Lego Toys with More LGBT Extremism

The Left is tearing down mainstream values — brick by brick! Lego, the latest company to pander to the woke, just decided to test the waters with a rainbow set of “LGBTQIA+” figures. “Everyone is awesome!” the iconic toy company tweeted with a picture of the pack, which also boasts a transgender-flag colored spectrum. And if you’ve always wanted your kids to get an early education on cross-dressers, creator Matthew Ashton says you’re in luck. Although the characters are supposed to be non-conformist, the purple figure is meant as “a clear nod to all the fabulous drag queens out there.”

Of course, Lego isn’t the first toy company to wade into radical politics. Barbie and American Girl dolls have tried it (to very vocal protests). So did Mr. Potato Head — for about 12 hours. The uproar over the iconic spud was so overwhelming that Hasbro was forced to reverse course with record speed. “Hold that Tot!” the company tweeted. “Mr. Potato Head isn’t going anywhere. While it was announced today that the potato head brand name and logo are dropping the ‘Mr.’ I yam proud to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head aren’t going anywhere and will remain Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head.”

If Lego wants to trot down this same controversial path, they’ll learn pretty quickly that American parents aren’t interested in their building blocks of indoctrination. Most U.S. consumers are wide awake, thanks to the cancel culture, and they’re not about to let a major decision by Lego corrupt a playful tradition that they loved as children themselves.

Unfortunately, these days, a family can’t even turn on PBS without seeing something shocking created specifically for kids. In New York City, the network is under incredible fire for broadcasting a drag queen series aimed directly at children as young as three. “Let’s Learn,” the program is called. And children learned all right — about a drag queen called “Lil Miss Hot Mess.” Apart from singing from his book “The Hips on the Drag Queen Go Swish Swish Swish” to the tune of the “The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round,” Lil Miss explains to children what he does. “Everyday people who like to play pretend and dress up as often as we can,” before adding, “I think we make pretty good role models.”

PBS, which rakes in a significant amount of taxpayer dollars, has been overwhelmed by complaints. And no wonder, considering that the man hosting the show happily says, “I think we might have some drag queens-in-training on our hands.” It also has some angry viewers on its hands too.

For now, FRC’s Jared Bridges warns, “Parents should be sure that we’re not letting any toy corporation (or school, or media company, or fill-in-the-blank) be the source about what’s true in the world. Moms and dads should be aware that no area of the world — not even the toy aisle — is immune from the age-old effects of deception.” The sad part about Lego’s campaign is that everyone is awesome. But they’re awesome because they’re created in the image of God to be uniquely male and female — a truth that’s unchangeable, down to their very DNA.

If Lego wants to turn its back on thousands of years of science, morality, common sense, and public opinion, that’s their choice. But they need to know that there’s a price for their extremism. Contact Lego on Twitter @LEGO_Group or email them on the website and voice your concerns about their blatant attempts to build more extremists with their bricks.

Putin’s Revenge: The Biden/Harris Ticket

When the FBI cleared Putin in Colonial Pipeline hack, it was a real bombshell and my blood pressure went over 200. Two questions immediately came to the forefront, and those questions must be answered. Does the FBI and our Intel know well Russia and her Intelligence apparatus? Or, perhaps, has the FBI collaborated with Russian Intel? We had numerous events to be skeptical and suspicious about Russia during the last several decades, and the phrase Russia, Russia, and Russia has occupied our politics and press. Yet, neither of those two questions have been answered despite the fact that the FBI and our Intel are two primary gates of national security in America…

History of the Truth

We have multiple crises at home and abroad. But don’t be surprised, those crises all have derived from the same cause and the same source—Russia. Moreover, America sees a Socialist Revolution in the country today and nobody in power understands nor reacts accordingly to stop it. Where is the FBI, where are all 17 Intelligence agencies? The answer to the questions is simple: None of them know Russia, her Intel, which is spreading the ideology of Soviet Socialism globally for the last hundred years. The FBI Director was wrong saying: “I don’t think there is any country (but China) that presents a more severe threat to our innovation, our economic security and our democratic ideals,” he stated at Senate Hearing April 14, 2021.

The FBI Director Christopher Wray is very wrong, because there is another bad actor from within, who began destroying our country and the Western civilization a hundred years ago—Russia. Yes, Russia is the major problem of the world for the last century and yes, Russia is killing our soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq. Yet, neither American Intel, all seventeen, nor the FBI know Russia, her Intel, and the ideology of Soviet Socialism. In fact, Russia has been “A National Emergency” since Stalinist Soviet Socialism’s aspirations to spread that ideology globally, established in the 1930s.

As a former Soviet defense attorney, I had known that history and warned Americans in my writings for the last thirty-five years… The Collapse of the Soviet Union has not changed anything in the security apparatus—Putin’s KGB is still in control and power in Russia. As a matter of fact, I am using the term the KGB writing about Russian Intel as a whole. Americans are well aware of those three letters. I am discussing with Americans the KGB Mafia/Army in our country. And it is not a coincidence that the KGB had survived and catapulted a former counter-intelligence officer of the KGB, Vladimir Putin to the Presidency.

I remember well Putin’s reaction on the Collapse of the Soviet Union and I was ready for a deadly act of reciprocity from him. In his annual state of the nation address Vladimir Putin told Russia that the collapse of the Soviet empire “was the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.” Putin: ”Soviet collapse is a ‘genuine tragedy.” Knowing his arrogance and impudence, I had expected a deadly revenge, but I never imagined his fatal plot against the American Constitutional republic. It didn’t started in the 21st century with the Trump/Dossier, it was a continuation of a deliberate series of lies to mislead the American public to help Democrats prevent Trump’s victory. Putin’s major agenda was to defeat Trump and he has used collaboration with the Dems inherited from Stalin and Andropov.

To better comprehend Andropov’s design, I gave you a term Socialist Charlatans—the Democrats, who use Socialist/Communist modus operandi. This modus operandi has been used despite of the Collapse of the Soviet Union by the KGB’s Mafia-Army globally to deceive and mislead you in America, just listen to Bernie Sanders, Al Sharpton or Chicago’s Mayor undermine our democracy and moral values. It is they who propagated the racist atmosphere in our society, especially in our educational system. Socialist Charlatans are helping Putin to take down America the Beautiful…

The day Putin became a Prime Minister in the 1990s, he revived the traditions of his devoted disciples Stalin and Andropov by continuing the war against the West, sponsoring and militarizing: Iran, Venezuela, and Syria, Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorists, including a Palestinian Jihad against Western civilization in the Middle East. Just look at Socialist Charlatans around the world: they have the same agenda: targeting and assaulting Jews simultaneously in Gaza, Los Angeles, and New York City, and… in our Congress by the “Squad,” calling Israel an apartheid state—it is Socialist hatred with big lies and distortion. Had you read my columns, you would know that we are witnessing the Andropov’s Legacy in 2021.

The Middle East and Russia

History is the Mother of all sciences and it obliged me to remind you the name of Yasser Arafat and his so-called Palestinian Liberation Organization PLO. He was recruited by the KGB in 1957 and began a permanent revolution in the Middle East. Putin has continued implementing Stalin’s design to make Iran a master of the Middle East. Pay attention to the current Biden/Harris administration desire to go back to Putin/Obama’s conspiracy with the Iran-Deal. Iran is not only a Hostile Regime, the country itself and its leadership have been militarized by Russia beginning with Andropov’s revolutions in the Middle East 1979. It has been continued by Putin, and has resulted in the current war between Israel and Palestinian Authority, when Hamas, a Russian/Iranian proxy launched four thousand missiles against Israeli civilians. Charter agenda of Hamas is to genocide Jews of the world. Nazis had the similar agenda…

Now, I need to present the Fareed Zachariah Show, CNN, who interviewed Rashid Khalid and Martin Indyk, May 16. 21. Both men are Democrats and though they promised to present the history of the Middle East, they limited themselves to dredge up current Palestinian lies. The issue of the Middle East can’t be resolved without knowledge of Russia and its Intel. One example can give you a unique substance and depth of the matter: Introduced by Yasser Arafat, Mahmoud Abbas is a Palestinian President elected to four years, but he is now keeping presidency for seventeen years. He is a trained Socialist Charlatan a graduate at the Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow, where he earned a Candidate of Sciences degree (the Soviet equivalent of a PhD). As a Holocaust denier, his 1982 dissertation, published as “The Other Side: the Secret Relationship between Nazism and Zionism.”

The Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas was a student of Yuri Andropov, the KGB Chairman 1967-1982, well known to me. Andropov’s design of simultaneously infiltrate the media and the Intel apparatus is fully described in my columns… Americans should read about that design to learn about Russia. There won’t be any peaceful solution of the Middle East confrontation until the sinister role of Russia and her Intel that have played for years “to divide and conquer,” provoke, and manipulate would be exposed. Let alone the establishment by Russia of the terrorist gangs in the area… I am repeating for many years and repeating again: Knowledge of Russia and her Intel is a Must to bring peace and global tranquility to the human beings of the world…

Biden and the KGB’s Mafia-Army

If you know Socialist/Communist modus operandi, you can easily meet it in America today. Our media produces a bucket of naked lies and deceits from Socialist Charlatans. We are watching every day an invasion of the illegal nationals from different countries along the Southern border, but the administration told us that “border is closed,” calling illegals ‘refugees’, which is a fraud and Biden’s Border crossings in 2021 are very high. I am a political refugee—current illegal nationals are not refugees! What do you think, who organized that invasion with thousands of children coming to the border? The answer to many questions is in my column: From Uncle Joe # 1 to Uncle Joe # 2, drrichswier.com/author/spipko/ March 8, 2021. Read it attentively to grasp the essence of the KGB’s Mafia-Army acting globally.

Today Cyberattacks threaten our national security, yet, Biden said that Hackers were based out of Russia, giving Putin a pass. He is creating problems instead of solving them at a time when a criminal cabal of Russian/Chinese Socialist Charlatans has come out from underground and are openly fighting our unique Constitutional republic designed by our Founding Fathers. Biden creates a slow-motion-disaster machine. Besides, we are under the constant attacks on our infrastructure from Moscow and Beijing. Here is a part of the recent events in the world.

“It was under Biden that the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline work continued.  It was under Biden that the preparations for the seizure of Taiwan by China entered the final phase. Under Biden, China’s seizure of the South China Sea, suspended by Trump, is close to completion.  Under Biden, both Russia and China decided on something that was simply unthinkable under Trump — they forced preparations for open aggression against neighbors.” The Beasts Smell Blood by Gary Gindler, American Thinker, May 15, 2021

The state of American national security is in dire straits. I will give you two examples to grasp the threat: You are well familiar with a Mayor Pete, he is lecturing us in religion and morality. He is following his father, who was lecturing Marxian-Leninism in Russia, and had ties with the KGB. He brought up his son accordingly. Yet, the FBI allowed Mayor Pete to run for the U.S. presidency among other six candidates sponsored by the KGB. Mayor Pete is the Secretary of Transportation in the Biden administration today and there are some others like him on Biden’s staff from Obama’s team. They are running America in 2021…

Another example: Don’t be surprised by Biden’s policy favoring Russia. Somewhere in 2013-2014 we saw several pictures of the trio: Obama, Joe and Hunter Biden. What does Obama have in common with Hunter Biden? What did they discuss? It was that time when Obama made Joe Biden a point man in Ukraine. Perhaps, they discussed Ukraine, because the American Embassy had helped Hunter in Kiev to find a Russian asset, a Ukrainian oligarch connected to Russia. As a matter of fact, without Ukraine, Putin can’t have again a Russian Empire. Read my columns about Biden and Ukraine.

Biden was helping Putin to suffocate young Ukrainian democratic forces, fighting Russian Socialist Charlatans in Ukraine. Joe Biden is again helping Putin. Maybe now you better understand my columns about A Global Spy Ring? By the way, a Globalist Putin is planning to unite American Presidency with the English Royal House to have a total global control and power. Don’t be surprised by the recent bombshells involving members of the English Royal House. Nobody can escape the KGB’s “attention.” The FBI must learn fast Putin’s Russia, her Intel and Socialist modus operandi to defeat Socialist Revolution in America…

List of the 35 Most Virulent Antisemitic Haters in the U.S. Congress

Beware the camel in the tent.

According to the classic Arab tale, one cold night, a camel asks his master if he can put his head in the tent for warmth. “By all means and welcome,” said the man; and the camel stretches his head into the tent. Soon after, the camel inquires if he may also bring his neck and front legs inside. Again, the master agrees.

Finally, the camel asks, “May I not stand wholly within?” With pity, the master beckons him into the warm tent. But when the camel comes forward it becomes clear that the tent is too small for them both. “I think,” the camel said, “that there is not room for both of us here. It will be best for you to stand outside, as you are the smaller; there will then be room enough for me.” And with that, the man is forced outside of his tent.  (Mawer)

With much of Congress on Israel’s side as it wages a defensive war against the terrorist group Hamas, a swath of Democrat lawmakers are expressing hostility to the Jewish state

As Israel faces Hamas rocket attacks, these are its most virulent critics in Congress

With much of Congress on Israel’s side as it wages a defensive war against the terrorist group Hamas, a swath of House lawmakers is expressing hostility to the Jewish state.

By: Emily Brooks | Washington Examiner | May 20, 2021:

With much of Congress on Israel’s side as it wages a defensive war against the terrorist group Hamas, a swath of House lawmakers is expressing hostility to the Jewish state.

Most of those who have consistently cast Israel-critical votes in recent years are Democrats, and they’re increasingly causing headaches for their party’s leadership. They’re also complicating dynamics for President Joe Biden as Hamas fires thousands of rockets into Israel and the country responds with deadly strikes in Gaza.

Members of the far-left “Squad,” who are relatively recent additions to Congress, are among the most hostile to Israel.

Democratic Reps.Alexandria Ocasio-Cortezof New York and Rashida Tlaibof Michigan on Wednesday are planning to introduce a resolution that would block a planned $735 million sale of bombs to Israel.

The resolution stands in stark contrast to the congressional response in 2014 after Hamas fired hundreds of rockets into Israel. The then-majority Republican House agreed to without objection a resolution written by former New York Rep. Steve Israel, a Democrat, that asserted “Israel’s right to defend its citizens and ensure the survival of the State of Israel” and stressed that “Hamas is a United States-designated terrorist organization.”

“The United States should not be rubber-stamping weapons sales to the Israeli government as they deploy our resources to target international media outlets, schools, hospitals, humanitarian missions and civilian sites for bombing,” Ocasio-Cortez said about the resolution in a tweet.

VIDEO: Students Taught that ‘Make America Great Again’ Is ‘Covert White Supremacy’

You need to be concerned about our public schools. Maryland shows us why. We received 685 pages of heavily redacted records from Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS), including documents related to their “Anti-racist system audit” and critical race theory classes.

The documents, obtained under the Maryland Public Information Act, reveal that students of “Maryland’s Largest School District” who attended Thomas Pyle Middle School’s social justice class were taught that the phrase “Make America Great Again” was an example of “covert white supremacy.” The phrase is ranked on a pyramid just below, “lynching,” “hate crimes,” “the N-word” and “racial slurs.” They were also taught that “white privilege” means being favored by school authorities and having a positive relationship with the police.

Additionally, the documents show that Montgomery County Public Schools allocated over $454,000 for an “Anti-racist system audit” by The Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium, a company that claims that their “expertise in using intersectionality as part of its theory of change makes us uniquely positioned to conduct the Anti-Racist Audit and mitigate the root causes of systemic barriers.”

In Thomas Pyle Middle School’s “social justice” class course curriculum, there is a slide titled “What is systemic racism?” in which students are shown a pyramid slide depicting “Differences between overt and covert hateful white supremacy.” According to the pyramid, “Make America Great Again” is an example of “covert white supremacy.” The phrase is ranked on a pyramid just below “racial slurs.”

Examples of other “white supremacy” include thinking “but we’re just one human family,” “colorblindness,” “cultural appropriation,” “celebration of Columbus Day,” “police murdering POC [people of color],” and “bootstrap theory.”

A separate pyramid begins with the term “genocide.”

The documents include Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium’s “anti-racist system audit” proposal, which describes intersectional theory as “people are often disadvantaged by multiple sources of oppression: their race, class, gender identity, native language, sexual orientation, religion, and other identity markers. Intersectionality recognizes that identity markers (e.g. “female” and “Black”) do not exist independently of each other, and that each informs the others, often creating a complex merging of oppression.”

Records regarding Montgomery County Public School’s Thomas Pyle Middle School’s social justice class include a cover letter, noting that the class in question was a one-week “Summer Boost” class called “Reading and Taking Action for Social Justice” offered from July 13-17, 2020, and that “no grades were given and no actual work due.” The class material includes a push for students to fill out a form letter with contact information addressed to federal, state and county education officials asking for more critical race theory classes in schools.

In a slide titled “What is Intersectionality?” the students are told it is defined as:

Exposing [one’s] multiple identities can help clarify the ways in which a person can simultaneously experience privilege and oppression….

Per [critical race theory scholar] Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw, ‘Intersectionality is simply a prism to see the Interactive effects of various forms of discrimination and disempowerment. It looks at the way that racism, many times, interacts with patriarchy, heterosexism, classism, xenophobia – seeing that the overlapping vulnerabilities created by these systems actually create specific kinds of challenges.’

A class slide titled “Implicit Bias, Structural Racism” states:

Race is created to justify enslaving people from Africa (the economic engine of the country).

National narrative (ideology, belief system) about people of color being ‘less than’ human (and less than white) justifies mistreatment and inequality (white supremacy).

Dominant narratives about race (family, media, society) coupled with racialized structural arrangements and differential outcomes by race all prime us to believe that people of color are inferior to white people …

The students are asked: “What is White Privilege?” and are instructed that white privilege includes, among other things: having “a positive relationship with the police, generally;” “soaking in media blatantly biased toward my race;” and “living ignorant of the dire state of racism today.”

The students are suggested to view a Ted Talk interview with Patrisse Cullors, a founder of Black Lives Matter. The class is provided “definitions” created by www.racialequitytools.org. The terms that are defined include:

  • “Black Lives Matter,” which is defined as “A political movement to address systemic and state violence against African Americans.” It claims that “Black Lives Matter is an ideological and political intervention in a world where Black lives are systematically and intentionally targeted for demise.”
  • “Power,” defined among other things as: “Wealth, whiteness, citizenship, patriarchy, heterosexism, and education are a few key social mechanisms through which power operates.”
  • “Racist policies,” is defined with the statement, “There is no such thing as a nonracist or race-neutral policy.”
  • “White Privilege,” which is defined as “to the unquestioned and unearned set of advantages, entitlements, benefits and choices bestowed on people solely because they are white.” And “Structure white privilege” is described as “A system of white domination that creates and maintains belief systems that make current racial advantages and disadvantages seem normal.”
  • Under the heading “White Supremacy,” “White supremacy culture,” is defined as referring, “to the dominant, unquestioned standards of behavior and ways of functioning embodied by the vast majority of institutions in the United States.” White supremacy culture is further defined as “the glue that binds together white-controlled institutions into systems and white-controlled systems into the global white supremacy system.”
  • Other defined terms include: “Anti-black” “colonization” “racial recognition” “racialization” “structural racism” and “whiteness”

We also received records relating to Montgomery County Public School’s Greenwood Elementary School’s “Dual Pandemic” of “Covid-19/systemic racism” class presentation.

The racist, revolutionary claptrap in these documents should be nowhere near a school classroom. These documents show that extremists have access to our schools and are willing to abuse this access to children in order to advance a dangerous, divisive, and likely illegal agenda.
would signal that the public pushback against rising crime is gaining traction. Victory for any of the other candidates would signal something entirely different—that the leftward march in American cities continues.

Biden’s handlers to release three jihad terrorists, including Osama’s bodyguard, from Guantánamo

What could possibly go wrong? Many other jihad terrorists freed from Gitmo have returned to the jihad, but these three will become stockbrokers, right?

Biden Administration Clears 3 Guantánamo Detainees for Release

by Carol Rosenberg, New York Times, May 17, 2021:

The Biden administration has approved three detainees at Guantánamo Bay for release to countries that agree to impose security conditions on them, including the oldest of the remaining wartime prisoners, lawyers and United States government officials said on Monday.

The approvals raised to nine the number of the 40 detainees currently at the wartime prison who have been approved for transfer to other countries. But it is unclear where the three men will go, or when, in part because the State Department has to make diplomatic and security arrangements with countries to take them.

Some of the other detainees who have been cleared for release over the years have been waiting for a decade for another country to agree to take them. In some instances, countries are asked to continue to jail the detainees or put them on trial. In most cases, they are asked to prevent them from traveling outside the country for at least two years.

Among those who have been granted approval is Saifullah Paracha, 73, of Pakistan, who was captured in Thailand in 2003. In addition to being the oldest of the detainees, he has also been described as among the sickest there, with heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure.

The other two were identified as Abdul Rabbani, 54, also a citizen of Pakistan, and Uthman Abdul al-Rahim Uthman, 40, a Yemeni. None have been charged with a crime by the United States in the two decades they have been in custody.

Of the other remaining detainees, 12 have been charged with war crimes, one of them has been convicted, and 19 are considered too dangerous for transfer to the custody of another country.

Word that the men were approved for release initially came from their lawyers, who heard about it from prisoners in attorney-client telephone calls. Two government officials confirmed the three release decisions, but on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it.

The decision to approve the three releases, one official said, was made early last week by the attorney general, the director of national intelligence, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the secretaries of defense, homeland security and state. All of them have representatives who sit on the Periodic Review Board, the organization that assesses the threat posed by the detainees….

Mr. Uthman has been held longest of the three. He was brought to Guantánamo within days of the opening of Camp X-Ray in January 2002 as a suspected member of Osama bin Laden’s bodyguard corps. He was turned down for release in 2018 in part because he lacked “credible plans to support himself upon transfer” and had not said how his family might support him….

Covid-19 Vaccination is an Ethical Minefield, Even for Doctors

The Covid-19 pandemic has raised a multitude of complex ethical issues — and new ones present themselves daily. These issues, including those related to vaccination, arise at four levels:

  • micro or individual (for example, when a doctor vaccinates a patient);
  • meso or institutional (regarding, for instance, a hospital’s or aged care residence’s policy on vaccinating staff);
  • macro or societal (a government’s decisions or public health regulations governing distribution of vaccines and access to vaccination); and
  • mega or global (such as a nation’s obligations to provide vaccines to those in developing countries, which are without vaccines).

In many Covid-19 related decision-making situations at each of these levels, decision makers face what is called in bioethics a “world of competing sorrows” — that is, decision making in which there is no “no harm” option, but in which, instead, they must choose to whom harm will be allocated.

The ethical difficulties are exacerbated when the harms and benefits do not accrue to the same people or, at least, not in equal measure. A striking example of such a situation at the macro or societal level would be the use of “lockdowns”, when the choice is between protecting public health and inflicting serious economic harm.

What I want to focus on here is a particular micro-level issue: that of a healthcare professional’s obligation to obtain a person’s informed consent to Covid-19 vaccination.

Failure to obtain an informed consent to, or an informed refusal of, medical treatment — which includes vaccination — is medical negligence (medical malpractice). Informed consent to or refusal of medical treatment has three requirements: competence, information, and voluntariness. There is a wealth of research on what is needed to establish each element, but here is a brief summary.

Competence

The law presumes that all adults are competent, until proven otherwise. Children are not presumed to be competent, but those with the required mental capacity can be found competent to give an informed consent. Competence requires that the person must be able to understand the information they are required to be given in order to obtain their informed consent or refusal, and be able to appreciate the consequences of the decision they make.

Medical treatment decisions for incompetent persons must be made by a competent “substitute decision maker”, who implements what they believe would be the incompetent person’s preferences and acts in the “best interests” of the incompetent person.

Information

All the information that would be “material” to a reasonable person in the same circumstances as the person seeking vaccination must be disclosed, along with any additional information the healthcare professional knows or ought to know the particular person would want to know, including honest answers to all of the person’s questions.

Risks of death are always regarded as “material risks”, even if of very low probability. This explains the temporary suspension of using the AstraZeneca vaccine in Australia in order to add disclosure of the rare risk of fatal blood clots (cerebral venous thrombosis) to the consent form signed by the person.

To obtain an informed consent to, or informed refusal of, any given treatment, the person must be offered all medically indicated treatments and the risks, harms, benefits, and potential benefits of each and of refusing all treatment must be disclosed. Failure to do so would negate informed consent to any vaccine given, even, possibly, if the required disclosure regarding that vaccine were made.

Likewise, an informed refusal of vaccination would be negated by the inadequate disclosure of the same information — in particular, of the benefits of vaccination and of the fact that the risks associated with Covid-19 infection far outweigh the risks of vaccination.

This extensive disclosure requirement can raise problems. What if a particular person is not told about the least risky Covid-19 vaccine for them and they develop serious complications from the vaccine administered that was not the least risky one? Have they given their informed consent to the vaccine given?

If the least risky vaccine is not available — subject to its unavailability not being the fault of some authority with responsibility for providing vaccines — there is probably no ethical or legal breach for not disclosing its existence. That said, it is a controversial topic in medical ethics, in general, whether treatments, which are indicated as treatment or prophylaxis for the patient, but are not available, must be disclosed in order to obtain informed consent to the treatment provided.

A further complexity is what if the least risky vaccine will become available, but not, let us say, for six months, as is true of sufficient quantities of the Pfizer vaccine? Does everyone at least have to be told of the Pfizer vaccine and its future planned availability in order to obtain their informed consent to the AstraZeneca vaccine at present?

What if, however, the vaccine is available, but in limited quantities, and by government or bureaucratic decree is not being offered to the group of people to which the person belongs? Keep in mind that a doctor has a primary obligation of personal care to each individual patient. This means they must always put that patient’s “best interests” first — that is, before their own interests and those of other people.

Let us take an example.

Both AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines are being administered to Australians, but there are limited quantities of the Pfizer vaccine and, with certain exceptions, it is not being offered to people 50 years of age or over. What if someone over fifty could be at more risk of blood clots than the general over-50 population? For example, what are a doctor’s obligations to a woman patient aged 55 years, who is taking post-menopausal hormone therapy, is diabetic, and has previously suffered a deep vein thrombosis (DVT)? Should the doctor offer her the AstraZeneca vaccine?

A doctor’s ethical and legal obligations

The first question is: what are the doctor’s ethical and legal obligations to this particular patient?

Just because the government has pronounced a policy or guidelines does not mean that a doctor following those guidelines is acting ethically or even legally. To avoid medical negligence (malpractice), the doctor must act within the parameters of what a reasonably careful and competent doctor would and would not do in the same circumstances — including with respect to the range of treatments offered and obtaining informed consent to the treatment chosen by the patient. That can require taking a different path from that articulated in the guidelines.

The second question is: if this patient is offered the AstraZeneca vaccine, must she also be offered the Pfizer vaccine, assuming that it could be obtained, in order to obtain her informed consent to accepting the AstraZeneca vaccine? In other words, if she accepts the AstraZeneca vaccine without being offered the Pfizer vaccine, is her consent to the AstraZeneca vaccine ethically and legally valid?

Voluntariness

This question leads beyond information requirements for informed consent to the third requirement for an ethically and legally valid consent — that is, voluntariness and its requirements that the person’s consent not be tainted with coercion, duress or undue influence (which will be discussed shortly).

Yet another question is, if the Pfizer vaccine is available (whether or not in limited quantities), and Australia has a large stockpile of the AstraZeneca vaccine, may the government still limit the availability of the Pfizer vaccine to those under 50 years of age? It is very difficult, perhaps almost impossible, to argue this could be justified. That difficulty is augmented by the fact that recent research found that mRNA based vaccines (Pfizer is one; AstraZeneca is not) seem to have additional benefits in that they are effective against at least some variants of the Covid-19 virus and possibly many of them.

Disclosure and perceptions of risks

The seriousness and probability of risks is always relevant to whether they need to be disclosed. The more serious and the more probable a risk, the more likely it is that it must be disclosed. The difference between knowing and appreciating the risk is also relevant. Many people have difficulty understanding probability — namely, that statistics are true for a group, but not for any one person, which can be a barrier to understanding the risk and appreciating the likely consequences of running or refusing to run it.

In addition, the comparative or relative risk of the various options regarding vaccination is a relevant fact that should be disclosed. The risk of developing blood clots is not only the risk of vaccination, but also the risk inherent in being infected with Covid-19. One in four people with Covid-19 admitted to intensive care units develop blood clots, and around 25 percent of them die. In an as yet unpublished study from Oxford University, researchers found that Covid-19 infection is up to ten times more likely to cause blood clots than vaccination with the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines. The AstraZeneca vaccine is not an mRNA vaccine, but it too is far less likely to cause clots than infection with Covid-19.

Factors other than seriousness and probability of risk are also relevant in people’s decision making regarding whether to run a particular risk. People can view risks that appear to result from chance very differently from those resulting from a choice to impose the risk made by an identified decision maker. They are much more tolerant of risks seemingly arising by chance than by another person’s or institution’s choice. In short, they can have very different reactions to harm seen as resulting from “an act of God” as compared with harm resulting from “an act of a healthcare professional”.

The ‘dread factor’ in risk

As I’ve already noted, a person who refuses vaccination with the AstraZeneca vaccine runs a greater risk of infection with Covid-19 and, if infected, of serious complications, than if they had accepted vaccination. However, if this risk of refusing AstraZeneca vaccination materialises, it is likely to be seen as having arisen from chance, whereas blood clots caused by the vaccine are likely to be seen as caused by an identified agent. This could be the doctor or nurse who gave the jab, or the government, which allocated the probably less risky Pfizer vaccine to others, or all of these decision makers and actors. Ethical responsibility is not like a football (you no longer have it when you throw it to someone else), it is more like a cake (everyone can have a slice).

Risks have a dread factor: the more familiar the risk, the lower the dread factor; and the more unfamiliar the risk, the higher the dread factor; the higher the dread factor, the more likely the person is to refuse to run the risk.

An example is the fact that people take the risks of being killed in a car accident every day, but they will refuse to fly, even though the risk of death from a plane crash is far lower than that incurred in travel by car. A plane crash has a much higher dread factor than a car crash.

Risks also have a time factor: the more immediate the materialisation of the risk could be, the less tolerance there is for chancing it; the further away the consequences, the less weight the risk is given. The long-term risk of developing lung cancer from smoking is a good example of the latter. Covid-19 vaccination has an immediate risk of medical complications; the risks from contracting Covid-19 are possibly not as immediate, at least in Australia.

Psychologists have found that in evaluating whether to run a particular risk, people make the opposite decision from their last worst risk-taking decision. So, for instance, engineers who decided that a dam wall was safe (even though there was a risk it was not), and the dam broke engulfing a small town and killing many people, the next time they evaluated a dam wall found it to be unsafe. Individuals’ last worst decision regarding the risks of a prophylactic medical treatment will vary from person to person.

Then, beyond the obvious ones, which risks fall within the disclosure requirements? The risk of blood clots from the AstraZeneca vaccine is present for two weeks or more after vaccination (there have been suggestions of even up to 12 months). Is the psychological stress of living with that possibility and the chance of developing a clinically significant anxiety disorder as a result a risk that needs to be disclosed? What about the fact that there is no established treatment for the vaccine-induced blood clots? In addition, must the over 20 percent fatality rate of the people who do develop vaccine induced clots be disclosed? These are very difficult questions on which there will not be consensus regarding the answers.

The impact of both mainstream and social media on the public’s perception of risk is also an important consideration, especially in a “post-truth” world. The media, too, must act ethically and responsibly in their communications and must not exploit people’s fear regarding Covid-19 or vaccination just in order to increase their audience share.

Voluntariness

The doctrine of informed consent puts into effect respect for the patient’s autonomy and their right to self-determination. Voluntariness requires that the patient’s consent to treatment be free of coercion, duress, or undue influence.

Mandatory vaccination raises many complex ethical and human rights issues — including the fact that it would bypass informed consent. In situations that clearly fulfil all the requirements of the doctrine of necessity, it can be justified as an exception to the basic presumption that a person’s (or their legal surrogate decision-maker’s) informed consent to medical treatment is always required. Protection of public health is a long-established domain of such exceptions. (I note that some people will strongly disagree that any exceptions are ethical.)

However, duress or undue influence can be less direct. For example, a person can be told that their continuing employment depends on their being vaccinated. This demand is most likely to be justified where it is necessary to protect vulnerable people from exposure to Covid-19, those who are fragile or have disabilities, such as residents of aged care homes. The employee has an option of resigning, but the consent to vaccination is not entirely free.

And what about people over 50, who would choose to have the Pfizer vaccine, but are offered only the AstraZeneca vaccine — is their consent to the latter sufficiently free?

Final considerations

I began by pointing out the four levels of decision-making and that this discussion of the requirements of informed consent to Covid-19 vaccination would focus on the micro- or individual level. However, all the other levels must be concurrently taken into account; the protection and promotion of the “common good” can modify what otherwise would be required at the individual level — including what is required to obtain an individual person’s informed consent.

It is important to recognise that the values which apply at the different levels are not the same and can be in conflict.

For instance, at the micro-level, an individual doctor treating an individual patient must not put the “common good” before the patient’s “best interests”. In contrast, at the meso-level, if a hospital is to act justly, it might be ethically required to give priority to the “best interests” of all patients at the expense of the individual’s “best interests”. The most likely situation in relation to Covid-19 where the “common good” can take priority over respect for individual autonomy is, at the macro-level, when protection of public health clearly requires a coercive intervention, such as lockdown or “social distancing”.

It is a truism in ethics, but no less important for being such, that good facts are essential for good ethics. Dealing with Covid-19 vaccines involves many situations of unavoidable uncertainty with respect to the facts. We need to keep in mind that many ethical mistakes are made when we are frightened of living with that uncertainty and convert it to false certainty — in which case we are certain, but we are ethically wrong. This is an ever-present danger in the political and public policy sphere, especially under the guise of the “we mustn’t panic the public” syndrome, sometimes used by government bureaucrats to avoid transparency and “being blamed” for harmful outcomes of their decisions.

Good intentions?

Intention matters in ethics. The same decision might be ethical if made for one reason, but unethical if made for another reason. Let us test this by looking at the federal government’s decision about access to the Pfizer vaccine.

The Pfizer vaccine, with some exceptions, will only be offered to people in general under 50 years of age. A majority of those who have developed blood clots are women. Should government policy be to offer women the Pfizer vaccine, rather than people under 50? This would be to substitute sex discrimination for age discrimination. Or was the decision based on reasoning that those under 50 are less at risk in waiting for the Pfizer vaccine than those over 50? Or was the reasoning something else?

In short, to judge the ethical acceptability of this decision we need to know the risk/benefit calculus on which it was based. Without all those facts, we cannot properly judge its ethical acceptability.

VIDEO: Biden Waives Sanctions on Russian Pipeline After Blocking Keystone XL in U.S.

Biden Waives Sanctions on Russian Pipeline After Blocking Keystone XL in U.S.

By: Bongino.com, May 20, 2021:

Joe Biden infamously canceled the Keystone XL pipeline that would have brought oil to America, provided thousands of jobs, and added billions of dollars in tax revenue because of extremely dubious environmental concerns shortly after taking office.

He apparently doesn’t share the same contempt for pipelines abroad.

According to Axios:

The State Department will acknowledge that the corporate entity in charge of the project (Nord Stream 2 AG) and its CEO (Putin crony and former East German intelligence officer Matthias Warnig) are engaged in sanctionable activities….However, the State Department will waive the applications of those sanctions, citing U.S. national interests.

“The Biden administration has been clear that the Nord Stream 2 pipeline is a Russian geopolitical project that threatens European energy security and that of Ukraine and eastern flank NATO allies and partners,” the spokesperson said. Administration sources contend any waivers applied to sanctions could be removed at any time. They also add that the Biden administration’s goal remains to see that the pipeline doesn’t go into use.

In other words, the sanctions were put in place for good reason and the Biden administration considers the pipeline to be such a serious threat that they don’t want it to go into use… so they’re allowing it to be completed. Does that make any sense to anyone?

The slant from Axios is that this is a sop to Germany, but it actually seems like the nation that primarily benefits from this is Russia. The Russians will make billions, they will weaken Ukraine by depriving them of revenue and Putin will get more leverage over Europe, which will get used to that supply cheap natural gas once it gets going.

Biden’s capitulation to Putin looks weak because it is weak. It’s also ironic. Biden is willing to allow the Russians to make all that money and the Europeans to get all that natural gas via a pipeline even when it’s not in our interests, but a pipeline that helps Americans? Sorry, but that’s not allowed.

Group That Supports Jihad Terrorists Organizes Anti-Israel Protests Across the U.S.

It’s hard to support “Palestine” without supporting jihad terrorists who rejoice in the murder of Israeli civilians.

Activist Group That Supports Terrorists Organized Anti-Israel Protests Across US

by Kaylee Greenlee, Daily Caller, May 17, 2021:

An activist organization that previously supported terrorism and another affiliated with a group that reportedly worked with terrorists organized dozens of anti-Israel protests in major U.S. cities over the weekend.

Samidoun, a group designated as a terror organization in Israel with active chapters in the U.S., advertised 80 demonstrations from Friday through Sunday, with 49 occurring in major cities across the U.S. on Saturday. The Palestinian Youth Movement (PYM), an anti-Israel group, organized a handful of the demonstrations.

“There are currently over 200 martyrs throughout Palestine and on the borders with Lebanon, and the entire land of Palestine is rising … confronting the most brutal violence of the colonizer with steadfastness, struggle, and a revolutionary promise of a liberated future,” Samidoun said.

Samidoun and the PYM helped organize “days of resistance” protests across the U.S. in August 2020 where some participants carried the flags of Hezbollah and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). Both groups are designated as Foreign Terror Organizations by the State Department, the Daily Caller News Foundation reported.

Israeli forces continued airstrikes near Gaza City Monday after Hamas and other militant groups fired thousands of rockets into Israeli territory, the Associated Press reported. Since the attacks began at least 188 Palestinians have been killed and over 1,200 people were injured, while around 3,100 rocket attacks launched from Gaza have killed eight people in Israel.

Thousands of demonstrators protested for hours in Brooklyn, New York, on Saturday and climbed onto street lights, set off fireworks and stopped traffic in some areas, NBC New York reported. Samidoun advertised the protest and listed its New York chapter as an organizer.

The “days of resistance” demonstrations were to “remind the world that the Palestinian people will continue to rise and confront all attempts of liquidation and destruction of the cause of Palestine and resist dispossession, exile and genocide,” Samidoun said in a statement, the DCNF reported.

The PYM helped organize and promote pro-Palestine demonstrations in Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Detroit, Michigan; Los Angeles and San Diego, California; and Washington, D.C., according to the Act Now to Stop War & End Racism Coalition. The PYM is associated with the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, it’s [sic] leader Mohammad Nabulsi called for death to Israelis, the DCNF reported….

Rock Icon Van Morrison Bucks Woke Establishment, Left Goes Nuts

My latest in PJ Media:

Van Morrison (“Brown-Eyed Girl,” “Gloria,” “Domino”) is 75 now, but he is more anti-establishment than ever. However, instead of posturing about being marginalized while enjoying elite status like so many on the left today, who like to pretend that we still live in Eisenhower’s gray-flannel, button-down America of leftist myth, Van the Man is bucking the real establishment: the authoritarian woke nanny state that is the idiot stepchild of the hippie culture for which he was once a foremost voice.

Morrison’s just-released new album, the utilitarianly-named Latest Record Project Volume 1, speaks real truth to actual power, in sharp contrast to today’s legion of multimillionaire singers and Hollywood stars who strut around pretending to be defiant outcasts. Morrison skewers them, too, singing:

Where have all the rebels gone?
Hiding behind computer screens
Where’s the spirit, where’s the soul?
Where have all the rebels gone?
Why don’t they come out of the woodwork now?
One for the money, two for the show
It’s not very rock and roll
Where have all the rebels gone?

What does Morrison want us to rebel against? The social media oligarchy that exercises near-total control over the public discourse, for one thing:

Why are you on Facebook?
Why do you need second-hand friends?
Why do you really care who’s trending?
Or is there something you’re defending?
Get a life, is it that empty and sad?

Another target is the “journalists” who have transformed the establishment media from a news source to a manipulative and deceptive propaganda organ for the far-left, in the song “They Own the Media”:

They tell us that ignorance is bliss
I guess by those that control the media, it is
They own the media, they control the stories we are told
If you ever try to go against them, you will be ignored…

They control the narrative, they perpetuate the myth
Keep on telling you lies, tell you ignorance is bliss
Believe it all and you’ll never get, never get wise
To the truth, ‘cause they control everything you do

Predictably, the leftist establishment is enraged at all this, and is out to destroy Morrison for daring to step outside what it has set as the acceptable parameters of public discourse. The ugliest aspect of this has been accusations of anti-Semitism, based on…absolutely nothing. The Los Angeles Times leveled this accusation even in the act of admitting it was baseless: “And about ‘They Own the Media’? While the song doesn’t explicitly name Jewish people as its ‘They,’ it does elevate an anti-Semitic trope that has recently been revived in an even more malicious form by QAnon followers.”

There is more. Read the rest here.

Say Hello To The Newest Enemy Of Woke, Inc. [Videos]

Today, major corporations scramble over each other to sell us their woke credentials, in an apparent fading interest in the products they were originally known for. Now, it seems, these companies are more eager to advertise their opinions on voter laws, pronouns, green new deals and whatever else woke activists decide matters most this month.

Working class people aren’t buying it. Increasing numbers of employees view the whole circus with disdain. Consumers are voting with their feet. And now there’s a new enemy of Woke, Inc.

Meet Consumers’ Research, a conservative consumer group that has invested over a million US dollars to tell American AirlinesCoca-Cola and Nike to forget wokeness and start paying attention to their customers again.

In three 30-second ads released by the non-profit this week, the companies’ hypocrisy is made public and their CEOs are called out by name.

“American [Airlines] requires passengers to show ID to fly, but attacks Texas’s popular voter ID law… Doug Parker, American Airlines: serve your customers, not woke politicians,” the first ad protests. The ad also complains of “shrinking legroom during Covid” even as the company received billions in taxpayer bailouts and its CEO received a $10 million salary.

Addressing Coca-Cola, a second ad warns against products that are “poisoning America’s youth and worsening the obesity epidemic” from a company that “benefitted from forced labour in China” while “funding phoney science to minimise the harms” of their beverages.

Nike receives the harshest scrutiny from the campaign. “Nike is constantly political,” the ad asserts. “Why?”:

Cover.
Congressional reports suspect that Nike used forced labour in China. Religious minorities were ripped from their families, sterilised, sold to factories. Nike made shoes in those same areas. Congress tried to ban Nike’s labour practices. Nike fought back with highly-paid lobbyists.

The video ads will be shown on cable TV channels and websites across the US. They will also target local markets where each company is headquartered. “We are giving consumers a voice,” Will Hild, executive director of Consumers’ Research, said in a statement. “These companies should be putting their energy and focus on serving their customers, not woke politicians.”

In a press release, Consumers’ Research promised that these three ads are only part of “the first phase of an ongoing campaign exposing companies that have increasingly put politics ahead of their customers.”

This is a welcome move.

It is time for Woke, Inc. to wake up to the interests of everyday people. As I’ve previously warned, what has arisen in recent years is essentially an ecosphere of Communist dictatorships within capitalist empires. Consumers are subjected to the noise constantly, but those most hurt are workers who suffer under “authoritarian governance in [their] work and off-hours lives,” according to political philosopher Elizabeth Anderson.

Left unchecked, what we see to be moving towards is parallel marketplaces — as conservatives, libertarians and the working class boycott woke businesses and patronise companies that remain above the political fray. And this won’t stop at consumer goods: we are already seeing the media and entertainment sectors divide over politics.

In this environment, it is all too common to read corporate statements that begin with, “As a company, we believe…” But since when do companies believe anything? They make products and deliver services.

And if they forget why they exist, the market will eventually remind them, for better or worse.

OUT OF GAS: What Does The Colonial Pipeline Shutdown Say About U.S. Defence Readiness?

On Friday, May 7, hackers attacked the computer systems of Colonial Pipeline, which operates a major gasoline pipeline that brings gasoline and jet fuel from Houston refineries up through the southeastern United States as far as New Jersey.  Out of concern that the hackers might have obtained data enabling them to do physical damage to their facilities, the pipeline operators shut the pipeline down while it was still under their control.

This may have saved the machinery from damage, but it produced a severe regional fuel shortage that affected everything from flights out of Atlanta to drivers’ vacation plans.  As of Sunday, May 16, the pipeline was fully restarted, but the ripple effects of the shutdown meant 88% of Washington, D. C. gas stations were out of gas at one point over the weekend.

This was a ransomware attack by a group calling itself DarkSide with reported links to Russia.  According to Bloomberg News, Colonial Pipeline paid DarkSide about $5 million in bitcoin for software to unlock their systems, only to find that it ran so slowly that they ended up restoring service without its help.

This is by far the most serious ransomware attack ever mounted on a U. S.-based facility, and should become a turning point in our response to this sort of attack.  Although I’ve stated the following position before in relation to other ransomware attacks, it bears repeating now that millions of people are going without gas, including many in Washington, D. C., and are presumably paying attention to the problem.

Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution of the United States reads as follows, in full:

“The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.”

The key word of present interest in this section is “invasion.”  An online law dictionary defines invasion as “[a]n encroachment upon the rights of another; the incursion of an army for conquest or plunder.”  The Constitution was written at a time when messages travelled fastest by horseback or sailing ship.  It is safe to say that the current technological facts of instant global Internet access to a domestic firm’s private infrastructure were not in the minds of the drafters of the Constitution.

But notions of justice and international relations were, and the drafters recognised that a federal government that could not successfully defend its constituent states against invasion, as defined above, was not worth organising.  So they put words in the Constitution that gave the federal government the responsibility of defending the states against invasion, and in Article 1, section 8, they also gave Congress the power to “provide for the calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions.”  There’s that word “invasion” again.

Pardon what may look like a constitutional detour, but what happened to Colonial Pipeline this month amounts to invasion and plunder by agents of a foreign power.  The DarkSide criminals may not formally be agents of the Russian government, but they operate with its approval or at least without its hindrance.

Suppose a bunch of Canadians armed with tanks and machine guns charged across the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit and took over the headquarters of Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan, capturing their main computer centre and demanding $5 million in ransom to turn it loose.  This would quite properly be regarded as a foreign invasion, and no one would raise a finger to object to using whatever military force was necessary to repel such an invasion.

I submit that what happened to Colonial Pipeline is morally equivalent to my hypothetical invasion by Canadians.  The technological details are different, but the responsibility of the US government to defend those within its borders from invasion and plunder is something that the Founders intended it to do.

So what has the federal government in fact done?  Hardly anything — a few warnings not to try keeping gasoline in plastic bags, a few adjustments of shipping regulations to allow more ships to land gasoline from abroad, and that’s about it.

There is a well-known saying that generals always prepare for the last war, not the one they’re fighting now.  And that is certainly true in this case.  According to one source, the U. S. military has over 200,000 troops stationed abroad in over 170 countries.  The vast majority of these are conventional soldiers ready to shoot bullets and drop bombs, and certainly, bullets and bombs haven’t gone out of fashion.  But among the more advanced criminal element, it’s much more chic to keep your fingers clean while typing code that will shut down half of the gasoline going to the U. S. East Coast, and make $5 million in exchange for some software that doesn’t even work.

Congress is reportedly drafting legislation to do something about this sort of thing.  That is where the process should start, but it’s clear that a vast reorganisation and re-prioritising of the entire domestic and foreign military establishment is called for.  Cyberwarfare is where it’s at now.  Metaphorically speaking, the Canadians have been rioting through the entire country for years now, and all we have done is have vague discussions about the future of military combat.  Don’t people get it?  It’s happening now.  The fact that nobody was killed in the Colonial hack is due more to the foresight of the pipeline operators than to anyone else, as an out-of-control pipeline can do unimaginable amounts of damage.

But private companies should not have to shoulder by themselves the burden of protecting their facilities against foreign invasion and plunder.  That’s one of the most basic services of the federal government, and so far it is failing miserably in its job.

The gasoline shortage Washington now enjoys has fallen equally on Republicans and Democrats.  We can only hope that they will unite to make major lasting changes in the structure and priorities of the U. S. military so that we can once more be secure in our persons and property against the depredations of foreign invasion, including ransomware attacks.

VIDEO: Watch as Palestinian Anti-Semitic Rally in Orlando, Florida Gets Violent

On May 15, 750-1000, Israel and Jewish hating Palestinians with their Marxist Democrat supporters descended on Lake Eola Park in downtown Orlando to demonize the day Israel was granted statehood by the United Nations, calling it the NAKBA.

At 2:42 in this video Rasha Mubarak as emcee on a loudspeaker, singles out a cameraman, in the front row, as a Zionist, Provocateur, then instructs the people there to “cover him,” and they did. During this time, I was hit, bumped, elbowed, and pushed out of a public space against my will.

Due to Rasha Mubarak’s incitement to violence against me, I was forced to move or risk increased assault.. Nakba is an Arabic term meaning ‘The great catastrophe.’ The great catastrophe is that Israel survived the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. So you are probably asking, what is this NAKBA? Israel was granted statehood by the United Nations on May 14, 1948.

On May 15th, 5 Arab countries tried to wipe Israel off the face of the planet…and failed. The Arab-Israeli War of 1948 broke out when five Arab nations invaded the brand new State of Israel and lost the war in a humiliating defeat. Israel’s Arab neighbors tried to destroy Israel again in the 1967 Six-Day War and suffered another humiliating defeat. Israel’s Arab neighbors tried again to destroy Israel in the hard-fought 1973 Yom Kippur War and failed. Muhammad hated the Jews 1400 years ago, and now the followers of Islam got humiliated by the Jews repeatedly.

Arab Muslim and HAMAS Palestinian terrorists have been conducting bombings, knifings, shootings, stonings, arson, BDS, terrorist operations non-stop for 73 years in Israel. The motivation for all this Palestinian violence is to never have to have another NAKBA Rally again, as articulated by Rasha Mubarak in this video.

The NAKBA is a call for Israel’s destruction from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.

These psychopaths openly dream of snuffing out every citizen of all races and religions they deem as collaborators with CITIZENS OF OR JUST LIVING IN ISRAEL.

“Free” Government Money Is the Opposite of Compassion

In his book Was Jesus a Socialist? author Lawrence W. Reed writes, “Almost everybody wants to help those in need. The crucial question is how to help. Let’s not make the mistake of arguing that to use force, plunder, and dependency is somehow ‘the Christian thing to do.’” [Emphasis his]

Today we see the party in power in Washington, D.C. spending recklessly, ostensibly to help those in need. But one suspects they’re really just trying to buy votes by giving away “free” money. They are racking up debts so high they threaten our nation’s future. As Senator Rand Paul, Republican from Kentucky, asks, Where is the “money tree” to pay for all these supposedly good programs?

We see this on the state level too. The Associated Press reports (5/14/21) on a new plan by California Governor Gavin Newsom to presumably help those in need.

They write, “Newsom’s budget proposal, announced Friday, includes $35 million over five years to pay for ‘universal basic income pilot programs.’ The idea is to give poor people money each month to help ease the stresses of poverty that can make it harder to find full-time jobs and stay healthy.”

All of this sounds compassionate. But his critics, like the National Review (5/14/21), note that this is just a ploy to try and bribe his way to remain in office and to cover-up his “epic mismanagement.” Newsom, of course, is in the throes of a massive recall effort.

Whether on the federal or the state level, is this “the Christian thing to do”? To force Citizen A to work harder, so Citizen B can receive “free” money? Government has no money of its own. So someone has to earn it—and often it is those in the middle class.

Said George Bernard Shaw, “If you rob Peter to pay Paul, you’ll always have Paul’s vote.” This also creates long-term dependency.

Author Bob Lupton noted in his book, Toxic Charity:

  • Give once and you elicit appreciation;
  • Give twice and you create anticipation;
  • Give three times and you create expectation;
  • Give four time and it becomes entitlement;
  •  Give five times and you establish dependency.

Presbyterian pastor Dr. D. James Kennedy noted that the New Testament teaching on work may sound harsh in today’s milieu. The Bible says that if a man will not work, then neither shall he eat. (It does not say, if he cannot work).

Kennedy says that this is actually a statement of great compassion. Dependence is crushing to the soul and deleterious to well-being, and Paul’s teaching points us toward fulfilling our God-given destiny through work.

I just read an interesting story about the great American novelist, Sherwood Anderson (1876-1941). At first he earned little money in his writing career. His publisher sought to encourage him by sending him a weekly stipend (even without him writing anything), just to cover expenses, and at first Anderson received it.

But, notes the Boston Globe, “Anderson stood it for three weeks and then brought the newest check, unopened, back to the publisher’s office, ‘It’s no use,’ he said, ‘I find it impossible to write with security staring me in the face.’”

During the pandemic, we have seen massive bailouts to deal with the economic blow the virus has wrought. The problem is when people become repeatedly reliant on these things.

Right now many small businesses are clamoring for more employees. It is a crisis, and businesses like restaurants are closing around the country for lack of enough workers. But so many potential workers find it easier to just stay home and receive unemployment payments.

This is very short-sighted on their parts. I remember seeing a study a few decades ago which compared two men, both around 20 years old. One was on welfare, just eking out an existence. The other had a minimum wage job. They both received about the same amount of money. The one working might well have thought, “Why should I have to work so hard and receive so little—especially when my neighbor doesn’t work and ‘earns’ the same?”

Five years later, the working man had advanced well beyond minimum wage, while the welfare recipient was still eking out an existence. Ten years later, things were even more disparate. And so it goes. Fostering dependence and paying people not to work has consequences.

There is absolutely a place for Christian charity, and it is needed now more than ever. But that’s voluntary—not coercive, which all government redistribution schemes are.

Plus, in the long run, we help people much more by helping them learn personal responsibility. As the Salvation Army puts it, a “hand up” is far better than a “hand out.” Oh, that we could all see through these politicians who are in effect trying to buy votes—with other people’s money.

TEXAS: Do Little White Boys Lives Matter?

I guess we will see if Cash Gernon’s life mattered.

We will know the answer if this story lasts for longer than a day or two more.

The horror reminded me of the murder of Cannon Hinnant last summer.

From the New York Post:

Teen busted for allegedly kidnapping sleeping boy later found dead on Texas street

A teen suspect has been arrested for allegedly breaking into a Dallas home and kidnapping a sleeping 4- year-old boy who was later found dead on a street, authorities said Monday.

The child, who suffered multiple fatal wounds from what police say was an “edged weapon,” was identified Sunday by his grieving guardian as Cash Gernon, WFAA reported.

The “happy-go-lucky” boy was sleeping when a suspect, identified by cops as 18-year-old Darriynn Brown, barged into his home through a back door and kidnapped him on Saturday, his guardian said.

Brown is now charged with kidnapping and theft in connection to Cash’s death. He is being held on $750,000 bail, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Brown was busted for evading arrest in late April and the case is still pending, the newspaper reported. Court documents show he lived with his parents just a half-mile from where the boy’s body was found.

An initial WFAA report the accused kidnapper was wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the abduction is inaccurate, according to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.

The boy’s grieving mom said she had no idea what allegedly led Brown to target her son, whose body was later discovered in the street by a jogger early Saturday. The teen suspect did not know Cash, his guardian told the station off-camera.

Surveillance video also captured the kidnapping, the guardian added. Investigators asked neighbors Sunday for any additional footage to help them piece together what happened, WFAA reported. Some nearby residents told the station Brown was regularly seen in the city’s Mountain Creek section.

More here.

I have a lot of questions, and I guess you do too.  How is that no adults in the house heard anything?  Was the house unlocked?  They seemed to have enough sense to have a home security system of some sort, so again how does someone walk out of a home carrying a small child and no one notices.

Could this killing be some sort of gang initiation?

Whether you have young children in the home or not—be sure you lock your doors and have a home security system, a dog maybe and a firearm.  Life is not going back to the ’50s and ’60s—a time some of us can remember with some longing for that simpler time.

Spread this story far and wide (the corporate media won’t likely do that), if for no other reason than to make people more aware of the dangers facing us in the age of BLM supremacists.

AMERICA’S MEDICAL MAFIA: Biopharmaceutical Companies

“The secret of freedom lies in educating people, whereas the secret of tyranny is in keeping them ignorant.” – Maximilien Robespierre

“Fear of death has been the greatest ally of tyranny past and present. Sidney Hook– Critic of totalitarianism, Marxism-Leninism and fascism

“Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.” – C. S. Lewis

“The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.” –  George Orwell

Every day, more physicians and scientists are telling us the dangers of the Covid jabs.  And, every day, more doctors are joining with America’s Frontline Doctors who know hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved had limelight-loving Tony Fauci not stated that Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was dangerous and untested, when in 2005, Fauci’s own National Institutes of Health stated that HCQ is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread.

Now, Fauci is promoting Covid-19 injections worldwide and he believes we should don face diapers every flu season.  Control, control, control.  Our dumbed down American brothers and sisters obey like lemmings rushing to their own destruction.

The illegitimate Commander in Cheat, Joe Biden, insisted, “Deaths are down by 81% since April 2020.”  With cocky belligerence he went on to threaten Americans who don’t want to take the “vaccine,” saying, “those who are not vaccinated will end up paying the price.” Then with malice, he threatened, “if they do not, states with low vaccination rates may see those rates, may see this progress, reversed. Ultimately, those who are not vaccinated will end up paying the price. The vaccinated will continue to be protected against severe illnesses, but others may not be if you’re not vaccinated.”

Pure rubbish!

These biopharmaceutical companies are connected to every government stakeholder entity making millions and billions off American taxpayers.  Their histories are anything but exemplary.  The goal is taxpayer funded cash infused into these companies, safety and health are on the back burners.

Let’s take a hard look at their histories.

Pfizer

Pfizer was started in 1849 by two German immigrants, cousins Charles Pfizer and Charles Erhart and was initially a chemical company in New York.  Pfizer is now an American multinational pharmaceutical corporation.

Pfizer partnered with a small Mainz, Germany company, BioNTech, founded in 2008, which developed the radical mRNA technique used to produce the new Corona vaccine. BioNTech signed an agreement with the Gates Foundation in September, 2019, just before announcement in Wuhan, China of the Novel Coronavirus and just before BioNTech made its stock market debut. The agreement involved cooperation on developing new mRNA techniques to treat cancer and HIV.

BioNTech also has an agreement with one of the largest drug producers in China, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Fosun Pharma”) to develop a version of its mRNA vaccine for novel coronavirus for the Chinese market. BioNTech is behind the covid vaccines being rushed out in China as well as the USA and European Union.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is experimental and far from guaranteed safe, despite the fact that Pfizer, the EU and the notorious Dr. Tony Fauci were ready to roll it out even before year end to hundreds of millions of humans.

The experimental technology is based on a rather new gene manipulation known as gene editing. In a major article in the 2018 New York Council on Foreign Relations magazine, Foreign Affairs, Bill Gates effusively promoted the novel gene editing CRISPR technology as being able to “transform global development.” He noted that his Gates Foundation had been financing gene editing developments for vaccines and other applications for a decade.

But is the technology for breaking and splicing of human genes so absolutely safe that it is worth risking on a novel experimental vaccine never before used on humans? And especially on a virus that 99.75% of the public recovers from?  Why a necessary vax?  Contrary to what Bill Gates claims, the scientific answer is no, it is not proven so safe, and Pfizer does not have a perfectly stellar record.  Link  They have done some wonderful work in the past, but they have also been devoid of true safety and efficacy in their promoted medications.

  • A tiny amount of Viagra is used to help premature infants as it widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, allowing them to function more efficiently and lowering their blood pressure as an added benefit.
  • To promote Viagra, Pfizer actually conducted a global sexual habits survey in Malaysia.
  • Pfizer played a critical role in health and medicine in WWI and was instrumental in saving lives in WWII. Penicillin in WWII
  • Pfizer not only develops drugs for humans, but also for animals.
  • The company is active in the war against counterfeit drugs. Good!
  • They played both sides of the aisle in the 2016 election. Of course!
  • Their largest sales come from vaccines for adults and children.
  • They have a connected history to Parke-Davis in being an original medical marijuana provider.
  • They were convicted in court of violating RICO Racketeering laws in marketing of Neurontin and paid $142.1 million to settle charges.
  • Pfizer paid the largest fine, a $2.3 billion settlement with the DOJ for their off-shelf marketing of Bextra (Celebrex) in 2009.
  • Zantac lawsuits are ongoing. Claims that the heartburn med can be contaminated with a cancer-causing substance.
  • In the 1990s, Pfizer was involved in defective heart valves that led to the deaths of more than 100 people. Pfizer had deliberately misled regulators about the hazards. The company agreed to pay $10.75 Million to settle justice department charges for misleading regulators.
  • Pfizer paid more than $60 Million to settle a lawsuit over Rezulin, a diabetes medication that caused patients to die from acute liver failure.
  • Pfizer agreed to pay $430 Million in 2004 to settle criminal charges that it had bribed doctors to prescribe its epilepsy drug Neurontin for indications for which it was not approved.
  • Pfizer disclosed that it had paid nearly 4,500 doctors and other medical professionals some $20 Million for speaking on Pfizer’s behalf.
  • In 2012, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced that it had reached a $45 Million settlement with Pfizer to resolve charges that its subsidiaries had bribed overseas doctors and other healthcare professionals to increase foreign sales.
  • Pfizer was sued in a U.S. federal court for using Nigerian children as human guinea pigs, without the children’s parents’ consent. Pfizer paid $75 Million to settle in Nigerian court for using an experimental antibiotic, Trovan, on the children. The company paid an additional undisclosed amount in the U.S. to settle charges here. Pfizer had violated international law, including the Nuremberg Convention established after WWII, due to Nazi experiments on unwilling prisoners. (Sounds like Fauci and foster children.)
  • Amid widespread criticism of gouging poor countries for drugs, Pfizer pledged to give $50 million for an AIDS drug to South Africa. Later, however, Pfizer failed to honor that promise.

Sounds a lot like the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation doesn’t it.  Bill Gates does not own Pfizer Inc. However, in recent years, the Gates Foundation has given multi-million dollar grants to Pfizer for research purposes and Bill Gates allegedly owns stock in the company.  Link

From F. William Engdahl in New Eastern Outlook,

Both US and EU authorities and presumably also Chinese, waived the standard animal tests using ferrets or mice and have gone straight to human “guinea pigs.” Human tests began in late July and early August 2020. Three months is unheard of for testing a new vaccine. Several years is the norm. Because of the degree of global panic engendered by WHO over the coronavirus, caution is thrown to the wind. Vaccine makers all have legal indemnity, meaning they can’t be sued if people die or are maimed from the new vaccine. But the most alarming fact about the new Pfizer-BioNTech gene edited vaccine is that the gene edited mRNA for human vaccine application has never before been approved.

Notably, two-year peer reviewed tests with mice fed genetically modified corn sprayed with Monsanto glyphosate-rich Roundup first showed cancer tumors after nine months as well as liver and other organ damage. Earlier Monsanto company tests ended at three months and claimed no harm. A similar situation exists with the gene edited mRNA vaccines that are being rushed out after less than 90 days human tests.

Moderna

(Mode RNA) has more than 20 experimental drugs and vaccines for cancer, infectious diseases and other conditions in development, but none are close to being commercially available to patients.  They have never developed a vaccine that made it through phase 3 clinical trials before now.

Results of Phase 3 study of the Covid-19 inoculation candidate was co-developed by the Cambridge, Massachusetts-based biotechnology company Mode-RNA, Inc., and Dr. Tony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health, and focuses on vaccine technologies based on messenger RNA.

Stéphane Bancel is a French billionaire businessman. He is the chief executive officer and a 9% owner of Mode-RNA, the American biotechnology company founded in 2010.

WSJ reported, “Bancel nurtured a high-stress environment at the Cambridge, Mass., company, characterized by high expectations, sharp critiques of workers and heavy employee turnover, according to current and former staffers. Mr. Bancel’s admonitions of some underlings in group meetings motivated some to do better, and others to leave.”

Veteran investigative reporter Leo Hohmann discovered a 2017 Ted Talk presentation by Dr. Tal Zaks, the chief medical officer at Mode-RNA Inc., where he clearly explains in layperson’s language just what the mRNA technology does in vaccines. Zaks states, they are “hacking the software of life,” by injecting their own genetic code into humans. People are blindly lining up to get injected with a “treatment” which is also a chemical device, an operating system, a synthetic pathogen and chemical pathogen production device.

What we are witnessing in this new class of “vaccines” is clearly the wedding together of digital technology born out of the computer age, with Darwinian biology and medicine. It is transhumanism.  Mode-RNA describes its new vaccine as “a computer operating system.”

Janssen’s Johnson and Johnson

J&J is an American multinational corporation founded in 1886 that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods.  They are the world’s largest healthcare company.

Their Covid-19 inoculation was developed by Janssen Vaccines in Leiden, Netherlands, and its Belgian parent company Janssen Pharmaceuticals, subsidiary of American company J&J.

On February 27, 2021, J&J’s vaccine against Covid-19 became the third vaccine to receive emergency use authorization (EUA) from the FDA.

The J&J vaccine is a single-dose adenovirus-based vaccine. It is a viral vector vaccine that uses a weakened live pathogen (adenovirus) as the delivery method (vector) for transporting a recombinant vaccine for COVID-19 and is given in a single dose probably with yearly boosters as in pneumonia vaccines.

There was an 11-day pause with the J&J inoculation when the FDA and CDC identified a total of 15 cases of dangerous blood clots among nearly eight million recipients, all of which occurred in women between ages 18 and 59. Three of the women died and seven remain hospitalized.

Many have bypassed this vaccine because of the use of aborted baby tissue to produce the vaccine.  The vaccine itself does not include any kind of fetal cells, however, it is manufactured using fetal cells, as is the AstraZeneca vaccine. The origin of these cell lines is from aborted baby’s retinal cells.  Fetal cell lines were also used to produce the hepatitis A, chickenpox, shingles vaccines, rubella, and many others. J&J, one of the largest companies in America catering to baby needs, and is also ironically one of the leading corporate sponsors of abortion.

J&J used aborted fetal cell lines in the manufacture of its Covid-19 vaccine based on three sources on how it was produced. KHOU-11 cited the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, J&J itself, and Johns Hopkins Senior Scholar Dr. Amesh Adalja as sources for confirming this matter.

Here’s the bottom-line folks. The bodies of babies murdered in their mother’s wombs were used for scientific study and are daily sold throughout America and the world.  Vaccine maker, Dr. Stanley Plotkin testified in a deposition regarding the use of aborted baby tissues used to grow vaccines.

The health care giant has faced its share of lawsuits. A Huffington Post investigation called J&J “America’s most admired lawbreaker.”  They have been at the center of scandals and government investigations and have issued recalls of some of its drugs and devices. Consumers harmed by J&J products are suing the company. They question the company’s motives and say it puts profits over people.

AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca was founded in 1999 through the merger of the Swedish Astra AB and the British Zeneca Group and is now known for its Covid-19 Vax.  UK-based drug company AstraZeneca focuses on drugs that treat Type 2 diabetes, cancer and respiratory issues. The company’s first blockbuster drug was the numbing agent lidocaine, developed in 1948.

Unlike the other vaccine makers who were given orders for 100 million doses, AstraZeneca was given orders for 300 million doses. This disproportionate order was justified by the belief that the latter vaccine would be much cheaper than the others and that it would possibly be able to be stored in refrigerators and not the extremely low temperatures that would be required for the Pfizer/BioNTech and Mode-RNA vaccines.

But they ran into trouble in phase 3 trials.  The problem was with transverse myelitis (TM) in two study participants, and delayed the development by FDA for seven weeks. However, this can occur without vaccine, and FDA concurred.  The doses need to be given 12 weeks apart for any efficacy whatsoever.

AstraZeneca announced that its vaccine is 70 percent effective, but a major dosing error during the trials may have affected the overall efficacy.  Some clinical trial participants were mistakenly given half a dose rather than a full dose in their first round of shots.  Researchers discovered that those who were given the weaker dosage produced a better immune response.

Side effects with AstraZeneca include blood clots, which has popped with other Covid injections, but AstraZeneca has been stopped in 18 to 24 countries because of blood clots.  Fauci still wanted AstraZeneca okayed for the USA, but now he’s saying we may not need it.

AstraZeneca has had its share of legal trouble, paying more than $1 billion in federal fines and legal settlements for corrupting clinical trials and illegally promoting antipsychotics. It has also had to deal with several lawsuits filed by patients who say the drug maker’s products injured them.

Conclusion

If you’ve had Covid-19, you have an amazing array of antibodies given to you by the Creator who made your immune system, which should mean, you don’t need the jab.

The US has had a patent on SARS and COVID, in general, since 2003. Huh?  And there hasn’t been much in animal testing. These inoculations are not normal vaccines.  Vaccines contain proteins, this is mRNA, which changes a person’s genetic makeup.

Money is the object.  Health and safety are rarely considered.  Before you submit to these inoculations, do research!  More importantly, listen to every interview by Alex Newman.  He has spoken to the experts who know the truth.
