Of course, on Monday, June 13th, 2022 Catholic Nancy Pelosi, just after her husband’s arrest for DUI, decided to make an appearance on RuePaul’s “Drag Race.” Watch:

Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi made an appearance the television show ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race,’ a weekly program on VH1 that features drag queens.

“It’s my honor to be here,” Pelosi said after being introduced by host RuPaul Andre Charles. “Your freedom of expression of yourselves in drag is what America is all about.”

“With the midterm elections coming up, it is very important for people to make their voices and their vote heard,” Pelosi told the drag queens.

One drag queen praised Pelosi for her “sarcastic shady clap” using expletives.

This appearance comes as The Daily Skirmish‘s Christopher Wright reported on suicides among transgender kids increasing,

The Biden administration and other outposts of the Left tell us, unless we allow children to take puberty blockers and gender transition, a lot of kids will commit suicide.  Transgender ideologues frame the choice as between accepting transitioning kids or burying dead kids.  And parents will automatically be hostile to their transgender kids, so we have to hide all this from the parents. But it’s all pure bunk.  The Left’s transgender suicide narrative won’t fly, as a new study from the Heritage Foundation shows.

Not only is the narrative phony, it’s the exact opposite of the truth.  The study found:

… strong evidence for the claim that suicides among young people have increased significantly since 2010 in states that have a policy allowing minors to access routine health care without parental consent….

In the past several years, the suicide rate among those ages 12 to 23 has become significantly higher in states that have a provision that allows minors to receive routine health care without parental consent than in states without such a provision. Before 2010, these two groups of states did not differ in their youth suicide rates. Starting in 2010, when puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones became widely available, elevated suicide rates in states where minors can more easily access those medical interventions became observable.

Rather than being protective against suicide, this pattern indicates that easier access by minors to cross-sex medical interventions without parental consent is associated with higher risk of suicide.

Not only that, but a science journalist dug into the seven studies transgender ideologues frequently cite as justification for rushing children into chemical transitioning and found all the studies to be flawed.  The flaws include:

  • failure to track test subjects over time
  • a false claim kids on puberty blockers ultimately feel better
  • false comparisons resulting from test subjects not on medicine dropping out of the study
  • attributing causation to the drugs when no causation was actually shown, and
  • hiding the raw data from other researchers.

As a group, the studies do not support the proposition that giving kids puberty blockers or hormones significantly improves their mental health.  And they certainly do not support the transgender activists who hold a gun to parents’ heads and tell them their kids will commit suicide if the kids aren’t given the drugs.  Moreover, the studies do not justify hiding information about kids from their parents or stripping parents of parental rights.  Just as with every other argument made by the Left, the more you dig into it, the uglier it gets.  This is why the Left is doing its best to shut down debate on so many issues and hopes you never acquire the critical thinking skills you need to see through their games.

The Biden administration is all in for the phony transgender narrative.  Joe Biden himself said, “We’re committed to advancing transgender equality in the classroom, on the playing field, at work, in our military, everywhere.”  The Biden administration is part of the transgender-industrial complex that wants to steal your kids to line its own pockets and seize more power for statist elites.  They fake study results and hide their data to lull you to sleep.  They mean you harm.  Respond accordingly.

The Bottom Line

Pelosi is in bed, no pun intended, with the LGBTQxyz community. She and Democrats are expecting them to come out of the closet, no pun intended, on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 and vote “D” for drag, a.k.a. dragocrat, no pun intended.

Get it? Got it? Good!

Time for Republicans to drag themselves, no pun intended, to the poles on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 and defeat Nancy and her fellow dragocrats and drag queens, no pun intended.

We don’t want Nancy and Joe to drag America down, no pun intended, now do we?

History Tells Us That What Happened on January 6th Was Not an Insurrection

Background on Attacks on the U.S. Capital Building

The History Channel lists the following attacks on the U.S. Capital building from 1954 to today:

  • On March 1, 1954, four Puerto Rican Americans fired guns in the House of Representatives, injuring five congressmen. The attackers said they acted to demand independence for the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. (Puerto Ricans have U.S. citizenship but can’t vote for president and have no voting representatives in Congress.) The injured congressmen survived, and the four shooters received prison sentences. President Jimmy Carter commuted one of their sentences in 1977, and granted clemency to the other three in 1979.
  • On March 1, 1971, a bomb exploded in the Capitol building. While the explosion did not injure anyone, it caused some $300,000 in damage. A group calling itself the Weather Underground claimed to be behind the bombing and said it was in protest of the ongoing U.S.-supported bombing of Laos.
  • Thirteen years later, on November 7, 1983, a bomb tore through the second floor of the Senate wing of the Capitol. The device detonated late in the evening and no one was harmed, but it caused an estimated $250,000 in damage. A group calling itself the Armed Resistance Unit later claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was in retaliation for military actions in Grenada and Lebanon. Seven people were eventually arrested in connection with the attack.
  • A 1998 fatal shooting of two Capitol Police officers in 1998 by a man who claimed the U.S. was plagued by cannibalism and a fictional disease.

On January 6th there was no armed assault of the Capital, there were no bombs or bombings of the capital, there were no Capital Police injured by members of the Save America March. There was no plan to storm the Capital, there was no organization that came forward taking responsibility for what happened and no one came to the rally with the intent to do harm to those in or near the Capital nor those protecting it or members of Congress. There was no intent to overthrow Biden.

In other words it was a peaceful protest.

January 6th, 2021

The History Channel said this about the January 6th Save America Rally, a.k.a. Save America March,

On January 6, 2021, on a day when representatives met to formalize the presidential election results, hundreds of rioters supporting President Donald Trump and seeking to overthrow President-Elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory pushed through police barricades and stormed the Capitol, some smashing windows to enter its halls. A protester who was shot by police, died in the chaos, and more than 100 police were injured.

But is this true? Were these rioters, did they really want to overthrow the election and did they really push thru the Capital police barriers?

What really happened on January 6th, 2021 in Washington, D.C.? There has been much coverage of the rally after the 2020 presidential election. Those in the media, the Democrat Party and their leaders were quick to label it an “insurrection.” The definition of an insurrection is, “a violent uprising against an authority or government.”

The facts show that the only people murdered, arrested and held in prison on and after January 6th were peaceful protestors who were invited into the U.S. capital building by the Capital Police and others. While there was damage done to the Capital building nothing indicates that it was those who attended the rally, nor Trump supporters in general.

Since this event we have learned that the 2020 election was the most corrupted election in American history. We have learned that there were people paid to drop off ballots and those ballots were illegal. We have learned, by looking at videos of the events of January 6th what really happened.

THE BOTTOM LINE

We have now witnessed what the agenda truly is. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. on January 6th, 2021 said the following in a speech,

At this hour, our democracy is under unprecedented assault, unlike anything we’ve seen in modern times, an assault the Citadel of Liberty, the Capitol itself, an assault on the people’s representatives and the Capitol Hill Police sworn to protect them, and the public servants who work at the heart of our Republic. An assault on the Rule of Law, like few times we’ve ever seen it.

Since Biden’s speech we have seem Americans targeted just because they attended the rally and, as we said above, four unarmed Americans killed by Capital police officers.

There you could kill police officers, destroy cities and buildings, ransack stores and homes, attack innocent people with gay abandon knowing you would not be arrested or charged.

U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd murdered an unarmed Ashli Babbit and the DOJ doesn’t prosecute him. But Kyle Rittenhouse who is defending local businesses during an actual riot shoots two others, one who was armed, in self-defense and he goes on trial for murder. Is this equal justice under the law?

We now have a two tiered justice system.

If you kill an unarmed American like AF veteran Ashli Babbitt you get off scott free. If you defend yourself against real rioters who are looting and burning down businesses you get tried for murder.

If you attended the January 6th rally you are an insurrectionist. If you threaten Supreme Court Justices you are encouraged to continue harassing these Supreme Court Justices even though it is a Federal crime to protest outside their offices or homes.

What happened in reality on January 6th was a mostly peaceful protest. What is happening today is a purge of those who disagree with Democrats and those who support the U.S. Constitution and law and order.

Shooter U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd Did Not Create a Police Report on Killing, Byrd Had Prior ‘Use of Force’ Issue. 

Judicial Watch uncovered more shocking evidence about the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt even as the Pelosi rump 1/6 operation makes a mockery of the system of government with its kangaroo court “hearings.”

We uncovered 102 pages of records from the Department of Justice related to the shooting of January 6 protestor Ashli Babbitt that include a memo recommending “that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia declined for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee [Babbitt],” also noting that the shooter, U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, “did not create a police report or documents” related to the shooting of Babbitt.

The documents also reveal that in the press release announcing the decision not to prosecute Byrd for the killing of Babbitt the DOJ replaced the words “group” and “crowd” with the word “mob” several times.

The unarmed Babbitt was shot and killed as she climbed through a broken interior window in the United States Capitol. She was a 14-year Air Force veteran. The identity of the shooter was kept secret by Congress, the Justice Department, and DC police for eight months until Byrd went public to try to defend his killing of Babbitt.

We filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after the Executive Office for United States Attorneys, the Civil Rights Division, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (all components of the Justice Department) failed to provide the records responsive to our April 14, 2021, and May 20, 2021, FOIA requests for records related to Babbitt’s death (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:21-cv-02462)).

The records contain the prosecution declination memorandum justifying the decision not to prosecute Byrd.

The “Overview and Recommendation” section reads as follows:

This memorandum recommends that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia decline for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee.

This declination is based on a review of law enforcement and civilian eyewitness accounts, physical evidence, recorded radio communications, cell phone footage, MPD reports, forensic reports, and the autopsy report for Ms. McEntee. After a thorough review of the facts and circumstances in this case, there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Lieutenant Byrd violated Ms. McEntee’s civil rights by willfully using more force than was reasonably necessary, or was not acting in self-defense or the defense of others.

The memo details:

Once the demonstrators broke the glass, Lieutenant Byrd took up a tactical position to the immediate right of the barricaded entry doors, [Capitol Police Officer Reggie Tyson] took up a tactical position behind Lieutenant Byrd on the right side behind the third pillar and Sergeant McKenna took up a tactical position behind Officer Tyson and behind the fourth pillar on the right side of the Speakers Lobby.

All three officers had their service pistols drawn, pointed them in the direction of the barricaded entry doors, and repeatedly instructed the ‘mob’ to get back. The ‘mob’ of demonstrators ignored the officers’ commands and continued to break the glass on the doors in their attempt to breach the Speakers Lobby. Suddenly, Ashli McEntee began to crawl through one of the doors where the glass was already broken out. As Ms. McEntee was climbing through the door, Lieutenant Byrd stepped forward from his tactical position towards Ms. McEntee and fired one round from his service pistol striking Ms. McEntee in her left shoulder, just below her clavicle. Ms. McEntee then fell back from the doorway and onto the floor.

Regarding possible closed-circuit television footage, the memo notes: “There are several USCP operated Closed-Circuit Television Video (CCTV) cameras inside of the United States Capitol Building. However, there were no CCTV cameras observed or located in the Speaker’s Lobby area.”

In a section of the memo titled “USCP Lieutenant Michael Byrd,” the memo notes: “He [Byrd] did not create any police reports or documents relating to the incident, and did not provide an official statement regarding use of force” though he did provide a voluntary “debrief” and walk-through of the scene with his lawyer. A footnote details that: “During the debrief of Lieutenant Byrd, he did recall writing a few sentences on an evidence bag the evening of January 6, 2021, at the request of a crime scene officer. To date, the bag has not been located by USCP or MPD.”

The memo reports:

Lieutenant Byrd heard glass breaking and saw some of the items used to barricade the doors being pushed down. Lieutenant Byrd continued to tell the rioters to “get back, get back!” Lieutenant Byrd then saw a rioter with a backpack on start to climb through one of the broken glass doors. Lieutenant Byrd saw the rioter “as a threat,” so he stepped forward from his tactical position and fired one round at the rioter. The rioter fell back out of the opening and Lieutenant Byrd eventually stepped back into the seated area of the Speaker’s Lobby before confirming to other USCP officers that arrived on the scene that he was the one that fired his service weapon.

The memo notes that security staffing on January 6 was less than half the usual amount due to COVID-19:

Lieutenant Byrd did agree to participate with his counsel, Mark Schamel, in a voluntary debrief and walk-through of the scene on January 29, 2021 … Due to COVID-19 and other issues, the normal staffing for a joint session was less than half of what Lieutenant Byrd usually has assigned to the House Chamber. Once he arrived that morning, he was informed that USCP operations had made the decision that the uniform officers needed to pick up riot gear.

In a section titled, “Use of Force History,” it is noted that, “Lieutenant Byrd had one prior use of force matter, that was originally sustained by USCP, but after Lt. Byrd appealed, he was found not guilty by the Disciplinary Review Board.”

In a section titled “Recommendation,” the memo details:

This matter does not constitute a prosecutable violation of the federal criminal civil rights statutes or the District of Columbia homicide statutes. To show a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242, the applicable federal criminal civil rights statute, the Government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that an officer willfully used more force than was reasonably necessary under the circumstances. ‘The “reasonableness” of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of hindsight.’ Graham v Connor, 490 U.S. 386, 396 (1989).

Because Ms. McEntee was an active participant in a ‘mob’ that had just illegally entered the Capitol building, and then broke out the glass doors and removed barricades to forcefully gain entry into the Speaker’s Lobby, there is insufficient evidence to refute Lieutenant Byrd’s fear for his life or the life of others at the time he discharged his weapon. Therefore, there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he willfully deprived Ms. McEntee of a right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States of America. Accordingly I recommend declination of this matter.

The records include a draft version of the April 14, 2021, Justice Department press release announcing their decision not to prosecute Byrd for the killing of Babbitt, the authors replaced the word “crowd” with the word “mob” five times in describing the January 6 protestors.

The documents also include charts of January 6 investigations and targets. For one of the investigations, it is noted that a New York Times reporter is a “CW” [confidential witness]. Another notation tied to “pipe bombs” notes that a “geo fence” request was made to Google.

Previously, we uncovered records from the DC Metropolitan Police showing that multiple officers claimed they didn’t see a weapon in Babbitt’s hand before Byrd shot her, and that Byrd was visibly distraught afterward. One officer attested that he didn’t recall hearing any verbal commands before Byrd shot Babbitt. The records include internal communications about Byrd’s case and a crime scene examination report. Investigators who wrote the January 6, 2021, Metro PD Death Report for Babbitt (identified as Ashli Elizabeth McEntee-Babbitt Pamatian) note that the possible Manner of Death was “Homicide (Police Involved Shooting).”

These records show that Lt. Byrd was given special treatment by the Biden DOJ and that there was a miscarriage of justice in the half-baked shooting death investigation of Ashli Babbitt. Lt. Byrd, who works for Congress, shot an unarmed woman for no good reason. I suspect that this unjustified shooting isn’t of much interest to the Pelosi rump January 6 committee.

These revelations are the latest in our comprehensive, independent investigation into the January 6 disturbance:

  • February 2022: We filed an opposition to the U.S. Capitol Police’s (USCP) effort to shut down our federal lawsuit for January 6 videos and emails. Through its police department, Congress argues that the videos and emails are not public records, there is no public interest in their release, and that “sovereign immunity” prevents citizens from suing for their release.
  • November 2021: We released multiple audio, visual and photo records from the DC Metropolitan Police Department about Babbitt’s death. The records include a cell phone video of the shooting and an audio of a brief police interview of Byrd.
  • Also in November 2021: we – in its FOIA lawsuit asking for records of communication between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and several financial institutions about the reported transfer of financial transaction records of people in DC, Maryland and Virginia on January 5 and January 6, 2021 – told a federal court that the FBI may have violated law in its January 6 probes.

Frankly, given all our historic works and finds, perhaps Judicial Watch should be conducting January 6 hearings!

U.S. INFLATION HIT A NEW FOUR-DECADE HIGH IN MAY

U.S. consumer inflation reached an 8.6% annual rate in May, its highest level in more than four decades as surging energy and food prices pushed prices higher.

The Labor Department on Friday said that the consumer-price index increased 8.6% in May from the same month a year ago, marking its fastest pace since December 1981. That was also up from April’s CPI reading, which was slightly below the previous 40-year high reached in March. The CPI measures what consumers pay for goods and services.

May’s increase was driven by sharp rises in the prices for energy, which rose 34.6% from a year earlier, and groceries, which jumped 11.9% on the year. Prices for used cars and trucks rose 1.8% in May from April, reversing three months of declines. Shelter costs, an indicator of broad inflation pressures, accelerated on a monthly basis in May and were up 5.5% compared with a year ago.

Prices for energy jumped 34.6% from a year earlier, while the cost of groceries rose 11.9% on the year. Shelter costs, an indicator of broad inflation pressures, also accelerated.

Armed Man Arrested Near Brett Kavanaugh’s House Said He Wanted To Kill Him

UPDATE: Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California was arrested around 1:50 a.m. Wednesday morning near Kavanaugh’s home, according to authorities. Police said he was armed with a pistol, knife, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer and crowbar, according to USA Today. Roske allegedly threatened to kill Kavanaugh because he was upset that the justice may overturn Roe this summer and allow states to protect unborn babies from abortion again, according to the criminal complaint.

A man armed with at least one weapon and burglary tools was arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home after telling police officers he intended to kill Kavanaugh, The Washington Post reported.

The California man in his mid-twenties was on a street near Kavanaugh’s Montgomery County, Maryland, home when he was stopped by officers and admitted his plans to kill the justice, according to The Washington Post. It remains unclear who alerted authorities to the threat.

He was armed with a handgun, a knife and pepper spray when he was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday, according to CNBC News. He arrived to Kavanaugh’s neighborhood by taxi.

The man may have been motivated by anger over the leaked draft opinion revealing the likely overturning of Roe v. Wade and by a recent series of mass shootings, sources familiar with the investigation told The Washington Post.

The Supreme Court is likely to overturn Roe in its upcoming Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, according to a leaked draft opinion, and could allow states to determine their own abortion laws as they did prior to 1973 or could move the legally understood point of viability to an earlier point in pregnancy.

The leak triggered a series of attacks on crisis pregnancy centers and pro-life groups, including multiple firebombings.

The Chevy Chase Police Department and the Supreme Court news media department did not immediately respond to The Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.

This is a breaking news story and will be updated.

I grew up watching shows about cowboys like Roy Rogers, The Lone Ranger, Gunsmoke, Rawhide and Have Gun – Will Travel. In these television series there was the good guy versus the bad guy. The good guy always won and usually got the girl.

Fast forward to 2022 and we now have a new series of cowboy television shows called Yellowstone, The Ranch and Outer Range. I have watched all three series and was shocked as producers and filmmakers worked to destroyed our uniquely American and iconic cowboys and ranchers.

Each series has these things in common:

  1. Cowboys are now the bad guys.
  2. The families of cowboys and ranchers are dysfunctional.
  3. Cowboys are heavy drinkers.
  4. Cowboys are murderers.
  5. Cowboys and ranchers are violent.
  6. Cowboys and ranchers are oppressors of minorities, like the native American Indian, i.e. Yellowstone.
  7. Cowboys and ranchers are greedy.
  8. Cowboys and ranchers use guns.
  9. Cowboys and ranchers are uneducated, inept and prone to violence.
  10. Cowboys have serious challenges which they are not equipped to deal with.
  11. Finally, cowboys and ranchers are portrayed as vigilantes and above the law.

In other words the American cowboy and ranchers are portrayed today as evil.

Cowboys and Guns

By portraying our cowboys and ranchers in a negative light it impacts the actual families and children of cowboys and ranchers.

This is part and parcel of the anti-gun, cultural and social justice war being waged against Americans in general, and in the case of these three popular streaming television series, cowboys and ranchers in particular.

QUESTION: But why?

ANSWER: Ranchers and cowboys represent fly over America.

Ranchers and cowboys feed Americans and work their land for the common good. Also, they carry guns.

Today, guns are being targeted by those who wish to eliminate the single amendment in our Constitution that was written to stop a tyrannical president – the Second Amendment.

Yellowstone, The Ranch and Outer Range each has a anti-gun agenda. This anti-gun agenda is particularly noticeable in Yellowstone. For example, the Marlin Model 336 is a rifle seen and used throughout the Yellowstone series. But so to are AR-15 style rifles like the Daniel Defense MK18 AR, a rifle similar to the DDM4, made by Daniel Defense that was used by 18-year-old Salvador Rolando Ramos during the Uvalde Massacre on May 24, 2022.

In our column “CULTURAL ROT: The Left’s War Against Guns But Not Criminals” we quoted Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., who on June 2, 2022, in the White House said,

“I respect the culture and the tradition and the concerns of lawful gun owners. At the same time, the Second Amendment, like all other rights, is not absolute.”

Cowboys have a tradition and culture of the use of guns to protect themselves, their families and their ranches and livestock. Yellowstone, The Ranch and Outer Range are designed not only to denigrate our iconic cowboys and ranchers but also to attack guns.

You see these cowboys and ranchers are much like today’s law enforcement officers. In Yellowstone the ranchers have their own police force called “Livestock Agents.”

“When your culture makes George Floyd the hero, real heroes stand down. Cultural rot has consequences.”

After watching Yellowstone, The Ranch and Outer Range we sadly say,

When your culture makes cowboys and ranchers the bad guys, real heroes stand down. Cultural rot has consequences.

Today we have people who celebrate criminals while attacking our Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. This is all designed to disarm us. As Keven Downey, Jr. wrote,

The 2nd Amendment isn’t about shooting deer… It’s about defending the Constitution against enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. It’s for when our elected leaders go rogue. It’s for when an entire political party of the United States goes full commtard and won’t stop shredding the Constitution until it’s dead, floating facedown in the Potomac, enveloped in adipocere. Defending our Constitution is way easier to do with magazines that hold 30 rounds of commie-stoppers.

The Bottom Line

Here is an FBI chart showing the types of weapons used for murders between 2015-2019. As you can see, over three times as many people were beaten to death as were killed by all rifle styles combined, and nearly five times as many were killed by knives.

But these facts don’t matter to Biden, Democrats and their social justice warrior allies. What matters to the likes of Biden and his administration is taking away our God given freedoms and gaining more and more power.

If you want more crime, anti-social behavior and civil disorder then simply demonize the police, cowboys and ranchers and idolize criminals like George Floyd.

I spent 23 years in the U.S. Army. I used guns of all types and calibers. I defended our nation using guns to stop our Communist enemies in Vietnam and during the Cold War with the former Soviet Union.

I grew up watching cowboys and ranchers doing these same things when it came to their families, ranches and communities. Guns save lives, protect families and secure our homes.

To kill the iconic cowboy is to kill our American culture.

It is no different than tearing down statues of Confederate generals, defacing statues of General George Washington or cancelling our culture using theories like Critical Race in public schools.

These times are dangerous times. Everywhere you look our institutions, icons and heroes are being  torn down and replaced with symbols and icons of pure evil.

REMEMBER: Without law and order there is no law and order.

Gird your loins. Tyranny is coming to America in the name of social justice for some but not for all.

You read that correctly: 112 days have passed since Joe Biden faced questions outside of the rare press conference or press scrum. Such a format doesn’t leave much room for follow-up questions or pressing on certain points when this president makes a misleading or curious statement — statements that seemingly always need to be clarified or cleaned up not long after being uttered.

So much has changed in those 16 weeks since Biden engaged in such a format….

BLM UNHINGED: Policing is Just a ‘White Supremacist Institution’ Rooted in ‘Slave Patrolling’

Breitbart News reports that the Marxist revolutionary group Black Lives Matter (BLM) railed against the “white supremacist” institution of “policing,” decrying its roots in “racism” and “slave patrolling,” while attacking politicians who support “our killers,” in a series of tweets Thursday.

In the wake of President Biden signing an order to improve accountability in policing, the official BLM Twitter account whined, “Maintaining a white supremacist institution like policing costs Black lives. This continued commitment by politicians to support our killers makes them accessories to our demise.”

“Politicians have been protecting systems of policing as if it could magically abandon its roots of slave patrolling and anti-Black violence,” BLM continued in subsequent tweets. “Banning choke holds and requiring body cameras doesn’t keep us safe. More money for ‘training’ doesn’t keep us safe.”

Fact check: policing does not have roots in “slave patrolling and anti-Black violence.” Policing is a very basic law-and-order measure employed by different cultures going back many, many centuries. Ancient Rome, for example.

But according to the corrupt, racist, neo-Marxist BLM movement, Biden’s executive order “willfully ignores the inherently racist origins of policing & advances the same ideas over and over again as if somehow it will magically make old, outdated approaches work.”

“Halfway measures will not save our people from white supremacy and state violence,” BLM tweeted.

Fact check: white supremacy today has absolutely zero political and cultural power in America. And most black Americans disagree with the BLM radicals about policing — they want more, not less, of a police presence in their communities.

BLM’s D.C. Chapter Objects When Shot Police Officer Is Hailed As “Hero”

After a Metropolitan Police officer was shot and wounded by a barricaded black suspect on the night of January 24, 2022, the Washington, DC chapter of BLM posted a series of tweets asserting that the American public should not “jump to conclusions” reflexively depicting such officers as “heroes.” “Let’s wait till we have all the information (isn’t that what y’all tell us),” the chapter tweeted, condemning “the difference in how people talk and act when an officer is hurt vs when they hurt a Black person.” “This is the point we’ve been making for months,” said a subsequent tweet. “Tear jerker press conferences and proclamations of heroes coming soon. Imagine if people knew these folks’ name. Being black in DC is more dangerous than any job.”

BLM-DC also posted a link to its #StopMPD campaign, which called for an end to “police violence and terror” while rejecting claims that not all officers are “bad” people. “This assertion is almost always coupled with examples of law enforcement officials who step outside of their assigned duties to ‘help’ Black people and champions the belief that we can change systems by changing the individuals who work within this system, but not [changing] the system,” the #StopMPD campaign declared. “We’ve seen time and again that doesn’t work.” The #StopMPD webpage also described the District of Columbia as an “occupied police state” that had always been hostile to nonwhites.

Biden Admin: K-12 Schools Must Put Boys In Girls’ Bathrooms To Get Federal Lunch Money

K-12 schools must allow boys into girls’ private areas to obtain federal funds for lunches, breakfasts, and snacks, the Biden administration announced this month. A U.S. Department of Education spokesman told The Federalist the Biden administration’s press releases from several agencies announcing this policy will be followed by formal rulemaking in June.

“It seems to be playing politics with feeding poor kids, which is really unfortunate,” John Elcesser, executive director of the Indiana Non-Public Education Association, said via phone amid weeks of attempting to sort out these new demands with government officials on behalf of private schools in his state. “Because if a school feels like they cannot participate because it’s in conflict with their mission or values, if a religious exemption is not granted, you’re taking away a program that’s feeding low-income kids.”

Before many schools shut down in response to Covid-19, the National School Lunch Program fed nearly 30 million kids every school day, in approximately 100,000 public and private schools and residential care facilities.

Under this new demand, establishments that accept any federal food funding, including food stamps, must also allow males who claim to be female to access female private spaces, such as showers, bathrooms, and sleeping areas. Such organizations must also follow protocols such as requiring staff to use inaccurate pronouns to describe transgender people and allowing male staff to dress as women while on the job.

Religious institutions, however, qualify for a waiver exempting them from these requirements, said Alliance Defending Freedom Senior Counsel Greg Baylor in an interview Monday. According to the 1972 Title IX law, he said, religious institutions don’t have to file any paperwork to be exempt, although they can if they wish.

Baylor noted, however, that publicly affirming a commitment to sexual reality by seeking an exemption acknowledgment from federal agencies may assist extremist pressure campaigns. The activist group Human Rights Campaign’s blueprint for the Biden administration pushed for narrowing religious exemptions for multiple federal regulations and for the administration to “out” individuals and institutions who request such exemptions.

The Biden administration appears to be following that blueprint closely. According to Elcesser, USDA officials are telling schools to file paperwork to be exempt, although the Title IX law says that’s an option but not required. The USDA confirmed that to The Federalist Tuesday with this emailed statement: “Organizations may request a religious exemption by submitting a written declaration to the Secretary of Agriculture identifying the provisions that conflict with a specific tenet of the religious organization.”

Government schools can receive no exemption. At best, parents and taxpayers can urge school districts to not comply while inevitable lawsuits over the Biden administration’s interpretation work through courts for years.

“The Biden administration is grossly extending the Bostock holding where it does not belong. Like many of the Biden administration’s power grabs, this imposition transgresses areas of proper state and local authority. As the principal guardians of federalism, state attorneys general have the ability to combat such overreach where it injures state functions,” Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, a Republican, told The Federalist in a statement.

Even if this regulation is ultimately overturned by one means or another, millions of American children will be forced to eat their school lunches with a side of sexual politics.

“There is a lot of harm that comes from inflicting this interpretation of Title IX on public schools and private schools that are not eligible for the exemption,” Baylor said. In Loudoun County, Virginia, in 2021, a young woman was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom by a young man granted access by the district’s transgender policies.

Parents have told The Federalist that their daughters no longer use the bathrooms or locker rooms at their public schools because they don’t feel safe there. Many parents are finding after the fact that school districts are helping their children live as the opposite sex and hide that from their families.

“Some percentage of school districts want to be told by the federal government that they have to implement gender ideology,” Baylor observed. “If anyone complains, they can say, ‘We’re just doing what they told us. Go blame Joe Biden, not me.’”

As Biden promised to do while campaigning, his administration is pushing sexual confusion on as many institutions as it can. This aim has gotten a huge boost from the 2020 Supreme Court decision Bostock v. Clayton County, an unconstitutional ruling that gives this extremist sexual agenda a legal fig leaf. That 5-4 decision clinched by President Donald Trump-appointed Justice Neil Gorsuch, however, concerned sex differences not in education but employment……

The Devil Went Down to Texas: The Utter Evil of the Uvalde Massacre

To massacre children is literally Satanic.

Paul Harvey: If I were the Devil…

It’s hard to know what to say in the wake of a heart-rending tragedy like Tuesday’s massacre in Uvalde, Texas. It would be easy—but irresponsible—to interpret the event conclusively when so little is known. It would be easy—but wrong—to try, in spite of that ignorance, to force one’s narrative framework on it in pursuit of an agenda.

But our attention is irresistibly drawn to such a horror. We are compelled to stop and silently reflect. But, after reflecting, it is imperative that we talk about it—to express condolences and outrage, yes, but also to learn from it as best we can. To truly honor the victims, we must figure out how to prevent similar atrocities from happening again.

Especially at this early stage, it is impossible to know exactly what would lead a person to do something so evil. But certain revelations about the 18-year-old killer raise societal issues that, even if they weren’t the decisive factors in this case, are tremendously important regarding the issue of violence—and evil—in general.

The Daily Beast reports:

Although Salvador Ramos was described as “quiet” by numerous people who knew him, a young woman who worked with him at Wendy’s until March detected an aggressive streak. Several former friends said he had stopped showing up at school and was not going to graduate with the senior class this year.

“He would be very rude towards the girls sometimes, and one of the cooks, threatening them by asking, ‘Do you know who I am?’ And he would also send inappropriate texts to the ladies,” said the former co-worker, who did not want her name used.

“At the park, there’d be videos of him trying to fight people with boxing gloves. He’d take them around with him.

Some would attribute such an “aggressive streak” to males being broadly socialized to be forcefully assertive and competitive. They largely blame this culture of “toxic masculinity” for mass shootings and violent crime in general, both of which are predominantly committed by men.

This blame is misplaced, however. As Jordan Peterson wrote in 12 Rules for Life:

“Those who put forward such theories assume, first, that aggression is a learned behaviour, and can therefore simply not be taught, and second (to take a particular example) that, ‘boys should be socialized the way girls have been traditionally socialized, and they should be encouraged to develop socially positive qualities such as tenderness, sensitivity to feelings, nurturance, cooperative and aesthetic appreciation.’ In the opinions of such thinkers, aggression will only be reduced when male adolescents and young adults ‘subscribe to the same standards of behavior as have been traditionally encouraged for women.’”

Peterson above quotes “Prescription for reduction of aggression,” a 1980 paper published by L.D. Eron in The American Psychologist.

But as Peterson points out, “it is not the case that aggression is merely learned.” Aggression is an innate part of human nature that can manifest very early in life (emphasis added):

“…it appears that a subset of two-year-old boys (about 5 percent) are quite aggressive, by temperament. They take other kids’ toys, kick, bite and hit. Most are nonetheless socialized effectively by the age of four. This is not, however, because they have been encouraged to act like little girls. Instead, they are taught or otherwise learn in early childhood to integrate their aggressive tendencies into more sophisticated behavioural routines. Aggression underlies the drive to be outstanding, to be unstoppable, to compete, to win—to be actively virtuous, at least along one dimension. Determination is its admirable, pro-social face. Aggressive young children who don’t manage to render their temperament sophisticated by the end of infancy are doomed to unpopularity, as their primordial antagonism no longer serves them socially at later ages. Rejected by their peers, they lack further socialization opportunities and tend towards outcast status. These are the individuals who remain much more inclined toward antisocial and criminal behavior when adolescent and adult.”

“Outcast status”—the bottom of the pecking order—is a dreadful place to be trapped, especially for a young man. Judging from reported testimony, that is exactly where Ramos resided. As The Daily Beast related:

Former friend Santos Valdez Jr., told The Washington Post that the two had been close friends until Ramos’ behavior started to “deteriorate.” He said Ramos, who was often bullied over a speech impediment that included a stutter and lisp, once cut up his own face with a knife “just for fun.”

Some men become so resentful of their lowly place in “the order of things” that they seek to bring the whole structure crashing down, even if it means their own destruction. They are desperate for appreciation and respect: to feel high-status. But they have failed to learn how to earn it by channeling their assertive and competitive impulses in pro-social directions. So they decide to go out in a blaze of infamous “glory,” to, just for once and however fleetingly, feel “powerful,” even if they are too cowardly to assert their dominance over anyone other than little children.

Such a wicked deed is to say literally, “to Hell with it.” To Hell with society, with morality, with the structure of Being itself. It is to say, as Satan did in Paradise Lost when, resentful of his status, he tried to overthrow God, “Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.” To commit such nihilistic rebellion is to embody the archetype of the Devil, the Adversary, the Villain.

Again, I don’t know if that’s what happened in the case of Salvador Ramos. But I wonder if it is. And in any case, I do believe the potential for such evil is inherent to the human condition and must be guarded against by us all.

But the preventative for that evil is not to try to repress (or disarm) the assertive, competitive, and ambitious energies that can feed it, as many efforts to address so-called “toxic masculinity” end up doing. The solution, as Peterson explained, is to channel those energies toward the good: toward individual accomplishment, enterprise, great deeds, and heroic service.

If we want people—young men especially—to reject the role of the Villain, we must encourage them to embrace the role of the Hero.

Planned Parenthood CEO is on Board of Private All-Girls School

Alexis McGill Johnson, the CEO of Planned Parenthood, whose husband Rob Johnson has extensive ties to leftist billionaire financier George Soros, is on the Board of Trustees at the National Independent Schools Association (NAIS)-affiliated Spence School, an all-girls school in New York City, according to Breitbart News.

McGill Johnson previously founded the Perception Institute, which offers specialized trainings with titles such as “How to Talk to Your Kids About Race,” “Anti-Racism,” “Resilience & Accountability: Responding to Microaggressions,” and “Equity Strategy at the Board/Senior Leadership level.”

Among the Perception Institute’s partners are Soros’s Open Society Foundation (OSF), the Ford Foundation, the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and other leftwing activist groups that push the racist, neo-Marxist ideology of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in K-12 schools.

The Spence School’s professional development programs directly involve multiple organizations that push extreme leftwing gender ideology onto children through the education system and encourage transgenderism among youth. Faculty at the Spence School attend conferences that teach CRT such as the White Privilege Conference, which leads conversations about the ways “white privilege, white supremacy, and oppression affect life.”

OSF has given $10 million to the Planned Parenthood Action Fund in 2017 and $250,000 to the International Planned Parenthood Federation Western Hemisphere Region in 2016. Additionally, the organization has given $200,000 to NARAL Pro-Choice America to “support policy advocacy related to the anti-abortion movement’s ties to white supremacist movements.”

Planned Parenthood CEO McGill Johnson is married to Rob Johnson, an economist who was previously a managing director at Soros Fund Management and is now on the board of directors for Campaign for America’s Future, a leftwing nonprofit that has received donations from OSF.

WASHINGTON — FBI agents probing since-debunked claims of a secret back channel between Donald Trump and a Russian bank believed that the allegations had originated with the Department of Justice — when in fact they came from Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, who had shopped them to the bureau’s then-general counsel days earlier.

In the latest revelation to emerge from Sussmann’s trial in DC federal court on a count of lying to the FBI, special counsel John Durham’s prosecutors revealed that investigators had received an electronic communication citing a referral from the DOJ “on or about” Sept. 19, 2016, the same day Sussmann met with James Baker, then the FBI’s top lawyer.

The document, a record of the investigation being opened by agents Curtis Heide and Allison Sands and dated Sept. 23, 2016, did not mention Sussmann as the source of the allegations.

“In that referral, the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE provided the FBI with a white paper that was produced by an anonymous third party,” the communication said, before adding: “According to the white paper, a U.S.-based server that is owned by the TRUMP ORGANIZATION has been communicating with the Russian-based ALFA BANK organization in Moscow, Russia.”

The document was circulated to several top FBI officials — including Peter Strzok, who oversaw the probe of Clinton’s email server as well as the Trump-Russia investigation, and was famously fired from the bureau in 2018 after the emergence of text messages he sent to his colleague and mistress Lisa Page in which he vowed to help “stop” Trump from winning the White House.

Sands, who testified late Monday afternoon, told jurors that she believed Heide had told her the referral came from the Department of Justice.

The error was seized on by Sussmann’s defense attorney Michael Bosworth, who grilled Sands about whether Heide had lied to her — or if someone had lied to him about the source of the material.

There is growing concern that Biden and his Department of Defense are more concerned about gender identity than dealing with the the twenty-six current conflicts around the world. Two of the conflicts are in our back yard.

  1. Criminal Violence in Mexico
  2. Instability in Venezuela

The instability and violence in Mexico is part of Biden’s open borders policy that is causing massive numbers of illegals to travel from Central and South America via Mexico where the drug cartels are involved in illegal drugs and human trafficking.

To date the media is not covering these 26 conflicts, with the exception of the Russia-Ukraine debacle which Biden started with his weak comments on Russian invading Ukraine. Biden predicted that Russia ‘will move in’ to Ukraine, but called it a ‘minor incursion’. This was a dog whistle to Putin to begin the invasion. Watch:

Biden Soaring Gas Prices Are Part Of Green Agenda—Gas Stations Adding Extra Digit Expecting $10 a Gallon for Gasoline

President Joe Biden suggested record gas prices were part of an incredible transition away from fossil fuels Monday in Japan.

At the press conference in Tokyo with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, a reporter asked the president if a recession in the United States was inevitable.

“When it comes to the gas prices,” the president stammered for a moment. “We’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that God willing when it’s over we’ll be stronger, and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over.”

Biden then mentioned his decision to ease rising gas prices by releasing 180 million barrels of oil from emergency stockpiles in late March, though he noted it hasn’t been effective.

The Biden administration canceled the three remaining offshore oil and gas lease sales last week including the Cook Inlet in Alaska, and two in the Gulf of Mexico reportedly due to factors including conflicting court rulings.

Richard Spinrad, the head of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) reportedly said the backlog in permitting was from a miscalculation a sub agency found, according to a late April letter obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

The average pump price nationwide has surged to $4.59 per gallon of regular gasoline compared to $4.11 in April, according to AAA.
