The Elections Clause of the U.S. Constitution is in Article I, Section 4, which reads:
The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
The Framers of the Constitution were concerned that states might establish unfair election procedures or attempt to undermine the national government by refusing to hold elections for Congress. They empowered Congress to step in and regulate such elections as a self-defense mechanism.

The Supreme Court has explained that the Elections Clause also imposes implicit restrictions on the power to regulate congressional elections. Neither Congress nor the states may attempt to dictate electoral outcomes, or favor or disfavor certain classes of candidates.

Contrary to what the Framers of the Constitution intended in the “Election Clause,” H.R.1 is a power grab by Congress to usurp the election process. The “stealing of national elections” may now be codified in law if Congress passes H.R.1 – For The People Act. H.R.1 is the perhaps the most sweeping change to voting regulations ever proposed by Congress. It shifts power from state legislatures to the Congress. Watch:
In January, House Democrats introduced their signature piece of legislation, H.R. 1, the “For The People Act.” H.R. 1 is full of unconstitutional and unnecessary policies that liberals want to use to hijack America’s election processes. This bill is anything but “for the people.”
H.R. 1 forces taxpayers to finance politicians’ campaigns
H.R. 1 eliminates the ability of states to control their own elections
H.R. 1 undermines the First Amendment right to free speech
H.R. 1 eviscerates the right of states to draw their own congressional district lines

Although Democrats are promoting H.R. 1 as a bill that would “strengthen our democracy and return political power to the people,” it is actually an anti-democratic bill that would wreak havoc on our election system by manipulating election rules in favor of Democratic politicians. H.R. 1 is nothing but a left-wing power grab and is definitely not “for the people.”
We fully agree. H.R.1 is not about empowering the people. It is all about empowering politicians at the federal level.
A more appropriate name for H.R.1 might be the We The Politicians Act.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, had pushed a terrorist designation for the Houthis on the way out the door, leading to outrage from the Democrats, their media, and even some Republicans. The Biden team is going the other way by rolling over for the, “Death to America” Jihadis leading to another of Obama’s “Victories for Islam”.

Over 80 percent of Americans don’t believe that they should pay for abortions in developing countries.
During her first press conference, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about President Joe Biden’s stance on certain abortion policies.
“I will just take the opportunity to remind all of you that he is a devout Catholic and somebody who attends church regularly,” Psaki responded. “He started his day attending church with his family this morning but I don’t have anything more for you on that.”
Two days later, on the 48th anniversary of Roe v Wade, Joe Biden and his VP Kamala Harris released a statement affirming their unequivocal support of abortion, including their intention to have Roe v Wade codified in US law so that it cannot be overturned by a future Supreme Court ruling.
A week on, Biden signed an executive order rescinding the Mexico City Policy. Introduced by President Reagan in 1985, this policy prohibits NGOs from receiving US taxpayer funding if they promote or perform abortions overseas.
Some 83 percent of Americans have expressed support of the Mexico City Policy, believing that it isn’t the role of Americans to pay for abortions elsewhere. It is a law that has reliably flip-flopped with each incoming administration since then—favoured by Democrat lawmakers and rejected by Republicans. Trump even managed to expand the policy under his watch to cover government agencies engaged in healthcare abroad. Under Biden, it is no longer.
Two other changes on abortion are soon expected under the Biden administration. First, Biden has asked the Department of Health and Human Services to review a similar policy known as the Hyde Amendment, which prevents federal funds from being used to fund abortions for low-income Americans.
Second, the new president is expected to disavow the United States’ endorsement of the Geneva Consensus. This is a non-binding but landmark charter launched by Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo last year which was co-signed by over 30 nations. The charter’s aims include promoting better health for women, preserving human life, and strengthening the family as the foundational unit of society.
The response of many Catholics to these rapid developments under Biden has been strong, and understandably so.
“The fact that President Biden identifies himself as a devout Catholic, while working to preserve and expand legalised abortion, even using tax dollars to fund abortion, presents a unique challenge to the Bishops of the United States,” explained Kansas City Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann during an interview this week.
The Archbishop said that Biden’s actions are “confusing Catholics and non-Catholics regarding the Church’s teaching on the evil of abortion.”
The Archbishop of Los Angeles, José H. Gomez, is also the President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Aware of Biden’s stance ahead of time, Archbishop Gomez penned a public statement on the day of Biden’s inauguration calling on him to reconsider his pro-abortion views. The letter was signed by over a dozen US bishops.
“I am in full agreement with Archbishop Gomez,” Naumann said in his interview, referring to the letter. “We must continue to speak to President Biden, as well as all Catholics, and even all Americans, about the truth of what abortion is. Abortion is not something to be celebrated, and it is not healthcare. It is the intentional killing of a child. To participate in abortion or to promote abortion is a grave evil.”
If this was the response from within America, that from abroad was stronger still.
“We appeal to Joe Biden, please do not sponsor abortion in Africa,” says Ujunwa, a university lecturer who appears in the video.
“I do not want the United States of America and this present government to fund abortions in Africa. We’ve never needed abortions and we do not want them,” adds a doctor named Ursula.
“In my culture, we support life from the beginning till the end,” says Ellen, a student. “I’m against abortion because abortion is about killing innocent babies in the womb of their mothers,” adding that she’s “against funding of abortion in Africa by any foreign country.”
Obianuju Ekeocha is the founder of Culture of Life Africa and a Nigerian-born human rights activist. Following the video’s release.
She is horrified by the desire of Western leaders to push abortion on the developing world. “I see this as a form of ideological supremacy whereby our pro-life, pro-family, and pro-faith cultures are considered inferior to the western ‘progressive’ ideologies especially on issues related to human sexuality and sexual morality,” Ekeocha explained in an interview.
Ekeocha is well aware of the consequences of Biden’s decision to repeal the Mexico City Policy: abortion providers active in Africa such as International Planned Parenthood Federation, Marie Stopes International, and DKT International will now receive funding to—in Ekeocha’s words—help “eliminate” Africans.
“Africa is the most vulnerable region where [there is] widespread poverty and the unfortunate reality of the African nations’ aid dependency,” Ekeocha added. “We are the lowest hanging fruit, the easy conquests for Western leaders like Biden to impose their world view and their ideology, even when they are very much opposed to our own way of life.”
“This means the elimination of my people,” said Ekeocha in the interview. “This means the death and killing of the most innocent of the African unborn babies.”
In the video, Ekeocha explained that, when it comes to foreign aid, the simple plea of African people to leaders like Joe Biden is, “help us, don’t kill us.”
The question that remains is, will Biden heed these appeals from Africa and the concerns of 83 percent of Americans—or will he continue his pursuit of abortion imperialism?

There’s a simple reasons operations like Chick-fil-A can operate with an efficiency bureaucracies will never be able to match.
When Will Haynie had a traffic problem, he knew just who to call.
It started with a computer glitch on a busy Friday at the COVID-19 vaccination center at Seacoast Church. Health officials told the Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, mayor that traffic was a mess and wait-times for the vaccine had reached more than an hour.
So Haynie called in the cavalry: Chick-fil-A Manager Jerry Walkowiak.
“When you need help, call the pros,” Haynie said. “I called him [Walkowiak] on my way over and he actually got there before I did.”
Standing beneath an umbrella in a cold rain, Walkowiak quickly began directing drivers using the Chick-fil-A blueprint, approaching drivers in line, ensuring they had their paperwork ready to go, and then directing them to a spot where they could wait to receive their vaccine.
Soon wait times were down to just 15 minutes, Fox 11 Los Angeles reports.
“All those issues got fixed as things progressed,” Haynie later tweeted. “[Chick-fil-A] to the rescue!”

Despite Vaccines, Thousands of Americans Are Dying Each Day
The COVID-19 vaccine has arrived, but the pandemic is far from over. More than 4,000 Americans are dying with the virus each day, according to official statistics.
Part of the problem stems from the clumsy rollout of vaccines by public officials. Distribution has been slow and marred by mass dumping of vaccines—inoculations that could be saving lives—because of bureaucratic dysfunction and rigid guidelines.
While there are no reports of vaccine dumping in South Carolina, some public officials have expressed frustration with delays in the rollout. News reports say that as of Sunday, South Carolina had received 542,750 total vaccines, 277,258 of which had been administered.
To be sure, delivering and administering hundreds of thousands of vaccines takes time. But that’s all the more reason why unnecessary delays—like the one briefly experienced at Seacoast Church on Friday—should be avoided at all costs.
Chick-fil-A’s Legendary Drive-Thru Efficiency
Chick-fil-A is the third largest fast food chain in the US, bringing in $11.3 billion in sales in 2019 at more than 2,600 locations. One of the reasons for its meteoric rise is its legendary drive-thru efficiency.
Chick-fil-A is known for insanely long lines, especially during peak hours. According to Buzzfeed News, on average, a Chick-fil-A drive-thru serves 95 cars between noon and 1 p.m. alone, far more than its competitors, and more than 60 percent of the chain’s revenues come via the drive-thru window.
So many people marvel at Chick-fil-A’s drive-thru mastery that it came as a shock to many to learn the chain’s drive-thru times are actually longer than its competitors. This revelation, which was reported by news outlets with little context, didn’t sit well with Chick-fil-A fans.
But as QSR magazine (who conducted the survey) points out, there’s more to the story than long wait times.
Put simply, [Chick-fil-A’s] speed of service is much longer because its drive-thru lanes are busier than every other competitor—and it’s not even close. A full 77 percent of its drive-thru experiences had three or more cars in line, according to the study, while 35.5 percent had six or more cars in line.
For context, McDonald’s claimed the second-busiest drive thru, and only 41.8 percent of its drive thrus had three or more cars and 9.1 percent had six or more.
Essentially, drive-thru times are a bit longer because of the enormous volume Chick-fil-A serves at the drive-thru.
The reality is people hate waiting in lines, and Chick-fil-A fans are no exception. But Chick-fil-A has managed to make waits relatively short—322 seconds, on average, about a minute longer than the fast food average—despite its insanely long lines.
This speed and efficiency—Chick-fil-A also earns top marks in order accuracy—is the reason surveys show Chick-fil-A ranks number one in customer satisfaction among fast-food chains.
Chick-fil-A is only able to pull this off because of the efficiency Walkowiak showed at the vaccine center. And that efficiency is no accident.
Chick-fil-A has no fewer than three “Innovation Centers” where the chain tests restaurant layouts to maximize efficiency for various operations. Buzzfeed reporter Venessa Wong describes how on one January afternoon, at the Atlanta-based chain’s newest innovation center, workers tested a new drive-thru design at a mock restaurant.
“The main question at hand: How narrow could the drive-thru lanes get to save space?” Wong writes. “There is also the lingering but essential question of how to move cars through more quickly, to shorten those epic lines.”
The solution, or one of them, was to have teams of servers (up to six people) walking among cars drive-thru lanes taking orders and running payments via tablet. This allows Chick-fil-A to get customers in and out quickly despite lines that at times look, frankly, daunting.
But the effort to serve customers and make their experience enjoyable and swift has paid off.
Customers love Chick-fil-A and its stellar service, and the chain continues to see impressive growth in revenue and franchises.
The Incentives of Markets
Compare the miraculous efficiency of Chick-fil-A to, say, your local DMV.
On my last visit, I waited in line 10 minutes before I was able to talk to someone. When I got to the window, I was given a number and told to take a seat. “It might be a while.”
Forty-five minutes later, a woman tested my eyes, snapped my picture, and asked me to sign some paperwork. The entire process took two minutes, but I was there for an hour. And the truth was, I was relieved! It could have taken longer, or I could have dealt with an unpleasant person.
The woman who took my picture was not exactly warm, but at least she wasn’t rude or curt. And in my experience, this often is not the case when dealing with bureaucrats and bureaucracy. In fact, it’s something we almost expect.
There’s a reason the unhelpful or snippy bureaucrat has been depicted ad infinitum in both film and literature. The theme of the nightmares of bureaucracy has been explored by numerous thinkers—most notably, perhaps, by the great Franz Kafka—but my personal favorite depiction comes in the 2015 Wachowskis film Jupiter Ascending, starring Mila Kunis, Sean Bean, and Channing Tatum.
While the space opera was a bit of a disappointment overall, the scene depicting the horror of dealing with an interplanetary bureaucracy (see below) is nothing short of hilarious. And part of the reason it’s so funny is because it’s something nearly all of us have experienced at one time or another.
Think about it for a moment. Why is your service at Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, or the local Toyota dealer so different from your visit to the DMV or the Post Office? It’s not because nice people go into customer service and ornery or unhelpful people go into bureaucracy.
The answer comes down to a single word: incentives. The absence of market forces means there is really no compelling incentive for the DMV to improve efficiency (or smile when you come through the door). As I pointed out earlier, we’ve pretty much come to expect bureaucracies to be slow and cold.
For Chick-fil-A, however, there is a clear incentive. Chick-fil-A wants customers to be happy because they want their business, which means serving them the very best they can. Indeed, the word customer service tells us something about the relationship between buyer and seller. The seller exists to serve customers.
Now, we’ve all had less than satisfactory experiences with businesses as well as bureaucracy, but the inherent dynamics of the systems themselves are unmistakable. Businesses want people to be happy and are incentivized to make them so. No such incentive exists in bureaucracy, which is why we walk on eggshells when going through TSA security checkpoints or walk up to the counter at the DMV.
The “customer” in these situations has very little power. We know it and, more importantly, they know it. This is why the economist Ludwig von Mises found descriptive terms for modem captains of industry—“chocolate king” or a “cotton king” or “automobile king”—as inherently misleading.
“Their use of such terminology implies that they see practically no difference between the modern heads of industry and those feudal kings, dukes or lords of earlier days,” Mises wrote. “But the difference is in fact very great, for a chocolate king does not rule at all, he serves.”
Mises correctly observed that these “kings” do not in fact reign over conquered territory. They exist to serve us.
“The chocolate king—or the steel king or the automobile king or any other king of modern industry—depends on the industry he operates and on the customers he serves,” Mises continued. “This ‘king’ must stay in the good graces of his subjects, the consumers; he loses his ‘kingdom’ as soon as he is no longer in a position to give his customers better service and provide it at lower cost than others with whom he must compete.”
With government “services,” on the other hand, we the “customers” are the ones who often must grovel like subjects to win the good graces of a bureaucrat if we want to make our flight, renew our driver’s license, or (in some systems) get the medical care we need.
It’s this dynamic that explains why our experiences at Chick-fil-A are so much better than those trips to the DMV. And the incentives baked into markets—to make customer experience enjoyable and satisfactory—also explain why operations like Chick-fil-A can operate with an efficiency bureaucracies will never be able to match.
Some might be tempted to believe we could improve, say, vaccine distribution if only bureaucracies had more resources, if they partnered with private industry, or if they were led by people like Jerry Walkowiak.
But that’s the wrong lesson.
The lesson is that vaccine distribution should be removed from the hands of bureaucrats altogether, and placed in the metaphorical hands of markets. Only then will we see these life-saving doses quickly and efficiently administered.

Let’s hope that Joe Biden’s minimum wage fantasies never become law—or workers will pay the price for his economic naiveté.
Nobel laureate Milton Friedman once said that “One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results.” When it comes to the $15 minimum wage hike supported by Joe Biden and many of his fellow Democrats, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the results will be ugly.
New reporting reveals that Chief Financial Officers at top American companies are “considering raising prices, cutting workers’ hours and investing in automation to offset a potential rise in labor costs.”

“Companies including Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., Potbelly Corp. and Texas Roadhouse Inc. are already doing the math to assess what a higher federal minimum wage could mean for their operations and cost base,” the Wall Street Journalreports.
“Some executives fear that increases to the federal pay floor would drive up wages across income classes, hurting profits and forcing businesses to find savings to offset higher spending on labor,” the paper continues.
First and foremost, we can expect businesses to respond to artificially-high wage mandates by cutting jobs and reducing employee hours.
Why?
Well, labor is a product like any other. If the cost of soda was artificially mandated at $10 per can by the government, the simple fact is that consumers would buy less of it. When employers are legally forced to pay more for labor than it is worth in the market, they naturally and inevitably do the same.
“By the simplest and most basic economics, a price artificially raised tends to cause more to be supplied and less to be demanded than when prices are left to be determined by supply and demand in a free market,” famed economist Thomas Sowell wrote in Basic Economics. “The result is a surplus, whether the price that is set artificially high is that of farm produce or labor.”
“Unfortunately, the real minimum wage is always zero,” Sowell concluded. “And that is the wage that many workers receive in the wake of the creation or escalation of a government-mandated minimum wage.”
The government may determine and decree a “living wage” under a minimum wage law, but unless the worker actually finds an employer willing to pay him that much, he will remain unemployed with a hypothetical right.
Ample evidence confirms these theoretical predictions.
For example, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office projects that enacting a $15 minimum wage nationwide would destroy from 1.3 to 3.7 million jobs. Similarly, analysis from the Employment Policies Institute concludes that a federal $15 minimum wage would kill 2 million jobs.
These studies aren’t outliers. A research review by the Cato Institute concluded, “The main finding of economic theory and empirical research over the past 70 years is that minimum wage increases tend to reduce employment.”
So, it’s fair to assume that the warnings CFOs are offering about potential slashes in employment can be extrapolated beyond their specific companies. Proponents of a $15 minimum wage might intend to help workers, but they will inevitably and invariably put millions of them out of work altogether if their efforts are successful.
Meanwhile, other companies told the Journal they would pass the costs onto consumers by hiking prices. (Is that a win for the working class?)
And in an another twist, some companies said they would seek additional opportunities to invest in automation and eliminate their demand for labor altogether in lieu of paying mandated wages that far exceed a worker’s value.
“Pool Corp., a distributor of swimming pool supplies, plans to ramp up investments in technology to offset the potential rise in labor costs,” the Journal reports. “The company would look to reduce manual processes such as product orders and certain warehouse operations.”
“[Automation is] the most significant investment that we can make…when it comes to lowering the impact of potentially higher labor costs down the road,” Pool Corp CFO Mark Joslin said.
All of this is bad, bad news for workers. You know, the group that a $15 minimum wage is supposed to help.
So, let’s hope that Joe Biden’s minimum wage fantasies never become law—or workers will pay the price for his naiveté.

Within his first two weeks in office, President Biden has signed an unprecedented number of executive orders—47.
Writing for Quartz (1/31/21), Amanda Shendruk notes, “Joe Biden has been US president for less than two weeks and has already issued nearly as many executive action as Trump and Obama did in the same period, combined.” [Emphasis hers]
These include:
“Memorandum on Protecting Women’s Health at Home and Abroad.” The Mexico City Policy. Translation: abortions in other countries, paid for by you and me.
“Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.” Boys identifying as girls can use the women’s restroom and locker-room. And bye-bye, women’s sports.
“Proclamation on Ending Discriminatory Bans on Entry to the United States.” Translation: We will not discriminate against would-be immigrants, including violent jihadists.
“Paris Climate Agreement” and “Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis.” With the stroke of his pen, he has already cost thousands of U.S. jobs in a move based on questionable scientific premises.
And on it goes with a radical agenda.
Even the editorial board of The New York Times (1/27/21) published an op-ed: “Ease Up on the Executive Actions, Joe.” They said, “legislating through Congress is a better path.”
One politician pointed out that to govern by executive orders makes us more of a dictatorship than a democracy. “We need consensus,” said he. He also observed: “I have this strange notion. We are a democracy. Some of my Republican friends and some of my Democratic friends even say: well if you can’t get the votes, by executive order you’re going to do something, things you can’t do by executive order unless you’re a dictator.”
Who said these things? Then-candidate Joe Biden in a town hall with George Stephanopoulos on October 15, 2020.
Into the third week of the Biden presidency, it appears to be the third term of President Obama. The 44th president once famously declared: “I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone, and I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward.”
In other words, if the people’s representatives (in the House and Senate) don’t act quickly enough or do what I want them to do, then I’ll issue executive orders to get my will done. Biden is continuing this tradition—and then some. He has slim majorities in both the House and Senate, but he is bypassing even them.
One doctrine the founding fathers of America seemed to agree upon is revealed in the Bible and proven by all history—that man is a sinner. Therefore, power was to be separated into three distinct branches of government. As James Madison, a key architect of the Constitution, once put it, “All men having power ought to be distrusted.”
Madison also observed (in Federalist #47): “The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.”
What Biden, and Obama before him, have engaged in could be called “executive overreach.”
Tim Goeglein, the D. C. representative of Focus on the Family, once said of such overreach:
“This is unconstitutional, and it’s not what our founders wanted.”
Randy Barnett, a professor at Georgetown Law and the author of Our Republican Constitution, once told me, “All three branches of government are supposed to be our servants, not our masters.”
But I asked him, “Haven’t times changed and thus circumstances changed?”
He answered, “Well, human nature has not changed. Human nature is, the idea that people basically pursue their self-interests—even if that interest is adverse to the rights of fellow people, other follow citizens, or adverse to the public interest. And you needed a republican Constitution to constrain the exercise of government and power.”
All presidents have the right to sign executive orders. And virtually all of them have used that right. But critics note that this is excessive—and not a healthy example of representative government. In effect, it is an end-run around “we the people.”
Calvin Coolidge, one of our most underrated presidents, said, “Ours is a government of the people. It represents their will….The real heart of the American Government depends upon the heart of the people. It is from that source that we must look for all genuine reform. It is
to that cause that we must ascribe all our results.”
Goeglein, who worked for the Bush 43 administration, said of the founders, “They designed a system that pushed power downward and outward because they feared centralization of power, and they feared the consolidation of power.”
Hopefully, Biden’s pen will run out of ink sometime soon.

Feb. 2 (UPI) — Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has called for the resignation of hundreds of volunteer advisers to the Pentagon appointed by former President Donald Trump in the final months of his presidency, as well as a review of the committees they serve on.
The Pentagon announced the “zero-based review” of all of its advisory committees on Tuesday, following a memo issued by Austin last weekend outlining the review, specifying the committees and setting deadlines for adviser resignations. Advertisement
Austin gave the advisers until Feb. 16 to resign or be terminated, and said the work of 42 committees will be reviewed and changes recommended by June 1, in the memo, which was first reported by The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Politico.

He also called-out the hypocritical Wall Street bankers who took billions of dollars in tax-funded bailouts in 2008, only to now cry foul.

Republican Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), whose office is two doors down from Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, noted that “insurrectionists” never made it to their hall when the U.S. Capitol building was breached on Jan. 6. Mace made the note while hitting the media for their attempts to “fan fictitious news flames” about the breach.
On Jan. 6, Mace tweeted that she left her office in the Cannon Building, still inside the Capitol complex but some distance from the Capitol Rotunda and House Chambers: “Just evacuated my office in Cannon due to a nearby thereat,” she wrote. “Now we’re seeing protesters assaulting Capitol Police.”
AOC wasn’t even in the Capitol building where all the action was going down. If she was in her office, she was in the Cannon Building which is nearby, but a different building. But of course, many didn’t get the logistics and just assumed that she was in the Capitol building.
According to Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), who has an office in the same hall as AOC, two doors away, there were never any rioters in their hall so there was never any physical danger from rioters coming in at any point.
“[Ocasio-Cortez] made clear she didn’t know who was at her door,” the Republican wrote, captioning a post from Newsweek. “Breathless attempts by media to fan fictitious news flames are dangerous.”

Covid-19 was used for many reasons against America by both China and Democratic Socialists, but the continued efforts by both parties to control the citizenry showed their true totalitarian natures. Lockdowns, masks and vaccines are far more dangerous to our health than Coronavirus and interestingly enough, we’ve had no seasonal flu this year.
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, 70, told a Federalist Society virtual convention last November that he thought the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic serves as a “sort of constitutional stress test.” He argued that America has “never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive, and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020” and raised concerns over their impact on individuals’ civil liberties. Mask Mandates
According to Anthony Fauci, who is now the chief medical advisor under Biden, we’re supposed to wear two masks to keep from catching the new variants of the Covid-19 virus, a paper mask and a cloth mask over it. (Remember that back in March of 2020, he said there was no reason to be walking around with a mask.) Maybe three or four would be even better, to totally cut off our oxygen intake. CNBC touts that their experts suggest wearing three! Did we ever wear a mask for the seasonal flu virus in the past? Never! (Wait, I’m wrong…excuse me, many wore masks during the 1918-1919 Spanish flu epidemic that killed 50 million worldwide with about 675,000 occurring in the United States.)
Why did anyone think wearing a warm, moist rag a millimeter away from his or her mouth, for hours at a time, creating the ideal conditions for bacteria to multiply, would be a good thing? Link
In a previous article regarding Dr. Anthony Fauci, I stated that he had co-authored a paper about the 1918-1919 Spanish flu and said that many had died of bacterial pneumonia. This is true. However, I had also stated that he claimed masks were the cause. A devoted reader corrected me. Fauci did not claim that bacterial pneumonia was caused by masks but it’s interesting that wearing masks has caused numerous problems, including impetigo (usually caused by a staph infection), dental problems, yeast infections, acne etc. Link Today, doctors are warning that bacterial pneumonia is on the rise…and yes, it’s from wearing masks. Maybe Fauci and his friends forgot to mention this fact, or didn’t discover it.
Despite the knowledge that this evil Covid-19 virus was made in a bioweapon lab in Wuhan, China, it is still a virus and no more people have died in 2020 than have died in years past in America. Johns Hopkins reported that the yearly death rate remains normal despite Covid-19. Deaths from heart disease, respiratory disease, influenza, pneumonia and other causes have far lower stats for 2020, where Covid-19 deaths are higher. Yet the average of yearly deaths remains the same. Why? Because everyone is being categorized as dying from Covid-19 rather than their underlying comorbidity. The study was immediately withdrawn and trashed.
US Intelligence tells us that the Chinese government is collecting American’s DNA. Link60 Minutes has learned that the Chinese company, BGI Group, the largest biotech firm in the world, offered to build Covid labs in at least six states, and U.S. intelligence officials issued warnings not to share health data with BGI. The story was on Sunday, 31 January 21 on 60 minutes.

100 More Days
President Biden, elected via Dominion machines with Smartmatic software connected to the internet and sent to multiple foreign countries in order to intercept data of America’s 2020 election, has decided all federal people throughout the country should be masked until May 1st, 2021. And he wants all 50 states to follow through with mask mandates.
I see toddlers and young children with masks on their faces, put there by parents who believe the propaganda spewed by mainstream media. It makes me heartsick. And people alone in their cars with masks on their faces! The entire country wore masks everywhere for months, yet we had another surge of the virus. Our citizens are fools. We have become a nation of controlled lemmings who are abandoning freedom!
One Los Angeles health official went so far as to say that not wearing a mask is domestic terrorism! In another article, a couple was escorted off a plane because their two-year-old son refused to wear a mask! Never reported are those who are dying from mask wearing. If you’re outside, get the danged thing off your face!
The unelected tyrants in local health departments are issuing these decrees without any studies whatsoever. I wonder how many of them own stock in the mask making companies.
We are not the citizens who won back-to-back World Wars! America’s propagandists in the mainstream media have stampeded the public into fear and panic over the virus in order to generate support for their totalitarian agenda. Few Americans have seen through it…and that is most alarming.
Statistics
According to the CDC, along with studies by people in the age groups of 0 to 19 have a 99.997% chance of survival if they contract COVID-19, the age group of 20 to 49 a 99.98% chance, 50 to 69 years old 99.5% and 70 years old and above a 94.6% chance.
The case fatality rate of Covid-19 is 0.1 to 0.3 percent which is the same exact case fatality rate as the regular seasonal flu. They shut down the entire world economy for a lie! The WHO came out with a 3.4 case fatality rate and Fauci came along and cut it to 1.0 rate, which is 10 times higher than seasonal influenza. The middleclass was purposely destroyed, and they still have foolish Americans in masks.
Last September One America News reported that medical researchers from UCLA and Stanford University found that the chances of dying from Covid are much lower than previously thought. Even the likelihood of contracting the virus, going to the hospital or even death from Covid-19 is an extremely rare event. An average person in an average county has a one in 3,836 chance of becoming infected and that’s without wearing masks or doing any social distancing. Odds of being hospitalized are vanishingly small even for people in the at-risk category.
If you’re between the ages of 50-64 years old, the chances of getting the virus and needing hospitalization are one in 852,000. And for that same person who is at risk, the chance of dying from Coronavirus is one in 19.1 million. All these stats are from last May 2020 when deaths were 16 times higher than when this was reported. The risk from dying in an automobile crash is one in 114. Yet, we were sold lockdown insanity.
One America News also reported that researchers in Australia say Ivermectin can cure Covid in 48 hours. Ivermectin is typically used for parasitic infections, yet a peer review study conducted last April stated Ivermectin could kill the virus with one dose.
One of my neighbors is elderly. She contracted Covid-19 and her smell and taste was gone, and she had sinus problems. Her physician gave her Azithromycin and she recovered. She is 82, her husband is 88 and he has a comorbidity. He insisted on sleeping with her should she have a problem in the night, and he watched over her even though she wanted him to sleep in another bedroom. She was fine, and he never contracted Covid.
Lockdowns
Small businesses have been wiped out, and millions of middleclass Americans have been decimated. Yet, the big box stores allowed to stay open have flourished while small businesses faced total destruction. Far more damage has been done to middle America by the lockdowns than by the fraudulently dangerous Covid-19 flu.
Cases of Covid-19 rose despite the lockdowns. Of course, they did…the locked down folks needed to be exposed to get herd immunity, but the totalitarian dictators knew that every time the lockdown was lifted, Covid-19 would spread again, and they could force another lockdown. Over the course of the past year, class inequalities have grown wider and have become more entrenched. And yet, at each turn, left-wing lockdown lovers have demanded ever-more severe restrictions on people’s lives.
Had America left the entire country open; Professor Isaac Ben-Israel claims that within 40 to 70 days the virus would have passed through all of those who were not sheltered for comorbidities, and it would have been over. Unfortunately, the communist controllers in this country wanted the Trump economy destroyed along with small businesses so that they would rely on government handouts, and the middle class who loves freedom would be decimated. Well done by the Marxists in control. How many have committed suicide because their life’s work was ruined by the shutdowns and then by the communist BLM and Antifa riots. And nothing was done to stop them! Nothing!

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) have been at the forefront of telling us the truth. They knew that Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and Azithromycin (Z-Pak) and common zinc cured early onset Covid-19. Dr. Simone Gold, who is also an attorney, said, “Follow the science always meant ‘follow,’ but never the ‘science.’” A new study out of New Jersey actually validates what the frontline docs have told us.
Dr. Gold tweeted, “On Inauguration Day, 6+ months after AFLDS said it, The WHO announced a single PCR test is not reliable. “Coincidentally” the number of “cases” will now plummet.”
Elon Musk had four tests in one day by the very same way, same machine, left nostril positive twice, and right nostril negative twice. Sounds like we’ve been had!
PCR assays are not designed to be used as diagnostic tools, as they can’t distinguish between inactive viruses and “live” or reproductive ones. Besides that, previously, the WHO had recommended 45 “amplification” cycles of the test to determine whether someone was positive for Covid or not.
The thing is, the more cycles that a test goes through, the more likely that a false positive will come up — anything over 30 cycles actually magnifies the samples so much that even insignificant sequences of viral DNA end up being magnified to the point that the test reads positive even if your viral load is extremely low or the virus is inactive and poses no threat to you or anyone else.
There are no guardrails on the left or the right to protect the Republic from communism. Other than a handful of constitutionalists, both parties have joined the socialist agenda. President Trump, as much as he did for America in four years, and as much as he loved her and her citizens, he lacked discernment in hiring good people and continually chose from the swamp.

As I write this I am so proud to say that I met Mr. Miele in Montana in 2016. I don’t know if he remembers me, but I am so thrilled to see this absolutely spot-on piece about where we are today.
In the last few days I have found myself fuming over the Other Sides’ bullying tactics. How about you? Everywhere you turn you are told to keep you politics to yourself.
How often have I heard in recent weeks, especially since January 6th, that those of us who believe in the Constitution, support Donald Trump, question the results of the 2020 election, and are conservatives in the way we view the world are being bullied into silence, from family members, from neighbors, on social media and from people we hardly know or never met!
I have never once told someone they weren’t permittedto tell me their political views, why the heck do they think they have a right to shame us and tell us to shut up!

Let’s just say it plainly: The establishment declared war on me and on all conservative Americans when it decided that leftist orthodoxy was more important than the Constitution.
Don’t believe me? Fine, why should you believe a Trump supporter? You’ve been indoctrinated by the national media, Big Tech oligarchs, the Democratic Party, and academic elites to believe without questioning that people like me can’t be trusted.

This “guilt by labeling” is the antithesis of fair play or justice. It is a convenient mechanism for the ruling class to herd people into identity clusters so that individual rights can be supplanted by group responsibility. If this reminds you of China’s Cultural Revolution, you are not wrong. The ruling class wants you to conform, confirm and comply. If you step outside the lines, be prepared to be shamed, silenced and ostracized.
By the way, I am reading that above as I learned yesterday that once again the Southern Poverty Law Center, attempting to intimidate me into silence, has called me a “hate group.”
No wonder the people are starting to rise up and rebel against the plutocracy.

Quick question: What is the most fanatical terrorist state in the world?
Quick answer: According to a 2017 report––the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism is Iran.
I go back to 2017 to remind readers that this report was issued by the new Trump Administration’s State Department and that it departed radically from the assessment of Barack Obama’s State Department and the previous eight years of the Obama regime’s starry-eyed infatuation with that terrorist state, to the degree that both Barack Obama and then-VP Joe Biden were enthusiastic co-architects of the Iran deal (aka the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action).
The Obama-Biden deal offered the mullahs relief from sanctions and mountains of money in exchange for their oh-so-trustworthy promise to use the nuclear weapons they were developing exclusively for peaceful purposes.
And yet, after the deal was signed on July 14, 2015––significantly, and I believe purposefully, during the three-week mourning period that Jews observe every year for the destruction of the Holy Temples in Jerusalem––and after Obama-Biden gave Iran $150 billion, and then another $1.3 billion!, Iran’s hostilities substantially increased in terror sprees in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iraq.
But to me, all that pales in comparison to the oft-repeated statements of the mullahs of Iran––including Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei––who have been calling Israel a “cancerous tumor” and threatening to “wipe Israel off the map” for decades now.
Significantly, German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s government has declared that Iran’s call to obliterate the State of Israel is not an expression of antisemitism but simply “anti-Israel rhetoric.” Coming from Germany, never has the expression “consider the source” been more apt!
It is important to remember that during his infamous basement campaign, candidate Biden said that his “top priority” was to reenter the genocidal-to-Israel Iran Deal.
This is what Democrats voted for. This is what Jewish Democrats voted for.
OBAMA REDUX
Let’s look at the appointments and proposed appointments, so far, of the Biden-Harris regime.
MAHER BITAR for Senior Director for Intelligence of the National Security Council (NSC). According to the esteemed Daniel Greenfield, Biden has put an aggressive anti-Israel activist and Boycott/Divest/Sanction (BDS) supporter––who has called for the destruction of Israel––in this powerful position. At a conference in Georgetown of the Palestine Solidarity Movement––a BDS anti-Israel hate group––Bitar lectured on how to best demonize Israel. “Bitar’s rise through the ranks,” writes Greenfield, “speaks to the abandonment of Israel by the Democrats and the ineptitude of pro-Israel advocates at fighting the personnel battles that define the government.”
ANTHONY BLINKEN, who is Jewish, for Secretary of State. According to the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), “after notorious Jew-hater and BDS promoter Linda Sarsour spoke at the Democratic National Convention,” a Biden staffer “mollified” the outraged Jewish community by stating that Biden “condemns [Sarsour’s] views and opposes BDS…” But “Blinken and other top Biden staffers quickly apologized profusely to Sarsour! He also praised radical anti-Israel J Street as a ‘constructive force,” and opposed designating the terrorist Iranian IRGC as a foreign terror organization.
KRISTEN CLARKE to head the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. Paul Miller, executive director of the Haym Salomon Center, documents that Clarke “has a troubling history of advocating for anti-Semites and representing anti-Semitic lies as ‘fact.’” In one of many examples, Miller cites that as the head of Harvard’s Black Students Association, Clarke endorsed and supported Tony Martin, a staunch anti-Semite and Holocaust denier who wrote a book called The Jewish Onslaught in which he attacked Judaism and the Jewish people. Clarke said he based his opinions on “indisputable fact.”
REEMA DODIN for Deputy Director of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. According to the ZOA, Dodin’s background as a Palestinian propagandist and supporter of suicide bombings is so egregious that she should be fired on the spot. Dodin also organized anti-Israel rallies at UC Berkeley; spread Medieval-style blood libels, including the false claim that Israel denies Palestinian Arabs food, water, and medical treatment, et al. She was also a leader of the Hamas-affiliated Muslim Students Association and has close ties to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR).
AVRIL HAINES, who is Jewish, for Director of National Intelligence. Described as being rabidly anti-Israel, Haines was Obama’s deputy national security adviser and deputy director of the CIA and is now the deputy director of Obama’s Columbia World Project which attracts huge donations from foreign sources, many of them openly anti-Israel. Last May, she signed a vicious J Street letter with 30 notoriously Israel-loathing former foreign-policy officials calling on the Democrat Party to oppose Israel’s lawful rights in Judea and Samaria, et al.
JOHN KERRY, who has Jewish roots, as Envoy for Climate. With personal connections to Iran, Kerry has been accused of “nuclear nepotism.” Adam Berkowitz has written that “even the Israeli leftist newspaper Haaretz is appalled by John Kerry’s bungled, counterproductive, utter capitulation to Hamas.” And Joseph Klein has written of Kerry’s farewell stab at Israel when he was Secretary of State under Obama.
KARINE JEAN-PIERRE for White House Press Secretary. The former head of MoveOn.org, a far-left anti-Israel group, and recent campaign adviser for Kalamity Harris, Jean-Pierre has praised lawmakers for boycotting pro-Israel groups and has accused Israel of “war crimes.” And during the Democratic primary, she celebrated Democrats who boycotted the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)––a lobbying group that advocates pro-Israel policies to Congress.
ALEJANDRO MAYORKAS, who is Jewish, for Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.Mayorkas is a board member of HIAS, which partners with terrorism-financier Islamic Relief. He has undermined Israeli repatriation policies regarding illegal immigrants and signed a letter defending and praising Jew-basher Linda Sarsour. Mayorkas’ involvement with HIAS contradicts the role of DHS, which is to protect the safety of Americans.
DENIS McDONOUGH for Secretary of the Veterans Administration. The former Chief of Staff for Obama, McDonough spoke at the anti-Israel J Street convention and falsely condemned Israel’s “occupation.” As Obama’s Deputy National Security Advisor, he praised the imam of a Virginia mosque, knowing that the imam was a Muslim Brotherhood leader and VP of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which directly funds Hamas.
SUSAN RICE for Domestic Policy Advisor (aka Biden’s Valerie Jarrett). The serial liar and inveterate Israel- basher was Obama’s senior foreign-policy advisor and also John Kerry’s chief foreign-policy adviser when he ran for President. Kerry’s idea for dealing with the Middle East was to appoint not one but two diehard enemies of Israel––James Baker and Jimmy Carter–as negotiators. Faced with a firestorm of criticism, Kerry backed down and blamed his staff, which consisted of Susan Rice!
WENDY SHERMAN, who is Jewish, for Deputy Secretary of State. Sherman negotiated the disastrous Iran deal. An Amazon reviewer summed up Sherman’s 2018 book as follows: “A weak apologia from someone who mishandled every major negotiation she worked on.” Again, ZOA spokesmen spell out Sherman’s threat to Israel of consequences from the United Nations (aka the virulently anti-Israel cesspool in NY City) if Israel did not accept a Palestinian [terror] state; she praised arch-terrorist Yasir Arafat as “the leader of the resistance movement” and downplayed the PLO suicide bombings and other terror attacks on innocent Israelis that Arafat engineered; on and on.

This is what Democrats voted for. This is what Jewish Democrats voted for.
BIDEN’S COURT JEWS
But we love Jews and we love Israel, Democrats––including Jewish Democrats––exclaim! After all, they say, Joe’s children married Jews so he has Jewish grandchildren, and Kalamity Harris is married to a Jew, and look how many Jews Joe has appointed so far! All true, but what they fail to mention is that Joe’s Jews have a particularly poisonous antipathy to Israel––a condition unmistakably and accurately identified as antisemitism!
Make no mistake, Biden’s Court Jews, like Obama’s, are identical to those of the past––going back centuries––who financed, supported, licked the boots of and sold out the Jewish people in order to gain the personal influence, privileges, wealth, proximity to power, and protection that the “nobles” afforded them.
These quislings helped Roman emperors and other leaders over centuries kill Jews. They helped Hitler kill Jews. But after their groveling and traitorous service, they were blamed for economic downturns and used as scapegoats to explain away the failures of the evil regimes and leaders they abetted.
Journalist Melanie Phillips once wrote of Obama that he “is attempting to throw Israel under the Islamist bus, and he’s getting American Jews to do his dirty work for him…” Looks suspiciously identical to what Biden & Co. have already begun with his appointments of people who clearly hate Jews and loathe Israel.
Writer Mona Charen once wrote of Obama’s “genocidal hostility toward Israel.” Is there any difference today?
MAKING SENSE OF THE NONSENSICAL
Why would people who hate Jews surround themselves with so many of them? As Don Vito Corleone warned his son Michael, “Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.”
As much as the enemies of Jews hate them, they also fear them. They can’t figure out how a historically besieged people—whose population today is about 15 million, as compared to, say, Muslims whose population is 1.3 billion, or a world of almost eight billion—have not only managed to survive the Inquisition, Crusades., pogroms, concentration camps and pandemics of anti-Semitism, but to flourish and rise to the top echelons of any community they’ve ever lived in.
In short, they want the brains of the Jews and also the ability to blame them when things go wrong!
But don’t these smart Jews know they’re being used? Yes and no. They’ve studied history, but they think that the passage of time has made them immune from mistakes of the past. Of course they’re wrong. Fools and dupes always get fooled and duped.
Unfortunately, too many Jews over the ages have been seduced by the hope-and-change rhetoric of the Left, so yearning are they to be “liked” by the cultures that have ultimately rejected them.
Today, we can only guess that the Democrats––including the Jewish Democrats––who voted for Biden and literally wept for joy at his inauguration, are simply crazy about everything he promised, including (this is the very very short list):
High taxes that inevitably lead to massive unemployment,
Or maybe they simply hated hated hated the highest employment of blacks and Asians and Hispanics and women in American history brought about by President Donald J. Trump.
No matter. History has taught us, as the Jewish prophet Hosea said: “They who sow the wind, reap the whirlwind.”
The Biden whirlwind is here. It’s just a matter of time before all the horror and destruction of his regime is fully realized––and blamed on the Jews!
