California Attorney General Quietly Submits to Supreme Court’s Landmark First Amendment Decision

ANN ARBOR, MI – Without fanfare, the California Attorney General’s Office changed its long-standing regulations after the U. S. Supreme Court handed down a landmark First Amendment decision which held that Americans are free to support nonprofit organizations without fear of harassment.

On July 1, 2021, in a 6-3 decision, the U. S. Supreme Court sided with the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a leading national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In doing so, the Court held that California’s regulations mandating all charities which solicit donations within the state submit major donors’ personal information were facially unconstitutional. The Attorney General’s Charities homepage now reads:

“Effective July 1, 2021, the Registry of Charitable Trusts will no longer require the filing of Schedule B to the IRS Form 990 as part of the registration and annual reporting requirements.”

Thus ended a 6-year legal battle sparked by a threatening letter to TMLC from then – California Attorney General, Kamala Harris. The letter, dated March 24, 2015, threatened that if the Law Center did not provide her office with a list of its major donors (anyone who had given $5000 or more) within 30 days, the Law Center could lose its right to solicit donations in California, and TMLC’s officers and tax preparers could be held personally liable for any penalties.

Rather than succumb to the threat, TMLC filed a lawsuit against Attorney General Harris in a California Federal District Court on April 23, 2015. Its win in the District Court, however, was reversed by the U. S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. On August 26, 2019, TMLC asked the U.S. Supreme Court (petition for certiorari) to review the Ninth Circuit’s ruling.

The Supreme Court agreed. On April 26, 2021, the Court heard oral arguments from all sides, and rendered its decision on July 1, 2021, a date all freedom loving Americans should remember.

Richard Thompson, TMLC’s President and Chief Counsel, praised the work of San Francisco based attorney, Louis H. Castoria who singlehandedly opposed a phalanx of California assistant district attorneys, and won; and the great appellate work of John J. Bursch and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) legal team who represented TMLC in the Supreme Court.

Facebook Is Watching Your Friends

Does the social media giant have any business evaluating your friends’ political views? 

Suppose you went to a party with a group of friends, one of whom is a rather outspoken person we’ll call Ms A. After an hour or so, someone you never met before comes up to you and says, “I couldn’t help noticing that you came here with Ms A. Aren’t you concerned that her views are a little extreme? I can give you the number of somebody who can help her.”

How would you react?

I don’t know about you, but my first thought would be, “Who the — are you to be judging my friend?”

The whole thing smacks of authoritarian control and monitoring on the part of the snoop who expressed concern about Ms A. Yet in early July, Facebook announced that it was going to do a trial of a system that essentially does that very thing. And I know someone it’s already happened to.

Here is the way Facebook explains what it’s doing, as reported by Reuters on July 1: “This test is part of our larger work to assess ways to provide resources and support to people on Facebook who may have engaged with or were exposed to extremist content, or may know someone who is at risk.”

That sounds reasonable—after all, groups such as Al Qaeda used platforms like Facebook to recruit US citizens to their cause, and if there’s something Facebook can do to keep that from happening again, it sounds like it’s worth doing.

I’m involved in a group that meets monthly to discuss an article from the journal of religion and public life called First Things. Most of us are over 50, and a more harmless group of non-radicals is hard to imagine. For a time, a woman attended who later joined the Roman Catholic Church. From my limited interactions with her, I would say she was conservative, but not radically so, and unusually articulate about various social problems, including abortion. She no longer attends our discussion group, but some of us still follow her on Facebook.

Her Facebook followers were surprised the other day when Facebook asked them if they thought the Catholic woman was becoming an extremist.

I don’t use Facebook and so I can’t say what material she might have posted which inspired Facebook to ask this question. But based on what I know about the woman, at the very least Facebook is wasting its time. And more seriously, this anonymous action on the part of a powerful corporation exerts a chilling effect on the tattered, bedraggled thing we once called free speech.

The fly in this otherwise admirable-sounding ointment of extremism prevention is the question of just what counts as “extremist.” One person’s extremist is another’s enthusiast.

Also on July 1, Fox News reported the comments of several people who had received such warnings, which typically read “Are you concerned that someone you know is becoming an extremist?” followed by an option to “Get Help” which leads to an organization called “Life After Hate.” One user who received this type of notice neatly summed up the dilemma that Facebook faces: “‘Confidential help is available?’ Who do they think they are? Either they’re a publisher and a political platform legally liable for every bit of content they host, or they need to STAY OUT OF THE WAY.”

The reason Facebook isn’t liable for every bit of content they host, as a conventional newspaper publisher would be, is Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, which exempts platform hosts from being liable for what third parties place on their platforms.

Perhaps in the early days of the Internet, this protection was needed in order to encourage investment in the young, struggling things that were Google and Facebook. But now that social media constitute a major, if not the primary, source of political and cultural news in the US, the pretence that they are insignificant people-connectors who just barely make enough money from ads to stay in business and need special protection from the government is looking more ridiculous every day.

Not only is Facebook deciding who is an extremist, it’s getting help deciding what truth is from the White House. Biden Administration press secretary Jen Psaki said on July 15 that they are “identifying ‘problematic’ posts for Facebook to censor because they contain ‘misinformation’ about COVID-19.”

Again, this sounds reasonable at first glance. Some things that people are saying on Facebook about COVID-19 and vaccinations for it are ludicrous and harmful. But what happened to the old saying “I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it”? According to Wikipedia, this quotation comes from a biography of Voltaire by one Evelyn Beatrice Hall, writing as S. G. Tallentyre.

Hall was trying to illustrate one of Voltaire’s principles, which was a radical (there’s that word again) belief in free speech, which is one of the pillars of what should now be called classical liberalism, along with democratic governance and freedom of religion.

The American Civil Liberties Union adhered to radical free-speech principles until a few decades ago, even defending such scurrilous extremists as a neo-Nazi group that wanted to stage a march in a Chicago suburb where many Holocaust survivors lived.  This was in 1978, and although the ACLU itself has a page on its website describing this episode, I think it’s fair to say that the current ACLU is finding other things to do with its time.

Facebook wants to have things both ways. They want to receive plaudits as the platform for the little guy where a thousand free-speech flowers bloom, and they also want to avoid opprobrium (and lawsuits, and fines) for hosting material that is illegal, libellous, or harmful in someone’s eyes.

But as the gentleman quoted above implied, you can’t have freedom without responsibility. Editing or censoring one thing on Facebook means the whole thing is now an edited entity. You can’t be just a little bit pregnant, and you can’t pretend a platform is free if parts of it aren’t—especially when the parts that aren’t change from day to day, or from White House instruction to embarrassing news report.

Cleveland’s Baseball Team Dishonors the Indian It Was Named For

One of the most idiotic of the Left’s assumptions is that sports team nicknames are intended to insult and demean. My latest in FrontPage:

Many, many years ago, long before any of you who are reading this were born, and long, long before Major League Baseball went woke, pulled the All-Star Game out of Atlanta for not toeing the Left’s line, and made race-baiting Communist agitprop a permanent feature of its website, I learned about a man named Louis Sockalexis. Sockalexis, a great baseball name if there ever was one (later announcers would have loved to report about how he “socked” one into the stands), is largely forgotten today, although he has made a few headlines in the last few days because the Cleveland Indians, a team that bore that name in his honor, has now dishonored him by changing its nickname, so as not to insult Indians. Yes, friends, it’s a topsy-turvy world, and it isn’t getting any saner.

Have you heard of Louis Sockalexis? Some of our great-grandfathers marveled at his feats. He was a Penobscot Indian from Maine who became a major league player in 1897, hitting .338 in 66 games for the old National League Cleveland Spiders. He generated a great deal of fan enthusiasm, but indifferent to or unable to overcome stereotypes, he succumbed to alcoholism and had washed out of the major leagues by 1899. The Spiders amassed the eye-watering record of twenty wins and 134 losses that year, and went out of business right after the season’s end, opening up an opportunity in 1901 for the new American League. It was not until 1915, however, that Cleveland’s American League team began calling itself the Indians in honor of Sockalexis. He hadn’t played in the major leagues in a decade and a half, but was newly recalled to fans when he died an untimely death from tuberculosis in 1913. The Society for American Baseball Research notes that in January 1915, Cleveland team owner Charles Somers, “perhaps recalling the all-too-brief period of excitement that Louis Sockalexis had brought to Cleveland in 1897, dubbed his team the Indians.”

And so Indians they were for 106 years, but when the 2022 season starts (if major league baseball hasn’t succumbed entirely to wokeness by then and decided to dispense with actually playing the games and instead award wins and losses on the number of players of color minus the number of Trump supporters), the Cleveland baseball team will be calling itself the “Guardians,” after a couple of statues on a nearby highway bridge. The statues are known as the Guardians of Traffic. If Cleveland’s baseball solons were so determined to rename the team after traffic markers, given their abject capitulation to wokeness, they should have gone with the Cleveland Yield Signs.

In any case, so much for Louis Sockalexis: he goes the way of Uncle Ben, Aunt Jemima, and any and all non-white mascots and trademarks. But it is just another manifestation of our Age of Absurdity that anyone would think that team nicknames were designed to demean and insult, instead of honor, the person or thing from which the name is derived. Does Cleveland’s baseball team hate Cleveland’s Guardians of Traffic that have now replaced Sockalexis? Of course not. And the idea that they do is just as absurd as the claim that the old name degraded Native Americans.

Yet the claim is, of course, commonplace. Crystal Echo Hawk, executive director of a group called IllumiNative, which claims to be dedicated to fighting misrepresentations of Native Americans, hailed the name change: “It is a major step toward righting the wrongs committed against Native peoples and is one step toward justice.”

Can all this get any more absurd? Now the “Cleveland Indians” name was a major wrong and injustice against Native Americans? It’s too bad Louis Sockalexis isn’t around to take Crystal Echo Hawk aside and gently discuss her First-World Problems with her. But he isn’t, and now it is abundantly established and taken for granted on the Left that to have a sports team named after you is the ultimate insult. Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans take note: apparently your nicknames mean you hate bears, lions, and residents of the Lone Star State. Get on that, and fast. The only acceptable nicknames now are those derived from groups that our woke masters have decided are perfectly all right to hate: the Cleveland Trumpers. The New York America-Firsters. The San Francisco Cis-Het White Males. And so on. After all, if we’re going to be so insulting as to name a team after a group, then let’s go for the worst insults of all.

What Happened To My South African Friends Portends What Biden’s America Will Be Like

The furious effort to deny President Trump a second term was an all-out effort by Democrats to clear the way for culminating Barack Obama’s vow to fundamentally transform the United States of America. What kind of transformation do Obama, Biden and their party have in mind? What happened to my South African friends provides a clue.

In the years since apartheid was overturned, South Africa has moved inexorably under the long shadow of communism. The country’s current leader, President Cyril Ramaphosa, is following in the footsteps of his late ideological soul mate, Robert Mugabe, the corrupt communist tyrant whose embrace of socialism destroyed the economy of Zimbabwe, turning what was one of Africa’s wealthiest nations into the poorest country in the world.

Using the innocuous-sounding term “land reform” to appease his progressive patrons in the West, Mugabe confiscated thousands of white-owned farms, many of which were seized while the owners and their families were summarily executed by supporters of his murderous regime.

In 2005, I met a white South African couple who owned a thriving manufacturing plant in Capetown. Having sold its high-end products to a loyal international clientele, their company was seized without compensation two years ago by armed “businessmen” tied to Ramaphosa’s regime.

As outspoken opponents of Ramaphosa and his party, the African National Congress, my friends fled their homeland in fear for their lives, leaving behind virtually every material possession they had: a beautiful home, late-model vehicles, jewelry, artwork, family mementos, safe deposit boxes, bank accounts … everything except the clothes on their back.

Stripped of their assets in their twilight years, they now live a down-sized existence in another African country, ever fearful that anything they say or write about Ramaphosa’s regime might find its way to the long arm of his secret police.

On December 4, 202, Tucker Carlson did a segment on his Fox News show about Patrick Gaspard, a 53-year-old progressive Democrat who was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo to Haitian parents. When Biden was elected president, Gaspard was on his short list for Secretary of Labor.

Patrick Gaspard is no bit player in the Democratic Party. He was National Political Director of Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign, Executive Director of the Democratic National Committee, and Director of the Obama White House Department of Political Affairs. In 2013, he was appointed by Obama as U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, a position he held until Trump was elected.

Last December, Gaspard announced he is stepping down from the position he had held for the previous three years: president of the Open Society Foundations, a conglomerate of globalist political organizations funded by billionaire closet-communist, George Soros. That should tell you all you need to know about the ideological predisposition of Patrick Gaspard.

Now a senior advisor to President Biden, Gaspard was recently rewarded for his loyalty when he was made president of the Center For American Progress, the most influential think tank of the Biden era.

Three years ago, South African president Cyril Ramaphosa endorsed “land reform” to confiscate white-owned farms and other businesses without compensation. In 2018, Gaspard wrote an op-ed in the UK Sunday Times in which he lauded the tyrannical Ramaphosa regime with this Orwellian doublespeak:

“Yes, the South African government under President Cyril Ramaphosa is talking about accelerating land reform — but in a way that seeks to balance property ownership rights guaranteed by the Constitution with the need for more equity and nurture a more broadly shared prosperity.”

There is no “balance” of property ownership rights in the Republic of South Africa. When Ramaphosa wants more “shared prosperity,” privately-owned property is seized without compensation, a la Robert Mugabe. The same kind of “land reform” has been a centerpiece of every communist regime in history, no exceptions.

By any standard, Patrick Gaspard is a hardcore communist. That he was appointed to high-level government and political positions during the Obama presidency tells you all you need to know about Barack Obama and the modern Democratic Party. And that someone who embraces such a profoundly anti-American ideology was being considered for a Cabinet position tells you all you need to know about where Joe Biden’s puppet masters will instruct him to take America: straight over the socialist cliff into the unforgiving tentacles of the hammer and sickle.

In his national best-seller, The Naked Communist, former FBI Special Agent W. Cleon Skousen listed 45 communist goals for overthrowing America from within. Goal No. 15 calls for infiltrating and taking control of at least one of America’s major political parties, a goal that clearly has been accomplished.

So, what’s in store for the American people now that the party of Marx, Lenin, Alinsky, and Obama controls the reins of government? Answer: the same fate suffered by people of the USSR, Communist China, East Germany, the former Soviet-bloc countries of Eastern Europe, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and every other communist hellhole the world has ever known.

Think that could never happen in America? Dream on.

JOEY’S TOWN HALL TRIUMPH: Joey nails it again!

We’ll, I hope today finds you well Deano. There has been a lot going on since we last spoke. The first thing I would like to comment on is Joey firing on all cylinders at the town hall meeting hosted by the apolitical Don Lemon, esteemed anchor of CNN. He sure held Joey’s feet to the fire, but our fearless leader, as usual was up to the task.

Let’s try and hit on a couple of the high points, before commenting on the radical rights take on Joey’s performance. I think he hit his high note when questioned about the vaccine rollout in regards to children.

Well Joey dove right into this one. He replied, ”the question is whether or not we should be where you should be put in the position where you, um, are-why can’t the, the experts say, ‘ We know what this virus is, in fact, um, it’s going to be’ or excuse me, ‘We all know all the drugs approved are not temporarily approved, but permanently approved.’ That’s under way too, I expect that to occur quickly.”

How could anyone be critical of that response, simply brilliant. Concise, straight to the point, and delivered with such authority. What a representative of the once most powerful country in the world. I hope other world leaders were watching this oratory masterpiece, this will make them think twice about confronting Joey on an open stage.

One of the other highlights of the evening had to be when Joey took on criticism from the right. Joey says, the country needs to get beyond the QAnon conspiracy theories. He went on, “But some of the stuff- I mean QAnon, the idea that Democrats or Biden, is hiding people and sucking the blood of children- no, I’m serious. That’s- now you may not like me, and that’s your right. Look, it’s a simple thing. You can walk out and say, I just don’t like the way that guy wears his tie. I’m voting against him. You have a right to do that. You have a right to do that.”

I believe there are simply no words to describe this masterpiece, what an explosive diatribe. Joey says though he is serious, the right is saying he sucks the blood of children. Maybe Nancy could start a sucking children’s blood commission, to get to the bottom of this. Maybe get Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler (impeachment experts), to head this one up. Two of the most honest and well respected legislators on the hill, second only to Nancy of course. President Trump is a racist!

Well, the radical right would have none of this. The attacks were fierce and nonstop.

Calling out his vaccine roll out reply, as something simply painful to watch. A rambling, incoherent mish-mosh; that putting out this obviously feeble man is akin to elder abuse. How Jill Biden, can watch her husband flounder on stage is beyond belief, does she have no compassion or empathy. Accusing CNN of being shameless, and asking that they abolish these idiotic, sham spectacles. Together with Joey’s one and done press conference, it is more than obvious they are trying to shield his vastly diminished mental acuity. That’s the presser where Joey had a cheat sheet with PICTURES of reporters not to call on. Only softball questions from liberal reporters to try and protect him. How long is this train wreck of public appearances going to last, again shameless, they say.

The right is also concerned with his frequent remarks in regards to children. The “drinking blood of children” comment has raised quite a few eyebrows. This after several other comments in regards to children.

His comments about when he would “come out of the water, and kids would rub the water off the hair on his legs, and then sit in his lap.” This was when he was a lifeguard, I believe, only the shallow end mind you, due to his asthma issue. The issue that got him 5 deferments during the Viet Nam War, one more than President Trump that was given so much coverage.

Or the now infamous one, talking to a 12 year daughter of a service man, “look at you sitting there with your legs crossed, and barrettes in you hair, you look like a 19 year old. They want to know exactly what this man is thinking? Or better yet, not thinking? His comments about children are creepy at best, and vile and disgusting more like it. The nerve of these people, huh, Deano?

On a side note, reliable sources (the same ones that Wapo, and CNN used numerous times with President Trump), said “Dr.” Jill was livid over this last ridiculous statement uttered by Joey. Well, she has had enough. The next day after this 1/4 full of capacity town hall meeting, the good “Dr.” delved out her punishment. After Ole Joe woke from his usual afternoon nap she refused to give him his Fig Newton’s and milk before watching Matlock, and Judge Judy. Then to add insult to injury, she made Joe get his punishment chair and sit in the corner and think about what he said. Well, sources say, Joey has been walking around the Oval Office for hours, looking for a corner to sit in!

HUNTER ENJOYS A NEW CAREER

It seems that Hunter has embarked on a new career path. I mean is there anything this guy can’t do? First he flourished in his navel career, until he received an administrative discharge due to drug abuse infractions. But while he was in, Joey says he was a shining star. Who knows, if not for this minor infraction, he possibly could have commanded a battleship or perhaps an aircraft carrier? Maybe been in charge of his own fleet. I see it already, the name Biden spoken of in the same breath as Halsey or Nimitz!

Then he entered into the energy field. He rose up the ladder very fast, some may say astoundingly fast. He shortly there after was sitting on the board of directors for Burisma Holding Ltd. Get this, at a reported salary of $83,000 a MONTH. Well, if you want specialized talent, I guess you have to pay for it. Although, I’m not really sure that Hunter had any experience at all in this field. I understand at the pinnacle of his career, he was in charge of replacing the copier paper and taking the lunch orders for the other board members. For the life of me, I don’t know why he left this position, I mean 83k a month is not chump change. But alas, it was not meant to be. It was on to bigger and better things, GREENER pastures as they say.

It was into the art world for Hunter. Some of his early work looks absolutely off the charts. His drizzling of colors with the use of one of his spare straws, is simply magnificent. I believe, his works will start out at 75k and move up to a top price of 500k. Bravo Hunter, bravo. Earlier this month, a Picasso from 1919, sold for $150,000; days later some of Hunter’s will be going for $500,000. Who could argue with these price points. I mean who hasn’t strolled through a farmers market, or arts and crafts festival- and seen newly established artists selling their wares for say $50, $100, $200, or even $500,000. Ease up radical right.

The good news is that the buyers will remain anonymous, this will keep at bay the accusations of impropriety and provide transparency. This was the reasoning of the lovely Jen Psaki, who the right refers to as the female Joseph Goebells, princess of propaganda. I don’t see it do you Deano?

One day the right will be sorry, when Hunters name resonates with the likes of Van Gogh, Picasso, Rembrandt, Dali and the like. You just wait radical right, you’ll be sorry.

The thing that really gets me though Deano. I can take the outlandish accusations from the Conservatives, but now some of Joey and Hunters closest allies are screaming IMPROPRIETY! Stalwarts, like the reputable news outlet CNN and the Washington Post are lining up with Conservatives calling out the administration and Hunter for a gross error in judgement.

Even O’bama-Biden administration head of the office of Government Ethics, Walter Shaun, told CNN on July 9, that what the White House is doing, letting Hunter Biden sell his artwork represents “the perfect mechanism for funneling bribes to Joey Biden.”
I tried to reach out to Barack Hussein, out at Martha’s Vineyard, but I got no answer. I really think Barack needs to get a cordless phone to cover his 29 acre compound, I can never reach that guy. President Trump is a racist!

THIS AND THAT

Is there any truth that a Go Fund me page has been set up for the Texas Democratic legislators who took flight to bypass a voting bill? Rumor is they are dreadfully low on Miller Lites, and are getting frantic. Maybe they could get Georgie Soros to kick in a few bucks, I understand he does ok. I think this set such a fantastic example to the children of America. When presented with a tough or unpleasant issue, it is always best to run away. In fairness, they did specify that they could only take the Miller Lites with them if they are 21; for those under 21, they recommend running away with their juice boxes…..very responsible.

Even the VP weighed in on this event, comparing this (what some say) adolescent petulant, hissy fit to the civil rights March on Selma. Some have attributed this utterly ridiculous statement to her lack of adequate rest, due to her strenuous 90 minute visit to El Paso, only a short month ago. When pressed on what policy changes she is taking to confront the border catastrophe- she got together with Ellen, put on their sneakers and laughed hysterically for 30 minutes straight, while dancing. It is amazing that she received less then 2% of the Democratic vote in the primaries. What were these people thinking? Her and her friend Willie Brown set a great example also, to the youth of America, as far as ethics and respectability.

You know Deano, I wanted to discuss the lovely, Grandmotherly Nancy Pelosi. She who is a self proclaimed devout Catholic, and boy does she ever set a religious, empathetic loving example. But, there is just too, too much to cover, perhaps later this week, we can circle back to her.

Lastly, Deano, I implore you to reach out to your fellow news outlets mainly CNN, and The Washington Post- to get them in line with their coverage of the artist Hunter Biden and Dad, Joey. For as usual you and your staff at The NY Times, never deviate. You only print unbiased, apolitical objective reporting with absolutely no hidden agenda. The example you set for our children is incalculable. How those who work at those propaganda machines can look at themselves in the mirror or more importantly at their innocent children is beyond me. Keep up the fantastic work there, Deano.

Dangerous New Freedom Variant Causing People To Ignore Government And Live Their Lives

U.S.—Experts are warning of yet another new problem facing the nation: They’ve spotted a new, more dangerous freedom variant spreading among the populace. This freedom is so virulent that people infected by it feel they can ignore government edicts about masks and lockdowns.

“Usually, the freedom we see in the wild is fairly mild,” explained CDC official Hubert Pratt. “It’s just freedom to passionately express one of the approved viewpoints on social media or freedom to pick one of the three Obamacare options. But now we see people acting like politicians aren’t in charge of them at all, and it’s dangerous.”

With the new freedom variant, there’s been an outbreak of people not wearing masks, teaching their children their own values, and expressing ideas the Biden Administration would rather they not. Moreover, this freedom is highly contagious, even sometimes breaking into blue states once thought to be immune.

Experts recommend only staying on highly moderated social media sites and watching approved network news to avoid being infected. They also tell people to watch out for the signs of this dangerous freedom variant in others: masklessness, smiling, and prominent displays of the American flag.

Schiff Praises RINOs on Committee Investigating Jan. 6 ‘Attack’

Monday on MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson Reports, Rep. Adam Schiff weighed in on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi adding Reps. Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) to the January 6 select committee.

Pelosi previously vetoed two of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s committee appointees because they might have brought a balanced perspective to the left’s kangaroo court. Instead, she added Cheney and Kinzinger, who both voted to impeach former President Trump following the protests at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

“I think both Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger are serious about getting to the truth of January 6,” Schiff stated. “In that respect that we all share the same mission, we want to bring out the facts.”

No, the committee’s mission is to establish the Capitol Hill incident as a domestic terror event and to demonize Trump and his supporters as traitors and terrorists.

“We want to know what led to that deadly attack. We want to know what we need to do to protect the country going forward. So it’s — it’s well-composed already, but if there are other Republicans that are serious about the mission, we should be open to that possibility as well,” he added.

First, there was no attack at the Capitol, unless you count the violence from Antifa instigators whom Trump supporters tried to stop. Second, the only person who died as a direct result of the Capitol breach was an unarmed female protester shot by Capitol Hill police. Third, the only Republicans Schiff considers “serious about the mission” are anti-Trump RINOs who can be counted on to back the Democrats’ agenda, which is to make sure history records January 6 as a date that will live in infamy.

Schiff’s Positions on Key Political Issues

As matters of principle, Schiff believes that:

  • all women should have an unrestricted right to abortion-on-demand at any stage of pregnancy – subsidized by taxpayers, in cases of economic hardship;
  • public and private employers alike should be legally required to implement affirmative-action hiring and promotion policies that give preference to African Americans and women, as compensation for historical injustices;
  • the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is an excellent statute that can serve a strategic stepping stone toward the eventual implementation of a government-run, single-payer healthcare system;
  • the principle of church-state separation is inviolable and should preclude permitting prayer in the public schools, or the posting of the Ten Commandments in public places;
  • the death penalty is applied in a racially discriminatory manner, constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, and should be abolished;
  • more guns in the hands of private citizens inevitably result in higher levels of crime, thus the availability of firearms should be restricted by whatever means are effective;
  • wealthy people should be required to pay much higher tax rates than those who earn less;
  • restrictions on immigration are basically racist because they tend to prevent Hispanics and other non-whites from entering the United States;
  • voter ID laws are, by and large, racially motivated attempts to suppress minority voting and should be eliminated;

‘Nasty’ Nancy Pelosi Ensuring Her January 6th Narrative Continues…

We all know, well, my informed readers know, that the January 6th commission being put together now to “investigate” the so called horrendous and violent “insurrection” by violent Trumpers ordered into battle by President Donald Trump, is going to be a typical Democrat anti Trump, anti patriot and anti freedom hate fest. It will be a scam, lie and totally corrupted from beginning to end.

How do we know this. Easy! She refused two Republican candidates who were pro Trump and placed on the commission anti Trump so called GOP members! Now, we know that there is no love lost between these two ‘republicans’ and Trump and they have zero incentive to be honest and factual. This will be a witch hunt with one result. Trump will be blamed along with the Oath Keepers of which I am a proud founding member and other patriotic groups. No blame will be placed anywhere near a Democrat.

RINO Rep. Adam Kinzinger will join another anti Trumper, RINO Rep. Liz Cheney on the panel investigating the so called insurrection. Both voted to impeach President Trump along with 222 Democrats. BOTH are traitors to their oaths and to we, the 75,000,000 plus who voted for President Trump.

Along with Rep. Jim Banks of Indiana, I too personally believe the responsibility for the January 6th protest and its outcome lies with the Speaker of the House, Nasty Nancy Pelosi. He was rejected by her to be on the January 6th investigative panel. In a recent Fox interview he made the following statement which I have copied verbatim.

“Due to the rules of the United States Capitol, the power structure of the Capitol, Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the House, has more control and authority and responsibility over the leadership of the Capitol police than anyone else in the United States Capitol,” Banks said. “So she doesn’t want us to ask these questions because at the end of the day, she’s ultimately responsible for the breakdown of security at the Capitol that happened on Jan. 6.”

He further claimed that Pelosi knows this and does not want to talk about it but fully intends to steer this investigation her way to come up with the final result she has already predetermined.

She has handpicked those members to serve on this investigative panel to ensure the outcome.

If you remember apparently 140 Capitol Police were “ injured” that day, ( I question that ) two others committed suicide days later ( I question that or did they know what they did violated their oaths? ) and one succumbed to what was decided by the Medical Examiner to natural causes. In the same protest by unarmed American citizens, patriots all, justly protesting the election results, 4 Trump supporters died. Three from medical conditions unknown and one, a former Air Force veteran, unarmed and slight of build, Ashli Babbitt, was shot, I believe unlawfully, and killed by an as yet undisclosed black Capitol Police Officer who has been cleared of that murder. Apparently it is acceptable for black police officers to shoot an unarmed white woman who couldn’t have presented a threat of bodily harm or of any type to the trained, armed and protected officer.

Since that date approximately 500 good people, patriots true, have been rounded up around the country for their part in that protest. Just like the roundups in Nazi Germany, Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela, Zimbabwe and other communist countries, they have been jailed, some without bond or a reasonable bond, and are now being unfairly tried or pressurized to take wrong pleas to get the results wanted by this illegal and anti America administration run by traitors, cheats, crooks, thieves, corruption, nepotism, mentally challenged, immoral, lying, communists, socialists and Marxists.

How much more America ?

When do we as a Nation of patriots stand up and say NO?

When do we stand up for our freedoms, liberties, constitution, rights and those that have given all like President Trump?

There are a lot of things we can do. Readers of mine have heard me talk of them multiple times but it comes down to one thing. Do we remain a bunch of arm chair warriors or do we stand up for what we believe in?

Why Democrats’ Massive Effort To Suppress Election Concerns Is Dangerous

Americans should see 2020 and the January 6 riots as a wake-up call to the future our nation faces should election integrity not be restored.

“This man was elected president of the United States of America,” Joe Biden declared of Al Gore during a 2013 campaign event when introducing George W. Bush’s Democrat opponent.

“There’s no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election, and I think the interference, although not yet quantified, if fully investigated would show that Trump didn’t actually win the election in 2016,” former President Jimmy Carter proclaimed during a 2019 panel discussion sponsored by his nonprofit organization.

“He knows he’s an illegitimate president,” Hillary Clinton seethed when asked about Donald Trump during a CBS interview nearly two years ago, later telling the audience the election was stolen from her.

“Rush thought we won, and so do I,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News following radio personality Rush Limbaugh’s death in February 2021, later calling the contest “the fraudulent presidential election of 2020.”

Three different presidential elections and four different presidential candidates all claimed the man inaugurated commander-in-chief stole the election. Yet while tolerating claims that Clinton and Gore actually won the White House, the corrupt media immediately co-opted the Nazi comparison Joe Biden deployed in response to Trump’s claims of fraud, branding his charges “The Big Lie.”

A Highly Useful Smear Since November

Democrats and their paramours in the press didn’t limit the catchphrase to Trump’s claims of widespread fraud during the 2020 election. Rather, when confronted with evidence of illegal voting, disregard of election laws, or states’ violations of the Elector’s Clause of the Constitution, the left casts the complaints as all part of “The Big Lie.” Following the January 6, 2021, assault on our capitol, Democrats need only brandish “The Big Lie” slogan to silence those fearing to be accused of being responsible for, complicit in, or apologists for, the riots.

The Left knows this and has sharpened sickles for Sens. Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley, who raised constitutional objections to counting Arizona and Pennsylvania’s electors. They also wielded this weapon to sow further division in the Republican caucus when the GOP decided to remove Rep. Liz Cheney from her leadership position. The press and politicians also brandish “The Big Lie” talking point to discredit investigations into voting irregularities, such as in Arizona.

The most effective use of “The Big Lie” storyline, however, has been weaponizing that narrative to mute the growing evidence of widespread illegal voting and other election irregularities and to combat efforts by state legislatures to enact voter-integrity laws.

When The Federalist broke news recently that evidence indicates more than 10,300 Georgia voters cast illegal ballots in the 2020 presidential election, corporate media kept mum, while FactCheck framed the reporting under the header of “More Trump Election Distortions.” Then, after a local Atlanta investigative journalist went door-to-door confirming that yes, voters on the list of more than 10,300 names had moved counties, as reported, the chief operating officer for the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office excused illegal voting in the wrong county as “ordinary Georgians” just exercising their right to vote.

Republican Capitulation Doesn’t Spare Them

That a top official with the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office would defend apparent violations of state election law calls into question the seriousness of the office’s supposedly ongoing investigation into whether those 10,300-plus Georgians voted illegally, especially given that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has also adopted “The Big Lie” narrative.

Predictably, co-opting “The Big Lie” slur from anti-Trump partisans hasn’t saved Raffensperger from attacks from the left: Earlier this month the Biden administration’s Department of Justice filed a highly politicized and frivolous lawsuit against Raffensperger and the state of Georgia, charging the state’s newly adopted voting-integrity statute violates the Voting Rights Amendment.

In challenging Georgia’s Election Integrity Act of 2021, Biden’s attorney general, Merrick B. Garland, focused heavily on “the accusations of fraud around the absentee voting process and the tabulation of votes,” that “circulated widely” following the 2020 election, “despite a dearth of evidence.” The DOJ then argued in its complaint that “the lack of evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election cycle, and numerous statements from the Secretary of State’s office debunking voter fraud claims, tend to undermine the justifications proffered by proponents of” the law.

‘The Big Lie’ Claim Is a Dodge

Before these filings, Biden had attacked Georgia’s voting-integrity law as “Jim Crow in the 21st century.” While Democrats’ current focus is Georgia, the talking-point of the party (and the press) is that voting rights are “under attack by GOP-controlled states ‘after Republicans seized on former President Donald Trump’s false claim of massive voter fraud in the 2020 election as a pretext for passing new legislation curtailing ballot access.’”

Biden later repeated the Jim Crow canard in pushing H.R. 1, the so-called “For the People Act,” which could gut many mainstream state statutes designed to ensure voting integrity, such as voter ID laws. In a speech in Philadelphia earlier this month, after branding state election-integrity laws a “21st-century Jim Crow assault,” the president sought to connect Trump’s attacks on the validity of the 2020 election—calling it both “the Big Lie” and “the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War”—the January 6, 2021 storming of the capitol, and the supposed imperative for passage of H.R. 1.

There is a dangerous confluence of factors at play here that has permeated the press’ coverage of election-related matters. By coloring all criticism of the 2020 election as part of The Big Lie, the left allows itself to ignore evidence of actual fraud, widespread illegal voting, violations of the Elector’s Clause, and, frankly, just plain incompetence.

Politically, this approach may currently serve Democrats’ interests because their guy won, but our country is too divided to survive in the long-term if half the populace believes the election was rigged. And while the left blames Trump for “Republicans’ lack of faith in our current election infrastructure,” the evidence tells a different story.

Lack of Trust in Election Integrity Is Bipartisan

Trump didn’t cause Biden to declare Gore the rightful president. Nor did Trump cause Carter and Clinton to claim the latter won the 2016 election, unless you hold him responsible for Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Trump also bears no blame for the fact that 37 percent of Americans surveyed in 2016 believed Russia definitely or probably “tampered with vote tallies in order to get Donald Trump elected President,” with 52 percent of Democrats polled believing such hacking of voting systems took place. By 2018 the percentage of all Americans who believed a foreign country had definitely or probably altered vote totals in Trump’s favor jumped to 42 percent of all Americans and a whopping 67 percent of Democrats.

A comparison of the perceptions of the 2016 and 2020 presidential contests likewise exposes a nonpartisan distrust in election results across America. Only 51 percent of all Americans polled believed Trump won the 2016 election fairly, with that percentage dropping to 21 percent of Democrats. When asked if Trump won the presidency in 2016 because of Russian interference, 62 percent of Democrat respondents answered affirmatively and so did 33 percent of all respondents.

When questioned about Biden’s victory in 2020, a higher percentage of all respondents, 57 percent believed the former vice president won “fairly,” including 28 percent of Republicans. Overall, 34 percent of respondents believed Biden won because of voter fraud, while 61 percent of Republicans polled shared that view.

That a majority of both Democrats and Republicans believe the opposing party’s candidate won the presidential election because of voter fraud or the hacking of votes by a foreign power demonstrates the issue concerns election integrity, not Trump. Yet the left is leading the country down the path of less election integrity by pushing for H.R. 1, which will destroy many of the safeguards designed to protect the American electoral system. As 2020 taught us, those safeguards are woefully insufficient.

Why We Should Not Tolerate Any Voting Errors

Nonetheless, the refrain seems to run that any problems seen in 2020 would not have changed the outcome of the election. First, that is not necessarily true.

Second, so what? Every fraudulent and illegal vote disenfranchises a legal voter, and just as we as a country would not tolerate the disenfranchisement of any voters by locking the ballot box to them, we should not tolerate the disenfranchisement of any legal voter by acquiescing to the stuffing of the ballot box by a non-dispositive number of voters.

Third and most importantly, our country is too divided to survive unless both the right and the left trust the outcome of the election. Here, we are not merely talking about the presidency. Since Republicans’ victory in 1994 gaining control of the House for the first time in 40 years, a slim margin has separated the majority and minority parties in both the House and the Senate.

Further, with enough individual House and Senate races to flip the majority having been decided by narrow margins of victory, confidence in election results is imperative. Such trust in election results proves especially important given the deep divide on not just matters of policy and priority, but core American values.

Elections are too tight and the populace too divided for “close enough for government work” to cut it anymore. The American voting system must be reformed to ensure security, transparency, replicability, and election officials’ uniform compliance with state election law.

Not only would the passage of H.R. 1 do the opposite, but by branding time, place, and manner regulations of voting “Jim Crow 2.0,” Democrats have guaranteed that the failure to pass H.R. 1 will render their next election loss illegitimate in the eyes of their voters. Given this, Democrats likely view H.R. 1 as offering them a win-win scenario. But any short-term political victory to them will come at a great cost to our country.

Americans should see 2020 and the January 6 riots as a wake-up call to the future our nation faces should election integrity not be restored. And the left is naïve to think that its voters, who raided the capitol to protest the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh and torched Saint John’s Church, will peacefully accept a loss marketed to them as racist by Democrats, the media, Major League Baseball, and corporate America.

Is America Headed Toward a Second Civil War?

The Battle Hymn of the Republic

There are multiple indicators that America is headed toward a second Civil War.

This new Civil War is not about the Southern states secession from the Republic. Rather this new Civil War is about those who want to fundamentally transform America. It’s between those who embrace liberty against those who are hell bent on imposing a tyrannical government upon American citizens.

It is in essence a battle between patriots and tyrants.

One group of Americans, the patriots, believe that the United States is a Constitutional Republic where the power lies in the hands of each legal citizen not government. Patriots put their trust in God, not government, for their redemption. This group embraces free and fair elections, the imperative that only legal citizens of the U.S. have a right to vote and want voter IDs to identify themselves, and others, as legal voters.

The second group, the tyrants, believe that the United States is a democracy where 51% of the voters can dictate to the other 49% how to live, work and play. This group is willing to allow illegal non-citizens and dead people to vote. This group calls any voter ID laws racist. This group has no problem allowing elections to be stolen. This group believes that God is the opiate of the people and that government, not God, is in control.

The Second Civil War – Patriots vs. Tyrants

A new ABC News/Ipsos poll found that 55% of respondents say they are pessimistic about the direction of the country for the next 12 months. This is significant because it represents a nearly 20 percentage point drop in the same poll that was taken in May, when 36% of Americans were pessimistic and 64% were optimistic about the nation’s future. Declines in optimism were from Republicans, independents, and Democrats.

This is the beginning of a new awakening that there is something fundamentally wrong with where we are headed as a nation, culture and a unique society. There are many who are worried that their children and grandchildren will not be growing up in a free society.

The current policies of the Biden administration are leading us to a totalitarian government bent on control of its citizens using every means available to it.

This administration is using its powers to imprison those who disagree with it. Big Tech is wantonly censoring certain views. Freedom of speech is threatened. Individual choices are being replace by government mandates, e.g. vaccine passports.

The free market is being replaced with government imposed lockdowns. Tyranny is raising its ugly head using fear as their hammer to pound on our religious liberties, freedom of speech and unalienable right to keep and bear arms.

History Repeats Itself

We are seeing history repeat itself.

America in 2021 is reminiscent of Germany in 1933.

The anti-Fascists are in-fact Fascists. Antifa and Black Lives Matter are the new Brown Shirts and SS of Nazi era Germany.

In the 1947 book “Nuremberg Diary” Gustave M. Gilbert, a psychologist who had access to the prisoners during the trials, describes a discussion with Herman Goering, one of the most powerful figures in the Nazi Party.

Gilbert asked Goering “how did the Nazi Party force the German people to go to war”, to which Goering responded:

“…It is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.”

Goering was reminded by Gilbert that,

“in a democracy the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives.”

Goering responded that,

“[V]oice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.”

We are seeing this happen today with Biden and his handlers creating fear using Covid, the January 6th mostly peaceful demonstration in Washington, D.C. and the false flag of “white supremacism” to “drag people along” to attack their neighbors and friends for being patriots.

Conclusion

It is only a matter of time before there is a second Civil War.

This new civil war will be between patriots and tyrants.

The goal of the tyrants is to destroy America and with it western civilization. The goal of patriots is to protect and defend our Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

The methodology of the tyrant is to rewrite history, e.g. Critical Race Theory, and literally tear down Civil War memorials to keep the young from understanding American history, especially the Civil War that reunited the Republic and freed the slaves.

The more government tries to take control the more the people will push back against it.

Violence may be necessary to restore our freedoms. As Thomas Jefferson wrote:

“The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Time will tell if it becomes a shooting war. We hope that it doesn’t. However, if Biden continues down the path he and his handlers are on, nothing can stop him short of a revolution.

Misinformation is much more destructive when it emanates from a monopolistic “Ministry of Truth.”

This week, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Anthony Fauci squared off in the public arena yet again.

The two have frequently sparred over pandemic policy in Congressional committee hearings over the past year and a half, and their debates have often been contentious. But this interaction involved a particularly frazzled Fauci. In the brief exchange, Fauci looked around for assistance in the room, called Paul a liar, and shouted “you don’t know what you’re talking about!” as Paul proceeded to question him.

In his opening statement, Paul referenced an academic paper that further calls into question the origins of the COVID-19 variant that upended the world. “We hypothesize that the direct progenitor of SARS-CoV may have originated after sequential recombination events between the precursors of these SARSr-CoVs,” stated the numerous scientists and doctors who authored the research.

The data is the latest in a long line of evidence that has emerged indicating the viability of the theory that the disease not only came from a lab, but that the NIH actually funded the laboratory and research that may have produced it. But in a May hearing, when originally pressed on it by Dr. Paul, Fauci denied that his agency funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

Those statements were brought into doubt. The NIH did fund research at WIV that analyzed bat specimens collected from caves in China to study their potential for infecting humans. The grant was made in a roundabout way through a nonprofit called EcoHealth.

“Dr. Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11 where you claimed that the NIH never funded gain-of-function research and move on?” Paul asked.

In response, Fauci stated, “Senator Paul, I have never lied before the Congress, and I do not retract that statement. This paper that you’re referring to was judged by qualified staff, up and down the chain, as not being gain-of-function.”

It appears that instead of arguing the actual data, Fauci is now resorting to semantics around the definition of “gain-of-function,” but even to a scientific layman it is becoming increasingly clear that Fauci misled the American public for some time on this matter. He knew he authorized the funding and was not forthcoming on that fact—even when asked by a sitting Senator.

Paul was having none of it. “I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress. We have scientists that were lined up by the dozens to say that the research he was funding was gain-of-function,” Paul told Sean Hannity.

This would certainly not be the first time Fauci has been caught giving the American people false information, not by a long shot.

From the very beginning of the crisis, Fauci found it appropriate to lie to the people and control valuable information around the pandemic.

As people rushed to purchase masks and other protective wear, he gave statements discouraging the use of masks and claiming they were not effective at blocking the illness. The government of course quickly reversed its position and continues to mandate masks in public places to this day, despite the availability of vaccines.

For his part, Fauci claims he doesn’t regret lying to the American people, theoretically endangering millions of lives according to his current position, because there was a shortage of PPE at the time.

Evidence suggests there could be another layer to the story that complicates the narrative over Fauci’s flip flop. But if we listen to Fauci’s account, he essentially believed it was alright to prioritize some lives over others and lie to people in the process.

The audacity of believing it is morally appropriate to play God with people’s lives and determine who should have access to public health information in a crisis is appalling, and it is a trend Fauci continued.

Last summer he advised schools to close nationwide, despite the fact that the actual science always showed children were all but immune from the disease. Instead of giving local districts the basic information needed for prevention and allowing them to determine which measures were appropriate, Fauci again felt it proper to use his significant influence to pressure schools to close nationwide.

Fauci’s unprecedented guidance directing lawmakers to simply shut down businesses and schools, we now know, led to devastating increases in domestic abuse, mental illness, suicide attempts, and poor education for countless children.

Paul confronted Fauci on many of these topics as well, and each time the Senator from Kentucky was eventually proven right—though neither he nor the American people received an apology for the false narratives or the horrible ramifications of them in our society.

To add insult to injury, the government has nominated itself as the sole arbiter of truth when it comes to information on the coronavirus. The Biden Administration has claimed misinformation on social media platforms is “killing people” and has openly been pressuring Facebook to remove posts that do not align with their narrative.

“We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation. We’re working with doctors and medical experts…who are popular with their audience with accurate information. So, we’re helping get trusted content out there,” said White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki.

This is concerning for multiple reasons. First and foremost, it is a violation of free speech and the free market for the government to tell any private business how to run its operations. Plain and simple.

Additionally, the government has no business being in a position of determining what the truth is or is not. They’ve been caught lying more times than we can count and are likely to continue, given how misleading the public often serves to increase their own power.

The government’s track record of inaccuracy by no means begins with COVID, but has certainly grown with it. This is the last entity we should trust with a monopoly over information.

Fauci’s disastrous track record of misinformation, laid bare throughout his many rounds with Rand Paul, shows why the government has no business trying to be a monolithic source and arbiter of truth. Misinformation is much more destructive when it emanates from a monopolistic “Ministry of Truth.” And truth has a much greater chance at out-competing falsehood in a free marketplace of ideas.

The Jew Haters in Power Were Very Carefully Taught

In 1949, the trailblazing anti-racist musical “South Pacific”––created by composer Richard Rodgers and lyricist Oscar Hammerstein II––debuted on Broadway to wild critical acclaim, running for over five years in nearly 2,000 performances.

A particularly powerful and influential song from the musical, “You’ve Got to Be Carefully Taught,” carried the message that hatred does not arise spontaneously in the human species, but rather is inculcated––taught, sermonized, infused––by parents, teachers, coaches, political figures or other impassioned haters. Here are the still-relevant lyrics:

You’ve got to be taught to hate and fear,
You’ve got to be taught from year to year,
It’s got to be drummed in your dear little ear,
You’ve got to be carefully taught.

You’ve got to be taught to be afraid
Of people whose eyes are oddly made,
And people whose skin is a different shade,
You’ve got to be carefully taught.

You’ve got to be taught before it’s too late,
Before you are six or seven or eight,
To hate all the people your relatives hate,
You’ve got to be carefully taught!

The show takes place on a South Pacific island during World War II, which make the lyrics relevant and understandable. This is why the world-famed composer (who was Jewish) and lyricist (whose father was Jewish) didn’t include the hatred for Jews that children have been taught for literally thousands of years.

CARRYING THE TORCH FOR THE OLDEST HATRED

When Americans see Joe Biden––or whoever is running the show for him and Kalamity––appointing a virtual Who’s Who of Jew- and Israel-haters to the highest positions in his regime, and promulgating policies specifically designed to destroy Israel, it is clear that all of these appointees, as well as Ole Joe and Kalamity themselves, were very “carefully taught.”

And when Americans see the growing number of elected anti-Semitic Democrat haters––Ilhan Omar (MN), Rashida Tlaib (MI), Ayanna Pressley (MA), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY), Cori Bush (MO), Jamaal Bowman (NY), the list gets longer every day––it is equally obvious that these DNA haters were very carefully taught and imbibed their toxic hatred with mother’s milk.

AN EERIE ECHO

If you’ve either lived through or studied Nazi Germany in the 1930s and 1940s, it is clear that a resurgence of the same kind of Jew hatred is now rearing its head in 2021. Of course, it started thousands of years ago, but it reappeared dramatically in 2009, when the Race-Baiter-in-Chief, Barack Obama, utilized his community-organizer, rabble-rouser tactics in the Oval Office, fomenting racial divisiveness, fabricating conflicts where none existed, and using his bully pulpit––with the collaboration of the bought-and-paid-for leftwing media––to manufacture “hate” crimes that were once, quite accurately, considered indisputable criminal acts.

All of Obama’s fancy footwork depended on the gullibility of the American public and its desire to see the first Black president––okay, half-black, half lily-white––succeed.

This magical thinking has been used before, for instance when the proponents of Socialism-cum-Communism ultimately realized that this tyrannical system of government failed horribly in every country it’s been practiced throughout history, but still fantasized that they can do it better.

Similarly and in spite of centuries of failures––even Hitler failed at extinguishing the Jews––the Jew-haters think that they’ve finally figured out a way to rid the world of the people who make them green with envy because of their accomplishments and success and disproportionate contributions to the world.

In this century––largely as a result of global communication through the technology that puts fanatical haters in touch with each other––the Jew-haters have made some disturbing inroads.

We now have a true pandemic of virulent anti-Semitism not only throughout the world but right here in America, including on most college and university campuses where massive Arab endowments have dictated anti-Semitic curricula and politics, which accounts for so many craven professors and administrators caving to the money and actually colluding with the Jew-hating students to vilify Jews and Israel.

Yes, in America, where the corrupt media turn a blind eye to the “carefully taught” racists and indefensibly ignore the innocent, often aged Jews who are attacked in the streets or have their synagogues lit on fire or are murdered in cold blood and thrown off a third-story balcony, as was 65-year-old retired doctor and mother and grandmother Sarah Halimi, in France.

But who does the degenerate media applaud?

All of them carefully taught!

JOE’S RACISM

Again, because of space limitations, I will list some of the recent horrors that fall directly on the heads of Joe Biden and his racist handlers and appointees for both their promotion of Jew hatred and abject failure to condemn––and to stem––the tsunami of anti-Semitism now emblematic of his racist regime. This is a very small sample:

WHY JEWS DRIVE THE HATERS CRAZY

Jews like me who know Jewish history also know that we have been through this before and not only prevailed but flourished, just as we will through this upheaval. Yet, the fight goes on with those “carefully taught” Jew-haters who spend their days and nights and social occasions and professional time––even holidays––obsessing about those damn Jews.

How could it be, they wonder, that in a world of nearly eight-billion people, this miniscule people––only 15 million!––gains prominence in every country in which they land (even when they arrive with no money and not knowing the language), and inevitably manage to do amazing, world-changing things. For instance––again, this is the very, very short list!

HYPOCRISY ON STEROIDS

Strangely, it is liberal Jews, and there are many of them––read my article: Suicidal Jews––who vote for the Jew-hating Democrats and raise not one objection when these floridly racist politicians are thunderously silent as their colleagues spew their anti-Semitic bile and then proceed to enact policies that are viciously antagonistic to Israel, the most egregious being their fanatical mission to allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons…a state whose mullahs have declared for decades that their intention is to wipe Israel off the map and kill every last Jew in the world.

This is because the “values” leftist Jews and Democrat pols share override their interest in anti-Semitic American professors, violent Jew-hating racist groups like Black Lives Matter, or genocidal mullahs––values like saving the whales, the colossal hoax of global warming, and slaughtering infants in the womb right up to the moment of birth, ala New York Democrats, and equally if not more grotesque, infanticide after the baby has been born, ala the depraved Democrat Governor of Virginia, Ralph Northam.

These are the people who have been bleating “my body, my choice” for decades when it comes to abortion, while today they support the Biden regime’s call for mandatory injections of the experimental, non-FDA-approved, clinically controversial and even dangerous Covid-19 vaccines that stand for the opposite: my body––not my choice!

Those organizations include, among others: the UJA-Federation; the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) whose head, Jonathan Greenblatt, is a former employee of George Soros, the Clintons, and Barack Obama; the American Jewish Committee (AJC); the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC); the Hillel chapters on college campuses and the Reform movement.

So don’t count on these organizations and don’t send them another dollar!

Martin Niemöller, a German theologian and Lutheran pastor during Hitler’s reign of terror, is famous for words that resonate to this day:

“First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.”

It is not only Jews whose freedoms are threatened by the scourge of the racist regime now occupying the White House, it is every freedom-loving, non-racist American in this country––the vast majority! Never has the political action of We the People been more urgent. Time to act!

Reporters Claim a Democrat Bias is Just a Bias to Facts!

After you stop reading and laughing at the heading of this blog read the rest of the insanity coming from the mouths of so called reporters and journalists, the majority of which have no right to call themselves either.

The MSM has become, to all extent and purposes, a mouth piece for the New Socialist Democrat Party.

Everyday we see examples of this, from CNN town halls with mentally incompetent Sniffer Joe and the insane leftist Don Lemon to NBC news anchor, Lester Holt stating that “ fairness is overrated” adding “it’s not necessary to always give two sides equal weight and merit.”

Wow!

Nikole Hannah-Jones from left wing New York Times magazine stated “ all journalism is a form of activism.”

PBS NewsHour White House correspondent Yamiche Alcindor stated “ it is my duty as a journalist to bend the moral arc towards justice.”

Left-wing White House reporter April Ryan stated “ I will no longer be objective” after President Trump entered the White House.

The MSM a long time ago had morals, principles and standards that have long been jettisoned in favor of joining in the huge propaganda campaign from the extremists of the New Socialist Democrat Party, especially since that traitor and testosterone challenged Barrack Hussein Obama was in office. They have done nothing but lie about anything contrary to the drive to create the breakdown of the USA and the birth of the Socialist States of America, their dream.

I guess it is good that these liberal, lying, no good, overpaid and useless so called journalists are coming clean. That they see themselves as puppets of the administration now in power.

Their political ambitions cover a wide gamut from local politics to international, with Israel being the target of many of them. Recently a letter signed by hundreds of these so called journalists was published far and wide claiming Israel was an oppressive, violent apartheid state. They used the language of treasonous members of the House like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., and Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich. I have copied a list of some of the publications represented by these sick people and they include the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, BuzzFeed, the Associated Press, the Los Angeles Times, ABC News, NBC News, NPR, The Atlantic, The Boston Globe, and the Chicago Tribune.

Not too many surprises here huh?

Jake Tapper, a particularly obnoxious reporter with the Communist News Network otherwise known as CNN stated he would never have anyone on his show who had supported, still supported or may support the huge lie that the 2020 election was stolen! He called them election liars.

As per the heading of this humble blog many reporters state that their reporting is not a bias towards the Democrats but a bias towards facts!!

Really??????

Further they stated “We are biased in terms of facts. We in the media are biased in terms of we support vaccines. We in the media hire LGBT employees. We are biased against bans against trans or gay people.”

You knew it would not be long before LGBTQI etc. or race were bought into the argument.

Washington Post columnist Perry Bacon Jr. stated “So if we can be honest about those biases … That’s why journalists behaved the way they did when Trump – we are in favor of the person who won the election being president.” Huh??? Great comment Perry! Those English classes didn’t really work for you!!!

They all lied about the lab leak of the China virus mocking and blocking all who thought it was at least plausible.

They all mocked President Trump when he stated he would get the vaccines developed and manufactured in a year. They said they couldn’t trust them. He was lying. Don’t take the vaccine.

How things changed when the election was stolen. Now it’s all about the Biden success in getting the Chinese coronavirus under control. What a joke but wow – what a group of plain disinformation lies.

It is apparent that approximately 85% of the media bends left. Most not just left leaning but bent over left. The First Amendment gives them the right to speak, say and write what they want, but their code of ethics states they should not take everything as given but check, check and check again. Tell the unbiased truth regardless of where it goes. That, sadly, had nothing happened for years and is steadily getting worse. It is important for any socialist state to have a compliant media and this has been achieved.

It is a sad day every day in American and world journalism.

Human Rights Campaign Not Interested in Rights of Biologically Female Athletes

There was a time when almost all of us held at least one truth to be self-evident: the biological reality that boys and girls are different. But today, statements like that are “controversial.”

The controversy is no coincidence. Groups like the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) (2.00) have worked hard to make commonsense, ancient concepts into something contentious. HRC claims to be fighting for people’s rights, but it is actually rejecting the right of other Americans to express support for traditional understandings of marriage or gender. Now, HRC is taking aim at Florida, filing a lawsuit to force the state to allow biological boys to compete as transgender girls in school sports, and they’re threatening similar litigation in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

HRC’s lawsuit asserts it’s “unfair” to ensure only girls play girls’ sports. They refuse to consider what’s fair for girls. As any kid in gym class knows, a moderately athletic boy can run faster, do more push-ups, and lift heavier weights than most every girl. And research shows that no amount of testosterone suppression or supplemental estrogen closes that gap.

Creating a level playing field is both scientific and constitutional. Giving girls equal protection and equal opportunity necessitates a protected space where girls aren’t at extra risk of injury and aren’t forced to share locker rooms and hotel rooms with males. HRC’s lawsuit undermines the protections that have allowed women to become some of the world’s best athletes.

Some people are fighting back. One female athlete lost out on her scholarship and a spot on a university team, so she sued. Unfortunately, HRC is supported by powerful interests, with a pocketbook lined by “platinum partners” like Apple, Google, and Coca-Cola, all of which have earned 1.00 scores from 2ndVote. While corporations are powerful, we the people weaken them by spending money based on our values. If HRC is going to fight against the Judeo-Christian and Constitutional principles on which America was founded, they should at least have to fight alone. Tell these corporations that donating to HRC means you’ll take your business elsewhere.

Munich 1972 and 2016 – The Shameful Conduct by Germany During the Munich Olympics 49 Years Ago Up to More Recent Times

Finally, after 49 years, the Olympics has a moment of silence to honour the Israeli athletes murdered by Palestinian terrorists at the Munich Olympics 1972.

Here is the essay I wrote for Frontpage Magazine five years ago about Germany’s sad response to the murder of Jews in Munich, and how its moral failure has only continued to the present time.

MUNICH 1972 AND 2016

The long history of German incompetence in the face of Islamist terrorism.

We all know about Germany under Angela Merkel deciding to admit about a million immigrants from lands where jihadism, Sharia law, terrorism and hatred of women, Jews and gays are endemic.

Most of know that on New Years’ Eve last, some 1000 of the recent immigrants, predominantly young males from a culture of rape, began sexually assaulting hundreds of German young women in Cologne.

Fewer know that German police took days to acknowledge the extent of the mass rapes and sexual attacks and in this they and the German media have been following the lead of Sweden whose police and media, according to a recent article in Britain’s _The Spectator, _have been actively _covering up _the facts on the nature and extent of Muslim sexual attacks on their women.

German police declared within one day that the German-Iranian shooter who killed 9, including children, in the Munich mall attack this week acted alone, and inferred that this was mental illness not terrorism.

This happened during a period where police and security services were on “high alert” due to information about a possible terrorist attack.   Unlike most shooters who are killed on site as they continue to shoot, this shooter was found a kilometer away from the mall, and police quickly said that not only did he act alone but that it was suicide.   He had been walking around with a Glock 17 semi-automatic handgun and 300 rounds of ammunition in his rucksack.   I ask whether it is reasonable to accept such a fast conclusion from police that it was suicide and not terrorism.

I do not understand why the country that makes Mercedes cars that can drive themselves cannot, during a period of high alert, protect public gatherings, or find a shooter in a dense urban environment and must rely on the killer committing suicide a kilometer away – unless of course your ideology says all Muslims are culturally equal to all Western Europeans and that it is appropriate to accept a million mostly unvetted, mostly Muslim, migrants during wartime (radical Islam has declared war, and Hollande accepts this but not Obama and it would seem that Merkel does not accept it either).  The ideology of tolerance (which I term “tolerism” in my book of that title) says that tolerance and compassion and empathy, and yes, “submission” to a million demographic soldiers of the Islamic retaking of Europe, will somehow ease the problem.

The perpetrator shouted, “Allahu Akbar” –  the terrorist battle-cry.   Munich police chief Hubertus Andrae, however, told a news conference there were no indications the gunman had links with ISIS, identifying the attack as a “classic shooting rampage” and not terrorism.    Why do we insist that we are only worried about links to ISIS and not links to cultural jihadism and conquest?

Police were quick to emphasize that the shooter also shouted that he was a “German”, all but ignoring that he, or perhaps his parents, was, or were, from Iran, the major terrorist exporting nation in the world.   Even if he was not _directed_ by Iranian terrorists, one cannot say that he was not _inspired_ by the constant anti-western propaganda and warlike statements coming out of Iran.   One would think that Germany, in light of its crimes during the Nazi era but also due to its role in selling chemicals to Iraq and Syria for its chemical weapons program, and, as disclosed in a report by the World Nuclear Organization, providing 24% of the parts for the Iranian Busheir 1 nuclear plant, be more diligent in pursuing world peace by stopping its tolerance for Islamic warmongers.

The purpose of this article is to re-examine the 1972 terrorist attacks in Munich and reflect on the Munich mall Islamist terrorist attack . For it is my contention that a review of the facts will disclose that the undue tolerance and political correctness sweeping Europe has made it very difficult to protect Germans, as well as their visitors, from Islamist violence.

Let us examine the historical context of the murder of the Israeli athletes at the 1972 Munich Olympics.  Eight Palestinians from a terrorist organization called Black September, a group within Yasser Arafat’s Fatah and PLO, took Israeli athletes hostage at the Munich Olympics, and, in the course of the attack, 11 Israelis and one German police officer were killed.

While terrorist attacks have become very common, we must remember that the Munich massacre was something much more unique at the time.  Author Steven Reeve, who did a 2001 study of the attack and its aftermath, writes that Munich was one of the most significant terror attacks of recent times, in that it “thrust the Palestinian cause into the world spotlight, set the tone for decades of conflict in the Middle East, and launched a new era of international terrorism.”   And as Arab Muslims continued to find terrorism useful to attain the support of Europeans and the United Nations, then it was sure to follow that terrorism would be used against the West.

Accordingly, it must be understood how incompetent was the response of the German authorities and how mild was the response of the International Olympic movement.

Two of the Israelis were killed immediately upon the hostage-taking.  The hostage-takers then demanded the release and transfer to Egypt of a large number of Palestinians and others jailed in Israel.   Israel’s response was absolute – no negotiations with terrorist murderers.   Israel offered to send a special forces unit to Germany to try to free the hostages, but Germany refused.  Instead Germany undertook an operation which was so incompetent that it would be laughable if the consequences hadn’t been so tragic.  (We must credit the Germans, however, with the moral step of offering to the Palestinians a substitution of some high-ranking Germans in place of the Israelis, which the Palestinians refused.)

First, the Germans dispatched to the Olympic village some members of the border-police, completely untrained in any sort of counter-terrorist response, and without any plan of attack.  They took up positions, awaiting orders that never came.  Second, German television camera crews starting filming the police squad on the roof of a building, and once the terrorists saw the footage on television, and showed they knew where the police were, the operation was abandoned.

The German authorities pretended to give in to the terrorists’ demand for transportation to Cairo;  but instead of taking them to the international airport, the Germans transported them to a military airbase, where they planned to attack them.

The Germans selected five snipers, but none of them had any special training and were only chosen because they shot competitively on weekends.    A Boeing jet was positioned on the tarmac, and the Germans placed five or six armed police, dressed as flight crew, in the plane.  They were to overpower the terrorists who would be inspecting the plane, and the other snipers were to kill the remainder of the terrorists who would be in the helicopters which delivered them from the Olympic site.  The armed police, however, again had no counter-terrorism training, and at the last moment just as the helicopters arrived, the police panicked and voted among themselves to abandon their mission, which they did, without even contacting their central command.   When the terrorist leaders inspected the empty jet, they knew they had been duped, and a chaotic scene ensued.  But the German snipers, who had no radio contact with each other, and hence no coordination of their efforts, were not even equipped with steel helmets or bullet-proof vests.  In the end all of the hostages were killed, and all but three of the terrorists.

After a one-day suspension, the Games continued.  At a memorial service, IOC President Avery Brundage spoke about the strength of the Olympic movement, but chose not to refer to the slain Israeli athletes!  And the Arab nations objected to a plan to fly flags at half mast!

The bodies of the five Palestinians who were killed were, for some reason, delivered to Libya, where they received heroes’ funerals with full military honors.   The three surviving terrorists were jailed, but less than two months later, a German Lufthansa jet was hijacked and the Germans quickly traded two of the terrorists for release of the hijacked plane.

We should understand that 9⁄11 and the various terrorist attacks in Europe are part of the same problem that Israel faces.  Sadly, the European Left (and increasingly the American Left) seeks to distinguish the two and continues to work to sacrifice Israel to the Islamist beast, in the hopes that it will be sated and not come after them.

The tolerant elites of Europe have ignored all history, and welcomed some one million migrants into Germany alone, from Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia and other dysfunctional Muslim countries.    Britain’s _Express_ newspaper (consisting of the _Daily Express_ and the _Sunday Express)_ reported in February on a leaked government report that the refugees to Germany (numbering some one million people) committed some 200,000 crimes last year!   Most were minor crimes, but some were murders, assaults, thefts, sexual assaults, etc.   It takes a special kind of ideology of naïve faith in tolerance (which I term _tolerism) _to destroy the safety of your own people in favor of some notion of “rights” of migrants, most of whom were inadequately vetted.

Significantly, German security forces have been on alert since a teenage migrant stabbed and injured five people on a train in Bavaria on Monday, in an attack claimed by so-called Islamic State.

The authorities had warned of the danger of further incidents.  Yet, to the best of my knowledge, German authorities are not implementing what Israel did way back in 2001, where those entering malls are checked for weapons by highly trained security guards.   Not checking, not understanding the difference between mental illness and cultural incitement, 24 hour conclusions ruling out “terrorism”, are all signs of incompetence.  Incompetence to save Israeli athletes in 1972 and incompetence to save their own people in 2016.  And the reason for the incompetence is the foolish ideology adopted by the children and grandchildren of Nazi murderers that the problem of terrorism was a deserved problem of the Israeli Jews and that it wasn’t their problem.
