Michigan Supreme Court Declines To Remove Trump From 2024 Ballot

The Michigan Supreme Court declined Wednesday to remove former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot.

The court wrote that it was “not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court,” according to a brief order. Last week, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump was ineligible to appear on the state’s ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which disqualifies officials who take an oath to the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection” from holding office.

Colorado halted enforcement of its decision until Jan. 4 to provide Trump time to appeal to the Supreme Court.

The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision leaves in place a ruling by a lower court finding both Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and the courts cannot restrict Trump from being a candidate during the state’s primary, according to the Detroit Free Press.

“Even if Trump were disqualified from holding the office of president of the United States by the Insurrection Clause, nothing prevents the Michigan Republican Party from identifying him as a candidate in the upcoming primary election,” the state’s Court of Appeals ruled Dec. 14, per the Detroit Free Press.

Judge Elizabeth Welch issued a short dissent Wednesday, writing that “considering the importance of the legal questions at issue and the speed with which the appellants and the judiciary have moved, I believe it is important for this Court to issue a decision on the merits.”

Free Speech For People (FSFP), an organization backed by left-wing donors, filed the Michigan lawsuit to remove Trump in September after filing a similar case in Minnesota.

“The events of January 6, 2021, amounted to an insurrection or a rebellion under Section 3: a violent, coordinated effort to storm the Capitol to obstruct and prevent the Vice President of the United States and the United States Congress from fulfilling their constitutional roles by certifying President Biden’s victory, and to illegally extend then-President Trump’s tenure in office,” the lawsuit stated.

  2. Emphasizing that the Palestinians received $2.92 billion from the European Union only in the last five years. Pouring money may be the easy solution, but we see that it does not necessarily reach the right population but to build tunnels, rockets, and lots of weapons.
  3. $1 billion per year came from Iran for building tunnels, rockets, and lots of weapons, per year in the last 15 years.
  4. If we go further, then since 2007 the European Union has transferred no less than 12.5 billion dollars! About $50 billion NIS for the Palestinians, an insane amount for a relatively small demographic population.

WATCH: Channel 12 announced that there is a more than threefold increase in settler attacks on Arabs in Yush and this is support for the Americans.

And again — this is only the European Union.

The Palestinians also regularly receive additional billions from the Qataris, the U.S., and many other countries.

If you divide the total amount of money by the amount of population (how much “financial contribution” each citizen/resident received), you see that the Palestinians are almost always the country/population that receives the most money per person.

Pouring money may be the easy solution, but we see that it does not necessarily reach the right population and certainly does not contribute to the world economy or the Middle East in particular.

PM Netanyahu visits unit 9900: ‘We say to the Hamas terrorists – we see you and we will get to you’

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the 9900 formation of the Intelligence Division, in Kirya in Tel Aviv.

At the beginning of the visit, the Prime Minister received an overview from the commander of the formation Brigadier General S. on the main visual intelligence efforts in the fighting in Gaza, on the information collection technologies at the various levels and on the international cooperation in this field.

In addition, Brigadier General S. surveyed how the information collected by the fighters in the field was used.

In addition, Prime Minister Netanyahu observed the artificial intelligence capabilities of the array through augmented reality glasses, which show the Gaza Strip in a three-dimensional view.

Afterwards, the Prime Minister visited the “Space Center” which leads the collection of intelligence using satellites.

Phone Calls and Text Messages

As part of its efforts to minimize civilian casualties in Gaza, the IDF makes phone calls and sends text messages to civilians residing in buildings designated for attack. In the following video, you can hear a recording of an IDF soldier calling a Gazan to warn him of an impending airstrike in his vicinity.

Leaflets

The Israel Air Force has dropped leaflets over Gaza that warn civilians to avoid being present in the vicinity of Hamas operatives. These leaflets urge civilians to move away from Hamas targets, making clear Israel’s intention to minimize civilian casualties. Since the operation began, Hamas has repeatedly instructed Palestinians to ignore these warnings.

Roof-Knocking

“Roof knocking” is when the IAF targets a building with a loud but non-lethal bomb that warns civilians that they are in the vicinity of a weapons cache or other target. This method is used to allow all residents to leave the area before the IDF targets the site with live ammunition.

Abandoning Air Strikes

The IDF has aborted aerial strikes seconds before they were to be carried out, due to civilians being present at the site of the target. The following video shows how IAF airstrikes were called off when civilians were identified in the area.

Biden Regime Refuses Israeli Request for Vital Apache Attack Helicopters

U.S. rejects Israeli request for vital Apache attack helicopters

The IAF currently has only two squadrons of the vitally-needed air asset, and they are being flown around the clock to support troops in the field.

The United States has rejected an Israeli request for Apache attack helicopters to help its forces fight Hamas during the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip, but the answer may not be final, Ynet reported Tuesday.

The IDF asked the Pentagon if it could purchase the choppers a few weeks ago, and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant also pressed his American counterpart, Lloyd Austin, for them, when the Secretary of Defense visited Israel last week, said the news site.

“Security sources” told Ynet that Israel is not taking “no” for an answer and that the Americans have not put a decisive kibosh on the acquisition.

The IAF currently has only 48 of these aircraft, which are being flown around the clock to support troops in Gaza and conduct airstrikes to deter Hezbollah terrorists in the north. They are so vitally needed that overage pilots in their fifties have been called out of retirement to fly combat missions so that the regular pilots and active reservists can rest a little more.

There is one squadron each of the AH-64A and D varieties, which have already been decommissioned in the U.S. as their Boeing manufacturer has gone on to produce the faster, stronger, AH-64E that has improved avionics, radar and other systems. The IAF has mulled for years whether to invest in the E version or wait for an even more advanced attack helicopter that won’t be on sale until the early 2030s.

The decision to go with 20 of the currently available Apache E’s was reportedly made in May, but none had yet been ordered. At the time, the idea was not to add another squadron but replace the oldest aircraft, for which it is very difficult to find spare parts anymore. Considering current circumstances, the phase-out may be drawn out over a longer period of time.

AOC likens Palestinians to Jesus in Christmas message, calls Israel a violent, occupying force

AOC slammed over Christmas message about Israel-Hamas war: ‘Jew hate’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez likens Palestinians to Jesus while describing Israel as a violent occupying force in an online Christmas post, prompting critics to slam what they call her blatant “Jew hate.”

In her Instagram story on Christmas Eve, the lefty New York Democrat shared a photo of a child in rubble in the Gaza Strip and said she is praying “for the peace and protection of the innocent in Gaza and the occupied territories.

“In the story of Christmas, Christ was born in modern-day Palestine under the threat of a government engaged in a massacre of innocents,” she wrote.

“He was part of a targeted population being indiscriminately killed to protect an unjust leader’s power. Mary and Joseph, displaced by violence and forced to flee, became refugees in Egypt with a newborn waiting to one day return home.

“Thousands of years later, right-wing forces are violently occupying Bethlehem as similar stories unfold for today’s Palestinians, so much so that the Christian community in Bethlehem has canceled this year’s Christmas Eve celebrations out of both [fear for their] safety and respect,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote.

“And yet, also today, holy children are still being born in a place of unspeakable violence — for every child born, of any identity and from any place, is sacred. Especially the children of Gaza,” AOC said…..

American Fascism: How Soviet Socialism is Devouring Our American Dream

Similar idea was expressed by U.S. President Abraham Lincoln: “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we lose our freedoms, it will be because we have destroyed ourselves from within.”  Human nature has not changed since Cicero. It is true—the traitor is the carrier of the plague…My beloved America the Beautiful is experiencing that exact plague today that was brought to us by Soviet Fascism and has no idea bout it…

The ideas are not flying on air by wind—the people are implementing the ideas, and disseminating them. History proves it.  As soon as Adolf Hitler came to power to provide the Third Reich thousand years of life, the Reich was spreading the Fascist ideology across the world. Europe was the first victim. Do you remember ‎Austrian Anschluss in 1938? That was only the beginning and America didn’t escape the policy. German teachers and professors marched to America to share their Fascist ideology. The institution of student’s exchange had been created. Hitler’s right-hand Joseph Goebbels determined the manners and methods of the teaching: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.” Neither President FDR, nor President of Harvard University had opposed it and brainwashing of America has begun: American students in Germany and Americans by German students in America. All of that has ended up in WWII and millions death…

Alas, history loves to repeat itself. Twenty years later, another dictator, Joseph Stalin, a former partner of Adolf Hitler, borrowed Hitler’s policy. The Russian agitators marched to Europe and America carrying Stalin’s ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism. Stalin had the same agenda, like Hitler, to spread his ideology around the globe to have One World Socialist Government under Russia’s rule. He knew that to defeat capitalism he needed masses of people and his Military and KGB had joined agitators helping Chinese Communists to create a Chinese Communist State in the 1940s. The entire infrastructure of the Russian Intelligence Apparatus had been repeated in China’s government. Since then, the ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism, has been exercised by both countries, though under different names: Soviet Socialism in Russia and Communism in China. They are intimately connected by the umbilical cord of the Stalinist design.

Seventy years later the COP is puzzled in the vicious circle of ignorance, talking about Marxism, as the American enemy #1 for decades. They won’t come out of this vicious circle of incompetence, until understanding that Marxism is dead, Stalin killed it. Marxist Theory has never been materialized in practices by any governments. We are dealing with Stalinist Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet Fascism, writing and warning America and the world about it. Under the name of Soviet Socialism, Stalin and his devoted disciples have been fooling and deceiving the world and the U.S.A, for the last hundred years. Stalin was preaching Marxism, to defraud people, but implemented his Soviet Socialism in Russia and across the globe. As a matter of fact, the fraudulent ideology of Soviet Socialism can’t exist without the force of punitive agencies to sustain the agenda. That is the reason I was introducing to America the actual force: KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer for the last forty-two years. The vicious circle of ignorance has done even more harm to the American mind, it diverted attention from the actual culprit—the KGB’s Mafia/Army. Look at the current debate within the COP, they are unable to connect simple things in front of them, because they don’t know the Russian history, Stalin’s era of “a famous murderer of the 20th century.” Sean Hannity repeated a hundred times the foreign countries that had bribed Biden’s White House: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, China and Romania. He just doesn’t know that all former Soviet satellites and former Soviet Republics are still under the power of the KGB. Stalin had designed it that way—no foreign transaction could’ve escaped the KGB’s supervision—the carrier of the plague. Without knowledge of Russia and its counterintelligence Apparatus we will never defeat the Democrats infiltrated by that Apparatus and using the Russian policy of disinformation against the Republicans today.

The same supervision of the KGB we have in all corners of the society, including the sport. Enes Kanter Freedom, from Turkey feels it deeply, standing respectfully and singing the anthem. There are not many knowledgeable individuals either in the COP or Dems leadership or American social media, let alone the shameful presentations of three presidents of the IVY Leagues Universities missing the enormous danger of anti-Semitism. As a result, the American people stay ignorant and have no idea of the KGB’s Mafi/Army—an Evil Doer, the carrier of the plague that has been committing War Crimes against Humanity for the last hundred years. I’ve been warning about the terrorist state of Russia spreading its fraudulent ideology across the globe, marrying Islam with Communist ideology and using Jihad to fight Western civilization. I couldn’t break through the wall of mistrust for years. Perhaps, the word Mafia didn’t click in the American mind as a politically organized crime. To prevent Americans from learning the truth, the FBI has submitted my name to the FISA Court and the Court made me a Foreign Agent in 2002, with consequent sabotaging of my writings. Can you imagine my feeling, when I heard Sammy the Bull, Gravano, former mobster, who analyzed the Bidens family, speaking with Jesse Walters on Fox News, Prime Time, November 30, 2023? Sammy Gravano is an American former mobster who became underboss of the famous Gambino crime family/Mafia. Sammy spoke pretty well in complete agreement with my opinion—Biden’s team is a Mafia. The weaponized FBI  

The weaponized FBI is playing a special role in the Biden government, it has been weaponized exactly the way Stalin weaponized the KGB in the 1930th. The FBI is not only dysfunctional against the Hunter lab-tab, it is also very well-functioning against the Truth, defending Biden. New details about Derek Chauvin’s attack by Ramond “Mundo” Mendoza author of Mexican Mafia Encyclopedia was speaking with Jesse Walters, Prime Time, 12/4/2023. He insisted that a Mexican Mafia-attacker of Derec Chauvin was the FBI’s mole. I believe him, but the entire predicament is a quite complicated case. First, there is no Mexican Mafia and Mexican Cartels, those are Russian Mafia and Russian Cartels. They had been established by Stalin in 1950-60s. Second, the pundit’s discussion on dictators is laughable. If the people don’t know Stalin’s era of the 20th century and his dictatorship, they have no idea of the real dictators in the 21st century. Though many books are written about Stalin, the GOP incompetents allow the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer to harm America and the world with impunity in the 21st century. Today, the Democrat Biden’s team has continued collaborating with Putin, implementing Soviet Socialism in America. The White House coordinating-colluding with Russia on the Southern border against the American political system. Biden’s ties with Putin started in suffocating Ukrainian democracy in 2014-2015. The Burisma actual documents are the evidence of Biden’s collusion with pro-Russian thugs, the owner of Burisma and the friend of the former pro-Russian Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych. Biden’s quid-pro-quo statement is the best evidence of his collusion with Putin against the democratic Ukraine…

Biden’s collusion with Putin has another very visual evidence—Southern Border—the devastating pictures seen by us. It is Biden’s policy of open border that provided Vladimir Putin’s KGB with the opportunity to organize migrants gathering them from 120 countries globally. Those pictures stay in human memory and tell the real story. And the real story is not about bribes only, but TREASON, the Putin/Biden Plot—the real criminal actions against the American Constitutional republic and Law. Soviet Fascism is quite a manipulating ideology: but the agenda is the old one: to fight American capitalism and drive America from the area. We are not aware of that, because both the FBI and CIA are not able to identify the foreign agents freely acting against America on our soil–both don’t know Russia and its counterintelligence Apparatus—as a result Soros destroys us for thirty years.  Ramond “Mundo” Mendoza, author of Mexican Mafia Encyclopedia insisted that a Mexican Mafia-attacker of Derec Chauvin in prison was the FBI’s mole. I believe it is true, but there is no Mexican Mafia, but the Russian one, which is another connection of Biden’s team with Russia. Moreover, the FBI’s connection with Russia is making our national security doomed…

I’ve introduced the Stalinist Socialist modus operandi almost in all my columns so it is important. Stalinist Socialist modus operandi: lies, deceit, fabrication and fraud. Pay attention to the Biden’s team: they all are covering up the truth by lying non-stop, turning America on the brink of destruction. The implementation of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism by the Democrat party, had been going on for several decades, changing drastically our political system and culture. Talking about the ideology America’s pundits use the term Marxism, which is critically wrong, as it confuses the audience and diverting attention from the real culprits doing it for decades. As a former Soviet attorney knowing the dirty tricks of the KGB’s Mafia/Army, I started warning the American public by my writings forty-two years ago.

There are many features of Soviet Socialism I have identified in Biden’s America and writing about them. The main actor of the achievements is the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army. The FBI targeting Catholics as possible terrorists has completed the list of common identities with the Soviet/Russian KGB. Though all Soviet people had been under government censorship, the tactic of discrediting and silencing critics, the minorities were targeted for their religions as well. Stalin had planned to deport all Jews from the European part of the country to Siberia or the Far East. My family had been targeted to remove us from Leningrad. Stalin’s death saved us in 1953. Fascism in conjunction with Soviet Socialist modus operandi has become a sophisticated form of a veil, allowing Soviet Fascism committing War Crimes, staying incognito. Nobody talks about Soviet Fascism, the Russian terrorist state and War Crimes of a global assault on Western civilization by them for centuries. I hope the war in Israel will bring some light to the truth. Hamas is the Russian proxy, like Iran and other members of the new “Axis of Evil” under the Russian umbrella. As a former Soviet attorney, I know the other half. Do you know that Russia’s Intel recruited Arafat in 1957? The infiltration to the Middle East by Russia’s Intel began then. Do you know that Arafat’s lieutenant Abbas is running a Palestinian State today? Those are the patterns of the Soviet/Russian infiltration to the Middle East to create their proxies in the 1950-1970s. All of that has been managed by the KGB’s Mafia/Army—an Evil Doer. Their espionage is flourishing in Europe and America as well. If Russia was alone spreading Socialism/Communism in the 20th century, we are dealing now with a tandem of Russia and China. It is not Marxism now coming from China, but Stalinist Soviet Fascism…

We are at the Putin/Biden global war against Western civilization and American Capitalism. Biden’s don’t, don’t, don’t is not a deterrence to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, but a demonstration of weakness. There was no deterrence and Putin occupied Crimea in 2014. The Israel-Hamas war also will be a test for Biden/Democrats. His team knows that Syria is Russia’s proxy: they won’t show the force. They know that all terrorist’s movements including ISIS, bin-Laden and others were supervised by Russia. Biden’s team is Controlled Opposition and will operate from weakness with no adequate response to attacks on the American personnel of the military bases in Syria and Iraq. They were discussing Biden’s government run by the Radical Left. I was amazed, watching three of the most intelligent men in America, talking about Marxism today. Stunning by listening to them, I was still waiting for the truth. Alas, they didn’t know the truth, they didn’t know Stalinism and his ideology of Soviet Socialism, which I called Soviet fascism. None of them has mentioned Russia or a master of A Global Spy Ring, Globalist Putin. In fact, they diverted people’s attention from the actual culprit—the Russian KGB’s Mafia/Army—the Evil Doer, described by me for the last forty-two years… Today, I have to give France a token for the truth.

In a France24 article France issues arrest warrant for Bashar al-Assad Rampart Stonebridge reports,

In a groundbreaking legal move, France has issued an international arrest warrant for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, charging him with complicity in crimes against humanity.

“This action stems from the horrific chemical attacks in Syria in 2013, which claimed the lives of over 1,400 individuals near Damascus. The warrant implicates Assad directly in the 2013 chemical attacks, marking a significant step in international efforts to address war crimes.”

France is talking about the War Crimes of the new “Axis of Evil” under the Russian umbrella. Bashir al-Assad’s Syria is the proxy, a member of “Axis of Evil” under the Russian umbrella, described by me during the last forty-two years… “The 2013 chemical attacks, a dark chapter in Syria’s history, resulted in international outrage and condemnation. In August of that year, videos surfaced, showing the harrowing effects of the attack on civilians, including numerous fatalities. These videos were pivotal in drawing global attention to the severity of the situation.”

Knowing Soviet Fascism, I have no doubts—the chemicals for attacking the population in Syria has been provided to Bashar al-Assad by Russia, the War Crimes are on going.

Suzanne Harp and the Cultural War for America’s Future

Here’s How The Biden Admin Treated Countries Who Kicked Candidates Off The Ballot

The Biden administration has enacted or threatened sanctions against foreign nations who have kicked opposition candidates off the ballot, leading some lawmakers to question the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling this week to remove former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 election ballot.

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled in a 4-3 decision on Tuesday to remove Trump from the state 2024 election ballots, having decided he is disqualified to run for office under the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban,” despite the former president not being criminally convicted of such an offense. The Biden administration has previously used sanctions in retaliation against foreign nations who engaged in stifling political competition and removing opponents from election ballots, as several lawmakers have pointed out this week.

“The U.S. has put sanctions on other countries for doing exactly what the Colorado Supreme Court has done today,” Republican Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said on Tuesday.

“We’d threaten sanctions against countries that had their courts exclude a challenger to protect the incumbent,” Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee said Tuesday.

Venezuela, a socialist dictatorship in Central America, was sanctioned by the former Trump administration for undemocratic practices. The Biden administration started to lift some of those sanctions in October if Venezuela agreeing to certain conditions, including a commitment to holding fair elections in 2024 and allowing dictator Nicolas Maduro’s political opponents to appear on the ballot.

“Failure to abide by the terms of the agreement will lead the United States to reconsider steps we have taken, including the easing of sanctions,” Biden’s State Department told the DCNF in November.

However, less than a month after agreeing to the Biden administration’s terms, Venezuelan courts suspended the results of his political opposition leader’s primary election victory results. The suspension was handed down by Venezuela’s top court, which ruled that the opposition leader must be investigated for alleged identity theft, money laundering and conspiracy.

The Biden administration continues to push Venezuela toward holding free elections next year. The administration maintains its warning that it will take measures, including reimposing sanctions, if Maduro’s government does not hold to its word.

However, no sanctions have thus far been reimposed.

Nicaragua, a nation under dictatorship in Central America, had its government hit with sanctions from the Biden administration in 2021, according to the Treasury Department. The Biden administration explained they were imposing sanctions against Nicaragua because of its 2021 “sham election,” as the country’s government removed most of incumbent President Daniel Ortega‘s political opponents from the ballot.

Only five of Ortega’s political opponents were on the ballot in 2021, all of whom were not well known and had little chance of winning, according to CNN. Seven of Ortega’s other political opponents were not allowed to appear on the ballot after being “unjustly arrested” prior to elections, ensuring a “rigged outcome well before election day,” according to the Treasury Department and USA Today.

The Biden administration pointed to the government’s “groundless” misuse of Nicaragua’s Law 1055, which bans anyone deemed as a “traitor” by the country’s government from running for public office.

“The Ortega regime is using laws and institutions to detain members of the political opposition and deprive Nicaraguans from the right to vote,” Office of Foreign Assets Control Director Andrea M. Gacki said in a November 2021 statement. “We stand with the Nicaraguan people in their calls for reform and a return to democracy.”

Belarus, a country in eastern Europe with close ties to Russia, was hit with sanctions by the former Trump administration in 2020 over concerns the country held “fraudulent” elections that year by barring political opponents from the ballot and falsifying voting records, according to the Treasury Department. The Biden administration upheld these sanctions and castigated Belarus in a June 2021 statement for holding illegitimate elections by preventing “multiple opposition candidates from appearing on the ballot and restrictions on the ability of the opposition to campaign,” according to the Treasury.

“The United States and its partners will not tolerate continued attacks on democracy and the ceaseless repression of independent voices in Belarus,” Gacki said in a June 2021 statement. “Today’s actions, taken on both sides of the Atlantic, hold accountable those who continue to suppress the democratic aspirations of the Belarusian people.”

Several lawmakers and legal experts have denounced the Colorado Supreme Court’s Tuesday ruling as unconstitutional. The Trump campaign immediately disputed the court’s ruling and said it would quickly move to appeal.

Though he wouldn’t comment on the Colorado Supreme Court’s Tuesday ruling, Biden did tell reporters on Wednesday that there’s “no question” Trump incited an insurrection at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

“Well, I think certain things are self-evident. You saw it all,” Biden said Wednesday. “Now, whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision. But he certainly supported an insurrection. No question about it. None. Zero.”

The White House did not respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.

This Gov’t Program May Be Next On The Chopping Block In The Aftermath Of Landmark SCOTUS Affirmative Action Ruling

The Biden administration’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is currently facing a legal challenge for giving assistance to Americans based on race, and it may suffer the same fate at the Supreme Court as colleges and universities did earlier this year in the court’s affirmative action ruling.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) filed the suit in March in a federal court in the Northern District of Texas, representing three different clients from Texas, Wisconsin and Florida, according to an announcement from WILL. The suit alleges that the MBDA, which helps minority-run businesses apply for federal grants and get other forms of capital, violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution by giving some races preferential treatment and will likely win in court, following similar rulings like the Supreme Court’s decision in June to end the practice of race-based admissions at both public and private higher education institutions in a pair of cases involving Harvard and the University of North Carolina, according to experts who spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The agency was enshrined into law in 2021 through the Minority Business Development Act (MBDA) under the Biden administration but has been around since 1969 through an executive order issued by former President Richard Nixon, according to the Washington Post. Judge Mark T. Pittman, appointed by former President Donald Trump, is overseeing the case and has already issued an injunction, noting that the case is likely to succeed.

The final ruling from Pittman is expected to determine the constitutionality of the MBDA and whether the agency will be blocked from using racial categories to determine eligibility and the use of the word “minority” in its name, according to The Washington Post.

“The Minority Business Development Agency, its Business Center Program, and their differential treatment of Americans based on race are extremely vulnerable in WILL’s ongoing litigation,” Dan Morenoff, lawyer and executive director at the American Civil Rights Project, told the DCNF. “I expect that the Court will rule them unconstitutional when it issues a final opinion. The agency and its program expressly classify Americans by race and treat them differently based on that classification. At least eight of the nine justices of the Supreme Court have held that the Constitution bars the federal government from discriminating to exactly the same extent, and under the same analysis, that the equal protection clause bars the states from discriminating.”

The MBDA reports that it helped minority businesses receive $1.6 trillion in contracts in 2022, with $319 billion coming from the federal government, $860 billion from the private sector, $75 billion from state governments and $306 billion from local governments, according to the agency’s 2022 performance summary. Black Americans received the most in contracts, with $680 billion going to the group, followed by Hispanic Americans receiving $526 billion, Native Americans receiving $243 billion and Asian Americans receiving $138 billion.

“I fully expect the District Court to maintain in its final ruling the substance of its ruling on the preliminary injunction motion, that the program unconstitutionally ‘provides services to certain races and ethnicities but not to others,’” William Jacobson, a law professor at Cornell and president of the Legal Insurrection Foundation, told the DCNF. “The District Court rendered the preliminary injunction about three weeks before the Supreme Court’s Students for Fair Admissions ruling on affirmative action. That Supreme Court ruling buttresses the District Court’s ruling on the scope of the Equal Protection Clause, so I would not expect the District Court to back off its preliminary ruling.”

The agency also touts creating 7,904 jobs and retaining another 7,514 jobs in 2022 for minorities, according to the report. Minority companies in the construction sector reaped 43% of the monetary benefits, followed by the services sector and the finance and insurance sector at 19% and 12%, respectively.

“Either this case or one of the many parallel cases contesting intentional discrimination by the Biden administration will eventually make it to the Supreme Court,” Morenoff told the DCNF. “Those cases (and I’m not speaking comprehensively) have already seen lower courts ban racial discrimination in the distribution of: COVID-aide to farms, loans to small businesses, and — here — a myriad of business coaching supports. Each of these cases reiterates the legal point that the federal government cannot pick winners and losers based on race.”

Following the Supreme Court’s decision to end race-based admissions in higher education, conservatives have set their targets on companies’ use of racial preferences and quotas, with a group of Republican attorneys general sending letters to dozens of employers warning them that they were violating the law in August.

A federal court in 2021 put a hold on a similar program that would have provided $4 billion in debt relief to minority farmers but was later forced to be reworked to include white farmers, according to NBC News. Another case in 2021 stopped the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, which aimed to give $28.6 billion in aid to restaurants, from prioritizing applicants based on race and gender, according to The New York Times.

“America must continue to advance towards a colorblind society where every person is judged on their merit and not the color of their skin,” Dan Lennington, deputy counsel at WILL, said in the announcement. “The Biden Administration’s choice to create this race-based agency is a step back for civil rights, and we aim to correct that misstep.”

The Department of Justice and the MBDA did not respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

So who is the senior Iranian officer who was killed, according to the Iranians, in a targeted Israeli assassination operation?

Position: Lieutenant Colonel Seyed Radi Mousavi, head of Unit 2250 of the Quds Force. (Established as a subgroup of Unit 2000).

Seyed Radi is the head of the headquarters office in the Damascus branch, considered a key Iranian figure in the region for many years. He previously worked as the unit’s representative in Tehran for several years.

Unit 2250 supervises special logistical operations of the Revolutionary Guards in Syria. It runs several logistics bases in Syria including a headquarters in Damascus and central bases in Latakia, Hama, Aleppo and Deir ez-Zor.

The unit oversees the receipt of incoming equipment, weapons and personnel from Iran, as well as support for Hezbollah’s logistics in the country. It is also assigned the task of accompanying and hosting senior members of the Revolutionary Guards and their families upon their arrival in Syria, which is usually carried out in coordination with the senior authorities in Syria.

Location of activity: Syria/Iran.

As you can already see, the curse of eternity continues to strike: everyone who was photographed with General Soleimani in the past eventually died in the sea of violence that Iran ignited in the entire region.

My Response to an AGW Political Scientist

Climate Change proponents and real Science are often at odds.

Periodically I’ll republish something I wrote prior to my Substack starting, that is currently relevant, In this case, a few years ago I was asked to write a commentary about the appropriateness of industrial wind energy for the Adirondack Park in upstate NY (the largest protected geographic area in continental US). Here it is… That quickly resulted in a well-known local college professor’s (a climate alarmist) attack… My public response to him is below. (FYI, I never heard back from him again.)…

I was rather surprised to see the Adirondack Almanac piece by Professor Curt Stager, for several reasons. For example: a) I have had multiple polite exchanges with Curt in the past, and he never said any of these things directly to me, b) his commentary included multiple misdirections, and c) that he would so openly disavow real Science.

I find item “c” the most surprising and disconcerting. Carefully consider this superior quote from Curt eight years ago (I bolded the most important parts):

“Scientists are human beings who reflect a diversity of opinions and attitudes.  Of course, most of us are fed up with this ridiculous situation, so it’s not surprising that you hear from so many who express those concerns.  I’m fed up, too, but I’m also not alone in my preferences for refraining from “aggressive activist stances.”   I do so because I value Science itself more than any individual topic that it addresses.

“I consider Science to be one of the most valuable inventions of human civilization, and I recognize how precious and vulnerable to corruption it is as one who believes in objective reality, the fallibility of human perception, and the need for objective methods of seeking truth. I also recognize that public trust in Science itself depends heavily upon trust in the objectivity of those who pursue it.  We must walk a fine line between defending truth and trying to force it on other people, and I personally choose to take a cautious approach in walking that line.”

This is a well-phrased, important statement — and I would agree with every bolded word. However, since that time Curt has apparently been radicalized. As his Adirondack Almanac commentary indicates he appears to have abandoned his earlier commitment to his profession, and has proudly become a card-carrying political science activist.

To properly respond to all the monkeyshines in his Adirondack Almanac article would take longer than the space allowed here, so I’ll just address some of them. Hopefully discerning readers can then extrapolate the rest on their own…

What we are discussing here is called “Anthropogenic Global Warming” (AGW). Basically, that is the belief that catastrophic global warming is caused almost exclusively by man-made influences (e.g., burning fossil fuels).

The gist of the problem is that Curt has chosen to impale himself on the horns of a dilemma. On the one hand, he wants us to believe that his opinions about AGW are based on real Science — but on the other hand, he doesn’t want to be burdened by the constraints of following the protocols of real Science!  Put another way, his comments show a clear distinction between genuine science and political science. Consider some examples:

#1 — If two professional scientists have a disagreement, each one politely puts forth the best empirical (i.e., real-world) evidence that they believe supports their case. At no time does one disparage the other’s motivations, past associations, beliefs, mother-in-law, etc. — as those are irrelevant to the discussion at hand. If Curt was so confident in the scientific proof of his claims, why would he waste a single word of his space-limited op-ed to deprecate me? That is a political tactic, outside the realm of real Science.

#2 — Curt then inaccurately asserts that the only people competent enough to assess the validity of the AGW matter, are “truly qualified climate scientists.” Whether the AGW hypothesis is true or not rests on the Scientific validity of its proponents’ claims. Any competent scientist can see whether other scientists (in their field or otherwise), have followed Scientific Protocol… Interestingly Curt undermines his own assertion (that AGW is the exclusive realm of climate scientists) by citing “physics” (i.e., my field) as the basis for some of his AGW claims.

#3 — Curt mischaracterizes a Scientific hypothesis by disparagingly calling it “mere guesswork.” Here’s a reasonable definition:

“The formulation and testing of a hypothesis is part of the Scientific Method — the approach scientists use when attempting to understand and test ideas about natural phenomena. The generation of a hypothesis is a creative process, based on existing scientific knowledge, intuition, or experience. The two primary features of a scientific hypothesis are falsifiability and testability.”

OK, now we understand that, here is the really important part: what does it take for a scientific hypothesis to become a scientific theory, the next step up the ladder? According to UC Berkeley:

“Theories, are broad explanations for a wide range of phenomena. They are concise, coherent, systematic, predictive, and broadly applicable…. and has proven itself in thousands of experiments and observational studies.”

However, in this case, the Global Warming promoters have simply decreed that their AGW hypothesis has been elevated to the level of a Scientific theory — but without adhering to the necessary scientific protocol! Such proclamations are the tactics of activists and political scientists — not real scientists.

#4 — Professor Stager knows this very well but is averse to admitting that the AGW matter is a hypothesis — as he does not want to comply with most of the traditional burdensome Scientific methodology. Why not?

Some of the excuses put forward by AGW advocates, are: a) it’s too time-consuming, b) AGW is too complicated to be analyzed by traditional Science, c) AGW is not falsifiable (see above), and d) the traditional science methodology casts significant doubt on the AGW hypothesis.  In other words, Curt is saying let’s skip over all this annoying Science stuff, and cut to the chase. Again, that is the perspective of a political science person: let’s get on to changing policies!

#5 — The AGW hypothesis is almost entirely based on computer models. But computer models are not something magic: they are the results of data plus numerous assumptions by people.

But if AGW is too complicated to be analyzed by traditional Science, how is it that certain individuals are able to accurately decipher what data is pertinent and exactly how it all inter-relates? Rephrased: if accurately assessing the validity and results of AGW is too complicated for traditional Science, then it is also too complicated for computer models. BTW, real scientists focus on empirical data. Political scientists prefer computer models as it is child’s play to manipulate them (without citizens being aware), so that any desired outcome can be generated…

#6 — Unfortunately, Curt did not acknowledge that we have HUGE gaps of knowledge in our understanding of climate.

For example, the AGW matter appears to rest on a very basic equation: the global CO2 balance. On one side are “CO2 Sources” which are either natural or man-made. On the other side are “CO2 Sinks” which are mostly natural. When the Sources exceed the Sinks, we have a resultant net CO2 increase. One of several problems is that as much as 30% of the Sinks side of the equation is not well understood.  How accurate can computer models be when there is such a substantial unknown involved? Real scientists are very clear about exactly what we know and do not know. Political scientists, on the other hand, glaze over the unknowns.

#7 — There are multiple references to “peer-review” in Curt’s commentary. Two comments about those. First, it’s puzzling that Curt fails to inform readers that there are some 2000 peer-reviewed papers that contest his AGW position (e.g., see here). A real scientist objectively presents both sides of any dispute. (Note Curt’s quote about that at the beginning!) A political scientist solely promotes his own agenda, pretending that there is no other reasonable conclusion than theirs.

#8 — Second, the intention of his “peer-review” insertions is to convince the casual reader that Science has put its imprimatur on Curt’s AGW hypothesis. That is not so. What laypeople need to know is that the peer-review process has NOTHING to do with ascertaining the validity of any study’s conclusions. For example, in the peer-review process, NO ONE repeats any experiment done in a study, to verify the results.

To get a better picture of what peer-review is all about, carefully read the statement made by one of the major players in the peer-review process, the editor of the world-renown medical journal, the Lancet:

“The mistake, of course, is to have thought that peer-review was any more than a crude means of discovering the acceptability — not the validity — of a new finding.

“Editors and scientists alike insist on the pivotal importance of peer-review. We portray peer-review to the public as a quasi-sacred process that helps to make science our most objective truth teller.

“But we know that the system of peer-review is biased, unjust, unaccountable, incomplete, easily fixed, often insulting, usually ignorant, occasionally foolish, and frequently wrong.”

In other words, references to peer-review to support one’s claims are based on the premise that the reader is not educated about peer-review realities. This is a strategy used by political scientists: to take advantage of what citizens don’t understand, to promote their own objectives and policies.

#9 — Along the same line are Curt’s references to “consensus.” Oh dear!  If Curt has irrefutable Science to support his AGW hypothesis, why would he waste time by talking about such unscientific matters as consensus? Look closely at the Scientific Method. Is there anything there about consensus? NO!

What is also indisputable is that there have been numerous cases in the past where the consensus of what scientists believed, was subsequently proven to be wrong. Real scientists are well aware of that reality, so they would never — ever — try to justify their hypothesis by referencing other scientists’ opinions. On the other hand, political science is all about getting a consensus.

#10—Despite his 1300± word commentary, Curt didn’t actually address the primary points I made in my earlier Adirondack Explorer article. Instead, he waxed eloquently on AGW — which was not the topic I was asked to write about. Renewable energy in the Adirondack Park was my assignment. He didn’t say anything about that! Have you ever noticed that when a politician is asked a question they don’t like, they smoothly change the topic? That’s another stark difference between real Science and political science.

#11—Curt’s remarks about skepticism are also interesting. He understands that skepticism is the hallmark of a real scientist — so he makes sure to point out that he once was an AGW skeptic. Although I couldn’t find any AGW skeptical papers he wrote during that time, I’m willing to take his word for it. However, his position is now that he has been satisfied, why isn’t everyone else?  Indeed.

If he had put forth a learned position: a) that followed the conventions of real Science, b) that honestly acknowledged how much we don’t know about AGW, c) without ad hominems, d) without references to such unscientific matters such as consensus, and e) without making false implications about the veracity of peer-review — then we could see that he was making a strong case based on real Science. Instead, we got a political science response, which does not inspire confidence.

#12—It’s quite clear from all this that the AGW issue is not really about CO2. Instead, this is just a convenient vehicle for those who want to radically alter our American way of life — to literally convert us to an agrarian, Marxist society. Don’t take my word for it, but just closely examine the elements (and consequences) of the Green New Deal, which is just a trial balloon for what’s really the agenda being promoted here.

The bottom line is that Curt and other similar advocates, want us to fork over $100± Trillion dollars: a) to accept their AGW hypothesis when they have not bothered to follow traditional Science protocols, and b) to implement “solutions” (like industrial wind energy) that are scientifically unproven.  What could possibly go wrong?

In shocking discovery, remains of Israeli victim thought to have been abducted found in grave of stranger

The confusion arose when the remains of two women, charred beyond recognition, were mistaken for a single body.

The remains of a woman believed to have been abducted by the Hamas terror group on October 7 were found in the interred grave of another woman after a piece of her jewelry was discovered weeks later.

The tragedy of Shani Gabay, a victim of the horrific terrorist attack by Hamas on October 7, unfolded in a sequence of painful revelations and errors. Gabay was among the attendees at the Supernova rave when Hamas terrorists stormed in, unleashing a massacre that claimed over 350 lives at the scene and approximately 1,200 across southern Israel. Gabay was later thought to have been abducted to Gaza along with more than 240 others.

As rockets rained down, 25-year-old Gabay, who had recently graduated Tel Aviv University’s school of law, pulled over in her car near Kibbutz Alumim, close to the festival site, seeking refuge in a field shelter. Unknown to her, the terrorists were already attacking the partygoers. Despite being shot, Gabay managed to flee the shelter, finding temporary safety in an ambulance with other survivors. However, their respite was short-lived as the ambulance was targeted by a rocket-propelled grenade, resulting in the death of all occupants.

For weeks, the Gabay family lived under the harrowing impression that Shani had been kidnapped and was being held captive in Gaza because authorities were unable to locate any trace of her. This belief persisted until a chance discovery of her charred necklace shaped like a half-moon, buried in the debris of the Supernova festival, changed everything.

“We concluded that Shani was missing, there was no sign of life from her, and as the days passed and she wasn’t found among the bodies, we began to believe that she had been kidnapped,” Shani’s brother Aviel, told the Ynet news site. “We became involved in the Hostages and Missing Families Forum, we held meetings in Israel and around the world… we believed that Shani was taken hostage and wondered what she was going through in captivity.”

Her necklace, which was unearthed on the 47th day of her assumed captivity, bore a high concentration of Gabay’s DNA, a clue that finally led to the unraveling of her fate. The police, upon examining the necklace further, also found a lower concentration of another woman’s DNA. This led to the exhumation of the other woman’s grave, where a CT scan revealed two skulls. “A dentist then examined the two skulls and clearly identified teeth belonging to Shani,” Aviel explained.

The authorities “admitted they had made a big mistake and that they had buried Shani on the first week of the war together with another young woman,” Aviel Gabay revealed. The confusion arose when the remains of the two women, found together in the burned-out ambulance and charred beyond recognition, were mistaken for a single body.

Shani Gabay was finally laid to rest just days before what would have been her 26th birthday in a ceremony attended by mourners in the northern Israeli town of Yokne’am.

Senator Graham – ‘I wouldn’t invest 15 cents in a Palestinian state’

The Republican Senator firmly backed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stance that neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority can have a role in Gaza after the war. 

Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Sunday firmly backed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s stance that neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Authority (PA) can have a role in Gaza after the war.

“I would not invest 15 cents in a future Palestine where Hamas is still standing,” Graham told ABC’s “This Week” interviewer Pierre Thomas. “Their leaders need to be killed and captured, and I wouldn’t invest 15 cents into the Palestinian Authority regarding a new Palestine. [President Mahmoud] Abbas’ Palestinian Authority is dead to me. So, when we get to the day after Israel has ceased military operations because Hamas has been destroyed, the new Palestine cannot have Hamas, and it cannot be governed by the PA.”

Graham, who is a member the Senate Appropriations Committee that has jurisdiction over all discretionary spending legislation in the Senate, which includes foreign aid, added, “I will not send one dime of American aid if Hamas is still standing.”

While U.S. President Joe Biden and other top members of his administration repeatedly supported Israel’s war goal of smashing Hamas’ power in perpetuity, they have concurrently said that their vision is that the PA should run the Gaza Strip instead, as part of a Palestinian state living “side by side” with Israel.

National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has conceded that the PA is not suitable for the task as yet, saying ten days ago while in Jerusalem that “We do believe that the Palestinian Authority needs to be revamped and revitalized, needs to be updated in terms of its method of governance, its representation of Palestinian people.”

He was short on details as to what this meant, adding only that this “will require a lot of work by everybody who is engaged in the Palestinian Authority, starting with the president, Mahmoud Abbas.… And ultimately, it’s going to be up to the Palestinian people to work through their representation.”

Graham, who has been one of the strongest Israel-supporters in the Senate for decades, had seemed to agree with Sullivan last week, linking to a news article quoting his words while posting to X, “The idea of the Palestinian Authority governing a consolidated West Bank and Gaza – given their track record – is impossible to imagine. The Palestinian Authority has proven to be one of the most corrupt and ineffective organizations in the region, and I can certainly understand why the main players in a new Middle East would want something new and different. Count me in for new and different, younger and less corrupt.”

This would seemingly leave a crack open for the PA, albeit in an almost unrecognizable format. It is even possible that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has publicized his disagreement with the White House on this subject, would agree if that were to be the case.

While saying that Israel won’t exchange “Hamastan” for “Fatahstan” on its borders, Netanyahu has also said that the reason for his opposition was that “The PA doesn’t fight terror it supports it. It doesn’t educate for peace, it educates for the destruction of Israel.” This could imply that if the PA stopped its pay-for-slay policy and revamped its entire educational system, his government could change its tune somewhat, although Netanyahu still insisted that Israel must always retain security control in Gaza.

However, as of now, support for Hamas, which was always a source of worry to its PA rival, has also skyrocketed in Judea and Samaria since the October 7 invasion of southern Israel, when the Gazan terror group massacred 1,200 people, the vast majority of them Israeli civilians.

In a Palestinian-run poll run from November 22 to December 2, a whopping 82% said that they supported what Hamas did during its surprise attack. Just 10% responded that they believed Hamas had committed war crimes, a fact that Israel has documented using Hamas’ own footage, including the beheading of infants and burning families alive, among many other atrocities.
