Putin: The Man Who Wants to Rule the World

Our national security will be the key issue in the 2016 election and knowledge of Russia’s role in the world affairs is imperative. Vladimir Putin has recently hailed Donald J. Trump as a talented man and absolute leader; a statement that resulted in a divided reaction among social media. You will be surprised by mine. Historically, the world knows very little about Russian leaders. Today the vast majority of Americans know that the Russian President has two daughters, divorced his wife, and he is in power over decade. That’s probably it. Only a few who follow world politics can grasp the nature of Putin’s political affairs for the last twenty years and the crucial changes that occurred lately: an attempt to change his image from an aggressor to a peace maker.

I belong to a few who know more about Vladimir Putin. We both lived in the same city and we both were Soviet lawyers. We both studied Marxism-Leninism and Stalinism at the same Law School for four years. My major was Criminal Law, Putin’s International Law. He graduated from Law School twenty years later, when I had already been practicing law as a defense attorney. His mentor, a Chair of the International Law Faculty, was my close friend: a smart and very savvy man with broad political horizons.

Vladimir Putin is a creation of the Soviet Socialist System. That means: Putin is a byproduct of Stalin’s dreams of One World Government under the Kremlin auspices —Putin is connected to Stalin by the umbilical cord of ideology. To analyze Putin’s mentality and forecast his behavior, knowledge of the major rudiments of the Stalinist ideology is imperative. I’ll briefly present only two: Stalin’s love of the Muslim culture and his obsession with chess. The two will show how the umbilical cord and Stalin’s political correctness catapulted Putin to the top of the world.

I have already written three books and 50+ articles describing Stalinist ideology. Yet, I am not sure many Americans are aware of the two crucial features in Stalin’s bio that transforms our world in the 21st century. Analyzing the goals of Socialism and Islam, we will find the common agenda—domination of the world by all cost. The first Soviet leader who noticed and saw the benefits of that unity for Socialism was Joseph Stalin. Brought up within the Muslim culture and later getting the assignment to be an organizer of the Marxist groups in the Caucuses, Stalin had extensively traveled the area, including the Northern part of Iran. The idea to use Islam in the fight against the West was crystalized then in his earlier political career and Iran had become a crucial point in his agenda.

The Muslim culture was also the main factor in the creation of the violent system we called Soviet Socialism. That exact system was brought to radicalize the Middle East by the Soviets during 1950-1990s. A violent mixture of Soviet Socialism and Muslim Jihad was initiated and established by Stalin at the end of WWII that had brought the notorious Muslim Brotherhood from Fascist Germany to Moscow. It was the time when Stalin’s old idea of infiltrating Islam came true. Since then Islam has been infiltrated, politicized, radicalized, and equipped with the Soviet long-term strategy of war against Western civilization. The Muslim Brotherhood was established as an Islamic Politburo, the beginning spark in generating Extreme Muslim Jihad. The first molding of a Soviet style leader was Arafat, recruited by the KGB in 1957, followed by Ayman al-Zawahiri, Bin-Laden, Abu al-Zarqawi, Anwar al- Awlaki, and finally al- Baghdadi. The logical chain of the leaders in space and time leads you to other terrorist groups: Taliban, Hamas, Boko Haram, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS are just some of the many other names under Soviet supervision. The second factor not widely known was Stalin’s obsession with chess-play, yet it was a long-term fixation up to the end of his life. Thought Stalin was very anti-Semitic, and most good chess players in Russia were Jews, nothing prevented him from being an obsessive chess player. He established the secret program offering  sophisticated psychological methods of thinking within his cadres and intelligence apparatus: “Few people will know the role of chess played in Soviet strategic thinking and the various programs that the USSR establish to train its military and intelligence elites in the art of Zevsebia or chess-think. Chess-think was for the USSR what game theory was for the U.S. during the Cold War, but the Soviets went further than the Americans in making chess-think second nature to their cadres.

“According to Soviet documents declassified in 2004, the first Zevsebia program was initiated in 1932 when Stalin, an obsessive chess player, put the man who would later head the NKVD (KGB) Beria in charge of running the program.” This marks a tight connection of Russian intelligence and foreign policy. The program and its tactic were known only to those within intelligence community.

“The program was only offered however to a small number of top operatives that had the appropriate levels of mental and physical fitness to pass the rigorous training. In the KGB for example, only agents promoted to the prestigious X2, nicknamed the steel professors, were allowed to receive a Zevsebia training. The X2, as you might have expected, was Vladimir Putin’s old unit in the KGB. An even more interesting fact is that the six remaining Zevsebia graduates are all associated with Putin’s inner policy circles, as former Kremlin insider Yuri Nodov revealed in his critical but obscure 2008 book ‘The Circle’.”

The world is currently on fire, our planet is presently a powder keg, ready to blow up in any minute: nuclear and biological WMD or an electro-magnetic impulse. We are witnessing a mass murder on a global scale every day. Due to President Obama and our ill-informed social media that serves his Party, we are entering the point of no return. Pensacola, Florida: ‘The City Of Five Flags’ Censors One of Its Flags

The city of Pensacola chose this name to honor its historical significance but it is missing one very important flag. The Northern Virginia Battle Flag (Confederate flag). It is missing. MIA.

Perhaps the city of Pensacola has deemed the flag offensive because of liberal lies and false propaganda regarding its historical significance in Pensacola and across the southern United States.

The northern Federal aggression against the free states of the south that were trying to unshackle themselves from the Federal overreach into states rights initiated a movement to defend themselves much like you see today against Obama.

Americans are fighting hard today or their freedom from Federal intrusion into their lives.

Whether its the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) unconstitutionally controlling state lands in direct violation of Article 1, section 8, clause 17 of the US Constitution, or Obama- Romney care which violates your 4th, 5th, and 10th Amendment rights.

The list is endless. Why even Texas has even considered planning on seceding from the union.

So we had the civil war where the southern states tried to free themselves from the unconstitutional overreach of President Lincoln and his Federal forces, who then played the race card and invaded.

Many authorities on the Civil War asserted that the Southerners knew at the time that slavery was wrong, and would soon give it up. War was not necessary.

The civil war was not about slavery it was about unconstitutional over reach by the Federal government into states rights. The race card was used by Lincoln to justify his marshal law and all the assaults as he shredded the US Constitution much like Obama is today.

The southern states actively recruited black Americans to fight in the Confederate armies to defend the south from the attacking Federal (Union) armies.

It is true the Congress of the Confederate States of America did not authorize black-Americans to enlist into the Confederate army until General Order No. 14 was issued on March 23, 1865.

However, prior to March 1865, each state in the Confederacy was sovereign and independent; and Confederate Officers were enlisting blacks based on the Confederate legislation of their respective states.

The Confederate legislature of Tennessee passed a law allowing blacks to join the Confederate army between the ages of fifteen and fifty.

So the city of Pensacola and other government bodies across this nation are disrespecting the Northern Virginia Battle Flag and the military folks that died defending the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution based upon lies and propaganda spread by liberal – Communist race baiters.

We now have a government trying to censor a part of American history with even the removal of Confederate war monuments much like ISIS in Iraq is doing destroying historical artifacts in that country.

These are the same liberals, Communists, today who are trying to censor the Gadsden flag and the Nation of Islam led by Louis Farrakhan is even trying to ban the Stars and Stripes.

In the history of Pensacola Florida for many years, the flag flown over Pensacola to represent its past Confederate rule was the “Northern Virginia Battle Flag,” the design most commonly associated with the Confederacy.

So why now is this historical flag it missing from the line up as you enter the city of Pensacola?

I see the Spanish flag, called “The Naval ensign of Charles III”, Spain a nation that decimated and butchered the native people of South and Central America. President Andrew Jackson took care of the Spanish problem in Pensacola.

I see the British flag who tried to tax us and control us. We took care of the British when they tried to confiscate our guns. We soundly defeated them. This would be a good warning to others with the same design today.

I see the French flag which I believe should be totally white. Much more appropriate I think.

But in 2015 a lunatic left wing Marxist with a Rebel flag in his front yard shot up a black church in Charleston, SC. Very bad indeed but totally irrelevant to our past American history. The murderer as also wearing jeans in the picture. Perhaps we should ban those too. Racist jeans indeed.

So the Mayor of Pensacola Ashton Hayward the politically correct three time felon, who in his liberal left wing mind set is censoring American history and decided to confiscate the Confederate flag and replace it with the Florida state flag.

This decision was political cowardice and a total censorship of American history. It disrespects the black and white members of the Confederate army that so bravely died trying to defend the south from northern Federal aggression.

The Federal government funded and created an army called the Union army to crush freedom south of the Mason Dixon line. All carried out under Lincoln, a President who shredded the US Constitution under a race card called slavery.

President Lincoln was not a great hero; he was an enemy of the U.S. Constitution controlled by the emerging bankers.

Many blacks fought hard in the south to stop the Union armies from burning their homes and killing their kin folk and taking southern states land. Slavery was a bad thing and of course it was not constitutional and an abuse of human right’s. Of course some black folks switched sides and also fought on the side of the Federal Union army. Such are the demographics of war when folks are trained to think a particular way. .

But with that said the Northern Virginia Army Battle Flag designed by William Porcher Miles did not fly to protect and defend slavery.

It flew to defend and protect the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution and it flew as a symbol of bravery to try and stop the aggressive and destructive Federal Lincoln army intent on destroying freedom in the south.

The Northern Virginia Battle flag needs to be returned to its flag pole in the city Pensacola. The City of Five Flags. Currently the City of politically correct Marxist censorship.

Ex-Gitmo Prisoner Arrested on Terror Charges

The recidivism rate of detainees is as high as 30%. Yet Tuesday, Obama said, ‘Keeping this facility open is contrary to our values.’ He laid out closure plans.

A former inmate of the Guantanamo detention camp (Gitmo) has been arrested with four other individuals by Spanish and Moroccan police on terrorism charges.

Police said that the four – three Spaniards and one Moroccan — were “willing to commit terrorist acts on Spanish soil.” Authorities also said that they were already in the process of procuring weapons and substances to make bombs.

The four are also suspected of recruiting for the Islamic State — particularly minors.

Police said of the former Gitmo-detainee, who was not named, “The fact that this leader was trained in handling weapons, explosives and in military tactics makes this cell particularly dangerous.”

The recidivism rate of former Gitmo-detainees is high. Senator John McCain, chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee, put the number at 30%, although other’s claimed it was lower.

According to a September 2014 report by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, of the 620 detainees transferred out of Gitmo, 107 had been “confirmed of re-engaging” and 77 were “suspected of re-engaging” in terrorist or insurgent activities.

On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, U.S. President Barack Obama called for a closure of the facility. “This is about closing a chapter in our history. Keeping this facility open is contrary to our values. It undermines our standing in the world. It is viewed as a stain on our broader record of upholding the highest standards of rule of law,” the president said.

The following are notable detainees at Gitmo that have been recently freed:

  • Egyptian Tariq Mahmoud Ahmed al Sawah , one of al Qaeda’s most skilled explosives experts, was released in January 2016. Al Sawah was personally praised by Osama bin Laden, may have known of the original Sept. 11 plot and was the creator of the shoe-bomb with which a jihadi tried to down a commercial airplane in 2001.
  • Mohammad Al Rahman Al Shumrani, a 40-year old Saudi Arabian national, was released on January 11, 2016, even though he had vowed to kill “as many Americans as possible.” The previous August, he was listed as a “forever prisoner” – too dangerous to release.
  • Ibrahim Ahmed Mahmoud al Qosi was released from Gitmo and transferred to Sudan in July, 2012. In December, 2015, he appeared as a spokesman in a video for Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
  • The “Taliban Five,” all high-ranking members of the Afghan Taliban and considered “high risk” and dangerous by the U.S,  were released on June 1, 2014 in exchange for Bowe Bergdahl, a U.S. soldier who was later charged with desertion.

U.S. Doctors Propose Female Genital ‘Alteration’ vs. ‘Mutilation’ as a ‘Compromise’

‘I am beyond horrified by [these] so called “ethicists” …There is NO compromise against the immorality and barbarism of FGM.’ — Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser.

Writing in the British Journal of Medial Ethics, two U.S.-based doctors have proposed that as a “compromise solution,” it would be better to adopt a “more nuanced position” on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) — one “that acknowledges a wide spectrum of procedures that alter female genitalia.”

The doctors think that the worldwide drive in recent years to completely eradicate the brutal practice, without allowing “minor” modifications is “culturally insensitive and supremacist and discriminatory towards women.”

They argue that criminalizing FGM in Western countries has pushed the practice underground in the U.K. and the U.S. and given rise to “vacation cutting,” a phenomena where girls are taken to their native countries during summer vacations for the harmful and traumatic procedure.

Doctors Kavita Shah Arora, director of quality, obstetrics and gynecology at the MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland and Dr. Allan Jacobs, professor of reproductive medicine at Stony Brook University, believe that minor alterations of the female genitalia do not “reach the threshold of a human rights violation” and should not be considered child abuse.

Although the doctors say that a “wide spectrum” of procedures that alter the female genitalia would be acceptable, they fail to delineate exactly what these alterations would entail, save for two specifically mentioned: a small cut to the external genitalia or the removal of the hood that covers the clitoris.

The faultiness of their arguments is many-fold. But first, let us own up to the facts.

FGM is a brutal, barbarian practice in which involves partial or complete removal of the external female genitalia, or other injury to the female genital organs for non-medical reasons.

FGM ranges from the removal of the clitoral hood, the partial or total removal of the clitoris, the removal of part or all of the exterior female genitalia including the labia minora and labia majora to the stitching or narrowing of the vaginal opening, leaving a small opening for urine and menstrual blood.

The procedure, in its worst cases, can also involve burning the tissue, scraping of tissue surrounding the vaginal orifice, cutting inside of the vagina itself or introduction of corrosive substances into the vagina for the purpose of tightening.

Horrific and permanent side effects are associated with FGM.

Every year, it is estimated that 3 million girls undergo FGM, with over 200 million women in over 30 countries estimated to have endured the procedure.

The doctor’s claim that mutilating babies, girls and young women is “culturally insensitive” and “discriminatory towards women” is outrageous, when considering that the “minor” alterations proposed are both traumatic and life-changing.

A simple medical search of the purpose of the clitoral hood – which the doctors blithely propose removing – shows that this part of the body not only has tremendous immunological importance to a woman’s body but also greatly contributes to a woman’s sexual pleasure, without which, sexual relations may be painful.

As for a “simple” nick, “it’s a lie for anyone who thinks that a nick will reduce the harm,” says Mariama Diallo, a counselor and  African community specialist at Sanctuary for Families, a New York–based gender violence nonprofit organizations. “The effect on the survivor is the same. The psychological effect is exactly the same.”

The doctor’s argument that the West’s criminalization of FGM has pushed it underground in Western countries is not a defensible claim. Worldwide efforts to completely eradicate FGM – by educating communities in Africa and the Middle East (where the great prevalence occurs) have made tremendous strides.

Changing attitudes in these Third World countries has a tremendous influence on their natives who have immigrated to the West. The combination of changed attitudes and criminalization can be a powerful deterrent to an immigrant family’s decision not to have their daughter cut.

Voicing the criticism of anti-FGM campaigners who have said that this proposal would undermine the international push to completely eradicate the practice, Diallo asks, “How can we end FGM by a nick?”

Writing on his Facebook page, Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser says more bluntly, “Both as a bioethicist of 20 years and as a lifetime anti-Islamist Muslim dedicated to reform I am beyond horrified by the position of these so called “ethicists” based in the US (Cleveland and NYC). There is NO compromise against the immorality and barbarism of FGM. To give some utilitarian explanation or excuse gives the Islamist supremacists and theocrats a pass and sets the clock back hundreds of years upon the movement for women’s rights in Muslim communities.”

All along, Austria had appeared to side with the “welcoming” Angela Merkel of Germany, but it looks like that relationship has frayed with Austria and Hungary warning of the death of the EU. (LOL! Worrying about the EU? I’m thinking they better worry about the death of each of their countries and clearly Orban is!)

Austria warned yesterday that reducing the record influx of migrants was a ‘question of survival’ for the European Union.
Vienna has come under fire from Germany and Greece for imposing daily limits on the number of migrants that can apply for asylum or pass through to other countries.

It hosted a summit yesterday with ministers from nine countries along the west Balkans route used by migrants travelling from Greece towards northern Europe.

‘We have to reduce the influx now. This is a question of survival for the EU,’ Austrian interior minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner said after the talks. Austria believes measures are necessary because the EU has failed to get off the ground any effective common response to the continent’s biggest refugee crisis since 1945.

Hungary’s prime minister yesterday called a referendum on whether his country would accept an EU plan to share out refugees that he warned would ‘redraw Europe’s ethnic, cultural and religious identity’.

Mr Orban said yesterday: ‘We cannot make above the heads of people, against the wishes of European people, decisions that seriously change their lives, and the lives of future generations. The quota could redraw Europe’s ethnic, cultural and religious identity. Neither Brussels nor any other European body is authorised to do that.’

EASY MEAT: The Muslims are ‘raping our daughters’

Peter McLoughlin has written a book titled “Easy Meat: Inside Britain’s Grooming Gang Scandal.” The book provides a detailed account of how the British media, law enforcement and government looked the other way while an estimated 1 million underage white girls were groomed, by gangs of Muslim men, for the pedophile sex trade over a period of 25 years.

This all happened because of the “sinister power of political correctness” because the victims “were mostly white schoolgirls” while their abusers were “almost entirely Muslims with darker skins. This meant the grooming gangs “could operate with impunity.

This human tragedy and the subsequent cover-up was “more thru omission than through commission.”

Gavin Boby, from the Law and Freedom Foundation, in the forward to the book  notes that, “Despite [Muslims] being only 5% of the [English] population. They work out that Muslims look to be 170 times likelier to do this [groom under-aged children for the sex trade] than non-Muslims… There’s not one case where the [under-aged] girl was a Muslim and the men [pedophile sex traffickers] non-Muslim.”

Boby states, “They’re raping our kids. We’re not raping their kids.”

In the introduction McLoughlin writes:

The sexual abuse of children takes different social forms: from sporadic child abductions, to organized child pornography rings, to abuse by parents or care-home staff. All of it is awful, and none of it should be ignored.

The phenomenon of gangs of [Muslim] men who loiter around schoolgirls, luring them into a life of addiction and prostitution is a distinct category of child sex abuse, but a category that the authorities in Britain have deliberately ignored for 25 years. They ignored it, despite it being clearly put on the national agenda as long ago as 2003, and being known as a local phenomenon in heavily islamized towns as long ago as the late 1980s.

If these groups of men had been white non-Muslims, then action would have been taken decades ago to eradicate the problem as soon as it was identified.

[F]or decades, gangs of [Muslim] men could hang around school gates with impunity. What principally protected these men was the colour of their skin.

With the migration of millions of Muslims to Europe we are seeing this phenomenon now called sexual jihad. The rape and abduction of under-aged girls and boys has become an epidemic.

This book is timely in that it shows that when a duly elected government ignores the rape of its children then citizens take up the fight to protect the most vulnerable.

What lead to this void in enforcing the law against pedophilia?

The government and law enforcement ignoring:

  1. Gangs of Muslim men hanging around school gates in cars.
  2. Schoolgirls contacting police and social services and telling them that they had been abused.
  3. Parents contacting police and social services with their fears and accumulated evidence.
  4. Extended families of Muslim men being associated with the child abuse.
  5. Schoolgirls being abducted or going missing for days on end.
  6. Stories of men luring girls with gifts, then turning them into addicts.
  7. Families having to abandon their daughters to stop the daughter luring other relatives into the clutches of the gangs.
  8. Connections between the grooming gangs and drug dealers.

If you don’t believe this is happening in the United States, think again.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation:

Human sex trafficking is the most common form of modern-day slavery. Estimates place the number of its domestic and international victims in the millions, mostly females and children enslaved in the commercial sex industry for little or no money. The terms human trafficking and sex slavery usually conjure up images of young girls beaten and abused in faraway places, like Eastern Europe, Asia, or Africa. Actually, human sex trafficking and sex slavery happen locally in cities and towns, both large and small, throughout the United States, right in citizens’ backyards.

Appreciating the magnitude of the problem requires first understanding what the issue is and what it is not. Additionally, people must be able to identify the victim in common trafficking situations.

Not only is human sex trafficking slavery but it is big business. It is the fastest-growing business of organized crime and the third-largest criminal enterprise in the world. The majority of sex trafficking is international, with victims taken from such places as South and Southeast Asia, the former Soviet Union, Central and South America, and other less developed areas and moved to more developed ones, including Asia, the Middle East, Western Europe, and North America.

If Obama Doesn’t Like Trump’s Exclusion of All Muslims, Will He Exclude ISIS Advocates?

The smart and beautiful in both parties have been prostrate with the vapors ever since Donald Trump called for a temporary timeout on admitting all Muslims into the United States until “we can figure out what the hell is going on.” Such a blanket exclusion, his critics claim, not only would be illegal (questionable), but would alienate “moderate” Muslims whose cooperation is essential to combating jihad terrorism (arguable).

After all, everyone agrees that not every Muslim is a jihadist.

Conversely, though, all jihadists are by definition Muslims.

So how do we sort them out? That is, if we don’t exclude all members of the larger set (Muslims), how do we define and identify the subset (active or potential jihadists)? On that score, Trump is correct on one essential point: we don’t know what the hell is going on.

Here’s an illustration. Most Americans probably assume that when we screen people for admission into the United States, we not only look for terrorist connections but also weed out people promoting the radical ideology and goals that motivate the terrorists. This should at least include advocacy of creating a worldwide Caliphate state and imposition of Sharia law in place of the U.S. Constitution. One should also expect exclusion of members of the Muslim Brotherhood, the international pro-Caliphate political party Hizb ut-Tahrir, and similar organizations.

That assumption is dead wrong. Members of such groups and partisans of jihad ideology are not barred from entering our country unless there is a link to “terrorism” narrowly defined to include only detectable violent activity (“premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents,” 22 U.S.C. 2656f(d)). This is because a 1990 statutory revision virtually abolished so-called “ideological” grounds for exclusion as had previously been used against Nazis, communists, and anarchists.

Today, no one can be barred for adhering to the political and moral principles that justify jihadism or for advocating doctrines contrary to the U.S. Constitution and American values, such as Sharia’s blatant discrimination on the basis of religion and sex. Indeed, one can come into the U.S. even while pushing for the legal adoption of such barbarities as stoning adultresses, beheading apostates from Islam, slavery and sex slavery, or pedophilic “child marriage” – or maintaining the legitimacy of such horrors as “honor” killing or female genital mutilation, which are not strictly Islamic but endemic to some Muslim-majority countries – so long as there’s no indication the applicant actually intends or has been linked to “premeditated, politically motivated violence.” (Interestingly, an 1891 inadmissibility of “any immigrant who is coming to the United States to practice polygamy” (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(10)(A)) – directed at the time against Mormons, not Muslims – remains on the books, though it’s unclear how strictly it’s enforced.)

Indeed, not only are Sharia and Caliphate advocates not barred from entry, under applicable standards such advocacy might actually help qualify them for admission as refugees, or for claiming asylum if already present in the United States. That’s because in many countries the Muslim Brotherhood, Hizb-ut-Tahrir, and similar groups are illegal and subject to government repression. In such countries, repression may under U.S. law constitute “persecution” for purposes of establishing asylum or refugee status. In effect, we’re issuing an invitation: Is your nasty government giving you a hard time because you’re calling for Sharia and the Caliphate? You poor dear! Come take refuge in the U.S. so you can freely call for the same here – if you promise scout’s honor to keep it non-violent.

(Contrast that with the virtual exclusion of Syrian Christians under the same criteria. Christians make up about 10 percent of Syria’s population, but they make up less than three percent of Syrians admitted so far as refugees or asylees. Why? Because under US law, only government persecution counts. Being raped, tortured, enslaved, and beheaded by non-governmental jihad groups such as ISIS doesn’t. Since the Syrian government protects Christians, few of them qualify for admission, but a Muslim Brotherhood member calling for a Sharia-ruled Caliphate might be quite qualified).

Preferably, Congress should fix this egregious omission by legislating appropriate exclusions. However, President Obama – who reminded us he has a pen and phone – certainly could do it himself, at least temporarily until Congress acts, under statutory authority that allows him to bar any class of aliens he deems a danger to the U.S.: “Whenever the President finds that the entry ofany aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.” (18 USC 1182(f), emphasis added)

I’m not holding my breath. But the slim expectation that Mr. Obama might do the right thing isn’t a reason not to try to force the issue. Conveniently, Mr. Obama has provided a mechanism to do so – on his own White House website. (A recent petition asking to list Turkey as a terrorist state reached almost 40,000 signatures, despite an almost total lack of media attention until the final two days.)

So on February 22, I posted a petition on the White House site, as follows:

We want the Obama Administration to:

Exclude from the US advocates of Sharia, Caliphate, sex slavery, killing apostates/adulteresses, “honor killing,” or FGM

Exclude or deport from the US and bar from naturalization any person who, regardless of religious belief, advocates or condones the following principles that are contrary to the American Constitution and values: Sharia law, a Caliphate state, violent jihad, child marriage, slavery or sex slavery, “honor” killing, stoning adulteresses, killing apostates, female genital mutilation, or devaluation of inheritance or of legal testimony based on gender or religion; or who is or has been a member of any organization, or a participant in any of its activities, that advocates or condones any of the above. Such exclusion should not depend on any connection to terrorism or other violent actions, and should apply to visitors, immigrants, and refugees/asylees.

With the White House site only allowing 800 characters, this text is just an outline building upon programs for excluding Islamic radicals on ideological grounds proposed by Srdja Trifkovic, Daniel Pipes, and James Edwards, among others. If any such standard is adopted, it would have to be fleshed out and codified. Regulations would have to be issued to set out the methodology, including a well-crafted battery of questions to identify the targeted individuals and groups. It would not be perfect, any more than other law enforcement measures are perfect. But it would constitute a start towards figuring out “what the hell is going on.”

Under White House rules, there are only 30 days from the time of posting to reach 100,000 signatures to trigger an official response, which anyway would amount to just some fibs drafted by the State, Justice, and Homeland Security departments. More important than any expected response, the petition allows an official government site to be used as a bulletin board for excoriating the Obama Administration’s (and let’s be honest, most Republicans’) malfeasance in “Keeping America Safe”©.

Below is a map posted at the website for the International Organization on Migration (IOM) that tells us (that less than 8 weeks into 2016) over 100,000 migrants have reached Europe (and this is still winter!).

We don’t talk about it often, but you should know that the IOM is also a U.S. federal contractor and prepares refugees for their trip to America among other things.

Notice that the vast majority of illegal migrants are coming through Turkey to Greece, so does that mean Turkey is behind the invasion of Europe?  I think you can say that!

Let’s See the University of Cincinnati’s Hydraulic Fracturing Research

Recently, I wrote about hydraulic fracturing opponents being put in the uncomfortable position of funding a University of Cincinnati research project that found fracturing didn’t contaminate groundwater in Ohio’s Utica Shale.

New information has surfaced on how its research was funded. Based on this, the university is obligated to do more to publicize the study’s findings.

For those getting up to speed on the story, Energy In Depth posted a short clip [full video] from the University of Cincinnati’s Dr. Amy Townsend-Small’s presentation to local Ohio hydraulic fracturing opponents along with some key findings about hydraulic fracturing’s safety:

  • “All the samples fell within the clean water range and they did not find any changes over time either in any of our homes during the time series of fracking.”
  • “We never saw a significant increase in methane concentration after fracking well was drilled.”
  • Samples that were collected that were high in methane “clearly did not have a natural gas source.”
  • “Some of our highest observed methane concentrations were not near a fracking well at all.”
  • “There was no significant change in methane concentration over time, even as more and more natural gas wells were drilled in the area.”

Unfortunately Townsend-Small said her team’s research won’t be publicized further because the study’s funders stopped supporting them because of they didn’t like the findings.

“I’m really sad to say this but some of our funders, the groups that had given us funding in the past, were a little disappointed in our results,” Townsend-Small told the audience. “They feel that fracking is scary and so they were hoping our data could point to a reason to ban it.”

No press releases, no research papers, and no data released for the public or other researchers to dig deeper.

That’s not just disappointing; it looks to be in violation of the grant the University of Cincinnati used to fund its research.

The premise of the research project was to see what effects hydraulic fracturing has on drinking water by testing wells before, during, and after fracturing took place.

Here’s how the Ohio Environmental Council (no fans of hydraulic fracturing) described the project that earned one of its Environmental Achievement Awards in 2014:

This innovative research study is examining the potential effects of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, on groundwater in Ohio’s Utica shale. Led by UC geologist Amy Townsend Small, this first-of-a-kind project is testing for the presence of methane (the primary component of natural gas) and its origins in groundwater and drinking water wells before, during, and after the onset of fracking.

Water samples were tested using a stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer to determine the source of methane found in the water. As Inside Climate News explained in a 2014 story:

Each sample is tested for methane, the main component of natural gas. Townsend-Small’s lab uses isotopic analysis to “fingerprint” the methane to determine if it’s “biogenic methane” (produced by microbes, and unrelated to natural gas drilling) or “fossil fuel methane” (methane found in oil, gas and coal deposits).

The University of Cincinnati purchased the mass spectrometer to do the testing in 2012 with a$400,000 grant from the National Science Foundation—i.e. taxpayers’ dollars. Townsend-Small’s team was one group of UoC researchers using the device.

The NSF grant’s mandate states unequivocally that findings gleaned from using the instrument be made publically available:

Results from research projects using this instrumentation will be disseminated through student and faculty presentations at national and international scientific meetings, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and online data repositories.

The University of Cincinnati should hold up its end and add to the public’s knowledge of hydraulic fracturing’s safety. With so much misinformation being pushed by hydraulic fracturing opponents, a short presentation in front of a few people in southeast of Canton, Ohio doesn’t cut it.

Obama and liberal bishops need to keep their hands off Africa

Africa could be termed the last battleground of the Church. It is the only significant place the Church is seeing any growth. Close to 200 million Catholics inhabit the so-called Dark Continent, a term given in derision by colonial powers. The term was a reference to a claim that Africans were backward savages in great need of westernizing.

It’s why the insult hurled at the African bishops by German Cardinal Walter Kasper at the 2014 Synod in Rome touched such a nerve. He said, “The Africans — they should not tell us too much what we have to do.” As you might imagine, that comment didn’t go over too well — which is why Kasper lied about having said it at first, until an audio recording of him saying it was produced by crack journalist Ed Pentin.

Africa is a target, politically, culturally, and most important, spiritually. Africa is still viewed by many Western elites as a “colonial” seedbed. Because of its poorer economic status, various elites see an opportunity to advance their agendas of evil: contraception, sterilization, abortion, population control, homosexuality, climate change and so forth. This is being done largely through the United Nations, financed by Western governments, especially the United States.

The trick is to establish relations with individual African nations, give them some aid, let them enjoy the increased prosperity —even if it is being enjoyed only by leaders — and then promise a lot more aid in exchange for signing onto the agenda. This is part and parcel of U.S. foreign policy these days. It all started with the Mexico City Policy established by Ronald Reagan that refused U.S. government funding to any NGO involved in abortion.

When Clinton was elected in ’92, he rescinded the policy and helped fund overseas groups that work for abortion. This was the first major effort to influence foreign policy according to moral/political calculus with an eye to controlling agencies and governments. Hillary Clinton has testified publicly as Secretary of State that when she speaks of human rights, she includes that to mean abortion and contraception, including government financing.

Oddly enough, for a man with such deep ties to Africa, Obama has worked tirelessly to undermine the family in African nations by tying hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars for economic aid to their acceptance of his immoral agenda. When you drill down to the on-the-ground effect, this translates directly to attacking the Church.

U.S. money is used to essentially try and buy off leaders of various African nations. They begin promoting the Obama agenda, and then the Church runs into conflict with those leaders.

The other method that the U.S. government uses to get into African nations is the huge sum of money — hundreds of millions each year — that it awards Catholic Relief Services (CRS). CRS does work to alleviate poverty, but it also allies itself with other groups pushing the population control agenda through sterilization and contraception.

Those U.S. government dollars, like all government dollars, come with strings attached. Washington, D.C., under Obama, has been relentless in pushing its agenda, and it uses a compliant CRS as another means to introduce its agenda into African nations. Bishop Borwah told us he was greatly concerned that CRS does nothing for the soul when they are doing their so-called poverty fighting.

Between the indirect approach of using CRS to gain a foothold and establish trust with the people, and courting government leaders with promises of money in exchange for acceptance of immoral policies, Africa appears to be target number one for Western leaders. The ramifications of this for the universal Church are extremely troubling. The materialism that the diabolical used to corrupt the West looks to be the same weapon by which he will introduce evil into African nations. Catholic leaders who keep supporting Obama, his policies, his party, his power structure and playing along with it in the name of social justice and fighting poverty are setting the table for the destruction of the Faith down the road in Africa.

And consider this: The Catholic population in Africa has more than tripled since 1980, and if current trends hold, in the next generation, just 20 years from now, 24 percent of Africans will be Catholic. This would result in a Catholic population of nearly half a billion in Africa — just over 20 years.

The future belongs to Africa, which begs the question: Haven’t Catholic leaders done enough damage by ruining the faith of hundreds of millions in the West? Can’t they leave their hands off Africa?

Borwah was our guest on this past Friday’s “Download” and this past weekend’s “Mic’d Up.” He is one of those extremely good bishops who loves the Faith, his people and the truth — well worth paying attention to. He was even in the contingent of African bishops who kept the Faith from being mowed down by liberal Western bishops at the Synod this past October — something he gets into in those programs. Our Awesome, Creative, Fashionable Knockoff Culture by Jeffrey Tucker

The modern fashion industry is one of the most creative, dynamic, fast-moving, profitable, and downright interesting sectors in the economy. But right now, there are worries in the air. It seems like the old-fashioned fashioned runway show — groovy music, cameras flashing, debuts of new stuff you can buy months later — is no longer working for the industry.

“Everyone drank the Kool-Aid for too long, but it’s just not working anymore,” Diane von Furstenberg of the Council of Fashion Designers of America told theNew York Times. “We are in a moment of complete confusion between what was and what will be. Everyone has to learn new rules.”

The problem, as industry sees it, comes down to two factors.

The first problem: smartphones. As soon as the models hit runways, the images are spread everywhere and instantly. They are Tweeted, Instagramed, Youtubed, Facebooked, and instantly saturate the culture. This makes life easier for “pirates” (in quotes because you can’t actually “steal” a design).

They can go into production very quickly and have knockoffs on the shelves in weeks. The price premium that has made high fashion highly profitable is no longer working as it once did.

IWWIWWIWI

Also contributing is the influence of what is called “IWWIWWIWI”: I Want What I Want When I Want It. Rapid information flows have heightened the intensity of demand. With complete public awareness of new fashions happening within hours of their being made public, people are already ready for something new by the time the clothing is available for purchase. IWWIWWIWI is dramatically shortening the time structure of production.

Even the traditional four seasons of clothing, with a traditional lag between display and availability, is changing. Designers are being pressured to make new designs available the day of the show. Releasing Spring fashions in January and Fall fashions in May isn’t doing it anymore. The seasons that have shaped the industry for many decades are becoming one, ever-evolving season. “Panseasonal,” they call it.

Sharing the Runway

What has this meant for the runway show? They’ve had to change to become massive public events, featuring concerts, album releases, fireworks, courting of editors and writers, and elaborate media shows. The big show this year was in Madison Square Garden with 18,000 attendees and ticket sales running as high at $6,000 on the secondary market, featuring the release of Kanye West’s new album.

Here’s the rub: fashion itself plays a diminished role relative to pop music and the glitzy stardom associated with it. In fact, the fashion industry is seeking to gain attention by hitching its act to the popularity of other sectors. That’s apparently wounded some egos.

As always, however, the fashion industry will change and adapt. This is an industry trained over generations to compete, persuade, and sell. Cronyism doesn’t work in fashion like it does for banking, education, or even software. There are no bailouts, no subsidies to speak of, and no government favors that insiders can count on to protect them against upstarts. And these upstarts can come from anywhere.

Markets without IP

This is the industry’s second gripe: its lack of government protection.

Here’s the crucial and counterintuitive fact: intellectual property legislation, as it applies to literary works and software, has never applied to fashion. If you see something, you can copy it. It’s legal and expected. This is why even big box stores like Walmart and Target carry cheap knockoffs of the very thing you saw on New York runways just a few months ago. And it’s why the distance between what average people can look like and what the rich look like is growing shorter by the day.

The absence of strict rules has created this hyper-competitive environment and made less discernible the class identity distinctions associated with clothing.

There are a few intellectual property rules. You can copyright original prints and patterns and novel designs. That rule, however, hardly ever applies, and even then, it is almost impossible to enforce. It requires litigation and time, and the courts have not consistently sided in favor of the designer, so it is an iffy proposition. True, Christian Louboutin won his lawsuit to protect the red sole of his shoes. But this is rare. And the big money isn’t always on the side of the copyrighters — companies like Forever 21 specialize in knockoffs and hardly ever lose a case.

A Culture of Fakes

There is also the issue of trademark, which applies to brands. Only Calvin Klein can really make a Calvin Klein. Only Nike can be Nike✓. But trademark has done next to nothing to stop the flood of knockoffs, as anyone who has shopped the streets of any large city can tell you. In a typical shopping district in Istanbul or Rome, or just about any other major city in the world, fakes and the real thing are sold practically next door to each other, and all sellers make money doing so. The fakes are sometimes so sophisticated that it takes an industry expert to tell the difference.

Efforts by law enforcement have done nothing to shut down the industry of fakes. And this is despite efforts by ICE, CBP, FDA, FBI, the Patent and Trademark Office, the Postal Service, and other alphabet soup agencies. In the end, most everyone has come to terms with the reality: the industry is being created by a culture of fakes.

You might say that this is a market in fraud, but that’s not quite accurate. Consumers know exactly what they are buying. They are not being fooled. They want to spend far less for something that looks very expensive. The people meant to be fooled are third parties who see them wearing it. And those with the financial means — and high risk aversion to having their friends find out that they are not carrying a real Gucci — pay for it. Everyone makes money, and no one is physically harmed.

Finally, there are patents that apply to actual new innovations, such as the Vibram 5-finger shoe. It was the coolest thing to happen to footwear in ages. So of course everyone wanted to make their own. Even with the patent, and deep pockets to enforce the patent, it didn’t work. Within months after this implausible shoe caught on, other companies made 4-finger and 3-finger models, and everyone had the new running style ramp up. Vibram sued, but they eventually settled, after finding that it was fighting a losing battle.

A Market that Works

Apart from these two protections, fashion is a free market, and this accounts for why the industry is so crazy competitive, innovative, and profitable — even if those profits aren’t as concentrated as they once were.

Of course, the industry’s biggest players don’t approve. For years, they’ve been pushing Congress for legislation that would apply copyright to fashion. So far, Congress hasn’t gone along. But it is hardly surprising that industry would want to ratchet down the competitive mania a few notches. Having legislation on their side would promote a longer period of profitability for unique items. It would permit the largest players to enjoy great safety, and perhaps not have to sweat so much about staying ahead of the curve.

It’s good that Congress has never gone along. The free market in fashion has been beneficial for everyone, in the long run. Contrary to our standard assumptions about intellectual property, its virtual absence in fashion hasn’t reduced innovation at all. In fact, the entire industry provides a paradigmatic look at how a creative industry can function without government regulation and monopolization.

Since the advent of the capitalist revolution in the late middle ages, the market has provided humankind with an endless variety of garments at ever low prices, reducing class barriers and delighting the working multitudes at the same time. This continues to this day, despite ever falling prices for just about everything. In a global market without substantial state regulation, one might not expect a beautiful creative order to emerge. But that is exactly what has happened.

This market is too marvelous, productive, and delightful to be brought down by the advent of smartphones and social media. Fashion will survive and thrive as never before.

And the characteristically witless Daily Mail portrays him as having magic powers to “brainwash” people. They don’t explain exactly how he does this, because if they did in any honest manner, it would lead them right back to the Qur’an and Sunnah.

An alleged Islamic hate preacher reported to have been the terror mastermind who recruited the Austrian jihad ‘poster girls’ and more than 160 others was travelling Europe ‘like a popstar on tour’, a court heard.

Mirsad Omerovic, 34, known by the Islamic name of ‘Ebu Tejma’, was arrested in November last year at the council flat he shared with his pregnant wife and five children.

Authorities believe Omerovic, originally from Bosnia now on trial in Austria’s southern city of Graz, recruited Samra Kesinovic, 17 and Sabina Selimovic, 16, who became the public face of jihad.

He was also involved in a further 166 defections of European youngsters to fight in holy war.
Tejma’s ‘main message was that Islam needed to be spread to the world through jihad,’ a prosecutor said. He added that Ebu Tejma was travelling through Europe ‘like a popstar on tour’.

Omerovic [sic] flat was stuffed with jewellery, cash and savings books worth a fortune when it was stormed by Austria’s elite heavily-armed police special forces team WEGA. He had also been spotted driving top-of-the-range sport cars.

Opening his trial in Austria, the prosecutor told the court that Omerovic’s ‘main message was that Islam needed to be spread to the world through jihad.’

He added that Ebu Tejma was travelling through Europe ‘like a popstar on tour’.

And he added that the popstar analogy was particularly appropriate because Omerovic even had his own YouTube channel aimed at young Muslims aged between 14 and their late twenties.

He added it offered ‘to carry out brainwashing on those that viewed it’.

The two Austrian teens became the terror organisation’s latest PR coup when they turned out to be poster girls for the death cult, and featured on ISIS websites carrying AK-47s and surrounded by groups of armed men.

Neither however has been seen for almost a year, with a Tunisian ISIS returnee telling investigators that Samra had been forced to become a sex slave who was offered as a present to new fighters, and that she was later stoned to death when she tried to escape.

With regards to Sabina, a United Nations official revealed a girl ‘of Bosnian origin from Austria’ – believed to be Sabina – had died fighting in Syria.

Both had allegedly become radicalised by Omerovic. When they had left their homes, they left a note for their families which read: ‘Don’t look for us. We will serve Allah and we will die for him.’…

Ted Cruz’s VAT Is a Dangerous Gamble by Daniel J. Mitchell

This is a very strange political season. Some of the Senators running for the Republican presidential nomination are among the most principled advocates of smaller government in Washington.

Yet all of them have proposed tax plans that, while theoretically far better than the current system, have features that I find troublesome. Marco Rubio, for instance, leaves the top tax rate at 35 percent, seven-percentage points higher than when Ronald Reagan left town.

Meanwhile, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul (now out of the race) put forth plans that would subject America to value-added tax.

This has caused a kerfuffle in Washington, particularly among folks who normally are allies. To find common ground, the Heritage Foundation set up a panel to discuss this VAT controversy.

Allow me to elaborate on a couple of the points from my speech.

First, a good tax system is impossible in a nation with a big welfare state. If the public sector consumes 50 percent of economic output, that necessarily means very high marginal tax rates.

Second, all pro-growth tax reform plans tax income only one time, either when earned or when spent, which means those plans all are consumption-based taxes in the jargon of public finance economists. Which is also just another way of saying that these tax plans get rid of double taxation.

On this basis, a VAT is fine in theory. Moreover, it could even be good in reality (or, to be technical, far less destructive than the current system in reality) if all income taxes were totally abolished.

Third, since Cruz’s plan leave other taxes in place, I’m worried that future politicians would do exactly what happened in Europe — use the new revenue source to finance an expansion of the welfare state.

Proponents of the Cruz VAT correctly point out that the plan simultaneously will abolish both the corporate income and the payroll tax, which sort of addresses my concern.

But keep in mind this is only an acceptable swap if you think

  1. the plan will survive intact as it move through the legislative process;
  2. the VAT won’t raise more money than the taxes that are abolished.

I’m not sure either assumption is valid.

Last but not least, proponents of the Cruz VAT plan keep denying that the plan includes a VAT. If you recall from my remarks, I think this is silly. It is a VAT.

To bolster my argument, here’s what Alan Viard wrote for the American Enterprise Institute.

Cruz’s proposed VAT would have a 16 percent tax-inclusive rate, and Paul’s proposed VAT would have a 14.5 percent tax-inclusive rate. Both VATs would be administered through the subtraction method rather than the credit invoice method used by most countries with VATs.

The use of the subtraction method would not alter the fundamental economic properties of the VAT. A VAT is equivalent to an employer payroll tax plus a business cash flow tax.

Let’s close by citing some very wise words from Professor Jeffrey Dorfman of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Here are the key parts of his column forForbes:

Conservatives are worried about national consumption taxes for several reasons, principally: these taxes’ ability to raise large sums of revenue and the ease with which politicians can raise the rates. Because national consumption taxes are efficient and can be applied to a larger base than is typical of state and local sales taxes they can raise large sums of money.

While liberals think this is a plus, conservatives are rightly wary of taxes that could supply government with more money. More importantly, conservatives are suspicious of the semi-hidden nature of consumption taxes and the ability to raise them incrementally.

Bingo.

The bottom line is that even if we decide to call the VAT by another name, it won’t alter the fact that some of us think it’s too risky to give politicians an additional revenue source.

An Unreasonable Approach to the Black Vote

Last week I had a very long conversation with a major political operative about whether there was a role for Blacks in the Republican Party, on congressional staffs, on campaign staffs, or the various presidential campaigns.

The simple response is that the Republican Party is racist; they don’t care about Blacks; and they don’t think they need the Black vote.

But, as me and this operative discussed, it has less to do with race and more to do with the “institutions” of the Republican Party.

The party’s institutions, by nature, tend to do the things they are comfortable and familiar with; and they are no longer comfortable or familiar with the Black community.

The Republican National Committee (RNC), to my knowledge, has never had a Black finance director, chief of staff, communications director, etc.  I rarely, if ever, encountered a Black staffer in non-traditional roles within the party.

I am not aware of any Black campaign manager for a major office seeker, or executive director of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) or the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC).

So, the typical argument is that they can’t find any “qualified” Blacks (as though they have a plethora of “unqualified” Blacks); or they can’t find Blacks with the necessary experience. Well, somehow they seem to always be able to find Buffy and Biff for all sorts of jobs within the various party structures; and the reason is very simple—people tend to hire people they know or people that are referred to them by people they respect.

So, these issues have less to do with race and more to do with relationships.  Party operatives hire their friends and their friend’s friends

Unless you have party leaders who are totally committed to the issue of diversity and willing to radically alter the “institutions” of the Republican Party; there will never be an appreciable level of Black participation in the party.

My decades of experience within this party lead me to conclude that the party doesn’t have the bandwidth necessary to change the face of the party; any change in regards to the issue of diversity will have to be forced upon the party from the outside.

This might even include losing yet another presidential election.

I agree with many Republicans that something extraordinary happened last week.  Marco Rubio, a Cuban, was endorsed by Nicky Haley, governor of South Carolina of Indian descent and Tim Scott, a U.S. Senator from South Carolina and Black.

The Democratic Party can only dream of having this type of diversity.  But where are the Black staffers for Rubio’s campaign?  Where are the Blacks on Haley’s staff?  Tim Scott has an impeccable record when it comes to diversity on his staff.

But this surface diversity means absolutely nothing unless and until you diversity the very structures at every level of the Republican Party.

The irony of all ironies is that Donald Trump is the only presidential candidate to have any Blacks on his staff in any significant positions; Blacks that he doesn’t want to be invisible.

Trump is the only candidate to speak about how poorly Blacks have fared under Obama or meet with Black preachers.

Trump is considered a political disruptor by the establishment; but yet he seems to be the only Republican that sees any value in the Black vote.  In other words, he seems to be the only candidate that is willing to think outside the box when it comes to the conventional views of the Black vote.

Maybe a Trump candidacy is what is needed to disrupt this stagnant party and its very institutions when it comes to the Black vote.

Trump can easily get north of 15% of the Black vote simply by cultivating relations with the Black business community.  Sadly, this is the one group most ignored by the Republican Party; the one group that is most philosophically in synch with the Republican message is the one group that no one pays attention to.

Could this be part of the reason the establishment is so afraid of a Trump candidacy; that he will radically change the face of the various institutions of the Republican Party?

In the immortal words of the great poet, George Bernard Shaw, “the reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends upon the unreasonable man.”

Maybe Trump is unreasonable enough to literally change the face of the party and by so doing end up being elected to be the next president of these United States.  Just something that’s worth thinking about.

One World Order vs. Natural Born Citizen

As amateur armchair political strategists in the Tea Party debate which GOP candidate would be best for America, who is the most “constitutional” and who would lead our nation away from the One World Order globalization movement to eliminate United States sovereignty and security — many completely ignore the only three words in our Founding documents that prevent the United States from ever falling under the rule of foreign agents or dictators and international influences… “natural born Citizen.”

Contrary to popular belief today, the New World Order spoken of by George H.W. Bush in the post Reagan cold war era, a new global balance wherein the United States would be the only standing superpower, after the fall of the Soviet Union… is not the same as global communism under a One World Order backed by the United Nations, Bilderbergers, the Illuminati, the Muslim caliphate, Obama, Clinton and Sanders, all of whom are global communists masquerading as “progressives.”

The idea that numerous socialist secret societies have had their sights on the destruction of the United States since its birth is no secret. Before the ink was dry on the U.S. Constitution, people were determined to destroy it. Not all conspiracies are mere theory… some are quite real, indeed.

One World Order Conspiracy

A conspiracy theory (that is very real), the One World Order or OWO refers to the emergence of a totalitarian world government, global economy, monetary system and set of laws. It is global communist community organizing on the hoof, in politics, education, religion, economics and legal systems now abused by Common Law practices engaged in undermining the Constitutional Protections of all Natural Law Rights.

New World Order Theory (Bush Sr.)

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the United States stood alone in the world as an international economic and military superpower. Bush’s “thousand points of light” speech in which he used the phrase “New World Order” spoke of a new age of U.S. outreach and diplomatic effort to spread democracy to war torn parts of the globe via a “kinder-gentler” America than that of the WWI and WWII, military might era…

Later, conspiracy theorists melded the two terms, One World Order and New World Order to have the same meaning, allowing them to muddy the water by alleging these two once competing ideas were now one in the same agenda, and politicians of all political stripes are involved. This turned American on American, in an ongoing internal conflict between citizens who could no longer tell friend from foe…

Hijacking Words and Terms

I use the truth above not to defend daddy Bush, but to illustrate how the global One World Order folks advance their agenda by simply hijacking terminology, twisting old words and terms to have new meanings… that suit the global anti-American agenda.

They hijacked the word “progressive,” in an effort to convince unsuspecting young students that Marxism and Communism are “progressive” ideas of the future, instead of failed ideas of the past.

They recently hijacked the term “marriage” in order to destroy the foundation of every great society, the family unit. They hijacked the term “equality” for the purpose of justifying “inequality,” the new meaning, a different treatment under the law based solely on economic, racial and political interests — stealing from one individual to give to another in an ongoing effort to “fundamentally transform America” into part of a global commune through social engineering.

The millennials are nearly 100% indoctrinated now, the powerful young voting block behind both Hillary Clinton, a closet Maoist and Bernie Sanders, a proud open Marxist.

Because millennials have been raised by socialists in the unionized education system, they have no idea how these concepts have failed repeatedly throughout the world, destroying nation after nation and leaving hundreds of millions dead or living under self-inflicted oppression.

The Only Three Words that Protect and Prevent

Our Charters of Freedom are three founding documents, the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, all of which have been obliterated by our courts, congress and the Executive Branch for more than a hundred years now.

Throughout those three documents, there are only three words that are there to prevent an unsuspecting American electorate from ever enslaving themselves under foreign rule via democratic process. Those three words are “natural born Citizen” found in Article II of the U.S. Constitution as a requirement for the offices of President and Vice President.

After eight failed attempts to eliminate the natural born Citizen requirement in Article II through amendment process, between 2003 and 2008, the global left once again simply sought to hijack the term…

In order to hijack those three simple words, they first had to make that term appear to be ambiguous. They needed those three basic English words to appear to have more than one meaning, at least potentially.

Once they convinced the people that the term could have more than one meaning, they would convince them that they needed an “expert” to determine the true meaning of the term for them. They need a “constitutional scholar” to explain those three basic English words, that according to the experts, is a secret coded message from the Founders that no average American would ever be able to decipher on their own…

Enter the Wordsmiths

Let the hijacking begin… Now that the “experts” have been granted the power to define these three words for “the people,” the same experts who have been hijacking basic terms for decades now, will be able to hijack the term “natural born Citizen.”

Today’s electorate will say, “We need a court to rule on natural born Citizen,” as if the average American cannot decipher those three simple English words on their own, or take a few minutes to read our Founder’s commentaries on what those three words meant to them and why they chose to place those three words into Article II.

But those courts have been destroying the Constitution by way of hijacking Constitutional terms for decades. By “general welfare” in the Constitution, the Founders did not mean free Obama cell phones or food stamps. But that term was hijacked too…

As a matter of legal fact, there are only three ways for anyone to become a legal citizen of the United States…

  1. Natural Born Citizen – the natural offspring of a legal citizen Father, as a matter of Natural Law, inalienable to any man-made law.
  2. Native Born Citizen – someone born under the legal jurisdiction of the United States, but to foreign parents and presumed to be a “citizen at birth” under 14th Amendment “anchor baby” interpretations of existing U.S. Naturalization Laws. (aka basic citizen)
  3. Naturalized Citizen – someone born into known foreign citizenship who later seeks and acquires legal citizenship in the United States via U.S. Immigration and Naturalization processes. (aka basic citizen)

Every legal American citizen is one of the three and all of them will have United States documented authentication to demonstrate their citizenship claim. The three are distinct, not interchangeable. Two of the three are forms of “naturalization” which are possible only as a result of U.S. Immigration policies and Naturalization statutes, all of which fall under the 14th Amendment today.

If you have no U.S. documentation to authenticate which of the three you are, then you are not a “legal citizen” of the United States at all.

Only one of the three is eligible for the offices of President and Vice President under Article II, a natural born Citizen. The terms “natural born Citizen” and 14th Amendment “citizen at birth” are NOT synonymous or interchangeable, as the “experts” want us to believe.

Article I regarding Congress, allows any legal U.S. “citizen” who otherwise meets the eligibility requirements, to seek and hold a seat in Congress. Only Article II requires “No person except a natural born Citizen” for the Oval Office. President and Vice President are the only two political offices in all of the United States which requires “No person except a natural born Citizen.”

The focus of our Founders was actually upon the office of Commander-in-Chief. One need not be a constitutional scholar to grasp the true meaning of three simple English words, or to understand why our Founders were wise enough to make it impossible for anyone of foreign origin or allegiance at birth to ever seek or hold the office of Commander-in-Chief.

Believe it or not, most Americans are smart enough to grasp this reality, once informed, even though they may have already established an emotional connection to a candidate who set out to defraud American voters by their false claims of eligibility, backed by corrupted political parties, their “expert” legal buddies and even many unwitting Tea Party groups.

The importance and value of those three simple words is much greater than any one politician seeking political power at any given time in history. Those three words are the only words in our Founding Documents that prevent the American people from enslaving themselves under foreign rule… and if the natural born Citizen term is allowed to be hijacked, that will not only open up the Oval Office to foreign rule, it will kill all Natural Law Rights as well.

The American people simply MUST wise up fast… and reject any candidate who seeks the Oval Office via a fraudulent claim of eligibility… In 2008 and 2012, that candidate was Barack Hussein Obama…

Today, the two frauds in the race for the White House are two freshman Senators, Ted Cruz of Texas and Marco Rubio of Florida. They MUST be removed from the race and held fully accountable for their actions… or there is no Rule of Constitutional Law and no way to protect the sovereignty and security of the United States.

Natural born Citizen is directly connected to all of the Natural Rights which were endowed by our Creator, and all foundations for national sovereignty and security. These concepts are inseparable. Lose one and you lose them all…
