U.S. Leaders a HUGE Threat to National Security!

While the Justice Department pursues ordinary parents as domestic terrorists for speaking out at school board meetings, it’s fair to say our leaders wouldn’t recognize a real threat to national security if it slapped them in the face.

The chief software officer of the Air Force just quit, warning China is winning the military cyber and artificial intelligence race, and there’s no time to waste.  Other experts have called for a ban on AI transfers to China. China has built three new missile fields, totaling almost 250 new silos bringing China to virtual parity with the U.S. in ICBMs.  The commander in charge of U.S. strategic nuclear forces warns Russia is on the same path and our own outdated missile capabilities need strengthening.  But Democrat Elizabeth Warren and her allies in the White House are pushing for us to disarm.

China now has advanced stealth drones that can fly for 20 hours and attack submarines.  They also have smaller attack drones that have been called ‘flying grenades’.  Moreover, China is steadily developing the ability to attack us from space, at a time when irresponsible Democrats in the House are moving to abolish the U.S. Space Force.

North Korea has new train-launched missiles, as well new long-range cruise missiles that might have nuclear capability.

Iran blocked international arms control inspectors from its nuclear sites last month. In case you don’t know, Iran is pursuing nukes and ICBMs that can hit U.S. allies and interests.

So what are our leaders doing while challenges to national security continue to mount?  Our woke Pentagon just made it easier for political appointees and congressional staffers to gain access to the crown jewels, the Defense Department’s most secret programs.  They will no longer be asked if they have foreign associations or have gotten themselves into debt lately.  Possible treason is not the only concern.  A critic inside the Pentagon said get ready for leaks to the press of highly sensitive information, because they are surely coming.  Meanwhile, a defense watchdog found the military is over-reliant on foreign pharmaceutical suppliers and can’t even be bothered to figure out where its medicines are coming from.

We are not being well-served by the chuckleheads in the Pentagon and the White House.  It’s time we demand better.  It’s time we demand our leaders get back to basics and focus on national security like they’re supposed to.  If you think all the woke stuff and chasing after parents as domestic terrorists is what’s important, all I can say is the world is a dangerous place and I hope you have a country left to be woke in.  But if you have any sense, start talking to your elected representatives about the importance of national security, and don’t wait until the next election to do something.  It’s your Republic.  Time for you to step up and maintain it, because our current crop of leaders won’t.

The Purpose Of The Jan. 6 Select Committee Is To Suppress Free Speech

A third round of subpoenas issued last week by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s select committee on the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol has revealed the committee’s investigation for what it is: a brazen attack on the First Amendment rights of peaceful, law-abiding Americans.

Indeed, it’s not too much to say that the committee’s targeting of ordinary Americans poses a far greater threat to freedom and democracy than the Capitol riot ever did.

Why? Because the subpoenas were issued to a pair of private citizens, right-wing activist Ali Alexander and a man named Nathan Martin, as well as a group the men were associated with called Stop the Steal, which had applied for and received a permit from the U.S. Capitol Police to hold a rally on the Capitol grounds on Jan. 6.

Ali and Martin didn’t take part in the riot and have no connection to it. Both men were indeed present at the Capitol grounds that day, along with hundreds of thousands of other people, to host a rally for which, I repeat, their organization applied for and received a permit from U.S. Capitol Police. But their permitted event never even took place.

As Martin told me back in January, about a week after the riot, he was setting up for the event when he saw people entering the U.S. Capitol building from a side door, which didn’t seem right to him. Shortly thereafter, Martin received a text that the event was canceled and he left the Capitol grounds. He didn’t find out about the riot and the breach of the Capitol until he got back to his hotel room later that day.

Martin, an Iraq War veteran and city councilman in Shelby, Ohio, was much like the vast majority of people who came to Washington, D.C., to protest the election in January. He wasn’t there to cause trouble or incite violence, and he didn’t think the protest would change the outcome of the election. His hope, he told me, was that Republican lawmakers would put their objections on the record and go through claims of election fraud “line by line,” especially from states where instances of fraud and irregularities were well-documented.

“I didn’t have any delusions of grandeur that Vice President Pence would come swooping in and change the results or anything like that,” he said. “Although there had been some constitutional talk about whether that was allowed or not, I didn’t feel constitutionally that there was room for that.”

That is, Martin expected Jan. 6 to be what the overwhelming majority of protesters that day expected it to be: a peaceful, orderly, and permitted demonstration at the U.S. Capitol to make their voices heard. The corporate media’s attempt to smear every person who was present on the Capitol grounds that day as an “insurrectionist” is flatly appalling and utterly fantastical.

But it hasn’t stopped them from trying. Martin and other permit applicants for planned rallies on Jan. 6 at the Capitol grounds were badly misrepresented in a BuzzFeed article last month, portrayed as shadowy figures who were evasive or deceptive in their permit applications and conversations with Capitol Police.

By contrast, what the permit applications, which BuzzFeed obtained through a lawsuit against the Capitol Police, and BuzzFeed’s own reporting reveal is that a number of unaffiliated groups applied for and received permits to hold various rallies on the sprawling Capitol grounds that day. Martin told BuzzFeed he hadn’t seen the permit application and didn’t know why his name was on it, and it appears that communications between event organizers was not without some confusion in the weeks leading up to the event — which you would expect with a hastily planned event with many moving parts.

But there is so far zero evidence any of these organizers had anything to do with the comparatively small number of people who used the occasion to assault police and breach the U.S. Capitol itself. Tens of thousands of people, possibly more, were on the Capitol grounds that day. Yet nine months after the riot, fewer than 200 people have been charged with assaulting Capitol Police officers and the vast majority of the 650 named defendants are being charged with misdemeanor trespass or other minor violations that carry no prison time.

Nevertheless, last week after news broke of the Select Committee’s subpoenas, nearly the entire corporate press, as if with one voice, lumped in Martin and Alexander, who have been charged with nothing, with the rioters.

If our news media had any interest in holding power to account, the headlines and coverage would have focused instead on how Democratic lawmakers on the committee, together with NeverTrump GOP Reps. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., and Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., are using their subpoena powers to target law-abiding Americans who wished to exercise their right to peacefully assemble and protest.

Let’s be clear on this point. Since its inception, the Select Committee has amounted to a show-trial for House Democrats and leading NeverTrumpers who are attempting to make examples out of ordinary citizens who dared to protest the election, just as President Biden’s Justice Department is throwing the book at anyone connected to the events of Jan. 6 to make examples of them.

The message is clear: if you protest, if you exercise your First Amendment rights for a cause that those in power have not approved, you will be targeted by the government, smeared and harassed by the media, and made into a spectacle — pour encourager les autres.

A Conversation About Abortion With My Uber Driver [+Video]

While I have genuine sympathy for women who have an unwanted pregnancy, I am pro-life. My reason for opposing abortion has nothing to do with my religious beliefs. I oppose it because it is by any definition a barbaric procedure. Content warning: Descriptions herein may be disturbing to some readers.

With a client list that includes some of Hollywood’s biggest motion picture studios, the 30-something Uber driver who gave me a ride home from a medical appointment searches out locations to shoot scenes for feature-length films and other video productions.

When I asked what he thought about Georgia’s heartbeat abortion law, he jumped in with both left feet, saying the law is stupid and will be a financial disaster for movie industry employees in Georgia because of threats by motion picture producers to boycott the state.

This is the brief conversation we had right before he pulled into my driveway:

Uber driver: “The law is so stupid, men trying to tell women what they can’t do with their own body.”

Me: “I used to be pro-choice too, until I found out what’s involved in having an abortion.”

Uber driver: “What do you mean?”

Me: “Do you know how abortions are performed?”

Uber driver: “Not really.”

Me. “Well, for example, in a second trimester surgical abortion, the abortion doctor uses what’s called a sopher clamp, an instrument with serrated teeth on the business end. The abortion doctor uses the sopher clamp to probe inside the patient’s womb. 

When he feels something, he clamps down, pulls hard, and out comes an arm or a ….”

Before I could finish the sentence, my Uber driver raised his hand and pleaded, “Please, please. I don’t want to hear any more!”

Shocked by a gruesome fact he’d never heard, this opinionated Millennial didn’t have the slightest clue of how horrifying abortion procedures are, especially in the second and third trimesters.

Like my Uber driver and most other Americans, most women who have an abortion are clueless about the violent means through which their unborn baby is killed.

Planned Parenthood certainly doesn’t tell them. Should that disturbing information become widely known, the number of women opting for an abortion would likely plummet.

Courtesy of Democrats, Planned Parenthood receives a half-billion dollars a year of public funding. In 2019, the organization performed some 330,000 abortions. To get a visual of the magnitude of that number of killings, click here to see a picture of a jam-packed Michigan Stadium, seating capacity 110,000. The number of people in the stands represents the equivalent number of unborn babies Planned Parenthood kills in just four months.

WOMB LYNCHING FOR BLACK BABIES

It’s fashionable these days for woke Democrats to demand “equity” for black people, yet their party is solely responsible for black babies accounting for a grossly disproportionate share of abortions. According to the New York Times, blacks make up only 13% of the U.S. population, but black babies make up 40% of abortions, with the abortion rate for black women almost five times that for white women, according to the Guttmacher Institute, a pro-abortion group.  The Wall Street Journal reported that in New York City, more black babies are aborted each year than are born alive.

CDC data showed that abortion kills more blacks than the seven leading causes of death combined, and the 2010 Census revealed that Planned Parenthood appears to target minority communities, with 79% of its surgical abortion facilities located within walking distance of African American or Hispanic/Latino neighborhoods. According to the CDC’s Abortion Surveillance Report, 19 million black babies have been aborted since the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court ruling—that number of abortions is the equivalent to the number of fans in 172 jam-packed Michigan Stadiums.

The Democrat message to impoverished black women is clear: vote for us and we’ll see that you get welfare for as many out-of-wedlock babies as you want to have; if you get pregnant and don’t want the baby, our friends at Planned Parenthood will get rid of it.

DEMOCRATS GO ALL-IN AGAINST THE UNBORN

On September 25, Speaker of the House/professed Catholic Nancy Pelosi cheered as Democrats passed the most radical abortion bill in U.S. history. The proposed legislation, which lifts virtually all restrictions on abortion and prevents states from enacting even modest protections for unborn babies, legalizes partial birth abortion, including decapitating and dismembering babies inside the womb.

In the interest of full disclosure to one of their most important identity politics voting blocs—women who dread an unwanted pregnancy—Democrats should demand that Planned Parenthood abortion clinics show every troubled young woman who comes through the door the video below of board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Anthony Levatino describing the gruesome procedures carried out each year on hundreds of thousands of unlucky babies. The next time you look in a mirror, remind yourself how grateful you are that your mother chose life for you.

Targeting American Parents

Biden administration finds new ‘domestic terrorists’.

My August 18, 2021 article, Biden’s Afghanistan Catastrophe Increases Terror Threat in US: Biden administration, meanwhile, focuses solely on “domestic extremists”, was published just a few weeks before the 20th anniversary of the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 and was predicated on the August 13, 2021 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) press release titled, DHS Issues New National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) Bulletin.

It was more than a bit disconcerting that the DHS press release focused entirely on the threats posed by domestic (American) extremists while blithely ignoring the threats posed by foreign terrorists.

Clearly the Biden administration views American citizens as more dangerous than foreign criminals or even international terrorist organizations who are likely flooding into the United States along our borders that Biden refuses to secure against the illegal and unvetted entry of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens from countries from around the world each and every month.

Now, in a further outrageous expansion of this administration’s antipathy and indeed open hostility  towards American citizens, on October 5, 2021 the Associated Press published a report,

Garland says authorities will target school board threats that began with this excerpt:

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Merrick Garland on Monday directed federal authorities to hold strategy sessions in the next 30 days with law enforcement to address the increasing threats targeting school board members, teachers and other employees in the nation’s public schools.

In a memorandum, Garland said there has been “a disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”

To address the rising problem, Garland said the FBI would work with U.S. attorneys and federal, state, local, territorial and tribal authorities in each district to develop strategies against the threats.

“While spirited debate about policy matters is protected under our Constitution, that protection does not extend to threats of violence or efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views,” he said.

This newest development is alarming on a number of levels.

To begin with, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

While violence and the threat of violence is certainly not protected by the First Amendment and is unacceptable and illegal, the notion that the FBI would insert itself into situation’s where teachers or school board members felt intimidated is worrying.  What constitutes intimidation?

Could parents threatening to vote out members of the school board or speaking loudly at a school board meeting be considered acts of intimation that could result in a visit from the FBI?

Also- while we are on the topic of intimidation, there is no mention that parents or students who felt intimated by actions or statements by teachers or school boards would be protected by the FBI or Mr. Garland.  Indeed, who will protect American parents from the clear intimidation by Mr. Garland and the Biden administration?

The other part of this issue is that while Garland and Biden threaten to sic the FBI on parents who demonstrate understandable concerns about the the education and indoctrination of their own children, the overwhelmed FBI which already lacks adequate resources to conduct vital investigations into possible terror plots in the United States and rampant espionage committed by China and other adversarial nations will now how to prioritize the investigation of irate Americans who take their parenting responsibilities seriously.

America’s vulnerability to terror attacks have increased as I noted I’m recent article, Biden’s Catastrophic Policies: Immigration and Afghanistan: Shocking and dangerous parallels, Biden’s abruptly withdrawal of our military forces from Afghanistan before removing American civilians and Afghanis who had aided America for 20 years placed these vulnerable people in harm’s way.  Coupled with Biden’s failure to remove or destroy tens of billions of dollars of American military hardware allowed some of our best military equipment to now fall into the hands of the Taliban and hence terrorist organizations and also provide our adversaries with access to our equipment so that they would be able to better understand our how weapons are made and to assess their strengths and weaknesses.

Biden also facilitated the release of more than 5,000 battle-hardened terrorists in Afghansitan who are back on the battle field and now pose an immediate threat to America and our allies.

Finally, Afghanistan is now a sanctuary for various international terrorist organizations thereby rolling back all of the hard-fought successes of America’s efforts over the past 20 years.

Meanwhile Biden’s refusal to secure America’s southern border or enforce our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States violates our laws, commonsense and the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 commission that came to equate border security with national security.

To understand how all of these issues overwhelm America’s capabilities to protect our nation and our citizens it is helpful to consider my May 7, 2019 article, Jihad At The Border: How the border crisis facilitates the entry of terrorists. in which I included the following excerpts:

Thus the ability of the already beleaguered U.S. Border Patrol to secure our porous and dangerous southern border has been diminished by 40%.

Those who study history, specifically World War II know that “D-Day,” also known as “Operation Overlord” was only successful because of a diversion created by the Allies known as the “Calais Deception” that was officially labeled “Operation Fortitude.”

General George Patton was put in charge of a phantom division that consisted of inflatable tanks and trucks that from the air, created the elaborate but false illusion of a large contingent of soldiers preparing to attack Germany at the Pas-de-Calais rather than at Normandy where the attack would actually be mounted.

The Germans were thus conned into splitting up their defensive forces, leaving Normandy vulnerable to the Allies on June 6, 1944.

Today our Border Patrol and, indeed, the entire immigration system, is being inundated by huge numbers of illegal aliens forcing the Border Patrol to deploy many of its agents to assignment that remove them from the primary mission of securing vast stretches of unsecured border.

Consequently, stretches of our southern border suffer a lack of resources to prevent the un-inspected entry of aliens and like narcotics and other contraband, including potentially weapons.

On April 17, 2018 the House Committee on Homeland Security, Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee, conducted a hearing on the topic, “State Sponsors Of Terrorism: An Examination Of Iran’s Global Terrorism Network.”

The prepared testimony of one of the witnesses, Dr. Emanuele Ottolenghi of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, included this alarming excerpt:

In recent years, Hezbollah’s Latin American networks have also increasingly cooperated with violent drug cartels and criminal syndicates, often with the assistance of local corrupt political elites….

This toxic crime-terror nexus is fueling both the rising threat of global jihadism and the collapse of law and order across Latin America that is helping drive drugs and people northward into the United States. It is sustaining Hezbollah’s growing financial needs. It is helping Iran and Hezbollah consolidate a local constituency in multiple countries across Latin America. It is thus facilitating their efforts to build safe havens for terrorists and a continent-wide terror infrastructure that they could use to strike U.S. targets.

That article was published during the Trump administration as caravans of tens of thousands of aspiring illegal aliens were traveling up through Latin America, into Mexico and onward to the U.S/Mexican border.

My dad used to say that “Nothing is so bad it could not get worse or be so good it could not be made better.  Since my articles that I reference above were published, Biden has, incredibly, found was to make things worse- far, far worse!

Now we could almost look back at those caravans with nostalgia as the Biden administration has, through words, deeds and executive orders, encouraged, aided and abetted a human tsunami of individuals from all over the world including aliens who are ill, have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 and may be motivated to enter the United States for far more nefarious reasons that seeking economic opportunities.  This would include fugitives from justice, members of the drug cartels and pernicious transnational gangs and terrorists.

On October 6, 2021 The Washington Times published a worrying report, Iran smuggling high-tech drones to militant allies, opposition group says.  With the chaotic situation on the U.S./Mexican border, it is entirely possible that in addition to recored quantities of deadly narcotics flowing into the United States, weapons such as Iranian drones may also be entering the United States along with sleeper agents who would be trained and prepared to use those drones within American borders.

Additionally, the Biden administration now seeks to double the funding of the IRS and have enhanced authority to gain access to the banking records of American citizens even as it encourages illegal aliens to make a mockery of our borders and our immigration laws.  This was the focus of my earlier article, Biden Administration Ramps Up IRS Enforcement: While encouraging massive immigration law violations.

In the days, months and even years after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 member of the political establishment from both sides of the aisle demanded to known, “Why didn’t anyone connect the dots” to prevent the deadly terror attacks.

The dots were connected though a series of Congressional hearings and the 9/11 Commission reports.

Yet today it would almost appear that for reasons I cannot begin to fathom, the Biden administration is doing whatever it can to operate in direct opposition to the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.  Today, because of all of Biden’s actions- including the disaster in Afghanistan, in my judgement, America and Americans face an unparalleled vulnerability to international terror attacks even as the administration aggressively scrutinizes American citizens.

Our adversaries are thus emboldened and encouraged and our allies are gravely concerned.  Biden’s approval ratings are sinking almost as fast as our ability to defend our own nation and our fellow Americans even as Americans may be interviewed by the FBI and asked, “Do you now, or have you ever in the past, belonged to the Parents’ Association?”

Noncitizen Voting in Vermont Part of Democrats’ ‘Long Game’

Noncitizens will be able to vote in two Vermont cities as part of a growing national trend, unless lawsuits prevent new laws from taking effect.

The cities of Montpelier, with about 7,375 residents, and Winooski, with about 7,335, both will allow noncitizens to vote in local elections for offices such as mayor, city council, and school board.

Related changes to the two city charters required the approval of voters as well as the state’s Democrat-controlled Legislature, which in June overrode a veto by Vermont Gov. Phil Scott, a Republican.

“These are very liberal cities with progressive Democrats,” Rob Roper, president of the Ethan Allen Institute, a free-market think tank based in Montpelier, told The Daily Signal.

“Throughout much of the state, there is a general distaste for allowing anyone other than citizens over the age of 18 to vote,” Roper said. “Many oppose the idea [of noncitizen voting] and worry about the precedent.”

The Republican National Committee and the Vermont Republican Party last week filed a lawsuit against each city in Vermont Superior Court, asserting that the state Constitution says only U.S. citizens over the age of 18 are qualified to vote in Vermont.

Elsewhere in liberal states, San Francisco, Chicago, and several jurisdictions in Maryland already allow noncitizens to vote in at least some local elections. Meanwhile, municipal lawmakers in New York City and Los Angeles are among those considering similar proposals.

Vermont is one of the least populous states in the nation. Just 4.7% of the population is foreign-born in a state that is 94.2% white, according to U.S. census data.

But census numbers don’t tell the full story, Roper said.

“Winooski has a very large refugee population and is the only majority-minority legislative district in the state,” he said. “There is an illegal immigrant constituency that is hired by the dairy farms.”

A Montpelier official did not respond Monday to an inquiry from The Daily Signal.

Montpelier Mayor Anne Watson told the news site VTDigger that a “clear majority of Montpelier voters voted to have this measure.”

“We are a nonpartisan local government here in Montpelier, and it’s unfortunate that this has been made a partisan issue,” Watson, an independent, said.

Elections in Winooski officially are nonpartisan. Mayor Kristine Lott emailed The Daily Signal a copy of the public statement she made to Winooski residents last week after the Vermont Republican Party and the Republican National Committee filed the lawsuits.

“More than two-thirds of Winooski voters supported this change, which I believe is an important step in improving equity in our community,” Lott said, adding:

This charter change would give an elevated voice to a tenth of our residents who send their kids to our schools, pay their taxes, create economic opportunities, and enrich Winooski’s cultural and social fabric. There is no reason to expect residents to contribute without representation in our local elections. Many residents spend years living in Winooski while their path to citizenship is lengthy, expensive, and full of barriers.

I am disappointed by this lawsuit, but more importantly, I remain proud of the work that has gone into this process by our voters, commissioners, councilors, and representatives.

While the cities of Winooski and Montpelier are directly named in these lawsuits, it is worth pointing out that the state Legislature supported and approved our charter change.

The state of Vermont made the legally binding amendment to our charter and in the end, the Supreme Court of Vermont may well have to weigh in.

Ronna McDaniel, chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, noted that Democrats have pushed noncitizen voting and opposed voter ID requirements, both of which undermine trust in elections.

“Republicans are fighting back on this far-left assault against election integrity—unlike radical Democrats, we believe that our elections should be decided solely by American citizens,” McDaniel said in a public statement. “This is a matter of principle and we will fight in all 50 states to ensure this remains the case.”

A 1996 federal law specifically prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections for president or members of Congress. However, the law doesn’t dictate what local governments can do.

The action by the two Vermont cities, and in other jurisdictions nationally, could be about changing the electorate in the long term, said J. Christian Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, which advocates election reforms.

“Democrats are playing the long game,” Adams told The Daily Signal. “This is virtue signaling. The long-term play is to normalize ineligible foreigners to voting in all American elections.”

Roper, of the Ethan Allen Institute, agreed.

“Take small bites of the loaf and say, ‘It’s only local elections,’” Roper said of the strategy. “Eventually, you could argue it’s such a pain for town clerks to keep two voter lists [one for local elections, another for state and national]. You can imagine politicians asking, ‘Why can’t the people working on the dairy farms vote?’ These are incremental moves.”

Interestingly, so-called voting rights organizations such as Fair Fight, founded by former Georgia state Rep. Stacey Abrams, and the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, have not weighed in on the RNC lawsuits.

“I wouldn’t oppose it,” Abrams, an unsuccessful Democratic candidate for Georgia governor in 2018, said in January 2019 when asked about noncitizens voting in local elections.

“I think there’s a difference between municipal and state and federal,” Abrams said. “The granularity of what cities decide is so specific, as to, I think, allow for people to be participants in the process without it somehow undermining our larger democratic ethic that says that you should be a citizen to be a part of the conversation.”

Fair Fight, the Brennan Center, and the Vermont chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union—which routinely opposes voter ID laws and other election security policies—did not respond to inquiries Monday from The Daily Signal.

Whether it’s a local or national contest, any noncitizen who wants to participate in elections should commit to become a citizen, said Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Election Law Reform Initiative at The Heritage Foundation, which is the parent organization of The Daily Signal.

“It’s a very bad idea to allow noncitizens to vote. Voting is a very special right and it should only be given to citizens who have a hand in the democratic institutions that we have,” von Spakovsky told The Daily Signal. “Noncitizens don’t have that, because they haven’t made the commitment to become citizens.”

Is Instagram about to become the next taboo product?

In mid-September, the Wall Street Journal published “The Facebook Files,” a series of investigative reports that was partially based on internal documents leaked by a whistleblower. The overall impression left by the revelations is one of hypocrisy: a company saying in public how seriously they take their responsibility to protect their users from harm and police their content, but in private giving free passes for certain favoured “whitelisted” users and conducting research that reveals how harmful Instagram can be to teenagers, especially girls.

Just how harmful is it?

Time Magazine’s summary of the WSJ articles includes such tidbits as the following. Internal research presented at Facebook showed in 2019 that “Instagram makes body image issues worse for one in three teen girls”. Among teens who reported suicidal thoughts, “6% of American users traced the issue to the photo-sharing app”. Eating disorders and depression are also linked to Instagram use by young people, which according to the article comprise about half of Instagram’s user base. “Young” was not defined, but presumably we are talking about people in their teens and early 20s.

In a Congressional hearing held Sept. 30 in response to the revelations, Facebook’s Antigone Davis, the firm’s global head of safety, disagreed with how the WSJ characterised the company’s research. She emphasised that users benefit from Instagram, which helps them in dealing with the hard issues that beset teens. The reason for the research, she said, was “to make our platform better, to minimise the bad and maximise the good, and to proactively identify where we can improve”. But on Monday, the firm announced that it was pausing its work on a product tentatively called Instagram Kids, designed for users under 13. Of course, anybody who is old enough to type and read can say they are 13 and try to get an Instagram account today, and millions have succeeded.

One senator drew a parallel between Facebook and the tobacco industry, which concealed internal research for years showing that smoking caused lung cancer and publicly denied the facts it knew about privately. Suicide isn’t lung cancer, but dead is dead. While it’s unlikely that a statistically significant number of teen suicides can be definitively linked to Instagram, it is an unvarnished fact that teen suicides in the US have risen dramatically since the early 2000s, rising from a rate of about 10 per 100,000 in age group 15-19 to 14.5 per 100,000 by 2017, the latest year for which national numbers are available. And COVID-19 has not improved matters in that regard.

Correlation is not causation, and there are many factors besides Instagram that make it hard for teenagers to negotiate life these days. But the question before us is this: does the harm done by Instagram (and similar photo-based media) to teenagers outweigh whatever perceived benefits the services provide?

Phrased that way, the question implies that the proper way to analyse this issue is a cost-benefit study. But I’m not at all sure that’s the right way to do it. For one thing, the benefits are of many different kinds, as are the costs.

The most obvious benefit is financial, to Facebook, its investors, and similar media giants, along with their advertisers who pay Facebook gargantuan fees to sell goods and services. Another category of benefit is whatever good feelings, sensations, and experiences users get from using Instagram and similar products. The parallel to tobacco is relevant, because studies both by Facebook and outsiders show that social-media use is highly addictive, and is purposely designed to be that way. This is an open secret, deplored even by some developers of social media, but it is well known and needs to be considered in any discussion.

It’s one thing if a mature, responsible adult decides to indulge in an addictive product, but there are reasons that states have minimum ages for purchasing tobacco and alcohol. Society has made a judgment that teenagers below a certain age need to be protected from these substances, because their ability to judge such matters as alcohol or tobacco use is not yet fully developed. Having been a teenager myself, I can vouch for the truth of that statement.

Some states such as Texas have already taken steps to restrict certain social-media firm activities such as banning individuals based on political content. If we as a society decide that the benefits of Instagram to teens are not worth the harms, we could try to make it illegal for them to use it. Under the present social dispensation, that idea sounds almost ludicrous. But in 1965, who would have imagined that a scant thirty years or so later, smokers would be a disdained minority, unable to light up in workplaces, restaurants, or bars, and condemned to puff in freezing weather at least twenty feet from the nearest entrance? Yet it happened, and a big factor in the social turn against smoking was the blatant hypocrisy the tobacco firms indulged in, as investigations later showed.

I have had at least one young person talk to me wistfully about what it was like growing up without social media, saying that he thought his smartphone was one of the biggest differences between my generation and his, and not a good one, either. As powerful as the tobacco interests were, their wings were clipped, and they paid huge sums to states in retribution for the harms that were caused.

I don’t know what’s going to happen to Facebook in the future with regard to their teenage customers. In the Greek myth about Antigone, she got into trouble with a king who had defeated and killed her brother in battle, and who didn’t want anyone mourning for him or burying him. She tried to anyway and ended up committing suicide.

Facebook’s Antigone Davis may be trying to bury some facts that refuse to stay buried. With regard to the whistleblower who leaked internal data to the press, she said, “We’ve committed to not retaliating for this individual speaking to the Senate”. But a lawyerly reading of that sentence shows it says nothing about not retaliating for anything else the person did. And if the experience of other whistleblowers is any guide, that person’s career in social media is over, and they might as well start studying for their real-estate license or something else they can do on their own.

Never in the history of our exceptional nation has a formal forensic audit been accomplished to address serious challenges associated with election results. The challenges arose from citizens initially, not elected officials, and clearly NOT conservative elected officials looking to overturn an election. The challenges arose from citizens who came forward with a plethora of preliminary evidence showing fraud and illegalities allegedly occurred in Maricopa County, Arizona at the last national election. The preliminary evidence was so substantial that a joint public legislative hearing was held in Phoenix on November 30th, 2020. That 12-hour day produced additional Prima Facia evidence showing very serious crimes most likely had taken place to alter the outcome, thereby, declaring Biden winner over President Trump. From the evidence submitted to the Arizona Senate, sufficient legal and constitutional basis existed to seek a formal forensic evaluation of all materials, machines, and ballots for formal review and full investigation. After months of careful examination, in spite of massive interference by Maricopa County public officials, lies, deceptions, cover-ups, destruction of evidence, refusal to surrender subpoenaed items, a formal report of findings was submitted to the Arizona State Senate. Within said report was more than sufficient evidence of a forensic finding, to ask the Arizona Attorney General to launch a criminal investigation. Given $12 million by the State of Arizona along with a formal team of law enforcement professionals, the Arizona Attorney General so launched a formal criminal investigation. This was the proper procedure, and we all are now waiting to learn the Arizona Attorney General findings and actions.

Mentioned below is an article that will most likely not see much day light. Facts and evidence are troubling to those in the Socialist Democrat institution, along with political elites and establishment whores who consistently wanted President Trump removed from office. Add to this list those who reside in their own “bubble” and do not want to create controversy. The fight continues to reveal the attack our sacred institution of free elections suffered a year ago. The very foundation of our country was attacked formally and sophisticatedly but there are those who still wish to pretend there is nothing to see…simply move along. The below article will cause a little angst among those I already mentioned in this paragraph.

Ever since the final report of the Arizona audit was released last month, Democrats and their allies in the corporate media have pushed a false narrative alleging that the results of the Maricopa County recount proved that Joe Biden won because he received more votes than former President Donald Trump.

During a House Oversight and Reform Committee held a hearing examining the Arizona’s election audit on Thursday, Republicans on the committee decisively shot down that persistent lie.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) demolished the false narrative during an exchange with Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.).

Raskin demanded to know if Biggs accepted the results of the audit, claiming that “it showed that Joe Biden won, and indeed with more votes than—”

“That is not what the audit concluded Mr. Raskin, you know better than that,” Biggs interjected. “Have you read the whole audit, or [did you just] cherry-pick the line which talks about the recount versus the tabulation machine? That, we would have expected to be very similar, and it was,” he explained.

In an attempt to pigeonhole Biggs as 2020 election conspiracy theorist, Raskin again asked if he believed Joe Biden won the election in Arizona.

“We don’t know!” Biggs exclaimed in response. “Because as the audit demonstrates very clearly Mr. Raskin, there are a lot of issues with this election that took place.

Over the course of the next several months, we are going to learn quite a bit about the events of January 6th, but not everything that we hear is going to be taken at face value.

This is due to the fact that the select committee investigating the attempted insurrection has been largely seen as a partisan affair after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi barred certain members of the Republican Party from participating, forcing the GOP to rescind all of their picks.  Regardless of the merit of the endeavor, the phony left v. right paradigm is likely to taint the results.

But, outside of the committee’s work, there are truly worrisome revelations coming to light, and it could change the way that we view the event entirely.

A former high-ranking Capitol Police official with knowledge of the department’s response to the Jan. 6 attack has sent congressional leaders a scathing letter accusing two of its senior leaders of mishandling intelligence and failing to respond properly during the riot.

The accusations were heavy, to say the least.

The whistleblower, who requested anonymity for privacy reasons and left the force months after the attack, sent the 16-page letter late last month to the top members of both parties in the House and Senate. His missive makes scorching allegations against Sean Gallagher, the Capitol Police’s acting chief of uniformed operations, and Yogananda Pittman, its assistant chief of police for protective and intelligence operations — who also served as its former acting chief.

The whistleblower accuses Gallagher and Pittman of deliberately choosing not to help officers under attack on Jan. 6 and alleges that Pittman lied to Congress about an intelligence report Capitol Police received before that day’s riot. After a lengthy career in the department, the whistleblower was a senior official on duty on Jan. 6.

And that’s not all:

The whistleblower’s criticism went beyond Capitol Police leaders to Congress. Without naming specific lawmakers, his letter accuses congressional leaders of having “purposefully failed” to tell the truth about the department’s failures.

The January 6th select committee made other headlines this week as well, after seeing several of their subpoenas defied by former White House officials and Trump aides, with the former President instructing them to claim “executive privilege” in the matter.

Court Sides With Unvaccinated Michigan Athletes in Mandate Case

Sixteen unvaccinated athletes won another round in their legal battle to play sports, despite Western Michigan University’s mandate that all of its inter-collegiate athletes get the COVID-19 vaccination shot.

In a unanimous published decision issued Oct. 7, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in Cincinnati, Ohio, held that the university violated the athletes’ First Amendment rights.

All 16 athletes had filed for religious exemptions, which, according to the court, the university “ignored or denied.”

The court stated: “The university put plaintiffs to the choice: Get vaccinated, or stop fully participating in intercollegiate sports. By conditioning the privilege of playing sports on plaintiffs’ willingness to abandon their sincere religious beliefs, the university burdened their free exercise rights.”

The three-judge panel denied a request by the university to stay a lower court’s preliminary injunction that stopped it from enforcing the vaccination mandate.

The mandate would have barred the athletes from playing in games, or even practicing with their teams, unless they were immunized against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes the disease COVID-19.

Attorney David Kallman, senior counsel with the Great Lakes Justice Center, who represents the athletes, told the Epoch Times: “It’s a great win for our clients and for religious liberty.”

According to Kallman the court’s decision is now a “binding precedent” in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

In a press release, Kallman wrote: “The Sixth Circuit Court vindicated their (his clients) religious convictions and that they can continue to be part of their teams.

“We trust all parties can move forward in a spirit of cooperation to uphold the important constitutional issues at stake, as well as taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of everyone at WMU.”

The order affirms: “The First Amendment, as incorporated through the 14th Amendment, prevents a state from ‘prohibiting the free exercise’ of religion.”

The 14th Amendment also guarantees equal protection under the law.

Western Michigan University has no vaccination mandate for the student body as a whole.

However, its athletes are still required to wear masks at practice and be regularly tested for the virus. Those policies were not addressed in the athletes’ complaint.

Critical Race Theory Activist Appointed to U.S. Department of Education

Despite growing nationwide outrage from parents angry about schoolchildren being indoctrinated with the racist ideology of Critical Race Theory (CRT), a CRT activist and racial radical has appointed to the position of Special Assistant in the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Communications and Outreach.

Precious McKesson, Chair of the Nebraska Democrat Black Caucus, recently co-wrote an op-ed for the Lincoln Journal Star to oppose a measure to ban Critical Race Theory from being taught at the University of Nebraska. According to McKesson, it is such attempts to stop the dissemination of the CRT lies that “create[s] a wedge between white communities and communities of color, making us the villain.”

Fact check: CRT activists are villains.

“Denying our factual history as communities of color is like denying we existed,” McKesson and her comrades blathered.

Republican Study Committee Chair Rep. Jim Banks said of McKesson’s appointment, “The Biden administration claims CRT doesn’t exist, then appoints a CRT activist to the Department of Education and sics the FBI on parents who oppose their poisonous ideology.”

“Keyword Warrants” – Feds Secretly Ordered Google To Identify Anyone Searching Certain Information

An accidentally unsealed court document reveals that the federal government secretly ordered Google to provide data on people searching specific search words or phrases, otherwise known as “keyword warrants,” according to Forbes.

According to the report, the Justice Department inadvertently unsealed the documents in September (which were promptly re-sealed), which were reviewed by Forbes. In several instances, law enforcement investigators asked Google to identify anyone searching for specific keywords.

The first case was in 2019 when federal investigators were on the hunt for men they believed sex-trafficked a minor. According to a search warrant, the minor went missing but reappeared a year later and claimed to have been kidnapped and sexually assaulted. Investigators asked Google if anyone had searched the minor’s name. The tech giant responded and provided law enforcement agents with Google accounts and IP addresses of those who made the searches.

There have been other rare examples of so-called keyword warrants, such as in 2020 when police asked Google if anyone searched for the address of an arson victim in the government’s racketeering case against singer R Kelly. Then in 2017, a Minnesota judge requested Google to provide information on anyone who searched for a  fraud victim’s name.

Forbes also added this update post-publication:

After publication, Jennifer Lynch, surveillance litigation director at the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), highlighted three other Google keyword warrants that were used in the investigation into serial Austin bombings in 2018, which resulted in the deaths of two people.

Not widely discussed at the time, the orders appear even broader than the one above, asking for IP addresses and Google account information of individuals who searched for various addresses and some terms associated with bomb making, such as “low explosives” and “pipe bomb.” Similar orders were served on Microsoft and Yahoo for their respective search engines.

Every year, Google responds to thousands of warrant orders, but the latest keyword warrant is an entirely new strategy by government investigators and is becoming increasingly controversial.

“Trawling through Google’s search history database enables police to identify people merely based on what they might have been thinking about, for whatever reason, at some point in the past,” Jennifer Granick, surveillance and cybersecurity counsel at the American Civil Liberties Union, told Forbes. “This never-before-possible technique threatens First Amendment interests and will inevitably sweep up innocent people, especially if the keyword terms are not unique and the time frame not precise. To make matters worse, police are currently doing this in secret, which insulates the practice from public debate and regulation,” she added.

Google responded news about secret keyword warrants and defended its decision:

“As with all law enforcement requests, we have a rigorous process that is designed to protect the privacy of our users while supporting the important work of law enforcement,” a Google spokesperson said.

Court records reviewed by Forbes show Google has given away data on people who searched for specific keywords, which is more evidence the US is transforming into an authoritarian state of monitoring and surveillance of online activities just like China’s.

Abrams: GOP Voter Integrity Laws Are Like Jan 6 ‘Assault’ Happening ‘Again and Again’

Wednesday on CNN’s OutFront, voter fraud enthusiast and failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams claimed falsely that Republican state lawmakers putting forth election integrity legislation is a continuation of the January 6 Capitol Hill chaos she calls an “assault on our democracy.”

“My responsibility is to do what I can to ensure that no matter who you are, and no matter who you choose, that you have the freedom to vote in the United States,” Abrams said.

We all know this is a lie. Abrams considers her responsibility to be ensuring that Democrats are free to commit widespread voter fraud so that Republicans never win another election.

“And that is why we have to keep laser-focused on the assault on our democracy,” she continued to blather. “An assault that not only happened on January 6 but has happened again and again since that time in statehouses that have restricted access to the right to vote and constricted not only that but the ability of election workers to do their jobs.”

For the millionth time: voter integrity laws actually expand access to the right to vote. Republicans simply want the process to be fair, open and aboveboard. Abrams knows her Party can’t win that way, so she propagandizes for the narrative that GOP attempts to reduce voter fraud are — what else? — racist.

Characterizing Election-Integrity Measures As the Racist Equivalents of Jim Crow Laws

In a March 14, 2021 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Abrams characterized Republican efforts to ensure voter integrity in political elections as tactics rooted in racism. Said Tapper: “So Republican state lawmakers in your home state, Georgia, have introduced almost two dozen bills to make it more difficult to vote. They are going to end no-excuse mail-in voting, which has been there since 2005. They will reduce voting on Sundays, ask for stricter ID requirements, take away drop boxes. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer in D.C. — he called this effort by Georgia Republicans ‘racist plain and simple.’ Do you agree, and is there any way for Democrats to stop these efforts?”

Abrams replied: “Well, first of all, I do absolutely agree that it’s racist. It is a redux of Jim Crow, in a suit and tie. We know the only thing that precipitated these charges — it’s not that there was a question of security — in fact, the secretary of state and the governor went to great pains to ensure America that Georgia elections were secure. So the only connection that we can find is that more people of color voted, and it changed the outcome of elections in a direction that Republicans do not like.” According to Abrams, Republicans were “using this false predicate of fraud” in order to promote reforms that would effectively “eliminate access to voting” for nonwhites.

Putin’s Counterintelligence Operations in America

We are at war! Afghanistan, invasion at our Southern border by people from 120 countries, and an attempt to bankrupt our republic are parts of this long war against Western civilization and American capitalism. This war is being waged by Socialist/Communist forces against Western civilization and American capitalism. The Democrats lie, deceive and mislead us into implementing Socialism and crashing the political system designed and left to us by our Founding Fathers. Their ideology and modus operandi are lies, deceit, distortion and fraud. They have never changed.

Don’t be surprised by the title of this column: there is ample evidence of Putin’s KGB (Mafia/Army) operations against our country starting with school shootings and the infiltration of churches, and the latest one’s are the 2020 election, invasion on the Southern border from 120 countries and the surrender in Afghanistan. The FBI and our Intelligence community are missing it, hence, the vast majority of Americans are not aware of the threat. Using this unawareness Putin is playing the role of a conduit between the Taliban and Biden–a tactical maneuver, an old ploy to supervise both in the 21st century. He did it for many years as a KGB operative.

Putin served as a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel, before resigning in 1991. Since 1975 he operated as a KGB spy–counterintelligence agent, in Europe and as he said: “a KGB agent is always a KGB agent.” A devoted disciple of the KGB Chairman Yuri Andropov 1967-1982, Putin continues those operations in America and globally for the last 20-25 years. I know that as a former Soviet attorney. According To The FBI, Your Odds Are 30 Times Higher Than In 2019… Yet, the FBI is unable to see the roots and real source of instability in America and the world… or maybe doesn’t want to see it…

The man who said “America First” instantly became Putin’s enemy #1 and the war against Donald J. Trump started the moment Trump announced his run for the U.S. presidency on escalator. Trump had become a very convenient target to destroy the American Republic–Putin’s agenda since he joined the KGB in the 1970s.

Putin started his war against Western civilization and capitalism as a KGB counter intelligent officer in Germany. He has 25 years term as a counter intelligent officer in a foreign country. That means, the minute he came back into Moscow’s government in the 1990s, Russian Counterintelligence operations against America resumed.

I purposely gave you that short Putin resume to grasp the real events in 2021. You saw the Afghanistan chaos blame game during Hearings at Senate and House Armed Services Committees September 28-29, 2021. Biden didn’t take the advice of the Military leadership. Joe is not alone, Hunter Biden had a direct ties with the KGB dealing with the wife of Moscow’s Mayor. The government of Russia exercises executive power in the Russian Federation: only members of the KGB or informers can be elected and have power in the country. The Moscow mayor is definitely connected with the KGB. The two days of Hearings in Washington D.C. has revealed a lot. The Democrat Chairman of the House has pretty well illustrated the war between the Dems and Republicans by being involved in a constant disputes with them. He was trying to defend Biden and his endless lies. He was covering up the crime committed by the Biden’s.

You also saw our Military leadership unaware of Russia’s criminal activities in America. General McKenzie reported their military opinion: “We had alternatives to Russia and China by dealing with Central Asian Republic like Kazakhstan. “ He has revealed the military incompetence equal to treason. As a matter of fact, all those former Muslim Socialist Republics are being run by Putin’s KGB Mafia/Army and all those former Republics have Russia’s military installations on their lands. To deal with Kazakhstan or Tajikistan means to deal with Russia.

Moreover, we saw that our Military leadership had no guts to reject and stand up to Biden’s lies and his surrender to the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS in Afghanistan. Under such a predicament in America, when the Military leadership doesn’t defend and protect the political system designed by our Founding Fathers, We the People had been left behind naked, mute, and deaf before Putin’s Counterintelligence operations.

Pay attention to the military decision to see Afghanistan and the Taliban as equal and deal with them diplomatically, despite the fact that the latter didn’t complain with seven basic prerequisites of the agreement. And this is not the end of the American problems. In my opinion, every executive order signed by President Biden has been written by Vladimir Putin through Biden’s advisers—his staff. General Milley a Dark Horse of a Global Spy Ring

I was warning and reporting about an anti-Trump Criminal Cabal in America for many years. Yet, without the staff it was hard to present an eloquent story of the enemy within. I was warning you that the Democrats conspired with the Russian/Chinese Intelligence to build a Soviet Style corrupt-bureaucratic America. I was warning about Three American Manchurian Presidents, Deep State, and other Democratic politicians. General Milley aided me to grasp America’s structural ties to Global Spy Ring, testifying during Hearings at Senate and House Armed Services Committees September 28-29, 2021.

I was writing and warning you about an anti-Trump Criminal Cabal in America for many years. But I couldn’t show the operational concept implemented by the Dems to fight the Republicans. General Milley showed the world how anti-Trump Criminal Cabal is a part of a Global Spy Ring run by Vladimir Putin. Milley’s call to the Chinese General and the core of the conversation was quite suspect to me. General Milley was undermining Constitutional civilian control of the military by the US President. Two days of the Hearings had revealed more suspicious activities of General Milley.

He was acting like a typical political apparatchik. Though he is a military man, you have no doubts of his political affiliation. He admits it saying “We won the election.” He is discussing Trump’s mental capacity with the Speaker Nancy Pelosi and totally agreed with her that “Trump is crazy.”  There is a real political affiliation between the two to prevent Trump from using nuclear arsenal—a continuation of the Dems coup against Trump.

Yet, there is more. General Milley talks with both our ideological enemies: China and Russia. He admits discussing the use of Russian military installations in the Central-Asian former Soviet Republics! Here you have a double connection with Putin’s KGB Mafia/Army by the Dems leadership and the Military representative. In the Soviet Union my Father often called the corrupt Soviets government—Socialist Junta.  I have never thought discussing the term Junta, in this American crises. Yet, in case you are interested, here it is: Dictionary Junta meaning—A group of political intriguers; esp., such a group, of military men in power after a coup d’état… they want to rule the country.

I have a very bad feeling towards General Milley: if you know who is behind the Critical Race Theory, you will join me.  As a typical political apparatchik, he joined the KGB’s recent narrative to divide us. The KGB started with White Oppressors, then White Privileges in the 1960s, and the Critical Race Theory in the 21st century. General Milley now is promoting it. To enhance his personality he was giving interviews right and left to predominantly anti-Trump’s media. Rash Limbaugh was right saying: “Socialism corrupts everything it touches.” General Milley demonstrated it.  Yet, he was not the leader of the Junta.

 Socialist Junta

To conceive the concept of Socialist Junta you have to be well versed in history of politics and its leaders. Though it was established decades ago, you could’ve heard lately about Libya’s Counterintelligence operation by the Putin/Obama conspiracy. The development of a Socialist Junta in America has never stopped. If Russia has initiated it, today we have a tandem of leaders–Russian/Chinese Counterintelligence forces. When you hear the endless lies, deceit, and fakery accompanied with intimidation and threat from your government—you are governed by Socialist Junta.

I gave you an old meaning of Junta. The 21st   century has changed the role of the woman, allowing and promoting their leadership. Nancy Pelosi is an example of it. I called her “a Queen of Lies.” Presenting herself as a devoted Catholic, she has stolen our beloved Christmas Season in 2019 by hurrying to impeach Trump in the heart of Christmas, December 2019. Then, I didn’t know why she was in a hurry. It became clear to me in January 2020 when the Pandemic started… She had known it in December 2019. She is the leader of a Democrat Party that has become a Socialist Junta and is now fighting against the American Constitutional republic in concert with Putin’s KGB Mafia/Army.

I know Socialism and recognize it instantly, when I see it and I see Socialism exercised by Biden’s administration—they are weaponizing everything to protect themselves. When the FBI intimidate and threaten  the parents accusing them of terrorism, I recognized Putin’s handwriting to build the American KGB’s Mafia/Army, a-la Stalin’s political agenda in 1937, when my Mother was imprisoned… Baltic Winds Testimony of a Soviet Attorney, Xlibris, 2002. A criminal circle of Stalinism is destroying America hundred years later. I am devastated by the speed of Putin’s success in our country.

Who is Really Running the Destroy-America Biden Regime?

“The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States.” – George Soros, hedge-fund billionaire.

In today’s chaotic political landscape, it is obvious that the Democrat Party in power is comprised largely of far-left radicals, many of them shockingly anti-American and predictably anti-Semitic  (as are all deranged leftists).

After all, with Barack Obama, they thought they were significantly closer to their 100-year goal of a socialist-cum-communist America, and believed that “President” Hillary would fulfill their cherished fantasy.

And then along came President Trump to smash that fantasy to smithereens.

When everything the Democrats tried to sabotage President Trump failed––the Russian hoax, the Ukraine hoax, the Stormy Daniels hoax, the impeachment fiascos, on and on––they pulled out the Wuhan lab surprise, effectively creating a pandemic.

The result was the entire world isolated in their homes, worldwide economies destroyed, and the unprecedented phenomenon of mail-in ballots, which essentially insured that the voter fraud Democrats are so famous for––ACORN, anyone?, and the Dominion voting machines used in “elections” in Venezuela and other banana republics to insure the desired outcomes––would succeed as it had in the past.

And it did. Today, however, with audits being conducted in every significant state, that colossal voter fraud is being proven…stay tuned! And with the arrest of Hillary’s lawyer, Democrats are also looking at the coming arrests of all those higher-ups who colluded in the criminal anti-Trump effort, including Ms. Hillary herself!

THE FIRST EIGHT MONTHS AFTER THE FRAUDULENT ELECTION

In less time than a normal human pregnancy, putative president Biden managed to accomplish the following:

SO, WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS CATASTROPHE?

Is it Barack Obama? As writer Steve Weinstein spells out, Obama always had a lazy disregard for the tough work, and as we can see to this very day, is far more interested in displaying the conspicuous consumption that is part and parcel of his nouveau-riche persona than in the gritty fray of politics.

Is it Susan Rice? For sure, a reliable functionary and skilled to the nth degree at lying through her teeth, but with zero evidence of being a strategic thinker.

Is it Ron Klain? A clever guy, now Biden’s Chief of Staff, but more adept at managing a clearly diminished and doddering POTUS than orchestrating the complexities of an attempted coup d’état.

Is it Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s first Chief of Staff, or David Axelrod, the chief strategist of Obama’s two presidential campaigns? Clearly not, since neither was even invited to his lavish birthday party in August of 2021 at the Obama’s $15M waterfront mansion on Martha’s Vineyard ––although Jay Z and Beyoncé were among other very important people who were invited.

Is it Valerie Jarrett, Obama’s longtime senior advisor? She certainly has the brains, ability to think strategically, and fidelity to leftist ideology. She simply doesn’t have the burning hatred it requires to work so diligently for America’s downfall.

Is it Nancy Pelosi? Just the other day, the House Speaker twice referred to the president as Obama. Highly unlikely that this addled octogenarian is calling any shots! In fact, she can hardly cope with the far-left flank of her own Party. But she was certainly not too addled a few weeks ago to meet with the guy (and his son) who bankrolls her agenda and tells her what to do.

Is it Joe Biden himself? There are more than 330-million Americans who have eyes and ears to make that determination. In my opinion, not one of that massive number of people believes that the intellectually––and now cognitively––limited Joe Biden manages more than barely getting through the day.

Is it China’s leader, Xi Jinping, or Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin? It is certainly possible that they are colluding with each other against America, and even “speaking with” those who are directing things from the Oval Office. But both are too busy running their own massive countries to manage toppling a colossus like the U.S.A., especially when things are going so well in the direction they desire.

WHO THEN?

There are only two people, I believe, who qualify as possible candidates for choreographing the massive coup attempt currently taking place before our eyes. Both have spoken of their contempt ––if not searing hatred––for America, and both have tried mightily over decades to bring down our country. And, most important, both have the brains and power and track records to place them in frontrunner contention.

The first is Bill Ayers, now 76 and a retired professor of education at the Univ. of Illinois at Chicago. Ayers gained early fame when he founded the Weather Underground, a self-described communist revolutionary group that sought to overthrow America, and conducted a campaign of bombing public buildings (including police stations, the U.S. Capitol, and the Pentagon, et al) during the 1960s and 1970s.

In an early eighties interview, Ayers remembered his reaction upon learning that because of government overreach he would not be prosecuted for a Weather Underground bombing spree that killed a policeman. “Guilty as hell, free as a bird—America is a great country,” he exulted.

After that, he joined his version of mainstream society as a professor but was far from through with far-left politics.

In 1995, when Barack Obama was running for state senator in Illinois, Ayers held a fundraiser in his living room––while both insisted that they only knew each other casually. In fact, their cozy relationship had been public knowledge in Chicago for years.

And when prolific journalist and author Jack Cashill wrote Deconstructing Obama––based on his exquisite forensic analysis of Ayers’ former writings––he made an airtight case that it was Ayers who actually wrote Obama’s two bestsellers: Dreams of My Father and The Audacity of Hope.

According to blogger Bernie Quigley, Obama and Bill Ayers were “together from the beginning” [of Obama’s political career]. When Obama met with Ayers at “the salon gatherings of Chicago’s Beautiful People,” he added, “it was the kickoff of a political career which would lead, potentially, in little over a decade, from the house of the most notorious of the violent Amerika-hating revolutionaries from the ’60s still alive, Bill Ayers and [his wife and fellow terrorist] Bernadine Dohrn, to the White House.”

In fact, Quigley writes, between 1995 and 1999, Obama led the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) that Ayers founded––“a program that called for infusing students and their parents with a radical political commitment, and which downplayed achievement tests in favor of activism.’

So, what is Bill Ayers doing now? For one thing, lamenting on his blog the deaths of his fellow terrorists. And last year, upon observing the violence and destruction wrought by Antifa and Black Lives Matter in Portland and Kenosha, he remarked: “Am I the only one, or do you feel eerily that we’re living in Kansas, 1859 ––[when Kansans engaged in a violent guerrilla war between pro-slavery and anti-slavery forces which contributed to the coming Civil War]––and that tensions are boiling over, but only years later will people say, ‘Yes, the Civil War began there and then?’”

Clearly not through with politics, is Ayers now whispering into the ears of Joe Biden’s handlers exactly what to do to bring down America? He certainly seems a viable candidate to me.

WHO ELSE?

The second––and most likely––candidate is George Soros, now 91, the still active and vital hedge-fund billionaire whose brilliance is undisputed, whose political involvement and effectiveness in world affairs is second to none, who is considered both indispensable and formidable to his fans and terrifying to his adversaries, and whose financial resources are unlimited.

In a 2018, the editors at David Horowitz’s Discover the Networks wrote an exhaustive, riveting, must-read study of Soros, entitled: Who is George Soros and Why He Hates America. I urge everyone to read this article because it demonstrates the passion, the ideology, and––as the crime shows emphasize, the means, motives, and opportunity––that George Soros has had to pour his heart and soul and massive amounts of money into transforming America from a Democratic Republic into the ideals of his Open Society Foundations, founded in 1993. Those ideals are:

  • The diminution of American power.
  • The subjugation of American sovereignty in favor of global governance.
  • The implementation of redistributive economic policies—both within the U.S. and across national borders.”

The breadth, depth––the sheer magnitude––of what Soros has accomplished, worldwide, since he got deeply involved in politics in the mid-1980s, is breathtaking. “My spending rose from $3 million in 1987 to more than $300 million a year by 1992,” he said.

Imagine what it is today!

The above-cited article called Soros “one of the most politically powerful individuals on earth. Since the mid-1980s, he has used his immense influence to help reconfigure the political landscapes of several countries around the world—in some cases playing a key role in toppling regimes that had held the reins of government for years, even decades.” Not to omit that, famously, Soros broke the bank of England, raking in more than a billion bucks in the deal.

Vis à vis the United States, a strong case can be made for the claim “that Soros today affects American politics and culture more profoundly that any other living person.”

As of 2018, the OSF’s total assets exceeded $1.9 billion. Each year, the Foundations award scores of millions of dollars in grants to over 206 U.S. organizations, which, among other things:

  • Depict America as a nation whose enduring racism must be counterbalanced by racial and ethnic preferences in favor of nonwhites,
  • Disparage capitalism while promoting a dramatic expansion of social-welfare programs funded by ever-escalating taxes,
  • Promote open borders, mass immigration, a watering down of current immigration laws, increased rights, and benefits for illegal aliens, and ultimately amnesty,
  • Assert that virtually all American military actions are unwarranted and immoral,
  • Exhort the U.S. and Israel to negotiate with, and to make concessions to, Arab terrorist groups and regimes that have pledged to destroy America and Israel alike,
  • On and on and on.

AN OVER-ARCHING VISION

Among the central political ideas that unite Democrats––and certainly energize whoever is running the show––is the Cloward-Piven Strategy. Begun in 1966 and flourishing to this day, the founders of this plan, both from Columbia University, loathed America and insisted that capitalism could be collapsed by overloading the government with financial demands that could never be met.

Or as writer Jeff M. Lewis explains in “They Intend to Destroy America,” the plan is to “overload the American public welfare system and create a crisis that will bankrupt the nation, leaving no choice but to adopt a socialist/communist system of government.“

Cloward and Piven also formed voter-fraud schemes like Project Vote, ACORN, etc., still extant only with different names. And surprise, surprise––ACORN’s lawyer was none other than Barack Obama. Birds of a feather, and all that.

Their vision is exactly what we are witnessing today with the mad rush of hundreds of thousands illegal aliens pouring over our southern borders and being secretly ferreted to American cities, all with the promise of free everything––food, housing, medical care, education, even drivers’ licenses! And all with the implicit directive to Vote Democrat!

At the same time, we have the discredited “expert” on all things corona virus, Dr. Anthony Fauci, insisting on what Senator Ron Johnson (R-MN) calls the “totalitarian biomedical security state of forced vaccination.”

We also have:

A Cloward-Piven dream come true! Unsustainable debt, thousands more American streets becoming tent cities of the homeless, sick, hungry, addicted; rising unemployment, a compromised healthcare system, a drastically weakened military, an immobilized populace, a reviled education system, and that is the short list!

Ruth S. King––writer, editor, and international blogger––sees not only a coup, but an authentic insurrection: “When the established government does not recognize dissidents and calls them “domestic terrorists” and limits their speech, controls the media, alters the language, denies legitimate history, trashes tradition and culture, erases national borders, blurs the role of the military, destroys the canons of education, science and medicine, and uses the powers of government to spy on its citizens–that is an insurrection.”

And who is orchestrating this last-gasp attempt of the Left? Isn’t it obvious?
