Green energy policies have failed Texas. Power outages, in large part caused by frozen wind turbines and snow covered solar panels, are still keeping nearly 500,000 Lone Star residents freezing in the dark. Now, Big Green and the wind and solar industries are in non-stop spin-mode, trying to drum up an alternative narrative to shift the blame from their failed policies.

As The Wall Street Journal reports:

“While millions of Texans remain without power for a third day, the wind industry and its advocates are spinning a fable that gas, coal and nuclear plants—not their frozen turbines—are to blame.

After imperiling the grid with their wind turbines and solar panels, Big Green is gleefully distributing talking points to the press about natural gas plants failing to keep up with demand.”

Holman Jenkins tells us why in another article at the WSJ:

“Thanks to the Clean Air Act, pipeline compressors run on electricity now rather than natural gas. So blackouts meant to conserve electricity can actually reduce it, by knocking gas-burning generators offline.“

Tracing energy problems to their source always leads back to bad Green policy.

Yesterday we were all slapped in the face by some very sad news.

CFACT mourns the passing of Rush Limbaugh who was as much a voice of reason on climate and energy as he was on so many issues where freedom was on the line.

Rush Limbaugh had a connection to CFACT, which was one of his go-to places for environment and energy issues; in particular, Climate Depot, which he viewed as his favorite source of climate change information other than himself. (That was another part of his humor, his braggart act, which was always meant as lighthearted.)

In the early 1990’s, Marc Morano, before he became CFACT’s Director of Communications, was Rush Limbaugh’s “Man in Washington,” as he described. Admittedly, Rush also once said he never liked the word “Committee” as part of CFACT’s name.

Michigan now admits after ‘certifying’ the 2020 Presidential election, that more voters should be removed from their voter rolls than there were votes won by Joe Biden in the race. Mixed with other suspected fraud, (like 141,000 ballot drops at 6am the day after the election) all the ballots in this state should be forensically audited to determine the full extent of the election fraud.

There was so much fraud in Michigan in the 2020 election it is difficult to know where to start. There were late-night ballot dumps

Republicans were harassed and prevented from viewing the ballot counting in the same TFC center the next day. When finally some Republican observers forced their way into the room they found the poll workers counting Xerox copies of military ballots all for Biden:

The Washington Free Beacon now reports:

The Michigan secretary of state removed 177,000 inactive voters from the state’s voter rolls after settling a legal challenge.

The state removed the names from the voter rolls in late January because the voters no longer live in the state or did not respond to the state’s inquiries about their addresses, according to a Tuesday district court announcement. The state performed the post-election audit during a legal battle with the Honest Elections Project, an election watchdog.

Michigan certified the election results in November claiming Joe Biden won by 154,000 votes.

Michigan’s 2020 election was run by crooks.  A forensic ballot count of all the ballots in Detroit, if not the entire state, should be performed.

When it comes to China, Joe Biden is Relativist-in-Chief

These days, the Holocaust is compared to anything, and Jews frequently resent it. They are right to feel offended. When you compare the systematic killing of six million human beings with, say, imposing economic sanctions on a corrupt South American dictator, we have a problem. And, that problem is the trivialization of the Holocaust.

But, that does not mean that the Holocaust is the only genocide that has ever taken place. In the 20th Century, other such tragedies have happened. And yet, just as there are Holocaust deniers, there are also deniers of those other genocides. For example, renowned American scholar Noam Chomsky has come very close to denying the Cambodian genocide of the 1970s. As scholars typically do, Chomsky has always been extremely careful in choosing his words, so as to avoid the label of genocide-denier. But, effectively, he does seem to believe that most accusations against the perpetrators of that genocide (the Khmer Rouge) rely on fabricated evidence.

Unlike Chomsky, other genocide deniers do not mince words. For example, Turkey’s strongman Tayyip Recep Erdogan has repeatedly insisted that the Armenian genocide never took place. Astonishingly, President Obama followed suit making similar allegations, thus projecting a huge shadow of doubt over his Nobel Peace Prize.

Currently, a new genocide is taking place. More than one million Uighurs are being in concentration camps in China without any legal process, in an attempt to forcefully assimilate them into Chinese culture. As you would expect, China denies such allegations and diverts attention from them by focusing on the murder of George Floyd.

What is somewhat unexpected, however, is that some leaders of the West are complacent about China’s attitudes. For example, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently said that the international community “takes very seriously the label of ‘genocide’ and needs to ensure that when it is used, it is clearly and properly justified and demonstrated, so as not to weaken the application of ‘genocide’ in situations in the past.” With this argument, he refused to acknowledge the Uighur genocide.

Trudeau is correct about the need not to trivialize the word “genocide”. But, what more proof does he want of the atrocities that Uyghurs are undergoing? The evidence is overwhelming and yet he refuses to call a spade a spade. Trudeau has simply become China’s stooge.

Even more surprisingly, US President Joe Biden recently said that “the central principle of Xi Jinping is that there must be a united, tightly controlled China… I am not going to speak out against what he is doing in Hong Kong, with Uyghurs in the mountains of Western China, Taiwan and the One-China policy… he gets it, culturally, there are different norms in each country, and their leaders are expected to follow.”

By arguing that each country has its own rules and foreign leaders should not speak out against them, Biden engages in pure and undiluted relativism, the same sort of approach that justifies horrendous things such as Aztec human sacrifice or female genital mutilation. When Benedict XVI was elected Pope in 2005, his very first public speech warned about the dangers of the “dictatorship of relativism”. At the time, he was perceived by many to be out of touch; his tirade against the threat of relativism was viewed as the ramblings of a paranoid old man.

And yet time has proven Pope Benedict XVI right. In fact, relativism has always been rampant in academia. As early as 1987, Allan Bloom was making that point in his devastating critique of American youth and universities, The Closing of the American Mind: “The students’ backgrounds are as various as America can provide. Some are religious, some atheists; some are to the Left, some to the Right; some intend to be scientists, some humanists or professionals or businessmen; some are poor, some rich. They are unified only in their relativism and in their allegiance to equality. And the two are related in a moral intention.”

So prevalent is relativism amongst students, that the trope of the “freshman relativist” is well-known to professors of ethics. Fortunately, by the time they are out of college, most people begin to grow out of this worldview, and begin to understand that there are universal values that must be defended. But we have a problem when a 78-year old man thinks like a college freshman and spouts relativist dogmas. This is made even worse when this man becomes the leader of the so-called “free world” (which will hardly continue to be free if such a mentality persists).

If the relativist-in-chief continues to play by the Chinese book, there is little hope for Uyghur justice. After the Holocaust, the world made a commitment to “Never Again”. That commitment failed in Cambodia, Bosnia and Rwanda. President Biden still has time to save his honor, and confront Chinese atrocities against Uighurs. But, in order to do that, he must begin by getting rid of the great cultural malaise that lies at the heart of much genocidal complicity: relativism.

It appears that the ‘We the People’ petition system has been taken off the White House website. Here is an archive of what it looked like before Biden took office.

The system has been around for many years. At any given time, hundreds of petitions were active. If you get 100,000 signatures, the White House is supposed to give an answer. You may remember that there was an active “Free Assange” petition that the Obama Administration was obligated to answer (and gave a bad answer).

Now it appears the Biden White House has removed it. The website used to be here:

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov

This URL, as well as URLs for all currently-active petitions, just forward to the White House front page. I explored the website and could not find any mention of it. The link used to appear in both the “Contact” and “Get Involved” links, but it is gone from both.

I have seen nothing about this in the media. When I Google “White House Petition System Down” and other similar searches, I only get 4-year-old articles about the time that Trump temporarily disabled it.

Wikipedia says that the system was taken down the day Biden took office: On January 20 2021, the day the Inauguration of Joe Biden took place, the website’s address started redirecting to the White House’s website home address.

This is a terrible event, and it must be publicized, and Biden must be made to reverse this decision

Muslim ‘Refugee’ Working as Anti-Rape Trainer is Arrested for Rape

He taught other Muslim Afghans how to behave against women – then he himself raped a colleague on the night shift- empowered by Leftists, Democrats, feminists who say nothing but work to import more rape jihad.

The Qur’an teaches that Infidel women can be lawfully taken for sexual use (cf. its allowance for a man to take “captives of the right hand,” 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50, 70:30). The Qur’an says:

“O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (33:59)

The implication there is that if women do not cover themselves adequately with their outer garments, they may be abused, and that such abuse would be justified. (source: Robert Spencer)

This behavior is justified in the Qur’an. Islamic scholar Robert Spencer explains:

“Why did they not produce four witnesses? Since they produce not witnesses, they verily are liars in the sight of Allah.” — Qur’an 24:13

Because of the Qur’an-derived stipulation that sexual crimes can only be established by the testimony of four male Muslim witnesses, along with the Sharia provision that women’s testimony is not admissible in cases involving sex, it is not at all unknown that women are in prison for being victims of rape: their own charge against the perpetrator becomes self-incriminating when he refuses to confess and there are not four witnesses.

In Islamic law, it is normal: the seizure of Infidel girls and their use as sex slaves is sanctioned in the Qur’an. According to Islamic law, Muslim men can take “captives of the right hand” (Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 33:50). The Qur’an says: “O Prophet! Lo! We have made lawful to you your wives to whom you have paid their dowries, and those whom your right hand possesses of those whom Allah has given you as spoils of war” (33:50). 4:3 and 4:24 extend this privilege to Muslim men in general. The Qur’an says that a man may have sex with his wives and with these slave girls: “The believers must win through, those who humble themselves in their prayers; who avoid vain talk; who are active in deeds of charity; who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or whom their right hands possess, for they are free from blame.” (Qur’an 23:1-6)

A survivor of a Muslim rape gang in the UK has previously said that her rapists would quote Quran to her, and believed their actions justified by Islam. Thus it came as no surprise when Muslim migrants in France raped a girl and videoed the rape while praising Allah and invoking the Qur’an. And the victim of an Islamic State jihadi rapist recalled: “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God…He said that raping me is his prayer to God.”

In this case, victim was eight years old. This could possibly have been because the perpetrators’ reverence for Muhammad led them to think of children as sexual objects. Islamic apologists in the West routinely deny that Muhammad consummated his marriage with (i.e., raped) Aisha when she was nine, and go through all sorts of contortions to deny the evidence of the texts, but the fact that child marriage is accepted in wide swaths of the Islamic world, even by the directorate of religious affairs (Diyanet) in once-“moderate” albeit now rapidly re-Islamizing Turkey, most clearly shows their dishonesty. The Diyanet wouldn’t approve of child marriage if it weren’t Islamic, as it explains in its own defense. And child marriage has abundant attestation in Islamic tradition and law.

Domestic. A 24-year-old Afghan man is today sentenced by the Court of Appeal for having raped a colleague in the home care service during a night shift. The man previously worked at an HVB home where he was responsible for teaching other so-called refugee children Swedish rules and how to behave towards women.

The 24-year-old called the criminal charges “pure conspiracies” – until he learned of “certain forensic findings”. Then he claimed instead to have masturbated and had mutual intercourse with the woman in the office.

He also told of a dream he had that “a mouse or rat has entered my clothes and eats on my penis”.

However, the district court did not believe that explanation and sentenced the Afghan to two years in prison. And now the Court of Appeal has upheld the verdict.

The Afghan, who himself came to Sweden as an “unaccompanied refugee child”, previously worked at an HVB residence in Timrå. In a local tenant magazine, he was highlighted in 2016 and told how he was responsible for teaching other Afghans about how it works in Sweden, what rules apply and “how to behave” towards women. He explained that for many it came as a shock to come to Sweden and realize that women have rights.

On 11 August 2020, a rape was committed in the home care service’s premises on Gröndalsvägen in Tumba. During a night shift, a woman was raped orally, vaginally and anal by a male colleague. It all took place in an office, which was used by the staff for coffee and rest.

During a break at work, the woman fell asleep on a sofa in the office. She woke up to the man lying between her and the back of the sofa.

“She explained at once that she was not going to have sex with him, but he hugged her harder and harder. He said, ‘Don’t say that.’ “He put his body weight on her. She was lying on her back. In vain she tried several times to push him away with all her might. She finally gave up”, it is stated in the minutes of the verdict.

The woman was new to the job and at first did not dare to tell what had happened. It therefore took three weeks before she made a report. It was only after entrusting herself to a co-worker, who had reacted to the changing mood between the man and the woman in the workplace, that she informed her boss.

The police report was made on September 4 and on September 8, the 24-year-old was arrested.

Police secured DNA evidence
At first, the man denied the crime and claimed that no sexual intercourse had taken place. He called the charges against him “pure conspiracies” – until he realized that the police could have secured DNA evidence.

Then he began to change his story. In an attempt to explain why his semen could be on the spot, he claimed that the woman had undressed naked, asked for a massage and made approaches.

– She has touched me all over my body and you can investigate that she has touched me all over my body. She has touched me in intimate parts, he stated.

He is said to have found the woman’s behavior “unacceptable”, but still been “sucked, inflamed and hot” by her alleged approaches – to then have fallen asleep in the middle of it all and woke up with his underwear and work pants pulled down to half her thighs. He believed that the woman could have “done something” while he slept.

He also said he masturbated in the office a few nights before the rape.

“A rat eats on my penis”
During an interrogation, the Afghan suddenly wanted to tell a story.

– What happens when I sleep, I sleep deeply and dream that a mouse or rat has entered my clothes and eats on my penis. And then I wake up and scream and take off all my clothes.

However, he could not answer whether he had this dream during the night in question.

After being prosecuted, he wanted a supplementary hearing to be held. He then gave a new version of the course of events and claimed that he and the plaintiffs had carried out two voluntary intercourses, both initiated by the woman. That he had not told this before would be due to “that he was shocked and scared and already had a bad experience with the police. He was also afraid of the plaintiff’s boyfriend who threatened to kill him. He also has a wife and a newborn child; the situation was sensitive ”.

Receives minimum sentence and avoids deportation The
district court found that the woman’s story won “considerable support from another investigation” and sentenced the 24-year-old for rape. The sentence was two years’ imprisonment, but the sentence could have been longer.

The fact that the woman was exposed to the crime at her workplace can be seen as an aggravating circumstance, and the district court held that a longer prison sentence had been justified. Two judges also wanted to see the sentence extended by six months, but since the prosecutor did not demand a longer sentence, the sentence was two years, which is the minimum for rape.

The man must also pay damages of SEK 115,000 to the woman.

No request for deportation was made, which means that the Afghan may remain in Sweden after serving his sentence.

The Court of Appeal rules
After the verdict, the man wanted to replace his public defender with the left-wing lawyer Viktor Banke. However, the district court found no factual basis for this request, which was thus denied.

The 24-year-old appealed the verdict and today the Court of Appeal announced that the district court’s verdict is upheld.

Unaccompanied refugee children
The convict is a citizen of Afghanistan. He came to Sweden as an “unaccompanied child” and was registered in 2011 in Timrå. Today he lives in Järfälla. He states that he is married, but with the Swedish Tax Agency he is registered as unmarried.

24-åringen kallade brottsanklagelserna för “rena konspirationer” – tills han fick vetskap om “vissa forensiska fynd”. Då påstod han sig istället ha onanerat och haft ömsesidiga samlag med kvinnan på kontoret.

Han berättade också om en dröm han haft om att “en mus eller råtta har gått in i mina kläder och äter på min penis”.

Tingsrätten trodde dock inte på den förklaringen och dömde afghanen till två års fängelse. Och nu har hovrätten fastställt domen.

Afghanen, som själv kom till Sverige som “ensamkommande flyktingbarn”, arbetade tidigare på ett HVB-boende i Timrå. Den 11 augusti 2020 begicks en våldtäkt i hemtjänstens lokaler på Gröndalsvägen i Tumba. Under ett nattskift våldtogs en kvinna oralt, vaginalt och analt av en manlig kollega. Det hela skedde på ett kontor, som användes av personalen för fika och vila.

Under en rast på jobbet somnade kvinnan på en soffa på kontoret. Hon vaknade av att mannen låg mellan henne och soffryggen.

“Hon förklarade på en gång att hon inte tänkte ha sex med honom, men han kramade henne allt hårdare. Han sade: ‘Säg inte så.’ Han lade sin kroppstyngd på henne. Hon låg på rygg. Förgäves försökte hon flera gånger trycka bort honom med all sin kraft. Hon gav till slut upp”, står det i referatet i domen.

Kvinnan var ny på jobbet och vågade först inte berätta vad som hänt. Det dröjde därför tre veckor innan hon gjorde en anmälan. Det var först efter att ha anförtrott sig till en arbetskamrat, som hade reagerat på den förändrade stämningen mellan mannen och kvinnan på arbetsplatsen, som hon informerade sin chef.

Polisanmälan gjordes den 4 september och den 8 september häktades 24-åringen.

Polisen säkrade DNA-bevis
Till en början nekade mannen till brott och hävdade att inget sexuellt umgänge hade förekommit. Han kallade anklagelserna emot honom för “rena konspirationer” – tills han fick klart för sig att polisen kunde ha säkrat DNA-bevis.

Då började han ändra sin historia. I ett försök att förklara varför hans sperma kunde finnas på platsen påstod han att kvinnan hade klätt av sig naken, bett om massage och gjort närmanden.

– Hon har rört mig över hela kroppen och ni kan utreda att hon har rört mig över hela kroppen. Hon har rört mig på intima delar, uppgav han.

Han ska ha funnit kvinnans beteende ”oacceptabelt”, men dock blivit ”sugen, påtänd och varm” av hennes påstådda närmanden – för att sedan ha somnat mitt i alltihop och vaknat med kalsongerna och arbetsbyxorna neddragna till halva låren. Han menade att kvinnan kunde ha ”gjort något” medan han sov.

Han sade sig dessutom ha onanerat på kontoret några nätter innan våldtäkten.

”En råtta äter på min penis”
Under ett förhör ville afghanen plötsligt berätta en historia.

– Det som händer när jag sover, sover jag djupt och drömmer om att en mus eller råtta har gått in i mina kläder och äter på min penis. Och då vaknar jag och skriker och tar av mig alla kläderna.

Han kunde dock inte svara på om han haft denna dröm under den aktuella natten.

Efter att åtal väckts ville han att ett kompletterande förhör skulle hållas. Han gav då en ny version av händelseförloppet och påstod att han och målsäganden hade genomfört två frivilliga samlag, båda initierade av kvinnan. Att han inte berättat detta tidigare, skulle bero på ”att han var chockad och rädd och hade sedan tidigare dålig erfarenhet av polisen. Han var också rädd för målsägandens pojkvän som hotat att döda honom. Han har också en fru och ett nyfött barn; situationen var känslig”.

Får minimistraff och slipper utvisning
Tingsrätten fann att kvinnans berättelse vann ”beaktansvärt stöd av annan utredning” och dömde 24-åringen för våldtäkt. Påföljden blev två års fängelse, men strafftiden kunde ha blivit längre.

Att kvinnan utsattes för brottet på sin arbetsplats kan ses som en försvårande omständighet, och tingsrätten menade att ett längre fängelsestraff hade varit motiverbart. Två nämndemän ville också se straffet förlängt med sex månader, men eftersom åklagaren inte yrkat på längre strafftid blev påföljden två år, vilket är minimum för våldtäkt.

Mannen ska också betala ett skadestånd på 115.000 kronor till kvinnan.

Det gjordes inget yrkande om utvisning, vilket innebär att afghanen får vara kvar i Sverige efter avtjänat straff.

Hovrätten fastställer
Efter domen ville mannen byta ut sin offentlige försvarare mot vänsteradvokaten Viktor Banke. Tingsrätten fann dock ingen saklig grund för denna begäran, som därmed nekades.

CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Went to CAIR, Bail Fund for Criminals

The text of the CARES Act states that it was implemented to “provide emergency assistance and health care response for individuals, families, and businesses affected by the 2020 coronavirus pandemic.”

As Jason Rantz documents, Washington illegally imposed a racial test on recipients. Federal aid should really be conditioned on non-discriminatory application.

…to qualify to the Washington Equity Relief Fund, a group of “reviewers” made sure the nonprofits were “led by and serving Black, Indigenous and people of color.”…

A group of over 100 peer reviewers discussed and scored applications before doling out funding, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce.

The reviewers were “prioritized” on the basis of their race. About 95% identified as a racial minority and 77% experienced poverty. Ironically, the Department of Commerce had the reviewers, who were excluding nonprofits run by white people due to perceived privilege, go through compulsory “anti-bias” training.

Consider all of this to essentially be funding for Democrat organizers and campaign operations at taxpayer expense. That’s the case with much of the “community” non-profit sector that’s funded by city, state and federal funds.

But it gets worse.

Collective Justice, part of the Public Defenders Association, is a partisan, social justice group. It actively lobbies light-on-crime policies and is now being propped up by federal tax dollars.

The nonprofit is currently asking supporters to back a Democrat-sponsored bill forcing courts to ignore the juvenile crimes of adult defendants in sentencing. It received $25,000 in federal tax dollars through the state.

Also receiving funds: the Council on Islamic American Relations of Washington (CAIR-WA). It frequently engages in partisan political activism and has fundraised locally for anti-Semitic congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

The Bail Project Spokane received $50,000 from the fund. The nonprofit is part of the national group, which opposes cash bail. It has been responsible for paying the bail for criminals who commit high-profile crimes after release.

The more money the government spends, the worse things get. That’s a solid rule. And the coronavirus turned into a pretext for funding some of the worst of the worst. This is not how politicians sold the CARES Act, but it’s how Democrats implemented it.

VIDEO: The Myth That the U.S. Leads the World in Mass Shootings

To understand the misleading narrative, we must look to the era of narrative-driven journalism and the politicization of society, both of which subjugate truth to ideology and politics.

If you asked me this morning which nation has the most mass shootings in the world, I would have said, with perhaps a flicker of hesitation, the United States.

This is a tad embarrassing to admit because I’m pretty familiar with shooting statistics, having written several articles on gun violence and the Second Amendment. Below is a basic overview of gun violence in America. While gun homicides have been steadily declining for decades in the US, mass shootings have indeed been trending upward.

This fact alone probably would not have led me to believe that the US leads the world in mass shootings, however. An assist goes to the US media and politicians.

“Let’s be clear,” President Obama said in 2015 after a shooting in North Carolina. “At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries.”

Sen. Harry Reid echoed this sentiment. “The United States is the only advanced country where this kind of mass violence occurs.”

Media headlines have left little doubt that the US leads the world in mass shootings. In fact, according to CNN, it isn’t even close.

The comments and data seem to conclusively say that the US leads the world in mass shootings and the violence is unique, a product of “America’s gun culture.”

It’s a slam dunk case except for one thing: it’s not true.

The Root of the Myth

Statistics on global mass shooting incidents from 2009 to 2015 compiled by economist John Lott of the Crime Prevention Research Center show that the US trails many other advanced nations in mass shooting frequency and death rate.

As Investor’s Business Daily noted on these findings, “Yes, the U.S. rate is still high, and nothing to be proud of. But it’s not the highest in the developed world. Not by a long shot.”

If this is true, how did the narrative that the US leads the world in mass shootings become the conventional wisdom? The myth, it turns out, stems from University of Alabama associate professor Adam Lankford.

Lankford’s name pops up in a montage of media reports which cite his research as evidence that America leads the world in mass shootings. The violence, Lankford said, stems from the high rate of gun ownership in America.

“The difference between us and other countries, [which] explains why we have more of these attackers, was the firearm ownership rate,” Lankford said. “In other words: firearms per capita. We have almost double the firearm ownership rate of any other country.”

Lankford’s findings show that there were 90 mass public shooters in America since 1966, the most in the world, which had a total of 202. But Lott, using Lankford’s definition of a mass shooting—“four or more people killed”—found more than 3,000 such shootings, John Stossel recently reported.

When findings do not mesh, scholars, in pursuit of truth, generally compare notes, data, and methodology to find out how they reached their conclusions. After all, who is to say Lankford doesn’t have it right and Lott is wrong? There’s just one problem: Lankford isn’t talking.

Lankford refuses to explain his data to anyone—to Stossel, to Lott, to the Washington Post, and apparently anyone else who comes asking, including this writer. (I emailed Lankford inquiring about his research. He declined to discuss his methodology, but said he would be publishing more information about mass shooting data in the future.)

“That’s academic malpractice,” Lott tells Stossel.

Indeed it is. Yet, it doesn’t explain how one professor’s research was so rapidly disseminated that its erroneous claim quickly became the conventional wisdom in a country with 330 million people.

Truth versus Narrative

For that, we must look to the era of narrative-driven journalism and the politicization of society, both of which subjugate truth to ideology and politics. Media and politicians latched onto Lankford’s findings in droves because his findings were convenient, not because they were true.

This is an unsettling and ill omen for liberty. As Lawrence Reed has observed, the road to authoritarianism is paved with a “careless, cavalier, and subjective attitude toward truth.” Yet that is precisely what we see with increasing frequency in mass media. (Need I reference the Covington debacle and the Smollet hoax?)

More than a hundred years ago Mark Twain noted, “A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.”

Twain’s quote remains true even in the age of the internet. Lankford’s erroneous research had free rein for two years and was disseminated to tens of millions of viewers and readers before the truth finally got its shoes on.

If you ask most Americans today which country leads the world in mass shootings, I suspect a vast majority would say the US. And there’s always a price for the erosion of truth.

BLM Violent Riot Expert John Sullivan Was Paid by CNN and NBC for His Films of Capitol Riot

And while the likes of yours truly*** and other conservatives are suspended or banned at Twitter, a judge agreed with  Sullivan’s defense attorney who said it was too much punishment if Sullivan was banned from using social media like Facebook and Twitter because as his defense attorney argued that such a prohibtion was “wildly excessive and insensitive to the role that Facebook and Twitter play in the lives of many young people.”

It is how they reach their friends, he whined.

Judge refuses to ban Capitol riot suspect from Twitter and Facebook

A federal magistrate judge has turned down prosecutors’ effort to block a man accused of participating in the Capitol riot from using Twitter and Facebook, but ordered him to end his involvement with a business he founded that the Justice Department says promotes and glorifies violent protests.

The defendant, John Sullivan of Utah, has maintained that he attends raucous demonstrations as a journalist, sharing videos through his Insurgence USA website and social media platforms. Sullivan’s defense attorney even filed invoices with the court showing that CNN and NBC each paid Sullivan’s firm $35,000 last month for rights to video he filmed of chaotic scenes outside and inside the Capitol, including the deadly shooting of protester Ashli Babbitt by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

Sullivan’s politics remain murky. He has described himself as an opponent of Trump and a backer of Black Lives Matter. However, BLM activists in Utah have disowned him, saying he seemed intent on provoking violence at protests.

However, prosecutors contend that Sullivan is not a mere bystander or chronicler of protests. Instead, they say, he actively encourages violence, telling viewers how to make Molotov cocktails and evade identification by police. He was arrested last month on charges stemming from the Jan. 6 riot, including interfering with police during a civil disorder. Sullivan was later hit with an additional charge: obstruction of Congress.

At a hearing on Tuesday afternoon on Sullivan’s release conditions, Washington-based Magistrate Judge Robin Meriweather split the difference between prosecutors seeking to eliminate Sullivan’s presence on the United States’ most popular social media platforms and a defense lawyer who decried what he said was an assault on his client’s constitutional rights.

“I am rejecting the broader prohibition on Twitter and Facebook and encrypted social media platforms,” Meriweather said, also ordering that Sullivan be taken off of 24-hour location monitoring via GPS.

He is just hanging out at home chatting with his friends on Twitter and Facebook, etc.

However, the judge said Sullivan “is to no longer work for Insurgence USA,” will have his internet use monitored by probation officials, and will be banned from using any social media platforms to incite riots, violent protests, armed conflict or violence. He’s also under home detention.

For me the fundamental question is why had no one (Pelosi, McConnell) asked for National Guard troops to arrive before January 6th when supposedly the FBI knew in advance that violence was planned for the 6th.

I don’t know which is more frightening: either the FBI didn’t know in advance, or FBI warnings were ignored.

Gina Carano is an American Hero

To the long list of American corporations that are hostile towards conservatives, add Disney and LucasFilm. If anyone doubted the censorious leftward bias of these entertainment juggernauts, that doubt was removed on February 10, when they fired Gina Carano, who played Cara Dune on The Mandalorian.

As reported in Gizmodo, a Lucasfilm spokesperson said “Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future. Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”

“Denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities.”

It’s pretty easy to attract that accusation these days, so what were Carano’s offenses? Here are a few of the most noteworthy:

Back in September 2020, Carano wrote on Twitter “They’re mad cuz I won’t put pronouns in my bio to show my support for trans lives. After months of harassing me in every way, I decided to put three VERY controversial words in my bio.. beep/bop/boop. I’m not against trans lives at all. They need to find less abusive representation.”

A few weeks earlier, in August, Carano posted onto Twitter a photo of a crowd of WWII era Germans with their right arms extended in the Nazi salute. The photo included one person, circled in red, whose arm was not extended.

Then on November 5, Carano posted on Twitter the following: “We need to clean up the election process so we are not left feeling the way we do today. Put laws in place that protect us against voter fraud. Investigate every state. Film the counting. Flush out the fake votes. Require ID. Make Voter Fraud end in 2020. Fix the system.”

Carano followed up with a Tweet on November 14 that featured an image with a satirical message, “Democratic Government Leaders now recommend we all wear blindfolds along with masks so we can’t see what’s really going on”

But the last straw came on February 10, when Carano tweeted the following: “Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children. Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?”

And for all this, Carano was cancelled.

But nothing she did deserves cancellation. Carano offended trans activists that were being abusive and unreasonable to demand she post “gender pronouns” by her name. She questioned the integrity of the election because of what over a hundred million Americans would agree was, if not widespread fraud, then grossly unfair conduct.

And then she pointed out that only after political hatred is nurtured at the grassroots can it explode into organized genocide. She’s right. People who condemn her for this observation are either missing the point or are themselves the dangerous political fanatics Carano is warning us about.

Gina Carano is a fearless rebel and a free thinker. She is already landing on her feet. We wish her well, and proudly add her to the Winston84 directory.

Email reveals FBI couldn’t ‘sufficiently corroborate’ Steele dossier

The Justice Department and FBI engaged in a “premeditated effort to dislodge the duly elected president of the United States,” Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., charged Monday on “Hannity.”

Gaetz was responding to a report published earlier Monday by Just the News which revealed that on Jan. 12, 2017, then-FBI Director James Comey had emailed then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and said that the FBI was “not able to sufficiently corroborate the reporting” in the now-infamous Steele dossier. The email was sent the same day Comey signed a FISA surveillance warrant that declared Steele’s reporting as verified.

“Not only did our own Justice Department set up the president on the Russia hoax, they did it with rotten information and they knew the information was rotten when they did it.”

Despite this new evidence, Gaetz told host Sean Hannity it is unlikely the Biden administration will hold anyone to account.

“You know, I know, and all of the viewers know that there’s not going to be accountability under the Biden Justice Department,” Gaetz alleged, “because none of the career people there think the way to move up in the Biden Justice Department is to expose the Russia hoax. Instead they’re going to be targeting the President [Trump], his family members and the supporters of the America First movement.”

Hannity, Gaetz and former House Oversight Committee chair Jason Chaffetz also discussed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s failure to secure the Capitol ahead of the Jan. 6 riot and the ongoing lockdown in the nation’s Capitol despite the lack of an ongoing threat.

“She’s been charge for years,” said Chaffetz, “She hasn’t learned how to protect herself, members of Congress, the Capitol complex. The National Guard was ready to go, why didn’t those things happen?

“The Speaker is running out of excuses,” Chaffetz added. “She has surrounded the United States Capitol with a fence and a wall, but at the same time Biden and the administration is getting rid of the wall on the Southern border.”

“Let me caution against leaning too hard into the ‘What did Nancy Pelosi know and when did she know it?’ narrative,” Gaetz warned. “I don’t want to give the Democrats any more of a basis to be able to have this forever occupation of Washington, D.C.”

He added: “We now have a capital city wrapped in barbed wire, crisscrossed in barricades and it is not what our country deserves. So let’s not help Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats build a predicate for that extended occupation.”

Everett Stern, Famed Whistleblower, Announces Run For United States Senate

Mike Pence was President Trump’s traitorous plague. He was given every opportunity by the president to excel, but everything he touched was deliberately detrimental to President Trump and to the nation.  Dr. Peter Navarro said of Pence, “The final betrayal was on January 6th, 2021.”  Pence was chosen by the RNC, just like republican VPs before him.

Many months ago, my dear friend Marilyn Barnewell sent around a list of Mike Pence failures that were shocking.  She gave me permission to use them in an article with my own additions.  Everything done by Mike Pence countered the intent of Donald Trump.  Very few who surrounded the president were trustworthy and many were brought into the administration by the incompetent and untrustworthy transition team leader Michael Pence.

President Trump was acquitted from this second fraudulent and unconstitutional impeachment, but I can guarantee you the enemies of freedom will never stop until they have destroyed the man completely.  This is the cadre of Trotskyites and Stalinists that Mike Pence sides with and endorses.  And their strength has grown exponentially.

Remember the FBI Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team attack on Roger Stone and his wife at 6 a.m. at his Florida residence with CNN filming it all after a Miami FBI agent alerted them?  Totally unnecessary as the prosecutors could have called Stone’s attorneys and told him to turn himself in… what they wanted was a show of force against those who oppose the communist powers who hate America and the freedoms and liberties of her founders.

The latest attack was on physician and attorney Simone Gold, leader of America’s Frontline Doctors. Federal agents arrested Gold in California days after she publicly admitted that she had followed other protesters into the Capitol building on January 6th, as Congress was scheduled to certify the 2020 presidential election. Officials also arrested John Strand, the communications director for America’s Frontline Doctors, who had joined Gold at the Capitol.  Widely viewed footage from the Capitol on January 6th shows police removing barricades for protesters and standing by as they wander through the building.  Unnecessary were shackles and a night in jail for Dr. Gold…another show of force against those who fight for constitutional and free speech liberties.

The globalist communists are saying to us, “You’d best not fight against us or we will take you down.”  And Mike Pence has sided with both neo-con Trotskyite Republicans and full-blown communist Democrats because he wants to run for President.  Puppet Pence could win as the commies have their arm up the backside of Mike Pence.

Pence Upbringing

Pence’s father helped build a Midwestern empire of more than 200 gas stations that provided an upbringing on the “front row of the American dream.”

The collapse of Kiel Bros. Oil Co. in 2004 was widely publicized. Less known is that the state of Indiana — and, to a smaller extent, Kentucky and Illinois — are still on the hook for millions of dollars to clean up more than 85 contaminated sites across the three states, including underground tanks that leaked toxic chemicals into soil, streams and wells. Pence and his sibling inherited sizeable funds from their father, but Mike lost it all in faulty investments.

Pence family’s failed gas stations cost taxpayers $21M in Indiana alone.  Pence’s older brother Greg Pence was the President when Keil went bankrupt.  On November 3rd, 2020, Greg Pence won the general election representing Indiana’s 6th district.

Pence Congressional Votes

Mike Pence was anathema to everything Donald Trump stood for, yet he was chosen.  Before Pence’s principles became malleable, folding needlessly on both Obamacare expansion and religious freedom, the rumored VP pick still had some pretty left leaning neocon economic positions; positions that conflicted in every way with the overriding message of the Trump candidacy in 2016.

Congressman Pence voted for every free trade bill he saw.

Voted yes on free-trade agreement with Panama.

Voted yes on free-trade agreement with Korea.

Voted yes on free-trade with Peru.

Voted no on assisting workers who lose jobs due to globalization.

Voted yes on Central America Free Trade Agreement.

Voted yes on the US-Australia Free Trade Agreement.

Voted yes on a US-Singapore free trade agreement.

Voted yes on free trade agreement with Chile.

Governor Pence

Pence voted to keep the United States in the World Trade Organization and to maintain normal trade relations with China. Pence renewed the sister-state agreement with China in 2015 as did many of our republican governors across the nation who neither care nor know anything about the communist Chinese regime whose desire is ownership of America.

In April of 2015, Governor Pence sent Indiana’s congressional delegation a letter urging them to vote for Trade Promotion Authority, Trans-Pacific Partnership and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership.

Indiana’s GOP chose Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb to replace Mike Pence in 2016.  Holcomb is a carbon copy of weasel Pence and he continued the partnership with the Chicoms.

In late March 2014, Governor Pence signed on to new academic standards, and those new standards replaced common core with common core.  The governor and his staff hoped no one would notice.

Ever notice how Pence is always missing in action when something detrimental happened to our president?  He always disappears so he’s not to blame and he’s done it time and again and it started with the Access Hollywood tape and his collusion with Paul Ryan to remove Trump from the Republican ticket.

Michael Flynn – There was a text message via FBI Agent Peter Strzok which could be interpreted to reference an intelligence relationship with the vice president’s chief of staff, Josh Pitcock whose wife worked for Strzok.  Pitcock was fired in June of 2017 and replaced by Nick Ayers when it was suspected he was the backdoor to the FBI.  After Mike Flynn’s phone call with the Russian Ambassador, Pence and top White House aides secretly met with Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, and then demanded National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s firing.  When the president didn’t move quickly enough, a mysterious leak to the Washington Post had its intended effect.

Many reporters have alleged that Mike Pence and others like Kellyanne Conway were leakers.  Interestingly enough, Kellyanne worked for Pence when he was a congressman and they’ve been friends for years.  Pence’s nephew actually married Kellyanne’s cousin, so there is a family connection.

Pence claimed the Turkey ties of the former NSA Chief are an affirmation of the decision to fire Michael Flynn, but he obviously hasn’t a clue of CIA Imam Fethullah Gülen or his charter schools which pose dangers to America and her children, or does he… Surely Pence knows there are three Gülen Islamic charters operating in Indianapolis, Indiana, and that in 2014, the FBI raided 19 charter schools affiliated with the Gülen Movement in Ohio, Indiana and Illinois for reasons allegedly related to crimes linked to education tenders.

The Transition Team was originally headed by Chris Christie, but he was fired unceremoniously by Steve Bannon at the alleged behest of Jared Kushner whose father had been sent to prison by Christie.  Pence was appointed to take over the job, and he hired his close establishment friends, including Reince Priebus as Chief of Staff, Dan Coats for Director of National Intelligence (DNI), (who certainly did nothing to force the FBI to release exculpatory evidence for Flynn) and Betsy DeVos for Education Secretary who with her husband Dick, has financed Mike Pence throughout his political career.

None of his hires have been good, and the only one who stayed for the duration was DeVos, and she resigned in “disgust” after the January 6th storming of the capitol by Antifa pretending to be Trump supporters.  They were actually ushered into the US Capitol building.

Worse however, is the fact that a conversation between the former Defense Secretary, James Mattis and the head of the U.S. intelligence apparatus, and Mike Pence’s Indiana friend and appointee, Dan Coats were talking about taking “collective action” to remove an elected president! That’s called sedition… A seditious conspiracy.

“Additionally, Bob Woodward points to VP Mike Pence as the whisperer who made sure President Trump blindly nominated officials who could facilitate Trump’s removal. Dan Coats came into the DNI position from his role within the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI).”

Julian Assange and Wikileaks – Mike Pence claimed the CIA does not spy on American citizens albeit whistleblower Assange has the proven goods and even former Judge Andrew Napolitano agrees.  Napolitano says the government listens to everything we say even in our own kitchens.  Here is the reason President Trump did not pardon Assange and Snowden.  Blame the GOP for Trump’s impeachment trial, they backed it to keep him from pardoning Assange and Snowden.

Author Phil Haney who many believe was murdered last year, worked for the Department of Homeland Security for 13 years and wrote, See Something, Say Nothing.  He spoke about Pence hosting a Muslim Brotherhood meeting inside the White House as well as the VP’s support for Sam Brownback and the Abrahamic Family Center in Abu Dhabi.  Link

Vote Fraud – Back in 2017, Trump put Pence in charge of voter fraud, but it appears nothing was done or even investigated.  Pence was to oversee the Georgia runoff regarding vote fraud; how did that work out for us?  Vote fraud goes back decades.

Chamber of Commerce – Pence was in South America waving happily behind New World Order Chamber of Commerce head Tom Donahue.  Donahue gave a blistering speech against the President. Pence said nothing.

Space Exploration – Pence was in charge of Space Exploration and wanted men on the moon again in 2024. (Neil Armstrong who I met in Wapakoneta, Ohio in the early 80s, and his crew already did this in July of 1969) Did we hear about any of Pence’s advances and accomplishments?  Silence.

Dr. Ronnie Jackson – This one is priceless.  Dr. Jackson was Trump’s personal physician, but Mike Pence’s physician raised concerns about Jackson because his physician had some heated interactions with Dr. Jackson.  First reported by CNN, Dr. Jennifer Peña detailed her claims of professional misconduct against Jackson in memos to senators considering his nomination to head the VA. CNN also reported that Dr. Jennifer Peña claimed Jackson may have violated Second Lady Karen Pence’s patient privacy rights by sharing details of a medical incident involving her and chief of staff John Kelly.

Jackson withdrew his name from consideration for head of the VA, saying the “false allegations” against him had become a “distraction” for the president. Ultimately, Dr. Peña resigned.  Dr. Jackson won his Texas congressional seat in a runoff.

North Korea – Pence made the statement that North Korea could end up like Libya, whose former leader Muamar Gaddafi was killed in an uprising years after giving up atomic weapons, “if Kim Jong-un doesn’t make a deal.”  Gaddafi never should have been murdered, his people were living in relative security and peace.  Even President Obama admitted it was the worst mistake of his presidency to take out Gaddafi.

North Korea hit out at VP Mike Pence calling him “ignorant and stupid” as the reclusive state made a renewed threat to cancel an upcoming summit between the two countries.

Choe Son Hui, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, released a statement via the state-run KCNA news agency lambasting a recent media interview Pence gave to Fox News.

“I cannot suppress my surprise at such ignorant and stupid remarks gushing out from the mouth of the US vice-president,” she said in the statement.

And just how do you think Pence did on this nightmare from hell that caused millions of middle-class businesses to shut down forever.  Thanks to Pence, he brought in the worst medical advisors in the nation…every one of them a hardcore Democratic socialist.  Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Deborah Birx, and Dr. Robert Redfield.  All of them are connected to the World Health Organization, the mouthpiece for the Communist Chinese Party (CCP).

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is a national public health institute in the United States. It is a United States federal agency, also under HHS and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Add Deborah Birx, mentored by Fauci, and virologist Robert Redfield and we have a shutdown of society, controlled masking of all Americans, and the destruction of first amendment freedoms guaranteed by our unalienable Bill of Rights.

Covid-19 allowed many Americans to work from home.  Now that they’ve found they no longer have to go to an office and can work from anywhere, they are moving from their high tax blue states to conservative red states and bringing their leftist politics with them.

We can thank establishment globalist Pence for purposely choosing leftists to demolish Trump’s fabulous economy.

Olivia Troye was a former adviser to Vice President Mike Pence who was his lead staffer on the coronavirus task force.  She endorsed Democratic nominee Joe Biden for president. In an advertisement recorded for Republican Voters Against Trump, Troye slammed President Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Troye, a lifelong Republican, said Mr. Trump’s “biggest concern” was how the pandemic would affect the election.

By now we know the virus was a massive hoax, and a flu that does kill and has killed thousands, but it has been portrayed as a pandemic which it is not.  The many restrictions on American citizens are nothing but totalitarian control by the enemies of freedom.

Conclusion

How many Sunday shows has Pence been on defending the President from the myriad of vile attacks? How many times has he publicly defended the President’s family?  Where was he with both attempted impeachments?  Where was he when President Trump had Covid-19? The Pence silence was deafening.

Pence hides behind his “faith” and disappears whenever Trump is attacked.

Attention Congress: A Plague On Both Your Houses!

Americans have long since felt that “something is wrong” in our country. You may remember the iconic movie Network wherein a mysterious figure explains that corporations own the world and control America, and the famous scene in which charismatic news anchor Howard Beale stops reading his script and urges the public to follow his lead, open their windows and holler: “I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore!” And that was back in the 70’s, when life was ideal compared to our present Covidian dystopia.

Well, the public finally did manage a collective scream, and did so on November 8th, 2016, through the astonishing upset election that brought Donald Trump to the White House. And ever since, we’ve witnessed the unhinged and malevolent response of the entrenched political class—and I do mean “class” in the singular, referring to both Democrats and Republicans, members of our systemically corrupt and arrogant Uniparty.

The Infamous Joint Session of Congress

But even I, skeptic that I am, was not prepared for the debacle we witnessed on January 6th, 2021—a day that shall live on in infamy—and I do not refer to the Leftist-staged Antifa-in-Trump-hats melee the Fake News called “storming” of the Capitol, while conveniently failing to mention that colluding D.C. police officers had lifted the barricades, opened the doors and waved the “protesters” in.

No, I’m referring to the historic Joint Session of Congress wherein our Vice President, along with the entire component of Democrats in both the House and Senate, and a staggering number of feckless and traitorous Republicans, revealed themselves to the nation as treasonous, cowardly scoundrels, hell-bent on destroying our Republic and the rule of law, by refusing to challenge obviously unconstitutional, fraudulent Electoral College results from a number of battleground states.

There was, in fact, a battle—the battle for our Republic—and those key swing states, through their corrupt governors, secretaries of state, and/or state attorneys general, stole the election for Kamala Harris. I mean Beijing Biden. OK, I had it right the first time.

VP Mike Pence’s Outrageous Betrayal of POTUS and the Republic

Following the Left’s dictum to never let a false flag “crisis” go to waste, in the nick of time our esteemed representatives seemingly captured the moral high-ground by lambasting those “rioting insurrectionists,” i.e. Trump supporters, and Trump himself, as “threats” to “our democracy,” giving themselves new cover for ratifying the spurious election results.

In the days leading up to January 6th, the Internet heated up with claims that POTUS had the perfect way to reclaim his landslide victory, by playing the “Pence card.” Unfortunately, the card he played turned out to be the Joker after all. For though Mike Pence had received excellent, sound advice from Constitutional attorney Brian C. Remy, among others, explaining he had both the Constitutional right and the duty to discard the disputed certificates from the battleground states where the governor or secretary of state changed election laws—which must only be done by the state legislatures—Pence shrugged off his responsibility. And on the fateful day, shamefully, he denied the legitimate objections to certification brought by several states, and instead chose to let the Dems and RINOs in Congress do the dirty deed themselves, by voting to validate Biden’s sham win. This was surely one of the most disgraceful, craven and duplicitous acts in our nation’s history, effectively rubber-stamping the theft of the 2020 election, and of our very Republic. Pence will go down in history, if and when the true story is told, as a Judas—a traitor of the vilest sort.

The Betrayal of Our Senators

But the betrayal wasn’t limited to Pence. How about this mind-boggling revelation: out of a total of 50 Republican Senators only some half a dozen had the guts and the integrity to stand up for fair play in the election! Only Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Cynthia Lummis, John Kennedy, Roger Marshall, Rick Scott, and Tommy Tuberville voiced their opposition to the suspicious vote results in Arizona and/or Pennsylvania, by voting to grant these states the right to conduct forensic analyses to determine whether fraudulent votes had been cast and whether these were enough to overturn the election results. Who wouldn’t want to verify the integrity of the most consequential presidential election in our history? Turns out, most of the pampered career politicians in Washington D.C..

What shocked me more than anything else, was the fact that a mere 8 senators out of 100 total were willing to stand up for the Republic, the Constitution, and the people they supposedly represent. And of the defectors from the ranks of the Republicans, the bitterest pill for me was that of Senator Rand Paul, long one of my heroes in the Senate. I’ll never forget Rand’s passionate filibuster during the Obama Administration to protest against giving the government the power to use drones to attack American citizens on American soil. That was inspiring to watch – shades of Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Alas, how far the mighty have fallen.

Et Tu, Rand?

A message from Senator Paul was delivered to my inbox on January 26th, with the title: “Did you see me on ABC’s Sunday morning show?” Yes, Rand. I saw you. I also saw you on January 6th, when you sold out America to the radical, Socialist Democrats and their globalist pals.

When it mattered most, not only did Rand vote to certify the obviously illegitimate results from these battleground states, but he managed to misrepresent the issue, presumably so he could sound like a strict Constitutionalist while selling out his country to Communist China. How? By pretending that the issue was whether Congress has the authority to change the votes of the Electoral College—i.e. to “overturn an election”— which completely obscured the point. In fact, the election had already been overturned—by cheating! The whole purpose was to restore the people’s choice, by using the legitimate Constitutional remedy for Electoral shenanigans that no less a revered historical personage than Thomas Jefferson had invoked—leading to his winning the presidency in what had been a corrupted election.

The truth is that Rand Paul, like nearly all members of the “Peoples’ House,” is first and foremost a politician. He must have noticed which way the wind was blowing, and didn’t want to end up on the losing side, facing possible censure, as Cruz and Hawley now face, for having taken their principled, Constitutional stand. Easier to invoke the Constitution in order to hide behind its folds, while protecting oneself instead of protecting the Republic.

Congressional Heroes and Villains

Thankfully, we did get to see a number of Congressmen stand up to save the Republic, among them, stalwart patriots Louie Gohmert, Jim Jordan, Mo Brooks and Devin Nunes. These men, along with some 120 more brave and honorable souls, deserve our thanks and gratitude.

However, there were at least 300 of our Representatives who voted to preserve the stolen election—i.e. to sabotage the will of We the People. We certainly got to see the goats separating themselves out from the sheep, to use that prescient Biblical metaphor.

And speaking of goats: there’s one traitor worthy of special mention: Rep. Greg Pence of Indiana, who also voted to certify the stolen election. Why him? Because he happens to be the brother of the central villain of the piece, Vice President Mike Pence. Two peas in a Judas pod. I meant that as a figure of speech, but since learned that there’s an actual Judas tree which has large pods, and there’s a story that Judas Iscariot hanged himself from a tree of this species – which reminds me that in the first book of The Divine Comedy, Inferno, renowned Italian poet Dante reserved the deepest pit in hell for betrayers. But I digress….

The Civics Lesson on the House Floor

I’d be remiss if I failed to mention the eye-popping remarks of a member of the House who distinguished himself as an ignoramus. Here’s Representative Brendan Boyle’s speech before the Joint Session:

“I must concede, Madam Speaker, I have been naïve about one subject. I always just assumed our democracy would naturally endure. I never even questioned it until the last several years.” [Note his requisite dig at Trump.]

“Two centuries ago, one of our Founding Fathers, cautioned against this. John Adams wrote, ‘Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.’ I now realize the wisdom of his words. Never again, will I take for granted our democracy. It must be defended by every generation.”

Perhaps we should have a compulsory proctored civics exam for anyone running for Congress, as many members in the People’s House don’t seem to have even a rudimentary understanding of our form of government or how it is supposed to work under the Constitution. In truth, I’ve never heard a more benighted statement from any member of Congress—in spite of the fact that there’s ample competition.

Poor Congressman Boyle evidently has no idea that John Adams, like virtually all our Founders, was adamantly opposed to creating a democracy, and said as much in that quote for the excellent reasons he cited. In fact, none of the Founders wanted to saddle posterity with a democracy, which they variously called “mob rule” or “tyranny of the majority.” Here’s what James Madison has to say about them: “…democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.”

This is why our Founders bequeathed to us not a democracy, Mr. Boyle, but a Republic: i.e. the rule of law, including protection for the minority, which democracies famously lack. Yes, we have democratic principles, but America is most emphatically not a democracy. Congressman Boyle, you are an embarrassment to your constituents, as well as to our Republic. Do your homework, sir.

My Verdict on the January 6th Joint Session of Congress

In view of all the above, I have this message for the former President of the Senate, and assorted certifying Congressmen and Congresswomen, if I’m permitted to address you as such under the new gender-free Biden totalitarian regime: A plague on both your Houses!

Dominion is filing punitive, costly lawsuits against anyone who reveals the truth.

If they were able to cheat even in small rural states like this and it seems to be frighteningly consistent from the hand recount done in one district, then what are the odds they did it everywhere?

Here is a major update to our report on Wednesday on voter fraud in New Hampshire.

As we previously reported —

A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes.

Granite Grok reported:

The Town of Windham used Dominion machines to count paper ballots and upon a believable hand recount, it was confirmed each Republican was machine-cheated out of roughly 300 votes.
You would think this would have been solved by the Dominion machine company, the Secretary of State, the Elections Unit of the AG’s Office, or the laughable Ballot Law Commission. (Kathy Sullivan, d (Term expires July 1, 2024)
Nope.

Just like every other state that used machines that alter ballot counts in favor of one political party over another – here we are.

Dominion Voting Systems owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines used in New Hampshire.

Patch.com reported:

In New Hampshire, he noted, the AccuVote optical scanners used in all communities that have voting machines are an “older technology” and each moderator uses the device’s results tape, at the end of the night, to reveal the results, on a paper “Return of Votes” form. AccuVote devices have been used for more than a quarter of a century in the state and are the only devices approved by the Ballot Law Commission.

“The device was originally manufactured by Unisys, then by Global Elections Systems Inc., which are no longer in business,” Yen said. “The device used in New Hampshire is no longer being manufactured. Dominion (Voting Systems) owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote and its related election management system but does not manufacture the device.”

On Thursday we spoke with Dr. David Strang M.D., the Belknap County Republican Committee State Committee Member, New Hampshire GOP.

David told The Gateway Pundit that the Republican candidates in Windham had 6% of their total votes removed by the Dominion-owned voting machines.

According to Dr. Strang, these same Dominion-owned machines are used in 85% of the towns in New Hampshire.

What makes the New Hampshire results even more suspect:

  • Republicans flipped the New Hampshire Senate from 14-10 Democrat to 14-10 Republican in 2020.
  • Republicans flipped the New Hampshire House from 230-156 majority Democrat to 213-187 Republican majority in 2020!
  • Yet, Joe Biden who was 4th in Dem primary and Kamala Harris, who did not make it to the Dem primary, won the state 52.7 to 45.4 to Trump.

These results are IMPOSSIBLE.

What Democrats did was skim 6% off each GOP candidate in each race where there was a recount.

This MUST BE investigated if we can EVER trust our election process again!

Despite these recent findings New Hampshire Attorney General Anne Edwards, a Republican, has no plans to investigate the alleged voter fraud in the state.
