VIDEO: Disadvantaged Populations Receiving Excessive Vaccinations for Money

*CLICK HERE TO TWEET OUT THE VIDEO*

Project Veritas released Part 2 of our series today featuring homeless and lower-income populations receiving excessive vaccinations for the financial incentive of a $100 gift card.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • Project Veritas investigated the practices of DocGo/Ambulnz screeners in the field and obtained undercover footage of employees giving advice on how to circumvent rules to obtain gift cards in exchange for excessive vaccinations.
  • In one instance, an administrator for DocGo/Ambulnz describes how “flipping the names and the date of birth” allows for people to bypass safeguards in the system intended to flag multiple vaccinations.
  • In another instance an RN for DocGo/Ambulnz advises an undercover journalist for Project Veritas to “try something somewhere else where it’s not the same company.”
  • DocGo/Ambulnz employees were also captured on undercover recordings giving anecdotal testimony about how gift cards they distribute are sometimes missing money: “It was in the system that the money was already removed. We’re giving out blank cards.”

You can watch the video by here.

It is an outrage that taxpayer funds are being misused in this way.

Especially concerning is the potential that DocGo/Ambulnz employees appear to be enabling people to commit fraudulent acts by seemingly instructing them on how to get away with receiving a gift card for a vaccination.

Project Veritas will get to the bottom of this. Stay tuned…

Unilever fires 1,500 workers, splits ice-cream from food division after boycott of Jews

Unilever fires 1,500 workers, splits ice-cream from food division

January 27, 2022 / JNS) The multinational firm Unilever, which owns Ben & Jerry’s, announced on Tuesday that in the wake of severe losses, it will fire 1,500 workers around the world and split off its ice-cream division from its food division.

The move follows Ben & Jerry’s decision to break its contract with its Israeli licensee, who refused to stop selling the company’s ice-cream in Judea and Samaria.

The U.S. states of New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Colorado and Arizona have decided to remove investments from their pension funds in Unilever because the company was found to violate anti-BDS laws that passed in those states.

“Unilever continues to run away from its responsibility as a parent company,” said Avi Zinger, director-general of Ben & Jerry’s Israel, the Israeli licensee. “Instead of taking responsibility and canceling the boycott, Unilever prefers to put its head in the sand and ignore the fact that it is solely in charge of all the companies it owns, including Ben & Jerry’s worldwide.”

Zinger said that Ben & Jerry’s Israel would continue to struggle against the banning of sales in eastern Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and will use all tools at its disposal to persuade Unilever to assume the necessary responsibility.

Last week, it was reported that Unilever’s stock plunged 20.7% in the six months since it informed Zinger that his contract was ending.

This amounts to a $26 billion loss, according to Channel 12 News, which first reported on the story. Losses were reportedly due to numerous factors, including a failure to reach profit targets.

Angel Families: Mayorkas, Biden Criminally Aiding Illegal Aliens

Angel Families, whose loved ones have been killed by illegal aliens, have released a statement slamming Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and decrepit President Joe Biden — declaring them criminal accomplices to illegal immigration.

In a speech last week, the open-borders enthusiast Mayorkas stated that Biden’s national immigration agenda centered around “justice and equity” for illegal aliens with the administration’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders shielding most illegal aliens from arrest and deportation.

Angel Families with Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime (AVIAC) blasted Mayorkas and Biden in response. “No one is or should be above the law,” the statement read:

When it comes to the 15-30 million individuals who entered the country illegally, refused to leave when their visa expired or were denied asylum, and disappeared into the country, they are considered by the president, every Democratic legislator (and some Republicans) most of the media and many state and local governors and state legislators and particularly DHS Secretary Mayorkas to be above the law…

But since the start of the Biden administration, even those who have committed additional crimes are protected. DHS Secretary Mayorkas made it very clear that being here illegally is not a crime…

The truth is that this administration and Mayorkas, in particular, decided to open the borders and possibly even worse to protect those who have already committed crimes. As of this writing, DHS has refused to release the statistics on internal enforcement deportations. Spoiler Alert: They will be atrocious.

The Angel Families add that they have “called for [Mayorkas’s] resignation, firing, and impeachment” as they consider the DHS chief and Biden “criminals as well.”

“Those who protect [Mayorkas], and his policies shouldn’t be held above the law either,” they rightly conclude.

Alejandro Mayorkas

13 Known Connections

No More Immigration Raids at “Protected Areas” & “Sensitive Locations”

In an October 12, 2021 memo issued to the Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS) and Customs & Border Protection (CBP) agencies, Mayorkas announced that the DHS would now end all mass immigration-enforcement operations at worksites in the United States. Asserting that such operations should target employers of illegal migrants, rather than the migrants themselves, Mayorkas wrote: “The deployment of mass worksite operations, sometimes resulting in the simultaneous arrest of hundreds of workers, was not focused on the most pernicious aspect of our country’s unauthorized employment challenge: exploitative employers. These highly visible operations misallocated enforcement resources while chilling, and even serving as a tool of retaliation for, worker cooperation in workplace standards investigations.”

In an October 27, 2021 memo, Mayorkas ordered immigration officers to likewise refrain from arresting any illegal aliens at additional “protected areas” and “sensitive locations” like food banks, homeless shelters, churches, hospitals, schools, playgrounds, childcare centers, school bus stops, and places where disaster or emergency relief is provided. “When we conduct an enforcement action—whether it is an arrest, search, service of a subpoena, or other action—we need to consider many factors, including the location in which we are conducting the action and its impact on other people and broader societal interests,” Mayorkas told immigration officers in the memo. “For example, if we take an action at an emergency shelter, it is possible that noncitizens, including children, will be hesitant to visit the shelter and receive needed food and water, urgent medical attention, or other humanitarian care.”

In response to Mayorkas’ memo, Federation for American Immigration Reform president Dan Stein said in a statement: “The [ICE] agency still exists, but it has been stripped of all of its functions with regard to the enforcement of immigration laws. Nearly all illegal aliens are already off-limits to enforcement due to a Sep. 30 memo, and as a result of Mayorkas’ ‘expanded and non-exhaustive list of protected areas,’ where ICE agents are [not] permitted to do their work, the secretary has essentially nullified an entire body of constitutionally enacted laws.”

“Increased Immigration Flows” Under Biden Cause Record-Breaking Court Backlog

The Biden administration’s controversial open border policies are slamming the overwhelmed U.S. Immigration Court system, creating the largest backlog of cases in history. A new report issued by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) reveals that the backlog is “growing faster than ever, burying judges in an avalanche of cases.” At the end of December pending cases reached a shocking 1,596,193, according to government figures obtained by TRAC under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). To put things in perspective, researchers point out that if every person with a pending immigration case gathered, it would surpass the population of Philadelphia, the nation’s sixth-largest city. Migrants with open cases will wait nearly five years for a court decision determining their status in the U.S.

While the system has seen backlogs under past administrations of both political parties, it has never experienced anything this dire. In fact, the TRAC report states that “a disturbing new trend has emerged during the Biden administration that demands attention: since the start of the Biden administration, the growth of the backlog has been accelerating at a breakneck pace.” For instance, at the start of the George W. Bush administration, the backlog stood at 149,338 and it grew “substantially” under Barack Obama. The problem “only accelerated” under Donald Trump but nothing compares to Biden. In recent months the rate of backlogs in the nation’s Immigration Court system has “exploded,” the TRAC report states, supporting the assessment with government data. Between October and December 2021, the quarterly growth in the number of pending Immigration Court cases shattered records.

In that short period, the backlog increased by nearly 140,000 cases, the government records obtained by TRAC show. “Even during the most dramatic growth in pending cases during the Trump administration, the largest 3-month increase in the backlog only once approached 100,000 in the June-August 2019 period,” the report says. The backlog fluctuated up and down in the following year until it skyrocketed in the last few months of 2021 under Biden. Researchers call it a “dramatic acceleration in the growth of the backlog.” The alarming government figures suggest that Immigration Courts “are entering a worrying new era of even more crushing caseloads— all the more concerning since no attempt at a solution has yet been able to reverse the avalanche of cases that Immigration Judges now face,” the TRAC report states.

The COVID-19 pandemic has played a role in the crisis because it caused a partial court shutdown, but researchers found that the key problem is the “recent deluge of new cases filed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).” Immigration enforcement has been limited dramatically under the Biden administration, which has also issued a policy to allow more new immigrants into the U.S., thus the unprecedented and expanding backlog. The dramatic increase in court cases began around June and will inevitably get worse if the administration does not make changes. “If the current pace during the first quarter of FY 2022 of newly arriving Notices to Appear (NTAs) continues, the Court will receive 800,000 new cases – at least 300,000 more than the annual total the Court has ever received during its existence,” TRAC estimates.

The U.S. Immigration Court system operates under the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), which functions under the attorney general. There are 60 immigration courts throughout the nation and around 580 judges that conduct removal hearings or determine if a migrant can remain in the U.S. In its 2022 budget submission to Congress, the DOJ requests $891,190,000 for the EOIR. In the document, the agency lists “increased immigration flows,” particularly family units, unaccompanied alien children and putative asylum seekers from Central America, among the EOIR’s biggest external challenges.

Misdiagnosing COVID: Where Biden and the Media Got It Wrong

The U.S. Supreme Court dropped the hammer on the president’s vaccine mandate almost two weeks ago, but the administration must have had a hard time saying goodbye. It took 12 full days, but OSHA, the government’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration, finally got around to shutting down the private employer “jabs for jobs” rule it never had the grounds to write. A defeated Biden formally withdrew his “emergency temporary standard” this week — which, as it turns out, was never an emergency, but thanks to the justices, it sure was temporary.

If only America could take back the other 365 days of bad COVID policy, Rep. Greg Murphy (R-N.C.) said on “Washington Watch.” “We all talked at the beginning about ‘follow the science.’ The sad thing is… with this particular administration… it’s become political science rather than real science.” And, like a lot of Americans, Murphy is upset that our country is now paying for it. As part of the GOP Doctors Caucus in the House, he sent a letter to the head of NIH, Acting Director Lawrence Tabak, about the dangerous side effects of the administration’s far-Left policies.

The group of almost 20 members asked for specific data from the agency on the “adverse reactions” of the COVID lockdowns. As the collection of doctors points out, the government’s decision took a mental and physical toll on children (not to mention setting American students back scholastically). It held cardiac and cancer patients hostage while they waited for the care they needed during the elective surgery stoppage. Then, there were psychological effects of closing businesses and firing people based on their vaccination status. Our country witnessed a rise in domestic violence — and, as we all saw, violence in general.

“Let’s see how many years of life lost we had because of our actions of COVID,” Murphy argued. “Let’s look at the lockdowns. Let’s look at people being kept away from families, their churches, their friends, and the depression that ensued, subsequent substitutes that ensued [like drug abuse]… I want to help restore faith in medicine to the American public,” he said. “I also want real answers… In my opinion, I think we should have had a much more selective approach of helping those who are at high risk rather than just a shotgun approach to everybody.”

In his mind and the rest of the caucus, we owe it to the American people to stop and think about the “short- and long-term ramifications of this administration’s restrictive, repressive, and often damaging COVID-19 policies.” So much of what’s been done in the last two years as part of the government’s virus response would fall in the category of abnormal. But unfortunately, what we’re not hearing in the media is a discussion of what went right, what went wrong, and what needs to be the done as we address future pandemics.

Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) is doing his best to correct that, hosting a special event this past Monday called “COVID-19: A Second Opinion.” Bringing together the best doctors, the discussion centered around ways the public had been misled. They covered a lot of ground — from vaccine mandates to comorbidities of the virus — and, not surprisingly, they got very little attention from the liberal media. “They can’t afford to be proven wrong,” the senator said Tuesday on “Washington Watch.”

“Eight hundred eighty-nine thousand Americans have perished in COVID, and of course, we’ve been listening collectively to a group of public health officials — many of [whom] don’t practice medicine. Few, if any, of them have ever treated a COVID patient. And so, what I tried to do is provide the American public with [the truth] coming from doctors who have actually had the courage and compassion to treat thousands of COVID patients. They expose themselves to the virus. They’ve treated patients successfully using cheap, generic, widely available drugs that have been around for decades with an incredibly strong safety profile… And that’s really not who the legacy media has listened to.”

All the Biden administration wants to do is send people home afraid, he argued. Force them to isolate and maybe take some Tylenol. And just pray you don’t get really sick. “They are the ones who suppress this [information], who have kept people from accessing early treatment… So this is a travesty that has occurred. I hope Americans start waking up.”

VIDEO: Involved Parents Are America’s Most Wanted

Round One in Virginia goes to Team Parents. On day one, Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) announced a hotline for parents to report divisive material in the schools. In no time, that hotline began to expose woke ideology. “There were reports of a school in Fairfax County teaching a high school level course that included a privilege bingo game,” said FRC Senior Fellow for Education Studies Meg Kilgannon, where, if you were white or male or were part of a military family, you had “privilege.” Talk about an unrealistic, unfair portrayal of how real life works!

Firm support from the governor is exactly what Virginia parents needed after hostile school boards cut them out of the process, dismissed their concerns and attacked them personally. The stonewalling went so far that the school board in Loudoun County abruptly ended a public meeting and arrested a father to conceal a sexual assault on his daughter enabled by their transgender bathroom policy. The Justice Department stepped in, not to investigate the criminal or the school board, but to threaten parents with a domestic terrorism investigation. No wonder Virginia parents voted for Youngkin. Said Kilgannon, “It’s a really gratifying case of an elected official who ran for office promising to respect and defend parents’ rights… and is actually doing that.”

Youngkin also let parents decide whether their children should wear masks to school, creating a carveout to school board mask mandates by executive order. The order is based on a lack of scientific evidence showing a need to mask children and the possibility that mask-wearing may actually hamper a child’s development and learning. While many parents are happy, some school boards are not. Seven DC-area school boards have sued to block the policy. “There’s nothing preventing the parents in those counties from sending their children to school masked,” noted Kilgannon. “The executive order simply… allows parents to decide what will happen.”

Parents are exposing CRT and LGBT indoctrination in schools in other states, too. States like Idaho and North Carolina have also created portals where parents can report divisive, un-American curriculum to which their children have been exposed. “These efforts are not just political gamesmanship, as the mainstream media would have people believe,” said Kilgannon. Parents are “responding to what’s happening in the classrooms, which they were able to see because of the virtual learning during the pandemic.”

“Parents all across the country are giving help, whether they’re asked or not,” said Kilgannon. When Minnesota initiated a review of their social studies curriculum in order to approve a K-12, California-style “ethnic studies” program, parents revealed that the school system in St. Paul, the state capital, had partnered with LGBT advocacy groups to indoctrinate toddlers about how to choose their own gender. At that age, kids can’t tell their left shoe from their right one.

The sad part is, radical school districts are pushing woke indoctrination to the neglect of real education. Only 33 percent of St. Paul students test proficient for reading at grade level, and only 21 percent test proficient in math. Kilgannon continued, “parents are aware that the education their children are getting is not the education that the parents got.”

Parents across the country are also getting involved, both by exposing divisive indoctrination or by becoming “the one [on the school board] who will listen.” Any parent can participate in an online school board boot camp. “If you’re a high school graduate,” said Kilgannon, “you’re qualified to determine what is appropriate for high schools.” The Left fears parents–not because they’re violent, but because they can expose and end the indoctrination.

NY Nurse recordings reveal possible botched administration of COVID Vaccine on Children: ‘Some people got the wrong [mixture]’

*CLICK HERE TO TWEET OUT THE VIDEO*

Project Veritas released new whistleblower recordings today that show medical staff and supervisors admitting they may have used the wrong dilutant when giving the COVID Vaccine to children.

The recorded individuals confirmed the error “could cancel out [the protection of the vaccine] or have adverse effects.”

The company, DocGo, and its subsidiary, Ambulnz, claim there is no record of the incidents, while denying any actually occurred. It is also unclear if the affected patients, if any, were ever notified.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • Medical supervisor admits “some people got the one.”
  • Nursing staff told to “YouTube it” when asking how to mix the COVID Vaccine.
  • Nursing staff on video: “Wrong mixture could cancel out [the protection of the vaccine] or have adverse effects.”
  • These videos were obtained by Project Veritas as a result of a pediatric nurse stepping forward to blow the whistle on New York-contracted healthcare provider, DocGo, and its subsidiary, Ambulnz, which may have jeopardized the safety of thousands of people, including young children, through potentially negligent administration of the COVID vaccine.
  • Recordings from the whistleblower appear to show fellow medical staff acknowledging mistakes of improperly mixing and administering the Pfizer children’s vaccine with the wrong diluent (bacteriostatic water), lack of proper training, lack of incident reporting.
  • Pfizer, the CDC, and the FDA are all very clear: the COVID vaccine should only be administered with the proper saline solution; bacteriostatic water is NOT to be used.

You can watch the video HERE.

Project Veritas reached out to DocGo for comment and a spokesperson provided the following:

We have not received reports on any issues at our vaccination locations. DocGo is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we take extreme precautions to ensure patient safety. As such, all our clinicians, including licensed LPNs, RNs, PAs, NPs and MDs that administer COVID-19 vaccines undergo significant training. This includes a full presentation on how to provide an IM injection, the different available vaccines, preparation methods for different types of vaccines and doses for each based on age ranges, as well as treatment protocols for anaphylaxis. Every clinician must then pass an exam before being assigned to the field.

Our sites have separate staff dedicated to mixing doses and administering vaccines to ensure doses are mixed correctly. As an extra precaution, we administer doses for adults and for children at different locations to further ensure there are no errors. In addition, all our clinicians operate under the medical supervision of our Chief Medical Officer, and we have field supervisors who visit sites daily to ensure quality control. We have administered over 1 million doses of COVID vaccines, and look forward to playing a vital role in curbing the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stay Tuned…PART 2 COMES OUT TOMORROW.

Hoosiers Overwhelmingly Support Term Limits for Congress in New RMG Research Poll

INDIANAPOLIS, MN/PRNewswire/ — Seventy-six percent of registered Indiana voters support term limits for Congress according to a poll conducted for U.S. Term Limits (USTL) by RMG Research. The poll of 500 registered Indiana voters was conducted on January 14-16, 2022. The poll showed support for congressional term limits was broad-based among all demographics and party affiliations. Sixty-seven percent of respondents favor the Indiana legislature adopting legislation that would call for an amendment-proposing convention to adopt term limits under Article V of the United States Constitution. Sixty-nine percent of the respondents want their state legislator to support legislation that would set term limits.

Recently in Indiana, House Joint Resolution 2 (HJR 2) was introduced in the State House by Rep. Chris Jeter (HD-88), co-authored by the House Majority Caucus Chair Greg Steuerwald (HD-40), and House Minority Whip Justin Moed (HD-97) that would have Indiana join other states in issuing a call for an amendment-proposing convention for congressional term limits under Article V. By using Article V of the U.S. Constitution, 34 state legislatures can team up for a convention to propose a congressional term limits amendment. The Term Limits Convention initiative is being spearheaded by the nonpartisan, grassroots nonprofit advocacy group U.S. Term Limits.

“Term limits for Congress is the one issue that unites all Americans,” said Nick Tomboulides, Executive Director of U.S. Term Limits. “As this poll indicates, Indianans want to see action on this issue and see the legislature pass legislation for a constitutional convention for term limits.”

“In the era of entrenched, career Washington politicians who make a fortune off the backs of taxpayers, term limits for Congress is a must,” said Micah Beckwith, Indiana State Chair for U.S. Term Limits. “Supporting term limits will help return our republic to a purer and more idealistic citizen legislature, precisely what our founders envisioned to ensure liberty for generations to come. Contact your Indiana state representative and state senator today and tell them to help make term limits for Congress a reality.”

The poll also showed that sixty-six percent of Hoosiers are more likely to vote a state legislator who supports implementing congressional term limits. This also cut across party lines and showed that despite intense political polarization, support for congressional term limits is the one issue all Indianans are united on.

AG Garland Ignores Vital Immigration Law Enforcement

Crippling national security and public safety.

Rampant violent crime across the United States, particularly in cities and states run by radical leftist mayors and governors is of great concern to Americans everywhere and is an outgrowth of the insanity of the defund police movement and “criminal justice reform” which has led to violent criminals being released without bail causing carnage at unprecedented levels.

Perhaps in response to this crisis, on January 21, 2022 the Department of Justice issued a press release:  Attorney General Merrick B. Garland Delivers Remarks at the U.S. Conference of Mayors that provided a transcript of his remarks as they were delivered.

It is important that, as you read the transcript, to remember that the Attorney General of the United States is also the chief law enforcement officer of the United States.  Many federal law enforcement agencies operate under the aegis of the Justice Department but even those agencies that operate under the auspices of other agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, and the Treasury Department still rely on the federal prosecutors of the Justice Department they partner with to further criminal investigations and prosecutions for all crimes comprehended under federal statutes.

Violations of federal criminal laws are prosecuted by federal prosecutors who are assigned to the U.S. Attorney’s offices located across the United States.

Federal prosecutors are not, however, required to accept the prosecution of all cases that are presented to them by federal agents.  Because of limited resources and political considerations, federal prosecutors have far-ranging discretion in deciding whether or not to pursue criminal charges in the cases that are brought to them.

U.S. Attorneys are beholden to the “marching orders” issued by the Attorney General for whom they all work.

This brings us back to Attorney General Garland’s prepared remarks and a particular worrisome excerpt:

Keeping our country safe and the American people safe is a core priority of the United States Department of Justice. A critical part of keeping our country safe is protecting it from foreign and domestic terrorism.

These are dangers that Justice Department law enforcement components work against all day, every day. And as I have said, they are dangers that we work against together with our state and local partners, without whom we cannot succeed.

Another important part of keeping our country safe is working alongside all of you to protect our communities from violent crime, and particularly the scourge of gun violence.

At the Justice Department, we stand shoulder to shoulder with you in the fight against violent crime, and we will use every tool at our disposal to protect our communities.

Last year, the department launched a comprehensive anti-violent crime strategy aimed at harnessing our resources of every relevant component in the department, including our United States Attorneys’ Offices, our litigating divisions, all of our law enforcement agencies and our grantmaking offices.

Recognizing the importance of anti-violent crime strategies that are tailored to individual communities, we directed each United States Attorneys Office to work with its state and local partners to address the crime problem in those communities.

As a result, the FBI, ATF, DEA and U.S. Marshals Service partnered with state and local agencies and police departments to embed agents in homicide units, confiscate illegal firearms, disrupt violent drug trafficking and provide other support where needed.

That very last paragraph is beyond shocking.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the immigration law enforcement elements of the that federal leviathan are conspicuously absent from the Attorney General’s statement which included the threats posed by international terrorists even as he enumerated many other federal agencies.

The Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) has always included immigration law enforcement officers.  In point of fact, the 9/11 Commission, to which I provided testimony, made it abundantly clear that the 9/11 terror attacks and other such attacks, were only possible because of multiple failures of the immigration system.

A variety of other task forces have also traditionally included immigration law enforcement personnel.

Other law enforcement efforts are largely duplicated by local and state law enforcement agencies however, the enforcement of the immigration laws including the deportation (removal) of illegal aliens is unique to the DHS.

We will consider the findings and recommendations of the 9/11 Commission shortly, but first I want you to know that in writing my article today I am calling upon my extensive real-world experiences as an INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) special agent.

I was the first INS agent assigned to the Unified Intelligence Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in New York City.  I worked closely with the DEA, FBI, local and state police and a variety of law enforcement agencies both within the United States and even foreign governments.

That assignment lasted for about four years whereupon I was promoted to the position of Senior Special Agent and assigned to the Organized Crime, Drug Enforcement Task Force.  Once again, I was assigned to various other federal agencies to provide my unique authorities and expertise as an INS agent to assist in conducting investigations and subsequent prosecution of large-scale narcotics trafficking organizations.

There are a variety of crimes that pertain specifically to aliens who commit serious crimes in the United States that are uniquely pursued by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Among these crimes are:

8 U.S. Code § 1326 (Reentry of aliens who were previously removed from the United States)- which carries a maximum of 20 years in prison for aliens who are deemed to be “aggravated felons.”

8 U.S. Code § 1324 (Bringing in and harboring certain aliens).

18 U.S. Code § 1546 (Fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents) which can carry up to 25 years in prison when such crime is committed in conjunction with terrorism.

18 U.S. Code § 922 (Unlawful acts concerning firearms and ammunition) the following subsection addresses possession of firearms or ammunition by illegal aliens:

(5)who, being an alien

(A)is illegally or unlawfully in the United States; or

(B)except as provided in subsection (y)(2), has been admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa (as that term is defined in section 101(a)(26) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(26)));

Additionally, the removal (deportation) of aliens helps to combat recidivism.  Criminal aliens who are no longer in the United States cannot carry out crimes in the United States.

Nevertheless, the Biden administration has gutted both border security and the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.  Garland’s omission of immigration law enforcement from the efforts to help combat violent crime was clearly consistent with the policies of the Biden Administration.

Transnational gangs are running rampantly across the United States, frequently profiting by their involvement in the drug trade which has caused the deaths of tens of thousands of victims in the United States.

Gang violence causes many additional deaths- frequently within the ethnic immigration communities where these criminals, from all over the world, now operate with impunity particularly in so-called “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States.”

The preface of the official report 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States began with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

Border security is national security, but perhaps the most overlooked element of immigration law enforcement is the enforcement of our immigration laws from within the interior of the United States.

Page 54 of the above-cited report contained this excerpt under the title “3.2 Terrorist Travel Tactics by Plot.”

“…once in the United States terrorists and their supporters tried to get legal immigration status that would permit them to remain here, primarily by committing serial, or repeated, immigration fraud, by claiming political asylum, and by marrying Americans. Many of these tactics would remain largely unchanged and undetected throughout the 1990s and up to the 9/11 attack.”

Thus, abuse of the immigration system and a lack of interior immigration enforcement were unwittingly working together to support terrorist activity. It would remain largely unknown, since no agency of the United States government analyzed terrorist travel patterns until after 9/11. This lack of attention meant that critical opportunities to disrupt terrorist travel and, therefore, deadly terrorist operations were missed.

WORLD RECORD CONVOY: ‘Freedom Rally’ truckers convoy hits Canada against vax mandates

“In Canada we have one of the biggest revolutions happening. Right now there’s 50,000 truckers and 1.4M people headed to the parliament in Ottawa. And they’re going to stay there until Trudeau resigns, or they give us back all of our freedoms and rights.”

National strikes are essential in the pushback against these autocratic, dangerous edicts.

‘Freedom Rally’ truckers convoy hits Ontario — picking up Conservative political support as it rolls

En route to Ottawa and expected to arrive Saturday in Ottawa, the convoy has been sparked by government measures to stop unvaccinated truckers from crossing the Canada-U.S. border.

By Alex McKeen, The Star, January 25, 2022:

In Kenora, where the temperature was expected to drop to -27C on Tuesday night, a host of volunteers were preparing to welcome a massive convoy of truckers.

About two dozen people could be seen gathered at a community hub downtown, packing boxes of snacks and making sandwiches, in a video livestreamed to Facebook by a supporter of the “Freedom Rally” — a convoy of truckers and their supporters that has been making its way this week from British Columbia to Ottawa in a protest against COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

As the camera passed by, many at the hub shouted “woohoo, truckers!” and wore food-handling gloves, if no masks.

Kenora was scheduled to be the first Ontario stop for the controversial convoy.

The organizer who posted the video told the Star she was “so beyond stoked” that the truckers were coming to the town of about 15,000 people, where according to Statistics Canada data about nine per cent of residents work in the trucking industry themselves.

That organizer then stated that she and everyone supporting the convoy have been told not to speak to the media because “too much smearing of this and not the truth being told.” A second organizer confirmed that the Kenora supporters had been asked by convoy organizers not to speak to media.
Supporters of truck drivers protesting the COVID-19 vaccine mandate cheer on a convoy of trucks on their way to Ottawa, on the Trans-Canada Highway west of Winnipeg on Jan. 25.

Kelli Saunders, meanwhile, had found a parking spot with her husband close to the Trans-Canada Highway, where the truckers would be rolling by. She said they were ready, with homemade signs and five layers of clothing, to go outside and cheer.

“Kenora is located right on the Trans-Canada, between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay. We’re a main thoroughfare,” she said. “Truckers, we see them all the time, they’re just part of the community.”

Saunders said she herself has lost a job due to vaccine mandates, and she supports the truckers’ message.

“This has been a hard two years for everyone. It’s been extremely mentally draining,” she said. “I’m really proud of this group of truckers and the way Canada has come together along the route to support them.”

Not everyone in the town was packing food and supplies.

Leslei Scott, who said she lives just 20 metres from the highway, had no plans to go out to watch the convoy, and not just because it was “too damn cold,” though that was certainly a factor.

“People have been used to an amazing life with certain freedoms … but during a pandemic the government has the ability to alter them,” she said. “I think they are protesting whatever the government is mandating them to do, be it vaccines or other.”

En route to Ottawa and expected to arrive Saturday, the convoy has been sparked by government measures to stop unvaccinated truckers from crossing the Canada-U.S. border — and has grown into a conservative movement opposing other COVID-19 restrictions put in place by Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government.

Conservative politicians and Canadian volunteers opposed to vaccine mandates are throwing their support behind the growing group of vehicles, which was reported to be 20 kilometres long as it worked its way through Saskatchewan and Manitoba on Tuesday.

As the convoy entered the province where its main protest will take place, its role as a litmus test for Canadians’ views on the pandemic, two years in, was on full display.

Catholic Charities eager to ‘serve’ Afghan Muslim refugees while abandoning the most needy Christians

There is big money in the business of settling refugees. Never mind the fact that jihadists and a range of criminals are coming to America unvetted. Robert Spencer wrote about the astronomical size of it HERE.

It is easy for refugee resettlement advocates to find the right, tender words while laughing all the way to the bank, but it isn’t a pretty picture: hardworking Americans donate their money in trust, while their children’s future security diminishes year after year.

We are privileged to be part of Operation Allies Welcome, the federal effort to resettle 83,000 Afghans.

Unvetted Afghans, that is, and generally not Christians. In Afghanistan, the most needy are Christians who are in hiding with no way to escape. According to Open Doors USA, Afghanistan is the number one worst place in the world for Christians to live.

Across the globe, Open Doors found that there has been a 24% increase in Christians killed because of their faith. The West is regarded as a haven for Christians, but it hasn’t proven to be such in the last few years. Unvetted Muslim migration has proven to be a disastrous project for the EU, bringing with it escalating violent crimes, threats of jihad, Muslim rape gang activity, no-go zones, Sharia patrols and the like.

Jihad Watch reported recently about a record-breaking 360 million Christians persecuted in 2021, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, often called racist for guarding his borders, is among the very few who speak out.

So how are the “big-hearted” Catholic Charities and the US Conference of Catholic Bishops helping the world’s most needy: Christians? They aren’t.

Catholic Charities: Our commitment to serve Afghan refugees is strong

by Gerry Carter, Charlotte Observer, January 23, 2022:

Over 47 years, Catholic Charities has resettled more than 14,000 refugees from 60 countries into western North Carolina. It is our deep commitment to comfort and serve those we resettle.

In their first 90 days, we provide services to welcome and acclimate refugees to American culture and navigate our complex systems of healthcare, employment, housing, even grocery shopping.

We are privileged to be part of Operation Allies Welcome, the federal effort to resettle 83,000 Afghans. Although the sudden U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan meant our evacuees arrived in less than three months, not six as anticipated, we responded quickly by adding staff, working overtime, and collaborating with volunteers and partners.

Unfortunately, with so little affordable housing available, we were forced for the first time to place our clients in hotels as we search for permanent housing. We use suite-style hotels to help them feel at home, but the temporary nature understandably prolongs an unsettling transitory phase…

Biden’s Border Crisis: The Sovereignty That Should Be Respected Is Our Own

The Democrats are suddenly head-over-heels in love with national sovereignty.  When asked why Americans should care about Ukraine, the White House Deputy National Security Advisor said, “Because it goes to a very fundamental principle of all nations, which is that our borders should be inviolate, that our sovereignty should be respected.”  Nancy Pelosi is pushing a new bill called the Defending Ukraine’s Sovereignty Act to guarantee “Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.”  Too bad these Democrat fools don’t feel the same way about their own country.

To them, sovereignty doesn’t matter when it comes to the U.S. southern border.  Sovereignty can take a hike.  Border agents encountered a record 178,840 illegal aliens in December, thanks to Joe Biden’s open borders policies.  This added to the record 2 million illegal aliens encountered at the southern border last year.  The number coming from beyond Central America is up 4-fold.  Deadly fentanyl coming across?  No problem.  Military-age males from terror-prone countries lost in the shuffle?  It’s nothing to worry about.  Reconquista, baby?  We deserve it, sovereignty be damned.

This is the way the Democrats and the Biden administration think.  Our open southern border is a product of their closed minds.  To them, it’s ideology first, not America first.  What was it our DHS Secretary said recently?  Just because somebody is in the country illegally doesn’t mean they should be deported.  They get to stay, under the current regime.  ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ trump national sovereignty any day, in the Secretary’s view.  All bow down to the new god of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  Put your ideological blinders on; equity and inclusion for foreigners is the only thing worth thinking about.

But here’s what fealty to the new god has wrought just recently:  Illegal aliens can present their deportation and arrest warrants as acceptable forms of identification to board domestic flights.  How insane is that?  Just as insane as California loaning millions of dollars to illegal aliens to keep their businesses afloat during the pandemic, not to mention letting them open businesses in the first place.

A seventh-grader in Connecticut died of a fentanyl overdose in a school gymnasium.  I blame the Biden administration.  A Muslim from Britain got a tourist visa and attacked a Jewish synagogue in Texas.  Apparently, he was not in U.S. databases despite being on a U.K. terrorist watch list.  Again, Democrats are to blame.  The Obama administration erased important terrorist databases.  (Phil Haney, you are not forgotten.)  Joe Biden had ended the more rigorous vetting of visa applicants ordered by former President Trump which had emphasized data sharing with foreign countries.

That’s what happens when you don’t care about border enforcement or your own sovereignty.  Things are so bad under Biden, a candidate for Arizona Attorney General who lives 90 miles from the border is telling her kids, if intruders come into the house, shoot them.  This is what happens when you let your country be overrun.  No American should have to live like that.    So, if you crazy Democrat open borders fools are gonna yak about sovereignty, kiss me like you mean it.

DISASTER: Biden Admin’s Mass Release of Single Adult Males Illegals Across USA

DISASTER: Biden’s December Illegal Border Crossing Numbers Worse Than 3 Previous Years Combined

Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration finally released the December numbers for illegal border crossings along the U.S.-Mexico border, which showed a dramatic uptick compared to previous years.

By: Ryan Saavedra, Daily Wire, January 15, 2022:

“The number of unique individuals encountered in December 2021 was 135,040, a 5 percent increase in the number of unique individuals encountered the prior month,” U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said in a statement. “In total, there were 178,840 encounters along the Southwest land border in December, a 2 percent increase compared to November.”

The 178,840 illegal border crossings for December 2021 was higher than the December totals from 2020, 2019, and 2018 combined when there was a total of 175,353 illegal border crossings.

Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner and Heritage visiting fellow, responded to the news in a statement, saying, “More than a year ago, even as Joe Biden was preparing to roll back President Donald Trump’s effective border security policies, he claimed he did not want to end up with ‘two million people on our border.’ After a year on the job, it’s undeniable that Biden has failed even by his own basic measure.”

“In 12 months, CBP recorded more than two million encounters along the southwest border, a shocking and historic number,” Morgan added. “But that number does not include an estimated 600,000 or more ‘got-aways,’ individuals who cross the border illegally but which Border Patrol is unable to detain. And then there are the ‘turn-backs,’ those who make an effort to cross the border but eventually give up and return to their country of origin. Under Biden, that number was around 400,000. Under Joe Biden, more than three million people have tried to violate America’s sovereignty and illegally enter our country. This is not only the worst border crisis in American history—it’s the worst 12 months for any president when it comes to border security.”

Former acting ICE director Tom Homan said during an interview accused Biden’s border policies to contributing to deaths along the southern border. Homan’s remarks came after a Texas Department of Public Safety officer was killed during a U.S. Border Patrol incident over the weekend.

“Prayers out to Special Agent Salas and his family, it’s always tragic to lose one of the finest,” he said. “But look, I’ve said it many times before: people want to beat up on President Trump, but his [Biden’s] immigration policies are inhumane. Let me be clear when President Trump pushed illegal immigration to a 35, 40 year low, depending on how much you look at illegal immigration… it was down 83%. That saves lives because the most vulnerable people will not make that journey if they know they won’t succeed.”

“And Joe Biden comes in office, destroys all his policies. And what’s the result? Under President Trump last year, there was a total of 254 migrants died crossing that border —the first year under President Biden, that is more than doubled to 557,” he added. “That’s a 119% increase… Add to that over 100,000 overdose deaths, most of it from fentanyl that the DEA says, ‘come across the border.’ Add to that 59 CBP officers who die from COVID because Joe Biden is ignoring Title 42 when it comes to hundreds of thousands of children and family groups to come across with COVID, that affects these agents. So let me tell you something, Joe Biden’s policies are not humane. It’s killing people at a huge rate – more than I’ve ever seen in my career.

VIRGINIA: Afghan Muslim refugee convicted of sexually assaulting 3-year old girl at Quantico Marine base

Note that Afghans arrived at “Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Aug. 27, 2021. The Department of Defense, through U.S. Northern Command, and in support of the Department of State and Department of Homeland Security,” provided “transportation, temporary housing, medical screening, and general support for up to 50,000 Afghan evacuees at suitable facilities, in permanent or temporary structures, as quickly as possible.”

“According to court papers, Tariq tried to explain through interpreters that his conduct was acceptable in his culture.” He’s right, but Westerners who fear the “Islamophobia” label avoid discussion of this.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet  for nine years (ie till his death). (Sahih Bukari 5134)

This leads to the acceptance of child marriage in the Muslim world and the justification of acts of pedophilia. Of course, not every Muslim ascribes to such acts, but since this is encoded in the Sharia, it cannot be rejected or reformed.

The West has now flung its doors open to masses of unvetted migrants from Afghanistan and other countries where such behavior (and much more, including misogyny, Islamic supremacy, Jew-hatred, the persecution of Christians, etc.) is acceptable.

Afghan refugee convicted of sexually assaulting 3-year-old girl at Quantico

Associated Press, January 24, 2022:

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — A federal jury has convicted an Afghan refugee of sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at Quantico Marine Corps Base where he was housed.

[Mohammed] Tariq was arrested in September at Camp Upshur in Quantico after Marines observed him fondling the girl, who was not related to him, above her clothes on her private parts.

According to court papers, [Mohammed] Tariq tried to explain through interpreters that his conduct was acceptable in his culture. Efforts to have his statements suppressed were rejected by the judge.

Tariq, who was brought to Virginia after working alongside U.S. troops in Afghanistan… [Emphasis added]

Biden Administration Quietly Burdened Americans with $201 Billion in Hidden Taxes Last Year, Report Finds

Biden has also imposed 131 million hours of new annual paperwork on Americans.

President Biden campaigned on moderation and a “return to normal.” Yet, on the regulatory front, the Biden administration has been far more aggressive than previous administrations—both Republican and Democratic. At least, that’s the finding of a new report from the center-right American Action Forum (AAF).

Analysts Dan Goldbeck and Dan Bosch reviewed President Biden’s first year in charge. They found that through regulatory actions and executive orders, this administration imposed more than $201 billion in regulatory costs—and 131 million hours of new annual paperwork on Americans.

That’s nearly 40 times more costs imposed than during President Trump’s first year. Yet in perhaps a more apt comparison of presidents from the same party, the report finds that Biden’s regulatory expenses are even three times greater than those incurred during Obama’s first year.

Why are Biden’s regulatory costs skyrocketing? Well, AAF notes that the massive increase under Biden was largely fueled by one uber-expensive regulation regarding greenhouse gas emission standards for automobiles. This example highlights why Americans should care about all of this. After all, aren’t regulations just imposed on businesses?

Not so fast.

While the paperwork might officially regulate General Motors, it is customers who ultimately bear much of this multi-billion-dollar burden via higher prices. In pursuing its “green” agenda via regulatory fiat, the Biden administration is imposing hidden/indirect taxes on American families.

Yet, as AAF’s data show, this isn’t a unique aspect of Joe Biden’s presidency. While it ebbs and flows under different presidents, the regulatory state continues to grow and expand. Americans should be well aware that these incursions come with direct costs for them even if their tax bill doesn’t go up on paper.

When we overlook these costs because the surface-level burden falls on businesses, we fall victim to a common fallacy and fail to properly scrutinize the actions of our government.

This error is what Henry Hazlitt dubbed “the fallacy of overlooking secondary consequences.” In Economics in One Lesson, he rightly decried “the persistent tendency of men to see only the immediate effects of a given policy, or its effects only on a special group, and to neglect to inquire what the long-run effects of that policy will be not only on that special group but on all groups.”

So, yes, it’s understandable that the latest regulations added to the Federal Register might not naturally grab the attention of most Americans. But we should all still care about the unseen burden the federal government imposes on the public with each new rule, regulation, and dictate its bureaucrats come up with.
