Fifty-Five Years Ago, We Were Warned

It was an extraordinary yet now forgotten event: on July 15, 1967, NBC gave New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison nearly half an hour to rebut an earlier NBC show that had criticized how Garrison had conducted an investigation of people he thought were involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The segment was extraordinarily because today we are accustomed to the major news outlets only allowing one point of view to be heard. It was doubly extraordinary because Garrison took the opportunity to explain to the American people that they were being lied to by the political and media elites, in words that are even truer today than they were when he spoke them.

Garrison’s central point was that the findings of the Warren Commission that investigated the circumstances of the Kennedy assassination were false, a claim that he neatly established by showing that the Commission’s reconstruction of the path of a bullet that supposedly hit JFK and then passed into the body of Texas Governor John Connally was physically impossible. Garrison contended that Lee Harvey Oswald was not and could not have been the lone assassin of Kennedy, and that he was, in fact, a CIA operative. The hit on Kennedy, according to Garrison, was a CIA operation emanating from the agency’s dislike of the Kennedy administration’s moves toward a thaw in the Cold War with the Soviet Union.

That’s an eminently plausible theory, as it coincides with the warning that Kennedy’s predecessor, Dwight D. Eisenhower, issued about the military-industrial complex and its interest in keeping the nation embroiled in endless wars (the Vietnam war was just heating up at the time as a proxy war between the U.S. and the Soviet Union). In the course of explaining it, Garrison made several statements that could have been uttered by any astute observer of the political scene in 2023. Above all, he said: “Many of the things that the major news agencies have been telling you are untrue.” Well, yeah.

Garrison declared that “information concerning the cause of the death of your president has been withheld from you,” and likened the official explanation of the Kennedy assassination to a fairy tale. “Anything which is untrue,” he explained, “is dangerous. And it is all the more dangerous when the fairy tale becomes accepted as reality simply because it has an official seal of approval, or because honorable men announce that you must believe it, or because powerful elements of the press tell you that the fairy tale is true.” He said that powerful forces in the U.S. were withholding information and lying to the people in what they thought was the national interest, and stated: “There’s no room in America for thought control of any kind, no matter how benevolent the objective.”

Yes. Yet today, 55 years later, the thought control is worse than ever. Consider the silencing of Donald Trump, even while he was president of the United States. On Nov. 5, 2020, The Verge reported that “cable networks, broadcast networks and Twitter cut short their broadcasts of President Donald Trump’s speech from the White House briefing room Thursday; some outlets fact-checked the president’s unproven statements rather than carry them live. Trump began his remarks by baselessly claiming that Democrats were committing ‘fraud’ and trying to ‘steal’ the election.” YouTube likewise restricted videos claiming that the 2020 presidential election was not entirely on the up-and-up until just a couple of weeks ago, when it suddenly began allowing this topic to be discussed again. Why now? Election fraud allegations aren’t dangerous “disinformation” anymore?

No, it’s just that now we’re far beyond any point at which the injustice that was committed could be remedied. But back in 2020, the networks and the social media giants decided that they knew what was best for you, and that it was best that you not even hear what Trump was saying. They deliberately withheld information from us in service of their agenda, just as Garrison contended back in 1967 that they did regarding the Kennedy assassination.

There are, of course, myriad other examples of this. YouTube is still at it, just days ago banning an interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. that the elites claim contains “misinformation” regarding the deadly COVID vaccines. Networks devoted no time at all to evidence of Biden’s influence peddling, while giving lavish coverage to Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents. And that insufferable and smug authoritarian, Barack Obama, lamented in May the decline of the media establishment’s stranglehold on the sources of information: “When I was coming up,” he reminisced, “you had three TV stations … and people were getting a similar sense of what is true and what isn’t, what was real and what was not.” Ah yes, it was a lot easier back then to control what people saw and what they didn’t, and to maintain a narrative. Now, however, the elites are still doing it well enough.

Jim Garrison told us of the dangers of all this long ago. NBC was actually canny to give him time, as it could then point to its having done so as evidence that it was actually a neutral and even-handed news source. But it wasn’t then and it isn’t now; nor are the other primary news outlets. As they did in Garrison’s time, they have an agenda to push, and they push it relentlessly and with considerable ingenuity. Most Americans today still think that while in totalitarian regimes such as National Socialist Germany and the international socialist Soviet Union, the news outlets just pumped out regime propaganda, we have a free press here that tells us the truth. That assumption is testimony to the power of today’s propaganda. The news outlets didn’t give us the truth in 1967, and they don’t today. Americans should watch Garrison’s remarks and realize that the same forces are still in power, and even more effectively controlling the discourse now than they were then.

Legislation Aims to Restore Americans’ Civil Liberties by Ending the Government’s Ability to Abuse Surveillance Programs

WASHINGTON —  U.S. Representative Greg Steube (R-Fla.) today introduced The Protect Our Civil Liberties Act to repeal the USA PATRIOT Act and the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 in an effort to restore Americans’ civil liberties, guaranteed by our Constitution.

“For decades now, the misnamed Patriot Act and the 2008 FISA Amendments have allowed the federal government to trample on the rights of law-abiding American citizens. As the federal government has become increasingly weaponized against its own people, it is imperative we rein in this overreach,” said Rep. Greg Steube. “We can have a secure nation and retain our civil liberties at the same time.”

The USA PATRIOT Act was a hurried re-write of our nation’s surveillance laws in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks. The result was expanded government overreach and increased capabilities for the U.S. government to spy, conduct warrantless searches, and obtain private records –  even those records held by third parties. Reports have shown the FBI has seriously abused sections of the USA PATRIOT Act. The FISA Amendments Act has wrongfully permitted the government to collect mass amounts of Americans’ personal data and communications, including email traffic, phone calls, and text messages in the name of national security.

Congressman Greg Steube is a member of the Select Subcommittee of the Weaponization of the Federal Government. The select subcommittee was established in the 118th Congress to investigate surveillance abuses from the Executive Branch on American citizens and the undermining of Americans’ civil liberties.

UPDATE 6/27/2023: SHOCKING New Evidence of Joe Biden’s Corruption

Since the election of Donald J. Trump as president the impeachment process has been weaponized by the Democrats. By weaponizing the impeachment process the Democrats have opened a Pandora’s box of false allegations, lies and myths to twice impeach a sitting president, raid his home and then indict him.

Even moderate Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, senior member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said, “The American people know Democrats weaponized the power of impeachment against President Donald Trump to advance their own extreme political agenda … It is past time to expunge Democrats’ sham smear against not only President Trump’s name but against millions of patriots across the country.”

Now the Republican controlled House of Representatives has taken the first step on the path to the impeachment of Joseph Robinett Biden, Jr.

The difference is that the Republicans have actual crimes and misdemeanors that can, and must, be brought against Biden, his family and administration. 

If the Republicans fail to do their sworn duty and impeach Biden then they will be inextricably linked to the creation of a permanent two-tiered justice system.

House Articles of Impeachment

On June 22nd, 2023 the House voted on H. Res. 503 to send articles of impeachment against Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. to the Judiciary and Homeland Security Select Committees. These committees are now tasked to gather the evidence necessary to impeach Biden, his family and administration and then send their findings to the House floor for a vote.

The Magnolia Tribune’s Frank Corder reported,

By a vote of 219 to 208, the U.S. House of Representatives has voted to send H. Res. 503 – Articles of Impeachment against President Joe Biden – to the House Judiciary and Homeland Security Committees for their consideration.

Texas Congressman Chip Roy authored the resolution – H. Res. 529 – that sent Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s impeachment resolution against President Biden to the two committees.

The move by Roy comes as House Republicans seek to de-escalate tensions and delay action on the possible impeachment of Biden, giving GOP caucus members time to resolve any internal disputes should an official vote on impeachment come in the near future.

What’s Next?

The House Judiciary and Homeland Security Select Committees will now put together the charges against Biden.

A growing number of whistleblowers and Congressional hearings have exposed egregious violations against the Constitutions of the United States of America by Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., his family, and members of his importuning putative administration.

These violations include the crimes of bribery, extortion, murder, collusion, election interference, treason, seditious conspiracy, deprivation of rights under color of law, and more.

Add to this list the false, and politically driven, impeachment of President Donald J. Trump and false imprisonment of those who attended the January 6th, 2021 Save America march in Washington, D.C. and you have the makings of a voluminous list of crimes and misdemeanors to be added to the indictment against Biden.

Our guess is that the results of the findings of both the Judiciary and Homeland Security Select Committees will be enough to bring the impeachment to the floor of the House of Representatives hopefully before the end of 2023.

Why? Because by early 2024 the presidential midterm elections will begin.

Will the U.S. Senate Vote to Impeach Biden?

The term “impeachment” refers to the House’s decision to charge a public official with “high crimes and misdemeanors,” the phrase the Constitution uses to describe offenses warranting removal of a high official. The House may impeach such an official by a simple majority vote.

After such a vote, the matter moves to the Senate, which will conduct a trial and decide whether to convict the impeached official. If the president is impeached, the Chief Justice of the United States shall preside over this trial.

Convicting someone who is impeached requires a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate.

If the U.S. Senate votes to convict Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. then the Constitution also permits the Senate to permanently disqualify Biden from holding “any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.”

The popularity of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is plummeting while the the DNC is seeing a growing number of Democrats wanting Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. as the presidential primary nominee.

If the impeached official, Biden, is convicted, the Senate then must decide what sanction to impose upon that official. Under the Constitution, “judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.”

So the Senate effectively must decide whether merely removing the official from office is an appropriate sanction, or whether permanent disqualification is warranted.

Given these dynamics, and the eminent 2024 DNC primary, it will be most interesting to watch if a majority of the Democrats in the U.S. Senate vote to impeach Biden for political expediency and removes him from office and disqualifies him from holding any other office of honor, trust or profit to save face.

If the Senate votes to impeach then the Democrat nomination belongs to RFK, Jr. alone.

We shall see as this political theatre plays itself out.

New FBI Whistleblower Says Deputy Director Threatened Agents Uncomfortable With J6 Investigations

A whistleblower claimed Abbate threatened FBI employees concerned about the bureau’s overblown response to the Jan. 6 riot

An independent nonprofit government watchdog that specializes in whistleblower protection sent letters to Congress and the Department of Justice (DOJ) this week with more evidence of misconduct by FBI leadership.

On Thursday, Empower Oversight submitted an affidavit of a new FBI whistleblower who came forward with allegations of improper intimidation by FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate. The whistleblower claimed that shortly after Abbate’s appointment in February 2021, Abbate threatened agency employees concerned about the bureau’s overblown response to the Jan. 6 Capitol demonstrations that same year.

During a secure video conference, said the unnamed employee, Abbate called on agency staff with concerns about the bureau’s approach to the Jan. 6 riot to meet with the deputy director personally so he could, in the whistleblower’s words, “set them straight.”

“I have witnessed hundreds of Director [Secure Video Teleconference]s and have never seen a direct threat like that any other time,” the whistleblower said in the affidavit. “It was chilling and personal, communicating clearly that there would be consequences for anyone that questioned his direction.”

In May, House lawmakers on the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government heard from several other FBI whistleblowers who made similar claims about the conduct of agency leadership.

Former FBI Special Agent Steve Friend, who filed for whistleblower protection in August, told the committee he raised concerns over the FBI’s reaction to the Capitol riot, which he thought “could have undermined potentially righteous prosecutions and may have been part of an effort to inflate the FBI’s statistics on domestic extremism.”

“I also voiced concerns that the FBI’s use of SWAT and large-scale arrest operations to apprehend suspects who were accused of nonviolent crimes and misdemeanors, represented by counsel, and who pledged to cooperate with the federal authorities in the event of criminal charges created an unnecessary risk to FBI personnel and public safety,” Friend said. “At each level of my chain of command, leadership cautioned that despite my exemplary work performance, whistleblowing placed my otherwise bright future with the FBI at risk.”

“Abbate’s threat to employees was witnessed by numerous other FBI employees and constitutes evidence of intent to retaliate against any dissent,” said Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt. “This evidence can be independently corroborated by dozens, if not hundreds, of other FBI employees if congressional committees and the Justice Department Inspector General would investigate and document the results.”

The FBI has spent years stonewalling congressional oversight into agency conduct surrounding the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021. In May, Jordan re-upped demands for an FBI briefing over the two pipe bombs planted at the RNC and DNC. The FBI, according to former FBI Agent Kyle Seraphin in an interview with The Washington Times, knows what car the suspect used but hasn’t pursued the individual in question.

NEW DEVELOPMENT: Loy Brunson Supreme Court Case Docketed

Several months ago, I was privileged to speak with Loy Brunson and his brother regarding petitions they were bringing before to the U.S. Supreme Court on matters related to the 2020 Election. At the time, the Clerk of the Court along with the Chief Attorney for the Court had reviewed and accepted for conference the petitions. Neither addressed any criminal or election issues, per se, but a subject never-before-seen brought to the court. The issue before the bar addressed the violation of Oath of Office each member of the U.S. Congress swore upon assuming office. To Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States against ALL assaults (enemies) foreign or domestic. Minus the few in Congress who attempted to address serious issues related to our national election and national security, the preponderant majority of sitting members in each chamber refused to look into the concerns, and rather to dispel with the annoyance, simply moved to certify the national election without discussion and review.

I even experienced a similar response from a few “learned” folks who told me bluntly no citizen could file directly with the U.S. Supreme Court, and previous courts had to receive petitions to review and then decide if a hearing was warranted. My discussions with the Brunson Brothers showed me that was not 100% accurate, and the Constitution provided for citizens to present a grievance, in very certain circumstances, where National Security matters were in immediate threat and the Constitution was being thwarted.

Nearly two-thirds of Americans polled in a Quinnipiac University survey released Wednesday said the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) case against former President Trump over the mishandling of classified documents after he left the White House is mainly motivated by politics.

The poll found that 62 percent of respondents said the DOJ’s case against the former president is mainly motivated by politics, while 34 percent of those surveyed think the federal charges against Trump are mainly motivated by law.

Along political party lines, 91 percent of registered Republican respondents said the department’s case against Trump is mainly politically motivated, compared to 65 percent of registered independent respondents and 28 percent of registered Democrat respondents who said the same.

Sixty-four percent of male respondents believe that the department’s case against Trump is mainly politically motivated, compared to 59 percent of female respondents, according to the poll.

By age group, 67 percent of respondents who are between 18 and 34 years of age said the department’s case against the former president is mainly politically motivated, while 53 percent of those surveyed who are 65 years or older said the same.

Fifty-nine percent of white respondents believe the DOJ’s case against the former president is mainly politically motivated, compared to 67 percent of Hispanic respondents and 52 percent of Black respondents.

Nearly 2/3 of Americans say Trump indictment politically motivated

A sizeable majority of Americans appear skeptical of the Department of Justice’s pursuit of criminal charges against former President Donald Trump, believing them to be politically motivated.

Nearly two-thirds, 62%, of Americans indicated that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case is primarily motivated by political concerns, according to a Quinnipiac survey. Just 34% believed the case is primarily motivated by the law.

Smith has pressed 37 criminal charges against Trump stemming from his alleged mishandling of classified materials. Trump has pleaded not guilty and asserted he maintained broad authority to declassify documents while president.

Opinions of the indictment vary starkly by political affiliation, with 91% of Republicans deeming the case a politically motivated affair, compared to just 28% of Democrats who had the same opinion. 65% of independents saw the case as mainly political.

Notably, demographic data also shed light on a key divide in opinion. While 59% of white respondents said the case was politically motivated, as did 52% of black respondents, Hispanics appeared to be an outlier, with 67% expressing that sentiment.

The sour perception of the case by that demographic could potentially prove beneficial to Trump during the jury selection process as the case is to be tried in Miami, which is home to a vibrant Latino community.

Conducted from June 15-19, the survey questioned 1,776 respondents and has a margin of error of +/- 2.3%.

Feds catch more than 460 known, suspected terrorists in nine months, most at northern border

There have been hundreds of known or suspected terrorists apprehended at the northern and southern borders in the current fiscal year, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data.

As foreign nationals illegally enter the U.S. and are apprehended, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations agents screen them against a federal Terrorist Screening Dataset, which includes sensitive information about terrorist identities. It originated as a consolidated terrorist watch list “to house information on known or suspected terrorists, or KSTs, but has evolved over the last decade to include additional individuals who represent a potential threat to the United States, including known affiliates of watch-listed individuals,” CBP states.

As of June 15, OFO agents apprehended 53 KSTs at southwest border ports of entry and 284 at northern border ports of entry, totaling 337. CBP’s fiscal year begins on Oct. 1.

They also apprehended 125 KSTs between ports of entry at the southern border and two between ports of entry at the northern border, totaling 127 KSTs fiscal year to date.

Combined, they’ve apprehended 464 known or suspected terrorists.

That’s nearly a 30% increase in one month after previous increases were roughly 87%.

Roughly one month ago, The Center Square reported OFO agents apprehended 332 KSTs at both borders. They apprehended 125 at the southern border (45 KSTs at ports of entry and 80 between ports of entry) and 207 at the northern border (205 at ports of entry and two between ports of entry).

These numbers were up from 284 KSTs apprehended by March, which was significantly up from 38 apprehended by January, an 87% increase in just two months.

By comparison, in fiscal 2022, 478 KSTs were apprehended in fiscal 2022. Agents apprehended 165 at the southern border (67 at ports of entry and 98 between ports of entry) and 313 at northern border ports of entry….

Specifically, the resolution sets forth an article of impeachment stating that, in his former role as Vice President, President Biden abused the power of that office through enabling bribery and other high crimes and misdemeanors by allowing his son Hunter Biden to influence the domestic policy of a foreign nation and accept benefits from foreign nationals in exchange for favors.

The article states that, by such conduct, President Biden

At Least 16.8 Million Illegal Aliens are in the U.S., Costing Taxpayers As Much as $163 Billion Annually, Finds New Analysis by FAIR.

Washington, D.C. — An analysis by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) of the most recent Census Bureau data reveals that at least 16.8 million illegal aliens now reside in the United States. This figure represents an increase of 1.3 million just since the beginning of 2022, and 2.3 million since President Biden took office in January 2021.

Along with the sharp increase in the illegal alien population comes sharp increases in costs to American taxpayers. The unprecedented rate of influx of new illegal aliens over the past year would add $12.6 billion annually to the costs of illegal immigration, bringing the cumulative net cost to at least $163 billion a year. At the current pace of illegal immigration, the annual net cost will exceed $200 billion by 2026.

Four children living in squalid conditions while being hidden from first responders were found in an apartment filled with “alcohol, drugs, sex toys” and a dead man, according to an incident report and outraged officials.

“This is sickening,” said At-Large City Councilor Michael Flaherty. “I was informed by people at the scene that there were drugs, alcohol, sex toys all around the apartment as well as a dead body on the floor.”

That fire department report, obtained by the Herald and confirmed by police response, states that a BFD crew was sent to Old Colony Avenue Saturday morning for a call that a man had gone into cardiac arrest and required medical attention. That address is the Mary Ellen McCormack Housing complex run by the city.

However, according to the incident report, firefighters found more than just a routine medical emergency.

“The apartment was in extremely unsanitary conditions. Approximately 6 adults, who appeared to be males, were seen in the apartment,” they wrote, saying they subsequently found “four children in the back bedroom being hidden by an adult male from first responders.”

According to the incident report the children ranged from ages 5 to 10.

“All of the adult parties were being uncooperative and did not provide helpful information. All adults present denied having children inside the apartment,” they wrote.

Fire crews say they filed a “51A form with the appropriate state agency.”

A 51A form is available for download from the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families and is titled “Report of Child(ren) Alleged to be Suffering from Abuse or Neglect.”

A spokesperson for DCF could not be reached to comment on the disposition of the children due to the Juneteenth federal holiday, though the agency does not typically comment on their work.

The fire crews, according to the incident report, performed CPR on the person in cardiac arrest, who apparently died. The Boston Police Department is investigating. A fire department spokesman confirmed a call came in for that address.

“At about 11:11 AM, on Saturday, June 17th, officers responded to the area of 381 Old Colony Avenue for a death investigation. District Detectives handling, not suspicious, no further information,” a BPD spokesperson told the Herald.

It is unclear whether the children were relatives of the people the fire department described as “appearing to be male” or if they lived in the apartment.

Serge Varlay told our journalist that BlackRock manages $20 trillion dollars worldwide. According to him, “it’s incomprehensible numbers.” BlackRock has over $9.5 trillion of assets under management, that’s larger than the GDP of all countries on the globe except the US and China.

Varlay added that its “exciting when s*** goes wrong.”

Despite the fact that Varlay literally asked the OMG journalist if she was “undercover” based on the nature of her questioning, Varlay didn’t know he was being recorded when he was sharing his thoughts. He was skeptical of the reporter’s questioning because “normal people don’t give a s***” about these harsh realities. “It’s beyond them,” says Varlay.

A video of James O’Keefe’s interview confrontation with Varlay is expected to be released soon. As of the time of this writing. A press representative for BlackRock Inc has declined to comment on the story.

Tucker Carlson Weighs In On Hunter Biden’s ‘Sweetheart Deal’

Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson weighed in on Hunter Biden’s “sweetheart deal” with Trump-appointed prosecutor David Weiss during Tuesday’s broadcast of “Tucker on Twitter.”

Biden agreed to plead guilty to charges of illegally purchasing a gun while under the influence of drugs and for failing to pay his taxes in 2017 and 2018. Carlson said Weiss prosecuted the younger Biden to make the 37-count indictment against former President Donald Trump appear fair and non-political.

“Donald Trump had an idea: ‘They’ll hit Hunter with something small to make their strike on me look fair.’ Trump wrote that about two weeks ago,” Carlson said. “And it turned out those were prescient words. This morning, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to pretty much nothing. Biden pled to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges and then entered a diversion on a federal gun charge. That’s it. As far as Merrick Garland’s Justice Department is concerned, Hunter Biden is done. There was no pre-dawn raid carried live simultaneously on CNN. There was no perp walk, no handcuffs, no press conference.”

“Above all, there was no felony. Hunter Biden, who broke federal gun laws, can still carry a gun. It’s like it all never happened,” he continued.

Carlson said the first son will never be charged for possessing and abandoning a laptop containing details about his business dealings with oil companies in Ukraine and China. The laptop was long discredited by federal agencies and corporate media outlets until March 2022, when The New York Times and The Washington Post confirmed its authenticity. Hunter’s lawyers admitted the data from the laptop was real in a February 2023 letter.

Carlson then pointed out Hunter’s plea deal signals how the people in charge will never face penalties for committing a crime.

“In the meantime, though, the question is what can we learn from Hunter Biden’s plea deal today? First off, the obvious: For the children of the people in charge, there are no penalties — there are only upsides,” Carlson said. “They’re princelings: They can do what they want. You are not. Therefore you can’t. So don’t get any ideas about cheating on your taxes or violating federal gun laws unless you want to celebrate next year’s Father’s Day through the glass of the visitor’s room. The rules definitely apply to you, including rules you don’t know yet exist.”

Carlson is in a legal battle with Fox News over the network accusing him of breaching his contract by posting “Tucker on Twitter.” The network is reportedly demanding Carlson not work until the $20 million contract’s expiration in January 2025.

Fox News sent Carlson a “cease and desist” letter June 12 in an attempt to prevent him from continuing his Twitter series. Carlson’s legal team defended his First Amendment right to openly express his opinions on social media and accused Fox News of breaching their contract.

Carlson previously told those close to him he is ready to unleash attacks on Fox News in order to be freed from the contract.

U.S. Attorney Says Hunter Biden Case Is Not Closed

U.S. Attorney David Weiss said Tuesday that a plea agreement will not end the Justice Department’s (DOJ) investigation into Hunter Biden.

Weiss’s office characterized the investigation into Biden as “ongoing” in a statement. The remarks contradict Biden’s attorney Chris Clark, who told CBS News on Tuesday it is his “understanding that the five-year investigation into Hunter is resolved.”

Clark announced, and the DOJ confirmed, that Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of tax evasion and enter a pre-trial diversion program to address one felony count of illegally possessing a firearm.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment on the matter.

Republicans are conducting a series of wide-ranging investigations into Hunter Biden’s business deals with Ukrainian and Chinese energy firms. They have alleged that the deals benefited then-Vice President Joe Biden, and that Hunter and Joe Biden suborned $5 million bribes from a Ukrainian oligarch. Those investigations will continue, House Oversight and Government Accountability Committee chairman James Comer of Kentucky said in a statement.

In reality of Stalin’s policies, it had a more cruel and diabolic application of political massacre against his opponents. His first victim was Leon Trotsky a Russian revolutionary, politician, and a leader of the Red Army. Stalin outmaneuvered him after Lenin’s death and exiled him to Turkey in 1929. Then, years later Stalin sent his agent to kill him. “In 1940, a Soviet NKVD (KGB) agent, Ramón Mercader, assassinated Trotsky at his home in Mexico. … Written out of Soviet history under Stalin. Manner of death: Assassination by axe attack.” By returning to Moscow, the killer received The Orde of Lenin!!!

Russia’s Operation disinformation cost us an enormous waste of human energy, waste of time, and waste of millions of dollars during the last five years. Tragically, the situation in the crowd of Republicans running for presidency is similar. Joe Biden on Thursday snapped at a reporter who asked him why he was called ‘Big Guy’ by a Burisma executive as revealed in an FBI memo. ‘Why did the Ukraine informant file refer to you as the big guy?’ The reporter asked Biden during an event at the White House. ‘Why did you ask such a dumb question?,’ Biden snapped back. Biden was referred to as the ‘Big Guy’ by a Ukraine Burisma executive who allegedly paid him a $5 million bribe and who has kept 17 audio recordings of phone calls as an ‘insurance policy.’ According to a ‘highly credible’ whistleblower, an internal FD-1023 memo created in 2020 based off information from a highly-paid FBI informant apparently details a $5 million ‘arrangement’ for an exchange of money for policy decisions between then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national.

President Joe Biden on Thursday snapped at a reporter who asked him why he was called ‘Big Guy’ by an executive of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

The nickname was revealed in an FBI memo that Republicans claim proves Biden was at the center of a $5 million cash for influence bribery scheme when he was vice president, a source told DailyMail.com.

DailyMail.com revealed earlier this week that the executive has also kept 17 audio recordings of phone calls with Joe and Hunter as an ‘insurance policy.’
