Senate Democrats Clear the Way for Boycott of the Jewish State

Preceding Kristallnacht, the Nazis called for Germans to boycott Jewish-owned businesses. This was the direct antecedent to the Democrat boycott, divest and sanction the Jews movement. These boycotts are illegal and inhumane. The Boycott, Divest, Sanction [Israel] movement is this century’s Nazi movement, only on a worldwide scale. Same tactics, same viciousness, same lies, same thuggery.

This cold slap in the face should shake every perfidious Jewish Democrat to the core. But it won’t. Jewish Democrats, like their kapo antecedents, are working in the cause of antisemitism and Jewish annihilationism. They serve their Nazi-inspired masters like Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Nancy Pelosi, Pressley, AOC, and the whole anti-Israel Democrat party.

Even the German Parliament voted against the boycott movement. Democrats are leading the Nazi way in the 21st century. Targeting the benevolent Jewish state but taking no action taken against world’s worst human rights violators and jihad nations tells you everything about their motives.

Cruz Moves to Block FTC From Penalizing Israeli Companies

By: Adam Kredo, WFB, July 26, 2023:

As Congress prepares to grant the Federal Trade Commission power to penalize foreign companies, a Republican lawmaker is working to ensure the agency can’t use its newfound authority to punish Israel.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) is offering an amendment to legislation before the Senate Commerce Committee that would let the FTC issue fines and other penalties to any online seller that does not accurately disclose where their products are made. Cruz’s amendment, a copy of which was obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, would block the FTC from penalizing Israeli companies based in contested territories like the West Bank and Golan Heights.

Supporters of the anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement have long worked to strip the “Made in Israel” label from products manufactured in so-called settlements, which they argue are not technically part of Israel. The Obama administration pursued similar policies, including a contested 2016 order directing “trade community” to stop labeling goods produced in the West Bank as “made in Israel.”

Former ‘Teacher Of The Year’ Facing 150-Year Sentence For Allegedly Grooming Student

A second victim has been identified in additional sexual misconduct charges against former 2022 San Diego “Teacher of the Year,” Jacqueline Ma, according to a recently amended complaint.

Police initially arrested and charged the 34-year-old teacher from Lincoln Acres Elementary School in March after engaging in sexual misconduct with a 12-year-old student, according to the Times of San Diego. Now, Ma is accused of performing and attempting a lewd act upon yet another minor under the age of 14, identified as John Doe 2, in early 2020, the outlet noted.

At the moment, it is unclear whether John Doe 2 was a former student of Ma’s or not, but it is confirmed that one of the charged offenses allegedly occurred in a classroom, per the Times.

Ma was initially accused of grooming a student, identified as John Doe 1, through sexual acts and the exchange of illicit photographs, the outlet reported. Prosecutors described Ma’s behavior toward the teen as “obsessive, possessive, controlling and dangerous,” per the Times.

Leading to her arrest, a concerned parent suspected that her son was “possibly having an inappropriate relationship with a former teacher,” the National City Police Department stated.

When she was apprehended in March, authorities also discovered a photograph of the victim in her wallet, along with jewelry bearing his initials and love letters addressed to him in her classroom, Deputy District Attorney Drew Hart reported.

Ma is now held in custody without bail on a total of 19 felony counts. If found guilty, the former teacher could face over 150 years to life in state prison, the Times reported.

The Terrifying Reality of GitHub: How Any of Us Can be Exploited in Seconds

Let’s play a game.

Raise your hand if there’s a picture of your face online.

Now, raise your other hand if there’s one of your daughter, your girlfriend, your sister, or any other loved one.

It’s probably safe to assume that most or all of you have both hands in the air right now (if you were good sports and played along!). That was fun.

But now comes the punch line. And unfortunately, it isn’t fun at all.

Did you know that, with new developments in technology, any of those photos could be used to create synthetic pornographic videos or images (a.k.a. “deepfake pornography”) of you or your loved ones? Did you know that this pornographic material could be so realistic that no one would be able to tell the difference?

Thanks to Microsoft-owned GitHub, it now takes less than 60 seconds to sexually violate someone in this way. This very trauma has happened to countless women and even children.

And the terrifying problem only continues to grow.

What is GitHub?

There’s been a lot of buzz in the news lately about Artificial Intelligence. GitHub, owned by Microsoft, is arguably the most prolific space for Artificial Intelligence development.

Described as a mix between Google Docs and a social media app for programmers, GitHub is a platform designed for individuals to collaborate, manage, and share codes for developing software. GitHub is the largest code-hosting community globally and is the most prominent code-hosting platform.

Unfortunately, GitHub is also a significant contributor to the creation of sexually exploitative technologies, such as those used to victimize women and children through image-based sexual abuse (including but not limited to “deepfake pornography”) and synthetic child sexual abuse material.

The exponential growth in innovation and creative solutions offered by artificial intelligence are to be celebrated. However, technological advances must not supersede or come at the cost of people’s safety and well-being. Technology should be built and developed to fight, rather than facilitate, sexual exploitation and abuse.

By providing a space not only to create but collaborate and amplify abuse, GitHub is not only condoning criminal conduct – it is directly contributing to it.

Take Action! Call on GitHub to stop facilitating sexual exploitation!

GitHub Facilitates Image-based sexual abuse (IBSA)

Image-based sexual abuse (IBSA) is a broad term encompassing a range of harmful activities that weaponize sexually explicit or sexualized materials against the persons they depict. IBSA includes the creation, theft, extortion, threatened or actual distribution, or any use of sexually explicit or sexualized materials without the meaningful consent of the person or persons depicted and/or for purposes of sexual exploitation.

GitHub has earned itself a title as a significant contributor to the growing crime of image-based sexual abuse. In particular, GitHub plays a massive role in the creation of synthetic sexually explicit material (SSEM). A type of IBSA, synthetic sexually explicit material involves the alteration of image/s of a person so that a person not in pornography appears to be in pornography ( “deepfake pornography”), or so as to “strip” the person depicted of their clothing (via “nudify apps”).

GitHub is a hotbed of sexual deepfake repositories (where the codes are) and forums (where people chat) dedicated to the creation and commodification of synthetic media technologies, as well as nudify apps. Open-sourced repositories dedicated to IBSA thrive on GitHub, allowing users to replicate, favorite (“star”), and collaborate on sexually exploitative technology without repercussions.

GitHub hosts three of the most notorious technologies used for synthetic sexually explicit material: DeepFaceLab, DeepNude, and Unstable Diffusion. DeepFaceLab, the most popular technology for creating sexual deepfakes (estimated to be used in the creation of 95% of all sexual deepfakes) has been starred on GitHub over 38 thousand times and replicated over 8.7 thousand times. Further, DeepFaceLab’s GitHub repository contains direct links to the most prolific sexual deepfake website in the United States: Mr.DeepFakes. In fact, GitHub is one of the top 10 referral sites for Mr.DeepFakes.

GitHub has made it shockingly easy for anyone to become a victim of image-based sexual abuse. All you need is a few images of their face or a short video clip. With that, in less time than it takes to brew a cup of coffee, you can create synthetic sexually explicit material of the person that will likely haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Because if there’s one thing that survivors of IBSA have repeatedly noted: it’s that the abuse and trauma is of a perpetual nature. This is because the images are often circulated online, making it virtually impossible for the survivors to ever permanently remove them.

Thanks to Microsoft-owned GitHub, ANY of us could become victims of deepfake pornography. The abusive material can be created in less time than it takes to brew a cup of coffee. @github, stop facilitating sexual exploitation!  CLICK TO TWEET

Github Facilitates Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

The sexually exploitative technologies hosted on GitHub can also be used to create sexually explicit images of children—i.e. child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

For example, In April 2023, nudifying technology was used to generated CSAM of five teenage girls by male classmates. The male peers stole photos from the 13-year-old girls’ social networks and used a bot to strip the images of the girls naked. The images were then circulated among other peers at their middle school.

Additionally in 2023, a Quebec man created at least seven videos of child sexual abuse material using deepfake technology. He was also found to be in possession of 545,000 computer files of child sexual abuse material. According to reports, this was believed to be the first case involving deepfake technology being used for child sexual exploitation in Canada.

Although GitHub uses automated detection tools such as PhotoDNA to proactively scan for CSAM, they do not have comprehensive moderation practices to remove technology found to have generated CSAM. Thus, these technologies continue to thrive.

ACTION: Demand GitHub Stop Facilitating Sexual Exploitation!

We currently live in a terrifying reality where any of us can be sexually exploited in seconds. This HAS to change. Please take 30 seconds to contact GitHub, urging them to proactively remove sexually exploitative technologies!

One in Six Democrats Believes Violence Is Justified to Restore Abortion: Poll

One in every six Democrats believes that “force [is] justified to restore abortion rights,” a new poll has found, underscoring the secular Left’s growing support for political violence.

The number of Democrats backing abortion-related terrorism has doubled, from 8% to 16% since January — a period when multiple states have enacted pro-life protections. In all, 31 million Americans support the use of violence to reinstate abortion in U.S. law, up from 22 million just three months ago, according to a survey from the University of Chicago’s Chicago Project on Security and Threats (CPOST) released this month.

The same percentage of Democrats agrees that “force is justified to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president,” as well as to “coerce Congress or government officials.”

Support for violence against Congress began to rise after Republicans took control of the House of Representatives. “Public support for the use of force to coerce members of the US Congress grew from 9 percent in January 2023 to 17 percent as of June 26, 2023, effectively doubling. While increasing across the political spectrum, the rise was sharpest among Democrats where it grew by about 2.5 times,” the report notes. That translates to 44 million Americans willing to justify domestic terrorism to influence legislation.

The Left has engaged in more than theoretical support for abortion-based violence (a redundant phrase). There have been at least 67 attacks against pro-life pregnancy resource centers since the still-unsolved leak of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision last May, including the vandalism of Republican Congressman Tim Walberg’s Michigan offices (which shares space with a pro-life organization) last June 21 and the firebombing of a CompassCare office in New York two weeks earlier.

Churches have also borne the brunt of the onslaught. Family Research Council’s Arielle Del Turco has documented a total of 543 attacks against churches between January 2018 and March 2023 — including 57 abortion-related assaults on churches in the first nine months of 2022 and numerous attacks related to LGBTQ issues, often in tandem with legislation protecting children from the predatory transgender industry. Worse yet, the Department of Homeland Security has warned that churches face an elevated threat of violence until at least the 2024 election, 15 months from now, due to their stance on “sociopolitical issues.”

The new report points to the broad, deep, and metastasizing problem of politically motivated violence, especially on the Left. Radicals threatened to kill and dismember Sonja Shaw, president of the Chino Valley (California) Unified School District Board of Education, after the district defied Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom and prevented teachers from hiding a child’s gender transition from his or her parents.

Four hundred miles to the north, students and LGBTQ activists assaulted and chased former NCAA women’s swimmer Riley Gaines through the halls of San Francisco State University in April — only for the vice president of Student Affairs to thank the mob for its restraint. A similar scene played out last year as police had to escort Alliance Defending Freedom’s general counsel, Kristen Waggoner, through a threatening crowd that pounded on the walls while canceling a debate at prestigious Yale Law School.

Although the CPOST poll does not cover the issue, LGBTQ advocacy has already spilled over into bloodshed. The mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville by a woman who identified as transgender left six people dead, including three children. After the far-Left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) added Family Research Council to its “hate list,” a deranged shooter attempted to kill FRC’s entire staff. He succeeded in wounding building manager Leo Johnson and was later convicted of domestic terrorism.

Even gay, lesbian, and transgender “allies” live in fear of left-wing extremists’ wrath. Radical LGBTQ activists threatened to blow up Target stores in multiple states after the chain removed some of their Pride-themed displays of infants’ and toddlers’ clothing bearing the rainbow insignia. “We will not tolerate intolerance nor indifference,” said one such bomb threat, which called Target officials “pathetic cowards” for soft-pedaling products designed to groom babes and sucklings into the LGBTQ lifestyle.

For the Left, the phrase “culture war” isn’t a euphemism.

Previous polls have tracked Americans’ progressive support for reaching across the widening political divide with a closed fist. In 2020, Democracy Fund’s Voter Study Group found 21% of Americans said physical violence would be justified “if the opposing party wins” the presidential election. A 2018 poll from the Buckley Institute found one-third of college students agreed “physical violence can be justified to prevent a person from using hate speech or making racially charged comments.”

The polling data hint at a reality people of faith already know: Secularists have adopted politics as a substitute for religion. Left-wing ideology makes for a graceless faith that visits retribution upon its enemies in this life. Rather than measuring the heart’s relationship with God the Father through Jesus the Son, woke inquisitors relentlessly monitor any signs of deviation from the party line, punishing heretics to condition Pavlovian obedience. As this author wrote in 2008:

“Leftists lack the religious grounding to recognize everyone as a divine soul and a tradition that teaches them to ‘hate the sin but love the sinner.’ The faith of the Left is a political faith, not a religious one, their politics is the politics of bad faith, their God ‘The God that Failed.’ As they share a secular religion, they promote a secular demonology: Those who fight for The Cause are not ‘on the side of the angels’ — they are the angels. … Those who stand in their way are not good people misled; they are Beelzebub in gray suits. … Their opponents’ deaths simply clear the battlefield of hostile infantrymen.”

As this 15-year-old analysis shows, dehumanizing — and, in extreme cases, eliminating — one’s perceived political enemies predates our present political moment. Political idolatry “is, in fact, man’s second oldest faith,” noted Whittaker Chambers. “Its promise was whispered in the first days of the Creation under the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil: ‘Ye shall be as gods.’”

Unfortunately, the CPOST survey shares this erroneous view, stating the fact that the majority (52%) of Americans believe “elections will not solve our most fundamental political and social problems” constitutes a dangerous “deep distrust of democracy.” In reality, healthy skepticism of government understands that external force cannot solve our most fundamental problems, because they arise from within, “out of the heart of men.” Therefore, the solution must also ascend out of a purified, quickened, and illumined heart.

Christians must restrict politics to its proper sphere in our culture. Legislation reflects, but does not set, our moral compass. We must normalize respect for the human person and its logical conclusion that the ends do not justify any means. Finally, Christians must speak courageously and without compromise, no matter the results. Unlike secularists, we do not measure our results solely by their impact in this world: Standing for truth in the word of our testimony brings an eternal reward. Thankfully, some leaders have met political idolatry with newfound determination never to back down.

“We will not be silenced,” said Nicole Neily of Parents Defending Education on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” last month. “These are our children.”

The Real Cost of an Open Border: How Americans are Paying the Price

On July 26th, 2023 the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement, led by Chairman Clay Higgins (R-LA), and the Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence, led by Chairman August Pfluger (R-TX), held a joint hearing to examine the tragic human cost of Alejandro Mayorkas and Joseph Robinett Biden Jr.’s historic humanitarian border crisis.

Below is the testimony of Todd Bensman Senior National Security Fellow, Center for Immigration Studies.

The Center for Immigration Studies is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit research organization founded in 1985. It is the nation’s only think tank devoted exclusively to research and policy analysis of the economic, social, demographic, fiscal, and other impacts of immigration on the United States.

TRANSCRIPT OF TODD BENSMAN’S TESTIMONEY

Messr. Chairman Higgins, Ranking Member Correa, Chairman Phluger, and Ranking Member Magaziner and Members of the Subcommittees, thank you for inviting me here today to discuss the important issue of impacts from the worst mass migration crisis ever to have occurred at the American southern border. And what is happening at that border is, by every possible metric on government record, the worst such mass migration in the American experience, now well into its third year with at least four million foreign nationals allowed to enter and stay in the United States for their illegal crossing efforts.

I have studied, analyzed and reported border issues for more than 17 years. First, during my 23-year career as a journalist for major media outlets through 2009. Then for nine years as an intelligence analyst for the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Intelligence and Counterterrorism Division, and since 2018 as a senior national security fellow for CIS.

In the official capacity of my current role, I have spent a great deal of the past two-and-a-half years on the ground, both sides of the border, usually with the immigrants before and after they cross. And from thousands of their testimonials, I have written the only comprehensive first draft of this historic event’s causes and effects, in my book OVERRUN.

In it, I document the genesis of this incredible continuous event to specific policies that went into effect on President Joe Biden’s Inauguration Day, which immigrants unanimously tell me are the main reasons they decided to journey across the southern border.

The administration put a freeze on required border enforcement measures and fast-tracked release of the majority of illegal crossers into the country where they and most experts know they will stay forever.

And on their cell phones, which every immigrant has, they sent word of this incredible bonanza down trail, to home villages and all along the migration trails. And in this way, those first tens of thousands who began crossing on inauguration day quickly became hundreds of thousands a month, and then millions a year. Counting an estimated 1.7 million never apprehended, probably more than 4 million have entered the country from the border in a mere 30-month span. Perhaps as many as six million largely uneducated and needy people will be in the country before the Biden policies might first be reversed in the 2024 national elections and the floodgates closed.

Those millions of policy-enticed entries in so short a time already are – and will have – transformative impacts in the form of unplanned-for demands on public welfare and assistance programs, health care systems, Social Security, housing, labor markets, schools, and the criminal justice system.

It is too early in the crisis to measure many of these impacts – assuming anyone is willing to do this politically aversive work. But, despite political reticence to do so, Congress, researchers, media reporters and state and local governments should endeavor to measure impacts in three general areas where indicators of consequential change are already well indicated: public school burdens, unnecessary preventable crime, and unfunded burdens for local communities.

Public School Systems

Probably the very first area of civic life where most Americans will experience the impact of the Biden border crisis will be in the public schools. Local schools face the most immediately visible impacts because a main feature of the Biden border crisis, and also of the earlier Trump swell of late 2018–early 2019, was that immigrants in family groups around the world discovered a certain legal loophole – known as the Flores Settlement. The 2015-amended settlement requires DHS to release immigrant families with young children from detention within 21 days to pursue years of mostly ineligible asylum claims while living inside the United States, rather than to be deterred by detention and deportation.

Children became extremely valuable as tickets into America. So millions of people in family units brought school-aged children in for the Flores Settlement quick-release treatment. At the same time, non-Mexican children traveling without a parent learned they could exploit the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA of 2000) to gain release within three days, sparking rushes on the border of unaccompanied minors.

School-aged children poured in over the border with parents or guardians, or alone unaccompanied by the hundreds of thousands and then the millions to gain the advantage of these quick-release loopholes.

That mostly ended when former President Donald Trump introduced Remain in Mexico and Title 42 instant expulsions for all illegal entrances as a Covid control measure.

But then the Biden administration on day one opened exemptions in Title 42 expulsions, and ended the Migrant Protection Protocols, or Remain in Mexico. These moves allowed for the quick interior releases of a majority of immigrant families, unaccompanied minors, and pregnant and postpartum women.

The public is never told how many advanced-stage or school-aged children got in through these exemptions and entered public school systems.

Based on publicly available data, it’s difficult to estimate just how many school-aged children brought in over the border joined the estimated 49 million children enrolled in American public school systems.1

But national enrollments would have had to include a bulk of the 545,000 unaccompanied minors enticed by policy to cross since 2019 – 388,748 of them just since 2020. Hundreds of thousands more would surely have crossed in to enroll among the 1.9 million foreign nationals apprehended as family units from 2018 to date.  Up-to-minute data is not yet available but, as of 2021, 11 million public school students from immigrant-headed households (legal and illegal) accounted for nearly one out of four students in public schools, more than double the 11 percent in 1990 and more than triple the 7 percent in 1980.2

As for the hundreds of thousands that have certainly driven those percentages much higher since 2021, school districts across America had to enroll them under a 1982 Supreme Court ruling regardless of immigration status, numbers, costs, and hardships.

What might those be?

Spiking enrollments that force school districts to hold successive tax-hiking bond elections to purchase portable classrooms, build new schools, expand existing schools, hire more administrators, janitors, security officers, school cafeteria workers, and hire more English as a Second Language teachers, according to complaints leaching into the public realm.

For instance, in and around New York City, a significant surge of 5,000 immigrant children flooded into four counties in a single eleven-month span through August 2021, posing a $139 million unplanned burden on New York taxpayers to educate them.3  The arrivals of mostly teenage boys created a classroom crisis that strapped educational resources and aided gang-recruiting efforts, the New York Post reported. In May 2022, New York City education officials grappling with older illiterate teen immigrants who have gone years without formal education agreed to launch a pilot program that would all 400 “newcomers” fan out to identified high schools where they can learn English.4

In Austin Independent School District, teachers protested in April 2022 about a 400-student influx of immigrant teenagers from Central America at its International High School and Eastside Early College High School campus.5 Teachers complained they were left to give instruction in hallways and conference rooms. Similar scenarios are unfolding more quietly in school districts across America.

For what that may look like in extreme form, parents whose children attend public schools across the United States need look no farther than Cleveland Independent School District (CISD) in East Texas’s Liberty County about 40 miles northeast of Houston. A sprawling new community called Colony Ridge, whose new and established residents – and CISD’s School Superintendent – universally acknowledge that many are illegally present in the United States, has boomed inside the CISD’s 143 square miles to some 60,000 as of 2021.6

In 2019, the growth driven by largely immigrant children prompting the Texas Education Agency to label CISD a “hyper-growth” district.7

CISD Enrollments exploded from 3,693 K-12 students and four main schools in 2011-2012 to more than 12,000 in 2022. From four schools, CISD is now 12 schools and 60 portable classrooms funded by continual bond elections and with plans for a $1.2 billion expansion to twenty more schools over the next decade to accommodate an anticipated student body of 20,000 students as Colony Ridge continues a massive migration-fueled expansion. A decade ago, CISD was 40 percent Hispanic. Now it is 90 percent and very different from the old country days.

In 2022, I traveled to CISD and Colony Ridge as part of research for my book Overrun and interviewed students, parents, teachers and the superintendent Stephen McCanless. From them, I learned that the district’s ills there take many forms. Classroom and school overcrowding have required portable classroom farms, sharp spending increases to hire new teachers and bus drivers, continual requests for voters to approve bonds to build new schools, fallouts from language barriers and uneven education levels, less individualized teacher time per student, poorer academic performances for all, and public safety concerns.

What I learned from public records and my interviews was that most of the new students can’t speak English. Those with limited English proficiency rose from 20 percent in the 2011-2012 school year to 55 percent in 2021-2022. English-as-a-Second Language curricula now makes up more than half of all school curricula. The entire teaching staff is required to obtain state ESL certification or an equivalent one, and expensive and time-consuming endeavor requiring constant management. The majority of parents speak limited English too and stay away, some for fear of deportation.

Many of the new students were teenagers who couldn’t read or write. Broad language barriers suppress academic achievement. Student-teacher ratios range in the upper thirties per teacher for certain core classes. It’s crowd control, not education, one teacher told me. Some of the statistics are alarming. Nearly half of Cleveland High School’s students were considered to be at risk of dropping out. Nearly 60 percent of Cleveland Middle School’s 2,238 students were considered at risk of dropping out.8

“Texas Education Agency says they have a right to a free public education,” McCanless told me. “And I can’t put a fourteen-year-old in a second-grade class, so we put them in an age-appropriate grade level and we give them all the supports we can, and then you’re like, ‘how do we teach a fourteen-year-old how to read!? I mean, that should have been learned in first or second grade. But we have to do it. We’re doing it. We have some now. And then the state tells us they’re expected to take the state test!”

“How are they doing on the tests?” I asked. “How do you think?” McCanless replied.

The district has repeatedly asked voters to approve massive tax-spiking bond elections, an $85 million one in 2017, a $198 million one in November 2019, another for $150 million in 2021, another for $115 million in 2022. Weary voters approve some and reject others.9

Keeping up with this problematic growth is a nonstop desperate struggle that has left students with sub-par education and caused the flight of pre-existing students to other cities and towns. The growth has spawned a wide variety of social problems never seen in CISD’s history.

McCandless and teachers told me of gang formation, drug trafficking and violence came into the school system with the “newcomers.” “And we have dealt with them. And I have expelled them.”

No one seems to be systematically tracking these transformative kinds of impacts anywhere in America’s public schools.

But while the case of CISD is in many ways extreme, there can be no doubt that school districts across America are undoubtedly experiencing similar pain to greater or lesser degrees, suffering in silence.

A Great Unnecessary Crime Wave

For years, advocates of a borderless United States have pointed to academic-seeming “studies” that compare illegal alien criminality to American citizen criminality and then conclude that Americans commit more than the illegal immigrants.10 Its progenitors cite the comparison to nullify concerns about illegal immigrant crime. They use it to argue that the American people should leave the illegal immigrants alone and more properly tend to American citizen criminals.

The result of these comparative “studies” is that while America keeps busy with the ostensibly more real problem of US citizen crime, the nation’s leaders let the illegal immigrant flow continue unimpeded since that population is so much less worrisome.

But this “comparative research” diverting concern from illegal immigrant crime constitutes one of the greatest academic and intellectual frauds in the annals of immigration studies.

The notion that these two groups should be compared is intellectual misconduct of the highest order, a sham campaign that almost surely has extended the unnecessary carnage against American citizens and lawful residents. The comparison studies factory is a sham because illegal immigrants, and especially those with knowable criminal histories, are uniquely subject to government deportation and detention, which does not exist for American citizens and lawful residents.

So, unlike every crime committed by American citizens, every crime committed by illegally present immigrants with criminal histories was avoidable. Because illegal immigrants are constantly subject to entry blockage and removal, all of their crimes must be counted as a 100 percent net-gain increase of a social ill that hurts real people in the worst imaginable ways on a consistent, long-term basis.

Conversely, American citizens and lawful residents, obviously, are not subject to a national government apparatus in place to block and remove them from American territory so that they are not present to commit crime. America is stuck with its criminal citizens before, during, and after every crime they commit. The DHS detention and removal machine cannot and will not ever prevent a single crime by an American citizen.

That is a Grand Canyon-sized difference between the two groups disqualifying them for comparison in crime or anything else, like how often both use public assistance. Immigration enforcement will always eliminate or reduce the presence of illegal immigrants who commit crimes but never American residents. Americans have no choice but to suffer every single American citizen-committed crime but should never have to suffer one single illegal immigrant-committed crime.

Illegal immigrant crime is notoriously difficult to measure because doing so is politically aversive to government agencies in politically liberal precincts. But in addition to sudden painful public school enrollments, most Americans will suffer more crime committed by more illegal immigrants. Most U.S. states do not keep track of crime committed by illegal immigrants, and neither does the federal government.

Only Texas tracks much of its crime by noncitizenship and its data is likely indicative of crime trends in other large-population states.

It is too early as of this writing to guess the extent to which alien crime that will result from the Biden border crisis.

But if the past is any indicator of the future and the Texas numbers can indicate problem scope, America is in for a sustained unnecessary crime wave of preventable murder, rape, child abuse, burglary, felony theft, drug trafficking, alien smuggling, and drunken driving manslaughter on a higher permanent scale.

The Texas Department of Public Safety learns the immigration status of suspects booked into local jails through a program that submits fingerprints to the FBI for criminal history and warrant checks, and to DHS, which returns immigration status information on those whose fingerprints were already on file (which is not all of them).11

The glimpse is limited and not a reflection of much almost certain higher totals, but it is telling about the trend line ahead across America. Between June 1, 2011, and July 31, 2022, these 259,000 illegal aliens were charged with more than 433,000 unnecessary, preventable criminal offenses. Those included 800 homicide charges (resulting in 374 convictions as of July 2022), 822 kidnapping charges (resulting in 265 convictions), 5,470 sexual assault charges (resulting in 2,593 convictions), 6,485 sexual offense charges (resulting in 3,065 sexual offense convictions), and 4,945 weapons charges (resulting in 1,723 weapons convictions).

What the Texas data show is that hundreds of dead people should be alive, thousands of sexual assault and sexual offense victims should never have suffered the trauma, and tens of thousands of assault charges involving victims would not have been hurt.

The Texas data also shows that criminal aliens took up police time and clogged up the American justice system that could have been more dedicated to American criminals. Thousands of drug, burglary, robbery, and weapons charges need not have jammed the Texas criminal justice systems at taxpayer cost.

The Texas program found that another 10,590 illegal aliens were identified while they were in Texas state prisons over the past decade. Among them were prisoners serving time for 119 more unnecessary homicides.

Back to Liberty County’s massive settlement of Colony Ridge, legacy residents are increasingly alarmed by criminal atrocities never seen before. On April 29, a five-time deported Mexican national who owned a home in neighboring San Jacinto County allegedly murdered five members of a Honduran family that lived next door after they complained that his firing of a semi-automatic assault-style rifle at 11 p.m. was keeping the baby awake. He allegedly killed mothers and children, two of whom miraculously survived the massacre under the bodies of their parents who died shielding them.12

That one made national news but many other atrocities and evidence of Mexican cartel operations in the area did not, such as the April 2023 murder of two former area middle school students found riddled with bullets in a car.13

In 2020, an illegal alien from Mexico who settled in Colony Ridge chained two house cleaners to a bed and sexually assaulted them in a blackmail scheme during which he took nude photos.14 The nightmare ended when one of the women attempted an escape in her vehicle but didn’t make it; her assailant managed to shoot her to death and set her car on fire with her inside before fleeing back to Mexico. Border Patrol caught him trying to cross again in California a short time later.13

In 2016, owners of a Colony Ridge lot who were clearing it of brush discovered the decomposing remains of a single mother of five children named Esmeralda Pargas-Nunez, 42, who’d been reported missing a month earlier. It took two years, but homicide detectives tracked down her alleged killer to Houston in 2018, another woman named Sabrina Olarosa Garcia, and charged her with murder.15 This was evidently part of a kidnapping scheme in Houston where the alleged murderer first lured her victim to a meeting.

In September 2022, passersby in Colony Ridge found the body of a 16-year-old Honduran girl who’d been shot to death and dumped in a ditch by the side of a road, still wearing her uniform from her work busing tables at a local restaurant. Gang unit police arrested three foreign nationals, all under 21, and charged them with the murder of Emily Rodriguez-Avila, citing “gang overtones” as a motive. The family shipped her body back to Honduras for burial.

In June 2022, a Liberty County dog brought home a human hand, which led to the discovery of a badly decomposed body of a man who had been buried with his gun. Police couldn’t identify the corpse and were left to post photos of the clothing in hopes someone would recognize them.

The Gulf and Sinaloa Cartels invested in Colony Ridge from its earliest inception, they said, financing lots for local operatives to run safe houses through which they move smuggled drugs and people from the border to interior America. They were using them still to smuggle people coming in under Biden.

Evidence of cartel involvement dates to the earliest days of the illegal-alien settlement boom. To at least 2013, when federal, state, and local investigators raided a Mexican drug cartel’s marijuana grow operation on 300 acres in Liberty County, finding explosives, 6,000 marijuana plants, worker bunk houses, and guard towers.16 Local police at the time called it the “largest and most sophisticated marijuana-growing operation” in the county’s history.

In July 2021, the DEA broke that dubious record with the new biggest drug bust in Liberty County history with a raid that broke up a multimillion-dollar methamphetamine manufacturing lab operating inside one of the Colony Ridge dwellings.

During a recent trip, a police investigator drove me around several town neighborhoods pointing out high-end brick homes where cartel management figures lived before they were busted or moved away.

This kind of criminality grew so problematic by 2021 that the fearful town leaders of Plum Grove established a first police department that works in concert with two county-paid bilingual constables that Liberty County funded to exclusively patrol Colony Ridge.

The addition of several police officers amounts to a drop in the ocean, one officer from the region told me. Drive-by shootings, stealing, and drug trafficking are rampant, victimizing mostly the new community.

Indeed, a five-month-long gang and narcotics investigation by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office came to a dramatic end in December 2021 with the arrest of two 15-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy who were part of a violent drug-trafficking racket in Colony Ridge.17

After three or four months where the boys would engage in gun battles with drug buyers who wouldn’t pay on time, local police had to investigate. When the day came to make arrests, the armed 17-year-old rammed a police car during a pell-mell car chase near Plum Grove, fled home, and barricaded himself in his house until a SWAT unit had to extract him and a girlfriend inside, who also was arrested amid drugs that were found.18

If those who committed these crimes were in the country illegally, none of this should have happened since they and their parents would not be present if immigration laws were followed.

Within Texas, which probably is emblematic of many other states, Liberty County reflects a microcosm of what unnecessary crime can look like anywhere large numbers of foreign nationals who are only thinly vetted settle. Much more of this is on the way to communities across America, whether anyone systematically records it or not.

American cities and towns feeling under siege

The pain of unfunded impact from the White House’s mass illegal immigration crisis can be heard in the ever-lengthening lists of cities and towns forced to contend with unmitigated inflows of needy immigrants from the southern border.

Cities as far north as Chicago and as far west as Denver are squealing in pain from unfunded burdens of having to shelter, feed, clothe, medically treat, and support never-ending inflows of needy, uninsured, limited English-speaking immigrants from throughout the world.

Cities such as Washington DC, New York, and Chicago have declared states of emergency and demanded federal bailouts that will come at the taxpayer expense to feed, house, and care for tens of thousands of illegal immigrants allowed into the country to stay under Biden policies.19

No one wants to share the pain of sudden massive influxes of dependent, needy immigrants in New York, the ultimate not-in-my-backyard issue. New York City and 30 state counties are locked in litigation over plans to export immigrants to them as 15,000 new immigrants a month pour into the city.20 Nine New York State counties were suing to block New York City’s immigrant-export operations.

American citizens, including veterans, are displaced from city-run homeless shelters as towns and cities fill up all available public spaces, to include public school auditoriums and college dorm rooms. Cities and towns along the Texas border have declared border-related disasters and emergencies, to include Brownsville, Laredo, and El Paso. One town 400 miles from the border, Cold Spring one county over from Liberty, declared a migration-related emergency as recently as June because of a “massive surge of drug and human smuggling” associated with the border crisis.21

As the Biden border crisis grinds on and on, expect the silent majority of cities and towns across America to add their voices of pain and protest to the lengthening list. They will do so because their leaders have correctly assessed that this massive new population of needy foreigners will burden and transform their communities without their say-so.

How Did the Dems Win in 2020?

Knowing the correct answer is CRITICALLY important for 2024.

Like a train coming down the tracks of a tunnel we are in, the 2024 national elections are daily looming ever LARGER…

LISTEN NOW · 0:38

The only ways of avoiding the 2020 results are to: a) accurately determine what happened in 2020, and b) take timely and effective measures to see that it won’t be repeated in 2024.

There are all sorts of theories as to how the Democrats won the 2020 Presidential (and some congressional seats). On closer analysis, they boil down to two main conjectures:

1 – the Dems worked harder and smarter than the R’s, and/or

2 – they cheated.

The answer is almost certainly a combination of both. That leads to the extremely important question of how much of each: 50/50? 60/40? 90/10?

We MUST know that answer as it will determine the timeeffort, and money we invest to respond. For example, if the results were 90% due to #1 and 10% to #2, that says that our focus should be on how to work harder and smarter.

On the other hand, if the results were 10% due to #1 and 90% to #2, that clearly tells us that our focus should be on stopping cheating (legislation, lawsuits, audits, etc.).

The problem here is that there is no way to definitively know the answer without meaningful (forensic) post-election audits in key states. This is one of the main reasons why the Left has resisted such audits. The disturbing reality is that zero states have meaningful (forensic) post-election audits! NoneNada.

To see what a meaningful post-election audit consists of, please read this Report. Here is a short video about that Report.

So how do we decide how Dems won in 2020? I propose that we look at some of the evidence for each of the two main theories presented, and decide which is stronger…

THEORY #1: The Dems won in 2020 because they worked harder and smarter than Rs.

Working harder and smarter means that they did a better job with key things like: 1) messaging, 2) raising money, 3) getting their supporters to vote (e.g., absentee ballots), 4) legal maneuvering (e.g., lawsuits), 5) taking advantage of COVID (e.g., declaring emergency measures), ETC.

Most objective election experts would agree that (by and large) the Dems did do a better job with ALL of these. For the sake of argument (and to keep this commentary from getting too long) I am willing to concede that these are all true, without having to cite documented examples of each. [BTW, contributing to this conclusion is that the RNC has been considerably short of exemplary (e.g., here).]

However, let’s not jump the gun here, as correlation does not prove causation. Before we decide what are our best actions for 2024, we need to carefully examine the evidence for the other argument — and then decide which dominates.

THEORY #2: The Dems won in 2020 because they cheated.

As mentioned above, the best way to prove the level of election malfeasance is to do sample post-election forensic audits in swing states. However, since no state did a forensic post-election audit following the 2020 elections, we are left with making conclusions from other evidence. I could cite multiple examples here, but for the sake of brevity let’s just consider the following three independent pieces of lesser-publicized evidence that support the second explanation…

First Evidence for Theory #2 —

Although no state did a full forensic post-election audit in 2020, in one state there was a partial forensic post-election audit in 2020: NevadaWhat did that audit demonstrate?

The Nevada results were testified to at a Congressional hearing, and nationally televised (I happened to see it). A team of experts examined every Nevada voter in the 2020 elections, and compared the voter registration filed with the State to other public records (e.g., death certificates). They found six (6) different categories of fraud (e.g., the same people voting more than once). After deleting duplications, these experts concluded that there were some 130,000 fraudulent Nevada votes in 2020! For perspective, Biden was Nevada’s choice for President, winning by about 34,000± votes.

So did harder work and smarter efforts win Nevada for Dems in 2020? This evidence says that is not likely as something like 90% of it is attributable to dishonesty.

Was Nevada an outlier or typical? How many other swing states are similar? Without meaningful audits, we simply do not know. Ironically (or purposefully), the standards for proof of election fraud seem to be much higher than normal.

Second Evidence for Theory #2 —

There were a surprising number of large vote spikes in the 2020 election. My team examined the official 2020 election data and wrote a Report about these aberrations.

They identified twenty-seven (27) large vote spikes for the 2020 presidential election. Every one of them was in Biden’s favor. Let me repeat that: every one of them was in Biden’s favor! (See page 2 of the Report for yourself.)

This is statistically unexplainable.

There is no rational explanation that harder work and smarter efforts produced these spikes. The most logical deduction is that this is evidence supporting Theory 2.

Third Evidence for Theory #2 —

Another fascinating Report generated by my team is a Contrast Analysis. What a statistical Ph.D. did was to compare the voting results in the 2016 Presidential election to the 2020 Presidential election — for every county in every state!

Let’s pick one state to see how this works. How about Michigan? The states are listed alphabetically in our Report, so Michigan is on page 31. The top part of the page has a graph of the results, and each of the 83 Michigan counties is one dot:

The bottom part of the page is a partial table showing the actual numbers. The table starts with the counties that had the most change (contrast) on the top, and the least on the bottom. By “change” I mean how many net votes did Trump get in 2016, compared to 2020. (If Trump won by 20,000 in 2016, and by 5,000 in 2020, that would be a positive Dem contrast of 15,000 votes.)

Note that this simplified analysis does not take into account Michigan’s population change between 2016 and 2020 (1± %), voter registrationsvoter turnout, etc.). We also do not know how much money (e.g., Zuckerbucks) was allocated where in MI.

What the graph shows is that for 90%± of the counties THERE WAS NO APPRECIABLE CHANGE. That is graphed as the roughly straight solid line, above. In other words, Michigan was lost in 2020 due to what happened in eight (8) counties (10% of the State’s counties).

But Theory #1 insists that the Dems won because of better messaging, a better job of getting out the vote, etc. If true, all those things would apply ACROSS THE BOARD — i.e., to essentially EVERY County. The actual data shows that not to be true, as the Dem’s superior efforts had little or no effect on 90% of Michigan counties. If you look closely at this Report, the same is true of other states.

This information makes a strong case for Theory #2 as it indicates that the Dems victory was due to a few select counties having significant vote changes. Without considerably more investigation, we do not know the specifics as to why these eight counties changed so much. It’s easy to make guesses, but there is too much at stake here to be superficial about this.

As I said earlier, there is no scientific PROOF of which Theory is right — but the three sample independent pieces of evidence presented for Theory #2 make it MUCH more likely to be the primary explanation for the 2020 Presidential election results. There is too much at stake here to not quickly fix most of the gaping election holes.

Three key takeaways here are:

1 – Our efforts should be primarily focused on preventing malfeasances, particularly in the suspect counties in each State identified by our Report.

2 – It is beyond imperative that (as a minimum) every swing state have at least a sample, post-election partial forensic audit. (See our Audit Report for details.)

3 – Without a doubt R’s need to conduct elections (including supporting candidates) in a far more professional manner than has been the case to date. There is no legitimate reason that R’s not exceed what the Dems have been doing.

There are some other worthwhile reports and information on my election website: Election-Integrity.info. We need good citizens to help with elections, so check your State for a State organization focused on election integrity.

And for goodness sake: VOTE!

Hunter Biden’s Proposed Plea Deal Lays Out Just How Much He Got From Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian Sources In 2017

Hunter Biden’s proposed plea deal on two misdemeanor tax charges shows the president’s son earned millions from foreign sources in 2017.

During calendar year 2017 — one of the years Hunter Biden is charged with failing to pay taxes in their entirety — the president’s son earned “just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate; $666,666 from his domestic business interests; approximately $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment company; $500,000 in director’s fees from a Ukrainian energy company; $70,000 relating to a Romanian business; and $48,000 from the multi-national law firm,” the memorandum of the plea agreement read, Politico first reported Wednesday.

“He further negotiated and executed contracts for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars of compensation to him and/or his domestic corporations, Owasco, PC and Owasco, LLC,” the plea deal stated.

Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings are being investigated by the House Oversight Committee, and President Joe Biden has been questioned repeatedly about the extent to which he was involved in his son’s business affairs.

House Oversight released a report in May alleging members of the Biden family received $10 million from foreign sources, including from China and Romania, while Joe Biden was vice president.

The president and his administration have repeatedly denied Joe Biden was involved in his son’s business dealings. Joe Biden said in 2019 he has never “spoken” to Hunter Biden about his business affairs, and the White House has stated repeatedly since June that the president was never “in business” with his son.

Hunter Biden served on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma from 2014 to 2019, was a founding partner of Chinese investment company BHR Partners, worked as a consultant at CEFC China Energy and did legal work for Romanian oligarch Gabriel Popoviciu.

In June and May, two IRS whistleblowers testified before the House Ways and Means Committee that the IRS investigation into Hunter Biden’s taxes was slow-walked by the DOJ.

Biden had “tax issues” for years before 2017, one whistleblower told the committee.

“Back in 2002, he filed his Form 1040 late-filing and owing over $100,000 in taxes; 2003, owed more than $100,000 dollars in taxes; 2004, late-filed and owed more than $20,000 in taxes; and then 2005, late filed his personal return and owed over $100,000 in taxes,” the whistleblower testified.

Biden’s legal team attempted to enter into a plea agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) on two misdemeanor tax charges for 2017 and 2018 on Wednesday. The deal included Biden pleading guilty to the misdemeanor tax charges in exchange for avoiding jail time on a separate charge for illegally possessing a gun. The judge overseeing the case refused to accept the initial plea deal due to the lack of clarity on what the DOJ could charge Biden on in the future, including the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

The legal teams conferred and came back with a more narrow scope of what the plea deal would encompass, limiting it to the tax and gun charges. The judge refused to accept the deal and requested more briefs, and Biden changed his plea to not guilty.

Chinese People’s Liberation Army Linked Soldiers Flooding U.S.-Mexico

“Enough with empty promises; we fuel change through action.” — Brigitte Gabriel

Red Chinese Illegal Border Crossers Have Ties to People’s Liberation Army

Laurence F. Sanford | American Security Council Foundation | 7-25-23 (Condensed)

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) military-age males are illegally crossing the American border.

Michael Yon, a war correspondent, states thousands of young, physically fit Chinese males are heading to the U.S. after passing through the Darian Gap jungle, which separates Columbia from Panama.

After emerging from the jungle, they often spend one night at the UN/US-funded San Vincente camp or Hotel Tonosi before boarding luxury buses heading north toward Mexico. Yon observed one group at the Tonosi Hotel following a CCP Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) ritual of drinking raw chicken blood to celebrate an event (passing through the Darien Gap?)

Some migrants are almost certainly members of China’s PLA, said Representative Mark Green (R-Tenn.), chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, at a press conference. Green also said that a Border Patrol sector chief informed him that some of the Chinese migrants at the southern border have “known ties to the PLA.”

Escaping from China is not easy. What routes are used to leave China and land in the Americas? Who finances the trip, which can cost thousands of dollars? The CCP has declared unrestricted war against the United States. It is entirely reasonable that the CCP would insert sleeper cells into the U.S. to cause havoc in the event of hostilities between the CCP and the U.S., such as an invasion of Taiwan.

Small, trained military groups already embedded in the U.S. could inflict major damage to [our] …infrastructure.

According to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Tom McClintock (R-Ca), over 5.5 million illegal aliens have been encountered at the U.S.-Mexico border since January 2021, with more than 2.1 million released into American communities. Over 1.5 million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. without being apprehended by the Border Patrol.

There is no way to accurately estimate the number of terrorists and criminals who have entered the U.S., although Newsweek reported 98 FBI watch-list terrorists were apprehended at the border in 2022. But what about the 1.5 million aliens who escaped contact with the Border Patrol? Federal prosecutors in Ohio indicted an Iraqi ISIS fighter living in Ohio for plotting to smuggle eight of his old ISIS comrades through the Darian Gap into the U.S. to assassinate former President George W. Bush. The recent ambush murder of a Fargo, South Dakota policeman by Syrian Mohamad Barakat, who entered the U.S. in 2012 as a political refugee, is another example of immigrant terrorism.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and non-profits such as Catholic Charities receive hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars to aid migrants reaching the U.S. border. And once the migrants are in the U.S., more government funding is disbursed. The Conference of Catholic Bishops lobbied for a total of nearly $30 billion in appropriations of American taxpayer dollars just for the fiscal year 2024, related to addressing the rising cost of immigration in the U.S. By using non-profits, the government hides how much money is going for illegal immigrants and the total cost to local communities (housing, food, medical, etc.) Meanwhile, American cities are facing a homeless crisis of American citizens.

CCP fentanyl and other opioids are crossing our border in joint venture operations with Mexican drug cartels. Over 100,000 Americans last year died from opioids.

CCP internet/media companies are crossing our internet border, stealing intellectual and military secrets, poisoning our culture, poisoning our youth, and poisoning our election process.

The U.S. Constitution requires the federal government to protect the nation. A person elected or appointed to an office in the civil service or uniformed services takes an oath to “solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Article Four, Section Four states that the “United States shall guarantee to every State a republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion.” Our federal government is not doing its duty of defending America from invasion.

“A nation without borders is not a nation.”

Growing Number of Migrants From China Arriving at US-Mexico Border

Democrats Join GOP in Alarm at Treatment of Unaccompanied Minors by Becerra’s HHS

As the number of unaccompanied minors crossing the U.S. border reaches unprecedented highs, concerns are growing that the ongoing border crisis is fueling a rise in the abuse of minors through sex trafficking, forced labor, and other forms of exploitation. On Wednesday, during a House Oversight Committee hearing to address the issue, both Republicans and Democrats expressed alarm at the job performance of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and his agency in handling unaccompanied minors and how sponsors for the minors are vetted.

In February, a New York Times investigation revealed that 250,000 unaccompanied minors had entered the U.S. in the last two years alone, at a rate that was three times higher than it was five years ago. It has fallen to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide a “sponsor” to these children who are supposed to provide for and protect them from exploitation. But as a result of the massive influx, the Times noted that “the Biden White House has ramped up demands on staffers to move the children quickly out of shelters and release them to adults.” This has led to caseworkers “rush[ing] through vetting sponsors.”

Alarmingly, the Times went on to report that “over the last two years, the agency could not reach more than 85,000 children” after it attempted to contact them a month after they were placed with their sponsor. “Overall, the agency lost immediate contact with a third of migrant children.”

The Times report further detailed how many children were forced to work low-paying, hard-labor jobs by their sponsors as repayment for taking them in. Still, Becerra pressured staffers to quickly discharge children to sponsors. “If Henry Ford had seen this in his plants, he would have never become famous and rich. This is not the way you do an assembly line,” he said during a staff meeting in 2022. In March, Becerra threatened to find someone to replace Cindy Huang, the director of HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), unless she could increase the number of discharges. She resigned a month later.

During Wednesday’s hearing, Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) asked Becerra if his agency inspected the homes of 100% of the prospective sponsors before granting them the sponsorship of a minor. He replied, “We will often do home studies of sponsors” instead of answering the question directly. “I guess that’s a ‘no,’” Lesko observed. She went on to point out that a family in Austin, Texas “had more than 100 children sent to it by ORR. Another Texas address had 44 children, a third had 25. … I do not think you are doing an adequate job.”

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) further pressed Becerra on if his agency allowed 17-year-old unaccompanied males who identify as female into the private facilities of unaccompanied girls, based on HHS’s stated policy of affirming the chosen identities of transgender youth. “We make sure that we provide all the children in our care with the human rights protections and freedom from discrimination and abuse that they’re entitled to,” Becerra responded. “It should not work that way,” Crenshaw firmly replied. “It puts girls in danger, and I bet a lot of the girls are younger in age.”

Later, after Becerra refused to directly answer what his definition of a “thorough” background check was of adults who come across the border with small children claiming that they are in fact their children, Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.) pointed out that HHS only uses a DNA test to verify that the child is theirs in 9% of the cases and only employs a background check in 23% of the cases.

Even Democrats expressed alarm at Becerra’s job performance. Rep. Ann Eshoo (D-Calif.) was visibly disturbed after Becerra appeared to wash his hands of minors who were vetted for placement through his agency and ended up illegally working overnight shifts at construction sites, slaughterhouses, and factories, according to a New York Times report.

“This is so unsettling, this is so unsettling,” Eshoo lamented. “These are … the innocents of the world. This is really terrible. … Reports of trafficking and abuse of immigrant children has more than doubled from 2021 to 2022. At the end of the day, as HHS secretary, the buck stops with you. So, I can hope, I can pray, I can press. … This is something that needs to be totally removed from taking place in our country. Really, I think that God’s going to hold all of us responsible if this is not addressed, and addressed the way it should be.”

Hunter Biden’s Art Patron Visited White House Over a Dozen Times

For those still wondering what those ‘patrons’ paying enormous amounts for subpar ‘art’ were actually buying…..

Hunter Biden’s Art Patron Visited White House Over a Dozen Times

Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali secured a private meeting with a top Biden adviser

By: Joseph Simonson and Chuck Ross, Washington Free Beacon, July 25, 2023:

The California real estate investor who purchased Hunter Biden’s art has landed more than a dozen private White House visits, including a one-on-one meeting with one of President Joe Biden’s most senior advisers

Elizabeth Hirsh Naftali has visited the White House at least 13 times since December 2021, according to a Washington Free Beacon review of White House visitor logs. Naftali attended several large events at the White House but has also had several more intimate visits. She met White House senior adviser Neera Tanden on March 21, the visitor logs show.

Naftali was identified Monday as a buyer of Hunter Biden’s art work, a revelation that raises significant ethics concerns for the White House. President Joe Biden appointed Naftali, who owns a commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles, to the prestigious Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad just nine months after the younger Biden’s first art show. Naftali has donated more than $13,000 to the Biden campaign and $36,500 to the Democratic National Committee.

The White House promised that they would install “reasonable safeguards” around Hunter Biden’s art show, and claimed all buyers would remain anonymous. But Naftali’s visits could cast doubt on those claims, particularly as Business Insider reported that Hunter Biden knew the identity of at least one buyer: his close friend and adviser Kevin Morris, who has loaned the embattled first son millions of dollars.

Hunter Biden has suggested in the past that he holds influence over the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad. In March 2015, Hunter Biden’s cousin, Missy Owens, asked whether he could secure a spot at the agency for her mother.

Hunter Biden responded by recalling a time when “Eric”—presumably his business partner Eric Schwerin—asked about an appointment there in 2008. Schwerin was confirmed to a post on the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad in 2015.

All of Naftali’s White House visits occurred after Hunter Biden’s first art show opened in New York City in November 2021. The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

In addition to the meeting with Tanden, a longtime Democratic operative, Naftali met with White House policy adviser Richard Figueroa on Dec. 14, 2021, and Sept. 14, 2022. She visited the West Wing with six other people on Sept. 15, 2022, and the East Wing residence with around forty others on Sept. 17, 2022.

Despite little experience in the art world, Hunter Biden has sold at least $1.3 million of his works, including $875,000 worth of paintings to a single anonymous patron. Those art purchases have likely provided a lifeline to Hunter Biden as he faces a series of legal and financial problems.

He/Him Leftist Who Calls Pedophiles a ‘Stigmatized Group’ Trashes Sound of Freedom

Noah Berlatsky, who proudly wrote about how his bisexual wife came out as non-binary and his daughter as trans, was hired to trash the movie, Sound of Freedom, for Bloomberg. A movie which takes on the horror of child kidnapping and child rape is a movie that Berlatsky wants to stop people from watching.

This creature tweeted that “pedophiles are essentially a stigmatized group”, and that “people hate them.” People. Not him.

Journalist Andy Ngo has revealed that Berlatsky is a former spokesman for a “M.A.P.” (Minor Attracted Persons) advocacy group, Prostasia. This is a sick, twisted rat who naturally writes for the usual leftist rags, including The Washington Post, NBC Think, Independent, and The Atlantic, and spends an inordinate amount of time projecting onto the right all of the evils of the left.

To quote him is to damn him, and to draw him is to damn him. I can’t recall the last time I wrote about and drew such a sleazy character. He has claimed that most child trafficking victims are not coerced. And keep in mind that those who hire this lowlife to write for them have No problem with his understanding of and sympathy for pedophiles, which damns them as well.

Berlatsky is the poster boy for leftists who hate the very idea of a movie taking on the kidnapping and rape of children, a movie which their attempt to bury has helped make it the great success that it is.

Mexican Drug Cartels ‘Seize Unprecedented Control’ of Southwest Border

While the Biden administration and its allies in the mainstream media highlight a reduction in illegal immigration since the termination of a Trump-era restriction known as Title 42, Mexican drug cartels have seized unprecedented control of the nation’s southwest border. The president’s reckless open border policies have greatly facilitated the business model of Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) operating in the region and throughout the United States, according to congressional testimony delivered recently by federal sources in counterterrorism, intelligence and drug enforcement.

The hearing, held last week by the House Committee on Homeland Security, exposed information that helps illustrate how the Biden administration has “threatened our national security and the safety of every American” with its negligent border policies. This includes ending a Trump measure known as Migrant Protection Protocols (“Remain in Mexico”) which made illegal immigrants wait in Mexico—rather than in the U.S.—for asylum hearings that could take years. Refusing to finish a border barrier system has also contributed to the crisis as has the implementation of mass catch and release of migrants and failing to properly vet Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) or their sponsors. TCOs have capitalized on the weaknesses, according to evidence provided at the hearing. “The cartels have essentially taken over,” said House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark E. Green, a medical doctor and Republican congressman from Tennessee.

Green reminded the panel that Attorney General Merrick Garland has admitted to the Senate that the cartels’ strategy is to tie up the Border Patrol by flooding it because the agency is practicing a catch-and-release system, allowing drug cartels to slip people into the country. The foreign criminal enterprises operate in cities throughout nation with the help of U.S.-based street gangs that have overrun American communities with drugs, according to Jaeson Jones, a former captain of intelligence and counterterrorism at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Jones testified that cartels have highly effective systems that include pushing hundreds of migrants to one location as a distraction to open a route elsewhere after local, state and federal law enforcement resources are deployed to the location flooded by illegal immigrants. They also utilize a reliable network of scouts that operates like an organized law enforcement agency to document border activity and U.S. agents around the clock. The lookouts have eight, 10 and 12-hour shifts and are equipped with encrypted radios to communicate with cartel bosses. “I’ve seen them in South Texas as far as 30 miles into the United States,” Jones said. “I have seen them in Arizona as far as 70 miles.”

Days earlier at a separate and equally alarming congressional hearing largely ignored by the media, law enforcement sources confirmed that Mexican TCOs are successfully smuggling mass quantities of deadly illicit fentanyl past Border Patrol agents and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers into the U.S. The criminal enterprises are not just surreptitiously bringing loads in at land crossings, they are also using drones for smaller stashes that boost billions of dollars in profits. Though federal agents are seizing “unbelievable volumes of fentanyl,” huge amounts are still getting through and authorities cannot accurately track how much. “The challenge with something like fentanyl is it being synthetic—there’s no agriculture-based place to get an initial estimate,” said James Mandryck, a CBP deputy assistant intelligence commissioner. “So unlike cocaine or marijuana, where we can kind of do an oversight to see general cultivation estimates, we can’t do that with synthetics like fentanyl or methamphetamine.”

The recent congressional hearings documenting how Mexican TCOs have taken over the southwest border come on the heels of equally chilling news in the region, that a record number of suspected terrorists have been caught trying to enter the U.S. through Mexico. Last month Judicial Watch reported that an unprecedented number of foreigners who appear on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) terror watchlist known as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) have been apprehended by Border Patrol agents this fiscal year. The TSDB contains thousands of records that are updated daily and shared with federal state, local, territorial, and tribal law enforcement as well as the intelligence community and international partners to “ensure that individuals with links to terrorism are appropriately screened,” according to the FBI. The latest available figure at the time of our report was more than the total terrorists caught in four previous years—2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 combined. The number has since increased, according to the latest government stats and will likely grow before the end of the fiscal year on September 30.

Circling back to Mexican TCOs, the U.S. government has long assessed that they are the greatest criminal threat to the country. Nine Mexican TCOs have the greatest drug trafficking impact on the U.S., according to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Among them are the Sinaloa and Juárez cartels, Los Zetas, La Familia Michoacána, Los Rojos and Guerreros Unidos. The TCOs maintain drug distribution cells in cities across the U.S. that report to leaders in Mexico and dominate the nation’s drug market.

Radicals Threaten to Kill, Dismember School Board President for Adopting Parental Rights Policy

A local school board president has been inundated with threats that left-wing activists will dismember her, murder her children, and slaughter her pets. Her crime? Saying that teachers should not keep parents in the dark if their children begin to identify as transgender.

The new Chino Valley (California) Unified School District Board of Education policy states that school officials will notify parents in writing within three days if a child seeks to identify as a gender “other than the student’s biological sex,” use different pronouns, adopt a different name, use the restroom, or join a sports team of the opposite sex. The board adopted the resolution last Thursday, July 20, by a 4-1 vote, with member Donald Bridge casting the lone dissenting vote.

“The next morning, our district got a phone call” from an anonymous caller threatening “to kill me, and they said that they were going to dismember” school board president Sonja Shaw, the official revealed on “Washington Watch with Tony Perkins” Monday. Police alerted Shaw to the threat shortly before a previous interview on the show, last Friday.

Then Shaw looked at her district email account, where she said she saw messages stating, “You’re going to die,” with a series of profane epithets. “Your children are going to die and your animals are going to die.” For a “point of reference, they would name what kind of animals I had,” Shaw added.

“I also got notification that people who identify as being in the terrorist organization Antifa posted on their website, ‘We declare war on Sonja Shaw,’” Shaw told Perkins, adding that the group posted her address. “They said, ‘We know where you sleep,’” the same message an angry mob screamed outside the home of Tucker Carlson in 2018. “They said things like, ‘Use all force possible to stop her.’”

“I’m not going to lie. I was shaking,” Shaw confided on Monday. Police had beefed up patrols around her home to ensure security, she said.

While she had been “hesitant” to share the details of her ordeal, “God reminded me that these are the people that are after our children.”

“Sacramento has waged a war on parental rights, and a lot of it has to do with the perversion of our children,” Shaw told “Washington Watch” guest host Jody Hice, a former Georgia congressman, on Friday.

“We have to put up safeguards. That’s why I was put here,” Shaw told the school board meeting on Thursday.

After being alarmed by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom’s top-down imposition of radical education policy as a parent, Shaw ran for school board, and “God opened the doors” to implement the new policy, she told Hice. When the Newsom administration learned of the impending policy, State Superintendent Tony Thurmond arrived at the district meeting Thursday night.

“It was a political stunt. He was trying to scare us,” assessed Shaw.

Thurmond requested a private meeting with Shaw prior to the meeting but declined to follow through when he learned she would not withdraw the policy, Shaw has said. He instead addressed the board meeting, speaking as the first of 83 citizens to make their voices heard. Video footage shows the attendees booed when Thurmond concluded, as Shaw asked everyone to “be respectful” toward the official. Thurmond exceeded his one-minute speaking slot, then returned to the podium demanding a “point of order,” although he is not a board member. Police eventually escorted him out of the building.

Thurmond later claimed he “stayed within the one-minute limit,” and tweeted, “When done speaking, the board president verbally attacked me an [sic] instructed police to remove me.” State Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco), who authored a bill allowing out-of-state children who identify as transgender to flee to California and be injected with cross-sex hormones against their parents’ wishes, alleged, “The QAnon school board president cut him off.” But his former colleague, State Senator Melissa Melendez (R-67), pointed out that “Thurmond militantly enforced the rules for speakers when he was in the legislature.”

The district’s newly enacted policy has won the support of parental rights advocates and education experts nationwide. “The school board in Chino Valley is making parental involvement and inclusion a priority. State level officials interested in a healthy school system should follow their lead,” Meg Kilgannon, senior fellow for Education Studies at Family Research Council, told The Washington Stand.

But the policy drew instant backlash from the California Legislative LGBTQ Caucus, which announced its members are already “actively working on new approaches” to override the democratically enacted resolution. The liberal caucus added that parents who represented the near-unanimous consensus of the Chino Valley school board “will not stop us.”

“It appears some state legislators are scheming to make the newly passed CVUSD policy illegal with a future bill,” said Jonathan Zachreson, a member of the Roseville City School District school board and the founder of Reopen California Schools.

Parents in the district have expressed enthusiastic approval. “I think it’s crucial that we keep parents in this conversation. I think that the worst thing you can do to a child is to ostracize their parents from such an important conversation,” Amy Davlin, a parent in the district, told Newsmax on Tuesday morning.

“Groomers and pedophiles are the ones who attempt to gain the trust of children and encourage them to keep secrets” from their parents, said Davlin. A school district should “not encourage children to deceive and lie to their parents.”

More than two-thirds (68%) of Californians agree that parents should be notified if their minor children change their gender identity, according to a poll taken by Protect Kids California.

“I believe there is an all-out agenda against our children,” said Davlin, who said the new policy sends a message to activists who have weaponized education against parents: “You have crossed a red line. The red line is our children.”

Democrats have indicated a legal fight will ensue. California State Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) threatened that the pro-parental rights policy “may violate California’s antidiscrimination law” in a letter to the Chino Valley school board seeking to sway Thursday’s vote. Disclosing a child’s transgender identification to his or her parents “is very likely to result in significant emotional, mental, and even physical harm,” Bonta asserted.

Parents and board members reject that talking point. “Why are you assuming that parents are dangerous?” asked Shaw.

“If you want a lower suicide rate, bring the parents into the conversation,” said Davlin. “We are the ones who love the kids the most. We are the ones who have their best interests at heart, not their teacher who is with them a few hours a day.”

As Newsom and Thurmond focus on social issues, California students fall further behind. California ranks 38th nationwide in K-12 education, according to U.S. News and World Report — behind such Republican strongholds as Florida (14), Virginia (13), Indiana (7), Utah (9), Nebraska (11), and South Dakota (24). Education levels may improve if teachers focused on fundamentals rather than indoctrination, said Kilgannon. “We’re just trying to get the crazy out: To not have children taught wrong history, not have children taught that they could be born in the wrong body, not have children shown sexually explicit images,” she told Perkins on Monday.

Shaw’s leadership could show the Republicans how to recapture the White House in 2024, one political commentator believes. “We need to have more Sonjas running the school boards around the country,” said Newsmax contributor Tom Borelli on Monday morning. “Republicans can make this a great issue going forward, that we’re the party that represents parental rights. How dare a school district try to deny a parent knowledge about their own child?! That’s just plain outrageous.”

Meanwhile a potential 2024 Democratic presidential hopeful, Gavin Newsom, “plays the biggest part” in fueling the vitriol, hatred, and potential violence directed toward the Chino Valley school board, said Shaw. “But I’m glad that they’re exposing themselves,” Shaw continued.

“My daily prayer is for those to be revealed, exposed, and removed that don’t have the best intentions and that have ill intent for children,” Shaw told Perkins. Thanks to their voluble radicalism, “More people are starting to realize what we’re up against.”

“They’re literally driving a wedge between parent and child,” said Perkins on Monday. “This is evil. It’s just pure evil.”

Perhaps it is because the legacy media is pro-pedophile, pro-pederast and pro-pervert?

Maybe its because Planned Parenthood is providing abortion services to 12 and 13 year old girls who may be the victims of rape, incest or human trafficking and not reporting it to the police or child protective serves?

TRANSCRIPT: “IF I WERE THE DEEP STATE…”

If I was the deep state and I wanted to destroy America, I would rig the election with a puppet candidate, one that was so compromised that they would never say a word about it. I would create a false flag that allows for mail-in ballots. I would be in charge of the ballot-counting machines. I would create a false flag to blame all who question the results of the election.

If I was the deep state, I would prosecute anyone that went against me. I would sue and prosecute anyone that spoke up about the fraudulent election. I would use my powers to shut down all your internet businesses and bankrupt you.

If I was the deep state, I would make everyone an example why you should never question a Democrat ever winning an election. I would imprison my foes. I would use my corrupt das and blackmail judges to destroy you. I would make sure all crimes I ever committed never happened. I would prosecute my biggest competition. I would make sure they could never run for office ever again.

If I was the deep state, I would convince everyone that Ukraine Nazis were good and women are men.

If I was the deep state, I would own every politician that mattered.

If I was the deep state, I would push my pedophilia ambitions on you.

If I was the deep state, you’d question your sexual identity, but not the medical establishment.

If I was the deep state, you would fear to ever resist me.

If I was the deep state, you would wish I was really the devil.

If I was the deep state, I would say mission accomplished.
