Regardless of the hearings, submittals, testimony, and evidence made public, the political establishment combined from both political parties have worked overtime to squash even a scintilla of evidence and to ridicule, even character assassinate, those who came forward and dared to suggest our electoral process is less than honest, less than reliable. In a tremendous way, We The People have been subjected to a “selection process not an election process” in far too many locations. And yet, the ridicule and nay-sayers continue their litany of shameful denials proclaiming…“nothing to see here move on!”

What you are about to hear is a candid conversation by and between, former Arizona State Rep. The testimony by this Mayoral candidate who days ago went through a stolen election is sobering and alarming.

The eye-witness accounts of alleged voter fraud, election tabulator severe interference and remote vote changing are what occurs in third-world dictatorial countries, and they are reported on this Special Edition as having occurred in Franklin, Tennessee just days ago.

On September 18, 1787, Maryland delegate to the Constitutional Convention, James McHenry (1753-1816) heard and then wrote in his records of the last day of the Constitutional convention: “A lady asked Dr. Benjamin Franklin Well Doctor what have we got a republic or a monarchy – a republic replied Benjamin Franklin if you can keep it.” The Lady was Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia. I firmly believe Dr. Franklin and ALL the Delegates to the Constitutional convention would be appalled and very angry at what has transpired the last two years in our electoral process.

The United States of America is teetering on the edge about to fall over and lose forever the gift given to us by our founders. We are about to lose the exceptional nation birthed and called a republic. UAE Al-Arab Daily: Hamas, A Muslim Brotherhood Faction, Seeks To Topple Arab Countries And Revive The Caliphate

Following the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel, Yemeni journalist Hani Salem Mashour wrote in his October 17, 2023 column in the London-based UAE Al-Arab daily, titled “Hamas Is Not Palestine,” that the aim of Hamas, like that of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) movement to which it belongs and of the other extremist organizations with which it is linked, is to topple the Arab regimes and establish an Islamic Caliphate. He stressed that Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) have no right to claim to represent the Palestinian people and to embroil them in pointless wars, just as none of the other political Islamic organizations have such a right. He then urged the Arab and Islamic world to wake up and recognize this reality, and decide “to disengage from the legacies exploited by the extremist organizations in order to destroy all of mankind.”

The following are translated excerpts from Mashour’s October 17, 2023 column in the UAE Al-Arab daily:

“We have before us another opportunity to direct the attention of the public, since the current situation of blood and killing demands that we address the unchanging behavior of the political Islam organizations. Since its establishment in 1928, the Muslim Brotherhood [MB] has believed that it represents the Muslims. This is a doctrine that is fixed and that has not changed. Although decades, and events, have passed, and the organization has branched out into more than one armed organization, the MB has adhered to this [principle]: It is the sole representative of the people. This can be deduced from the ongoing clashes between the political Islam organizations and the Arab nation-state, after it was established during the Free Officers Movement’s revolution in Egypt in 1952.

“In the [October 1954] Manshiyya incident in Alexandria, the nation-state clashed with the religious organization. [This] assassination attempt against President Gamal Abdel Nasser was a conceptual clash between two rivals who cannot coexist because of the inherent contradiction [between them]. At that moment, the MB believed that if it could remove the leader of the nation-state, it could gain control of the government in Egypt. That is what it thought. Moreover, it thought that if its attempt to assassinate [Nasser] succeeded, it would bring an end to the Arab national liberation project [in the different Arab nation-states]. Thus, the fact that Nasser survived symbolized the rescue of the Arab national liberation project in  nation[-states with their own distinct national identities]…

“Even the defeat [of Egypt] in 1967 [i.e. the Six-Day War] was in essence a clash between the nation-state [with its own distinct national identity] and the religious movement. After that defeat, there was a discourse of incitement [led by political Islam] that was imbued with schadenfreude [at the defeat of] the Egyptian regime as a regime with its [its own distinct] national identity… The terrible waves of hatred [buffeting] the political regime, from every direction, were unprecedented, and created a chasm between the peoples and the political regimes in the Arab world. All this occurred because the regimes of the different [Arab] nation-states had not grasped the essence of the religious dimension in which the MB operated freely within the framework of the state.”

“The MB exploited the conflict between the republics and the monarchies and with the help of the propaganda of the Arab Left succeeded in expanding the discourse of hatred against the regimes of the [Arab] nation-states [that have their own distinct national identities]. The October 1973 war was the only means that could be used to boost the Arab nationalist regime, with the Egyptian army’s accomplishment when it seized the Bar Lev line. [However,] even this extremely valuable and historic victory could not close the large and growing gap between the Arab regimes and their peoples – [the latter of which] had gone back to heeding the propaganda of the anti-state religious groups after the1979 Camp David Egypt-Israel peace accords that led to the assassination of President Anwar Sadat in 1981.

“Lebanon’s civil war was essentially an ugly exploitation of the religious and sectarian conflict in the Middle East. The Arab countries did not realize that this war deepened the conflict, shattering the Lebanese nation-state. The Lebanon war led to [a situation in which] the extremist groups, for the first time, acquired weapons from outside the state framework. Hizbullah was born from the Shi’ite Amal Movement, with the intensification of the religious revolutionary discourse; this was after Iran’s Islamic Revolution successfully brought down the Shah’s secular regime and established an extensive religious state under [Ayatollah Ruhollah] Khomeini, the jurisprudent and ruler…

“The Arab political system continued to disregard the consequences, even as these regimes followed with concern the takeover by Juhayman Al-Otaybi and his group of the Great Mosque of Mecca.[1] The Arab regimes – which did not foresee the long-term [results] of sending fighters to Afghanistan as the Cold War escalated between the U.S. and the Soviet Union – were not aware that they were heeding an extremist religious stream that had succeeded in infiltrating the institutions of the Arab nation-states and was capable of directing them in accordance with its multinational Islamic worldview [which does not recognize nation-states with their own distinct national identities].

“With the 1991 convening of the Arab Islamic conference in Khartoum, the MB and its Shi’ite allies consummated their control. Therefore, the emergence of the Al-Qaeda organization in the Arabian Peninsula was just a matter of time, once the international MB organization disseminated the idea that the 1994 invasion of South Yemen constituted a holy war against the communists and Marxists. This was preparation for a larger event – [that is,] when Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden carried out terror attacks against the U.S. on September 11, [2001,] – and by doing so took the Arab and Muslim will hostage. What Al-Qaeda did led to the American occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq.

“This historical narrative is essential in order to understand that the primary goal of the extremist Islamic organizations… is still to crush the nation-state. Thus, the Houthis [i.e. the Houthi Ansar Allah movement in Yemen] emerged, claiming to represent Yemen; Hizbullah [claimed it] represented Lebanon, and Al-Hashd Al-Sha’abi [Popular Mobilization Units, aka PMU][2] and its allies [claimed] to represent Iraq. These organizations engage in taking peoples and countries hostage and entangling them in wars and conflicts that have no clear objectives besides a desire to abolish the political borders of the Arab nation-state. This is the goal pursued by the religious organizations, in order to establish… what they describe as ‘the Caliphate State.’

“The Hamas and PIJ movements have no right to claim that they represent the will of the Palestinian people in order to entangle it a pointless war – just as none of the religious organizations have the right to do so. In light of the siege on the Gaza Strip, and following the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, it would be appropriate for the wisdom of the Arab collective to awaken [and recognize] the truth as it is. It is inconceivable for the nation-state to be replaced by a caliphate state… [This is because] such a state cannot exist in the [current] political reality. Although today’s reality is drenched in blood, it may indeed turn into an opportunity for an awakening, for reexamination, and for deciding to disengage from the legacies exploited by the extremist organizations in order to destroy all of mankind.”[3]

[1] Juhayman Al-Otaybi was a Saudi Arabian rebel who led the takeover of the Great Mosque of Mecca on November 20, 1979, and held the worshipers inside hostage for three days. He and his devotees were captured following a clash with security forces and subsequently executed by the regime.

[2] Al-Hashd Al-Sha’abi (Popular Mobilization Units, PMU) is an umbrella organization supported by the Iraqi government which comprises about 40 Shi’ite militias, but also includes Sunni, Christian and Yazidi organizations. PMU forces participated in almost every significant battle against the Islamic State (ISIS). The organization also includes pro-Iranian Shi’ite militias which are subordinate to the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), and were involved in military operations against the U.S. and Israel.

NRCC Has Best Fundraising Day In Over 18 Months After Mike Johnson Wins Speakership

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), the House GOP’s campaign arm, raised its largest amount in a single day since February 2022 on Friday after Louisiana Rep. Mike Johnson won the speakership.

The NRCC raised $175,000 two days after Johnson secured the gavel, and brought in more than $475,000 over the three-day weekend, the Daily Caller News Foundation confirmed. Friday was the committee’s best online fundraising day in more than 18 months, and Saturday saw increased numbers, setting a new record for the 2024 season, according to a press release.

“Speaker Johnson is off to a hot start in the money game. The NRCC is proud to partner with our Speaker to ensure we have the resources to grow our majority,” Jack Pandol, NRCC communications director, said in a statement.

A majority of the NRCC’s fundraising haul came from emails signed by Johnson, and over 10% of the committee’s new donors for the 2024 cycle came in over the weekend, according to the press release.

The NRCC’s fundraising numbers were first reported by Politico on Monday.

McCarthy was a fundraising juggernaut for the Republican conference, as he helped the NRCC bring in over $40 million during the 2022 cycle and more than $20 million ahead of 2024, according to multiple outlets. Johnson has raised only $600,000 during this cycle between his congressional campaign and leadership PAC, leading some Republicans to question his ability to help members get reelected in 2024, according to Politico.

Johnson was the House GOP’s fourth speaker nominee following a contentious three-week vacancy left when McCarthy was ousted on Oct. 3. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer and House Majority Leader Steve Scalise withdrew their candidacies due to a lack of support for their bids, and House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan was booted from the race after he failed to receive enough floor votes three times.

The Louisiana congressman served as vice chair of the House Republican conference prior to his speakership, and sat on the House Judiciary Committee and the House Armed Services Committee. Johnson has been serving in the lower chamber since 2017, when he won by double digits, and most recently secured his seat outright in 2022.

Johnson did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

Jihad Isn’t All About Israel

If you listen to some political pundits these days, on both sides of the aisle, you might get the mistaken impression that terrorism against the West only began with the creation of Israel, and only exists because of the West’s support for Israel. This claim routinely appears on college campuses by students parroting Middle East Studies professors. It’s an attractive viewpoint because it implies that if only the U.S. and European countries adopt an anti-Israel position that the terrorism would end.

The problem with this line of thinking is that it’s false. It ignores some 1400 years of Islamic doctrine of Jihad, warfare against non-believers in order to establish an Islamic state, ruled by Islamic law, known as Sharia. This is a common goal, shared by Al Qaeda, HAMAS, Hezbollah, Lashkar e Taiba, Abu Sayyaf, Jemaah Islamiyah, Boko Haram, Al Shabaab, ISIS, and others, which transcends any localized disagreements over borders and pure politics.

The doctrine behind global jihad is over a thousand years old. Tragically, it is one of the most successful “exports” in the world.

The obligation to wage Jihad to establish Sharia motivated the Umayyad Caliphate to conquer Spain and attack the Franks at the Battle of Tours in 732. And Even today Al Qaeda claims they will restore Islamic rule to “Al-Andalus.” It motivated the Ottomans to attack Vienna in 1529 and 1683. It motivated the Barbary states to seize American merchant shipping and enslave their crew, provoking the Barbary wars in 1801 and 1815. The obligation to wage Jihad was used to justify the Armenian genocide in 1915.

Likewise, it motivated Boko Haram to kidnap 300 young Christian schoolgirls in Nigeria 2014. Abu Sayyaf to kill 21 innocent Filipino civilians in 2015, Chechen terrorists to massacre 334 people, mostly children, in Beslan, Russia Federation in 2004.

None of these attacks had anything to do with Israel. All of them were about waging Jihad.

This is not to say that the Jewish people haven’t faced particular vitriol from jihadists across the ages. Islamic doctrines of antisemitism are as ancient and established as that of jihad, and also predate the modern state of Israel. Even if Israel evaporated tomorrow the overriding goal of establishing rule by sharia would not change, as long as there are those who take the obligation to impose sharia by force of arms seriously.

Jihadists target America not because it backs Israel but because it represents the biggest obstacle to achieving their global goal. That is why Iran refers to the US as the Great Satan and Israel as the Little Satan.

It is the height of arrogance to assume our enemies are motivated only by what we do. It’s a bizarre reverse bigotry that assumes that our opponents lack any agency or will of their own.

It is satisfying to believe that jihad is the fault of our own policy, because it gives us the mistaken belief that we are fully in control of our own fate and can end attacks against us just by making some policy changes.

The truth is Jihadists are not motivated only by our actions, but rather by their own doctrine. That means jihadists can only be temporarily deterred and must be defeated every time they rear their head.  The quicker our politicians—both Democrat and Republican—gain a full understanding of this, the better.

Dozens Of GOP Reps Urge Speaker Johnson, Mitch McConnell To Repeal Biden Natural Gas Tax

Several dozen Republican lawmakers wrote to the newly-elected Speaker of the House asking him to repeal an emissions reduction program from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), according to a copy of the letter obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Rep. August Pfluger of Texas wrote the letter, which urges House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell to repeal the IRA’s Methane Emissions Reduction Program (MERP) natural gas tax before the year’s end by including the MERP repeal in a possibly forthcoming legislative package. Pfluger and other prominent Republican signatories, such as Reps. Dan Crenshaw of Texas, Byron Donalds of Florida and Jeff Duncan of South Carolina, slammed the MERP as an excessive and unwieldy regulation that would stymie innovation and drive up costs for the American energy industry.

“The MERP is an inappropriate and highly unworkable tax on methane emissions,” the letter states. “If implemented, the ill-conceived natural gas tax will handicap technological innovation, reduce supplies of affordable energy, and increase both costs and emissions,” the letter continues, adding that “in order to lower costs for American families, we must repeal burdensome regulation, secure supply chains and unleash American energy.” 

The MERP imposes a tax on emissions beyond 25,000 annual tons of carbon dioxide or an equivalent amount of pollution, according to the letter. Companies will be forced to collect the relevant data and pay a fee of $900 for every metric ton above 25,000 starting in 2024, which increases to $1,200 per extra metric ton in 2025 and then $1,500 per extra ton in 2026 and beyond.

“Through Congress’s historic investments in America, the Methane Emissions Reduction Program provides significant resources to states and stakeholders to reduce releases of harmful methane pollution, particularly in overburdened communities, to protect public health and slow the rate of climate change,” an EPA spokesperson told the DCNF. “The Biden-Harris Administration through EPA is implementing the program as Congress intended, working closely with states and industry to deploy resources and develop solutions that will cut emissions at their source.”

The tax is a “statutory codification” of the forced collection of emissions data under a specific sub-section of the Clean Air Act, according to the letter. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is looking to overhaul that particular section of the Clean Air Act such that the agency can increase the scope and costs of the MERP.

New fees or taxes on energy companies will raise costs for consumers, creating a burden that will fall most heavily on lower-income Americans,” the letter states. “In fact, this tax alone will drive up the cost of household energy bills for the 180 million Americans and 5.5 million businesses that rely on natural gas. At a time of persistent inflation and record energy prices, this increase is unthinkable for consumers.”

The White House did not respond immediately to a request for comment.

Anti-Semitic and Pro-Hamas Rallies Reveal the Need to Teach Truthful History

Since October 7, many of us have been deeply impacted and heartbroken seeing images, hearing news, and realizing what has happened to thousands of individuals and families in Israel. In addition to sympathizing with our brothers and sisters, it has been eye-opening and tragic to see how many college students sympathize with — not the Israeli victims — but the Hamas terrorists who delighted in brutally attacking and murdering them. This reality brings to light the importance of teaching children accurate history, natural law, and, for Christians, a biblical worldview.

The United States is a unique, blessed nation that was founded upon prayer and the wisdom of men such as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, John Jay, Ben Franklin, and Alexander Hamilton. These men shared Judeo-Christian values which they referred to as “self-evident truths” in the Declaration of Independence. Political philosophers refer to America’s founding political philosophy as “classical liberalism”: limited representative government and the protection of basic rights and freedoms under the rule of law. The Founders’ understanding that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness” results from the Jewish and Christian understanding that “God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27).

Tragically, in recent decades, America’s mainstream media and public education system have devalued our country’s relationship with Israel and our shared, Judeo-Christian values based on the Ten Commandments in favor of viewing history and current affairs in the Middle East from the perspective of Palestinians and even radical Islamist terrorists such as Hamas. While it is important to view the Palestinian people as human beings made in the image and likeness of God, we must also defend and declare the sacredness of the Jews’ lives and their right to defend their homeland of Israel.

In 2021, FRC’s Chris Gacek and Lela Gilbert detailed how anti-Semitism and Marxism have tragically spread throughout America, especially on college campuses. They described how there is an aggressive antisemitic outlet among foreign and U.S.-born students on American campuses via the Boycott, Divest, Sanctions Movement (BDS).

BDS targets Israel for isolation and economic ostracism because Israel is “purported to be an ‘apartheid state’ akin to South Africa with Zionism being its supporting ‘racist’ ideology,” Gacek and Gilbert write. “Worse yet, the BDS Movement has extensive ties to Islamic radicalism in the Middle East including Hamas. To promote BDS on campus, the National Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) was founded in 2010, but numerous individual campus chapters existed for at least a decade prior. The BDS/SJP movement accepts nothing about Zionism or the State of Israel. …Now, SJP has over 200 college and university chapters which are administration sanctioned. …Jewish students are intimidated from public displays of religious or Zionist belief …”

“This modern adaptation of antisemitism is a manifestation of [Marxist] critical race and ethnic theories that cast Jews ‘uniformly as powerful white oppressors.’ This ‘critical’ variation ‘doesn’t single Jews out, ethnically or otherwise, as distinct categories.’ Instead, by lumping Jews together with other ‘dominant majorities,’ it ‘effectively creates an erasure, diminishing the Jewish voice in defining Jewish identity,’” the duo warns.

On the October 19 episode of “Washington Watch,” Dean of the Regent University School of Government Michele Bachmann explained, “There’s a real change that’s happened in the United States Congress, and there’s a real change that’s happened throughout America, and that’s where Christians need to wake up, too, and take stock of what’s going on because our … Christian young people are being targeted with this propaganda … that really Israel and Hamas, they’re coequal partners. [Or that] Israel’s just as much at fault as Hamas. This is an absolute lie.”

Bachmann continued, “And so we’re swimming in a sea of lies, and it’s important that churches, that Christian schools and universities teach the truth about what the Bible says about Israel and also the historic truth, the political truth, the legal truth about Israel’s right to her land. And there is never any justification … for what Hamas has done and is doing even today to Israel.”

New Speaker Mike Johnson Attacked for Believing Basic Christian Doctrine

On Wednesday, after three weeks of dysfunction following the ouster of former-Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana was elected as the 56th Speaker of the House. Johnson’s elevation to the office caps a frenetic period in which Republicans considered multiple candidates before coalescing around the four-term congressman. Although Johnson’s unexpected rise to the speakership was welcomed by conservatives, the Left has predictably been apoplectic in denouncing Speaker Johnson’s long-standing social conservative views.

Although progressives routinely castigate those who hold convictions rooted in a biblical worldview, the sharp criticism directed toward the new speaker for his Christian faith is nonetheless revealing.

For example, some House Democrats took exception to the portion of Johnson’s speech on Wednesday in which the new speaker referenced God. “Welcome to the Republican Era of not even pretending they aren’t forcing their religion on Congress and the American people. This is a slippery, dangerous slope to theocracy,” warned Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.). Another Democrat, Jamie Raskin, tweeted, “Speaker Mike Johnson? Anti-choice, anti-LGBTQ, anti-gun safety, anti-democracy. This is what theocracy looks like.”

Although allegations of Republicans wanting to install a theocracy are not new, the dire warnings of Huffman and Raskin, and the parroting of these claims by some in the media, reveal remarkable ignorance of basic Christian beliefs. Significantly, Johnson has said nothing about theocracy or forcing his religious beliefs on anyone. Rather, the new speaker simply articulated the commonplace Christian perspective that God providentially raises up leaders.

In his speech, Johnson stated, “I don’t believe there are any coincidences in a matter like this. I believe that Scripture, the Bible is very clear that God is the One that raises up those in authority. He raised up each of you, all of us. And I believe that God has ordained and allowed each one of us to be brought here for this specific moment and this time.”

Far from advocating for a theocratic takeover of the House of Representatives, Johnson’s comments merely reflect well-known biblical passages such as Daniel 2:21 which states, “He changes times and season; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding” and Psalm 22:28 where it says, “For kingship belongs to the Lord, and he rules over the nations.”

Other passages that affirm God’s role in raising up civil leaders include Isaiah 40:22-23, which says, “It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in; who brings princes to nothing, and makes the rulers of the earth as emptiness.” Likewise, Proverbs 21:1 teaches “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will.”

To put it simply, Johnson’s understanding that “God is the One that raises up those in authority” is a widely-held Christian belief that has been taught for centuries. The fact that articulating this basic conviction triggered ominous warnings of an impending theocracy demonstrates the ever-widening gulf between those with a biblical worldview and those without one.

Second, Johnson’s elevation to the speakership prompted scores of opposition researchers to investigate the congressman’s past writings and speeches for potentially damaging material. Johnson’s past comments on same-sex marriage, abortion, and homosexuality were immediately targeted. For example, within hours of Johnson’s election, CNN investigative reporters Andrew Kaczynski and Allison Gordon published a piece provocatively titled: “New speaker of the House Mike Johnson once wrote in support of the criminalization of gay sex.” According to the reporters, Johnson once supported an amendment to Louisiana’s constitution that defined marriage between a man and a woman.

Moreover, in a 2004 op-ed, Johnson described homosexual relationships as “inherently unnatural.” After mentioning other examples of Johnson’s purported extremism, the authors note, “Now, Johnson is the speaker of the House at a time when a majority of Americans are strongly supportive of gay rights.” Of course, CNN was not alone. Hours after his election, ABC, NBC, New York Times, Vanity Fair, and other outlets published stories that highlighted Johnson’s opposition to same-sex marriage.

On abortion, media outlets and Democratic campaign operatives seized on Johnson’s past statements. Politico noted that Johnson once served as a senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, “the conservative legal powerhouse behind the case that overturned Roe v. Wade.” The article specifically highlighted the congressman’s support for a federal heartbeat law. Other criticism came from DNC Chair Jamie Harrison who released a statement describing Johnson as a “anti-abortion MAGA extremist.” Harrison also noted Johnson’s sponsorship of what he characterized as “an extreme abortion ban nationwide.” Sarah Posner, a contributor for MSNBC, also pointed to Johnson’s pro-life record as proof that he is the “most unabashedly Christian nationalist speaker in history.”

From a worldview perspective, the criticisms and denunciations of Johnson are predictable. We live in highly partisan times, and the reality is that whoever Republicans elevated to serve as Speaker of the House would be portrayed in the worst possible light. However, it is still significant that much of the initial criticism hurled at the new speaker overlaps with basic Christian convictions.

From the first century, Christians have affirmed the personhood of the unborn and opposed abortion. Likewise, Christians have believed marriage is the relationship between one man and one woman and taught that homosexual behavior is outside of God’s design and purpose for human sexuality. The fact that convictions held by Christians for millennia are now openly mocked and disparaged by so many speaks to the rapid secularization of the times.

The newly elected Speaker of the House Mike Johnson is a Southern Baptist who subscribes to the basic tenets of the Christian faith. Like tens of millions of Americans, Johnson’s views on a range of issues are informed by Scripture, science, and reason. Although the news media and opposition party are working overtime to convince the nation that Johnson is a “Christian nationalist” with outdated, subversive policy views, that characterization could not be further from the truth.

Johnson’s views are in line with an overwhelming percentage of American Christians who share the speaker’s worldview. As we will soon find out, this is good news for Republicans, but more importantly, good news for America at a time when convictional, principled leadership is sorely needed.

Chinese Parent Of U.S. Battery Maker Has Business Ties With Blacklisted CCP Paramilitary Group

Gotion High-Tech, the Chinese parent company of Gotion Inc., which intends to build electric battery plants in Michigan and Illinois, operates a joint venture in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) that contracts with a U.S.-sanctioned entity, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation review of Chinese-language news reports and business filings.

In May 2017, Gotion High-Tech Co. Ltd. established a joint venture with Shanghai Electric Co. Ltd. called “Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology Co. Ltd.,” according to Chinese news website Sohu.com.

“On the evening of May 12, Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. announced that it would jointly invest funds with Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Shanghai Electric’) to establish Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.,” Sohu.com reported.

In July 2023, Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology’s social media account reported that the firm has been operating a battery energy storage system for a Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) power station located in China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).

“In days past, Shanghai Electric Gotion won the bid for the 60-megawatt / 180-megawatt per hour battery energy storage system for XPCC 1st Division 10th Regiment and State Power Investment Corporation’s 400-megawatt photovoltaic power generation project,” Shanghai Electric Gotion’s social media account stated.

XPCC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in 2020 with the state-run State Power Investment Corporation to “jointly promote the development of new energy projects, develop smart energy ecosystem and electricity support industries, cultivate talent, jointly build expertise and cooperate extensively in various other fields,” according to Sohu.com.

“The 400-megawatt photovoltaic power station of XPCC 1st Division’s 10th Regiment and State Power Investment Corporation is complemented by the 60 megawatt / 180-megawatt per hour battery energy storage system project located in XPCC 1st Division’s city of Aral, Xinjiang,” Shanghai Electric Gotion’s social media post continued. “This project’s energy storage system uses Shanghai Electric Gotion’s most advanced, standardized, modular, large battery core, liquid-cooling collection box, which by means of excellent system integration programs, will ensure the smooth connection of the project to the grid.”

In July 2020, the Treasury Department sanctioned XPCC for its human rights abuses, according to a press release.

“The XPCC is a paramilitary organization in the XUAR that is subordinate to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),” the Treasury Department’s 2020 press release stated.

“The entity and officials are being designated for their connection to serious human rights abuse against ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, which reportedly include mass arbitrary detention and severe physical abuse, among other serious abuses targeting Uyghurs, a Turkic Muslim population indigenous to Xinjiang, and other ethnic minorities in the region,” said the Treasury Department. As a result of the sanctions, federal regulations generally prohibit all transactions by U.S. persons or within the U.S. that involve any property or interests in property of XPCC.

In June 2021, the Commerce Department added XPCC to the “Entity List” for “accepting or utilizing forced labor in the implementation of the People’s Republic of China’s campaign of repression against Muslim minority groups in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).”

In January 2021, then-Secretary of State Mike Pompeo determined that the PRC is committing genocide against Uyghurs and other minorities in Xinjiang.

“After careful examination of the available facts, I have determined that since at least March 2017, the People’s Republic of China (PRC), under the direction and control of the CCP, has committed genocide against the predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang,” Pompeo said in a 2021 press statement.

In 2022, the State Department’s Country Report on Human Rights detailed the extent of the PRC’s ongoing genocide and other crimes against humanity.

“Genocide and crimes against humanity occurred during the year against predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and members of other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang,” the State Department’s 2022 report reads. “These crimes were continuing and included: the arbitrary imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty of more than one million civilians; forced sterilization, coerced abortions and more restrictive application of the country’s birth control policies; rape and other forms of sexual and gender-based violence; torture of a large number of those arbitrarily detained; and persecution including forced labor and draconian restrictions on freedom of religion or belief, freedom of expression and freedom of movement.”

In August, Fox News reported that Gotion Inc. — which is “wholly owned and controlled” by Gotion High-Tech, according to a Foreign Agents Registration Act filing — had received a greenlight from Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Biden administration to “invest $2.4 billion to construct two 550,000-square-foot production plants” for electric vehicle (EV) batteries in Big Rapids, Michigan.

On Sept. 8, an Illinois government press release announced that Gotion Inc. also intended to build a “state-of-the-art $2 billion” EV battery plant in Manteno, Illinois, “bolstered” by state incentives.

The DCNF recently reported that Gotion High-Tech employs 923 CCP members. Additionally, the DCNF found that Gotion High-Tech launched a joint venture company with a “Communist Chinese Military Company Subsidiary” in 2016.

In August, Politico reported that Chuck Thelen, the vice president of North American manufacturing at Gotion Inc., claimed that “the Chinese Communist Party has no presence in the North American company.”

“The rumors that you’ve heard about us bringing communism to North America are just flat-out fear-mongering and really have nothing based in reality,” Thelen said, according to Politico’s report.

On May 12, 2017, Gotion High-Tech’s CEO Li Zhen — whom the DCNF recently reported serves as the party secretary for the firm’s CCP committee — met in Shanghai with Shanghai Electric’s then-CEO and party secretary, Zheng Jianhua, for Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology’s signing ceremony, according to Sohu.com.

During the meeting, Li and Zheng signed an agreement stating that the joint venture’s main products would be “special vehicle batteries, smart energy storage products, including home energy storage, distributed micro-grid energy storage and power grid-grade energy storage,” Sohu.com reported.

A 2022 Gotion High-Tech business filing states the firm holds 45.4% of Shanghai Electric Gotion’s shares while Shanghai Electric holds 47.4%. Two other firms — Shanghai Xuneng New Energy Science And Technology and Shanghai Haohao New Energy Science And Technology — both hold another 3.6% of Shanghai Electric Gotion’s shares apiece.

While Shanghai Electric Gotion’s battery energy storage system in Xinjiang may be the first instance of Gotion High-Tech cooperating with XPCC, Shanghai Electric has been working on various projects with XPCC since at least 2012, according to a report on the website of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China’s State Council.

“Shanghai Electric and XPCC’s 8th Agricultural Division signed a general contract for phase one of the Tianfu Power Plant 2×660-megawatt project,” the Chinese government’s report 2012 states.

Several years later, Shanghai Electric’s chairman, Zheng Jianhua, traveled to Xinjiang in 2018 to meet with the autonomous region’s party secretary, Zhang Chunlin, to discuss how Shanghai Electric could help XPCC develop energy storage products for Xinjiang, according to Shanghai Electric’s periodical.

“Zheng Jianhua said that Shanghai Electric would marshal the might of the entire corporation to develop Xinjiang’s energy storage products,” Shanghai Electric’s periodical reported.

More recently, a delegation from Shanghai Electric met with the commander of XPCC’s 13th Division on August 10, 2023, according to XPCC 13th Division’s social media account. During the meeting, Shanghai Electric’s senior development manager announced his firm’s plans to invest in and cooperate with XPCC 13th Division as well as Shanghai Electric’s intention to enter into discussions with enterprises related to XPCC, according to XPCC 13th Division’s social media account.

Washington Republican Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, who chairs the House Energy and Commerce Committee, told the DCNF that “the CCP does not share American values and virtues — including freedom of speech, the rule of law and basic human rights.”

“Yet, the Biden Administration continues to use government mandates and green light EV tax credits to benefit CCP-linked companies, like Gotion and CATL,” McMorris Rodgers said. “We cannot continue to hand China the keys to our auto future, which threatens American jobs and our national security.”

Gotion High-Tech, Gotion Inc., Shanghai Electric and Shanghai Electric Gotion New Energy Technology did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

Soviet Socialism or Soviet Fascism

I have been discussing the subject for forty years, especially today.

The Biden State of the Union Address has been a very successful two–folded theatrical performance. One part was his usual plagiarism: adopting the narratives of several Republicans like his own. The second and major part of the Address was very well familiar to me, I have been writing about it for decades—Socialist modus operandi: lies, deceit, fabrication, and fraud. In fact, it is understandable—Biden is implementing Socialism in America for two years of his entire presidency, as a legacy of the Dem Party. You will grasp it only if you know Socialism. I do know Socialism that always acted against its own people. In that, Biden has helped in implementing Socialism from the terrorist state of Russia, the “Squad,” George Soros, and other seventy Socialists in the U.S. Congress … Let me give you another quote from the mentioned above Introduction to wake you up:

 “The principles of Nazism, including the antisemitism at the core of much of its dogma, were incorporated into nearly every newspaper, radio broadcast, and film produced in the Third Reich.”

I reminded you about German national-socialism for a reason. Stalin had done the same Hitler did, by building his system of Soviet Socialism over the territory of the eleven time zones of the Soviet Union. He implemented all mentioned above in developing his Soviet Socialism. Thousands of Jews were forced to emigrate, including me. The Evil ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism has been inextricably tied to the State Security Apparatus: they presented one-whole gigantic Evil, merging the principles of Nazism, including antisemitism. Soviet people called the KGB—the Soviet Gestapo. Stalin weaponized the Soviet Government, all its actions had an operational control over election and all citizens by engaging the KGB—a Doer. Today our enemy is Stalinist KGB’s Mafia/Army, not a dead Marxism. The Putin/Biden collusion over the border is obvious. There are no Mexican Cartels, those are Russian Cartels established by Stalin in 1950-196O’s.

I mentioned the “Squad” and Soros for a reason: they are openly un-American, anti-American, and anti-Semitic. Just listen to the “Squad” and analyze what they are constantly doing to help Biden’s team to destroy our country. Woke is a censorship, a Sovietization of America. The plot is bigger and there are the prerequisites to understand it: Russia and China are leading the plot and both served by the KGB’s Mafia/Army. Our enemies are collaborating, it is an International Socialist Criminal Cabal and I suspect that Biden’s team is a part of it. I have been writing about A Global Spy Ring for the last forty years, but the infiltrated FBI sabotaged all my writings by submitting my name to the FISA Court. The Court made me a Foreign Agent in 2002. You will find my name in the list of the FISA Court cases in 2002.

Weaponization of the American Government

By intentionally suppressing information about my books and columns the FBI has exposed his face—they have been deliberately preventing you from learning the Truth. The FBI’s illegal actions cost $Trillions to the U.S. People’s awareness could’ve prevented the tragedy going on in America today. The event also gives the idea of who, personally, could initiate the violation of my rights provided with the American Constitution. As my main topic is the Russian Intel and Security Apparatus, the FBI didn’t want it to be known by the American people. Perhaps, the bad actor from Russia grasped the value of my writings and the damage it can do to the Russian Intel: they have initiated the crime against me. Doesn’t it remind you of a suppression of the information (Soviet style) about Hunter’s lob-top by the FBI in 2019? All of those had been done by the KGB’s Mafia/Army against you, the patriots of America the Beautiful! WWIII was waged against us by Socialist/Communist forces!

It was Stalin who established Socialist North Korea and started the Korean War under his usual motto “Divide and conquer” in 1950. The International chain of wars had never ended. You should remember those wars, as a lot of Americans had been killed and injured there, defending democracy and global stability. A devoted disciple of Stalin, Vladimir Putin was continuing the war involving China, Iran, Venezuela, and now fighting Ukraine to demolish a young Ukrainian democracy. The U.S. position in the war is very problematic, as Ukraine can’t win this war. To be aware why, please, read my three columns dated February 21, 2022, February 28, 2022, and April 4, 2022.

A couple of days prior to the Chinese Spy Balloon catastrophic breach of our national security, I wrote a column titled The Hidden Truth of Global Destruction: WWIII, February 1, 2023. As a matter of fact, our enemies have been fighting Capitalism and stealing our secrets for a century. Russia started it after the Socialist Revolution in 1917. The people who remember the Soviet Union, should remember the agency called the KGB. The Russian Dictator Stalin weaponized it making the agency an international force to spread the Evil ideology of Soviet Socialism throughout the world. What was done by the KGB, now transformed it to the KGB’s Mafia/Army, which continues to fight Capitalism and stealing our secrets by the countries-enemies under the Russian umbrella in all continents. Knowledge of Soviet Socialism is imperative to learn the current events in America…

For example in Africa Soviet Socialism uses child slaves in Congo to allow Biden’s team to implement the New Green Ideology to bankrupt Capitalism. Read Cobalt Red by Siddhartha Kara. The author is terrified by the conditions the children are working in and the book’s title Cobalt Red   warns humanity about Soviet Socialism. At the same time, America discusses electric vehicles, too: “The automotive industry’s shift to electric vehicles is producing a scramble for the raw materials needed to make the batteries and motors for those cars. Cobalt is a key material for EV batteries, but the rapid acceleration in demand for the element has led to questions about the availability of necessary supply and the ethics of that supply. ”How the Auto Industry Will Get Enough Cobalt for the EV Revolution. On September 30, 1938, William K. Langfan, a World War II veteran witnessed the catastrophic consequences of Neville Chamberlain’s appeasement of Adolf Hitler.

ABOUT WILLIAM K. LANGFAN

Mr. Langfan was born in 1922. He grew up in New York City in an Orthodox home.

He graduated George Washington High School, New York City 1939, University of South Carolina, 1939-43, Cornell Law School, 1946-49 and attended the Sorbonne in the summer of 1945 while serving in the US Army.

He served in the US Army Service-Anti-aircraft unit 1943-1945 (including Battle of Britain –shot against V1 German rockets, landed in Normandy, fought across France, Belgium (including the Battle of The Bulge), Germany to a few miles from the German-Czech border when the war ended.

Throughout the war, Mr. Langfan served as the interpreter for his army unit where he was fluent in French and “Tsbruchener” Yiddish. He received the French Legion of Honor Medal for his service in France.

Most of Mr. Langfan’s adult life has been spent in the Real Estate business. He started his own successful real estate firm in 1960, The William K. Langfan Company, which is now run by his children.

He has created 6 permanent endowments, five are annual oratorical contests on the subject of the US Constitution at 3 colleges (University of South Carolina, Yeshiva University, University of Chicago), one law school (Cardozo Law School), and one high school (Horace Mann High School). One is for a moot court competition for first year law students at Cornell Law School.

Mr. Langfan has donated 2 ambulances to Mogen David and contributes to Israeli Universities and many other Israeli institutions.

In 2011, in honor of his participation in the liberation of Buchenwald, Mr. Langfan lit a candle in Auschwitz for the March of the Living; he received the

Palm Beach Synagogue “Lover of Israel” award; and together with his son Mark, he received the ZOA’s Justice Brandeis award at the annual dinner.

In 2013, Mr. Langfan was awarded the Guardian of Israel Award by the Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center.

Mr. Langfan has donated four sefer torahs to four different synagogues in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. He also contributes annually to his high school, college, law school, along with many other charities.

Mr. Langfan has 3 children and 6 grandchildren, all of whom share his love of Israel, and of Judaism.

ADL CEO Slams Andre Carson For Threatening Jewish Congressman

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Anti-Defamation League CEO Jonathan Greenblatt accused Rep. André Carson (D-IN) of attempting to “intimidate” a Jewish member of Congress, Josh Gottheimer.

“It’s inexcusable for any member of Congress to threaten a colleague, & especially egregious that @RepAndreCarson is threatening a Jewish member for speaking out at a moment when we’re seeing a massive spike in antisemitism,” Greenblatt wrote. “What’s the point? Does he think it’s productive to intimidate @RepJoshG?”

“He’s cowardly,” Carson said of Gottheimer (D-NJ). “I think he’s not acting in his role as a member of Congress. I think he’s shown himself to be very emotional. Like most cowardly people, when you confront them, they’re afraid. I’m unafraid of the guy. And if he wants to call us despicable, I’m saying he’s a coward and he’s a punk.”

“If he wants to play some kind of tough guy or gangster, we can handle it like gentlemen, or we can get into something else,” Carson added.

Carson’s comments came after Gottheimer slammed Carson and other Democrats who did not vote in favor of “condemning Hamas terrorists.”

“Last night, 15 of my Democratic colleagues voted AGAINST standing with our ally Israel and condemning Hamas terrorists who brutally murdered, raped, and kidnapped babies, children, men, women, and elderly, including Americans,” Gottheimer wrote in a post Thursday. “They are despicable and do not speak for our party.”

“Hamas terrorists brutally murdered, raped, burned alive, and kidnapped innocent babies, children, women, men, and elderly, including Americans,” he wrote Sunday. “Anyone claiming this was ‘military action’ is delusional and complicit in the spike of antisemitism and hate.”

The Oct. 20 document “assesses that individuals inspired by, or reacting to, the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border.”

The warning continues: “Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico.”

1) The Big Picture: Record 3.2 million encounters in Fiscal Year 2023, up 16 percent since FY 2022.

September 2023’s illegal alien border apprehension numbers are finally out, marking the end of Fiscal Year 2023. The picture they paint, is bleak, but also, given the lax security at the border, completely predictable. The total number of people encountered trying to cross our borders illegally was a record-breaking 3.2 million, up from 2.76 million in FY 2022 and 1.96 million in FY 2021.

Following the termination of Title 42 in May 2023, encounters briefly dipped only to rebound up again once it became obvious that the Biden administration’s announcement it would impose greater security did not materialize. Other factors have also played a huge role in driving the growing influx, including parole programs and the administration’s policies regarding Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

2) Types of Illegal Aliens: Big jump in migrants encountered traveling in family groups, up 62 percent in FY 2023.

One trend in illegal migration is the shifting composition of the flows. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) breaks down the encountered illegal aliens into four categories: single adults, individuals in a family unit (FMUA), unaccompanied minors (UC), and accompanied minors (AM).

Between FYs 2022 and 2023, the share of single adults as a percentage of the total nationwide encounters dropped from 72 percent to 64 percent, while that of family units went up from 22 percent to 31 percent. This shift in composition has imposed challenges on CBP. Our border processing facilities were largely constructed at a time when most illegal aliens coming to the border were single individuals. It is challenging to process women and children in facilities with unrelated adults, with obvious privacy and safety concerns. Despite this trend and the record high number overall, the Biden administration is actually trying to remove funding for thousands of detention beds it refuses to use.

3) Parole Programs: Big Pull Factor for Beneficiary Nations

The administration’s parole programs no doubt played a big role in attracting more illegal aliens. Encounters with Haitians increased by 189 percent and those of Venezuelans almost doubled. This was further exacerbated by a TPS designation in the case of Venezuela (March 2021) and a subsequent extension and redesignation (September 2023). In the case of Haiti, TPS was extended (August 2021) and extended and redesignated (December 2022). These programs and announcements related to them clearly drive flows of illegal aliens. In this context, redesignations are even more problematic than extensions because the former apply to new arrivals.

Such parole-driven increases have not caused the administration to reconsider its parole programs. In fact, in the case of Ecuador, a surge in illegal immigration from that South American nation – by a breathtaking 371 percent between FY 2022 and 2023 – actually led to a parole program for Ecuadorians being announced in October 2023.

4) Border Security: Open to Terrorism and Tyrannies

Lax border policies have also allowed more illegal aliens to enter from authoritarian nations such as Vladimir Putin’s Russia and communist China. The number of Chinese nationals encountered has almost doubled between FYs 2022-2023 and increased by 58 percent for Russians. In terms of single adults that figure has gone up by 36 percent for Russian nationals and 73 percent for Chinese nationals.

More open borders policies also greatly increase the potential for foreign spies, hostile operatives, sleeper agents, and even terrorists to attempt to infiltrate the vast sea of illegal migrants. A record total of 172 people on the terror watchlist were caught trying to enter between ports of entry in FY 2023. This compares to an annual average of 2-3 per year just a few years ago.

This danger becomes even more real when we take into account that countries like Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (all beneficiaries of the administration’s parole programs) have a close alliance with Russia, China and the world’s leading sponsors of terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Conclusion

The record high numbers are a predictable consequence of open borders, parole programs, status extensions/redesignations and other policy decisions. The consequences of the scale of this are being felt everywhere. In big cities illegal aliens have arrived in massive numbers and placed an unsustainable burden on city resources. Mayor of New York City Eric Adams bluntly stated the crisis could “destroy” the city, a view that 58 percent of New Yorkers agreed with. At the wider national level, illegal immigrants already cost the taxpayer $150.7 billion. As the flow increases, it seems likely this cost will keep increasing.

The fiscal year statistics are discouraging. Nevertheless, FAIR will continue to lead, teach and educate the public on the dangers of uncontrolled immigration.

Customs and Border Protection reports, 269,735 illegal aliens invaded America in September, a one-month record. Border Patrol agents apprehended 1,912,663 illegals during President Donald J. Trump’s final 32 months in office.

In Biden’s first 32, CBP encountered 6,292,849 illegals — up a staggering 329%. Even worse, some 1.5 million Known Gotaways appeared in Border Patrol binoculars before disappearing into the homeland.

These illegals were detected and counted, albeit not stopped. Unknown Gotaways break into America invisibly and then vanish. How many? Where? Who knows?

The memo urges Border Patrol officers to scrutinize “military age males” and “single travelers” with “undetermined return plan[s].” This describes many, if not most, of those now breaking into America.

“Here in the U.S., we cannot and do not discount the possibility that Hamas or their foreign terrorist organizations could exploit the conflict to call on their supporters to conduct attacks on our own soil,” FBI Director Christopher Wray warned on Oct. 15.

“Over the past week, we have seen an increase in reported threats to these groups [Jews and Muslims] here in the United States, and we are moving quickly to mitigate them.”

The Department of Homeland Security’s fiscal year 2024 threat assessment states: “Terrorists and criminal actors may exploit the elevated flow and increasingly complex security environment to enter the United States.”

Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz put this bluntly.

“If you’re the next planner of 9/11, it’s obvious where you go — you go to Mexico, and you come right across,” he declared on his podcast, “Verdict with Ted Cruz.” “Joe Biden and the idiots in his administration will fly you to wherever you want to go in this country, and you can carry out your terror attack.”

“They are exposing vulnerabilities, whether it is someone trying to hijack an airplane or whether it is a suicide bomber in a mall, or an amusement park, or a concert,” Cruz added. “We are vulnerable to global terrorism because this administration has thrown open the border and will not protect us.”

Let’s hope that these suspicious people invaded America solely for Biden’s free-smart-phones. If not, there will be blood, and it will soak the hands of Joseph Robinette Biden and his border-hating Democrats.
