One World Order vs. Natural Born Citizen

As amateur armchair political strategists in the Tea Party debate which GOP candidate would be best for America, who is the most “constitutional” and who would lead our nation away from the One World Order globalization movement to eliminate United States sovereignty and security — many completely ignore the only three words in our Founding documents that prevent the United States from ever falling under the rule of foreign agents or dictators and international influences… “natural born Citizen.”

Contrary to popular belief today, the New World Order spoken of by George H.W. Bush in the post Reagan cold war era, a new global balance wherein the United States would be the only standing superpower, after the fall of the Soviet Union… is not the same as global communism under a One World Order backed by the United Nations, Bilderbergers, the Illuminati, the Muslim caliphate, Obama, Clinton and Sanders, all of whom are global communists masquerading as “progressives.”

The idea that numerous socialist secret societies have had their sights on the destruction of the United States since its birth is no secret. Before the ink was dry on the U.S. Constitution, people were determined to destroy it. Not all conspiracies are mere theory… some are quite real, indeed.

One World Order Conspiracy

A conspiracy theory (that is very real), the One World Order or OWO refers to the emergence of a totalitarian world government, global economy, monetary system and set of laws. It is global communist community organizing on the hoof, in politics, education, religion, economics and legal systems now abused by Common Law practices engaged in undermining the Constitutional Protections of all Natural Law Rights.

New World Order Theory (Bush Sr.)

Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the United States stood alone in the world as an international economic and military superpower. Bush’s “thousand points of light” speech in which he used the phrase “New World Order” spoke of a new age of U.S. outreach and diplomatic effort to spread democracy to war torn parts of the globe via a “kinder-gentler” America than that of the WWI and WWII, military might era…

Later, conspiracy theorists melded the two terms, One World Order and New World Order to have the same meaning, allowing them to muddy the water by alleging these two once competing ideas were now one in the same agenda, and politicians of all political stripes are involved. This turned American on American, in an ongoing internal conflict between citizens who could no longer tell friend from foe…

Hijacking Words and Terms

I use the truth above not to defend daddy Bush, but to illustrate how the global One World Order folks advance their agenda by simply hijacking terminology, twisting old words and terms to have new meanings… that suit the global anti-American agenda.

They hijacked the word “progressive,” in an effort to convince unsuspecting young students that Marxism and Communism are “progressive” ideas of the future, instead of failed ideas of the past.

They recently hijacked the term “marriage” in order to destroy the foundation of every great society, the family unit. They hijacked the term “equality” for the purpose of justifying “inequality,” the new meaning, a different treatment under the law based solely on economic, racial and political interests — stealing from one individual to give to another in an ongoing effort to “fundamentally transform America” into part of a global commune through social engineering.

The millennials are nearly 100% indoctrinated now, the powerful young voting block behind both Hillary Clinton, a closet Maoist and Bernie Sanders, a proud open Marxist.

Because millennials have been raised by socialists in the unionized education system, they have no idea how these concepts have failed repeatedly throughout the world, destroying nation after nation and leaving hundreds of millions dead or living under self-inflicted oppression.

The Only Three Words that Protect and Prevent

Our Charters of Freedom are three founding documents, the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, all of which have been obliterated by our courts, congress and the Executive Branch for more than a hundred years now.

Throughout those three documents, there are only three words that are there to prevent an unsuspecting American electorate from ever enslaving themselves under foreign rule via democratic process. Those three words are “natural born Citizen” found in Article II of the U.S. Constitution as a requirement for the offices of President and Vice President.

After eight failed attempts to eliminate the natural born Citizen requirement in Article II through amendment process, between 2003 and 2008, the global left once again simply sought to hijack the term…

In order to hijack those three simple words, they first had to make that term appear to be ambiguous. They needed those three basic English words to appear to have more than one meaning, at least potentially.

Once they convinced the people that the term could have more than one meaning, they would convince them that they needed an “expert” to determine the true meaning of the term for them. They need a “constitutional scholar” to explain those three basic English words, that according to the experts, is a secret coded message from the Founders that no average American would ever be able to decipher on their own…

Enter the Wordsmiths

Let the hijacking begin… Now that the “experts” have been granted the power to define these three words for “the people,” the same experts who have been hijacking basic terms for decades now, will be able to hijack the term “natural born Citizen.”

Today’s electorate will say, “We need a court to rule on natural born Citizen,” as if the average American cannot decipher those three simple English words on their own, or take a few minutes to read our Founder’s commentaries on what those three words meant to them and why they chose to place those three words into Article II.

But those courts have been destroying the Constitution by way of hijacking Constitutional terms for decades. By “general welfare” in the Constitution, the Founders did not mean free Obama cell phones or food stamps. But that term was hijacked too…

As a matter of legal fact, there are only three ways for anyone to become a legal citizen of the United States…

  1. Natural Born Citizen – the natural offspring of a legal citizen Father, as a matter of Natural Law, inalienable to any man-made law.
  2. Native Born Citizen – someone born under the legal jurisdiction of the United States, but to foreign parents and presumed to be a “citizen at birth” under 14th Amendment “anchor baby” interpretations of existing U.S. Naturalization Laws. (aka basic citizen)
  3. Naturalized Citizen – someone born into known foreign citizenship who later seeks and acquires legal citizenship in the United States via U.S. Immigration and Naturalization processes. (aka basic citizen)

Every legal American citizen is one of the three and all of them will have United States documented authentication to demonstrate their citizenship claim. The three are distinct, not interchangeable. Two of the three are forms of “naturalization” which are possible only as a result of U.S. Immigration policies and Naturalization statutes, all of which fall under the 14th Amendment today.

If you have no U.S. documentation to authenticate which of the three you are, then you are not a “legal citizen” of the United States at all.

Only one of the three is eligible for the offices of President and Vice President under Article II, a natural born Citizen. The terms “natural born Citizen” and 14th Amendment “citizen at birth” are NOT synonymous or interchangeable, as the “experts” want us to believe.

Article I regarding Congress, allows any legal U.S. “citizen” who otherwise meets the eligibility requirements, to seek and hold a seat in Congress. Only Article II requires “No person except a natural born Citizen” for the Oval Office. President and Vice President are the only two political offices in all of the United States which requires “No person except a natural born Citizen.”

The focus of our Founders was actually upon the office of Commander-in-Chief. One need not be a constitutional scholar to grasp the true meaning of three simple English words, or to understand why our Founders were wise enough to make it impossible for anyone of foreign origin or allegiance at birth to ever seek or hold the office of Commander-in-Chief.

Believe it or not, most Americans are smart enough to grasp this reality, once informed, even though they may have already established an emotional connection to a candidate who set out to defraud American voters by their false claims of eligibility, backed by corrupted political parties, their “expert” legal buddies and even many unwitting Tea Party groups.

How “natural born Citizen” came to appear in Article II is RIGHT HERE.

What the Founders meant by “natural born Citizen” is RIGHT HERE.

The importance and value of those three simple words is much greater than any one politician seeking political power at any given time in history. Those three words are the only words in our Founding Documents that prevent the American people from enslaving themselves under foreign rule… and if the natural born Citizen term is allowed to be hijacked, that will not only open up the Oval Office to foreign rule, it will kill all Natural Law Rights as well.

The American people simply MUST wise up fast… and reject any candidate who seeks the Oval Office via a fraudulent claim of eligibility… In 2008 and 2012, that candidate was Barack Hussein Obama…

Today, the two frauds in the race for the White House are two freshman Senators, Ted Cruz of Texas and Marco Rubio of Florida. They MUST be removed from the race and held fully accountable for their actions… or there is no Rule of Constitutional Law and no way to protect the sovereignty and security of the United States.

Natural born Citizen is directly connected to all of the Natural Rights which were endowed by our Creator, and all foundations for national sovereignty and security. These concepts are inseparable. Lose one and you lose them all…

Jewish Refugee Contractor Lobbies for more Muslim migrants and taxpayer money

Last week when we were all busy paying attention to the upcoming South Carolina primary and chuckling over the Pope sticking his nose in the 2016 Election process, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society was on Capitol Hill along with the other major federal resettlement contractors looking for approval and $$$ for more refugees (paying clients!) to resettle.

Today, instead of heading to the HIAS offices, I flagged down a cab and asked him to take me somewhere different. Capitol Hill, please. Senate side. [What, no subway? Are you using taxpayer money for your cab ride too?—ed]

I am on Capitol Hill right now along with not only other HIAS staff but with representatives from many of the top NGOs working on refugee issues. We’re here, pounding the pavement and filling the halls of the various House and Senate office buildings, for two days of intense advocacy organized by Refugee Council USA***, a coalition of 20 U.S.-based refugee protection NGOs.

Bringing in the “vulnerable” (and costly) ‘refugees’ (medical care for U.S. taxpayers to pay for!):

Why is resettlement so important? Most refugees will remain in the country to which they first fled, until they are able to return to their home country. Only a very small number, about one percent, will be resettled to a third country. This small group is made up of the most vulnerable refugees, those who remain at risk even after fleeing their home country. This includes unaccompanied children, survivors of torture, LGBT refugees and people requiring medical attention not available to them in their host country. With so few resettlement spots and so many refugees, however, the need for resettlement far exceeds current availability.

It is maddening to know that, according to USA Spending.gov, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society received over $134 million from you since Obama took office, and HIAS, Inc. (its new name) has raked in another $58 million in that same time frame.  Are they lobbying on Capitol Hill on your dime? I bet they are!

***Refugee Council USA is the lobbying arm for the refugee industry.

We told you about them on many previous occasions. They supported the resettlement of 65,000 Syrians to your towns this year. Then subsequently upped the number to 100,000.

Anti-Refugee Sentiment

Utilizing anti-immigrant and anti-Muslilm sentiment, individuals who oppose refugee resettlement are making their voices heard louder and more frequently to policy makers. Groups like Refugee Resettlement Watch and similar local groups are calling for an end to refugee resettlement altogether, moratoriums on arrivals to their areas, and fostering unwelcoming atmospheres for newcomers. It is critical that policy makers at local, state and national levels hear from refugees themselves and community members who support refugee resettlement, so they can ask questions, learn more about the importance of resettlement, support positive legislation and oppose proposals that would harm refugees.

In Afghanistan and elsewhere in the Islamic world, this kind of behavior is broadly tolerated. Women are so devalued, men look to other men and boys for sexual pleasure. Also, the Qur’an promises not just virgins to the blessed, but boys like “scattered pearls”:

“Those are the ones brought near in the Gardens of Pleasure, a company of the former peoples and a few of the later peoples, on thrones woven, reclining on them, facing each other. There will circulate among them young boys made eternal with vessels, pitchers and a cup from a flowing spring.” — Qur’an 56:11-18

“And they will be given to drink a cup whose mixture is of ginger, a fountain within Paradise named Salsabeel. There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them scattered pearls. And when you look there, you will see pleasure and great dominion.” — Qur’an 76:17-20

Sweden-refugees welcome

“Young Boy Repeatedly Raped After He Was Billeted With Migrant Men,” by Oliver JJ Lane, Breitbart, February 20, 2016 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

Two migrant men masquerading as teenagers are being prosecuted after raping a young child at a Swedish asylum centre, attacking him “ruthlessly” and even filming the assault.

The 12 year old boy was made to share a room with two others, who were said at the time to be 15 years old at the Alvesta asylum centre in Sweden. The child was subjected to at least one attempted rape, and a number of rapes by one of his room mates and another migrant at the centre, which the authorities became aware of in early January.

After police were called it become apparent the men had lied about their age — an increasingly common phenomenon in Europe as child migrants are given greater benefits than adults — and were in fact fully grown migrant males. Prosecuting the case, Emma Berge told the court a dental x-ray proved one of the men was 18 to 19 years old, and the other was certainly over the age of 18.

Investigations into the case have also revealed the raped child was not supposed to be in the home at all, as the building was only licenced to accept migrants in their later teens. Yet he was put into a private room with what they thought were older boys, and the police were not called over an earlier attempted rape.

The case is being treated as especially serious by the prosecutor as not only did the rapists film themselves attacking the boy, but they “exhibited particular ruthlessness and harshness”. As well as being prosecuted for the rapes, the men are suspected under child porn laws for making a recording.

Despite the video recording being held by the police, both men still deny they raped the child….

Islamic State Gang Forging Passports for Muslim Migrants

“Officials said some of the fake documents were being also being used by migrants to travel by land to Europe.” How many jihadis have succeeded in getting into Europe by means of one of these passports?

“Gang printing fake passports for ISIS jihadis smashed in huge police raid,” by Tom Batchelor,Express, February 18, 2016:

RUSSIA’S secret service agency says it has smashed an Islamic State gang forging passports for extremists to use for travel to Syria.

The Federal Security Service, or FSB, said 14 suspected members of the group had been arrested and were now in custody.

Secret printing presses and laboratories were discovered during the raid near Moscow – the latest in a string of police swoops on suspected terror cells.

The suspects were accused of forging documents for Russians heading to join ISIS – also known by its Arabic acronym Daesh – in the Middle East warzone.

The gang was also said to be making papers for ISIS militants who were sneaking back into Russia to carry out terror attacks.

Search operations revealed a stockpile of forged papers, forms, stamps and equipment for producing fake documents, as well as extremist literature.

Officials said some of the fake documents were being also being used by migrants to travel by land to Europe.

Terror group Islamic State have gone to extreme lengths on their war against the World, designing and producing outrageous homemade weapons which can cause destruction on a large scale.

A top intelligence official warned last month that Britain was at risk of a Paris-style terror attack by jihadis using fake passports to smuggle themselves into Europe.

ISIS terrorists are said to be masquerading as vulnerable refugees fleeing warzones in the Middle East, to exploit the migrant crisis and Germany’s open borders policy.

The militants are aided by false documents produced in Syria and pressure has been building on the European Union to boost its border controls to stop those using fake documents….

I wonder how many of you saw this story?  It was in the New York Times on Friday (LOL! how many of us bother to read the NYT?), and is actually very useful and informative.

Fourteen refugees, who came in through the UN/U.S. State Dept. Refugee Admissions Program, have been arrested in the last two years on terror charges!

Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab

We learned a lot about the alleged terrorist at the heart of the NYT story, Aws Mohammed Younis Al-Jayab, last month at the UK Daily Mail.  He is an Iraqi-born Palestinian who came here as a refugee via Syria.

Longtime readers may remember that Saddam Hussein had invited Palestinians to Iraq and when his government fell, many moved to Syria and the US kindlybegan admitting them to the US as refugees.

This story back in 2009 was big news at the time because we don’t take Palestinians in any large numbers in the Refugee Admissions Program.

Here is what the New York Times said on Friday:

WASHINGTON — The arrest of a California man on charges that he traveled to Syria to fight with terrorist groups, then lied about it to the Department of Homeland Security, offers new ammunition for both sides in the fierce debate over the refugee policy of the Obama administration.

Conservatives and some federal law enforcement officials say the case of the Californian, Aws Mohammed Younis al-Jayab, 23, shows that the refugee program leaves the nation vulnerable to terrorism. But Homeland Security officials and Democrats in Congress contend that his arrest demonstrates that the system works.

The system worked for this guy, but how many more Mohammeds are out there?

Before his arrest, Mr. Jayab seemed like a typical young adult: He liked sports cars, studied computer programming at a community college in Sacramento and worked nights as a security guard.

But the federal authorities have charged that Mr. Jayab, who was born in Iraq and came to the United States as a refugee from Syria, traveled to that war-torn country from late 2013 to early 2014 to fight on the side of terrorist groups and then lied about it to the authorities.

Still, some members of Congress and security experts say the arrest of Mr. Jayab has forced them to question the screening process. Federal court documents show that at least 14 people who came to the United States as refugees have been arrested on terrorism charges in the last two years, including Mr. Jayab.

“I thought that it was very secure until I saw the arrest in California and Texas,” said John J. Farmer Jr., former senior counsel to the federal commission that investigated the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, who is now a professor at Rutgers. “Now, I have my concerns.”

America, It Is Later Than You Think

There was a saying on ancient solar calendars: “It is later than you think…” As we seemingly sit on the sidelines watching from afar the destruction of Europe take place by an Islamic invasion, many might think America is still safe, but nothing could be farther from the truth. Looking throughout this country reveals a silent battle that has been raging virtually unnoticed for decades by Muslims intent on our demise from within, and if you listen one can hear the rumblings of a huge tide that threatens to engulf us.

Obama is an integral part of creating a coming flood of Muslim refugees which only exponentially accelerates the plan that is in place for Islam to dominate our country. So, our next president must de-Islamize the country if we are to survive as a free nation. We have the sacred right and even more so, a duty to preserve the identity of our past in order to have a future.

There are concrete steps to take that would see America headed in the direction of less Islam. The first was suggested by Trump, which would be closing our borders to any more Muslims for the time being. This suggestion is not far fetched or new. Geert Wilders, head of the Freedom Party in the Netherlands suggests such a measure. His country, along with Belgium have the highest populations of Muslims in the EU, the majority of that number from immigration.

Gatestone Institute states,

“Belgium is home to an estimated 650,000 Muslims, or around 6% of the overall population, based on an average of several statistical estimates. The Netherlands is home to an estimated 925,000 Muslims, which also works out to around 6% of the overall population. Within the EU, only France (7.5%) has more Muslims in relative terms.

The number of Muslims in Brussels—where roughly half of the number of Muslims in Belgium currently live—has reached 300,000, which means that the self-styled “Capital of Europe” is now one of the most Islamic cities in Europe.”

The second step is naming the Muslim Brotherhood and anyone affiliated with them to be a Foreign Terrorist Organization. This includes the likes of Council on American Islamic Relations(CAIR), Islamic Society of North America(ISNA), North American Islamic Trust(NAIT),  and the Muslim Students’ Association(MSA), which are on virtually every college campus. There are numerous others to add to that alphabet soup as well. Once the enemy is defined and designated, only then could the leaders and members of these groups be lawfully expelled from our country, and or tried for treason.

Thirdly, shutting down any Mosque associated with terrorism, and expelling their Imams is essential in de-Islamizing America. Finding a Mosque that doesn’t support jihad would be like finding somebody listening to the radio who doesn’t sing along with Adele’s Hello.

Fourth and last, our intelligence, law enforcement, and military community must be furnished with factually and doctrinally sound material that genuinely trains those in these positions who the enemy is, and how to defeat him. What has been done over the years contrary to common sense, has been a willful blinding of those who seek to render the most elemental constitutional provision, that being the  protection of American citizens.

The time has come for Americans at the grassroots level to speak boldly about acting against the Islamic movement, because the majority of our leaders,who consider themselves elite, continue to do what they have done in the past concerning this issue…nothing.

Europe has heard the buzzer in the fourth quarter. We however, still have one left to play. This country wasn’t started by a bunch of third and fourth stringers, not by a longshot, we had the best and the brightest. It is time for those type of leaders to step out from the shadows and play like our lives depended on it by including measures like those mentioned above. No doubt, the clock is ticking.

Open Letter to Pope Francis

Dear Pope Francis,

Fanciscus, Bishop of Rome, Vicar of Jesus Christ, Successor of the Prince of Apostles, Pontifex Maximus of the Church, Primate of Italy, Archbishop of the Dioceses of Rome, Sovereign of the Vatican State, Servant of the Servants of God.

You called out Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump for his views on U.S. immigration policy as “not Christian.”

Are you really wanting to take on this political battle?

Would you be referring to all the Muslim men between the age of 18 and 45 trying to get into our nation, as they have in Europe, to rape and slaughter Christians and Jews? Do you think we, the U.S. tax payers of the United States, should be a dumping ground for Muslim migrants who have no intention of assimilating into our Judeo/Christian culture?

Muslims who want to take our Churches land to build mosques. Muslims who think its permissible, according to the Qur’an, to marry 9-year old children and stone women to death? Are these the people you speak of while bashing Mr. Trump?

Hmm, perhaps maybe you are referring to the Mexican criminal gangs, like MS 13, and other miscreants that sneak across our borders to rape our women, sell drugs and kill and maim Americans. We pick up the tab for that too.

The sovereignty of the United States has been pillaged since Jimmy Carter opened up the flood gates with his Refugee Act of 1980. We have had enough.

The question to ask is how many Muslim refugees has the Vatican taken in? Lets hazard a guess at ZERO.

You also stated on your flight home from your visit to Mexico:

“A person who thinks only about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian.”

The Vatican is a walled in city. Its the most protected city in Italy. You are inside a fortress, a compound. No bridges. No Muslim or South American refugees. I have been there. I met with Pope John Paul II in Saint Peters Basilica in 1990 right before Desert Storm started.

So before you start criticizing others, first take the plank out of your own eye so you can see clearly to remove the speck of dust from ours. Matthew 7:3-5 (NIV):

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

Bryan Fischer in his article “Trump, the Pope, and the wall” notes:

The Pope created a firestorm of controversy by going to our southern border and making the building of a border wall the litmus test of Christian faith. “A person who thinks only about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian. This is not the gospel.”

Setting aside the plain truth that the litmus test of Christian faith is what a man does with Christ, not what he thinks about a wall, the Pope has hoisted himself on his own petard here. The Vatican is surrounded by the mother of all walls, and has the stingiest citizenship and immigration policy of any sovereign state in the world.

The low-information media and the Vatican itself have scrambled to the Pope’s defense. The Vatican reminds us that the Pope did not build the Vatican wall. True. But he’s making no effort to take it down either.

Mr. Trump does not take any false criticism lying down. Not from you Holy Father, not from the Democrats, not from the “establishment” Republicans, the Chinese, the Russians or the North Koreans. NO ONE!

So, if you wish to debate on the issue of building walls perhaps you should first check the Holy Bible. Do  you recall Zechariah 2:5 which says:

And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the LORD, ‘and I will be its glory within’

We don’t need any distractions during this critical election year.

Now Mr. Trump was prompted by your little outburst to respond in kind. He said you sir are “disgraceful” for questioning his faith. I and many others agree.

You want to stick your nose into the sovereignty of the United States be careful. We will challenge you. We are done with the political correctness. It is time to confront the real evils in the world, those who slaughter Christians and Jews. This is our nation and Mr. Trump is going to protect our borders, our culture, our Judeo/Christian heritage and our language to paraphrase radio talk show host Mr. Michael Savage.

Remove your blindfold and understand that you should spend more time protecting your flock against Islam, Communists and atheists.

I beseech you, Pope Francis take down your walls.

Has the VA Deprived You of Your Second Amendment Rights? Call us!

As we have reported several times in the past (including here and here), the Veterans Administration (VA) has been reporting to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) the identities of its beneficiaries who have been assigned a “fiduciary” to manage their benefits. The VA claims that such determinations constitute an “adjudication of mental defectiveness” under federal law, thereby prohibiting the beneficiary (preemptively for life) from acquiring or possessing firearms.

The NRA has for several years been supporting legislation to correct this unjustified infringement on Second Amendment rights, including the Veterans 2nd Amendment Protection Act (H.R. 2001, Rep. Jeff Miller, R-FL) and the Mental Health and Safe Communities Act of 2015 (S. 2002, Sen. John Cornyn, R-TX).

Recently, this issue has taken on even broader importance with the planned implementation of a similar program concerning Social Security Administration (SSA) beneficiaries who have been assigned a “representative payee.” We reported on SSA’s plans last summer, and then the White House itself announced the program would be part of President Obama’s latest “executive actions” on gun control.

Now, in our continuing efforts to oppose these gun-grabbing schemes, we are asking you to share your stories. We are interested in hearing from VA beneficiaries who have been deprived of their Second Amendment rights after assignment of a fiduciary, especially if you are willing to allow your experience to be made public. Our hope is that by putting a human face on VA’s practices, we’ll be able to shine more light on this scandal and hopefully promote meaningful reform.

In particular, we’d like to know:

  1. Who made the determination that a fiduciary was necessary?
  2. Did this determination involve a formal hearing?
  3. Were you told the effect the determination would have on your Second Amendment rights?
  4. Were you apprised of your right to an appeal or to petition for restoration of rights?
  5. What factors influenced your decision whether or not to pursue an appeal or restoration?
  6. Were you successfully able to get your rights back?

If you are able to share documentation of your experience (letters, rulings, etc.) that would also be very helpful.

Tennessee: Legislature moves closer to States’ Rights lawsuit on Muslim Refugee Program

All over the country, ‘Pockets of Resistance,’ are forming to oppose the heavy-handed (secretive and costly) UN/US State Department Refugee Admissions Program.  Tennesseans get kudos for being among the first to be recognized as resisters by the federal government as I learned here at a 2013 meeting the Office of Refugee Resettlement held in Lancaster, PA.

Now, the legislature itself may be on the cusp of striking a real blow for states’ rights.

Think about it! Private citizens heading up non-governmental organizations: Holly Johnson of Catholic Charities TN and Jan Reeves of Idaho’s Janus Inc. call the shots, along with the feds, about how much state taxpayers must shell out for refugee programs. You know it’s unconstitutional!

The state of Tennessee is one step closer to filing a Tenth Amendment lawsuit in federal court to end the United States Refugee Resettlement program in that state.

The Finance, Ways & Means Committee of the State Senate overwhelmingly passed Senate Joint Resolution 467 in a bi-partisan nine to one vote.

The resolution now goes to the State Senate floor, where it is likely to pass, then on the the State House, where it is also likely to pass.

In Tennessee, the state legislature (called the General Assembly) has the authority to file this lawsuit, which may prevail in the courts on Tenth Amendment grounds, if Republican Governor Bill Haslam fails to act.

The resolution was filed in the State Senate by Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey a little less than a month ago on January 22, and has moved quickly through the legislative process.

Unlike previous lawsuits filed by Texas and Alabama, which were not brought on 10th amendment grounds, this lawsuit could result in a victory. Such a victory would not prohibit refugees settled in other states by the Obama administration from entering the state of Tennessee. It would, however, prevent the State Department from settling those refugees initially in Tennessee under any circumstances, since such settlement requires the state of Tennessee to pay, in part, for their upkeep.

“Wilson-Fish alternative program” states including Tennessee and eleven others (Alaska, Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Vermont) who have opted out of the US Refugee Resettlement program have a strong 10th amendment suit against the federal government to stop the program in their states since it is “an unfunded mandate,” proponents of the resolution argue.

By the way, most people outside of Tennessee are shocked to learn that the state (especially Nashville) is a prime resettlement site for refugees seeded there by Catholic Charities in conjunction with the federal government.

Killing America via Planned Ignorance

George Washington, known as the father of our country was born February 11, 1731 according to the then used Julian calendar.  In 1752 however, Britain and her colonies adopted the Georgian calendar which moved Washington’s birthday a year and eleven days to February 22, 1732.  Americans celebrated Washington’s Birthday, long before congress declared it a federal holiday.

The centennial of his birth prompted festivities nationally and congress established a joint committee to arrange for the occasion.  At the recommendation of the committee, chaired by Henry Clay of the senate and Philemon Thomas of the House, Congress adjourned on February 22, 1832 out of respect for Washington’s legacy and memory and in commemoration of his birth by reading aloud his Farewell address.

In a special joint session held in the House Chamber, the House and the Senate, along with several cabinet officials, justices of the Supreme Court and high ranking officers in the Army and Navy gathered to listen to the Secretary of State read the address aloud.  Eventually, the reading of George Washington’s Farewell Address became an annual evet for the Senate, a tradition that is still observed to this day.

Washington’s Birthday, however, did not become a legal holiday until January 31, 1879 when Congress added February 22nd to the list of holidays to be observed by federal employees in the District of Columbia.  One of the main purposes of singling out the birthday of George Washington to be a holiday was to keep the memory of his important role in the establishment of this republic fresh in the minds of succeeding generations of Americans.

Likewise, the Birthday of the great emancipator, Abraham Lincoln was at one time recognized and celebrated in many circles.  Currently, the Lincoln holiday is celebrated unofficially nationwide as part of what many states now dub Presidents Day during mid-February.  Only a handful of states celebrate the Lincoln Birthday which is on February 12th.  There is an official ceremony at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.   There is also a wreath ceremony at Lincoln’s Birthplace in Kentucky.  There were efforts right after Lincoln’s death to get his birthday secured as a national holiday in his honor, but none succeeded.

Now, more states celebrate Black Friday than Lincoln’s or Washington’s birthday.  In fact, 18 states have days off for state employees for Black Friday.  Another ten states give their employees the day off for Good Friday, and five states recognize December 26 as a holiday.

The historic accomplishments of both George Washington and Abraham Lincoln are very significant.  As both a general and later our republic’s first president, George Washington credited Providential guidance for his accomplishments on the battlefield as well as in the government “of by and for the people.”  Lincoln’s decisions to ultimately free the slaves as well as preserve the union were both influenced by his faith.  Regarding the rights of negroes, Lincoln was also influenced by popular orator, publisher, and businessman Frederick Douglas.  His great life story, like Lincoln’s and Washington’s is both shunned and not taught to young Americans in the typical American government school classroom.

Unfortunately, the decades long evil practice of denying American school students important historic information about many of our most important historic figures is actually making it more difficult to maintain our exceptional nation.  Because of the deep understanding of unalienable rights and liberty, Washington, Lincoln, and Douglas all contributed in their time to America’s bedrock of personal freedom.  It is shameful tradition that government school students have for decades not been properly instructed on, or even taught to appreciate the United States of America.  If the truth concerning our national heroes like Washington, Lincoln and Douglas continue to be shielded from the inquisitive minds of students, disastrous outcomes will result.

No nation can remain strong and prosperous if multiple generations of the population are systematically indoctrinated against it and not instructed on the good merits of it’s founding and great historical figures, it’s great heritage or achievements.   Currently, our republic is suffering through an ongoing constitutional and moral crisis.  The bloated federal government no longer operates according to constitutional mandates.

The main reason for that is that for approximately five or six decades, the majority of American students have not been instructed on the rudiments and benefits of a constitutional republic, free market economics, America’s Christian heritage etc.  So now, generations of Americans are political, intellectual and spiritual zombies who support open borders and illegal immigration into America.  In many instances, Americans don’t even know who George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, or Frederick Douglas is, let alone understand or even care about their unalienable rights which come from God.  Shamefully, many are even proud of their lack of knowledge of unalienable rights and what made a nation like the United States the onetime envy of the world.

I however am of the belief, that despite the current state of affairs regarding our land of the free and home of the brave she has an upcoming renewal of her destiny of greatness.  Because of a growing groundswell of real change for the better, she will not remain in her current state of decline.  The dastardly plots and plans of the progressives will utterly fail in the mission to destroy our beloved republic.  The truth will prevail and replace the wicked indoctrination and utter lies of recent years.  In fact, America will once again be a nation under God that is both blessed and highly favored.

Who in the Congress funded the U.S. Embassy in Communist Cuba?

The Congress of the United States has still not voted to fund the U.S. Embassy in Cuba. The Senate still has not confirmed restoring diplomatic ties with Communist Cuba.

So who approved this restoration of diplomatic ties? John Kerry? He does not have this authority without Congressional approval and Senate confirmation.

Who is paying for the Embassy ? What budget is the money coming from?

In January 2016 over 1,451 pro-freedom anti-Communist Cuban dissidents, including 512 women, were arbitrarily arrested and detained by the Cuban police forces.

These folks all had their homes and personal property raided, confiscated and their families investigated. (Much like what the Obama Bureau of Land Management did to ranchers cattle in 2014).

Why? For speaking out against Communism and oppression.

This is the Bernie Sanders ideology of the dumbed down college kids who are promoting this Communist blindly across this nation that is a mirror image of the Castro’s family mind set. Also endorsed by Pope Francis.

This mind set of oppression and tyranny is not welcome in these Cuban freedom loving dissident groups. Bernie Sanders and the Pope would be run out of town.

All this while President Obama is stepping in to “strengthen relations” with Communist Cuba. But under whose authority?

Obama is also going on a visit next month to Havana on Air Force One. Who is funding this? Did the Congress approve this appropriation to pay for the fuel for this trip? Let us see the signed appropriation documents.

Why is Obama visiting this Communist island after the arrests of over 1,400 pro freedom dissidents by Raul Castro’s government in January alone? Why are tractor companies setting up business deals with the Communist regime?

Will these American companies donate some of the profits to the legal defense funds of Cubans currently in jail for speaking out against Communism? Why are U.S. Airline companies negotiating flights in and out of this Communist nation?

Will they too offer a legal defense fund for said political prisoners held in Castro’s jails under the charge of “just wanting to be free men and women.”

You cannot visit Cuba unless you first pay for health insurance in advance or face fines and jail for non compliance. Sound familiar? Cuba implemented Obama/Romney care in 1959. Fact.

Obama said he that he’ll promote human rights during his historic visit, the first by a sitting American president since 1928. This is all propaganda. Obama lies.

In all reality Obama may set up a Black Lives Matter rally, he may pin up some targets up on a state owned Communist barn showing the silhouette of police officers and have some range practice with his Communist friends.

The Congress of the United States currently serve no purpose and have voted themselves as irrelevant by their inaction on most matters concerning the US Constitution and Obama’s blatant disregard for it.

They the congress, by not defunding this US Embassy in Cuba and all fuel funding for US government employees and politicians to said country on US military and chartered aircraft, including AF1 make this much worse of a problem than Obama himself.

The GOPe led Congress are spineless and do not have the guts to put President Obama back in his Constitutional place.

Its time to replace all this in November with real Americans. Not much longer my fellow patriots.

It’s thrilling that a full episode of the popular Freakonomics podcast is dedicated to Leonard Read’s legendary essay “I, Pencil.” The episode interviews pencil makers and sellers, economists and writers, and provides a look back at what gave rise to this essay in the first place.

It also features the crucial role that FEE has played in emphasizing the decentralized and spontaneous processes that build the good society, in contrast to the fashion for central planning that has defined economic and social policy in the 20th and 21st century.

The host, Stephen Dubner, says:

Let’s begin in 1946. That’s when a man named Leonard Read starts an organization called the Foundation for Economic Education, or FEE. The FEE is a think tank meant to extol the virtues of free-market capitalism. It’s an early proponent of libertarianism in the U.S. Read was a businessman, from Michigan. He started out in wholesale groceries, later ran the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. In 1958, the FEE published an essay, written by Read, called “I, Pencil.” …

It’s a bold claim the pencil makes – “not a single person knows how to make me.” But the claim would seem to be justified. And it’s an interesting way of looking at the world, yes? At how interdependent we are, at how specialized we are. The deeper conclusion that Leonard Read was making, however – this is where things get really interesting.

The episode is beautifully produced, the product of massive research and interviews. It updates some of the details from Read’s pencil 58 years ago, and re-applies the lesson in the case of a man who tried to make an ordinary $10 toaster from scratch and on his own.

In the end, the lesson is the powerful one that any student can absorb from a detailed knowledge of economics: even the simplest products require a vast and extended order of market production, made possible through ownership, capital, trade, the division of labor, and signaling systems such as prices. No one person can do it, and certainly no government can do it.

UN ‘Green Climate’ Program Is a Slush Fund for Dictators by Marian L. Tupy

Wherever you stand on the subject of global warming, pay close attention to one under-reported aspect of the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference or Paris Agreement. I am referring to the Green Climate Fund (GCF), which is a financial mechanism intended “to assist developing countries in adaptation and mitigation practices to counter climate change.”

According to the current estimates, developed countries will be obliged to contribute up to $450 billion a year by 2020 to the GCF, which will then “redistribute” the money to developing countries allegedly suffering from the effects of global warming.

Lo and behold, Zimbabwe’s government-run daily “newspaper” The Herald reported that “Southern Africa is already counting the costs of climate change-linked catastrophes… In Zimbabwe, which has seen a succession of droughts since 2012, a fifth of the population is facing hunger… Feeding them will cost $1.5 billion or 11 percent of … the Gross Domestic Product.”

No doubt Robert Mugabe, the 91-year-old dictator who has ruled Zimbabwe since 1980, is salivating at the prospect of some global warming cash. Beginning in 2000, Mugabe started to expropriate privately-held agricultural land. The result of what is euphemistically called “land reform” was a monumental fall in productivity and the second highest bout of hyperinflation in recorded history.

Some three million of Zimbabwe’s smartest people, including tens of thousands of doctors and lawyers, have left the country. Most of those who have remained behind are subsistence farmers with very little wealth. There is, in other words, very little loot left for the government to steal.

Thankfully for the Zimbabwean dictator, there are plenty of gullible Westerners willing to believe that the frighteningly vile, comically incompetent government isn’t at the root of Zimbabwe’s food shortages, but that global warming is to blame.

Of course, this is pure nonsense. Botswana and Zimbabwe share a border and their climate and natural resources are exceptionally similar. Yet, since 2004, food production has increased by 29 percent in Botswana, while declining by 9 percent in Zimbabwe. It is not drought but government policies that make nations starve!

As befits a dictatorship, Zimbabwe is one of the most corrupt places on earth. The notion that GCF funds will be will used for environmental “adaptation and mitigation” is a dangerous fantasy.

Like much foreign aid before it, most of the “green aid” money will likely end up in the pockets of some of the cruelest and most corrupt people on earth. Congress must stand firm and refuse to appropriate any money for the fund.
