ELECTION RIGGING: Corrupt Biden-Donor Judge Says He Will Arrest Trump If He Skips One Day of Months Long Trial

Trump Judge Merchan Warns Of Arrest If Trump Disrupts Or Skips Hush Money Trial

Story by Brian Bushard, Forbes Staff

New York Judge Juan Merchan on Monday warned former President Donald Trump could be arrested if he disrupts proceedings or skips the trial in his hush money case in Manhattan, as prosecutors claim Trump violated his gag order.

Key Facts

Trump, who faces 34 felony charges for allegedly falsifying business documents stemming from hush money payments to former adult film star Stormy Daniels, appeared in the Manhattan court Monday morning for a trial expected to last six weeks, despite Trump’s efforts to delay the proceedings.

Trump attorney Todd Blanche argued on Monday that Trump wants to be present for trial proceedings including sidebar conferences during the trial and voir dire—the initial examination of a witness or a juror…

Supreme Court To Weigh Case That Could Upend Hundreds Of Jan. 6 Prosecutions

The Supreme Court will hear a case Tuesday that could have major implications for hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants — as well as special counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

The case, Fischer v. United States, asks the Supreme Court to weigh the scope of an obstruction statute, Section 1512(c)(2), which penalizes anyone who corruptly “obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding” with up to 20 years in prison. Joseph Fischer, who entered the Capitol on Jan. 6, argues that his prosecution under the law for obstructing Congress’ certification of the 2020 election was an “unprecedented expansion” of the statute.

The law, enacted as part of the Corporate Fraud and Accountability Act of 2002, was intended to target evidence tampering, focusing on “deterring fraud and abuse by corporate executives,” Fischer argues.

“Before the January 6 cases, no court had applied Section 1512(c)(2) to conduct not intended to affect the availability or integrity of evidence,” Fischer’s attorneys argued in a brief. “Nor had a defendant ever been convicted of an obstruction-of-Congress offense outside the context of a legislative inquiry or investigation.”

Fischer stated he was in the Capitol for less than four minutes —  after Congress had already recessed — and “was not part of the mob that forced the electoral certification to stop.” He was arrested in February 2021 on several chargesincluding assaulting Capitol police.

Should the Supreme Court agree with Fischer, it could impact not just his case, but hundreds of defendants the Department of Justice (DOJ) charged with a felony under the statute. Over 353 of the nearly 1,387 Jan. 6 defendants have been charged with “corruptly obstructing, influencing, or impeding an official proceeding,” according to the DOJ.

Several defendants have already been granted early release ahead of the ruling, including Kevin Seefried, Alexander Sheppard and Thomas B. Adams Jr., according to The Washington Post.

“It takes four justices to grant certiorari and, although this court will not attempt to read tea leaves, the Supreme Court’s decision to review Fischer means, at a minimum, that this case poses a ‘close question,’” District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta wrote in the January decision granting Adams’ release.

The government argues that the text “is not limited to conduct that affects the integrity or availability of evidence.”

“Instead, Congress adopted a traditional catchall clause, reaching all forms of corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding,” it said in a brief.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals favored the government’s interpretation 2-1 in an April 2023 ruling, finding that the “meaning of the statute is unambiguous.”

“Under the most natural reading of the statute, §1512(c)(2) applies to all forms of corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding,” Judge Florence Pan, a Biden appointee, wrote in the majority opinion.

But Judge Gregory Katsas, a Trump appointee, wrote that the government’s interpretation was “mistaken,” making it “implausibly broad and unconstitutional in a significant number of applications.”

“Among other things, that construction would sweep in advocacy, lobbying, and protest—common mechanisms by which citizens attempt to influence official proceedings,” he wrote. “Historically, these activities did not constitute obstruction unless they directly impinged on a proceeding’s truth-seeking function through acts such as bribing a decisionmaker or falsifying evidence presented to it.”

“The government’s reading is also hard to reconcile with the structure and history of section 1512, and with decades of precedent applying section 1512(c) only to acts that affect the integrity or availability of evidence,” he wrote.

Republican Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton, House Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan and 21 other members of Congress wrote in an amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court that the lower court’s ruling “will only reward and incentivize politically motivated uses of ill-fitting criminal statutes with harsh penalties.”

While the Supreme Court will weigh Trump’s bid to dismiss his election interference case based on presidential immunity in April, the Fischer case could also jeopardize part of the indictment.

Two of Trump’s charges in his election interference case are centered on the obstruction statute. Smith’s indictment alleges Trump used “knowingly false claims of election fraud to obstruct the federal government function by which those results are collected, counted, and certified.”

New York University law professor Richard A. Epstein wrote for the Hoover Institution in March that a correct reading of the statute “torpedoes a key part of the Smith indictment.”

“Trump never entered the Capitol building, and he never made any statement urging rioters to enter the building,” he wrote. “His despicable conduct consisted of watching the proceedings before asking the rioters and trespassers to leave the premises, which does not count as obstruction under any legal authority of which I am aware.”

Smith addressed this in the footnote of his brief filed this week in Trump’s election interference, claiming the charges would still be valid regardless of the Supreme Court’s decision on how to read the text of Section 1512(c)(2). He wrote that the “use of falsehoods or creation of ‘false’ documents satisfies an evidence-impairment interpretation.”

Trump’s case is currently on hold at the district court pending the justices’ decision. Oral arguments will be held April 25 to consider Trump’s presidential immunity argument.

VIDEO: Reports indicate Israel is preparing to retaliate against Iran imminently, possibly within 24 hours

Will Israel strike Iran? That is the big question.

The below video report says yes, and perhaps within the next 24 hours.

This journalist claims that a few hours ago now, American and Frenchy and German citizens have all been advised to immediately leave Iran. Qatar has diverted all flights away from Iranian airspace, and Netanyahu has called a meeting of ALL the leaders of the many parties in Israel to a meeting with the exception of the leaders of the Arabic and anti-Israel parties.

WATCH: Breaking News – Iran & Israel on Behold Israel with Amir Tsarfati [Start at 7.00 minutes mark.]

Took some time to find, but his quote is from the Times of Israel, paraphrasing the WSJ. It is close, but not exactly that.

Decades ago, I used to be friendly with a family, the patriarch of which was a General in a Western military. He was a brilliant, and very decent man, who has passed away some time ago now. So I think its okay to tell this story.

He was telling me about some of the RealPolitik of the Middle East. About how during the cold war, an ally of the Soviet Union, I think it was Iraq, was developing nuclear weapons by constructing a 40 MW nuclear reactor which has pretty much no practical use beyond making nukes. But neither the U.S. nor the Soviets wanted Iraq to have these weapons. So it was decided that the U.S. would ask Israel to fly a single sortie over the area and take out the reactor. The Soviets would stand up in the United Nations and condemn the action and demand a resolution of some kind against Israel. The U.S. was to veto it, and that would be the end of the issue. Everyone wins except maybe the one guy in Iraq that thought having nukes was a good idea. And that is exactly how it played out.

This tells us a lot about how things happen. The attack against Israel by Iran was clearly something along these lines. Calls where made, understandings where arrived at, and events took place in a way that would satisfy the honour of the Islamic regime in Tehran without any kind of actual war per se.

Let’s hope the Israeli response, if indeed it is real at all, has a similar trajectory.

DM Gallant to Pentagon: No choice but to retaliate against Iran

The Global Security Situation group

Axios reports that Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant told Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin Sunday that Israel has no choice but to respond to the unprecedented missile and drone attack launched by Iran over the weekend, a U.S. official and another source briefed on the call told Axios.

The Israeli war cabinet convened on Monday to discuss Israel’s possible response.

Gallant told Austin in a phone call Sunday that Israel can’t allow ballistic missiles to be launched against its territory without a response, the U.S. official and the source briefed on the call said.

The report went on to say that Israel won’t accept an equation in which Iran responds with a direct attack every time Israel strikes targets in Syria, Gallant added.

The sources said Austin conveyed a similar message to the one President Biden gave Netanyahu on Saturday night, stressing the need to do everything possible to avoid further escalation.

The Pentagon and the Israeli ministry of defense said that Austin and Gallant also discussed efforts to establish an international and regional coalition against Iran.

Lawmakers, FBI Director Warn of CCP’s Vast Cyberwarfare Campaign

In the wake of House subcommittee hearings this week on threats coming from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the FBI and lawmakers are warning of the cybersecurity threat that the CCP poses to U.S. infrastructure.

Over the last year, the size and scope of the CCP’s cyberwarfare tactics have begun to come to light, which U.S. officials have publicly admitted to being stunned by. On Tuesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray repeated his warnings from January (when he stated that China’s hackers are “wreaking havoc” on American infrastructure), remarking that the CCP is “the defining threat of our generation.”

He continued, “China’s hacking program is larger than that of every other major nation, combined. If each one of the FBI’s cyber agents and intelligence analysts focused exclusively on the China threat, China’s hackers would still outnumber FBI cyber personnel by at least 50 to 1.”

Examples of the CCP’s cyberwarfare campaign on the U.S. abound. A recent report from The Heritage Foundation catalogues how CCP have hackers infiltrated “key sectors including communications, energy and water,” and “may have the ability to access heating and air conditioning systems to overheat data servers, to cause blackouts by disrupting control rooms that regulate water and electricity, and to manipulate surveillance cameras at some of these facilities.”

In February, a report revealed that Chinese hackers had embedded themselves inside U.S. infrastructure IT environments for five years without being detected in order to extract sensitive information.

In addition, the military is among the prime targets of the CCP’s cyberwarfare campaign. In 2013, it was discovered that a China-backed military hacking group known as APT1 “had pilfered military contractor designs such as the Patriot, THAAD and Aegis missile systems, as well as aircraft designs including the F/A-18 Super Hornet, V-22 Osprey, Black Hawk helicopter and F-35 joint strike fighter.”

Government email servers have also been exploited by CCP hackers, with the Biden administration hammering Microsoft for its lax cybersecurity policies.

On Thursday’s edition of “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins,” Rep. Rich McCormick (R-Ga.) contended that increased openness about the threat of CCP hackers is needed in order to keep the U.S. government accountable.

“[W]e can’t always talk about [cyber threats] because a lot of the stuff is classified — that’s the problem. The American public really needs to be informed on a lot of this stuff so they can put pressures in the right areas. Unfortunately, a lot of stuff is not declassified sometimes on purpose, sometimes because we just get used to containing this information.”

McCormick, a former emergency room doctor who serves on the House Foreign Affairs Committee as well as the House Armed Services Committee, went on to highlight a recent cyberattack on the health care industry.

“But quite frankly, we don’t have to worry just about cybersecurity and having our information stolen. [W]e recently had a bunch of hospitals shut down [as well as] their billing process — just that alone could be destructive [by] stealing a patient’s information [and] how we reimburse medicine and hospitals and doctors. It sounds like a trivial thing, but when that happens for a couple of weeks, you’re talking about billions of dollars of impact, one out of every three patients.”

The congressman further pointed out the immense scope of the cybersecurity threat posed by the CCP.

“We’re being constantly attacked, relentlessly attacked. It’s disruptive to our entire society — [it] can happen on power grids, it can happen to your information, it can happen to businesses. This is something that we have to be more and more aware of because as AI [artificial intelligence] comes into its full fruition, it starts to affect us. It can literally be like this scenario out of movies where you see stoplights changing the wrong color at the wrong time [and] could cause catastrophes, shut down your power to a hospital. It could do all kinds of horrible things that would impact our economy and our society in major ways.”

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins responded by emphasizing the importance of a competent government. “[T]his puts a lot of responsibility on the government, because if there’s one thing the government has a responsibility to do … [it] is to protect us.”

An American Historian Explains Why Israelis Are So Happy

Israel ranked 5th in the most recent World Happiness Index in spite of the recent war whereas the United States fell from 20 to 23.

In a Wall Street Journal Op-Ed, historian Gil Troy attributed Israel’s high happiness rating on a feeling of social cohesiveness, family ties and a sense of tradition and history.

Troy, a presidential historian and senior fellow in Zionist thought at the Jewish People Policy Institute, noted that Israel ranked 5th in the most recent World Happiness Index in spite of the recent war whereas the United States fell from 20 to 23.

Troy wrote, “Don’t confuse ‘happiness’ with ‘comfort’ or ‘self-indulgence.’ Israelis began 2023 polarized politically—only to be united by Hamas’s invasion.”

He added, “Amid unspeakable suffering, Israelis have found comfort in one another and a higher calling. Too many Americans feel lonely and lost.”

A feeling of community and a sense of belonging, according to Troy, play a major role in the happiness of Israelis, in spite of facing terror attacks and the current war.

“Israelis pursue happiness through family and community, by feeling rooted and having a sense of purpose,” he wrote.

“Israelis grow up with many outside influences, many adult role models, not just their parents. It starts with our large weddings, when you’re blessed to ‘build a faithful home in Israel,” he added.

This feeling of connectedness, according to Troy, may be a reason that many Israelis rated very high their feelings of “trust, benevolence, and social connections.”

The historian cited political scientist Alexis de Tocqueville who called families “the backbone of democracies.”

Troy added, “Family inculcates loyalty, commitment and self-sacrifice. Belonging to communities—extended families—teaches citizens to care about and cooperate with others.”

In addition, in spite of demonstrations and passionate disagreements, as witnessed during anti-government demonstrations, Israelis nevertheless “live in an intimate society that runs on trust and generates hope. Israelis feel they’re never alone, and that their relatives and friends will never abandon them.”

Troy quoted the Father of Political Zionism, Theodor Herzl, and wrote “Israelis don’t count in days and decades but in millennia and eternity.”

Troy added, “They feel part of a bigger story, Jews’ historical saga reaching back 3,500 years. The pain punctuating this story helps transcend passing traumas.”

“Even as most Israelis experienced Hamas’s Oct. 7 killing spree as a Jewish event, powered by centuries of Jew-hatred, Israelis recall many redemptive moments too. Israelis’ favorite holidays, including Hanukkah, Passover, and Independence Day, re-enact this reassuring oppression-to-liberation arc,” he concluded.

‘Christian Nationalism’ and the ‘Catholic Thing’

David G. Bonagura, Jr.: Beleaguered Christians, appalled by America’s moral collapse, seek ways to stem the tide. Catholics and other Christians represent the final obstacles preventing the victory of the secular Left.

“Christian Nationalism” has fast become a favorite boogeyman term of the cultural Left. Its precise meaning, as many have noted, is intentionally ambiguous so it can tar as many believing Christians as possible with toxic intentions. The most overreaching definition, which rocked the Internet before a minor retraction, claimed that Christian Nationalists are those who “believe our rights as Americans and as all human beings do not come from any earthy authority. They don’t come from Congress, from the Supreme Court, they come from God.”

That is, Christian Nationalists are guilty of believing the truth of our nation’s Declaration of Independence (“men have been endowed by their Creator”), which is neither a Christian nor a nationalist document.

Such a fatuous description betrays a seemingly paranoid fear that Christianity might again become a public force that shapes laws and customs. A restoration of how America used to function would inaugurate, in the words of a longtime opinion writer at a supposedly responsible newspaper, “the peril of the theocratic future toward which the country has been hurtling.”

In calmer words, “Christian Nationalism” concerns the role that Christianity plays in American public life, culture, and law. Those lamenting it care nothing about Christian claims for the Triune God, the Virgin Birth, or the Resurrection. They fix their disdain on Christian moral teachings that oppose their creed of expressive individualism, which enshrines the Sexual Revolution as the first article.

Christianity, and Catholicism in particular, are the final obstacles preventing total victory. Yet, from the rewriting of marriage and family law to the sudden rush to enshrine IVF as a human right, it’s clear that expressive individualism has long had “Christian Nationalism” on the run.

Beleaguered Christians of all denominations, appalled by America’s moral collapse, have been seeking various ways to stem the tide. Public life, culture, and law are all expressions of a deeper vision, whether religious or secular, that a people hold in common.

For Christian morality to again direct American life, Americans would need not only to call themselves Christian, but they also would have to believe what they claim. For that, we need the slow, grinding work of guerilla evangelization. Top-down impositions by a “Christian government” or otherworldly power will not work.

Plus, given the GOP’s meager post-Dobbs opposition to abortion and its instant capitulation to IVF, progressives need not fret: “Christian Nationalists,” Twitter blusters aside, have little appetite for a government takeover.

As America severs more of its Christian roots, Catholics need not lose hope. We have been doing our “Catholic thing” – living out our universal faith in the particular historical context of America – for centuries, and almost always under duress. We forget that even when American law and culture embodied Christian morality – abortion was illegal, divorce was fault-based, pornography curtailed, adultery criminalized – Catholics were not entirely welcome in these United States because the reigning culture rejected their religious sensibilities.

Working within the law, Catholics responded by building their own neighborhoods, churches, schools, and universities where they could live their faith unencumbered. At the same time, Catholics found ways to participate in the general culture as Americans – through military service, civil and public offices, and working in industry.

Discrimination was rampant and nasty, yet Catholics fought the hostility as a creative minority. They prayed, they imagined, they built, they stuck together, they engaged rivals, and they offered charity to all.

“Creative minority” is a term coined by British historian Arnold Toynbee, who recognized how a small group’s spiritual vision can breathe new life into a dying civilization. Twenty years ago, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger baptized the term to articulate an approach to re-evangelize secular Europe. As Pope Benedict XVI, he identified three requirements for Catholics living as a creative minority: dialogue with agnostics, education, and charity.

In other words, the success of a creative Catholic minority today also depends on imitating the works of American Catholics in the early twentieth century, with today’s agnostics replacing yesterday’s Protestants.

Then as now, American Catholics felt uneasy in the land they loved. Balancing the “both/and” of maintaining a strong Catholic identity with engaging non-Catholic society has never been an easy feat – internal retreat or total assimilation are perennial temptations.

Individual Catholics and the Church institutions did not strike the balance properly every time, but the rise of Catholicism as a creative force – from Archbishop Fulton Sheen on television to the rise of Catholic schools and universities to the spread of Catholic hospitals and charities all over the country – enriched American culture. It’s no coincidence that when the American Church buckled after Vatican II, American culture collapsed with it.

Today, after decades of barrenness, seeds of a Catholic springtime are growing – admittedly, in unfertile soil. Among a small segment of believers, a strong Catholic identity is being rebuilt through homeschooling and classical schools, faithful colleges, online institutes, zealous young priests, and pious liturgies. The American Church once succeeded culturally beyond the dreams of her nineteenth-century trailblazers. And with her distinct identity reconstituted, she can blossom again as a creative minority that redeems the culture from within.

If “Christian Nationalism” means that Catholics cannot live their religious and moral creed publicly, or that Christian principles, as opposed to secular ones, cannot shape law and policy, then Catholics must fight this bigotry. But if “Christian Nationalism” means “government takeover” as critics allege, then Catholics are not interested. Perennial outsiders to American government and power, Catholics already know how to live their “thing” in these United States.

We look to our American Catholic forebearers for models, inspiration, and intercession.

CALIFORNIA: Dozens of male HIV/AIDS patients sue male Newport Beach doctor in sexual abuse lawsuit

A reader MM sent us the following information and asked that we cover it.

This is a story that is important as it is now the federal governments policy to support, at all costs, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DIE), especially when it comes to the LGBTQ community.

It now appears that DIE has opened a Pandora’s box of, not only the abused of under-aged children, but also male on male sexual abuse.

This case, in particular, deserves attention as it involves a male California doctor who is sexually abusing his male HIV/AIDS patients.

This is important because in July of 2016 the Atlanta Journal-Constitution found more than 2,400 doctors had been accused of sexual abuse of their patients. Stories about doctors sexually abusing patients has become a sexual pandemic in its own right impacting children, females and males alike.

WATCH: Doctors Suspected of Sexually Abusing Patients

MM stated in an email,

I am still a frequent reader of your blog despite the fact I haven’t written in a while.  I hope you can warn your male readers about getting sexually assaulted and harassed by doctors of their same gender.  In California, a male doctor abused over 98 men.  The news hardly mentioned it and there have been no updates given.  Here’s the link to prove it: https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/dozens-of-former-patients-allege-sexual-abuse-at-hands-of-former-newport-beach-doctor/

Male on male sexual assault is almost never reported.  Men who are victimized are afraid to come forward.  The men who do come forward with complaints about being assaulted by other men, face wrongful accusations of being homophobic.  I hope you can write a post about the dangers of Hoag Hospital and the lack of press coverage for male sex victims.  Newport Beach is close to Camp Pendleton Military Base. I worry about our soldiers too.

Dozens of patients target former Newport Beach doctor in sexual abuse lawsuit

By

A once top rated Orange County doctor has been accused of sexually assaulting dozens of male patients at his practice over the years.

Dr. William Thompson, once rated as one of the nation’s top infectious disease specialists treating HIV and AIDs patients, is now being sued by dozens of former patients who allege that he took advantage of them under the pretext that he was providing medical care.

“You’re talking hundreds of probable victims out there,” said Alexander Harrison, one of the attorneys representing the alleged victims. “We know that it was extremely unusual, the tests he was performing. The fact that he kept doing this invasive tests that were completely unnecessary.”

Many of the patients say that the assaults took place during routine visits, while others say that the instances happened in before and after some surgeries. Some even claim that the assaults occurred in the emergency room at the Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach.

“Aggressive prostate exams and absolutely too many,” said one of the plaintiffs, Michel Glockner, in a video provided by the attorney’s office.

7-Year old Israeli Bedouin girl wounded by Iranian missile fights for life

By JNS – Jewish News Syndicate

Amina Alhasoni, 7, asleep in her bedroom when fragment of Iranian missile hit, leaving her with serious head wound.

A 7-year-old Israeli Bedouin girl injured overnight during Iran’s missile and drone assault on Israel underwent surgery Sunday for a serious head wound and remains in critical condition, according to Israel’s Soroka Medical Center.

The girl, Amina Alhasoni, from a Bedouin town near the southern Israeli city of Arad, was wounded by shrapnel from an intercepted ballistic missile that fell on her family’s home at around 2 a.m.

The home is not equipped with a shelter, and the girl was sleeping in her bedroom when the shrapnel hit. Her father, Mohammed, said that the family had heard air-raid sirens shortly before the missile fragment hit.

Iran fired over 300 missiles and drones at Israel in the unprecedented overnight attack.

Israeli coalition unified in call for retaliation against Iran

By JNS – Jewish News Syndicate

“It is time to go on the attack, with coolness and discretion,” stated Israeli Education Minister Yoav Kisch.

Jerusalem has “no other option but to retaliate” after the Islamic Republic of Iran dispatched hundreds of missiles and suicide drones towards Israel, Likud lawmaker Danny Danon told JNS on Sunday.

“I think we experienced an unprecedented attack by Iran against Israel,” said Danon, who also served as the Israeli ambassador to the U.N. between 2015 and 2020. “Not retaliating would be irresponsible.”

Israel’s War Cabinet is set to convene on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. local time to discuss the country’s response to Saturday night’s Iranian attack, which saw over 300 drones and missiles launched at the Jewish state.

“In the next few hours, the decision will be made on where, when and how we respond,” Danon told JNS early Sunday afternoon.

Danon’s call to restore deterrence vis-à-vis Iran was echoed by other members of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s ruling Likud Party.

Lawmaker Boaz Bismuth, a member of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, said that Iran’s attack proved that Israel was not isolated and made stark the contrast between good and evil.

“In the last few months, we heard repeatedly that Israel is isolated, that its western allies were turning their backs on us and that Sunni Arab countries were doing the same,” he stated.

“Yet, last night, which was difficult, was in fact an opportunity to reinforce [relations] as it became obvious who is good and who is evil. Last night, it became clear that Israel is on the side of the good,” explained Bismuth.

The lawmaker emphasized that deterrence was “key” in the Middle East, noting that “the Houthis won’t be replaced by Austrians, Hezbollah will never be Switzerland or Hamas [anything like] France.

“Today the world, and more importantly the enemy, saw that Israel has amazing capacities. Iran understands that those who have such amazing defensive systems have even better means of attack,” he concluded.

Israeli Education Minister Yoav Kisch, also a member of the Likud Party, noted in a statement cited by Hebrew media that “it is time to go on the attack, with coolness and discretion.

“The actions of the Air Force, the air defenses, the cooperation with the U.S. and regional actors resulted in an impressive containment of the Iranian attack,” added Kisch.

Discussions over an appropriate response come against the backdrop of American pressure to not retaliate amid fears of a regional war.

U.S. President Joe Biden reportedly told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a phone call on Saturday that his administration will not support offensive action against the regime in Tehran.

According to a The New York Times report that cited two officials in Jerusalem, the Israeli government abandoned the option of a retaliatory strike on Iranian territory following the conversation between the two leaders, in part because the attack “caused relatively minor damage.”

A 7-year-old Israeli Bedouin girl injured in the attacks underwent surgery Sunday for a serious head wound and remains in critical condition.

WATCH: Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY), ‘Anti-Israel haters won’t be thanking Israel for protecting one of Islam’s holiest sites’

“Critics cannot help but downplay the actual wrongs against Israel and overplay the fictional wrongs by Israel,” the New York Democrat said.

Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.) responded on social media to video footage showing intercepted Iranian munitions over the Temple Mount.

“Israel protected Al-Aqsa Mosque from destruction at the hands of Iran. Are the Anti-Israel haters going to thank Israel for protecting one of the holiest sites in Islam? No,” the congressman wrote.

“Are the Anti-Israel haters going to condemn Iran for endangering one of the holiest sites in Islam? No,” he added. “Selective outrage is their modus operandi.”

In another post, Torres wrote that “Even though Iran literally fired hundreds of missiles—drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles—against civilian areas in Israel, attempting mass murder, many in the media have dismissed Iran’s unprecedented attack on Israel as ‘limited.’”

“Critics cannot help but downplay the actual wrongs against Israel and overplay the fictional wrongs by Israel,” he said.

“Watch Israel defending the Temple Mount and Al-Aqsa Mosque from Iranian missile and drones,” wrote Gilad Erdan, Israeli ambassador to the United Nations.

“For the murderous ayatollah regime, murdering Israelis is more important than safeguarding Islamic holy sites,” he added. “The U.N. must clearly and unambiguously condemn the Iranian attack on Israel now.”

“If Israeli missile defense tech was a little less effective, or if an Iron Dome interceptor had suffered a technical glitch tonight, Iran could have completely destroyed the Al-Aqsa Mosque and Dome of the Rock,” stated Democratic Majority for Israel. “Think about it. Israel defended Al-Aqsa against Iran.”

Biden Demands Israel Stop Attacking Hamas Even If It Doesn’t Release the Hostages

By Daniel Greenfield, Apr 11, 2024:

A total betrayal.

The grim farce of negotiating with Islamic terrorists always plays out the same way.

The terrorists keep attacking while playing the victim, make escalating demands and once you start negotiating with them, the negotiations never produce peace and don’t even reliably ensure the release of hostages.

The Biden administration initially rejected the Islamist/Leftist demands for a ‘ceasefire’ during which Hamas would be free to attack Israel. Then came around to proposing them in exchange for the release of the hostages. And now adopting the Leftist/Islamist position is just demanding a unilateral Israeli ceasefire without the release of the hostages.

The Spanish-language television network Univision aired an hour-long, pre-recorded interview on Tuesday in which U.S. President Joe Biden criticized Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The U.S. president appeared to state a previously unarticulated public position in the interview with the channel’s Enrique Acevedo.

“So I what I’m calling for is for the Israelis to just call for a ceasefire, allow for the next six, eight weeks total access to all food and medicine going into the country,” Biden said.

No mention of Hamas here, but then again it has never abided by a ceasefire anyway.

Israel is expected to stop attacking Hamas.

Hamas is not expected to either stop attacking Israel or release the hostages.

So Biden is dropping the pretense that this is about the hostages or about anything other than the supreme victimhood of the Islamic genociders of Gaza.

The Biden administration has demanded more and more concessions from Israel to Hamas. Even as Hamas keeps rejecting the U.S. proposals as not being good enough.

Much like under Kerry, where the State Department negotiated with the terrorists and then demanded that Israel meet the demands of the terrorists, the Biden admin is doing the same thing, except with Hamas.

Hamas has informed mediators that it rejects the latest U.S. proposal for a renewed hostages-for-ceasefire deal, The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing sources as saying that the terrorist organization intends to put forward a roadmap for a permanent end to the war.

The U.S. offer would have seen Jerusalem release 900 terrorist prisoners, including murderers, in exchange for 40 hostages, along with a partial IDF withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and the unrestricted return of Palestinians to the northern part of the coastal enclave.

The plan proposed that Hamas would release more hostages at a later stage following the withdrawal of all Israeli troops from Gaza.

Speaking at a women’s event in Jordan late last month, Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal declared that the organization’s leadership is “waging a negotiating battle no less fierce” than the military conflict with the IDF, according to a readout of his remarks posted to Telegram by Hamas.

“Inshallah [‘God willing’], we will defeat them in the field and in the negotiating battle,” said Mashaal, adding that the group is also fighting “intense battles” in the media and on the political battlefield.

The terrorists never win the wars, but when the White House is in charge, they win all the negotiations.

Hamas has no reason not to keep turning down deals since those are its only hope of survival and victory. Thanks to Biden.

VIDEO EXPOSÈ: Chicago Shelters for Illegal Aliens Grapple with Measles and TB Outbreaks

We wrote in our column America’s ship of state is underwater and sinking faster each and every day!,

America’s Ship of State is Sinking Fast

It took the RMS Titanic two days to sink and because of the ship’s faulty design 1,496 passengers died.

Today, the USS America under the Biden Regime’s faulty designs are bent on killing that many each and every month, be it via chemical or actual abortions, murders in our streets and the mayhem on our borders by criminal illegal aliens.

But it gets much much worse.

Our economy is in the tank. Our national debt is the highest in history, our culture and society are under constant attack by the Red/Green/Rainbow Alliance. BTW, there are two shades of Green in the Alliance, the green of the radical Islamists like Hamas, Hezb’allah, the Houthis, Iran et. al. and those Climate Nazis bent on the total control of our oil and CO2.

The great ship of state is using up its oil reserves at a rapid pace as the Climate Nazis demand we close down all coal, oil and natural gas use. The ship of state can’t run on electricity produced by solar panels. The ship of state will soon be crashing into offshore windmills.

The government of we the people, by the people and for the people is rapidly being replaced by criminal illegal aliens.

It is being replace by the USS Big Government. Today big government is the opiate of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., and his crew.

Today there are chants in places like Dearborn, Michigan of “death to America.” while Governor Whitman and Rep. Ilan Omar yawn.

Now we are learning that those criminal illegal aliens are bringing with them tuberculosis and measles!

One America News Network reports,

Migrant shelters in Chicago experience tuberculosis and measles outbreak. The Health Department has not specified the number of immigrants who tested positive for TB but is reporting 59 measles cases so far this year, about half of which are. To provide perspective, in 2023, 58 measles cases were reported nationwide. In the first two months of 2024, 41 cases were reported in 16 states, excluding those in Chicago. Vaccine requirements for American school children are waived for illegal immigrants. Some local lawmakers, like Alderman Raymond Lopez, accuse city officials of turning a blind eye to the problem. Double board-certified neurologist, Dr. Russell Surasky, joins Alicia Summers.

Most Populous Muslim-Majority Country to Normalize Diplomatic Relations with Israel

The most populous Muslim-majority has agreed to normalize relations with Israel, according to Israeli news outlet Ynet. The news comes “after three months of secret talks” regarding a bid by Indonesia to join the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Israel normalized relations with four Muslim-majority countries (Bahrain, Morocco, Sudan, and U.A.E.) as part of the Abraham Accords promoted by the Trump administration, but further talks have not borne fruit since 2021.

The OECD Council decided on February 20, 2024 to open discussions with Indonesia regarding that nation joining the international trade and development organization, which is a “multi-year process.” At the same time, it reaffirmed that Indonesia could join without “unanimous” support from the organization’s 38 member states.

One of the OECD member states is Israel. Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz initially objected to Indonesia’s membership, per Ynet, and refused to remove his objection unless Indonesia made a gesture toward Israel. Indonesia and the OECD eventually agreed to include the stipulation that, before Indonesia joins the organization, it must establish diplomatic relations with Israel.

Earlier negotiations to normalize relations stalled after Hamas’s October 7 attack on Israel, according to the Times of Israel, and Indonesia chose to back South Africa’s charge at the International Court of Justice that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. The Times also said that anti-Semitic protests are common in Indonesia, as they have been around the world since Hamas’s terror attack.

However, Israel allowed Indonesian planes into its airspace as part of an airdrop of humanitarian supplies to Gaza, which may be a first step towards establishing relations.

Indonesia is the fourth-most populous nation in the world, behind only India, China, and the U.S., with more than 277 million people in 2023. Its population is 82% of that of America and twice that of Russia. The archipelago nation is overwhelmingly Muslim (87%), though not Arab, and it has a significant Christian minority (10.5%). Its annual Gross Domestic Product (GDP) totals $1.5 trillion, making it the world’s 16th largest economy.

The OECD is a Western-dominated economic organization whose members must maintain a commitment to democratic government and free markets. The organization includes the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and most nations in northern, western, and southern Europe, as well as a smattering of nations in Latin America and elsewhere. Current members in the far east include Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. Israel and Turkey are the only Middle Eastern members of the OECD.

Russia and China are not members of the OECD. Russia was never a full member, but its partial participation was suspended over its invasion of Ukraine.

The news that Indonesia is pursing normalized relations comes at a critical time for Israel as the country continues to face international pressure to abandon its goal of eradicating the Hamas terrorist network in Gaza. Even once solid supporters of Israel, like the U.S. government, are now wavering in their support. That a large, influential, Muslim-majority would seek to improve relations with Israel now indicates that their international standing is not as bleak as might otherwise appear.

Ex-Trump Advisor Purged From Federal Elections Board After Left-Wing Pressure Campaign, Emails Show

A federal agency did not reappoint a former Trump advisor to an elections advisory board after a left-wing activist group threatened to launch a public criticism campaign, according to emails obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Cleta Mitchell, a lawyer who is now the senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, was appointed to the advisory board for the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) in November 2021. After months of badgering United States Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR) officials to oust Mitchell from the EAC board of advisors, Free Speech for People president John Bonifaz threatened to launch a “public campaign” criticizing the agency if it did not drop Mitchell at the end of her two-year term, emails obtained by the DCNF via public records request show.

“I am writing as a courtesy to let you know that, unless we hear from you by tomorrow, November 29, at 5 pm ET that the USCCR has decided not to reappoint Cleta Mitchell, we plan to launch a public campaign criticizing the USCCR for this decision, including by publicizing a copy of your 10/5/23 email below to me, which as you know is public record,” Bonifaz wrote on Nov. 28, 2023 to USCCR General Counsel David Ganz.

“I wanted to let you know about this so you’re not surprised if e.g. you or the Commission receive media calls,” Bonifaz added.

The threatening email seems to have worked. The next day, Free Speech for People, the same group that was behind several recent efforts to kick Trump off the ballot, celebrated that Mitchell would not be reappointed. Ganz had said in an Oct. 5 email that Mitchell’s appointment could not be withdrawn during her term, but suggested there may be alternate means of removing her from the board when her term expired.

The duties of the EAC, a federal agency established by the Help America Vote Act of 2002, center on the administration of elections, including administering grant programs and offering voluntary voting system guidelines, testing and certification. Its board of advisors, comprised of 35 members appointed from a range of agencies and organizations such as the USCCR, reviews draft guidance and provides input to the EAC commissioners.

Mitchell’s appointment sparked backlash from Democrats and left-wing groups because her volunteer legal work for Trump’s 2020 campaign and her presence on a Jan. 2, 2021 phone call where Trump told Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” enough votes for him to win the state.

Mitchell told the DCNF she was not aware of Free Speech for People’s pressure, though she noted there were “a number of left-wing groups who went berserk when I was designated.”

“I do find it ironic that a group that supposedly promotes ‘free speech for people’ organized a campaign to make sure that the opinions and views of people like me are not heard,” Mitchell told the DCNF.

Free Speech for People was among the groups seeking to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a ploy that was recently shut down by the U.S. Supreme Court. Free Speech for People filed lawsuits and urged election officials in various states to bar him from the ballot.

Trump-appointed USCCR commissioner J. Christian Adams told the DCNF he was not aware of Free Speech for People’s efforts. He said Republican commissioners were only able to get Mitchell appointed via a compromise with Democrats. The deal was Republicans would vote to approve President Joe Biden’s pick for USCCR chair and Democrats would support filling an open seat on the EAC board with a Republican — either Adams or Mitchell.

Now, since both USCCR’s appointments to the EAC board expired, he has been “agitating to have the process commenced to have these positions filled.” Neither Mitchell nor Democratic appointee law professor Jenny Carroll were reappointed after their terms expired.

“And as far as I can tell, nothing is being done by staff or the chair,” Adams told the DCNF.

Free Speech for People first sent a letter to USCCR staff director Mauro Morales in January 2023 calling for the withdrawal of Mitchell’s appointment, stating she was “deeply enmeshed in the disgraced former President Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 federal election.”

It renewed that call in a July letter to Morales and the USCCR’s commissioners.

After the Fulton County grand jury’s final report revealed it had recommended charging Mitchell in the racketeering case against Trump, Bonifaz continued to push for her removal in emails. Mitchell was not indicted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, whose case has since been bogged down by scandal.

Ganz told Bonifaz in an Oct. 5 email that the USCCR did not have the authority to “unilaterally revoke a post appointment” or remove a current member, though he noted the current appointees terms expired in November 2023. In light of this, he told Bonifaz he had requested USCCR commissioners “commence consideration of new appointments” to the board.

One agenda item for Nov. 1, 2023, the “Democratic Commissioner Caucus Call,” references an email from Bonifaz regarding new appointments to the EAC board. Yvesner Zamar, Special Assistant to USCCR Chair Rochelle Garza, wrote it was an issue that “has caused much consternation for The Commission and it doesn’t appear that will end soon.”

“There is uncertainty about how terms end automatically or rollover,” he wrote. “There are other outstanding considerations, but ultimately, we need to decide how we move forward. Most recently, outside inquiries were surprisingly punted over to me as the Chair’s Special Assistant regarding the appointment of new people.”

A Nov. 7 agenda item for a Democrat-only call included an “EAC Discussion” led by Vice Chair Victoria Nourse.

Zamar called Bonifaz shortly after his Nov. 28 email threat to tell him they were “working on appointing people” and would circle back with him the next week, according to an email he sent thanking him for taking the call.

It’s unclear precisely when the decision not to reappoint Mitchell was made, though an email the next day from Bonifaz suggests the USCCR sent the EAC a letter following his threat to launch a public campaign.

“We now understand that the USCCR has sent a letter to the EAC,” he wrote on Nov. 29. “Can you send us a copy of that letter or should we issue a FOIA request for it?”

A spokesperson for the EAC told the DCNF members on its board of advisors serve two-year terms.

“The USCCR informed the EAC that it would not be reappointing Ms. Mitchell for an additional term,” the spokesperson said.

Mitchell said she found out the same way.

“I just received a notice that both of the USCCR designees’ appointments were terminated,” she told the DCNF.

Free Speech for People pointed the DCNF to the public statement it issued after Mitchell’s removal.

“The election denier Cleta Mitchell had no place on the advisory board for the Election Assistance Commission and the US Commission on Civil Rights should never have appointed her to that position,” Bonifaz said at the time. “Today’s announcement is a triumph for our democracy.”

USCCR Chair Rochelle Garza declined to comment. Staff director Mauro Morales did not respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

American Evangelicals among ‘the Last Ones Standing with Israel’

The Biden administration is applying a “double standard” to Israel, said Family Research Council President Tony Perkins, and “they’ve ramped up their rhetoric and their pressure on Israel” after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) accidentally killed seven aid workers in a drone strike last week. Due to the U.S. government’s desertion, “Israel is standing alone in the world,” Perkins added, and “evangelicals in America are really the last ones standing with Israel.”

By holding Israel responsible for the mistaken drone attack, the Biden administration is expecting more of our allies than of our own armed forces. “On August 29th of 2021, as the United States bungled their withdrawal from Afghanistan … the Biden administration fired a drone attack, and it killed 10 civilians,” Perkins recalled. “And there was no action taken for those involved in that.”

Israel’s isolation is evident from the global opposition to its planned operation in Rafah. “There is a double standard,” Senator James Lankford (R-Okla.), an evangelical himself, insisted on “Washington Watch.” “The Biden administration is putting pressure on Netanyahu to have a ceasefire and to stop and allow terrorists to remain in Rafah when we know there are thousands of terrorists that are literally hiding out in that last spot.”

Rafah has “become a symbol … in the sense that Israel keeps saying, ‘We have to go to Rafah.’ And so the entire world comes down against Israel saying, ‘You mustn’t go into Rafah,’” Center for Security Policy senior fellow Caroline Glick explained on “Washington Watch.” “The fact is that Rafah is the last redoubt of Hamas’s conventional forces, and they have to be destroyed.”

The debate over Rafah has “become sort of a stand-off between Israel and [the rest of] humanity that doesn’t want the Jews to succeed,” Glick added.

To defend its abandonment of Israel, the Biden administration has argued that an immediate ceasefire is necessary to protect the lives of Palestinian civilians. “Obviously, it’s a war time, there’s painful loss of life for civilians that are out there. That’s the painful difficulty of any war in any place,” said Lankford. “We’ve experienced that as Americans, [and] we do everything we can to be able to protect innocent life. Israel is also trying to protect innocent life.”

But Biden is applying pressure on the wrong party, Lankford insisted. “We really need to have pressure on Lebanon to back up Hezbollah [from the border]. We need to have pressure on Qatar. The Qataris could put pressure on Gaza and Hamas today and could release all of those hostages. But Qatar is choosing not to do that.”

While the media and now the Biden administration continually highlight the plight of Palestinian refugees, they neglect to mention that Israeli civilians also continue to face terror attacks and rocket barrages, and tens of thousands have been displaced from their homes. “There’s about 63,000 Israelis that have had to pull away from the northern border because of the constant attacks from Hezbollah,” Lankford noted.

“Israel is our ally. We need to stand with her. We need to help in every way we can, to help in the threat of terrorism that’s coming at them,” Lankford agreed. “We do want to end terrorism. We understand what it’s like to be attacked in a threat of terrorism.”

Besides the fact that Israel is our ally, Israel is engaged in a just, defensive war. Hamas initiated the current conflict by invading Israel without warning, pillaging, torturing, and killing without distinction. During that unprovoked raid, Hamas terrorists deliberately and brutally killed more than 1,200 Israeli civilians and kidnapped more than 200 victims as hostages, many of whom are still in captivity.

By contrast, Israel has not intentionally killed a single Palestinian civilian. While it’s true than many Palestinian civilians have been killed, that is only because Hamas terrorists deliberately surround themselves with as many civilians as possible, in order to maximize the collateral damage when Israel hits legitimate, military targets. It’s impossible to know exactly how many civilian casualties there have been in Gaza because the only casualty numbers reported from Gaza are produced by an organ of Hamas which does not distinguish between military and civilian deaths.

Lankford recently traveled to Israel, where people are feeling “abandoned” by the Biden administration, he said. “The folks in Israel that I talked to are really grateful to see folks on the ground saying, ‘No, there are Americans that do stand with you,’ including evangelical Christians and others, especially a lot of Republicans that are speaking out clearly to say, ‘We’re going to stand with Israel.’”

Not only do evangelicals support Israel for the same reasons liberals used to — basic human rights, national self-determination, etc. — but they have an additional affection for them as God’s chosen people under the Mosaic covenant, the nation of David, Isaiah, Peter, Paul, and Jesus. As the world’s progressive elite continues to unjustly demonize the Jews, American evangelicals are among the last voices in the world who will speak up for Israel, making their support even more essential.

The letter from Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. on his support for Israel. Truths — 3, Lies — 11.

“I’m not upset that you lied to me, I’m upset that from now on I can’t believe you.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche

“There are three types of lies — lies, damn lies, and statistics.” ― Benjamin Disraeli

The following is an analysis of a letter we received from the White House, signed by Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., in response to our letter questioning the support of the State of Israel by Biden and his administration.

Here is our analysis of the letter:

Dear Mr. Swier,

Thank you for writing to me.

The people of Israel lived through a moment of pure evil on October 7 when more than 1,300 civilians, including Americans, were murdered by the terrorist organization Hamas [TRUE – Hamas slaughters innocents on October 7th].

The reports of atrocities are seared on our souls [LIE – Biden via UNRWA continues to send aid to Hamas, thus keeping them alive and in the fight against Israel]:  Parents killed while trying to protect their children.  Young people massacred while attending a music festival.  Entire families slain.  And so many more innocents wounded or taken hostage.

For many across the United States, Hamas’ terrorist assault was not only painful—it was personal [LIE – Biden and his administration are doing everything they can to undermine Israel’s efforts to destroy Hamas, including calling for a ceasefire, funding Hamas via UNRWA and calling for a two-state solution, which will led to the end of the state of Israel.]  It resurfaced horrible memories left by millennia of antisemitism and genocide.  And it was the deadliest day for Jews since the Holocaust—one of the worst chapters in human history that reminded us all that silence is complicity [TRUE – But Biden and his State Department are working to undermine the state of Israel and support Hamas and Iran].

I want you to know:  I will not be silent [LIE – Biden and his administration have not only been silent but they have helped fund Hamas via UNRWA and funded Iran, the sworn enemy of Israel, by lifting the sanctions put into place on Iran under President Trump.]  The United States stands with Israel [LIE – The Biden Regime stands against Israel, see the comments above.]  We will continue to ensure that Israel has what it needs to defend itself against terrorism in accordance with international humanitarian law [LIE – The Biden Regime is using international law to condemn Israel and give Hamas a free pass.]  I will bring all resources to bear to secure the release of hostages held by Hamas—including our fellow Americans [LIE – Biden has done nothing to date to free American hostages. However, Biden has approved building a new port in Gaza, which helps Hamas and does nothing to release American hostages.]  I will also do everything possible to ensure civilians are protected, provide humanitarian aid to innocent Palestinians, and prevent this conflict from spreading across the region [LIE – The war against Israel has entered a new stage where the IDF is not only fighting Hamas but Hezb’allah and a growing possibility of a war with Iran].  And I will continue to work steadfastly with partners to pursue peace and a two-state solution so that the Israeli and the Palestinian people can both enjoy equal measures of security and dignity [TRUE – The worst thing Biden can do is create a new and expanded two-state solution. There is already a two-state solution. Israel gave up Gaza to the Arabs living there and removed all Jews, who had lived there for decades. The the Arabs elected Hamas, a terrorist’s organization, to represent them. On October 7th we saw that any two-state solution does not work, rather it leads to wholesale slaughter of Jews. Read more about the two-state solution.]

Here at home, I have directed my team to identify, prevent, and disrupt any domestic threats that could emerge against Jewish, Muslim, Arab, or any other communities [LIE – The only groups that Biden is protecting are the Muslims and Arabs. Jews are being attacked on college campuses, Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan have called out “Death to America” and Jews are under attack across America by pro-Hamas protestors. No Muslim or Arab has been arrested for fomenting violence against America and American  Jews.]  There is no place for hate in our world.  Not against Jews.  Not against Muslims.  Not against anybody [LIE – The Biden regime is allowing anti-Semitic, anti-Christian hate to spread while protecting Muslims.] Under my Administration, the United States will continue to combat antisemitism, Islamophobia, and all forms of hate [LIE – The Biden Regimes war against white people, Christians and parents who speak out about the indoctrination of their children is a fact. Additionally the Biden Regime stood silently by as American patriots who attended a mostly peaceful rally on January 6th are arrested by the FBI and DOJ, jailed, tortured and even killed.].  And we will continue to reject terrorism and its indiscriminate evil, just as we have always done [LIE – The Biden Regime is by its own actions is a terrorist organization and is committing indiscriminate evil.]

That is what America stands for.

Sincerely,

[signed] Joe Biden
