NEW YORK: High School Teacher Accused Of Possessing Thousands Of Images, Videos Of Child Pornography

The Department Of Justice (DOJ) arrested and charged a New York high school teacher with possession of child pornography on Thursday.

Louis Carusone, a teacher at Brighton High School in Rochester, New York, has been accused of obtaining and distributing thousands of pictures and videos of child pornography, according to a DOJ press release. The investigation into Carusone began after an undercover officer allegedly found Carusone distributing child pornography through a peer-to-peer online sharing network.

“Law enforcement officials informed us last Friday night that they had just completed a search of Mr. Carusone’s home,” Brighton Central Schools Superintendent Kevin McGowan wrote in a statement. “We were told that devices belonging to Mr. Carusone had been seized and what the nature of their investigation was. We immediately placed Mr. Carusone on leave, froze his access to all electronic resources, and directed him to not be anywhere near BCSD property or to have contact with anyone at BCSD other than those who he would need to discuss his employment status with.”

Law enforcement found Carusone in possession of 2,030 pictures and 21 videos of child pornography after a search of his house, the DOJ reported. Carusone allegedly took photos and videos of his female students and also allegedly recorded children and adults in bathing suits at a waterpark.

Carusone will not be returning to work in the school district, the school’s statement said. The district is working to have Carusone’s teaching license revoked. (

Students will be able to meet with counseling staff from a local children’s advocacy center and the school will meet with all students in Carusone’s classes to address their questions and concerns, according to the school’s statement.

“We often talk about the trust placed in us and the need to care for and support each child as if they were our own children,” McGowan wrote. “This ethic of care can be seen throughout each day. However, the behavior and betrayal of one person in this incident was a failure in our obligation in every way. Our response now and in the coming days will be the first steps in reinforcing the great good that is done by so many in this organization and our commitment to a trusting relationship with all of you.”

The DOJ and Brighton High School did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Poll: Kari Lake Leads Dem Opponent By 11 Points

Republican Kari Lake leads Democrat Katie Hobbs by 11 points in the Arizona gubernatorial race with less than two weeks left before the midterm elections, according to a new poll released Wednesday.

Fifty-four percent of respondents said they would vote for Lake as opposed to 43% who said they would vote for Hobbs, according to the FOX 10 InsiderAdvantage poll. Only 2% of respondents were undecided, and the new poll shows an 8 percentage-point uptick for Lake compared to an InsiderAdvantage poll from early October that placed the candidates 3 points apart.

Pollster Matt Towery pointed to Hobbs’ hesitation to debate Lake as a key factor responsible for the large jump, according to InsiderAdvantage. Despite the newly reported 11-point lead, a recent Trafalgar Group/Daily Wire poll places the candidates within the poll’s 2.9% margin of error at 49.2% Lake to 46.4% Hobbs, and an aggregated poll from RealClearPolitics (RCP) places the candidates 3.2% apart with Lake in the lead.

Earlier this month, Hobbs came under fire for allegedly orchestrating a “slave day” in high school as a student council member at Seton Catholic Preparatory School. During the event, documented in the school’s yearbook, freshman, or  “slaves,” would submit to seniors, or “masters.”

Lake has received her share of controversy as many Democrats have critiqued her continued belief that the 2020 election was stolen. In a June debate on Arizona PBS, Lake asserted that Biden “lost the election and shouldn’t be in the White House,” calling the election “corrupt.”

This InsiderAdvantage poll was conducted with 550 likely voters from Oct. 24 to 25 with a margin of error of 4.2%.

Lake and Hobbs did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Parents Mobilize as Culture War Rages

A flood of recent field reports shows the nationwide attempted hijacking of the nation’s school children by the Gay Gestapo and Transgender-Industrial Complex has kicked into in high gear.

It’s been reported in recent weeks a book turned up in an Oklahoma middle school instructing kids in the fine arts of anilingus, cunnilingus, and sexual intercourse.  Except it didn’t use those terms.  It used the vulgar vernacular that can’t be repeated here, instead.  Excuse me?

Democrat lawmakers want to make it felony child abuse for parents to stand in the way of sex change drugs and surgery for their minor children.  Excuse me?

The CDC – your federal government all hepped up on Democrat control – handed out $85 million in grants requiring schools to start LGBT support groups.  Excuse me?

That’s just a small sample of what’s going on out there.  But today I want to focus on the most recent developments in how parents are fighting back.

Twenty parents spoke out at a school board meeting against the “Queerest Free Halloween Party for Youth & Families” planned at an elementary school near San Diego.  A hundred more cheered them on.  The party is sponsored by a sex-change surgery center and a gay bar – the Gay Gestapo and Transgender-Industrial Complex in action.  The party is to feature a ‘family-friendly’ drag show, as if there is such a thing.  One mother called school board members “groomers and activist pimps”.   She’s a domestic terrorist, according to our esteemed Democrat Attorney General.  I’ll tell you who the real domestic terrorists are:  the Gay Gestapo and Transgender-Industrial Complex who are attempting to destroy children and break down the country into nothingness, using sex to do it in true communist fashion.  They are the subversive ones.  It’s no accident communist theorists like Herbert Marcuse and Wilhelm Reich ushered in the sexual revolution.  It’s no accident another communist theorist Georgi Lukacs called the use of sex for these purposes “cultural terrorism”.    And it’s no accident transgender activists openly talk about using transgenderism to usher in communism.

Hundreds of parents also protested against a transgender teacher wearing gigantic fake breasts with protruding nipples at a high school in Canada.  A hundred and fifty more protested against an American Academy of Pediatrics convention in California.  That doctor’s trade association proudly stands up for “gender-affirming care” to transition minors.  That’s a euphemism for life-altering irreversible sex-change drugs and surgery for kids too young to consent to a car loan.

Some parents, not willing to stop at protesting, have pulled their kids out of schools that harp on sex, gender, and race.  Standing up for parents, 19 Republican state Attorneys General sued the Biden administration for violating state laws and exceeding its authority for acting against schools that refuse to allow transgenders into girls sports or the restrooms of their choice.  In Virginia, Governor Youngkin stayed true to the parental rights stance that got him elected and issued new model policies requiring public schools to defer to parental decision-making and to align school facilities and sports by biological sex, not gender identity.  The new policies reverse the actions of a previous Democrat-controlled legislature and are scheduled to go into effect soon.

There’s something you can do.  Moms for Liberty has created a candidate pledge affirming that “parents have that fundamental right to direct the education, the medical care, the moral and religious upbringing of their children in their character development.”  Bring the pledge to candidates in your area and ask them to sign it.  Publicize it if they won’t.   That’s one way to get involved in the fight against the Gay Gestapo and Transgender-Industrial Complex that plenty of gay and transgender adults want no part of.  Make no mistake: this is a fight to the death and it’s time to choose what side you’re on.

Here’s Our Top 11 Examples of the Democrat Party’s Double Standards

Double Standard: a rule or principle which is unfairly applied in different ways to different people or groups.

We have decided that the “D” in Democrat stands for double standard.  They consistently apply different principles to different groups.

We decided to list 11 examples of Democrats using double standards this year. If you our readers have any that you want to add just put them in the comments section below.

Here’s our short list of Dem Double Standards:

  1. Stolen Elections: Democrats blame Republicans for stealing elections but when President Donald J. Trump and True the Vote, in it’s film 2000 Mules, proved that the 2020 election was in fact stolen in five states which would have overturned the election, the Democrats cried foul. The 2000 Mules video was banned on YouTube, social media, not carried on any streaming service and was only available on DVD. Recently, Hillary Clinton in a political ad, as she did in 2016, claims Republicans are going to steal the 2022 midterm elections. Remember that before the 2020 election Biden stated, “I believe we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”
  2. Equal Justice Under the Law: The Democrat Party and the Biden administration have weaponized our FBI and DOJ to apply the laws unequally. They use the law to accuse their political opponents of what they are doing. Examples abound and include: ignoring violent attacks on pro-life clinics while arresting pro-life advocates, the FBI for the first time in American history sent armed agents to Mar-a-Lago the home of a former President of the United States and took documents that were personal and covered by client attorney privileges, the Biden administration sent armed secret service agents to force an Amish organic famer to use GMOs on his livestock and crops, when he refused to do so they shut down is business which served healthy food to his 4,000 customers.
  3. Kill, imprison and torture innocent peaceful protestors who attended the Save America Rally in Washington, D.C. because the Democrat Leadership failed to protect the U.S. Capitol: The J6 Select Committee has held numerous closed door meetings concerning the Save America Rally held on January 6th, 2021 to trying prove that those who attended the rally were insurrectionists. What the J6 Committee ignores is the fact that President Trump requested that the National Guard be called out to protect the capitol building but his request was denied by Speaker Nancy Pelosi who has the responsibility to provide security of the U.S. capitol. New video released indicated that Speaker Pelosi had a video crew that taped her during the J6 rally in order to make a documentary. Read more here, here, here and here. President Donald J.   4. Accuse others of insurrection while ignoring violence by domestic terrorist organizations Jane’s Revenge, Antifa and BLM: Jane’s Revenge has been linked to multiple insurrectionist acts including the fire bombing of  pregnancy clinics here, here and here. Antifa is a revolutionary Marxist/anarchist militia movement that seeks to bring down the United States by means of violence and intimidation. As a September 2017 report in The Atlantic notes, Antifa is responsible for “a level of sustained political street warfare not seen in the U.S. since the 1960s.” BLM is Founded by Marxist revolutionaries in 2013, Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a movement that depicts the United States as a nation awash in racism, sexism, and homophobia. Demonstrators at BLM events have been known to: smear white police as trigger-happy bigots who are intent upon killing innocent, unarmed black males; taunt, and direct obscenities at, uniformed police officers who are on duty; throw rocks at police and threaten to kill them; and celebrate in the streets when a police officer is killed.   5. Support Defunding the Police while Democrats hire armed guards to protect themselves: Defund the Police was created by BLM. The Defund the Police website states, “Our intention is for this site and defundpolice.org, which provides organizing tools to defund the police in the United States, to be read together as a shared tapestry of resistance.” This movement has lead to increased crime in those cities, like New York, Chicago and Detroit, which have in fact defunded the police.   6. Democrats demand that American to “go green” while they live in mansions, drive in bullet proof limousines and use private jets that scream pollution: Congressional testimony shows that the Green New Deal = Redistribution of Wealth. The Green New Deal mirrors Mao’s Great Leap Forward. Here are 44 things Americans should know about the Green New Deal. Finally because of Biden’s war against fossil fuels U.S. has ONLY 25 DAYS OF DIESEL SUPPLY LEFT. Finally Biden and the Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg have called for the elimination of all internal combustion engine vehicles and replacing them with all electric vehicles. One problem, FinalTelegraph.com reported in an article titled LOL New EV Completely Fails, Less Than 80 Miles Later, Attempt to Drive at Highway Speeds Ends in Miserable Failure wrote, “Do you want an electric vehicle? Well, you might want to reconsider driving the improved golf cart more than a few miles to work and back, especially if you plan to go at average highway speeds. Such is what Car and Driver found in its hilarious review of the new, electric Mazda MX-30.  And that’s not an outdated EV that ought to be consigned to the garbage right now. The automobile is the 2022 model.”
  7. Biden and Democrats promised unity while they set about dividing the nation into groups and then pitted them one against the other: Democrats use their core ideals of diversity, inclusion and equity to divide Americans into different classes of citizens. Finally, we learn that Democrats don’t really care about embracing minority races as the Democrat controlled Congressional Hispanic Caucus has rejected fellow Hispanic Mayra Flores because “she is not a Democrat.”
  8. Democrats scream about how voter IDs harm minorities and election fraud while they are caught stuffing ballot boxes: After the 2020 presidential we have learned according to a Dominion voting machines audit that ballot error rate was at least 85,000 times higher than FEC allows. How the documentary “2000 Mules” exposed ballot traffickers who stole the 2020 election and how Biden’s USPS Chief in Mail-In Ballot Unit was arrested after trying to meet a teenaged boy for sex.
  9. Mandate everyone get vaxxed while they make millions off of their big pharma investments: Here are a series of columns on the legality, effectiveness and outcomes of vax mandates by the Biden administration, Democrat governors and members of congress: Vax Mandate Stabs Constitution in the Back; The Plain Truth about Biden’s Vaccine Mandate; 50% Increase in Miscarriages; 50% Decrease in Fertility After COVID Vax; Texas Hospital Faces Closure Over COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate; and STANFORD Tells Doctors To Give False Information In Order to Overcome Vaccine Resistance. Democrats and Biden are pushing the LGBTQIE+ agenda in public schools, colleges, universities and in our federal government: Biden wants underaged children to be ‘Gender-Transitioned’ whether parents like it or not. Here are a series of column on the queering of America’s children in order to have sex with pedophiles, pederasts and perverts. For example a Nevada doctor who killed woman in botched abortion, and has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor, was featured in Democrat campaign ad. Learn how LGBTQIE+ groups are quietly dismantling norms, and changing public education. A shocking report found that of the 1,000 LGBTQIE+ U.S. Elected Officials 75% are Democrats. Even the U.S. Department of Energy is promoting dog collars and hosted drag queen Sam Brinton and other LGBTQ+ Activists. To say that Democrats are all into queering our children is putting it lightly.
  11. Biden’s Open Borders Policy: Perhaps the most important issue is the security of a nation’s borders. A nation without borders is no longer a nation. According to FAIR a record 2.4 million migrants illegally crossed the U.S. Mexico border in FY2022, and almost 4 Million total have illegally entered under Biden. A former border Commissioner stated, “We Have Lost Control of the Southwest Border.” The situation has gotten so bad that the Border Council President has called for Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Mayorkas’ impeachment. Finally, today drug cartels now have “operational control” of the U.S. border with Mexico.

The Bottom Line

The MARCO POLO REPORT listed 140 business-related crimes, 191 sex-related crimes, 128 drug-related crimes committed by the Biden family.

When a criminal family is in the White House what else can we the people expect except more lies, myths and half-truths to gain power, money and remain in office.

Double standards are the only way Democrats believe that they can win.

Forces of the Islamic regime in Iran have been raiding schools and targeting schoolgirls with increasing frequency; this is is causing even more public fury than there already was. One girl was recently beaten to death by security forces in her classroom for refusing to sing a “pro-regime song.” In mid-October, it emerged that 23 children were murdered by the regime.

Guardian, October 24, 2022:

Iranian security forces fired teargas outside a girls’ school in Tehran when clashes broke out after staff attempted to inspect students’ mobile phones amid ongoing anti-government protests.

Iran’s Ministry of Education said several students were treated by emergency services for a drop in blood pressure, but denied that security forces had entered the school.

But videos circulating on social media showed heavily armed security forces outside the school. One clip showed them on motorbikes and firing at least one teargas canister. The authenticity of the footage could not be independently verified.

Unrest ignited by the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old Kurdish-Iranian woman who was detained by the Islamic Republic’s morality police for “improper attire” and died in police custody, has swept Iran for five weeks. Rights groups say nearly 250 people have been killed in the crackdown.

Women and girls have played a prominent part in the protests, removing and burning veils. The deaths of several teenage girls reportedly killed during protests have fuelled more anger.

Demonstrations continued on Monday, with a rally at a university in the western city of Hamedan, and students shouting down a government spokesperson who visited a Tehran university, according to students’ and rights groups…..

EXCLUSIVE: Hungarian Foreign Minister Says Ukraine-Russia War Would Not Have Happened Under Trump

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The foreign minister of Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, in part, blamed the current war between Ukraine and Russia on President Joe Biden in an exclusive interview Wednesday with the Daily Caller. He argued that if the 2020 election had played out differently, there would be no war.

Szijjártó sat down for an interview with the Caller after speaking at the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) International Ministerial Conference and discussed a variety of different issues affecting the U.S. and Europe, including the war in Ukraine. Throughout the interview, Szijjártó made it clear he believes that if former President Donald Trump and former Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel were still in power, the war would not have started.

“The European economy is suffering. Europe is suffering. That is why the only solution for Europe is peace. But definitely, peace not will come with this behavior. What the U.S. administration has been showing. Why? Because in order to create peace, you would need to talk. You would need to communicate,” Szijjártó said during the interview. “And you know, I am usually under very heavy pressure and criticism of why I still talk to the Russians. But, you know, I mean, you cannot afford not to talk to them when you are almost hundred percent dependent on their energy sources and Russia is a reality in Europe, and Russia will remain a reality in Europe regardless of the outcome of this war.”

He continued:

So, you know, what we are definitely sure about is that if your presidential election had played out differently in 2020, this war would not have broken out. As much as I can be sure about things that didn’t happen, I am pretty sure that this would have been the case because we are currently, globally speaking, we are currently lacking leaders. President Trump was a real leader. Chancellor Merkel was a real leader. So what I know is that if Chancellor Merkel. And if President Trump had stayed in power, this war, I’m pretty sure, would not have been broken out. So that’s why what we hope is that there will be some American-Russian talks in this regard because don’t be misled. Don’t be misled. This is necessary to create peace. Russian-American talks.

On Monday, a group of 30 Democrats in Congress requested that the Biden administration seek negotiations with Putin. Several have since walked back their support.

Szijjártó echoed their concerns, however, mentioning the upcoming November G-20 summit in Indonesia, which Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin are scheduled to attend, as an opportunity for the two leaders to talk. The Hungarian minister’s suggestion comes despite claims that U.S. officials are making sure Biden does talk with Putin, per Politico. Biden himself previously told CNN’s Jake Tapper said he will not meet the Russian president except maybe to discuss American Britney Griner, who is serving a 9-year sentence in Russian prison.

“I do hope that those discussions, which are necessary to finish the war, will take place soon. And I don’t want to degrade anyone, but I am pretty certain that these negotiations must take place between the American and the Russian administration,” Szijjártó said. “And, you know, I hope that both of them will behave responsibly because I understand that there will be a G20 meeting. I understand that there is a chance that both of the presidents might be there. And to be honest, I think it would be very, very complicated to explain to the world from both perspectives, why they have not met, if they. If they are on the same place. So, you know, we in Hungary cannot do anything more than just wish, hope, and pray.”

“I want to underline that I really do believe and think that if he had stayed in power, this wouldn’t have broken out,” he added.

As of Oct. 3, the U.S. has spent 52 billion euros in military, financial and humanitarian aid in Ukraine, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. Hungary has urged an immediate ceasefire and end to the conflict. 

The Daily Caller contacted the White House about Szijjártó’s comments to which they did not immediately respond.

Pennsylvania Democrat Officials Mailed Out 240,000 Ballots to Unverified Voters! …UPDATE: Now at 255,000 Unverified Voters!

Pennsylvania Democrat officials sent out 240,000 255,000 ballots to people they could not verify either by their Social Security or Driver’s License numbers.

The ballots should NEVER have been sent out to these voters.

Fifteen Republican State Representatives sent a letter to Acting Secretary of the Commonwealth Leigh Chapman after they discovered that over 240,000 illicit ballots were sent out in the state prior to the 2022 midterm elections.

Deputy Secretary Jonathan Marks testified in September before the Pennsylvania House that counties are responsible to verify the voter ID when a completed ballot arrive to the county. The counties argued that this was nonsense. The ID must be verified before a ballot is even sent out.

What’s on the Ballot in 2022?

Recently, during a debate, a U.S. Congressional candidate was asked, in effect, if he was an “election denier”—that is, did he have any questions about who was the duly elected president in 2020?

His answer was brilliant:

“Sir, Joe Biden is the president of the United States. If you don’t believe me, go to your gas pumps or go to your grocery stores, and that’ll tell you who is.”

There is much at stake for Christians and people of good will on the ballot this time around. It is a critical midterm election. As a friend notes: “It’s the thin blue line between future felicity and a smoldering apocalyptic wasteland.”

There are three issues on the ballot directly or indirectly that should be important to Christians:

1.  The issue of life

This administration values abortion more than anything else. Biden said just last week that we should help his candidates retain the House and Senate, so that the first thing they can do is codify “Roe v. Wade,” (that is secure, via legislation, abortion up to the moment of birth in the whole country).

Meanwhile, Biden and his allies are using the full force of the law against peaceful, Christian pro-lifers, while seeming to ignore violent attacks on pro-life centers. Look at these headlines:

As we look at the candidates, we need to ask: Where do they stand on abortion? We know that many women today have been deceived into aborting their child, thinking that would simply end their problem. In reality, it has created many more problems. But there’s forgiveness and healing available through Christ.

Very often you can tell where a politician stands in general by seeing where they stand on the issue of abortion. If they favor killing the little babies in the womb, then they tend to get everything else wrong as well.

2. Religious freedom

As the Supreme Court once declared, America was founded largely by Christians for religious freedom. That liberty was ultimately enshrined in the Constitution’s First Amendment. And yet today, we find that religious freedom challenged.

All sort of laws from the left curtail freedom of speech. You can lose your job if you use the “wrong pronoun”—even if it’s biologically the correct pronoun.

During the COVID pandemic of 2020, the left seemed to drop all pretense of valuing religious freedom. They allowed liquor stores and casinos to remain open as “essential,” while closing down churches.

A recent example out of Miami highlights how tenuous religious freedom is in modern America.

John Labriola was fired from his job as a media aide with Miami-Dade County because he wrote an opinion piece on his own time, as a private citizen, for an obscure online publication. In his article, he disagreed with the so-called “Equality Act” (which the Biden administration pushes) because of its promotion of abortion, homosexual marriage, and the transgender agenda.

After suspending him for three days without pay, the county wanted him to apologize for his beliefs and to undergo intense training on, for example, how to use the so-called right pronouns. When he objected that this training would go against his Biblically held views, they fired him. He is being represented by Brad Dacus of the Pacific Justice Institute, which fights for religious liberty.

The candidates we vote for make a huge difference in preserving religious freedom or chipping it away—or in some cases ripping it away. In the case of the senatorial candidates we vote for, they impact what kinds of federal judges we get.

3. The economy—prosperity or further inflation?

No one suffers more under a poor economy, like what we’re experiencing under the current administration, than the poor. Just buying basic necessities is difficult.

Writer Don Surber notes:

“This year, people don’t understand what the big deal is about these trillion dollar spending measures. They do understand 13% inflation at the grocery store…. Millionaires don’t sweat the price of gasoline or a dozen eggs. Bread is $3 a loaf. So what? They eat cake.”

Runaway government spending has caused and exacerbated inflation. Since government is funded by “we the people,” we have been forced to pay for our own misery.

So, what’s on the ballot in the 2022 midterms? The Biden agenda. If we love life, if we love liberty, if we love peace and safety and reasonable prices, we should vote our Biblical values.

It is a privilege to vote. If Christians show up and vote biblical values, we could carry this election—and virtually every election.

Medical experts tell us that a person’s brain is not fully developed until they reach age 25.

Yet these evil transgender proponents have no problem with mutilation/perversion of children and adults younger than 25 in order to change the gender given to them by God at birth. Biden Wants Your Kids to Be Gender-Transitioned Whether You Like It or Not

President Joe Biden wants your children to make life-changing gender transitions, and the only reason you want to stop him is bigotry and fear. At least, so he says.

In a NowThis media roundtable aired Sunday, Biden discussed issues of the day with progressive activists and social media personalities. Most notable was his interview with transgender TikTok celebrity Dylan Mulvaney, a biological male who is transitioning to “girlhood.”

In the interview, Biden said state attempts to restrict gender transitions are immoral and based on “fear.” He was asked if states had the right to place restrictions on “gender-affirming care,” as the Left likes to call hormone therapy and reconstructive surgeries.

“I don’t think any state or anybody should have the right to do that. As a moral question or as a legal question, I just think it’s wrong,” the president said in response.

Though Biden didn’t make a distinction in these procedures between adults and minors, his actions suggest he’s referring to both. Some states have placed limitations on gender treatments and surgeries for minors in the past few years. Biden made it a priority to stop them.

In April, the Biden administration issued guidance through the Department of Health and Human Services saying that the federal government will ensure that “transgender youth receive the care they need.”

What administration officials mean is that the federal government is committed to assuring that children will be gender transitioned, whether you like it or not.

The Justice Department released a memo alongside the HHS statement, saying in part:

Intentionally erecting discriminatory barriers to prevent individuals from receiving gender-affirming care implicates a number of federal legal guarantees. State laws and policies that prevent parents or guardians from following the advice of a health care professional regarding what may be medically necessary or otherwise appropriate care for transgender minors may infringe on rights protected by both the Equal Protection and the Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Vaginoplasty procedures, complications and aftercare

The most common vaginoplasty technique is some variation of the penile inversion procedure. In this technique, a vaginal vault is created between the rectum and the urethra, in the same location as a non-transgender female between the pelvic floor (Kegel) muscles, and the vaginal lining is created from penile skin. An orchiectomy is performed, the labia majora are created using scrotal skin, and the clitoris is created from a portion of the glans penis. The prostate is left in place to avoid complications such as incontinence and urethral strictures. Furthermore, the prostate has erogenous sensation and is the anatomic equivalent to the “g-spot.” Great care is taken to limit the external scars from a vaginoplasty by locating the incisions appropriately and with meticulous closure. Typical depth is 15 cm (6 inches), with a range of 12-16cm (5-6.5 inches); in comparison, typical vaginal depth in non-transgender females is between 9-12cm (3.5 to 5 inches).

Risks associated with phalloplasty

There are general risks associated with any surgery, including infection, bleeding, damage to surrounding tissues, and pain. Specific to phalloplasty in transgender men, there is risk of flap loss, urethral complications, wound breakdown, pelvic bleeding or pain, bladder or rectal injury, lack of sensation, prolonged need for drainage, or need for further procedures. Donor site risks include unsightly scarring, wound breakdown, granulation tissue formation, decreased mobility, hematoma, pain and decreased sensation. If patients are discharged from their surgeon’s care and are not local, they should see their primary care provider every three months during the first year.

A Cold Winter Is Coming Over The Netherlands

Current policies of the Dutch Government lead to the rapid destruction of my country.

The Netherlands is being ruled by a four-party coalition. But the ruling Conservative Party has dropped all conservative values, the two ruling Christian parties have abandoned Christian values, and the fourth party was founded as a pragmatic classical liberal party, but has become a far left party. This fourth party, Democrats 66 would be more adequately called Demons 666 if it were up to me, for they are the most powerful and most destructive party of them all, and they are completely Woke as well.

As you are aware, mass immigration of Third World and Middle-Eastern people who seek to profit from our riches, is an ever increasing problem. The more the Dutch Government does to solve the problem of the lack of housing for these people, with the more they come. Asylum seekers are now getting housed on luxurious cruise ships and in 4 star hotels, while ordinary young Dutch people can’t afford buying a small apartment or have to wait more then 10 years on a list for social housing.

The situation for the farmers is getting more dire. The government has shown fake interest in their worries, and is continuing its drive to push them off their lands. Some Farmers are receiving letters from the Department of Agriculture that they are not permitted to produce potatoes or certain popular vegetables any longer, for this would supposedly be bad for the environment.

More and more fishermen are quitting. Their boats’ engines run on diesel and this has become terribly expensive.

Near my home in Amsterdam, near the famous Albert Cuyp market, a small bakery has just closed. Their energy bill went up 8000 Euros per month, about 8000 US$. The young owner can’t afford this and can’t ask 10 US$ for a small bread. Nobody would buy that. We are in fact seeing traditional bakeries all over the Netherlands going bankrupt or quitting now. In the future our only option for bread will be to either bake it at home or to buy the mediocre factory made bread of the supermarkets.

Due to the inflation all prices are up. The inflation is caused by quantative easing by the European Central Bank. In normal English: creating money out of thin air. The ECB has created trillions over the past years, and we now all see what that leads to. But our government is blaming inflation on Russia.. what a blatant lie.

Besides all the economic worries, Dutch people have worries about the state of our democracy as well. The government wants to shut down the only TV news broadcaster that is critical of its policies. There are even voices heard to ban a small opposition party. More and more often, during debates in Parliament, the mic is switched off when the opposition speaks and uses a harsh word!

MP Geert Wilders is receiving thousands of e-mails daily from Dutch citizens who can’t afford their energy bills any longer and don’t have enough money for food.

But our Government of leftist elites is completely deaf for the needs of the ordinary citizens and small and medium size business owners. They refuse to change course. Climate hysteria is indeed a dangerous mental disorder. So is the desire for national suicide through mass immigration policies.

By the way, our Parliament is currently discussing a new transgender law, that would open the door to child mutilation and men being permitted to enter women only places, as long as these men claim to be women.

Is there anything positive that I can tell you? Yes, the Party for Freedom of the courageous and patriotic Geert Wilders, the only commonsense opposition party, is gaining more and more popularity.

Court Rejects Democratic Party Intervention in Lawsuit Challenging Illinois Vote-Counting for Two Weeks after Election Day

Washington, D.C. – Judicial Watch announced today that a federal court rejected a motion by Democratic Party of Illinois to intervene as a defendant in Judicial Watch’s lawsuit challenging an Illinois election law permitting mail-in ballots to be received as long as two weeks after Election Day.

The ruling and opinion come in the federal lawsuit Judicial Watch filed on behalf of Congressman Mike Bost and two other registered Illinois voters to prevent state election officials from extending Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law (Rep.Michael J. Bost, Laura Pollastrini, and Susan Sweeney v. The Illinois State Board of Elections and Bernadette Matthews (No. 1:22-cv-02754)).

In the court’s ruling and opinion on the Democratic Party of Illinois motion to intervene, U.S. District Judge John F. Kness held that its participation would “delay this time-sensitive case:”

[Democratic Party of Illinois] cannot meet its burden to show that its interests will not be adequately represented by the parties to the case. As a result, [Democratic Party of Illinois] is not entitled to intervene as of right. Separately, because allowing [Democratic Party of Illinois] to intervene would threaten to delay this time-sensitive case further, the Court, in its discretion, denies [Democratic Party of Illinois] motion seeking permission to intervene as a party under Rule 24(b). Accordingly, the Court denies DPI’s motion in its entirety.

Federal law defines Election Day as “the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of every even-numbered year.” The initial complaint states:

Despite Congress’ clear statement regarding a single national Election Day, Illinois has expanded Election Day by extending by 14 days the date for receipt and counting of vote-by-mail ballots

Judicial Watch points out that the current Illinois election law allows vote-by-mail ballots received up to 14 days “after the polls close on Election Day” to be counted as if they were cast and received on or before Election Day. Illinois law also provides that “[e]ven vote-by-mail ballots without postmarks shall be counted if received up to 14 calendar days after Election Day if the ballots are dated on or before Election Day.”

Judicial Watch’s lawsuit notes:

The Board … advised that the number of ballots received after Election Day through November 17, 2020, could materially affect the unofficial election results.

[ *** ]

[Illinois’ own data indicates that] Illinois received 266,417 vote-by-mail ballots statewide during the period from November 3rd through November 17th.

[ *** ]

[M]ost of the 266,417 vote-by-mail ballots were received after Election Day, which would mean that as many as 4.4% of votes cast in 2020 were received after Election Day. [Emphasis in original]

Judicial Watch argues that holding voting open for 14 days past Election Day violates the constitutional rights of voters and candidates:

By counting untimely and illegal ballots received after Election Day and diluting Plaintiffs’ timely cast and received ballots, Defendants, acting under color of Illinois law, have deprived and are depriving Plaintiffs of rights protected under the First Amendment and 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

“The Democratic Party failed to gum up this important lawsuit for election integrity,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “We are supposed to have an Election Day, not Election Weeks – or months. Illinois’ 14-day extension of Election Day beyond the date set by Congress is illegal, violates the civil rights of voters, and encourages fraud.”

The Delaware Supreme Court recently struck down the state’s vote-by-mail and same-day voter registration statutes for violating the Delaware Constitution. In making its ruling, the court effectively concurs with the amicus curiae brief Judicial Watch submitted in the case, which argues the Delaware statute impermissibly expands those practices far beyond the limits set in the Delaware Constitution.

In a separate Judicial Watch election lawsuit against Illinois, a federal court ruled in June 2021 that the lawsuit could proceed against Illinois officials for denying public access to Illinois’ voter registration database.

In February 2022, Judicial Watch settled its voter rolls clean-up lawsuit against North Carolina and two of its counties after the North Carolina removed over 430,000 ineligible names from the voter rolls.

In March 2022, a Maryland court ruled in favor of Judicial Watch’s challenge to Maryland’s Democratic legislature “extreme” congressional redistricting gerrymander.

Elon Musk is now reportedly in charge of Twitter as the sale of the company has now been finalized and the company’s top executives are no longer with the company.

Musk fired CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and Vijaya Gadde, head of legal policy, trust, and safety, The Washington Post reported. The report said Musk also fired the company’s general counsel, Sean Edgett.

Business Insider reported that Musk’s acquisition of the company was finalized Thursday evening as the company’s stock was purchased for $54.20 per share in a deal worth $44 billion.

Democrats Ask: Have You Hugged a Criminal Today?

In a debate last night, Lee Zeldin accused Democrat New York Governor Kathy Hochul of being soft on crime.

He pointed out she bragged about her support for cashless bail and he called for the state’s cashless bail law to be suspended.  “I don’t think that if you are Mexican cartel drug smugglers busted with $1.2 million worth of crystal meth that you should just be instantly released on cashless bail,” he said.   When Hochul tried to pivot to gun control, Zeldin said plenty of serious crimes are being committed without guns.  “You have people who are afraid of being pushed in front of oncoming subway cars. They’re being stabbed, beaten to death on the street with hammers,” he said.  Zeldin then pledged, if elected governor, to fire Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Soros Progressive prosecutor who has been criticized for not prosecuting violent crimes.

Polls show crime is a campaign issue, as well it should be.  The Democrats’ insane criminal justice policies – from cashless bail to defunding the police to allowing the homeless to camp out in your front yard without penalty – should be on trial in this election.

Need more proof the Democrats are out of their ever-lovin’ minds when it comes to criminal justice reform?  Consider these recent stories:

Senate candidate John Fetterman in Pennsylvania thinks murderers serving time in prison are just like your grandfather and grandmother.  That’s insane.  This from a guy who wants to let one-third of all criminals in prison out because it will make everyone safer.  The man is a certified lunatic.

Cashless bail has produced stories like the New York man, previously arrested 12 times, released without bail attacking two women in broad daylight.  One was pushing a baby stroller.  Before he grabbed her neck, he shouted, “ F*** you, B***!  Go ahead and call the cops, I don’t care.”  That’s insane.

But not as insane as what goes on now in Minneapolis, where police have been constrained from pursuing suspects in vehicles.  Car thieves race around neighborhoods and wave at the police while roaring by them in stolen cars.  But here’s what’s really insane: The same kind of limited vehicle pursuit law was recently passed in Washington state.  Officers are supposed to wait for clearance from headquarters before initiating pursuit.  Suspects are now calling 9-1-1 to report officers who pursue them.  “I have a cop chasing me in violation of House Bill 1047,” they tell the operators.  Things have truly gone upside down.

All this insanity has real-world consequences.  Businesses are closing in San Francisco and Philadelphia because of rampant crime.  The number of police officers injured or killed in surprise ambushes has soared since rioters were given a free pass for burning down cities and attacking law enforcement in the summer of 2020.   The Democrats cause a soaring crime problem, then go on TV and call anyone who brings attention to it a racist for pointing it out.

But the Democrats know their policies have been ruinous.  That’s why they’re trying to run away from them in this election.  They say the stupidest things like they were never for defunding the police when they obviously were.  Kamala Harris now claims she never supported an organization that bailed out murderers and rapists, but her tweet asking people to donate to the organization is still up.

Democrats have also shown by their actions they know they went down the wrong road.  The Governor of New Mexico pushed cashless bail and defunding the police, but is now begging the feds to send more law enforcement to her state because the crime is so bad there.  And I’ve lost count of the number of cities that have scrambled to re-fund the police after defunding the police caused crime to spiral out of control.

The Democrats have shown you by word and deed they admit their criminal justice reforms were disastrous.  But, unfortunately, their policies caused all kinds of real-world insanity and ruinous consequences.  If you listen to all this and say to yourself, ‘I’m still going to vote Democrat,’ then YOU are the one who is insane.

The MSNBC “journalist” pulls out all the stops, throwing at these people every lie, every half-truth, every distortion that the Democrats have concocted about their fake Jan. 6 “insurrection.” But despite nearly two years of relentless hysteria, propaganda, myth-making, persecution of innocent people, impeachment proceedings, and “insurrection” hearings, the people know the truth anyway.
