Federal border authorities apprehending Palestinian migrants crossing into the U.S. illegally are counting them as other nationalities, according to the former chief of Border Patrol and a current agency official who’s familiar with the process.
In addition to the current and former agency officials that confirmed Palestinians aren’t classified as such when they’re apprehended and processed at the border, the DCNF obtained screenshots of Border Patrol’s internal system showing that Palestine is not a category and that searching for it results in “no matches.” Federal intelligence officials have warned that Palestinian terrorists could be crossing the southern border and to be on the lookout for them, according to an internal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) memo first obtained by the DCNF.
Border Patrol agents also confirmed to the DCNF that there are no categories for Gaza or the West Bank in the country of origin classification system.
“There is no written policy on how to record a Palestinian. In my experience, since this falls within the legal borders of Israel, individuals would be documented as Israel and the narrative, which is not easily searchable would likely but not automatically explain that the individual claims to be Palestinian. The narrative is 100% dependent upon what the agent wants to include and what information the agent has time to get,” former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott told the DCNF.
Roughly 1.6 million Palestinians are citizens of Israel while more than 5.7 million are considered to be refugees living in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, according to a May report from the Congressional Research Service.
One agent who’s previously processed Palestinians that possessed passports issued by the Palestinian Authority told the DCNF that they classified them as Israeli.
“I processed some Palestinians before this all popped off,” the agent, who requested anonymity because they’re not authorized to speak publicly, said, adding that they processed them as Israeli even though they had passports issued by the Palestinian Authority.
Two other agents confirmed to the DCNF that they can’t classify Palestinians as such.
“When I looked in our processing module, no such category exists,” a second agent told the DCNF.
“It’s not an option in the processing module,” a third agent told the DCNF.
CBP didn’t respond to multiple DCNF requests for comment.

The Israel Defence Forces shared a harrowing 43-minute compilation Monday of Hamas’ surprise terror attack that killed more than 1,400 people — including an interview with a terrorist who admitted that he had clear orders to kill women and children and even rape the bodies of the dead.
The horrific videos and pictures shared with journalists contain graphic evidence of Hamas gunning down, torturing, and decapitating civilians during their invasion across the Gaza border on Oct. 7.
Before killing a family in their home, the Palestinian terrorists cut an eye out of the father’s face, cut the breasts off the mother, chopped off the son’s fingers, and chopped off the foot of the daughter.pic.twitter.com/PTlSx37NQ7
One of the videos shows the shocking moment a group of terrorists, disguised as IDF soldiers, flag down cars passing by before shooting the occupants.
The bodies are then dragged out of the vehicles and left on the side of the road, with the Hamas members then seen robbing the victims’ belongings from the bullet-ridden cars, The Times of Israel reported.
Another video shows a captured member of Hamas admitting that the terrorists “became animals” when carrying out their orders to slaughter and terrorize people across Israel.

It sometimes seems as if the Biden White House actually loves oil: but only if it is produced in other countries run by despots. While the President and his energy secretary, Jennifer Granholm, frequently repeat their desire to close down the US oil and gas industry in just a decade, the President and his appointees have no aversion to entering into deals enabling countries like Iran and Venezuela to pour more of their own oil onto the open market.
From a recent low of just 450,000 barrels of oil exports per day just a year ago, Iran was able to export about 2.2 million bopd in August according to Bloomberg. That increase is the result of the quiet decision by the US to ease off enforcement of its sanctions on Iranian exports starting late last year.
Just this past week, the White House entered into an agreement enabling the Venezuelan government of Nicolas Maduro to ramp up its own oil exports in exchange for Maduro’s promise to allow free elections to take place next year. That move brought criticism from fellow Democrat Joe Manchin, who chairs the Senate Energy Committee:
“On the heels of announcing the smallest five-year offshore oil and gas leasing plan in decades, this administration is turning to Venezuela … one of the world’s dirtiest energy producers and an oppressor of its own people,” Manchin said Thursday.
Wyoming Republican John Barasso told The Hill that the move “shows once again” that President Biden “would rather go to dictators on a bended knee than … allow us to use American energy.” While that is a bit of hyperbole, it is fair to say it is a criticism of this administration that too often has appeared to be valid.
At its base is a seeming disregard within the circle of Biden and his senior officials for the maintenance of US energy security.
[…]
Where Iran is concerned, the White House laughably continues to insist it is enforcing the sanctions even in the face of a 450 per cent rise in Iranian crude exports in just a year.
“We’ve imposed sanctions on Iran for support to Hamas and other terrorist organizations. That is going to continue – believe me,” Politico quoted a senior administration official who was granted anonymity.
What everyone can believe without question is that this administration is willing to make deals with almost any bad actor in the world who is able to pour more oil onto the market. Conversely, it is transparently unwilling to take the logical steps to bolster US and global energy security by scaling back its efforts to hamstring the powerful domestic US industry. When unleashed, this is an industry that has proved in recent years it is capable of increasing US crude production by as much as 2 million barrels per day in just 12 months.
Rolling back its misguided regulatory assault on its own domestic energy producers would be the clearest signal this White House could send to America’s adversaries that it is serious about maintaining the country’s energy security. Making deals with and quietly lifting sanctions on despots like Maduro and the Mullahs in Iran is a clear signal of American weakness, and only serves to embolden the enemies of freedom.

According to Palestinian revisionism, the Palestinians lived from time immemorial in historic Palestine, which is portrayed as a veritable paradise of flourishing orchards and fertile vineyards, teeming with happy peasants. Then, according to the mythic narrative, the Zionists came and, with the support of the British, stole the Palestinians’ land, exiled the people, and initiated a reign of terror and ethnic cleansing that has not abated until this very day.
Since the Six Day War of 1967, the Arab world’s most powerful leaders — in Egypt, Libya, Arabia, Syria, and Iraq prior to Saddam Hussein‘s demise — have waged a war of words against Israel. Having failed to defeat Israel by means of naked military aggression, these leaders and their advisors decided, sometime between the end of the war and the Khartoum Conference of August-September 1967, to bring about the destruction of Israel by means of a relentless terror war.
To justify to the world their ruthless murder of Israeli civilians and their undying hatred of the West, these leaders needed to invent a narrative depicting Israel as a racist, war-mongering, oppressive, apartheid state that was illegally occupying Arab land and carrying out the genocide of an indigenous people that had a stronger claim to the land of Israel than did Israel itself.
Thus the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), under the tutelage of the Soviet KGB, invented “The Palestinian People” who allegedly had been forced to wage a war of national liberation against imperialism.
To justify this notion, Yasser Arafat, shortly after taking over as leader of the PLO, sent his adjutant, Abu Jihad (later the leader of the PLO’s military operations), to North Vietnam to study the strategy and tactics of guerrilla warfare in the hopes that the PLO could emulate Ho Chi Minh’s success with left-wing sympathizers in the United States and Europe. Ho’s chief strategist, General Giap, offered advice that changed the PLO’s identity and future: “Stop talking about annihilating Israel and instead turn your terror war into a struggle for human rights. Then you will have the American people eating out of your hand.”
Giap’s counsel was simple but profound: the PLO needed to work in a way that concealed its real goals, permitted strategic deception, and gave the appearance of moderation. And the key to all this was creating an image that would help Arafat manipulate the American and Western news media.
Arafat developed the images of the “illegal occupation” and “Palestinian national self-determination,” both of which lent his terrorism the mantle of a legitimate peoples’ resistance. After the Six Day War, Muhammad Yazid, who had been minister of information in two Algerian wartime governments (1958-1962), imparted to Arafat some wisdom that echoed the lessons he had learned in North Vietnam:
“Wipe out the argument that Israel is a small state whose existence is threatened by the Arab states, or the reduction of the Palestinian problem to a question of refugees; instead, present the Palestinian struggle as a struggle for liberation like the others. Wipe out the impression . . . that in the struggle between the Palestinians and the Zionists, the Zionist is the underdog. Now it is the Arab who is oppressed and victimized in his existence because he is not only facing the Zionists but also world imperialism.”
The term “Palestine” (Falastin in Arabic) was an ancient name for the general geographic region that is more or less today’s Israel. The name derives from the Philistines, who originated from the eastern Mediterranean, and invaded the region in the 11th and 12th centuries B.C. The Philistines were apparently either from Greece, Crete, the Aegean Islands, and/or Ionia. They seem to be related to the Bronze Age Greeks, and they spoke a language akin to Mycenaean Greek. Their descendants, still living on the shores of the Mediterranean, greeted Roman invaders a thousand years later. The Romans corrupted the name to “Palestina,” and the area under the sovereignty of their city-states became known as “Philistia.” Six-hundred years later, the Arab invaders called the region “Falastin.”
Throughout subsequent history, the name remained only a vague geographical entity. There was never a nation of “Palestine,” never a people known as the “Palestinians,” nor any notion of “historic Palestine.” The region never enjoyed any sovereign autonomy, remaining instead under successive foreign sovereign domains from the Umayyads and Abbasids to the Fatimids, Ottomans, and British.
During the centuries of Ottoman rule, no Arabs under Turkish rule made any attempt to formulate an ideology of national identity, least of all the impoverished Arab peasantry in the region today known as Israel.
The term “Palestinian,” ironically, was used during the British Mandate period (1922-1948) to identify the Jews of British Mandatory Palestine. The Arabs of the area were known as “Arabs,” and their own designation of the region was balad esh-Sham (the province of Damascus). While some Arab nationalist writers, and coffee-shop intellectuals in Cairo or Beirut, developed the concept of Arab nationalism in large part as a response to Zionism, the terms “Palestine” and “Palestinian” were used in their traditional sense as geographic designations, not as national identities.
In early 1947, in fact, when the UN was exploring the possibility of the partition of British Mandatory Palestine into two states, one for the Jews and one for the Arabs, various Arab political and academic spokespersons spoke out vociferously against such a division because, they argued, the region was really a part of southern Syria, no such people or nation as “Palestinians” had ever existed, and it would be an injustice to Syria to create a state ex nihilo at the expense of Syrian sovereign territory.
During the 19 years from Israel’s victory in 1948 to Israel’s victory in the Six-Day War, all that remained of the UN’s partitioned territory to the “Arabs” of British Mandatory Palestine were the West Bank, under illegal Jordanian sovereignty, and the Gaza Strip, under Egyptian rule. Never during these 19 years did any Arab leader anywhere in the world argue for the right of national self-determination for the Arabs of these territories. A “Palestinian” nation and “Palestinian” people had not yet been invented.
Article 24 of the PLO’s original founding document, the PLO Covenant, states: “This Organization (the PLO) does not exercise any regional sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in the Gaza Strip or the Himmah area.” For Arafat before the Six-Day War, Palestine was Israel. It was not the West Bank or the Gaza Strip — because the West Bank and the Gaza Strip belonged to other Arab states, and the inhabitants of these areas were not numbered among the Palestinians whose “homeland” Arafat sought to “liberate.” The only “homeland” for the PLO in 1964 was the State of Israel. However, in response to the Six Day War, the PLO revised its Covenant on July 17, 1968, to remove the operative language of Article 24, thereby newly asserting a “Palestinian” claim of sovereignty to the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
This ploy was revealed, perhaps inadvertently, to the West in a public interview with Zahir Muhse’in, a member of the PLO Executive Committee, in a March 31, 1977, interview with the Amsterdam-based newspaper Trouw:
“The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism. For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan.”
Arafat himself said the same thing, on many occasions. In his authorized biography (Terrorist or Peace Maker, by Alan Hart), he is quoted saying: “[T]he Palestinian people have no national identity. I, Yasser Arafat, man of destiny, will give them that identity through conflict with Israel.”
But such admissions did not stem the enthusiasm with which these fictions were greeted by Western leaders. Within a few years, the USSR’s invention of the fictitious narrative of Palestinian national aspirations and rights of self-determination created the façade of morality and legitimacy that the terrorists needed in order to curry favor with the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Hundreds of journalists and photographers from media companies all over the world attended today the screening of a film of assorted footage showing the extent of the horrors committed by Hamas.
Footage was taken from numerous sources, including from bodycams worn by the terrorists, dashcams, from emergency rescue personnel and Israeli security service cameras.
What they saw left many of the reporters visibly shocked and disgusted.
I just saw indescribable, raw footage of Hamas’ massacre along with 100 other international journalists, provided by Israeli authorities.

U.S. and European governments have joined to put pressure on Israel.
Some are wondering why Israel hasn’t begun the ground assault on Hamas yet. The answer is in Washington D.C.
After the Hamas atrocities, Israel went on a full war footing. 300,000 Israelis have been evacuated from front line areas and the IDF mobilized 300,000 troops. Those are people who are not with their families or working, some flew in from abroad. This makes Israel one of the most mobilized nations in the world. But it can’t keep that up forever.
But instead of going in, everyone is waiting because D.C. and the EU want to hold off an assault on Hamas.
U.S. and European governments have joined to put pressure on Israel to hold off on its ground invasion of Gaza to allow more time to win the release of hostages held by Hamas, U.S. and foreign officials said.
Several countries have been trying to leverage their contacts with Hamas to press the militant group to release the hostages taken during their onslaught on Israel earlier this month. One U.S. official had said that Qatar’s government had been very helpful on the matter, but noted the difficulties of reaching an agreement given Israel’s bombardment of Gaza and the spiraling humanitarian crisis there.
Qatar is a state sponsor of Hamas. It’s harboring Hamas leaders. Before the Hamas attack on Israel, Qatar very helpfully negotiated a truce.
And now that the U.S. and the EU have made it clear that they can stop Israel from taking out Hamas as leverage for the hostages, Hamas has no reason to release the hostages.
Those hostages are the only reason IDF soldiers aren’t in Gaza City right now.
Rather than securing their release, they’ve made them more valuable as hostages.
What did Hamas buy with the release of two female American hostages? The conviction by D.C. diplomats that they can get more released if they just spend more time negotiating with Hamas.
The United States is pressing Israel to hold off on a ground invasion of Gaza to allow for more time for hostage negotiations, according to a CNN report published Sunday.
“The [administration] pressed Israeli leadership to delay because of progress on the hostage front,” a person familiar with the U.S.-Israel talks told the cable network, one of two sources it cited in its report.
Asked on Meet the Press on Sunday about the U.S. delaying a possible ground incursion by Israel into Gaza, Secretary of State Antony Blinken sidestepped the question, but said they are not “second guessing” their ally.
On Saturday, President Joe Biden responded to a question about delaying a potential ground incursion by telling reporters: “I’m talking to the Israelis.”
It’s in Hamas’ interests to appear reasonable, but to hang on to enough hostages to slow any Israeli action.
And Hamas is doing just that with the able assistance of its useful idiots in D.C. and Europe.
“Hamas does not appear to have gotten anything concrete out of the Friday release of Americans Judith Tai Raanan and her 17-year-old daughter, Natalie Raanan,” CNN claims.
Hamas has gotten Israel to delay a ground assault. How much more concrete can you get?
A captured Hamas terrorist told Israeli interrogators the terrorists were promised $10,000 and an apartment for taking hostages, The Jerusalem Post reported Monday.
“[W]hoever brings a hostage back [to Gaza] gets $10,000 and an apartment,” one captured Hamas fighter who stormed Israel on Oct. 7 told his interrogators, the outlet reported.
Israeli intelligence announced their interrogations resulted in a number of similar themes. While Hamas commanders remained in Gaza, all Hamas agents who breached Israel’s borders Oct. 7 were given instructions to kill and kidnap Israelis, The Jerusalem Post reported.
When it came to killing Israelis, the agents were reportedly told not to distinguish between civilians and soldiers. When the Hamas terrorists were pressed on whether Islam permitted the acts they carried out, they responded, “No. Islam does not permit the killing of women and children,” The Jerusalem Post noted.
Money given to terrorists for violent acts is not a new phenomena in the region. The Palestinian Authority, led by Hamas’ rival Fatah, has a “pay to slay” policy, where money is given to any terrorist (or their families) when they participate in terror attacks against Israelis.
Hamas’ invasion into southern Israel was also fueled by Hamas agents reportedly taking drugs to help enhance their combat performance. Israeli war aims following the invasion are reportedly the ousting of Hamas from power in the Gaza Strip and “the creation of a new security regime” in Gaza.

In the Middle East, thousands of innocent civilians are losing their lives in the crossfire between Israel and the Hamas terrorist group. Since October 7, men, women, the elderly, children, and infants have become victims of war — and the fighting only continues. “This is very bad,” said Linda Robinson, a senior fellow for Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations. “The risks for a wider war and for the region going back into full-scale war are very, very high.”
Women have been raped in the streets, babies are found decapitated, protests are breaking out globally, and the Naval Academy has decided to put their effort — not into lethal combat training — but gender and sexuality studies.
According to the Academy’s website, the school’s mission is to “develop Midshipmen morally, mentally and physically and to imbue them with the highest ideals of duty, honor and loyalty in order to graduate leaders who are dedicated to a career of naval service and … to assume the highest responsibilities of command, citizenship and government.” Apparently, the Navy has interpreted that to mean hiring gender and sexuality “experts” and featuring drag queens in recruitment videos. And it’s not just the naval Academy.
The U.S. Military Academy, considered among the most “prestigious universities in the nation,” has also incorporated gender and sexuality into Army officer education. West Point and the Air Force Academy even offer a minor in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Nellis Air Force Base has developed a track record of hosting drag shows, regardless of opposition.
National Review contacted the Naval Academy for clarification on the purpose of the new position and whether it “would prepare graduates to fight the nation’s war,” but officials did not respond. But in 2021, shortly after West Point added critical race theory to their curriculum, General Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, denied that the armed forces were “going woke.” Rather, he stated it was a “complicated topic” he was “not going to address.”
However, Travis Weber, a Naval Academy graduate and vice president for Policy and Government Affairs at Family Research Council, did address it with The Washington Stand. “This job posting — while only one data point — is an indicator of where our nation’s military is focused. And it’s not good,” he said.
He insisted the U.S. should be focused on “fires burning around the world [such as] the Russia-Ukraine war, an emerging war involving Israel in the Middle East, Azerbaijan displacing the Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh in the blink of an eye without much notice from anyone, and the looming threat of China invading Taiwan.” But instead, the U.S. is “pouring our nation’s increasingly thinning economic resources into a tenure track faculty position at one of our nation’s top military institutions that is focused on ‘Gender and Sexuality Studies.’”
Lt. General (Ret.) William G. Boykin, FRC’s executive vice president, also shared his concern with TWS, stating that “the hiring of a gender and sexuality studies Professor for the Naval Academy is another example of how unaware this administration is in training and preparing young men and women for war and to be victorious.” He emphasized the Navy seems “oblivious” to what midshipmen really need.
Meg Kilgannon, senior fellow for Education Studies at FRC, agreed, adding that ironically, the more gender studies increase, “the less people [seem to] understand … men and women.” She continued, “Whether in the field of education or military service, basic understanding about how bodies work and human nature itself should be as uncomplicated as possible.”
Experts say that not only is this topic being overcomplicated by the LGBT narrative, it is also having devastating consequences on recruitment. According to The Heritage Foundation, “[L]eaders from the Army, Navy, and Air Force all dutifully reported that they expected to miss their annual recruiting goal this year by thousands.” Despite adding new benefits and bonuses, recruitment rates continue to worsen. Woke “actions are a major contributor to the low enlistment in all our military services,” Boykin said.
As military institutions prioritize gender and sexuality education and recruitment suffers, “China is taking advantage of our distracted world to deport hundreds of North Korean defectors back to North Korea — where they will almost certainly be sent to forced labor camps,” Weber emphasized. He further noted that the West’s influence is on decline, and the East is seeking to “take its place.”
What this means, Weber continued, is “an unstable, multipolar world order, in which violent flare-ups are more likely.” He concluded, “This is a world that needs American leadership, not American naval gazing. The diversion of resources into areas like this one faculty opening portrays a distracted America, not an America focused on dealing with the challenges of its day. We need an adjustment of our focus if we are going to effectively lead into the years ahead.”
As Boykin stated plainly: “It is time for the Navy and all other services to wake up and start providing good leadership.”

Today October 23rd, 2023 we are now seeing the violence that Hamas began 16 days ago is now spreading like wild fire across the Middle East, Europe and in America.
Demonstrations, some violent, are being led by supporters of Hamas. This is the global Islamic jihad we have been predicating for years.
This is utterly psychotic and evil. The US is "working around the clock" to resupply Hamas. To be clear. "Humanitarian aid"= Resupply to Hamas https://t.co/j8WoDwXVf0

In the wake of Israel’s attacks on Hamas, U.S. forces in the Middle East have endured several attacks as violent protests decrying Israel ensue throughout the region.
Israel is carrying out a sweeping counteroffensive in the Gaza Strip after Hamas killed over 1,400 Israelis and kidnapped over 100 civilians, including children, during mass terrorist attacks that began on Oct. 7. Protests and violence have flared up in surrounding Middle Eastern nations – despite the Biden administration claiming days before the Hamas attack that the region is “quieter” than it has been in decades.
Mass protests are taking place in Arab nations surrounding Israel, including Libya, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon, the latter of which houses the Iranian-backed terror group Hezbollah. U.S. military forces in regions including Syria, Iraq and the Red Sea have recorded rocket and/or drone attacks from a number of groups, including Islamic Resistance and Houthi forces.
Several of the groups involved in the attacks against U.S. forces are supported and backed by Iran. While Tehran’s role in helping plan the initial Oct. 7 attacks against Israel by Hamas is disputed, it heavily supports the terrorist organization.
“Tehran is bringing various elements of its proxy network online and in place to bail out Hamas, distract Israel, and deter the U.S. from standing with Israel,” Behnam Ben Taleblu, senior researcher on Iranian security and political issues at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The more Tehran greenlights the involvement of its proxies, the more it is attempting to create a new security architecture in the region to keep America out and Israel bogged down.”
To the northeast, Iranian-backed militants fired rockets at the Ain al-Asad air base hosting Americans in Iraq on Thursday, and a search and rescue operation was subsequently launched by the Iraqi military; it is not immediately clear if casualties or injuries were sustained during the attacks. Another base was attacked via rocket fire near the international airport in Baghdad on the same day.
The al-Asad base came under attack earlier in the week after U.S. troops staved off incoming kamikaze drones on Tuesday. In Syria, two U.S. military sites housing American and allied troops fell under attack from drones on Thursday; incoming drones were shot down by personnel at the al-Tanf coalition garrison, with one servicemember sustaining injuries. Militants also fired rockets at the Conoco base in the Deir al-Zor region of Syria after it fell under siege from the Islamic Resistance in Iraq on Thursday.
A U.S. naval destroyer operating in the Red Sea shot down an incoming hive of drones and cruise missiles launched by Houthi terrorist forces in Yemen on Thursday, the AP reported. The drones were “potentially” headed for Israel, according to Pentagon press secretary Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder.
“These small-scale attacks are clearly concerning and dangerous,” Ryder said on Wednesday. “We’re going to do everything necessary to ensure that we’re protecting our forces. And if and when we choose to respond, we’ll do so at a time of our choosing.”
Hezbollah has warned the U.S. against increasing its support of Israel, and has launched several small-scale attacks over its southern border, including missile attacks and gunfire toward IDF, according to Fox News. IDF has increased its presence at the border with troops and tanks as tensions with Hezbollah rapidly escalate, according to The Associated Press.
Hezbollah warned Israel on Wednesday it is “thousands of times stronger” than it was before, according to Reuters; the Iranian-backed terrorist group consists of approximately 100,000 fighters, leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah claimed. It also has a stockpile of weaponry and boasts precision-guided missiles that could hit any target in Israel.
After it was reported without evidence that Israel bombed a hospital in Gaza, Hezbollah called for a “day of unprecedented anger” and violent protests ensued near the U.S. embassy in Lebanon starting Wednesday. Security forces fired tear gas and water cannons into crowds of protestors who broke through barbed wire and fencing leading to the embassy, according to Reuters.
Mass Palestinian protests are occurring in several Arab nations surrounding Israel, including Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Turkey and Jordan, according to the Associated Press. The State Department issued a “Worldwide Caution Security Alert” to U.S. citizens traveling overseas on Thursday amid the risk of further terrorist attacks and violence.
Demonstrations also took place in Iran, where protestors can be seen burning the Israeli flag and chanting “death to Israel,” NBC News reported on Tuesday. All of the unfolding chaos, from attacks against U.S. forces to the ongoing protests against Israel, can be traced back to Tehran, according to Shoshana Bryen, senior director of the Jewish Policy Center.
“Iran is the center of the conflict. The religious leadership believes it is destined to control Islam, and then the rest of the world. They’re not ‘crazy,’ they’re believers,” Bryen told the DCNF. “Without an international determination to thwart Iran’s goals, the region will not see peace regardless of the outcome of Israel’s present war in Gaza.”
Bryen said that when the war between Israel and Hamas concludes, the chaos will reflect poorly on the Biden administration, which has been accused by lawmakers and foreign policy experts of taking a concessionary stance toward Iran.
“When the history of the current horror in Israel is written, it will be clear that the administration’s oil sanctions waivers, unfreezing assets, ignoring Iranian arms sales to Russia, and ignoring the suffering of the Iranian people under the mullahs gave Tehran the sense that it was driving events,” Bryen told the DCNF. “And Hamas had the same sense in Gaza.”
The Biden administration said on Oct. 7 – two days before the brutal Hamas terrorist attacks – that the Middle East is “quieter today than it has been in two decades.”
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

“Biden’s Deputy National Security Advisor couldn’t explain how the US can prevent Hamas from taking control of the goods”
The Biden administration is widely broadcasting that it’s made a budget request of almost $106 billion for Israel and Ukraine. In reality, most of that, $61.4 billion, is going to Ukraine. There’s $14 billion to hire more border patrol officers, asylum processors and judges, $4 billion for foreign aid in the Pacific and an official figure of $14 billion for Israel, but in reality it’s smaller than that because the Biden administration has also rolled in embassy security costs across the Middle East into that package. The actual aid package for Israel is probably closer to $9 billion or so.
But that’s not the really troubling part.
The Biden request asks for $9.15 billion in “humanitarian assistance”. It phrases this as providing “life-saving humanitarian assistance and support for innocent civilians devastated by Putin’s unjust war in Ukraine, Hamas’ attack on Israel, and the numerous other natural and man-made crises around the world. This includes life-saving humanitarian assistance in Gaza and support for Palestinian refugees in the West Bank and surrounding areas.”
The incredible chutzpah here is that Biden is asking Congress to fund “life-saving humanitarian assistance and support for innocent civilians devastated by… Hamas’ attack on Israel” that’s not going to the actual Israeli orphans who have lost their families, but to “humanitarian assistance in Gaza and support for Palestinian refugees in the West Bank”.
That is to say a bunch of this money will be going to Hamas.
Biden is soliciting money for the victims of the “Hamas attack” that will go to Hamas.
If you think I’m exaggerating, the administration has already admitted it twice.
In 2021, State Department officials warned that “there is a high risk Hamas could potentially derive indirect, unintentional benefit from U.S. assistance to Gaza” and asked for a special exemption from sanctions on funding terrorists.
In the first days of October, Secretary of State Blinken overrode a hold by Senator Jim Risch on $75 million in funding for UNRWA, which is largely staffed by Hamas. Risch had imposed a hold along with other Republican senators, requiring that Blinken certify every 180 days that UNRWA meets accountability criteria because of its “long history of employing people connected to terrorist movements like Hamas” and “using its schools to store Hamas weapons.”
Here’s Deputy National Security Adviser Jon Finer explaining to CNN that nothing has changed.
We’re going to take the word of rapists and killers that they’re not going to misuse foreign aid.
As Caroline Glick notes at JNS,
When questioned by CNN, Biden’s Deputy National Security Advisor Jon Finer couldn’t explain how the United States can prevent Hamas from taking control of the goods entering Gaza.
Resupply of Hamas is an operational disaster for Israel.
Hamas’s military infrastructure is almost entirely located in a warren of underground tunnels. An estimated 40,000 terrorist fighters and Hamas’s military leadership are living and operating from within the tunnels. To defeat Hamas, Israel needs to fight those forces above ground, not below ground where their tactical advantage is decisive.
Biden has already promised $100 million in “humanitarian aid” to Gaza. What does the $9.15 billion package offer?
There’s $3.4 billion to assist refugees from Ukraine and “provide life-saving humanitarian assistance in Israel, and in areas impacted by the situation in Israel. These resources would support displaced and conflict affected civilians, including Palestinian refugees in Gaza and the West Bank, and to address potential needs of Gazans fleeing to neighboring countries.”
While an estimated 300,000 Israelis have been displaced by the war (you’ve heard about that in the media, right?) the emphasis here seems to be on the Arab Muslim “refugees”.
The war isn’t even in the West Bank, but they’re still preparing to spend money there anyway.
There’s $5.6 billion in “International Disaster Assistance” again for Ukraine and “life-saving humanitarian programming in Israel and areas impacted by the situation in the West Bank and Gaza” and beyond to “Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, and Egypt.”
How much of that money will be spent in Gaza? Who knows. Whatever money is spent will benefit Hamas.
How literally? On Oct 4, a few days before the attacks, USAID was bragging that it was helping upgrade water and sanitation systems in Gaza. People noted that Hamas has openly bragged about repurposing pipes for rockets.
But Biden will help the “innocent civilians devastated by… Hamas’ attack on Israel” by sending money to Hamas.
When asked why he agreed to allow aid into Gaza before the release of hostages, Israeli Def Min Galant said: “The Americans insisted, and we are in no position to refuse them. We depend on them for aircraft and military equipment. What should we have done? Should I refuse them?" pic.twitter.com/rUtGATwNDG
This is utterly psychotic and evil. The US is "working around the clock" to resupply Hamas. To be clear. "Humanitarian aid"= Resupply to Hamas https://t.co/j8WoDwXVf0
For YEARS, I have spoken out against the genocidal Islamic texts and teachings against Jews. The existence of the State of Israel is deeply offensive to the Muslim world.
Islamic Jew hatred is an Islamic imperative. When the PA says it, millions march in support of the Jewish genocide. When my colleagues and I quote them or the Quran, we are racist-Islamophobic-anti-Muslim bigots. We are smeared. defamed, libeled – our names destroyed.
The PA Ministry of Religious Affairs posted guidelines for mosque preachers on Thursday instructing preachers what content they should include in their Friday sermons. The most horrific part of the instructions was a quote from a Hadith (Islamic tradition attributed to Islam’s prophet Muhammad) that teaches that the End of Time, the Redemption of humanity, is contingent on Muslims killing and eventually exterminating all Jews:
“The Hour [of Resurrection] will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, and the rock or a tree will say: ‘Muslim, O servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him’; except for the Gharqad tree, for it is the tree of the Jews.”
[PA Ministry of Religious Affairs, Facebook page, Oct. 18, 2023]
Following so close to the atrocities by Hamas, this PA religious message to Palestinians is first and foremost elevating the horrific massacre of nearly 1,400 Jews to constitute Islamic worship. In addition, it is a clear message that Allah/Islam wants Palestinians to leave their mosques after Friday prayers and set out to murder more Jews.
The PA religious establishment is notorious for teaching Palestinians that it is their destiny as Muslims to exterminate the Jews. For example, already a decade ago, the PA Mufti, the highest PA religious figure, explained at a Fatah event that the current Palestinian conflict against Israel is not a nationalistic fight for Palestinians but rather the Muslim destiny to exterminate Jews:
PA Mufti Muhammad Hussein, at a Fatah event in Jerusalem:
“47 years ago the [Fatah] revolution started. Which revolution? The modern revolution of the Palestinian people’s history. In fact, Palestine in its entirety is a revolution, since [Caliph] Umar came [to Jerusalem, 637 CE], and continuing today, and until the End of Days. The reliable Hadith (tradition attributed to Muhammad), in the two reliable collections, Bukhari and Muslim, says:
“The Hour [of Resurrection] will not come until you fight the Jews.
The Jew will hide behind rocks or trees.
Then the stones or trees will call:
‘Oh Muslim, servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.’
Except the Gharqad tree [which will keep silent].”
Therefore it is no wonder that you see Gharqad [trees]
surrounding the [Israeli] settlements and colonies..”
[Official PA TV, Jan. 9, 2012]
Aside from the promotion of murder of Jews, this Friday’s instruction sheet also included the current prominent PA libel that misrepresents the Islamic Jihad missile that landed in a parking lot near a hospital killing 50 Gazans, as an Israeli attack on the hospital killing 500.
The following is the text of the PA’s instructions to the preachers in the mosques:
Text: “In the name of All Merciful Allah”
The State of Palestine – the [PA] Ministry of Religious Affairs
[Document] No. 1664, Oct. 18, 2023
Friday sermon for Oct. 20, 2023 –
The Al-Mamadani Hospital crime is ‘the crime of the times’ (refers to libel accusing Israel of bombing Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, which was done by Islamic Jihad -Ed.)
Main points of the sermon instructions:
Palestine, the land of the Night Journey and Ascent to Heaven, adheres to its principles and is standing firm in the hardships; the one who abandons it will not harm it, it believes in its God’s promise of victory.
The crime that was committed at the Al-Mamadani Hospital against women, children, elderly, sick, and medical teams, and the number of Martyrs caused as a result of it – more than 1,000 Martyrs – is one of the greatest crimes in the modern age (sic., a double lie; a failed rocket launch by Islamic Jihad terrorists struck a parking lot near a hospital killing approx. 50).
What our people is undergoing – collective annihilation directed against women, children, and elderly – is a crime against humanity.
The children’s organs and the sighs of the bereaved and wounded [in Gaza] are a mark of shame on the foreheads of those who whine about the [suffering of the] occupation (i.e., Israeli civilians massacred by Hamas)
Our Palestinian people, in spite of the wounds and disasters, cannot wave a white flag until defeating the occupation (i.e., Israel) and establishing the independent Palestinian state, whose capital is sublime Jerusalem.
Our message to the occupation – this land is an inseparable part of our faith, and it is impossible under any conditions or circumstances that the 1948 Nakba would repeat itself (i.e., “the catastrophe,” Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), and we will remain on this land until Allah enables the victory.
The time has come, more than any other time, for our people to be united against the occupation’s arrogance.
We call on our Palestinian people to be alert to the settlers’ crazy attacks, and particularly in the distant areas.
We must all understand that this land and the holy sites in it are a deposit imposed on us until the Day of Judgement.
Our national unity is the rock on which all the plots against the Palestinian national project will be shattered…
Proofs from the sources:
“‘The Hour [of Resurrection] will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, and the rock or a tree will say: “Muslim, O servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him”; except for the Gharqad tree, for it is the tree of the Jews.’
[The Hadith:] ‘A group of my nation will remain on the side of truth, and it will not be harmed by those who abandon it… until Allah’s word will come as they overcome the people.’”

Libel on Baptist Hospital Bombing in Gaza City, October 2023 – A failed rocket launch by Islamic Jihad terrorists fell short of Israel and hit the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in the Gaza Strip on Oct. 17, 2023, during Hamas’ terror war on Israel. The PA and Hamas rushed to libel Israel as being responsible for the bombing and claimed approximately 500 people had been killed, and global media outlets including Reuters and the BBC picked up the Palestinian libel without confirming it. Israel proved with video evidence, including from Al-Jazeera TV, that it was an errant Islamic Jihad rocket that fell on the hospital during a barrage of rocket fire. Having seen the Israeli evidence, the US later confirmed the Israeli assessment that an Islamic Jihad rocket had caused the damage. A senior European intelligence source estimated that the true death count from the bombing was no more than 50 people.
Hamas war on Israel October 2023 – At least 1,400 Israelis were murdered and over 3,500 wounded, in addition to at least 212 Israelis who were abducted into the Gaza Strip, in a Hamas terror war that began when approximately 2,500 Hamas terrorists broke through Israel’s security fence at the Gaza Strip border and launched a surprise attack, taking control of several Israeli towns and attacking a music festival on the Jewish holiday of Shemini Atzeret (Simchat Torah), which fell on the Sabbath, Oct. 7, 2023. Hamas terrorists also fired at least 5,000 rockets at Israeli population centers. In response, Israel launched Operation Iron Swords to counter the Hamas terror threat. Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon joined Hamas’ terror war starting from the following day, attacking Israel from the north.

Shadi Khaloul, a Christian Israeli, said he believes the ongoing war isn’t just between Jews and Hamas, but between those who defend the value of light against darkness.
A Christian and former Israel Defense Forces paratrooper said he believes Hamas is not just a danger to Jews, but also to followers of Jesus.
“We think that this is not a war for only Jews against Hamas,” Shadi Khaloul said. “It’s the fight of light against darkness.”…
“We, as Israelis, are fighting this fight together with Jews, Christians, Muslims and Druze, Arameans like us,” Khaloul said. “We fight this together with Jews in order to defend the values of light of our actually common Judeo-Christian values that our democracies are built in.”
Khaloul, 47, is a part of the Christian Maronite Aramaic community that believes its members are descendants of Jesus’ early followers. Many pray in Aramaic — the language Jesus spoke — and do not identify as Arab….
“It’s not a war between Jews and them,” Khaloul said, referring to Hamas. “It’s a war between them and other people that are different from Hamas.”
Moderate Muslims are also “a target to be attacked,” according to Khaloul, citing Hamas’ attacks on members of the Palestinian political party Fatah….
“No one of the Christians want to live under this jihadi Islamic regime that treats them as infidels, that treats them as … maybe fifth-class citizens,” Khaloul said.
He pointed out that the Christian population in Gaza has dramatically decreased under Hamas. It dropped from around 3,000 prior to 2007 to about 1,300, according to the University of Notre Dame.
“This is horrible. Because of Hamas, now the Gazan people are suffering,” Khaloul said. “It’s not because of Israel.”…

I have seen comments on social media and on some websites saying the Hamas was created by Israel.
This is one the the greatest of lies. This lie is similar to statements that Jews created the Nazis or funded the Bolsheviks. It’s like saying that blacks created slavery.
Responsible for many suicide bombings and terrorist acts against Israeli targets
HAMAS (an acronym for Harakat al-Muqawamat al-Islamiyya, which is Arabic for “Islamic Resistance Movement”) is an Islamic fundamentalist group founded on December 14, 1987. As a single Arabic word rather than an acronym, “Hamas” means “zeal.” The organization’s founders were seven leading members of the Muslim Brotherhood: Ahmed Yassin, Abdel Aziz Rantisi, Ibrahim al-Yazuri, Sheikh Salih Shihada, ‘Isa al-Našhar, Muhammad Shama’a, and ‘Abd al-Fattah Dukhan. Hamas, in a sense, grew out of a 1985-86 Brotherhood movement — in which Ahmed Yassin was involved — that resolved to pursue its goal of degrading and ultimately destroying Israel by means of civil disturbance. The movement went by various names such as The Armed Struggle Movement, The Steadfast on the Land of al-Isra’, and The Islamic Resistance Movement. Ultimately, Yassin blended a group he had founded in 1973 — the Islamic Organization — into this Brotherhood movement, and settled on the name Hamas. The organization gained great popular support Gaza due to commitment to “raise the banner of Allah over every inch of Palestine.”
Describing itself as “one of the wings of the Muslim Brother[hood],” Hamas’s avowed purpose is “liberating Palestine” from its Jewish “oppressors,” whose very presence in the Middle East Hamas considers an affront to Muslims’ rightful sovereignty over the region. Hamas is best known for using violent methods — including suicide bombings against Israeli military and civilian targets — as part of its long-term strategy to destroy Israel and replace it with an Islamic Palestinian state. The U.S. State Department, Canada, Japan, Israel, and the entire European Union have named Hamas as an Islamic terrorist organization.
With tens of thousands of loyal supporters, Hamas’ strength is concentrated principally in the Gaza Strip and a few areas of the West Bank. The group’s leadership is dispersed throughout these same areas, with a few senior leaders residing also in Syria, Lebanon, and the Gulf States.
Over the years, Hamas’ funding has derived from a variety of sources. Today it is supported primarily by donations from Iran, Arab governments such as that of Syria, Palestinian expatriates, private benefactors in Arab nations, Islamic fascist groups, and Muslim “charities” from around the world such as the now-defunct Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development. (It is estimated that the “charities” account for about half of all Hamas funding today.) Some clandestine fundraising takes place in Western Europe and North America as well. When the United Nations Oil-For-Food program was in effect, Iraqi president Saddam Hussein skimmed more than $21 billion from its coffers and sent some of it directly to Hamas.
Describing Hamas’ political and social agendas, Israel scholar Steven Plaut writes: “Hamas and al-Qaeda are basically two sides of the same jihad. They have squabbled rhetorically on occasion … but … Hamas ‘schools’ and other institutions routinely distribute the harangues of [Osama] bin-Laden and other al-Qaeda materials. Hamas rallies feature posters of bin Laden and of Chechen terror leaders.” Dr. Harold Brackman of the Simon Wiesenthal Center elaborates:
“Hamas has held secret summits with Al Qaeda operatives in locales as distant as India, and even sent a select few members to train in bin Laden’s Afghan camps. For what it’s worth, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas claimed in 2007 that: ‘It is Hamas that is shielding Al Qaeda, and through its bloody conduct, Hamas has become very close to Al Qaeda [in Gaza].’”
Hamas also has a close working relationship with Hezbollah, the Lebanon-based terror organization that serves as one of Hamas’ major suppliers of weaponry.

A Hamas field manual obtained by The Washington Post and other documents found in the wake of the group’s brutal attack on Israel two weeks ago illustrate some of its military capabilities and preparations for close-in, bloody killing.
The manual, dated last year and found on the body of a Hamas fighter, lists instructions on operating certain weapons, identifies vulnerabilities in Israeli military equipment and offers tips on killing with a knife. The document appears to have been prepared for different units of Hamas’s elite Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, including anti-armor, engineering, sniper, infantry and tunnel specialists as well as what the booklet describes as “shock troops.”
“This is a secret military document,” the first page begins. “It should be kept in a safe place. It is forbidden to move with it except when there are orders.”
The instructions for “shock troops” also included the best places to stab someone, according to the field manual obtained by The Post. The “neck in the collarbone area,” “spine” and “underarms” are listed.

Those who have worked to remove the bodies of hundreds of Palestinian militants killed in the assault say that corpses are first checked over by bomb squads to make sure there are no hidden explosives.
“They came with everything, fully equipped, with documents, maps and instructions,” said Yossi Landau, a front-line responder with the Zaka medical organization, which has been working to remove bodies.
A top official with Hezbollah vowed that Israel will pay a high price whenever it starts a ground offensive in the Gaza Strip and said that his militant group based in Lebanon already is “in the heart of the battle.” https://t.co/HzoQJrUy0vhttps://t.co/1ipH7IPfXg
