DEFEND THE ELECTION: President Trump’s Fight to Protect Every American’s ‘Legal’ Vote [Video]

“If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us.” – President Donald J. Trump

TRANSCRIPT:

Donald Trump: (00:02)
Thank you very much. Thank you.

Donald Trump: (00:08)
Good evening. I’d like to provide the American people with an update on our efforts to protect the integrity of our very important 2020 election. If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us. If you count the votes that came in late, we’re looking to them very strongly, but a lot of votes came in late.

Donald Trump: (00:36)
I’ve already decisively won many critical states, including massive victories in Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, to name just a few. We won these and many other victories despite historic election interference from big media, big money, and big tech. As everybody saw, we won by historic numbers, and the pollsters got it knowingly wrong. They got it knowingly wrong. We had polls that were so ridiculous and everybody knew it at the time.

Donald Trump: (01:06)
There was no blue wave that they predicted. They thought there was going to be a big blue wave. That was false. That was done for suppression reasons. But instead there was a big red wave, and it’s been properly acknowledged actually by the media. They were, I think, very impressed, but that was after the fact. That doesn’t do us any good.

Donald Trump: (01:26)
We kept the Senate despite having twice as many seats to defend as Democrats, and in a really much more competitive states. We did a fantastic job with the Senate. I think we’re very proud of what’s happened there. We had many more seats to defend. They spent almost $200 million on Senate races in South Carolina and Kentucky alone, two races, and hundreds of millions of dollars overall against us.

Donald Trump: (01:57)
At the national level, our opponents major donors were Wall Street bankers and special interests. Our major donors were police officers, farmers, everyday citizens. Yet for the first time ever, we lost zero races in the House. I was talking to Kevin McCarthy today. He said he couldn’t believe it. Zero races, very unusual thing, zero, and actually won many new seats with, I think, many more on the way.

Donald Trump: (02:24)
This was also the year of the Republican woman. More Republican women were elected to Congress than ever before. That’s a great achievement. I won the largest share of non-white voters of any Republican in 60 years, including historic numbers of Latino, African American, Asian American, and Native American voters. The largest ever in our history. We grew our party by 4 million voters. The greatest turnout in Republican Party history.

Donald Trump: (03:00)
Democrats are the party of the big donors. The big media, the big tech, it seems, and Republicans have become the party of the American worker, and that’s what’s happened. And we’re also, I believe the party of inclusion. As everyone now recognizes, media polling was election interference in the truest sense of that word, by powerful special interests.

Donald Trump: (03:25)
These really phony polls, I have to call them phony polls, fake polls, were designed to keep our voters at home, create the illusion of momentum for Mr. Biden and diminish Republican’s ability to raise funds. They were what’s called suppression polls, everyone knows that now, and it’s never been used to the extent that it’s been used on this last election.

Donald Trump: (03:51)
To highlight just a few examples, the day before election, Quinnipiac, which was wrong on every occasion that I know of, had Joe Biden up by five points in Florida, and they were off by 8.4 points and I won Florida easily, easily. So they had me losing Florida by a lot and I ended up winning Florida by a lot. Other than that, they were very accurate.

Donald Trump: (04:22)
They had him up four points in Ohio and they were off by 12.2 points, and I also won Ohio, great state of Ohio very easily. And the Washington Post said, “Biden up 17 points in Wisconsin,” and it was basically even. They were off by about 17 points, and they knew that, they’re not stupid people. They knew that. Suppression.

Donald Trump: (04:49)
There are now only a few states yet to be decided in the presidential race. The voting apparatus of those states are run in all cases by Democrats. We were winning in all the key locations by a lot, actually, and then our numbers started miraculously getting whittled away in secret and they wouldn’t allow legally permissible observers.

Donald Trump: (05:15)
We went to court in a couple of instances and we were able to get the observers put in. And when the observers got there, they wanted them 60, 70 feet away, 80 feet, 100 feet away or outside the building to observe people inside the building. And we won a case, a big case, and we have others happening.

Donald Trump: (05:33)
There are lots of litigation, even beyond our litigation. There’s a tremendous amount of litigation generally because of how unfair this process was, and I predicted that. I’ve been talking about mail-in voting for a long time. It’s really destroyed our system. It’s a corrupt system and it makes people corrupt, even if they aren’t by nature, but they become corrupt. It’s too easy. They want to find out how many votes they need, and then they seem to be able to find them. They wait and wait, and then they find them, and you see that on Election Night.

Donald Trump: (06:09)
We were ahead in vote in North Carolina by a lot, a tremendous number of votes, and we’re still ahead by a lot, but not as many because they’re finding ballots all of a sudden. “Oh, we have some mail-in ballots.” It’s amazing how those mail-in ballots are so one-sided too. I know that it’s supposed to be to the advantage of the Democrats, but in all cases they’re so one-sided.

Donald Trump: (06:34)
We were up by nearly 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania. I won Pennsylvania by a lot. And that gets whittled down to, I think they said now we’re up by 90,000 votes and they’ll keep coming and coming and coming. They find them all over and they don’t want us to have any observers. Although we won a court case, the judge said, “You have to have observers.” Likewise in Georgia … And they’re appealing, actually they’re appealing. We want a case that we want people to watch and we want to observers and they’re actually appealing, which is sort of interesting. I wonder why they’d appeal? All we want to do is have people watch as they do the vote tabulations.

Donald Trump: (07:16)
Likewise in Georgia, I won by a lot, a lot, with a lead of over getting close to 300,000 votes on Election Night in Georgia. And by the way, got whittled down and now it’s getting to be to a point where I’ll go from winning by a lot to perhaps being even down a little bit.

Donald Trump: (07:37)
In Georgia, a pipe burst in a far away location, totally unrelated to the location of what was happening and they stopped counting for four hours. And a lot of things happened. The election apparatus in Georgia is run by Democrats. We also had margins of 300,000 in Michigan. We were way up in Michigan, won the state. And in Wisconsin, we did likewise fantastically well, and that got whittled down. In every case, they got whittled down.

Donald Trump: (08:12)
Today, we’re on track to win Arizona. We only need to carry, I guess, 55% of the remaining vote, 55% margins, and that’s a margin that we’ve significantly exceeded. So we’ll see what happens with that, but we’re on track to do okay in Arizona. Our goal is to defend the integrity of the election. We’ll not allow the corruption to steal such an important election, or any election for that manner. And we can’t allow silence, anybody to silence our voters and manufacture results.

Donald Trump: (08:46)
I’ve never had, I’ve been doing a lot of public things for a long time, I’ve never had anything that’s been as inspirational by people calling, talking, sending things to us. I’ve never seen such love and such affection and such spirit as I’ve seen for this. People know what’s happening and they see what’s happening and just before their eyes, and there are many instances which will be reported very shortly.

Donald Trump: (09:16)
There’s tremendous litigation going on, and this is a case where they’re trying to steal an election. They’re trying to rig an election and we can’t let that happen. Detroit and Philadelphia, known as two of the most corrupt political places anywhere in our country easily, cannot be responsible for engineering the outcome of a presidential race, a very important presidential race.

Donald Trump: (09:39)
In Pennsylvania, Democrats have gone to the State Supreme Court to try and ban our election observers and very strongly. Now we won the case, but they’re going forward. They don’t want anybody in there. They don’t want anybody watching them as they count the ballots, and I can’t imagine why. There’s absolutely no legitimate reason why they would not want to have people watching this process, because if it’s straight, they should be proud of it. Instead, they’re trying obviously to commit fraud. There’s no question about that.

Donald Trump: (10:20)
In Philadelphia, observers have been kept far away, very far away. So far that people are using binoculars to try and see, and there’s been tremendous problems caused. They put a paper on all of the windows so you can’t see in, and the people that are banned are very unhappy and become somewhat violent.

Donald Trump: (10:41)
The Eleventh Circuit ruled that in Georgia, the votes have been in by Election Day, that they should be in by Election Day, and they weren’t. Votes are coming in after Election Day. And they had a ruling already that you have to have the votes in by Election Day. To the best of my knowledge, votes should be in by Election Day, and they didn’t do that. Democrat officials never believed they could win this election honestly, I really believe that. That’s why they did the mail-in ballots, where there’s tremendous corruption and fraud going on.

Donald Trump: (11:15)
That’s why they mailed out tens of millions of unsolicited ballots without any verification measures whatsoever, and I’ve told everybody that these things would happen because I’ve seen it happen. I watched a lot of different elections before they decided to go with this big, massive election with tens of millions of ballots going out to everybody. In many cases, totally unsolicited.

Donald Trump: (11:43)
This was unprecedented in American history. This was by design. Despite years of claiming to care about the election security, they refuse to include any requirement to verify signatures, identities, or even determined whether they’re eligible or ineligible to vote. People are walking in there, they have no idea. They just take in the numbers. They’re writing down things, the workers, and doing a lot of bad things. And we have a lot of information coming and litigation that you’ll see that will shake even you people up, and you’ve seen it all.

Donald Trump: (12:16)
The officials overseeing the counting in Pennsylvania and other key states are all part of a corrupt Democrat machine that you’ve written about. And for a long time, you’ve been writing about the corrupt Democrat machine. I went to school there and I know a lot about it. It hasn’t changed since a long time ago and hasn’t changed. It has gotten worse.

Donald Trump: (12:36)
In Pennsylvania, partisan Democrats have allowed ballots in the state to be received three days after the election, and we think much more than that, and they’re counting those without even postmarks or any identification whatsoever. So you don’t have postmarks, you don’t have identification.

Donald Trump: (12:56)
There have been a number of disturbing irregularities across the nation. Our campaign has been denied access to observe any counting in Detroit. Detroit is another place, and I wouldn’t say has the best reputation for election integrity. Poll workers in Michigan were duplicating ballots. But when our observers attempted to challenge the activity, those poll workers jumped in front of the volunteers to block their views so that they couldn’t see what they were doing and it became a little bit dangerous.

Donald Trump: (13:32)
One major hub for counting ballots in Detroit covered up the windows again with large pieces of cardboard, and so they wanted to protect and block the counting area. They didn’t want anybody seeing the counting, even though these were observers who were legal observers that were supposed to be there.

Donald Trump: (13:49)
In Detroit, there were hours of unexplained delay in delivering many of the votes for counting. The final batch did not arrive until 4:00 in the morning. And even though the polls closed at 8:00 o’clock, so they brought it in and the batches came in and nobody knew where they came from.

Donald Trump: (14:06)
We’ve also been denied access to observe in critical places in Georgia. In multiple swing states, counting was halted for hours and hours on Election Night. With results withheld from major Democrat run locations only to appear later, and they certainly appeared and they all had the name Biden on them, or just about all. I think almost all. They all had the name Biden on them, which is a little strange.

Donald Trump: (14:34)
I challenge Joe and every Democrat to clarify that they only want legal votes because they talk about votes and I think they should use the word legal, legal votes. We want every legal vote counted, and I want every legal vote counted. We want openness and transparency, no secret count rooms, no mystery ballots, no illegal votes being cast after Election Day. You have Election Day and the laws are very strong on that. You have an Election Day and they don’t want votes cast after Election Day and they want the process to be an honest one. It’s so important.

Donald Trump: (15:09)
We want an honest election and we want an honest count and we want honest people working back there because it’s a very important job. So that’s the way this country is going to win. That’s the way the United States will win, and we think we will win the election very easily. We think there’s going to be a lot of litigation because we have so much evidence, so much proof, and it’s going to end up perhaps at the highest court in the land, we’ll see. But we think there’ll be a lot of litigation because we can’t have an election stolen by like this.

Donald Trump: (15:43)
And I tell you, He trum Small elections were a disaster. Small, very easy to handle elections were disastrous. This is a large scale version, and it’s getting worse and worse every day. We’re hearing stories that are horror stories, absolute horror stories, and we can’t let that happen to the United States of America.

Donald Trump: (16:11)
It’s not a question of who wins, Republican, Democrat, Joe, myself. We can’t let that happen to our country. We can’t be disgraced by having something like this happen. So it will be hopefully cleared up. Maybe soon, I hope soon, but it’ll probably go through a process, a legal process. And as you know, I’ve claimed certain states and he’s claiming states and we can both claim the States, but ultimately I have a feeling judges are going to have to rule. But there’s been a lot of shenanigans and we can’t stand for that in our country. Thank you very much.

Government Can’t Count Ballots. How Can It Possibly Manage a Pandemic or Our Health Care?

The 2020 presidential election fiasco holds a warning about central planning.

Elections are a nasty business, but sometimes they can be clarifying.

We don’t yet know who won the US presidential election, and we may not for days or weeks to come. This stems largely from the ineptitude Americans witnessed on Election Tuesday.

It wasn’t just the fact that pollsters once again failed disastrously, or that networks fumbled their election coverage.

The bigger issue is that America’s governing bodies look incapable of managing something as simple as a vote, something Americans have managed to do efficiently for centuries without the benefit of computers, digital communication, and mass transportation.

As an American, I find this a tad embarrassing. As the journalist Glenn Greenwald observed Wednesday, countries with far fewer resources and less advanced technology regularly manage to hold speedy, efficient elections. This is something the US failed to do on Tuesday, Greenwald noted.

The richest and most powerful country on earth — whether due to ineptitude, choice or some combination of both — has no ability to perform the simple task of counting votes in a minimally efficient or confidence-inspiring manner. As a result, the credibility of the voting process is severely impaired, and any residual authority the U.S. claims to “spread” democracy to lucky recipients of its benevolence around the world is close to obliterated.

At 7:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, the day after the 2020 presidential elections, the results of the presidential race, as well as control of the Senate, are very much in doubt and in chaos. Watched by [the] rest of the world — deeply affected by who rules the still-imperialist superpower — the U.S. struggles and stumbles and staggers to engage in a simple task mastered by countless other less powerful and poorer countries: counting votes. Some states are not expected to [finish] their vote-counting until the end of this week or beyond.

This, to be blunt, is unacceptable.

The most prosperous country in the world cannot manage to do something as simple as collect and count ballots. Think about that for just a moment.

Unfortunately, this incompetence carries consequences that are quite real. Americans are beginning to lose faith in the integrity of elections. I’m not just talking about voters in the fever swamps of Twitter.

Many impressive journalists, thinkers, and students of various political stripes have expressed alarm at what they witnessed in the last 24 hours.

Many readers can probably relate to some of these concerns.

The reality is, the inability of election authorities to do something as simple as gather and count votes is undermining Americans’ faith in the constitutional system. As Greenwald notes, this is dangerous; but it’s also rational.

Because of the power and breadth of the federal government, there is a great deal at stake in presidential elections—too much at stake. Americans sense this, and when they see mail-in ballots missing, precincts that can’t get votes counted, voting delayserrors in data feeds, and other problems it naturally creates a feeling of uncertainty. Uncertainty in turn breeds distrust.

One could argue that this year’s election was unique. Turnout was unprecedented (at least in raw numbers), perhaps in part because of the coronavirus pandemic and the record number of mail-in ballots.

Perhaps that’s true. But the fact remains: how hard is it to collect and count ballots? I don’t wish to disparage the people working these elections. The process is probably far more complicated than many Americans realize. But this is true of most systems, which brings me to a key point.

Is collecting and counting ballots more difficult than running a vast health care system that involves pricing, insurance, medication, billing, and the very lives of individuals? The answer is no.

Is collecting and counting ballots more difficult than attempting to manage the spread of an invisible virus without ruining the livelihoodsspirits, educations, and very lives of hundreds of millions of people? Again, the answer is no.

In some ways, we should not be surprised to see governing bodies fail to manage something as elementary as an election. For decades we’ve watched the United States Post Office bungle something as simple as collecting and delivering mail. The USPS bleeds billions of dollars every year doing something a private company would make a profit doing, while delivering substandard service. (This is why libertarians have been arguing for more than a century that the Post Office should be subjected to competition.)

It’s no coincidence that the election debacle of 2020 happened in the year the Post Office played its largest role ever. It was bound to happen.

As the economist Ludwig von Mises observed in his 1944 book Bureaucracy, government agencies can never be anywhere near as efficient as private businesses. The competitive market compels entrepreneurs and their employees to competently and efficiently serve the buying public or go out of business. And profit-and-loss accounting enables them to figure out exactly what’s working and what’s not. In contrast, as Mises wrote:

“Public administration, the handling of the government apparatus of coercion and compulsion, must necessarily be formalistic and bureaucratic. No reform can remove the bureaucratic features of the government’s bureaus. It is useless to blame them for their slowness and slackness. It is vain to lament over the fact that the assiduity, carefulness, and painstaking work of the average bureau clerk are, as a rule, below those of the average worker in private business. (…) In the absence of an unquestionable yardstick of success and failure it is almost impossible for the vast majority of men to find that incentive to utmost exertion that the money calculus of profit-seeking business easily provides. It is of no use to criticize the bureaucrat’s pedantic observance of rigid rules and regulations. (…)

All such deficiencies are inherent in the performance of services which cannot be checked by money statements of profit and loss.”

That isn’t to say that bureaucracy is inherently evil. Mises clarified that, “bureaucracy in itself is neither good nor bad.”

“There is a field,” he continued, “namely, the handling of the apparatus of government, in which bureaucratic methods are required by necessity.”

Elections, for example, are necessarily a bureaucratic affair, even if that means they often get bungled.

The big problem is when governments bureaucratize things that don’t need to be bureaucratic. The evil lies in, as Mises said, “the expansion of the sphere in which bureaucratic management is applied.”

For example, health care does not need to be bureaucratic. It can and has been provided through the market. To the extent that it has been, market forces and signals have made it better.

But if health care were to be socialized—as in a single-payer scheme—it would have to be managed bureaucratically and would inevitably suffer all the deficiencies of a bureaucracy: ineptitude, slowness, neglect, etc.

Just imagine having to depend on the DMV or the USPS for your medical treatment. (If you’ve ever had to deal with the Veterans Administration, perhaps you don’t have to imagine.)

One may object that our health care system already suffers from those failings and is already quite bureaucratic. But that is because the government is already so heavily involved in it. As Mises wrote, “Every kind of government meddling… breeds bureaucratism.”

It is the absence of market forces and signals that makes governments inefficient. The normal mechanisms in markets that lead to efficiency, productivity, and prosperity simply cannot be replicated in a government system. Ever.

This is not to say some government systems cannot be managed more effectively than others. Naturally, they can. Just as many countries manage to hold elections and quickly get reliable results instead of the fiasco Americans witnessed this week.

The point is bureaucracy is inefficient by nature. We saw that Tuesday night.

And we should all be asking ourselves an important question: If government cannot manage something as simple as an election, how can it possibly make rational decisions about health care and pandemics that affect hundreds of millions of people?

Hope Suppressed by Facebook

Most Americans — Democrats and Republicans — know that social media engages in political censorship. And you would have to be naïve not to see that conservative viewpoints are the chief victims — as documented daily at https://censortrack.org/ (although some still try to deny it).

Some of the complaints involve subtle discrimination — what shows up in someone’s news feed for example. But this week, one Christian organization has suffered the Facebook equivalent of capital punishment, by having all of their content removed. Try to access the Facebook page for Restored Hope Network (RHN), and all you will see is the ominous message, “This Page Isn’t Available. The link may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”

Facebook’s ax came down on RHN with no advance notice, and no explanation. Restored Hope Network (their website, fortunately, is still up) is the world’s leading network of Christian ministries serving those with unwanted same-sex attractions. They believe that through a combination of psychological insight and spiritual transformation, it is possible to see a reduction in such attractions, and many have testified to experiencing such change. In addition, they hold that any believer in Christ has a right to seek the help of others in living a life that conforms to the moral teachings of Scripture.

LGBT activists, however, have dubbed such sexual orientation change efforts (SOCE) as “conversion therapy” (a term never used by those in the field), and are waging war upon it. Facebook is obviously responding to pressure from such activists, who claim (falsely) that there is no evidence such counseling is effective and abundant evidence that it is harmful. A Facebook official in Europe announced in July a policy to bar content promoting so-called “conversion therapy.” A few days later, the left-wing media watchdog Media Matters gave its own recommendation of some groups it thought Facebook should censor — including Restored Hope Network.

They included three examples of RHN Facebook posts — none of which support the idea that allowing people to seek change is a form of “hate speech.” One features a quote from Dr. Linda Seiler, who formerly identified as transgender, who states, “Regular science shows you’re not hardwired, born this way.” Recent research debunking the theory of a “gay gene” shows Seiler is right. Another advertises a video by Joe Dallas, a long-time ex-gay leader, “Why Am I Gay? Why Can’t I Change?” and says that “women and men in our congregations are asking that very question.” This is clearly directed at the church, and censoring it is blatant anti-Christian bigotry. Finally, a promo for an RHN conference features Anne Paulk, a former lesbian who is the Executive Director of Restored Hope Network, saying, “Homosexuality is a relational deficit that needs a relational solution.” While some may take offense at the word “deficit,” this was a statement about the origins of same-sex attractions, and the “solution” for people who voluntarily seek to overcome them.

This focus on the causes of same-sex attraction is squarely within the realm of mainstream scientific debate. Even the American Psychological Association, though critical of SOCE, has said:

“[M]uch research has examined the possible genetic, hormonal, developmental, social and cultural influences on sexual orientation… Many think that nature and nurture both play complex roles…”

When grilled about “the cancel culture mob” at a congressional hearing in July, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg said, “I believe strongly in free expression. Giving people a voice is an important part of what our services do, and I’m very worried about some of the forces of illiberalism that I see in this country that are pushing against free expression.” If Zuckerberg meant what he said, he should un-cancel Restored Hope Network immediately.

Court Packing Kamala: VP Candidate an Existential Threat to U.S. Supreme Court and Second Amendment

Another week, another Biden-Harris campaign refusal to level with the American voter on the issue of turning the federal judiciary into a second partisan legislative branch of government. At Wednesday’s vice presidential debate, Vice President Mike Pence asked Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) if a Biden-Harris administration would attempt to add seats to the U.S. Supreme Court. Just as Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden declined to answer this question during the first presidential debate, Harris did not answer this simple question.

Pence posed the following question to Harris, “If Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to the Supreme Court of the United States, are you and Joe Biden, if somehow you win this election, going to pack the Supreme Court to get your way?” When Harris initially refused to answer, Pence reiterated, “People are voting right now. They’d like to know if you and Joe Biden are gonna pack the Supreme Court if you don’t get your way in this nomination.” Again, Harris did answer the question.

After repeated non-answers from Harris, the debate moderator attempted to bail out the senator from California by moving on to another topic. In response, a polite but forceful Pence noted, “I just want the record to reflect, she never answered the question. Perhaps at the next debate Joe Biden will answer the question. And I think the American people know the answer.”

The Vice President is right. The American people do know the answer. Given Biden and Harris’s steadfast refusal to state their position on such a monumental and unpopular policy measure, it is rational for concerned citizens to conclude the worst.

Further, New York Times reporter Alexander Burns has stated that Harris told her that she was interested in packing the U.S. Supreme Court. Burns was recorded stating, “Senator Harris told me in an interview actually that she was absolutely open to doing that…”

It was a narrow 5-4 U.S. Supreme Court decision that concluded in District of Columbia v. Heller that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. A similarly narrow 5-4 majority also incorporated that right to the states in McDonald v. Chicago. Even with a majority of justices that recognize the proper individual rights interpretation of the Second Amendment, the narrow majority has proven reluctant to vindicate this right when presented with the opportunity.

Second Amendment supporters cannot afford to permit a Biden-Harris administration and Democrat-controlled Senate to pack the U.S. Supreme Court with anti-gun justices. Especially when both Biden and Harris have made clear that they do not believe the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms.

During a September 2019 “townhall” event, Biden was asked, “Do you agree with the D.C. v. Heller decision in regards to protecting the individual right to bear arms that are in common use and which are utilized for lawful purposes?”

Biden responded in part, “If I were on the court I wouldn’t have made the same ruling. OK, that’s number one.”

As District Attorney of San Francisco, Harris signed an amicus curiae brief in Heller that argued the Second Amendment does not protect an individual right to keep and bear arms.

Advocating against the individual right to keep and bear arms, the brief argued,

courts have consistently sustained criminal firearms laws against Second Amendment challenges by holding that, inter alia, (i) the Second Amendment provides only a militia-related right to bear arms, (ii) the Second Amendment does not apply to legislation passed by state or local governments,

According to the document, the Second Amendment does not protect an individual right, but rather, the lower court in Heller “create[d]” this right. The brief stated,

The lower court’s decision, however, creates a broad private right to possess any firearm that is a lineal descendant” of a founding era weapon and that is in “common use” with a “military application” today.

Anticipating the U.S. Supreme Court’s move in the next landmark Second Amendment case (McDonald), Harris’s brief reiterated that the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms should not be incorporated to the states. Had this thinking been adopted, state and local governments would be empowered to curtail or even extinguish gun rights without restraint. State and local governments would have been able to bar their residents from owning any firearms whatsoever.

There is every reason to believe that any court packing scheme would involve installing a solid anti-Second Amendment majority to the U.S. Supreme Court that would work to eliminate recognition of the individual right to keep and bear arms. NRA members and gun rights activists must work to inform their family, friends, neighbors, and other freedom-minded individuals about the dangers a Biden-Harris administration poses to the U.S. Supreme Court and the Second Amendment.

Power Versus Empowerment

On the ballot this election season are two different visions for America: government power vs. empowerment of people. The choice is ultimately between politicians who seek to confiscate and redistribute wealth (creating a perpetual underclass that’s dependent on government) on the one hand, or those who empower the individual, on the other hand, enabling us each to work towards our God-given destiny.

Jesus wants us to help the poor and the underclass. Nothing helps them more than to help them become empowered themselves, living out their gifts and talents. In His classic parable of the talents, Jesus commends those who work hard and smart with the talents He has entrusted to them, and He condemns the one who buried His talent in the ground. We should seek to help others to fulfill their calling. “A hand out” may be necessary in emergency situations, but “a hand up” is much better in the long run.

This power versus empowerment dichotomy can be seen in tax cuts. Tax cuts put money back in your pocket, instead of that of the government bureaucrat. Tax cuts empower we the people. But the political elitist class loses power through tax cuts. So they oppose them—even though liberal icon JFK, a proponent of tax cuts, said in reference to them that a rising tide lifts all boats.

A conservative believes that you are best qualified to take care of yourself and your family. A liberal believes that the government is best qualified to take care of you and your family. That’s the difference, plain and simple.

Dr. Ben Carson is a renowned neurosurgeon and currently serves as the head of the Department of Housing and Urban Department for President Trump.

He and his brother grew up in grinding poverty, in a housing development in Detroit with their single-parent mom.

But to help them break free from a life of dependence upon government, their mother insisted that each of them read a book a week in order to expand their lives (to empower them). She even forced them to write book reports on each of them for her perusal. Dr. Carson realized later she probably was not even literate enough to read those book reports, but they still produced them. Both brothers became well-educated and made something of their lives, because of her faith in the Lord and in them and by becoming well read.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our schools were shut down. Some have reopened. But in Los Angeles, the teachers’ union made a series of demands if the schools were to be reopened. Included in their mandates was that there be a moratorium on building new charter schools. Nothing like trying to squash your competitors.

Generally children thrive in alternative forms of schooling, such as private schools, charter schools, and home schools.

Parents in poor neighborhoods especially want to have school choice because it can empower their children to make something of their lives. But the teachers’ union sought to protect the power of its own members—rather than empower children and families.

College would seem to be a great place to become empowered—to learn things with which to make something of one’s life. But much of college education today is just politically correct indoctrination.

Victor Davis Hanson writes (7/23/20):

“1960s student radicals graduated without much debt and for all their hipness could enter a booming economy with marketable skills. Today’s angry graduates owe a collective $1.6 trillion in student loan debt—much of it borrowed for mediocre, therapeutic, and politicized training that does not impress employers….In other words, today’s radical is far more desperate and angry that his college gambit never paid off.”

Those who become reliant on permanent government handouts ultimately develop a sense of entitlement—as if this money is owed them. How much better to train, to teach, to educate, to inspire, to motivate, than it is to keep people in perpetual reliance on the government, in exchange for their votes.

Steve Moore, the FreedomWorks economist, who worked for the Reagan administration and who has advised President Trump’s campaign, recorded a recent PragerU video (10/7/20). He points out: “Red state America is prospering. Blue state America is in meltdown. So where do you want to live?” For the most part, Red state America is engaged in trying to empower its citizens. The leaders in Blue state America are trying to cling to power—even using it to shut down churches and schools in the name of fighting the pandemic.

Here’s the kicker. While many on the left essentially want a perpetual underclass as their power base, everyone will one day die and give an account to our Maker as to what we did with our lives.

In Election 2020, there is a hidden issue on the ballot. That issue is which vision we choose to pursue: power for power’s sake or empowering as many citizens as want to be empowered for a better future.

Idle Wave: The Democratic Landslide That Wasn’t

Democratic donors are feeling a lot lighter in the wallet this week, but how much do they have to show for it? While Fox News raced to call the House for Democrats, the real story behind the numbers is a crushing one for Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.). She didn’t just watch her majority shrink — she witnessed a foreboding flip of seats in solidly blue districts. Will she have control over the House when it’s all over? Probably, but from a much weaker position — and without a Senate takeover to cushion the blow.

It might be one of the most underreported narratives of Tuesday night, but when the dust settles, the GOP will have significantly outperformed in the U.S. House. Both parties, Politico points out, thought the congressional races would be a bloodbath. Democrats were supposed to win “a dozen seats in the House,” they explain, “and knock off a whole host of Republican incumbents.” Guess what? Those projections, like all the rest, were completely wrong. Instead, it was Republicans beating Democrats — and, more importantly, Democratic incumbents.

“They beat Minnesota Rep. Collin Peterson after a few decades of trying,” reporters announced. They stunned in liberal strongholds like Miami, knocking off Debbie Mucarsel-Powell and Donna Shalala. In places like Staten Island, South Carolina, and New Mexico, the wins came tumbling in for Republicans. “And, to add insult to injury, the chair of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Rep. Cheri Bustos, is struggling to hang on to her Illinois district.” “So much for the election landslide,” the Wall Street Journal proclaimed.

“We defied the odds,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters triumphantly. After wasting a year on bogus impeachment charges and refusing to negotiate on any legislation of substance, the country’s message to Democrats seems to be: Start doing your jobs, or we’ll give them to someone else. For pro-lifers, who’ve been battling the most extreme abortion agenda in history, the GOP’s upsets are especially good news. The more they chip away at the Left’s majority, the better likelihood of success on things like the discharge petition of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. Depending on where the final numbers end up, Republicans may finally be able to force a vote to stop legal infanticide. That, in itself, would be a major win for the unborn.

Of course, the biggest prize of the night was the U.S. Senate, where liberal activists had pumped tens of millions of dollars into defeating the GOP. But outspent, Americans quickly learned, does not mean outgunned. And within a few short hours, it was clear that voters weren’t ready to hand the keys to a party who threatened to blow up the filibuster, pack the Supreme Court, and unseat district judges. Pollsters, who insisted the Senate was a lock for the Left, had even more egg on their face when Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), the Democrats’ biggest target and shepherd of the Amy Coney Barrett nomination, won in a race that wasn’t even close.

Donors lost $90 million in their bid to unseat Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), a record-breaking $108 million to oust Graham, and another $24 million to dispose of Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas). When CNN’s Van Jones said that “a lot of Democrats are hurt and scared tonight,” he wasn’t just talking about the presidential race. The fact that the Left couldn’t live up to its lofty goals is proof that the party is in some disarray. Despite the advantages Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) had — not just financially but with their liberal megaphones in the media and social media — Democrats still can’t overcome the realities of their unpopular agenda.

With Michigan’s John James (R) still in the hunt, Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) and David Perdue (R-Ga.) up by two points, Alaska’s Dan Sullivan (R) double-digits ahead, and Alabama’s Tommy Tuberville (R), Iowa’s Joni Ernst (R), Montana’s Steve Daines (R) now safely in the win column, Republicans’ worst fears are put to rest. Within the next 24 hours, Senate control should be safely in the GOP’s hands — which, depending on what happens to the White House, may prove monumentally important. Not to mention miraculous, considering the obstacles they faced.

At least for now, while we watch the presidency swing from one candidate to the other, we can take comfort that this Senate will either be a check on a radical Biden or a boost to a second-term Trump. Either way, it’s a victory worth celebrating.

Biden or Blood?

Will Joe Biden and the Democrats succeed in stealing the election? It’s early yet, but there are disquieting signs already. Pennsylvania’s wildly partisan attorney general Josh Shapiro tweeted Saturday, before a single vote was counted: “If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose.” In Shapiro’s Philadelphia on Tuesday morning, the Philadelphia Republican Party charged that certified Republican poll watchers were being denied access. In Georgia, all the voting machines in Spalding County, which voted 60% for Trump in 2016, went down. Scott Adams noted: “The Fake News will try to install Biden as president, no matter the vote count, if the election outcome is even slightly questionable. And it will be.”

If the efforts to install Biden in the White House, no matter what the vote count really is, fail, then there will be riots. The numerous boarded-up businesses in major cities testify to their likelihood. For all too many on the Left, it seems as if the choice America faces today is Biden or Blood.

That recalls another presidential election in our nation’s distant past, when the Republican governor of Ohio, Rutherford B. Hayes, ran against the Democratic Governor of New York, Samuel J. Tilden. As Rating America’s Presidents notes, Tilden was the Democrats’ third straight candidate from New York (and General George B. McClellan, their 1864 standard bearer, was from New Jersey). With the South largely in their camp even during Reconstruction, the Democrats knew that it was the North they had to win to regain the White House. And while the Republicans “waved the bloody shirt,” as they had in 1868 and 1872—that is, accused the Democrats of responsibility for the Civil War—the Democrats had an effective comeback as the party of clean government fighting against what they characterized as the party of corruption.

It almost worked; actually, it may really have worked. Tilden won the popular vote by 250,000 votes over Hayes. He also seemed to have won the electoral vote, and hence the presidency. However, in three Southern states, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Florida, the Democrats and Republicans produced two separate popular vote tabulations, both claiming victory in each state. There was also a dispute about one elector in Oregon, where the Democratic governor had appointed a Democrat after a Republican elector resigned and the Republicans cried foul. At stake were twenty electoral votes. The undisputed tally had Tilden with 184 and Hayes with 165, so if Hayes were awarded all twenty of the disputed votes, he would win the presidency by one vote.

The dispute roiled the nation. No one was sure what to do, as the Constitution hadn’t provided for such a contingency, and while the Republicans may have been engaged in voter fraud, the Democrats had almost certainly practiced voter suppression, preventing freedmen, who voted for the party that freed the slaves, from voting, or throwing out their votes uncounted. In 1878, a congressional investigation found evidence of Democratic attempts to bribe election officials. But it is unlikely that the Republicans weren’t cheating as well.

Enraged Democrats charged that the Republicans were trying to steal the election. Some, crying “Tilden or Blood!” even threatened a new civil war if their candidate was not declared the victor. Finally, Congress appointed a commission of seven Democrats, seven Republicans, and one independent to determine which votes to accept and which to reject. The independent, however, Supreme Court Justice David Davis, resigned to take a seat in the Senate; his replacement was a Republican, and the die was cast. On an 8–7 party-line vote, the Republican vote totals were accepted. Hayes was named “the duly elected president of the United States” on March 3, 1877, the day before the inauguration.

The Democrats accepted this, although they derided Hayes as “Rutherfraud” throughout his presidency. Tilden took the news resignedly, saying: “I prefer four years of Hayes’ administration to four years of civil war.” He withdrew from the field while maintaining the rightness of his cause: “I can retire to private life with the consciousness that I shall receive from posterity the credit of having been elected to the highest position in the gift of the people, without any of the cares and responsibilities of the office.”

One reason why the Democrats did not draw out the dispute or refuse to accept the commission’s decision that Hayes had won was that they had driven a hard bargain: as a condition of their accepting Hayes’s election, they demanded, and received, the withdrawal of federal troops from the South. Reconstruction was over, and with it died any semblance of equality of rights for black Americans. Republican “carpetbaggers” packed up their carpetbags and returned to the North; the South became a one-party state that replicated antebellum society, with blacks denied voting rights and discriminated against in numerous other ways.

Was the reinforcement of second-class status for the freed slaves and the end of any chance to make America a society in which all people truly enjoyed equality of rights worth it, so that the country could experience the presidency of Rutherford B. Hayes? No.

And here we may be again. But today, the Left has created an atmosphere so overheated that even a deal like that of 1876, as flawed as it was, may not be possible. Will Democrats accept the will of the people if their man loses? Or will it be Biden or Blood?

VIDEO: The Vortex — Marxist Momentum and They’re Coming for You.

TRANSCRIPT

Hello!  Just before we get into today’s Vortex, we have a brief programming note.

The Vortex you are about to see was shot a day ago  —  before the announcement that President Trump was going to hold his own town hall on NBC tomorrow night, countering the Biden town hall on ABC.

Church Militant was going to air our own LIVE Campaign 2020 Overview at 8 p.m. ET. Now, we are going to pull that special ahead one hour to 7 p.m. ET.

So when you hear and see in this Vortex episode “8 p.m.,” know that has been changed to 7 p.m. ET — again LIVE.

Thank you.

So we are now just 20 days away and no one in the temporal order knows what the outcome is going to be. But Catholics need to really understand all that is at stake here.

And unlike the bishops who will not tell you that abortion is the single most important matter, we realize there is not only abortion but much more at stake here for Catholics. In fact, it’s so important that we are airing a live campaign special this Thursday, tomorrow night, at 8 p.m. for one hour.

Again: Thursday, 8 p.m. ET, Oct. 15.

Since the previously scheduled presidential debate was called off by the Commission on Presidential Debates because the president refused to participate in Zoom conference, Church Militant is using the moment to hit pause and do a campaign overview, giving you loads of information about everything that will happen if the Marxist Democrats win.

Please tune in live to Church Militant tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET.

Again, while abortion is hands down the preeminent issue, there are many things that are at stake in this election — there will be a massive fallout for Catholics if it goes the wrong way.

We could see:

  • Religious liberty rollbacks — something Kamala Harris introduced into the Senate last year with the GOP still in control (her bill failed then, but it won’t with them in charge)
  • Religious “litmus tests” for federal positions — this has already been done a number of times, but couldn’t get anywhere because Democrats weren’t in charge (it will if they win)
  • “Hate” groups being defined as part of federal law — this is the perfect weapon to bring in on any political conservative to shut them down and even imprison them (and other Western countries already do this)
  • Weaponization of the Department of Justice against faithful Catholics (just like Obama’s attorney general, Eric Holder, did) and now with a promise to name New York governor Andrew Cuomo as the new attorney general, it will be a disaster (Cuomo said publicly that political conservatives and pro-lifers are not the kind of people the state of New York wants; imagine that as the guiding philosophy at the DOJ)
  • Groups being “audited” by the IRS (Obama already did this in 2009–2012)
  • An increasing Vatican-D.C. alliance for globalism (it’s already well-established, with McCarrick shuffling what’s been reported as up to a million dollars to the Hillary campaign in 2016)
  • Church shutdowns for “health” reasons — enough said
  • Increased funding to U.S. bishops for immigration — again, enough said
  • Catholic businesses forced to pay for contraception — just ask the Little Sisters of the Poor
  • Homeschooling heavily regulated or ended (the state of California is already pursuing this kind of legislation)
  • A foreign policy tying aid to anti-Catholic positions (well established under Obama)
  • Not only the impossibility of Roe v. Wade ever being overturned, we could also have to face further issues like the codifying of Roe into federal law (already promised by Pelosi), taxpayer funding for all abortion (already promised by Biden), and the reversing of the “Mexico City” policy (already promised by Biden)

We have much much more to talk about. This may be the most comprehensive and important hour of information for Catholics in this entire campaign. Please make it a point to schedule it now. Tell your friends. Tell them to tune in. America is at the tipping point of becoming Marxist, and this is no joke.

Tomorrow night, tune in at 8 p.m. ET, right here at ChurchMilitant.com. This is what the U.S. hierarchy is wanting you to not think about.

BOOK REVIEW: ‘Thought Criminal’ by Dr. Michael Rectenwald

Dr. Rectenwald was a Trotskyite Marxist just a few short years ago. His previous works, Springtime for Snowflakes, Google Archipelago and Beyond Woke (all from New English Review Press) explain the new “woke left” from the inside out. Just as no one could explain the communist movement of the twentieth century like ex-communists (see The God Who Failed, Witness, etc.), Professor Rectenwald has spent the last several years explaining the new woke, corporate left with precision and insight.

Now, he returns with a novel, which, though set in an undefined future, explains out current dilemma perfectly. Hailed as “the 1984 of the Covid era,” Thought Criminal ingeniously describes where we are and where we are going in an entertaining, roller-coaster ride of a novel.

Summary:

A distinguished Professor of AI-neuroscience and Theory of Mind, Cayce Varin has dissident thoughts. He differs from acceptable opinion on matters of grave importance to respectable Human Biologicals and the Federation of Pandemos, the global state. Upon confessing his divergent theories to a Graduate Student Assistant, his life is never the same. He is labeled a Thought Deviationist, among other damning designations. He is arrested by a Robot Police Agent and soon released but remains a covert Thought Deviationist living under the constant fear of future arrest, the treachery of friends, and the loss of his identity.

For Varin and a small cadre of Thought Deviationists, the ultimate threat is posed by Collective Mind—the vast centralized database and processing complex with apparent knowledge of everything, possibly even one’s innermost thoughts. Varin and fellow Thought Deviationists believe that the Federation deliberately propagates a virus to keep Human Biologicals connected to Collective Mind. Submission to the virus spells the obliteration of the self. Resistance to the virus, made possible by taking the addictive drug Eraserall, means living as a fugitive from the law and being forever hunted by Robot Police Agents to be taken in for “treatment.”

Finally, it appears that the only solution is to infiltrate Essential Data, Collective Mind’s main data and processing center. The risks are great, and the gambit may be impossible. But Varin’s future, the future of Thought Deviationists, and the future of the individual itself, depend on the mission’s success.

Advance Praise:

Kenneth R. Timmerman, NY Times best-selling author of The Election Heist and other books:

Michael Rectenwald has written a thought experiment for our time, the 1984 of the COVID era, where we can step back and view today’s America for what it is: a society infected not by a virus but by collective hysteria. Thought Criminal explores the meaning of individualism in an increasingly collectivist society, where our thoughts are not our thoughts but those infused in us by the media and the Collective Mind, and the very notion of free will becomes a distant memory. This is fiction that makes us think and makes us dream.

Janice Fiamengo, retired Professor of English, University of Ottawa:

Both an allegory for our present collectivist times and a vision of the future, Thought Criminal draws you in irresistibly from the first pages, immersing you in a thrilling and disturbing adventure.

ABOUT DR. MICHAEL RECTENWALD

Michael Rectenwald is a recently retired Professor of Liberal Studies at New York University, where he taught cultural and social history as well as academic writing since 2008. He is the author of ten books, including Beyond Woke (New English Review Press, 2020), Google Archipelago: The Digital Gulag and the Simulation of Freedom (New English Review Press, 2019), Springtime for Snowflakes: ‘Social Justice’ and Its Postmodern Parentage (New English Review Press, 2018), Nineteenth-Century British Secularism: Science, Religion and Literature (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016), Academic Writing, Real World Topics (Broadview Press, 2015), and Global Secularisms in a Post-Secular Age (De Gruyter, 2015). Rectenwald is a prominent spokesperson for academic freedom and free speech and an expert on the history and character of the ‘social justice’ movement. He has published articles and essays on these topics in several periodicals and news outlets and has appeared regularly on national television networks, as well as on numerous podcasts and radio shows.

VIDEO: Why I Wear My Mask | Welcome to the Masquerade

Video by WhatsHerFace:

I love my mask. It’s a simple and effective way to display my righteousness. Am I concerned that two children in China died because they were forced to wear a mask in gym class? NOPE! I concerned that I’m contributing to an impending socialist technocracy that will enslave the global population? NO!

Am I concerned that my mask is symbolic of my compliance to the social conditioning that will eventually lead to the forced vaccination of every man, woman, and child on planet earth? Not a chance!

Why am I not concerned you ask?

Because I decided a long time ago that shallow insignificant gestures are a much easier way to showcase my morality than actually being moral.

Because in order to be a really good person, I need to stand up to a really bad person, and I don’t like standing up to or for anything. It’s much easier to trick my mind into thinking compliance is a virtue instead of what it really is, cowardice.

‘I Have Cash’: Joe Biden Offered Financial Assistance To Hunter, Texts Show

  • Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden offered his son financial assistance at least four times between November 2018 and March 2019, text messages show.
  • The texts cut against allegations that Joe Biden benefited financially from Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.
  • The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained a copy of Hunter Biden’s alleged hard drive on Wednesday. While a review of the drive is ongoing, no evidence has yet surfaced showing Joe Biden reaped financial benefits from his son’s business dealings.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden offered Hunter Biden financial assistance on at least four occasions between November 2018 and March 2019, text messages obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation show.

The texts cut against allegations that Joe Biden benefited financially from his son’s foreign business dealings.

“Dad can you please cash app me $2,000,” Hunter Biden texted Joe Biden on March 15, 2019. “I’m again overdrawn in my account for bills that can’t be left unpaid.”

“I’ll have it all paid back next week I hope,” Hunter Biden texted his father after he was asked if the transfer went through.

The texts were on a hard drive that Hunter Biden allegedly dropped off at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019 but never retrieved. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani provided the DCNF with a copy of the drive on Wednesday.

The DCNF has not been able to review all of the more than 40,000 emails and scores of text messages on the drive, but no direct evidence has yet surfaced showing that Joe Biden reaped any sort of financial benefit from Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings.

A cybersecurity expert previously authenticated a key email from the laptop that the New York Post called “smoking gun” evidence that Joe Biden was introduced by his son to a Burisma executive in 2015.

Hunter Biden appears to have been under financial strain around the time he texted his father asking for financial assistance. Emails and other records on the hard drive show that Hunter Biden owed $37,000 a month in alimony payments to his ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle Biden, following their divorce in 2017. [CLICK HERE FOR TEXT]

An email from the drive reveals that Hunter Biden was stuck at a rest stop on March 6, 2019, with no money to buy gas awaiting a $50,000 wire for his company, Owasco, LLC. [CLICK HERE TO SEE THE EMAIL]

“Buddy do you have cash app to send me … $100 until wire goes,” Hunter Biden emailed his business partner Jeff Cooper. “I have no I have no money for gas and im literally stuck at a rest stop on 95 on my way from Boston to DC.”

On March 1, 2019, Joe Biden texted Hunter Biden about his daughter, asking: “Do you want me to do anything about Maisy dentist bill.”

“Let me know if you need anything cash,” Joe Biden said in another text to Hunter Biden on Feb. 6, 2019.

And in a Nov. 28, 2018, text, Joe Biden told his son: “Do you need anything. I have cash. Love Dad.

Joe Biden received a financial windfall of his own after he left the White House in 2017. He signed a book deal valued at $8 million in April 2017, according to Publishers Weekly, and he and his wife reported a combined adjusted gross income of $16.6 million in their 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax returns.

Joe Biden’s offers of financial assistance came after Hunter Biden received a much-publicized May 2017 email that suggested he would hold a 10% stake in a joint Chinese business venture for the “big guy,” a reference to the former vice president, according to Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski.

However, corporate records for the joint venture reviewed by the DCNF show no indication that Joe Biden obtained any off-the-books stake in the firm when it was finalized later in May 2017.

Joe Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates said in a statement in October that the former vice president “has never even considered being involved in business with his family, nor in any overseas business whatsoever. He has never held stock in any such business arrangements nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him.”

Is Dr. Anthony Fauci Guilty of Negligent Homicide?

“Mischief and malice grow on the same branch of the tree of evil.” –  Actor Aaron Hill

“For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.: – I Timothy 6:10

“A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims… but accomplices.” – George Orwell

“When one with honeyed words but evil mind persuades the mob, great woes befall the state.” –  Euripides

“Evil people always support each other; that is their chief strength.” –  Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn

Today’s headlines read, “Covid Cases Rise to Highest Levels Since July.” The leftwing communist media doesn’t want you to risk voting for Trump!  Stay at home, Covid is on the rise again!  Just in time for election day, Michigan Governor Whitmer plans another lockdown.  But wait, influenza cases hit rock bottom.  Huh?

Today’s media are Stalinist to the core. They are prejudicial liars who promote poisonous propaganda to manipulate public opinion.  The MSM and Anthony Fauci continue promoting fear and panic despite knowledge that even PCR testing has a very high false positive rate, that 99.98 percent of Americans who get this virus survive with no ill effects, and that your chances of getting and dying of Covid in America are one in 19.1 million if you’re between the ages of 50 – 65.  Only six percent of Americans who have died with Covid died strictly from the virus and not from other causes, according to new numbers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The highest danger is for the elderly with comorbidities. How many thousands of senior Americans died alone in nursing homes because of five governors who should literally be tried for premeditated murder.

Donald Trump’s presidency has so frightened globalists around the world that they are literally pulling out all the stops to destroy him and the greatest country in the history of the world — the United States.  Crashing Trump’s economy, no matter the cost to American citizens has been the democrat’s goal.  And Dr. Fauci is in his glory.

Dr. Anthony Fauci praised the Director General of WHO, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, as an “outstanding person,” and said the World Health Organization, (WHO) has done very well under his leadership. He has also quoted the Director and China information as fact, Dr. Tedros is a mouthpiece for China.  The WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training has been located at Imperial College London since 2008.  And it was Dr. Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx who used Imperial College’s false models to convince President Trump to shut down the entire economy.

Think there was no collusion?

Deep State Loving Fauci

Dr. Anthony Fauci has been wrong so many times about Covid that last July, trade adviser Peter Navarro tore into him with a blistering op-ed.  Navarro likely recognized Fauci’s ulterior motives…motives that would destroy Trump’s booming economy and reelection chances.  President Trump is also tired of hearing from Fauci, and has called Fauci a “disaster.”

Dr. Scott Atlas has disagreed with much of what Fauci has advocated.  Atlas is the newest appointee to the White House Coronavirus Task Force. He is a senior fellow in scientific philosophy and public policy at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution.  In a number of published articles he advocated solutions to Covid-19 very different from Fauci’s.  Reports are that outsider Atlas has effectively supplanted Fauci as the president’s key adviser on the issue.  He stated that, “Our policy of total isolation involved trade-offs and left a significant problem by endangering the resumption of normal activity.”  He has been proven right.  Trump has listened.

Anthony Fauci and CDC virologist, Dr. Robert Redfield have tried to discredit Dr. Atlas to no avail.

Fauci was foisted on America as the all-time infectious disease expert by the Chair of the Coronavirus Task Force, Vice President Mike Pence.  As if the little weasel wasn’t irritating enough with expounding on his brilliance every day before the American public, we find out half way through the entire nightmare debacle that he loves Hillary Clinton.  In his letters to her he lauded her testimony about Benghazi as brilliant.  But that’s not all.  Fauci is great friend of every socialist democrat in power.

Every year, Jeff Goldberg, the infamous editor of The Atlantic holds their regressive Atlantic Festival of “esteemed” democrat communist leaders. At this year’s four-day-long event Sept. 21–24, the two top highlighted speakers were Hillary Clinton and Anthony Fauci.  Among the other 112 leftists were Nancy Pelosi, Stacey Abrams, Bill Gates, and Marxist BLM co-founder Alicia Garza.

Speaker Chesa Boudin is San Francisco’s district attorney and she happened to have been raised by none other than Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn of Weather Underground fame…also famous for training BLM founders.  They took her in when her parents were imprisoned for murder during an armed robbery.  Is it any wonder that piles of human feces are everywhere in San Francisco?!

Fauci Funded Research Led to Covid-19

Dr. Peter Breggin reported that Fauci’s National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease (NIAID) within the NIH funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology and led directly to the ability of the Chinese to engineer SARS-CoV-2 ultimately causing the Covid-19 pandemic. For many years, Fauci paid for and encouraged multiple research projects, at least two involving US researchers collaborating in making deadly viruses with China’s notoriously insecure Communist-run biowarfare facility in Wuhan.

Four scientists, led by Li-Meng Yan (MD, PhD), who recently escaped from Communist China, have released a pre-publication paper (follow the paper’s progress here) in which they confirm the direct relationship between the Fauci-funded research and China’s ability to create SARS-CoV-2.

What is more shocking, is that these scientists have confirmed that the military-controlled Wuhan Institute has the world’s largest collection of coronaviruses from bats and this is a future threat for accidental release or biological warfare.  Fauci’s funding has put the world at risk.  Link

Emails obtained by Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation via a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit show that in late January, Dr. Fauci approved of a World Health Organization-sponsored press release supporting China’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jaded History

The Chinese state media claimed Coronavirus is a tool to beat Donald Trump.  And Fauci was the willing participant in helping China.  And as I’ve previously mentioned, Fauci is looking to the United Nations to rebuild the infrastructure of human existence.  Oh yes, he’s a hardcore sustainable development technocrat who believes we need to live in harmony with nature by reducing human population and consumption.  Fauci is an agent for the communist United Nations and a self-professed social engineer.

Fauci’s ties to George Soros, the Clintons, WHO, Bill Gates and the Big Pharma Mafia should set off alarms across America.

In a previous article, I exposed Fauci’s well-documented and checkered history of not telling the truth, abusing his power and doing sinister things like hiding the leukemia virus which is known to be in three of our largest vaccines which we know cause cancer and he’s hidden it from the American people.

He fired Dr. Judy Mikovitz for her study that showed those vaccines were contaminated.  Mikovitz was on the team that identified the HIV virus and connected it to AIDS, and Fauci kept that secret hidden for six months so that he could get one of his cronies to make the publication.  Many thousands of people contracted AIDS because the test was delayed for half a year.  Please read Dr. Mikovitz’s paper on retroviruses.

Robert Kennedy Jr. doesn’t think much of Dr. Anthony Fauci either.  Watch his informative eight-minute video:

Fauci, as head of NIAID, has taken millions from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as well as the Clinton Foundation along with tens of billions from US taxpayers for bogus research via his friend Dr. Gallo who claimed the 1984 PCR test for AIDS was valid.  It was endorsed by Fauci, his NIAID, and the CDC.  The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test detects the genetic information of the virus, the RNA. That’s only possible if the virus is there and someone is actively infected.  The tests have proven to be invalid.

Roberto A. Giraldo, MD and Etienne de Harven, MD stated, “None of these tests detect the HIV virus itself, nor do they detect HIV particles.” They add that there are “more than 70 different documented conditions that can cause the antibody tests to react positive without an HIV infection.” Among the false positive cases are influenza, the common cold, leprosy or the existence of pregnancyThe same tests are used today to determine SARS-CoV-2-positive.

Fauci’s NIAID is working with Gilead to conduct Phase II human trials on Remdesivir.  He has openly endorsed Gilead Science’s very expensive Remdesivir treatment for Covid over the inexpensive treatment of Hydroxychloroquine, Azithromycin and zinc, the latter of which was approved by the NIH in 2005 for coronaviruses.  The Remdesivir studies have not proven out to be a sure-fire treatment for Covid.

New York’s Dr. Vladimir Zelenko is one of several doctors who said thousands of deaths of Americans could have been prevented if they had been treated with hydroxychloroquine. In August, another doctor, renowned epidemiologist and Yale professor Dr. Harvey Risch accused Dr. Fauci and the FDA of causing the ‘deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans’ that could have been saved by hydroxychloroquine.  Dr. Zelenko says these are crimes against humanity.

Ever hear of negligent homicide?

China holds the patent on the drug through an agreement with Gilead’s drug patent sharing subsidiary branch called UNITAID that has an office near Wuhan, and you’ll never guess who are the main financial investors in UNITAID…none other than George Soros, Bill & Melinda Gates, and WHO.

In July, 2020, John Solomon of Just the News reported on Fauci’s career being dotted with ethics and safety controversies inside the NIH.  His article included the NIAID’s calloused approach, under Fauci’s leadership of using human guinea pigs as test subjects. They were not volunteers. Fauci chose foster children from New York, Illinois, and elsewhere. The children were administered a non-tested AIDS drug without any promises of patient protection. Many of them were not even provided with patient advocates, as required by law, to monitor the children’s health as the drug surged through their veins. As a result of Fauci’s negligence, 10 of the children died.  Interestingly enough, Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady heads the Human Subject Research unit at NIH.

Ever heard of negligent homicide?

Fauci has even lauded New York as a Covid-19 success despite the fact that 80,000 senior citizens died in nursing and rehab centers when Covid patients were sent there by Mayor DeBlasio.

Negligent homicide?  This looks like downright murder.

Mask Mandates

So many articles have been written about the detrimental effects of wearing face diapers (masks).  On October 24th, PJ Media’s Rick Moran wrote that Dr. Anthony Fauci says it might be necessary for Washington to impose a mask mandate on all 50 states, given the worrisome rise in coronavirus cases across the U.S.  Fauci made the remarks during an interview on CNN.

In 2008, Dr. Anthony Fauci co-authored a paper about the Spanish Flu Epidemic that rated it as the most devastating modern pandemic. It swept the entire planet in the wake of the First World War and caused millions of deaths.

In studying this major and actual pandemic, what did Dr. Fauci and his colleagues find?  They discovered that most of the victims of the Spanish Flu didn’t die from the Spanish Flu. They died from bacterial pneumonia. And the bacterial pneumonia was caused by…. wait for it, wait for it…. wearing masks.

The intention then, as now, was to halt the spread of the disease by wearing masks, but what actually happened was that an “unobserved” pandemic of bacterial pneumonia was unwittingly created instead.

Ever heard of negligent homicide?  It’s here and it’s purposeful.

Neither the N95 mask nor the hospital mask has proved efficient to prevent Covid-19 infections.

Lockdown Failure

In May, over 600 physicians from “all specialties and from all states” signed a public letter to President Trump  describing, not Covid-19, but the lockdowns as a “mass casualty incident.” Since the letter first appeared, the number of doctors signing on has grown into the thousands. Their letter warns:

It is impossible to overstate the short, medium, and long-term harm to people’s health with a continued shutdown. Losing a job is one of life’s most stressful events, and the effect on a person’s health is not lessened because it also has happened to 30 million other people. Keeping schools and universities closed is incalculably detrimental for children, teenagers, and young adults for decades to come. The millions of casualties of a continued shutdown will be hiding in plain sight, but they will be called alcoholism, homelessness, suicide, heart attack, stroke, or kidney failure. In youths it will be called financial instability, unemployment, despair, drug addiction, unplanned pregnancies, poverty, and abuse.

Literally thousands of doctors and scientists have come out against Fauci’s lockdowns including a Nobel Prize-winning biophysicist, Michael Levitt. The media just doesn’t want you to know.  Levitt tweeted, “Thus, the Western World has been encouraged by their lack of responsibility coupled with uncontrolled media and academic errors to commit suicide for an excess burden of death of one month. Surely, we or someone we know can do something about this!  Now 105 days later! HELP!!!”

Conclusion

Dr. Fauci and his gang of complicit experts, along with democratic socialists and the communist mainstream media have labored to instill fear in America, to mask us into infinity and to destroy the man who loves America and her people and gave up a life of luxury to save his beloved country.

Yes, negligent homicide.  The deaths caused by Fauci’s actions mean nothing to the globalist elitists; their goal is the destruction of America’s greatness and men like Donald J. Trump and his supporters whose patriotism and love of country are anathema to their God hating communist goals.
