IRAN: Muslim beheads his 17-year-old wife in honor killing, parades her severed head in the street

There has been no effort in Shia Iran to incarcerate a man who beheaded his 17-year-old wife and gruesomely paraded her head in the streets with a smile on his face, as can be seen in photos. For him, it was his religious right to do this, to preserve the “honor” of his family.

Iran’s media actually moved to protect the perpetrator: “Iran’s media watchdog responded quickly and banned Rokna news agency that first released the footage of the killer carrying her wife’s head.”

As “blood owners,” the immediate family members “are allowed to demand execution for the murder of their loved one, therefore most honor killings go unpunished.”

Conditions justifying murder in Islam:

Abdullah (b. Mas’ūd) reported Allah’s Messenger as saying: It is not permissible to take the life of a Muslim who bears testimony (to the fact) that there is no god but Allah, and I am the Messenger of Allah, but in one of the three cases: the married adulterer, a life for a life, and the deserter of his Din (Islam), abandoning the community. (Sahih Muslim – Book 16, Hadith 4152)

Sharia-sanctioned wife-beating  (cf. Quran 4:34, 38:44) for perceived disobedience and abuse for not covering up (Quran 24:31, 33:59) also shape the views of and behaviors toward women in Islamic societies.

There are also exemptions from punishment for certain kinds of murder in Islam, which provides a basis for honor murder. According to the Sunni Sharia manual Reliance of the Traveler (section o1.2), these are the exemptions……

  • A child or insane person, under any circumstances  
  • A Muslim for killing a non-Muslim ;
  • A Jewish or Christian subject of the Islamic state for killing an apostate from Islam  
  •  A father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring;

There is no system in place in the West, nor any significant will to understand the truth about cultures and ideologies that do not align with Western standards of human rights. Politically correct individuals who say they advocate for human rights do nothing to help those victims who are in most need, including the victims of savage honor killings. Mainstream Islamic groups operating in the West have advocated for their own religious tenets for a long time, calling justified criticism of these tenets “Islamophobic.” They present their advocacy to the willfully blind as anti-racism. Meanwhile, otherwise notoriously loudmouthed Western feminists are silent in the face of actual cases of female abuse, such as this one.

Reporting on victims of Sharia has gained Jihad Watch the label of “Islamophobic.” The Southern Poverty Law Center and its advocates care nothing about the victims.

Iranian Man Beheads 17-Year-Old Wife In Another Honor Killing

Iran International, February 6, 2022:

In another case of honor killing in Iran, an unnamed young man has beheaded his 17-year-old wife and displayed her head around the streets.

The murder happened in the southwestern city of Ahvaz on Saturday when the young wife was brought back from Turkey, where she had traveled for unknown reasons.

Her father helped the husband, who is his nephew, to bring the woman back to the country.

The husband and his brother, who apparently committed the murder together have been arrested.

Iran’s media watchdog responded quickly and banned Rokna news agency that first released the footage of the killer carrying her wife’s head.

Honor killings are prevalent in some parts of Iran, mostly due to societal beliefs and the Islamic Republic’s lax laws and light sentences that encourage the behavior.

Article 630 of the Constitution exempts a husband from punishment if he kills if he witnesses adultery.

According to a women’s right NGO in Ahvaz, about 60 women have fallen victim to honor killings in the past two years, including some who were 10 or 15 years old. None of the perpetrators have been brought to justice as most of the families haven’t even filed a lawsuit.

The medical journal the Lancet published an article in October 2020, saying at least 8,000 honor killings took place in Iran between 2010 and 2014, but only a few were reported.

According to Sharia law, only the “blood owners” (the immediate family members) are allowed to demand execution for the murder of their loved one, therefore most honor killings go unpunished….

MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan, Joe Rogan, and the Left’s Cancel Culture Double Standard

Everyone knows the double standard is in place. It is taken for granted so much that people barely remark upon it anymore. When someone who dissents from the Leftist agenda offends Leftist sensibilities, his or her career is ruined for good. Remember Roseanne Barr, Tim Allen, and a host of others. Now the Left has Joe Rogan in its sights for daring to dissent from COVID orthodoxy and has suddenly discovered that years ago, he used a racial slur. Spotify has removed over a hundred of his podcasts, and the end is not in sight. But if someone who is reliably Leftist says something that offends the self-appointed guardians of acceptable opinion, the punishment is slight at best, as we have just seen with Whoopi Goldberg’s two-week suspension for Holocaust denial (which doesn’t really bother the hard Left, but they have to keep up some semblance of an attachment to truth and basic decency). And if the offending speaker is a member of a group with enough victimhood privilege, he or she won’t be punished at all, as the career of Mehdi Hasan indicates.

Mehdi Hasan is a hate-filled far-Left MSNBC host who espouses fashionable Big Lies such as the claim that “white supremacy is now a key ideology of the Republican Party” and “the far-right domestic terror threat is more dangerous than even Al Qaeda after 9/11.” During the Whoopi Goldberg controversy, remarks that Hasan made in 2009 resurfaced, leading many to question why Hasan’s star has consistently risen in the Leftist media, despite his manifest hatred and contempt for non-Muslims.

Hasan, a Shi’ite, said of the early Sunni caliph Yazid: “All of these ulama unanimously agree that at the very minimum if Yazid was not a Kaffir [unbeliever] — then at the very minimum he was a fasiq, a transgressor, a breaker of Islamic laws, a corrupt individual, a tyrant, a killer, a drunkard, a dog lover, a music lover, a homosexual, a pedophile, a sexual deviant, someone who slept with his own mother.”

Now, the Left has no problem with corrupt individuals such as Hunter and Joe Biden if they’re on the right side of the political divide. Tyrannical themselves, Leftists have no problem with tyrants, either. Killers? Depends on who is being killed. Drunkard? Dog lovers? Music lovers? Come on, man! Homosexuals, pedophiles, and sexual deviants? Are we talking about the staff of CNN now?

Anyway, Hasan then broadened his targets to include atheists: “In this respect the Koran describes the atheist as cattle. As cattle of those who grow the crops and do not stop and wonder about this world.” The Qur’an does indeed say: “Already we have created many of the jinn and mankind for Gehenna, having hearts with which they do not understand, and having eyes with which they do not see, and having ears with which they do not hear. They are like cattle, no, they are worse. These are the neglectful.” (7:179)

Biden’s Constitutional Civil War: Do we have one or two U.S. Constitutions?

Recently Biden, in a meeting with members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said, “The Constitution is always evolving slightly in terms of additional rights or curtailing rights.”

QUESTION: What exactly does this mean?

ANSWER: We are in a Constitutional civil war.

A Constitutional Civil War

America is currently in a Constitutional Civil War. There are two views of the U.S. Constitution:

  1. The meaning of the Constitution is fixed and can only be changed by amending it. To amend the Constitution requires the Amendment to be approved by a 2/3rds majority of the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Then the proposed Amendment is sent to the states where, again, 2/3rds of the states must ratify it. Therefore, the whole point of a written Constitution is that it doesn’t “evolve” except under the arduous procedures for amending it.
  2. The meaning of the Constitution is malleable and open to broad interpretation. Because the times have changed we must interpret the Constitution with what some people believe, not what is actually says. Hence, Biden’s statement, “The Constitution is always evolving slightly in terms of additional rights or curtailing rights.” This view is held by progressives going back to President Woodrow Wilson have always hated the actual Constitution, as it limits their agenda.

This statement by Biden has set up a Constitutional Civil war.

The winner of this war will determine if we remain a Constitutional Republic or devolve into a democracy.

Constitutional scholar, senior fellow with the Claremont Institute and distinguished professor of government at Claremont McKenna College Charles Kesler said this about the Constitution Civil War:

“Underlying this cold civil war is the fact that increasingly America is torn between two Constitutions. Where it ends up then is some form of crisis, a crisis of the two Constitutions, a crisis towards which we are approaching if not yet hurtling, but which has no very good end available to us.”

We are currently in a Constitutional Civil War because Biden’s Build Back Better agenda isn’t moving forward and therefore Biden, his administration and the Democrat Party want to change how we think about our Constitution.

How Do We Solve this Constitutional Civil War?

Kesler outlined five possible ways to resolve this Constitutional civil war:

  1. One is to change the subject.
  2. Another is to change minds through persuasion, until one side wins.
  3. A third is a “reinvigorated federalism” that allows blue states and red states to address issues differently and coexist with minimal interference from the U.S. government.
  4. Secession.
  5. The fifth and final possibility—war.

Kesler warned,

The living Constitution implies that the other Constitution is a dead Constitution, or at least is on life support, and that it must be transformed, it must be infused with new meaning, new ends and to some degree new means and institutions, to be kept alive in order to be a vital part of our politics.

Are we headed toward a war?

The Bottom Line

President Woodrow Wilson was one of the first to use the term “living Constitution” to suggest it changes with the times.

According to Kesler the “Constitutional civil war” erupted when conservatives fought back:

The conservatives who began an epic campaign against the inevitable emergency of the living Constitution had in common the desire, the duty to oppose the gradual disappearance of limited government from American political life. When it became clear in the ’50s and especially in the ’60s that the surrender was off, the cold civil war was on.

Christopher DeMuth, a distinguished fellow at Hudson Institute said:

The Trump administration has been a return to normalcy, at least [to] the situation before Obama or late Bush administration, and then some. Not only has the Trump administration withdrawn many of the Obama administration’s most brazen extrastatutory ventures such as the Clean Power Plan, but in two critical cases, President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals decree and his expenditure of billions of dollars for Obamacare cost-sharing expenditures without any congressional appropriation whatsoever, in these two cases, he has withdrawn them and sent them back to Congress.

It it time, like it was in the 1960s to fight and stop this idea of a living constitution than “is always evolving slightly in terms of additional rights or curtailing rights.”

This idea of a living constitution is a myth. A very dangerous myth that can and will lead to a civil war.

Mark our words, it’s coming. It’s a war between we the people and them the government. Just like during the American revolution!

Inside the Dragon’s Costume

The opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics was a technological marvel.  It was intended to showcase China’s prowess in hi-technology to the world and, in that, it succeeded admirably.  The ceremony was also intended as a tribute to all the peoples of the world and, in that, it failed miserably.  On the outside, we saw a dazzling dragon dance, but here’s what China looks like inside the costume:

China’s prowess with cameras and cellphone tracking technology is used to surveil and oppress its people.  The Olympic light show was produced with lasers and LED lights. China is pursuing laser technology in order to wage war in space.  The green LED sticks dancers used to evoke images of wavy grass and grain called to mind China’s deliberately engineered famine of the Great Leap Forward during which Chinese people starved to death by the tens of millions.  The entire floor of the Bird’s Nest stadium was turned into a giant LED display screen, which could easily have shown the tanks rolling over the protesters at Tiananmen Square, reducing them to liquid pulp, but that part of China’s inner workings was left out of the ceremony.

As in the opening ceremony to the 2008 Beijing summer games, China’s ’56 Nationalities’ were proudly on display.  This time, they passed the communist Chinese flag in a ritual intended to show they are all united in one nation.  Many were in their traditional native garb.  The entire exercise rang hollow, given the fact that the Tibetan, Hong Kong, Uighur, and all other non-Han  nationalities were there only because China is an imperial power that conquered them by force.  The only authentic note of the exercise occurred when the flag was passed to the Chinese military which then carried it to the flag pole, goose-stepping all the way.  This would be the same military that has killed Indian soldiers on the border and is poised to invade Taiwan.

Later in the ceremony, Chinese schoolkids sang a song.  This brought to mind recent videos showing Chinese children being taught to kill people, as well as a recent Chinese comic book in which a child-hero is praised for burning his landlord in his bed.

Then it was time for the Parade of Nations, the athletes from each country marching with their flag through the stadium.  It was jarring to see Xi Jinping clapping when the Hong Kong athletes paraded by.  But why shouldn’t he clap, now that he is secure in the knowledge it is ‘one country, one system’.  The forced gaiety of the Chinese dancers on each side of the parade is not matched by the people at the margins of Chinese society – the migrant workers who have no hope of advancement, the persecuted house Christians and Falun Gong practitioners some of whom are killed for their organs, the political prisoners forced to labor in a thousand camps, or the children of unwed mothers barred from healthcare and education.

The closing dance was intended as a tribute to the peoples of the world, a ‘unique gathering of friends coming together to celebrate their differences and commonality.’  All different like snowflakes, but all equally targeted in China’s expressly professed dreams of world domination.   Or considered prey for China’s debt-trap diplomacy which has caused two more nations to lose control of national assets in recent weeks – Sri Lanka and Uganda.  John Lennon’s ‘Imagine’ was played during this dance – “Imagine there’s no countries… Nothing to kill or die for.”  Really?  Tell it to Tibet and Hong Kong.  It was hard to imagine the closing dance was a gathering of friends given the fact that China is pursuing ethnically-targeted bioweapons to kill non-Chinese.  To China, ‘world peace’ means Communist rule under Han domination.  [Who Are China’s Walking Dead?, an e-book about defectors from the CCP, p. 49]

Speaking of music, excerpts from the ‘Nutcracker’ and other Western classical music were played throughout the ceremony.  Given that China’s rise was only made possible by stealing the intellectual property of other countries, this begs the question:  Did China pay the royalties for using the music, like they were supposed to, or did they steal the music, too?

The final act was the lighting of the Olympic flame by two Chinese athletes. One was a Uighur, said to be personally chosen by Xi Jinping himself.  The choice drew much commentary, none of it favorable. One commentator said Xi was doubling down, telling the outside world to butt out of China’s internal Uighur affairs.  Another commentator said it was done to show there is no genocide and the Uighurs are all happy. It’s hard to imagine being happy when you have a Chinese official stationed at your breakfast table inside your home listening to your every word.

Overall, the opening ceremony was a dazzling display on the outside, but it was not enough to mask the sadness and sorrow that is communist China on the inside for so many people today.

New Series ‘Reacher’ Laser Focused on the Consummately Alpha Male

I have been concerned about the “sissyfication” of America. We have even published a series of articles titled SISSY WATCH USA here, here, here, here and here.

In our column America’s Sissy Problem we wrote:

We do have men, real men, who carry themselves with an air of authority, purpose and meaning. Most of these men are active duty or former military, law enforcement, first responders and veterans of the Iraq, Afghanistan, Korean and Vietnam Wars.

Today instead of real “alpha” males we have “soy” boys.

Hollywood has lead the charge to demasculinize films by using “soy” boy actors and effeminate characters as role models for young men and boys. Male characters, especially white males, are many times portrayed as effeminate, lazy, incompetent, unreliable and even criminal. Hollywood has bought into the non-binary/genderqueer LGBTQ+ propaganda.

I thought all was lost until I watched the new Amazon Prime Video series “Reacher.” Reacher is no “soy” boy or sissy. He’s the consummately binary Alpha male.

MensHealth.com wrote this about Amazon Prime’s Reacher:

Reacher series creator Nick Santora has since put all casting complaints to bed when his team locked in literal Titan Alan Ritchson—who is actually 6’2” and younger than his literary counterpart, but who cares?

Ritchson’s physical presence may be the most compelling part of season 1, where, as readers, we’re still overcoming the uncanny feeling of seeing a literary character brought so faithfully to life. (By god, a streaming service finally did it.) And while Reacher does stray from its source material to fill its eight episodes, the tone and pacing of the story does the novel more than cinematic justice; we’re starting to think that maybe the series should have been TV shows all along.

The character Reacher is played by Alan Ritchson. Alan, and his character Jack Reacher, reminded me of those alpha male characters I grew up with including: Allan Ladd as Shane, Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven, John Wayne in Stagecoach, Roy Rogers in Utah, Humphry Bogart in Casablanca and many, many others.

Alan Ritchson’s character is a square jawed, physically fit, male who says little but his actions speak louder than any words.

This series hits all of the right notes about family, growing up, standing for what is right, doing what is right, taking risks to protect the innocent and defeating bullies and bad guys.

It is a no holds bared resurrection of manliness. Of a man standing against all odds and winning. A drifter, like Shane, who knows how to use a gun and gets justice where justice is in very short supply.

Interestingly CommonSenseMedia.org gave Reacher 3 stars, while parents gave it 4 stars and kids 15+ gave it 5 stars. We rate Reacher as a must watch series.

We highly recommend that families, especially fathers with their sons, watch this series and show it to those who are 18 and older.

Hopefully, they will understand, after watching Reacher, what a real man can be and must do.

As John Wayne, in the 1939 classic western film Stagecoach said, “A man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.”

Facebook stock has ended its sharp sell-off, after CEO Mark Zuckerberg lost some $30 billion in net worth, while Jeff Bezos saw his wealth soar by $20 billion as Amazon stock surged.

Facebook parent Meta’s stock ended Friday’s session at $237.09, roughly even on the day but down 21 percent from the start of the week following a disastrous earnings report and the company’s worst-ever trading session on Thursday.

Meta stock had plunged 26 percent on Thursday after the company reported its first-ever decline in daily active users, wiping $237 billion from its market capitalization in the company’s biggest-ever single day loss.

Zuckerberg’s net worth has plunged roughly $30 billion since Facebook’s quarterly report on Wednesday, pushing him off the top-10 list of Forbes billionaires, which ranked him at No. 12 with $85 billion after the closing bell on Friday.

Earlier this week, prior to Wednesday’s earnings report, Zuckerberg had ranked as the eighth wealthiest person in the world.

Zuckerberg owns about 12.8 percent of Meta, the tech behemoth formerly known as Facebook.

Meanwhile, after Amazon reported blockbuster earnings on Thursday, the company’s stock surged 13 percent on Friday, pushing Bezos’ wealth up 12 percent to $184 billion, according to the Forbes list.

Bezos, the founder and chairman of e-commerce giant Amazon, owns about 9.9 percent of the company, according to Refinitiv data.

He is currently the world’s third richest man, according to Forbes.

Amazon’s holiday-quarter profit surged, thanks in part to its investments in electric vehicle company Rivian.

The company also said it would hike annual prices of Prime subscriptions in the United States, sending its shares up Friday for its biggest percentage gain since October 2009.

Bezos’ net worth rose 57 percent to $177 billion in 2021 from a year earlier, according to Forbes, largely from Amazon’s boom during the pandemic when people were highly dependent on online shopping.

Zuckerberg’s one-day wealth decline of $29 billion on Thursday is among the biggest ever, and comes after Tesla Inc top boss Elon Musk’s $35 billion single-day paper loss in November.

Musk, the world’s richest person, had then polled Twitter users if he should sell 10 percent of his stake in the electric carmaker. Tesla shares have yet to recover from the resulting selloff.

Following Facebook’s wipeout, Zuckerberg is in the thirteenth spot on Forbes’ list of real-time billionaires, below Indian business moguls Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani, as well as L’Oréal heiress Francoise Bettencourt Meyers.

To be sure, trading in technology stocks remains volatile as investors struggle to price in the impact of high inflation and an expected rise in interest rates.

Meta shares could very well recover sooner rather than later, with the hit to Zuckerberg’s wealth staying on paper.

Zuckerberg sold $4.47 billion worth of Meta shares last year, before 2021’s tech rout.

DeSantis, Republican Attorneys General To Launch Probe Into GoFundMe Over Freedom Convoy’s Fundraiser

Top GOP officials, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and West Virginia and Louisiana attorneys general, vowed to investigate GoFundMe’s decision to refuse distribution of fundraiser donations to “Freedom Convoy 2022.”

“It is a fraud for @gofundme to commandeer $9M in donations sent to support truckers and give it to causes of their own choosing,” DeSantis tweeted Saturday, referring to the crowdfunding website’s initial plans to “send all remaining funds to credible and established charities.”

DeSantis promised to “investigate these deceptive practices,” stating that those who donated to the protests against the Canadian government’s COVID-19 mandate had to receive their money back.

Republican Louisiana and West Virginia attorneys general have also called their constituents who donated to the Freedom Convoy to reach out to them, as the officials investigated the legality of the crowdfunding company’s actions.

“In WV, organizations must not deceive donors and engage in deceptive advertising practices. If you’ve been victimized by a deceptive act or practice, let us know!” West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said.

GoFundMe announced Saturday a change of course, vowing to send the entire sum of remaining donations back to the donors “within 7-10 business days,” as opposed to the previous plans to redirect the funds to other charities.

Week of action curriculum centers itself around 13 ‘Black Lives Matter Guiding Principles’

Schools across America are implementing the Black Lives Matter at School Week of Action curriculum that calls for the “disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics.”

The week of action started on Monday in several schools from Washington state to Massachusetts, bringing to classrooms the activist-based curriculum that preaches controversial ideas.

According to the week of action “starter kit” published on the Black Lives Matter at School website, the group has a list of four “national demands” that include funding “counselors not cops” and mandating “Black History and Ethnic Studies” in classrooms.

Additionally, the week of action curriculum centers itself on the 13 “Black Lives Matter Guiding Principles,” which include concepts such as “Black Villages” and “Globalism.”

“Black Villages is the disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics and a return to the ‘collective village’ that takes care of each other,” the starter kit reads. “Globalism is our ability to see how we are impacted or privileged within the Black global family that exists across the world in different regions.”

“Most rational thinkers agree that public schools should not be home to political activism, from any side of the political divide, but public schools across America, from Boston to Seattle, have opened their doors for activist teachings from the divisive Black Lives Matter political organization,” Parents Defending Education vice president of investigations Asra Nomani said in a statement.

“Under the cover of a week of action, called ‘Black Lives Matter at School,’ children as young as five years old are being trained how to be political activists,” Nomani continued. “What we are witnessing is state-sponsored political indoctrination, using coloring books, downloadable slide shows and contests to teach a next generation ‘social justice activism,’ in the program’s own words.”

“We need radicalization out of schools, especially as children struggle with learning loss from the pandemic, and reading, writing and arithmetic back in schools,” Nomani added.

Today is the International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Genital Mutilation

We are constantly told the opposite by propagandists in the West, but the reality is that female genital mutilation (FGM) is justified in Islamic law. It is practiced by some non-Muslims, but only in majority-Muslim areas where the influence of Islamic culture, mores and law is all-pervasive.

“It is a religious thing. Do you want to change religion?” said one Egyptian in response to a campaign to eradicate female genital mutilation. “You only listen to what the West is saying.”

The establishment media ignores the fact that FGM is mandated in Islamic law: “Circumcision is obligatory (for every male and female) (by cutting off the piece of skin on the glans of the penis of the male, but circumcision of the female is by cutting out the bazr ‘clitoris’ [this is called khufaadh ‘female circumcision’]).” — Umdat al-Salik e4.3, translated by Mark Durie, The Third Choice, p. 64

Why is it obligatory? Because Muhammad is held to have said so: “Abu al- Malih ibn Usama’s father relates that the Prophet said: ‘Circumcision is a law for men and a preservation of honour for women.’” — Ahmad Ibn Hanbal 5:75

“Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah: A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her: ‘Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.’” — Abu Dawud 41:5251

That hadith is classified as weak, but this one is classified as sahih (reliable): “Aishah narrated: ‘When the circumcised meets the circumcised, then indeed Ghusl is required. Myself and Allah’s Messenger did that, so we performed Ghusl.’” — Jami` at-Tirmidhi 108

If Muhammad had the genitals of his favorite wife, Aisha, mutilated, that is a strong endorsement of the practice from the man who is an “excellent example” (Qur’an 33:21) for Muslims.

Why does it matter whether or not FGM is Islamic? Because the practice will never be eradicated if its root causes are not confronted. As long as those Muslims continue to believe that Allah and Muhammad want it done, for some that will override all other considerations, in the United States and everywhere else.

Somali Muslim Gets Probation for School Arson During BLM Riots

The Feds are really throwing the book at these folks.

United States Attorney Erica H. MacDonald today announced a federal criminal complaint against MOHAMED HUSSEIN ABDI, 19, charging him with arson. ABDI, who was arrested on June, 29, 2020, made his initial appearance earlier today before Magistrate Judge Hildy Bowbeer in U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minnesota.

According to the allegations in the complaint, on May 28, 2020, the Gordon Parks High School in St. Paul, Minnesota, suffered damage due to fire and vandalism. Surveillance cameras inside the school captured footage of ABDI and another individual intentionally setting a fire in the cafeteria. The footage shows ABDI reaching through a broken glass door and pouring a clear liquid from a white container on the floor of the cafeteria. ABDI then entered the cafeteria and poured more clear liquid onto the floor and into a trashcan. ABDI ignited a fire in the trashcan using a liquid-soaked garment. The footage shows ABDI running from the building as flames and black smoke erupt from the trashcan.

That was the summer of 2020 during the Trump administration. He entered a guilty plea last spring. Now he ended up with… probation.

Mohamed Hussein Abdi, 20, was handed the probation sentence in a U.S. District Court in St. Paul, Minnesota, Thursday after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit arson, according to court documents obtained by Fox News.

Abdi was also ordered to pay just over $34,000 in restitution to Gordon Parks High School in St. Paul.

I wonder what the penalty for arson in Somali might be.

Here Are All The Times The Biden Administration Has Called For Tech Censorship

  • The Biden administration has frequently urged social media and technology companies to censor users, stressing the perceived dangers of “misinformation.”
  • White House press secretary Jen Psaki drew criticism after she said Tuesday that Spotify and other social media companies need to be “doing more” to stop the spread of “mis- and disinformation” on their platforms, echoing calls made in July for Facebook to remove posts containing vaccine misinformation.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki drew criticism after she said Tuesday that Spotify and other social media companies need to be “doing more” to stop the spread of “mis- and disinformation” on their platforms, echoing calls made in July for Facebook to remove posts containing vaccine misinformation. Psaki’s comments were in response to a question regarding backlash towards podcast host Joe Rogan, with whom Spotify has an exclusive contract, for hosting two guests who were skeptical of the COVID-19 vaccine’s safety and efficacy.

“Our hope is that all major tech platforms and all major news sources for that matter be responsible and be vigilant,” Psaki said.

Not The First Time

Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy took an even more aggressive stance towards Rogan and alleged vaccine misinformation in an interview with MSNBC on Jan. 25, saying tech companies and media organizations have an “important role to play” in curating information, and that “we” must “root out” misinformation.

“This not just about what the government can do,” Murthy said. “This is about companies and individuals recognizing that the only way we get past misinformation is if we are careful about what we say and use the power that we have to limit the spread of misinformation.”

Both Psaki and Murthy previously urged social media companies to take action against the spread of misinformation on their platforms on July 15, with Murthy releasing a “misinformation advisory” intended to instruct institutions, including tech companies, on how to handle false or misleading COVID-19 information.

The advisory recommended tech platforms “impose clear consequences for accounts that repeatedly violate platform policies” regarding COVID-19 misinformation and that platforms “redesign recommendation algorithms to avoid amplifying misinformation, build in “frictions”— such as suggestions and warnings—to reduce the sharing of misinformation, and make it easier for users to report misinformation.”

Following the release of the advisory, Psaki told reporters at a press conference that the White House was “flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation”

Psaki urged Facebook and other social media platforms to “create a robust enforcement strategy that bridges their properties and provides transparency about the rules,” to take “faster action against harmful posts,” and to promote “quality information sources in their feed algorithm.”

Psaki also suggested that if a user was banned on one social media platform, they should be banned on all of them.

President Joe Biden echoed Psaki’s comments on July 16, saying Facebook should “do something” about the misinformation on its platform.

“They’re killing people,” Biden said. “I mean, they’re really – Look, the only pandemic we have is among the unvaccinated. And they’re killing people.”

Biden later reiterated his calls to address misinformation related to the COVID-19 virus and vaccine in January, appearing to urge social media companies to censor content.

“I make a special appeal to social media companies and media outlets: Please deal with the misinformation and disinformation that’s on your shows,” Biden said. “It has to stop.”

Some of the most forceful comments directed towards perceived spreaders of vaccine misinformation came from former National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Francis Collins, who implied incorrect claims regarding the vaccine should not be seen as protected speech.

“Isn’t this like yelling fire in a crowded theater?” Collins asked in a November interview with NPR. “Are you really allowed to do that without some consequences?”

While the Biden administration’s calls for censorship have typically been confined to claims about COVID-19 and vaccines, White House officials have also suggested social media companies have a role to play in curbing other forms of misinformation.

In response to a question regarding former President Donald Trump’s suspension from Facebook, Psaki told reporters in May that platforms should not “amplify” certain speech, though it is unclear what she meant.

“The president’s view is that the major platforms have a responsibility related to the health and safety of all Americans to stop amplifying untrustworthy content, disinformation and misinformation, especially related to COVID-19, vaccinations and elections,” Psaki said.

What a difference 14 years makes. The 2008 Beijing Olympics were China’s debut on the world stage, and China trumpeted its ‘56 Nationalities’ during the Games’ opening ceremonies.  The world was hopeful an emerging China would add to global harmony.

But now, as the 2022 Olympics are underway, the world sees a very different China, a communist totalitarian China engaging in genocide of the Uighurs, imprisoning Tibet, threatening neighbors, waging debt-trap diplomacy, making products with slave labor, stealing intellectual property, unleashing a million spies upon the world, conducting underhanded influence and elite capture operations everywhere, persecuting religious minorities, and jailing and executing dissenters in a thousand political prisons. The world now understands the true import of China’s ’56 Nationalities’ – China is a racist imperial power bent on world domination, subjugating all peoples under the Han master race.  (Ethnically targeted bioweapons, anyone?)  It is a threat to humanity at home and abroad.  The world is no longer under any illusions about communist China.

The CCP does not have the mandate of heaven, and it knows it.  Its rule is not just, and brings only disharmony.  Accordingly, its days are numbered.  Heaven will find another way.

“The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.” – Winston Churchill.

Barack Obama promised to “fundamentally transform” America. Obama, after passage of the Affordable Care Act, failed to turn America into a truly Bolshevik (a.k.a. socialist) country.

Biden, however, has fundamentally transformed America into a Bolshevik style government.

How do we know this?

In an August 17th, 2020 VOX article titled “This is the future Joe Biden wants” Dylan Matthews wrote:

When I asked Symone Sanders, a senior adviser to Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign, what the former vice president’s plan for his first 100 days in office was, her response was blunt.

“Wouldn’t everybody like to know?”

Sanders was also being coy — in fact, she had just finished walking me through Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda, an umbrella term that the campaign has been using for policies meant to aid the economic recovery from the Covid-19 crisis.

Well Symone we all now know Biden’s plan.

We are now in the second year of the Biden administration and the second year of flattening the Covid-19 curve. Covid has mutated, no pun intended, from a curve to a crisis under Biden.

The fall is coming and we don’t know if we can stop Biden’s Build Back Better agenda.

  • Food shortages are here.
  • Medical supplies shortages are here.
  • Water, electricity, gas are being shut randomly and for unknown periods of time, e.g. California.
  • The government has run out of money and we the people are being left to fend for ourselves.

QUESTIONS:

  • Have you seen any economic recovery or solution to the Covid crisis?
  • Have you seen Americans growing and prospering. Are you seeing your income go up and your taxes going down.
  • Have you seen your job secured and company expanding?
  • Have your been threatened if you don’t get jabbed you will lose your job?
  • Have you been told that to go to a restaurant you need proof that you have been vaccinated, e.g. a vaccine passport?
  • Are you fearful that globally tensions are rising and there’s a potential for war between Russian and Ukraine, China and Taiwan or between Iran and the West Bank and Israel?

What I have seen since the inauguration of Biden is ever expanding intrusions of government into my life, my family’s lives, our community, our state and our nation.

Biden’s advisers were telling New York magazine’s Gabriel Debenedetti that Biden wanted an “FDR-sized” administration. This means more centralized power in Washington, D.C., more regulation, more spending and the potential of getting into another World War.

Building Bolsheviks Agenda

As Mark J. Perry wrote:

As we’ve learned from countless examples throughout history, including now Venezuela, the main difference between capitalism and socialism is this: capitalism works.

Biden is anti-Capitalist. Biden has built, funded and expanded the powers of Bolsheviks in the government. Biden is going after the capitalists using the mantra of taxing the rich.

Bolsheviks were a radical, far-left, and revolutionary Marxist faction founded by Vladimir Lenin. Biden has surrounded himself with radical, far-left revolutionaries.

Biden is the new Lenin and his party, his administration and is cabinet are filled with radical, far-left, and revolutionary Marxist Bolsheviks bent on expanding government using the myths of: climate change, a Covid crisis, political opponents are insurrectionists and our enemies are now our friends.

If you don’t believe me then see how Biden’s Bolsheviks are treating our enemies like Iran, China, North Korea, Russia and the Palestinian Authority. Contrast that with what the previous administration did to keep or enemies at bay with sanctions, tariffs and policies that put Americans and America first.

The Bottom Line

Biden’s Bolsheviks are anti-Capitalism. Biden wants more government control over you, me, businesses, the media and the independent states of America.

Remember what Ayn Rand wrote about America’s abundance:

America’s abundance was created not by public sacrifices to “the common good,” but by the productive genius of free men who pursued their own personal interests and the making of their own private fortunes. They did not starve the people to pay for America’s industrialization. They gave the people better jobs, higher wages and cheaper goods with every new machine they invented, with every scientific discovery or technological advance—and thus the whole country was moving forward and profiting, not suffering, every step of the way.

Under Biden America’s abundance is waning and in jeopardy. 

While Biden’s poll numbers are in the toilet, he and his administration is still flushing our economy, national security, healthcare system down the drain.

This will not change unless Republicans take back the House and Senate on November 8th, 2022. This is the last best hope to stop Biden’s Bolsheviks in Congress and at the local, county and state levels.

Conservative Republicans can and must fundamentally undo everything that Biden’s Bolsheviks have done.

Spain’s First Study on Omicron Finds Vaccinated People Spread COVID at Same Rate as Unvaccinated

Several governments in Spain scrapped COVID passports following the study’s release.

The first Spanish study on how the Omicron variant of COVID-19 infects, incubates, and transmits was recently concluded by the Public Health Observatory of Cantabria.

The findings, which have not yet been peer reviewed, show that the highly infectious variant accounted for nearly half of the infections recorded during the whole pandemic. One reason Omicron has proven so transmissible, researchers discovered, is that the window for transmission is earlier than previous variants.

“Half of the infections occurred before the onset of symptoms,” researchers said.

The early stage transmission, scientists noted, complicates some mitigation efforts.

“This would imply that the effectiveness of measures such as screening, rapid testing or isolation would decrease significantly in the absence of preventive measures such as distance, limiting mass gatherings or social gatherings,” researchers said.

Perhaps the most consequential finding in the research, however, is that vaccines did not appear to reduce the spread of the virus.

“Vaccinated cases seem to have the same transmission capacity as unvaccinated people,” researchers concluded, according to EITB Radio Televisión Pública Vasca (the Basque Autonomous Community’s public broadcast service).

This is a departure from the Delta variant, researchers said, where transmission differences were found in vaccinated households and workplaces.

The study was based on 622 Omicron cases (and their 1,420 contacts) detected in Cantabria, a region on Spain’s north coast, in December 2021.

The findings out of Spain are just the latest example of why COVID-19 continues to spread despite human ingenuity and the widespread efforts of central planners to tame the virus.

Unlike previous pandemics, governments around the world took sweeping actions to restrict basic freedoms out of fear of the deadly pathogen. Businesses were closed, speech restricted, free assembly denied, and bodily autonomy was violated.

Despite these efforts the virus, now in its third year, continues to rage, and in many parts of the world governments have been slow to rescind harmful policies despite their ineffectiveness.

To its credit, parts of Spain have proven much more responsive than other parts of the world.

Last week, public health officials in Catalonia, an autonomous province in northeast Spain, and several other provinces, announced they were scrapping vaccine passports in light of this new evidence.

A committee of scientists told Catalonia’s regional government that because of the nature of Omicron, “a large part of the population is once again susceptible to getting infected whether or not they are vaccinated or have already had the illness.”

“The effectiveness of the compulsory use of the Covid certificate is reduced as an extra level of security,” scientists added.

The requirement to show a COVID passport had been in place since November in Catalonia, the second most-populous community in Spain, with some 7.7 million people. Smaller regions in Spain, such as Cantabria and Asturias, also have reportedly announced they will no longer require COVID passports for people to enter bars, restaurants, and other public spaces.

European media point out that Spain has suffered from widespread Omicron outbreaks even though the country boasts one of the higher vaccination rates in the world.

“Despite high levels of vaccination in Spain where 90.7 percent of people over the age of 12 are fully immunised,” The Local reports, “coronavirus cases exploded in Spain over the Christmas holidays, giving it one of Europe’s highest incidence rates.

The decision to scrap the vaccine passport follows widespread protests in Spain against vaccine passports and mask mandates.

While the effectiveness of vaccines in slowing the spread is questionable, there is still an abundance of evidence suggesting that vaccines can significantly reduce the likelihood of falling seriously ill from COVID-19.

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a professor of medicine who studies epidemiology at Stanford University, credits his own speedy recovery from COVID to the vaccines and has praised them as “a wonderful achievement.”

But Bhattacharya has said vaccines are primarily a matter of personal health, not public health, since the benefits of vaccination lay primarily with the individual, and has argued that efforts to mandate vaccination erode confidence in public health.

“Opposition to discriminatory vaccine mandates is not the same as opposition to vaccines,” Bhattacharya said last year. “On the contrary, support for vaccine mandates is an anti-vax position because it breeds distrust and resentment toward public health.”

The new research out of Spain, combined with recent data from the CDC that show natural immunity confers more protection from some COVID variants than vaccines, reveals the folly of these coercive policies.

Vaccine passports are inherently unjust because free people require free movement, but they become both unjust and ridiculous when they fail to reduce the transmission of the virus or account for natural immunity.

Provinces in Spain that are rescinding their vaccine passport policies in light of this new evidence deserve some credit, because this does not come naturally to state planners.

In his work Socialism: An Economic and Sociological Analysis, the economist Ludwig von Mises noted how difficult it is for bureaucrats to relinquish control over their own plans.

“What those calling themselves planners advocate is not the substitution of planned action for letting things go. It is the substitution of the planner’s own plan for the plans of his fellow-men,” Mises wrote. “The planner is a potential dictator who wants to deprive all other people of the power to plan and act according to their own plans. He aims at one thing only: the exclusive absolute pre-eminence of his own plan.”

For those wondering why many countries continue to use coercive policies even in light of this new evidence, the words of Mises offer a beam of understanding.

Fortunately, many countries around the world—including the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the Czech Republic—are beginning to see the error and injustice of these coercive measures.

Those who believe in the God of Abraham are under assault in America. In 2021 there was a record-breaking 360 million Christians persecuted globally.

John Cody from Remix News reported:

In 2021, almost 6,000 Christians were killed due to their religion. The number increased by 24 percent compared to the previous year, when less than 5,000 cases were recorded. Eight out of ten Christians killed were from Nigeria.

The number of closed, attacked, or destroyed churches has also increased by more than 600 cases. According to the organization, the number of detained Christians for religious reasons increased by 44%.

Today, Islam and Islamists are more protected in America than Christians and Jews. Anyone criticizing Islam is labeled Islamophobic, yet no one who criticizes Christianity is a labeled Chritianphobic. Why is that?

Does the First Amendment only pertain to non-Christians? Is not freedom of religious beliefs only apply to Muslims but not to Jews and Christian?

Why are so many Christians and Jews persecuted in Muslim majority countries?

Who is helping protect our religious liberties?

The Religious Liberty Coalition is one organization that is doing more to protect religious liberties than the Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, Evangelical and other Christian denomination churches in America.

Join a robust coalition of like-minded ministry leaders from all around the United States who are standing for religious liberty and freedom.

It is time that ministry leaders take a stand from their pulpits to defend religious liberty. Ask your church leader is they have joined the Religious Liberty Coalition. If they have not ask them to do so. Tell your fellow Christians and Jewish leaders to do the same.

Ronald Reagan, Remarks at Conference on Religious Liberty said:

When our Founding Fathers passed the First Amendment, they sought to protect churches from government interference. They never intended to construct a wall of hostility between government and the concept of religious belief itself.

If our religious liberties are lost then everything is lost. Destroy the First Amendment then all other amendments of the U.S. Constitution become null and voided by government.
