Abortion, Trump And Censorship Headline Supreme Court’s Docket In The New Year

  • The Supreme Court will grapple with issues involving former President Donald Trump, the Biden administration’s communication with social media companies to censor speech online and the abortion pill in the lead up to the 2024 election.
  • Abortion is back at the Supreme Court just two years after it issued a major ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, with two cases on the issue.
  • The justices will hear oral arguments on Trump’s eligibility for office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment in February.

Issues involving the chemical abortion pill, former President Donald Trump and the Biden administration’s encouragement of censorship online top the Supreme Court’s docket in the New Year.

Though only one decision has been released so far this term, the justices have already heard arguments on gun restrictions for subjects of domestic violence restraining orders, government officials blocking constituents on social media and Purdue Pharma’s bankruptcy settlement. Other pending cases will require the Supreme Court to grapple with multiple hot-button issues in the lead up to the 2024 election.

Abortion

Just two years after overturning Roe v. Wade in June 2022, the justices agreed to hear another major abortion case challenging the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) approval of the chemical abortion pill mifepristone.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ruled in April that the FDA must reverse its approval of the pill. The Fifth Circuit later declined to fully remove the pill from the market, but upheld the portion of the decision rolling back FDA rules issued in 2016 and 2021 that had expanded access, allowing the pill to be sent via mail and used later in pregnancy.

However, due to an emergency order issued by the Supreme Court in April, both decisions are paused until the Supreme Court rules on the case.

The Supreme Court also agreed Friday to hear a second big case considering whether the federal law requires emergency room doctors to perform abortions in violation of Idaho’s law, which prohibits abortions unless the mother’s life is in danger. The Biden administration argues the that the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act, which instructs doctors not to turn away patients in need of “emergency stabilizing care,” preempt’s Idaho’s ban and requires doctors to perform emergency abortions.

On Friday, the Court agreed to allow Idaho’s ban to remain in effect until it could hear the case in April.

Censorship

The Supreme Court will weigh in on the Biden administration’s coordination with social media companies to suppress speech online in Murthy v. Missouri. District Court Judge Terry A. Doughty called the government’s censorship efforts “Orwellian” in his July 4 ruling finding the Biden administration likely violated the First Amendment, noting the Republican attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri “produced evidence of a massive effort by Defendants, from the White House to federal agencies, to suppress speech based on its content.”

The Supreme Court paused the ruling in October pending its consideration of the appeal. Justice Samuel Alito dissented, along with Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch, writing the decision could be construed in the meantime as “giving the Government a green light to use heavy handed tactics to skew the presentation of views on the medium that increasingly dominates the dissemination of news.”

Election officials in eight states filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to reject the appeals court’s ruling, expressing dismay that communications made with platforms during the 2020 and 2022 election season have “essentially ended” ahead of “a critical and hotly contested 2024 election season.”

The Supreme Court will also hear a case considering former superintendent of New York’s Department of Financial Services Maria Vullo pressuring banks and insurance companies not to do business with the National Rifle Association. Aaron Terr, Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) director of Public Advocacy, told the Daily Caller News Foundation in November there are “clear parallels” between the cases.

“Each case involves government officials exceeding constitutional boundaries by coercing private companies to censor or dissociate from speakers expressing views those officials dislike,” he said.

Trump

As the 2024 election draws near, issues surrounding former President Donald Trump are creeping into the court’s docket.

The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments Feb. 8 to consider Trump’s appeal of the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision finding him ineligible to appear on the state’s primary ballot under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The justices decision will clarify whether other states can take similar actions to remove Trump from the ballot, as Democratic Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows did in a Dec. 28 ruling finding Trump ineligible to appear.

The justices also agreed to hear a case on the scope of an obstruction statute used to charge hundreds of Jan. 6 defendants, as well as Trump.

The statute, Section 1512(c)(2), threatens fines or up to 20 years in prison for anyone who “obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding.” It is connected to two of the four charges in Jack Smith’s indictment of Trump for alleged election interference.

If the Supreme Court limits the scope, it could shake up Jan. 6 cases along with impacting the former president’s case.

Special counsel Jack Smith already asked the justices in December to consider Trump’s presidential immunity appeal before the lower court had a chance to weigh in, a request they ultimately denied. Still, the issue will likely be back before the justices soon, as the D.C. Circuit is slated to hear oral arguments on the issue Jan. 9 and issue a decision sometime after.

Other coming cases to watch

The Supreme Court will hear arguments Jan. 17 for a pair of cases that challenge “Chevron deference,” a legal doctrine that instructs courts to defer to executive agency interpretations of statutes when the language is ambiguous. Critics argue the doctrine enables federal agencies to adopt expansive interpretations of statutes that broaden their power while evading the checks and balances of the judicial branch.

In February, the Supreme Court will hear a case challenging a Trump-era federal ban on bump stocks, along with a pair of cases considering red state laws aimed at preventing viewpoint censorship on social media.

Trump to be Removed from Hawaii Republican Ballot—or Vice Versa

All eyes turn to Colorado and Maine as they remove ‘insurrectionist’ Donald J Trump from their state election ballot.

Meanwhile, in Hawaii, infighting among Trump supporters is about to destroy the Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus—and with it, any chance that Trump and seven other Republican candidates have to win Hawaii’s 19 delegates to the Republican National Convention.

Instead of removing Trump from the ballot, the ballot will be removed from Trump.

UPDATE: HIGOP State Committee, meeting Jan 2, 2024, fake-voted 24-22 to hand control of the caucus to County Chairs and abolish my position.  I wish them luck, but I know how this will end.  To the 22, I appreciate your support.  It was a good effort but all pau now.  I will hand over list of volunteers to Party Chair upon written confirmation of my removal.

Hawaii Republican Chair Tamara McKay has been irate ever since October 26, 2023, when she learned that the national Trump campaign picked her factional nemesis—former Hawaii GOP Chair Shirlene Ostrov—to lead the Trump campaign in Hawaii.  Under Hawaii Republican Rule 215-A, Ostrov and her team will have sole responsibility to pick Trump’s Hawaii delegates.

McKay’s immediate response to the news:  “Boy are we going to face a big blow back because of that leadership pick.  Who picked them?  As I am going to have to answer that million dollar question.

McKay then mass-emailed an internal communication from the Trump campaign announcing their appointment of Ostrov et al, thus generating a wave of harassing phone calls from her supporters to the national Trump campaign legal team.

That was just the beginning.  But first, the backstory.

Your beloved editor has been moonlighting as chair of the Hawaii Republican Presidential Caucus since I was elected by vote of the Republican State Committee September 14, 2023.  I wrote the caucus rules years ago and previously organized the Republican statewide Presidential caucuses in 2012 (10,000 voters) and 2016 (15,000 voters)–each with 40+ locations and 500 volunteer staff.

That is about to end.</span

By direction of Chair McKay, on Tuesday, January 2, at 630pm the Hawaii Republican State Committee will meet on line to remove me as Caucus Chair. Responsibility will be handed over to the County chairs, most of whom have done nothing to advance the caucus process.  The vote is factional in nature so any debate will be pro-forma.

They need a 2/3 vote–not less than 25–to do it.  Then they will elect my replacement — but without any authority to bypass useless County Chairs.

UPDATE: State Committee cheated on this and acted illegally with just a majority vote.  And two of those ‘majority’ were faked.  The actual vote was 22-24.

It doesn’t matter who they elect–nobody amongst their possible picks is even remotely capable of organizing the rest of the Caucus.  These people couldn’t even complete the agenda at their last State Convention–a much easier task.  Most have never even voted at a Caucus, much less organize one.

As caucus chair, I registered eight presidential candidates bringing $85,000 to the Hawaii Republican Party.  The $85,000 was immediately used to pay off the Hawaii GOP HQ lien and back tax debts and is now being used to pay for Chair McKay’s travel expenses.

I reserved all 44 caucus locations needed statewide and signed up 200 of the 500 volunteers needed.

After the State Committee votes to remove me, and McKay provides me with a written acknowledgment of my removal, I will provide each County chair with the volunteer lists and ship the 44 caucus location files to GOP HQ. McKay and company didn’t even know to demand the location files.

UPDATE: As of Jan 7, 2024, McKay still has not provided the written confirmation I asked for.

Hawaii Republican leaders are in denial.  But on Caucus Day, Tuesday March 12 between 6p to 8p, most, if not all, caucus locations will fail to open.  Caucus materials will not be in order and votes will not be processed.

State Party leaders will then blame me for their failure, saying I destroyed the Caucus by writing this article.

After Hawaii fails, Republican National Committee Rule 16-f kicks in.  This allows the RNC to grant a ‘waiver’ after a State Party fails to carry out its delegate selection plan.  Traditionally, the ‘waiver’ consists of allowing a State Party Convention to select ‘unbound’ delegates to the Republican National Convention.  These are delegates not committed to back any Presidential candidate.  Sometimes State Parties can be punished by reducing their delegation size.

UPDATE: Actually it is worse.  If HIGOP doesn’t carry out the caucus their 35 person delegation will be reduced to three delegates.

Under the ‘waiver,’ Trump and the other seven candidates on the ballot all lose their opportunity to win delegates from Hawaii–a privilege for which they each paid $10,000.  Hawaii Republican voters will be robbed of their chance to have a say.  The Hawaii Republican Party will be stuck with its eight year old database and robbed of its biggest Party membership recruitment event.

But at least The McKay will have blocked The Ostrov from picking delegates.

Faction over Party AND Faction over Candidate.  And, unlike Maine and Colorado, in Hawaii the Trump supporters did it to each other.

The Never-Trumpers are smiling tonight.  So is the FBI.

Hire Teachers Based on Subject-Matter Expertise, Not Certification

Twenty years ago, when I was hiring teachers for the private K-12 school I founded, I knew better than to recruit certified teachers.

From my previous work as a college history professor, I know that the people least prepared to teach a subject are education majors. Requiring an embarrassingly low minimum of credit hours to be certified to teach a subject—just four courses in some states—education majors encounter the least substance and rigor, but the maximum of racialist theory and left-wing ideology in their program.

If my new school was going to succeed in teaching at the highest levels, then I would have to find subject-matter experts with a heart for teaching. That’s what we did—and what thousands of schools across this country do, because of the humiliating, yet expensive, reality of teacher licensure.

But don’t just take my word for it; the evidence is unequivocal: Traditional public schools have an abysmal education record. Not only are scores as low as ever on the National Assessment of Educational Progress, but internationally, our math scores remain poor and uncompetitive.

Much of the blame lies with teacher education programs and state certification mandates that bolster education schools’ enrollment and subject teachers to radical activist ideology.

Education schools are besieged by critical race theory and identity politics, stereotyping everyone as part of oppressor groups or oppressed groups. They prefer ethnic studies and historical studies that denigrate America or anything patriotic.

And while states have been offering alternative routes to teacher certification, the vast majority of teachers are educated and certified through university-based colleges of education. This ought to stop.

States should end requirements for prospective teachers to be certified, and instead empower schools to hire based on subject-matter expertise. At the same time, on the national level, we can take the Trump administration’s reform of college accreditation as a model.

In higher education, accreditation is a de facto federal system of regulating the quality of colleges. And it has a poor track record of quality assurance, a problem exacerbated by a cartel-like group of regional accreditors that split the country into regions and conspired not to encroach on each other’s territory. There was no competition, so accreditors began abusing their power, which included requiring leftist ideology in their standards.

The Trump administration changed all that. Suddenly, any college could choose any accreditor, and states began introducing market competition into accreditation.

The next administration could follow this model for teacher certification.

Congress should also rescind the federal charter of the National Education Association. It’s a teachers union that voted to promote critical race theory nationwide and advocated to keep schools closed during the pandemic.

The organization’s charter should be reviewed and revoked. In its place, Congress could shift that charter to one of the many private, parent-focused groups fighting to right the ship in K-12 education.

Meanwhile, in states that lack the political support to eliminate teacher certification altogether, states should recognize or charter additional private organizations to certify which teachers are ready to teach, outside of the broken system of college of education certification.

Introducing market competition in the validation of teachers will have untold benefits. Some certifiers may focus on patriotism, while others may focus on classical education or the ability to train students for the workforce, science careers, music careers, or a variety of life pursuits.

American teachers are almost as vital as parents in educating the next generation. Let’s stop facilitating anti-American activism and instead ensure we recognize the teachers who are best for America.

Fact-Checking 4 Biden Claims in Valley Forge Speech

President Joe Biden on Friday accused Donald Trump, his predecessor and the leading contender for the Republican presidential nomination, of wanting to be a dictator.

Biden spoke at a community college about 15 miles east of Valley Forge, a historical site in the battleground state of Pennsylvania that Trump won in 2016 but lost in 2020 to Biden.

The president’s remarks targeting Trump came on the eve of the third anniversary of the riot on Jan. 6, 2021, in which Trump supporters stormed the Capitol. Some were attempting to stop a joint session of Congress from certifying Biden’s defeat of Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

During the Revolutionary War, Valley Forge was an encampment for American soldiers during the cold, harsh winter of 1777-78. Gen. George Washington, commander in chief of the Continental Army, recruited a former Prussian military officer, Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben, to reinvigorate his despairing troops for battle with the British.

Here is a look at the accuracy of some of Biden’s stronger assertions in his speech Friday, billed as the first event of his reelection campaign in the new year.

1. ‘Democracy Is on the Ballot’

Biden said Trump posted the words “power, revenge, and dictatorship” on his social media.

What Biden apparently was referring to is a word cloud published in the Daily Mail, a U.K. newspaper, where readers offered words that most described the two men.

Biden’s word cloud focused on the word “nothing,” the most popular, followed by “economy” and “peace.” Other words were “money” and “power.”

Trump’s word cloud included “power,” “revenge,” “dictatorship,” “America,” and “border.”

Trump posted his word cloud on Truth Social, the social media company that he owns, implying that he was flattered by the characterizations.

“There is no confusion about who Trump is and what he intends to do,” Biden said.

“Democracy is on the ballot. Your freedom is on the ballot, your freedom to vote and to have your vote counted,” the president said.

Although hyperbole is common in political campaigns—including Trump’s—Biden’s key argument appeared to be that if he isn’t elected to a second term, Trump would take over as a dictator.

Trump did say, apparently playfully, during a December town hall meeting on Fox News Channel that he would be a dictator only on the first day if elected to another term.

“Other than that, I am not a dictator,” Trump quipped.

The former president seemed to be joking, although more than a few Democrats warned that he was serious. It’s not possible to prove whether someone was joking or serious without reading his or her mind, of course.

In the incident Biden cited, Trump didn’t specify that he would ignore the authority of Congress, the judicial branch, and state governments on his first day back in office. Rather, he seemed to be referring to issuing executive orders.

Typically, a dictator would not set a limit—such as only one day of dictatorial behavior—on his time in power.

During the Dec. 5 town hall, Fox host Sean Hannity asked Trump to respond to the rhetoric of Democrat critics, saying: “To be clear, do you in any way have any plans whatsoever if reelected president to abuse power, to break the law, to use the government to go after people?”

Trump initially responded by saying that’s what the Biden administration is doing to him.

“Like they’re doing right now?” he asked Hannity.

The former president then referred to the federal prosecutions targeting him, which he says are purely political.

“In the history of our country what’s happened to us, again, has never happened before over nonsense, over nothing, made-up charges,” Trump told Hannity.

“We are going to do things. We will close the border, Day One. The border gets closed,” Trump said.

“Day One and a half, we drill,” he added. “Drill, baby, drill. Drill, drill, drill. And probably on Day Two we will get rid of this ridiculous electric car mandate.”

Hannity asked again: “You are not going to be a dictator, are you?”

Trump, referring to Hannity, appeared to josh the audience at Fox’s town hall: “I love this guy. He says, ‘You’re not going to be a dictator, are you?’ I say, ‘No, no, no, other than Day One.’ We are closing the border and drilling, drilling, drilling. Other than that, I am not a dictator.”

2. ‘Nearly Lost America’

Biden also talked Friday about the threat posed to America by the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.

“It was on that day that we nearly lost America, lost it all,” Biden said. “Today, we’re here to answer the most important of questions: Is democracy still America’s sacred cause? This is not rhetorical, academic, or hypothetical.”

A total of 1,240 pro-Trump protesters were charged with committing crimes Jan. 6, according to the FBI as of Thursday. Most were accused of felonies in connection with storming the Capitol to stop certification of Biden’s win.

The riot began before Trump finished speaking at a rally on the Ellipse near the White House, in which he again claimed the election was stolen.

However, it’s highly debatable that the American government was close to being overthrown—or, as Biden said in his speech Friday, “nearly lost.”

With a few exceptions for convictions for seditious conspiracy, most of the criminal charges brought by Biden’s Justice Department don’t reflect that seriousness, and the riot was over within about five hours.

According to the FBI, a total of 452 were charged with assaulting law enforcement officers. Prosecutors charged at least 50 with conspiracy.

Seditious conspiracy, the most serious of the charges, refers to a plot against the country.

Two members of the controversial group Proud Boys were convicted of seditious conspiracy. At least four members of another group, Oath Keepers, also were convicted of seditious conspiracy.

Federal law (U.S.C. 2384) defines seditious conspiracy this way:

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

3. ‘One Desperate Act’

Biden asserted Friday that Trump wanted the Jan. 6 riot to embroil the Capitol.

“The legal path just took Trump back to the truth. That I was the winner and he was the loser,” Biden said, referring to the former president’s multiple losses in court in challenging the election results.

“Knowing how his mind works, he had one act left,” Biden said. “One desperate act available to him. The violence of Jan. 6.”

Again here, Biden suggested an intention on Trump’s part, which isn’t possible to prove or disprove. However, special counsel Jack Smith didn’t charge Trump with insurrection in a court case set to begin in March.

In that case, a federal trial will decide whether Trump tried to alter the outcome of the 2020 election. Smith secured an indictment against Trump that charges him with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.

Again, Smith didn’t charge Trump with insurrection. Also, none of these charges is related to the Capitol riot.

At one point in his speech Friday, Biden said: “What has Trump done? Instead of calling them criminals, he’s called these insurrectionists patriots.”

This assertion is accurate at least in part. Although Trump condemned the rioters in a speech on Jan. 7, 2021, he said as early as the following summer that some were “patriots.” Separately, Trump referred to the crowd at his Jan. 6 rally as “loving.”

Biden also faulted Trump for pledging to pardon Jan. 6 rioters.

Trump has said he would pardon a “large portion” of those who were charged.

Biden went through the rhetoric of Trump’s remarks on the Ellipse just before the riot began.

“He told the crowd to ‘fight like hell,’ and all hell was unleashed,” Biden said. “He promised he would right them, right them [sic], everything they did, everything they did, he would be side by side with them.”

For the most part, this is an accurate characterization by Biden. But the president left out an important detail—Trump called for the crowd to stay “peaceful.” He also mentioned, “I’ll be there with you,” suggesting he would be marching with them to or near the Capitol.

“Now, it is up to Congress to confront this egregious assault on our democracy. And after this [rally], we’re going to walk down—and I’ll be there with you—we’re going to walk down, we’re going to walk down [to the Capitol],” Trump said on Jan. 6, 2021.

He also told the crowd: “I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

4. ‘Book Banning’

In his speech Friday, Biden brought up a talking point among Democrats who advocate that sexually explicit books be available in school libraries.

Biden talked about “those who seek to bury history and ban books.” He asked the crowd: “Did you ever think you could be in a political event talking about book banning in a presidential election?”

Biden didn’t offer examples of anyone seeking to ban books. Democrat politicians and some interest groups, however, have used the term “book banning” regarding parents’ concern about age-appropriate books for elementary school libraries.

The books in question include the titles “Gender Queer,” “Flamer,” “Lawn Boy,” “Fun Home,” and “It’s Perfectly Normal: Changing Bodies, Growing Up, Sex, and Sexual Health.” Critics say the books contain images of people engaged in sex acts or graphic descriptions of those acts.

Parents recently have opposed certain sexually explicit books in school libraries. And although some books were removed from elementary school libraries, or from easy access there, no political leader has advocated banning or restricting the existence, sale, or publication of such books.

As The Daily Signal reported in May, books that the organization PEN America claimed were banned actually were still stocked by public and school libraries.

WATCH: IDF hits top Hamas propagandists posing as ‘journalists’ in Gaza

Well-known heads of the Hamas propaganda arm get a missile to their car while driving in south Gaza Strip.

This is what is left of the vehicle that was attacked by an Israeli drone in the south of the Gaza Strip and in which the “journalist” (Hamas officer) Hamza Dahdoh was killed.

According to Palestinian sources, two more “journalists” were killed in the car: Hazem Rajab, Matzapa Theria.

These “journalists” have been on the IDF radar for a while. They left their offices underground to visit family. BAD idea!

Six terrorists were killed in the attack.

A border police military vehicle ran over an explosive device, as a result an MGB soldier was killed and several other fighters were injured in various ways.

WATCH: North Gaza ‘completely dismantled’

Israeli forces have completed the destruction of Hamas’s military capabilities in the northern Gaza Strip.

Israel Defense Forces Spokesperson Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said in a press briefing on Saturday night, three months into Israel’s war with the terrorist group.

“We have completed the dismantling of Hamas’ frameworks in the north of the Gaza Strip, and we will continue to deepen the achievement and strengthen the barrier and the defense elements at the border,” Hagari said.

He added that the IDF is now “focusing on dismantling Hamas in the center of the Gaza Strip and in the south of the Gaza Strip.”

Israel began an intensive bombing campaign against Hamas shortly after the terror group’s bloody invasion of the northwestern Negev on Oct. 7; ground forces entered the coastal enclave on Oct. 27.

Examples of Joe, Kamala and the Biden Campaign Using Lies, Myths and Deceit to Steal the Democrat 2024 Primary Election

As we begin the 2024 Presidential election primaries cycle we want to focus first on the incumbent, his team and campaign. We are learning that Joe, Kamala and the Biden 2024 DNC primary campaign is all about eliminating their fellow Democrat Party opponents.

They began first to eliminate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. from the DNC primary ballot.

In Boston on April 19th, 2023 Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced his bid to run for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States to an overflow, standing-room-only crowd at the Boston Park Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts.

On October 9, 2023 RFK, Jr. announced he is running as an Independent.

After they were successful in getting RFK, Jr. off the Democrat primary ticket they are now going after other Democrats.

The Daily Caller’s Nick Pope in an article titled “Former Dem Presidential Candidate Blasts Biden For Claiming To Defend Democracy While ‘Suppressing’ Party Primary” reported,

Andrew Yang, who ran for president in 2020 as a Democrat, criticized President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party on Saturday for perceived differences between their rhetoric and actions regarding the health of American democracy.

Yang referenced Biden’s Friday speech, in which the president suggested that former President Donald Trump and his supporters are a potential authoritarian threat to the country’s institutions, and ongoing moves by the Democratic Party apparatus to exclude potential challengers to Biden from primary ballots. At present, Biden will be the only certified candidate on the primary ballot in three states, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., perhaps the most prominent non-Republican opponent for Biden, asserted that the Democratic primary process was “rigged” before switching to run for the presidency as an independent.

“Look I vastly prefer Biden and would never vote for Trump. But saying you’re defending democracy while suppressing a primary in your own party is ridiculous,” Yang wrote in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Joe Biden referenced George Washington several times in his Valley Forge speech yesterday. More than anything, George Washington knew when to step aside,” he stated in a separate post.

Biden is poised to be the only candidate on the primary ballot in North Carolina, Florida and Tennessee, all of which had competitive Democratic primaries in 2020 featuring an array of candidates.

[ … ]

Additionally, the Democratic Party approved Biden’s plan to reshuffle the order of the primary elections in February 2023, a move which has resulted in South Carolina leapfrogging New Hampshire on the calendar. While backers of Biden’s plan maintain that the shift is intended to better represent and serve the party’s diverse voters, others have suggested that the move is a strategic ploy to boost Biden’s campaign because he is expected to perform better in South Carolina than in Iowa or New Hampshire, the states that typically kick off the primary season. [Emphasis added]

Hypocritically, while Biden and his campaign are successfully removing their fellow Democrats from the DNC 2024 primary ballot Kamala Harris is falsely accusing Republicans of ‘trying to silence’ voters.

The Daily Caller’s Julianna Frieman in an article titled “As More States Seek To Keep Trump Off The Ballot, Kamala Harris Accuses Republicans Of ‘Trying To Silence’ Voters” reports,

As more states seek to keep former President Donald Trump off the ballot, Vice President Kamala Harris accused Republicans of “trying to silence” voters Saturday.

Harris commemorated the third anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Riot by delivering a speech criticizing the Republican Party at the 7th Episcopal District AME Church Women’s Missionary Society annual retreat in Myrtle Beach, Reuters reported.

“We fight to protect the sacred freedom to vote while they try to silence the voice of the people,” Harris said.

The Bottom Line

As we being the DNC primary race Biden and his campaign have nothing positive to run on. Therefore, they must divert attention away by blaming others for what they are doing to silence their Democrat opponents and silence the voices of Democrat voters.

Biden can’t run on the economy because it is in shambles. Americans are paying more for everything since Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. entered office.

Biden can’t run on securing the borders because they are not only not secure, they are wide open.

Biden can’t run on his Build Back Better promises because he hasn’t built anything back better.

Therefore, in order to win the DNC primary he and his campaign, with the aid of the DNC, are sealing it right in front of our very eyes.

QUESTION: If they can steal the DNC primary successfully, what will keep them from stealing the 2024 Presidential election?

ANSWER: We the people!

ISIS Quotes Qur’an, Calls for Global Attacks on Jews: ‘Kill Them Wherever You Find Them’

“Kill them wherever you find them” appears in the Qur’an at 2:191 and 4:89, and 9:5 says “kill the idolaters wherever you find them.”

Despite the willful delusions of Islamic apologists, devout Muslims follow these Islamic texts and teachings and die by these these commands.

ISIS spokesman calls for global attacks on Jews: ‘Kill them wherever you find them’

Abu Huthaifa al-Ansari has called on ISIS supporters around the world to attack Jews and avenge the killing of Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip

By: Jewish News Syndicate , National Post Wire Services, Jan 05, 2024:

Islamic State spokesman Abu Huthaifa al-Ansari, in a speech published by the terror group’s media arm Al-Furqan on Thursday evening, called on ISIS supporters around the world to attack Jews and avenge the killing by the Israel Defense Forces of Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip.

In a 30-minute recording titled, “And kill them wherever you find them,” Al-Ansari instructed terrorist cells to strike Israeli and Jewish targets across the United States and Europe, including synagogues, Jewish gatherings and Israeli diplomatic missions.

“The fight with Jews is a religious war, not a social or national battle,” Al-Ansari said, according to a translation of the speech provided by The Messenger, stressing: “It is not a (war) centered around lands or borders.”

“Barge into their homes and kill them using different methods, including gunfire, bombs, grenades and knives,” he stated. “Don’t differentiate between a civilian or a soldier, as they both should be targeted.”

Al-Ansari also claimed that the Gaza conflict revealed the complicity of several Arab nations, including Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon, as well as some Gulf nations, in what he called the “Jewish war against Muslims.”

At the same time, he criticized Hamas’s patrons in Tehran, warning the Palestinian terror group against further cooperation with the Iranian regime as it seeks to expand its influence through regional proxies.

DETROIT: Largest Mosque in North America holds Memorial Service for Slain Hizballah Jihadi

The U.S. government still lists Hizballah as a terrorist group.

Will anyone in the FBI take notice of this and start watching what’s going on at the Islamic Center of America?

Or are they too busy hounding people whom they’ve smeared as “January 6 insurrectionists” and Catholics in churches?

Islamic Center Of America Held Memorial Service For Hizbullah Operative

MEMRI, January 2, 2024:

A December 26, 2023 Israeli strike on a building in Bint Jbeil, a well-known Hizbullah stronghold in South Lebanon, reportedly killed three people: Ali Bazzi, his brother Ibrahim Bazzi and Ibrahim’s wife Shorouq Hamoud. Hizbullah initially claimed that all three were civilians, but later announced that Ali Bazzi was a “jihad fighter” and “a martyr [who fell] on the way to Jerusalem.” According to reports in the Australian and Lebanese media, the two brothers had Australian citizenship from their mother, and Ibrahim’s wife had recently received an Australian visa.[1] On December 28, The Islamic Center of America announced that on the 30th of the month it would host commemoration services in their memory. The invitation stated that the three had “died unjustly as martyrs in an attack by the Zionist army.” It neglected to mention that Ali Bazzi was a Hizbullah operative, although the Hizbullah statement to that effect was issued on the previous day.[2]

The Islamic Center of America, located in Detroit, Michigan, functions as a mosque for the local Shi’ite community and is considered the largest mosque in North America.

Governor Ron DeSantis’ Political House of Cards Will Fall On January 15th, 2024

Governor DeSantis,

I am a real deal conservative political operative with zero tolerance for weak spineless disloyal Republicans and evil bottom feeding Communist Democrats. My past political Nostradamus predictions are 99% accurate.

With that said, I have no doubt you are going to lose the Iowa caucus on January 15th 2024 in a massive defeat to President Donald Trump. He will crush you like that failed Titan submersible.

My advice is that you drop out of your failed disloyal Presidential tortoise race and donate the pitiful $5 million left in your campaign kitty to Trump as a disloyalty fine.

I’m sure you will then hold your nose like the atypical Republican In Name Only (RINO) and fake a smile and endorse Trump to save your own currently failing political future, because without Trump you most definitely would not be in the Governors house in Tallahassee.

I was given the honor of eating dinner at the Governors mansion in Tallahassee when Governor now Senator Rick Scott invited me there as his guest. I also brought along my pal Chief Warrant Officer (5) call sign “Hairbear” (SEAL) Team 6. USN retired.

Oh and Senator Rick Scott has endorsed Trump!

Governor DeSantis, if you had listened to me in April of 2023 you would and stayed out of the Presidential race and your time to shine would have been in 2028.

But self serving liberal me, me RINO Bush boys like you don’t look that far down the political highway. Now 2028 is not even a door you can open. Trumps MAGA Army has blocked this once possible opportunity for you due to your disrespectful and infantile disloyalty to the only real leader in our Republic.

Get ready to have your political career wiped out of the political arena this upcoming January 15th 2024.

I told Congressman Gaetz in 2015 Trump would be in the White House in 2016.

Matt Gaetz then told me over a pizza lunch in Fort Walton Beach a few years later “Senior Chief, you were right — Trump won the election, you predicted it exactly right in 2015.”

Governor DeSantis, adios dude. You are done. My words are real and accurate.

You should really now focus on dismantling all those highway robbers called Toll Booths infesting our Florida Highways stealing money from tourists and residents alike.

Do something useful for a change.

Sarah Idan, from Iraq to California running for Congress in the 30th Congressional District

Sarah Idan is a former Miss Iraq who is now an American citizen. She is running for Congress from the 30th Congressional District in California, hoping to replace Adam Schiff, who is running for Senator. She is more than just a pretty face.

When she announced in March that she would be running for Congress, she had a few exchanges on Twitter with Ilhan Omar, responding to one of Omar’s tweets with this:

“I don’t stand for your anti-American, antisemitic, Muslim Brotherhood agenda, using this democracy to further your…Islamic socialism goals of dividing and weakening our country.”

And in announcing her candidacy for Congress, she said: “I would just be the opposite of Ilhan Omar. I’m a Democrat and liberal, but I don’t think like her – I don’t hate this country.”

Given her allure, both mental and physical, she promises to be an articulate and mediagenic opponent of “The Squad”; it’s not hard to imagine that, whether she wins or loses, she will be given massive media coverage, which she could put to good use by educating the American public on Islam, terror groups, and the need to defend Israel’s right, and support its fight, to exist against those who would, if they could, obliterate the Jewish state.

Of course, we don’t know whom she will be facing in the Democratic primary, it might be someone even more impressive. Nor do we know what Republican might be running against her.

She said it makes her sick to her stomach to hear students on US campuses say the Hamas attack was an act of self-defense.

“I want them to see the horror that caused the war on Gaza. The world is shouting ‘Free Palestine’ and it was never about freeing Palestine. This is not about freeing Palestine — killing innocent families and burning them alive. This is not freeing Palestine, this is terrorism,” she told Channel 12 on Tuesday [Dec. 26].

Idan has prior experience with jihadists. In 2008, at age 18, Idan, having taught herself English while a refugee in Syria from the war in Iraq, offered her services as a translator to US forces in Iraq. During her military service, as she recounted in a recent X post, she aided US troops in fighting Hamas of Iraq, an extremist group separate from the Palestinian terror organization.

Running as a Democrat, Idan intends to be “the anti-squad,” she told Channel 12, referring to the group of hard-left Democrat progressives that have staked out positions highly critical of Israel, among them Reps. Rashida Tlaib, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar.

“It’s not just about Israel. My Iraq is already lost. I lost my Iraq to the Iranian regime and to the radical Islamists and I could never live there. So the US is my only home and I need to protect my home and sadly, The Squad, when it comes to the Middle East, I feel like they have no experience, they’re being told what to say.”

IDF Brigadier General (Ret.) Yossi Kuperwasser: Israel must send a clear message to the U.S.

The Americans understand the importance of Israel’s victory over Hamas in Gaza, but their stated desire to avoid getting dragged into a regional war and have Israel end major combat operations even before completing the takeover of the entire strip encourages Iran and its proxies to continue gradually escalating their use of force, in the hope that the administration will stop Israel.

A decisive victory in the complex campaign against Iran and its proxies requires a clear outcome in Gaza, as well as Israeli unity. The multi-front war – with Iran and its proxies, chiefly Hamas, backed by the Muslim Brotherhood (Qatar, Turkey, and their supporters worldwide) on the one hand, and Israel, the US, and parts of Western support on the other hand – has been going on for close to three months now. Each front has its own unique characteristics, derived from how the war began, the considerations of the actors involved, and their capabilities.

According to Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, Israel is fighting on seven fronts (Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Judea and Samaria, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran), but in practice, the world stage forms another arena, and this is where Israel is fighting to maintain American backing as well as for the legitimacy of its actions and existence, and against antisemitism.

This is not a war of choice; it has been forced upon Israel, and which began under extremely difficult opening conditions. And for that very reason, both Israel and the US must end it in victory. Achieving this requires several conditions. The first and most important is a clear defeat of Hamas in Gaza and the release of the captives. This means Israeli control at the end of high-intensity fighting over the entire area, including Rafah and the Philadelphi Route (excluding perhaps international management of displaced persons in secured areas designated to ensure the safety of the population during the mopping-up stage, which will likely last several months).

Ending the major combat operations before this goal is achieved just because we’ve reached a predetermined point in time (end of January?) will allow Hamas to claim that it forced Israel to effectively change its war goals in practice, and will encourage supporters of the terrorist organization who set themselves the goal of ensuring Hamas’ survival in Gaza, even if only in a small part of its territory. As long as Hamas controls the Gazan side of the Rafah crossing and is perceived by the population as a governing entity, it would be able to claim it had managed to survive, and by implication – won.

It is also important to drive home the message – in talks with the US – that defeating Hamas requires creating a reality in the strip that will not allow terrorists to rear their heads. Therefore, not only Hamas but also the weak and corrupt Palestinian Authority is unsuitable to take over responsibility for Gaza post-war: It remains committed to the armed conflict against Israel, encourages terror (through incitement and payment of salaries to imprisoned terrorists), and sees Hamas as a legitimate organization that should be part of the leadership.

Gaining control over the entire area will also give Israel the necessary leverage to release the captives. As long as Hamas is not convinced that Israel is determined to eliminate its presence in Gaza, it has no interest in giving up its main asset, other than in return for an Israeli commitment to refrain from completing the takeover of the strip.

The second condition is reaching an understanding with the American administration that this is the US war almost to the same extent as it is Israel’s: Continuation of the current state of affairs on all fronts will damage its standing in the region and globally, and exacerbate threats to the security of American citizens and Washington’s interests.

Defeating Hamas and convincing the US that this is also a war over the regional and global order – and translating this into a willingness to win – are key in the effort to exert diplomatic pressure on Iran, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and the pro-Iranian militias, and for effective military force against them if necessary.

This is the condition to create a new security reality along the northern border that will give residents a sense of security and allow them to return home; this is the condition to secure shipping through the Bab al-Mandeb strait; this is the condition to curb Iran’s nuclear program, which has again accelerated during the war; and this is the condition to promote efforts to establish a pragmatic regional center of gravity with normalization between Israel and Saudi Arabia at its core. Israel and the US need each other in these arenas, and Israel must dive home this interdependence and mutual benefit to ensure Washington’s commitment to achieving common goals.

Israel’s ability to meet the two conditions for victory will be greatly impacted by its ability to shake off the self-induced blindness that characterized its attitude towards its enemies’ intentions and display internal unity. This is not only the clear message communicated by the troops and the fallen, but also a strategic imperative. The greater and clearer the unity, the easier it will be for Israel to harness its capabilities and American support in order to achieve its war aims.

WATCH 10/7 Testimony: Gaza Civilians sold 2 Israeli Women to Hamas

Unbelievable testimony by Nili Margalit, an Israeli nurse who was abducted from her house in Nir Oz.

She was taken by Gazan civilians who took her to a Hamas tunnel in Gaza and sold her to Hamas.

She took on the unofficial role of medically treating dozens of Israeli hostages, all injured, some elderly. She made detailed lists and demanded that medication be brought even at the cost of arguing with her captors.

When she kept insisting on medication the captors sometimes denied the hostages fans. Staying 40 meters underground without ventilation caused them breathing difficulties.

She had to improvise treatments, she treated infected wounds with honey as there were no antibiotics.

It’s a story of (another) amazingly brave and resourceful woman.

Video ‘Rigged’ | TRAILER OUT NOW

“You don’t even need to look to the word ‘stolen’ — the election was rigged,” says just one of the many election watchers the Daily Caller interviewed who all came to the same conclusion.

Thanks to the support of our dedicated Patriots subscribers, the Daily Caller traveled around the country exploring the decades of election challenges and interference which led up to 2020. Our latest documentary, “Rigged,” debuting Saturday, will expose the shady actors and tactics that brought America to the brink — and help stop them before it’s too late for 2024. Catch an exclusive first glimpse below.

The wild abuses of 2020 were ignored by election officials, the courts, the media — anyone with the power to do something. As a result, many critical questions went unanswered for far too long.

How exactly did mail-in voting and other procedural irregularities build a Democratic advantage into the system? How did widespread censorship, propaganda and political violence shape the way Americans voted? What would Democrats do to hold onto power; better yet, what wouldn’t they do?

There’s a clear three-step outline of how Democrats rigged 2020. But “Rigged” exposes the gritty details, answering the questions no one else dared to look at.

First, Democrats changed long-standing voting procedures in key battleground states, ensuring a systemic advantage well in advance of the start of voting.

2018 study showed that increased voter turnout in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin would have been enough to swing the 2016 election for Hillary Clinton. Before the 2020 election, partisan state officials used COVID-19 as a convenient excuse to change voting procedures by fiat in these states and others. They coordinated with an army of well-funded Democratic officials to ensure the changes held up in court. Wealthy donors poured money into “election administration” to boost turn-out in Democratic districts. To correct “errors” in mail-in votes, officials went door-to-door “curing” ballots after the fact. In Pennsylvania, this was carried out disproportionately in Democratic districts.

The corporate media called it an effort to “expand voter access” or “fight voter suppression,” but Democrats never cared about building a vibrant democracy. No, it was a cynical ballot harvesting scheme on an epic scale.

After voting was made effortless, step two was to make it mindless as well. Corporate media propaganda framed the election as a battle between “darkness” and “light,” making it clear there was only one legitimate choice. Tech giants banned and censored conservatives en masse, writing off every conservative position as outside the bounds of respectable society. Corporate America reinforced it all with their virtue signaling and willingness to cancel anyone who stepped out of line.

In the summer of 2020, all of American society seemed to ask the same question: “Are you a hateful bigot; do you want to destroy your reputation and career and become an outsider — a traitor —  to your own country? Or are you voting for Biden?”

Too many did not have the will to resist.

Dismayed and divided, America was ready for step three, the left-wing riots that torched American cities nationwide. Democrats and their allies made George Floyd into a martyr, unashamedly pushing the lie of systemic racism and providing a moral justification for the riots. This “Summer of Love” was no grassroots protest against injustice, but a heavily orchestrated attempt to beat those still-undecided voters into submission — in some cases literally. It was a state-sanctioned campaign of political violence to demonstrate just how ungovernable the country was under Donald Trump.

Combined, all of this created a massive structural advantage for Biden, as Democrats consolidated their control over the election and positioned themselves as the arbiters of truth and decency. The cost? Severe damage to confidence in our elections, a loss of credibility among our leading institutions and a vicious polarization which still has yet to abate. More than ever, Democrats feel entitled to rule.

That is what drove us to uncover the truth — to find out exactly what happened in 2020 and ensure it doesn’t happen again in 2024. Without answers, our elections will never be safe or secure.
