Of course everybody knows by now that Joe Biden’s “Special” prosecutor Jack Smith has indicted our 45th President Donald Trump over possession of documents that Trump had every right to declassify.
Everybody knows the indictment came on the same day that Congressional Oversight Committee Republicans revealed they have seen the documentary proof that Joe Biden took $5 million in bribes from a foreign entity. It should be noted that the FBI has had the documents since 2018. We also know that Joe Biden kept top secret documents in an unsecured Delaware garage near his Corvette and kept other documents elsewhere that he never should have possessed because he was not the President when he took them. We know the feds have not raided Biden’s homes or charged him with anything to date.

The jury deadlocked in May 2012 after a five-week trial and more than a week of deliberations. Some officials inside the Justice Department reportedly had initial misgivings about the case before getting on board with the prosecution. After the mistrial loss, Smith said at the time that “our job is to look at the facts and then look at the law and apply the facts to the law.” The Justice Department soon announced it wouldn’t attempt to retry Edwards.
