Donald J. Trump statement regarding tragic terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida

Donald Trump posted the following statement on Facebook:

Last night, our nation was attacked by a radical Islamic terrorist. It was the worst terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11, and the second of its kind in 6 months. My deepest sympathy and support goes out to the victims, the wounded, and their families.

In his remarks today, President Obama disgracefully refused to even say the words ‘Radical Islam’. For that reason alone, he should step down. If Hillary Clinton, after this attack, still cannot say the two words ‘Radical Islam’ she should get out of this race for the Presidency.

If we do not get tough and smart real fast, we are not going to have a country anymore. Because our leaders are weak, I said this was going to happen – and it is only going to get worse. I am trying to save lives and prevent the next terrorist attack. We can’t afford to be politically correct anymore.

The terrorist, Omar Mir Saddique Mateen, is the son of an immigrant from Afghanistan who openly published his support for the Afghanistani Taliban and even tried to run for President of Afghanistan. According to Pew, 99% of people in Afghanistan support oppressive Sharia Law.

We admit more than 100,000 lifetime migrants from the Middle East each year. Since 9/11, hundreds of migrants and their children have been implicated in terrorism in the United States.

Hillary Clinton wants to dramatically increase admissions from the Middle East, bringing in many hundreds of thousands during a first term – and we will have no way to screen them, pay for them, or prevent the second generation from radicalizing.

We need to protect all Americans, of all backgrounds and all beliefs, from Radical Islamic Terrorism – which has no place in an open and tolerant society. Radical Islam advocates hate for women, gays, Jews, Christians and all Americans. I am going to be a President for all Americans, and I am going to protect and defend all Americans. We are going to make America safe again and great again for everyone.

A Crisis of Confidence: Obama’s Gay Agenda and Muslims in America

In a column titled Western Civilization: Crisis of Confidence Stephen W. Browne writes:

We’re caught in an awful contradiction when we welcome into our midst members of a culture that accepts chattel slavery, the brutal subjugation of women, the murder of apostates, honor killings, murdering homosexuals, and killing those who insult their religion.

Tom Trento from The United West, reporting for Breitbart News, interviewed Florida Senator Bill Nelson (D) about Omar Mir Seddique Mateen, a Muslim who slaughtered 50 homosexuals in the Pulse, a gay bar in Orlando. The Pulse Gay Club was founded to “promote awareness of the area’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community” according to USA Today. Here is the Trento video interview:

President Obama in his comments about the shooting said:

I just finished a meeting with FBI Director Comey and my homeland security and national security advisors. The FBI is on the scene and leading the investigation, in partnership with local law enforcement. I’ve directed that the full resources of the federal government be made available for this investigation.

We are still learning all the facts. This is an open investigation. We’ve reached no definitive judgment on the precise motivations of the killer. The FBI is appropriately investigating this as an act of terrorism.

President Obama and Senator Nelson appear to be caught in a crisis of confidence.

Nelson calls Omar Mateen a “lone wolf” and says he cannot confirm “with certainty” that Islamic jihadist ideology led the shooter to perform his crime. Obama stated, “We’ve reached no definitive judgement on the precise motivations of the killer.”

“It is a fact that Muslims communities are extremely homophobic,” Sohail Ahmed, an anti-Islamism campaigner and openly gay Muslim told the Clarion Project. “According to traditionalist Islam, homosexuality is one of the worst sins one can commit. In addition, it is a mainstream view that the punishment for homosexuality is death. Given all this, it is not in the least bit surprising that this attack has occurred, so soon after an ISIS spokesman called for lone-wolf attacks during the holy month of Ramadan.”

Jamie Schram and Tina Moore from the New York Post reported:

Mateen “made a pledge of allegiance to ISIS,” California Rep. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, told CNN.

Schiff said the timing and target of the attack can’t be a coincidence.

Mateen was licensed to work as an armed security guard in the state of Florida, federal law enforcement sources said.

President Obama has made it a point to further the “gay agenda” most recently via his Department of Education’s edict requiring schools to allow transgenders to use the bathroom of their choice in public schools or lose federal funding.  At the same time President Obama has embraced the Islamic community (ummah) and has repeatedly called Islam the “religion of peace.” As we reported Mateen was registered as a Democrat.

Have Obama’s social policies lead to a crisis of confidence within the Democratic Party and the United States?

President Obama and the Democratic Party have created a clash of cultures within America. This clash of cultures is the proximate cause of the slaughter in Orlando. You cannot have it both ways, as is seen by those who follow Mohammed and those who violate the Quran on homosexuality. The Democratic Party has two tribes that are at war with one another. Orlando is just one manifestation of that war. The Islamic holy war (jihad) is against any non-believer, just one of which are homosexuals, and the war for gay rights, understanding that homosexuality is a life style choice and not race based.

The Muslims who are registered as Democrats are conflicted as are the homosexuals registered as Democrats. Muslims do not tolerate homosexuality, homosexuals do not  tolerate religion in general.

Perhaps it is time for cultural clarity and time to end this crisis of confidence?

“Police said the gunman was believed to be in his 20s was not a local man, and the FBI believe he may have ‘leanings to radical Islamic terrorism.’”

We tried to sound a warning on this, and were vilified for doing so. When AFDI ran ads highlighting the mistreatment of gays in Islamic law, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, which is its city council, issued a resolution condemning not that mistreatment, but our ads.

Gay advocates such as Theresa Sparks and Chris Stedman attacked us for daring to call attention to the institutionalized mistreatment of gays under Islamic law. Their gay advocacy doesn’t extend to standing up to Sharia oppression of gays, even though that oppression is far more virulent and violent than anything from “right-wing extremists” in the U.S. And you can’t blame them: given the Leftist/jihadist alliance, it’s clear that if they spoke out against Sharia mistreatment of gays, they would no longer be invited to the best parties, and might even be branded as “right-wing.” Their moral cowardice and duplicity, however, are obvious, and monstrous in the light of what has just happened in Orlando.

“‘We consider this an act of terrorism’: Suspected Islamic extremist shoots dead at least 20 dead at Florida gay club after bursting in ‘wearing a suicide vest’ and taking hostages – injuring a further 42,” by Matt Hunter and Jenny Stanton, Dailymail.com, June 12, 2016:

A suspected Islamic extremist [Omar Mateen] wielding an assault rifle and a handgun has killed about 20 people after taking party-goers hostage inside a gay nightclub in Orlando.

The gunman was carrying a suspicious device, possibly a suicide vest, when he opened fire inside Pulse in the early hours of this morning.

Orlando Police Chief John Mina said authorities have not determined the exact number of people killed, but that ‘approximately 20’ have died. Another 42 people were taken to hospital.

An FBI spokesman said the mass shooting is being investigated as an act of terrorism. He explained authorities are looking into whether this was an act of domestic or international terror, and if the shooter was a lone wolf.

Police said the gunman was believed to be in his 20s was not a local man, and the FBI believe he may have ‘leanings to radical Islamic terrorism’.

The killings took place less than four miles from where The Voice singer and YouTube star Christina Grimmie, 22, was shot dead at The Plaza Live in Orlando on Friday.

Party-goers were urged to ‘get out and keep running’ as bullets started flying at around 2am local time.

Eyewitnesses described the gunman having a bomb strapped to himself when he started shooting today.

At around 6.00 local time (11am GMT) police said on Twitter: ‘Pulse Shooting: The shooter inside the club is dead.’ Officers described it as a ‘mass shooting’.

One man who said he was inside the club posted that the shooting broke out around 2 a.m. and that he heard about 40 shots being fired.

Police earlier carried out an controlled explosion at 5.15 local time (10.15am GMT today). but it is not yet clear whether that was linked with the gunman’s death.

It was thought that at least one hostage had been locked in a bathroom with gunshot wounds.

Around 100 officers were involved in the hostage situation before the gunman was killed.

During the gunfire, an officer was shot, but he was saved by his helmet.

Local TV reporter Stewart Moore said that more than 20 people had been shot with an assault rifle.

Jon Alamo said he was at the back of one of the club’s rooms when a man holding a weapon came into the front of the room.

‘I heard 20, 40, 50 shots,’ Alamo said. ‘The music stopped.’

Club-goer Rob Rick said it happened around, 2 a.m., just before closing time. ‘Everybody was drinking their last sip,’ he said.

He estimated more than 100 people were still inside when he heard shots, got on the ground and crawled toward a DJ booth.

A bouncer knocked down a partition between the club area and an area in the back where only workers are allowed. People inside were able to then escape through the back of the club.

Christopher Hansen said he was in the VIP lounge when he started hearing gunshots.

‘I was thinking, are you kidding me? So I just dropped down. I just said please, please, please, I want to make it out,’ he said. ‘And when I did, I saw people shot. I saw blood. You hope and pray you don’t get shot.’

He continued to hear shooting even after he emerged, where police were telling people to back away from the club. He saw injured people being tended to across the street.

Mina Justice was outside the club trying to contact her 30-year-old son Eddie, who texted her when the shooting happened and asked her to call police.

He told her he ran into a bathroom with other club patrons to hide. He then texted her: ‘He’s coming.’

‘The next text said: `He has us, and he’s in here with us,” she said. ‘That was the last conversation.’

Ricardo Almodovar was in the nightclub. He said: ‘Shooter opened fire at around 2.00am. People on the dance floor and bar got down on the floor and some of us who were near the bar and back exit managed to go out through the outdoor area and just ran.

‘I am safely home and hoping everyone gets home safely as well.’ Juan Rivera said on Twitter: ‘Never seen so many dead bodies on the floor, God is good that my friends and I didn’t get shot’.

Anthony Torres heard people screaming that others in the nightclub were dead.

Rosie Feba was in the club with her girlfriend and described the moment the shooting happened to the Orlando Sentinal.

She said: ‘Everyone was getting on the floor.I told her [girlfriend] I didn’t think it was real, I thought it was just part of the music, until I saw fire coming out of his gun.’

A police dispatcher described the incident as an ‘active shooting’. Officers are advising locals to stay away from the area.

He said: ‘There are injuries. I am not sure if there are any deceased at this time.’

‘Officers are going in to search the building and to get people out,’ the dispatcher said.

The police department posted on their official Twitter account: ‘Multiple injuries. Stay away from the area.’

Pulse nightclub said on its Facebook account: ‘Everyone get out of Pulse and keep running.’

Dozens of officers and medics are at the scene including Orlando Fire Department’s bomb squad and hazardous material team.

Police have not given any further updates on the hostage situation or the gunman….

PM Trudeau! Please Assure Me and Canadians About Free Press

An Open Letter to Justin Trudeau about intimidations and threats from Muslim MPs in the government.

Dear Mr. Prime Minister Hon. Justin Trudeau,

As a journalist, a member of PEN Canada and a member of CJFE, I agree with you what you have clearly said last Friday that freedom of the press is very important to you and Canada.

You were saying this in the context of Chinese Foreign Minister’s angry remarks in Ottawa about a Canadian Journalist, Kevin Garratt, who has been jailed in China. But sadly I got harassed, humiliated and bullied by your three MPs on the following day in Mississauga in the wake of my rights for free press.

On that harassing incident, I was about to call the police but then took a deep breath and decided to reflect in it the press.

On a bright sunny Saturday afternoon, I saw MP Omar Alghabra walking to an event stage with two other MPs, Salma Zahid and Iqra Khalid. I was standing with my wife, Haleema Sadia and a few friends at the Halal Food Festival, Celebration Square Mississauga.

As we knew all three MPs, my wife and I greeted them. My wife, an anchor person, asked MP Omar Alghabra to come to our TAG TV Studio. Alghabra blasted us in return and pointed out to me that I wrote a misleading article against him and the infiltration of Islamists to the liberal party.

I answered that I didn’t write any misleading article.

Then he opened his smart phone and showed me my article with the title, “Brotherhood Front Groups Target Canadian Parliament,” that was published in April 3, 2014.

He accused me of attacking the Muslim Brotherhood, Jama’at-e-Islami and other Muslim groups in that article and called me a discredited journalist. He then lectured me about ethics of journalism for around fifteen minutes.

MP Salma Zahid jumped into the discussion and accused me of mentioning her name against previous government’s Bill C51 (that I never did). Then MP Iqra Khalid accused me of associating her with Jama’at-e-Islami.

Sadly, the way those MPs surrounded and harassed me and my wife that Saturday afternoon prove my fears what I have expressed in the same article two years ago.

I pondered that if my single article about my opinion on growing Islamic extremism is upsetting those Canadian Muslim MPs to that extent that they were so intolerant and humiliating to me and my wife (we are both Progressive Canadian Muslims who don’t necessarily buy their perception of Islam) and towards dissident thoughts, how could we expect them to create a bridge between the government and Canada’s diverse Muslim communities?

It’s not the first time we experienced such attacking behavior from them. They have been observed by other community members as talking negatively about our writing and speaking our ideas in the Canadian Pakistani and Muslim communities.

My wife was shocked and wondered, based on this highly irresponsible and humiliating behavior, whether or not those MPs belong in the Canadian Parliament or rather a parliament in Pakistan or Syria.

She fearfully asks me what would happen to us as those three member parliaments have in a way threatened us and our right to a free press.

I responded to my wife that we will keep fighting for our rights for a free press, even against those powerful people who misuse their powers and try to harm us.

I hope you will help assure our safety and maintain environment of a free press that is dear to you and all Canadians as well.

According to the Department of Justice an Iraqi immigrant, now a U.S. citizen was just sentenced to 48 months in prison for lying to the FBI about a trip he took into Syria in 2013.

Iraqi-born, Bilal Abood, 38 years old of Mesquite, Texas was a former translator who took advantage of a special program that catapulted those towards citizenship who helped our military.  He also joined the U.S. Army and went through basic training but left after the Army would not allow him to go back to visit family in Iraq.

That was the story he told to the FBI in March of 2013 as he attempted to board a flight from Fort Worth International Airport, he just wanted to travel to Iraq to see his family. Apparently, the real reason was to get to Syria and fight with Islamic State.

In reality according to the DOJ website,

“On approximately April 29, 2013, Abood left the United States through Mexico and traveled through various countries into Syria.  On Sept. 16, 2013, Abood returned to the United States and admitted to FBI special agents that he had traveled to Syria, but he denied supporting any terrorist groups.”

According to Counter Extremism Project Abood began working as a security guard in 2009 after arriving here from Iraq. Following the false report he made to the FBI in 2013, a warrant was obtained to search his computer. Its inspection revealed pro-Islamic State propaganda and tweets supporting Abu Bakr Bagdadi.

In addition,  he has received Army training, and has experience as a security guard which makes Abood especially dangerous, according to FBI Special Agent John Brown.

Considering his background one would think he should be carted off and put into Guantanamo. Why is this jihadi terrorist only receiving 4 years prison time? One could make a reasonable bet that it will be cut in half for good behavior. This dangerous jihadi may possibly be out on the streets of Texas in 24 months.

On the East side of the country we have a recently reported case of Mohamad Jamal Khweis, of Alexandria, Virginia, born to Pakistani immigrants, who is being charged with providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization.

According to USA Today,

“Khweis, who spoke to Kurdistan24 TV in March after fleeing ISIL, said he was raised in in a Washington, D.C., suburb and had studied criminal law at a community college. The son of a limo driver and cosmetologist also worked for a time as a Virginia bank teller.”

Khweis apparently sold his car to travel through Europe and Turkey to get into Syria. Once in Syria he was taken to a place in Raqqa and stripped of all identification. Some interesting testimony from Mohamad follows in the article:

  • “he was asked at one point whether he wanted to be a suicide bomber, and he answered, ‘yes,’ thinking the question was intended to test his commitment to ISIL.”
  • “the recruits met with a special ISIL group responsible for training foreign volunteers and sending them “back to their home countries to conduct operations and execute attacks.”
  • “Khweis also described rigorous religious training where an Imam would end each lesson by stating, “May God destroy America.”

This type of travel for Islamic State sympathizers and jihadis seems to be getting little more than a ho-hum from the American media. When one ponders the fact that America is an outsourcer of Islamic terrorism, it begins to awaken the average citizen to the fact that we are being constantly infiltrated with terrorists and terrorist sympathizers within our borders. The majority of Islamic terrorist attacks committed here in America, and there have been many, have been perpetrated either by Muslim immigrants or families of Muslim immigrants, and have received teaching from Mosques here in America.

Can there be a connection here, and might that connection just spur our legislators to clamp down on immigration from hot-beds of Islamic terrorism so as to uphold the oath they took to protect from enemies both foreign and domestic? If not, then the legislators deserve to be physically removed from their offices by We the People.

Therefore, it makes perfect sense to ban any more Muslims from entering this country until we can deal with the terrorists and would-be terrorists already within our flimsy borders. Many are entering our borders through legal means, be it the Refugee Resettlement Program, Hb1, and student visas. These programs need to be halted, and/or extensively limited until proven safe for Americans.

Thank God for the FBI agents who are doing a tremendous job to weed out and capture these Muslims who pose a threat to our personal security. They have a magnanimous job ahead of them though as the President and his administration continue to add more potential terrorists who may end up like Abood and Khweis as they pledge themselves to Islamic State.

One might wonder how many of these stealth jihadists are we rubbing shoulders with on a daily basis without even knowing it? Authentic Americans who love their God-given freedoms had better stand now to demand some action from many in Congress who are failing in their duties to this country. A good place to start would be to defund the Refugee Resettlement Program.

VIDEO: CAIR’s Hassan Shibly Schemes To Manufacture Airport Inspection Complaints

On May 29, 2016 The Council On American Islamic Relations (CAIR) leader Hassan Shibly was returning to the U.S. from Istanbul Turkey.  At the airport, Mr. Shibly, was asked for a secondary screening by Custom’s and Border Protection (CBP) Agents.

Hassan Shibly got so unhinged, at his secondary screening by the (CBP) he made two selfie videos posting them to his FaceBook page on May 29th & 30th, explaining how certain Muslims should behave when being questioned at the airport.

I will explain how Imam Shibly and CAIR are instructing Muslims to be loud and disrespectful to airport security hoping to generate a mass complaint lawsuit against the U.S. Government for Muslim discrimination at airports.

Hassan Shibly, and many Muslim advocacy groups derive their power by conflating Islam, Muslim, and race.  Everyone knows that a follower of Islam is called a Muslim and there is no racial component in Islam.  It is this false idea of Islam being a race that CAIR plays so well on the unknowing public.

CAIR believes these manufactured secondary inspection complaints will trigger a government report and class action lawsuit on how Muslims are singled out at airports.  The objective is to scare law enforcement into granting accommodations to Muslims over and above the rest of the general population.

Hassan Shibly’s Advice To His Fellow Muslims:

  1. When a CBP agent asks you anything beyond identification tell the agent, “None of your Damn Business.”
  2. If your being questioned and its prayer time,  stop everything, prostate yourself, and pray loudly, Brothers and Sisters must not skip their prayers.
  3. Immediately call CAIR and file a complaint with us that you were targeted for inspection.
  4. On behalf of CAIR I will then file a ‘Mass discrimination Complaint’ but I need your help to do it,  so file a complaint because we need a lot of them to bring change and justice.

Let me explain how haram and deceitful Imam Hassan Shibly really is. Imam Shibly lies to his fellow Muslims telling them not to miss a prayer, when traveling,  even if you’re in the middle of a secondary inspection.  Most of the people of knowledge are of the opinion that it is permissible to combine two prayers during the time of either one of them while traveling.  Mohammad himself combined the zuhr and ‘asr prayers before he started his journey in Tabuk.

Hassan Shibly and CAIR are so obsessed on getting these complaints filed they’re instructing Muslims to disregard the example of Mohammad, which is a very serious business in the world of Islam. Innocent Muslims accepting Mr. Shibly’s counsel will be  drawing unneeded attention to themselves, with loud prayers and telling authorities, it’s none of your damn business, over and over.  Hassan Shibly, is betting these innocent Muslim travelers, following his advice, will get extra CBP attention resulting in more complaints for CAIR to achieve their political objectives.

Conclusion

According to 2014 FBI statistics, 56.8% of anti-religious hate crimes were committed against Jews.

Coming in second at 16.1% were Muslims.

I encourage all followers of Islam, to be positive,  go out of you’re way to thank law enforcement and our military men and women for keeping us all safe.  If the CBP calls you in for secondary screening,  cooperate with them, answer their questions, tell them you understand their job is to keep us all safe and its not an easy one.

Put yourself in the shoes of law enforcement and treat them with the respect they deserve.  You will find that once your personal attitude becomes positive, those in authority and in your day to day interactions with people will become more positive.

When you drink from the fountain of positive energy you will see the world differently and most people will respond in kind.

There are people out there like Hassan Shibly and CAIR who will use your positive energy and manufacture hate out of it.  To all my Muslim friends and neighbors, please don’t let Hassan Shibly and CAIR take you down that dark road of manufactured victimhood.

‘Pockets of Resistance’ coined by feds to brand us! What’s it mean?

You’ve been seeing the phrase in news reports….

So where did it come from?

‘Pockets of resistance’ is what the federal bureaucracy initially called us!  We liked the description so much that we have made it our own!

I just did a quickie look around for the idiom ‘pockets of resistance’ and see that it usually is a reference to a small group of people resisting domination. Hmmm!  When I first heard it to describe us—anyone questioning the UN/US government’s colonization of our communities with third world refugees—I thought of the famous, tough and brave French resistance to Hitler’s domination of France.

I first heard the phrase uttered (in derogatory tones) by an employee of the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement three years ago (June 2013) in Lancaster, PA, and was amazed that federal bureaucrats and their refugee contractors had actually taken time to ‘brand’ us.

They mentioned three states where ‘pockets of resistance’ had formed—Georgia, New Hampshire (because of Gatsas) and Tennessee.

Now there are many many more in a national network of ‘pockets of resistance!’

Up until a reader from Tennessee directed me to a 2012 news story posted at the UNITED NATIONS, I assumed the phrase originated in the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement (in HHS), but check this out: The UNHCR, when reporting on a US State Department trip to mollify Tennesseans, references the phrase!

The U.S. State Department’s head of refugees met with local officials Thursday. His visit is partially in response topockets of resistance to resettlement in Tennessee.

So, it appears that the inner circles at both the US State Department and at the Dept. of Health and Human Services were both using ‘pockets of resistance’ when discussing America citizens’ concerns about the program.  Amazing!

Simone had killed two Germans in the Paris fighting two days previously to this photo being taken and she also had assisted in capturing 25 German POWs during the fall of Chartres. She was member the Francs-Tireurs et Partisans group (French for “free shooters”), the group named themselves after the French irregular light infantry and saboteurs who fought the Germans during the Franco-Prussian War.

Simone Segouin was involved in armed actions against enemy convoys and trains, attacks against enemy detachments, acts of sabotages etc. The French newspaper Independent Eure-et-Loir on its August 26, 1944 issue described her as “one of the purest fighters of heroic French Resistance who prepared the way for the Liberation”. She was present at the fall of Chartres, on August 23, 1944, and at the Liberation of Paris. She was promoted to lieutenant, and awarded the Croix de guerre. A street in Courville-sur-Eure was named for her.

Update on the man who purchased weapons for San Bernardino Muslim slaughterers

Florida Family Association reported that we would closely watch this case.  The following events have taken place regarding this case.

The friend who bought the assault weapons used in the San Bernardino terrorist attack also had ties other aspiring jihadists, federal prosecutors say.

Enrique Marquez Jr. is accused of having links with a group of California militants who were arrested in 2012 as they tried to fly to Afghanistan to join al-Qaida.

It is the first time that the 24-year-old, who allegedly supplied the rifles used to kill 14 people in the December massacre, has been linked to other terrorist groups.

The allegations were made in a lawsuit, filed by the government on Tuesday, which is aimed at seizing a life insurance payout to Farook’s mother.

‘Marquez had ties to a group of jihadists (‘California jihadists’) who were arrested in 2012 when they attempted to travel to Afghanistan to join’ al Qaeda, the suit said.

The California jihadists may be a reference to four men from the area who were arrested that same year and convicted of plotting to join the Taliban or al Qaeda to kill American troops.

Three of the four were apprehended as they headed to Mexico to catch a flight to the Middle East to rendezvous with the fourth man in Afghanistan.

Marquez is due to go on trial next month to face charges of supplying guns used in the San Bernardino massacre on December 2.

Prosecutors say he bought the assault weapons for his childhood friend Syed Rizwan Farook and Farook’s wife, Tashfeen Malik three years ago, which they then used to murder 14 people before dying in a gunfight with police.

Marquez is also accused of plotting an earlier attack with Farook back in 2011 or 2012 at a California college.

The 24-year-old punk rock fan, who converted to Islam in 2007, plotted to use pipe bombs and explosives with Farook on a gridlocked Los Angeles highway and at Riverside Community College in 2011 in a bid to create mass casualties.

The former security guard, who told the FBI he was radicalized by hate preacher Anwar al-Awlaki, allegedly made the explosives for another attack in 2012 and even went to a firing range to practice.

But Marquez, who pleaded not guilty to conspiring to provide material support to terrorists, backed out of the plot after the four Californians were arrested on terrorism charges in late 2012, the FBI said in court documents.

IEDs found in the home shared by Farook and Malik after the attack in San Bernardino were filled with the ‘smokeless powder’ Marquez purchased in 2012, federal prosecutors said.

Officials also claimed Marquez legally bought two AR-15s three years ago for Farook as a favor because the US-born health inspector was worried that he would not pass a background check had he tried to buy the weapons himself.

The pair, who met in 2004, allegedly agreed Marquez should buy the high-powered weapons ‘because he was Caucasian, while Farook looked Middle Eastern’.

According to the criminal complaint, Farook started showing and teaching Marquez about radical Islamic ideology, which included anger towards Muslims in the U.S. military, after 2007.

They also discussed the extremists views of the now-deceased imam al-Awlaki.

An immigration official stopped Homeland Security agents from arresting the alleged gun supplier of the San Bernardino terrorists the day after the attack and then lied about it to department investigators.

Irene Martin prevented armed officers from detaining Enrique Marquez who was scheduled to be interviewed alongside his Russian wife Mariya Chernyk, a government report has stated.

He was being questioned after his friends Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, killed 14 people at an office Christmas party.

When the FBI learned Marquez had allegedly supplied the guns, they sent a team from the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) unit to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office where they were being questioned.

But Martin allegedly refused to allow the officers to get to Marquez and delayed them when they were given permission.

She since been reassigned to a different office, but she is set to avoid punishment, even though Marquez has since been charged with a number of terrorism-related offenses linked to the atrocity carried out by his friends.

A report into the aftermath of the horrific attack slammed the field officer for getting in the way of the investigation.

Martin wasn’t named, but she has been identified as the field officer. She is also listed in the position on the agency’s website.

The damning report reads: ‘We concluded that the USCIS Field Office Director at the San Bernardino office improperly delayed HSI agents from conducting a lawful and routine law enforcement action, but when the Field Office Director elevated the situation to her supervisors, the situation was corrected.

‘We found that the contract security personnel improperly prevented HSI personnel from entering the building.

Finally, we found that there was no attempt by ICE leadership or supervisory personnel within HSI to attempt to retaliate against the individuals who notified HSGAC of the situation.

LOS ANGELES — Federal prosecutors on Tuesday filed a lawsuit to seize payments on life insurance policies taken out by San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook in the years before the December attacks.

The U.S. Attorney’s office in Los Angeles filed the civil asset forfeiture lawsuit for two policies worth a total of $275,000.

Farook took out the policies, one worth $25,000 in 2012 and the other, worth $250,000, in 2013, prosecutors said.

His mother was named as beneficiary of both policies. Farook’s wife, Tashfeen Malik, died with him in a shootout with authorities after the Dec. 2 attack during which the couple shot and killed 14 people.

The U.S. Attorney’s office says that under federal law, assets derived from terrorism against the United States are subject to forfeiture. The lawsuit seeks to seize both the proceeds and the policies themselves.

“Terrorists must not be permitted to provide for their designated beneficiaries through their crimes,” U.S. Attorney Eileen M. Decker said in a statement. “My office intends to explore every legal option available to us to ensure these funds are made available to the victims of this horrific crime. We will continue to use every tool available to seek justice on behalf of the victims.”

A message left seeking comment from Farook family attorneys about the lawsuit was not immediately returned.

U.S. State Department: We will reach 10,000 Syrian Muslim migrant goal in September

CNS News reporter Patrick Goodenough is staying on top of the numbers coming out of the US State Department and has the latest count today.  Thanks to reader ‘heymister24’ for letting us know about the up-to-the-minute numbers.

(CNSNews.com) – The State Department is committed to meeting President Obama’s goal of admitting 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States this fiscal year, and expects the numbers to “increase exponentially” over the summer, a spokesman said Tuesday.

With four months left in FY2016, the administration has admitted 3,566 Syrian refugees as of Tuesday – or 35.6 percent of the 10,000 target number.

Of the 761 admitted since the beginning of June, none are Christians. The 761 refugees comprise 759 Sunnis, and two other Muslims.

Remember readers that September 30th is not the end of it. All of those new resettlement sites we have been writing about (Reno, NV, Missoula, MT, Rutland, VT etc.), will get their Syrians next year.  Obama has one more shot at ‘determining’ who comes to the US and how many (for FY2017) just as he is leaving office and he has already said the numbers will be much greater than this year. Could a newly elected President in November, put a halt to the flow in January—YES! But, you can be sure Hillary won’t!

A new book by Dept.of Homeland Security whistleblower Philip Haney is filled with first-hand testimony that will make your mouth drop.

A new book by Department of Homeland Security whistleblower Philip Haney, titled See Something Say Nothing, is filled with first-hand testimony that will make your mouth drop.

If you read the Clarion Project, then you’re aware of how U.S. governments, Democrats and Republicans, have tried to accommodate Islamism and political correctness. This book shows that it’s even worse than we thought.

A little background: Haney’s research on Islamist movements—rather than a narrow focus on membership in proscribed terrorist organizations derived from such movements– won the respect of his peers, many of whom are quoted in the book.

Haney was commended for identifying over 300 possible terrorist suspects and working on important and complex counter-terrorism cases. He and 10 colleagues were honored by a FBI Special Agent-in-Charge for proactively contributing to 98 FBI investigations, identifying 67 individuals engaged in suspicion activity who were previously known to the Joint Terrorism Task Force and identifying 24 persons of interest.

He developed a database of 185 Islamist terrorist groups in 81 countries and associated Islamist movements, believing that we need to “connect the dots” between the movements and radicalization, instead of only “connecting the dots” between individual jihadist operatives.

Here are 10 jarring revelations from DHS whistleblower Philip Haney’s new book:

Investigations into Islamist movements like the Tablighi Jamaat and Muslim Brotherhood were stopped by the federal government in the name of religious liberties.

The National Targeting Center investigation into the Tablighi Jamaat networks resulted in over 1,200 law enforcement actions, such as denial of visas to Jamaat members who wanted to enter the country. Then the State Department Civil Rights Division intervened.

“We know that members of the Tablighi Jamaat are fundamentalists, but they’re not terrorists,” Haney recalls a State Department representative informing him and his colleagues.

They informed the State Department official that its own consular officers were rejected three out of four Tablighi Jamaat-affiliated visa applications because of security concerns. That soon came to an end.

The same story happened with the Muslim Brotherhood, despite the fact that the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas are an intertwined network, as shown by the Justice Department in the trial of a Brotherhood front (Holy Land Foundation) for financing Hamas.

The hard work of the investigations was not only stopped; it was thrown out. Haney was ordered to delete over 800 records related to Islamist extremists.

Haney calls it the “great purge” and counter-terrorism personnel unconnected to him have also talked about databases related to Islamist extremist movements being cleansed.

Thanks to the DHS Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, a narrow focus on illegal activity in support of banned terrorist organizations took hold. The DHS deemed that data collection related to permitted Islamist movements like Tablighi Jamaat and Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to religious freedom and must be deleted in order to prevent profiling.

The deleted files may have prevented the “underwear” bomb plot, the Boston bombings and the San Bernardino attacks.

Haney’s story, along with copious amounts of other evidence, proves the worthiness of targeting the “radicalizer” (Islamist movements) and not just the radicalized (the jihadist terrorist). Underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Tsarnaev brothers, and San Bernardino shooters Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik all associated with Islamist movements and institutions that were investigated by Haney and his colleagues. Had they continued, it is likely that they would have been denied visas into the U.S. and/or been put under surveillance.. He was exonerated each time.

When one of their own acclaimed experts offered to explain Islamism and its networks, the higher-ups didn’t even reply.

This is a bipartisan problem, as Haney can attest to. He saw the problems develop starting in 2006 under the Bush Administration with each year getting progressively worse. When the Department of Homeland Security began adopting politically-correct language that avoided the ideology, setting a precedent that the Obama Administration would later intensify, Haney offered to explain the ideology and his concerns to his supervisors and anyone who would listen. No one replied.

DHS even rejected the FBI’s request to use him for investigating a Muslim Brotherhood front.

Haney wasn’t just stopped from pursuing his investigations within Customs and Border Protection (which is part of DHS), his supervisors even stopped him from helping the FBI in regards to a Brotherhood front. He was not even told whether they replied to the FBI agent’s request for his help.

Senior officials intervened to let Islamists fly into the U.S. against the advice of their own personnel.

In addition to the changed attitude towards letting Tablighi Jamaat members into the U.S., the federal government also granted entry to terror-linked Muslim Brotherhood activist Jamal Badawi. Customs and Border Patrol had even prepared a dossier making the case against letting him.

Badawi’s complaints about receiving secondary inspections when traveling to the U.S. and lawsuit worked. The Brotherhood/Hamas-linked activist was allowed to enter the U.S. to speak at a Brotherhood/Hamas-linked organization’s conference.

Six individuals affiliated with Muslim Brotherhood fronts helped craft the Obama Administration’s Countering Violent Extremism approach to counter-terrorism.

The result, as you might have expected, was Islamist-friendly training guidelines; ones that even excluded “Muslim reformers” as trainers. Most recently, the Obama Administration picked an activist linked to a Brotherhood front as its liaison to the Muslim-American community.

Haney documented over 50 meetings between members of the executive and legislative branches and members of organizations identified by the U.S. government as Muslim Brotherhood fronts between 1998 and 2009.

There has been little, or no, controversy when members of the federal government, including members of Congress and the White House, meet and consult with Islamist groups that the Justice Department has labeled as Brotherhood entities and unindicted co-conspirators in terrorism financing. But when an opponent of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood teaches law enforcement, that’s a different story.

Islamist political pressure and lawfare works.

You can read Haney’s book for story after story of Islamists using political pressure, provocation and lawsuits to bend U.S. government agencies to their demands, with the above example involving Jamal Badawi being only one. If the U.S. government caves from lawsuits and complaining, then what will happen in the future if these groups continue to become more powerful?

Haney was repeatedly disciplined and investigated for his approach in tackling Islamic extremism, which took on the Islamist ideology as well as the results of that ideology. He was exonerated each time.

If only the government were that hostile to Islamists and their apologists.

The Islamic State Made $2.4 Billion Last Year — Stronger than ever!

The Islamic State has diversified its income streams by increasing taxes and does not look like it will collapse soon, according to analysts.

The Islamic State made $2.4 billion in 2015, making it the richest terrorist group in the world by a substantial margin, according to the Center for the Analysis of Terrorism as reported by The Economic Times reported.

Despite losing territory and suffering airstrikes against its oil refineries, the group maintained income by increasing taxes on the estimated eight million people under its control from $360 million to $800 million in 2015. The Islamic State’s income for 2015 was $500 million less than its income the previous year.

The report’s authors concluded that “ISIS’s military defeat is not imminent … as things stand, ISIS economic collapse remains some way off in the mid-term.”

The Islamic State continues to brutally assert dominance over its dominion. On Thursday, 19 Yazidi girls were publicly burned alive in iron cages in Mosul, according to ARA News. “They were punished for refusing to have sex with ISIS militants,” local media activist Abdullah al-Malla told ARA News.

Nor are the Islamic State’s activities limited to the territories it controls in Syria and Iraq.

An alleged sleeper cell consisting of four Syrian men planning terrorist attacks in Dusseldorf was arrested on Thursday. One of the men had turned himself into authorities in Paris on February 1 and provided evidence against his fellow conspirators. It took German police four months to gather enough evidence to arrest the other three.

One of the suspects had filed for asylum. But the head of the German Police Trade Union has said that to run background checks on all refugees entering Germany would be unaffordable and that such a policy is too late.

“It would have been useful in the second half of last year to create conditions for background checks on all people who came to us, in fact, before they traveled [to Germany]. But that is past history now, as we cannot afford it,” he said, according to Russia Today.

At the moment the German Justice Ministry is investigating 180 terror suspects who have either returned from or have links to Syria.

Posing as a representative of American Friends of Hamas, Horowitz asked students to donate towards attacks on Israeli schools and cafes. Horowitz ended up getting donation pledges from a majority of the students he stopped.

An Afghani man captured after crossing the U.S. border illegally has links to the Taliban, according a report.

The man was taken from the Middle East to a smuggling network based in Brazil before being taken up through Mexico and getting caught by Border Patrol 15 miles into Arizona, documents given to The Washington Times by Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) said.

Homeland Security officials said that man, who is currently in custody, had been “involved in a plot to conduct an attack in the U.S. and/or Canada.”

Hunter, who is most well known for “vaping” in Congress, has sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson declaring his displeasure that the man’s terrorist connections were not initially found.

In November, shortly after the man and five Pakistanis were arrested, security screeners told KSAZ that “record checks revealed no derogatory information about the individuals.”

Hunter’s documents reportedly revealed that the FBI’s Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment listed the Afghan man as having suspect ties.

The incident led to an investigation by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, which issued a report about possible smuggling routes from the Middle East to Mexico in March.

The report, obtained by KPNX, said that smugglers in Mexico had received dozens of money transfers from the Middle East or from people with Middle Eastern names….

Many Americans annually honor our fallen military heroes on Memorial Day.  There are moments of thankful prayer, the visitation of historic sites, flying Old Glory, ect.  There are also the usual sad sack sorry losers who attempt to mar the holiday with progressive inspired acts of pure bad taste and evil.  One such case was a multi-state rampage of thugs who destroyed historic grave markers of heroes who died, so that even those who chose the path of evil to have a good shot of experiencing a great American life.

I want to personally express my thanks and gratitude to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.  Whether it was during the founding of this great republic, or the horrendous Civil War that was waged to preserve the union, then to eradicate slavery.  We must not forget those who gallantly battled and won against Germany’s Kaiser regime, during World War One.  We are forever indebted to the Greatest Generation for taking down the triple threat of evil during World War Two.  Whether it was Hitler’s Nazis of Germany, Emperor Hirohito’s mighty military in the Pacific Theater, or Mussolini’s minions of Italy.  Thank you, for without your magnanimous efforts, America the beautiful would never have become the greatest super power the world had ever known.

Originally, Memorial Day was called Decoration Day in the United States in the immediate aftermath of the United States Civil War.  It was a tradition initiated by General John A. Logan, leader for Northern Civil War Veterans.  Abraham Lincoln said, “highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain – that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom-and that government of the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

The original purpose intended for Memorial Day was to insure that Americans would not only remember those who died for the cause of protecting our republic from enemy aggression, but also to preserve liberty and justice for all.

Since America’s infancy, over 1.3 million of our fellow countrymen and women have given their lives so that we all might be free to experience liberty.  The blood of American soldiers has been spilled on both United States and foreign soil.  God has blessed America by giving us men and women who put our republic above self-interests and who were willing to sacrifice their lives for our God given rights.  America has been endowed with the right military leaders and commanders in chief during our darkest hours.

Men like George Washington, General George Patton, General Dwight Eisenhower, President Ronald Reagan, President Harry S. Truman, General Paul Vallely and many others who made tough decisions that helped America reach or exceed her potential while preserving her for future generations.  Because of the efforts of these and many other great Americans our republic has been a solid republic for quite some time now, hopefully she will reemerge as a constitutionally limited republic that we can keep, as Benjamin Franklin encouraged Americans to do.

We find such men and women heroes at places like Gettysburg, Normandy, Bunker Hill and elsewhere.  But when it comes to preserving our republic, it goes beyond just winning wars and putting the kabash on those seeking to kill, steal from and destroy America the beautiful.  President Ronald Reagan correctly pointed out that freedom as never being more than one generation from extinction. He also stated, “We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream.  It must be fought for, protected, and handed on to them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children, what it was once in the United States of where men were free.

Unfortunately today, America is precariously close to toppling over the brink into the abys of existence as the former envy of the world nation of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness where the unalienable rights of individuals were once recognized.  In recent years, up to 40% of Americans are now in favor of the opposite of unalienable rights recognition, free market economics, Christian virtues, and even positive American history.  Sadly, most government school students are no longer even properly instructed on American history.  Thus their faulty judgement as adult voters for example over the pass to presidential election cycles, for example.  Some students are indoctrinated against America to the point, they prefer sharia law bullies running around, illegal immigration into the U.S., and government oppression against prosperity and good private sector healthcare.

Despite all of that madness, I for one am encouraged by the awakening of the sleeping giant of millions of Americans who are working through various means to rekindle the flame of Liberty and justice for all, throughout our republic.

Stay tuned America, believe it or not happy days will be here again as the sleeping giant of greatness reawakens right in our midst.
