Muslim Passenger Screaming ‘Allah’ Tries to Storm Cockpit of JetBlue Flight Out of Boston

JetBlue Flight 261 was heading out of Boston for San Juan, Puerto Rico, Wednesday night when, according to an FBI affidavit, “an unruly passenger” had to be “physically restrained by flight crew members in response to a physical altercation during the passenger’s attempt to gain access to the flight deck.”

A little over an hour before the flight reached San Juan, the passenger, Khalil El Dahr, “attempted to make a telephone call and became angry about the call’s unsuccess.” This must have been a supremely important phone call, for a few minutes later, El Dahr “pulled himself out of his seat and rushed toward the flight deck yelling to be shot in the Spanish language.”

At that point, a flight attendant (FA) “physically redirected El Dahr into the area in front of the front row before the galley.” However, in a spectacular instance of poor judgment, bad timing, or both, “as the JetBlue FA had El Dahr corralled in the area before the galley on the right side of the plane, a flight crew officer opened the cockpit door.”

El Dahr saw his chance: He “observed the door open and then grabbed the JetBlue FA by their collar and tie with one hand while using his other hand to grab the overhead compartment to gain leverage to kick. As the JetBlue FA was kicked in chest, El Dahr yelled for the flight crew officer to shoot him. While El Dahr was yelling, he was still holding the JetBlue FA by their tie. This resulted in the tie tightening and ultimately prevented the JetBlue FA from breathing. In response, the JetBlue FA released El Dahr to loosen the tie to prevent from being choked and incapacitated. The JetBlue FA was then able to loosen the tie and grab hold of El Dahr to prevent him from successfully breaching the galley area and gaining access to the flight deck.”

El Dahr fought fiercely even when restrained: “When the second JetBlue FA responded to the front of the plane, they observed El Dahr grab the first JetBlue FA by the tie and punch them in the chest. The second JetBlue FA then assisted to get El Dahr restrained. One of the restraints used was a pair of flex cuffs provided by an off-duty FA on board the flight. The flex cuffs were applied to El Dahr’s wrists, but El Dahr resisted so much that El Dahr was able to break the cuffs and free himself. After, a second pair was fastened along with at least four seat belt extenders to secure El Dahr to a seat in the back of the plane.”

Time to Boycott. Start with CVS pharmacy!

America. It is time for we, the people, to start seriously boycotting these “Woke” companies. The list is huge. Coca Cola, Ben and Jerry, Target et al.

Here is one to start with if you are serious about stopping the madness. CVS! Here is all the info you need to notify them of your intention. (Tell them via phone and email you are not going to spend one cent in their stores again and will attempt to persuade all friends and family not to do so either.)

There are over 40,000 independently owned pharmacies in the states. I suggest you google it and begin moving your business to one that is locally owned by an independent pharmacist. For those of you using Publix Supermarkets – don’t! They are as woke as any other large corporation.

So – why the down on CVS? Let’s start with their “woke training” being forced upon all employees, new and old. What is woke training you ask? Here it is in a nutshell.

CVS employees are being asked to – wait for it – make “a personal commitment plan to mitigate bias.” Hmmmm…. What does that mean? What do they want employees to do with that? CVS employees receive online calls explaining that “Understanding your privileges and how to leverage them so we can support others is a key component in being an active ally.”

They call this stupidity “ Allyship!” This is explained as how they, the employees of this wine company, must advocate for other communities besides their own. ( This only applies to white employees! ). Employees are told that apart from being aware of their own identities ( whiteness ) they have to identify with the intersectional identities of others! Huh??

During the call employees ( directed at white employees ) are told they must produce a ‘personal commitment plan’ showing what specific plans they have to mitigate bias over the next 5 days, then 5 weeks and then 5 months!! Awesome!!

They are further told that committing to the aforementioned plan will help their personal growth and ensure that they continue down the path directed by CVS!

Then comes this beautiful order – sorry – suggestion! They must source diverse talent ( non white ) and prioritize and promote them. Senior staff at this point are told to choose one ethnic minority employee and to mentor them but they mustn’t be white!

Previously CVS employees had been told to circle their race, gender, religion and sexual identity on a form and to deeply reflect on their privilege! ( white privilege. )

They should then use that form and their reflections in talks with other employees. Some other examples of privilege are given as those that celebrate Christmas (???? – that is apparently a privilege! ), having an easy to pronounce name and maybe how safe they feel in their neighborhood at night!! All the above is about admitting that they have white privilege!!

Further employees are given the task of holding all others in their stores responsible and accountable for any actions considered contrary to all the above. They are encouraging ‘snitching’ on their fellow employees. Yep! Kinda like Germans and Poles who were ordered to point out the Jews to the Nazis.

Employees are told in this 4 week program that snitching and recognizing actions contrary to the CVS plan would be a sign of bravery as they tackle these horrific actions from the unwoke employees they are unfortunate enough to have to work next to. You know, like making an anti-vax statement maybe? They are told to “commit to holding yourself and your colleagues accountable to consistently embrace diversity of all kinds, and take swift action against non-inclusive behaviors.” Mmmmm. Sounds like a great work place environment to me. NOT!

By the way CVS is committing $600 million to address racial inequality. Profits from your over priced purchases at their ‘woke’ stores! Feeling good about all that?

Soros-Linked Activist Groups Demand ‘Citizenship for All’ Illegals

A number of open-borders organizations linked to billionaire financier George Soros deployed activists across Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, demanding “citizenship for all” illegal aliens living in the United States.

After Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough ruled that a massive amnesty plan for illegal aliens could not be slipped into Senate Democrats’ $3.5 trillion budget reconciliation package, groups like CASA de Maryland, Make the Road NY, United We Dream, United Farm Workers, the SEIU, and the Center for Popular Democracy sent activists out across D.C. demanding that Congress include amnesty despite the ruling. Many of these groups have been linked financially to Soros’ Open Society Foundation for years.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), along with Sens. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and Bob Menendez (D-NJ), spoke at a rally alongside Center for Popular Democracy activists, declaring the ruling “.” Antisemite Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) also spoke at the rally.

“Last night’s ruling was extremely disappointing,” Schumer complained. “It saddened me, it frustrated me, it angered me because so many lives are at stake.”

Translation: so many future Democrat voters are at stake, because that’s what amnesty for illegal aliens is all about.

Committing $220 Million to “Racial Justice” Causes

On July 13, 2020, OSF, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement and its allies, pledged to donate $220 million into initiatives designed to help “build power in Black communities, promote bold new anti-racist policies in U.S. cities, and help first-time activists stay engaged.” The pledge earmarked $150 million in five-year grants for black-led “racial justice” organizations, and $70 million for a range of initiatives such as helping city governments reform policing and criminal justice by implementing a new approach to public safety that includes “moving beyond the culture of criminalization and incarceration.” “This is the time for urgent and bold action to address racial injustice in America,” said OSF deputy chair Alex Soros, George Soros’s son. “These investments will empower proven leaders in the Black community to reimagine policing, end mass incarceration, and eliminate the barriers to opportunity that have been the source of inequity for too long.” Tom Perriello, executive director of Open Society-U.S., said: “The success of this movement, the largest in U.S. history, will be measured over years, not weeks, and we cannot say that Black lives matter and not make a multi-year commitment to a strategy set by and centering Black leaders and organizations who changed America’s sense of what is possible.”

Biden’s Afghans Sexually Assault U.S. Service Member

It happened almost a week ago at Ft. Bliss’ Doña Ana County Range Complex which is in New Mexico where Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome is underway.

They are not sending us their best! (Gee, where have I heard that before?)

From the El Paso Times:

Fort Bliss: Female military service member assaulted by Afghan evacuees at NM complex

A female U.S. military service member was assaulted by male evacuees at the Doña Ana County Range Complex where Afghan refugees are being housed, Fort Bliss officials said.

Remember they are NOT refugees, so anytime you see the Afghans referenced that way, correct whoever is calling them that***

The woman, whose name and age were not released, was assaulted Sept. 19 by a “small group of male evacuees” at the complex in New Mexico, Fort Bliss officials said.

The incident is being investigated by the FBI.

“We take the allegation seriously and appropriately referred the matter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” Fort Bliss officials said in an emailed statement. “The safety and well-being of our service members, as well as all of those on our installations, is paramount.”

No details on the assault or the suspects have been released.

The victim was “immediately provided appropriate care, counseling and support,” officials said.

The victim is among 1,000 service members who are part of Operation Allies Welcome. The U.S. operation is to “support vulnerable Afghans, including those who worked alongside us in Afghanistan for the past two decades, as they safely resettle in the United States,” according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

“Task Force-Bliss is also implementing additional security measures to include increased health and safety patrols, additional lighting, and enforcement of the buddy system at the Doña Ana Complex,” officials said. “We will cooperate fully with the FBI and will continue to ensure the service member reporting this assault is fully supported.”

5 Constitutional Amendments Americans Should Consider ASAP

The difficulties of altering the Constitution should not dissuade us from trying to improve it.

With the Equal Rights Amendmentmaking its way back into the news in the month of February, the legal community has been abuzz with the possibility of a 28th Amendment finally getting tacked on to the Constitution. Of course, much of this conversation has been dedicated to whether the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) would need to go back through the full ratification process, meaning that it is probably a non-issue at the moment.

Still, the conversation always gets the cerebral juices flowing for legal enthusiasts; the idea of amending the US Constitution, something done only twenty-seven times in history, is about as close as one will get to actually sitting among the Founders in Philadelphia.

With that in mind, here are some ideas to tickle your gray matter.

The Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

In short, abolish the income tax. This is usually a crowd-pleaser among libertarians and probably a handful of Republicans during an election year, but it is also a bit of a challenge, on the same level as chasing the moon. Still, it would be worthwhile to have the conversation.

Generally speaking, income taxes are most harmful to the lowest income earners. When businesses and the wealthy are paying significant portions of their income to the government, it stagnates growth and prevents job creation. It also prevents those of lower-income from spending more money or saving and investing it in themselves, limiting upward mobility.

There is also the political aspect, which would make this Amendment virtually impossible to pass. Both Republicans and Democrats campaign heavily on income taxes, either to lower or raise them. Much like Social Security, to remove or reform it would eliminate party platforms. Still, one can dream.

The Seventeenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Before the ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment in 1913, Senators were not elected by popular elections, but by the legislatures of each state. Following the 2016 election, which saw Donald Trump lose the popular vote, but win the electoral college, discussions of abolishing the electoral college entirely have reached a fever pitch. Several Democratic candidates have indicated their intent to abolish the system.

Unfortunately, democracy does not guarantee liberty. It was seen as mob rule by the Founders, who opted for a Constitutional Republic. But even a representative democracy has its problems. The larger the body politic, the more difficult it is to truly find representation, especially within a two-party duopoly. While some may say that a senator elected with 51 percent of the vote is a fair system, it runs counter to the spirit of representative democracy.

While the makeup of a state legislature may lead to the same results as a popular election, it would still provide for greater balance and would eliminate the ability of large population centers to dominate elections in the same manner that the electoral college prevents the few largest cities and states from dominating the field.

The word “unreasonable,” contained within the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, is hereby stricken.

This Amendment is straightforward: it removes the qualifying adjective of “unreasonable” from the Fourth Amendment, which will make clear that any and all searches or seizures of persons or property, papers, houses, and effects, must require a lawful warrant. This would eliminate such legal precedent as Terry v. Ohio, which allows the search of a person who has been temporarily detained, so long as an officer has reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

Like most exceptions to the law, the “Terry stop,” which has been expanded to include traffic stops, has been widely abused, particularly within the context of the War on Drugs. Rather than continue to challenge such precedent in court, we should eliminate it altogether.

The powers delegated by the Constitution to the government of the United States, shall be exercised as therein appropriated, so that the Legislative shall never exercise the powers vested in the Executive or Judicial; nor the Executive the powers vested in the Legislative or Judicial; nor the Judicial the powers vested in the Legislative or Executive.

This Amendment will look familiar to history buffs. The above text is actually the original Sixteenth Amendment, proposed alongside what became the Bill of Rights. And while it was never ratified, now would seem to be the perfect time to dust it off and put it back on the table.

If you asked even the casual observer of their opinion on the Separation of Powers, they would probably say that it’s a neat idea. Unfortunately, that’s all it has become. Through decades of party politics and a misunderstanding of the Office of the President, the powers of the presidency have continually expanded, while Congress has willfully sat back to avoid national scrutiny. With War Powers being of the greatest concern, the original barriers between the three branches of government have long been torn down.

Fortunately, the Senate recently passed a resolution to reaffirm, in part, Congress’s need to be in the room when considering military action. It’s disheartening, however, that it took the assassination of a foreign official to bring about such action. By making the Separation of Powers a matter of law, rather than just an ideal, the longstanding precedent of the imperial President and a feckless Congress can be eliminated entirely. It is no longer enough for the Separation of Powers to live within the text of the Constitution; it must be an explicit law.

Congressional War Powers, as defined under Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the Constitution of the United States, are hereby subject to the following criteria, which must be met in order to secure a proper Declaration of War.

Section 1. Congress must define the grievances under which war, or military action, is considered necessary.

Section 2. Congress must demonstrate all efforts and actions taken to resolve such grievances, as defined in accordance with Section 1., diplomatically. These efforts must be shown as exhaustive and each effort must be shown as having failed before a Declaration of War may be introduced.

Section 3. Congress must demonstrate immediate peril that, without immediate military action, would lead to the loss of American life and property.

Section 4. Congress must define the enemy against which war is to be declared. This is to include, but is not limited to, geographic location and national boundaries, official leadership, military strength and assets, and national population.

Section 5. Congress must define a clear standard of victory which, once achieved, will cause an immediate cessation of hostilities and a renewed peace process.

Section 6. Congress must demonstrate that the estimated costs of a Declaration of War, both fiscal and human, will not outweigh the perceived benefits of victory, as defined in accordance with Section 5.

Section 7. Congress must actively monitor all military action and inform the public on all costs and progress towards victory, as defined in accordance with Section 5.

Section 8. Congress must review and determine, every three months, if hostilities must cease or continue by a rollcall vote.

Piggybacking on the proposed 31st Amendment above, a Just War Amendment would make up for a failure in Article I of the Constitution. While the Framers vested the power to declare war with Congress, rather than the President, they failed to define what would constitute a just Declaration of War.

Reaffirming the Separation of Powers and removing the President’s ability to wage endless war with little oversight from Congress would be a major first step but is not enough. Limiting Congress’s ability to declare war with no direction or clear purpose, while simultaneously putting full responsibility and national scrutiny on the Legislature, would greatly limit its ability to declare war at all.

These are only a handful of possible Amendments that make up a slew of possible changes to the Constitution. In a previous draft, I also proposed abolishing Congressional salaries, for which I have previously advocated, as well as abolishing the death penalty and the Selective Service, establishing Congressional term limits, and a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Over the course of American history, nearly 231 years since the ratification of the Constitution, thousands of Amendments have been proposed. The hard reality of our Constitution is that it is not a perfect document, but rather an attempt at perfection. To put it another way, it is an attempt at the impossible.

Amending the Constitution is no small task and we should not expect it to be. It must be approached with caution and thoughtfulness, reason, and the ability to look for the unforeseen consequences that plague governments.

The difficulties of altering the Constitution, however, should not dissuade us from having the conversations necessary to do so. Such debates give us a greater understanding of our fundamental laws, their strengths and their weaknesses, without which we cannot thrive.

Biden, ‘Conman-in-Chief,’ Foists Absurdities on Americans

Meanwhile the threats to America and Americans increase.

Voltaire was the nom de plume of famed French philosopher François-Marie Arouet. We will begin today by considering the sage advice encapsulated in his quote, “Those who make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”

Purveyors of absurdities unmask themselves when their statements are laced with contradictions and demonstrate hypocrisy. Seeking out those examples of hypocrisy and contradictions can serve as an effective “BS detector!”

There is certainly no shortage of absurdities that are spewed by the mainstream media and politicians, but the Biden administration appears hell-bent on foisting record numbers of absurdities on Americans today even as his statements, policies and executive orders undermine national security, public safety, and public health, thereby proving that in reality, Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ is bunk!

While Biden lambastes Americans who refuse to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and imposes draconian measures to punish them, he continues to encourage a human tsunami of illegal aliens to head for the U.S. borders. Among these hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are citizens from countries around the world. Many of these aliens are permitted to enter the United States each month and among them are those who have not been vaccinated to protect them (and us) against COVID-19 and, indeed, are stricken with that virus and other dangerous viruses.

It must be noted that this is a clear violation of  8 U.S. Code § 1182 which enumerates the categories of aliens who are inadmissible. This section of law begins with the following:

(a) Classes of aliens ineligible for visas or admission

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, aliens who are inadmissible under the following paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States:

(1) Health-related grounds

        (A) In general

        Any alien—

(i) who is determined (in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services) to have a communicable disease of public health significance

On September 17, 2021 BBC reported, US immigration: Thousands gather under bridge at US-Mexico border in growing crisis.

While some news organizations may cover the huge numbers of aliens who have turned themselves into Border Patrol agents to apply for political asylum, little if any attention is being paid to the so-called “getaways” — the aliens who evade the Border Patrol and surreptitiously enter the United States.

This is a huge problem and the actual numbers of these aliens who escaped detection and apprehension is unknown as are their identities and potential affiliations with criminal or terrorist organizations.

While the Border Patrol is overwhelmed by the largest increase of illegal aliens ever what is seldom, if ever reported, is how many aliens are evading detection by the beleaguered Border Patrol to easily enter the United States and perhaps bring narcotics and even weapons into the country without detection.

The disastrous situation Biden created in Afghanistan resulted in the release of thousands of terrorists, restored Afghanistan as a safe haven for radical Islamic terrorists, and provided them with incredible quantities of heavy weaponry and even with night-vision devices which could be used to help these terrorists more easily infiltrate our borders and the borders of our allies and then be used in conjunction with the commission of terror attacks.

I addressed this exceedingly dangerous situation in two recent articles:

However, even before the Afghanistan debacle, the nexus between border security and national security was well-established.

The preface of the official report 9/11 and Terrorist Travel – Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States begins with the following paragraph:

It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.

Exploring the Link between Human Smugglers and Terrorists

In July 2001, the CIA warned of a possible link between human smugglers and terrorist groups, including Hamas, Hezbollah, and Egyptian Islamic Jihad.  Indeed, there is evidence to suggest that since 1999 human smugglers have facilitated the travel of terrorists associated with more than a dozen extremist groups.  With their global reach and connections to fraudulent document vendors and corrupt government officials, human smugglers clearly have the “credentials” necessary to aid terrorist travel.

Nearly two years ago I wrote about the dangers to national security and public safety created by “Sanctuary Cities” and “Sanctuary States” in my article, Iranian Terror Threat Exacerbated by Sanctuary Policies. Now Biden has turned all of America into what can only be described as a “Sanctuary Country!”

My earlier article published in 2019, Jihad At The Border focused on how the border crisis facilitates the entry of terrorists included this worrying excerpt that is being blatantly ignored by the Biden administration:

On April 17, 2018 the House Committee on Homeland Security, Counterterrorism and Intelligence Subcommittee, conducted a hearing on the topic, “State Sponsors Of Terrorism: An Examination Of Iran’s Global Terrorism Network.”

The prepared testimony of one of the witnesses, Dr. Emanuele Ottolenghi of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, included this alarming excerpt:

In recent years, Hezbollah’s Latin American networks have also increasingly cooperated with violent drug cartels and criminal syndicates, often with the assistance of local corrupt political elites….

This toxic crime-terror nexus is fueling both the rising threat of global jihadism and the collapse of law and order across Latin America that is helping drive drugs and people northward into the United States. It is sustaining Hezbollah’s growing financial needs. It is helping Iran and Hezbollah consolidate a local constituency in multiple countries across Latin America. It is thus facilitating their efforts to build safe havens for terrorists and a continent-wide terror infrastructure that they could use to strike U.S. targets.

I began my commentary today by quoting Voltaire and will wrap up with another of his famous quotes:

Judge a man by his questions rather than by his answers.

My dad taught me that the only “dumb question” is the question you don’t ask!

We The People must ask a simple question: Why in the world would the President of the United States act as he has, in so many ways, to endanger America and Americans? Indeed, we should ask all politicians how their actions and policies are in the best interests of America and Americans.

For far too long the citizens of our country have failed to ask the hard questions to hold our politicians accountable. Today, as a consequence of our failures as citizens of our republic, we are now paying one hell of a price.

4 Ways Americans Are Fighting Back Against Anti-Science COVID Restrictions

What’s more American than apple pie? Civil disobedience.

In the US, it would be easy to believe the vast majority of people are in lockstep with the government’s pandemic policies. Networks are aflush with headlines claiming their polls show a majority of Americans support policies like masks and vaccine mandates, and detractors are painted as fringe.

Every good politico knows that, with the right framing, you can get a poll to say anything you want it to. But aside from the unreliable nature of the polls and headlines dominating our airwaves, there is another problem with the media’s reporting: they never seem to elevate stories that tell a counter narrative.

One doesn’t have to look far to find examples of Americans who have simply had enough of the anti-scientific and unconstitutional COVID mandates. We know, and have known for over a year, that the majority of masks in use provide little benefit in warding off the coronavirus. Additionally, studies have shown that mask mandates failed to reduce COVID deaths, hospitalizations, or even cases. And on top of all of that, we consistently see the same leaders who push these unscientific mandates on the rest of us flout the rules whenever it suits their fancy—like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at the Met Gala or San Francisco Mayor London Breed partying at a local jazz club.

Vaccine mandates present similar problems. Besides being flagrantly unconstitutional and a violation of bodily autonomy, these mandates ignore the natural immunity that millions of people have built up.

The rules only get sillier and more nonsensical from there. Former New York governor, Andrew Cuomo, forced restaurants and bars to close at 10 pm earlier this year—as though he thought the coronavirus only came out at night. An athletic association in Ohio allowedstudents to wrestle—but not shake hands before or after matches. And some hot yoga studios require students to wear a mask from the door to the studio…before sweating out every drop of water in their body for the next 60 minutes.

It’s easy to see why many people are fed up. And in true American fashion, individuals are taking matters into their own hands and carrying out acts of civil disobedience in response.

Here are four big examples of ways that people are fighting back and standing up for our founding principle of individual liberty in the process.

Knoxville, Tennessee, Mayor Glenn Jacobs, previously known as the professional wrestler “Kane,” wrote a letter to President Biden to tell him that Knox County “would not comply” with his new executive orders on vaccines.

In August, the president unrolled sweeping new orders that directed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to require all businesses with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are vaccinated or tested once a week.

This is yet another example of a silly pandemic policy as it also ignores the possibility of natural immunity. Furthermore, it is quite obviously unconstitutional for the federal government to mandate the ways private businesses and local governments operate. Jacobs, who is known to be a constitutional stalwart, was having none of it.

In his letter, Jacobs wrote:

“As the chief executive of an organization that employs 2,700 individuals, your action adds financial, legal, and regulatory burdens that will ultimately impact Knox County taxpayers. In addition, it potentially hinders our ability to attract quality employees since many folks in our community will not work somewhere that unjustly imposes vaccine mandates.”

“As a fellow elected official who has sworn an oath to uphold the US Constitution just as you have, I am alarmed by the alacrity with which you issued this order, contradicting both Article I, Section 1 — which vests legislative power in the Congress — and the Tenth Amendment — which recognizes the sovereignty of the states or the people over matters the Constitution does not delegate to the federal government.”

Now that’s leadership.

The Chicago Public School system issued a vaccine mandate that requires all employees to be vaccinated by October 15. In response to the new policy, 73 of the system’s public school bus drivers quit the day before the Fall 2021 semester began. This left 2,100 kids without a ride to school and the district scrambling to make new arrangements.

Ultimately, they ended up having to pay parents a $1,000 stipend to use public buses or ride-sharing services to transport their children to school. That is only expected to cover the first two weeks of school though, meaning taxpayers will be left with a hefty bill when all is said and done.

And while Chicago’s incident got the most attention, they are by no means the only district scrambling to find staff that will comply with their mandates.

“A new survey about the bus driver shortage shows just how severe the problem is across the country,” Business Insider reported. “The survey found that 78 percent of respondents said the shortage ‘is getting much worse’ or ‘a little worse’ per the press release. Over half of respondents described their shortage as ‘severe’ or ‘desperate.’”

Indiana’s largest hospital system also attempted to implement a vaccine mandate and was met with swift backlash. A whopping 125 of their staff and personnel decided to leave their system rather than comply with the policy.

This comes at a time when hospitals across our country are already facing severe staffing shortages that show no sign of turning around anytime soon.

In New York, which is requiring all healthcare workers to get the first dose of the vaccine by September 27, dozens of staff members walked out of one local hospital. That facility is now so short-staffed it recently announced it will no longer be able to deliver babies.

Bloomberg reports one in eight nursing professionals do not intend to get the shot, which spells trouble for our entire healthcare system if these mandates persist.

A popular video on TikTok shows a group of teens peacefully defying their school’s masking policy in Michigan earlier this year. The video took place at Manchester Junior & Senior High School in Washtenaw County, Michigan, whose county health department issued a masking order shortly before the event.

In the video, parents can be heard encouraging their kids to enter the building saying, “they cannot touch you” and “be kind and respectful.” The kids chant “let us in” and tell the school official guarding the door that the policy is a mandate, not a law. Eventually the official moves out of the way and allows them to enter the building.

The famous American philosopher Henry David Thoreau often spoke on the virtues of civil disobedience remarking, “I was not born to be forced. I will breathe after my own fashion. Let us see who is the strongest.”

Other giants in our history, such as Martin Luther King Jr., utilized civil disobedience to effect great change. From Vietnam draft resisters, to our modern day examples, civil disobedience is a great American tradition that advances civil liberties and individual rights.

These are just a few examples of the ways Americans are refusing to allow government bureaucrats to run their lives or make decisions for their bodies. In the famous novel Atlas Shrugged, the world’s entrepreneurs and creators tire of unjust government edicts and withdraw from participating in a corrupt system. It would seem many Americans are experiencing an “Atlas Shrugged” moment, and choosing to walk away when pushed to the breaking point by invasive government policies. Good for them.

These cases should serve as a hopeful reminder of the power of the individual, and our ability to fight back against government when it oversteps its bounds.

An Overlooked Controversy in California

The Babylon Bee has done it again. After the California governor’s blowout victory in the recall election, the Christian satirical site had a meme noting the large-scale exodus underway in California, with the headline, “Gavin Newsom Named U-Haul Salesperson Of The Year.”

But there’s a largely-overlooked religious controversy in California right now that is no laughing matter.

We have seen in recent decades the massive attempt to rewrite American history and to erase God from it. Whole books have been written on this subject, like Dr. James S. Robbins’ Erasing America or Jarrett Stepman’s War on History.

We have seen how heroes in America’s past, like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and even Abraham Lincoln, have been turned into virtual villains by the forces of political correctness.

And now the anti-Christian elites in California are engaging in a quiet war to dishonor the memory of a humble, Catholic priest who for all practical purposes founded California.

Much of early California was carved out in the second half of the 1700s by Father Junipero Serra (died 1784). He has been dubbed the “Apostle of California.”

Father Junipero Serra created a series of 21 Catholic missions, each of which would be accessible to the next by a one-day horseback ride.

Beginning with San Diego, these missions stretch northward to Sonoma, the final mission in the series. Sonoma was the mission just north of San Francisco, named after St. Francis of Assisi.

The best known of these missions is Los Angeles, i.e., “the angels”—technically its full name is “The Town of Our Lady the Queen of the Angels of the River Porciúncula.” It’s worth noting that America’s second largest city is named after the mother (“Our Lady”) of Jesus.

These missions include San Juan Capistrano, San Jose (named after Mary’s husband, Joseph, the step-father of Jesus), San Gabriel, San Carlos, San Luis Obispo, Santa Clara, and Santa Barbara. To this day, Father Serra’s missions are, in effect, the backbone of the state of California.

They also include the Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo—best-known as Carmel-by-the-Sea. It’s in that particular mission’s church where Father Serra is buried. I have visited his grave.

It was in one of these missions that, for the first time ever, California wine was produced. The purpose of that was to celebrate Holy Communion. Even California’s state capital harkens back to the influence of Father Serra and company—Sacramento. As in the sacrament of Holy Communion.

But today, the politically correct folks who are bent on stripping America of any of its godly heritage have aimed their sites against Father Junipero Serra, whose statue graces Statuary Hall in the U. S. Capitol. As I recall, his is the only image there of someone holding up a cross.

Now Junipero Serra High School in San Diego seems poised to disown its namesake, but critics charge that the decision to change the name was made surreptitiously. In fact, the Thomas More Society is suing over this name change because they maintain it was done illegally.

The Society, a legal group which fights for religious liberty, writes: “The principal of Junipero Serra High School and the San Diego Unified School District Board of Trustees violated citizens’ rights when they voted to rename the school without giving the public sufficient notice of their intent to do so.”

Why the potential change? In effect, Father Serra is being blamed for abuses against the indigenous people that followed in the wake of his missionary work. This reminds me of people blaming the Pilgrims, who were peace-loving people who had a great relationship with the Indians, for abuses committed later by other European settlers.

Paul Jonna is a special counsel for the Thomas More Society in this case. He told me: “It’s not up to debate what kind of man this was. This man would wash the natives’ feet, yet he’s now been likened to conquistadors, who did bad things to the native population.”

Jonna says of the principal and her minions that they “have pandered to a false and historically inaccurate narrative and have demonstrated an unconstitutional animus towards this Catholic saint.”

But the San Diego high school is not the only controversy aimed at sullying Father Serra’s reputation.

Dr. William Donohue of the Catholic League, who calls Serra “the greatest missionary in U.S. history,” wants Gov. Newsom to veto a bill that would tear down a statue of Serra in Sacramento. Donohue writes: “The bill is not only based on bad history, it is a slanderous attack on the one man who actually did stand up for the rights of Indians at the time.”

It seems like the ongoing effort of historical revisionism—to tarnish American history and its heroes in service of political correctness—continues unabated.

My letter to the president of Virginia Tech

Dear Dr. Sands:

According to Campus Reform, an instructor in the Department of Human Development and Family Science apologized to students of color for her whiteness.

Prof. Crystal Duncan Lane said that although she did not ask for the many privileges she has enjoyed from being born white, she has nevertheless benefitted from them and “will continue to benefit from them whether I like it or not. This is injustice.”

Lane vowed to work on a “daily basis to be antiracist,” and to confront the “innate racism” within herself, citing the “reality and history” of white people in America.

“I want to be better: Every day,” she wrote. “I will transform: Every day. This work terrifies me: Every day. I invite my white students to join me on this journey. And to my students of color: I apologize for the inexcusable horrors within our shared history.”

Maybe I’m wrong, President Sands, but Prof. Lane appears to be suffering from the privilege of being a well-paid university instructor, but not enough to resign and demand that her position be given to a person of color.

As Stokely Carmichael observed, what white liberals want is to bring about change that in no way endangers their own position.

Elizabeth Warren Revives Terrible Pandemic Policy

In late August, the Supreme Court struck down the Centers for Disease Control’s so-called “eviction moratorium.” The justices ruled that the federal agency did not have the legal authority to unilaterally extend a prohibition on the eviction of non-paying tenants in many circumstances. This was a win for both the rule of law and for a rental market destroyed by the order—but the victory could prove short-lived, if a new coalition of progressive lawmakers gets its way.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Rep. Cori Bush, progressive Democrats, just co-sponsored legislation to revive the eviction moratorium: the “Keeping Renters Safe Act of 2021.”

Their bill would explicitly give the CDC the authority to re-enact the moratorium and compel it to do so. This new moratorium would potentially go even further, applying automatically to all rentals without tenants applying, as previously required. So, too, it would remain in place until 60 days beyond the “conclusion of the public health emergency.”

“This pandemic isn’t over, and we have to do everything we can to protect renters from the harm and trauma of needless eviction, which upends the lives of those struggling to get back on their feet,” Warren said in a statement. “Pushing hundreds of thousands of people out of their homes will only exacerbate this public health crisis, and cause economic harm to families, their communities, and our overall recovery.”

While Bush and Warren’s compassion for hypothetical struggling renters is commendable, the alleged ongoing pandemic-fueled eviction crisis their law responds to does not, in fact, exist. An internal report from the Biden administration even found that the financial situation of renters actually improved, on average, during the pandemic.

Meanwhile, COVID-19 vaccines are available at no cost to almost all Americans who want them, and there are more than 10 million unfilled job openings waiting for anyone seeking work.

The evictio​​​n moratorium was always an unjustifiable overreach, but it has absolutely zero legitimate justification left at this point. If revived, though, it would have drastic consequences.

In stark contrast to progressive misconceptions, many landlords and property owners are not “rich” or members of “the 1%.” In reality, the eviction moratorium bankrupted and devastated countless working-and-middle-class landlords. Yet it wasn’t just hurting landlords; it was blowing up the rental market on both ends.

In response to the moratorium, which deprived them of any way to enforce rent collection, landlords were responding by leaving units empty and off the market, requiring 6 months rent upfront, raising rent, and selling off their properties. They’re only now finally regaining their feet with the crushing weight of the moratorium lifted. Reviving it would once again deliver a gut punch to landlords and devastate the supply of rental housing— increasing rent prices, fueling the housing shortage, and ultimately leaving more people unhoused.

If Elizabeth Warren, Cori Bush, and other progressive lawmakers really want to make housing more affordable, bringing back the eviction moratorium is the last thing they ought to pursue. Only getting the government out of the way and letting the housing market recover can get us out of this mess.

FDA Official: ‘Blow Dart’ African Americans with COVID Vaccine

Project Veritas released the second video of its COVID vaccine investigative series today exposing U.S. Food and Drug Administration [FDA] economist, Taylor Lee, who was recorded calling for forced COVID vaccinations and a registry for all unvaccinated Americans.

Lee said that U.S. Government policy could emulate Nazi Germany when it comes to the COVID vaccine.

Here are some of the highlights from today’s video:

  • Taylor Lee, FDA Economist: “Go to the unvaccinated and blow it [COVID vaccine] into them. Blow dart it into them.”
  • Lee: “Census goes door-to-door if you don’t respond. So, we have the infrastructure to do it [forced COVID vaccinations]. I mean, it’ll cost a ton of money. But I think, at that point, I think there needs to be a registry of people who aren’t vaccinated. Although that’s sounding very [much like Nazi] Germany.”
  • Lee: “Nazi Germany…I mean, think about it like the Jewish Star [for unvaccinated Americans].”
  • Lee: “I’m gonna go door-to-door and stab everyone [with the COVID vaccine], ‘Oh, it’s just your booster shot! There you go!’”
  • Lee: “So, if you put every anti-vaxxer, like sheep, into like Texas and you closed off Texas from the rest of the world, and you go, ‘Okay, you be you in Texas until we deal with this [pandemic].’”
  • Lee: “All of the wealthy white people are getting vaccinated because they’re educated.”
  • Lee: “There are political appointees [at the FDA] that are generally scientific advisors or are appointed by the president or the commission…They’re being paid based on if the other people are staying in power.”
  • Lee: “Unfortunately, everyone ends up playing politics, but I don’t think that the career scientists are — I think that it’s the people that they’re unfortunately having to report to because these political appointees are being put in place and that’s part of like — the Senate confirms the people to then just pick their people.”

Lee said that due to a large portion of the African American community being hesitant to take the COVID vaccine, the solution would be to “blow dart” them:

Taylor Lee, FDA Economist: “I think that a lot of the time — so there’s also this issue of — I remember reading about how with COVID [vaccine] trials, they were having an issue recruiting African American people. It was because of a different medication the government tried to do that was specifically designed to kill African Americans.”

Veritas Journalist: “Oh, so like a mistrust thing.”

Lee:“Yeah.”

Veritas Journalist: “But this thing [COVID vaccine] is safe, though.”

Lee:“We know that now, but like again, I think there is still this big mistrust and like it’s deep-rooted.”

Veritas Journalist: “Yeah. Can’t blame them [African Americans].”

Lee: “I can’t. But at the same time, like, blow dart. That’s where we’re going.” 

Lee affirmed that “wealthy white people” are more likely to get the COVID vaccine because they are “educated,” and added that he would be willing to force COVID vaccines upon Americans himself if needed.

“I’m gonna go door-to-door and stab everyone [with the COVID vaccine], ‘Oh, it’s just your booster shot! There you go!’”

Lee also said that FDA officials can often be political appointees rather than actual scientific experts.

“There are political appointees [at the FDA] that are generally scientific advisors or are appointed by the president or the commission…They’re being paid based on if the other people are staying in power,” he said.

“Unfortunately, everyone ends up playing politics, but I don’t think that the career scientists are — I think that it’s the people that they’re unfortunately having to report to because these political appointees are being put in place and that’s part of like — the Senate confirms the people to then just pick their people.”

U.S. Funds Project to Boost Racial, Ethnic, Gender Diversity in Science at Private Women’s College

The government agency that gave a professor hundreds of thousands of dollars to study white supremacy and racial injustice in U.S. landmarks is giving a small Wisconsin liberal arts college half a million dollars to boost “racial/ethnic and gender diversity” in science fields and “broaden participation of underrepresented minorities.” The money is flowing through the National Science Foundation (NSF), which was created by Congress seven decades ago to promote the progress of science, advance national health and prosperity and secure the national defense. Lately, it seems the agency is focusing a lot more on racial justice endeavors that exclude large portions of the American population.

Judicial Watch has reported extensively on the government wide race and gender equity movement that often puts federal agencies at odds with their taxpayer-funded mission. Race-based initiatives have been well documented in recent years at a multitude of leading agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Labor (DOL) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to name a few. The NSF seems to be leading the pack lately, though many other federal agencies are also dedicating considerable resources to the cause. With an annual budget of $8.5 billion, the NSF funds more than a quarter of research conducted at American colleges and universities, where it is worth mentioning that the theft of intellectual property by Communist China is pervasive.

In the last few weeks alone, the NSF gave away millions of dollars to race-based projects in secondary and post-secondary institutions. The first allotment, $271,594, went to a private liberal arts college in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania that will use the money to identify potential “systemic inequities” in science, technology, engineering, and math fields (STEM) at the campus with an enrollment of around 3,724. The goal, according to the NSF, is to uncover “any existence of systemic inequities and advancement barriers related to gender, race, and ethnicity in STEM faculty” at the school, Bucknell University. Weeks later the NSF doled out nearly $2 million to “address the historical and current racial and gender disparities in participation in high school computer science education.” The project is part of a broader program called Researching Equity and Antiracist Learning in Computer Science (REAL-CS) that focuses on expanding participation for black, indigenous, “Latinx” (the new, politically correct gender-neutral term for Latino or Latina) and Pacific Islander students by addressing systemic barriers in high school computer science education. REAL-CS is designed to sustain yet another publicly-funded, “equity-focused” initiative called Exploring Computer Science (ECS) dedicated to “democratizing” the field by increasing opportunities for “traditionally underrepresented” high school students after a study identified disparities along “race and socioeconomic lines.”

Now the NSF is giving Alverno College, a tiny women’s liberal arts school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, $499,983 to increase racial/ethnic and gender diversity in STEM. “As a women’s college serving primarily first-generation, low-income students, more than half women of color, Alverno College will use this project to broaden participation of underrepresented minorities and women in STEM, who lag in STEM degree attainment and STEM workforce participation,” according to the NSF grant announcement. “Increasing racial/ethnic and gender diversity in STEM is a recognized strategy to expand the STEM workforce.” The agency further writes that the project engages the external community in a cooperative relationship, recognizing the intersection between STEM and students’ social/community identities. “Ongoing faculty development in culturally responsive teaching and a formalized administrative support structure will expand project impact across the college,” the NSF grant document sates.

The science agency is also financing a special project to determine if historical sites around the nation acknowledge white supremacy and racial injustice. The NSF gave a University of Oregon ethnic studies professor $350,000 to research thousands of landmarks and, though the grant announcement uses more discreet language, a university article titled “Professor is finding that a racist past is often left off monuments” provides more details. The professor, Laura Pulido, who specializes in “Chicanx studies,” indicates that her NSF-financed research offers insights into bridging the gap to racial justice. “It examines historical commemoration and the degree to which white supremacy and racial injustice is acknowledged in more than 2,600 different landmarks around the United States,” the article reads. Though in the early stages of her research, Pulido says initial data confirms that racism is deeply ingrained in American historical commemoration and U.S. landmarks fail to acknowledge links to racial inequality. “Although white supremacy — the overt belief in the superiority of white people — was central to the creation of the U.S., the nation is deeply invested in denying its role,” Pulido says. “Historical sites are key to this systemic denial, as they denote places and events deemed worthy of remembrance.”

You know America, it is so easy to be depressed, angry, sad, frustrated, sick to your stomachs and just plain aggravated when it comes to watching what is happening in our beloved constitutional republic today. When you look at how the world sees us under this usurper of a president, how little they think of us. How disrespected we are. How our treasonous, idiotic and mentally challenged so called leader is the constant butt of jokes. How even the UK is wondering and publicly questioning why Biden is not allowed to take press questions – even from a tame media.

When you watch the continual Democrat led destruction of our military, the destruction and almost annihilation of our border security, the destruction of our economy, the destruction of the constitution, hyper inflation aligning with higher fuel costs, the destruction of good race relations and the destruction of our educational system, it is easy to feel all of the above feelings.

However, what you have to remember, is that first and foremost we are Americans.

What does that mean?

It means that we are part of the greatest nation this world has ever seen. We are made of sterner stuff. We are citizens with knowledge of freedom. We love our country. We love our military.

I believe approximately 70% of this nation is crying in their souls for change. I believe that at least 70% of this nation does not like, does not want, or agrees with what is happening under the Biden administration. I do not believe the majority of good Americans can be happy at all the destruction, hypocrisy and criminality that we are witnessing under this hugely corrupt and evil administration. If you live in the southern border states you have to be afraid. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, have invaded and are unchecked for Covid. A lot of the time we do not even know where they’re coming from, what their political ideology is or even who they are! We know a certain number do not have good intentions towards America or it’s citizens.

So, here is the positive information. I know that there are many groups of real patriots all over this beloved country of mine, that are working hard, every single day, to beat the red peril that has invaded our country.

How do I know?

I know because I am in contact with them, am and have membership with them. They are raising huge funds, meeting up and getting the word out to a lot of the right people who can make a difference at this most dangerous time in our history. They are filing law suites everywhere. They will not give up. They will not surrender.

When it comes to election fraud I believe enough information is known and will come out soon ( see Maricopa county) and it will make it almost impossible for the Democrats to be able to steal another election as easily as the 2020 election. Ideally it would be great to be able to replace this administration with the one that legally won the 2020 election but that isn’t possible at this time. We will be in a much better position to carefully watch the election as it unfolds in 2022 and 2024. We will be better guardians of our electoral system. We will make this domestic enemy within, the Democrats, a lame duck administration unable to easily do any more harm to our nation.

I also believe that over half of those that voted legally in the 2020 election for a change from a man rather than a system, are at this very moment in time reconsidering and regretting that vote. How could they not? Even the White House Press Corp, huge Biden liars and propaganda exponents, have filed a formal complaint against Sleepy Joe Biden following Tuesday’s press conference with the British Prime Minister who took questions from the British media while the WH press corps were hurried out of the room!

Then there is the new Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll survey of registered voters which shows former President Trump’s favorability ratings eclipsing that of Joe Biden, with the latter being underwater in popularity! I know. Polls are not always accurate. I understand. But this poll is not alone in slamming Biden. It appears that recent disgusting Biden led agenda events like Afghanistan, the border etc. seem to be giving Americans a fresh appreciation for the former president and truthfully the man who won the 2020 presidential election – President Donald J Trump – my president.

Believe me when I say that the majority of Americans are not extremists, either left or right. They are centrist but right now are unable to compromise as that ability has been removed by the sharp left turn the Democrats have taken.

I believe that the majority of Americans will do the right thing in 2022 and we will send the Democrats scurrying back to the dark, vile, filthy halls of hell where they belong. Back to Satan.

I believe there will eventually be a reckoning of all those that have committed treasonous acts against the constitutional republic that I call home and that will include military leaders such as General Millie and those many politicians from both parties that have broken their sworn Oaths of office. I hope the political prisoners from January 6th are exonerated. I further believe there’s a lot of information that we have that will become public and there will be a day of reckoning as we, the people, will demand it. Revenge against these enemies of the state will be sweet and well deserved. There shall be no pity.

Historically and traditionally Americans have never stood quietly in the face of injustice or inhumane acts. Americans will see the injustice being committed right now and inhumane acts that have been committed with forced vaccinations masking, social distancing and curtailing our freedom of speech and other rights and liberties like our ability to move freely around our country, to support our families or our ability to practice our religion of choice.

I further believe good Americans will see the hypocrisy in the chant of “my body, my choice” when it comes to abortion but not to apply it to what is being forced into our body with vaccinations that are dangerous and truthfully untested.

I further believe that soon Americans will unite and boycott the main stream media and the so-called “WOKE” corporations and social media conglomerates that are ruining this country and running it into the ground.

GOP Reps Introduce Articles Of Impeachment Against Biden: ‘Not Capable Of Being Commander-In-Chief’

Biden’s gross errors of judgment demand impeachment. We’ll see if the Democrats have reduced it to a purely political tool (as we saw with Trump). But it’s not Biden per se, it’s the Democrat party of treason. The whole party should be impeached.

Rep. Bob Gibbs (R-OH) introduced three articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden on Tuesday citing his handling of Afghanistan, immigration, and the now-defunct federal eviction moratorium.

“I take this seriously. I don’t think it’s haphazard. I’m not trying to get media attention for myself,” Gibbs told The Washington Examiner, which first reported the impeachment push. “He’s done so much damage to this country in less than nine months, which is really scary.”

The eviction moratorium was scrapped in August by the Supreme Court after the Biden administration expanded it in a move the White House had previously claimed was unconstitutional. At the time of the extension, Biden softened his language on the moratorium, claiming he “can’t tell” whether it was constitutional. He said the extension would buy time for another solution to be found.

Biden ordered the U.S. out of Afghanistan at the end of August, leaving potentially hundreds of Americans behind in the terrorist-controlled country. Biden also left potentially tens of thousands of Afghans who had worked with the U.S. military against the Taliban during the United States’ two-decade occupation of the country.

Thirteen U.S. servicemembers died in a terror attack during the chaotic and rushed withdrawal. In carrying out drone strikes against the ISIS-K terror group in response to the attack, the Biden administration bombed an Afghan aid worker, killing him and nine members of his family, including seven children. The Pentagon admitted the mistake last week.

Gibbs acknowledged that the articles of impeachment are unlikely to go anywhere with Democrats in charge of the House.

“Obviously, it’s not going to go anywhere with Speaker [Nancy] Pelosi,” Gibbs told the Examiner. “It shows that there are some Republicans that think that this president needs to be impeached, he needs to be removed from office one way or another.”

“At some point, they’re gonna be held accountable for their actions, and this is kind of putting them on notice,” he said.
