Babies could be killed 28 days after birth under proposed Maryland law, attorney warns.

Senate Bill 669 could be interpreted to allow for infanticide through the first month after the baby is born, a legal analyst says.

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (LifeSiteNews) – Legislation proposed in the Maryland Senate would allow babies to be left to die for as long as the first 28 days after birth, according to analysis from a pro-life attorney.

Senate Bill 669 is also known as the Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022, but the problems go beyond the use of “person” in place of accurate references to women having babies. Senator William Smith, a Democrat, sponsored the legislation, which will have a hearing on March 15.

“[T]he bill also proposes a revision of the fetal murder/manslaughter statute that would serve to handcuff the investigation of infant deaths unrelated to abortion,” American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) attorney Olivia Summers wrote in her analysis.

This is because the legislation prohibits investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.”

“In other words, a baby born alive and well could be abandoned and left to starve or freeze to death,” Summers wrote, “and nothing could be done to punish those who participated in that cruel death.”

She said that the language used is unclear, so the law could be interpreted to “prevent investigations into the death of infants at least seven days AFTER their birth, and may extend to infants as old as four weeks!”

The Maryland Code does not define “perinatal,” Summers said. A 2020 law does define “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods.”

Summers, with the ACLJ, noted in her analysis that the state already has a safe haven law that allows parents to leave a newborn baby with a responsible adult without fear of prosecution.

“Under the Safe Haven law, a distressed parent who is unable or unwilling to care for their infant can safely give up custody of their baby, no questions asked,” the Maryland Department of Human Services explains. “Newborns can be left at hospitals or law enforcement stations.”

“There is absolutely no reason for Maryland Senate Bill 669’s attempt to prevent someone who lets their baby die from being investigated,” Summers said. ”This bill just further exposes the complete lack of regard abortion advocates have for innocent human life.”

“If they truly want to protect life and women, then legislators could simply extend the length of the safe harbor provision already in place,” she said.

‘This Is Huge’: 4 Disney Employees Arrested in Human Trafficking Operation

Four Disney employees have been arrested in a six-day undercover sting by the Polk County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said 108 suspects were arrested in what authorities dubbed “Operation March Sadness 2,” which targeted human trafficking and prostitution, according to WFLA-TV. Four of those arrested were charged as child sex predators, according to Newsweek.

“This is huge,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told WFLA. “Four arrests of this magnitude is simply remarkable.”

Disney employee Xavier Jackson, 27, of Kissimmee, Florida, was among those arrested, according to WKMG-TV.

“He thought he was chatting with a 14-year-old girl, and he sent photos of himself doing things that are totally inappropriate,” Judd said, according to the station.

Jackson faces charges that include three counts of transmission of material harmful to a minor and unlawful use of a two-way communication device.

“Did I mention that he just happens to be a lifeguard at the Polynesian Resort for Disney?” Judd said, according to WESH-TV.

“You think there’s a few children around there? That’s right, I didn’t stutter. He was a lifeguard at the Polynesian Resort. And was bragging about that.”

Other Disney employees arrested include a 24-year-old man who worked at the Cosmic Restaurant, a 45-year-old IT worker, and a 27-year-old software developer, Judd said, according to WTVJ-TV.

Disney said all of its arrested employees have been placed on unpaid leave.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine about three weeks ago, our corporate media has been cheering on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainians while demonizing Russia and Putin as another Hitler. What the media fail to cover and identify is the New World Order, or NWO, Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum and the role each played in provoking Russia in a much broader conflict between the New World Order and the nationalists.

Zelensky won the presidency in 2019 after being heavily bankrolled by a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch by the name of Igor Kolomoiskly. Since his election, Zelensky has cleverly attempted to play the middle ground in a war between two superpowers.

In 2014, Ukraine’s democratically elected president, Victor Yanukovych, was toppled by our CIA in favor of a puppet who would serve the New World Order’s purpose for using the nation as a money-laundering hub.

Ukraine was hardly a democracy prior to the invasion. Opposition journalists are routinely jailed there. There is no freedom of the press in Ukraine. It is not by coincidence (and contrary to the paid for hire fact checkers) that the sons of Democrats in leadership positions (Biden, Pelosi, Kerry) either sat on the boards of energy companies in Ukraine or were doing business in Ukraine. When a new Ukrainian prosecutor, Kostiantyn Kulyk, opened an investigation into the business dealings of Burisma where Hunter Biden (with no energy experience) sat on the board, Joe Biden, as vice president, threatened to withhold financial aid to Ukraine and triumphantly bragged about it on camera. Imagine that! The very quid pro quo Democrats used to falsely charge President Trump is precisely what Biden is guilty of in Ukraine.

It is widely believed the NWO, which appears to control the European Union, NATO, the Crown and the U.N., was instrumental in toppling the regimes of Saddam Hussein in Iraq, Gadhafi in Libya, the shipment of ammunition to ISIS in Syria in an effort to topple the regime of Syrian President Bashar Al Assad and the installment of Joe Biden here in the United States. Putin, who at one time attempted to work with the World Economic Forum, believed he was next in line. He suspected the NWO was using Ukraine as a proxy to create a color revolution in Russia while America was funding bioweapon labs with pathogens in Ukraine.

During the DNC’s General Session a week ago, intellectually challenged Kamala Harris triggered the already anxiety-laden Putin and the entire Russian military when she implied that Ukraine was already in NATO by proclaiming, “I will say over and over again the U.S. stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance.”

Additionally, while the Biden administration at first denied the existence of biological weapon labs in Ukraine, Undersecretary of State Victoria Nuland later admitted under oath in a congressional hearing that there were in fact 20 to 30 bio labs in and around Ukraine. We are to believe that these labs with dangerous pathogens were there for scientific study in a highly unstable country that just happens to share a border with a nuclear arch enemy of ours.

Interestingly, throughout this conflict our media has not mentioned the existence of a New World Order as envisioned by Klaus Schwab and the role they may be playing behind the scenes. It is unsettling that our entire source of information is dependent on six corporations engaged in censorship largely due to their participation in the NWO. The six corporations are News Corp, Time Warner, Comcast, Sony, Viacom and Disney. All are funded by two major hedge funds, BlackRock and Vanguard. While our media has kept Americans in the dark when it comes to the New World Order and the power behind the movement, it is vitally important for Americans to learn about this new ruling class, the billionaire oligarchy behind it, its ties to the World Economic Forum, The World Economic Global Institute, it’s mission and the pivotal role it has played here at home and throughout the globe.

Klaus Schwab, a German economist, formed the WEF in 1971. Its mission is to erase national sovereignty as well as capitalism and replace it with a one-world centralized authoritarian communist government under the auspices of the billionaire oligarchy that meets in Davos yearly. Nearly every major political figure throughout the Western world in over 100 countries has graduated from the World Economic Forum’s Global Institute (the likes of Justin Trudeau, Macron of France, Angela Merkel of Germany, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, George Soros, Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand, among many others). In addition to the many global leaders, there have been nearly 20,000 Global Shapers placed throughout the world in positions of leadership in government, banking, education, corporations, the media and nearly all of our institutions. There are hundreds of Global Institute Hubs throughout the globe (one most likely near you) where Global Shapers are there to advance policies of a Communist global agenda. These shapers have not been elected to office, yet their policies, often at odds with the mores and values of the communities involved, are advanced and pushed upon an unsuspecting public.

As Schwab has openly stated, in his version of the future, “you will own nothing and be happy.” The notion that our private property rights are in jeopardy is a frightening vision and at odds with the right to pursue a life of liberty as enshrined in our Constitution. There is no freedom without private property.

A few months prior the release of COVID-19 from the Wuhan lab in China, Karl Schwab and Bill Gates held a simulation of a worldwide pandemic at a symposium they termed Event 201, envisioning millions of lost lives and the opportunity for a Great Reset to follow. They proclaimed a pandemic would present for the New World Order the perfect set of circumstances to reset the globe’s political and economic future by the year 2030.

Unfortunately for them, the virus proved to have a survivability of 99.8%, and now that the fear of COVID is no longer viable, masks are scientifically unworthy, and the need for lockdowns has been eliminated, the NWO has moved on to what they call Phase II of the Great Reset. By deliberately poking the Russian bear, the United States under the direction of the NWO has lit a match that has cost the lives of innocent Ukrainians and with it the possibility of igniting a worldwide nuclear World War III.

When a chorus of uni-party legislators (Lindsey Graham, Maria Elvira Salazar and many others) deliberately and callously call for the assassination of Putin and for a no-fly zone over Ukraine, they are not taking their talking points from a feeble Joe Biden. Instead, they are taking their marching orders from George Soros who has called for America’s involvement in Ukraine as a call to war. It should be a warning to the rest of us. They are willing to sacrifice America in Phase II of the Great Reset in their quest for global dominance. Standing in opposition to them is another alliance consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS).

This is not the first totalitarian movement seeking global domination, but unlike other evil movements in past years, today’s evil power grab carries the risk of global annihilation.

We would be wise to resist the call to war.

Senator Josh Hawley: SCOTUS Pick Jackson Has ‘Pattern of Letting Child Porn Offenders off the Hook’

In a series of tweets on Wednesday, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) called out President Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, for having “a pattern of letting child porn offenders off the hook for their appalling crimes.”

Detailing Judge Jackson’s rulings, interviews, articles, and speeches, Hawley called attention to the “alarming pattern when it comes to Judge Jackson’s treatment of sex offenders, especially those preying on children.”

“As far back as her time in law school, Judge Jackson has questioned making convicts register as sex offenders – saying it leads to ‘stigmatization and ostracism,’” Hawley noted. “She’s suggested public policy is driven by a ‘climate of fear, hatred & revenge’ against sex offenders.”

Hawley cited a few cases as examples of her leniency towards the sentencing of child porn sex offenders.

“In United States v. Cooper, in which the criminal had more than 600 images and videos and posted many on a public blog, the Guidelines called for a sentence of 151-188 months. Judge Jackson settled on 60 months, the lowest possible sentence allowed by law,” Hawley tweeted.

“In United States v. Downs, the perp posted multiple images to an anonymous instant messaging app, including an image of a child under the age of 5. The Guidelines recommended 70-87 months. Judge Jackson gave him the lowest sentence allowed by law, 60 months,” he said in another tweet.

Hawley called Jackson’s record “disturbing,” and added, “sending child predators to jail shouldn’t be controversial.”

“In every single child porn case for which we can find records, Judge Jackson deviated from the federal sentencing guidelines in favor of child porn offenders,” Hawley wrote.

In 1996, Jackson anonymously wrote a “Note” for the Harvard Law Review in which she: (a) claimed that U.S. courts tended to treat convicted sex offenders too harshly, and (b) urged judges to “change their analytical framework for evaluating the constitutionality of certain state sex offender statutes.” “[I]n the current climate of fear, hatred, and revenge associated with the release of convicted sex criminals,” Jackson wrote, “courts must be especially atten­tive to legislative enactments that ‘use[ ] public health and safety rhetoric to justify procedures that are, in essence, punishment and detention.’” Arguing that the laws regarding punishment for sex crimes were excessively onerous, she added: “Although many courts and commentators herald these laws as valid regulatory measures, others reject them as punitive enactments that violate the rights of individuals who already have been sanctioned for their crimes.”

This is an excellent breakdown.

Batteries, they do not make electricity – they store electricity produced elsewhere, primarily by coal, uranium, natural gas-powered plants, or diesel-fueled generators. So, to say an EV is a zero-emission vehicle is not at all valid.

Also, since forty percent of the electricity generated in the U.S. is from coal-fired plants, it follows that forty percent of the EVs on the road are coal-powered, do you see?”

Einstein’s formula, E=MC2, tells us it takes the same amount of energy to move a five-thousand-pound gasoline-driven automobile a mile as it does an electric one. The only question again is what produces the power? To reiterate, it does not come from the battery; the battery is only the storage device, like a gas tank in a car.

There are two orders of batteries, rechargeable, and single-use. The most common single-use batteries are A, AA, AAA, C, D. 9V, and lantern types. Those dry-cell species use zinc, manganese, lithium, silver oxide, or zinc and carbon to store electricity chemically. Please note they all contain toxic, heavy metals.

Rechargeable batteries only differ in their internal materials, usually lithium-ion, nickel-metal oxide, and nickel-cadmium. The United States uses three billion of these two battery types a year, and most are not recycled; they end up in landfills. California is the only state which requires all batteries be recycled. If you throw your small, used batteries in the trash, here is what happens to them.

All batteries are self-discharging. That means even when not in use, they leak tiny amounts of energy. You have likely ruined a flashlight or two from an old, ruptured battery. When a battery runs down and can no longer power a toy or light, you think of it as dead; well, it is not. It continues to leak small amounts of electricity. As the chemicals inside it run out, pressure builds inside the battery’s metal casing, and eventually, it cracks. The metals left inside then ooze out. The ooze in your ruined flashlight is toxic, and so is the ooze that will inevitably leak from every battery in a landfill. All batteries eventually rupture; it just takes rechargeable batteries longer to end up in the landfill.

In addition to dry cell batteries, there are also wet cell ones used in automobiles, boats, and motorcycles. The good thing about those is, ninety percent of them are recycled. Unfortunately, we do not yet know how to recycle single-use ones.

But that is not half of it. For those of you excited about electric cars and a green revolution, I want you to take a closer look at batteries and also windmills and solar panels. These three technologies share what we call environmentally destructive production costs.

A typical EV battery weighs one thousand pounds, about the size of a travel trunk. It contains twenty-five pounds of lithium, sixty pounds of nickel, 44 pounds of manganese, 30 pounds cobalt, 200 pounds of copper, and 400 pounds of aluminum, steel, and plastic. Inside are over 6,000 individual lithium-ion cells.

It should concern you that all those toxic components come from mining. For instance, to manufacture each EV auto battery, you must process 25,000 pounds of brine for the lithium, 30,000 pounds of ore for the cobalt, 5,000 pounds of ore for the nickel, and 25,000 pounds of ore for copper. All told, you dig up 500,000 pounds of the earth’s crust for just – one – battery.”

Sixty-eight percent of the world’s cobalt, a significant part of a battery, comes from the Congo. Their mines have no pollution controls, and they employ children who die from handling this toxic material. Should we factor in these diseased kids as part of the cost of driving an electric car?”

I’d like to leave you with these thoughts. California is building the largest battery in the world near San Francisco, and they intend to power it from solar panels and windmills. They claim this is the ultimate in being ‘green,’ but it is not. This construction project is creating an environmental disaster. Let me tell you why.

The main problem with solar arrays is the chemicals needed to process silicate into the silicon used in the panels. To make pure enough silicon requires processing it with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrogen fluoride, trichloroethane, and acetone. In addition, they also need gallium, arsenide, copper-indium-gallium- diselenide, and cadmium-telluride, which also are highly toxic. Silicon dust is a hazard to the workers, and the panels cannot be recycled.

Windmills are the ultimate in embedded costs and environmental destruction. Each weighs 1688 tons (the equivalent of 23 houses) and contains 1300 tons of concrete, 295 tons of steel, 48 tons of iron, 24 tons of fiberglass, and the hard to extract rare earths neodymium, praseodymium, and dysprosium. Each blade weighs 81,000 pounds and will last 15 to 20 years, at which time it must be replaced. We cannot recycle used blades.

There may be a place for these technologies, but you must look beyond the myth of zero emissions.

“Going Green” may sound like the Utopian ideal but when you look at the hidden and embedded costs realistically with an open mind, you can see that Going Green is more destructive to the Earth’s environment than meets the eye, for sure.

The Bottom Line

EVs are neither carbon-neutral nor powered by batteries. The batteries in EVs are all powered by other energy sources. The truth is that mankind cannot become carbon neutral without hurting mankind itself.

We have long recommended that America go all nuclear power. Nuclear power is clean, carbon free, reliable and cheap.

As we wrote in our column “America’s Energy Future: Oil, Natural Gas and Nuclear“:

America’s power lies in its ability to provide power to the engines of our current and future economic growth.

Starving America of power, makes America powerless. Starving our citizens of cheap and reliable power is a direct threat to our fiscal and national security.

To be powerful America needs powerful sources of energy. Nuclear, oil (for gasoline, diesel and aviation fuels) and natural gas are the best and most accessible means to energy independence.

Energy independence translates into life, liberty and the pursuit of our collective happiness.

Without cheap and reliable power sources the lights in that city on the hill will most certainly go out – for everyone.

Outside New York City Hall, on March 7, I heard 3 speakers (excerpted) addressing the mandates, the jabs and the threat of the WEF techno-digital reset.

Mayor Adams had announced, as coronavirus infections continue to drop statewide, that starting on Monday March 7 New Yorkers will no longer need to show proof of vaccination for indoor activities (like dining) and kids won’t have to wear face masks in school anymore; children in K-12 will no longer have to don face coverings indoors. (For now we had a win)

However, there are complications. Seems individual businesses can decide to enforce their own rules. NOW they can CHOOSE to continue the mandates. But, NEVER were they given the choice to END the mandates.

The War Between Those Who Want to be Adored and those Who Adore

My wife asked me do I want to be adored or to adore? I will give you my answer to her at the end of this article.

After listening to this question I suddenly understood what ails the world yesterday, today and tomorrow. Adoration!

Adoration is defined as: deep love and respect, worship or veneration.

QUESTION: Who are what do you love, respect, worship or venerate?

To adore oneself or not to adore oneself, that is the question.

There are those who adore themselves, they adore a particular ideology, they worship a deity, they venerate objects.

Many have written about the Culture War we are experiencing. Many have written about the so called Woke Culture and Wokeism.

QUESTION: What is the foundation, the undergirding idea behind the Woke Culture?

ANSWER: It’s all about adoration!

Adoration 

Today there are roughly two groups of people, those who adore themselves and those who adore a higher calling. Let’s list what each of these groups adore.

Those who adore themselves:

  • Politicians.
  • The political class.
  • The elite.
  • Dictators, be they Fascist, Communists, Nazis, Islamists or just plain mean.
  • Hollywood actors, directors, producers, in general.
  • The LGBTQ+ community and those who support their agenda. After all they have “Gay Pride” month. Isn’t pride self-adoration?
  • Environmentalists.
  • Scientists.
  • Government officials at every level.
  • Corporate CEOs, who no longer care about their customers but are self absorbed in adoring themselves and all of the above.
  • The rich and powerful who control the legacy media, social media and what we see in films, TV and hear on the radio. Those who adore themselves are the ultimate propagandists.

The above list of self-adorers are interconnected and act according to their love of themselves and their collectivist ideals. They support one another to push policies that are anti-liberty, anti-life and anti-individual. For them it’s either idolize me or face sever consequences.

Those who adore a higher calling:

  • Those who love the God of Abraham. Except those who Jews who are part of the group above.
  • Those who love Jesus the Son of God. Except those Christians, including the Pope, who are part of the group above.
  • Those who love Allah, however some of these are starting to adore themselves more than their God.
  • Those who love their country. In America this group is called patriots.
  • Those who love their role in the traditional family made up of a mother, father and their biological children.
  • Those who love the sinner but hate their sins.
  • Those who believe in life, liberty and the individual pursuit of happiness.

Adoring one’s wife, family, children, grandchildren, country, God, etc. have a totally different world view than those who adore themselves. This group serve a higher calling. It’s not about the individual it’s about doing the right things. This group judges others by the content of their character not the color of their skin or political belief system.

The Bottom Line

Those who adore themselves think of what is good for me, myself and I. Those who adore on a higher plain think about others and doing the right thing.

Peter Kreeft said, “Only God may be adored, because only God is unlimited goodness, truth, and beauty, and thus only God deserves unlimited love.”

Canadian philosopher and author Matshona Dhliwayo wrote, “If a woman stands behind you, respect her; if she stands beside you, cherish her; if she stands with you, adore her.”

Now I will tell you how I answered by wife of 57 years when she asked me would you rather be adored or adore.

I told her that I would rather adore God and His Son, her, our son, our daughter-in-law, our grandchildren and our family.

I also adore my country, after have served in the United States Army for 23-years my love of my country, our flag and our Constitution is unyielding. Many of those I served with gave the last full measure of devotion to the nation. They to I adore for their sacrifices.

Do not adore is wrong, just don’t adore yourself, take the high ground and adore a higher calling. You will be happier, healthier and blessed.

White House Sends VP Kamala to Tout Biden’s ‘Achievements’

According to a report Wednesday, epically incompetent Vice President Kamala Harris is being deployed by the White House to tout boss Joe Biden’s purported “achievements” at home while he jets off to Europe to meet with other leaders from NATO.

Fresh off humiliating herself and the United States on the world stage, Kamala will reportedly use the trips to address infrastructure, expanded broadband access, and key executive orders signed by Biden.

“While the Cabinet has been doing a good job hitting the road as much as possible, there is just no way any secretary can bring the star power and local media attention as Vice President Harris can,” a Democrat strategist told The Hill.

Star power? She has become an object of international mockery by proving at every turn that she is way out of her depth as a political leader.

“And as a lot of accomplishments, especially from the infrastructure bill are starting to kick in, it is perfect timing to be sharing specific — dare I say concrete— examples in local communities of how they will be benefiting,” the strategist added.

Accomplishments starting to kick in? What planet does this strategist live on? Certainly not this one, where every American can see exactly what a catastrophic job the Biden administration has done thus far.

Sending the brain-dead VP around the country to tout Biden’s “expanded broadband access” will convince no one that this administration has been a success.

EAGLE PASS, Texas — Thousands of migrants marching through Texas ranches as far as 80 miles from the U.S. border continues to disrupt the lives of those who live and work in these regions. Governor Greg Abbott told Breitbart Texas the chaos and crime in these areas are “worse than it has ever been.”

“Their lives have been disrupted like never before,” Governor Abbott said in an exclusive interview late last week. “There are people coming in across the border and going onto the land, cutting fences that hold in cattle, sometimes cattle are lost as a result of it.”

He said these trespassers are “breaking into homes, destroying property, sometimes, pointing a gun at people’s heads. It is worse than it’s ever been.”

The governor said the volume of migrant crossings adds to the created chaos on ranches in south Texas. He added that this is not simply unaccompanied minors or family units that are making the trek through the ranches.

“These are people who are trying to not get caught,” Abbott explained. “People who are coming here, some of whom have criminal records. We know that because of some of the people we have arrested.”

Breitbart Texas spoke with officials with the Texas Military Department about the arrests taking place by brush team soldiers on ranches.

“Over the past 90 days, the brush team has supported more than 1,000 apprehensions along the Texas-Mexico border,” TMD Director of Communications Rita Holton told Breitbart. “Approximately 30 percent of these individuals apprehended had a prior criminal record for activities such as sexual assault, drug smuggling, and human smuggling.”

A TMD military officer who commands the brush team operations told Breitbart they are the “last line defense” against the migrants who intend to get into the U.S. interior without being screened or apprehended.

“We use a variety of sensors and techniques to identify where these folks are coming from and where they are going,” the officer stated. “We are on our feet eight to 15 miles per night using ‘old school tracking’ and the technology available for our mission.”

He explained groups range in size from five migrants to more than 50 at a time. “Some of these have criminal histories that include narcotics smuggling or sexual assault.”…

Thank you very much, Madam Speaker, members of the Congress, ladies and gentlemen, Americans, friends. I’m proud to greet you from Ukraine, from our capital city of Kyiv, a city that is under missile and airstrikes from Russian troops every day, but it doesn’t give up. And we have not even thought about it for a second, just like many other cities and communities in our beautiful country, which found themselves in the worst war since World War II.

I have the honor to greet you on behalf of the Ukrainian people, brave and freedom-loving people who for eight years have been resisting the Russian aggression, those who give their best sons and daughters to stop this full-scale Russian invasion.

Right now, the destiny of our country is being decided, the destiny of our people, whether Ukrainians will be free, whether they will be able to preserve their democracy. Russia has attacked not just us, not just our land, not just our cities; it went on a brutal offensive against our values, basic human values. It threw tanks and planes against our freedom, against our right to live freely in our own country, choosing our own future against our desire for happiness, against our national dreams, just like the same dreams you have, you Americans, just like anyone else in the United States.

I remember your national memorial in Rushmore, the faces of your prominent presidents, those who laid the foundation of the United States of America as it is today: democracy, independence, freedom and care for everyone, for every person, for everyone who works diligently, who lives honestly, who respects the law. We in Ukraine want the same for our people: all that is a normal part of your own life. Ladies and gentlemen, friends, Americans, in your great history you have pages that would allow you to understand Ukrainians. Understand us now, when you need it right now — when we need you right now.

Remember Pearl Harbor — terrible morning of December 7, 1941, when your sky was black from the planes attacking you. Just remember it. Remember September the 11th, a terrible day in 2001, when evil tried to turn your cities, independent territories in battlefields, when innocent people were attacked, attacked from air. Yes, just like nobody else expected it. You could not stop it. Our country experienced the same every day, right now, at this moment, every night for three weeks now.

Various Ukrainian cities, Odessa and Kovel, Chernihiv and Sumy, (inaudible), Mariupol and Dnipro — Russia has turned the Ukrainian sky into a source of death for thousands of people. Russian troops have already fired nearly 1,000 missiles at Ukraine, countless bombs. They use drones to kill us with precision. This is a terror that Europe has not seen for 80 years, and we are asking for a reply, for an answer to this terror from the whole world. Is this a lot to ask for, to create a no-fly zone — zone over Ukraine to save people? Is this too much to ask — humanitarian no-fly zone, something that Ukraine — that Russia would not be able to terrorize our free cities? If this is too much to ask, we offer an alternative.

You know what kind of defense systems we need, S-300 and other similar systems. You know how much depends on the battlefield on the ability to use aircraft, powerful, strong air — aviation to protect our people, our freedom, our land, aircraft that can help Ukraine, help Europe. And you know that they exist, and you have them, but they are on earth, not in Ukraine — in the Ukrainian sky. They do not defend our people.

“I have a dream.” These words are known to each of you today. I can say, “I have a need: I need to protect our sky.” I need your decision, your help, which means exactly the same, the same you feel when you hear the words “I have a dream.” Ladies and gentlemen, friends, Ukraine is grateful to the United States for its overwhelming support, for everything that U.S. government and your people have done for us, for weapons and ammunition, for training, for finances, for leadership in the free world, which helps us to pressure the aggressor economically. I am grateful to President Biden for his personal involvement, for his sincere commitment to the defense of Ukraine and democracy all over the world. I am grateful to you for the resolution which recognizes all those who commit crimes against Ukraine, against the Ukrainian people as war criminals. However, now it is true in the darkest time for our country, for the whole Europe, I call on you to do more.

New packages of sanctions are needed constantly, every week until the Russian military machine stops. Restrictions are needed for everyone on whom this unjust regime is based. We propose that the United States sanctions all politicians in the Russian Federation who remain in their offices and do not cut ties with those who are responsible for the aggression against Ukraine, from state Dumas members to the last official who has lack of moral to break this state terror. All American companies must leave Russia from their market — leave their market immediately, because it is flooded with our blood. Ladies and gentlemen, members of Congress, please take the lead. If you have companies in your districts who finance the Russian military machine leaving business in Russia, you should put pressure. I’m asking to make sure that the Russians do not receive a single penny that they use to destroy people in Ukraine, the destruction of our country, the destruction of Europe. All American ports should be closed for Russian goods. Peace is more important than income, and we have to defend this principle in the whole world.

We already became part of the antiwar coalition, big antiwar coalition that unites many countries, dozens of countries, those who reacted to — in principle to President Putin’s decision to invade our country, but we need to move on and do more. We need to create new tools to respond quickly and stop the war — the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24th, and it would be fair if it ended in a day, in 24 hours, that evil would be punished immediately. Today, the world does not have such tools. The wars of the past have prompted our predecessors to create institutions that should protect us from war, but they, unfortunately, don’t work. We see it. You see it. So we need new ones, new institutions, new alliances, and we offer them.

We propose to create an association, U-24, United For Peace, a union of responsible countries that have the strength and consciousness to stop conflict immediately, provide all the necessary assistance in 24 hours, if necessary, even weapons, if necessary, sanctions, humanitarian support, political support, finances — everything you need to keep the peace and quickly save the world, to save lives. In addition, such association, such union could provide assistance to those who are — experiencing natural disasters, man-made disasters, who fell victims to humanitarian crisis or epidemic. Remember how difficult it was for the world to do the simplest thing, just to give vaccines, vaccines against covid to save lives, to prevent new strains. The world spent months, years doing things like that much faster to make sure there are no human losses, no victims. Ladies and gentlemen, Americans, if such alliance would exist today, that is, U-24, we would be able to save thousands of lives in our country, in many countries of the world, those who need peace, those who suffer inhumane destruction.

I ask you to watch one video, video of what the Russian troops did in our country, in our land. We have to stop it. We must prevent it, preventively destroy every single aggressor who seeks to subjugate other nations. Please watch the video.

And in the end, to sum it up, today it is not enough to be the leader of the (inaudible). Today, it takes, to be the leader of the world — being the leader of the world means to be the leader of peace. Peace in your country doesn’t depend anymore only on you and your people; it depends on those next to you, on those who are strong. Strong doesn’t mean big. Strong is brave and ready to fight for the life of his citizens and citizens of the world, human rights for freedom, for the right to live decently and to die when your time comes, and not when it’s wanted by someone else, by your neighbor.

Today, the Ukrainian people are defending not only Ukraine; we are fighting for the values of Europe and the world, sacrificing our lives in the name of the future. That’s why today, the American people are helping not just Ukraine, but Europe and the world to keep the planet alive, to keep justice in history.

Now, I’m almost 45 years old. Today my age stopped when the heart of more than 100 children stopped beating. I see no sense in life if it cannot stop the deaths. And this is my main mission as the leader of my people, brave Ukrainians, and as the leader of my nation, I’m addressing the President Biden. You are the leader of the nation, of your great nation. Restrictions Following Midterm Elections

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis argued on Friday that many leftists will reimpose COVID-19 restrictions after the November midterm election “if they feel they need them.”

DeSantis shared the comments during an Expand American Energy forum on Friday in Doral, Florida.

“The minute those elections are over, they will impose mandates if they feel the need to do that. They will impose restrictions,” DeSantis said.

“And so that will happen. If those types of people are allowed to be put in power, my view on that is, they’ve put Fauci in the witness protection program because he will say, you know, no, you should still wear a mask, and he’s never going to say be normal, go back to normal. So they know that, and they know that that’s not what people want,” DeSantis added.

DeSantis predicted the return of restrictions in the winter of 2022 by blue states.

“There’s nothing wrong if on an individual basis you make a certain calculation. That’s fine. We encourage you to do that. But it’s wrong to mandate people and restrict people, and that will happen. I guarantee you, winter of 2022, any of those folks that are there, you are going to see that happen,” he continued.

“The only way to make sure it doesn’t happen is to have nice, big, red wave. So, we’ll see,” he added.

The strong words follow comments by DeSantis on Wednesday that declared an end to the pandemic theater for this state, saying, “There is no place in Florida for COVID theater.”

DeSantis shared the words alongside a video clip from a panel he spoke at on Monday with Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo and other medical experts to close the curtain on coronavirus restrictions.

“Over the past two years, the data has shown us what works and what doesn’t work. It is long past time to stop the COVID Theater,” DeSantis said.

“In Florida, we told the truth, we let the data drive our response, and we let Floridians make decisions for themselves and their children. As a result, Florida is in a better spot than states who used fear mongering and mandates,” he added.

Earlier in the month, DeSantis made headlines for a video released that said Florida’s surgeon general has put out new guidance for Florida workers to provide freedom from mask requirements.

“Simply relying on outdated CDC guidance when the experience has completely undercut that is not really a reasonable thing to do at this point,” DeSantis said in a Tuesday video on Twitter.

“A 9 to 5 job should not be a N-95 job,” the governor added.

The Daily Wire previously reported:

DeSantis spoke specifically on behalf of workers in the service and hospitality industries.

“Every time I go to these places, I’ll be in these big events and you have all these people having such a good time and the poor servers are forced to mask and I will ask them, ‘Are you allowed to take the mask off?’ They say not yet,” he shared.

“They’re all waiting for it. They all want to be liberated. They want to be treated normally,” DeSantis added.

House GOP Demands Investigation into Russian Influence in U.S. Environmental Groups

Foreign actors have been funding the destruction of the American energy sector under the guise of green/clean climate hoax propaganda.

House GOP demands investigation into alleged Russian influence in US environmental groups

“Unlike the Russia hoax, Putin’s malign influence on our energy sector is real and deserves further investigation,” Jim Banks said.

As many Americans are seeking an increase in domestic energy output amid skyrocketing prices across the country, Republicans are calling on Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to investigate if Russian money has financed American environmental groups that advocate against US fossil fuels.

The head of the Republican Study Committee (RSC) has urged Yellen to launch an investigation into whether Russia has a secret funding scheme backing US green groups that have been a barrier to America’s bid for energy independence.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) spearheaded a letter Friday addressed to Yellen that cites a Washington Free Beacon report from 2015 that suggested that California-based Sea Change Foundation may be “a conduit for Russian oil interests in funneling money” to groups such as the League of Conservation Voters (LCV), the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), the Sierra Club, and the Center for American Progress, according to a Fox News exclusive Saturday.

“Russia spent millions promoting anti-energy policies and politicians in the U.S.,” Banks declared in a press statement sent to Fox News Digital. “Now, thanks to Biden’s war on domestic energy, U.S. oil production has dropped 10%, pushing up prices and enriching and emboldening Putin before he invaded Ukraine.”

Banks said that unlike the “Russia hoax,” Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “malign influence on our energy sector is real and deserves further investigation.”

As the world “descends into another global conflict,” Banks said in the latter it is “imperative that the Unites States remains free from foreign manipulation.”

The list of requests outlined in the letter asks the Treasury Department to partner with the Department of Justice in establishing a select committee to probe illicit Russian influence operations if Russian manipulation is confirmed.

Fox News reported that the Treasury Department did not respond to email requests for comment on whether it would investigate the GOP’s concerns regarding Russian interference in American anti-energy funding.

The letter from Banks mirrors a similar effort from Republicans on the House Energy and Commerce Committee who are demanding select environmental groups disclose ties to a non-governmental organization, which GOP members claim are being used by Putin to impact America’s energy production efforts.

House Republicans on the committee have pointed to the LCV, the NRDC, and the Sierra Club, which they’ve alleged have connections with the San Francisco-headquartered NGO environmental organization Sea Change Foundation. Sea Change is known as a major left-of-center foundation whose grant-making focuses on supporting environmentalist think tanks and advocacy groups.

In a March 10 letter sent to the aforementioned trio, congressional Republicans inquired about the funding the groups have received from the Sea Change Foundation since 2006 and prompted a disclosure of whether the groups “are aware of concerns that Sea Change may be a conduit for Russian funding.”

Meanwhile, the Center for American Progress said the allegations have been “thoroughly debunked,” pointing to a 2018 Inside Philanthropy article where Sea Change founders Nat Simons and Laura Baxter-Simons are quoted insisting they’ve received no outside funding and the foundation’s over $500 million in grants for climate and clean energy initiatives were based on family wealth.

“I wish to clarify that press reports speculating that Klein has received funding from outside sources are factually incorrect and have no basis. Neither Klein nor Sea Change Foundation has ever solicited or accepted contributions from non-family related sources,” Simons said in a statement include in the 2018 piece.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, the Center for American Progress called the recent moves by the GOP arriving amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict “a disgusting disinformation campaign by unpatriotic Republican extremists who have been actively cheering on Putin throughout the Trump years” and who are “now masking that disgrace with lies that have been thoroughly debunked.”

LCV, NRDC, and Sierra Club have also pushed back against the GOP’s claims in previous statements to Fox News Digital, with the NRDC calling the Republican Party’s allegations “false” and “rooted in a smear campaign orchestrated nearly a decade ago by fossil fuel interests and a right-wing think tank.”

“We receive no funding from the governments of Russia or China,” said NRDC director of strategic engagement Bob Deans, calling the GOP’s allegations “a distraction” then and now. “We answer to our independent leadership, and we don’t do the bidding of any government – foreign or otherwise – in our work to advocate for commonsense environmental protections in the public interest.”

LCV said the “story is completely false and has been put to rest for years.”

“We have no connections to Russia, or China, and have been an effective advocate for environmental protection for over 50 years,” the American environmental advocacy group stated. “These false and poorly researched allegations are rooted in a nearly 10-year-old right-wing think tank and fossil fuel industry-funded smear campaign that gets revived every few years to serve as a distraction.”

Sierra Club’s legislative director Melinda Pierce labeled the collusion allegation a “false conspiracy theory” that’s “invented by the same deceitful front groups paid to do polluters’ and big tobacco’s dirty work, has been repeatedly debunked over its nearly 10-year existence.” Pierce maintained that the Sierra Club has “no connections to Russia or China, and proudly fights for clean energy and climate action because this is what our planet requires, our families deserve, and what the overwhelming majority of Americans across the country demand.”

As the Russian government seeks to expand its political influence as an energy superpower, Moscow has gone to drastic lengths to ensure Europe’s reliance on Russian oil and gas. The dependence has made it difficult for both the US and its European allies to counter Russia’s military aggression in the region.

Among critics blasting President Joe Biden’s energy policies at home, the Republican Study Committee, the largest group of conservatives in the House, claims that the commander-in-chief has stifled domestic oil and gas production and led to the U.S. buying Russian oil to fund Putin’s war against Ukraine.

Earlier in the previous week, Biden announced a ban on Russian oil imports, firing back at opponents accusing the Biden administration of holding back domestic energy production. “I’m sick of this stuff,” Biden told a Democratic retreat in Philadelphia in reference to questions of inflation. “The American people think the reason for inflation is the government spending more money. Simply not true.”

Yellen said in a Thursday interview that Americans will likely experience “another year in which 12-month inflation numbers remain very uncomfortably high.”

She also said she believes the war in Ukraine is “exacerbating inflation” as the situation would likely play a part in keeping prices on the upward trend.

The US has 336 labs in 30 countries under its control, including 26 in Ukraine alone. It should give a full account of its biological military activities at home and abroad and subject itself to multilateral verification.

I think it is accurate and I think the Biden administration is in up to its neck in bio weapons and warfare. I believe Fauci and the CDC are both in this with evil intent.

This from a pentagon spokesman John Kirby on Wednesday:- “The Russian accusations are absurd, they are laughable, and, you know, in the words of my Irish Catholic grandfather, a bunch of malarkey. There’s nothing to it. It’s classic Russian propaganda. We are not developing biological or chemical weapons inside Ukraine. It’s not happening.”

Biden and co will blame the Russians and Putin just as he is blaming them for our gas prices and our inflation. I guess it gives President Trump a break as he would normally be the fall-guy!

Hunter Biden Firm Rosemont Seneca Invested in Firm Tied to Ukrainian Biolabs

Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP) was one of the main financial backers for a company called Metabiota, which partnered with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Potty-mouthed Hunter Biden was one of RSTP’s co-founders and managing directors. He co-founded it with John Kerry’s stepson Christopher Heinz. Hunter’s company gathered $30 million for Metabiota in 2015. Both of their influential daddies have been linked to shady deals involving RSTP.

SHOCKER: Hunter Biden’s Firm Funded Company That Partnered With Wuhan Lab on Bat Research

Metabiota had previously partnered with a firm called EcoHealth Alliance under an umbrella bringing several similar companies together in 2014, which eventually led to a study on bat infectious diseases in China.

According to the National Pulse, a document describing the projects that were under the umbrella states specifically that “Sensitive and broadly reactive RT-PCR assays were performed at Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.”

The National Pulse also reports that “researchers from EcoHealth Alliance and Metabiota have collaborated on presentations regarding how to “live safely with bats” and studies linking emerging infectious disease outbreaks to wildlife trade facilities including ‘wet markets.’” Section 2 of  “Ways to Live Safely with Bats: The Basics” declares:

While bats have been connected to rabies and other diseases, killing or disturbing the natural homes of bats can actually make rabies spread to more people. Because of this, it’s best not to kill, hunt, sell, cook, or eat bats.

A February 2020 statement by well-respected medical officials rejected the theory that the CCP virus originated in a  lab. Then-President Trump disagreed with that statement and he turned out to be right. Vanity Fair reported uncovering “warnings” to officials not to look into the origins of the Wuhan virus.

A Chinese defector claims the virus leaked from the Wuhan lab and the bats were a cover-up.

SHOCKING: Video of Unconstitutional FBI Raid on Project Veritas Journalist’s Home

Project Veritas is releasing never-before-seen footage today of last November’s FBI raid on the home of one its journalists.

The shocking footage shows the tense moments when several agents banged on the door screaming, “Open up!” Once the journalist opened the door, several FBI agents shouted, “Let me see your hands!”

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • Shocking footage published Tuesday afternoon shows the moment FBI agents raided the home of a Project Veritas journalist last November. In the video, the armed agents are heard shouting “let me see your hands!”
  • In addition to clutching their weapons, multiple agents are seen searching the home of the Project Veritas journalist, rummaging through the closets, bedroom and the kitchen.
  • The journalist can be heard multiple times on the footage, most audibly exclaiming “my hands are up,” as agents enter the home.
  • The raid and seizures were executed at the behest of the Biden Administration’s Department of Justice despite Attorney General Merrick Garland’s vow to respect press freedoms.
  • The Reporters Committee for the Freedom of the Press decried the raid on Project Veritas in court and through public statements, as has the ACLU.

Back in November, the ALCU issued letters to the court saying the raid had “serious consequences for press freedom.”

The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press issued a motion to unseal information pertaining to the Department of Justice’s unusual decision to carry out raids against journalists.

The Society of Professional Journalists and the Committee to Protect Journalists also issued statements expressing concern for the “harmful precedent” set by the raids.

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe said, “What you have just seen is an effort by the government to intimidate and silence us as journalists…We will stand firm to vindicate our own First Amendment rights, fight for the rights of our fellow journalists, and all Americans. We cannot and will not be intimidated. Stay tuned, because we are just getting started.”

No Sex Ed for Under-8s in Florida Schools — and the Wokerati are Outraged?

How would you distinguish it from grooming? 

Florida kindergarteners to grade threes won’t be taught sex ed at school, after both of the state’s houses approved a “Parental Rights in Education” bill in recent weeks. Awaiting a signature from Governor Ron DeSantis, the new law will come into effect on July 1.

And get this: the wokerati are outraged.

Those inexplicably opposed to the law have run a successful campaign to label it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. On cue, President Joe Biden tweeted: “I want every member of the LGBTQI+ community — especially the kids who will be impacted by this hateful bill — to know that you are loved and accepted just as you are.”

Like clapping seals, America’s national media has run with the false label and the claim that the bill is anti-LGBT. Yet the controversial clause of the new law is as brief as it is unremarkable:

“‘Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade three or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”

The bill doesn’t prevent young children from discussing sexuality or gender identity with their parents, or with each other, or even with their teacher for that matter. What’s in view is instruction —  namely, classroom curriculum.

Importantly, the law establishes transparency, so that parents remain aware of what is being taught in their child’s classroom, and the nature of conversations their child is having with school staff.

Likewise, the bill doesn’t mention homosexuality, transgenderism or in any way ban the use of the word “gay”. In other words, it does not privilege one type of sexuality over another, as the “Don’t Say Gay” campaign implies. It simply places the burden for teaching young children about sex and gender back where it belongs: under the purview of parents.

And while the controversial clause addresses grades beyond K-3, it actually allows classroom instruction on sexuality and gender identity in higher grades — only at an age-appropriate level.

But oh, the tears woke celebrities cried!

“Disgusting,” said Ariana Grande.

“Ugly,” scoffed Hillary Clinton scoffed.

“Horrible,” cried Billy Jean King.

“Partisan,” claimed Lord of the Rings’ Sean Astin.

“Bigoted,” Sex in the City’s Cynthia Nixon tweeted.

And then there was Luke Skywalker, aka Mark Hamill, with this apparently courageous attempt to put prose to the unutterable:

Then there was the response from Disney — yes, that wonderful, child-friendly entertainment empire — whose woke employees are staging a walkout this week after the company’s CEO failed to condemn the bill quickly enough for their liking.

It is not unusual for celebrities to ride bandwagons, even for slightly unusual causes. But outrage over K-3 kids not receiving sex ed instruction?

A generous reading of the situation is that most pop-commentators have not read or understood what HB1557 is about. The sad reality is that some — perhaps many — comprehend the bill perfectly well, and still wish for the state to step between children and their parents to introduce rainbow sexuality concepts when kids would otherwise be learning the alphabet, phonics and basic maths.

For good reason many commentators have labelled it an anti-grooming bill. (If you are in doubt about this label, spend an hour or so browsing woke teacher videos on Libs of TikTok’s YouTube channel).

Why should young children be exposed to concepts no generation their age has previously been burdened with? And why would teachers feel the need to hide any of this from parents?

Children deserve to be protected from increasing sexualisation. Here in Australia, we should be passing anti-grooming bills too, like Mark Latham’s Parental Rights Bill that has languished for too long on the shelf in New South Wales.

It’s time we let kids be kids again, and if we must, endure the woke outrage to protect them.
