The Real Virus is not Covid, it’s Communism

Those of us who are constitutional conservatives and believe the words of the Holy Bible and America’s founders, who sought freedom and liberty for mankind, fear a dystopian society that imposes a harmful, oppressive, and miserable existence upon its citizens. The communists now in control of our federal government believe they are creating a “utopian” society promoted by Marx and Engels, but their utopia ultimately ends in starvation and death.  We’ve watched for multiple decades as decay has set in at the very core of our liberty loving nation and America has been torn from her freedom loving roots.

Freedom loving Americans have become the pariahs who must be terminated for the good of the Marxist utopian society.  Socialism makes you a slave to the government and that’s what has happened to our brainwashed public.

Covid-19 was used for many reasons against America by both China and Democratic Socialists, but the continued efforts by both parties to control the citizenry showed their true totalitarian natures. Lockdowns, masks and vaccines are far more dangerous to our health than Coronavirus and interestingly enough, we’ve had no seasonal flu this year.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, 70, told a Federalist Society virtual convention last November that he thought the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic serves as a “sort of constitutional stress test.” He argued that America has “never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive, and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020” and raised concerns over their impact on individuals’ civil liberties. The real virus infecting America is not Covid-19.  The Marxist-Leninist takeover of the Democrat Party is complete and the majority of the Republican Party is following the same path.  The real danger is communism; it’s here and it’s going to cost us unless we stand together and fight.

Mask Mandates

According to Anthony Fauci, who is now the chief medical advisor under Biden, we’re supposed to wear two masks to keep from catching the new variants of the Covid-19 virus, a paper mask and a cloth mask over it. (Remember that back in March of 2020, he said there was no reason to be walking around with a mask.)  Maybe three or four would be even better, to totally cut off our oxygen intake. CNBC touts that their experts suggest wearing three!  Did we ever wear a mask for the seasonal flu virus in the past?  Never! (Wait, I’m wrong…excuse me, many wore masks during the 1918-1919 Spanish flu epidemic that killed 50 million worldwide with about 675,000 occurring in the United States.)

Why did anyone think wearing a warm, moist rag a millimeter away from his or her mouth, for hours at a time, creating the ideal conditions for bacteria to multiply, would be a good thing?  Link

In a previous article regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci, I stated that he had co-authored a paper about the 1918-1919 Spanish flu and said that many had died of bacterial pneumonia.  This is true.  However, I had also stated that he claimed masks were the cause.  A devoted reader corrected me.  Fauci did not claim that bacterial pneumonia was caused by masks but it’s interesting that wearing masks has caused numerous problems, including impetigo (usually caused by a staph infection), dental problems, yeast infections, acne etc.  Link  Today, doctors are warning that bacterial pneumonia is on the rise…and yes, it’s from wearing masks.  Maybe Fauci and his friends forgot to mention this fact, or didn’t discover it.

Despite the knowledge that this evil Covid-19 virus was made in a bioweapon lab in Wuhan, China, it is still a virus and no more people have died in 2020 than have died in years past in America.  Johns Hopkins reported that the yearly death rate remains normal despite Covid-19.  Deaths from heart disease, respiratory disease, influenza, pneumonia and other causes have far lower stats for 2020, where Covid-19 deaths are higher.  Yet the average of yearly deaths remains the same.  Why?  Because everyone is being categorized as dying from Covid-19 rather than their underlying comorbidity. The study was immediately withdrawn and trashed.

US Intelligence tells us that the Chinese government is collecting American’s DNA.  Link  60 Minutes has learned that the Chinese company, BGI Group, the largest biotech firm in the world, offered to build Covid labs in at least six states, and U.S. intelligence officials issued warnings not to share health data with BGI. The story was on Sunday, 31 January 21 on 60 minutes.

Beijing Genomics Institute, is a Chinese genome sequencing company, headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It was formed in 1999 to participate in the Human Genome Project as a genetics research center.

100 More Days

President Biden, elected via Dominion machines with Smartmatic software connected to the internet and sent to multiple foreign countries in order to intercept data of America’s 2020 election, has decided all federal people throughout the country should be masked until May 1st, 2021.  And he wants all 50 states to follow through with mask mandates.

I see toddlers and young children with masks on their faces, put there by parents who believe the propaganda spewed by mainstream media.  It makes me heartsick.  And people alone in their cars with masks on their faces!  The entire country wore masks everywhere for months, yet we had another surge of the virus.  Our citizens are fools.  We have become a nation of controlled lemmings who are abandoning freedom!

One Los Angeles health official went so far as to say that not wearing a mask is domestic terrorism!   In another article, a couple was escorted off a plane because their two-year-old son refused to wear a mask!  Never reported are those who are dying from mask wearing.  If you’re outside, get the danged thing off your face!

The unelected tyrants in local health departments are issuing these decrees without any studies whatsoever.  I wonder how many of them own stock in the mask making companies.

We are not the citizens who won back-to-back World Wars!  America’s propagandists in the mainstream media have stampeded the public into fear and panic over the virus in order to generate support for their totalitarian agenda.  Few Americans have seen through it…and that is most alarming.

Statistics

According to the CDC, along with studies by people in the age groups of 0 to 19 have a 99.997% chance of survival if they contract COVID-19, the age group of 20 to 49 a 99.98% chance, 50 to 69 years old 99.5% and 70 years old and above a 94.6% chance.

The case fatality rate of Covid-19 is 0.1 to 0.3 percent which is the same exact case fatality rate as the regular seasonal flu.  They shut down the entire world economy for a lie!  The WHO came out with a 3.4 case fatality rate and Fauci came along and cut it to 1.0 rate, which is 10 times higher than seasonal influenza. The middleclass was purposely destroyed, and they still have foolish Americans in masks.

Last September One America News reported that medical researchers from UCLA and Stanford University found that the chances of dying from Covid are much lower than previously thought.  Even the likelihood of contracting the virus, going to the hospital or even death from Covid-19 is an extremely rare event.  An average person in an average county has a one in 3,836 chance of becoming infected and that’s without wearing masks or doing any social distancing.  Odds of being hospitalized are vanishingly small even for people in the at-risk category.

If you’re between the ages of 50-64 years old, the chances of getting the virus and needing hospitalization are one in 852,000.  And for that same person who is at risk, the chance of dying from Coronavirus is one in 19.1 million.  All these stats are from last May 2020 when deaths were 16 times higher than when this was reported.  The risk from dying in an automobile crash is one in 114.  Yet, we were sold lockdown insanity.

One America News also reported that researchers in Australia say Ivermectin can cure Covid in 48 hours.  Ivermectin is typically used for parasitic infections, yet a peer review study conducted last April stated Ivermectin could kill the virus with one dose.

One of my neighbors is elderly.  She contracted Covid-19 and her smell and taste was gone, and she had sinus problems.  Her physician gave her Azithromycin and she recovered.  She is 82, her husband is 88 and he has a comorbidity.  He insisted on sleeping with her should she have a problem in the night, and he watched over her even though she wanted him to sleep in another bedroom.  She was fine, and he never contracted Covid.

Lockdowns

Small businesses have been wiped out, and millions of middleclass Americans have been decimated.  Yet, the big box stores allowed to stay open have flourished while small businesses faced total destruction.  Far more damage has been done to middle America by the lockdowns than by the fraudulently dangerous Covid-19 flu.

Cases of Covid-19 rose despite the lockdowns.  Of course, they did…the locked down folks needed to be exposed to get herd immunity, but the totalitarian dictators knew that every time the lockdown was lifted, Covid-19 would spread again, and they could force another lockdown.  Over the course of the past year, class inequalities have grown wider and have become more entrenched. And yet, at each turn, left-wing lockdown lovers have demanded ever-more severe restrictions on people’s lives.

Had America left the entire country open; Professor Isaac Ben-Israel claims that within 40 to 70 days the virus would have passed through all of those who were not sheltered for comorbidities, and it would have been over.  Unfortunately, the communist controllers in this country wanted the Trump economy destroyed along with small businesses so that they would rely on government handouts, and the middle class who loves freedom would be decimated.  Well done by the Marxists in control.  How many have committed suicide because their life’s work was ruined by the shutdowns and then by the communist BLM and Antifa riots.  And nothing was done to stop them!  Nothing!

How easily we have snowballed into a full-fledged Marxist/fascist nation, with political dictators releasing criminals from prison and imprisoning those who refuse lockdown orders.

Truth in Medicine

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) have been at the forefront of telling us the truth.  They knew that Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and Azithromycin (Z-Pak) and common zinc cured early onset Covid-19.  Dr. Simone Gold, who is also an attorney, said, “Follow the science always meant ‘follow,’ but never the ‘science.’”  A new study out of New Jersey actually validates what the frontline docs have told us.

Dr. Gold tweeted, “On Inauguration Day, 6+ months after AFLDS said it, The WHO announced a single PCR test is not reliable. “Coincidentally” the number of “cases” will now plummet.”

How many times have we heard that the tests are unreliable?  WHO confirms the PCR test has a problem, one day after Biden inaugurated.

Elon Musk had four tests in one day by the very same way, same machine, left nostril positive twice, and right nostril negative twice.  Sounds like we’ve been had!

PCR assays are not designed to be used as diagnostic tools, as they can’t distinguish between inactive viruses and “live” or reproductive ones.  Besides that, previously, the WHO had recommended 45 “amplification” cycles of the test to determine whether someone was positive for Covid or not.

The thing is, the more cycles that a test goes through, the more likely that a false positive will come up — anything over 30 cycles actually magnifies the samples so much that even insignificant sequences of viral DNA end up being magnified to the point that the test reads positive even if your viral load is extremely low or the virus is inactive and poses no threat to you or anyone else.

In one Colorado county, they’ve admitted nearly half of the deaths from Covid were false.  All deaths were designated as Covid, but were false.  The CDC now claims that 94% of all coronavirus deaths were supplementary, meaning, the person had co-morbidities. Less than 10,000 Americans have died from Covid-19 alone.  The CDC apparently changed Covid criteria that inflated fatalities ten-fold, and actually broke federal law.

Conclusion

There are no guardrails on the left or the right to protect the Republic from communism.  Other than a handful of constitutionalists, both parties have joined the socialist agenda. President Trump, as much as he did for America in four years, and as much as he loved her and her citizens, he lacked discernment in hiring good people and continually chose from the swamp.

An opinion piece at Real Clear Politics is the most important thing you can read this week!

As I write this I am so proud to say that I met Mr. Miele in Montana in 2016.  I don’t know if he remembers me, but I am so thrilled to see this absolutely spot-on piece about where we are today.

In the last few days I have found myself fuming over the Other Sides’ bullying tactics. How about you?  Everywhere you turn you are told to keep you politics to yourself.

How often have I heard in recent weeks, especially since January 6th, that those of us who believe in the Constitution, support Donald Trump, question the results of the 2020 election, and are conservatives in the way we view the world are being bullied into silence, from family members, from neighbors, on social media and from people we hardly know or never met!

I have never once told someone they weren’t permitted to tell me their political views, why the heck do they think they have a right to shame us and tell us to shut up!

Enemies of the State vs. Enemies of the People

I didn’t declare war on the establishment; it declared war on me.

It declared war on me when it supported energy policies that could enrich Saudi Arabia and Russia and would cost me more money at the gas pump or on my power bill.

It declared war on me when it told me my ideas weren’t worthy of debate and discussion or that they were even so dangerous they couldn’t be shared publicly.

It declared war on me when it used the police powers of the FBI and CIA to first spy on a presidential candidate and then worked to undermine the administration of that candidate after he was elected.

It declared war on me when it told me my religious beliefs did not deserve the protection of the First Amendment.

Let’s just say it plainly: The establishment declared war on me and on all conservative Americans when it decided that leftist orthodoxy was more important than the Constitution.

Don’t believe me? Fine, why should you believe a Trump supporter? You’ve been indoctrinated by the national media, Big Tech oligarchs, the Democratic Party, and academic elites to believe without questioning that people like me can’t be trusted.

This “guilt by labeling” is the antithesis of fair play or justice. It is a convenient mechanism for the ruling class to herd people into identity clusters so that individual rights can be supplanted by group responsibility. If this reminds you of China’s Cultural Revolution, you are not wrong. The ruling class wants you to conform, confirm and comply. If you step outside the lines, be prepared to be shamed, silenced and ostracized.

By the way, I am reading that above as I learned yesterday that once again the Southern Poverty Law Center, attempting to intimidate me into silence, has called me a “hate group.”

Joe’s Jews — “This is what Democrats voted for”

Quick question: What is the most fanatical terrorist state in the world?

Quick answer: According to a 2017 report––the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism is Iran.

I go back to 2017 to remind readers that this report was issued by the new Trump Administration’s State Department and that it departed radically from the assessment of Barack Obama’s State Department and the previous eight years of the Obama regime’s starry-eyed infatuation with that terrorist state, to the degree that both Barack Obama and then-VP Joe Biden were enthusiastic co-architects of the Iran deal (aka the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action).

The Obama-Biden deal offered the mullahs relief from sanctions and mountains of money in exchange for their oh-so-trustworthy promise to use the nuclear weapons they were developing exclusively for peaceful purposes.

And yet, after the deal was signed on July 14, 2015––significantly, and I believe purposefully, during the three-week mourning period that Jews observe every year for the destruction of the Holy Temples in Jerusalem––and after Obama-Biden gave Iran $150 billion, and then another $1.3 billion!, Iran’s hostilities substantially increased in terror sprees in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iraq.

And that is not to omit Iran’s bountiful sponsorship of terrorist groups including Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, and other Palestinian groups like Islamic Jihad and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, in addition to their murderous militias of terrorism against U.S. troops.

But to me, all that pales in comparison to the oft-repeated statements of the mullahs of Iran––including Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei––who have been calling Israel a “cancerous tumor” and threatening to “wipe Israel off the map” for decades now.

Significantly, German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government has declared that Iran’s call to obliterate the State of Israel is not an expression of antisemitism but simply “anti-Israel rhetoric.” Coming from Germany, never has the expression “consider the source” been more apt!

It is important to remember that during his infamous basement campaign, candidate Biden said that his “top priority” was to reenter the genocidal-to-Israel Iran Deal.

This is what Democrats voted for. This is what Jewish Democrats voted for.

OBAMA REDUX

Let’s look at the appointments and proposed appointments, so far, of the Biden-Harris regime.

MAHER BITAR for Senior Director for Intelligence of the National Security Council (NSC). According to the esteemed Daniel Greenfield, Biden has put an aggressive anti-Israel activist and Boycott/Divest/Sanction (BDS) supporter––who has called for the destruction of Israel––in this powerful position. At a conference in Georgetown of the Palestine Solidarity Movement––a BDS anti-Israel hate group––Bitar lectured on how to best demonize Israel. “Bitar’s rise through the ranks,” writes Greenfield, “speaks to the abandonment of Israel by the Democrats and the ineptitude of pro-Israel advocates at fighting the personnel battles that define the government.”

ANTHONY BLINKEN, who is Jewish, for Secretary of State. According to the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), “after notorious Jew-hater and BDS promoter Linda Sarsour spoke at the Democratic National Convention,” a Biden staffer “mollified” the outraged Jewish community by stating that Biden “condemns [Sarsour’s] views and opposes BDS…” But “Blinken and other top Biden staffers quickly apologized profusely to Sarsour! He also praised radical anti-Israel J Street as a ‘constructive force,” and opposed designating the terrorist Iranian IRGC as a foreign terror organization.

KRISTEN CLARKE to head the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. Paul Miller, executive director of the Haym Salomon Center, documents that Clarke “has a troubling history of advocating for anti-Semites and representing anti-Semitic lies as ‘fact.’” In one of many examples, Miller cites that as the head of Harvard’s Black Students Association, Clarke endorsed and supported Tony Martin, a staunch anti-Semite and Holocaust denier who wrote a book called The Jewish Onslaught in which he attacked Judaism and the Jewish people. Clarke said he based his opinions on “indisputable fact.”

REEMA DODIN for Deputy Director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. According to the ZOA, Dodin’s background as a Palestinian propagandist and supporter of suicide bombings is so egregious that she should be fired on the spot. Dodin also organized anti-Israel rallies at UC Berkeley; spread Medieval-style blood libels, including the false claim that Israel denies Palestinian Arabs food, water, and medical treatment, et al. She was also a leader of the Hamas-affiliated Muslim Students Association and has close ties to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

AVRIL HAINES, who is Jewish, for Director of National Intelligence. Described as being rabidly anti-Israel, Haines was Obama’s deputy national security adviser and deputy director of the CIA and is now the deputy director of Obama’s Columbia World Project which attracts huge donations from foreign sources, many of them openly anti-Israel. Last May, she signed a vicious J Street letter with 30 notoriously Israel-loathing former foreign-policy officials calling on the Democrat Party to oppose Israel’s lawful rights in Judea and Samaria, et al.

JOHN KERRY, who has Jewish roots, as Envoy for Climate. With personal connections to Iran, Kerry has been accused of “nuclear nepotism.” Adam Berkowitz has written that “even the Israeli leftist newspaper Haaretz is appalled by John Kerry’s bungled, counterproductive, utter capitulation to Hamas.” And Joseph Klein has written of Kerry’s farewell stab at Israel when he was Secretary of State under Obama.

KARINE JEAN-PIERRE for White House Press Secretary. The former head of MoveOn.org, a far-left anti-Israel group, and recent campaign adviser for Kalamity Harris, Jean-Pierre has praised lawmakers for boycotting pro-Israel groups and has accused Israel of “war crimes.” And during the Democratic primary, she celebrated Democrats who boycotted the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)––a lobbying group that advocates pro-Israel policies to Congress.

ALEJANDRO MAYORKAS, who is Jewish, for Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. Mayorkas is a board member of HIAS, which partners with terrorism-financier Islamic Relief. He has undermined Israeli repatriation policies regarding illegal immigrants and signed a letter defending and praising Jew-basher Linda Sarsour. Mayorkas’ involvement with HIAS contradicts the role of DHS, which is to protect the safety of Americans.

DENIS McDONOUGH for Secretary of the Veterans Administration. The former Chief of Staff for Obama, McDonough spoke at the anti-Israel J Street convention and falsely condemned Israel’s “occupation.” As Obama’s Deputy National Security Advisor, he praised the imam of a Virginia mosque, knowing that the imam was a Muslim Brotherhood leader and VP of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which directly funds Hamas.

SUSAN RICE for Domestic Policy Advisor (aka Biden’s Valerie Jarrett). The serial liar and inveterate Israel- basher was Obama’s senior foreign-policy advisor and also John Kerry’s chief foreign-policy adviser when he ran for President. Kerry’s idea for dealing with the Middle East was to appoint not one but two diehard enemies of Israel––James Baker and Jimmy Carter–as negotiators. Faced with a firestorm of criticism, Kerry backed down and blamed his staff, which consisted of Susan Rice!

WENDY SHERMAN, who is Jewish, for Deputy Secretary of State. Sherman negotiated the disastrous Iran deal. An Amazon reviewer summed up Sherman’s 2018 book as follows: “A weak apologia from someone who mishandled every major negotiation she worked on.” Again, ZOA spokesmen spell out Sherman’s threat to Israel of consequences from the United Nations (aka the virulently anti-Israel cesspool in NY City) if Israel did not accept a Palestinian [terror] state; she praised arch-terrorist Yasir Arafat as “the leader of the resistance movement” and downplayed the PLO suicide bombings and other terror attacks on innocent Israelis that Arafat engineered; on and on.

Unfortunately, because of space limitations, this is the short list! But you can see some of Biden’s other Jew-hating, Israel-loathing appointments here.

This is what Democrats voted for. This is what Jewish Democrats voted for.

BIDEN’S COURT JEWS

But we love Jews and we love Israel, Democrats––including Jewish Democrats––exclaim! After all, they say, Joe’s children married Jews so he has Jewish grandchildren, and Kalamity Harris is married to a Jew, and look how many Jews Joe has appointed so far! All true, but what they fail to mention is that Joe’s Jews have a particularly poisonous antipathy to Israel––a condition unmistakably and accurately identified as antisemitism!

Make no mistake, Biden’s Court Jews, like Obama’s, are identical to those of the past––going back centuries––who financed, supported, licked the boots of and sold out the Jewish people in order to gain the personal influence, privileges, wealth, proximity to power, and protection that the “nobles” afforded them.

These quislings helped Roman emperors and other leaders over centuries kill Jews. They helped Hitler kill Jews. But after their groveling and traitorous service, they were blamed for economic downturns and used as scapegoats to explain away the failures of the evil regimes and leaders they abetted.

Journalist Melanie Phillips once wrote of Obama that he “is attempting to throw Israel under the Islamist bus, and he’s getting American Jews to do his dirty work for him…” Looks suspiciously identical to what Biden & Co. have already begun with his appointments of people who clearly hate Jews and loathe Israel.

Writer Mona Charen once wrote of Obama’s “genocidal hostility toward Israel.” Is there any difference today?

MAKING SENSE OF THE NONSENSICAL

Why would people who hate Jews surround themselves with so many of them? As Don Vito Corleone warned his son Michael, “Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.”

As much as the enemies of Jews hate them, they also fear them. They can’t figure out how a historically besieged people—whose population today is about 15 million, as compared to, say, Muslims whose population is 1.3 billion, or a world of almost eight billion—have not only managed to survive the Inquisition, Crusades., pogroms, concentration camps and pandemics of anti-Semitism, but to flourish and rise to the top echelons of any community they’ve ever lived in.

In short, they want the brains of the Jews and also the ability to blame them when things go wrong!

But don’t these smart Jews know they’re being used? Yes and no. They’ve studied history, but they think that the passage of time has made them immune from mistakes of the past. Of course they’re wrong. Fools and dupes always get fooled and duped.

Unfortunately, too many Jews over the ages have been seduced by the hope-and-change rhetoric of the Left, so yearning are they to be “liked” by the cultures that have ultimately rejected them.

Today, we can only guess that the Democrats––including the Jewish Democrats––who voted for Biden and literally wept for joy at his inauguration, are simply crazy about everything he promised, including (this is the very very short list):

  • High taxes that inevitably lead to massive unemployment,
  • A decidedly weakened military,
  • Bad-for-America trade deals,
  • Bad-for-Israel policies,
  • The end to energy independence (already done),
  • The obliteration of women’s sports (already done).
  • Aha! Abortion… a virtual sacrament of the Left!

Or maybe they simply hated hated hated the highest employment of blacks and Asians and Hispanics and women in American history brought about by President Donald J. Trump.

No matter. History has taught us, as the Jewish prophet Hosea said: “They who sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.”

The Biden whirlwind is here. It’s just a matter of time before all the horror and destruction of his regime is fully realized––and blamed on the Jews!

The Fight That Lies Between Status Quo and Secession

With a stolen election, stolen culture, stolen courts and stolen dreams, many Americans are realizing that rule by the Left, absolutely corrupt even without absolute power, is unthinkable. Talk of secession, something continually entertained in various states throughout history, is again in the air. The problem is that for the most part, we’ve been supinely submissive in the face of burgeoning leftist tyranny. So it would help if there were something between secession and our current slouching toward servitude. And there is.

Too many conservatives are also waxing defeatist, saying “The republic is dead; our freedoms are gone.” And, yes, if we continue operating inside the box and being “conservative” — as in status-quo oriented — we can kiss our (remaining) liberties goodbye. But the Left isn’t constrained by any box, except what’s physically and politically possible; it doesn’t abide by rules, laws, social codes or conventions except when convenient. So why should we remain in any box except that which is divinely ordained?

Embracing Mao’s sentiment that “[p]olitical power grows out of the barrel of a gun,” the Left trades in violence, violence done to political opponents and to our culture, history, heroes, Constitution and just liberties. Now having seized power in government’s executive and legislative branches via the violence of electoral theft, the Left aims to use that power to become autocratic. As to how we should respond, remember:

Only power negates power.

The Left has been able to steal a national election (and some down-ballot seats, no doubt) via massive vote fraud in, largely, a handful of big Democrat-run cities. Yet despite all the electoral theft, President Trump still won half the states, some by wide margins. It is these states where power should be exercised.

The power I reference is what Thomas Jefferson called the “rightful remedy” for all federal usurpation of states’ domain: nullification. This is the process whereby authorities simply ignore federal dictates, whether handed down by Congress, a bureaucracy or the courts.

There’s nothing unprecedented about nullification. Leftists engage in it continually. For example, their localities often ignore federal drug or immigration laws, and more than a score of states nullified the REAL ID Act of 2005.

Only, leftists don’t call it “nullification” — they just do it. In contrast, conservatives busy themselves conserving the status quo even though it’s leftist-born and generally abide by even unconstitutional federal laws, mandates and court rulings because “this is the way things are done.”

This said, we have seen some pushback, with county sheriffs in recent times refusing to enforce irrational China virus restrictions and some opposition to anti-Second Amendment proposals. But this effort must become widespread and organized — “Nullification!” must become a rallying cry.

To this end, we need a nullification movement. When state officials, from governor to assemblymen and senators, run for office, the first and last question must be: Will you vow to nullify all unjust federal dictates? If they hem and haw at all, they must be immediately disqualified.

In addition, nullification-disposed states should make a compact with one another so that we can enjoy the strength numbers bring.

In reality, nullification (which I’ve been advocating for years) should have been pursued long ago; the federal government has, after all, been trampling states’ powers for at least the better part of a century, and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. But that being water under the bridge, we now require a ton of cure.

The cure of nullification is the obvious next step for anyone serious about combating the burgeoning leftist tyranny. We’ve no other recourse. “As Jefferson warned, if the federal government is allowed to hold a monopoly on determining the extent of its own powers, we have no right to be surprised when it keeps discovering new ones,” wrote author Thomas E. Woods, Jr.

Under this scenario, the federal government “will continue to grow – regardless of elections, the separation of powers, and other much-touted limits on government power,” he continued.

That is reality. So is this: Reasoned argumentation only works with those who’ll yield to reason (the Left won’t). Constitutional constraints only matter to those who respect laws and national contracts (the Left doesn’t). Appealing to courts only bears fruit when judges have a sense of justice and duty and the guts to act rightly even when pariah status results (most don’t). Making this more tragically comical still is that when we seek redress for federal tyranny, we expect relief from the federal government’s own judicial branch!

This didn’t help us with the 2020 election, which the Left got away with stealing. Moreover, it knows it can not only replicate the theft in the future but can expand it; thus have the Democrats introduced a bill taking mail-in voting nationwide. Perhaps they can pass it, too.

Then the states can just pass on it. “Pound sand” would be my response.

The Democrats can hobble border enforcement so that they can further destabilize our country and import more future voters — and Texas can secure its border itself. Let the left-wing, black-robed lawyers issue their contrary “opinions,” as we know they will. My response would be a paraphrase of the paraphrase of Andrew Jackson: “The judges have made their decision. Now let them enforce it.”

Why, states can even consider deporting illegal aliens within their borders and then say they’re just doing the job the feds won’t do (or maybe “deport” them to liberal states and do the latter the favor of enhancing their diversity. It’s called a one-way bus trip and giving people what they voted for).

In other words, I’d even consider assuming certain federal powers just as the feds have stolen states’ powers. “What of the Constitution?” you ask? “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people,” wrote John Adams in 1798. “It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Leftists are the “other.” They also have wholly trampled the Constitution, the “contract” Americans have with one another. And when a party consistently violates a contract to benefit itself at the expense of other contractees, and courts provide no remedy because they’re complicit in the con, the contract is voided.

Leftists have made their intentions crystal clear, calling for 9/11-like “truth commissions,” blacklists and the persecution of Trump supporters. They’re also successfully “cancelling” opponents as they destroy careers, reputations and lives. For how long will we insist on abiding by Queensberry rules while they proceed no-holds-barred?

Painting with a broad brush, conservatives are principle-oriented and, projecting as man will, don’t fully appreciate that the Left is power-oriented. If we’d handled the Soviets during the Cold War as we do our Left, with NATO (no action, talk only), we’d have been singing “The Internationale.”

Only power negates power, and our choice is simple: Accept that and nullify tyranny — or go gentle into that good night.

Last summer I posted on the political rats at the Lincoln Project.  This is an update on how the rats are scurrying now as one of their own has been outed as a sexual predator.

You have probably seen the news (a well-kept secret among deep Staters), but I am posting it because I had been so outraged that this bunch of Republican traitors, never-Trumpers, was filling the airwaves with trash about President Trump and doing it using Lincoln’s name.

Ryan Girdusky: Lincoln Project Is Part Grift, Part Grooming Operation for John Weaver

“The Lincoln Project has always been just two things: a grift for people to make money and a grooming organization for John Weaver to meet young men to try to get them in bed,” said Ryan Girdusky, journalist and author of They’re Not Listening: How The Elites Created the National Populist Revolution, on Tuesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

Girdusky broke the news that John Weaver, a co-founder of the Lincoln Project, allegedly sought sexual contact with young men in exchange for jobs in politics.

“Within a day [of Weaver following me on Twitter], young men started coming forward and saying to me that I should be on the lookout,” Girdusky stated. Girdusky began investigating accusations of Weaver’s sexual solicitations from young men after being followed by Weaver on Twitter.

“They said, ‘This is what John Weaver does. He reached out to young men like me and he says I can give you a job opportunity if you promise me sex in the end.’ It’s three young guys who reached out to me very early on.”

Girdusky added, “I was trying to find out how many people possibly know about John Weaver, and it became very abundantly clear very early on that everyone knew. If you worked politics, there was no way you did not know about John Weaver and his actions towards young men, preying on young men.”

Republican strategist and political pundit Karl Rove saidon Monday that he knew of Weaver’s “pattern of behavior” since 1988.

So Karl Rove knew in 1988 that a top Republican strategist was using his position to seduce young men and never outed him?

One person enjoying a little schadenfreude today is Sarah Palin who knew all the rats surrounding Republican John McCain.

Biden ☭ Team Backs Censorship of Trump and “Hate Speech”

Who decides what’s good and what’s forbidden? What’s hate or love? The same people who called the burning looting, and destroying of American cities the ‘summer of love”?

America’s intellectual leadership has collapsed.

Freedom of speech is the foundation of a free society. Without it, a tyrant can wreak havoc unopposed, while his opponents are silenced. Putting up with speech that offends is essential in a pluralistic society in which people differ on basic truths. If a group will not bear being offended without resorting to violence, that group will rule unopposed while everyone else lives in fear, while other groups curtail their activities to appease the violent group. This results in the violent group being able to tyrannize the others.

If speech that offends a group is outlawed, that group has absolute power, and a free society is destroyed. A group that cannot be criticized cannot be opposed. It can work its will no matter what it is, and no one will be able to say anything to stop it.

Inoffensive speech needs no protection. The First Amendment was developed precisely in order to protect speech that was offensive to some, in order to prevent those who had power from claiming they were offended by speech opposing them and silencing the powerless.

A FREE SOCIETY IS BY ITS NATURE ONE IN WHICH PEOPLE PUT UP WITH OTHERS BEING UNCIVIL AND OFFENSIVE. THE ALTERNATIVE IS A QUIET AUTHORITARIAN SOCIETY IN WHICH ONLY ONE OPINION IS ALLOWED AND THE OTHERS ARE SILENCED, AND ULTIMATELY SENT TO THE CAMPS.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced a major push to curb Big Tech’s political bias and censorship today, with measures including a ban on the censorship of political candidates and mandatory opt-outs of content filters for citizens of the Sunshine State.

In a 45-minute speech, the governor identified Big Tech companies as the leading threat to American democracy and freedom of expression today, and pledged that Florida Republicans would take action.

The new regulations announced by DeSantis include:

  • Mandatory opt-outs from big tech’s content filters, a solution to tech censorship first proposed by Breitbart News in 2018.
  • A private right of action for Floridian citizens against tech companies that violate this condition.
  • Fines of $100,000 per day levied on tech companies that suspend candidates for elected office in Florida from their platforms.
  • Daily fines for any tech company “that uses their content and user-related algorithms to suppress or prioritize the access of any content related to a political candidate or cause on the ballot.”
  • Greater transparency requirements.
  • Disclosure requirements enforced by Florida’s election authorities for tech companies that favor one candidate over another.
  • Power for the Florida attorney general to bring cases against tech companies that violate these conditions under the state’s Unfair and Deceptive Practices Act.

This is the widest and most aggressive range of regulatory and legislative solutions so far proposed by any U.S. state to tackle the problem of tech censorship.

Trump legal team denies that the former president violated the oath of office

Former President Donald Trump’s legal team on Tuesday filed its response to the House article of impeachment ahead of next week’s trial, denying wrongdoing and calling for the Senate to acquit Trump of the charge.

The answer denies that Trump violated his oath of office while also saying that he was protected by the First Amendment in response to claims he incited an insurrection.

“It is denied that the 45th President of the United States ever engaged in a violation of his oath of office,” the Trump legal team brief says. “To the contrary, at all times, Donald J. Trump fully and faithfully executed his duties as President of the United States, and at all times acted to the best of his ability to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, while never engaging in any high Crimes or Misdemeanors.”

Trump’s legal team also argues that a Senate trial against him would be unconstitutional.

“Donald John Trump, 45th President of the United States, respectfully requests the Honorable Members of the Senate of the United States dismiss Article I: Incitement of Insurrection against him as moot, and thus in violation of the Constitution, because the Senate lacks jurisdiction to remove from office a man who does not hold office,” the brief says.

The argument from Trump’s counsel that the trial is constitutionally impermissible is one that is supported by the vast majority of the Republicans in the Senate. Last week Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., raised a point of order, claiming that it is unconstitutional for the Senate to hold an impeachment trial of a former president.

It was defeated by a 55-45 vote, with five Republicans joining all 50 Senate Democrats in what is likely to be the final word on whether or not the trial may proceed – it’s highly unlikely any court would step in and tell the Senate how to run the trial.

But it would take 17 Republicans joining all 50 Senate Democrats to convict Trump on the impeachment article, meaning a dozen Senate Republicans would have to change their mind about the trial’s constitutionality for Democrats to even have a chance of convicting the former president.

RAND PAUL CALLS TRUMP IMPEACHMENT TRIAL ‘DEAD ON ARRIVAL’ AFTER 45 GOP SENATORS VOTE AGAINST IT

The brief also doubles down on the false claims that Trump won the election.

“To the extent Averment 5 alleges his opinion is factually in error, the 45th President denies this allegation,” the brief reads, referencing the House’s allegation that Trump at his Jan. 6 rally “reiterated false claims that ‘we won this election, and we won it by a landslide.’”

“Insufficient evidence exists upon which a reasonable jurist could conclude that the 45th President’s statements were accurate or not, and he therefore denies they were false,” the brief also says.

Trump’s previous legal team quit over his demand that they make an election fraud case, Fox News was told. Trump’s new legal team of Bruce Castor Jr. and David Schoen were the only two lawyers signed onto the document that was submitted to the Senate on Tuesday.

Earlier Tuesday, the House impeachment managers filed their pre-trial brief, essentially previewing their argument against Trump in the trial that’s set to start next Tuesday.

“In a grievous betrayal of his Oath of Office, President Trump incited a violent mob to attack the United States Capitol during the Joint Session, thus impeding Congress’s confirmation of Joseph R. Biden Jr. as the winner of the presidential election,” the impeachment managers, led by Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., wrote. “As it stormed the Capitol, the mob yelled out ‘President Trump Sent Us,’ ‘Hang Mike Pence,’ and ‘Traitor Traitor Traitor.’”

They added: “This is not a case where elections alone are a sufficient safeguard against future abuse; it is the electoral process itself that President Trump attacked and that must be protected from him and anyone else who would seek to mimic his behavior.”

But the Trump team brief on Tuesday directly addresses the allegation that the former president incited the riot.

“It is denied that the phrase ‘if you don’t fight like hell you’re not going to have a country anymore’ had anything to do with the action at the Capitol as it was clearly about the need to fight for election security in general, as evidenced by the recording of the speech,” the Trump team brief reads. “It is denied that President Trump intended to interfere with the counting of Electoral votes.”

It adds: “The purpose of the Joint Sessions of Congress in 2017 and on Jan. 6, 2021, was for Members of Congress to fulfill their duty to be certain the Electoral College votes were properly submitted, and any challenges thereto properly addressed under Congressional rules. Congress’ duty, therefore, was not just to certify the presidential election. Its duty was to first determine whether certification of the presidential election vote was warranted and permissible under its rules.”

Outside of a range of answers to the specific allegations from the House impeachment managers, the Trump team brief also previews a menu of legal arguments it says support the argument that the Senate should not convict Trump.

These include the Senate lacking jurisdiction to hear a trial of a former president; that Trump’s speech was protected by the First Amendment; that the House ignored due process in “rushing to issue an Article of Impeachment”; that Chief Justice John Roberts will not oversee the trial, and that the House weaves together a plethora of independent allegations into a single article of impeachment.

Trump’s team and the House impeachment managers will submit another round of briefs next Monday. These will be the House managers’ reply to Trump’s answer today, and the Trump team’s pre-trial brief.

The impeachment trial will then start in earnest next Tuesday.

Apparently Newsmax is running scared that Dominion is going to sue them.

Or, maybe they too have voluntarily joined the effort to silence anyone who says a word about the Great 2020 Election Steal.

Newsmax host Bob Sellers had My Pillow founder Mike Lindell on his show to talk about big tech censorship — then ended up censoring him as well.

Lindell was appearing on “American Agenda” to discuss the fact that he and his company were both recently banned from Twitter.

The segment was supposed to be focusing on big tech tyranny and censorship, but Sellers ultimately ended up doing the very thing that his show was attempting to criticize.

As Lindell began to explain why he was silenced on social media — his belief that the election was rigged and that Dominion Voting Machines played a role in it — Sellers promptly jumped in to read a prepared statement about how Newsmax accepts the election results.

After back and forth as Sellers talks over Lindell….

“Can we ask our producers, can we get out of here please?” Sellers says before getting up and walking off air.

Lindell is one brave man.  And, apparently efforts by Biden’s supporters to kill his company are not working as patriots are rushing to buy his products.

I’m back to my original wish—that President Trump starts his own media empire and hire the best investigative reporters money can buy.

Political “Unity” vs. Christian Unity

Rev. Jerry J. Pokorsky: We are not Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, even Americans first. We are Catholics, knowing the difference between good and evil.

Divisive politics seems to poison every aspect of contemporary life.  So there is an urgent need to reconsider what it would mean if what we were to seek is not an illusory political “unity,” but what true public harmony depends upon: Christian brotherhood.

When we say brother, the immediate, literal meaning usually comes to mind: He is my brother, by blood. If we are thinking about the brotherhood of mankind, our thoughts are typically more abstract, often sentimental aspirations. What do we mean when we, as Christians, refer to one another as brothers in Christ?

The sin of Adam and Eve mortally wounded human nature.  The world became subject to the divisive influence of the Devil, the “Prince of this world.” Unity gave way to disunity. Adam blamed Eve for his sin. Cain murdered his brother Abel. In His justice, God sent a flood to destroy the wicked, sparing the righteous Noah and his family.

Following the Great Flood, the divide separating God and man widened. Presuming they did not need God’s grace and could reach the heavens without God, the people constructed the infamous Tower of Babel. But God punished their arrogance, scattering the peoples and confounding their speech so that they could no longer understand each other.

In various ways, groupings of families and tribes have clustered around ethnic language groups. Their sinful pride institutionalized the social disunity that comes with differences in language. The tribes were necessary not only for survival and self-defense, but also for warfare and conquest.

Still, in the plan of God, tribes would play an essential part in the history of salvation. The twelve tribes that emerged in ancient Israel served the unity of the Israelites. Each tribe had its essential purpose. The tribe of Levi, for example, was a tribe dedicated to offering sacrificial worship. The priesthood was the destiny of men born into this tribe.

The tribalism of ancient Israel had many benefits, including the loyalty of family and extended family ties. Tribes had important military purposes, conquering Canaan and protecting their homeland. In battle, members of the tribes fought and died for their brothers. The bonds of blood unified them. The tribes of the Chosen People prepared an ethnic cradle for the coming of the Messiah.

But tribal differences also presented many difficulties in ancient Israel – as they do today. Tribal and family bonds often spark useless blood feuds and wars. We see the damage tribalism has inflicted, particularly in the Middle East and Africa. The Kingdom of Israel and Judah split into two kingdoms because of tribal quarrels. The mutual tribal hatreds of the Judeans and Samaritans remain evident in the Gospels. And even American folklore records family feuds, most famously the Hatfields and the McCoys.

But the Old Testament already points to ways of transcending and overcoming the evils of tribalism. God sends Jonah, the reluctant prophet, to the Ninevites, the archenemies of the Jews. He preaches repentance, and lo and behold, the enemies of the Jews repent! The message is loud and clear. Israel’s enemies are not necessarily members of a hostile tribe, only those unrepentant and in league with Satan.

The real enemy of the Jews is sin, evil, and the Devil himself. Beyond all previous expectation, after repenting of their sins, the Ninevites became their brothers – which forced the Jews to rethink what Jewish exceptionalism meant.

Jesus continues to teach repentance as the fundamental requirement of brotherhood. He begins His ministry in continuity with the teaching of John the Baptist: “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel.” (Mark 1:15) Before we can be members of the tribe of Jesus – the kingdom of God – we must first renounce sin and reform our lives. He continues His saving ministry by enlisting the Twelve.

The number was significant to attentive Jews. They must have sensed the connection to the twelve tribes of Israel. Indeed, Jesus replaced the twelve tribes with a brotherhood that transcends all tribes in His new and everlasting Covenant.

The renunciation of sin followed by the obedience of faith forms the foundation of the tribe of Jesus. As Christians, when we call each other brother, we are not referring to the bonds of blood in a family or a tribe. We are brothers in the Lord, members of the Mystical Body of Christ. The blood that we share and have in common is the Precious Blood of Jesus. So the brotherhood of Jesus Christ extends beyond national boundaries. The brotherhood of Christ is properly called universal – i.e., Catholic.

So we must not first think of ourselves as Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, even Americans. We are Catholics. Our world view is Catholic, knowing the difference between good and evil.

We must struggle to see the world as Catholics with the unity that comes with repentance and faith.

The Blessed Eucharist, the source and summit of the Christian life, is the sign of our tribal unity in Jesus. But when clerics distribute Communion to those who publicly, manifestly, and obdurately oppose the Church’s faith and morals, they violate Church unity and introduce ideological tribalism.

We are no longer Catholics, brothers in Jesus. We find it necessary to self-identify as “conservative” or “liberal,” blurring the distinction between membership in the tribe of Jesus and membership in diabolical tribes of ideology. Indeed, the Devil prefers a politicized Catholic enemy to a far more formidable authentically Catholic enemy.

Traditional faith and morals form the cornerstone of our unity. But the restoration of Christian brotherhood is not painless. Breaking sinful patterns of ideological impositions on our religion requires the work of repentance. Jesus does not sugarcoat the difficulties: “Do not think that I have come to bring peace on earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.” (Matthew 10:34)

Now is the time to transcend divisive politics with Christian brotherhood and Catholic unity, even if it first requires the sword of division.

Some of the Republicans who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump in January are already having their seats challenged and their ability to hold onto their place in Congress may be dependent on the moves the former president makes in the next 18 months.

Ten Republicans joined Democrats in impeaching Trump a historic second time, a move that was quickly met with condemnation back in their home states. They’ve been publicly scolded, pushed to resign and warned that local organizations will mount a strong push to oust them from office in the primary.

“After my last election, I had decided not to run again. But the vote by Congressman [David] Valadao to impeach President Trump with no witnesses, evidence, or without allowing any defense was too much for me to stay on the sidelines,” Chris Mathys, a former Fresno, California, city council member, told Newsweek.

Valadao, who represents California’s 21st district, wasn’t in office during Trump’s first impeachment, as he had been ousted from office in 2018 by Democrat TJ Coxx. In November, Valadao won back his seat from the Democrat who beat him in 2018 by less than a point. The Republican placed blame on Trump for the Capitol riot, saying that his rhetoric was “un-American, abhorrent and absolutely an impeachable offense.”

That vote in favor of impeaching Trump “violated the trust” of the millions of Americans that voted for Trump in the November election, according to Mathys, who unsuccessfully sought a seat in New Mexico’s House during the 2020 primary. The decision was “so egregious,” that Mathys doesn’t think voters will forget it.

Whit Ayer, a GOP strategist, told Newsweek it was a “very gutsy” decision to vote in favor of impeachment because they “knew they would likely draw challenges.” However, it remains to be seen how much the impeachment will play in the 2022 primary and one of the factors that is still up in the air is how much of a political powerhouse Trump will be in 18 months.

Former Business Partner of Hunter Biden’s Criminal Defense Attorney Is Picked for a Top Justice Department Position

The former business partner of Hunter Biden’s attorney has been picked as a top Justice Department official by the Biden Administration.

The news came out last week:

Fox News host Tucker Carlson reported a former business partner of Hunter Biden’s criminal defense attorney has been picked as a top Justice Department official in President Biden’s new administration.

It has already been revealed that Nicholas McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor, was picked as acting chief of the Justice Department’s criminal division. Hunter Biden confirmed in early December, after his father won the 2020 election, that he was under federal investigation.

Carlson said on his show Friday night that McQuaid worked with Christopher Clark as partners at Latham & Watkins and worked on cases together right until McQuaid took the job at the Justice Department.

“On Jan. 21 of this year, the same day Nicholas McQuaid was featured in the Justice Department press release, Latham & Watkins filed a motion in court to withdraw McQuaid as an attorney [in a case] he was working on with Christopher Clark. So that means Joe Biden put at the head of the criminal division the partner of the guy his son had hired to defend him against the criminal division. Whoa,” Carlson said.

“We reached out to the Justice Department for a comment on this,” Carlson added. “They refused to say whether McQuaid would recuse himself for matters involving Hunter Biden and his former partner, who is representing Hunter Biden. It’s all pretty amazing. Another reminder, there’s a lot going on within the Biden family.”

Law.com refers to the new position as follows:

Nicholas McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor in Manhattan who served as a White House lawyer during the Obama presidency, has been named the acting leader of the U.S. Justice Department’s criminal division, a role that will come with oversight of the Biden administration’s early white-collar enforcement efforts and the ongoing crackdown on coronavirus-related fraud, according to people familiar with the move.

For some reason the Law.com site omitted the fact that McQuaid worked with Hunter Biden’s attorney in the past.

Biden ☭ Center CAUGHT Concealing Tens of Millions $$ From CHINA

According to Campus Reform, GOP lawmakers have demanded that the University of Pennsylvania  Biden Center release foreign donation records. Three House Republicans sent a letter to the University of Pennsylvania, asking that they reveal the source of anonymous foreign donations from China. The lawmakers referenced concern over links between China and President Joe Biden.

The Biden Center Caught Concealing Massive Amounts Of Money Coming From China

Move over Tara Reid we have a new scandal that is starting to take shape, the Biden Center at the University of Pennsylvania has been caught concealing dirty money. It has been alleged that the center has received tens of millions of dollars from China and failed to disclose it.

According to the report published by Campus Reform, The Biden Center at UPenn is under scrutiny over “gifts” from China that were not correctly disclosed to the federal government.

The center, named in honor of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, accepted a $22 million gift from an anonymous Chinese donor. Federal law requires any foreign gift over $250,000 must be disclosed to the government. Whoever receives the gift must also disclose the identity of the donor.

The National Legal and Policy Center filed a complaint last week with the Department of Education over the University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement’s failure to disclose these gifts from China.

Since 2017 alone, when the Biden Center opened and after Joe Biden announced he was running for President in April 2018, the university received over $70 million from China, of which $22 million were listed as “Anonymous.” Federal law requires the disclosure of the source of all donations over $250,000. The complaint also requests a referral to the Department of Justice to file an enforcement action seeking compliance and to recoup all the costs of the investigation.

“From 2013-2019, the University of Pennsylvania received more than $67 million from China sources. More significantly, after the Penn Biden Center opened here in Washington, D.C., in February 2018, the China gifts poured in all the more, and continued after Biden announced his candidacy of the presidency on April 25, 2019,” the complaint alleges.

UPenn spokesman Stephen MacCarthy told Campus Reform, “the University is in compliance with federal foreign gift disclosure requirements. As to their allegations regarding the connection of gifts to the Penn Biden Center, that is completely untrue. In fact, it is total nonsense. We have never solicited any gifts for the Penn Biden Center. Since its inception in 2017 there have been three unsolicited gifts (from two donors) which combined total $1,100. Neither of the donors were from China.”

NYPD shifts focus from jihad terror groups to ‘far-right and extremist hate groups’

The NYPD is adjusting its focus to fit the Left’s narrative, not reality. Remember: It wasn’t “far-right extremists” who rioted all summer in Portland, Seattle, Kenosha, Wisconsin, New York, Atlanta, Washington, DC, and numerous other cities that I have already forgotten. It was Leftists: Antifa and Black Lives Matter, who have also been found to have been among those storming the Capitol that is being used as a Reichstag Fire pretext to shut down dissent from the Leftist agenda. When the NYPD talks about “far-right and extremist hate groups,” it likely really means ordinary citizens who oppose the dominant political philosophy, including those who have already been defamed by the Southern Poverty Law Center as “hate groups.” Lies such as what the NYPD is spreading here are in service of solidifying the hegemony of that philosophy.

The NYPD has spent the past 20 years adapting to the ever-changing landscape of terrorism, focused first on large jihadist groups, then lone wolves who emerge out of nowhere, and now far-right and extremist hate groups.

In late 2019, the nation’s largest police department created a new unit within the Intelligence Bureau called REME, which stands for Racially and Ethnically Motivated Extremism. It was formed a year after a brawl on the Upper East Side between anti-fascists believed to be connected to Antifa and members of the Proud Boys, one of the more prominent far-right groups.

REME works similarly to its’ umbrella unit, with two dozen investigators and analysts applying the same intelligence gathering techniques used to build cases against members of ISIS and al Qaeda.

But there are differences, notably the laws that make it easier to charge someone linked to a designated foreign terrorist organization….
