Problems with COVID Vaccines Getting Harder to Deny

Two weeks ago, I told you I would be filing a Freedom of Information Act request to find out whether or not the government has decided to do follow-up safety studies on COVID vaccines given the now nearly 2 million adverse reaction reports filed in the U.S. and Europe.  This unprecedented flood of adverse events a serious problem and the alarm bells are ringing ever-louder.

According to the latest official federal government numbers, 894,143 COVID vaccine adverse reaction reports have been filed, including 18,853 reported deaths shortly following vaccination.  That’s just in the U.S.  The latest numbers from Europe show over a million additional adverse reactions including over 30,000 deaths.  These numbers far exceed all the adverse reaction reports filed on all other vaccines in 30 years of vaccine injury reporting.

Yes, these numbers alone do not prove causation or constitute scientific proof that COVID vaccines are injuring and killing people.  However, the VAERS disclaimer goes on to say the purpose of the reporting system in the U.S. is to provide an early warning and to prompt the government to conduct further studies when a safety problem with a vaccine becomes apparent.  I defy anyone to tell me almost two million adverse reaction reports in the U.S. and Europe including almost 50,000 deaths linked to the vaccines are insufficient to trigger follow-up studies.

Yet, we have no public indication the government has conducted such studies or has any interest in doing so.  That’s why I filed a Freedom of Information Act request, to find out what the government has decided about such studies, and why.  The government has responded by saying it’s a complex request involving numerous parties and they will need extra time to process it.  I will follow up after the first of the year and take the case to court, if necessary.

Meanwhile, evidence of a safety problem with COVID vaccines continues to pile up.

Experts have linked 200 more symptoms to the vaccines which are not covered in the informed consent form given to patients.

Vaccinated people under 60 are dying at a higher rate than the unvaccinated in Britain.

Ten thousand Australians are expected to file COVID injury claims for harms or loss of income due to adverse reactions to being vaccinated.

It was finally revealed that hospitals receive extra federal bonus payments for every COVID vaccination they administer.

Finally, the Left does not accept anecdotes as evidence unless they serve its purposes.  The Left is forever parading victim stories to sway public opinion.  Well, here are some anecdotes and victim stories for you:   A California man suffered weeks of horrible pain and finally died after receiving the Moderna vaccine.  His message to the public: “I wished I would have never gotten vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, don’t do it unless you are ready to suffer and die.”  Schools in Saginaw were forced to close after a number of teachers suffered adverse reactions from mandatory COVID booster shots.  Speaking of mandatory, 2,000 airline workers have sued their employer for forcing them to get vaccinated.  The lead plaintiff, a flight attendant, suffered an adverse reaction from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and nearly died.

Don’t tell me there are no problems with these vaccines. Don’t tell me further studies are not warranted. The government will eventually have to give me the information I want, and I will tell everyone the truth about these vaccines and the harms associated with them. Then the question will become who in the government made the decision to sweep all this under the rug in order to push the phony ‘the vaccines are safe and effective’ narrative. Heads should roll and I will not stop until they do. Somebody needs to take this on. Think about the next time and, if they get away with it this time, how many millions of vaccine injuries and deaths they will be tempted to sweep under the rug in a future pandemic. This callous disregard for the safety of humanity in the name of generating wealth and power for a tiny elite needs to stop right here, right now.

Doctor Who Discovered Omicron Slams ‘Hype,’ Travel Bans.

National Chair of the South African Medical Association, Dr. Angelique Coetzee, who made an early discovery of the Omicron variant amongst patients, says “the hype” that’s been created surrounding the variant is unwarranted.

According to Reuters, “the variant was detected and announced by South Africa’s National Institute of Communicable Diseases (NICD) on Nov. 25 from samples taken from a laboratory from Nov. 14 to Nov. 16.”

Coetzee told Reuters that in one of the “biggest hospitals” in her “area” and country of South Africa, there is only one patient who is COVID-positive on ventilation, and there has been no confirmation, as of Sunday, that Omicron is the cause.

“The hype,” Coetzee says, “that’s been created currently out there in the media and worldwide doesn’t correlate with the clinical picture. And it doesn’t warrant to just cut us off from any traveling, and bans South Africa as if we are the villains in the whole process — should not be like that.”

Coetzee, who is also on the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Vaccines, says, “looking at the mildness of the symptoms we are seeing currently, there’s no reason for panicking as we don’t see severely ill patients.”

“I also checked with the hospital, some of the hospitals in my area, and one of the biggest hospitals they only have one patient currently that’s COVID-positive on a ventilator, and they don’t even know whether it’s COVID — you know it’s Delta- or whether it is Omicron-related.”

Reports of the new variant have since resulted in several European countries, such as the United Kingdom, issuing travel bans on southern African countries, a ban that South Africa has strongly contested. Since Friday, the United States and some Asian nations have also banned travel from South Africa.

My latest in PJ Media:

We all know that travel bans are racist; Old Joe Biden told us so himself. He tweeted on February 1, 2020: “Trump further diminished the U.S. in the eyes of the world by expanding his travel ban. This new ‘African Ban,’ is designed to make it harder for black and brown people to immigrate to the United States. It’s a disgrace, and we cannot let him succeed.” Now that Biden’s handlers, possibly even including the wonk who actually composed that tweet, are in charge, all that systemic racism is being swept away, and for that we can all be grateful. Or at least we could be until Friday, when Biden’s handlers announced a plan to follow in Trump’s footsteps and ban travel from eight countries in Africa in order to fight what is being presented as a dangerous new variant of the coronavirus.

Politico reported Friday that the ban was announced “just hours after a new coronavirus variant was deemed a highly transmissible virus of concern,” and would go into effect Monday, banning travelers from South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique and Malawi from entering the United States.” Politico noted that Biden’s handlers made this move on advice from none other than Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Left’s untarnished guru of Covid prevention.

And that makes it all right. We can learn from this that the problem with Trump’s travel bans was not that he imposed them, but why he imposed them. In February 2020, Biden lambasted Trump’s racism over the extension of the travel bans to Eritrea, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania, as well as Kyrgyzstan and Myanmar. This was after Trump had previously imposed travel bans upon Chad, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen. Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf explained at the time that “the countries hit by the new measures failed to meet US security and information-sharing standards.” The countries from which Trump banned travel could not or would not provide adequate information to American officials about the people who wanted to enter the country. Trump reasoned that in light of that, the risk of admitting anyone from those countries was too great. His travel bans were motivated by concern for the safety of the American people.

Biden and the Democrats, however, knew better. They knew that Trump’s expressed concern for safety was just a ploy, a fig leaf to cover his racism. They knew, or claimed to know, that Trump’s travel bans were actually motivated by “Islamophobia,” and derided it as a “Muslim Ban,” even though Tanzania, Myanmar, North Korea and Venezuela aren’t exactly Islamic Republics. Biden promised during his campaign: “On day one, I’ll end Trump’s unconstitutional Muslim ban. My administration will look like America with Muslim Americans serving at every level.” As soon as he entered the Oval Office, Biden followed through on this promise, ending Trump’s travel bans in a flurry of executive orders on January 20, 2021.

British “WOKISM” Reaches New Low

Two stories out of the United Kingdom today!! Both sent to me by a relative who understands what is happening. The first is about the British Legion, an organization supposedly representing military past and present. They have become “woke!!”

Read on and hopefully you are as disgusted as I was. I worked for this organization when I lived over there. Trust me – this thinking was not around then.

Fred, Wondered whether you saw the “Two Minute Silence” advert from Royal British Legion.
I did not think it portrayed the remembrance of those who lost their lives in the world wars or more recent conflicts. They did not fight for ‘a better future’, they fought and died for freedom from a cruel and oppressive tyranny!

It looks like the new £55k Diversity Manager has begun the transformation of poppy day into something completely different. More of our history being rewritten and money which would be more appropriately spent on our struggling veterans is being used for what looks like political propaganda. Portraying a large coloured family sitting at the table with what looks like a white ‘waiter’ standing over them ready to serve a roast dinner – how does that representative our fallen? Can you imagine it the other way round?! ( note from Fred: I am not trying to belittle black peoples role in the British military but in WWI and WWII we saw very few blacks in Britains military, the few there were coming from the colonies and not all in combat positions. Even today, decades after the Second World War, we find that in Britain’s woke military blacks make up less than 12% of all positions. The British Legion was primarily to support military personnel from the Great Wars. )

I am completely baffled by the words ‘Those who serve on testing sites! Testing sites meaning Covid testing sites for Gods sake. Nothing like a real bloody battle field.

The Cobra Effect: Lessons in Unintended Consequences

Human beings react to every rule, regulation, and order governments impose, and their reactions result in outcomes that can be quite different than the outcomes lawmakers intended.

Every human decision brings with it unintended consequences. Often, they are inconsequential, even funny. When Airbus, for example, wanted to make its planes quieter to improve the flying experience for travelers, it made its A380 so quiet that passengers could hear, with far too much clarity, what was happening in the plane’s bathrooms. Other times unintended consequences have far-reaching, dramatic effects. The US health care system is a case in point. It emerged in its present form in no small part because of two governmental decisions.

First, wage and price controls during World War II caused employers to add health insurance as an employee benefit. Why? The law prohibited employers from raising wages, so to attract workers, they offered to provide health insurance. Then, in 1951, Congress declared that employer-provided health insurance benefits would not count as taxable income. This made it cheaper for employees to take raises in the form of increased tax-free insurance benefits rather than in the form of increased taxable wages.

Consequently, not only do workers now receive health insurance through their employers (unlike, for example, their car and home insurance), but those insurance plans also tend to be more luxurious than what they would have been had Congress never given them special tax treatment. These two political decisions helped to create the health care system we now have, a system that nearly everyone agrees is broken.

No one set out to create a broken system, no more than anyone ever set out to make bathroom noises more conspicuous on airplanes. These were unintended consequences. And you can see them everywhere when you know to look.

Unintended consequences happen so often that economists call them “Cobra Problems,” after one of the most interesting examples.

In colonial India, Delhi suffered a proliferation of cobras, which was a problem very clearly in need of a solution given the sorts of things that cobras bring, like death. To cut the number of cobras slithering through the city, the local government placed a bounty on them. This seemed like a perfectly reasonable solution. The bounty was generous enough that many people took up cobra hunting, which led exactly to the desired outcome: The cobra population decreased. And that’s where things get interesting.

As the cobra population fell and it became harder to find cobras in the wild, people became rather entrepreneurial. They started raising cobras in their homes, which they would then kill to collect the bounty as before. This led to a new problem: Local authorities realized that there were very few cobras evident in the city, but they nonetheless were still paying the bounty to the same degree as before.

City officials did a reasonable thing: They canceled the bounty. In response, the people raising cobras in their homes also did a reasonable thing: They released all of their now-valueless cobras back into the streets. Who wants a house full of cobras?

In the end, Delhi had a bigger cobra problem after the bounty ended than it had before it began. The unintended consequence of the cobra eradication plan was an increase in the number of cobras in the streets. This case has become the exemplar of when an attempt to solve a problem ends up exacerbating the very problem that rule-makers intended to fix.

There is, of course, nothing special about cobras. The same sort of thing happened in the late 1980s in Mexico City, which was at the time suffering from extreme air pollution caused by cars driven by its 18 million residents. The city government responded with Hoy No Circula, a law designed to reduce car pollution by removing 20 percent of the cars (determined by the last digits of license plates) from the roads every day during the winter when air pollution was at its worst. Oddly, though, removing those cars from the roads did not improve air quality in Mexico City. In fact, it made it worse.

Come to find out, people’s needs do not change as a result of a simple government decree. The residents of Mexico City might well have wanted better air for their city, but they also needed to get to work and school. They reacted to the ban in ways the rule-makers neither intended nor foresaw.

Some people carpooled or took public transportation, which was the actual intent of the law. Others, however, took taxis, and the average taxi at the time gave off more pollution than the average car. Another group of people ended up undermining the law’s intent more significantly. That group bought second cars, which of course came with different license plate numbers, and drove those cars on the one day a week they were prohibited from driving their regular cars. What kind of cars did they buy? The cheapest running vehicles they could find, vehicles that belched pollution into the city at a rate far higher than the cars they were not permitted to drive. The people released their cobras into the streets, except this time the cobras were cars.

These examples of unintended consequences aren’t aberrations. Unintended consequences arise every time an authority imposes its will on people. Seat belt and airbag laws make it less safe to be a pedestrian or cyclist by making it safer for drivers to be less cautious. Payday lending laws, intended to protect low-income borrowers from high lending rates, make it more expensive for low-income borrowers to borrow by forcing them into even more expensive alternatives.

Requirements that corporations publicize how much they pay their CEOs in order to encourage stockholders to reduce CEO pay resulted in lesser-paid CEOs demanding more pay. Three-strikes laws, intended to reduce crime, increase police fatalities by giving two-time criminals a greater incentive to evade or even fight the police. The Americans With Disabilities Act gives employers an incentive to discriminate against the disabled by not hiring them in the first place so as to avoid potential ADA claims. Electrician licensing requirements can increase the incidence of injury due to faulty electrical work by reducing the supply of electricians, thereby encouraging homeowners to do their own electrical work.

But perhaps nothing illustrates the scope of the potential problems arising from unintended consequences better than Venezuela’s terrible game of whack-a-mole that began with the 1976 nationalization of its oil industry. The government’s intent was to keep oil profits in the country. And that’s how it went—for a while.

But when the government takes over a once-private industry, the profit incentive to maintain physical capital is lost, and physical capital deteriorates. The deterioration plays out over a decade or so, and that’s what made it appear—at least for a while—that unlike everywhere else socialism had been tried, Venezuela’s socialism was working. But as the oil industry’s physical capital broke down, oil production fell. Coincidentally, it was around this time that oil prices fell also—a fact socialism’s supporters point to as the real culprit.

That is without question incorrect given that no other oil-producing nation suffered what Venezuela was to suffer.

As oil revenues and production plummeted, Venezuela’s government acted the way governments inevitably do when revenues disappear. It borrowed and taxed as much as it could, and then it started printing money. The printing led to the unintended consequence of inflation, then prices rose so high that people could no longer afford food. To respond to this unintended consequence, the government imposed price controls on food. But this created a new unintended consequence wherein farmers could no longer afford to grow food. And so the farmers stopped growing food. Finally, the government forced people to work on farms in order to assure food production.

The ultimate unintended consequence of Venezuela’s nationalizing its oil industry was slavery.

None of this means there is no place for legislation. What it does mean is that lawmakers should be keenly aware that every human action has both intended and unintended consequences. Human beings react to every rule, regulation, and order governments impose, and their reactions result in outcomes that can be quite different than the outcomes lawmakers intended. So while there is a place for legislation, that place should be one defined by both great caution and tremendous humility. Sadly, these are character traits not often found in those who become legislators, which is why examples of the cobra problem are so easy to find.

CNN Reports On ‘Deadly Boat Accident’ At Pearl Harbor

HONOLULU, HI—CNN and other mainstream news outlets are reporting on a “tragic, completely accidental” boating accident at Pearl Harbor. As details still come in, CNN is urging people to not rush to judgment or assign blame until the story goes away in a few days.

“Such a tragic and completely accidental boating accident,” said one news anchor. “The thing that’s so sad about it is the tragic, totally random accidentalness of it. Our hearts are with the victims and whatever. Anyway, in other news…”

Independent journalists from the scene are sending messages that this was an intentional attack by the Empire of Japan that was designed to inflict as much destruction and casualty as possible. Such messages have been dismissed as unfounded and racist, and likely linked to recent increases in anti-Asian hate crimes.

“We do not need to investigate this any further, or talk about it ever again, as it was an accident,” said the local Police Chief in a press conference. “Any talk of motive is unhelpful at this time. I think what’s really important is allowing our Pearl Harbor community to heal.”

CNN then quickly transitioned to a news story about the latest Cary Grant movie.

Biden’s More Stupid Than I Thought Possible!

In the movie, Forrest Gump, the main character was asked several times if he was stupid. Forrest Gump replied, “Stupid is as stupid does”, meaning that a person should be judged by his actions, not his appearance.

I will do anything and everything to reduce the price Americans pay at the pump! That was what Sniffer Joe said after letting us know it was the “end of quote”. With the stroke of a pen he ordered 50,000,000 barrels of oil be released from the national strategic reserve, oil that should be kept for a national emergency, and told Americans that would fix the problem!

Ummmm…. Not so fast dumbo! The amount you have ordered released is not quite three days worth of fuel. The amount may be the largest amount released from the strategic reserve but ….. How is that going to make a difference? If it does it will be mighty short lived. Especially as there is a great possibility that our enemies, you know, the ones Biden and his cronies love like Russia and OPEC, are threatening to cut their production by the amount that we and other idiotic administrations decide to release from strategic reserves.

It also turns out we will be giving at least 1/3 of those barrels to other countries like – you guessed it – China!!

Oh, by the way, it takes approximately 13 days for any of that oil to reach the market. Our reserve can hold 727 million barrels of oil and was created after the oil embargo of 1975 from which we seem, as a nation, to have forgotten the disaster that caused normal Americans. The huge queues of folk waiting hours to get a few measly gallons of fuel for their cars. Could be back again soon!!

This usurper of a dictator has put America back into the same circumstances where OPEC and other oil producing countries, will have us by the proverbial you know what? None of them are our friends. They are raping us for our wealth and we are now dependent on them. If they shut production down or slow it they can seriously impact our economy. They can bring our industrial capabilities to a standstill. In the meantime they are earning a fortune from us and using it to strengthen their militaries while Biden and company are destroying ours!

So, as we get to attempt to celebrate Thanksgiving which may be the most unaffordable ever, ( 14% higher than last year ) our dumbo in charge has jetted to a private equity billionaire’s Nantucket home for a celebration worthy of the King he thinks he is. Bet no shortages of turkeys or cranberry sauce on that table. Kinda like when Rome fell as they fiddled and played!!

I say it is time to teach that usurper a lesson and throw him off his throne.

Anyway – from my beloved wife and I we wish you all a very happy thanksgiving and we both pray for the changes needed to restore our Constitutional Republic to where it was 11 months ago!! You know, when we had the last legal president running the show!

Why I Judge People by the Content of their Character not the Color of their skin

I grew up in a mixed race neighborhood in the county of Florissant, just north of St. Louis, Missouri. I grew up during the 1950s and 1960s, what was known as the “age of innocence.” It was after WWII and the Korean War that my beliefs were cemented for ever by my father and mother. My father was a veteran of WWII. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and left service as a Staff Sergeant.

I grew up watching, on a black and white television, President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. give speeches that inspired me in my youth and gave me the values that I hold to this very day.

I grew up knowing that one’s character, morals and values are what are most important. Not the color of one’s skin. I learned that during my 23-year career as a U.S. Army officer to recognize men and women of character. As an officer my character was always tested.

I served with men and women of all ethnicities. But we were all soldiers. We were men and women of character. As Shakespeare wrote in his play Henry V, “From this day to the ending of the world, But we in it shall be rememberèd—We few, we happy few, we band of brothers; For he today that sheds his blood with me Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile.”

Those I served with will for ever be my band of brothers and sisters in arms.

I served during the Tet Offensive of 1968 with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. I had the honor of being in combat with the finest airborne infantry soldiers in both Alpha Company and Delta Company of the 2nd Battalion, 501st (Airborne) Infantry Regiment, many of who’s heritage were minority cultures.

One of them was Clifford Chester Sims who was in Company D, 2nd Battalion (Airborne), 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. On February 21st, 1968 he was serving as a Staff Sergeant. On that day, during an engagement with enemy forces near Huế in the Republic of Vietnam, Sims threw himself onto a triggered booby-trap device. He was killed in the ensuing explosion, but was successful in protecting the members of his infantry squad. I attended a reunion of Delta Company at Fort Benning, Georgia. I had the great honor of meeting  the wife of Staff Sergeant Sims at the reunion. She was loved by one and all.

Here is the Citation:

For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity in action at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty. S/Sgt. Sims distinguished himself while serving as a squad leader with Company D. Company D was assaulting a heavily fortified enemy position concealed within a dense wooded area when it encountered strong enemy defensive fire. Once within the woodline, S/Sgt. Sims led his squad in a furious attack against an enemy force which had pinned down the 1st Platoon and threatened to overrun it. His skillful leadership provided the platoon with freedom of movement and enabled it to regain the initiative. S/Sgt. Sims was then ordered to move his squad to a position where he could provide covering fire for the company command group and to link up with the 3rd Platoon, which was under heavy enemy pressure. After moving no more than 30 meters S/Sgt. Sims noticed that a brick structure in which ammunition was stocked was on fire. Realizing the danger, S/Sgt. Sims took immediate action to move his squad from this position. Though in the process of leaving the area 2 members of his squad were injured by the subsequent explosion of the ammunition, S/Sgt. Sims’ prompt actions undoubtedly prevented more serious casualties from occurring. While continuing through the dense woods amidst heavy enemy fire, S/Sgt. Sims and his squad were approaching a bunker when they heard the unmistakable noise of a concealed booby trap being triggered immediately to their front. S/Sgt. Sims warned his comrades of the danger and unhesitatingly hurled himself upon the device as it exploded, taking the full impact of the blast. In so protecting his fellow soldiers, he willingly sacrificed his life. S/Sgt. Sims’ extraordinary heroism at the cost of his life is in keeping with the highest traditions of the military service and reflects great credit upon himself and the U.S. Army.

Soldiers don’t see color, they only see their fellow soldiers

Soldiers depend on the soldiers in front of them, behind them and to their left and right to defend and protect them. If you’re in combat this becomes your solemn duty. To have one another’s backs.

As I woke up this morning I read the following post on Twitter:

I found it ironic that a black woman, Candace Owens, has to publicly defend a young white woman’s right to be judged by her academic credentials and not by the color of her skin.

I too wonder what our country is becoming.

In my lifetime as a career U.S. Army officer I have witnessed those who have done violence against Americans both domestically and abroad. They do violence and create mayhem in a cause that they believe is just. When I and my family were stationed in Germany in the early 1970s we had two groups that targeted the U.S. military and innocent civilians. They were the Baader-Meinhof Gang/Red Army Faction (RAF) and Black September/Abu Nidal Organization (ANO) that attacked, kidnapped and then killed 18 Israeli Olympic athletes and one German police officer in Munich in 1972.

Today I keep hearing the word “supremist” being tossed about by individuals, organizations and politicians. These individuals and groups are not afraid to use violence against those that they label supremacists to make their point. They are not afraid to use government entities, like the IRS, FBI, DOJ, OSHA, FDA, to reek havoc upon those “supremacists” who disagree with them and their ideologies.

Bottom Line

Today we are seeing convicted felons, rapists and pedophiles, some who are black, idolized and worshiped. Here’s just one example:

Most recently I have been dismayed by how whites are being attacked for being born white. I graduated from Ferguson/Florissant later McCluer High School. It was in Ferguson, Missouri that the first riots occurred.

in an August 23rd, 2014 article titled “The Ferguson Riots and Lessons from 1964” wrote:

It’s a sad day when the first day of school is delayed a week because of rioting, as it has been in Ferguson, Missouri.  Teachers, instead of being in classrooms teaching, have been getting “crisis training.” Those who have irresponsibly been quick to judge in the case of the shooting of Michael Brown by a police officer without all the facts have only added fuel to the fire.  This is the case in the lessons about Ferguson that have been prepared, free for teachers to download.

They follow the numerous lessons already fashioned out of the Trayvon Martin case (such as one by PBS called “Debating Race, Justice and Policy in the Case of Trayvon Martin”), with the focus on race and social justice, instead of real justice–as in the jury system, evaluation of evidence, etc.

Today the police, and law enforcement officers at every level, are being attacked. But we knew this was coming.  The FBI said so in a 2017 report on Black Identity Extremists:

Black Lives Matter/Black Identity Extremists (BLM/BIE). In an August 3rd, 2017 FBI reported titled “Black Identity Extremists Likely Motivated to Target Law Enforcement Officers” concluded, “The FBI assesses it is very likely that BIEs’ perceptions of unjust treatment of African Americans and the perceived unchallenged illegitimate actions of law enforcement will inspire premeditated attacks against law enforcement over the next year. This may also lead to an increase in BIE group memberships, collaboration among BIE groups, or the appearance of additional violent lone offenders motivated by BIE rhetoric. The FBI further assesses it is very likely additional controversial police shootings of African Americans and the associated legal proceedings will continue to serve as drivers for violence against law enforcement. The FBI assesses it is likely police officers of minority groups are also targeted by BIEs because they are also representative of a perceived oppressive law enforcement system.”

It was BLM that pushed the idea of defunding the police to create anarchy. Blacks are no longer oppressed they have now fundamentally transformed themselves into black supremacists.

This isn’t about race at all. It is about shifting power from one political party to another. The hammer used is race but the outcome is tyranny.

As George Orwell wrote in his dystopian novel 1984, “Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship. The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?”

The terrorism, oppression, torture and murders against any American is all about taking and keeping power. An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us.

We must not focus on race and social justice but rather focus on real justice–as in the jury system. If we fail to do so we are lost as a nation.

Remember free people are not equal and equal people are not free. History tells us so.

Now do you understand me?

I want to be judged by the content of my character not the color of my skin. Don’t you want the same thing?

400 Years of Thanksgiving in America

“We gather together to ask the Lord’s blessings…” So opens a great hymn of thanksgiving that is often sung at Thanksgiving, the 400th anniversary of which is this year. The Pilgrims celebrated the first Thanksgiving in 1621.

We have had 400 years of Thanksgiving in America, and thanks to Presidents Washington (who declared the first national day of Thanksgiving) and Lincoln (who made it a yearly event), we even celebrate it as an annual holiday. But some on the left think we need to change Thanksgiving to a time of mourning.

Fox News (11/21/21) writes:

“Several American universities are participating in an event asking whether Americans should ‘reconsider’ the Thanksgiving holiday. The alumni associations of the University of Maryland, Florida Gulf Coast University, Washington State University, University of Central Arkansas, Hiram College in Ohio and California State University, Long Beach are participating.”

The anti-Thanksgiving event organizers note: “Starting in 1970, many Americans, led by Indigenous protesters, believed that Thanksgiving should be rededicated as a National Day of Mourning to reflect the centuries-long displacement and persecution of Native Americans….Should Americans reconsider Thanksgiving when wrestling with our country’s complicated past?”

The Wall Street Journal had an editorial (11/22/21), “Censoring the Pilgrims”:

“No doubt it was only a matter of time. The progressives have come for our annual Thanksgiving editorials. They won’t succeed, but we thought we’d share the tale with readers for an insight into the politicization of everything, even Thanksgiving,”

I find it fascinating that historical revisionists would target the Pilgrims to lay blame for terrible things that happened to the Indians in later generations.

Horrible things did happen to the Native Americans long after the Pilgrims settled Plymouth. But that’s like blaming all car accidents on Henry Ford, who made cars accessible to the masses.

For Providence Forum—founded by Dr. Peter Lillback, and for which I serve as the executive director—I made a film, “The Pilgrims,” just in time for the 400th anniversary of Plymouth and of the first Thanksgiving. The film includes comments from Dennis Prager, Alveda King, and others, including Rev. Billy Falling, a Native American pastor and author.

In the film, we point out that in later eras, European settlers, as well as Americans, mistreated Native Americans in grave miscarriages of justice. But in doing so, they were not at all following the Christian example of the Pilgrims.

Rev. Falling says, “The Pilgrims did have good relations with the Indians. The Pilgrims were kind to the Indians, they showed them love, they showed them compassion, they showed them the godly way to live.”

Through the help of Squanto, an English-speaking Indian who befriended the Pilgrims and who taught them how to survive in New England, the Pilgrims made a treaty of peace with the Indians which lasted for more than half a century.

When they had the first Thanksgiving after the fall harvest, they invited the Indians, celebrating together for three days.

The Pilgrim leaders made sure that no land was sold until the Indian chief, Massasoit, approved of it first.

Falling also told me, “As a Native-American, I thank God for the Europeans that brought us the Gospel and brought us Western civilization. We owe everything to those who brought us civilization and brought us out of the cannibalism, the slavery, and out of all of the sins of the flesh that were practiced in the day, just like the heathen of the world.”

Falling added, “It’s hard today to find a ‘sweat’ where you can go as a Native American and go inside and smoke out your sins, but it’s easy to find Native Americans in any congregation in the United States, worshiping the Lord Jesus Christ because of the Europeans. And I thank God for that.”

Our film also notes, “The Pilgrims had an exemplary relationship with the Indians for decades. When an Indian had been murdered by three Englishmen, and those Englishmen were put on trial, the Indians expected merely a charade, a show-trial. In short, they expected a miscarriage of justice.” But instead when these Europeans were put on trial for killing an Indian, they were found guilty and hanged.

Leo Martin, the founder of the Jenney Center (a museum) in Plymouth, says in the documentary: “Now, the Indians could trust the Pilgrims. [The Pilgrims] were people of character and integrity, who stood by their word.”

The key to the Pilgrims’ success in surviving and thriving was looking to God for all things and thanking Him for them. God has given us so much. How fitting it is to give Him thanks.

The hymn “We Gather Together” has a later line that observes, “So from the beginning, the fight we were winning, Thou, Lord, wast at our side, all glory be Thine.” Happy Thanksgiving!

Clever Business Owners Ward Off Looters With Kyle Rittenhouse Scarecrows

SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Small business owners have devised a clever solution to the mostly-peaceful looting problem that has plagued retail stores in the nation’s democrat-run cities.

Standing near a Kyle Rittenhouse scarecrow outside her fifth-generation vintage VCR boutique, Reeba Hastings said, “We’re already seeing positive results from this bad boy. Just yesterday, a flash mob of fifty looters was ready to pilfer my precious vintage VCRs, but one look at this scarecrow and they scattered like politicians from a polygraph machine!”

However, some have pointed out the scarecrow’s downside. One store owner complained that, while scaring off potential looters, they tended to lure unemployed communist Antifa activists from out of their parents’ basements and into the streets.

“The commies are perfectly harmless when near the Kyle Rittenhouse scarecrows,” said the store owner, “One of them kept trying to hit the life-size replica of our national hero, but kept missing and punching himself in the face over and over.”

The scarecrows also reportedly cause celebrities to lose their minds and froth at the mouth.

Does Joe Biden make a lot of gaffes? Not according to his speechwriter.

Omar Shares Video Blasting ‘F***ed Up’ Rittenhouse Jury

Friday on social media, radical,  Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) shared a video clip that claimed there was an “entirely different set of rules for white people” after the acquittal of white teenager Kyle Rittenhouse, who was put on (political show) trial for daring to defend his life against three white Black Lives Matter rioters who tried to kill him last year in Kenosha WI.

“In case you needed a reminder…” Omar tweeted along with the video of PeacockTV talk show host Amber Ruffin, who said in the clip, “It’s not okay for a man to grab a rifle, travel across state lines, and shoot three people and then walk free. It’s not okay for the judicial system to be blatantly and obviously stacked against people of color. It’s not okay for there to be an entirely different set of rules for white people. But I don’t care about Kyle Rittenhouse. I don’t care about that racist judge. And I don’t care about how f—ed up that jury must be. White people have been getting away with murder since time began.”

All of this is demonstrably false, racist demagoguery, and a grotesque misrepresentation of the actual shooting by Rittenhouse. But Ilhan Omar, a radical antisemite from Somalia who committed immigration fraud to enter the country, clearly agrees with it.

This the kind of race-mongering anti-Americanism the Democrat Party today represents and promulgates.

Omar Emphasizes That America Is a Racist Nation

On May 3, 2021, Omar told MSNBC host Joy Reid that she and her fellow black Democrats were becoming exhausted by people who refused to concede that America was a racist nation. “I think there is a lot of emotional exhaustion that many of us who are black lawmakers and black people in public service are experiencing,” said Omar. “Because every single day you know that there are ways to transform the justice system, the policing system, and you have to have conversation[s] with people who want to turn a blind eye to the injustices that exist within our systems, who continue to insist that this country is not a country that is racist, that our systems don’t have racism embedded in them.”

Happy Thanksgiving and a Call to Action from the Thomas More Law Center

President George Washington issued a proclamation on October 3, 1789, designating Thursday, November 26 as a national day of thanks. In his proclamation, Washington declared that the necessity for such a day sprung from the Almighty’s care of Americans prior to the Revolution, assistance to them in achieving independence, and help in establishing the constitutional government.

On October 3, 1789, George Washington, at the request of Congress, issued a Thanksgiving proclamation to be grateful for God’s benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor; and that we perform our relative duties properly and punctually.

True Thanksgiving and gratitude come from the heart and not from words. It is expressed in action.

So, as our government demolishes the freedoms which were bestowed upon the American People by Almighty God and maintained by the blood of patriots from the Revolutionary War to the present time, on this Thanksgiving Day, let us in gratitude, vow to fight to preserve them.

It’s wonderful that Nancy Pelosi is buying a $25 million home on beautiful Jupiter Island, Florida. Reminds me of the song Jennifer Juniper by Donovan when he sings “Jennifer Juniper lives upon the hill.” Maybe we should change the lyric to say “Nancy Pelosi was once upon Capital hill but is now moving to Jupiter beach?” We can call her “Nancy of Jupiter?”

Like in the song is Pelosi looking for what she lacks?

But we wonder why?

Is Nancy Pelosi tired of California and its high cost of living? Is Nancy happier being in a state run by Republican Ron DeSantis than her home state of California run by Democrat Gavin Newsom?

Was Nancy thrown out of California? Maybe Nancy likes the beautiful beaches in Florida? Or our lack of a state income tax? Or our Governor DeSantis and his pro-family, pro-business and pro-growth policies?

Is Nancy planning on retiring from Congress soon and then moving to Florida permanently?

No matter. We welcome to sunny Florida Nancy Pelosi and her family. We can’t wait to have you as a voter here in our sunny land of the free.

Democrat Lunacy Contributed to the Waukesha Tragedy.

“Failure is simply an opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.” – Henry Ford

Democrat sponsored bail reform laws around the nation have created massive resurgence in crimes by career criminals being allowed out of jail constantly after committing crimes, often times violent crimes.

Examples are New York where rioters and looters arrested over the last few days have been released instantly after the arrests due to the States new bail reform laws. Some of them were arrested on misdemeanor and felony crimes like arson. Many released were back rioting and looting that very same day. They were rearrested and released on their own recognizance again!!

At least 19 states – all blue states – have moved to reduce the burden of criminals having to find cash for bonds!! California and New Jersey are leaders in this stupidity and their crime rates are rocketing as criminals seem to think they have a green light to commit crimes.

Let’s go to Waukesha, Wisconsin, another libtard run state. Darrell Brooks Jr. was the driver of the red SUV that killed 5 and injured 40 including 18 kids. This sorry excuse for a human being has a criminal record that involves many violent crimes. To say he is a low life is an understatement.

Waukesha parade attack suspect Darrell Brooks is also a convicted sex offender wanted in Nevada for failure to obey sex offender laws. He was convicted in 2006 of having consensual sex with a 15-year-old and conceiving a child with her. He was sentenced to probation but was arrested for failure to obey sex offender laws in 2016. He then jumped bail on that charge and never appeared in court.

This criminal also has multiple outstanding cases but he is out on almost negligible cash bonds. Crimes like reckless endangerment and felony gun charges. For those he was out on the street for the princely sum of $500! That was February this year.

Now fast forward to November. Milwaukee authorities charged Brooks with another reckless endangering, felony bail jumping, battery, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Guess who was involved? Yep! His baby mama! ( by the way I hate that expression. ). He assaulted her by punching her in the face after stalking her and used the same red Ford SUV to run her over! She even had the tire prints on her legs. Oh – she had an order of protection against this criminal. His bond in this insanely run blue state for those serious offenses which should include attempted homicide? A mere $1000!!! By the way again the charges he faces are a pittance compared to the serious overcharging of white Kyle Rittenhouse. His active warrant on sex offender charges were ignored.

In any normal state – i.e. a Republican run state like Florida – his bond would have been significantly higher, probably one he couldn’t raise. He would have been sitting in a county jail cooling his heels awaiting trial and certain imprisonment. ( Hopefully becoming someone’s bitch – after all, most woman beaters cannot face up to a man. )

Not in liberal havens of insanity. There the quality of life of criminals and bad evil beings far outweighs the quality of life and expectations of safety of law abiding tax payers.

It gets worse as regards his criminal history. In 2020 he shot at his nephew after an argument. Yep! He was released from that one too to continue his crime spree.

Yesterday I talked about Kyle Rittenhouse suing his detractors and defamers and I pray all the victims from this latest crime in Wisconsin sue the DA, the Governor and all those voting to remove criminals rights and protect criminal rights. They all bear responsibility for this slaughter of innocents enjoying a Christmas parade.

It seems that if you are white and conservative and were in DC on January 6th, the liberals will not stop at working flat out to identify you, arrest you, over charge you and refuse you bail.

In those cases the arrested are not given any civil rights, you know, like the basic one that your innocence is presumed until a court finds overwhelming reasons and evidence to convict you. No, these conservative patriots are maligned and lied about by an extremely corrupt Federal Bureau of Investigation, a very corrupt Capitol Police Force and lying Democrats and liberals. Those that were arrested for the January 6th protest were and are placed in dark hell holes, filthy roach infested prison cells, not allowed bonds and kept in solitary confinement and refused the normal life that inmates who committed real crimes enjoy. You know, like access to religious services, library, recreation, showers etc.

They are intimidated and threatened daily until they just accept a plea deal to get it done. I have met some. Their stories are horrendous. They are racially profiled and Ill treated by a mainly black jail guard group and other inmates who believe they are all white racist supremacy freaks. Most are normal and good everyday Americans who were peacefully protesting an obviously stolen and fraudulent election.

The American justice system has been hijacked by extremists, commies and other spawns of Satan. People like Bernie Sanders have championed the erosion of our justice system. They have championed police defunding. They have called for no bonds, closing of jails and prisons and a large range of crimes to become decriminalized. Heck, line of duty deaths this year total 428 – up 32% over last year. That is a statistic that can be truly put on Democrats doorsteps. It’s their fault. In 2020 murders in mostly blue states went up 25% over 2019 and 2021 figures are expected to close well north in terms of numbers. Again – these can be firmly and mostly placed on Democrats door steps.

Wake the Hell up all you blue voters. Is this really the America you want to live in, raise your kids in? If so you are not Americans. You are evil people who deserve nothing good in life. You are ignorant. Uneducated. Plain old fashioned STUPID. I detest you as does most of normal law abiding good Americans.

Like a lot of my readers here in America and abroad, I have been following the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. First let me say I believe with every fiber of my being that this fine young American patriot should never have been charged with a crime, either misdemeanor or felony. This brave young man acted properly and with amazing restraint and trigger control.

Anyway. Some of the most disturbing things I saw are as follows. The total disregard to the sanctity of our legal system as displayed by a corrupt DA and a useless and obviously pandering police chief. The intimidation of jurors. The attempted intimidation of the Judge. The threats to a city. A presidential candidate ( Sniffer Joe ) calling Kyle a white Supremist. Top political figures in both houses trying to influence the outcome of a what was a truly politically motivated overcharging of non offenses. The idiotic chatter of so called Hollywood celebrities without an ounce of common sense of understanding between them. The calling of this legal self defense action a work of ‘racism’. Despite the fact that those shot were white as is Kyle.

Maybe insane liberals mix up what racism is. Here is a hint. The actions of BLM and ANTIFA as well as the New Black Panthers and Uhuru are racist. CRT is racist. Just because a white conservative defends himself against white mentally challenged perverts and criminals who are white doesn’t make it a racist crime.

Self defense is the right of every American. Period. This was as true a case of self defense as ever seen.

I am praying that Kyle now sues the pants off everyone who lied about him and the case. The list of those will keep any law firm busy for decades. Starting with Joe Biden.

How about MSNBCs Tiffany Cross who just called Kyle “this little murderous White supremacist.” She should be on the list with all the others. There is ZERO evidence that Kyle was a member of the Proud Boys, a militia or any so called by the left white extremist or supremist group.

OK. Back to the whole prison thing.

I want the DA arrested, charged and disbarred from any legal practice anywhere. He is a disgrace to an already sad and oft times profession and an oath breaker. He not only over charged but wrongly charged intentionally and bowed to pressure from leftist groups, media groups and politicians as opposed to the law he is sworn to follow. His stupidity was there for all to see as he brandished the AR15 around with his figure on the trigger. Dumb doesn’t cover him.

I want the top Law enforcement officials fired. How dare they allow the intimidation of jury members whose photos were openly taken in the courtroom. Whose identities were known and now whose families are in danger. How dare these same top cops allow protests inside the hearing of the jury room as the jurors were attempting to responsibly decide the outcome. These poor people had to listen to the threats to their safety as well as threats made against their families and the town and other cities should they find him not guilty.

It is time that the satanic left give up beating up on this dead drum. He was wrongly charged and a jury of his peers found him not guilty. The country doesn’t need the mentally challenged crime boss Biden calling for protests and objecting to the jury decision, or the likes of his limp wristed Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg saying things like the “pain that the country feels and the frustration that was aroused by the entire case, including the verdict”. Those immoral and ethically challenged Hollywood types need to shut the heck up too! Nobody cares about them. They are nothing but spoilt brain dead clones of the left.

The blatant spread of false propaganda and statements by MSM like MSNBC and CNN et al was disgusting. Statements like MSNBC host Joe Scarborough stated detailing that Rittenhouse shot his firearm 60 times was just pure lies and fantasy. Like when Joy Reid stated Kyle drove 4 hours with his AR 15 to get to the riot, that his firearm was illegal or he illegally crossed state lines etc. were blatant lies told often enough to get sheep to believe them. These so called news agencies need to look deep inside themselves and start cleaning house. They won’t but they will continue growing in irrelevance. People are starting to see through their lies and hypocrisy.

It’s time for Kyle and his family to rest and recover from a traumatic event and to get his ducks in a row and his legal team in place to start suing and hopefully bankrupting a lot of evil perverts and criminal organizations to punish them for the crimes they have and continue to propagate.
