It is ironic that eighty years ago in November of 1942 a group of Nazis met to create a “final solution” to the Jewish question. On November 8th, 2022 Americans will head to the polls to vote in the mid-term elections to determine the fate of our Constitutional Republic.

QUESTION: What will be the final solution?

Today, as I write this column, Senator Chuck Schumer, a Jew, is working to eliminate the U.S. Senate 60 vote filibuster Cloture Rule in order to pass legislation that would remove responsibility for the conduct of elections from the states and move it to the federal government.

A recent report indicates that the Biden White House is plotting ‘to sign’ voting bills ‘into law’ despite a lack of votes in the U.S. Senate.

Today, we have a group called Antifa that is against fascism, yet it appears that fascism is thriving in the White House, the Democrat Party and especially in the Washington, D.C bureaucracy.

Don’t Forget History

Do not forget the Wannsee Conference that was held 80 years ago on the morning of November 20, 1942, in a villa on a grand estate in west Berlin. Reinhard Heydrich, second only to Heinrich Himmler in the hierarchy of the SS, organized the event with the express purpose of reaching what he called “the total solution of the Jewish question in Europe.” This was the formula for genocide. The 15 men present were representatives of Nazi institutions such as the Reich Chancellery, the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry for the Occupied Territories, the Propaganda Ministry, and the Office of the Four-Year Plan. All of them were already key figures implementing genocide and were at Wannsee to put the finishing touches to it.

QUESTION: Are we seeing in Washington, D.C. new conferences bent on a new form of “final solution”?

These conferences are being held in the White House, in Congress, in the offices of agencies including the CDC, OSHA, DOD, DOJ, FBI, and others. Their purpose, along with conferences held by the social and legacy media, is to push fear into the minds of every American in order to force upon us all mandates that can only be their “final solution” for total control of our Republic!

Haven’t we already seen tens of thousands of Americans dying from getting vaxxed, double vaxxed and then booster vaxxed? Are we witnessing a new Holocaust by Jab?

The Bottom Line

In a May 20th, 2020 article titled “Welcome to the Fourth Reich” Cherie Zaslawsky wrote:

Shortly after World War II ended, Americans were in shock as the horrors of the Holocaust were revealed. But they also took comfort from the fact that nothing like that could ever happen here. Or could it?

The plethora of new and ever-changing dictatorial edicts in many states today strikes me as eerily reminiscent of the Nazi’s series of escalating mandates that targeted the Jewish population. However, in our own case, we’re all the targets.

Consider the new piece of legislation proposed by congressional Democrat Bobby Rush, H.R. 6666. If you’ve read the Bible, you may blanch at the number of this bill, as well as at its content.

The bill calls for the creation of a civilian army of “contact tracers” to spy on American citizens, to determine whether any of us test positive for Covid-19—a flu virus so mild that most people have no idea they’ve contracted it. However, it can provoke serious, life-threatening illness in people in their 80s and 90s, especially those in nursing homes—and one would want to make sure anyone entering a nursing home is virus-free.

This Stasi-style spying program, guaranteed to create informers, accusers, and snitches-in–waiting, is a thinly veiled persecution of our citizens. [Emphasis added]

In our article “The Rise of the Bio-Medical Security State” we wrote:

In February 1920, Hitler presented a 25-point Program (the Nazi Party Platform) at a Nazi Party meeting. In the 25-point program, Nazi Party members publicly declared their intention to segregate Jews from “Aryan” society and to abrogate Jews’ political, legal and civil rights.

Fast forward to January 2022 and we now see a Democrat Party Platform, enforced by federal bureaucrats, Democrat members of Congress and party leaders, to segregate the “unvaccinated” from “American” society and to abrogate the political, legal and civil rights of the unvaxxed.

But they are not alone, as this is a global effort called “The Great Reset.”

The World Economic Forum’s website titled The Great Reset states:

There is an urgent need for global stakeholders to cooperate in simultaneously managing the direct consequences of the COVID-19 crisis. To improve the state of the world, the World Economic Forum is starting The Great Reset initiative. [Emphasis added]

What goes around comes around. The Fascists are alive and well as they’re working to implement The Great Reset globally. The Great Reset looks eerily like the Third Reich.

If Biden and Schumer succeed in federalizing our elections then gird your loins. We’re in for quite a ride.

As George Orwell wrote in his dystopian novel 1984, “If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face—for ever.”

I recently published an article titled “My Twelve ‘Come to Jesus Moments’” and asked readers to share similar moments. In a comment Bruno W. left us a link to a August 28th, 2019 article by Matt Archbold about Svetlana, the daughter of Josef Stalin. The crux of the article was her decision to become a Roman Catholic while her father was the leader of the former Soviet Union.

In a National Catholic Register article titled “‘Taken Into the Arms of Mary’ — When Joseph Stalin’s Daughter Became Catholic” Matt Archbold wrote:

“The Eucharist has given me life,” she [Svetlana] said — and “my father would have shot me for what I have done.”

Today in America we are facing a great battle once again. That battle is between those who would turn America into a totalitarian state like the former Soviet Union and patriots who want to protect and defend our Constitutional Republic.

We found in the article by Archbold elements that we are now seeing here in American – Stalinism raising its ugly head once again.

Today we seeing in Washington, D.C. a new conferences bent on a new “final solution.”

Archbold reported:

While in power, Stalin did everything he could to crush Christianity, closing down thousands of churches and violently torturing, killing, and imprisoning Christians. This is the man who was reputed to have said, “One death is a tragedy; one million is a statistic” so you can imagine the merciless persecution he mounted against Christianity. Today there are powerful forces in America that want to crush Christianity and Judaism. 

Svetlana said this as a warning to us all as she wrote:

“Many people today find it easier to think of [Stalin] as a coarse physical monster. Actually, he was a moral and spiritual monster. This is far more terrifying. But it’s the truth.”

Ironic, then is was Josef Stalin, today it is Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.

Archbold wrote:

Doubts about her father would soon begin. In school, Svetlana would sometimes be handed notes by classmates whose mother or father had been “disappeared” by the state. They were begging her to pass them on to her father.

[ … ]

Later, Svetlana noticed that sometimes even her own relatives disappeared. Even then, Svetlana attributed it, as did so many Russians, as things which Stalin was either unaware of or unable to fix. But years later, her father would flatly tell his daughter that her relatives had been killed simply because “they knew too much. They babbled a lot,” he said, and it “played into the hands of our enemies.”

The Bottom Line

Stalin established as the goal of the ‘five-year plans of atheism’ directed by the League of the Militant Godless eliminating all religious expression in the country. Reportedly, during just the purges of 1937 and 1938, well over 168,300 Russian Orthodox clergy were arrested, a majority of whom were shot. And that was just during two years.

I had ended my column with this warning:

It’s time that each of us, and America itself, to come to Jesus now or our moment will be lost for ever.

Today we are seeing citizens and even entire communities under the yoke of totalitarianism reminiscent of the former Soviet Union. The rational is to protect us from covid. The results are the same, slow death by government mandates.

Today social media, news outlets and even our federal government works to censor those who “knew too much” and “babbled a lot.”

Today’s Facebook community standards are the old Soviet means of suppressing the truth.

But God tells us the truth will set us free. Svetlana wrote:

“The Eucharist has given me life. The Sacrament of Penance with God whom … we abandon and betray each day, the sense of guilt and sadness that invades us then, all this makes it necessary to receive it frequently. I was taken into the arms of the Blessed Virgin Mary. … Who else could be my advocate but the Mother of Jesus? She suddenly drew me close to her.”

Yes, who else could be my advocate, government or the Mother of Jesus.

Time to choose. Choose wisely.

Class Warfare: States Head into 2022 Fighting Curriculum

While school districts are fighting to over when students should come back to school, other leaders are trying to make sure critical race theory isn’t there when they do. State legislatures are gearing up to kick off their 2022 sessions, and a slew of conservatives have one goal in mind: shut down CRT and other radical curriculum in the classroom. And Democrats are concerned their side isn’t taking the threat seriously enough.

The lay of the land since Republican Glenn Youngkin won the governorship in Virginia has changed — and even the media can feel it. With foreboding, they’re reporting about the avalanche of legislation set to be considered in the next few months — most of which takes aim at the Democrats’ golden calf: public school indoctrination. Politico details all of the states getting ready for a big push on priorities like parents’ rights, CRT, radical sex education, and more. “There is a huge red wave coming,” Missouri State Rep. Brian Seitz (R), a pastor and business owner, says. “Virginia is just a microcosm of the rest of the United States.”

His state, alongside South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Alabama, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina and a half-dozen more are primed and ready to take on the teachers’ unions, school boards, and extreme Left. So far, the Democrats’ only response, blowing off parents or dismissing the trends as make believe, has been a huge misfire. In a lot of regions, like Virginia, it’s only managed to motivate citizens more. The Brookings Institution’s Rashawn Ray insists, “We have hit an ideological civil war that has spilled over into the classrooms for our kids. It’s the fight for the democratic future of America that’s going to control future elections.” And so far, parents are winning.

Indiana State Rep. J.D. Prescott, one of countless legislators making education a top priority, said on “Washington Watch” Thursday that “more parents are paying attention to what’s going on inside the classrooms” and, as a result, they’re becoming “more and more concerned.” “And I want to be careful, [because] I don’t think this is in every classroom or every teacher is presenting this. But it only takes a small percentage of teachers to be presenting these divisive concepts and other obscene material to really cause damage within our school system and really push a liberal propaganda narrative, to be quite frank.”

His bill, Indiana’s HB 1040, puts CRT and explicit material in the bullseye. “It’s a very comprehensive bill,” Prescott explained. “First off, we define what divisive concepts are and ban them within the classroom. We also ban anti-American ideology from being taught and promoted within the classroom. We create a complaint process that goes through the local school [boards] or through the Department of Education and with overall review through the attorney general’s office in Indiana. And the enforcement mechanism is really key to making sure that the law that we pass here is actually a productive law that… can really accomplish our goals of keeping this material out of the classroom.”

The driving factor, Prescott says, is the number of parents who contacted him. And talking to his colleagues around the state, he isn’t the only one. “It’s not just parents from one portion of the state [that are] having these issues. This is really all over the state. So I just want to make sure that’s being addressed as well.”

One of the things that’s helped the GOP get so much traction is the coordination between chambers. Voters have been so engaged that people on both sides of the Indiana statehouse have started drafting multiple bills. Tag-teaming with state senators, the Hoosier conservatives are attacking education from every angle. A proposal in the state Senate, SB 167, would demand a curriculum review committee of parents, teachers, and community members. If it passes, all educational material will have to be posted online with an option for parents to opt out. It also limits how much counseling schools can offer students without informing the parent, so that dangerous ideas like transgenderism or abortion wouldn’t be condoned without parents’ knowledge.

Taking a cue from Fairfax and Loudoun Counties in Virginia, where there’s been such an uprising over school library material, SB 167’s sponsor, Republican State Sen. Scott Baldwin tries to weed out those problems too. “Blatantly harmful material deemed illegal on the street corner shouldn’t be considered legal in a school library,” he argued. “I am simply seeking to even the playing field so that materials illegal outside a school are also illegal inside a school.”

It’s time to empower parents, not sideline them. If you want to help, Prescott says it’s simple. “Reach out to your state representatives, state senators, let them know that you say this is an issue that we need to be addressing during this session of the General Assembly.” Chances are, your state will be in some form or fashion. Let those leaders know they have your support!

Variants, Propaganda, Fear and Genocide

British science fiction writer, Ian Watson said, “If you have to be persuaded, reminded, pressured, lied to, incentivized, coerced, bullied, socially shamed, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalized; if all of this is considered necessary to gain your compliance, you can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in our best interest.”

Propaganda produces fear, and fear produces compliance.

Between 1933 and 1939, about half of the German-Jewish population and more than two-thirds of Austrian Jews (1938-1939) fled Nazi persecution. Others stayed as they hadn’t the wherewithal to leave or they thought the situation temporary, but by 1939 it became too late. The citizenry had become so fearful that they bowed their heads and said not a word despite seeing the pervasive evil against their neighbors.  The same has happened over and over again throughout history with Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot, Ceausescu, Mao and others.  Even the 1989 Tiananmen Square student protests didn’t arouse the rest of the citizenry.  Fear dominated and kept them silent.

Now we are seeing the same reactions in America.  Most citizens accept the destruction of freedom for their “safety.”  Yet others who are exposing the totalitarian and despotic tactics are speaking out and risking their own livelihoods.  It is up to every American citizen who loves freedom and liberty to join them and shed the propaganda and fear that has subjugated our electorate.  Stand now, or the gulags may be imminent.

Omicron Breaks Thru Immunity

Dr. Peter McCullough, internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, has informed the public via America Out Loud, that his, “Once and Done,” natural immunity from Covid and its variants is no longer true with Omicron.  He states the following:

While we have a mix of prolonged Delta cases and in many cases with moderate to severe symptoms, Omicron syndrome has been characterized as mild and brief with a notable absence of pulmonary symptoms. How did Omicron secure this large and growing ecological niche? We have learned that Omicron replicates at a 70-fold increased rate over Delta. 

Additionally, Omicron appears to generate immunity not only against itself, but also against Delta, the prior dominant variant. So as Omicron moves through the population rapidly, it is providing a larger immunologic barrier to further Delta expansion and will likely work to bring down the Delta curve as the same time the Omicron peak continues to build in a sharply upward, and hopefully brief spike in cases.

Dr. McCullough also comments that monoclonal antibody products are unlikely to neutralize Omicron, leaving only Sotrovimab by Glaxo Smith Klein as the remaining antibody treatment in the armamentarium for high-risk seniors who develop severe symptoms with Omicron. (High risk being elderly with numerous comorbidities.)

The World Health Organization (WHO) tells that this variant came out of South Africa and has a number of mutations, some of which are concerning.  You might want to read their article as they are listing what countries are “required to do.”  WHO is telling us that Omicron poses a very high risk, but that’s not what we’re seeing!  Dr. McCullough says there are about 30 mutations of this variant whereas Delta had only about seven mutations in the spike protein.  However, this variant has a lower infectivity than the Delta variant, actually about a third or less.

Still, there are 145 research studies confirm naturally acquired immunity to CV-19: documented, linked and quoted.

I am shocked that a “variant” of the original virus would be able to jump over the natural immunity gained from recovery of the original.  In the past, all “variants” were only 2.5 to 3% of the original and were fought off by natural immunity.  My immediate thought was that Omicron is a new virus, but Dr. McCullough says the clot shot recipients are creating these new variants and spreading them.  Thus, it may not end any time soon.

Repeated Injections Cause Death

In a late November 2021 podcast with Dr. McCullough, he said, “The revelation that with each injection of COVID-19 genetic “vaccines,” that spike protein is loaded into the human body and accumulates to an even higher level, causing inflammation and organ injury in the brain, heart, immune system, and bone marrow, are stunning from a clinical perspective. As the viral pandemic ebbs, we can expect to learn and hear more about how the COVID-19 “vaccines,” which are now administered by mandate and in some countries by force, grow in strength as the leading public health threat and, instead of preventing disease, become significant determinants of a whole new class of illnesses leading to disability, hospitalization, and death.”

A week earlier Dr. McCullough warned that repeated injections of COVID mRNA or “viral vector” “vaccines” could lead to an overwhelming of the human body with the lethal “spike protein” which mimics that of the virus it is expected to prevent. “The spike protein on the ball of the virus is the same protein that’s in the human body after vaccination, so whether or not someone’s been exposed to it from the respiratory illness, or whether or not someone’s taken the vaccine, they now are exposed to the spike protein,” McCullough said. Based on published scientific research, McCullough said, “the spike protein does damage the heart…”

The good doctor is absolutely sure that those who have had the clot shot are creating these variants and that so far Omicron shows mild symptoms and this variant is not covered by the clot shots, (as though anything was).  Delta exhibited considerable antigenic escape, but this degree of mutation with Omicron, almost certainly escapes any effect of the jab and this is seen with Big Pharma now changing the jabs. They have announced a turn to develop a product against this variant.

Stay away from these poisonous injections!

Never Vaccinate During Pandemics

Dr. McCullough says it’s a huge mistake to vaccinate during a global pandemic because there is simply too much prevalent virus.  The virus will make mistakes when it replicates and with Delta, it clearly was an evolutionary link and went from a minor mutation to 100%.  Delta was a huge evolutionary advantage over other strains, so Delta in effect wiped out Alpha, Beta, Gamma.  Omicron’s early reads on the molecular structure probably won’t wipe out Delta because it’s so sufficiently successful in surviving in the nose and the mouth of the jabbed.  We know this from a number of studies.  Thirty nine percent of 31 infections resulted in homes of fully jabbed.

The nasal and oral passages of infected contain 251-1000 more of the viral load and Dr. McCullough has recommended nasal cleansing with the following instructions to be used every four hours by spraying up the nose and by gargling.  Don’t swallow it, and if it burns, dilute just a bit more, but not too much.  The recipe follows:

0.62% Dilute Solution

1 cup sterile water (this volume enough for 7 days)

1 Tablespoon of 10% Povidone Iodine (PVD-I)

¼ teaspoon salt

In the labs, a 1% solution of Povidone Iodine has been shown to be 99.99%

Effective as an antiviral treatment in just 30 seconds.

0.50% solutions have also been shown to be effective especially with repeated treatments.

This treatment has been shown to tremendously reduce mortality, morbidity, and hospital as well as financial burden in this covid situation.  This actually is a great reduction without systemic therapy for active viral infections.  It is also a prophylactic for healthy people used a couple times a day after being out or at work.  Dr. McCullough also explains that if you have Grave’s Disease, are pregnant or allergic to iodine, you can switch over to diluted hydrogen peroxide and get a very similar effect.  Dentists have actually been the teachers for this oral and nasal wash.

The virus is not spread when you are asymptomatic; it is only spread when you become ill, unlike what Anthony Fauci, our modern-day Hitler, Goebbels and Mengele, tells us.  There are three to five days between the time of contact with an ill person and when you’d come down with the virus, and this nasal wash intercepts that carriage and knocks it out before becoming symptomatic.

Another warning is that anyone with comorbidities should find where their monoclonal antibody centers are and even if they’re not very sick yet, they should apply to immediately get the shots.  The only patients dying or being hospitalized are those who are receiving inadequate treatments.

There are many physicians who are proponents of early treatment with safe and inexpensive drugs. Their names and interviews have been widespread.  They are men of courage and bravery standing against the totalitarian onslaught of the clot shots, knowing early treatment would have saved 86% of those who unnecessarily died and died alone.

Anyone under 70, without comorbidities or excess weight, is fairly safe from a virus 99.8% recover from.  Those stats are better than seasonal flu which no one seems to die of since CV-19 came along.  No one is safe from the vaxxed whose bodies are creating the variants and whose nasal and oral cavities contain 241 to 1000 times more of the viral load than the unvaxxed.  Who the hell are these totalitarian despots fooling, only the subjugated compliant lemmings?  The lies are being exposed!

Dr. Michael Yeadon on CV-19 Variants

Dr. Michael Yeadon is the former Chief Science Officer and Vice President of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He has come forward with the truth of the vaccinations, the truth about Covid-19, and the truth about the new “variants” that are being pushed onto us.

Like so many other physicians and scientists, Dr. Yeadon has been “exposed” as a conspiracy theorist and fraud by our commie Pravda media and the alleged “fact checkers.”  Remember that the fact checkers have sworn up and down that Dr. FauxChi is brilliant, reliable, honest and knows what is best for the world’s population.  I’d suggest they read the most referenced book in today’s market by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., The Real Anthony Fauci.

Dr. Yeadon was one of the first courageous scientists to expose the Sars-coV-2 injections as dangerous to our health and well-being.

Here is what Dr. Yeadon believes according to a multitude of his interviews and presentations.  This was printed in late December 2021.

  • There is no new variant.
    • The changes that have been madeto the virus are so miniscule, our own immune systems will not pick up a change nor will treat it any differently than the original variant.
    • Being that the changes are so minimal, there will be no reason for additional vaccinations, nor any vaccinations to combat the new variant being released onto the people of the world.
    • The original variant was less deadly than influenza.
  • Why would they push a new variant if it wasn’t as dangerous as they are claiming?
    • The new variant is being touted by mainstream media and the medical practitioners per orders of the governments of the world. If there is a new variant, the people react with panic. They re-mask. They hide and quarantine again. They rush in line to get the vaccination. – The Ultimate Goal.
  • What is the target population for the vaccination?
    • The easiest targets, to get more than 50% of the population are the Elderly, the population that have underlying health issues, and those in contact with both of the above. That leaves approximately 30% left unvaccinated.
    • The rest will be herded as a social faux-pas to not fall in line via College Attendance, School Attendance, Unable to work or shop without the vaccination.
  • I’ve heard of magnets connecting to injection sites, But why?
    • Don’t believe me. Do your own experiment.
    • The vaccinations do indeed have a sort of chip, or QR code imbedded.
    • The magnet trick is NOT a hoax. Go ahead and try it. Stick a magnet to your injection site, within two-inch diameter of the injection. Depending on which vaccine you received, either a magnet will stick OR a small metal object such as a key will stick. You can actually feel the pull as the object connects to the implant.
    • If you have an EMF Detector, try to use that. Scan anywhere on your body. Because humans are made of energy, many of us will naturally give off an EMF signal. However, the injection site will push the readings through the roof.
  • Life expectancy after injection.
    • I encourage you to do your own due diligence, however many reputable scientists have publicly stated that the life expectancy of someone who was healthy prior to the vaccination is anywhere from 2-7 years post injection. World renowned CV19 critical care and pulmonary expert Dr. Pierre Kory says the data is clear the CV19 injections are “not safe, not effective” and show they are causing a huge number of deaths.

Dr. Kory warns, “They already broke death records with these vaccines almost a year ago.  Now, you are starting to see it in actuarial data with life insurance companies.  The life insurance companies have been paying out claims like they never have before, and they are noticing the deaths cannot be explained by Covid.

“If you look at the actual morbidity and mortality from the CDC in 2019, 2020 and 2021 in the ages of 18 to 64, you’ll see in America, starting in quarter two of the year 2021 (when the vaccines started), the mortalities started to rise, and it rose from 120% above normal to 140% above normal, and it’s far exceeded the death rates in 2020.  The difference in 2020 and 2021, we had covid in both years.  In 2021, we had the vaccines.”

Former Pfizer VP Dr. Michael Yeadon in the first week of 2022, said, “Max vaccination is leading to mass death.”  Dr. Kory agrees and explains, “It’s not only data from a life insurance company that came out this week that is based on CDC data that can’t be explained by Covid alone, there are huge increases of dying in this country this year.

“They have done huge analyses of the European mortality data as well as the U.S. mortality data and they controlled for vaccination status.  They found that for every age range that they looked at, the all-cause mortality of the vaccinated was increased over the unvaccinated.  All-cause mortality means that you are more likely to die of something if you are vaccinated.

“All-cause mortality is coming out of actual databases by credible scientists.  You have life insurance companies showing the data, and you have our own federal government showing unexplained large rises in dying.  Don’t you think a good scientific question and a good hypothesis to test would be ‘Could these be the vaccines?’

“The answer is ‘the vaccines,’ and I cannot find a better fit to answering that hypothesis than that, it’s this mass explosion of this vaccination policy with single, double and booster shots.  It’s going like wildfire through the population.  If the mortality of the vaccinated is higher than the unvaccinated, you have the data that you can safely and confidently conclude the vaccines are associated with and causing death.”

In closing, Dr. Kory says, “What has happened in the last month or so is the data for adverse reactions and effects are no longer hidden and suppressed.  They are coming out on servers . . . and actuarial tables.”

Conclusion

The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota fired 700 unvaccinated health care workers the first week of 2022, despite nurses at the clinic issuing a warning several weeks ago about staffing issues.  America’s once great medical care has been decimated.  In 1984, we were at the very top of industrialized nations, but after 38 years of FauxChi at the helm, we are at the very bottom.  Doctors and nurses have retired early or have been fired for refusing the clot shots. All medical facilities are massively understaffed.

The three courageous and brilliant physicians/scientist mentioned in this article are risking their reputations, their livelihoods and their families to warn and save Americans.  But there are others who are speaking out who are not as virtuous or trustworthy. They are controlled opposition. My next article will expose one of them.

At the opening of his radio show on Sunday, conservative talk host Mark Levin blasted Critical Race Theory (CRT), which he said was a symptom of a bigger problem Democrats and other left-leaning entities using the American education system to promote a political philosophy, calling it “Louis Farrakhan dressed up as scholarship.”

“They want to rule over us,” he said. “That’s what the Democrat Party is all about. That’s an insurrection. That is an insurrection that undermines our constitutional system and our revolution. What else are they doing? Their teachers’ unions — don’t get me wrong here. The teachers union of the Democratic Party are tied at the hip. Their teachers’ unions are at war with our children. They are using our children as pawns. They are using them to threaten us if we don’t give them what they want; the teachers’ unions are pushing Critical Race Theory, a Marxist racist theory on our kids, brainwashing them day in and day out…

“One hundred and thirty billion dollars to assist school districts with the COVID pandemic, right? $130 billion,” Levin continued. “In Chicago, they won’t go to school. In Maryland, they won’t go to school, and other parts of the blue state America, they won’t go to school. Much of the money being used to what? To push indoctrination, to push Marxism and Critical Race Theory. Critical Race Theory is Louis Farrakhan dressed up as scholarship. It is racism. It is segregation. It is the death knell of this country — this magnificent, wonderful country that believes in individuals, that any individual can succeed who dares to work and try.”

Founded by the late Derrick Bell, critical race theory is an academic discipline which maintains that society is divided along racial lines into (white) oppressors and (black) victims, similar to the way Marxism frames the oppressor/victim dichotomy along class lines. VIDEO: New DOD Documents EXPOSE Dr. Fauci’s Research

The documents in question stem from a report at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, better known as DARPA, which were hidden in a top-secret shared drive.

DARPA is an agency under the U.S. Department of Defense in charge of facilitating research in technology with potential military applications.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s release:

  • Military documents state that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses. The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the gain of function research moratorium.
  • The main report regarding the EcoHealth Alliance proposal leaked on the internet a couple of months ago and has remained unverified, until now. Project Veritas has obtained a separate report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, written by U.S. Marine Corp Major, Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow.
  • “The proposal does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research,” a direct quote from the DARPA rejection letter.
  • Project Veritas reached out to DARPA for comment regarding the hidden documents and spoke with the Chief of Communications, Jared Adams, who said, “It doesn’t sound normal to me,” when asked about the way the documents were buried.

Ocasio-Cortez: Comes the Moment to Decide

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a member of the infamous group of four Congresswomen known as the “Squad,” which includes two Muslims — Rashida Tlaib, a Palestinian-American, and Ilhan Omar, a Somali-American – and Ayanna Pressley. Tlaib and Omar are consistently, virulently, anti-Israel; Ocasio-Cortez just a tad less so in her public pronouncements. She did not vote “No” with Tlaib and Omar on a bill to provide extra funding to Israel for its Iron Dome anti-missile defense, but after voting “Present,” she proceeded, in a fit of remorse, to have a good cry in Congress about that very vote.

Now it turns out that a recently-hired legislative assistant in her office, one Hussein Altamimi, has made some outrageous and false claims about Israel on Instagram.. Ocasio-Cortez has been asked to discharge him. …”Hussain Altamimi has made false, hateful, anti-Semitic, anti-Israel accusations on Instagram,” ZOA national president Morton Klein said in a letter sent to Ocasio-Cortez on Wednesday [Jan.5}. He added that Altamimi’s “vitriolic posts are likely to add to the atmosphere of anti-Semitism and hatred that has fueled increasing, frightening, violent attacks on Jews in New York and throughout the United States.”

Fox News reported that Altamimi, who joined Ocasio-Cortez’s office in November, shared on his Instagram story on Dec. 24 a post from an account called “Let’s Talk Palestine,” which falsely accused Israel of “apartheid” and of having a “racial hierarchy.” Altamimi accompanied the post by writing: “Israel is a racist European ethnostate built on stolen land from its indigenous population!”

In his letter to Ocasio-Cortez, Klein insisted that “the racist dictatorship in the area is the Palestinian Authority.”

As he explained, “the Palestinian Authority states that no Jews will be allowed to live in their entity; condemns Arabs to death for selling property to Jews; and pays Arabs’ lifetime pensions to murder Jews and Americans. The P.A. also names schools, streets and sports teams after Jew-killers.”

Klein said the ZOA urges Ocasio-Cortez to fire Altamimi, as well as “publicly condemn these hateful odious remarks” made by him.

Well, let’s see. Hussein Altamimi’s remarks are certainly unpleasant – “hateful” and “odious,” according to Morton Klein – but are they true? Altamimi first posted, with evident approval, a statement he came across at the site “Let’s Talk Palestine,” that accused Israel of being an “apartheid” state and of having a “racial hierarchy.” So forgive us the need to repeat, endlessly, the same rebuttal as we have posted a dozen times before.

In Israel, Arabs sit in the Knesset, serve on the Supreme Court, go abroad as ambassadors for their country. An Arab party, Ra’am, is part of the current governing coalition. The chairman of Israel’s largest bank, Bank Leumi, is an Arab. Jews and Arabs study together in universities, work in the same offices and factories, provide care to Jewish and Arab patients, and receive treatment from Jewish and Arab doctors and nurses, in the same hospitals. Jews and Arabs play on the same sports teams and in the same orchestras. They act together on the stage, on television, and the movies. None of that would be possible in a real “apartheid” state as South Africa was until the 1990s. There is only one difference in the treatment of Israeli Jews and Israeli Arabs. Jews must, while Arabs may, serve in the military.

Is there a “racial hierarchy” in Israel? Do Jews lord it over Arabs? Nowhere, and in nothing. There is complete legal equality between Jew and Arab, Muslim and non-Muslim. There are no professions in Israel that Arabs cannot practice, unlike the Palestinians in many Arab lands, such as Lebanon, where they are shut up in camps, and prohibited from practicing dozens of professions.

Altamimi accompanied that post from “Let’s Talk Palestine” by writing in his Instagram: “Israel is a racist European ethnostate built on stolen land from its indigenous population!” Is Israel a “European ethnostate”? This is one of the staples of Palestinian propaganda – that “the Jews” all came to Israel from Europe, and are not indigenous to the Middle East; they have no business laying claim to any part of Israel. But we know that Jews have been living continuously for 3000 years in the Land of Israel; there is extensive archaeological evidence – pottery, coins, scrolls from the Dead Sea, ancient synagogues, mosaics, and so much more – of that Jewish presence. And Jews were not only in Eretz Israel, but spread from there across the Middle East and North Africa and into Europe. The Jews who remained in the Middle East and North Africa are called Mizrahi Jews; there is nothing “European” about them; in 2005 61% of Israeli Jews claimed Mizrahi or part-Mizrahi ancestry.

Less than one-third of Israeli Jews claim Ashkenazi or part-Ashkenazi ancestry, which would link them to Europe. Of course even those Ashkenazi Jews did not originate in Europe; like all Jews, they originated in the Land of Israel; through the centuries some Jewish populations appeared in Europe The only reason for Hussein Altamimi to make his preposterous claim that Israel is a “European ethnostate” is that he wants to deny the indigeneity of the Jews, the claim that they originated in the Land of Israel,, and are not outside invaders who came as European conquerors to the Middle East. There are whole museums of archaeology and anthropology that offer incontrovertible evidence that Altamimi has it wrong. But his narrative depends on the “white, European, colonial-settlers” coming from outside, arriving in Palestine where, in his narrative, the Muslim Arabs have been living for thousands of years, and proceeding to “steal their land.” No one has been able, for obvious reasons, to find any evidence of that Muslim Arab presence before the seventh century A.D., about 2300 years later than the Jews first appeared in the Land of Israel.

Hussein Altamimi claims that “Israel is a racist European ethnostate built on stolen land from its indigenous population!” Which is the indigenous population – the Arabs who came out of Arabia in the seventh century and conquered large swathes of the Middle East and North Africa, or the Jews who since 3000 B.C. had been living uninterruptedly in the Land of Israel? The Jews did not “steal [the Arabs’] land. It was the Jews who were dispossessed of their land by various conquerors – Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman Turk – but who finally, in the 20th century, were encouraged by the ideology of Zionism to return to the Land of Israel, not to “steal land,” but to buy it from Arab and Turkish landowners. The sums the Jews spent in this effort were exorbitant: in 1941, Jews buying scarcely arable land in Mandatory Palestine were paying more to their Arab owners than was then being charged for the richest farmland in the world, in Iowa. The Palestine Mandate, Article 6, calls on the holder of the Mandate, Great Britain, to facilitate Jewish immigration and to encourage “close settlement by Jews on the land.” In addition, “state and waste lands” were to be made available for Jews to settle on. The only time that Israel took land that it did not buy, or inherit as “state and waste land,” was in the immediate aftermath of the 1948 war. Arabs who had left the area, having been encouraged to do so by Arab broadcasts that promised that if they left the places where fighting was taking place in Palestine, they would soon be able to return with the victorious Arab armies. They left, but the “victorious Arab armies” never appeared. Israel saw no reason, since the Arabs who left were clearly not going to return, not to allow Jews to settle on these lands deserted by their owners. The Israelis did not “steal land” but put to use land that had been permanently abandoned. There is a difference.

Hussain Altamimi has made a series of damning charges. He claims that Israel is an “apartheid” state, but provides no evidence for this preposterous claim, for there is none. He insists there is a “racial hierarchy” in Israel, but again, offers no evidence for Jews lording It over, whether in law or in custom, Israeli Arabs. He calls Israel a “European ethnostate,” though almost two-thirds of Israel’s Jews are Mizrahis, descended from people who never left the Middle East and North Africa. He charges Israel with “stealing” land from the Arabs, ignoring the fact that all the land the Zionists acquired before the 1948 war was bought at very high prices from Arab and Turkish landowners. The land left by Arabs who fled just before, during, and after that war, was taken by the State of Israel and settled on by Jews. Those same Jews in many instances had fled for their lives from Arab lands, leaving them bereft of tens of billions of dollars in property. Israel put t use the land abandoned by Arabs. What else should Israel have done? Left those lands forever empty?

Hussain Altamimi has made a series of accusations against the Jewish state that are false. He has maligned the State of Israel. What does Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez plan to do? Will she shut her ears to those who have complained about Altamimi, or will she do the right thing, and look into his claims, and If she finds them to be false, say so publicly? Or will she remain silent, which will be interpreted as constituting an endorsement of his statements as true? The only honorable course for her is to investigate the truth or falsehood of his remarks, and when she finds them — as she surely will — to be false, both to denounce Hussain Altamimi’s lies, and to let him go. He won’t remain unemployed for long. Even now they are ready to take him on board as a “legislative liaison with Congress” at that samaritan institution, CAIR, where Israel-bashing is never out of style.

Islamo-Leftism [Part 6]

Let us note in passing that this gratuitous and rather unscientific association of the working classes of yesterday with xenophobia remains to be demonstrated: on the other hand, we know that many journalists, intellectuals, publishers, writers, philosophers, academics, actors, comedians, lawyers, academics, and composers were certainly not latecomers in endorsing Vichy’s xenophobia, racism, and antisemitism. When de Gaulle launched his appeal of June 18[10], it was modest sailors who were the first to respond, not academics.

The sociologist refuses to use the term “Muslims” claiming that it is a fiction, a “phantasmatic category”. However, he has no difficulty in talking about the French, the Germans and the English by reactivating the old theory of the character of peoples. The French woman will do this, the English intellectual that, the Russian thinker something else…

Moreover, the book uses and abuses this rejected concept. Essentially, one may therefore not use the term “Muslims” if one has misgivings [scil. about Islam], but if one speaks well of them, one may. Muslims are thus all followers of a “minority religion adhered to by a disadvantaged group” – the italics are the author’s…

Of course, another platitude of the Islamo-leftist method, is that the young people (largely of North African descent) who burn cars in the Parisian banlieues cannot be considered delinquents; they ransack the property of the poor out of love for France and its republican values, since this is how they can reclaim the equality that the motto of the Republic promises them. An unprecedented patriotism indeed…

Another cliché of Islamo-leftism is the criticism of secularism, which is said to be a covert weapon of war to attack Muslims alone. Our sociologist then passes from secularism to laicism, which he presents as an intolerant religion. The right to blasphemy is for him “the right to spit on the religion of the weak” – nevertheless, in his conclusion he defends it all the same…

The researcher having discovered this additionally decrees that atheism necessarily accompanies “a world devoid of meaning and a human species without purpose”. It is therefore “a generator of anguish”. The Marxist thesis of religion as the opium of the people is no longer valid: the Muslim religion is understood as the ideology of legitimate salvation to which poor Muslim victims are forced by evil capitalism…

To the question: what is the seductive appeal of Islam? Emmanuel Todd answers: “The existence of an ideal combining individual morality, a collective project and the possibility of a beautiful future can help people in their effort to become something more than frail animals let loose in a world devoid of meaning. That is why we must consider the possibility that Islam contributes positively, in certain circumstances and in some of its manifestations, to the psychological equilibrium of individuals, to good school results and to successful integration into French society” (emphasis of Onfray).  Let us recall that this ‘demonstration’ is found in a book that condemns those who marched to denounce the attacks…

If Islam provides for an ideal, a morality, a project, a beauty, a balance, good school results, successful social integration, this would merit more than peremptory assertions: we would like to see the reputed figures, those indispensable tables, the incontrovertible statistics that would validate the scientific nature of what, otherwise, is just showmanship! Unfortunately, we have a lot of figures that rather tend to prove the opposite.

If Emmanuel Todd believes that the category “Muslim” is phantasmatic, he also thinks that Islam has little to do with the Qur’an! Which is why he can turn a religion whose founding text reveals itself to be misogynistic, phallocratic, anti-Semitic and warmongering, in more than one place, into an ideology that is… egalitarian! In Indonesia, it is even an opportunity for women!

Of course, our sociologist, even if he is not specialized in religion, is aware that there are verses that frankly endorse the inequality of men and women or that theorize that a woman’s testimony is not equal to that of a man, in addition to the fact that in the case of inheritance, the shares are unequally distributed depending on one’s gender. How does one get out of such a conundrum? By denying outright – contrary to all that we know to be true and against all evidence – that these verses are still in force in the modern world.

Thus Emmanuel Todd writes: “Nowhere in the Muslim world are the rules of inheritance found in the Qur’an applied.” I doubt that in Afghanistan or Yemen, in Qatar or Saudi Arabia, to mention only two or three countries that come to mind, the Qur’an is trashed in favor of Olympe de Gouges’[11] Declaration of Women’s Rights.

In the same way, young people in the suburbs are also, according to our sociologist, more devoted to the feminist revolution than to Sharia law. Todd goes so far as to assert that the beurs[12] of the suburbs have gone “nine or ten tenths of the way towards an egalitarian conception of the status of men and women.” One can appreciate the scientific character of such an assertion: one can imagine that Max Weber would not have been satisfied with a method that could be described as “give or take”, the notorious “nine or ten”; Libération, on the other hand, even more so! Emmanuel Todd proposes a genealogy of anti-Semitism that is really something else: for him, there is no point in questioning the quranic text itself, which is full of anti-Semitic passages, or even consulting the Hadiths that confirm hatred against Jews, for whom Allah ordains slaughter, or indeed the wars waged against the Jews by the Prophet himself – anti-Semitism rather is the product… of Islamophobia!

Among Mary Onuoha’s most prized possessions is the small gold cross she has worn around her neck every day of her life since childhood, a symbol of this 61-year-old nurse’s devout faith.

‘Every time I look at it, I think of Jesus, His love, how much He loved me, and the need for me to love Him back,’ she says.

Few could fail to be moved by the sincerity of those sentiments, even if they do not share them. Nor, you may think, could this small and discreet symbol of her belief possibly offend.

Mary was told that the necklace ‘harboured bacteria’, but she believes she was targeted for displaying a symbol of her Christian faith – even though many colleagues were allowed to sport other items expressing their religious beliefs, be they turbans, hijabs or bracelets.
On one occasion a manager even called her away from her nursing duties in an operating theatre in the middle of surgery to discipline her for wearing it – potentially risking patients’ safety, she claims.

When she refused to take it off, Mary was moved to clerical duties and became subject to what she describes as a sustained campaign of bullying that left her unable to work.

Having been signed off with stress, last October she brought a legal case against Croydon Health Services NHS Trust on the grounds of harassment, victimisation, direct and indirect discrimination, and constructive and unfair dismissal.

Last week her case ended in victory when employment judge Daniel Dyal found that Mary had been constructively dismissed in a way that was both unfair and discriminatory.

He said the trust had created a ‘humiliating, hostile and threatening environment’ and that when Mary complained, the response had been ‘offensive and intimidating’.

It is a vindication, albeit a bittersweet one, for Mary as she believes the case exposes the hostility and discrimination experienced by many Christians in the workplace, a view shared by the former Archbishop of Canterbury, Lord Carey.

Here, in her only newspaper interview, she tells The Mail on Sunday: ‘This has always been an attack on my faith. My cross has been with me for more than 40 years. It is part of me, and my faith, and it has never caused anyone any harm.

‘At this hospital there are members of staff who go to a mosque four times a day and no one says anything to them.

‘Hindus wear red bracelets on their wrists and female Muslims wear hijabs in theatre. Yet my small cross around my neck was deemed so dangerous that I was no longer allowed to do my job.’

It is a turn of events that has astonished a woman who believed she was coming to a free country when she arrived in Britain from Nigeria in 1988 to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse.

‘I am a strong woman, but I have been treated like a criminal,’ she says. ‘I love my job, but I am not prepared to compromise my faith for it, and neither should other Christian NHS staff in this country.’

It is clear that what Mary has endured runs deep. A proud, softly-spoken woman, she finds it hard to relate the events of recent years, and her voice falters frequently as she tells of her experience.

The Christian faith was at the heart of the Nigerian village where Mary was raised, the eldest of ten siblings in a loving family. And it was there that a family tragedy set her on the path to becoming a nurse.

‘When I was 15 my beloved two-year-old brother died of measles,’ she recalls. ‘I was so sad that there wasn’t the medical care available for him that could have saved him at that time in the area where I lived. This made me passionate about caring for people and about medicine.
‘I was determined to help my mother and make sure it did not happen again.’

Mary moved to the UK with her husband Charles, settling in South London, where the couple have lived ever since with their family and where Mary qualified as a nurse.

In November 2001, she started to work at Croydon University Hospital, employed latterly as a theatre practitioner, a nursing role performed primarily in the operating theatre and providing pre- and post-operative care. Her cross was sometimes concealed by her scrubs, but was visible on other occasions.

However, it never attracted comment until 2014, when the theatre manager at the time asked her to remove it on health-and-safety grounds. ‘I refused and said words to the effect of ‘What about hijabs, turbans and kalava bracelets?’,’ Mary recalls. ‘She said she would get back to me but did not do so.’
A year passed without further incident until, in late 2015, a matron asked Mary to wear a longer chain to conceal the cross under her uniform. ‘Again, I asked why I should hide my faith while others were allowed to show their own,’ Mary says. ‘She did not take the matter any further.’
It was the first of many similar incidents, with a succession of managers asking her to conceal or remove her cross, deeming it a health-and-safety risk. If not, Mary was told, the matter would face ‘escalation’. Mary continually refused. ‘It felt like bullying,’ she says.

Then, in November 2016, Mary was attending a patient in surgery when her manager came in to the operating theatre and ordered her into a side room, saying she needed to discuss her necklace.

‘I said ‘I cannot leave the patient’, but the manager insisted,’ Mary says. ‘I was so embarrassed. Theatre is a pressured environment, and I was astonished that senior staff were prepared to potentially endanger a patient’s life in order to intimidate me to remove it.’
It was the start of what Mary says she can only describe as an ongoing campaign of intimidation by senior hospital managers, during which she was subjected to an investigation into her conduct.

By November 2018, she was suspended from clinical duties and instead assigned clerical work and told that security would be called if she attempted to enter a theatre area while still wearing her cross.

Effectively, she was ostracised. ‘I am a strong woman, but this was demeaning to me and caused me a lot of stress,’ she says. ‘It was degrading.’

Of course, there will be some who think the simplest thing to have done was remove it – but that is not to reckon with the depth of Mary’s faith.

‘People did say to me, ‘Why don’t you just remove your necklace?’ But I know that if I did, I would feel as if I had compromised, that I would have stepped back from my faith,’ she says.

‘I don’t want to be a lukewarm Christian. I love my job, but God comes first.’

Nonetheless, by June 2020 the stress had become too much and Mary was signed off work by her doctor. Two months later she resigned, effectively forced out of a job she loved. For months afterwards she was unable to work, though she has now found a new job. ‘I never thought I would ever be in a situation like this, but I was determined to get through it,’ she says.

She was equally determined to hold her employers to account – and last week her courage was vindicated by Judge Dyal who, in a damning ruling, said that the dress-code policy was applied ‘in an arbitrary way’ and with ‘no cogent explanation’ why plain rings, neckties, hijabs and turbans were permitted, but a cross necklace was not.

The southwest border during President Joe Biden’s first year in office reached historic levels of illegal crossings, pulling agents off the front line and leaving large swaths of the border unpatrolled. Drugs, especially fentanyl, flowed in, and overdose deaths are at an all-time high.

“What we’re experiencing now on the southwest border is a complete, utter catastrophe,” Mark Morgan, former acting commissioner of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), which oversees Border Patrol, told The Epoch Times on Jan. 7.

“We have lost control of the southwest border.”

During the 2021 calendar year, Border Patrol agents apprehended close to 2 million illegal immigrants from 150 different countries along the southwest border—more than double 2019, the last pre-pandemic year, according to CBP data.

Last year, Border Patrol agents detected, but didn’t catch, an additional 600,000 illegal border crossers, known as “gotaways,” Morgan said.

“That’s the equivalent to the size of the state of Vermont,” he said. “Think about the bad people that are in that 600,000 that got away.”

Mexican nationals made up 28 percent of encounters in fiscal year 2021, the lowest proportion in recorded history, according to CBP.

The northern triangle countries of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador made up 44 percent, and the remaining 28 percent were from other countries—double the previous record for the latter demographic.

“This trend is important because the Department of Homeland Security does not currently have agreements to electronically verify nationality with these different countries of origin, making removing or expelling their nationals more resource-intensive and time-consuming,” CBP stated in a press release on Jan. 3.

Outside of Mexico and the Northern Triangle nations, the countries accounting for the largest number of encounters in fiscal year 2021 were Ecuador, Brazil, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti, and Cuba, CBP said.

On the Mexico side of the border, across the Rio Grande in Texas, hundreds of discarded passports, visas, and identification papers can be found every day. Illegal aliens are told it’s harder to be deported from the United States without papers.

“This is not a surge. This is an invasion,” Morgan said. “I mean, this is a catastrophic amount of illegal aliens trying to break into our country.”

The result in some border areas, he said, is that most Border Patrol agents are being pulled off the “national security mission” to be “daycare providers, processing agents, and bus drivers.”

Morale among the Border Patrol workforce is at an all-time low.

Upon taking office almost a year ago, President Joe Biden was quick to dismantle several key border security initiatives that the Trump administration had established, including a halt to border wall construction, and the Remain in Mexico program, which attributed to up to an 80 percent drop in “catch-and-release” by requiring asylum-seekers to wait in Mexico until their final court judgement.

Now, instead of waiting in Mexico, most illegal immigrants are released into the United States to wait for future court dates that can be set years into the future.

Border Security

Although the public’s main focus is on illegal immigration numbers, Morgan said that’s just a subset of border security.

“When you open your borders up to one threat, one crisis, it’s not mutually exclusive from the others—you’re opening your borders up to the vast set of complex threats that we face,” he said.

“Anytime you’re so overwhelmed that you can’t perform the fundamental national security mission to secure our borders, the result [is] that every aspect of our nation’s public health, public safety, and national security is being impacted.”

The record numbers in 2021 occurred during a year in which many Americans, under the backdrop of a pandemic, faced vaccine mandates, work-from-home orders, and school closures.

Overcrowded border facilities were unable to test everyone for COVID-19, resulting in the release of illegal immigrants with the disease into communities. In July 2021, the city of Laredo sued the Biden administration for releasing a “flood” of illegal immigrants into Laredo, causing “irreparable harm.”

Under the Title 42 public health order, which was instituted in March 2020, illegal immigrants could be quickly expelled back into Mexico as a pandemic precaution, rather than be processed under Title 8 immigration law, which is a much more protracted process inside the United States.

Since March 2021, however, Title 42 has slowly been whittled down—first to allow in all unaccompanied children, then families with children under 7, then most families in general, most single females, and single adults from non-Spanish speaking countries.

Morgan predicts the southwest border metrics will continue to worsen through 2022.

“There’s no end in sight. There’s none. And this administration, every single day, everything they’re doing is just to get better at releasing people. They’re not trying to stop the flow,” he said.

Biden tapped Vice President Kamala Harris to lead border security efforts, with the main focus being to address the “root causes” of illegal immigration. Harris visited Mexico and Guatemala last year, but was criticized by the Guatemalan president in December for having no communication since June 2021.

On Aug. 26, the Supreme Court ordered the Biden administration to restart the Remain in Mexico program, but CBP data through November 2021 doesn’t indicate any new enrollees in the program.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has said he is working toward building a “safe, orderly, and humane immigration” system.

Taxpayer-funded study aimed to explain high rate of HIV in trans women

Dr. Anthony Fauci’s division of the National Institutes of Health paid over $200,000 during the coronavirus pandemic for researchers to study why transgender women have high rates of HIV by injecting male monkeys with female hormones.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in December 2021 gave Scripps Research $205,562 for the study, which aims to determine why transgender women have high rates of HIV. As part of the study, researchers subject male monkeys to feminizing hormone therapy to study how it impacts the monkeys’ immune systems, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Fauci has overseen rampant animal testing since he took over the NIAID in 1984. It was revealed in November that the NIAID funded a study that infected beagles with heart-worm larvae and euthanized them after experimentations. As part of another study, researchers infected beagles with mutated bacteria from ticks.

The NIAID began running HIV vaccine tests on monkeys a year after Fauci took charge. Each year, the department acquires 400 to 600 rhesus monkeys from a South Carolina island leased by Charles River Laboratories, which has a $27.5 million contract with the NIAID.

Dr. Katherine Roe, a neuroscientist with PETA, says the study is “yet another pointless, wasteful monkey torture experiment.”

“It’s just bad science to suggest that dosing monkeys with feminizing medication makes them good stand-ins for humans,” Roe told the Washington Free Beacon. “This study will not help to prevent or treat HIV and will not help transgender women.”

Roe says the study is ineffective because monkeys cannot contract HIV. They contract Simian Immunodeficiency Virus, a milder form of the disease. She faults the National Institutes of Health for spending billions of dollars on using monkeys in HIV research, since the primates cannot contract AIDS.

Scripps Florida told the Free Beacon that testing “sub-populations” is the key to discovering effective treatments for fatal diseases.

“The research you reference concerns a sub-population of people at greater risk of HIV infection, and factors that may or may not affect their response to a treatment/preventative approach in development,” a spokeswoman said. “It is through these types of targeted research studies that substantive progress against HIV, cancer, ALS, dementia—indeed most diseases and conditions—will be made.”

The NIAID did not respond to requests for comment.

The NIAID has granted millions of dollars to researchers who study HIV transmission in transgender individuals, who are 49 times more likely to get HIV than non-transgender individuals. The agency gave over $155,000 to a University of Alabama researcher to study how testosterone treatment for women potentially weakens disease-fighting microorganisms in the vagina. Researchers at Emory University received over $230,000 to study how the rectum immune cells of transgender people affect HIV risk.

The White House was pressed on Monday about whether President Joe Biden has a plan to address liberal activists’ concerns about voting access beyond giving speeches ahead of a major address.

The president will be in Georgia on Tuesday to stump for a pair of laws dubbed the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the For the People Act, which Democrats say are needed to expand voting rights, rein in gerrymandering, and create new ethics roles for federal officeholders.

But the party may lack the votes to pass the bills, leading a reporter to ask White House press secretary Jen Psaki if Biden has a plan to pass the bills rather than just talk about them.

“His plan is to sign voting rights legislation into law,” Psaki responded. “That requires a majority of senators to support it, even if there are changes to the Senate rules, which is something the president has expressed an openness to.”

Democrats cannot pass the bills on their own under Senate rules, and Republicans overwhelmingly oppose both of them, viewing them as a federal takeover of elections that would undermine security. Democrats would need to alter the filibuster to get them to the president’s desk.

But even that tactic may fail, as Democratic Sens. Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin have said they oppose procedural changes. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer plans to have a debate on changing the rules after Biden publicly stumps for the bills in Georgia, one of several red states to pass voting reform bills following the 2020 election.

Biden will speak at a historically black college in Atlanta on Tuesday to speak about what the White House calls “the urgent need” to “protect the constitutional right to vote and the integrity of our elections.”

“He will also describe this as one of the rare moments in a country’s history when time stops and the essential is immediately ripped away from the trivial,” Psaki said, previewing the president’s comments. “We have to ensure Jan. 6 doesn’t mark the end of democracy but the beginning of a renaissance for our democracy, where we stand up for the right to vote and have that vote counted fairly.”

Republicans are pushing back.

“The political Left keeps pitching their big lie that mainstream state voting laws are somehow ‘Jim Crow 2.0’ if the governor who signs the bill happens to be a Republican,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said last week.

Psaki was also asked if Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, who refused to concede her 2018 election defeat, will be in attendance.

“There will be a number of elected officials joining us traveling and also there,” Psaki said. “We’re still finalizing that and will get you that as soon as possible.”

Summary

The vaccines are bad news. Fifteen bodies were examined (all died from 7 days to 6 months after vaccination; ages 28 to 95). The coroner or the public prosecutor didn’t associate the vaccine as the cause of death in any of the cases. However, further examination revealed that the vaccine was implicated in the deaths of 14 of the 15 cases. The most attacked organ was the heart (in all of the people who died), but other organs were attacked as well. The implications are potentially enormous resulting in millions of deaths. The vaccines should be immediately halted.

No need to worry. It is doubtful that anything will happen because the work wasn’t published in a peer-reviewed journal so will be ignored by the scientific community. That’s just the way it works.

The video references this paper, posted on December 10, 2021, On COVID vaccines: why they cannot work, and irrefutable evidence of their causative role in deaths after vaccination by Sucharit Bhakdi, MD and Arne Burkhardt, MD. It has been getting a lot of attention lately.

The authors did an autopsy in 15 patients who died (from 7 days to 6 months) after receiving the COVID vaccine. These were all cases where the coroner ruled as NOT being caused by the vaccine. They discovered that in 14 of the 15 patients there was widespread evidence of the body attacking itself, something that is never seen before. The heart was attacked in all 14 cases. A number of salient aspects dominated in all affected tissues of all cases:

  1. inflammatory events in small blood vessels (endotheliitis), characterized by an abundance of T-lymphocytes and sequestered, dead endothelial cells within the vessel lumen;
  2. the extensive perivascular accumulation of T-lymphocytes;
  3. a massive lymphocytic infiltration of surrounding non-lymphatic organs or tissue with T-lymphocytes.

Lymphocytic infiltration occasionally occurred in combination with intense lymphocytic activation and follicle formation. Where these were present, they were usually accompanied by tissue destruction.

Here’s the video presentation of the results.

VAERS as well as other independent studies (e.g., see this vaccine injury paper) shows the vaccines are killing people and that cardiac events were highly elevated. This study is consistent with those results.

This work independently validates the analysis of Peter Schimacher who showed a minimum of 30% to 40% of the deaths after vaccine were caused by the vaccine.

Reactions from a level-headed scientist (name withheld to protect him from attack)

If the autopsy findings are confirmed by other pathologists with additional samples, and if they are combined with the findings of Dr. Hoffe (>60% inoculant recipients have elevated D-dimer tests and evidence of clotting) and Dr. Cole (increase in cancers after inoculation, including twenty-fold increase in uterine cancer), we are seeing a disaster of unimaginable proportions.  The conclusion (if supported by further data) is that essentially EVERY inoculant recipient suffers damage, with more damage after each shot.  Given the seriousness of the types of damage (autoimmune diseases, cancer, re-emergent dormant infections, clotting/strokes, cardiac damage, etc.), these effects will translate into lifespan reduction, which should be counted as deaths from the inoculations.  So, in the USA, where ~200M people have been fully inoculated, the number of deaths will not be the 10,000 or so reported in VAERS, or the 150,000+ scaled-up deaths from VAERS, but could be closer to tens of millions when the inoculation effects play out!

What the above three findings (Burkhart, Hoffe, Cole, and I suspect many others who have not yet come forward) show is that the post-inoculation effects are not rare events (as reported by the media-gov’t), but are in actuality frequent events.  They may be, in fact, universal, with the severity and damage different for each recipient.

The question in my mind is whether it is possible to reverse these inoculation-based adverse events.  Can the innate immune system be fully restored?  Can the micro clotting be reversed?  Can the autoimmunity be reversed?  I have seen a wide spectrum of opinions on whether this is possible, none of which is overly convincing.

Are we headed for the situation where the ~30% unvaxxed will be devoting their lives to operating whatever is left of the economic infrastructure and serving as caretakers for the vaxxed?

I realize the above sounds extreme, and maybe when more data are gathered from myriad credible sources the results and conclusions may change, but right now the above data seem to synchronize with the demonstrated underlying mechanisms of damage.  Additionally, we seem to be doubling down on inoculations, with fourth booster being proposed for Israel, and UK suggesting quarterly boosters.

I agree with the assessment and conclusions.

It is critically important that the vaccines don’t cause one to produce secretory IgA. I have emphasized this in many lectures lately. This is why the vaccinated carry high viral loads.

The T cell infiltrates are tissue destructive. A study I would like to see is spike deposited in the organs at the site of the infiltrates. This study could be done with special tissue stains. We need to seem more and more series like this one.

Dr. Bhakdi has spent his life practicing, teaching and researching medical microbiology and infectious diseases. He chaired the Institute of Medical Microbiology and Hygiene at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany, from 1990 until his retirement in 2012. He has published over 300 research articles in the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology and parasitology, and served from 1990 to 2012 as Editor-in-Chief of Medical Microbiology and Immunology, one of the first scientific journals of this field that was founded by Robert Koch in 1887.

Dr. Arne Burkhardt is a pathologist who has taught at the Universities of Hamburg, Berne and Tübingen. He was invited for visiting professorships/study visits in Japan (Nihon University), the United States (Brookhaven National Institute), Korea, Sweden, Malaysia and Turkey. He headed the Institute of Pathology in Reutlingen for 18 years. Subsequently, he worked as an independent practicing pathologist with consulting contracts with laboratories in the US. Burkhardt has published more than 150 scientific articles in German and international scientific journals as well as contributions to handbooks in German, English and Japanese. Over many years he has audited and certified institutes of pathology in Germany.

US Senator Chuck Schumer promised that if Republicans filibuster a voting rights bill supported by the entire Senate Democratic caucus, as they are expected to, he’ll schedule a vote on changes to the rules by January 17.  See report.

All 50 Democrat senators voted on November 3, 2021 to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act  which seeks to federalize elections and take control of voting regulations away from the states.

However, 60 votes are needed to pass this legislation.  Which means Democrats need at least 10 Republicans to vote for the bill.  Schumer is threatening to take a vote on rule changes which will do away with or restrict the filibuster rule for future votes.

If Democrats succeed with changing the filibuster rule their party will be able to pass the election power grab legislation and many other leftist proposals.

The filibuster rule keeps the Senate a consensus-driven body by requiring the majority to work with the minority and negotiate areas of agreement.  Eliminating the filibuster as a negotiating tool makes the Senate no different than the House of Representatives.  The filibuster is the safety provision that keeps extreme legislation from being enacted that favors some Americans while hurting others. The filibuster also helps to stabilize public policy by making it harder for the minority party to repeal legislation when it becomes the majority party.

SCOTUS Justices’ COVID Ignorance Illustrates Why They Should Stay in Their Lane

Aside from labeling herself “an affirmative action baby,” Supreme Court Justice Sonya Sotomayor once called herself a “wise Latina.” Given this, apropos here is a line from ancient Chinese sage Confucius:

“Wisdom is, when you know something, knowing that you know it; and when you do not know something, knowing that you do not know it.”

Sotomayor certainly failed this test during oral arguments on Friday over the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 “vaccine” mandates, making outlandishly incorrect claims that have brought her mockery. “We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators,” she stated matter-of-factly. “We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators.”

Both assertions are so distant from reality that one could wonder where the judge gets her information; even limiting yourself to just New York Times perusal shouldn’t yield such profound ignorance.

In reality, hospitals are not nearly overwhelmed, and the children hospitalized who have coronavirus number only about 3,700 according to the CDC. Yet even this is misleading. As Dr. Anthony Fauci himself admitted recently — with Democrats’ tanking poll numbers inspiring him to paint a rosier picture — most of these children are hospitalized “with” SARS-CoV-2, not “because” of COVID-19.

(Note: The former is the pathogen; “COVID-19” is the disease that can result from it. So, technically, it’s not even correct to say that asymptomatic kids under medical care and testing positive for the virus are hospitalized “with COVID”; there is no “COVID” because they have no symptoms.)

As Fauci confessed, every child admitted to the hospital is automatically tested for the China virus, and thus will a kid being treated for a broken leg be listed as a hospitalization “with” SARS-CoV-2 upon a positive result. Of course, this merely echoes what those of us in the truthful media have been saying for, uh…almost two years.

What’s more, even though pediatric with-China-virus hospitalizations appear to have risen, this is likely only because we’re in respiratory disease season and the Omicron variant is more contagious (but less deadly) than earlier strains.

The bottom line, however, is that healthy children are not imperiled by this disease. In fact, a recent study analyzing 15 months of the pandemic in Germany, a nation of 83 million people, found that not even one healthy youngster died of COVID.

Sotomayor wasn’t alone in proving that epidemiology isn’t her bag. Justice Neil Gorsuch said during oral arguments that “[w]e have flu vaccines. Flu kills — I believe — hundreds of thousands of people every year.” While the judge didn’t explicitly say that he was referencing the United States (and not the world), his comments’ context makes clear that he was talking about our country. In reality, however, influenza claims an average of between 12,000 and 60,000 Americans annually.

In fairness, Gorsuch’s mistake wasn’t as egregious as Sotomayor’s. Not only did he preface his claim with “I believe,” indicating unsureness, but severe flu pandemics have killed upwards of 100,000. The Spanish flu in 1918-’19, for example, claimed 675,000 Americans (more than two million adjusted for today’s population). Nonetheless, he still was in error.

All this said, it wouldn’t matter if there were one million American kids hospitalized for COVID and 100,000 on ventilators or if only two people died of the flu yearly — not insofar as a judge’s role goes, anyway.

A justice’s job is merely to render opinions on the constitutionality of executive and legislative actions, not on the wisdom of those actions. It’s not the business of the courts to remedy a perhaps stupid but constitutional law, order or status quo (or to be party to an unconstitutional one); that’s the role of legislators and/or chief executives, whose errancy can be remedied by the people, should the latter experience a moment of clarity at election time.

But Sotomayor’s and Gorsuch’s errors illustrate another reason why judges should stay in their lane:

When perhaps drunk on power and venturing beyond their lane, they get lost and swerve and too frequently crash even worse than when they, often wantingly, attempt to conduct their legitimate duties.

What’s more, we’re the ones they crash into.

Now, I could note here about lawyers in general, as Anglo-Irish satirist Jonathan Swift did in Gulliver’s Travels, “that in all points out of their own trade, they were usually the most ignorant and stupid generation among us, the most despicable in common conversation, avowed enemies to all knowledge and learning, and equally disposed to pervert the general reason of mankind in every other subject of discourse as in that of their own profession.”

But I wouldn’t do that (and not just because Swift already did). Rather, the point is that lawyers are specialists just like any other specialist, not Experts in the Area of Everything. As Professor Thomas Sowell has put it, most of us have expertise in only a narrow sphere of endeavor. Thus must a judge or leader possess enough humility to accept and recognize his limitations and not become a shining example of how a “little knowledge is dangerous.”

Unfortunately, though power may certainly corrupt, it surely can reveal a person’s true character. And part of the reason judges arrogantly engage in judicial activism is that we’ve invited them out of their lane. I reference here the idea of judicial supremacy, the notion that courts’ opinions are not only binding on those party to the case before them, but on the executive and legislative governmental branches as well.

This power, do note, was declared for the courts by the courts themselves, notably via the Marbury v. Madison decision (1803), and is not in the Constitution. It also is an idea that, if considered valid, Thomas Jefferson warned, would render our Constitution a felo de se — an act of suicide.

The proper role of the courts is, first, to rule on individual cases, with their decisions binding on a particular case’s litigants but no one else. Second and as Ambassador Alan Keyes put it to me on the phone years ago, their function is to act as an “alarm bell,” saying at times to the nation, “Beware! We think this law is unconstitutional; you need to take a look at it.” If the people are convinced, it’s then their job to elect officials who will effect the necessary change.

Conservatives will understandably be very happy if the SCOTUS strikes down the Biden administration’s “vaccine” coercion and if the feds, reflecting what they more or less have done for 200 years, then abide by the decision. Nonetheless, if Sotomayoresque stupidity doesn’t illustrate the folly of allowing five black-robed lawyers to decide what law means for 334 million people, I’m not sure what will.

By the way, some may wonder what we’d do if the courts couldn’t “strike down” the vax mandate wholesale. Well, a proper constitutional understanding also informs that the states have the power to nullify unconstitutional federal actions; this would especially carry moral weight if the “alarm bell” SCOTUS had already opined against the given action.

The bottom line is that the judiciary should be the weakest branch, as Alexander Hamilton said, not the strongest precisely because unelected judges are shielded from the consequences of their folly. And, as English philosopher Herbert Spencer warned, “The ultimate result of shielding men from the effects of folly is to fill the world with fools.”

And a bench of fools doesn’t make for a very good oligarchy.
