A mob of eight to 10 males wielding hammers descended upon bystanders at the East Bank Light Rail station on Friday night injuring several, according to recorded police dispatch audio.
The incident was apparently reported to 911 just before 10 p.m. on Friday according to the audio and other social media police scanner reports. A 9:48 p.m. Facebook post on 2nd Precinct Minneapolis Crime Watch page said that University of Minnesota (U of M) police were requesting assistance from Minneapolis police (MPD) and Metro Transit police for “a group of 8-10 males chasing people with hammers” and that some people were injured. A Facebook post a minute later on Minneapolis Scanner page said that the three police departments were responding to “multiple [911] calls” about “10-12 Somali teen males armed with hammers chasing people,” also with “several injuries reported.” Both Facebook pages regularly post summaries of police scanner audio.

On May 16, 2019 ICE issued a press release with the extremely disturbing headline:
Fraudulent family case involving 6-month-old represents ‘new level of child endangerment’ according to ICE officials.
Here is an excerpt from the press release:
Security Investigations (HSI) special agents have described as an increasing trend of fraudulent families presenting at the border in order to take advantage of loopholes in immigration laws and avoid being detained by immigration authorities.
“Cases like this demonstrate the real danger that exists to children in this disturbing new trend,” said HSI Acting Executive Associate Director Alysa Erichs. “And while we have seen egregious cases of smugglers renting and recycling children, this case involving a six-month-old infant is a new low – and an unprecedented level of child endangerment.”
Amilcar Guiza-Reyes, a 51-year old citizen and national of Honduras, who was previously deported in 2013, made an initial appearance in federal court in the Southern District of Texas May 10, charged with 8 USC 1324 alien smuggling for allegedly smuggling a 6-month-old infant across the U.S.-Mexico border.
On May 7, Guiza-Reyes was observed by U.S. Border Patrol wading across the Rio Grande River from Mexico into the U.S. near Hidalgo, Texas, carrying an infant child.
He initially claimed to the U.S. Border Patrol agents that the infant was his son. However, after presenting a fraudulent Honduran birth certificate at the Central Processing Center in McAllen, Texas, he was referred to HSI special agents for interview and further investigation. He later admitted to the HSI special agents that he obtained the child’s fraudulent document to show him as the father and that he intended to use the child to further his unlawful entry in to the U.S.
The child in this case, whose name is being withheld for privacy reasons, was transferred to the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services for placement.
Cases like this one have led HSI to step up investigations into similar cases of fraud involving children. In recent months, HSI has deployed 130 personnel to the border, including special agents, forensic interview specialists, document examiners and victim assistance specialists, in an effort to combat this phenomenon.
The radical left blames Trump’s immigration policies for separating “immigrant” families, the reality is that all too often, alien families are separated long before the aliens come to the United States.
The Flores Decision mandates that illegal alien families with minor children cannot be kept in custody for more than 20 days.
This has led to a huge increase in two types of fraud, adult illegal aliens falsely claiming to be minors and as we see in this case, adult aliens entering the United States illegally with children to whom they are not related but falsely claim to be those minor children’s parents.
In this case an infant was separated from its family either with the consent of the parents who may have been paid to “rent” the baby or by kidnappers who simply took the child from its family.
Of course now the challenge will be to find the actual parents of the six month old infant child.
That process may take a very long time and undoubtedly the media will complain bitterly about how long the child is separated from his/her parents. They will likely blame DHS and the Trump administration for the crimes committed by alien smugglers who have been emboldened by failures of the leadership of both parties to provide essential resources to secure our borders
Today the U.S. southern border is under siege with tens of thousands of illegal aliens being apprehended each month, overwhelming the already limited resources of CBP (Customs and Border Protection) while members of the lunatic left claim that there is no crisis on the border but a fantasy created by the Trump administration.
Furthermore, historically, for decades, families from foreign countries have been separated when a family member enters the U.S. without inspection or violates the terms of his/her lawful admission to work illegally in the United States and/or commit other violations of our laws so that they can send money back to their families in their home countries.
Incredibly politicians who favor massive amnesty programs to legalize unknown millions of illegal aliens claim that the best way to reunite these families is to provide these illegal aliens with lawful status and then empower them to permit their families to legally join them in the United States.
As I noted back in 2013 when I testified before a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the topic, Building An Immigration System Worthy Of American Values the immigration policies of the Obama administration and statements made by politicians who promised to provide lawful status to massive numbers of illegal aliens served to fire the “starter’s pistol” for aspiring illegal aliens from around the world, turning our borders into the finish line.
Of course the most sensible solution to “reuniting” these families is to send the illegal alien back to his/her home country where they are then reunited with their families.
There are numerous accounts of children being “rented” out by their own parents to smugglers and to aliens who seek to use that child to expedite their release from ICE custody when they make bogus claims to political asylum.
Another possibility also exists, very young children may be kidnapped by smugglers to be used to further their alien smuggling operations. Infants obviously cannot be interviewed and make the ideal “child” to exploit in such situations.
Immigration fraud has always been a major issue for immigration law enforcement but one which receives little if any attention in the mainstream media or even by politicians who propose immigration legislation that ignores how fraud may well render the laws that they enact moot and meaningless.
On May 18, 2004 I testified before the House Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims at a hearing on the topic: Pushing The Border Out On Alien Smuggling: New Tools And Intelligence Initiatives.
That hearing was initially to be held to explore the issue of alien smuggling. I convinced Representative Jackson Lee to look beyond the U.S./Mexican border and consider the role of visa fraud, immigration fraud and document fraud to facilitate alien smuggling. The terminology of “pushing the border out” referred to my argument that requiring aliens to present visas when they seek admission into the United States would move America’s borders out to the U.S. consulates and embassies where the visas are issued.
Immigration fraud was, in fact, determined to be the prime method and entry for international terrorists and was an issue covered at length by the 9/11 Commission and documented in the official report prepared by the 9/11 Commission staff, 9/11 and Terrorist Travel. This report focused specifically on the ability of the terrorists to enter the United States and ultimately embed themselves in the United States as they went about their deadly preparations to carry out a deadly attack.
With so much “on the line” our political leaders irrespective of party affiliation must finally make border security and related areas of immigration law enforcement the priority it should have been for all too many years.

Balancing the budget while reducing taxes and prioritizing national defense are the main goals in a blueprint for smarter government spending released Monday by The Heritage Foundation.
The think tank’s new “Blueprint for Balance” “lays out an agenda both for our long-term governing vision [and] what our conservative policy priorities [are] that we want lawmakers to champion,” Romina Boccia, director of Heritage’s Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, said during a roundtable with reporters to introduce the plan.
“Overall,” Boccia said, the blueprint specifies “what Republicans especially should be pushing for in the spending bills in order to realize conservative policy priorities and reduce spending in accordance with our values.”
The Budget Control Act, passed in 2011, sought to curb government spending and control the growth of government programs, capping discretionary spending at $1.07 trillion for fiscal year 2018.
Justin Bogie, a senior policy analyst in fiscal affairs at Heritage, wrote in a recent commentary that congressional Democrats are looking to raise the Budget Control Act’s caps on discretionary spending by at least $357 billion over 2020 and 2021.
Heritage’s “Blueprint for Balance,” if implemented, would reduce spending by $10.8 trillion over 10 years and eliminate budget deficits by 2029, as well as permanently extend the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and reduce taxes by $800 billion.
During a second event in which Heritage presented its blueprint to congressional staff, Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., drew comparisons between the document and a budget released May 1 by the Republican Study Committee.
“We get a large task force and members with unique perspectives in a room and hash out differences and avoid some of the land mines that might cause some members not to vote for it,” Banks said of arriving at the Republican Study Committee budget.
“And that’s why I think our budget proposal this year is as strong as ever and very important for all of you to pay attention to because it has that broad support and it still balances [in] six years.”
However, neither the RSC budget nor the Heritage proposal has much of a hope of making it onto the House floor for a vote, given the Democrat majority led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.
“While we wanted to avoid our budget proposal being aspirational per se, we aren’t naive enough to [think] that Nancy Pelosi [is] going to put the RSC budget on the floor,” Banks said.
Government funding runs out Sept. 30, the end of fiscal 2019.
The Hill reported earlier this month that lawmakers suggested another government shutdown could occur if Democrats and Republicans can’t agree on funding, including a $19 billion disaster aid bill passed May 10 by House Democrats that is opposed by the Trump administration.
The Heritage plan, which would balance the budget within 10 years, would expand the Republican tax reform plan signed into law by President Donald Trump on Dec. 22, 2017.
Specifically, it would end 29 tax subsidies and make permanent both the individual tax cuts and the ability of businesses to fully expense investments in equipment.
“This is something that wasn’t included in the president’s budget but is a really important piece of extending the entire Tax Cuts and Jobs Act going forward,” Adam Michel, senior policy analyst at Heritage’s Hermann Center for the Federal Budget, said during the roundtable.
“And if we can pay down our debt and start balancing the budget, there are real economic dividends beyond all of the other benefits of getting the government out of our lives in various different ways,” Michel said.
Bogie said similarities between the RSC and Heritage budgets include permanently extending the 2017 tax cuts; providing another $850 billion in tax relief; prioritizing defense spending; and significantly reducing nondefense discretionary programs that fall outside the government’s constitutional responsibilities.
“Both budgets undertake comprehensive entitlement reform,” Bogie said in an email to The Daily Signal. “One of the most important aspects is that both budgets balance in 10 years and significantly reduce debt as a share of GDP.”

Remember when activists on the Supreme Court, in essence, made same-sex marriage the law of the land? Elated, Obama said, “Love wins!” He celebrated the unconstitutional destruction of the God ordained sacred institution of marriage by ordering that the White House be lit in rainbow colors. Leftists decreed that the LGBTQ lifestyle is a “beautiful thing” which Americans had better embrace or suffer severe punishment.
Shockingly, Christian churches began embracing same-sex marriage. Ignoring the Bible (Leviticus 18:22), deceived and cowardly pastors said, “Love is love. It’s a beautiful thing.”
I did an internet search for pictures of gay pride parades. I could hardly believe my eyes; men wearing giant genital costumes, nudity, men mock performing various sex acts on each other. Such public debauchery would normally get one arrested. Because it was happening during a gay pride parade, city officials and police ignored it.
I thought, “Okay, if this lifestyle is such a ‘beautiful thing’, why not share the reality of it with the world?” I posted a few gay pride parade pictures on my website. Christian and conservative friends said, “Oh my gosh, has Lloyd lost his mind?” My response was, “Why are you guys upset with me? Christians and conservatives have surrendered to leftists’ lie that the LGBTQ lifestyle is a beautiful thing. I’m simply sharing the beauty.”
I was severely criticized by my associates and even called a hater by LGBTQ enforcers for simply posting pictures of their public gross behavior. While beating up on me, none of my Christian and conservative friends dared to express any criticism of gay pride parade participants performing vulgar sex acts live in front of thousands of parade watchers. Somehow, I was the bad guy for posting pictures.
In 1987, homosexual activist Steve Warren published a chilling article titled, “Warning to the homophobes.”
“Henceforth, homosexuality will be spoken of in your churches and synagogues as an “honorable estate.”
“You can either let us marry people of the same sex, or better yet abolish marriage altogether. You will be expected to offer ceremonies that bless our sexual arrangements…You will also instruct your people in homosexual as well as heterosexual behavior, and you will go out of your way to make certain that homosexual youths are allowed to date, attend religious functions together, openly display affection, and enjoy each others sexuality without embarrassment or guilt.
If any of the older people in your midst object, you will deal with them sternly, making certain they renounce their ugly and ignorant homophobia or suffer public humiliation.
You will also make certain that laws are passed forbidding discrimination against homosexuals and heavy punishments are assessed….
Finally, we will in all likelihood, want to expunge a number of passages from your Scriptures and rewrite others, eliminating preferential treatment of marriage and using words that will allow for homosexual interpretation of passages describing biblical lovers such as Ruth and Boaz or Solomon and the Queen of Sheba.
Warning: If all these things do not come to pass quickly, we will subject Orthodox Jews and Christians to the most sustained hatred and vilification in recent memory.

LGBTQ enforcer and homosexual Democrat congressman, David Cicilline is sponsor of the Equality Act. Cicilline’s evil bill is the most aggressive assault on our constitutional religious liberties in U.S. History. The Equality Act is fully supported by house Democrats. If the Equality Act becomes the law of the land, every outrageous tyrannical demand in LGBTQ enforcer Steve Warren’s 1987 article will become reality.
Decades of turning a blind eye and passivity has gotten us into this mess. We are on the verge of government forcing Christians to betray Christ; kneel in worship to the false god of LGBTQ. An 18-year old from Alaska amassing weapons and silencers was arrested after declaring on social media “Let’s beat Hitler’s count” and referring to “shooting up” a synagogue, The Daily Beast reported.
In addition, the man, named as Michael Lee Graves, posted an image of a person with a massive head injury with the caption, “The perfect treatment for Muslims. Fixes them up good and new.”
Prosecutors in the case say the man showed all signs of a mass shooter preparing for a massacre.
The FBI had been following Graves since late April when they received a tip about his social media postings. The same day that tip came in, they were notified by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives about a package sent to Graves that contained an illegal device intended to convert a “semi-automatic Glock-type pistol into a machine gun.”
The package was intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection addressed to Graves.
A further search of his apartment revealed he had collected 11 firearms as well as two homemade silencers. On one of the silencers was an image of a swastika along with the number 1488, a code known to be used by neo-Nazis as a sign of Hitler and Nazi ideology.
Crimes such as these, which are ever increasing in the U.S., fall under the FBI’s definition of domestic terrorism, which is categorized as:
[Crimes] perpetrated by individuals and/or groups inspired by or associated with primarily US-based movements that espouse extremist ideologies of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature. [emphasis added]
Statistics about the quantity of those that ascribe to such extremist ideologies may be debatable, but the potential actions of these individuals are of the utmost concern because of their proven deadly outcomes.
President Trump said after the New Zealand mosque massacres, “I think it’s a small group of people that have very, very serious problems.”
Possibly true, possibly not. More resources need to be put into the Department of Homeland Security along with the FBI to find out.
In the meantime, it’s time to call out white supremacist violence for what it is: terrorism, and treat it as such.

So all the data is in, the reports all written, the arguments all made and the final document issued and proclaimed. Disgraced Cdl. Donald Wuerl — the lying, cheating former archbishop of Washington, D.C. — has won.
Last summer, as he sat for an interview with the lying, plagiarizing, homosexualist priest Fr. Thomas Rosica at the Knights of Columbus annual soiree/gala, he first downplayed the bombshell news of Theodore McCarrick’s evil.
Then, in full lack of shamefacedness, he had the gall to propose that the solution to the evil that was becoming public lies with the bishops.
It was clear from that statement and interview that the old guard of homosexual men and their lies who seized control of the Church back in the 1970s would win the day.
Last Thursday, Pope Francis handed them the laurel wreath of victory and published a document that indeed says the bishops will investigate themselves. You can just hear the champagne corks popping in bishops’ residences all over the country right now.
Rock on, back to normal — hey Bob, get back on Grindr and let the boys know party at the mansion tonight. But this cannot be too much of a surprise. The Pope had already indicated in the run-up to the dog and pony show sex summit in February that the laity would be kept far away from this crisis.
Nope, the bishops will fix everything, he said, seemingly forgetting — or ignoring — that it was the bishops who created the crisis — and more than one crisis at that.
By way of quick review, when the McCarrick news broke last June, the narrative and the practice of homosexuality and abuse cover-up by the bishops began to break down somewhat.
Then in August, Abp. Viganò released the first of a series of nuclear bombs, confirming what many, many already knew, that the highest reaches of the hierarchy were dominated by active homosexual men — and he named names.
These men, he charged, had created, and in some cases contributed to, the environment by which a man like McCarrick could advance. And he accused Pope Francis directly of being part of the problem, a problem he termed as a “homosexual current” in the Church.
A current that has allowed the establishment of homosexuality among the clergy as the norm is no longer a subculture, but actually the dominant culture.
And this was true at every level of the Church — seminaries, chanceries, everywhere. Faced with the one-two punch of McCarrick then Viganò, the U.S. bishops began fumbling about trying to come up with a response.
The suggestions were all over the map as no real consensus emerged. In the meantime, men like Wuerl were denying it was any kind of crisis.
Likewise, Chicago’s Cdl. Cupich was trying to force the media’s attention away from the story by giving on-camera interviews saying one assinine thing after another — notably, that we were not going to go down this “rabbit hole” because we had to talk about the environment instead, and of course, labeling concerned Catholics enemies of the Pope because they hated “Latinos,” which of course, Francis is not. He’s three-quarters Italian.
But after his initial stumbles coming out of the gate, Cupich and Wuerl took full control and brought their brother bishops to heel.
In the fall, Cdl. Daniel DiNardo, president of the U.S. bishops, went to Rome and met with the Pope with a few ideas to address the situation, namely that the laity play a pivotal role in investigations.
Francis politely told DiNardo and his small entourage to drop dead and showed them the door — no laity involvement, period.
Then in November, at the bishop’s annual meeting, about 15 seconds into the proceedings, as the bishops had nestled into to discuss possible solutions, a letter came from the Pope saying, “Forget everything you are talking about. Stop. Shut up. I’ll decide how to handle all this at a sex summit I’m calling for February.”
You could hear the shock in the silence in the room. First, DiNardo, their president, was shot down. And now the entire body had been told to drop it.
So much for synods and “decentralization” of the Church, huh?
As an aside, the Feds need to pay attention to this little fact, this is an organized, centralized syndicate that takes its orders from a central command.
At that November bishops’ meeting in Baltimore, as the gasps subsided, none other than Pope Francis waterboy Blase Cupich jumped up and seized the microphone.
Completely usurping parliamentary rules, and not to mention the authority of Cdl. DiNardo, he ordered — not too strong a word — he ordered the bishops that all this discussion was over and Rome would settle it.
He followed his orders from the homohive in the Vatican and got the can kicked down the road to the dog and pony show of last February, which resulted in this document we now have.
So what’s the upshot of the document? Simple, nothing of substance has changed. When bishops are abusing their authority, covering up sexual assaults of seminarians, for example, that matter will be investigated by the metropolitan bishop of the cover-up bishop.
How would this have played out in the past?
Well, McCarrick was the metropolitan in his area. Heck, if some sexually abusive or cover-up bishop has been reported to him, he wouldn’t have investigated him. He would have hopped in bed with him and then promoted him.
Joseph Bernardin was the metropolitan of Chicago. Anyone think that kingpin of the homosexual hive would have done anything about an accused bishop, besides set up a date with him?
This is disgusting, a complete betrayal of the faithful. This motu proprio isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.
All over the Church, the gay bishops and their boyfriends, the homoclerics, the pastors with their live-in boyfriends in the rectories, the religious houses swarming with homosexual men, everywhere, they are partying it up tonight.
So a few thoughts have come up over the nearly past year since all of this became public.
Pope Francis needs to resign.
The Feds need to launch a full and complete nationwide RICO probe.
For the past six or seven years, Church Militant was, sadly, right all along.
Wuerl and Cupich are McCarrick clones, and their continued presence means the homohive is still in full control.
The choice of whoever got D.C. — which we now know is Wilton Gregory — would reveal if there was any real reform even being considered.
The February sex summit was nothing else than a giant PR scam controlled by the homohive, and the international media pretty much fell for it.
The laity need to wake up, rise up and organize a massive grassroots resistance against the modernists and homosexual hive in the hierarchy.
Given how its all played out, anyone want to disagree with any of these statements?

It would penalize Americans who don’t affirm new sexual norms or gender ideology.
It would compel speech.
It could shut down charities.
It would allow more biological males to defeat girls in sports.
It could be used to coerce medical professionals.
It could lead to more parents losing custody of their children.
It would enable sexual assault.
Small business owners, especially those who service the wedding industry, are already in the left’s crosshairs. Cake bakers and florists like Jack Phillips and Barronelle Stutzman have had their livelihoods threatened by government agencies for refusing to participate in same-sex weddings under similar SOGI accommodation laws in their states. The Equality Act’s implementation would open more business owners to lawsuits, including doctors and mental health professionals.
Fortunately, the Senate appears to have no desire to allow the Equality Act to move forward this Congress.
On the other hand, major corporations, at the behest of the liberal Human Rights Campaign (HRC), are openly endorsing the legislation’s anti-religious liberty provisions. The Business Coalition for the Equality Act is a coalition of companies that support this legislation’s attempt to promote the LGBT agenda while attacking small business owners and undermining the 1st Amendment.

Many mainstream media newspapers have joined The New York Times in shilling for the Muslim Brotherhood— claiming that the movement gave up violence years ago and such a designation stems merely from Islamophobia — yet few are looking at the Qatar connection.
In a particularly disingenuous article, The Washington Postran an op-ed authored by human rights lawyer and Muslim personality Arsalan Iftikhar titled “Calling the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization will scapegoat all Muslims.” The article postulates that “Nearly 7 million American Muslims would become the primary domestic target of such a designation.”
Putting aside the fact that the Muslim population in the U.S. is about 3.5 million, this suggests that all American Muslims are somehow affiliated with or sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood. Somehow, according to the logic of the article, any criticism or stain on the Brotherhood is condemning the entire American Muslim ummah and is therefore “Islamophobic.”
“Many people believe that this Muslim Brotherhood designation is simply a political smokescreen to criminalize Muslim civic life,” writes Ifikhar.
Missing in this and the other articles that whitewash the Brotherhood is the influence and reach of the Brotherhood’s lobby in Washington and Britain.
Saudis and Qataris have long spent dizzying amounts of money on spreading Islamist ideologies to Muslim countries and the Muslim diaspora in the West through funding clerics, mosques and institutions and universities to carefully modulate perceptions and sway public opinion in their favor.
The lesser known and therefore perhaps more insidious of the two Arab meddlers is Qatar. For decades, Qatar has been the nexus of hard-line Islamism, with its support for jihadists groups from ISIS, the Taliban and al-Nusra (al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Syria) to Jamaat-e-Islami and Hamas. Most of all, Qatar is the very hub of the Muslim Brotherhood and its machinations which emanate to the rest of the world.
Qatar uses its vast wealth to wage “information warfare” by lavishly financing a colossal web of lobbyists, media outlets, think tanks and hackers.The sums of money involved in carefully manipulating perceptions and narratives are so vast that it is impossible to even know the true extent of Qatar’s meddling in U.S. policy and it’s influence on American public opinion.
Qatar has a surreptitious relationship with the Democratic Party. In 2016, Wikileaks revealed that both Saudi Arabia and Qatar are large donors to the Clinton Foundation. Both countries subscribe to the literal Wahhabi/Salafi interpretations of Islam. The Brotherhood has served to be a perfect way to export this ideology across the globe. According to The Wall Street Journal, Qatar targeted 250 Trump “influencers” to change U.S. policy and has quadrupled it’s spending on U.S. lobbying.
Qatar further extends its tendrils of control over young minds by donating tens of millions to American and European schools, colleges and universities, making the rich country the largest foreign donor to American universities.
So, is it a coincidence that just when Qatar quadruples its spending in America to control and influence public policy and popular opinion, that we’re seeing such blatantly pro-Brotherhood op-eds running in The Washington Post, The New York Times and other major media outlets?
If you thought that Qatar’s influence over the media was out in the open after The Washington Post admitted how murdered writer Jamal Khashoggi’s articles that the paper published were commissioned by the Qatar Foundation International, think again.
As for The New York Times, just before the recent onslaught of more than 700 rockets sent by the terror organization Hamas to murder Israeli civilians in a 72-hour period, the Time’s famous Sundaymagazine ran a cover story that amounted to a hit piece on Israel. It was later revealed that the author of the piece works for an organization whose major donor is Qatar. Qatar holds the distinctions of being the largest state funder of Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood’s arm in the Gaza Strip.
Connecting these dots reveals where loyalties lie in the media and what kind of narratives are sold to Americans and why.

The U.S. Congress has taken two actions this week which indicates that they have become Muslim Brotherhood (MB) occupied territory. Not that the MB and/or its offshoots like ISIS and al-Qaeda are sitting in the Congressional chambers aiming their AK-47’s at the honorable members. No, that is not really needed—not when the members themselves or so willing to do the jihad’s bidding on their own accord.
The first piece of idiocy was the discussion about bringing Libyan General Khalifa Haftar to the States to try him as a war criminal.
Their alleged justification for exercising U.S. jurisdiction on a General on the other side of the planet is based on the belief that Haftar might somehow hold U.S. citizenship.
Why do they think General Haftar is a war criminal? Because the Muslim Brotherhood/Qatar told them so (via al-Jazeera and the Washington Post, which takes dictation from al-Jazeera on Middle East issues).
What is happening is that while General Haftar’s forces are bombing and shelling legitimate military targets, civilians are being killed. Did we not kill a few civilians during WWII? War is dirty. But it is even dirtier now in the Middle East. Here is why:
Ever notice why the Israelis are accused of war crimes every time they try to defend themselves against Hamas attacks? This is because Hamas stashes all of their weapons in schools, hospitals, etc., and fire their missiles from heavily populated areas. They’ve even been known to round up children and force them to gather around obvious targets, such as missile launching mechanisms. Then, when the Israelis strike the offending legitimate military target, the brave Hamas “fighters” film it on their cellphones as the children are being blown apart. They then upload these images to the internet. Al-jazeera blast it all over the world, then CNN, Washington Post, New York Times and the usual suspects here in the states dutifully do the rest.
The Houthis have been doing the same thing in Yemen causing world public opinion to come down on the Saudis for “war crimes.”
LIBYA
The city in Libya that general Haftar is attacking is controlled by radical Islamist militias composed of al-Qaeda, ISIS, and Ansar ash-Shari’a personnel. Does anyone seriously think that they aren’t doing the same thing that the Houthis and Hamas do in terms of making sure that there are plenty of civilian casualties for al-Jazeera to show the world?
General Haftar brought his troops up to Tripoli from eastern Libya precisely because of the terrorist militias that control the place. We should be rooting him on and even offering him help—even though our spineless European friends kid themselves into believing that the figure-head Sirraaj “government” in Tripoli is actually worth preserving.
The July 2018 issue of the “close to MI6” British magazine, Eye Spy, has also noted that “Analyst warn that he (Sirraaj) remains largely a figurehead with little control over militias” (page 13).
The same issue of the same magazine wrote that even though former dictator Qadhafi halted his nuclear program in 2003 (when he saw what the U.S. did to his buddy Saddam Hussein), he failed to eliminate his weapons grade yellow cake.
“As for Libya, the general consensus of the intelligence community is that a great many nuclear materials have not been fully recovered in Libya” (Eye Spy, p. 13).
To sum up, General Hafter is not only trying to liberate the citizens of Tripoli from the criminal grips of the terrorist gangs, he is also trying to prevent any of these militia groups from getting their hands on Qadhafi’s left over nuclear materials.
So, by our beloved and erudite members of Congress talking about shutting Haftar down over “war crimes,” they are essentially voting to let al-Qaeda and the like have at those nuclear materials, as well as the Uranium mines that the Iranians were trying to get their fingers into as early as 2015 (Eye Spy, p. 12).
TURKEY
The other bit of Shari’a compliance our honorable never-take-any-payments-from-Qatar members of Congress exhibited this week was when they invited Jamal Khashoqji’s fiancé to come and testify before the Democrat-dominated House Foreign Affairs committee.
I have reported before that the Democrats were going to try every trick in the book to use Trump’s cordial relations with Saudi Arabia and his lack of over-bearing enthusiasm for terrorism sponsor Qatar as a possible tool with which to pummel Trump, if not to bring him down, now that their long-hoped for Mueller report has fizzled out. This most recent stunt has to be seen in that light.
Khashoqji, a high school best buddies with Usama bin Laden, was ten times more dangerous. The two believed in the same goals, Shari’a for all, and exterminate the Jews. They just followed different paths with Khashoqji’s path being far more subtle, hence the greater danger.
The fact that he was working for Qatari intelligence as well as Turkish intelligence and the terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood should have been enough to warrant him the same consideration we gave to his buddy Usama bin Laden.
The Saudis, who felt threatened by Khashoqji’s ambitions for regime change, certainly thought so. So they took him out. We took out Usama bin Laden. At least the Saudis did it on what amounted to Saudi national territory (Embassies and Consulates are considered to be the actual soil of the country running the embassy or consulate).
The only people making a big deal out of the Khashoqji affair are the #1 and #3 top state sponsors of terrorism, Turkey and Qatar, terrorist group MB, al-Jazeera, and their puppets in the West (MSM).
The Congress persons wasting Congressional time and taxpayers funds for this circus should be exposed and censored.

When Democrats ask for their jobs back next year, there should be two dates on voter’s mind: February 25 and May 17. One should have been an unremarkable Monday. That all changed when 44 men and women marched to the Senate floor and justified taking the life of a newborn baby. Three months after that extreme, the House is taking its turn at gut-wrenching clarity — this time, with a bill that would wad up 231 years of freedom and throw it in the garbage along with the rest of the so-called “personal choices” liberals won’t protect. If there was ever any doubt that Democrats are out to destroy the republic, today’s vote on the Equality Act ought to have made that quite clear.
Apparently, the party of legal infanticide wasn’t radical enough. Now, Speaker Nancy Pelsoi (D-Calif.) is going for broke. She doesn’t just want to treat infants like garbage, but women, freedom, parents, science, employers, and religious organizations too. When 228 members of her party cast their “yes” votes for H.R. 5, they weren’t only saying yes to the most extreme piece of LGBT legislation in history — they were saying no to girls’ sports, parents’ authority, religious liberty, women’s rights, privacy, and the free market.
What most people don’t understand is that this campaign was never about equality. That was just a convenient stalking horse to get what the far-Left really wants: raw power. Think about it, Stella Morabito writes in a frightening column about the end-game of H.R. 5. “If you and your cronies wanted to control everybody’s lives, how exactly would you go about [it]?” Obviously, you wouldn’t come right out and say it. “You would mask your self-supremacist intentions with a benign and trendy word like ‘equality.’ You’d pretend that your project was about helping a vulnerable minority.”
In this case, that minority is a handy one. Society is already trained to tiptoe around the people who identify as LGBT. That’s why this legislation is so shrewd — it plays right into the country’s hypersensitivities about tolerance. As Stella points out, Democrats already have an infrastructure in place that shames anyone who with morals, questions, or points of concern about their agenda. Add that to the Left’s around-the-clock reward system for CEOs, organizations, and celebrities who support the con job, and suddenly, the culture is ripe for the taking. “It’s another attempt by a ruling micro-clique to exert mega-control over everyone else’s lives…”
And eight Republicans were foolish enough to take the bait. Reps. Susan Brooks (Ind.), Mario Diaz-Balart (Fla.), Brian Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Will Hurd (Texas), John Katko (N.Y.), Tom Reed (N.Y.), Elise Stefanik (N.Y.), and Greg Walden (Ore.) played right into the Democrats’ hands. And it’s not as if the warning signs aren’t there. Teachers are already being fired for using the “wrong” pronoun. Girls are already being violated in restrooms and changing rooms and bathrooms. Shop owners are already being driven out of business for their beliefs. Female athletes are already losing scholarships and competitions to biological males. Taxpayers are already bankrolling abortion. Doctors, nurses, and therapists are already handcuffed into violating their conscience. Religious charities are already closing their doors because the government wants to force them to change their standards. America is already catering to the 0.6 percent at the expense of the other 99.4. This would just give the government more painful tools to punish non-conformers.
“No one who disagrees with this bill,” Congressman Doug Collins (R-Ga.) said, “believes [anyone] ought to be treated wrongly, badly. Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) echoed his friend. “There are some fundamental principles that we ought to agree on: don’t hurt other people, respect the right of doctors to do no harm, respect the right of parents to protect their children… Unfortunately, [the bill before us today] violates these principles in the most fundamental way… And this isn’t speculation. Many states have adopted similar laws so we can see firsthand the result of them. This bill harms people in so many ways, taking away safe spaces for women, undermining women… We know this will happen because it already has.”
One after another, conservatives held the line. Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.) warned that H.R. 5 is “a classic example of passing something now and figuring out what it actually means later. We have been here before. If the devil is in the detail, we’re in for a lot of devilish surprises. This is a small price for some greater good [that] the bill’s proponents have argued.” She’s right, Congresswoman Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) made clear. “This is not equality. This is far from it.” Almost as far as the brave new Left is from the American people.

Some families are now suing the facilities! But, first the news about what is happening in a case that could become one of the largest serial murder cases in Texas history.
By the way, at least the APstory mentions in its headline Billy Chemirmir’s immigration status while other news accounts call him a “Texas resident.”
Man in country illegally charged with 11 murders in Texas
DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man previously arrested in the death of an 81-year-old woman has been charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women whose jewelry and other valuables he stole, authorities said Thursday.
Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94.
Chemirmir, a Kenyan citizen who was living in the U.S. illegally, also is charged in nearby Collin County with two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks there, according to county court records.
A Collin County grand jury also returned five capital murder indictments against Chemirmir on Tuesday.
Chemirmir has been in custody since March 2018 in the death of the 81-year-old Dallas woman, Lu Thi Harris. Police in Plano were investigating Chemirmir in connection with suspicious death and suspicious person calls at a senior apartment complex in that Dallas suburb and found evidence linking him to Harris’ death in Dallas, authorities said. Plano is in Collin County.
The break in the case came when Chemirmir forced his way into the Plano apartment of a 91-year-old woman that March, telling her to “go to bed. Don’t fight me,” according to an arrest affidavit filed in Collin County. The woman was smothered with a pillow into unconsciousness and robbed. However, paramedics revived her and she told investigators that her attacker had stolen a box containing her jewelry. Police identified Chemirmir from a license plate number and were able to find and tail him days later, when they watched him throw a jewelry box into a trash bin. They traced the box to Harris, according to the affidavit.

Police said then that investigators were reviewing about 750 unattended deaths of elderly women for possible links.

In addition to the murder charges, Chemirmir is being held on a charge of being in the country illegally.
Several news accounts say that there is no information available about how Chemirmir happened to be in the US in the first place. Did he overstay a visa? Come across our border illegally? Win thediversity visa lottery? What?

DALLAS (ChurchMilitant.com) – The Dallas diocese — long wracked by clerical sex abuse scandals — was raided by Dallas police officers wielding a 42-page search warrant at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Police investigators conducted searches of three facilities, including a warehouse, St. Cecilia’s parish and the diocese’s headquarters. The warrant became necessary, said Dallas Special Investigations Division Major Max Geron, because of perceptions the diocese was withholding information critical to their outside investigation.
The police investigation was prompted by an affidavit from last August in which credible accusations of sexual abuse were leveled against Fr. Edmundo Paredes, the pastor at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in the Dallas diocese city of Oak Cliff.
According to the affidavit, Paredes allegedly molested at least three boys in the 1990s. Paredes is also accused of stealing from the parish. Paredes’ location has been unknown since last August, but some sources say he may have returned to his native home in the Philippines.
Thirty-one men appeared on a list of priests credibly accused of sexual molestation in the diocese since 1950 that was publicly issued by the diocese last January. However, Dallas police said they weren’t allowed to coordinate their efforts with the investigation team hired by the diocese, leading Dallas detectives to conclude that the diocese wasn’t fully cooperative.
Detectives are also seeking information related to five other priests suspected of sexually abusing minors, said Geron in a Wednesday afternoon press conference.
As reported by The Dallas Morning News:
The affidavit says Parades “groomed him by taking him and other altar servers out to eat between masses and bought them things.” But in 1994, when the victim was a juvenile, the sexual assaults begin: The victim told police “Parades touched him on his genitals and Parades placed his mouth on [his] genitals.”
Police interviewed several parishioners, officer staff members and priests, all of whom corroborated that Paredes brought “several juveniles” into the rectory during evenings and weekends. The affidavit says, too, that “some office staff members met with now-retired Chancellor Edlund, in 2006, regarding their concerns over Parades having juveniles inside the church offices and inside his residence.”

Let’s review.
Our American children are being indoctrinated to be self-loathing Americans by pro-Muslim, anti-American Muslim Brotherhood propaganda courtesy of Barack Obama’s “Connect All Schools” initiative. The transnational Muslim Brotherhood has the singular goal of spreading Islam worldwide and is “educating” our children with its propaganda. The Muslim Brotherhood Explanatory Memorandum makes it crystal clear that indoctrination of American students through textbooks is a primary tactic to settle the United States of America and make it Muslim.
Obama’s deceitful Race To the Top program bribed school districts to accept destructive Common Core standards in exchange for federal grants that also affected teacher certification. New York State no longer evaluates its teachers. Pearson Education does. Pearson Education took over teacher certification for New York State in 2014 with its Teacher Performance Assessment (TPA) and is the sole administrator and evaluator of the assessment.
A 2012 article written by New York Hofstra University educator Alan Singer asks the question, “Pearson ‘Education’ – Who Are These People?” It is a pivotal question.
Alan Singer writes, “The question that must be addressed is whether the British publishing giant Pearson and its Pearson Education subsidy should determine who is qualified to teach and what should be taught in New York State and the United States? I don’t think so! Not only did no one elect them, but when people learn who they are, they might not want them anywhere near a school — or a government official.”
In a particularly egregious example of Pearson’s ideological bias many advanced placement students used a 2018 textbook published by Pearson titled, By the People: A History of the United States. The final section titled The Angry Election of 2016 depicts President Trump as mentally ill and his supporters as racists. A Pearson spokesperson defended the textbook insisting it had undergone “rigorous peer review to ensure academic integrity.” This is the predictable outcome of globalist ideology and globalist revisionism disguised as scholarship.
Pearson is unapologetically committed to globalism and is a signatory to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In Pearson’s own words:
“The good news is that the world has agreed on a plan to put us on a more sustainable path and ensure that no one is left behind. UN Member States have adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, including its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreement to tackle climate change. We have an opportunity and a responsibility to play our part in delivering these landmark agreements. By supporting the SDGs, we will help create a better world in which our business can grow and we can more effectively achieve our mission to help people improve their lives through learning.”
In February of 2019 Pearson sold its U.S. K-12 courseware business to Nexus Capital Management LP for $250 million in its planned shift from textbooks to digital content. Pearson claims the sale is part of its ongoing work to become a simpler more efficient company. That is company-speak for their move toward higher education and digital delivery of their globalist educational curriculum. Pearson is going to college! In their own words:
“The broader US K-12 market remains an important area of focus for Pearson and we are continuing to invest in faster growing digital services such as virtual schools and building on our strong position in US student assessment. We will continue to provide Higher Education courseware for Advanced Placement programmes in K12 schools.”
The odd terms of the deal only give Pearson $25 million cash upfront but after the balance is paid Pearson retains 20% of the future cashflow from the business and is entitled to 20% of the sale price if Nexus sells. So who is Nexus Capital? What did they buy? Why the odd deal?
Nexus is a Los Angeles-based private equity firm and member of Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA). EMPEA is a consortium of globalist companies that share information in their singular objective of creating unfettered world markets for their goods and services. Sustainable is the watchword. Sustainable is the abracadabra Open Sesame key that begins with private equity firms in emerging markets and ends in one world government.
Tariq Ramadan, director of Qatari Foundation Institute’s Research center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics, is the grandson of Hassan al-Banna, founder of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Explanatory Memorandum should be required reading for every American parent and every American educator to fully understand the depth, breadth, and commitment of the movement to colonize America and make it Muslim. Most Americans scoff at the idea of such a seemingly outlandish objective. They have not read the Explanatory memorandum. What many Americans fail to remember is that aspirational world domination is not new or unfamiliar in contemporary life – it has just appeared in a different form.
Globalism is the modern-day ambition for world domination. It is deceitfully marketed as progress – the New World Order of global citizenship ruled by the globalist elite under the auspices of the United Nations – to help us improve our lives of course.
Americans have been lulled to sleep by the security of their unparalleled freedoms, the vastness of their country and the oceans that surround it. The Islamic menace will not conquer America by land or sea and neither will the leftist menace. The globalists will eventually conquer America through Obama’s sinister textbook initiative that indoctrinates American children and produces the self-loathing voters who will willingly choose one world government over sovereignty – no bullets required. We must wake up to stop them.
A 2015 EdTech article exposes the overarching threat that the sinister humanitarian hoax of Pearson Education poses. The article titled, “Do School Districts Need Their Own Data Centers Anymore?” explains how school districts are moving their entire educational databases online to Google Apps and Chromebook, and moving all files to Google Drive for cloud storage. They will have Pearson host PowerSchool instead of the school district hosting themselves. This means Pearson and Google will have absolute control over educational content.
In January, 2019 Pearson announced that Pearson Realize, its single digital platform, is now a Google for Education Premier Partner. This means that Pearson’s globalist propaganda package is what American children will be indoctrinated with. Political correctness, historical revisionism, moral relativity are now mainstream digital learning tools for social engineering that prepare American children for global citizenship and one world government.
The Pearson/Nexus globalist indoctrination toward one world government is either not known and recognized as an existential threat, or it is known and embraced by ideologues who support its objective. In either case it is up to the parents to decide how their children will be educated – not up to a foreign company with an anti-American globalist agenda.
The humanitarian hoax of Pearson Education must be exposed and eliminated. American textbooks and digital content must be provided by American patriots who are committed to our glorious Constitution and the extraordinary freedoms it provides. Freedom is never free. We must wake ourselves to the clear and present danger of the triple menace of the Islamist/leftist/globalist axis and their apologists who seek to destroy America from within. If we want to remain free we must be willing to oppose globalism and stand up for our national sovereignty.
Islamist leaders strive for a worldwide religious Islamic caliphate that rules an infantilized population without free will. Leftists strive for a secular world of international socialism that provides an infantilized population with cradle-to-grave care. The globalists who own, operate, and continue to expand their global control of the private sector and the Internet use the Islamists and leftists as useful idiots to create the chaos required for total globalist domination and one world government.
President Donald J. Trump is the existential enemy of the entire Islamist/leftist/globalist axis that has conspired and colluded in common cause to overthrow his patriotic America-first government. Unlike his adversaries, President Trump’s policies and objectives require adult awareness of the humanitarian hoaxes that threaten our freedom and sovereignty.
Islamism, socialism, and globalism all provide an infantilized dependent escape from freedom whether secular or religious. Freedom requires adulthood. If we choose freedom we cannot allow the humanitarian hoax of Pearson Education to kill America with kindness in the disingenuous names of progress and multiculturalism.
We are the land of the free and home of the brave. We must free ourselves from Pearson/Nexus, the Muslim Brotherhood, and the globalists who control their propaganda in our schools if we are to remain free, sovereign, and independent.

The Colorado Sun has conducted an investigation to mark the 20th anniversary of the 1999 Columbine High School shooting, which killed 13 students. The Sun’s investigation discovered a stunning increase in the number of school district threat assessments since then. In some districts the number is ten times higher. Suicide threat assessments follow the same trend.
The public-school district in Jefferson County, one of Colorado’s most populous counties, established a threat assessment team in the 2007-08 school year when 43 cases were evaluated. Last year that number grew to 767 school-level threats, with more than 800 such threats so far this year.
A similar proliferation in suicide assessment threats has taken place over the same time in school districts across the state. Mesa County Valley School District 51, for example, has done 900 suicide threat assessments this school year, up from 210 in 2014.
Note: We notice that the rise in assessments for both threats and suicides parallels the marijuana legalization effort in Colorado. The state commercialized the drug for medical use in 2009 and for recreational use in 2012, effective January 1, 2014.
“I’m too high. Something’s wrong.” Teens caught vaping marijuana in a scary new trend.
A new trend among students has caught parents and teachers unawares—vaping marijuana. It is possible to vape pot without anyone knowing. There is no telltale odor, and vaping devices look like pens or flash drives, implements students routinely carry in their backpacks.
The problem with vaping marijuana is that THC is so much more potent and vaping it intensifies the high. One vaping cartridge confiscated by an Indiana school resource officer contained 83.6 percent THC. THC levels in the plant material that people smoke range from 15 percent to 24 percent.
The officer reports, “I’ve walked down the hallway, and you can visibly see kids who are so stoned that they don’t know where they are.”
A nurse in that school sent several students to the emergency room after they exhibited signs of being so high.
Experts say that parents, teachers, and students need to be aware of the dangers of vaping, and students should be encouraged not to vape marijuana or nicotine to protect their health.
An exposé by the Atlanta Journal Constitution reveals the power Big Marijuana wielded over elected officials to get what it wanted: HB 324, which legalized marijuana cultivation, processing, and sales in Georgia.
Most Georgians see desperately sick kids and say if marijuana can help them, let it. But most medical societies say the science is lacking, and the drug can hurt people. For six legislative sessions public health proponents have watched Big Marijuana ruthlessly deny the science in order to make Big Money.
The AJC reports that three marijuana companies hired 20 lobbyists to persuade lawmakers to pass HB 324. Surterra Wellness employed 10 and contributed more than $100,000 to Georgia political candidates last year, including Gov. Brian Kemp and Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan. Trulieve hired 5, including Michael Ralston, son of House Speaker David Ralston. Ralston appointed Surterra’s former president, Susan McWhorter Driscoll, to a marijuana study commission, enabling her to help draft HB 324.
There’s even more to the AJC story. Surterra is a $100 million company founded in Atlanta in 2014 that has done no business in Georgia. Yet.
The Senate wrote a substitute bill that made companies contributing to Georgia elected officials ineligible to apply for a marijuana license for five years. It also prohibited elected officials and their families from participating in the marijuana industry.
By the end of session, conferees could not resolve differences between the House and Senate bills. Gov. Kemp told the AJC that he, Lt. Gov. Duncan, and Speaker Ralston met with them to get the bill passed. The prohibitions forbidding political contributors from applying for a marijuana license and preventing elected officials from becoming part of Big Marijuana disappeared.
The final bill creates a 7-member commission to implement HB 324. Gov. Kemp will appoint 3 members and name the chair. The other 4 members will be appointed by Lt. Gov. Duncan and Speaker Ralston, who also will appoint two members each to a 4-member oversight committee that will award the marijuana growing and processing licenses.
We used to call this kind of pay-to-play behavior “corruption.” Today, apparently, some of our elected officials see it as the cost of doing business.
Denver decriminalizes “magic mushrooms” in historic vote
Last week The Marijuana Report summarized a USA Today story that said Denver had defeated a ballot initiative to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms. It turns out that last-minute returns put the measure over the top, although absentee and military ballots had yet to be counted in the close race. Official are expected to certify the vote later this week.
Denver became the first city in the nation to de-prioritize enforcement of a hallucinogen. Not everyone is pleased.
The Daily Signal noted that the Denver action “marked a significant shift in the debate over legalizing illegal drugs—which up to this point revolved entirely around marijuana.”
Said Kevin Sabet, president of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, “I’m not surprised to see efforts to decriminalized other drugs. Mushrooms are the next easiest argument. It’s low-hanging fruit. They’re not going to call for legalizing crack cocaine now. But they are not going to stop with mushrooms in Denver.”
In an editorial titled “The slippery slope of looser drug policy,” the Boston Herald states, “Liberal policy ideas have a way of migrating to the Bay State. This is one the state needs to be ready for, and ready to say no to. Voters have already just said no many times over, but like a weed, efforts to expand the availability to use potentially dangerous drugs keep coming back.”
Hepatotoxicity of a cannabidiol-rich cannabis extract in the mouse model
A medically technical scientific study in mice finds that CBD can cause toxic damage to the liver and may interact negatively with medications. It notes that CBD has become nearly ubiquitous across the US, yet “there is a lack of comprehensive toxicological studies devoted to CBD safety that are critical for further marketing of CBD and CBD-containing products.”
The researchers conclude their results “demonstrate that, despite the beneficial effects of CBD [Epidiolex] in the treatment of certain therapy-resistant seizures, it poses a risk for liver injury. Furthermore, the probability of CBD-drug interactions appears quite high. Therefore, additional studies are needed to examine the toxicity of chronic low-dose CBD exposure as well as explore CBD’s potential to interact with other medications. Such studies will provide important information regarding the range of CBD doses that can be deemed safe for the purpose of regulatory decision-making.”

Pot smuggling arrests at LAX have surged 166% since marijuana legalization
Last year, LAX had 503 reports of marijuana discovered in luggage compared to 400 reports in 2017 and 282 reports in 2016. The same phenomenon is occurring at other major California airports.
“We find it in about 50-pound quantities … the carry-on rate for luggage. I would imagine we’re only intercepting some of it, not all of it,” says Sgt. Ray Kelly of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, which has jurisdiction over Oakland International Airport.
