As evidenced by the wild success of Netflix’s Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, American culture is obsessed with criminals, and all too frequently such individuals enjoy cult-like status.

Charles Manson infamously received love letters while in prison, and copycat crimes are a common occurrence. But in our woke age, the worship of criminals has changed. Such cults are no longer nihilistic (as in the case of Manson).

Instead, the criminal is somehow turned into a saint who stands for some vague social justice ideal. Those individuals have no merits of their own, other than having encountered a tragic end. They are lionized solely on the basis of having been the victim of some injustice, no matter how unjust they may have been towards others.

George Floyd is perhaps the most emblematic case in our times. Candace Owens’ The Greatest Lie Ever Sold seeks to remove the mystic aura that surrounds this dubious character.

Owens has long played the cultural contrarian, so she is well-prepared to mount a frontal iconoclastic attack against this woke idol. She has a history of saying some things perceived as outrageous by liberal media, but by and large, she keeps her composure in the film.

Here and there, sometimes Owens unnecessarily goes overboard (e.g., some jokes about Floyd’s children not being truly his). But the film is effective in showing that Floyd was a person who harmed many people and deserves no praise.

Likewise, Owens puts a human face to Derek Chauvin, the police officer who killed Floyd. Owens makes it sufficiently clear that she is not celebrating Floyd’s death. She is merely saying that neither Floyd nor Chauvin are the saint and the monster that, respectively, the media tries to represent.

This is an entirely reasonable stance.

Yet, the media bullies those who state the obvious and Black Lives Matter has seized the moment to make a buck. This is ironic, considering this organization’s ideology. Black Lives Matter’s founder Patrisse Cullors has claimed that they “are trained Marxists.” Marxism’s approach to religion is well-known: as per this philosophy, religion is a scam (“the opium of the people”) that is used to exploit people and extract from them the wealth they produce.

This view has long been criticized, but in the case of the George Floyd cult, it hits the nail on its head. For, Black Lives Matter is noting but a cult-like racket.

The Greatest Lie Ever Sold shows the extent of Black Lives Matter’s corruption in the handling of donations. Cullors now lives in a mansion located in a predominantly white neighborhood, and she has hired her own brother for security (a man with no experience in that industry), with a salary of more than US$800,000.

Owens relies on some fine investigative work to present these details, and that alone makes the film worth watching.

Nevertheless, it is a flawed product. Owens insists that George Floyd’s death was not caused by Derek Chauvin’s actions; in her words, “it is the story of a man who overdosed.” This version of the events has been refuted by many toxicologists, some of whom testified in the trial of the other officers who were involved in Floyd’s death.

Owens could have focused on the obvious point she makes in the film — Black Lives Matter’s corruption and the media’s complicity — but true to her style, she could not resist the temptation to troll. This is unfortunate, because the larger issue at stake is not the exact cause of Floyd’s death, but rather, whether or not racism and police brutality are a problem in the United States.

Owens misses a golden opportunity to address this topic.

The evidence is not conclusive, but it seems that the United States does face a problem of police brutality. However, there is no indication that this is a racial issue. Harvard’s Roland Fryer famously published a study in which it is demonstrated that there are few racial disparities in the use of police force.

Of course, that does not fit the media narrative. If a white man dies with a cop’s knee on his neck — as in the case of Tony Timpa— the media will look the other way. They are only interested in stories that can be sensationalized with racial overtones, and they found in George Floyd the perfect match.

Although sloppy at times, The Greatest Lie Ever Sold is a welcome contribution to push back against the narrative and cynical ploy of Black Lives Matter and woke ideology.

The Putin Biden KGB Border Plot

Yes, I agree, it is perhaps both and we have it in Biden’s America. That is the reason to continue the discussion on the ideology I am maintaining for over thirty years. Hunter Biden’s lab-story has been dismissed as Russian disinformation and fifty-one CIA experts confirmed it. In fact, there was more than Hunter’s lab-story, it was a Joe Biden story and the KGB/Border Plot will expose it. Familiar to you, Mexican Cartels is a false term, those are the Russian Cartels in Mexico. People who know the history of Stalinism are aware of that. After being defeated in the Spanish Civil War, Stalin brought several thousand Spanish orphans to Russia. These boys and girls had been placed in a special dormitory and trained by the KGB. Later, in 1950-1960th the young men and women had been sent to Central America and Mexico. Though all Cartels have the Latin names, Putin’s KGB is running all of them. There are only Drug Cartels bringing annually $30 Billion earned by Russia on the American Southern border.

The letter signed by fifty-one experts presented a very troublesome event. Their signatures illustrate their incompetence, uselessness, and even stupidity. The question is who organized the event and signing of the letter by those incompetent experts. In this respect, I have to remind you that the FBI and CIA are failed to protect us and the American interests due to their incompetence pertaining Russia and its KGB’s Mafia/Army. None of the four FBI Directors was able to identify the Trump/Dossier produced by the KGB. You can answer the question, knowing that it took me a couple of seconds in 2017 to recognize the Trump/Dossier as a KGB’s Falshivka, a usual KGB’s FRAUD. But my writings have been banned by the FBI to prevent you from knowing the truth since 2002. It could be Mueller himself who submitted my name to the FISA Court to cover-up the Dems’ crime.

There are other evidence of old KGB’s profession—human trafficking. Those who know the history of the KGB should remember the events under the Warsaw Pact in the Eastern Europe. Blond young women from Poland and Czechoslovakia had been sold by the KGB to the Muslim countries. Human smuggling started by the KGB in the 20th century and continues by Vladimir Putin in the 21st century. Human smuggling organizations run by the KGB are alive and well today. Whether you know it or don’t know, the fact remains: Russia was and is a Terrorist State destabilizing people’s life globally.

Did you know that Russia has been systematically sabotaging America through drugs since the 1955 Soviet Law of the Revolutionary War? A hundred thousand Americans killed by drugs in 2021. Biden’s open borders policy works in unison with the KGB’s terrorist activities across the globe, promoting drugs and illegal migration to America. The scale of the KGB’s activities is unprecedented—180 countries. Pay attention to the strategy of targeting children without the parents in those countries. Why was the government transporting children by night in America? Who needs the secrecy? Does it remind you Stalinist motivation and projection to use those children later on? Do you recognize Stalinist ideology?

The similarities are even more threatening. Stalinist agenda to destroy American Capitalism has been a model for Biden’s presidency since the first day in the White House by closing a Key Stone pipeline and waging war on fossil fuel. In fact, Biden’s policy has initiated a global crisis: the natural resources fossil fuel, gas, and coal are the driving force of the global economic engine and there is nothing else now to substitute it. The Putin/Biden plot had established a Globalist World Order against a free market capitalism. This is the beginning of WWIII, deliberately choreographed by the Dems to save their traitorous existence.

Now, when your eyes are more open, don’t be surprised by the number of countries infiltrated by the KGB: the agency has been operating during the 20th century and beyond. It spread from North to South, from a girl-Greta in Sweden, an emotional and nervous agitator for “climate change” to “prevent people’s extinction” to the South-Africa Communist government where the KGB is in control and power. Although John Durham’s hands were tied, he is on the right path. Unfortunately, his investigation will not be completed. But the major focus now emphasizes the FBI as a main bad actor. John Durham is right. I was warning you about the FBI and CIA for the last thirty years…

Fascism Never Sleeps

As a former Soviet attorney, I know the Soviet System pretty well and write about it in my books and columns over thirty years. The resemblance to fascism I saw living through Stalinism and learning it in reality. People surrounding me called the Soviet System—Stalinism. The special features of Stalinism and Fascism had been identical: the weaponization of Law Enforcement and establishment of a variety of punitive agencies to control and power over the population. This is the reason that the major topic of my writings is the KGB’s Mafia/Army, which represents all of them.

I choose the term KGB to represent all those punitive agencies, because these three letters have been pretty well familiar to America and the world. The more I write, the more I am convinced that this discussion is a necessity in America and the world today. Some people in America have heard Stalin’s name, but only some. The discussion on whether we are dealing with Soviet Socialism or Soviet fascism is vital today under Biden’s Presidency. Biden called me “Semi-Fascist,” but when I am experiencing something very familiar to me, I recognize it. By the way, the Soviet people called the KGB—the Soviet Gestapo. In this respect, I have to remind you of W. Churchill’s idea: “The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.” Pay attention to Antifa and BLM—they have the same parents.

I was following Biden’s Clan-family for decades. For me, Biden’s personal and open participation in the Clan began in 2013-2014, when Obama appointed him as a point man for Ukraine. You saw it, when Biden publicly pronounced quid-pro-quod, threatening Ukraine with $Billion if a prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden hasn’t fired. It was the time, when Putin/Biden were together suffocating the young Ukrainian democracy. Nothing has changed since and The Putin/Biden KGB/Border Plot proves that. James Madison was right: “It is a prologue to a farce or a tragedy, or perhaps both.”

There is another “Red Flag” for the Biden presidency—the Iranian Deal. I was writing about and introducing you to the term “Axis of Evil” for decades. It was created under the Russian umbrella to wage the war against Western civilization in the 20th century. You are watching the continuation of this war by Putin and Chairman Xi Jinpin, both united by the ideology and agenda left to them by Comrade Stalin: One World Socialist Government under the Kremlin Rule.  Look at the “Axis of Evil” countries: North Korea, China, Belarus, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, they are all terrorists’ countries. Biden’s Iranian Deal is his attempt to join the group, instead of fighting their Socialist agenda “under the Russian umbrella.” Isn’t This Treason?

The Biden alternative universe has been built by Socialist modus operandi: lies, deception, fabrication and fraud… Stalinist Soviet Union had been built the same exact way in the 20th century. I was stunned, watching Dan Bongino interview with the FBI whistleblower Steve Friend. He described events in the FBI that gravely affected his family. Steve Friend told the story of hundreds of my clients, who came to my law office and like him said that they didn’t want to comply with the regime of Stalinist Socialism… In all my books and columns I was introducing you to Socialist modus operandi to warn you: The Democrat Party behaves the same exact metastasized way—it shapes Soviet Socialism with the help of the FBI in America. Watch Biden’s deceptive-maneuvering on Ukraine, he learned a lot from the KGB policy of “disinformation.” He is the KGB’s puppet with dementia. As Putin started war on Ukraine February 24, 2022, the White House reaction was unambiguous: the war will last three days and Ukraine will be defeated. Then Biden offered President Zelenskyy to send a plane and bring him and his family to America. That infuriated me. By continuing my public discussion of the ideology, I wrote a column defending Ukraine and expressing my disagreement with the White House: The Global Threat of Anti-Semitism: Fascism, February 28, 2022. The next day, March 1, 2022 was Biden’s State of the Union Address at 9 p.m. EST. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears, the attitude to the Russian war on Ukraine had been changed to 180 degree. It took me sometimes to find the rationale, but I did.

History is the Mother of all sciences and my column on February 28, 22 presented a misfortunate fate of Ukraine under Soviet Socialism. It also reveals Putin’s desire to build again the Russian Empire in Europe. As a matter of fact, without Ukraine there can’t be a Russian Empire. Ukraine is a European country and the Putin aggressive war where Russia is killing everything alive is the dictator’s desire to build the Russian Empire. The White House has been reading my columns since 2002. Reading the last one gave Biden’s team the idea of saving the Democrat Party and preventing its extinction for the crime they had been committing for decades. That was the rationale for using Ukraine…

But hold your horses! The Republicans still don’t perceive the global scale of the issue. The sabotage against the American Constitutional Republic began many decades ago. I had evidence about Bill Clinton and since him the Democrat Party was engaged in malfeasances against the American political system. In 2016 Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Vladimir Putin cooked up a plan to destroy Donald J. Trump and the KGB’s production of Trump/Dossier had popped up. We are still in the labyrinth, puzzled to find the correct answers today in 2022, six years later. This is a result of our incompetence about Russia and its Intel Apparatus that destroying us from within. For America to survive that knowledge is imperative today.

WASHINGTON — Thousands of federal government officials across the executive branch reported owning or trading stocks that stood to rise or fall with decisions made by their agencies, a Wall Street Journal investigation found.

More than 2,600 officials at agencies from the Commerce Department to the Treasury Department, during both Republican and Democratic administrations, disclosed stock investments in companies that were lobbying their agencies for favorable policies. That amounts to more than one in five senior federal employees across 50 federal agencies reviewed by the Journal, is said in an article published Oct. 11.

An official at the Environmental Protection Agency reported purchases of oil and gas stocks. The Food and Drug Administration improperly let an official own dozens of food and drug stocks on its “no-buy” list. A Defense Department official bought stock in a company before it won new business from the Pentagon, according to the report.

Title 18, section 208 of the U.S. Code, a criminal statute, prohibits employees in the executive branch from participating in a government matter that will have a direct and predictable effect on their financial interests, Federal Times has reported.

Such conflict-of-interests can include insider trading, a hot-button issue that the U.S. House of Representatives has grappled with in seeking to reform the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act.

The STOCK Act, by some experts’ estimation, is the closest the government has come thus far in targeting stock trading by members of Congress. Then-President Barack Obama signed it into law in 2012, amending the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and making explicit that the prohibition against insider trading would apply to members.

The Journal said it analyzed more than 31,000 financial-disclosure forms for about 12,000 senior career employees, political staff and presidential appointees. The review spans 2016 through 2021 and includes data on about 850,000 financial assets and more than 315,000 trades in stocks, bonds and funds by the officials, their spouses or children.

While the Ethics in Government Act, passed on the heels of the Watergate scandal, mandated that senior employees of the executive branch submit public financial disclosures, the vast majority aren’t available online or readily accessible. The review amounts to the most comprehensive analysis of investments held by executive-branch officials, who have wide but largely unseen influence over public policy, the Journal said.

Among the findings:

— While the government was ramping up scrutiny of big technology companies, more than 1,800 federal officials reported owning or trading at least one of four major tech stocks: Meta Platforms’s Facebook, Alphabet’s Google, Apple and Amazon.com.

— Dozens of officials at agencies including the Federal Trade Commission and the Justice Department reported trading stock in companies shortly before their departments announced enforcement actions.

— More than 200 senior EPA officials, nearly one in three, reported investments in companies that were lobbying the agency.

— At the Defense Department, officials in the office of the secretary reported collectively owning between $1.2 million and $3.4 million of stock in aerospace and defense companies on average each year examined by the Journal. Some held stock in Chinese companies while the U.S. was considering blacklisting the companies.

Not every member of the executive branch is a public filer. Most that are hold high-level leadership positions. In addition to new entrant, annual, and termination reports, public filers must also report transactions of certain securities as they occur so that ethics officials can evaluate potential red flags.

American Parents Who Protest Schools are Terrorists. Muslim Parents are ‘Multifaceted’

You can’t treat Muslims like terrorists.

The wave of protests against sexual materials and agendas in schools spreading around the country appeared in Dearborn, Michigan. Islamists in America had long grappled with how to manage both their leftist alliances and the sexual agendas of those allies. Most opted for public expressions of support and private repression. The breach broke out in the open in Dearborn with videos of angry Arab Muslims, among others, speaking out at school board meetings.

They waved signs, booed speakers, and denounced the board members. The same sort of stuff that led Biden and Garland’s DOJ to illegally coordinate a school board association letter preparing to treat them like terrorists.

But they can’t treat Muslims like terrorists.

The sheer awkwardness was captured by the local NPR affiliate’s story on the protests.

.Community members within the Dearborn Public School District have been in heated debate over several LGBTQ-positive books and their availability to students. The debate in Dearborn came to a head at a school board meeting this week.

It’s not the first time a religious, conservative group has opposed the availability of books that include LGBTQ-positive stories and sentiments.

However, unlike we’ve seen before, many of those religious conservatives are Muslim. It’s the first time someone other than Evangelicals and far-right constituents have been a sizeable force in the protests at the school board.

Reporter Niraj Warikoo provided some context on this multifaceted issue. We also heard from someone who’s taken a stand in favor of age-appropriate, LGBTQ-positive books.

When American parents protest sexual materials being inflicted on their kids, it’s terrorism. But when Muslims protest, it’s “multifaceted”.

That’s especially true since the local CAIR appeared to be involved in guiding some parents behind the scenes while cautioning them away from public protests. Others however, with fewer woke alliances, took a more vocal stand.

One of Michigan’s most prominent faith leaders, Imam Hassan Al-Qazwini of the Islamic Institute of America in Dearborn Heights, urged people during his Friday sermon to attend the protests.

“Some of those books are completely inappropriate for our children to read,” Al-Qazwini said. “Some of those books promote pornography. Some of them promote homosexuality. We don’t need this. Go and attend this meeting.”

Al-Qazwini and others said that they have the democratic right to decide what is appropriate in their schools since their faith is now in the majority. Dearborn is about 47% Arab American, most of them Muslim, and Dearborn Heights is about one-third Arab American, according to census data

What’s the Left going to do? Shut up and take it. At least in public. And explain how multifaceted it all is, and double down on pushing this stuff anyway. Publicly, dissent is impossible. And impracticable. The Left hopes to run the same routine that it did with the black community, but it doesn’t understand the territory. Or the players.

They’re the majority and they mean it.

When similar incidents happened in the UK, there was some handwringing and inspectors were sent to investigate Jewish and Christian schools. Expect the media and activist lefties to loudly shift attention back to safer targets. And then call them terrorists.

DeSantis Intends To Ship Migrants To Delaware, Illinois

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis intends on sending more migrant aliens to two states considered Democratic strongholds.

After sending nearly 50 immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard last month, a DeSantis spokesperson said that the Governor’s administration is poised to send more migrants to Illinois, as well as President Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware, The Associated Press reported.

Approximately 100 migrants will reportedly be distributed between the two states, according to the outlet.

The relocation efforts were scheduled to occur in early October but were delayed due to the devastation that the state of Florida experienced due to the recent wrath of Hurricane Ian. Now, the deadline is set for the first of December, according to the outlet.

DeSantis Communications Director Taryn Fenske told The AP in an email that “While Florida has had all hands on deck responding to our catastrophic hurricane, the immigration relocation program remains active.”

The governor has faced legal scrutiny and backlash for the decision to send the migrants to Martha’s Vineyard where which former President Barack Obama owns a sizable home. The Florida gubernatorial administration is apparently unperturbed.

As a result, there is speculation that the group sent to the Massachusetts island could potentially be on a path to attain U.S. citizenship due to a pending investigation by a Texas sheriff, Politico reported.

The Martha’s Vineyard migrants themselves have also sued DeSantis for allegedly misleading them, according to The New York Times.

Now we have the proof that it was all a setup and the entire thing was filmed by a pre-staged camera crew.

On Thursday CNN released never-before-seen footage of Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell inside the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 — the two people who refused to call in the National Guard prior to that day and during the rioting.

The footage was filmed by Nancy’s daughter Alexandra. Nancy’s son-in-law was outside filming the insurrection.

It was all staged.

Julie Kelly tweeted out the CNN production on Thursday night.

The entire “insurrection” was planned and staged.

These people truly are demons.

As we reported on October 4, Eugene Yu, a Chinese immigrant and CEO of Konnech, an election software company, was arrested “as part of an investigation into the possible theft of personal identifying information of [Los Angeles County election] workers,” which officials believed “was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.”

The other shocking part of the story was that LA County District Attorney George Gascon, who’s not known as being tough on crime, announced the arrest and extradition and that investigators from his office had been working on the case.

One of Konnech’s software offerings is a program called PollChief, which schedules election workers and assists elections officials with supply and logistics procedures. In 2019 LA County entered into a contract with Konnech, and a sole-source contract worth more than $2 million was finalized in 2020. As part of the contract, Konnech was to abide by state and federal law, and to various information security procedures, which an LA County District Attorney’s office investigator described in a complaint supporting the request for a warrant for Yu’s arrest:

  • “[C]ontractor shall screen and conduct background checks on all Contractor personnel contacting County’s Confidential Information, including Personally Identifiable Information, for potential security risks and require all employees and contractors to sign an appropriate written confidentiality non-disclosure agreement.
  • Personally Identifiable Information, and County’s Confidential Information: (i) may only be made available and accessible to those parties explicitly authorized under the Contract or otherwise expressly approved by County in writing.
  • Only Contractor’s staff who are based in the United States and are citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States shall have access to any County data, including personally identifiable information, hosted in County’s instance of the System Software.

This complaint, which is dated October 13, 2022, contains additional information about what investigators have found – information that does not lead to any type of confidence in the security of our election information.

Despite Eugene Yu’s insistence in a verified court pleading that “all of Konnech’s U.S. customer data is secured and stored exclusively on protected computers located within the United States,” the Los Angeles County DA’s office found that:

“On or about October 10, 2019, through October 4, 2022, Eugene Yu and other employees at Konnech, Inc. were providing these services to Los Angeles County using third-party contractors based in China.

“…Konnech employees known and unknown sent personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers to third-party software developers who assisted with creating and fixing Konnech’s internal ‘PollChief’ software.”

So, the personal identifying information of US election workers was intentionally sent not just out of the country, but to China. And to third-party contractors, which is potentially in complete violation of the state’s anti-independent contracting AB5 law.

And, just as many have suspected, Chinese “contractors” (code for CCP operatives; don’t kid yourself) have had full access to not just the personal identifying information of Los Angeles County election workers (emphasis mine):

“On or about August 18, 2022, Luis Nabergoi, project manager for Konnech’s contract with the County of Los Angeles, confirmed via the messaging app DingTalk that any employee for Chinese contractors working on PollChief software had ‘superadministration’ privileges for all PollChief clients. Mr. Nabergoi described the situation as a ‘huge security issue.’”

It’s more than just a “huge security issue.” Even if nothing nefarious has been done with that access, a possibility which requires the suspension of disbelief, this revelation validates every concern that has been expressed in the security of our elections since, well, long before 2020. But we know it was happening through August, 2022, at a minimum. And while the City of Minneapolis initially defended its contract with Konnech, saying there was no information that the personal identifying information of their poll workers was compromised, officials might want to revisit that statement in light of the above.

In addition, one function PollChief software provides is management of “election workers and voting
locations (including Vote Centers, drop boxes and check-in centers),” meaning that election officials can use the software to assign employees to retrieve ballots from drop boxes and deliver them to the elections office, and uses GPS and location data from the app on the employee’s phone to determine which employee is located closest to the drop box and continues to track their location for chain-of-custody purposes. However, as some have pointed out, it’s certainly possible that this app could be repurposed for ballot harvesting and delivery purposes.

It isn’t surprising that the Biden administration is scrambling to hide its abusive machinations.

The latest: The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is releasing only 65 out of more than 1,600 pages of records related to the Biden administration’s unprecedented raid on the home of former President Trump.

We’re seeking the records in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit we filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after NARA failed to respond adequately to a February 2022 request (Judicial Watch v National Archives and Records Administration (No. 1:22-cv-02535).

We’re asking for:

  • All records regarding the referral from NARA to the Department of Justice regarding the records management procedures of former President Donald Trump (https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/national-archives-asks-doj-investigate-trumps-handling-white/story?id=82781128 ). This request includes all related records of communication between any official or employee of NARA and any official or employee of the Department of Justice and/or any other branch, department, agency, or office of the federal government.
  • All records regarding the retrieval of records from President Trump or any individual or entity acting on his behalf by the National Archives and Records Administration. This request includes related records of communication between any official or employee of NARA and President Trump and/or any individual or entity acting on his behalf.

On October 3 the Archives released documents for only two categories of records: 1) all emails between NARA officials and representatives of former President Trump and 2) NARA emails to external entities other than Trump representatives related to the 15 boxes as of March 31, 2022.

The Archives recently sent us two letters in which it stated that it found 309 pages relating to Category 1 but was releasing only 11 pages, less than one percent, nine pages in full and 2 in part.

The Archives said it found 1,303 pages of emails in Category 2 but was releasing only 54, 39 in full, 15 with redactions. Again, less than one percent of the records.

The National Archives released a few pages of correspondence with Congress and an email with former President Trump’s representatives in which the Archives asserted alleged authority over records in Trump’s personal possession.

NARA referred to numerous FOIA exemptions as the reasons for its withholdings:

  • Exemption (b)(5) was asserted to protect NARA’s deliberations with Trump’s representatives, Congress, and other federal agencies
  • Exemption (b)(6) was asserted to protect personal privacy.
  • Exemption (b)(7)(A) was asserted to withhold records compiled for law enforcement purposes.
  • Exemption (b)(7)(C) was asserted to withhold records compiled for law enforcement purposes, the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.
  • Exemption (b)(7)(E) was asserted to protect law enforcement information related to techniques and procedures that, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to risk circumvention of the law.

The Biden administration is in cover-up mode on its abusive and unprecedented raid of former President Trump’s home. The National Archives pretends to be concerned about public access to public information while unlawfully ignoring FOIA law and using a myriad of excuses to hide records about its manufactured dispute over the Trump records.

We are at the forefront of the court battle for transparency regarding the abusive Biden raid on Trump’s home.

In August, we forced the release of the raid affidavit through a court request to unseal the warrant materials used in the unprecedented raid on the home of former President Trump.

We also just filed two lawsuits against the Justice Department for records of the Mar-a-Lago raid search warrant application and approval, as well as communications about the warrant between the FBI, Executive Office of the President and the Secret Service.

And more lawsuits are coming…

Judicial Watch Sues over Possible FBI Obstruction of Hunter Biden Investigation

The FBI is corrupt and can’t be trusted to engage fairly with the American people or their elected representatives in Congress. Whistleblowers have been revealing the extent of the dishonesty, and we’re paying attention.

We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Department of Justice for all records in the possession of FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten regarding an August 6, 2020, briefing provided to members of the U.S. Senate (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02821).

Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Chuck Grassley (R-IA) raised concerns that the briefing was intended to undermine the senators’ investigation of Hunter Biden. Indeed, Johnson suggested that, if these allegations are true, they would represent “one of the greatest episodes of Executive Branch corruption in American history.”

We sued after the DOJ failed to reply to an August 2, 2022, FOIA request for:

All unclassified records including emails, email chains, email attachments, notes (digital and / or hand-written), briefings, data, documents, letters, evidence, assessments, in the possession of FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten concerning an August 6, 2020, briefing provided to members of the U.S. Senate, specifically, Senator’s Johnson and Grassley.

Here’s the background.

In a July 25, 2022, letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Senator Grassley, ranking member of the Committee on the Judiciary, wrote:

On May 31, 2022, I wrote to you regarding likely violations of Federal laws, regulations and Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) guidelines by Assistant Special Agent in Charge (“ASAC”) Timothy Thibault of the Washington Field Office (“WFO”) based on a pattern of active public partisanship in his then public social media content…. My letter … invited individuals, including current and former government employees, to contact me and my office to confidentially report allegations of fraud, waste, abuse and gross mismanagement by FBI and Justice Department (“Department”) officials including, but not limited to, ASAC Thibault. In response, my office has received a significant number of protected communications from highly credible whistleblowers.

The information provided to my office involves concerns about the FBI’s receipt and use of derogatory information relating to Hunter Biden, and the FBI’s false portrayal of acquired evidence as disinformation. The volume and consistency of these allegations substantiate their credibility and necessitate this letter.

First, it’s been alleged that the FBI developed information in 2020 about Hunter Biden’s criminal financial and related activity. It is further alleged that in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by FBI Headquarters (‘FBI HQ’) team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease. Based on allegations, verified and verifiable derogatory information on Hunter Biden was falsely labeled as disinformation.

The basis for how the FBI HQ team selected the specific information for inclusion in Auten’s assessment is unknown, but in more than one instance the focus of the FBI HQ team’s attention involved derogatory information about Hunter Biden. Accordingly, the allegations provided to my office appear to indicate that there was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.

Importantly, it’s been alleged to my office that Auten’s assessment was opened in August 2020, which is the same month that Senator Johnson and I received an unsolicited and unnecessary briefing from the FBI that purportedly related to our Biden investigation and a briefing for which the contents were later leaked in order to paint the investigation in a false light.

On July 26, 2022, Senator Johnson, the ranking member of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Homeland Security, wrote a letter to Garland, Wray, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz:

Yesterday, Senator Grassley sent a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) revealing information that may confirm what I have suspected for years: “[T]here was a scheme in place among certain FBI officials to undermine derogatory information connected to Hunter Biden by falsely suggesting it was disinformation.”

[O]n August 6, 2020, Senator Grassley and I received a briefing from the FBI which we always assumed was a set up to intentionally discredit our ongoing work into Hunter Biden’s extensive foreign financial entanglements. Indeed, months after that briefing—which was not specific and unconnected to our investigation—it was leaked to the Washington Post who reported on it and tied it to “an extensive effort by the [FBI] to alert members of Congress . . . that they faced a risk of being used to further Russia’s attempt to influence the election’s outcome[.]”
If these recent whistleblower revelations are true, it would strongly suggest that the FBI’s August 6, 2020 briefing was indeed a targeted effort to intentionally undermine a Congressional investigation. The FBI being weaponized against two sitting chairmen of U.S. Senate committees with constitutional oversight responsibilities would be one of the greatest episodes of Executive Branch corruption in American history.

Auten is reportedly under investigation for his role in the FBI Crossfire Hurricane investigation targeting Trump and just testified in the Durham Special Counsel trial of Igor Danchenko, who was paid by both the Clinton campaign and the FBI to dig up dirt on President Trump.

It is no coincidence the FBI operatives implicated in improperly protecting Hunter and Joe Biden were also abusing President Trump. The Justice Department and the FBI have been irredeemably compromised and their refusal to follow federal transparency law further confirms their corruption.

Through FOIA, we have uncovered significant information about Hunter Biden, who served on the board of directors for Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings despite having no previous experience in the energy industry.

We recently sued the Department of Homeland Security for Secret Service records related to the investigation of Hunter Biden’s gun, reportedly disposed of in a dumpster in Delaware.

In December 2020, we received records from the State Department tying Hunter Biden’s Burisma Holdings’ lobbying operation to an influence-peddling operation involving the Clinton campaign during the 2016 election. Also uncovered were State Department records showing that former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie “Masha” Yovanovitch had specifically warned in 2017 about corruption allegations against Burisma Holdings.

In October 2020, State Department records that included a briefing checklist of a February 22, 2019, meeting in Kyiv between then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch and Sally Painter, co-founder and chief operating officer of Blue Star Strategies, a Democratic lobbying firm which was hired by Burisma Holdings to combat corruption allegations. The briefing checklist notes that Painter also planned to meet with Foreign Commercial Service (FCS) Officer Martin Claessens “regarding the Burisma Group energy company.” (Painter was implicated in the Clinton-era fundraising scandal we exposed that involved the alleged sale of seats on Commerce Department trade missions to Democratic National Committee donors.)

In September 2020, State Department records include a January 17, 2017, email from George Kent, the Obama administration’s deputy assistant secretary of state in charge of Ukraine policy, which was copied to then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, highlighting Russia-linked media “trolling” Joe Biden over “his son’s business.” An email was sent four days prior to the inauguration of President Donald Trump to a redacted recipient and CCd to Yovanovitch with the subject line “medvedchuk-linked vesti trolls Biden.” Kent writes: “Burisma – gift that keeps on giving. (With medvedchuk affiliated Vesti pushing the troll like storyline on visit day)”

In June 2020, U.S. Secret Service records showed that, for the first five and a half years of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden traveled extensively while receiving a Secret Service protective detail. During the time period of the records provided, Hunter Biden took 411 separate domestic and international flights, including to 29 different foreign countries. He visited China five times.

We are also suing the DHS for Secret Service records on Hunter Biden’s travel and security costs, and suing the State Department for messages sent through the SMART (State Messaging and Archive Retrieval Toolkit) system that mention Hunter Biden.

COVID Funds: $300,000 to Study How College Grading Perpetuates ‘Inequalities’

President Biden’s bureaucrats are throwing your tax dollars at disturbing leftist projects. Here’s just one example, reported in our Corruption Chronicles blog.

A public university is getting hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Biden administration’s fraud infested COVID relief fund to study how traditional grading in college perpetuates systemic inequalities toward nontraditional and rural students. “Common classroom practices, such as grading and the use of grades to assess knowledge and performance, may have unintended consequences on students who invariably derive an awareness of their own academic abilities from the results of those grading structures,” according to the National Science Foundation (NSF), which is doling out the money. “In fact, these traditional practices may inadvertently create and promote inequities among different student groups, particularly in large enrollment courses, but these issues have largely been unexplored.”

Beginning early next year, the agency will give North Dakota State University (NDSU) $300,000 to explore the phenomenon. The project is officially titled “Reimagining Grading to Support Nontraditional and Rural Students in High Enrollment, Gateway STEM Courses” and it will be funded by the American Rescue Plan of 2021, the nearly $2 trillion measure passed by Democrats to provide immediate and direct relief to families and workers impacted by the COVID-19 crisis through no fault of their own. When the law passed last spring, the Biden administration promoted it as one of the most progressive pieces of legislation in history that would build a bridge to an equitable economic recovery. The administration justified the measure by asserting that the public health crisis and resulting economic crisis devastated the health and economic wellbeing of millions of Americans, particularly people of color, immigrants, and low-wage workers.

The reality is that a lot of the money—billions and counting—has gone to unrelated causes and the administration’s monstrous taxpayer funded COVID relief program is rife with fraud and corruption. The problem is so bad that the Department of Justice (DOJ) created a COVID-19 Fraud Enforcement Task Forceto “enhance efforts to combat and prevent pandemic-related fraud.” The special unit has been quite busy prosecuting a multitude of scams, false statements, and money laundering related to pandemic relief. This month House Republicans issued a report documenting 500 days of massive waste, fraud, and abuse in the American Rescue Plan. It includes more than $783 million in stimulus checks for convicted prisoners including the Boston Marathon bomber, $40 million to expand libraries in Delaware, $2 million for a Florida golf course and $16 million for electric vehicle charging stations in Maine and $20 million to modernize the state’s fish hatcheries. The list goes on and on.

The scathing report may seem like the $300,000 for the latest questionable project is a drop in the bucket, but it highlights that cash flow has not been deterred by waste. The NDSU researcher (Tara Slominski) who will conduct the study beginning next year claims in a university article that that traditional grading practices perpetuate systemic inequities for college students. “Her work will directly address this challenge by providing STEM faculty with equitable and practical assessment and grading approaches to better support today’s college students,” the piece states, adding that the work will create more equitable learning environments. Slominski teaches biology at NDSU and has already developed a curriculum to promote success among at-risk students. She claims that “the findings from this work will help faculty across the country and across disciplines create more equitable learning environments that are better suited to support the needs of today’s college students.”

The NSF, which funds more than a quarter of research conducted at American colleges with its $8.5 billion annual budget, explains that Slominski’s postdoctoral research fellowship project seeks to examine the impact of grading practices on self-concept and STEM persistence with a special focus on rural and nontraditional students. “The project has promise to produce new insights about equitable classroom and grading practices for rural and nontraditional students that are compatible with the constraints of high enrollment gateway courses,” the agency writes in the grant announcement. It is not clear how this may provide immediate and direct relief to families and workers impacted by the COVID-19 crisis through no fault of their own as the American Rescue Plan intended.

CEO Allegedly Conspired To Store California Election Workers’ Data In China

Eugene Yu, whom police arrested last week for alleged data theft, allegedly conspired to store California election workers’ personal data in China during the 2020 presidential election, prosecutors said in a court filing Thursday.

Yu’s firm, Konnech, entered a contract with Los Angeles County to provide secure poll worker management software for the 2020 election that stipulated all employee payroll and scheduling data collected by the company should be stored in the U.S., according to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. Despite multiple statements to The New York Times denying Yu or Konnech stored data in China, new court filings indicate that Yu deliberately collaborated with unknown conspirators to transfer the personal information of hundreds of Los Angeles election workers through third party contractors based in China.

Luis Nabergoi, Konnech’s project manager for the Los Angeles operation, sent a memo via Chinese messaging app DingTalk around Aug. 18 confirming Chinese contractors exercised so-called “superadministration” privileges for all clients of Konnech’s PollChief software, the court documents state. Nabergoi called the situation a “huge security issue.”

The Chinese company with whom Konnech contracted was responsible for developing troubleshooting software, according to the NYT.

On Oct. 4, Nabergoi sent an internal email informing Konnech employees the company was “moving t0 a new stage in the company maturity and we need to ensure the security, privacy and confidentiality or [sic] our client data,” the court documents state.

The documents also included allegations the company embezzled at least $2,645,000 by violating the company’s contract with Los Angeles County.

Authorities arrested Yu in Michigan on Oct. 5 following initial allegations that Konnech stored the personal information of Los Angeles election workers in servers located in China, extraditing him to California afterward.

“Data breaches are an ongoing threat to our digital way of life. When we entrust a company to hold our confidential data, they must be willing and able to protect our personal identifying information from theft,” District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement.

Gascón said the event could constitute a “cyber intrusion” in U.S. elections.

None of the data appeared to have been sold, according to the Los Angeles Times. However, intelligence services operating on behalf of Beijing could obtain access to information from private companies housed in Chinese servers, according to a 2020 Foreign Policy report.

None of Konnech’s actions had an effect on vote counting or altered election results, according to the L.A. District Attorney’s office.

True The Vote, a election integrity organization, previously reported concerns about Yu and Konnech to the FBI in 2021 after claiming their researchers had accessed Konnech data from servers in China, according to the NYT. Los Angeles County authorities began investigating Konnech after receiving a tip from Gregg Phillips, a True The Vote associate.

After Yu’s arrest, Konnech distributed a letter to clients claiming the company “never hosted your data or system in servers outside of the United States,” the NYT reported.

The district attorney declined to say whether other individuals were under investigation, the NYT reported.

Konnech did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

Biden Executive Edict Allows Spying on Americans to Assess ‘Political Instability’

Biden executive order allows spying on Americans to assess ‘political instability,’ climate ‘threats’

The executive order provides a kind of legal ‘backdoor’ to surveillance of Americans under extremely broad pretexts.

(Life Site News) – President Joe Biden issued an executive order (EO) that allows the government to spy on Americans for broadly defined reasons including understanding “public health risks,” “political instability,” and the “threat” of climate change.

The October 7 EO is ostensibly written to “enhanc[e] safeguards” for “United States Signals Intelligence Activities,” which is intelligence gathering by the interception of signals, including communications, such as through cell phones, or those not used in communication.

An accompanying fact sheet explains that the EO is meant to help “implement the U.S. commitments under the European Union-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF)” in an effort to “restore trust and stability” to transatlantic data flows. Thus, both Europeans and Americans are subject to the EO’s provisions.

The EO attempts to allay civil liberties concerns by explicitly prohibiting signals intelligence collection for the purposes of “suppressing or burdening criticism or dissent,” for example. However, the stated “legitimate objectives” of such signals intelligence collection opens the door to an extremely broad array of permitted reasons for interception — in other words, spying — by the U.S. government.

Alongside permitting spying for the purposes of sizing up the capabilities of foreign entities, the EO permits signals intelligence collection for “understanding or assessing transnational threats that impact global security, including climate and other ecological change, public health risks, humanitarian threats, political instability, and geographic rivalry.”

The document’s lack of elaboration on such so-called “transnational threats” raises the question of the true scope of activity now officially subject to spying by the U.S. government, which is potentially massive.

Assessing the “threat” of climate change, for example, could theoretically include collecting satellite signals to track the car travel of Americans and Europeans since car emissions are considered by climate activists to be one of the top sources of greenhouse gases.

The document’s wording also raises the question of what kind of activities are considered a threat to “political stability,” since Biden has declared that “MAGA Republicans” “represent an extremism and a threat to the very foundations of our republic,” and claimed that they “do not respect the rule of law.”

He suggested such “extremism” is constituted by conservative beliefs in the right to life from the moment of conception, and in traditional marriage, declaring that “MAGA forces are determined to take this country backwards … to an America where there is no right to choose … no right to marry who you love.”

Court Upholds Florida Ban On Taxpayer Funding For Sex Changes

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that Florida can move forward with a new rule barring Medicaid funds from being spent on sex-changes and other transgender-related care.

A group of transgender rights organizations filed a preliminary injunction request against the rule after it was implemented by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration in August, but Judge Robert Hinkle ruled against the request Wednesday. Hinkle stated that the challenge to the rule wasn’t a constitutional one, rather a question about the Medicaid statute.

Transgender advocates had alleged that the rule, which prevents the state from covering most “gender-affirming” care via Medicaid, violated the equal protections clause of the constitution. “There’s nothing wrong with the state saying they will approve treatment for this and not that,” Hinkle determined. “The question here is about the Medicaid statute.”

Gender-affirming care is a euphemism for treatments that facilitate sex changes. The Florida rule covers procedures including sex-change surgeries, behavioral therapy and hormone therapy.

The groups that filed the suit did so on behalf of four plaintiffs, two of whom are 12-year-old children. Florida has taken steps to push back on the promotion of transgenderism to children in recent months, including via the highly contentious Parental Rights in Education law.

One witness who testified for the state was New Jersey resident Yaakov Sheinfeld, whose 18-year-old daughter began the process of gender transition on the advice of a therapist who diagnosed her with gender dysphoria. Sheinfeld said his daughter’s anxiety and depression never went away, even after the “gender-affirming” care began, and she ultimately died of a drug overdose.

Florida is now one of ten states that doesn’t cover sex changes and related care under Medicaid.

Crisis On The Southern Border: Only The Tip of Biden’s Immigration Iceberg

It is commonsense that after a major flood disaster recovery begins with cleaning up the mess.  Because of the policies of the Biden administration America has been flooded with unprecedented numbers of illegal aliens–yet no attention is being given to the need or the means to clean up the mess created by this human tsunami that undermines national security, public safety and public health.

The crisis on the southern border has grown so huge that it can no longer be ignored by the mainstream media.  Records continue to be set and then broken as ever more aliens from countries around the world head for that dangerous border encouraged by the policies of the Biden Administration as carried out by the Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.

However, Biden’s destruction of immigration law enforcement is hardly limited to the dangerous Mexican border, however neither the media nor politicians will even mention these other elements of the immigration system that are part and parcel of Biden’s “immigration iceberg.” by the media or by our political leaders from either party perhaps because they are among the Profiteers of Biden Administration’s Open Borders Policy or reaccepting massive campaign contribution (bribes?) from those profiteers.

So, while the media and the politicians, including most Republicans, remain focused on the 2,000 mile disastrous U.S./Mexican border, they blithely ignore 98% of America’s borders as well as the need for meaningful interior enforcement of our immigration laws.

(The United States actually has more than 100,000 miles of border when you consider that the U.S. Canadian border is about 4,000 miles long and the United States also has about 95,000 miles of coastline.)

Additionally, the United States has well over 100 International airports located in virtually all 50 states and smugglers frequently land their airplanes on makeshift  landing strips within the United States.

Illegal aliens and contraband are flooding into the United States in a wide variety of means and locations that completely bypass the Southern border.

Consider these two recent Justice Department (DOJ) pres releases about the U.S./Canadian border:

On July 29, 2022 the Department of Justice issued a press release, Quebec Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Import and Distribute Fentanyl that began with these paragraphs:

Jason Joey Berry, 39, of Montreal, Canada, pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and import it into the United States, resulting in serious bodily injury and death. The criminal conspiracy involved distributing fentanyl and other similar substances from Canada and China into the United States, resulting in 15 overdoses, four of which were fatal.

According to court documents, Berry arranged the distribution of fentanyl and fentanyl analogues to the United States and elsewhere while incarcerated in a Canadian prison. Berry led the conspiracy in Canada with another inmate, Daniel Vivas Ceron, 41, who pleaded guilty in July 2019 to continuing criminal enterprise, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and controlled substance analogues resulting in serious bodily injury and death, and money laundering. This investigation started in North Dakota on Jan. 3, 2015, with the overdose death in Grand Forks, North Dakota, of Bailey Henke.

After listing the pedigrees on more than a dozen coconspirators in this case, the DOJ press release noted:

This case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force, IRS Criminal Investigation, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Portland Police Bureau – Narcotics and Organized Crime Division, Oregon/Idaho HIDTA Interdiction Task Force, Oregon State Police, and the Grand Forks Police Department. The Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs provided valuable assistance.

Now consider this DOJ press release that was also issued on July 29, 2022, Leading ISIS Media Figure and Foreign Fighter Sentenced to Life Imprisonment.

The subtitle of that press release, provides a bit more critical information:

MohammedK halifa Executed Two Syrian Soldiers on Behalf of ISIS and served as the English-Speaking Narrator on Exceptionally Violent ISIS Propaganda Videos.

Here is how this DOJ press release began:

A Saudi-born Canadian citizen was sentenced today to life imprisonment for conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization, resulting in death.

According to court documents, Mohammed Khalifa, aka Abu Ridwan Al-Kanadi and Abu Muthanna Al-Muhajir, 39, served in prominent roles within ISIS starting in 2013 and continuing until his capture by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in January 2019, following a firefight between ISIS fighters and the SDF. In addition to serving as a fighter and personally executing two Syrian soldiers on behalf of ISIS, Khalifa served as a lead translator in ISIS’s propaganda production and the English-speaking narrator on multiple violent ISIS videos.

When was the last time you heard anyone talk about the Canadian border or report on smuggling along that 4,000 mile border?

Furthermore, cleaning up the mess created by the massive flood of aliens requires effective interior enforcement of our immigration laws- this mission is vested in ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), yet  even Republican politicians such as Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Pat Fallon, who profess to oppose the open borders policies of the Biden administration have neglected to call for more ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents while calling for the hiring of massive numbers of Border Patrol agents  to secure the southern border. without even mentioning the northern border or other means by which aliens and contraband such as fentanyl and other dangerous drugs enter the United States each and every day.

The Border Patrol’s primary mission is the interdiction of aliens and contraband being smuggled into the United State to evade the inspections process conducted at ports of entry.

These Republicans all ignore what should be obvious- while it is vital to prevent more flooding, in the aftermath of a flood, the focus should be on cleaning up the mess as well as on securing all methods of entry that enable illegal aliens and contraband to flow into the United States and not just the Mexican border.

To this point, on August 8, 2022 CNS News reported, Texas Republican: ‘I Want to Hire 87,000 New Border Patrol Agents’.

Rep. Fallon, in point of fact, is the Texas Republican referenced in the title of that report that began with this excerpt:

(CNSNews.com) – “I don’t want to hire 87,000 new IRS agents, I want to hire 87,000 new Border Patrol agents,” Rep. Pat Fallon (R-Texas) told the Fox Business network on Monday morning.

Cruz, on the other hand made headlines last year when the Boston Globe reported, Senator Ted Cruz wants to create immigration ports of entry in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Biden’s insane policies have enabled millions of aliens to enter the United States under the guise of seeking political asylum when, in reality, the great majority of them will not qualify for asylum and will almost invariably evade immigration law enforcement, aided and abetted by “Sanctuary Policies” promulgated in states and cities across the United States.

This overwhelms the system by which applications for immigration benefits, including political asylum.  Consequently the overwhelmed adjudications officers are not able to properly screen these applications.  Fraud will go undetected and, as I wrote in my article. However, as I noted in my recent article, NYC Mayor Adams’ Immigration Theater of the Absurd:

Most of these illegal aliens are not political refugees but are simply fleeing poverty and crime in their home countries.  Political asylum is only granted to aliens who can prove Credible Fear that because of their race, religion, ethnicity, political ideology or other such factors face persecution, or worse in their home countries.  Once again Adams has opted to use language to obfuscate the truth about illegal immigration and provide illegal aliens with a level of legitimacy to which they are not truly entitled.

This is the equivalent of describing a homeless person with no job and no means of support as “An aspiring millionaire” because he/she purchased a lottery ticket!

Reportedly hundreds of thousands of other illegal aliens have managed to evade the Border Patrol as that beleaguered agency has become overwhelmed by the human tsunami of aliens presenting themselves to the Border Patrol to make their claims for asylum.  The identities of these so-called “got-aways” is unknown as are the reasons that they entered surreptitiously, likely because they are fugitives, criminals or terrorists.

Although some of the aliens stopped by the Border Patrol are listed in the terror watch list- most terrorists are not on any lists.  It only took 19 terrorists on September 11, 2001 and to kill more people than were lost to the Japanese Fleet at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941 and the death count from the attacks of 9/11 counts to climb as more victims die because of their exposure to toxins that were released when the World Trade Canter was reduced to a mountain of rubble.

It must be presumed that the great majority of these aliens who have been dispersed across our nation will not show up for hearings when they will be required to do so.  ICE agents will be needed to find them- but in this game of “hide and seek” there are precious few ICE agents (only about 6,000 for the entire country) and because they are also charged with enforcing laws that have no relevance to immigration, far fewer will be available to seek millions of illegal aliens.  ICE agent are also supposed to conduct investigations into employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens, participate in multi-agency task forces such as the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and the Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) where I spent the final ten years of my 30 year career.

Finally, ICE agents are supposed to conduct investigations into immigration fraud.

In point of fact, the very first time I appeared before a Congressional hearing was on May 20, 1997 that was predicated on two terror attacks carried out in the United States in 1993 at the CIA and the First World Trade Center bombing.  The topic of that hearing that was conducted by the House Immigration Subcommittee, was Visa Fraud And Immigration Benefits Application Fraud.

Indeed, the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, identified immigration fraud and visa fraud as the key methods of entry and embedding exploited by international terrorists, and not just the 19 terrorists who so savagely attacked the United States on September 11, 2001.

Nevertheless, as I wrote in an article last year, Biden Administration Plans To Protect Immigration Fraudsters.

The last words for my commentary today will be provided by a section of the United States Constitution, specifically, Article IV, Section 4 which states:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

The Most Important Problem Facing The Country? It’s The Government Stupid!

Yes! Why? Because there’s nothing being done about rampant inflation. Republicans have helped by approving too much spending including Ukraine handouts including our local U.S. House member Franklin, Senators Marco Rubio and rick Scott, and other Florida Republican Congresspersons; illegal immigration (again only a few Republicans actually speak out against or do anything about the invasion of illegals including terrorists, criminals (rapists, human traffickers, drug dealers, murderers etc.) nor the loss of wealth for the middle class as 401Ks continue to plummet. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is an exception.

Watch this statement by Senator Bernie Sanders to understand that it truly is the government, stupid.

So when they say Government is the problem, it is not just the Marxist Democrats at fault. We’ll see what Republicans do when they take back Congress. Will we have real retribution/change or just another Turtle/Ryan led do nothing Congress?

Even when Trump had a Republican Congress the only thing they accomplished was Tax Reform which was not made permanent.

Americans identify ‘the most important problem facing the country’

None of 3 branches of government trusted by a majority of citizens

A new poll shows there is not a majority of the American people that trusts the nation’s judicial branch.

Nor does a majority trust the executive branch.

And those who trust the legislation branch – do not make up a majority either.

A new polling from Gallup cites the continuing distrust Americans feel for their government, a trust that has been falling even further.

“The latest decline in Americans’ trust in the judicial branch of the federal government — to 47% — means this is the first time that none of the three branches is trusted by a majority of Americans. The average level of trust in the three branches is 43% this year, tying 2015 as the lowest in Gallup’s history,” the poll analysis said. “That year marked the previous low in trust in the judicial branch (53%); trust in the legislative branch (32%) was lower than it is now, while trust in the executive branch (45%) was similar to what it is today.”

The polling reported, “Americans continue to name the government as the most important problem facing the country as leaders in Washington struggle to find solutions to address inflation, illegal immigration, climate change and gun violence.”

Why is this?

“The erosion of trust is largely due to increasingly partisan evaluations of government institutions at a time when politics has become all-important. Republicans and Democrats are inclined to trust institutions when they are controlled by leaders they agree with but withhold trust when leaders don’t make decisions in line with their own political views or policy preferences. In a democratic society, Americans would ideally retain trust in their government institutions regardless of which party is in control, provided those leaders put the nation’s interests first and follow the Constitution, laws, procedures and norms that govern the operation of those institutions,” the report said.

In the film The Exorcist a young Regan (Linda Blair) starts acting odd — levitating, speaking in tongues — her worried mother (Ellen Burstyn) seeks medical help, only to hit a dead end. A local priest (Jason Miller), however, thinks the girl may be seized by the devil. The priest makes a request to perform an exorcism, and the church sends in an expert (Max von Sydow) to help with the difficult job.

Today we are seeing the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation acting oddly and appear to be seized by Satan himself.

The Invasion of the Illegal Aliens—The Movie

The horror film Alien, released in 1979 and directed by Ridley Scott remains one of the top 5 horror films coming in at #3. Today we have a different kind of alien invasion.

But it is getting worse. For this Halloween we will have approximately 3 million illegal aliens who have invaded these United States of America.

The theme of the 1956 horror film “The Invasion of the Body Snatchers” In Santa Mira, California, Dr. Miles Bennell (Kevin McCarthy) is baffled when all his patients come to him with the same complaint: their loved ones seem to have been replaced by emotionless impostors. Despite others’ dismissive denials, Dr. Bennell, his former girlfriend Becky (Dana Wynter) and his friend Jack (King Donovan) soon discover that the patients’ suspicions are true: an alien species of human duplicates, grown from plant-like pods, is taking over the small town.

We now have an illegal alien species taking over small towns and cities across America.

Three Days of the Democrats—The Movie

We are seeing the deep state rising across America. This reminds us of the film Three Days of the Condor.

Three Days of the Condor begins on a seemingly ordinary day when Joe Turner (Robert Redford), a quiet CIA codebreaker, walks into his workplace and finds that all of his coworkers have been murdered. Horrified, Joe flees the scene and tries to tell his supervisors about the tragedy. Unfortunately, he soon learns that CIA higher-ups were involved in the murders. With no one to trust, and a merciless hit man (Max von Sydow) close on his tail, Joe must somehow survive long enough to figure out why his own agency wants him dead.

We are seeing similar events today across American in cities where violence and death are now common. People are being killed randomly and in some cases targeted.

Biden’s Personal Gestapo

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. has weaponized the FBI into a new Nazi Gestapo and Communist East German Stasi organization that is hunting down ordinary American patriots that disagree with his policies.

In a November 14, 2019 The Foundation for Economic article titled 10 Terrifying Facts about the East German Secret Police Laura Williams wrote,

The Stasi’s sole function was to keep the Communist Party in power. They didn’t care how.

To maintain power for 40 years while their people starved and plotted to escape, the Communist Party had to get very good at controlling people and undermining anti-state activists. But outright street violence and assassinations weren’t good for the Party image, so the Ministry for State Security got creative. Better known as the Stasi (the German acronym), these secret police were the “Schild und Schwert der Partei” (Shield and Sword of the Party). Their sole function was to keep the Communist Party in power. They didn’t care how.

Here are the 10 things the Stasi did:

  1. They Were Gaslighting before It Was a Thing. The Stasi were prolific gaslighters. In the 1950s, repression was brutal, physical torture.
  2. They Were (Almost) Everywhere. The Stasi had 91,000 employees at its peak—roughly one in every 30 residents was a Stasi agent.
  3. They Kept a Crazy Amount of (Meticulous) Records. Stasi files laid out together would cover about 69 sq. miles. Recording detailed personal information on a third of the populace required a tremendous amount of paper.
  4. Their Super-Secret Archives Are Now Public—Sort of. In 1992, the secret files the Stasi had kept on millions of East Germans were made available for review. Citizens can request to see their personal files, which are housed by the Federal Commissioner for the Stasi Archives on 63 miles of dedicated shelving.
  5. They Stirred up Trouble in the Middle East. Stasi officers were highly influential in the Middle East, recruiting and training at least 1,000 military officers from Iraq, Libya, Syria, and the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO).
  6. They Paid Reparations to Their Victims—Kind Of. Of the 10,000 people who can definitively prove they were targeted by Zersetzung, some 5,000 had lasting psychological damage inflicted by their own government.
  7. The Stasi Operated Its Own Prison. Hohenschönhausen. Over 900 former inmates have given testimony about the horror that happened there, but while the Stasi were active, the facility was top secret.
  8. Their Propaganda Was Weaponized—Sometimes Literally. Public schools in East Germany were training grounds for police state compliance. Young children cut and colored paper dolls with gas masks and AK-47s. Hitler Youth-style groups were established for school children.
  9. The Stasi Banned Porn—Then Filmed Their Own. Erotica—whether printed or filmed—was banned in East Germany, and was pointed to as evidence of the West’s decadence and depravity. But the Stasi filmed its own series of pornographic films, featuring civilian female employees dressed as soldiers.
  10. The Nazis Wrote the Stasi Playbook. Psychological policing of Germany’s population—to root out dissenting voices and prevent people from challenging the government—had been the norm under the Gestapo, Nazi Germany’s intelligence-gathering police. Nazis paved the way by using citizens as informers or denouncers.
