

“I think Kevin McCarthy is a very weak speaker. He clearly has lost control of his caucus. He has brought the United States and millions of Americans to the brink, waiting until the final hour to keep the government open, and even then only issuing a 45-day extension,” she said.

Speaking at a New York Times event, he observed that heavy-handed policies won’t work: “If you try to do climate brute force, you will get people who say, ‘I like climate but I don’t want to bear that cost and reduce my standard of living.’”

As Gates noted, many of these people are in middle-income countries, like China and India, that are the biggest contributors to carbon emissions today and whose emissions (unlike those of the United States) have been growing.

He also rained on the greens’ apocalyptic parade, saying “no temperate country is going to become uninhabitable.”

And he cautioned against untested approaches like massive tree planting: “Are we the science people or are we the idiots? Which one do we want to be?”

Well, the climate policies the political system supports are mostly the ones likely to yield the most graft, and those the corporate world supports are mostly the ones involving massive government subsidies.

But it’s interesting to see Gates softening his tone; it feels as if climate outrage has passed its sell-by date.

Oh, sure, there are still kooks in Europe gluing themselves to roadways and the occasional nut throwing oil on famous works of art, but it’s all started to seem rather forced.

When you see a shift in a social trend like this, it’s almost always happening for the same reason: The people behind it have figured out it’s doing the left more harm than good.

It’s of a piece with the sudden de-emphasis of ESG (environmental, social, governance) as a tool of corporate management.

In both cases, the detached, well-off white people who mostly run the left dreamed up causes and slogans, which their follow-the-herd peers uncritically adopted until they ran into reality and the rest of the world noticed.

For Just $83,140, Princeton Will Train Your Son to Be a Drag Queen

It costs a staggering $83,140 to send a student to Princeton University, and that’s just for one year. Four years of this august Ivy League school will set you back a cool $332,560, and just think: for that kind of money, you could have bought a brand-new Corvette convertible every year and had some spare change left over.

But Princeton has its benefits: you may not be able to tool around in the glorious sunshine with the wind blowing your hair back, but for all that dough, Princeton will take your thoughtful, intelligent son and turn him into a prancing, preening, children’s-innocence-stealing drag queen. And they will do that in just one year, in case you can’t afford all four. Hey, it’s worth $83,140 to get in step with the times, isn’t it?

The College Fix reported Thursday that Princeton has launched a “new ‘Drag University’ program” that purports to “train students in the ‘artform.’” Do parents send their children to Princeton for this? If there are any parents out there (and I’m sure there are, complete with peeling Bernie stickers on their Volvos) who would be pleased and proud, nay, thrilled, if their sons became drag queens), there are cheaper ways to accomplish this than plunking down $83,140 to get him or her or xer or whatever a degree from Princeton.

The Princeton drag queen training program is “open to all undergraduate and graduate students interested in the world of drag,” so students need not be concerned that they might be too young for it. And there are no prerequisites or preliminary courses that enrollees have to take; they can go from zero to drag queen with just one course. No wonder Princeton charges so much.

The course goes for the entire “academic” year and covers a sweeping array of pressing issues that every young man who will be graduating from college and facing the future in the next few years needs to know, and know thoroughly. These include “the history of drag, ‘Sewing 101,’ choreography, face painting, photoshoots, and other topics,” as if all that wasn’t quite enough, thank you very much.

On the cutting edge as always, Princeton was actually offering scholarships for this course. An Instagram post stated: “Drag University is a new program housed under the mentorship pillar of the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center,” as anyone would expect. The Gender + Sexuality Resource Center describes itself as fostering “a supportive and inclusive campus community for women, femme, trans and queer Princetonians.”

In line with that mission, Princeton’s Drag University is a full-year program that will “teach about the history of drag, as well as the art form of drag. Sessions will be taught by local drag performers, on-campus partners who know their way around machines, and other students. This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students. The first 8 applicants who commit to the entire curriculum and attend orientation will get a scholarship to cover costs of supplies.”

Generous. This course, however, is so very much in line with the spirit of the age that all the scholarships were snapped up in the twinkling of an eye. The College Fix noted that “the form was updated this week to note: ‘At this time we have reached our capacity for our scholarships, but you are more than welcome to attend our workshops.’” That kind invitation appears to be extended only to Princeton students, so you’re still in for the $83,140.

Considering that “pride” is the emblematic slogan and second-favorite deadly sin of the entire LGBTQETC movement, it would have been only natural for Princeton to be effusive and enthusiastic about its new Drag University and happy to respond to inquiries. However, when The College Fix reached out to university administrators, Princeton’s media affairs division, and the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center seeking information about “the number of students enrolled and what pool of money is being used to fund the scholarships,” all of them ignored the inquiries.

Surely they couldn’t have something to hide, could they? Surely they are just bursting with pride about their Drag University, and want all Princeton parents and alumni to know about it, don’t they? Don’t they? If not, why not? Could it be that somewhere underneath their dresses, exaggerated makeup, and wigs, Princeton administrators still have some understanding that this sort of “academic course” is deeply offensive on numerous levels and has no place in any decent university? Inconceivable!

Federal investigators explored charging Hunter Biden for sex trafficking crimes

Federal investigators raised the possibility of charging first son Hunter Biden for crimes related to sex trafficking, according to IRS whistleblower documents made public this week.

Justice Department Tax Division prosecutor Jack Morgan outlined nine instances in which President Biden’s 53-year-old son appeared to be communicating with prostitutes and coordinating their travel across state lines, in an October 2020 email to Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf released by the House Ways and Means Committee on Wednesday.

“Lesley: Attached are some, but not all, of the relevant documents related to SM and solicitation,” Morgan writes in the missive, referring to Hunter Biden as “SM.”

“I summarize the contents below. The highlighted records are those that are most probative for Mann act purposes,” he adds.

Morgan’s email highlights two cases where “likely” escorts traveled from Los Angeles and New York to meet with Hunter in Boston.

Congress Squanders Opportunity to End Disaster at the Border, Supports Status Quo Instead

The following statement was issued by Dan Stein, president of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), regarding the failure of the House of Representatives to include meaningful border enforcement language in the Continuing Resolution:

Washington, D.C., “During this spending battle, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives squandered a chance to address one of the nation’s most pressing crises—our dangerously out-of-control borders. The Continuing Resolution (CR), which was offered on the floor Friday, included many of the spending cuts conservative Republicans were demanding and it included strong policy changes that would have reversed the Biden administration’s open-borders policies. Yet, nearly two dozen House Republicans voted against it.

“After that failure, Speaker McCarthy today put a clean CR on the floor that offers no spending cuts and no immigration enforcement provisions, but succeeded in passing it with the support of Democrats. In doing so, the Republicans who blocked Friday’s CR proposal allowed the perfect to become the enemy of the good. The good, in this case, would have been passage of meaningful border enforcement measures and a step toward the overall budget cuts they championed.

“The Senate, eager to capitalize on this failure, quickly moved to pass the clean CR offered by the House. The result is that, even in the face of new record numbers of encounters at the border, for the next 45 days nothing will change and the crisis at the border will rage on.

“The CR passed today allows President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas to continue their open-borders agenda, and actually provides them the opportunity to abuse our immigration laws to help facilitate the entry of illegal aliens. The status quo is not acceptable, and only policy changes will avert the crisis that the American people and communities across the country see today.

“Congress’ failure to act in the face of this raging border crisis and humanitarian disaster is unconscionable. Between now and November 17, when the CR runs out, House leaders must make it clear that any spending agreements for FY 2024 must include H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act.

“What took place over the last few days was a missed opportunity to address a full-fledged crisis. The nation cannot afford to wait. Congress has failed us once. It must use the next 45 days to act.”
