Canada: Christians Muzzled While Islamists Get Funding

A  proposed law in Canada will result in Christians muzzled. Meanwhile Islamists (including those tied to terrorists) get government funding.

These days we wake up every day to disturbing news in both the U.S. and Canada.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) recently released a report titled: Hijacked by Hate: American Philanthropy and the Islamophobia Network in which it claims “hate groups” have used American charities to propagate a message of anti-Muslim bigotry.

According to this report, any critique of Islamism and Islamist activities is deemed racism and bigotry (i.e., “Islamophobic”). This includes any and all legitimate criticism of extremism, terrorism and jihad. According to CAIR, it’s all racism.

Meanwhile in Canada, MP Iqra Khalid — the architect of the divisive M103, the anti-“Islamophobia” motion — announced less than a year ago that the Trudeau Government (due in part to her hard work) would invest $23 million into a multiculturalism program.

The catch:  What is this “multiculturalism program?” Much to our horror, the two groups who are among the recipients of the program’s money are:

If the two above pieces of news were not disturbing enough, there is more troubling news: Legislation has been proposed in the Canadian province of Ontario that would criminalize public displays by Christians deemed hateful to Muslims, the LGBT community and other victim groups designated by the Left.

The bill, Prohibiting Hate-Promoting Demonstrations at Queen’s Park Act, 2019, bans any demonstration, rally or other activity on the grounds of the Ontario Legislative Building that is deemed hateful by the Speaker. The word “hateful” is not defined.

What does this mean in practical terms? Islamists can get a free pass to celebrate a hate fest called Al-Quds Day in a public space, while Christians, who are the most persecuted faith in the world today, are muzzled. There is horrendous persecution of Christians and their places of worship in many parts of the Muslim world, yet if this bill passes, it will be illegal to address this publicly in Ontario.

I have seen ethnic groups get special status, but it amazes me and boggles the mind that one faith always receives special accommodation. And I thought coming to Canada was about freedom of speech and expression.

Have we not learned anything from Europe? The European Court of Human Rights recently became the enforcer of sharia blasphemy laws. The court declared in a ruling that defaming the Islamic prophet Mohammed was prohibited and exceeds the permissible limits of free speech in Europe. (This is in contrast to a ruling by the same court which allowed the insulting of Christianity in 2012.)

If we don’t want to end up with Europe’s level of “free speech,” we must challenge these divide-and-conquer policies to ensure they will not reach their objectives.

This will only happen when Americans and Canadians stand up together and speak out against these tactics.

(Washington, DC) — Judicial Watch announced that a U.S. District Judge in California awarded Judicial Watch $22,000 in legal fees in a case filed by an Antifa organizer in an effort to block Judicial Watch from obtaining information about her activities.

Yvette Felarca, a middle school teacher in the Berkeley Unified School District (BUSD), and two co-plaintiffs were ordered to pay Judicial Watch $22,000 in attorney’s fees and $4,000 in litigation costs. Felarca had sued the BUSD in federal court to keep the school district from fulfilling its legal obligation to provide Judicial Watch with records of their communications mentioning: Felarca, Antifa, and/or BAMN. Judicial Watch also asked for Felarca’s personnel file.

Felarca is a prominent figure in By Any Means Necessary (BAMN), a group founded by the Marxist Revolutionary Workers League that protests conservative speaking engagements. In 2016, Felarca and two of her allies were arrested and charged with several crimes, including felony assault, for inciting a riot in Sacramento. Earlier this year, Felarca was ordered to stand trial for assault.

U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, Northern District of California, who had previously ruled that Felarca’s lawsuit was “entirely frivolous,” wrote in his ruling awarding legal fees to Judicial Watch that Felarca and her co-plaintiffs’ First Amendment claims were “premised on the obviously baseless assumption” that the First Amendment condemns the speech of some while condoning the ideological missions of others.

Judge Chhabria added that “The plaintiffs also mischaracterized the documents under review” and that the plaintiffs “failed to grapple with the role Ms. Felarca played in making herself a topic of public discourse through her physical conduct at public rallies and her voluntary appearance on Fox News.”

Judge Chhabria’s order also states that “a significant portion of the documents the plaintiffs initially sued to protect from disclosure had been publicly disclosed months earlier in another suit brought by Ms. Felarca against BUSD, where she was represented by the same counsel. (See generally Felarca v. Berkeley Unified School District, No. 3:16-cv-06184-RS). The plaintiffs, therefore, had no reasonable argument to protect those documents from disclosure.”

Along with Felarca’s $20,000 payment, co-plaintiffs Lori Nixon and Larry Stefl were ordered by Judge Chhabria to pay Judicial Watch $1,000 each (Yvette Felarca, et al., v. Berekely Unified School District, et al. (No. 3:17-cv-06282-VC)).

“Judicial Watch is entitled to attorney’s fees because the plaintiffs’ lawsuit was frivolous, and their litigation conduct was unreasonable,” Judge Chhabria wrote in his order.

Additionally, Judge Chhabria’s order holds the plaintiffs “jointly and severally liable” to pay Judicial Watch $4,000 in litigation expenses.

In 2017, Judicial Watch filed a California Public Records Act (CPRA) request seeking public records information about Felarca’s Antifa activism and its effect within the Berkeley Unified School District. In her lawsuit aimed at keeping the Berkeley school district from furnishing the records, Felarca alleged that Judicial Watch was misusing the law for political means and the district should refuse to provide the information.

In January 2018, a separate judge ordered Felarca to pay more than $11,000 in attorney and court fees for her frivolous attempt to get a restraining order against Troy Worden, the former head of the University of California (UC) Berkeley College Republicans.

“This is a huge victory for Judicial Watch against Antifa and the violent left,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “Ms. Felarca attacked Judicial Watch without basis and the court was right to reject her ploy to deny our ‘right to know’ because we don’t share her violent left views.”

EU elections: Significant populist gains show will of the people to stand against Islamization

The most “controversial” so-called ‘populist’ leaders experienced notable wins in EU elections, giving renewed hope that the EU has a sizable force of “Eurosceptic” populists to contend with–those who will continue to stymie globalist ambitions of open-door immigration which will weaken the sovereignty of Judeo-Christian democracies, and re-shape the EU through Islamization.

In France, in a fairly close vote, Marine Le Pen declared victory over globalist Emmanuel Macron. “Previously, Le Pen had called the European elections a referendum on the presidency of Macron and called on him to resign from office if his party were not able to win.”  The voice of the people in France has spoken, despite being condemned as “far right”….

Prime Minister Edouard Philippe reacted to the exit poll predictions saying, “The far right is consolidating its positions, this message is strong and we have received it.”

Another notable and expected win: Hungary’s Viktor Orban who long vowed to “shake up the EU” in the face of EU demands and bullying on migrant quotas. As promised, Orban is delivering. After declaring a big victory, he reaffirmed his goals…..

“Prime Minister Viktor Orban told supporters of his Fidesz party that he would cooperate with everyone in Europe who wanted to halt immigration. ‘The election victory means that … Hungarians gave us the task of … stopping immigration all across Europe,’ Orban told cheering fans in Budapest. Hungarians wanted Fidesz to ‘protect Christian culture in Europe‘ he said.

Italy’s Matteo Salvini won a majority and declares “a new Europe is born“.

In the UK, the Brexit party humiliated the Conservative and Labour Parties in a sweeping victory.

In Germany: Angela Merkel’s Union “suffered heavy losses” but not enough unfortunately. “Technically”, the  Christian Democratic Union and the Christian Social Union  received the largest share of votes “but the environmental party experienced the biggest surge.” Merkel’s Union dropped by about seven percent compared to the last election in 2014 when they took a 35.3 percent share of the vote.” Given results, there is still hope that the public will wake up to Merkel’s disastrous leadership and their country’s islamization advancement in 2021 general elections.

“Le Pen Triumphs Over Macron in EU Election Exit Poll, Calls for Fresh National Elections”, by Chris Tomlinson, Breitbart, May 26, 2019:

Populist leader Marine Le Pen and her Rassemblement National (National Rally, or RN) have triumphed over sitting French president Emmanuel Macron in the European Parliament elections, according to exit polls.

Ms Le Pen declared victory following exit polls showing the RN winning around 24 per cent of the vote, compared to Macron’s La Republique En Marche! (LREM) who, according to projections, has come in second with 22.5 percent of the vote, French newspaper Le Figaro reports.

Declaring victory, the RN leader said, “The trust we have been given by the French in designating us as the first party in France but especially as that of the future alternation is an immense honour.”

She went on to call for Macron to dissolve the French parliament, saying “it is up to the President of the Republic to draw the consequences” and calling for fresh elections, stating that Macron put his own presidency on the line in the vote.

Who won in Germany?

The Greens. Okay, that’s not true. Technically, the centre-right Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and its Bavarian sister party the Christian Social Union (CSU) received the largest share of votes (28.7 percent) but the environmental party experienced the biggest surge.

The Union suffered heavy losses – their support dropped by about seven percent compared to the last election in 2014 when they took a 35.3 percent share of the vote. It was even worse for the centre-left SPD, who took 15.6 percent of the vote on Sunday, a drop of 12 percent compared to five years ago.

Crucially, the Green party, which won more than 20 percent of the vote in Germany, increasing by about 10 percent from 2014, took more than a million votes both from the SPD, led by Andrea Nahles, as well as from the CDU, which is led by Angela Merkel’s successor Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer….

“Big win for Orban’s party in Hungary EU vote”, France 24, May 27, 2019:

The Fidesz party of Hungary’s nationalist Prime Minister Viktor Orban scored a big win in European parliament elections, according to results published by Hungarian media on Sunday.

With 98 percent of the vote counted, Fidesz has won 52 percent according to the Magyar Nemzet newspaper, up from the 51 percent it won in 2014.

The left-wing Democratic Coalition (DK) is far behind in second place with 16.3 percent and the small liberal Momentum party is set to break into the European parliament for the first time with 9.7 percent.

The Socialists (MSZP) are on 6.6 percent, just ahead of the far-right Jobbik party which has suffered a dramatic drop from 15 percent in 2014 to just 6.5 percent.

The environmentalist LMP party is expected to lose its single MEP seat, out of 21 allocated to Hungary.

This election has also seen record turnout for a European election in Hungary, standing at 41.7 percent half an hour before polls closed….

Genuine diversity has won the day at the EU elections

As readers of this site will more or less agree, Postmodernism seems to be the weaponization of language as a tool of deconstruction of classical thought and all its fruits, often or near always using justifications from Marx or evolutions of Marxist thought like Fascism etc.

A couple of examples of this might be the terms, “multiculturalism” and “diversity”, both of which really mean one monoculture of socialism with no differentiation between any history, peoples, cultures, or religions but composed of people with varying skin tones.

Let me offer a test on that.

Ask anyone who celebrated diversity and multiculturalism the following questions:

  1. How much will you donate to build a bullfighting arena somewhere in the suburbs?
  2. Where shall we build the stoning and beheading stations for blasphemy?
  3. Where shall we set widows on fire on the husband’s funeral pyre as according to traditional Hindu customs? (Till it was force stopped by the British)
  4. Should Nigerian breast ironing be government subsidized? Will it be done by doctors in public hospitals?
  5. Do we protect albinos? Or the East African tradition of hunting and killing them for body parts with magical powers?
  6. Where shall we hold the Afghan dead-goat polo tourneys?
  7. Bacha Baz? brothels of kidnapped young boys?
  8. Can people who identify as Texan in culture carry a 6 gun?
  9. Can Canadians drink beer and smoke cigarettes in a bar during a hockey game? Even in Canada?
  10. Can we open a Korowai restaurant that serves human flesh so that their enemies can eat the people on the menu?
  11. Do we need to abolish the companionship of dogs as it is offensive to islam and illegal in Iran?
  12. In all the cultures of the world, now and ever, men are men and women are women with some elasticity in there. Can these cultures continue to believe that and research it?

Thats really just a short list but it helps make the point.

Diversity and multiculturalism are code words for one, socialist, society at the expense of all cultures.

And so diversity, as it really is, won in the European elections for the most part.

Poland gets to remain Poland and be self determining in its laws, which one should have realized now is nothing less than the codification of culture and values.

Same for Hungary, England, France, Italy and all the other nations who voted against suicide. This is genuine multiculturalism and diversity. Each nation self determining and the rest of us get to cherry pick what parts of it we like and don’t like to enhance our own, and for our own reasons.

So it is with relief that we can continue the reporting on a Europe that chose to remain diverse and multicultural instead of a Soviet like super-state where decisions are made for ideological reasons and far, far, far from the people who suffer the consequences of those decisions.

Hungary’s Fidesz wins 52% of vote; Orban vows to halt immigration

BUDAPEST (Reuters) – Hungary’s ruling right-wing Fidesz party won 52.14% of votes in the European parliamentary election on Sunday on a hardline anti-immigration platform, scoring a big victory over a divided opposition.

Prime Minister Viktor Orban told supporters of his Fidesz party that he would cooperate with everyone in Europe who wanted to halt immigration.

“The election victory means that … Hungarians gave us the task of … stopping immigration all across Europe,” Orban told cheering fans in Budapest.

Hungarians wanted Fidesz to “protect Christian culture in Europe” he said.

More will be added over the course of the day.

We can consider this election a victory in that we now have a platform from which to fight. It is not a victory yet as the hands of the left-Islamic coalition are still firmly holding the levers which make things happen, but we did loosen the grip on the political levers that make it easy for them. Two Profound Acts of Censorship by YouTube these past few days

Lets begin with Laura Southerns documentary, Borderless. We try not to post things unless we have watched it as a rule, so it hasn’t been posted up to now as 90 minutes or so is a luxury not affordable too often. But now its a news event itself. Youtube has been using its most deceptive measures to stop it from being seen.

First this article on Human Events:

YouTube has removed Lauren Southern’s conservative documentary Borderless from their platform. The film was deleted less than 24 hours after Southern made it available to the public on her personal YouTube channel.

Initially, Southern’s team encountered numerous problems in trying to publish the documentary on YouTube. As Southern explains:

“We uploaded the documentary a day before the release, with no issues,” Southern and the Borderless team told Human Events.

‘On release day the film wouldn’t play in the back end—so we uploaded another version. This version uploaded and processed, we could watch it and we set it to premiere. Suddenly the movie began to process again and stopped in time for the premiere.’”

The Second Act: Milo in Germany.

On May 11, Milo addressed Alternative für Deutschland and CDU MPs, journalists and alternative media bloggers in Berlin about press freedoms and Islam. The talk was originally scheduled to take place in the German Parliament, and had to be moved after complaints. YouTube cut the live feed ten minutes into the speech, citing “hateful content” and issuing a strike against the channel hosting it.

Democrats Are Setting Up A Challenge To The 2020 Census

Democrats across the nation are deeply worried about the 2020 Census. The states that are most apt to lose representation after the new Census are mostly Democrat-dominated. The states most likely gain representation after the Census are mostly Republican-controlled. That is almost entirely due to residents of California, New York and Illinois fleeing to Florida, Texas and other states.

We spelled out in Part I of our Census series how California is spending an enormous amount of taxpayer money to ensure that all of the state’s hard-to-count populations — particularly illegal immigrants — are counted in the Census.

That is one big problem for Democrats. But the most controversial part of the Census is the citizenship question, which could exacerbate the first problem.

U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross approved plans last year to add the question, “Is this person a citizen of the United States?” This has not been asked since 1950, but was asked in every Census before that.

“I’ve been watching the census since 1970, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a situation as problematic as this one,” said William O’Hare, a demographer and author who published a book this year studying past censuses. “It’s having a chilling effect on immigrant and Hispanic communities.”

Well, probably just the illegal ones. Of course, the division on this question mirrors the political division in the country on legal versus illegal immigration.

Nineteen Democrat Attorneys’ Generals challenged the inclusion of the question and the Supreme Court heard oral arguments last month after fast-tracking a review from a lower court ruling that would have prevented the question from being asked. Fast-tracking is unusual. The last time the high court granted such a petition for expedited review, which bypasses the appeals court, was in 2004. But the census questionnaire must be finalized by June 30 to start printing paper forms on time.

“Granting cert before judgment here shouldn’t be seen as any reflection of how the Court is likely to rule on the merits,” said Steve Vladeck, a law professor at University of Texas. “It’s just a sign that the Justices all understand the need to decide the matter, one way or the other, by June.”

If the Supreme Court upholds the administration’s ability to ask the question — and it is hard to see a legal reason why it wouldn’t, as it had been asked for more than 150 years and the Census is the purview of the administrative branch — there are other routes being set up to challenge the final count. (Possibly including another run at the question itself.)

Other possible routes of challenge relates to new technologies the Census Bureau is planning to use in the 2020 count and a lack of funds that forced the bureau to cancel planned tests. You can hear the setup in the verbiage Democratic Rep. Gerry Connolly of Virginia, who chairs the House Oversight and Reform Subcommittee on Government Operations, which includes the Census Bureau.

“I’m not confident they’re ready one year out. I’m very concerned. I’m concerned on where they are on their budget, I’m concerned on technology, I’m concerned on substance,” Connolly said. “They’re not meeting their own deadlines, and so what confidence does that give you that they’re going to be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in 2020 when they actually conduct the census?”

Not surprisingly, he blames Republicans.

“Some of this is Congress’s fault because the Republican majority was unwilling to provide the resources they were told they needed, and we’re going to pay a price for that,” Connolly said.

It would not be unusual for some states or cities to challenge their part of the Census. There were 239 challenges after the 2010 census, according to the Christian Science Monitor. But those challenges can only be based on proving technical errors.

The use of new technology seems like a ripe area for charging technical errors. Perhaps the citizenship question could be cast in that light as well as the lack of funding causing technical problems. California Gov. Gavin Newsom wants his state to check the official Census results against the state’s estimate, to see how much of a difference there is — which could be grounds for another challenge.

The question is whether the lawsuits would seek to throw the entire Census out. While that would be a first in American history, nothing today seems outside the realm of possibility.

In fact, it appears that is the precise groundwork being laid.

In Australia, Conservatives Won a Shock Victory. There’s a Lesson Here for Conservatives Worldwide.

When Australians went to the polls over the weekend, it was universally expected that the left-wing Labor Party would emerge the winner.

To the shock of the pollsters, however, the left lost.

In Australia, the Liberals are the conservative party, and so it was the conservatives who won a surprise victory. In a 151-seat House of Representatives, the Liberal Party, with its longtime coalition partner the Nationals, have so far won (or lead in) 78 seats, with Labor well behind at 67 seats, and six seats going to minor parties.

The Labor leader, Bill Shorten, has already resigned, saying, “It is obvious that Labor will not be able to form the next government.”

The current and now future prime minister of Australia, Scott Morrison, said simply, “I’ve always believed in miracles.”

Morrison ran a canny campaign that allowed his party to recover after it ousted Malcolm Turnbull, the former Liberal prime minister, last August.

A social conservative and devout Christian, Morrison’s appeal was folksy, with slogans like “a fair go for those who have a go.” In the U.S., we’d say “a fair deal if you try.” Different words, but the same sentiment.

Labor, by contrast, ran mostly on climate change. On Sunday, in fact, The New York Times led with the story “It was supposed to be Australia’s climate change election. What happened?”

What happened was very simple: The silent majority turned out to be more interested in prosperity and job creation than they were in promises to clamp down on coal mining.

That majority was very silent. Labor was ahead on every single election poll for the past month. It even led in the exit polling. The Australian people did not want to tell the pollsters that they had voted conservative, but they did actually want to vote conservative.

Apart from the stunning Liberal victory, the most surprising thing about the election was how well two smaller parties did. The big parties all lost votes. The Liberals lost 0.6% of their vote from the last election in 2013, while Labor lost 0.9%. The Greens were also down 0.2%.

The only parties that gained a significant number of votes? Two right-wing populist parties, the United Australia Party and the One Nation Party, which together picked up 5.1% of the vote.

The Australian conservative victory wasn’t the only significant election result in Asia over the weekend. India also finished its long election process, and there, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appears to have won a major victory, winning between 280 and 315 seats in Parliament. Modi needs only 272 seats for a majority.

When coupled with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s victory in April elections in Israel, the electoral results of the past few months have seen surprising victories for conservative parties.

Australia, India, and Israel are remarkably different places. Their definitions of “conservative” also differ. You can’t draw any big lessons from all of these victories—except that parties from the right end of national political spectrums are often more popular than the pollsters recognize.

But certainly, the lesson from Australia for the beleaguered Conservative Party in Britain is clear. Being behind in the polls is not a death sentence.

Conservatives need to avoid fashionable causes, and emphasize the basics—economic competence, fairness for those who try, law and order, national defense, and national sovereignty.

In Britain, support for the Conservative Party has collapsed over the past year, with one influential pollster commenting:

While one can never be certain about what has caused changes in voting intention, it is hard to avoid the obvious conclusion that they are shedding support to more unambiguously pro-Brexit parties like UKIP and the Brexit party. … Across the board, Conservative support seems to be falling away.

Here’s a tip for our British Conservative friends: Conservative parties that do conservative things win elections. Conservative parties that don’t do them, or don’t know what to do, don’t win elections.

British Prime Minister Theresa May has completely failed to do conservative things, and so, 63% of her own supporters say she has been a poor or a terrible prime minister.

May’s time, as that pollster put it, is therefore “essentially up.” Her successor had better learn the lesson from Australia—and learn it fast.

Muslim kills fellow Muslim at Mosque in Tampa, FL

Christine Douglass-Williams in a Jihad Watch column titled “Shooting at mosque parking lot in Florida leaves one dead” writes:

“The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting early Monday morning at the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay….Authorities say the public is not in danger. They believe the two men knew one other and were both attending prayer services at the mosque.”

Police “believe the two men knew one other and were both attending prayer services at the mosque,” and assured that the public is not in danger.

Beyond this particular incident however is another danger and a worrying trend regularly seen within Islam: violence against fellow Muslims. In an article “Muslim Killing Muslims by the Droves”,  about 12 million Muslims have been killed by their coreligionists since 1948. Violence is sanctioned in Islamic texts while condemned in Western democracies. The West should be a peaceful haven for everyone.

Although this case may  possibly have absolutely nothing to do with a religious squabble, it is concerning that the West continues to import the broader ills of the Islamic world. At the height of the refugee crisis in 2016,  a refugee center in Germany was burned down following a dispute among residents over Ramadan meals.

“Shooting in Islamic Society of Tampa Bay parking lot during Ramadan event leaves one man dead”, by Sean O’Reilly, ABC Action News, May 20, 2019:

TAMPA, Fla. — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting early Monday morning at the Islamic Society of Tampa Bay.

Deputies say just before midnight, two men got into an argument in the parking lot outside the mosque during a Ramadan event attended by several hundred people.

At some point during the argument, one of the men fired at the other.

An off-duty deputy, who had just finished working security detail at the event, heard the gun shots and rushed to the parking lot.

The Sheriff’s Office reports the deputy found one man holding a gun and another man who had been shot at least two times. The deputy detained the suspect shooter until additional units arrived on scene.

Paramedics rushed the victim to Tampa General Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

Authorities say the public is not in danger. They believe the two men knew one other and were both attending prayer services at the mosque.….

VIDEO: Cardinal Raymond Burke Resisting ‘Large-Scale Muslim Immigration’ is Patriotic

It’s a rare statement to hear in this era of politically correct conformity. And one in which Catholic, Protestant and Jewish organizations, at least in America, have been corrupted by cashing in on refugee resettlement for Muslim migrants.

ROME, May 17, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) ― Resisting “large-scale Muslim immigration” is “a responsible exercise of one’s patriotism,” Cardinal Raymond Burke said today.

The Cardinal made the remark at this afternoon’s Question and Answer session at the Rome Life Forum in Rome. The session immediately followed Burke’s address on filial piety and national patriotism.

Burke responded by saying that the Church’s teaching on immigration, which he had discussed in his speech, supported individuals who are “not able to find a way of living in their own country.”

“And this is not true of immigrants who are opportunists, in particular in the case of Islam, which by its definition believes itself to be destined to rule the world, coming in large numbers to countries,” he said.

“You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to see what’s happened, for instance, in Europe, in countries like France and Germany and also here in Italy. And it’s also happening in the United States.”

Burke cited a book called No Go Zones which, he said, “records places in the United States where, in fact, Muslim immigrants have set up their own legal order.”

“In other words, they resist the legitimate authority of the state,” he continued.

These comments may sound surprising, but Cardinal Burke has made similar remarks in the past, as Hugh Fitzgerald had noted in 2016 right here at Jihad Watch.

The other day, a senior Cardinal in Rome, Raymond Burke, gave an astonishing interview to the Religion News Service. He stated that “there is no question that Islam wishes to govern the world” and “criticised Christian leaders who “simply think that Islam is a religion like the Catholic faith.” That is not true, Cardinal Burke insists, for if Muslims become a majority in any country they “have the religious obligation to govern that country.” Burke says there are already “little Muslim states” within France and Belgium that are no-go areas for the police and are run, essentially, by local Muslims for the local Muslim population. Burke insists that the only way for Europe to withstand the relentless onslaught of Islam is “to return to its Christian roots.”

Global Deep State De-Class Has Begun

Go ahead and just look at what you see before you. Operate with honesty and integrity and refocus your moral compass. In short, with this great awakening within the human spirit, we will see significant turmoil and extraordinary dangers as evil is exposed and truth is revealed. The left wing lunatics and the heavily drugged, (this includes on-going drug laced customers that Big Pharma has created), and the severely brainwashed ignorant, I am afraid most of you will not come to see the light. Great Awakening

There are no accidents. There are no coincidences. What we do right here, right now, will determine how we live out the rest of our lives and beyond. The human race and the universe itself are becoming more and more conscious of itself. This is a good thing as we are a culture and civilization in serious decline, a planet in peril. I am not telling anyone how to think, for who am I, or anyone for that matter, to do such a thing? I am merely asking you to look, observe, do some due diligence, and question what you see before you and to think for yourself. Fair enough?

We must stop and take a look around us to re-asses ourselves, others, life, living, and the systems and structures that make this world go round. If you are tired of spinning around in the hamster wheel called your life, then it’s time to look at who is spinning that wheel and what you can do to stop this circular insanity. A raised understanding is needed as to the realization that a major paradigm shift is under way and that we have been living in a web of deceitful lies designed to entrap us and move us away from the spirit and more towards vanity and worldly possessions as we march blindly like useless idiots down the road to serfdom. The opposite of love is not hate, it is fear. So, choose love. As you obtain more and more truths, then take the correct steps in implementing change, the fear subsides.

Many of us have become a part of what I call the robotic hypnotic flock. Ignorant followers, so to speak. Now, being a follower is a good thing as most of us are not leaders, yet we rely on leadership. When being a follower, be a wise and discerning one and not an ignorant one. Be aware of who or what ideology you are following and ask yourself if this is pro-survival with the greatest benefit to the many without hurting the one. Then proceed. We now have the leadership, the brave and brilliant leadership of President Donald J. Trump. Don’t squander this miraculous opportunity because it may seem unpopular. We are indeed living in the age of an increasing number of smarter phones and an increasing number of dumbed-down people. Isaac Asimov once said, “The saddest aspect of life right now is that science gathers knowledge faster than society gathers wisdom.” By and large, his quote is so true today.

Optimist – Realist – Pessimist

Ultimately, I am a long-term optimist but a short-term realist. I believe that love conquers all and the light will shine, expose the evil, and overcome the darkness. However, I also feel we are living in a time where being a flippant, eternal optimist or the doom and gloom pessimist is not the most effective position to take. And there is not time for ignorance. Not now. WTF up! In fact, I believe that being a flippant optimist in the face of the harsh realities of the day can get you, and perhaps others around you, killed. In times like these there is nothing smart nor cool about being a short- term optimist; don’t buy it. Neither is denial or burying our heads in the sand. We might consider starting out by being a realist. Observe the obvious, trust but verify, practice critical thinking, question authority, question everything, and think for yourself. But observe the obvious. Surround yourself with people of like-mind who do indeed truly understand the times in which we live and expand those circles of relationships.

Being a realist can be challenging as one must first be able to recognize truth from something other than truth and this can be difficult as we are living in a bubble, a falsely created reality, a contrived and controlled world, strewn with lie after lie, concealed truths, half-truths and biased vested interest for selfish gain and to assert control over the free-will of others. I mean, after all, they take our space and make it small, they stamp out free-will, and keep us tied and bound. They direct our attention and control our minds for their evil deeds. Well, a new day has come and so this shall perish from the earth. You are not alone. We are never alone.

Conclusion

The challenges we all face are enormous but the scales are tipping. This is our time; we have a chance. The time for action is now. You are nothing more than an accomplice should you stand by idly as the culture and planet declines rapidly into a very, very unpleasant condition. This is now changing. The proverbial pendulum has indeed shifted with Team Trump. Get with the program. It is my hope that we begin to come to realize these misconceptions and begin the much needed course corrections, both personally and collectively. Peace and love shines bright in the light. Let’s brighten this light all around the world while there is still a chance to do so. Won’t you join us?

Corporations Behind Equality Act’s Passage in House

On Friday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation containing provisions that will seriously undermine 1st Amendment protections for people of faith.

The so-called Equality Act is essentially a sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) accommodation mandate at the federal level. Like the “bathroom bills” at the state and municipal levels in recent years, the measure would add sexual orientation and and gender identity to the list of classes protected by civil rights laws such as race, sex, age, and physical disability.

The Heritage Foundation has outlined seven ways the Equality Act would affect Americans:

  1. It would penalize Americans who don’t affirm new sexual norms or gender ideology.
  2. It would compel speech.
  3. It could shut down charities.
  4. It would allow more biological males to defeat girls in sports.
  5. It could be used to coerce medical professionals.
  6. It could lead to more parents losing custody of their children.
  7. It would enable sexual assault.

Small business owners, especially those who service the wedding industry, are already in the left’s crosshairs. Cake bakers and florists like Jack Phillips and Barronelle Stutzman have had their livelihoods threatened by government agencies for refusing to participate in same-sex weddings under similar SOGI accommodation laws in their states. The Equality Act’s implementation would open more business owners to lawsuits, including doctors and mental health professionals.

Fortunately, the Senate appears to have no desire to allow the Equality Act to move forward this Congress.

On the other hand, major corporations, at the behest of the liberal Human Rights Campaign (HRC), are openly endorsing the legislation’s anti-religious liberty provisions. The Business Coalition for the Equality Act is a coalition of companies that support this legislation’s attempt to promote the LGBT agenda while attacking small business owners and undermining the 1st Amendment.

Texas: Illegal Alien from Kenya Charged in Murder of at Least a Dozen Elderly Women

Nightmare! 

Imagine settling your mother into a senior living facility and learning that she was murdered for her jewelry by an African man who was living here illegally.

Some families are now suing the facilities!  But, first the news about what is happening in a case that could become one of the largest serial murder cases in Texas history.

By the way, at least the AP story mentions in its headline Billy Chemirmir’s immigration status while other news accounts call him a “Texas resident.”

From the Associated Press (there are actually 12 indictments),

Man in country illegally charged with 11 murders in Texas

DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.

Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94.

Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records.

A Collin County grand jury also returned five capital murder indictments against Chemirmir on Tuesday.

Chemirmir has been in custody since March 2018 in the death of the 81-year-old Dallas woman, Lu Thi Harris. Police in Plano were investigating Chemirmir in connection with suspicious death and suspicious person calls at a senior apartment complex in that Dallas suburb and found evidence linking him to Harris’ death in Dallas, authorities said. Plano is in Collin County.

Because one ninety-year-old survived, the case unraveled! At least a couple of the murders happened at The Tradition where allegedly Chemirmir posed as a maintenance man.

The break in the case came when Chemirmir forced his way into the Plano apartment of a 91-year-old woman that March, telling her to “go to bed. Don’t fight me,” according to an arrest affidavit filed in Collin County. The woman was smothered with a pillow into unconsciousness and robbed. However, paramedics revived her and she told investigators that her attacker had stolen a box containing her jewelry. Police identified Chemirmir from a license plate number and were able to find and tail him days later, when they watched him throw a jewelry box into a trash bin. They traced the box to Harris, according to the affidavit.

Police said then that investigators were reviewing about 750 unattended deaths of elderly women for possible links.

In addition to the murder charges, Chemirmir is being held on a charge of being in the country illegally.

Several news accounts say that there is no information available about how Chemirmir happened to be in the US in the first place. Did he overstay a visa? Come across our border illegally? Win the diversity visa lottery? What?

Trump Seeks to Unify GOP Around Immigration Goals

President Donald Trump hopes to unite Republicans behind new immigration goals that focus on border security and a merit-based system that keeps legal immigration at current levels.

The president is set to deliver a Rose Garden address on the plan at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Trump wants more people coming to the country to fill new jobs in the expanding economy, and is concerned that Democrat lawmakers routinely stick together, especially in the Senate.

Senior administration officials contend Trump’s plan will make legal immigration more fair and is in the national interest. They contend that it will bring in, and keep, the best and the brightest legal immigrants.

The number brought in because of family already here—so-called chain migration—is expected to decline under the plan.

Senior administration officials noted Wednesday that Democrats already have come to the table with their non-negotiables, while Republicans still have several points of disagreement.

The president aims to find points that almost all Republican lawmakers can agree on.

The officials estimated that the merit-based changes would shift the immigration population from 13% employment-based to almost 60% employment-based.

Three categories would focus on “extraordinary talent” visas and vocation visas, and on keeping “extraordinary students” from abroad after they graduate from U.S. colleges.

The visas would be issued on a point-based system, more in line with Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and other countries, officials said.

While moving immigration policy toward a meritocracy, the plan still would prioritize spouses and children to achieve family reunification. But, senior administration officials said, the plan would not give an immigrant an unfair advantage to enter the United States simply because he or she has a relative already here.

Because the immigration-neutral, merit-based plan is aimed at uniting the president’s party, it doesn’t include language about the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or about a guest worker program.

Republicans have been divided on both issues.

The White House hopes to push Democrat opponents of the plan either to negotiate or argue for the status quo.

The border security portion of the plan includes a border wall and closing loopholes to end the policy known as catch and release.

Trump is frustrated with the current system, which releases hundreds of thousands of illegal border crossers pending a hearing because of a shortage of federal immigration judges.

TAKE ACTION: Ask Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to Implement E-Verify Statewide

Over 4 million Floridians for Ron DeSantis for governor. Thousands voted for now Governor DeSantis based on his promise to implement E-Verify. During this session the Florida state legislature failed to bring E-Verify to the floor for a vote. It is time for Governor DeSantis to take action to implement E-Verify statewide.

Governor DeSantis said during his inaugural address:

We will stand for the rule of law. We won’t allow sanctuary cities. And we will stop incentivizing illegal immigration, which is unfair to our legal immigrants, promotes lawlessness and reduces wages for our blue-collar workers. [Emphasis added]

Having illegal aliens fill jobs that can, should and would be filled by legal Florida citizens is wrong. Implementing E-Verify will eliminate the incentive to come to Florida.

Please take immediate action to correct this most important problem for our Great President and the American citizens to Make America Great Again.
